- 0:31I'm A body trying to function without adequate mitochondrial
- 0:35function is kind of like running an engine without oil. It's not going to work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.
- 0:43That is snap,phat.com.
- 0:47It's also brought to you by the Prife International Terahertz frequency wand

- 0:55Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 1:55Unknown: Well, there we go kicking off a Monday show with the old familiar lyrics, Alvin Lee ten years after so many decades ago, Roger
- 2:03Sails here with you, Radio Ranch,
- 2:06the People's Patriot Network, our fledgling little network
- 2:10as
- 2:11platform, and it is April 1. There you go. That's the first day of the,
- 2:17what, fourth month, I guess going into the second quarter here, and
- 2:21it's also a Monday. And
- 2:24but traditionally in our culture is called April Fools Day. Although since a minute in the Patriot Movement,
- 2:30my old friend Ron Brown used to call
- 2:33April 15, the real April Fools Day
- 2:36And it's funny, you know, that we're this deep in the tax season and
- 2:41really haven't talked too much about the tax issue yet. So far, haven't heard it. Don't see it too much on on news stories or whatnot.
- 2:49Usually, it's the big deal at this time of year.
- 2:54And I guess between now and the middle of the month at some point, especially for the newer listeners, because I know we got some,
- 3:02we should go back and
- 3:04go over that whole process, its origins,
- 3:09how it operates, how it operated in England,
- 3:14system and tweaked a couple of things, brought it in and
- 3:20laid it
- 3:21like a
- 3:23bridle on a horse right over the American people.
- 3:27It's been going on for too damn long and that needs to fall also.
- 3:32It's an integral part of the
- 3:35whole system of theirs, so maybe we'll get a chance to discuss that between
- 3:40now and as my friend Ron Brown would say, the real
- 3:44April Fools' Day.
- 3:46Hope you had a nice weekend.
- 3:53Find out from Shane if he had a nice weekend. The first person that calls in,
- 3:57we always get that irritating ring and then after that, we just merge
- 4:02people in. Hey, Shane. How you doing here this April 1?
- 4:05Unknown: Good morning, Roger. Good morning, Shane. Happy
- 4:09April fool's day.
- 4:11Unknown: Well, you Happy know April fool's day. Did you did you listen to the first part of the program? You know, my old patriot buddy. Yeah.
- 4:17My patriot buddy that's not with us anymore, unfortunately.
- 4:21Although the world just didn't as nice a place without him in it.
- 4:26Used to call used to call April 15 the real Fifteenth. Yeah. April Fool's Day.
- 4:33Yeah.
- 4:34I remember, you know, I'm from Florida originally and spent a lot of time there flipping back and forth between Florida and Georgia.
- 4:42And I was up in Atlanta, Shane, when Florida became the first state in the union
- 4:48to
- 4:49install a lottery.
- 4:53Wow. Yeah, that was a long time ago. Was back in the eighties, so late in the maybe even in the seventies, I think it was and
- 5:02we used to, of course, there because Florida was the state that had it, all the people from Alabama, people would drive over from Mississippi and and from different parts of the Southeast to come down there to Florida to buy lottery tickets and we used to call it the idiot tax.
- 5:19You know why, Shane?
- 5:21I have no clue. Because they stand in line to pay it.
- 5:26Unknown: Wow.
- 5:27Unknown: Okay.
- 5:28Idiot tax, Yeah, the idiot tax and then, of course, I can remember in Atlanta there,
- 5:35I think it's probably in every major city,
- 5:38they have one post office that stays open till midnight
- 5:43on
- 5:44the real April Fools Day. So, you can get your your as the sheep go there late
- 5:51to get
- 5:52to the trough. They can get em postmarked. There's they're giving their little
- 5:57tribute every year and
- 6:00they'd have, I in Atlanta, it was on this road called Cheshire Bridge Road that's right down in Buckhead there in Atlanta and there's a post office there that's very popular and that's the one they always designated as the one to stay open till midnight, man, and they all the news channels that have live feeds, you know, out there and the and and of course, that's Eastern time zone, so
- 6:23the news comes on, I think, at 11:00
- 6:26at night,
- 6:28eleven to 11:30.
- 6:29They're the local news and so,
- 6:32there is closed. Only, it's only thirty minutes away from from from the sixteenth. You've only got fifteen minutes left, Shane to get your your returns
- 6:41postmarked properly.
- 6:43So, we went through. Fifteen minutes. There you go, man. I mean, hurry, you know, hurry.
- 6:48So,
- 6:49all that stuff. We'll go over all that
- 6:52tax stuff here maybe one day in the next two weeks. You know, Friday was pretty interesting. We had a real good get together on Friday there with Brent and right at the end of the show, I mean, within
- 7:03two minutes of the thing ending,
- 7:06both
- 7:06Freedom and Stephanie
- 7:08called in. Yeah. And so, what I'm going to try and encourage people, if you got something, especially pressing
- 7:15like Stephanie had
- 7:17and
- 7:19please call in before the last two minutes of the program.
- 7:23The you can get us several ways.
- 7:26Oh lord. Now, we're going to get the dark and barking
- 7:29dogs here. You can get us several ways.
- 7:32(440)
- 7:33448-1420.
- 7:36If you want to call in like Shane does, that's it's listed on the peoplespatriotnetwork.com
- 7:42website.
- 7:43If you got Skype, you can put in the search window, PPN
- 7:47hotline,
- 7:49and you can come straight in on
- 7:52Skype's
- 7:53silk
- 7:54feed
- 7:55there, Shane, and it's a nice facility. You
- 7:58can do that.
- 8:00You can stick up your hand and wave it. Maybe I'll see you and recognize you. Hell, I don't know but if you'd like to call in, you got something important as we had there Friday, please try and call in earlier
- 8:12because we want to be sure and cover all this stuff, you know. For me, it's very interesting, Shane, as all these people come with their different circumstances.
- 8:21You know, somebody's got all these set of circumstances. Well, I I've only dealt with my own personal circumstances and some other of people that we've, you know, worked with to get through this process.
- 8:35So certainly we hadn't covered all of the diverse
- 8:38circumstances
- 8:39that people are in out there. And I think it's a real challenge
- 8:44and I I appreciate those spontaneous questions
- 8:48so that we can cover a lot of those contingencies.
- 8:51You know, we got some pretty exciting stuff happening with our little project
- 8:55here,
- 8:57Shane. You know, it's developed.
- 9:01It's developed on. All
- 9:03different types of all different types of the The US. Well, you know, it's all it's all over the world too, Shane. We got people around the world filing these affidavits
- 9:13but you know, it starts from from from
- 9:17small seeds, from small acorns, mighty oaks grow, right?
- 9:22And
- 9:23from me getting on and
- 9:26seven years or so ago, whenever that was. I believe it was about seven years ago this time of the year, actually.
- 9:34And
- 9:35thinking I'd only have a couple of shows to get this information out,
- 9:39and then it elongating
- 9:41and working into what it's worked into here.
- 9:44And we've met a lot of really interesting, nice people along the way, met a few people that weren't so nice,
- 9:51and
- 9:53it's how people drift in and out of this but you got some some core listeners,
- 9:58you know? You got some core people like you, Shane, and and and some. Thank you. Several others that this really touches.
- 10:06See and it changes your life because it changes your thinking.
- 10:10And and then you and like I said, some people stick and
- 10:15some people drift out and it doesn't take at all. It's I guess it's like the polio vaccine.
- 10:20Remember that when they say, did it take? Did it take? Well, I guess this this information is like a polio vaccine. It doesn't take with some people and
- 10:30all I know to do is just keep playing the tune and see who's going to come dance to it and I try to do that with consistency and I try and do it with sincerity and a lot of dedication on what I put in and here at the front end for me
- 10:45and gives me great rewards too by the way, Shane and I'm glad to help some of you folks. But if you got a problem with this, a question, or anything, you know, try and call on the show earlier, and we'll have a chance to discuss it. I loved having all those folks on there Friday, though. Everybody wants to Yes, Parker. Bart. The number the number is (404)
- 11:10Unknown: 448-1420.
- 11:15Unknown: That's right. Pretty easy to remember. That's it. You can call in, get your questions answered. You know, when I was teacher in in teaching, you know, they try and of course, you want to have questions asked because if you don't get any questions asked, you don't get any feedback,
- 11:30okay? And if you get, don't get any feedback, you think, well, hell, everybody got it. Just great, you know? And so, you go on about your business and you come to find out that there were some really important questions that weren't addressed or asked.
- 11:44I mean, I can't go back as a as kind of a instructor here and cover everything, all these nuances and and
- 11:52if you find out that there's something real important
- 11:55that wasn't asked, then that didn't get covered. What we used to say in teaching,
- 11:59Shane, was the only dumb question is the one that isn't asked.
- 12:04And there's a lot of truth to that, okay?
- 12:07Because it's because it's these basics here that are so blasted important
- 12:13and if you are new and
- 12:16you just coming into this,
- 12:19or even if you've been around for a while in all honesty, go to YouTube
- 12:24and
- 12:25search on the science of law
- 12:29and get that video. It was a program
- 12:32I did on that
- 12:34particular topic.
- 12:35Somebody in the audience recorded it and put it on YouTube. I don't know who did it, but I sure do thank them. And if you'll listen to it and get that substantive law under your belt, you'll thank them too.
- 12:47And because that's the magic to dealing with this is understanding
- 12:52those basics, and man, I can't stress it enough.
- 12:56Shane, years ago, here's what happened. When John
- 13:00would give those seminars,
- 13:02and I was fortunate, I had we had one in Atlanta,
- 13:05and I went to several out in Las Vegas,
- 13:08and I went to several down, he'd have one in the winter down in Daytona Beach.
- 13:16He was a real John was real good friends
- 13:19with wait a minute and I'll I'll I'll have the guy's name. He he ran for years.
- 13:25I mean, decades.
- 13:27He ran an outfit called Global Science Fair.
- 13:31Now you probably never heard of that, Shane. Pardon you. You probably never heard of No.
- 13:38It wasn't in California.
- 13:39It was in Denver in the summer, and they That's why I didn't hear about it. Yeah. That's why. And and Daytona Beach in the winter, and it was all these really cutting edge
- 13:49woo woo science stuff mainly. The guy's name that ran it, his name just came to me, was a very good friend of John's,
- 13:58and his name was Dean
- 14:00Stoner,
- 14:01s t o n I e r,
- 14:04and he got into
- 14:06some tax problems with IRS,
- 14:09and
- 14:10let's see here,
- 14:11Robert's calling in. I mean merge
- 14:14Robert
- 14:16seamlessly
- 14:17into the call,
- 14:19and he got into some trouble with the IRS, and John and them went back and tried to help him in those early days,
- 14:27and he wrote a brief on the appellate level
- 14:30on on an IRS problem who's moving around now
- 14:34called the stoner brief,
- 14:37and that has the the basics of all this tax stuff in it. That's the first time we ever got exposed to it, and that was before Stonier what? It was called the stonier brief. That's what we call it. You won't find it on you won't find it on the Internet.
- 14:51Oh, Cobb,
- 14:53Shane.
- 14:54Yes.
- 14:55Yeah. Fleas like try not to cough into the audience's ear and stuff.
- 15:00It's really
- 15:03Unknown: you If
- 15:05Unknown: you can't. That's okay, Robert. That's okay. It's Monday and it's April Fool's Day. So, we'll give you a pass.
- 15:11But this Dean Stoner thing, here's what happened is that John, the way he presented things is he'd get an
- 15:19easel up there and he'd get a big one of these big pads of paper.
- 15:24Mean, like a legal pad except it's that huge sized paper, and he'd write on that, and then he'd take the page he was writing on and turn it over to the back and continue on the next page and go through the,
- 15:37you know, and use that as illustration.
- 15:39Well, I kept all of those things from the seminars
- 15:43that I had close proximity to, the ones in Daytona and the one in Atlanta.
- 15:48I just grabbed all those big pads of paper and took em home and I'd study em and
- 15:55go through there because you're sitting there for the first time with this high power legal stuff thrown at you and you just don't retain it real well. I'm everybody listening to this can relate to that and so I'd take those big pads. Do well, it's just like taking a drink of water out of a fire hydrant. You know, first time. It's like trying to go and setting up a a Bitcoin wallet the first time.
- 16:18And so anyway,
- 16:20I'd study those and that's that r plus d equals r. What's a person?
- 16:26All that stuff is so
- 16:29critical
- 16:30to have command of. If you've got command of that,
- 16:34I mean, real command of it where you can recite it in your sleep,
- 16:38they can never pull anything on you.
- 16:41It's when you don't have command of it and like our patriot community, most of our community, hell's never even been exposed to any of it, okay? And that's why they have problems is they don't understand that substantive law and if you'll go in there and learn that, you can go right through any of this they throw at you like
- 17:02through a goose, Shane. Robert, what you got on your mind this morning, brother? I got some, you know, I I sent you a little I'm this morning. I I guess you got it.
- 17:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 17:13I was going to watch that one. I don't know if I get to my laptop. Yeah. Is that about the tariff bar stuff? Yes. It is. Yes, it is. You know, cyber. Okay. Usually, we call this cyber stuff. I'll launch into what I know.
- 17:26Unknown: It's all I know. Okay. Because I haven't watched all that video yet but Pat Gamble, our my
- 17:33good friend and and pretty big in carrot bars and a real good guy
- 17:37sent it to me last night and he said, Roger, I wish you'd get back into this. You know, for lately, I just hadn't felt like working
- 17:44at all. I want to do this and do my research and stuff and I just don't have the energy or whatever to get. This little foot thing I had a little almost a year ago.
- 17:53As I said, it has made me for the first time
- 17:56feel my age. Let me stop these dogs from doing this.
- 18:10What? The show must continue. Yeah. The show must go on barking dogs or not. I feel like I'm at Barnum and Bailey Circus or something.
- 18:20Unknown: I
- 18:23Unknown: oh, lord of mercy. It's a little tense. Oh, lord of mercy. Now I've totally forgotten my train of thought. Where was I?
- 18:30Carrot bars. Carrot bars
- 18:33had a
- 18:35big meeting. This came from Pat Gamble. That's what I was talking about. Dad gum dogs. I'll tell you what. Yep.
- 18:43And so
- 18:44Pat shot me this message last night and
- 18:48I just haven't felt this foot thing that happened to me last year. It's just kind of taken my energy away.
- 18:54And and
- 18:56I just hadn't fully got in the swing yet and I for the first time in my life, I know that
- 19:02I've really feel my age.
- 19:05You know, I've never really felt my age. I'm pretty youthful and taking good fairly good care of myself and stuff but that really had an effect on me. I'm hoping I'll pull out of it, but we got to stay on top of it, if not for me, but for all of you guys, because I think this is a tremendous opportunity.
- 19:21And as
- 19:23interesting as it's been to this point,
- 19:26I think it's about to get a whole lot more interesting, especially if information like I'm about to tell you
- 19:32is valid, and my sense is it is to some extent, if not totally.
- 19:39They had a big meeting in Dubai
- 19:41this weekend
- 19:43with a bunch of announcements and
- 19:48the they videoed it and showed it live on. Yeah, I I I gotta do something about these dogs. You Robert, you and Shane talk for a second.
- 19:57Unknown: Okay.
- 19:59I don't know what the hell he's gonna do about the dogs or strangle him.
- 20:03Unknown: Oh, there, Robert.
- 20:05Unknown: How are you?
- 20:07Unknown: Hey. I'm doing alright. I think
- 20:10Alright. Roger's gonna talk about
- 20:12Roger's gonna talk about
- 20:15the new Middle Eastern
- 20:21Is
- 20:22that right?
- 20:23Unknown: Oh, Itante?
- 20:24No. I I probably we could get to that before the show's over. I'm gonna talk about carrot bars here for a little bit.
- 20:30John, ain't gonna be with us today, by the way? He had something come up and it's something comes up every month and he had to go deal with it and it happened to be on a Monday this month. So,
- 20:42so this
- 20:43carrot bars meeting evidently was in Dubai. What I was going to say before the damn dog started interrupting stuff
- 20:49was that
- 20:51years ago when the EU first started having problems
- 20:55about four years or so ago when became real noticeable, something happened. I don't remember what it was
- 21:00exactly. But Harold went down and opened up a Dubai office.
- 21:07Dubai. Dubai is probably the gold capital of the world,
- 21:12alright?
- 21:13So in case something happened to the European Union,
- 21:17they've got an office down there that's fully staffed and have had for four years, they can just pop the whole operation right down to Dubai, okay?
- 21:26You know, I've told y'all how sharp Carabars is, they're a good company, little
- 21:30things like that right there, okay?
- 21:34Show tremendous
- 21:36insight and a lot of planning and a lot of foresight from Harold anyway. They had that meeting down there this weekend.
- 21:42It was streamed live on Facebook.
- 21:45I haven't had a chance to watch it. It's about an hour long, but I'll read you what Pat sent me
- 21:52in this I'm last night,
- 21:54and he told me when he sent it to me
- 21:58that
- 22:00he said go back to about 54
- 22:03to 60 and watch that in the video and then go back and watch it from the start.
- 22:09So I popped back over there and did that this morning, but I didn't get to watch it through.
- 22:14But they're saying
- 22:16that the Carrot Bar coin,
- 22:19evidently,
- 22:20this is what came out of discussion,
- 22:24I
- 22:25get the sense it came out of this meeting publicly stated
- 22:29that it's gonna be worth 50 times its current price by September.
- 22:35Unknown: Oh my gosh.
- 22:37Unknown: What is now, like, 9¢, 10 It was fluctuating between 9 and 10¢. It went over 10¢ for a little bit, but it was right pretty solid around 9 last week, I'm told. I don't go follow that
- 23:04September.
- 23:07Wow. I better get some then. Well, you've already, you've got a little bit already because I because you sent me some money and I bought you a little bit, okay? You remember that? Yeah. Okay? So it ain't a whole But
- 23:21but let me tell you what, when you got multipliers like that, it gets to be a whole lot pretty quick even if you've got a little bit. Okay? Because we got into that coin at about 0.7
- 23:33of a cent.
- 23:35Unknown: Yep.
- 23:37Nice.
- 23:38Unknown: And you go take something that you get in for 0.7 of a cent and start hanging a $5 price tag on it, you've had an incredible
- 23:46appreciation.
- 23:48And that's what I told you guys a year ago when it came around. I said, I think this is one of those opportunities
- 23:54that comes along, maybe once, maybe even twice in a lifetime,
- 23:59but not very damn often, okay?
- 24:05That's Sounds good. Pretty exciting. Now let's see what else. He also said in the gold standard coin,
- 24:13I think he's just talking about a gold one ounce coin,
- 24:19will buy a kilo.
- 24:20In other words, one coin's gonna be worth a kilo
- 24:23within sixty months.
- 24:26So that's kind of their forecast,
- 24:28and don't forget, they are in the gold business
- 24:32and they are the largest supplier
- 24:35of high quality small sized gold in the world.
- 24:40Now.
- 24:44Unknown: That's that's impressive.
- 24:46Unknown: Well, they're an impressive company, man. I mean, if you knew what they've been through and I know some of the background in the early days and the stuff
- 24:55that they had to do and literally,
- 24:58when Cheryl Ann first started,
- 25:01he a care, he had a lead to somebody that was in charge of Europe that knew
- 25:06Cheryl Ann and her husband in The US and that's how they got tapped and
- 25:11Harold called her. Have I ever, have you ever told you all this story? We haven't talked about this in a long time.
- 25:16Unknown: Harold didn't speak any English. When he learned English in fourteen days? Yes.
- 25:22Unknown: That that's amazing to me. Okay, for the audience may not know what happened. He, they got a hold of Cheryl Ann in Nashville and her husband, Brett,
- 25:31and
- 25:32started telling
- 25:33them about caribars because they were looking for somebody to handle it in The United States.
- 25:37And he didn't speak any English and had to speak through this fellow that was the mutual contact because he spoke both languages.
- 25:45And fourteen days later, they called back on a second
- 25:49phone call and Harold had absolutely done a personal crash course and had learned to speak rudimentary
- 25:56English in fourteen days
- 25:58and carried on a conversation with her in English because he thought it was rude when you're doing business to have to have an interpreter and speak to somebody through an interpreter.
- 26:10Unknown: Wow,
- 26:11that's
- 26:12amazing.
- 26:13I'm still struggling with English after almost six decades. Yeah. No kidding me. I days. Yeah. Well, wait till you wait till you start wait till you start Spanish,
- 26:21Unknown: Robert. Man, there's something to look forward to.
- 26:26You know? So I can't imagine speaking Spanish in two weeks. Hell, I've been trying for ten years, and I can barely get through it. You know? So, of course, English now I'm a tell you, English is an easier language to learn than the other languages. Okay?
- 26:42You don't have all these different kinds. Think so. I I think so.
- 26:45I know so. I've had these people down here tell me so. Okay?
- 26:50And here's why, Robert. English
- 26:54Spanish has got 3,000,000 words.
- 26:58Unknown: Just Spanish. Know that.
- 27:00I always thought yeah. I always thought English was harder because it had so many different words meaning the same thing like car, automobile, pickup, truck, etcetera. Not really. You get into lead it's like lead and lead is when you get into problems with foreigners.
- 27:15Unknown: You know, they're both spelled the same way. It's contextual.
- 27:18But here's the difference in Spanish, for instance. Every Spanish verb
- 27:23every one of our verbs got three tenses, past, present, future.
- 27:28Mhmm. Right?
- 27:30You know how many conjugations,
- 27:32different conjugations every Spanish verb has?
- 27:37Unknown: No idea.
- 27:38Unknown: 19.
- 27:41Unknown: Damn. Wow.
- 27:43Unknown: Now, they only use four
- 27:45but if you go into the book, there's 19
- 27:49different conjugations.
- 27:52Unknown: Jeez.
- 27:53Unknown: Okay.
- 27:54Unknown: So, it's. Okay, then. Yeah, it's. I I concede.
- 27:57Unknown: So, I I tip my hat to Harold and of course, anytime they're starting a business from bootstraps up and using that the little card which was new technology back then.
- 28:08The little security card that the gold is placed in and all that stuff. They've had they've had a lot of challenges along the way. The other things, oh, I know what else I wanted to bring up. This is pretty interesting.
- 28:20Along the other way is, you know, multi level marketing companies are illegal in Germany.
- 28:29Did you know that? Didn't know that.
- 28:32They've got very, very, very strict laws
- 28:35on networking over there.
- 28:37And somehow
- 28:39they came in with the binary plan. Part of the reason that they were able to get it through is because they don't charge anybody anything. If you want to join Carrot Bars and go out and represent them and everything else and you can get a commission, a small commission, and all that stuff and it doesn't cost you anything. There's no restrictions.
- 28:58That's one of the ways they did it and then they went in and they in the binary,
- 29:03they put their compensation plan under a binary, which is generally a networking plan,
- 29:09but they called it a twin family plan and somehow got it past the German regulatory authorities,
- 29:15okay?
- 29:16Now, this
- 29:18is what I wanted to tell y'all. This happened late last week.
- 29:22I wonder. I was it freaked me out, kinda.
- 29:26Does the name Keith Ranieri ring a bell?
- 29:30Unknown: Not to me, though.
- 29:33Unknown: Well, Keith Ranieri's been in the news lately,
- 29:37in the big time news lately,
- 29:40and this is the guy
- 29:41that thirty
- 29:43something years ago
- 29:45invented
- 29:45the first binary
- 29:47compensation
- 29:48plan.
- 29:50Okay?
- 29:51I have met
- 29:53this guy
- 29:54personally years ago in Washington, DC,
- 29:57when he was much younger,
- 29:59but there's no doubt it's the same guy because I saw his picture in Zero Edge
- 30:04last week.
- 30:05You
- 30:06want I know you wanna hear the story, don't you?
- 30:10Keith Rinnery is one of these child prodigy kinda guys.
- 30:15In his early 20s,
- 30:17he had three PhDs,
- 30:20all from Rensselaeri
- 30:22Polytechnic
- 30:23Institute,
- 30:24which is up in Rensselaeri,
- 30:26New York,
- 30:27which is rated higher academically
- 30:29than MIT.
- 30:31He had PhDs
- 30:33in chemistry,
- 30:34math,
- 30:35and physics by the time he was, like, 21, 22 years old.
- 30:41Unknown: Damn. A
- 30:44Unknown: real little nerd guy. You know, I remember when we met him, we went up to a big meeting in Washington DC.
- 30:49Whole bunch of us rode up in a van. That's a long trip from Atlanta and back.
- 30:55And we rode up there to go to this meeting. Would be The name of the company that he founded was you might can find this on the net. I had never tried to look it up. It's called Consumers
- 31:05Byline.
- 31:06B Y L I N E, I think. B Y or B Y. Anyway, Consumers Byline.
- 31:12We call it CBI and
- 31:14what he had done is he had gotten in and had a concept of a buying service,
- 31:19kind of like Amazon
- 31:21early on thirty something years ago. Yeah. And he had put it into this new form of net working plan. Now, idea with this is he got real enamored with the power of networking because it's very powerful, okay?
- 31:35And
- 31:36and he and looking at all the traditional compensation plans and one of the figures that he stumbled across
- 31:44was
- 31:45that the average person gets in a networking plan of the old variety,
- 31:50recruits two. Three people, and quits.
- 31:54And he said, I'm going to start a plan where you only have to recruit two,
- 31:58and that's where the idea of the binary came from.
- 32:02But at that early age and him not having a product, he was having to piggyback off other people and trying to cut a little margin in a discounting
- 32:13approach,
- 32:14he had to put limits
- 32:17into
- 32:18the depth that it would pay out.
- 32:21And so
- 32:22I don't remember what the limits were,
- 32:24but know, but you only got paid if you if somebody was below your fifteenth level or tenth level or something, you didn't get paid on them.
- 32:31And so, here's what happened to me though. I recruited eight people,
- 32:36and when that company was put out of business by a couple of states attorney generals, I don't remember how long later, I lost interest in it, and here's why.
- 32:46I recruited eight people,
- 32:48but when that company went under, I had 8,500
- 32:51people in my group.
- 32:54Nice. No. It wasn't nice, Shane, because almost all of them came because they all came below level 10, and I didn't get paid on any of them.
- 33:07That was the limit. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. There was limits there, okay? Now, what Carrot Bars did
- 33:13and was the first company. Now, that was in the late night, late eighties, I think
- 33:18and so we went through the 80s and the 90s and the 2000s
- 33:23and all the way up to the next
- 33:25decade
- 33:26when Karabars came around,
- 33:29they engineered a way to pay unlimited
- 33:32depth
- 33:33on a binary
- 33:34plan.
- 33:38That is initially
- 33:39what got my attention because I know from personal experience
- 33:44how powerful these compensation plans are,
- 33:47except that I knew the limitation, I'd experienced it personally,
- 33:51and along comes this company that sells
- 33:54this pretty cool little product, a
- 33:57currency
- 33:58grade gold in a net working form with unlimited
- 34:02depth.
- 34:04Unknown: And that's still the case. How do they do it unlimited?
- 34:08Unknown: Because they put like a
- 34:11I don't know the engineering
- 34:12term,
- 34:13but they put another
- 34:15another little gizmo in the middle where you get credit
- 34:19for those buys.
- 34:21And when the credits mount up to a certain ratio, you get paid.
- 34:27Okay? So you are getting paid, and you're getting credit for everything that happens in your organization below you to whatever level.
- 34:37Same with BitClub Network. They both got this going. Their their's theirs is a a hybrid binary,
- 34:43but they've got the same attribute.
- 34:44But it took people my point here is it took people decades
- 34:49before they could figure out how to how to get that unrestricted payout
- 34:54with a powerful,
- 34:55powerful compensation
- 34:56plan like the binary,
- 34:59alright?
- 34:59Now, this is what I was going to tell you about Keith Ranieri.
- 35:03He popped up in the news. I saw it about six months ago
- 35:08and I just couldn't believe it was the same guy and I didn't pay attention to it. Well, this article in Zero Hedge last week, it had his picture in it and there ain't no doubt it's the same guy.
- 35:18Third, forty, forty, fifty years later.
- 35:22Keith Rennary
- 35:23has gotten got in with the Bronfman's
- 35:26daughters
- 35:27in a networking deal where one of the aspects of it was he had
- 35:34women slaves that he would actually brand.
- 35:37He found a way to brand them, and it showed pictures in Zero Edge of of how he branded these girls.
- 35:44And the Bronfman daughters, you know, the Bronfmans
- 35:48are they're Robert.
- 35:50Unknown: Edgar Bronfman. Yes. Seagram's, they own Universal,
- 35:53NBC, etcetera, etcetera. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The Canadian. Yes. It was his two daughters,
- 35:59Unknown: and they were both up to their necks in this deal with Keith Rinnery.
- 36:03And I'm reading the article and it goes, he had a networking program and this, that, and the other, and it showed a picture of him, and I went, holy smokes. That's the same guy. Okay?
- 36:13Unknown: I mean, there's just no doubt it is. So he'd be about 55, 60 years old Probably. By my
- 36:18Unknown: Yep. Yep. That's probably our late fifties, I'd say. But
- 36:22he's in a whole bunch of trouble all of a sudden because there's hundreds of millions. Yes, it should Hundreds
- 36:29Hundreds of millions
- 36:31of dollars missing from the Bronfman Trust Fund that these girls have been trying to cover up as they've been buying islands and giving him all kinds of money and no telling what all but I thought that was really interesting. I didn't have a chance to mention it last week and
- 36:48but boy, you talk about deja deja
- 36:50vu. You know, I'm reading this article on zero edge and there's this guy's
- 36:56picture and it didn't give any of that background in there. The guy's a child genius, okay? And the last I heard of him about
- 37:04six or seven years ago, he was working for prepaid legal in Ida, Oklahoma.
- 37:10You're an Oklahoma boy.
- 37:12Ada? Yeah, Ada, Oklahoma. There's a big networking
- 37:16company that's been around for for decades called Prepaid Legal.
- 37:20Have you heard of that?
- 37:22Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I have. Yeah. Well, he was working with them evidently but he must have split off for greener pastures.
- 37:29Anyway,
- 37:29he's So to speak. And so to speak, he's in deep cocky, that boy.
- 37:35And he's running with some real and and he should be, and he's running with some real bad company too.
- 37:42So back to something prior. Not somebody you wanna cross. No. No.
- 37:48The the Carrot Bar
- 37:50coin looks extremely
- 37:52bright future.
- 37:54And from what I did look at in the video,
- 37:58they're going to they're introducing the phone.
- 38:01They're gonna have their own phone.
- 38:04You know, Bitcoin Network's gonna have its own phone. All these companies are coming out with their own proprietary
- 38:09phones except in the bit in the Caratbar
- 38:13instance,
- 38:15they've got the world's
- 38:16first
- 38:17dual
- 38:18parallel
- 38:19blockchain.
- 38:21So somehow, and I don't know the technical specifics of it, but they're running a parallel blockchain,
- 38:27it's the first one in the world, it will be contained in the phone,
- 38:31and as they get their retail
- 38:40gas.
- 38:41You know, like Ethereum
- 38:42is a gas coin? Yes.
- 38:45Okay. Well, evidently the same thing's going to be with Carabar. I don't know all the specifics.
- 38:50It may be the new coin they're coming out with because they got the other one from a year ago and then I think they've just issued another one but we'll find out some specifics
- 39:00and get it out there for you guys but the people that bellied up to the bar a year ago,
- 39:05no matter if it was small
- 39:08or that we got some folks that that really backed the truck up including myself to the thing because I believed in em so much and we're I think
- 39:18I think the future looks real bright. So, that's a nice
- 39:21a nice thing to see here in
- 39:24on April 1 because that's not an April Fool's joke. It's for real.
- 39:29Unknown: Yeah. Roger. That's that's quite good. Yes. Shane. Roger. Yes, sir. Is this a jug juggernaut of Amway?
- 39:37I mean, do do the same principles as what Amway has gotten so big and powerful during the depression?
- 39:45They are now implementing
- 39:47the same tactic,
- 39:49Unknown: and I'm not sure what's going on. Well, I mean, Amway is a different
- 39:54company and and opportunity
- 39:55altogether, and it's certainly got the the biggest change
- 39:59is it's got a far different compensation plan.
- 40:03Well, now Chuck wants to join us. And you have to buy and ship stuff.
- 40:07Chuck, I'm click there. Let's see. Maybe he'll come in now.
- 40:11Yeah. There he is. Okay. We got Chuck in there, I think. I click on him and he didn't come in. Yeah. So, that's pretty good. Hey, Chuck. How you doing? We only got Robert's from Oklahoma. We got Chuck in Oklahoma and I imagine Shane has probably never been to Oklahoma. How you doing, Chuck?
- 40:28Unknown: I'm doing fine. I just wanted to ask, well, one thing is they're having a
- 40:35Carrot Bar Coin
- 40:37Bank. It's the bank. Carrot Bar Bank Coin or whatever. That's what that's the other coin.
- 40:44I think it's in the I or in the ICO stage and they weren't allowing
- 40:52people on The US to come in on it
- 40:55Unknown: right out of the bat. You can't, you can't. They
- 40:59can't because it's like all the other coins, if you're a citizen of The United States or a resident, you're the only people excluded in the world from participating in ICOs.
- 41:09Unknown: Right, right. Which that's a newer development, isn't it? Just within the last year?
- 41:14Unknown: Well, no, it's been a long No,
- 41:16it's
- 41:17been around from the whole time, Chuck.
- 41:20Unknown: Oh, it has?
- 41:22Unknown: From the beginning. Oh, okay.
- 41:25Unknown: Well, anyway, so what I was gonna ask is,
- 41:28do you know anybody that's gotten any
- 41:31anything
- 41:32back from,
- 41:34you know, the initial
- 41:36if you bought so much and held on to
- 41:39Unknown: December or whatever it was. Yeah. They were supposed to start dipping out in March. They did. Have you heard? Yeah. You had to we talked about it back in January. You had to send one coin out of your wallet
- 41:50to a certain address and they can look on the web and see if any activity in that wallet and if nothing had changed, they dumped you back 30%.
- 42:03Unknown: Okay.
- 42:06Unknown: And I know some people that did that and they got their 30%.
- 42:09So,
- 42:10we talked about it in January because they had to extend it because originally, it was gonna be on December 24,
- 42:17and right there at Christmas, everybody was absolutely inundating Cheryl Ann. She couldn't even think about Christmas because all these people were calling, so they extended it to think the end of January,
- 42:27and we talked about it on the program.
- 42:32Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I know. It when I was one one of the ones that brought it up to begin with, I think. So,
- 42:39well, my
- 42:41situation was a little convoluted
- 42:43because as we've stated before,
- 42:46the process was a little difficult to understand. Listen,
- 42:49Unknown: that's my one criticism of this whole thing is the rollout process of it and the complexity of it.
- 42:56And that kind of turned me off a little bit. That's part of the reason that I just kinda backed off is I just get tired of all the damn complexity
- 43:04and then I find out as I realize and get into it that they could have done it a whole lot simpler way and I just went, well, I'll just sit back and wait. I got my coins and, you know,
- 43:16pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered, don't they, Chris?
- 43:22Unknown: Well, that would seem to be the occurrence. Good morning. How you doing?
- 43:27Unknown: Morning, Chris.
- 43:29Unknown: Well, good morning, gentlemen. Little beat up and exhausted. It's a continual battle but I'm holding up about as well as can be expected.
- 43:37Unknown: Okay. Well, good. Just keep up. I mean, perseverance is the key.
- 43:42They got them funds and they got the guns and they got more people but we gotta keep up when they're honest, man.
- 43:48If you, you know, and you, I I hate to see you going through this, Chris. You've been going through this for about three years now or more, okay?
- 43:57And. That's correct. The pressure. By the least. The pressure that that kind
- 44:03of activity puts on an individual unless you've been through it. You can't imagine what that's like.
- 44:11Unknown: Oh, sure. It's meant to destroy you completely.
- 44:14Unknown: It does. Off the place of. Well, it does with most people and that's really a real
- 44:20outward compliment to you and your character, Chris.
- 44:26Well
- 44:27Or or or your or your abject stupidity.
- 44:32It's a it's a compliment to one the two.
- 44:39Unknown: Well, I there are some just you're delusional to expect you're gonna get any justice or fairness or neutrality in these courts that are all designed as war courts to war against people,
- 44:51but most of them don't have the knowledge. And, of course, when you know it, it makes it a little more difficult to
- 44:56Unknown: engage in it. Well, you can occasionally get some satisfaction. We've seen it in our community a time or two but the the program is not geared for people like Chris.
- 45:08Unfortunately,
- 45:09they're up to their neck in all this garbage. It's geared to the people that can come with a clean slate and if you can come with a clean slate, I believe we can make your life a lot
- 45:19easier and happier if you're willing to learn the material and stand up for your rights in a belligerent
- 45:26manner.
- 45:29We're yes, talking
- 45:30Unknown: sir, mister Shane, front and center. Yes. On my point, my plate was not clean when I first got into this. I still owed, like, $30.30
- 45:41k
- 45:42and but yet they still
- 45:44let me have this
- 45:47they still let me have the
- 45:50passport.
- 45:51Unknown: So Well,
- 45:52well, for one thing, it's 30 k $30.30
- 45:55k. That that law wasn't in effect when you applied.
- 45:59And secondly,
- 46:0130 ks doesn't meet the threshold. It's 50 ks.
- 46:04If you've got $50.00
- 46:07or more in
- 46:08collections,
- 46:10in
- 46:11collections,
- 46:12that means they've gotta lean against you and all that stuff, okay?
- 46:16If you're in that position,
- 46:18you may have a very difficult time getting a passport. I just saw a story here about a week or two that they had, what was 382,
- 46:27zero passports they revoked?
- 46:30Last year. Wow.
- 46:33Unknown: From that region?
- 46:35Unknown: 382,000,
- 46:36I think, is something is around what the what the article said.
- 46:41Unknown: Wow.
- 46:44Unknown: Jeez.
- 46:46Unknown: So there's a bunch of prob people that have gotten into deep problems with these guys.
- 46:50I know several personally,
- 46:52you know, and it's unfortunate, but that's the way it is. And I'm gonna tell you, if you're in that condition,
- 46:59filing an affidavit is not going to absolve that. Those are contracts they've got you in, and the fact that you file an affidavit
- 47:09probably means that they're going to try and get their pound of flesh even a little more vigorously.
- 47:20Because they do like to take
- 47:23they like to take their pound of flesh on the way out the door. Yes, Robert?
- 47:29Unknown: Yeah. Last Thursday, I was working, but I was able to listen in just a wee bit to your telecast.
- 47:35Unknown: Very good show, Thursday. Very good show, Thursday.
- 47:39Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I probably downloaded and listened to it in in its entirety, but the the little bit that I was able to glean was you were chastising some for not knowing the difference between
- 47:50citizen of United States and citizen of The United States Of America and the importance therein, especially when you filed
- 47:56the affidavit?
- 47:57Unknown: Well, I mean, don't know that I was chastising somewhere with somebody. I was maybe making my point,
- 48:03you know, trying to make my point. Rather strong.
- 48:06Well,
- 48:07I mean, it's pretty well, hell, the it's whole base where the rubber meets the road right there. That question, those two terms. Yep. Yeah. Is where the rubber meets the road here. Yeah.
- 48:18Unknown: So, let's talk about that. Just just to review for those of us in the learning mode. Like me. Well, you've got a you've
- 48:25Unknown: got a they there used to be a national citizen and there was no federal citizen.
- 48:31Before the Civil War, there wasn't a federal citizen and I've read,
- 48:35I could go drag it out. The light wasn't so poor and the writing so small. My eyes so bad and I'd sit here and read it to you again but you can go to the slaughterhouse cases
- 48:45and there's a section in there that says, there was much discussion in the
- 48:50government, in the public journals, and on the street whether if a man was born in Washington DC and resided in DC
- 48:59or the territories,
- 49:00he couldn't be a citizen of The United States Of America.
- 49:04So there was a national citizen and you could be that if you were a state citizen, you were automatically that.
- 49:11Okay? Ipso facto, by the mere fact,
- 49:14according to Justice Story, that you were a state citizen, you were automatically
- 49:19a national citizen, and that label on that is a citizen of the capital c,
- 49:24citizen of The United States Of America,
- 49:27the whole conglomeration
- 49:29If of
- 49:30you'd been born and lived in DC,
- 49:32you couldn't do that.
- 49:36If you were in Puerto Rico or The Philippines or well, The Philippines weren't around yet. This is the middle of the eighteen hundreds but if you were in any those territories,
- 49:44you couldn't do it either.
- 49:46There was no status called the federal citizen and as it says right there in the slaughterhouse cases,
- 49:53it to alleviate
- 49:55this condition is one of the reasons the fourteenth amendment was founded,
- 50:00Unknown: okay?
- 50:05Unknown: Now, when it was went through,
- 50:08it set up the federal citizen.
- 50:10So, not only for blacks was for civil rights. Now, they they were property
- 50:15on the southern plantation.
- 50:17They moved them up to the federal plantation with civil rights.
- 50:21Notice they didn't give them political rights.
- 50:24You get civil rights. I want my civil rights. What about your political rights? Because those are both two classes of rights under the heading of rights.
- 50:33You got political rights, civil rights. The rights that govern you dealing with other people
- 50:41is civil rights and their hand and and what handles that now? The Uniform Commercial Code. And the political rights, they didn't give to the federal citizens.
- 50:49Those are where you can go out and elect representatives.
- 50:53So now, the whole thing on this, all this Trump and this Russia gate and these fights and this congress and all that is just political theater.
- 51:06It's all theater. There's no laws that they can really pass up there except maybe a few exceptions that are constitutional
- 51:14that have anything to do with you if you're that state citizen, citizen of The United States. Well,
- 51:21okay. They're Darryl's joined us here. So, they added that federal citizenship
- 51:26and then eighty years later, they switched us all over to it.
- 51:32Mhmm. That's that's man, that's as simple as I can put it. I cannot I do not know how to put it any simpler than that. Yeah.
- 51:43Unknown: I think you just did.
- 51:45Unknown: Okay. So We absolutely don't And
- 51:48for all of you that are prospecting, you know, talking to people and you got this in the back of your mind about talking to them, that's a very good opening question. Are you a citizen of The United States or are you a citizen of The United States Of America?
- 52:00Always thought that was a real good one because it's where the rubber meets the road and the dialectics
- 52:06right there in front of them. And
- 52:08you can go back it up. Hey, Darryl. What's going on on April Fools for you, brother? Well,
- 52:15Unknown: I
- 52:15I'm trying not to be a fool. Good.
- 52:19And
- 52:22so I I was I was hearing my friend Robert and Shane there
- 52:27ask some pretty pertinent questions as I was filling out a a postal form.
- 52:34And
- 52:35I I have something here that I think they will both find
- 52:40interesting
- 52:42and explanatory,
- 52:44and maybe even some others that are listening.
- 52:47And so here it is.
- 52:50So we have this term called citizen.
- 52:53We also have this other term called civilian,
- 52:56and we have this thing called the resident.
- 53:00Okay? So let's
- 53:02let's break this word down a little bit, this thing called resident.
- 53:06So
- 53:08if you go
- 53:09to your Black's Law Dictionary, and I'm I know everybody listening has one of their black has a Black's Law Dictionary or a Bovier. I know everybody has one.
- 53:19So if you go to that,
- 53:21if you
- 53:23awesome, Shane. So if if you were to
- 53:25have access to your own personal copy of one of those
- 53:30those
- 53:31sorcery books.
- 53:34If you went to a three letter word called res,
- 53:38r e s, res.
- 53:40Now
- 53:42let's
- 53:43apply that to resident. So res is beginning of the word resident.
- 53:48Okay. So
- 53:51English is an incredibly deceptive language because it is very descriptive.
- 53:56And
- 53:57so I think that's why English has been used
- 54:00is that
- 54:02you can create so many different
- 54:06nuances
- 54:07and subterfuge
- 54:08out of them. But anyway, that's a whole other subject.
- 54:12Res, r e s. So I'm gonna read you I'm gonna read you the first little part of this in Black's Law
- 54:19where it calls res.
- 54:21It's Latin.
- 54:23The subject matter of a trust or a will. That's what a res is.
- 54:28In the syllable law,
- 54:30it's a thing.
- 54:32It's an object.
- 54:34As a term of law, this word has a very wide and extensive signification,
- 54:40including not only things which are objects of property,
- 54:43but also such as are not capable of individual
- 54:47ownership.
- 54:49And in old English law, it is said to have a general import comprehending
- 54:54both
- 54:55corporeal
- 54:56and incorporeal
- 54:57things of whatever kind, nature, or species.
- 55:00Okay. Then it says, parentheses, by res,
- 55:03according to the modern civilians
- 55:06is meant everything that may form an object of rights
- 55:11in opposition to persona.
- 55:18Unknown: Hello?
- 55:20Unknown: Did we lose You agreed to be in res
- 55:25when you agreed to be in res, when you contract to be in res to identify yourself as a thing, every
- 55:32this is why you don't wanna be a resident.
- 55:34Okay? Because you consent through your ignorance to be a thing. Are you a thing, or are you a or are you a a man or woman?
- 55:45Unknown: You know, Darryl Man. You're really hitting on something that over my experience
- 55:50as I think about this on why it's difficult for people to pick up on this.
- 55:55It is because
- 55:57they cannot,
- 55:58for one thing, they don't understand the colloquial, the legal meaning of the word property.
- 56:04They
- 56:05don't understand that property is a right and that what they consider to be property is legally a thing,
- 56:11and that concept getting across to people is difficult at times, and I think it's a big barrier
- 56:17in the fact, once again, the substantive law stuff that people just don't understand
- 56:22is how they're able to pull the wool over our eyes.
- 56:28Unknown: Well,
- 56:29I I I appreciate that. I do. Having
- 56:34said that,
- 56:35it doesn't change the facts. And the facts are is you gotta know this.
- 56:40And
- 56:42you
- 56:43you just have to know it. And I'm not trying to beat up on anybody at all. I'm trying to help her. And and that word right there, res,
- 56:52okay,
- 56:55That's that's part of the hook. It's it's it's like when you go fishing for catfish and you put on a treble hook. That's just one of the hooks.
- 57:03Okay? They bait it with that.
- 57:05And
- 57:06so
- 57:08but,
- 57:09you know,
- 57:11I I hope that helps.
- 57:14You you have to you have to look at these words and then
- 57:17you know, just the simple words and study them a little bit and and and start connecting those thoughts
- 57:24in in your own mind.
- 57:26It's I listen, Roger. I can't even repeat the things that you say.
- 57:31You know, if I try to tell people
- 57:34this information,
- 57:36I I can't even use your words because those are your words. I have to say it my own way. Yeah. I understand that. And and
- 57:44it's not that it's not that I haven't learned a lot at a phenomenal amount, but it's this is all a part of everybody making this information
- 57:54and
- 57:55and not letting other other entities
- 57:58define you. This is
- 58:00this is a this is a powerful lesson whether it's in your personal business or other relationships.
- 58:06Legal,
- 58:07spiritual,
- 58:08do not ever let somebody else define you. And and
- 58:13this knowledge is a part of of separating,
- 58:17distinguishing
- 58:18yourself
- 58:19from
- 58:20other people's definitions of you defining you. So I
- 58:24Unknown: I hope this helps. Oh, well. It helped me a lot. I I know that that basic info is in that science of law video,
- 58:33and and the reason I
- 58:35really promote it is because I've had other students promote it to me. I didn't even know it was up there until some guy called in on the radio one day and starts just,
- 58:46man, I listen to that. Oh, it's helped me much.
- 58:49That's the substantive law. Were you listening last week, Glenn? Daryl,
- 58:54I'm sure you were. I had an exchange with Glenn last week.
- 58:58We don't get to talk as much and he's kind of stepped off chasing other things here the last few years but he was he's got seven person. He's going to the show? No. Him and I were just IMing on the side over something. I'll tell you what it was. It was over. Remember your friend out there, Michael Shane,
- 59:17the Brit,
- 59:18and he's saying that he beat, that he beat the tax court and they gave him
- 59:23dismissal for lack of jurisdiction?
- 59:26Unknown: Yes.
- 59:27Unknown: And he sent. Yeah, we sent me I said, well, listen. If that happened, you're the first person I've ever heard of it. Do you have any paperwork? He said, yes and he sent it to me. Well, you know what it says?
- 59:40He filed,
- 59:42they call that ninety day letter a notice of deficiency
- 59:47and if you're going to have and they've said you owe money, they send you this notice of deficiency and it's called a ninety day letter in the patriot community.
- 59:57The reason is you got ninety days to petition tax court,
- 1:00:01okay?
- 1:00:02And so, what Michael did was he wrote to tax court and said, I don't have any notice of deficiencies
- 1:00:09and the tax court wrote back and said, we agree with you. You don't have any notices of deficiency.
- 1:00:16Therefore, we we dismiss it for lack of jurisdiction. We agree with you but he never had a ninety day letter. He was petitioning the tax court for dismissal
- 1:00:26on something they'd never accused him of.
- 1:00:33Unknown: Oh, he was right then. He was right.
- 1:00:36He didn't get the letter, so they couldn't touch it.
- 1:00:39Unknown: So anyway, we were talking about that,
- 1:00:42and I went back to ask him because I didn't remember. I said, isn't isn't the notice of deficiency a ninety day letter?
- 1:00:49And so we were started exchanging. Well, he goes, I got seven lawsuits going at the same time.
- 1:00:55And he said, I'm driving the judge and the attorneys crazy
- 1:01:00because I'm bringing out all this substantive
- 1:01:06procedural law
- 1:01:07because that's all they teach in law schools today and the reason he's having success
- 1:01:13is because he knows that substantive
- 1:01:15law and that is in that YouTube video,
- 1:01:19the base, if you learn that cold,
- 1:01:22however you learn it and however you wanna regurgitate it. If you learn that cold,
- 1:01:27you can go through anything they throw at you like Excalibur
- 1:01:32through hot butter.
- 1:01:35Unknown: Oh, crap. Who goose?
- 1:01:37Unknown: That too.
- 1:01:40Unknown: So, Daniel? Yeah. So,
- 1:01:44what so
- 1:01:45Unknown: Well, hold on. There's two or three people trying to talk at once. Who wants to go first? Yeah. Where did you get this
- 1:01:51Unknown: letter from or not letter. The information
- 1:01:54you said the library or the post office.
- 1:01:57Where did you get it?
- 1:01:59Unknown: What what information?
- 1:02:01Unknown: RES.
- 1:02:03Well, for him to
- 1:02:05Unknown: expound on the res He got it out of No. He got it out of Black's Law, Dictionary, Shane. Yeah.
- 1:02:12Unknown: Daryl. Sorry.
- 1:02:14Hi. Hi, Shane. Hi, Shane. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:02:18Unknown: What I what I read came comes right out of Black's Law.
- 1:02:22And you can you can turn you can turn to that page
- 1:02:26in your book and read the same thing.
- 1:02:29The other thing the other thing I want to bring up on this is that
- 1:02:35this
- 1:02:36this resident
- 1:02:38this term resident
- 1:02:40applies
- 1:02:41to civilians. What's the opposite of a civilian?
- 1:02:45Shane, can you tell me the opposite of a civilian? What's opposite of a civilian?
- 1:02:52Unknown: It's on the tip of my tongue.
- 1:02:54Go ahead.
- 1:02:56Unknown: Okay.
- 1:02:56Well, anybody.
- 1:02:59It's
- 1:03:01it it would be somebody who would be in the in the military. Right?
- 1:03:05A soldier. Yeah. Military person. Right. Not a military opposite of a civilian. Alright.
- 1:03:10Okay. So
- 1:03:13when they're talking about civilians,
- 1:03:16they're
- 1:03:17they're talking about
- 1:03:19somebody who
- 1:03:20is
- 1:03:23basically in a jurisdiction
- 1:03:25that
- 1:03:27conforms to military rule,
- 1:03:32I. E. Liberal Code.
- 1:03:36So
- 1:03:38does just because you're a civilian doesn't mean you're out of a a a military
- 1:03:43or, in this case, an an admiralty jurisdiction.
- 1:03:48And
- 1:03:49and so if you read further down in the pre page, you'll find that
- 1:03:54they refer to this jurisdiction.
- 1:03:57It says
- 1:03:59right out of straight out of blacks
- 1:04:01law dictionary here, it says
- 1:04:05with a resident, in regards to a resident, thus in a prize
- 1:04:09case,
- 1:04:10a case of in a prize case,
- 1:04:13so then
- 1:04:14it says prize, you know now that when it says word prize,
- 1:04:19you know that you're in
- 1:04:21in any form of admiralty law.
- 1:04:24Okay?
- 1:04:25And it says, thus, in a prize case, the captured vessel
- 1:04:29is the rez
- 1:04:32the rez,
- 1:04:33The thing.
- 1:04:34And proceeding of this character are said to be in the
- 1:04:38in REM.
- 1:04:40C in personum and REM. So then you have to go to REM.
- 1:04:44Rez may also denote the action or proceeding as when a cause which is not between adversary parties.
- 1:04:51Alright. So the takeaway from this is that
- 1:04:56you
- 1:04:57whenever you see this term, res,
- 1:04:59resident,
- 1:05:01you are consenting
- 1:05:03to be a thing or they want you to be a thing so that they can put you into prize
- 1:05:09jurisdiction,
- 1:05:10admiralty jurisdiction.
- 1:05:12And and
- 1:05:14I mean, there's a lot there's a lot of words floating around out here, but we
- 1:05:20literally, we we need to make a list of,
- 1:05:23five or six of the really important ones and know them cold,
- 1:05:28and and know their definitions and their application.
- 1:05:31And and because there's so much stuff going on all the time, there's so many so many concepts and
- 1:05:38and
- 1:05:39that you have to be able to
- 1:05:42segregate these and and categorize them in your mind.
- 1:05:45And resident is a big one. And obviously,
- 1:05:50Unknown: resident person go ahead. I would suggest, and I've said this before, and Daryl, you may be the guy,
- 1:05:56but if somebody would go back and research the word resident,
- 1:05:59wherever they added the geographical definition
- 1:06:03is where you're going to find the roots of this plan.
- 1:06:09That was added somewhere
- 1:06:12along the line so
- 1:06:13that they could set this up so they could pull this little switcheroo on you.
- 1:06:19Unknown: I if I was
- 1:06:21I I don't know it for a fact. If I was,
- 1:06:24you know, using some conjecture here, I might
- 1:06:28I might
- 1:06:30try to find out around 1871
- 1:06:34prior to nineteen hundreds.
- 1:06:37And
- 1:06:39and it also
- 1:06:41it also works with postal laws too.
- 1:06:45And this is why your postal address is so important to them. It is. They
- 1:06:50will they will they will send you they will send you
- 1:06:55mail to a a resident
- 1:06:58the to the resident
- 1:07:00who's at a residence,
- 1:07:01a residence.
- 1:07:03And they use these postal codes.
- 1:07:06And when you take delivery of that when you take delivery of that postal
- 1:07:11associated with that ZIP code, which is a military district,
- 1:07:15then you you when you accept delivery of that, then you must be that res you must be that resident because opening somebody else's mail
- 1:07:24is a felony. Illegal. Okay.
- 1:07:26So Yeah. By virtue of the very act very act of opening your mail addressed to somebody you claim not to be, but you opened his mail, then all of a sudden, well so so why did you open the mail?
- 1:07:39You can't you can't open the mail,
- 1:07:41address that person,
- 1:07:43and then say you're not that person because then you else you will see see how it's a circular Sure.
- 1:07:49Unknown: You know, last week It goes around the circle. Remember last week, we were talking about the Every Which Way But Loose and the orangutan and that guy that was in there, and he was a big patriot. Well, Gary dug up some stuff and sent it to me. Won a presentation that he did at an expo, and I I can't remember his name's escaped me already, okay? But I just remembered what that seminar was about that they held in Georgia
- 1:08:14when they traveled by train all the way across the country from California, and it was on that point right there, Darryl, and
- 1:08:21their thesis
- 1:08:23was that they got jurisdiction because you had a mailbox on your property.
- 1:08:30Unknown: Yeah. So yeah. I mean I don't that's not valid. You could you could yeah. That's not valid. You could you could rebut that. Yeah. It it may be confirmatory
- 1:08:40Unknown: in the way they use it, but that's not the nexus as we know.
- 1:08:45But these guys that that they had put something together and they thought that's what it was and they were out doing seminars. He was a good guy. He died a couple of years ago unfortunately
- 1:08:54and but hats off to everybody that's laid their lives down for this battle along the line and it's just sad that people didn't understand
- 1:09:03these substantive
- 1:09:04processes
- 1:09:05because if they did, they woulda had a lot more success.
- 1:09:09And a lot of people not very many people have had very much success Yep. Fighting the federal government. I'm a tell you from almost thirty years experience.
- 1:09:18Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:09:19Do us do us do us all a indulgence
- 1:09:22and well, indulge me.
- 1:09:25Do a do a little bit of a
- 1:09:27a definition and a contradistinction
- 1:09:30on subsidence
- 1:09:32substantive law versus
- 1:09:34something that is insubstantive?
- 1:09:36Unknown: Well, the procedure Can you do that? Procedure is not substantive law. It's procedure.
- 1:09:42Unknown: Okay. So
- 1:09:44I mean, that helps.
- 1:09:45That, you know, when we use that term,
- 1:09:48if we're using that term and somebody doesn't know what that means,
- 1:09:51then the your
- 1:09:54Unknown: concept's gonna be lost. Okay. Well, here, let me give you some
- 1:09:57substantive law. Yeah. What's the what's the legal concept of the word person?
- 1:10:07Unknown: It's
- 1:10:08okay.
- 1:10:11Unknown: The legal concept.
- 1:10:13As
- 1:10:14and it's an entity
- 1:10:16to the whom the law ascribes rights and duties. Absolutely. Totally verbatim correct.
- 1:10:21Unknown: Okay?
- 1:10:22Now if you don't understand that concept right there and it's not taught in law schools today,
- 1:10:28okay? And they go out and they get out of law school and they're reading some law that somebody's charged with. They go, every person.
- 1:10:35Well, okay. Well, that must mean every person, shouldn't it? Now, Chuck, you can't call in on my
- 1:10:41Chuck dropped off. He tried to call in on my personal line. You can't do that, Chuck. The a person is an entity to whom the law ascribes rights and duties. So let's put that into practical application.
- 1:10:53If the fourteenth amendment doesn't assign you any civil rights,
- 1:10:57you have no correlative duties. Is that pretty simple?
- 1:11:03Unknown: Yes.
- 1:11:04That's
- 1:11:05Unknown: Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Now this is something else I wanted to bring up. Early on, a listener sent me the pages out of Vattel's Law of Nations dealing with residency.
- 1:11:16Every
- 1:11:17place in Vattel's Law of Nations that they use the word resident,
- 1:11:22they use the term resident
- 1:11:24alien
- 1:11:26because that really identifies it. If they were asking you on these forms, hey, Darryl, are you a resident alien?
- 1:11:34You'd go, what the hell am I what alien to what?
- 1:11:41Right. So they dropped it. They dropped alien
- 1:11:45off of the back, and they put a geographical
- 1:11:48definition
- 1:11:49in there. And when they did, that's the start of this program.
- 1:11:54Chuck, you called the right number.
- 1:11:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:12:01Unknown: I don't know. I got mixed up, I guess, when I was calling you.
- 1:12:05Unknown: You're Yeah. So when Pam Patel Pam Patel's Well, hold on. We can't everybody can talk at the same time. Chuck, go ahead. I'm gonna do.
- 1:12:14Unknown: Well, if I was just gonna say and then I'll get off. It's you're talking about John Quaid?
- 1:12:19Yes. Quaid. And did you
- 1:12:21Unknown: did you see was that video that he sent you, that was in Georgia? I don't know where it was. It was at an expo somewhere where he was talking.
- 1:12:29Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:12:31Well, he's got he's got a series
- 1:12:34I think there's a part one, part two. There may be more than that that he did in Utah.
- 1:12:39There was a one of those freedom
- 1:12:42or
- 1:12:43preparedness expos that was going on in Utah that he did. Yep. And he did he didn't have a driver's license. He didn't have his van was or whatever was unregistered.
- 1:12:54And, I mean, he was doing a lot of stuff, but where the information is housed is the problem because I tried to look for that. And they had it
- 1:13:02somewhat of a sight in the past, but it didn't really have a lot of detail on it. So
- 1:13:07Unknown: I don't know what all he had You see, the problem is is what we haven't known is people like him so well intentioned
- 1:13:14are going out and getting rid of all of these contracts that do nothing but confirm
- 1:13:19his
- 1:13:21servitude.
- 1:13:22You can get rid of all that stuff and none of it makes any difference until you go back and correct your status.
- 1:13:29That's
- 1:13:30why this is so important. Our whole community hasn't understood this the whole time I've been in it. Now, fortunately, we got people now that are. We got people that, of course, adhere to this program and what we do. We got other people like Anna Von Wrights and these other people out there that I don't know what they're teaching but they are one of the components
- 1:13:51is submitting something to the Secretary of State from what I can gather.
- 1:13:56So God bless them. Let's hope it's the death of a thousand cuts.
- 1:14:01You know?
- 1:14:03Unknown: I hope so too. Roger, I
- 1:14:05Unknown: yeah. I I've studied I've studied Anna's information
- 1:14:10in-depth and in detail.
- 1:14:12And I would go so far as to say that
- 1:14:15they have more in common than you have there's more in common with this than uncommon.
- 1:14:21Alright? So
- 1:14:23the the variances between
- 1:14:25this
- 1:14:26and her or you and her
- 1:14:29are are minor details,
- 1:14:31minor ones. Okay. Okay.
- 1:14:34Yeah.
- 1:14:35Unknown: Well, I don't know because I don't I don't go study all these other people that are doing it. I wanna get I wanna be in command of what I do.
- 1:14:44Okay?
- 1:14:46Unknown: Well, it's not it's I mean, I under I appreciate what you're saying and it is what you do, but it's for everyone. And
- 1:14:53and
- 1:14:55so,
- 1:14:56you know, I've I've learned to refine
- 1:14:59and expand
- 1:15:01my perception
- 1:15:03by
- 1:15:05you know, you you find your original toehold, and then out from there, you just you go. The problem is is who are you gonna listen to?
- 1:15:14And if you're if you're new to this,
- 1:15:17your chances of finding
- 1:15:19pay dirt
- 1:15:21Unknown: are pretty small. It is. And that's why because there's a lot of charlatans out here. What you should know and this is why this substantive law thing in that video, the science of law is so important because that comes from Gaius in Rome, man. No other patriot can come in and Jerry rig that up or screw it up. If you learn those things, you not only have command of em but then you can listen to somebody else and know if they know what they're talking about.
- 1:15:48Now, you know, I've said on here my favorite question for the whole time I've been in this almost thirty years is that question I asked earlier. What is the legal concept of the meaning of the word person?
- 1:16:01Every
- 1:16:02person in The United States for the thirty years almost I've been asking that question came back with the same answer, and they said it's a corporate fiction.
- 1:16:13Now that's just absolutely incorrect,
- 1:16:16okay?
- 1:16:17And the only person that has ever gotten that correct in the thirty years I've asked is my attorney in Argentina,
- 1:16:25and he answered me in a nanosecond
- 1:16:27because he knew it.
- 1:16:29Okay?
- 1:16:30Our people don't know it. If they don't know the legal concept behind the word person
- 1:16:35and almost every law is written for persons,
- 1:16:39how the hell do you expect them to know what's going on?
- 1:16:45Unknown: Well, that's that's why I
- 1:16:48yeah. That's why I brought that's why I brought Reza because
- 1:16:52that Reza ties Reza dent ties right into exactly
- 1:16:56the full understanding, the the flowering deal. Yeah. I'll use the word illumination
- 1:17:01of this this
- 1:17:04status that you
- 1:17:07they're trying to co walk you into. So you I'm trying to have fun with this. You know, you kinda work it forwards, backwards, sideways, upside, downside,
- 1:17:15and and and and,
- 1:17:17know, play with it. And then you you realize that
- 1:17:22this is
- 1:17:24what's used against you in in civil court
- 1:17:28is that they take judicial notice
- 1:17:32that that you're res okay. So regardless of anything else that you might say at any point after you've
- 1:17:40consented or they trick you or they observe by silent judicial notice that you are a res,
- 1:17:48you are in the jurisdiction of Rome now. You are in Rome,
- 1:17:51Unknown: and there's no way out of it. Because the presumption's there, and you didn't rebut it. Robert, you were gonna ask something a second ago. What was it?
- 1:17:59Unknown: Yeah. I wanna ask Darryl if that word res that you're using, is this the same contact as res like reservation
- 1:18:07Unknown: where Indian folks have been put on or that's totally different? Oh, that is the same thing. Yeah. Rez is a part of those words. Let me tell y'all the story. I've said this before. I've told this before. It was in my book.
- 1:18:19But the when this point was really hammered home to me, we had a patriot there in Atlanta named Charlie Gray and Charlie Gray was a little guy about five foot four and he owned a really nice antiques business. Lot of antiques there in in Atlanta and he got cross swords with the IRS,
- 1:18:37and they came in and shut him down and stole everything, and he decided to fight them. Now, Charlie
- 1:18:43was a student of a guy named John Nelson
- 1:18:46out of Colorado, who's one of the finest researchers
- 1:18:50that's ever been in our community,
- 1:18:52okay?
- 1:18:53He's dropped off the scene now. You don't hear too much about him. He had death threats
- 1:18:58and a bunch of stuff. He lives out in Colorado, okay? But anyway, Charlie was a student of John Nelson's,
- 1:19:05and so Charlie did a very good job. He even got
- 1:19:08subpoenaed.
- 1:19:10He subpoenaed the district
- 1:19:12director of the IRS
- 1:19:14and a couple of federal judges. He got a couple of federal judges subpoenaed and got them on the stand.
- 1:19:21Okay? I remember he got one of them, a Jewish one up there, and started drilling him on the coal nitriots
- 1:19:29right there in federal court. Okay? But what the point was he had the district director for the IRS there. Now we're in the Federal Courtroom Building down there in the Downtown Atlanta right by the Omni and all that, and you got the district director on the stand. Charlie's handling his own case. He's doing this pro se,
- 1:19:51and he's sitting there Yeah. Starting to ask the district director questions.
- 1:19:56The jury's sitting over there on the side of the room,
- 1:19:59and the district director pulls out the statue,
- 1:20:02the the regulation that they're charging him with, six zero one, six zero one one, or six zero one two, and it goes,
- 1:20:09any person, and he reads the regulation, right, and he looks at Charlie and he says, you look like a person
- 1:20:18to me.
- 1:20:19And
- 1:20:22Charlie did not know this substantive stuff,
- 1:20:26he didn't know what to say, The courtroom was totally silent. You coulda heard a pin drop,
- 1:20:32and the jury convicted his ass. Now if he'd known this stuff and he'd go, well, sir,
- 1:20:40person is an entity to whom the the law ascribes rights and duties. Therefore, the fourteenth amendment ascribes me no rights and I owe no correlative
- 1:20:50duties.
- 1:20:51I'm not that person. What
- 1:20:54would happen Charlie if he'da known that?
- 1:20:58Unknown: He woulda been walking.
- 1:21:02Unknown: And that, Darryl, that's when that was hammered home to me with that example, and I was sitting in the courtroom. Yeah.
- 1:21:11Unknown: Let me let me let me back this up a little bit with what you're saying.
- 1:21:17Here again, I I seem to be hung up on Black's Law Dictionary today,
- 1:21:22but it's accessible to most people.
- 1:21:25And so
- 1:21:26the word res starts on page 13 o four,
- 1:21:30and it goes all the way to page
- 1:21:33thirteen fifteen in my book
- 1:21:36that the
- 1:21:37beginning
- 1:21:38of the words,
- 1:21:40the the prefix
- 1:21:42or part
- 1:21:43of the words are all res.
- 1:21:47So
- 1:21:48you you can't look at this word, this this this idea of res in in just a
- 1:21:55in a vacuum. Okay?
- 1:21:57You start to be suspicious now.
- 1:22:00You have to be suspicious. Word. You're dealing with liars.
- 1:22:04You have to be suspicious now. You know what
- 1:22:07res is.
- 1:22:08Okay? So then you start looking for other words
- 1:22:11that they try to attach to you that begin with r e s.
- 1:22:15And all of those words
- 1:22:18should be suspect
- 1:22:20in your mind. At this point,
- 1:22:22you've been given you've been given the the encryption.
- 1:22:26Okay? You've been given the Dick Tracy decoder ring,
- 1:22:30res,
- 1:22:31resident,
- 1:22:33reside.
- 1:22:34Okay? All these things. And then you you could've you start going down the list of of other words.
- 1:22:42And so if we use if we use use the skill that Chris has taught us about
- 1:22:49changing the syllables around.
- 1:22:52Okay?
- 1:22:53And,
- 1:22:55you know, is it
- 1:22:57you know, there's a lot of res words,
- 1:23:00and a lot of them are in law. And that helps
- 1:23:04you know, they use that to categorize,
- 1:23:07and it's it's word sorcery.
- 1:23:09And if
- 1:23:10if you don't understand this, they're they're gonna play you every time. They just play you every time. I wanted to add a minute ago because you touched on it, the in rim jurisdiction.
- 1:23:20Unknown: And if you'll notice, if you're ever thumbing through court cases, which I know Chris does lot of, and you'll see it say in rim,
- 1:23:29the US government versus $100,000
- 1:23:33and in rim jurisdiction is when they're doing all these civil forfeitures
- 1:23:38and they go back and then they sue the object that they have seized
- 1:23:43and they do that in rim.
- 1:23:47Unknown: Yeah. Right.
- 1:23:50And and and they and and it's
- 1:23:53a prize.
- 1:23:56Unknown: What a prize?
- 1:23:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:24:16Because
- 1:24:17we love everybody here.
- 1:24:20Unknown: Well, it's it's just illustration
- 1:24:22of the importance of going back and learning these basics. And, man, I stress it, I stress it, and I'll stress it again. And Brent said it one day years ago, we were just in casual conversation
- 1:24:33and he made this statement and I've thought about it so many times since.
- 1:24:37He said, when you know the basics, anything simple.
- 1:24:43Unknown: Alright. Well,
- 1:24:46Unknown: so
- 1:24:48if they have you in Rez
- 1:24:50and they have you in a civil court and
- 1:24:56you you try to demure
- 1:25:00out of that.
- 1:25:05Plead out of that.
- 1:25:08And
- 1:25:09we're we're finding evidence more and more
- 1:25:13that they
- 1:25:17are playing by their
- 1:25:18Unknown: playing by the rules, Roger. Well, I'll tell you, they've got their jurisdictional
- 1:25:22state. They've got you can't demure out when they've got your ass. Okay? And they make their jurisdictional
- 1:25:29statement in the first paragraph of every lawsuit.
- 1:25:33And
- 1:25:34they'll say, Chris Cave,
- 1:25:37a resident
- 1:25:38of. Boom. Boom. Boom. And people don't rebut it, and it's in there, and you're moving forward, and they got your ass.
- 1:25:46Yeah.
- 1:25:50Unknown: So I I brought up a new word here, and I should probably read the definition. It's very short.
- 1:25:55Demure.
- 1:25:56To present a demure to
- 1:25:59take an exception to the sufficiency
- 1:26:01in point of law of a pleading
- 1:26:05or state of facts alleged.
- 1:26:09Unknown: So
- 1:26:11It's a sidestep. That would be
- 1:26:14Unknown: well, yeah. It it's also
- 1:26:17a
- 1:26:19I you know, I'm not a I'm not a legal genius or a a experienced combatant in in these courts by any means.
- 1:26:28I I take that as a
- 1:26:30a verbal
- 1:26:32a verbal rebuttal to a presumption at that point when you try to demur.
- 1:26:39You're you're a demurrer,
- 1:26:41and you're trying to demur
- 1:26:43and when they're trying to make you a person.
- 1:26:47And you say, well, no. I I I want to demur in persona.
- 1:26:52Unknown: Challenge
- 1:26:53you're challenging jurisdiction
- 1:26:55at that point. And in the trial procedure,
- 1:26:58when jurisdiction is challenged,
- 1:27:01the proceeding can go no further until the challenge is
- 1:27:06overcome
- 1:27:07or sustained, one of the two.
- 1:27:09Now that's in theory,
- 1:27:11But our community has always tried to do that, and they've not ever had very much success
- 1:27:17in my knowledge.
- 1:27:19Unknown: And that
- 1:27:21and that's right. You know, I I have
- 1:27:24I have come across a reason why.
- 1:27:29Why they do it? Why they why they hold you in bondage in Rome even though you would try to demur
- 1:27:36demur
- 1:27:38that.
- 1:27:39And
- 1:27:42you can find it you can find it in Black's Law.
- 1:27:48What they're doing is called Enficio.
- 1:27:54Physio
- 1:27:55Unknown: and Spell spell that, Darryl, It's
- 1:28:00Unknown: f
- 1:28:01I c t
- 1:28:03I o.
- 1:28:04F I c t I o.
- 1:28:07Now here's where it gets really interesting
- 1:28:10and
- 1:28:11I'm actually
- 1:28:15in this conversation today, I'm actually trying to build on some continuity of what we talked about last week because
- 1:28:23I've got a real heartburn
- 1:28:25personally
- 1:28:27because of the deception of municipalities
- 1:28:30and municipal
- 1:28:31laws
- 1:28:32and those those courts.
- 1:28:35And so physio
- 1:28:37in Roman law,
- 1:28:40a fiction
- 1:28:42and a an assumption
- 1:28:44or supposition of the law,
- 1:28:47such was properly a term of pleading
- 1:28:51and signified
- 1:28:52a false avertment
- 1:28:54on the part of the plaintiff,
- 1:28:57which the defendant was not allowed to traverse.
- 1:29:01As that, the plaintiff was a Roman citizen when in truth he was a foreigner
- 1:29:08or
- 1:29:10a foreigner would be alien, wouldn't they? Yep.
- 1:29:12The object of the fiction was to give the court jurisdiction.
- 1:29:18And so
- 1:29:19when they're not letting people
- 1:29:22present
- 1:29:24be the demure and to demure
- 1:29:27out of the physio
- 1:29:29into the impersona.
- 1:29:31Okay? I hate to I hate to use all this Latin
- 1:29:34sort
- 1:29:35of pronunciations,
- 1:29:36but here it is. Okay?
- 1:29:38And and so they're not letting you demure out
- 1:29:42to become the living man and woman.
- 1:29:46They're holding you in physio.
- 1:29:48Okay. What And Darrell. A Roman citizen.
- 1:29:52Unknown: Darrell, let's go back and talk about Rome a little bit. For the first two hundred years of Rome,
- 1:29:58Rome was under a system of law called the Jus,
- 1:30:01like Chris uses on his email, J U S, Jus
- 1:30:06Seville,
- 1:30:07C I V I L E,
- 1:30:10and that meant the law of the citizen,
- 1:30:13and those were God given rights.
- 1:30:15Now what happened as Rome grew
- 1:30:18and more and more trade came in from the extremities of the Empire,
- 1:30:23that meant the merchants of the earth were coming to Rome because it was the center of the new Empire,
- 1:30:30and they brought with them their merchant law,
- 1:30:34which came from Babylon.
- 1:30:36With all of these nice little ways of settling deals that had gone bad
- 1:30:41called self help remedies,
- 1:30:44lien, levy, garnishment, and seizure,
- 1:30:46where the remedy
- 1:30:48is written in to the contract.
- 1:30:51That's the important of this whole thing. The remedy is written into the contract.
- 1:30:57So, if you pay,
- 1:30:59you annul the execution of the contract. If you pay that bill, they don't come seize your car,
- 1:31:07so it's a reversal.
- 1:31:08That's called the recognizance,
- 1:31:11and that's a statute staple
- 1:31:13Jewish Shittar.
- 1:31:14That document and that way of doing things came into Rome, and now the foreign merchants,
- 1:31:21instead of having to go through a formal court,
- 1:31:23were dockets and waiting time and the formal procedure,
- 1:31:27they had it written into the contract,
- 1:31:29and they could get their remedy very easily
- 1:31:32through self help, lean levy, garnishment, and seizure. Okay. What happened
- 1:31:37was the citizens of Rome went to the Praetor,
- 1:31:42who was the, in essence, the attorney general of Rome, and they appointed a new one every year
- 1:31:48because they knew it was a very powerful and corruptible position,
- 1:31:52and every year there was a new Praetar. Under the pressure of the citizens of Rome
- 1:31:58wanting to do what the foreign merchants could do over a period of two hundred years,
- 1:32:04the Roman law changed
- 1:32:06to what Daryl's telling us about. So the people still
- 1:32:10had, if you were a Roman citizen,
- 1:32:12you had access to that previous law,
- 1:32:16but they tried to cover it up. Yeah.
- 1:32:22Unknown: So
- 1:32:23excellent. That's a that's a great history
- 1:32:28narrative right there. Excellent.
- 1:32:31Some other some other additional things that you can see
- 1:32:35when
- 1:32:36you're when you're observing
- 1:32:38you know, I I would actually recommend people I've actually done this. I know Chris has done it a lot. But actually go to your local municipal
- 1:32:46courthouse
- 1:32:48and and just sit and take your hat off now. Take sit in the back row and turn your phone off and just sit there for an hour and watch them conduct business.
- 1:32:59Business.
- 1:33:00They are
- 1:33:01doing business.
- 1:33:03The people that are masquerading
- 1:33:06the persons that are masquerading as judges
- 1:33:09are actually
- 1:33:11in the temple.
- 1:33:12Okay?
- 1:33:14And they are
- 1:33:17so the courtroom is actually a temple.
- 1:33:21And
- 1:33:23the the clerk the clerk of court is a cleric.
- 1:33:27K?
- 1:33:28And
- 1:33:33they're they're literally just doing business.
- 1:33:36They're sure. And they're bankers. They're sharing. They're
- 1:33:39they're banking. Yeah. They're yeah. They're they're doing they're bankers. When you enter that temple,
- 1:33:45you're entering a bank, and they are doing business,
- 1:33:49and they're clerics.
- 1:33:51And and I I really wanna irritate people with this because
- 1:33:56these clerics and these bankers
- 1:33:58are masquerading as something that they're not,
- 1:34:01and and people are really accepted and conditioned by it. And and the tyranny that's in our lives that most affects us other than the IRS
- 1:34:11is these local municipalities
- 1:34:13and the and the judges and the clerics
- 1:34:16that you will see in the Sunday pews sitting beside you
- 1:34:20when actually they're they're clerics of clerics of ball.
- 1:34:25For example
- 1:34:29dang it. I lost my track. Lost
- 1:34:32Unknown: my track. Go ahead, Roger. Why are looking for your strain there, kiddo? I was gonna I was gonna draw the analogy of the the shearer in the flock,
- 1:34:42and they're just running the flock through there and shearing the flock, man. That's
- 1:34:47Unknown: true. In fact, if you don't find it being so old, it's way out the obvious.
- 1:34:53The moo,
- 1:34:54the disciples or the disciples of moo or disciples of money,
- 1:34:59money cycles as the case may be because that's who they that's
- 1:35:04what they're doing. They're absolutely plundering of people and shearing the flocks. It's an extortion operation
- 1:35:10posed to the court when I think it's a you're giving your tribute at the Temple Of Maul.
- 1:35:16Unknown: Yeah. With a debt with a debt instrument that the people you're shearing are the collateral for. They got a hell of a deal going on here, boys.
- 1:35:26Unknown: Pretty good. And so Let me see if I can put blanket on this.
- 1:35:30Unknown: Go ahead. Go ahead, bro. Go ahead.
- 1:35:32Unknown: Let's see if I can put a blanket on this deal. So I probably don't wanna think of myself as a resident,
- 1:35:39rather a citizen or a person, if that's more applicable.
- 1:35:44Unknown: Or a noncitizen,
- 1:35:45US National.
- 1:35:47Unknown: Well, if anybody asks you if you're a resident, I would suggest you reply,
- 1:35:53are you imputing?
- 1:35:55You could use that word or you could say inferring.
- 1:35:57Are you inferring a political
- 1:36:00or a geographical
- 1:36:02definition to that term?
- 1:36:06Unknown: Quite.
- 1:36:07Could you could actually just ask them to be more specific.
- 1:36:11You could do that Make them them pony up.
- 1:36:14Make them pony up. Yeah.
- 1:36:17I I used to I used to conduct a lot of,
- 1:36:20we called them oral interviews
- 1:36:22for checkrides
- 1:36:23for pilots. I was the examiner,
- 1:36:26and
- 1:36:26I would come they would come before me, and I would examine them.
- 1:36:31And so I would in the course of sometimes this went on for an hour and a half, and I would ask them a litany of questions.
- 1:36:38And I always knew when I had a smart one
- 1:36:42or a intelligent one or a clever one when they would start asking me questions back.
- 1:36:48And that always put a smile on my face.
- 1:36:51Okay?
- 1:36:52And so when they when they ask you a question, they only ask questions.
- 1:36:58They they only they only ask questions that they think they know the answer to. Alright?
- 1:37:03Only time you And should
- 1:37:08that they think they know the answer to. And so they like to ask questions because they think they know the answers until you ask them that question.
- 1:37:16Alright?
- 1:37:17And asking them a question is a form of rebuttal.
- 1:37:22Because if you're asking them a question back, you haven't consented to anything.
- 1:37:27Yeah. So
- 1:37:30this when you when you realize that there's 3,600 counties just in in the in this thing called The United States and and Yeah. Every absolutely
- 1:37:40everyone every last one of those,
- 1:37:43I'm I'm not even counting the cities,
- 1:37:46Those municipalities
- 1:37:48is a temple bar,
- 1:37:52yeah, out of the city of London.
- 1:37:55Wow.
- 1:37:56Okay.
- 1:37:58I I mean, when you when you start if you wanna talk you wanna talk about the deep state, you wanna talk about the the shadow government,
- 1:38:06go to your go to your county seat. There you have it right there. They're enforcing Roman law.
- 1:38:12Okay? Mhmm. I I don't know. Is is there yeah. I I mean,
- 1:38:16you know, peep
- 1:38:18this isn't hard. This this is who we're dealing with. That is that's your shadow that's part of your shadow government because they're misrepresenting themselves. Just the tentacles and the extension of it. You can bet your Bippy it is.
- 1:38:31Hey, Daryl. Long tentacle.
- 1:38:33Unknown: Yeah. Robert, you had you you said something a minute ago, and Daryl was talking, and we stepped on you. Did you have a pertinent question or observation?
- 1:38:42Unknown: I was being
- 1:38:43slightly facetious, if not downright smart, by saying, Daryl, are you inferring
- 1:38:49that there are not
- 1:38:51for aviators?
- 1:38:53Are you inferring that?
- 1:38:55I
- 1:38:57Unknown: apologize, Roger. Or Robert,
- 1:39:00you're breaking up, and I'm not I'm not hearing your your your your words. We didn't get through that totally. Does repeat it.
- 1:39:09Unknown: Did did you infer or mean to infer, Darrell, that in your days, there were aviators who were not so smart,
- 1:39:16not so clever?
- 1:39:19Unknown: On on occasion.
- 1:39:20On
- 1:39:21occasion.
- 1:39:22Yes. That
- 1:39:24hence hence, that's why we would examine them.
- 1:39:27We would we would examine them there for for their knowledge.
- 1:39:31And you had you had to you had to separate weeds and tares.
- 1:39:35Okay. I'm I'm this is how this is how the real world works is, you know, the Lord
- 1:39:41the Lord will separate the weeds and tares.
- 1:39:44We all have our our responsibilities and duties. And if if in my previous career, I was in flight standards and training.
- 1:39:52Let me let me let me, you know, pound on that.
- 1:39:56Standards and training.
- 1:39:59Okay? There are standards.
- 1:40:02You have to meet the standard.
- 1:40:04If you don't meet the standard,
- 1:40:06you go back into training
- 1:40:08or if you're bad enough, you go out the door.
- 1:40:11All right? And or the turnstile.
- 1:40:14And
- 1:40:17so I look at this information the same way. Okay. There's a standard that has to be met here.
- 1:40:23And you have to hold yourself to that standard
- 1:40:27because nobody else is going to do it.
- 1:40:29And and remember that
- 1:40:31what what we're dealing you know, I mean, this is really what we're dealing with here. We're we're dealing with
- 1:40:37you know?
- 1:40:39I'll give you a
- 1:40:41I'll you an example of how
- 1:40:44conflated people are in their minds.
- 1:40:47I was having fun with this Saturday over at the gun store. I was talking to an 84 year old Alabama
- 1:40:53gentleman,
- 1:40:54and he was going on and on about stuff. And I kinda pretty much agree with him. And I said, you know you know what the problem is, sir,
- 1:41:01is
- 1:41:02and I shouldn't have called him that, but I was down here. It's a sign of respect. And, actually, it's just a military name. But I said, well, you know, sir,
- 1:41:12I said, people are under the
- 1:41:14misconception that they live in Thomas Jefferson's America
- 1:41:18when actually they're living in Alexander Hamilton's United States.
- 1:41:23And he kinda looked at me,
- 1:41:25and he didn't have much else to say.
- 1:41:28Okay?
- 1:41:29And
- 1:41:30so that goes back to what Roger was saying earlier. Are are you a citizen of The United States? Are you
- 1:41:37a citizen of The United States Of America?
- 1:41:39Okay?
- 1:41:40And listen.
- 1:41:43I don't care.
- 1:41:44Roger was talking about some guy earlier
- 1:41:46about who was a genius and it was in the, you know, thirty, forty years ago and some MLM,
- 1:41:51you know, stuff and Yeah. PhDs and all that stuff. But but what did he use is if he if he would have used that brilliance and intelligence and those god given gifts
- 1:42:01for the betterment of loving his brothers and neighbors,
- 1:42:05where could we go if people would use those qualities and values
- 1:42:09instead of of doing it
- 1:42:13just for their own selfish needs, wants,
- 1:42:17greed, sexual desires,
- 1:42:20and individualism.
- 1:42:22Okay?
- 1:42:23So,
- 1:42:26you know, there's a lot of people here that have shared a lot of stuff. I mean, what what good does it do? What what good is it gonna do this guy if he if he makes millions of dollars and he just does filthy things with it? You know? He's gonna spend What's the point? He's angry. Mister Ranieri is gonna spend a a little time in club fed over this one. I promise you.
- 1:42:47Unknown: Yeah. The gray bar would tell.
- 1:42:51Unknown: I Yeah. Mean My hope is that the Bronfman daughters would too.
- 1:42:59Unknown: Yeah. That'd be appropriate. They were knee deep in it too, so why not?
- 1:43:05Unknown: Well, see, it depends on it depends on the court, and it depends on the judge Yeah. And it depends on the law.
- 1:43:12But, you know, if if they if they proceed
- 1:43:16like
- 1:43:17most things happen nowadays is it's like with the banks. All they have to do is pay a fine. So what is a fine?
- 1:43:24Is the the fine is that they're paying
- 1:43:27or these different businesses to fine,
- 1:43:29they say, well, they paid a fine. Okay?
- 1:43:32Well, let's
- 1:43:33let's put it in real terms. All they're doing is paying the pope indulgences.
- 1:43:38Yep. Okay? This is an indulgence. Yep. And and here's and and here's here's your
- 1:43:44here's your your way out of it. It's an indulgence.
- 1:43:48Alright? So
- 1:43:50I I mean, listen. A lot of these things all mean the same thing, and and they change the words all the time so that they keep you confused, and and there's nothing new here. And they do. They do a very they do a very good job with Jesse Smoltz beat beat Classic Glide as an indulgence
- 1:44:08Unknown: too.
- 1:44:10We hadn't even talked about that on the program.
- 1:44:13Couple of people were wanting me to talk about it but same deal.
- 1:44:18Listen, just come out. Yeah, well. Get cut to the cut to the chase here. Come out of her, my people. Come out of her,
- 1:44:26and you can. It's voluntary.
- 1:44:29Everything in life has to be voluntary
- 1:44:32or it's tyranny, and even though it's applicable, tyranny is frowned upon.
- 1:44:41Unknown: Right. In real life? So so anytime anybody
- 1:44:44anybody anytime anybody's stepping on your free will and self determination,
- 1:44:49you you know that you're being defined,
- 1:44:53and
- 1:44:55and you should be offended by that.
- 1:44:58Alright. It it it should provoke a personal offense.
- 1:45:01And but the thing of it is most people don't realize when they've been they've been put upon
- 1:45:07be because of
- 1:45:09you'll like this, Roger, custom and usage. Yeah. The custom and usage, people have acclimated to being slaves through custom and usage. Yep.
- 1:45:17Unknown: I agree.
- 1:45:21Was a defense. That was a defense in England, by the way, in the common law was custom and usage, and if it had fallen into some sort of a form and it continued people to accept that form, it went under custom and usage.
- 1:45:37Wow.
- 1:45:42Unknown: And I I think the just a trivia is like, I think it took forty years for that to be set
- 1:45:49established. I think it was a forty year
- 1:45:52I remember that from somewhere. Maybe Brent said this.
- 1:45:56So,
- 1:45:58anyway,
- 1:46:00resident, reside, residence,
- 1:46:04big deals.
- 1:46:05These are big deals. Pull out your Yeah. Pull out your Black's Law dictionary and turn off the TV and
- 1:46:11and,
- 1:46:12you know, freak out your freak out your wife and your friends. And you you go, what are you doing? I'm sitting here reading the dictionary. Why? You're you're crazy. You're what are you doing with you? I used to do it on Saturday nights, Daryl, and I would again.
- 1:46:25Unknown: For anybody, especially the new folks and even you old timers,
- 1:46:29go get that video off of YouTube and listen to that until you know it cold.
- 1:46:36Unknown: Alright. Long. Have time disappear when you read that dictionary.
- 1:46:41Unknown: Yep.
- 1:46:43Yep.
- 1:46:45I
- 1:46:46told you all about that guy. I think his name was George Rogers.
- 1:46:51Dwayne Dwayne Rogers
- 1:46:53who used to travel with the Rommel School of Law. Did you ever hear him, Chris?
- 1:47:00I've heard some of Rommel School of Law, but I don't remember Dwayne Rogers. Well, Dwayne Rogers wasn't with them, but he traveled with them, and he was real big buddies of theirs, okay? And I don't remember what had happened. I've got a videotape of this guy with my personal goods in The States. If I can ever get back there and find it, and it's still playable,
- 1:47:20and get it digitized, I'll play it for you guys. He's one of the most amazing men I ever met, really, and he had gotten
- 1:47:27thrown in jail for some crime, and I don't remember what it was, but he was in there for a while, and the only book in the jail was a dictionary. They didn't have a Bible. They had a dictionary and this guy memorized
- 1:47:41the Webster's dictionary from cover to cover and he was the absolute most amazing guy on words. I've, Chris, you would have loved his stuff, man. I mean, he was really a absolute maestro with words.
- 1:47:55But Dwayne Rogers, and he's dead now, unfortunately.
- 1:48:00Unknown: Well
- 1:48:05well, I appreciate a man with a great metal, both of Larry, Mike Darryl.
- 1:48:09Unknown: Chuck? So Chuck's asking if he's muted. I didn't mute you, buddy. I'm I'm just lucky to ride hurt over all this. I know you were there. You're gone now.
- 1:48:20So I I but I didn't mute you.
- 1:48:24Unknown: He'll call back. So There
- 1:48:26Unknown: he is. Hey, Chuck. Go ahead. You're not muted. Uh-oh.
- 1:48:30I was trying to talk a while ago, and nobody heard me. So I thought I was muted or something. I think we were all We can hear you now. Well, I think we were all yakking. Well, you got front and center now, Chuck, so bring it on.
- 1:48:43Unknown: Well, I was just gonna bring up the the Chris system. You know, Darryl was talking about the temple and
- 1:48:51being bankers for banks and
- 1:48:54that
- 1:48:55brought up to mind the Chris system, the court reporting
- 1:48:59system that they that they have, and the judge is investing in all the
- 1:49:05cases that they hear. So,
- 1:49:08you know, you don't hear that talked about much.
- 1:49:12Unknown: I don't know anything about it. Are y'all familiar with that? Don't know. I've never heard of it, so I don't know anything about it. Do you know anything about that? The Chris Those are the
- 1:49:20Unknown: yeah.
- 1:49:21Unknown: I was gonna ask Chris. Yeah, Roger. If he knew anything about the Chris Let
- 1:49:26Unknown: me explain.
- 1:49:30Unknown: Every
- 1:49:31every every
- 1:49:32for every action of business that takes place in a municipal court has a bond written on it, particularly particularly if there's a controversy.
- 1:49:43Alright? And
- 1:49:45and and all these all these cases have penal bonds written on them.
- 1:49:50Absolutely. A 100% of them. Almost almost a 100% of them have bonds written on them. There's a whole there's a whole other side business going on with this with every one of these court actions,
- 1:50:01temple actions,
- 1:50:03bar actions,
- 1:50:04and the attorneys and the judges benefit and profit from it. So
- 1:50:09I can I can show you I can send you links to lay this out?
- 1:50:15Let's try and get some kind of practical
- 1:50:17Unknown: application here, and again,
- 1:50:20for our students,
- 1:50:21my suggestion would be file the affidavit with the Secretary of State, file it in your local area, you're blessed if you live in a smaller town,
- 1:50:32but get it in the property records or get it in the legal organ and get a copy once that's done to the sheriff. It's on you've given due process nationally and you've given due process locally
- 1:50:44and now, if they come after you and you've done all that correctly,
- 1:50:48if you want to, it's not fun but you can take these people to court because they're acting outside of their delegated responsibilities.
- 1:50:56And
- 1:50:58now they have violated you.
- 1:51:00Well,
- 1:51:03Unknown: you know, one of the one one of the contracts that a lot of people are in is the marriage contract.
- 1:51:10Alright? And
- 1:51:13this marriage contract is
- 1:51:16not before God.
- 1:51:19You got a license from the state, it was State. It was before the state.
- 1:51:23And and that's why they're a party they're
- 1:51:26a they're a party to that, and they have a they have an equity interest in the product of that, which is your children. And
- 1:51:34and
- 1:51:35so I you know, you know, the best way to come out of her is to everybody get a divorce.
- 1:51:42Unknown: Daryl,
- 1:51:42did you guys hear about this case last week in Arizona
- 1:51:46that broke last week? I think it had happened a little a month or two ago. Did y'all hear about The children. The children. Yeah. The mother, the mother had a a toddler. She had three or four kids. She had a young one that had a fever. She called the doc and said she was going to come and bring it in. He brought the doc. She brought the child and then he said, you need to take it to the emergency room and he called the emergency room and told him the child was coming.
- 1:52:13After the mother left the doctor's office, the fever broke on the child and it was playing with the other children. No problem. So, she didn't take it to the emergency room. When
- 1:52:24it didn't show up, they called and she explained to them that the baby was doing good and that it had the fever had broken. The doctor who evidently was a female
- 1:52:35turned that over to Child Protective Services.
- 1:52:38They got some new law in Arizona.
- 1:52:41They turned it over to a SWAT team, and the SWAT team invades
- 1:52:45their house
- 1:52:46with the grandparents
- 1:52:48there and all that, they take the children, and for all these months the children have been separated from the family. All that happened because they had a marriage license.
- 1:53:01Unknown: No one marriage license
- 1:53:04well, they they had a marriage license, and they also they also were informed on by a
- 1:53:11docked
- 1:53:13and
- 1:53:14that
- 1:53:15that is a
- 1:53:17that's a military officer.
- 1:53:20Okay.
- 1:53:21Yeah. I yeah. They
- 1:53:24their their their allegiance their allegiance is to the to
- 1:53:28the the
- 1:53:30licensing
- 1:53:31their licensing body. Do you know K. Where do they get their license from? And we've covered this. What do we call a resume that's been
- 1:53:38Unknown: messed with or been
- 1:53:40been lied on? A what? It's been doctored.
- 1:53:43Unknown: Oh, doctored.
- 1:53:45Unknown: What call do a thing that isn't quite honest? You know where marriage licenses
- 1:53:49Unknown: you know where marriage licenses came from, Robert? I
- 1:53:54think I do, but go ahead and tell the story. Well, then in Virginia, it was against the law for misogynist marriages for races
- 1:54:02marrying each other. And if they did, they had to get a license,
- 1:54:06and Rockefeller
- 1:54:08took that and spread it all over the whole country for marriages.
- 1:54:14Unknown: Yep.
- 1:54:15Unknown: I've heard that. Virginia?
- 1:54:17Unknown: Virginia? Virginia is what I read years ago. Yes.
- 1:54:23Unknown: And I did hear about that Arizona State District County.
- 1:54:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:54:28Unknown: Well Joe, you know, every that stuff.
- 1:54:45Daryl or
- 1:54:46to
- 1:54:47Unknown: Roger. Well, I can I can can send a link about the penal bonds
- 1:54:52and and how they're
- 1:54:54how how they have a whole other
- 1:54:56you know, in business listen? This is just business. Okay?
- 1:55:00Unknown: You know, this is my Italian voice. You know, it's just business.
- 1:55:04Unknown: In business, you have several different revenue streams.
- 1:55:07Okay?
- 1:55:08And they're dealing in capital and they're banks. So surely so surely, if they're banks and they're dealing with,
- 1:55:16revenue
- 1:55:17and and exchange in capital, they're gonna invest that.
- 1:55:22Okay.
- 1:55:23And and you're the rest. Does that
- 1:55:27Unknown: Daryl,
- 1:55:29Does that come in line with the second books that they keep?
- 1:55:34Unknown: Probably. The second book what? The calfers with calfers. Yeah.
- 1:55:39Unknown: They can't Well, no. That's that's
- 1:55:42yeah, that no. That's a that's a completely different revenue stream, but you you're getting the idea. Right?
- 1:55:47That that's that's a it's a different revenue stream, but but it's it's a
- 1:55:53it's a different
- 1:55:55so with the bonds, they're selling bonds. Okay? And with the CAFR,
- 1:55:59they're they're buying stock.
- 1:56:03They're taking an equity position. Yeah.
- 1:56:06So
- 1:56:07the you know, this this is
- 1:56:10I tell you. I I tell you. The the municipalities
- 1:56:14are the largest stockholders
- 1:56:16in the entire
- 1:56:18country,
- 1:56:19nation, whatever you wanna call this joint. Corporation. Corporation. They are they own the stock market.
- 1:56:24They own the stock market. The municipalities
- 1:56:27are the biggest owners
- 1:56:30of
- 1:56:31the fake
- 1:56:32stock market.
- 1:56:33Okay? That's where they've pumped all their funds.
- 1:56:37Unknown: Well Right? Mhmm. Hopefully, you didn't put anything into Lyft. I noticed that Lyft
- 1:56:43Lyft, which is the new cab company like Uber,
- 1:56:47has already backed down to its opening price in one day. So
- 1:56:52Unknown: listen. We'll be back tomorrow, guys. My former employer
- 1:56:57Unknown: Go ahead, Robert.
- 1:56:59Unknown: Real quick. My former employer, Freeze Taxi, has closed its doors after fifty five years in business.
- 1:57:05Unknown: Uber.
- 1:57:07Uber and Lyft. Right? Yeah. Okay. Well, that's the decentralization
- 1:57:10going on. Bitcoin falls right in there. We didn't even touch on that. Tab here. But a good good discussion. Daryl, thank you for bringing that to the table and everybody's participation
- 1:57:21and we'll be back tomorrow. You guys have a good day. Thank you, Daryl. Yep. Keep tuned in to everything. We'll talk about it tomorrow. Have a great day, guys.
- 1:57:29I'm gonna go beat. Bye bye. I'm gonna go. I'm gonna go beat these dogs now. I'll see y'all tomorrow.
