- 0:00Speaker 1: Thinks that must go on the radio.
- 0:08Speaker 2: These are things that you hate, you can't stand them
- 0:11Speaker 2: in your life anymore. They just must go. You've got
- 0:14Speaker 2: to get rid of them. And so you think, I'll
- 0:16Speaker 2: send these to Radio from Hell and maybe if they
- 0:19Speaker 2: read them on the air, it'll make me feel better.
- 0:21Speaker 2: And sometimes, in fact, we understand these things do disappear
- 0:25Speaker 2: from your life when we read them. So have at it.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Just send them to Radio from Hell at x ninety
- 0:30Speaker 2: six dot com. But must go in the subject line
- 0:33Speaker 2: and we'll try to get to them. I'll read mine
- 0:36Speaker 2: first today. I have one of my own. It's the
- 0:38Speaker 2: Costco parking lot, the Costco on third West and about
- 0:42Speaker 2: what is about twenty first South.
- 0:44Speaker 3: It's all of them.
- 0:45Speaker 2: It's awful. It is just dreadful. And part of the
- 0:49Speaker 2: reason it's dreadful is that people are really really selfish
- 0:53Speaker 2: and rude. Because now I need to park close to
- 0:56Speaker 2: the door because walking is not my friend. I have
- 0:59Speaker 2: a very you know, a bad foot, and it's and
- 1:02Speaker 2: it's painful, and so I try to find a place
- 1:04Speaker 2: close to the door, and I and and sometimes that
- 1:07Speaker 2: necessitates me kind of cruising around a little bit through
- 1:11Speaker 2: the parking lot.
- 1:12Speaker 4: Waiting for a space to open.
- 1:14Speaker 2: So but I but when people they see people going
- 1:18Speaker 2: to their car with a big basket of groceries and
- 1:22Speaker 2: from Costco, and they so they stop and they wait
- 1:25Speaker 2: for that those people to unload all of their groceries
- 1:28Speaker 2: and then move out of the parking space, and then
- 1:31Speaker 2: they take the space.
- 1:32Speaker 4: Don't do that. That's just it.
- 1:35Speaker 3: They're stocking the space.
- 1:37Speaker 4: It clogs everything up. It clogs everything up.
- 1:40Speaker 2: I got I was trying to leave Costco the other
- 1:42Speaker 2: day and I couldn't back out of the slot I
- 1:45Speaker 2: was in because there was a line of cars behind
- 1:47Speaker 2: me being held up by somebody waiting for a space. No, no, no,
- 1:53Speaker 2: don't do it. All right, let's see this one says,
- 1:56Speaker 2: good morning, Orgs. You may use my name.
- 1:58Speaker 4: It's Zane.
- 2:00Speaker 2: People who use the express lane and only go sixty
- 2:02Speaker 2: miles an hour when it's posted at seventy five. You're
- 2:05Speaker 2: too slow for the express lane. Stay in the regular traffic,
- 2:08Speaker 2: going the speed limit you want, or going the speed
- 2:11Speaker 2: you want. Number two. I work with brand new cars
- 2:14Speaker 2: every day. New cars have backup cameras. What must go
- 2:19Speaker 2: is the never ending failure when I get into my
- 2:22Speaker 2: car or missus z Ayn's car and I back up
- 2:24Speaker 2: and look at my stereo to see what's behind me.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Our cars don't have backup. Yeah, I still get local
- 2:32Speaker 2: Kengarf dealership asking me about my twenty twenty three Hyundai
- 2:36Speaker 2: that I bought brand new after my trial run marriage ended.
- 2:40Speaker 2: I don't have that car anymore because wife number two,
- 2:42Speaker 2: missus Ain, got into a car accident and the car
- 2:45Speaker 2: was totaled. Side note it wasn't missus Ain's fault of
- 2:48Speaker 2: the incident. But stop asking me about the car I
- 2:51Speaker 2: don't have anymore. And finally missus Sketch miss Sketchy Blake
- 2:55Speaker 2: of Ogden annoyed that Sketchy Blake of Ogden yells out
- 2:58Speaker 2: nudes to get their pets attention. Sketchy Blake of Ogden
- 3:01Speaker 2: is just keeping things sketchy. Come on, let him have
- 3:04Speaker 2: that joy of yelling nudes to get your pet's attention.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Thank you, Lords Zane. This one says, dear lords, My
- 3:10Speaker 2: thing that must go is the Meda or Mida m Ida.
- 3:14Speaker 2: If I understand right, it was formed for a specific
- 3:17Speaker 2: purpose keeping Hill Air Force Base in Utah. I think
- 3:20Speaker 2: Mida's job is done and so it should go. And
- 3:23Speaker 2: while we're at it. I think all special districts like
- 3:25Speaker 2: midas should go. At the very least, there should be
- 3:27Speaker 2: a sunset clause for each special district so that power
- 3:31Speaker 2: is returned to the people. If we still need a
- 3:33Speaker 2: special district, it can be voted on unless elected unelected
- 3:37Speaker 2: bureaucrats making top down edicts overriding local control and due process.
- 3:42Speaker 2: What is that the new Utah Way? Thanks for letting
- 3:45Speaker 2: me listen. You can also use my name yet another mic.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And finally this people in Bountiful pouncing on a person
- 3:53Speaker 2: who is complaining about a local credit union that has
- 3:58Speaker 2: their long water on for hours and hours. They called
- 4:01Speaker 2: her Karen, and mind your own business, and nobody's keeping
- 4:05Speaker 2: you from watering all day if you want to, et cetera.
- 4:07Speaker 2: I'm sorry, morons, it is our business. We all need
- 4:11Speaker 2: to do all we can to limit unnecessary water use
- 4:14Speaker 2: or risk losing it all together for all of us. Yes,
- 4:17Speaker 2: these sorry fools will be the first to start whining
- 4:20Speaker 2: when they turn on the shower and nothing comes out.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Thanks lords, Kerry.
- 4:25Speaker 5: Uh, just one from me. Broken spaghetti, broken sproken, you know,
- 4:31Speaker 5: and you put when you put it after you've had
- 4:33Speaker 5: it fresh. Yeah, and you put it in the little containers. See,
- 4:36Speaker 5: you can have it for lunch and it breaks. That's okay, Yeah,
- 4:40Speaker 5: it's harder to eat.
- 4:45Speaker 4: That is serious. I feel your pain.
- 4:48Speaker 5: Let's see this one from Lance Vineyard. So these ridiculously
- 4:52Speaker 5: filmed perfume and cologne commercials with actors such as Johnny Depp,
- 4:57Speaker 5: Natalie Portman, Charlie's Thereon, et cetera, in which they're usually
- 5:01Speaker 5: on the shores or boulders of a far off island paradise. Right,
- 5:05Speaker 5: y'all are accomplishing precisely the opposite of what I believe
- 5:08Speaker 5: the concept of your plan is, which are incredibly unsexy
- 5:12Speaker 5: with terrible and cheesy acting. And to boot, I had
- 5:15Speaker 5: no idea that Dior was one syllable all this time.
- 5:18Speaker 5: I've been pronouncing it Dior. But apparently you must say
- 5:22Speaker 5: things like yah, all right, one sprits and you go
- 5:25Speaker 5: from oh no to whoa. Let's see this one from Anthony.
- 5:32Speaker 5: Let's see I think it must go? Is this one's
- 5:34Speaker 5: gonna get really deep in the weeds here. My thing
- 5:38Speaker 5: it must go is unlabeled buttons and other on screen
- 5:40Speaker 5: controls in my apps.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I looked at the.
- 5:43Speaker 5: Doctronic app yesterday and noticed all the buttons for signing
- 5:47Speaker 5: in via Google, Apple, et cetera were unlabeled. Thus, voiceover
- 5:51Speaker 5: says button. I didn't know anything in the app except
- 5:55Speaker 5: look at it out of curiosity. There's another thing that
- 5:59Speaker 5: must go involving buttons. But this thing that must go
- 6:02Speaker 5: is hearing voiceover say something like icon dot fl application,
- 6:08Speaker 5: Stop it please.
- 6:09Speaker 4: I don't understand any of that. I don't either.
- 6:12Speaker 5: This one from Sean fireworks must go. Yes, too many
- 6:17Speaker 5: fires already too dry. Fireworks need to be banned in
- 6:21Speaker 5: all of Utah this year. And here's some things that
- 6:25Speaker 5: must go. But I have so many dropping consonants, mostly
- 6:29Speaker 5: the letter.
- 6:30Speaker 4: T, yeah, import the name, a few yes. Acronyms.
- 6:37Speaker 5: All companies have them, and they all have a different meaning.
- 6:42Speaker 5: Electronic billboards must go. By the time I get close
- 6:45Speaker 5: enough to read it or get around the tree, it
- 6:47Speaker 5: changes and I can't see what I wanted to see.
- 6:49Speaker 4: Please make them go away.
- 6:52Speaker 3: Go ahead, at least from Tony. My things that must go.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Running out of ice for my lemonade during a hot
- 6:57Speaker 3: summer day. Oh, Gina, not getting a custom pillow well
- 7:01Speaker 3: in Japan. I agree, Tony, Yes, also finding out that
- 7:05Speaker 3: Utah is the epicenter of sketchy adoption tourism via a
- 7:08Speaker 3: PBS frontline documentary These Things must Go.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Thank you for letting me listen.
- 7:13Speaker 3: People who bring their small children to the community pool
- 7:16Speaker 3: with no lifeguards, sit their asses in lawn chairs, and
- 7:19Speaker 3: then dive into their phones, completely oblivious to what their
- 7:23Speaker 3: children are struggling in, almost drowning in the water. This
- 7:26Speaker 3: has happened twice in the last couple of weeks, when
- 7:29Speaker 3: my friend has had to save one and yelled at
- 7:31Speaker 3: the dad of the other. Hey, your child is drowning.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Put the damn phones away. If you are the lifeguard,
- 7:37Speaker 3: that's what for your children.
- 7:38Speaker 4: That's what lifeguards are for. Gina. Parents don't need to
- 7:41Speaker 4: watch them, but that's what they're saying.
- 7:42Speaker 3: There's no lifeguard at the pool.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Oh there's no lifeguard there.
- 7:45Speaker 3: You are the lifeguard. You need to watch your kids.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Get your face out of your phone. And finally this
- 7:50Speaker 3: we're still we're having a bout of fires all around Utah,
- 7:53Speaker 3: yet the powers that be are still having firework shows
- 7:56Speaker 3: and selling fireworks. Make this insanity go away. Happy fortieth
- 8:01Speaker 3: to you all. I listen to the podcast every day
- 8:04Speaker 3: oh nice, thank you, thank
- 8:06Speaker 1: You, thanks that must go on the radio from her
- 8:14Speaker 1: show
