- 0:14Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to Pink Shade. It is Wednesday. It
- 0:18Speaker 1: is waspy Wednesday. It is Ethan is a mute Wednesday.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Everyone is.
- 0:27Speaker 3: This episode is people with zero personalities and monotone voices
- 0:32Speaker 3: sitting around being monotone important.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and I don't understand what Teagan is doing with
- 0:40Speaker 1: putting on four pounds of makeup before everything she does
- 0:44Speaker 1: on the show, because I don't think she looks like
- 0:45Speaker 1: that in real life.
- 0:47Speaker 3: No, she looks like a totally different person with anout makeup.
- 0:50Speaker 3: It's like one of those books where they transform people
- 0:55Speaker 3: using makeup.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they make some sudden like King Fardashian or something.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Yeah, wild, it's totally different.
- 1:04Speaker 3: She's really leaning into the heavy lip and yeah.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Well we do know that she has a new boyfriend,
- 1:12Speaker 1: and that is on my list of things to discuss
- 1:15Speaker 1: for our Thursday Night. Thursday Night, Thank you guys. So
- 1:19Speaker 1: ten dollars an up level Pink Shape Prime. We're doing
- 1:22Speaker 1: Pink Shade Live. It'll be at myself, Keisha and Kimberly.
- 1:26Speaker 1: I've got hot topics and then we will take questions.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Just going to be an hour, eight o'clock, Yeah, eight
- 1:32Speaker 1: o'clock Eastern and if you are on Apple subscriptions, just
- 1:37Speaker 1: send a screenshot of your Apple subscription to me or
- 1:39Speaker 1: to Ingrid. Please email it Ingrid at Pink Shape podcast
- 1:43Speaker 1: dot com or mp at Pink Shape podcast dot com.
- 1:45Speaker 1: If you DM it to me, especially on my personal account,
- 1:49Speaker 1: I will not see it, yeau, don't check it that
- 1:52Speaker 1: often now. Our buddy Amy Archer sent me a screenshot today.
- 2:00Speaker 1: I guess Veronica formerly of Veronica and Micah did a
- 2:04Speaker 1: AMA over there on the reddit.
- 2:08Speaker 2: And did she on the reddit? She's a lingerer or
- 2:12Speaker 2: malingerer on Reddit.
- 2:15Speaker 3: She You have to be careful what you say because
- 2:19Speaker 3: people will pop up and be like.
- 2:20Speaker 2: She's here, she's always listening.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Did you see this thing that she did? Well, Amy
- 2:28Speaker 1: sent me a somebody recapped it a t L d
- 2:32Speaker 1: R if you will. So since we're talking about Plaithfill,
- 2:36Speaker 1: let's see what we've got here.
- 2:38Speaker 3: I know she was all up in arms because Micah
- 2:42Speaker 3: she found out was on her auto insurance policy.
- 2:45Speaker 4: Oh well that sounds like her fault.
- 2:47Speaker 3: And she said, what a klingon loser? You know all
- 2:53Speaker 3: this piece of crap? She posted it all over Instagram.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Well she should have just removed him. When they broke up,
- 3:00Speaker 1: So it sounds.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Like a fault anyway.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Like Amy says, we believe about thirty percent of what
- 3:05Speaker 1: she says. But quite a bit of this I do
- 3:07Speaker 1: believe because I have heard it from Olivia and this
- 3:12Speaker 1: person who did the TLDR says, I was the first
- 3:16Speaker 1: person on the live and I stayed until the mic dropped.
- 3:21Speaker 1: This person on read its name is No Coast eight
- 3:23Speaker 1: thirty seven. All of this is alleged by Veronica Kimberly,
- 3:28Speaker 1: and I have no personal knowledge.
- 3:30Speaker 4: Of any of this. Only some of these things that
- 3:33Speaker 4: were alleged. Olivia sort of alluded.
- 3:35Speaker 1: To when she spoke to me, but did not say
- 3:37Speaker 1: these exact things. So these exact things from the reddit
- 3:40Speaker 1: that Veronica said are not things that we are saying.
- 3:44Speaker 1: We are just repeating what was said on Reddit. Okay,
- 3:50Speaker 1: you would you like to do that again?
- 3:52Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 3:53Speaker 2: Oh okay.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Kimberly's got a new toy.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Everybody watch out watch Hello, Okay, Hello, I don't I
- 4:03Speaker 2: got to play around with it.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Mark, Okay, all right, get it ready for me.
- 4:05Speaker 2: I need to change the battery too.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Sounds it sounds a little sounds a little tired. Mariah
- 4:13Speaker 1: was on is currently on uh meth?
- 4:17Speaker 4: Okay?
- 4:18Speaker 1: Now yeah, now some of it tracks because we have
- 4:23Speaker 1: heard the rumors that the reason she had no place
- 4:25Speaker 1: to live when they went to visit her in Montana
- 4:27Speaker 1: because she wants everyone to see that's odd since she
- 4:31Speaker 1: moved there eight to nine months ago, right before Lydia
- 4:34Speaker 1: and Zach got married, when she got in her car
- 4:36Speaker 1: to move to Montana, So why would she not have
- 4:39Speaker 1: a place to live to show them.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Where she lived?
- 4:43Speaker 2: Could be she lived there.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Maybe got into some trouble, entered a treatment, and now
- 4:48Speaker 1: was getting a new place.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Perhaps I thought it was like she was on myth,
- 4:53Speaker 3: but she's off of it now? Is he Ronica saying
- 4:56Speaker 3: that she is still on myth?
- 5:00Speaker 2: How don't she know? She wouldn't know. She's not around
- 5:03Speaker 2: her anymore.
- 5:04Speaker 1: If this was happening pre wedding, then she would know
- 5:07Speaker 1: because she was with Micah at that time. But Michael
- 5:12Speaker 1: Micah tried to help Mariah get off the meth, but
- 5:14Speaker 1: he also is on percocet and Mollie. I don't think
- 5:18Speaker 1: you're on molly. I think it's a party drug. I
- 5:20Speaker 1: don't think you just go around every day like on ecstasy.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I think that would be a hard way to live.
- 5:25Speaker 1: But he Michael, also, you.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Can I saw a true life documentary on MTV once.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Really I'm hooked on Molly.
- 5:35Speaker 1: But not as like going out on a Friday night
- 5:38Speaker 1: hooked on.
- 5:39Speaker 3: They were doing it like very very regularly, and it
- 5:43Speaker 3: tore in their brain.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Looks her brain looked like Chace Swiss cheese. Uh huh, yeah,
- 5:53Speaker 2: that'll that don't do talking.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Micah is living in his car in something beach, making
- 6:01Speaker 1: twelve dollars working for his old boss.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Twelve dollars an hour working for his old boss.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Now that I don't believe, because we know that Micah
- 6:10Speaker 1: has some kind of girlfriend, and I don't think the
- 6:13Speaker 1: girlfriend would let him live in his car. Micah is
- 6:16Speaker 1: not a live in your car kind of guy like Ethan.
- 6:19Speaker 2: No, he's high maintenance. He's who is a former model.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Yeah, so I don't know if I believe that Isaac
- 6:26Speaker 1: also does drugs.
- 6:27Speaker 4: I think that.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Yeah, we have heard that they all the kids party
- 6:32Speaker 3: quite a bit.
- 6:33Speaker 1: In what way? How you get over to meth is
- 6:38Speaker 1: tail as old as sea?
- 6:39Speaker 2: Okay it is nowadays. TiAl is oldest time.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Yeah, it's much cheaper than a lot of the other drugs.
- 6:46Speaker 3: So yeah, but I think Micah or Isaac at least
- 6:50Speaker 3: smokes pot because sometimes he seems stoned.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Well, I mean, got that hairstyle, you definitely got to
- 6:57Speaker 4: be the stone. Yeah, Amber.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Amber also started drinking around thirteen, was stealing white balls
- 7:05Speaker 1: from her seilings or her mom or her mom. But
- 7:10Speaker 1: we know that Kim was the cool mom and that
- 7:11Speaker 1: was buying Isaac.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Drink before, just to say she wasn't just giving it
- 7:16Speaker 3: to Amber.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Right, Kim drinks in the shower starting at nine am.
- 7:21Speaker 2: And no, I'm sorry, that's not funny. That is sad.
- 7:27Speaker 1: And this again is alleged and controversial, and I hate
- 7:32Speaker 1: to say it. I am only repeating what No Coast
- 7:36Speaker 1: eight three seven said that.
- 7:37Speaker 4: Veronica said that when.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Joshua died that that was also a drinking situation, and
- 7:45Speaker 1: it says she all thought that and she had two DUIs, so.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Okay, you know about.
- 7:54Speaker 2: One, so I don't think two is a stretch.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Mariah also drinks in the morning. Well, I mean, you're
- 8:02Speaker 1: doing meth. What's a little drinky pooh while you're getting ready.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Mariah's ex boyfriend was her meth dealer. Uh, the one
- 8:10Speaker 1: we didn't see after the roof concert, the one that
- 8:12Speaker 1: was like a white wrapper. Lydia has a side to her.
- 8:19Speaker 1: The cameras haven't seen.
- 8:21Speaker 2: We all know that she broke a bed.
- 8:24Speaker 1: She broke a bed, she's wild tea cans, still a slut.
- 8:27Speaker 1: According to Veronica, I don't like that language. And she
- 8:33Speaker 1: doesn't know if Ethan does drugs or not, but Mike,
- 8:36Speaker 1: Mariah and Isaac do. And my understanding was that kind
- 8:40Speaker 1: of all the kids were doing something, dabbling here and there.
- 8:46Speaker 1: All I want is the best for Mariah. I want
- 8:48Speaker 1: Mariah to have found her people there in Montana. I
- 8:51Speaker 1: want her to be I want her to be better,
- 8:53Speaker 1: feel better, look better, do better, all of it.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I think the parents really fed up all these kids,
- 9:01Speaker 3: and they the pendulum swings. And if you aren't even
- 9:07Speaker 3: allowed sugar as a young child, you are going to
- 9:10Speaker 3: rebel and go the opposite way. And it's either with Lydia,
- 9:15Speaker 3: it's Jesus and fucking just fucking. And Barry is into exercise.
- 9:22Speaker 3: CrossFit is his drug, Maybe testosterone. Woo knows he might
- 9:28Speaker 3: be on a patch of some sort.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Kim like Chris Watts on those patches.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Uh, yeah, they're all just they're all just lost, lost
- 9:42Speaker 3: because of this show and because of the parents.
- 9:46Speaker 4: What a tragedy.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Okay, yeah it is anyway, guys all that is just
- 9:50Speaker 1: alleged from the internet.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Y'all.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Most days I feel like I'm doing everything right, but
- 9:57Speaker 1: yet somehow I just feel off, you know what I mean? Like,
- 10:00Speaker 1: then I wonder, how do I actually know if I'm
- 10:02Speaker 1: getting the nutrients I need? And then I know things
- 10:05Speaker 1: like low energy and that feeling of being kind of
- 10:07Speaker 1: run down it can come from not getting the right
- 10:09Speaker 1: nutrients consistently. And lord knows, I'm sure I have so
- 10:13Speaker 1: many gaps in my nutrition with my busy schedule. And
- 10:16Speaker 1: then when you think about teens or little kids, it's
- 10:19Speaker 1: even harder because their needs are constantly changing. So basically
- 10:22Speaker 1: I've been just winging it and just kind of guessing
- 10:25Speaker 1: what I needed nutritionally or what my kids needed nutritionally.
- 10:28Speaker 1: But that's what led me to first day. It's a
- 10:31Speaker 1: daily multi votum and that just simplifies everything. It's two
- 10:34Speaker 1: gummies a day, so it's easy to say consistent. Like
- 10:37Speaker 1: those two gummies a day make it so easy. I
- 10:39Speaker 1: just pop them in right after breakfast. I'm good to
- 10:41Speaker 1: go and with First Day there are no added sugars,
- 10:44Speaker 1: no artificial dies, nothing unnecessary. I really like that they're
- 10:48Speaker 1: super transparent about their ingredients, and I like that they
- 10:52Speaker 1: make different formulas for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults, so
- 10:56Speaker 1: it's tailored to your stage of life. It's not like
- 10:58Speaker 1: one size fits all. You can't be an adult giving
- 11:01Speaker 1: a multivitamin to a kid and vice versa. You got
- 11:04Speaker 1: to be consistent and do it for your age range.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Come on, So over a million families are using first
- 11:10Speaker 1: Day and not only that, they have a forty five
- 11:12Speaker 1: day money back guarantee and I love that. So for
- 11:15Speaker 1: a limited time only, our listeners are getting an insane deal.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Use code pink Shade to get up to fifty seven
- 11:23Speaker 1: percent off at first day dot com. That's up to
- 11:27Speaker 1: fifty seven percent off and a free gift with code
- 11:29Speaker 1: pink Shade at first day dot com. That's first day
- 11:33Speaker 1: dot com And use code pink Shade for up to
- 11:36Speaker 1: fifty seven percent off and a free gift. And after
- 11:39Speaker 1: you purchase, they will ask where you heard about them.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Please support our show and tell them pink Shade sent you.
- 11:47Speaker 4: Okay, So.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Several people wrote to let us know, because we didn't
- 11:52Speaker 1: quite understand about the to Lydia and her friend Mariah
- 11:58Speaker 1: with the a sitting in time talking about no good
- 12:02Speaker 1: fruit comes from living together, and they explained that it
- 12:06Speaker 1: really is just like nothing good happens after midnight, like
- 12:09Speaker 1: nothing good will come from it. It doesn't mean obviously,
- 12:14Speaker 1: it doesn't mean necessarily fruit, but it's just a biblical
- 12:17Speaker 1: term that we.
- 12:18Speaker 2: Thought it meant fruit.
- 12:20Speaker 1: No, because we did no, no, no, no, nobody said that.
- 12:22Speaker 1: They're just saying it's a very fundamentalist coded you know,
- 12:28Speaker 1: no good fruit will come from that, and it's just
- 12:30Speaker 1: a biblical term. Also, they said that knowing the kind
- 12:36Speaker 1: of this person was like I'm from the area, and
- 12:38Speaker 1: knowing the kind of church that they went to, they
- 12:40Speaker 1: definitely planned out every single word they said beforehand to
- 12:44Speaker 1: make sure it looks like any kind of sexual talk
- 12:47Speaker 1: was just only talking about glorifying God. Right, So then
- 12:52Speaker 1: I saw a bonus scene. Now I had the screeners,
- 12:55Speaker 1: but somehow I was I've already written my notes last week,
- 13:00Speaker 1: or it was a whatever, but they put.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Bonus scenes, and if you watch it on television.
- 13:05Speaker 2: There's some more to love type thing.
- 13:09Speaker 3: Yeah, platfell, But who wants more of these people?
- 13:12Speaker 1: Well, I didn't know I needed it. But there was
- 13:16Speaker 1: a bonus scene from two weeks ago. So remember when
- 13:19Speaker 1: Lydia and Zach were having Christmas cocoa with no longer
- 13:22Speaker 1: gay Taylor. Yeah, not gay Taylor, not.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Gay Taylor, reformed.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Gay informed gay. Mariah with the A also came over. Oh,
- 13:34Speaker 1: she came over for some good clean fun, and they said,
- 13:37Speaker 1: you know what we should do. We should play a game. Okay,
- 13:40Speaker 1: I saw something on YouTube and it's this game where
- 13:43Speaker 1: you have to hold your hands behind your back and
- 13:45Speaker 1: crawl on the floor in your stomach to get something.
- 13:48Speaker 1: So we saw these on the previews of the season,
- 13:50Speaker 1: but we haven't seen this yet.
- 13:52Speaker 4: That is from this deleted scene where.
- 13:56Speaker 1: They get on their lay on their stomach like snakes
- 13:59Speaker 1: and then go towards like a doughnut on a plate.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Right, and then Lyddy and Zach probably made some sexual
- 14:06Speaker 3: jokes about it or I didn't realize that it was sexual, which.
- 14:10Speaker 1: They were getting all the tingles because they were rubbing
- 14:13Speaker 1: their nether regions on the.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Floor like this being back in the prayer classt.
- 14:19Speaker 1: Then there was a bonusy from last week where there.
- 14:23Speaker 4: They said.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Right after Isaac left it started snowing, and that's all
- 14:27Speaker 1: he wanted was to see snow. Remember, he was like,
- 14:30Speaker 1: he just wanted to see And Mariah and Ethan chat
- 14:34Speaker 1: and she goes to his hotel room, you know, the
- 14:37Speaker 1: lodge thing, and she's telling him, I'm so glad that
- 14:40Speaker 1: you came.
- 14:41Speaker 3: And he's like, h why because I had chatty it's
- 14:47Speaker 3: so fun.
- 14:50Speaker 4: And she goes, I'm so glad you came.
- 14:52Speaker 1: And she's like, so, like when you get back to Wisconsin, what.
- 14:55Speaker 4: Are you going to do and start work?
- 14:58Speaker 1: And then she goes, okay, so so your rental doesn't
- 15:02Speaker 1: start for a while, so what are you gonna do?
- 15:04Speaker 1: He goes, Oh, I don't know. I mean, if it's
- 15:05Speaker 1: above zero, I'll sleep in my car. But when he
- 15:08Speaker 1: gets below zero, then I go to a hotel that's
- 15:12Speaker 1: the not freezing, which is thirty two degrees.
- 15:15Speaker 4: It's when it's below zero.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Now what this is about?
- 15:19Speaker 3: Is it like proving manliness or that he's not a
- 15:23Speaker 3: deep p ward or is it a cheap thing?
- 15:26Speaker 4: I think it's a combo.
- 15:28Speaker 1: And Mariah goes, but you know, once I get all
- 15:30Speaker 1: the way moved into my new place, you can come
- 15:32Speaker 1: visit and you can stay with me at my new
- 15:34Speaker 1: place once I'm all the way moved in. And then
- 15:37Speaker 1: it's just like it's icy out there. Yeah, when you
- 15:40Speaker 1: go to the airport, drive safely. Yeah, just see you later.
- 15:44Speaker 1: Drive say it's a lot of that. Sure, it is
- 15:46Speaker 1: cold outside, And talking to him, Mariah says, I think
- 15:51Speaker 1: that Ethan is clinging so tightly to this Teagan thing,
- 15:56Speaker 1: and you can't force it if somebody doesn't want it.
- 16:00Speaker 1: And then he says in his talking head, Yeah, I
- 16:03Speaker 1: love to see Tig when I get back, but I
- 16:05Speaker 1: don't know how she's feeling, and it's.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Up to her.
- 16:08Speaker 1: So it's like he's so he's just saying like, I'm
- 16:12Speaker 1: just going to wait for her to call me, which
- 16:13Speaker 1: is never going to happen.
- 16:16Speaker 3: But he made this huge trip across half the country
- 16:20Speaker 3: to stalk her and move to her. But then he's like,
- 16:23Speaker 3: but now I'm backing off. So I'm only going to
- 16:26Speaker 3: stock you so far as to move to your state
- 16:30Speaker 3: and your city and just drive around in front of
- 16:32Speaker 3: your house make you super uncomfortable, but I won't actually
- 16:36Speaker 3: text you or call you and ask how you're feeling.
- 16:39Speaker 4: Hey, would you like to go have coffee.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Boundaries. Boundaries are important.
- 16:44Speaker 3: I would have preferred he did the opposite, maybe stayed
- 16:47Speaker 3: there but reached out until just once a week, not
- 16:53Speaker 3: every day, just not every day week. And if she
- 16:57Speaker 3: told you she needed space, then back off and then
- 17:00Speaker 3: check in in like a couple of months.
- 17:02Speaker 4: It's all very strange.
- 17:04Speaker 2: And then I just have concept of boundaries.
- 17:07Speaker 1: I just have the note here to tell you about
- 17:09Speaker 1: the internet rumor about Mariah.
- 17:13Speaker 4: She invited into this treatment.
- 17:14Speaker 1: She was just getting out of some sort of mental
- 17:17Speaker 1: health addiction treatment or rehab, and that's why she invited
- 17:20Speaker 1: them out there. But she wasn't moved in because maybe
- 17:22Speaker 1: she was transitioning to a different living space.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 17:27Speaker 4: But she got in her car and moved two weeks
- 17:30Speaker 4: before Lydia and Zach's wedding.
- 17:34Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that sounds like a treatment situation.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean that's a long term treatment situation. Or
- 17:41Speaker 1: because she did come back from the for the wedding.
- 17:43Speaker 1: But that's weird.
- 17:44Speaker 3: It's allowed to leave and she was allowed to go
- 17:46Speaker 3: stay at this cabin with everybody. That's or she wasn't.
- 17:50Speaker 3: That's just where they were staying right at the treatment,
- 17:55Speaker 3: like maybe yes, yeah, I.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Mean, you know they were staying at that lodge, but
- 18:00Speaker 1: she was going back and forth there.
- 18:02Speaker 3: But I don't know many treatment centers that you would
- 18:04Speaker 3: be allowed to leave unless it was like for an ed, or.
- 18:09Speaker 1: It was a halfway house, or it was a halfway
- 18:12Speaker 1: a transitional living space.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Correct.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Yeah, So we don't know, guys, we don't know.
- 18:19Speaker 2: We know we're not going to solve it today.
- 18:20Speaker 4: We're not going to solve it to her the best.
- 18:23Speaker 2: I wish all of them the best, even.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Even Ethan.
- 18:27Speaker 2: Okay, okay, I wish for him to be a better person, right,
- 18:34Speaker 2: me too, and to.
- 18:36Speaker 3: Realize the wrongs that he has done in Olivia.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Well, we're not going to solve that today either. So
- 18:47Speaker 1: Season eight, episode nine, it's all caddiewampus. Are you familiar
- 18:51Speaker 1: with the term caddiewampus? Yes, okay, we're in eastern Wisconsin,
- 18:56Speaker 1: that's where we're starting. And after two days, sixteen hours
- 19:01Speaker 1: of driving, Kim arrives. He has given her the code
- 19:04Speaker 1: to enter his home because he won't he'll still be
- 19:06Speaker 1: at work when she arrives.
- 19:07Speaker 4: So she goes in to.
- 19:08Speaker 2: See what the house is like. And I said, that
- 19:11Speaker 2: smug look.
- 19:12Speaker 3: She gives to the camera that he gave her the
- 19:14Speaker 3: code and she's allowed to let herself into her son's house.
- 19:18Speaker 2: She is fully like bragging, like, I'm like, is does
- 19:22Speaker 2: Barry have the code?
- 19:23Speaker 4: Did?
- 19:23Speaker 2: Do you guys know if Barry has the code?
- 19:25Speaker 3: Because I got the code, I'm allowed to go in
- 19:28Speaker 3: when he's not there.
- 19:29Speaker 1: Well, last season they were really they were really good
- 19:31Speaker 1: drinking buddies last season, the two of the.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, we're best friends and I'm his go to
- 19:36Speaker 3: person on not how to not stalk advice, but he
- 19:41Speaker 3: won't take.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 19:43Speaker 1: So she enters the house and looks around, and I said,
- 19:45Speaker 1: it looks like a squatter is living there. It looks
- 19:47Speaker 1: like a squatter has taken a residence, gotten some furniture
- 19:50Speaker 1: off the street, and set up a sleeping bag.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Even when he Oh my god, Ethan would be such
- 19:56Speaker 3: a good frogger because he is so quiet. Yeah, I
- 20:00Speaker 3: didn't speak. You would never know he was living in
- 20:03Speaker 3: your walls. He definitely has the skills for that. Don't
- 20:06Speaker 3: you think he's been living in his car. Yeah, it's
- 20:09Speaker 3: just a small space like a floor, a paneling behind
- 20:12Speaker 3: some walls, and he lives in the crawl space. He
- 20:16Speaker 3: would have some wrappers and like a pea bucket and
- 20:20Speaker 3: you would never know he was there.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, he would be good at it. So
- 20:24Speaker 1: she's looking around. She goes, Okay, yeah, he needs some stuff,
- 20:28Speaker 1: and she's brought some stuff. So talking toad Ethan goes,
- 20:31Speaker 1: my mom came up to see me and brought some
- 20:34Speaker 1: household items. I think her driving all the way up
- 20:38Speaker 1: here to bring me some stuff is the way that
- 20:40Speaker 1: she shows.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Love, much like how I moved across the country to
- 20:44Speaker 3: stop Teek, and it's how I should love too, So
- 20:48Speaker 3: how the.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Way I'm showing her, I love her a lot, like
- 20:51Speaker 1: too much. So Kim starts unpacking some stuff and there's
- 20:55Speaker 1: a dining table, there's a fire pit, and this is
- 20:58Speaker 1: just old stuff that Ken didn't want, you know.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Yeah, he seriously he really needs like chairs, but she
- 21:06Speaker 3: has gotten him fire pit, which seems like an extraneous.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Piece, something extra that she had at her home that
- 21:14Speaker 1: she didn't feel like given to good will.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Although it is Wisconsin, that's true.
- 21:21Speaker 4: And maybe he'll make some friends to hang around the
- 21:22Speaker 4: fire pit.
- 21:23Speaker 1: So the talking dead Kim goes, Yeah, she says, I'm
- 21:27Speaker 1: not worried. Ethan is going to scare teaking off by
- 21:31Speaker 1: doing too much, because he's already done too much by
- 21:34Speaker 1: moving here. So Tiken is going to accept it or
- 21:38Speaker 1: turn away from it like it's you know, it's basically
- 21:40Speaker 1: the tie is already in motion.
- 21:42Speaker 4: You know.
- 21:43Speaker 3: If she didn't have the ick before, she's not going
- 21:46Speaker 3: to have it from him getting a house.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Right because he's there.
- 21:50Speaker 1: Yeah, so uh, Kim sits on the couch and he's like, so,
- 21:57Speaker 1: are you guys back together? Is everything fine? Are you
- 22:02Speaker 1: taking it slow? You don't know yet. It's four questions
- 22:07Speaker 1: and he just mute, mute is getting out of his guitar,
- 22:10Speaker 1: and she goes, ethan, did you hear me say that?
- 22:14Speaker 1: And he goes hmm. And she goes like, what's going
- 22:18Speaker 1: on with Tiegan? Are you taking it slow? Are you
- 22:20Speaker 1: getting back together? What's going on? And he goes everything's fine,
- 22:23Speaker 1: and no, we're not back together. Yeah, and he goes
- 22:27Speaker 1: into like the bathrooms of this shuts the door her
- 22:29Speaker 1: face and she just looks at the camera like, Okay,
- 22:34Speaker 1: it's like.
- 22:34Speaker 3: This the conversation with Zach, except they were outside, so
- 22:38Speaker 3: there was no door that he could close.
- 22:40Speaker 2: In sects right, it was crazy. She just looks at
- 22:43Speaker 2: the camera like, boys, boys, you don't even answer.
- 22:47Speaker 3: You literally just walk away from someone who drove across
- 22:50Speaker 3: the country, even if that person is Kim and doesn't
- 22:53Speaker 3: deserve basic respect.
- 22:55Speaker 2: That is wild.
- 22:57Speaker 4: It's wild.
- 22:58Speaker 1: It's why when we've heard it go, did you hear
- 23:00Speaker 1: me say that?
- 23:02Speaker 2: That's what?
- 23:02Speaker 1: That's what I would be like you Sometimes I'll say
- 23:06Speaker 1: things and I'll look around and I'll go, does anybody
- 23:09Speaker 1: hear me talking? You know, like I said, dinner's ready?
- 23:11Speaker 1: What everybody's just still sitting?
- 23:13Speaker 4: We get up? You know?
- 23:16Speaker 3: Did someone sure to be be in your ear? And
- 23:18Speaker 3: it doesn't work? Like?
- 23:19Speaker 2: What's her face's? Poor eye?
- 23:22Speaker 1: Well, allegedly we don't know. So two stories. There's two
- 23:26Speaker 1: stories about the eye. So either what was the other story?
- 23:30Speaker 1: The other story was there was a thermometer on the
- 23:34Speaker 1: side of the house and a big wind came through
- 23:38Speaker 1: and blew it off the side of the house and
- 23:40Speaker 1: it hit her in the glass, hit her in the eye.
- 23:44Speaker 2: It's very specific story. Wild. Wow, what bad luck?
- 23:50Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 23:51Speaker 3: So and they were like, it'll heal, walk it off,
- 23:53Speaker 3: You'll be fine.
- 23:55Speaker 2: God took her to a doctor, okay.
- 23:57Speaker 4: That we know of.
- 23:59Speaker 2: So and the talking head.
- 24:01Speaker 1: She says, Ethan is making decisions based on emotion and
- 24:05Speaker 1: not logic. I'm hoping some logic will creep in. Yeah,
- 24:10Speaker 1: it's possible he could get really hurt because he really
- 24:13Speaker 1: loves her and he needs to decide if that door
- 24:16Speaker 1: is open or closed forever. Because in her mind, she's like,
- 24:20Speaker 1: this girl doesn't like you, Like what are you doing?
- 24:22Speaker 4: You know?
- 24:23Speaker 3: And I don't even know if he really loves her
- 24:26Speaker 3: or if he is just super lost in his life
- 24:29Speaker 3: and is looking for the latest thing that made him
- 24:32Speaker 3: semi happy, and so he's just clinging to that because
- 24:36Speaker 3: it's like like if you're he's like constantly in this
- 24:39Speaker 3: transition state, Like you know, if you take a gap
- 24:42Speaker 3: year or you don't know if you're going to go
- 24:44Speaker 3: to college, or you don't know what you're going to
- 24:46Speaker 3: do next, and you just feel kind of lost, you
- 24:48Speaker 3: would like cling to your partner because it's something that
- 24:52Speaker 3: you know, because you don't know what you want to
- 24:54Speaker 3: do with your life, and it's a big question.
- 24:57Speaker 2: So I think she's just like an an answer. I
- 25:00Speaker 2: can move there and I see something there.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Such a great point that it's maybe not her he's
- 25:08Speaker 1: in love with, because I think if he was so
- 25:10Speaker 1: in love with her, so enamorateurr the best thing it
- 25:12Speaker 1: ever happened to him when we get the story, which
- 25:15Speaker 1: we know there's more to this story that we're not hearing.
- 25:17Speaker 1: When he got in his car and drove off and
- 25:20Speaker 1: turned his phone off and all and left her there
- 25:22Speaker 1: and all that, Like, you don't do that to somebody
- 25:26Speaker 1: that you really love, now, you know, you just don't.
- 25:30Speaker 2: No, he has issues and I don't even think.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I really don't think it's her because he was
- 25:37Speaker 3: not embarrassed to be acting the way he acted last
- 25:42Speaker 3: season at the wedding and the engagement in front of her,
- 25:46Speaker 3: and she wasn't able to talk.
- 25:48Speaker 2: To him about it.
- 25:49Speaker 3: It's just like he has so much going on, but
- 25:52Speaker 3: he won't be alone because he feels too lost to
- 25:55Speaker 3: be alone. He was codependent on Olivia. He went right
- 25:59Speaker 3: from his parents to a house with Olivia. Yeah, and
- 26:02Speaker 3: then now he went right into with Tigan. So he
- 26:05Speaker 3: I think he's never been alone and he's very lost
- 26:08Speaker 3: and doesn't know how to be alone.
- 26:11Speaker 2: But yet he wants to be alone, but he just
- 26:13Speaker 2: wants to know somebody's there just in case he wants
- 26:16Speaker 2: to be alone.
- 26:17Speaker 3: But have the option that they will be there when
- 26:19Speaker 3: he wants to be and if they don't get him
- 26:22Speaker 3: or call him on his crap, then he wants to
- 26:24Speaker 3: be alone.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Right, It's fair. He needs therapy, bad, bad. So now
- 26:31Speaker 1: we're in Tallahassee. Caitlin and Isaac are going to go
- 26:35Speaker 1: play some games. Love to play games Zach and Lydia,
- 26:39Speaker 1: and Isaac says, you know, we don't see Lydia as much,
- 26:42Speaker 1: and I want them to know that they are family,
- 26:45Speaker 1: they are cared for. We want to see them, which
- 26:47Speaker 1: is a nice thing to say.
- 26:48Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
- 26:50Speaker 4: So they all sit down. Zach asked them how.
- 26:53Speaker 1: Their trip was, because they just got back and just
- 26:57Speaker 1: once again, remember Zach and Lydia were invited the last
- 27:00Speaker 1: minute because they didn't want them to come right. Kaylen says, well,
- 27:04Speaker 1: we went horseback ride and that was real fun. And
- 27:06Speaker 1: then we were at this lodge and that was really
- 27:08Speaker 1: cool because we kind of had it all to ourselves
- 27:10Speaker 1: because it was four days for Christmas. They eat some
- 27:14Speaker 1: pizza and then there's a game called the Couple's Game.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Now I saw this and immediately thought, Okay, this is
- 27:19Speaker 1: going to be very uncomfortable because it's gona have a
- 27:21Speaker 1: lot of sex questions, right of course. But if you
- 27:24Speaker 1: could play with your son, then they could play with
- 27:25Speaker 1: your friends. You wouldn't want to play with your siblings,
- 27:27Speaker 1: especially your sibling this twenty.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Right, you know, Yeah, but they don't know what the
- 27:32Speaker 2: newlywed game was like, no.
- 27:34Speaker 4: Right questions true yea true.
- 27:36Speaker 3: So and even the sex questions that aren't kind of sex.
- 27:39Speaker 3: There are sex questions, but not in an obvious way.
- 27:41Speaker 3: It's like half of the group is getting that they're
- 27:44Speaker 3: sex questions. Yes, Like one person is not getting that
- 27:47Speaker 3: it's a sex question yeah, because they've never heard of
- 27:50Speaker 3: certain sex terms.
- 27:52Speaker 4: So I would have liked to have seen more of this.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Actually, So they have a question, what is your fiercest
- 27:59Speaker 1: ongoing debate? So Zach and Lydia're like, oh, easy to
- 28:04Speaker 1: Their answer is babies, and Caylen says, our actual fiercest
- 28:08Speaker 1: ongoing debate is who's more competitive?
- 28:11Speaker 4: And Isaac goes I wrote nothing.
- 28:14Speaker 2: I was like, okay, you brought you brought the game, sir.
- 28:19Speaker 4: Way to play the game.
- 28:20Speaker 2: What a mini ethan.
- 28:22Speaker 3: I'm gonna bring a game for us to play, and
- 28:24Speaker 3: then I'm gonna not participate by just not even putting
- 28:28Speaker 3: an answer.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Then the question is if you were someone was a horse,
- 28:32Speaker 1: and someone was a cowboy, who would ride who? So
- 28:36Speaker 1: then they just laugh hysterically and they and you know, it.
- 28:40Speaker 3: Felt like Lydia did not understand quite why they're they're laughing.
- 28:45Speaker 1: No, she didn't get it. But Kaylin's like, Okay, this
- 28:47Speaker 1: is awkward. Can we skip some of these questions? I
- 28:50Speaker 1: think you're gonna all be awkward? And Isaac goes, well,
- 28:53Speaker 1: I was thinking of it like I would carry you
- 28:55Speaker 1: because you're smaller, so like I would be the horse
- 28:58Speaker 1: and you would be the cowboy.
- 28:59Speaker 4: And then he drawls out like a man on the ground.
- 29:02Speaker 1: A lady is standing on top like he's like he's
- 29:06Speaker 1: the horse, and she's like, oh my god, oh my god.
- 29:11Speaker 1: So then they have what. He didn't get it either.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I think he didn't really get it. He didn't get
- 29:15Speaker 1: that it was xual. Yeah, he thought it was metaphorical,
- 29:18Speaker 1: like who could carry who?
- 29:20Speaker 2: Yeah, And he's like, why is she laughing?
- 29:23Speaker 1: What's the craziest thing you've ever done? Now it doesn't
- 29:26Speaker 1: say in the bedroom or sexually, what's the craziest thing
- 29:30Speaker 1: you've ever done? And Zach goes, we're going to need
- 29:33Speaker 1: a family friendly answer. We're gonna need a family friendly answer.
- 29:37Speaker 1: But Zach and Lydia are dying laughing because they're just
- 29:41Speaker 1: dying to say the craziest sex thing they've ever done.
- 29:44Speaker 1: But they answer skydiving, and they're like, we should take
- 29:47Speaker 1: you guys sky diving.
- 29:48Speaker 4: But they're trying so hard not to be awkward. This
- 29:50Speaker 4: is making it more awkward.
- 29:52Speaker 1: And Calen goes well I wrote mountain climb, and Isaac
- 29:55Speaker 1: goes oh, I wrote, when we were swimming in the
- 29:57Speaker 1: lake full of gators, we do do that, we do
- 29:59Speaker 1: go and then that likeful.
- 30:01Speaker 2: I was like, that's not crazy, that's just stupid.
- 30:05Speaker 3: I mean, I think all of them are just too much. Yeah,
- 30:10Speaker 3: it's like skydiving. No, no, alligators, same thing to me. No,
- 30:14Speaker 3: they're both on the same level. But at least they're
- 30:16Speaker 3: participating right there, coming up, they're both acceptable answers.
- 30:21Speaker 1: I would say, yeah, and then Isaac, it is talking heady,
- 30:24Speaker 1: he goes. I was just laughing because, you know, a
- 30:26Speaker 1: week after they got married, I had to come over
- 30:28Speaker 1: here and help them fix their bed because they broke it.
- 30:32Speaker 1: He goes I don't I don't want to know what
- 30:34Speaker 1: that's about whatever. And then Lydia and Zach say that
- 30:38Speaker 1: she was just trying to kiss him and he jumped
- 30:41Speaker 1: on the bed and then they broke it.
- 30:43Speaker 4: She was like, that's what you get for trying to
- 30:44Speaker 4: be romantic.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Girl.
- 30:45Speaker 4: We don't believe you. We don't believe you.
- 30:47Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 30:48Speaker 3: I actually might believe you because they're both quite small people, like,
- 30:53Speaker 3: they're thin people, her especially, so I was like, did
- 30:59Speaker 3: they really break bed with sex stuff.
- 31:01Speaker 2: Or did he do a running jump onto the bed?
- 31:05Speaker 1: Right, It's pretty funny that they had to ask Isaac
- 31:07Speaker 1: to come over and fix it, because, like I think
- 31:09Speaker 1: Zach is not handy like.
- 31:10Speaker 4: The Plath boys. He's like, so, I don't know how
- 31:13Speaker 4: to fix it.
- 31:15Speaker 1: The talking head Isaac says, we've all come a long way,
- 31:19Speaker 1: and I have made it clear to them that I
- 31:21Speaker 1: am sorry for the past and I hope we will
- 31:23Speaker 1: continue to improve.
- 31:24Speaker 4: But it goes both ways, and they also have room
- 31:29Speaker 4: for improvement.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Like sometimes maybe they're high up on their stool, but
- 31:34Speaker 1: that's between them and God. It's like, okay, now we're
- 31:37Speaker 1: seeing that Lydia and Zach are.
- 31:41Speaker 2: High up on their high horse as it were.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Yeah, and I think they are both a little holier
- 31:48Speaker 3: than thou and maybe together it amplifies it. But Lydia
- 31:52Speaker 3: was always like that, and she was the tattle tale
- 31:56Speaker 3: and Jess was she would judge the other ones. And
- 32:00Speaker 3: Zach is kind of the same way, trying to give
- 32:02Speaker 3: marital advice when they just got married and such. Right,
- 32:07Speaker 3: and so the two of them together, yeah, but they
- 32:11Speaker 3: won't know that unless someone tells them that.
- 32:14Speaker 4: They'll see it on TV.
- 32:16Speaker 3: They'll say exact which is what this which is what
- 32:19Speaker 3: caused the problems last season is everyone was saying stuff about.
- 32:22Speaker 4: Them, yeah with on TV. Saw it later, Yeah.
- 32:26Speaker 2: And they saw it later.
- 32:27Speaker 3: So I hope Isaac says something that we want to
- 32:32Speaker 3: spend time with you, but we sometimes feel like we're
- 32:35Speaker 3: being judged for our behavior and we want to just
- 32:38Speaker 3: be ourselves around.
- 32:40Speaker 1: Because you know that Calin twenty two and Isaac twenty
- 32:45Speaker 1: are banging and out all over Krow. Yeah, and it's
- 32:49Speaker 1: that's marital remember, But Isaac does live with this day.
- 32:52Speaker 3: Be smoking pot and whatever and all of it, all
- 32:59Speaker 3: of it, and they're just being like normal young people. Yes,
- 33:05Speaker 3: I agree with that, right, So, but I think Lydia
- 33:08Speaker 3: and Zach are kind of like, well, you guys, you
- 33:10Speaker 3: didn't grow up that way and you shouldn't. Yeah, yeah,
- 33:13Speaker 3: you know, to get into heaven, you're gonna have to Yeah.
- 33:17Speaker 3: Interesting thing interesting, That's what I would imagine, Like I
- 33:23Speaker 3: would not I would want I would want to be
- 33:25Speaker 3: friends with them because I think they're kind of funny,
- 33:28Speaker 3: but I would be like not wanting to.
- 33:30Speaker 2: And I don't do anything bad, so I.
- 33:32Speaker 3: Don't know what I would be wanting to hide from them,
- 33:35Speaker 3: but like, do you know what I mean, Like you
- 33:37Speaker 3: would kind of feel like you were being constantly judged.
- 33:40Speaker 3: I think, yeah, well, and the god comments would get
- 33:42Speaker 3: a little annoying too, especially if you don't talk like
- 33:45Speaker 3: that and you're like, oh, our wedding night it was
- 33:47Speaker 3: so god based, I.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Would be like, who was it?
- 33:51Speaker 1: Somebody put out that, like a TikToker or something. It
- 33:54Speaker 1: was like there was they had a throatble. They didn't
- 33:56Speaker 1: even know it was zach and Lydia.
- 33:59Speaker 3: The Holy Post is part of that trinity. That's the
- 34:03Speaker 3: original threattle was the Holy Trinity, and it was incestuous
- 34:09Speaker 3: because it's God, his son is there, so it's.
- 34:13Speaker 4: Let's get off this.
- 34:13Speaker 1: Let's get off this, okay, one week later, Now we're
- 34:17Speaker 1: back in eastern Wisconsin.
- 34:18Speaker 4: So Kim stays there for a week.
- 34:20Speaker 2: That's too much.
- 34:21Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a lot. She's not saying there.
- 34:23Speaker 1: So she's smart enough to at least go to a
- 34:25Speaker 1: hotel where she can drink in the holiday and express bar.
- 34:28Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:29Speaker 1: So Tiekean comes to see the house. She has not
- 34:33Speaker 1: seen him since they were in Montana, other than when
- 34:35Speaker 1: she gave him the plate of food at Christmas.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Why is he there? And again I don't think she
- 34:42Speaker 2: is told him.
- 34:46Speaker 3: She needs to hear from him if he wants to
- 34:49Speaker 3: make an effort, because he maybe thinks he's giving her space.
- 34:52Speaker 3: It's just horrible communication all around, and no one is
- 34:55Speaker 3: saying what their.
- 34:56Speaker 2: Expectation and needs are of the other person.
- 34:59Speaker 1: Right, And so when Kim arrived, it is two weeks
- 35:03Speaker 1: after Christmas, and this is one week later.
- 35:07Speaker 2: So this has been like in three weeks at least.
- 35:10Speaker 4: I think like five.
- 35:11Speaker 1: I think that I think he went to Wisconsin and
- 35:13Speaker 1: it was still a week or so before Christmas. So
- 35:17Speaker 1: he does not call her and want to see her
- 35:21Speaker 1: or go and do something, and she goes, you know,
- 35:23Speaker 1: I have nights off that he knows he doesn't reach out.
- 35:26Speaker 1: He's living here without making any effort. It's very weird,
- 35:31Speaker 1: but I'm happy to go see his house. So she's
- 35:35Speaker 1: banging on the door and he finally comes up to
- 35:38Speaker 1: the door and he goes, oh, I was in the bathroom.
- 35:40Speaker 1: She goes, Jesus Christ, I was banging out there like
- 35:42Speaker 1: it was the cops.
- 35:44Speaker 4: Like, okay, Tagan, show us some attitude, we'd like it.
- 35:48Speaker 2: I do.
- 35:49Speaker 3: Also, did he know that she was coming over at
- 35:51Speaker 3: that time and chose that moment to go take a poop?
- 35:55Speaker 2: No?
- 35:55Speaker 4: I think he maybe had nervous poop. Don't you think?
- 35:58Speaker 2: Oh good call?
- 35:59Speaker 4: Yeah, think he got nervous hand to go to the bathroom.
- 36:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:02Speaker 1: So he shows her the house and he opens the
- 36:05Speaker 1: cab and he goes, look, I got cups and plates.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Now my mom brought me some stuff. She's like that's good,
- 36:11Speaker 1: and he's like, you know, he you know, doesn't have
- 36:14Speaker 1: a bed or anything. But they make small talk and
- 36:17Speaker 1: then talking, Eddy explains the reason he got this little
- 36:19Speaker 1: house instead of getting an apartment was because he likes
- 36:21Speaker 1: the feel of the house because one day he wants
- 36:23Speaker 1: a family. So he's like he's manifesting. He's like I'll
- 36:26Speaker 1: get the house and maybe the family will come.
- 36:29Speaker 3: But again, maybe say that to her or like I
- 36:33Speaker 3: hope to have a oh, or not even that. I
- 36:36Speaker 3: would love for you to bring the kid over because
- 36:39Speaker 3: I have this backyard.
- 36:40Speaker 2: And that was kind of thinking we.
- 36:42Speaker 3: Can the weather's nice, and the weather's nice, we can
- 36:45Speaker 3: have a barbecue.
- 36:46Speaker 2: Back here or something.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Yeah, just anything, yeah, just an, just use your word.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:53Speaker 1: And he has a sleeping bag on the floor and
- 36:55Speaker 1: you see his bag of clothes and he says, I
- 36:59Speaker 1: have the bed come and is right not here yet right,
- 37:02Speaker 1: and the talking head she goes, a non existent bed
- 37:05Speaker 1: is a little crazy, but it's Ethan, so it makes sense.
- 37:09Speaker 1: He's slept in other places with much less. So anyway,
- 37:14Speaker 1: he goes, hey, I got this brownie mix. I'm gonna
- 37:16Speaker 1: make brownies, and they have this whole conversation about did
- 37:19Speaker 1: they ever make brownies together? He doesn't have any measuring cups,
- 37:22Speaker 1: so he's just literally like, do you think a fourth
- 37:25Speaker 1: of this is a I mean, he just like fixed
- 37:27Speaker 1: up whatever cup he has.
- 37:29Speaker 3: This could have been funny and a cute scene with
- 37:34Speaker 3: two people who had personalities, right, like if this was
- 37:40Speaker 3: Lydia and Zach it would have been kind of funny, wock.
- 37:44Speaker 3: It would be annoying, probably because they wouldn't stop laughing
- 37:47Speaker 3: and it would be too much the opposite direction. But
- 37:49Speaker 3: instead it's not even can I make it?
- 37:53Speaker 2: Can I measure?
- 37:53Speaker 3: Does this look like a cup? I don't have any cups? Hot, No,
- 37:56Speaker 3: one's laughing. They're like, yeah, you could use that as
- 37:59Speaker 3: a cup. Okay, I'll use this as a measuring cup.
- 38:04Speaker 1: It's it's all very strange. And the talking said he
- 38:08Speaker 1: she says him moving to Wisconsin and getting a house
- 38:11Speaker 1: is a stuff in the right direction. But I'm just
- 38:14Speaker 1: waiting to see what he does, like how long he
- 38:17Speaker 1: stays and if he stays right. But it's interesting because
- 38:21Speaker 1: he says in the talking head that he really thought
- 38:23Speaker 1: doing this brownie thing would mean a lot to her
- 38:25Speaker 1: because he knows that she likes brownie's and they've done
- 38:28Speaker 1: it together before. So he does kind of say that
- 38:31Speaker 1: to her, like remember that time we made brownies and
- 38:33Speaker 1: she's like no, no, but he remembered that one time
- 38:37Speaker 1: she liked brownie you know what I mean. It was
- 38:39Speaker 1: like he's trying.
- 38:42Speaker 2: For him.
- 38:43Speaker 3: He went to the store and bought something he knew
- 38:47Speaker 3: she would like and that could be an activity for
- 38:50Speaker 3: them to do together.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:52Speaker 3: I hate to give Ethan credit, but he was trying.
- 38:55Speaker 3: This is trying for him. This is trying a lot
- 38:59Speaker 3: like with the folk making a photo of them at
- 39:02Speaker 3: the walking mountain climbing.
- 39:06Speaker 2: But she is she has a chip on her shoulder.
- 39:09Speaker 3: And again I don't blame her because we don't know
- 39:11Speaker 3: what he did before and how horrible he was, so
- 39:14Speaker 3: I get why she would have a chip on her shoulder.
- 39:17Speaker 1: So she goes, so, uh, there's no place to sit
- 39:21Speaker 1: or hang out, and he goes, oh, I have a
- 39:23Speaker 1: couch in the den. She goes, okay, So she sits
- 39:26Speaker 1: on the couch and he sits like on a barsel,
- 39:28Speaker 1: and they're just like.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Yeah, because it's a love seat, they would have to
- 39:32Speaker 3: sit like they would be sitting as close to each
- 39:35Speaker 3: other as Zach and Barry were in the sauna.
- 39:37Speaker 2: Later. Yeah, so they're just like so yeah, he goes,
- 39:42Speaker 2: how's your car?
- 39:43Speaker 4: Is it running all right? She goes, yeah, I guess transmissions,
- 39:45Speaker 4: uh huh. Yeah.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Because he doesn't know what to talk about, he talks
- 39:47Speaker 1: about cars, So Kim walks and then.
- 39:50Speaker 3: I again I really hate to keep defending him, but
- 39:53Speaker 3: that's his way of showing that he cares too.
- 39:55Speaker 2: To Yes, she has a car that's up and running.
- 39:58Speaker 1: Yes, you know, yes so, and he's remembering that she
- 40:02Speaker 1: was having trouble with her car, so he's trying, you know.
- 40:05Speaker 4: So Kim walks in, it's like oh hi, and she goes, oh, hey,
- 40:08Speaker 4: good to see you and everything.
- 40:09Speaker 1: She goes, ethan, I got I went to the thrift
- 40:11Speaker 1: store and I got you some chairs and they look
- 40:13Speaker 1: like decent chairs that match and everything. So she's she's
- 40:17Speaker 1: earning her keep there Kim. Kim goes, well, I walked
- 40:20Speaker 1: in and Tagan was there, and that was dead silent
- 40:23Speaker 1: and awkward. And so they sit in the kitchen because
- 40:27Speaker 1: now there's chairs and they're waiting on the brownies to
- 40:30Speaker 1: get baked. And he goes, hey, I got to go
- 40:32Speaker 1: to the store. I got to run to buy measuring cups.
- 40:37Speaker 1: So he says he wanted to go to the store
- 40:39Speaker 1: to give his mom and Tigan a chance to talk.
- 40:42Speaker 1: And they said, what do you think they'll talk about?
- 40:44Speaker 1: He goes, I don't know girl talk. I've never been
- 40:47Speaker 1: around when girls. I don't know what they're going to
- 40:49Speaker 1: talk about. And hegan says, it's awkward because I haven't
- 40:53Speaker 1: seen Kim at all since Lydia's wedding. I mean otherwise
- 40:56Speaker 1: sometimes we chat via text, but I haven't seen her.
- 41:00Speaker 1: But Kim is being like for Kim, she's nice.
- 41:04Speaker 2: They tricked us.
- 41:06Speaker 3: They did a Matt Sharp fake out because they made
- 41:08Speaker 3: it seem like she was rolling up dunt yeah yeah,
- 41:12Speaker 3: to like call out teak In on hurting her sweet
- 41:16Speaker 3: baby boy, and it was kind of the opposite, right,
- 41:20Speaker 3: good for Kim. So Kim myself, I hate that I'm
- 41:24Speaker 3: defending these people had.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Episode for Kim rely, So Kim and Tagan talk as
- 41:29Speaker 1: small talk and it's like, hey, yeah, the yard is
- 41:31Speaker 1: nic as well. I did it, Yes, good surprise he
- 41:34Speaker 1: moved here, yeah, And Kim goes, well, I mean he
- 41:36Speaker 1: seems happy in Wisconsin and I assume you guys are
- 41:39Speaker 1: just friends, and he can goes, I said, we're working
- 41:43Speaker 1: our way up to friends, like we're like below friends
- 41:45Speaker 1: because we don't really talk. He doesn't get in touch
- 41:49Speaker 1: with me, and Kim's like, okay, that's weird. And Kim goes,
- 41:54Speaker 1: I don't know everything that happened, of course, right, and
- 41:57Speaker 1: so he can goes well. The main issue was I
- 42:01Speaker 1: was prioritizing him, and he was prioritizing him, and I
- 42:05Speaker 1: was never prioritized. And she goes, well, what I told
- 42:10Speaker 1: Ethan was if this was meant to be, it was
- 42:13Speaker 1: meant to be, and it'll work out. And she says, actually,
- 42:16Speaker 1: when we had that break, it was actually good because
- 42:19Speaker 1: we could, like when he went back to Georgia and
- 42:21Speaker 1: you know, she goes, we could work on ourselves and
- 42:23Speaker 1: we could see where it goes from there. But maybe
- 42:27Speaker 1: the break will help him understand like what's important and
- 42:30Speaker 1: what is not. And she says, and the in long
- 42:33Speaker 1: distance was hard too. You know, he's not a big
- 42:35Speaker 1: phone guy, and he kept saying he would move here
- 42:37Speaker 1: and then he didn't.
- 42:39Speaker 3: He's not a big in person talking he's not a
- 42:43Speaker 3: community talker.
- 42:46Speaker 1: And Kim goes, yeah, he's a horrible communicator. He is,
- 42:50Speaker 1: and she goes, I don't know if all of this,
- 42:52Speaker 1: and I think Kim's just indicating him just uprooting and moving.
- 42:56Speaker 1: She goes, I don't know if all this will help him,
- 42:58Speaker 1: but it will if it helps him learn.
- 43:01Speaker 2: To communicate with you, I guess so.
- 43:05Speaker 1: In the talking head, so obviously off camera, Kim and
- 43:07Speaker 1: Tigan had some kind of conversation where Tegan explained what happened.
- 43:12Speaker 3: And there's also with that party line of he'd be
- 43:17Speaker 3: focusing on himself and I was focusing on myself or himself.
- 43:21Speaker 2: So everyone she's used that line a couple times.
- 43:24Speaker 1: And she's focusing on that story about when she tried
- 43:27Speaker 1: to talk to them and I.
- 43:28Speaker 2: Birth call him.
- 43:29Speaker 1: Yeah, so, but I obviously there's something private that happened. Okay,
- 43:36Speaker 1: So the talking head Kim says, Tan told me that
- 43:40Speaker 1: Ethan had just left and wouldn't answer his phone. She
- 43:45Speaker 1: had to go looking for him and could not find him.
- 43:47Speaker 1: He was gone for several hours, so she ended up
- 43:50Speaker 1: just driving back to Wisconsin and she broke up with him.
- 43:54Speaker 3: And I don't blame her, h I think he has
- 43:56Speaker 3: a lot of baggage to work through from his marriage.
- 43:59Speaker 3: And I think yes and yes and no. I don't
- 44:03Speaker 3: think the marriage breaking up is Olivia's fault, obviously. I
- 44:09Speaker 3: think he has he has baggage to work through in
- 44:11Speaker 3: the pain of that.
- 44:13Speaker 1: And going from your parents' house to the marriage house
- 44:15Speaker 1: to is also something and the way it was raised,
- 44:18Speaker 1: and she says it'll take someone unique to understand him
- 44:24Speaker 1: because he's a unique person, so it'll take a unique
- 44:26Speaker 1: person and Teagan won't be rushed into anything, and she
- 44:31Speaker 1: wants to see that Ethan will be around and will
- 44:33Speaker 1: get better at communicating. And I sympathize with Teagan because
- 44:38Speaker 1: she needs more than he's just geographically in the area.
- 44:42Speaker 1: She needs to see growth, she needs to see maturity,
- 44:45Speaker 1: and she needs to see Ethan get some communication skills.
- 44:48Speaker 2: Okay, Ken, was any of this sympathy for Olivia though.
- 44:53Speaker 4: Well, Olivia had demons?
- 44:55Speaker 3: Insider, Olivia had demons, and Olivia's the reason the family
- 44:59Speaker 3: fell apart.
- 45:01Speaker 2: Not the mathe addiction. Okay, so she says.
- 45:07Speaker 1: Kim says to Tiagan, I can tell you, as the
- 45:10Speaker 1: mother of boys who don't always make the best choices
- 45:13Speaker 1: in women.
- 45:15Speaker 2: You had to throw that in there, Kim.
- 45:18Speaker 1: By the way, Olivia was your choice for Ethan.
- 45:22Speaker 4: In case you have forgotten.
- 45:25Speaker 3: Rewind the tape. Don't be the game tape. She it's
- 45:30Speaker 3: that is she Yeah, but she will never admit that
- 45:36Speaker 3: that was her fault or that she even did that.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Yeah, she says, I think Isaac got a good one
- 45:42Speaker 1: with Kaylin, and Ethan got a good one with you,
- 45:45Speaker 1: and he's a grown man and he needs.
- 45:47Speaker 2: To figure out his own stuff.
- 45:49Speaker 1: And Tegan says, that was really nice of her to say,
- 45:52Speaker 1: because some boy moms will be like, my son does
- 45:55Speaker 1: no wrong.
- 45:55Speaker 4: So I was glad to hear Kim say that.
- 45:57Speaker 3: So yeah, and interesting that he can kind of nodded
- 46:01Speaker 3: her agreement about Kaylan, because Kaylen has kind of been
- 46:05Speaker 3: dropping a lot of shade towards Teagan, which is really
- 46:10Speaker 3: shitty if something really worse happened, And it makes me
- 46:14Speaker 3: not like Kaylan if she's always like, why won't she.
- 46:17Speaker 2: Take him back?
- 46:18Speaker 3: Why is she being so cold to him, especially if
- 46:20Speaker 3: she knows that there's like something more serious that happened.
- 46:23Speaker 3: I mean, you saw his behavior at the wedding.
- 46:26Speaker 2: Yeah, your boyfriend.
- 46:27Speaker 3: Your boyfriend also punched out his brother and I was
- 46:30Speaker 3: about to say nos off and you were okay with that.
- 46:34Speaker 3: And this just all makes me feel like Kaylan isn't
- 46:38Speaker 3: a girl's girl or like.
- 46:41Speaker 1: Or she's only she's but she's only hearing the Plath side,
- 46:44Speaker 1: and she hasn't been in touch with Teagan to get
- 46:47Speaker 1: that side.
- 46:48Speaker 3: Right, right, But she what she was there for should
- 46:52Speaker 3: have been enough. Yeah, right, it was enough for all
- 46:55Speaker 3: of us to say no, thank you, Ethan.
- 46:58Speaker 4: It was so terrible.
- 46:58Speaker 1: Okay, So now in Tallahassee, Barry and zach I had
- 47:02Speaker 1: gone to a wellness center that literally is like in
- 47:05Speaker 1: somebody's basement. They show the outside of it. It's like
- 47:09Speaker 1: somebody's townhouse.
- 47:10Speaker 2: That's hilarious.
- 47:12Speaker 1: This is somebody who bought a vibration plate, yeah, and
- 47:16Speaker 1: a minisauna and a lymphatic drainage squeezer.
- 47:21Speaker 4: And they did, they did. We're doing one more thing.
- 47:25Speaker 2: Barry was.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Oh, Barry was an inverted upside down. All these things
- 47:28Speaker 1: you can bow on Amazon, every single one.
- 47:29Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe it's Taylor's like someone's it's someone's home gym,
- 47:35Speaker 3: and yeah, they're now renting it out to people.
- 47:38Speaker 2: There's no certification on the wall, there's no nothing like that.
- 47:43Speaker 1: So Barry's hanging upside down. Zak is doing like I'm
- 47:45Speaker 1: sorry drainage.
- 47:47Speaker 3: The rap music that keep giving to Barry's intro scenes
- 47:51Speaker 3: that are like about shorties on the floor and looking
- 47:58Speaker 3: it's like hip hop, damn club music because Barry's daddy.
- 48:02Speaker 2: Plath now and he's a baller. I guess it had
- 48:06Speaker 2: licking lyrics.
- 48:08Speaker 4: How did I miss that? Ew I do not know.
- 48:12Speaker 3: Shorty's on the floor and she's down to do licking
- 48:16Speaker 3: or something, but it brimed.
- 48:19Speaker 4: So I'm talking head.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Zach tells us that he and Lydia went to see
- 48:23Speaker 1: Mariah in Montana with Isaac, Kaylin, and Amber.
- 48:29Speaker 3: So the cool kids. They finally got to hang out
- 48:32Speaker 3: with all the cool kids.
- 48:33Speaker 4: Yeah, that was nice. It was a great trip.
- 48:37Speaker 1: And now Lydia has flown to Wisconsin to be with
- 48:41Speaker 1: Kim and Ethan and then drive back from her drive
- 48:45Speaker 1: back with her. So do we never see Lydia in
- 48:49Speaker 1: Wisconsin at all because we're only getting the drive back.
- 48:54Speaker 3: I don't recall. I think there was like a home
- 48:57Speaker 3: video of the.
- 49:00Speaker 4: Okay, okay, it don't make me watch bonuses.
- 49:04Speaker 2: It was literally just like a blink and you'd miss it.
- 49:06Speaker 3: But and then he said he went skiing with Isaac
- 49:09Speaker 3: and he was so like, Zach was so happy he
- 49:12Speaker 3: got to hang out with them and they invited them.
- 49:14Speaker 1: And no, I'm saying, Lydia flew to Wisconsin to be
- 49:17Speaker 1: with Kim and the drive back, but we never see Kim, Ethan,
- 49:20Speaker 1: and Lydia together in Wisconsin. We only see Lydia and
- 49:24Speaker 1: Kim in the car driving back home.
- 49:27Speaker 3: We see Lydia walking around looking at Ethan's house and
- 49:31Speaker 3: yelling to Kim he has a backyard. Do you remember that,
- 49:35Speaker 3: Like there's a hole in the ground, and yeah. It
- 49:38Speaker 3: was like, oh, I have a fire pit, I guess,
- 49:40Speaker 3: and Lydia goes, he has a fire pit, like joking,
- 49:44Speaker 3: like he has a whole fireplace. Oh, okay, a hole
- 49:47Speaker 3: in the ground. So we assumed she was yelling to Kim.
- 49:51Speaker 3: So they were all at Ethan's house.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Okay, all right, so maybe I'll come to that, but
- 49:58Speaker 1: I don't recall that, okay.
- 49:59Speaker 2: So Zach says he's.
- 50:00Speaker 1: Trying to get healthy because he's bigger than he's ever been.
- 50:03Speaker 1: And you get married and he's just getting a lot away.
- 50:05Speaker 1: That's what happens. And Barry gets on the vibration plate
- 50:08Speaker 1: and says it's making his butt itch.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Then he asks, not gonna say anything, Nope.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Then he asked when Lydia decided to go to Wisconsin,
- 50:19Speaker 1: and Zach goes, yeah, I don't know.
- 50:21Speaker 4: She just decided she'd go check on Ethan.
- 50:22Speaker 1: It's eighteen hours of driving on the way home, so
- 50:26Speaker 1: Kim and Lydia will be doing a lot of talking
- 50:28Speaker 1: and Barry says, has Lydia come to a better spot
- 50:32Speaker 1: with Kim after everything that transpired at the wedding.
- 50:37Speaker 3: When I was the only one in the family that
- 50:39Speaker 3: was nice to you both remember.
- 50:42Speaker 1: And Zach says, well, I think Lydia wishes Kim was
- 50:46Speaker 1: more emotionally involved. Like she doesn't call at random to
- 50:50Speaker 1: say hello or to check in. She calls her to
- 50:53Speaker 1: get things done. Yeah, not how's my daughter doing. It's
- 50:57Speaker 1: more like, hey, Cinderella, can you go clean the houses?
- 51:00Speaker 2: Uh huh?
- 51:02Speaker 1: And Barry says, yeah, Kim is not emotionally engaged a lot.
- 51:09Speaker 1: And Zach says, well, I imagine it has to do
- 51:11Speaker 1: with a lot of the things she's been through. And
- 51:13Speaker 1: he's not talking about her terrible mother or her Dee Rise.
- 51:16Speaker 1: They're talking about especially Joshua. So the talking to head.
- 51:22Speaker 1: Zach says, I've had my reservations about Kim for the
- 51:27Speaker 1: way she's treated Lydia, but hopefully they're gaining ground on
- 51:31Speaker 1: this right now. I do like that Zach calls out
- 51:33Speaker 1: that Kim is a terrible mother.
- 51:34Speaker 2: I do like that.
- 51:36Speaker 3: Yeah, And it's horrible what happened with Joshua, But you
- 51:39Speaker 3: still had a bunch of other children right that needed you,
- 51:43Speaker 3: and you treated all of them differently, Like you're totally
- 51:47Speaker 3: down to build a relationship with Ethan, but you always
- 51:50Speaker 3: keep Lydia an arm's length ever since you felt like
- 51:53Speaker 3: she turned on you of a divorce.
- 51:57Speaker 1: And I have to say, I don't actually think that
- 51:59Speaker 1: would be true that Ken would be drinking when Joshua died,
- 52:02Speaker 1: because I think if that was true, then Barry would
- 52:04Speaker 1: have had a lot more resentment towards her and not
- 52:07Speaker 1: had three kids afterwards, do you know what I mean?
- 52:10Speaker 2: Yeah, that's interesting. I don't know.
- 52:13Speaker 1: We see the flashback of Kim talking about the day
- 52:16Speaker 1: that Joshua died. It's been seventeen years since he's passed
- 52:20Speaker 1: away now, and Barry says, yeah, I'm sure all of
- 52:22Speaker 1: that is layered in there and something she may still
- 52:26Speaker 1: need to process. Now, Barry, is that getting a two
- 52:29Speaker 1: man sauna?
- 52:31Speaker 3: And Barry says, hey, by the way, I'm so sorry
- 52:34Speaker 3: to interrupt. It was so funny watching them have this
- 52:37Speaker 3: very serious conversation about a dead child, as Barry is.
- 52:47Speaker 2: Kind of waited till you were off that thing.
- 52:51Speaker 1: So they get in the sauna and Barry goes, hey,
- 52:53Speaker 1: thanks for doing this with me. Maybe one day I'll
- 52:55Speaker 1: have a date and I could bring her in here.
- 52:59Speaker 1: You know, Matchmaker. She's been great. And there was a
- 53:02Speaker 1: lady in Tennessee that I was talking to. We talked
- 53:04Speaker 1: on the phone for hours. She was fun, and then
- 53:08Speaker 1: we got to the topic of celebrating Halloween, and you know.
- 53:11Speaker 2: I just don't do that. I just don't get it.
- 53:14Speaker 2: It's a non event. We do trunk or treat.
- 53:16Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. It's for the demons. Okay,
- 53:19Speaker 1: she was a demonic devil, so I had to hang out.
- 53:22Speaker 2: He doesn't say any of that.
- 53:25Speaker 4: That's what he meant. That's what he meant.
- 53:28Speaker 3: Yes, but it made it sound like he was nitpicking.
- 53:32Speaker 3: And she's into a thing that I'm not into and
- 53:35Speaker 3: because of that, I cannot date this woman. Like they
- 53:37Speaker 3: have to have all of their hobbies completely aligned. I
- 53:41Speaker 3: think it's because she's a demon. It just like that.
- 53:45Speaker 3: Does he still feel like probably?
- 53:47Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 53:47Speaker 4: Probably?
- 53:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:49Speaker 3: I wish we knew more about like what his beliefs
- 53:52Speaker 3: are now, because we know Kim is forgotten everything.
- 53:56Speaker 2: She's down to do it all. She's yeah, all right, yeah.
- 54:01Speaker 1: Talking head was Zach and Barry together and Zach says, yeah,
- 54:04Speaker 1: it seems like now is a good time for you
- 54:07Speaker 1: to step into the dating world, and I know it
- 54:09Speaker 1: could be complicated.
- 54:10Speaker 4: Barry goes, you.
- 54:11Speaker 1: Don't know you're in the presence of the ploth daddy,
- 54:16Speaker 1: and Zach says, oh, dear, I'm never going to call
- 54:18Speaker 1: you that.
- 54:19Speaker 4: Okay. The sauna was enough. Now you're making it weird.
- 54:23Speaker 3: The sauna was so small, it was made for one person.
- 54:26Speaker 3: They are sitting like thigh to thigh.
- 54:29Speaker 2: It was horrible, horrible. Also, Barry got.
- 54:32Speaker 3: To go on dates and talk to women and we
- 54:35Speaker 3: didn't get to see it, and I'm mad about that.
- 54:37Speaker 1: I went to the sea lady was like, I'm not
- 54:39Speaker 1: participating in this TV show.
- 54:41Speaker 2: I know. I'm mad.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Okay, now I have Lydia has arrived to see Ethan
- 54:46Speaker 1: in the house.
- 54:47Speaker 3: Yes, I completely forgot about it. And there was a
- 54:51Speaker 3: hole in the ground that is a fire pit.
- 54:55Speaker 1: So now he's got two fire pits and above ground
- 54:58Speaker 1: and below ground. So Kitty Kittia Kim says.
- 55:05Speaker 4: Kim and Lydia's couple names.
- 55:07Speaker 2: Kittia.
- 55:07Speaker 1: Kim says, Lydia loves road trips and I'm excited about this.
- 55:12Speaker 1: Mother daughter road trip, and Kim tells her, you know,
- 55:15Speaker 1: I love a road trip because I have five hundred
- 55:17Speaker 1: songs on my playlist and now I can listen to
- 55:20Speaker 1: all of them. Because when you guys were growing up,
- 55:22Speaker 1: we had twenty gospel songs to listen to. But now
- 55:25Speaker 1: I'm of the world and I have five hundred songs.
- 55:28Speaker 1: So a suck it the way you grew up.
- 55:30Speaker 2: The exactly, that's the whole thing.
- 55:33Speaker 3: And Lydia is still in that place where that's what
- 55:36Speaker 3: she values. So these songs are not going to be
- 55:38Speaker 3: songs that Lydia is now enjoy listening to. But you
- 55:42Speaker 3: created this person, Kim by telling her that secular music
- 55:46Speaker 3: was of the devil right, much like Katie, who had
- 55:51Speaker 3: to write a letter to Amy Grant telling her how
- 55:54Speaker 3: disappointed she was when she went secular, and.
- 55:59Speaker 2: So she did. Her mom helped her send a letter
- 56:03Speaker 2: to Amy Grant.
- 56:04Speaker 3: Wow, Horrish, Amy Grant, who's like baby baby, Yeah, that
- 56:15Speaker 3: is the only baby baby should have been the baby Jesus.
- 56:19Speaker 3: But she was talking about love and love.
- 56:22Speaker 1: And I gotta tell you, I was surprised when Amy
- 56:25Speaker 1: Grant was secular, but I was okay with it. Yeah,
- 56:28Speaker 1: and then she married Vince Gill, and I believe he
- 56:30Speaker 1: was married at the time, and they both left their
- 56:32Speaker 1: spouses and she married Vince Gill, and that was even
- 56:34Speaker 1: more upsetic.
- 56:35Speaker 2: Kay, scandalique.
- 56:37Speaker 4: I know, I don't remember any of this.
- 56:40Speaker 3: I only knew her secular because I don't know why
- 56:43Speaker 3: why I would know her Christian.
- 56:44Speaker 4: You wouldn't be listening to Christian music.
- 56:46Speaker 1: No, no, all right, Kim tells Lydia, you let me
- 56:52Speaker 1: show you a picture of this thing.
- 56:53Speaker 4: Look at this.
- 56:53Speaker 1: Look at this picture. Do you see what it is?
- 56:55Speaker 1: And he goes, I don't quite understand what it is.
- 56:58Speaker 1: There's flowers written on it. She goes, it's a bong
- 57:02Speaker 1: for smoking pot. Did you know, Lydia, there are different
- 57:05Speaker 1: ways to smoke pot. You could roll it up like
- 57:07Speaker 1: a cigarette.
- 57:07Speaker 2: That's called a doobie, so, but you could also smoke
- 57:10Speaker 2: it on this This is called a bong that was
- 57:13Speaker 2: in the barn, and it's not mine.
- 57:16Speaker 4: I smoked a pot like two times in college.
- 57:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 57:19Speaker 3: So there's I just name dropped a couple things that
- 57:22Speaker 3: I was able to do that you were not able
- 57:24Speaker 3: to do, Lydia.
- 57:25Speaker 2: Smoking pot and going to college.
- 57:30Speaker 3: So sorry, While I humble brag the things that it
- 57:34Speaker 3: were okay for me to do but not okay for
- 57:36Speaker 3: my child.
- 57:38Speaker 2: I think that's part of it why like Lydia.
- 57:40Speaker 3: Gets so tense at this moment because she's not comfortable
- 57:43Speaker 3: talking about drugs. But it's also like a reminder of
- 57:48Speaker 3: the life that Kim was able to have, full of
- 57:51Speaker 3: sin and like exploration and learning about yourself and the
- 57:57Speaker 3: way compared to the way she raised them.
- 58:00Speaker 1: It's crazy because because you know, I smoked a pot
- 58:02Speaker 1: two times in college, and the bong is not mine.
- 58:05Speaker 1: So this begs the question whose bong is it?
- 58:10Speaker 2: Is it Ambers?
- 58:11Speaker 4: No, Isaac lives a very.
- 58:13Speaker 2: I yeah, but do they smoke in the barn?
- 58:17Speaker 4: I don't know. I mean the quen no Ken found it?
- 58:22Speaker 3: Yeah, but did was that a like a what would
- 58:25Speaker 3: you call it?
- 58:27Speaker 4: A cover story?
- 58:28Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 58:29Speaker 3: Exactly, Look what I found that's totally not mine.
- 58:33Speaker 4: Either Ethan left it when he was there.
- 58:36Speaker 1: Yeah, Either Ethan left it when he was there, or
- 58:39Speaker 1: it's from when Isaac was there in high school, or
- 58:42Speaker 1: it's Ambers.
- 58:43Speaker 4: Those are the choice.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Yeah, none of those would surprise me.
- 58:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 58:47Speaker 2: And Amber has that friend with the dark hair.
- 58:51Speaker 3: Scandalous at Brunette that came and had dinner with them, but.
- 58:58Speaker 2: Out in the barn Berlin, Berlin, Berlin.
- 59:02Speaker 1: With a y, I said her dad's name is Bert
- 59:04Speaker 1: and her mom's name was Lynn.
- 59:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 59:07Speaker 2: So Lydia goes, oh, dear, well, how did we get
- 59:09Speaker 2: on this subject?
- 59:10Speaker 1: And she goes, I don't know. I was just telling
- 59:12Speaker 1: you like what I did in college, and Lydia sits
- 59:14Speaker 1: there for a second. She goes, well, I'm glad you
- 59:16Speaker 1: did not keep that up. And you know, I'm glad
- 59:19Speaker 1: you stopped toward so awkward. So as they're driving, Lydia goes,
- 59:24Speaker 1: I'm a Zach and Kim goes, oh, that's sweet, and
- 59:28Speaker 1: she goes, yeah, you know, he's a pretty good therapist.
- 59:31Speaker 4: And Kim goes.
- 59:33Speaker 1: Really, and she goes, well, you know, he's just really
- 59:36Speaker 1: good to talk to. You know, growing up, I didn't
- 59:38Speaker 1: learn what it was like to talk about things in general.
- 59:43Speaker 1: And Kim goes yeah, and then Lydia goes, you know
- 59:46Speaker 1: a large piece of it, mom, is I think that
- 59:48Speaker 1: we never talked about Joshua. And Kim goes, well, I
- 59:53Speaker 1: have to say I did hear bits where you talked
- 59:55Speaker 1: about Joshua publicly.
- 59:57Speaker 4: Now she's talking about.
- 59:59Speaker 1: The podcast with the Ginger with the Jay Dugger when
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: she talked about it there, and Kim says, Lydia went online, okay,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Lydia went on a radio program. Lydia went online and
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: was crying.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: About Joshua Joshua, which.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: Is fine and understandable, but then she talked about how.
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: She wasn't equipped to deal with that.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: And you know, I've had a lot of guilt that
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: I've had to deal with, and when I heard her
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: talking about him online, it was like ripping open that wound.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: It's almost unbearable for me to think and talk about.
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: And when I first heard what she said, my heart
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: broke for her.
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: Publicly Lydia gave a lot of details about his death
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: and then she went on to speculate about how it
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: affected me or how it affected Barry and our marriage,
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: thing that, things that she does not have the place
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: to say publicly false.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: She she lived through it. She's an adult, she can
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: speak her truth. She lived in that home when you
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: took She.
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: Was there a year, and there when the child got
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: run over.
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: She was there when the children and then she had
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: to help raise her other siblings because you were emotionally
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: unavailable understandably probably, but still it is her experience.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: It affected the whole family, and I think she's allowed
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: to talk about that.
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: Also, you put her as a child, as a minor
- 1:01:34Speaker 3: on a television show publicly, so she has every right
- 1:01:40Speaker 3: to talk about her.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Life, and as an adult, she's definitely able to go
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: on another fundamentalist podcast totally. You know, it's not like
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: she went on what am I trying to say? Who's
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: the guy who's the big Joe Rogan. It's not like
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: she was trying to say Seth Rogan. I was like,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: that's not right, that's just another soner. It's not like
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: she went on Joe Rogan and like Spoke or Triu.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: She went on a like minded person who grew up
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: the same way and is able to speak from her
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: experience being there, seeing that what she experienced in her home,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: and if she was asked, do you think it affected
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: your parents' marriage, she answered the question.
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: So it's not like she's writing a tell all.
- 1:02:21Speaker 3: And I think if I were Kim, I'd be way
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: matter about the my mom left the family when I
- 1:02:26Speaker 3: was seventeen comments.
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: Then I was about the Joshua stuff.
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe that'll come up.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: I hope it does. Yeah, so.
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: Kim says to her, I feel you blamed me for
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: not communicating about that part of it, the Joshua stuff,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: And Lydia goes, I feel like you don't know how
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: to communicate things you and all I've been married eight
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: mons is and now I'm an expert and Lydia.
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: But it's true, and it's also stuff.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: Kim has admitted, I'm not at communication and I passed
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: that down to my children.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: And I shut down this child died.
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: Yes, yes, you are aware of all of this, but
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: you just don't want anyone else to say it about you.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: No, absolutely does not want to be called out ever,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: and Lydia says, Lydia does sort of like a compliment sandwich,
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Like she tries to say something, she goes, and I
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: know you have so much going on in your world
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: and what's in front of you. It's like, not like
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: you forgot about the others, but it's just not right
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: in front of you. So basically, she's like, if it's
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: not right in front of you, Ken, then you can't
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: think of it, you know.
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: So or like unless you need something from me, like
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: or a haircut, you need the house cleaned, then I'm there,
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: but I probably think if you just call and say
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: how are you?
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: If I had to guess, she treats Hoseannah the same way.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: I bet that Hoseannah's out of side, out of mind,
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: if I had to guess. So in talking to head
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: Lydia says, the intent of talking with my mom was
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: not to point fingers. I just want Joshua acknowledged, and
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: I want to talk about his life, so I'm talking
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: to d Kim says, right after Joshua died, I was
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: not ready to talk to anyone.
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: It took for me a year to be able to
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: talk about it at all. And periodically we would go
- 1:04:17Speaker 3: to the gravesite and put duckies or flowers there. Now,
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: according to all these kids, the only time they've ever
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: done that was when they filmed it. They've never gone
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: as a family otherwise.
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: Ever.
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: And Kim is lying about something or mus graduating Marie,
- 1:04:34Speaker 3: she's misremembered shracting.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: Kim says, it's been hard for me knowing how much
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: pain I caused the other kids. It's hard, okay, So
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: it's good to know that maybe she has some empathy there.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: Kim says, well, I spoke to my other friends who
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: heard it.
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: Now, you played the interview for your friends because you
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: wanted them to back you up.
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: Yep. Yeah.
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: I spoke to some of my other friends who also
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: heard the online thing that you did online. Yep, and
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: they agreed that it seems that you implied we never
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: talked about it, and Lydia goes, yeah, because it was
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: in your hands, and so naturally we would want to
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: protect you from hearing anything about it, meaning like there's
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: going to protect her, so they don't talk about it.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: But she never talked about it either, right, And Kim goes, well,
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: Dad and I, she's got to throw Berry under the
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: bus here, She says, Dad and I didn't give you
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: the tools to deal with it, but I don't know
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: if anyone can give you the tools to deal with that. Okay,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: So we didn't give you the tools to deal with it. However,
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: no one could have the tools to deal with it, right.
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: So she'd even a super mom like me could have
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: given you the tools to deal with it.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: Talking to Lydia says, you know, I've thought about talking
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: with my mom about Joshua, but I've never had the
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: stream to bring it up. And talking to Kim says,
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: it's sad to me that she's opening up to the
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: internet but not me. And this is a good picture
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: of the gulf that separates us, and I want to
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: fix that.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Good. I'm glad you realized that.
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: Okay, so good, But it does feel like again like
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: how you've mentioned how Olivia said that since Kim is
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: like a narcissist and she uses whatever child backs her
- 1:06:29Speaker 3: up at the time. And this season is the I'm
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: such a great mom to Ethan like storyline. He was
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: so troubled last season and I'm going to.
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: Be there for him.
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: And so that's why she doesn't call Hosanna or Lydia
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: unless she needs to them, and that includes filming a
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: scene with them, like bonding, repairing the relationship. But when
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: she's not filming, I bet she never calls the sham
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: Mariah that she caught. No, it's when they're not filming out.
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: Her right, Yeah, m just checking on Micah. Is he
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: living in his car?
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: We need to know if they want to film a scene,
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: then she would.
- 1:07:13Speaker 2: That's how I feel. That's again just my speculation.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Allegedly, Allegedly, next time on, Kim says there she's saying
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: this to I think she's saying this to Lydia in
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: the car. She says, there are eleven of us in
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: this family, so we all need to accept each other
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: the best we can. And then Kim says in her
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: talking head, she goes, Lydia doesn't see a problem with
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: the two of them sitting people down and correcting them.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: But when I but when I talked to everybody else,
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: it was a problem.
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: I got all.
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: I talked to all the family members and got them
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: to back me up that we did not like when
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: they were called out about the wedding how they acted
- 1:07:58Speaker 3: last season. Yep, And they said they were fine with
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: it at the time, but then privately they all told
- 1:08:05Speaker 3: me that they did not like it.
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: So now we're going with the storyline that they're.
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: The problem that you were going with this lady line
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: that Zach and Lydier are the problem, the problem.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: High on their.
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: Stool, Yeah, way too high on that reverse cowgirl.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: That he drew a picture of pretty perfectly. Isaac tells
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: Kim and Ethan that they went on this trip to
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: Montana when the girls. When when Isaac was away, Zach
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: would talk to the girls. Mariah Amber Kaylin. Zach would
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: talk to the girls when he was away and say
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: things like Mariah shouldn't have this in her house or
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Mariah shouldn't play this kind of music. M So when
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: he wasn't there, he would be judging what Mariah had
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: in her home. And Kim says, the solution is the
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: we all get together and yeah, there's some things we
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: need to talk about.
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: So they thought they.
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: Were starting the season with telling us what's what, We're
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: going to end the season with us selling them what's what.
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: She is giddy that she gets to flip the tables
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: on them and call them out now and have other
- 1:09:17Speaker 3: people back her up.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: Yes, and be like, you guys don't need to be
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: telling people what music they should listen to, Like who
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: would like I do?
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: Who would possibly tell people what they should eat and
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: what they should drink and what they should listen to
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: and what they should how they should dress, and would
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: do that that then do the exact reverse once in
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: a couple of years.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Yeah, Like that's crazy behavior. So that's it, everybody.
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: This is.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: What episode did number? Did I say it was? I
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: said it was episode number nine. There are twelve total,
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: so okay, we have three three to go, and.
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: God, I wish there was a reunion.
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: The fact that there is no reunion for this or
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: Love after lock Up is a tragedy.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: Because they all just get to say shit and then
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: it's like, not till next season we get to hear
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: the responses, where at the time Sukie could say, like
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: roll the tape, Yeah, I just said this about you.
- 1:10:23Speaker 4: I know it really is.
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: It's really awful because even Micah, like if he's getting
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: paid an extra five.
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: K, he would show up.
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: Hmm, where is Micah? We need him back on our screen.
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: You need him back. I do.
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: I need him back. I like to look at him.
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: I need to know he's okay. I need to know
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: he has shelter for one night, like he came into
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: film two scenes like the one where they got bitched
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: out and you got to say sorry, and then.
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: He had a beer been in that one, yeah, and.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Then he had a beer with Barry and then he
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: chatted with Ethan and Mariah in the barn.
- 1:11:02Speaker 4: That's it.
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: It's always allow.
- 1:11:05Speaker 3: I'm completely blocking that out. Don't remember any of that
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: that he was even there. I respect that after the
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: fiasco that was Veronica, he doesn't want to have his
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: new relationship on totally that's totally fine, But I would
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: like to see what's up with him. Yeah, me too,
- 1:11:23Speaker 3: me too. I'd like to see that gorgeous face everybody makes.
- 1:11:27Speaker 3: Please make sure you are watching on YouTube. You can
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: find this podcast on YouTube at pink Shade.

- 1:11:35Speaker 4: It comes up. And Kimberly of a Date with Dayline.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: Also has a YouTube. It's called a Date.
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: With K and K. That stands for Kimberly and Katie.
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: Yep, yeah, I know it.
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: And I'm going to have a date with a different
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: K and K Kimberly and Kisha on Thursday.
- 1:11:53Speaker 2: Yay, look at that.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Wait, on Thursday, I have Miguel Luciano, my buddy, coming
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: on to chat about Bravo.
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: I'm very excited about that.
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: And then on Friday, our episode will be out on
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: pin Shaped Prime, our recap of the Single Life Tell All,
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: Part two, and then we're rolling in next week into
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: therapy and a castle.
- 1:12:13Speaker 4: It's the last resort. Yeah.
- 1:12:15Speaker 3: And according to many of these couples social media, it
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: worked great. They totally stayed together, they got fixed.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it's gonna be rough because Ginny's sare and
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: she's not well.
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: I know Titis and Patrick, but at least they're still together. Yes,
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: we all know what happened with Tys and Patrick. We
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: all know Chicaina and Surper. We all know like Girmo
- 1:12:40Speaker 3: s Ed who knows if what it's real and what's not.
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: We all Guermo and Kara that didn't work.
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: Yeah, so the couples have about the same track record
- 1:12:49Speaker 3: as I love the people on Love is Blind or
- 1:12:52Speaker 3: Married at first sight that set people up.
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: Yeah. I think Yara and Jovie are also separated.
- 1:12:59Speaker 3: Correct, they are so cross she dumps them. So it's
- 1:13:03Speaker 3: literally worked for none of them except maybe Submit and Jenny.
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: Stacey and Flora and are still together even though he
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: lives in Connecticut and she lives in Miami.
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: Yeah, they're doing great.
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: Jasmine and Gino. No, oh, Brandon and Julia they're still together.
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. In the past seasons, there have been some
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: couples that worked.
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: The current season obviously is going to be terrible, so
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: we're here for it.
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: So we do that on Fridays.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: Everybody, that's it.
- 1:13:32Speaker 4: Thanks Kimberly, I'll see you this weekend, HI
