- 0:59Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rachel Uchitel. So have you ever wondered
- 1:03Speaker 1: if manifestation really works, how you can use energy to
- 1:06Speaker 1: heal trauma, how listening to your intuition can help you
- 1:10Speaker 1: find your life's purpose? Today, I got to speak to
- 1:12Speaker 1: Audrey Hope, a psychic therapist and addiction specialist at Seasons
- 1:17Speaker 1: Rehab in Malibu, who has been breaking the traditional boundaries
- 1:20Speaker 1: of therapy for over 20 years. Audrey combines spirituality, energy healing,
- 1:25Speaker 1: and psychic abilities to help her patients and clients become
- 1:28Speaker 1: their best selves. We discuss finding our life's purpose and
- 1:32Speaker 1: how healing past trauma and getting to the root of
- 1:34Speaker 1: the root can help propel you forward. We also venture
- 1:38Speaker 1: into complexities of love addiction, the nuances of relationships, and
- 1:41Speaker 1: the universal quest for a soulmate. How hard is it
- 1:45Speaker 1: to find love over 40? Audrey gives us hope, pun intended,
- 1:49Speaker 1: and she opens up about her own love story. This
- 1:51Speaker 1: episode is perfect to get you started on your new
- 1:54Speaker 1: path as the new year approaches. Sit back and listen
- 1:58Speaker 1: to my interview with Audrey Hope. Audrey Hope, thank you
- 2:33Speaker 1: so much for joining me on Misunderstood.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Wonderful to be here, Rachel. I'm really excited. Oh, good.
- 2:41Speaker 1: So I love that you have a Master of Divinity
- 2:44Speaker 1: and Metaphysics, right?
- 2:47Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:48Speaker 1: What is that?
- 2:49Speaker 2: Well, that is... It's really soul work. It's really about...
- 2:56Speaker 2: What I do is a new perspective, looking higher. Some
- 3:00Speaker 2: people can call it psychic. We all love psychic stuff. But,
- 3:04Speaker 2: you know, I'm doing this for like 25 years, working
- 3:07Speaker 2: with celebrities and people from all walks of life. And
- 3:11Speaker 2: it's just a really high perspective of things that people
- 3:15Speaker 2: really want to know. Like, why is this happening? Why
- 3:19Speaker 2: did I get into this mess? The karma, the past lives.
- 3:23Speaker 2: It's so exciting to look at life from that higher perspective.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Absolutely. I agree. So is it something you had to
- 3:29Speaker 1: do training in?
- 3:31Speaker 2: Yes. A lot of people I had master, master teachers,
- 3:36Speaker 2: teachers that nobody would really know about. Like I worked
- 3:39Speaker 2: with Gandhi's teacher, which, you know, she taught me everything
- 3:43Speaker 2: about like. how to evolve the body, which I use
- 3:46Speaker 2: with the addicts at seasons where I work and in
- 3:49Speaker 2: my practice. So that's, what's been exciting things that I'm missing.
- 3:54Speaker 2: I call it like a missing piece of the pie
- 3:56Speaker 2: that I've been able, that's my gift to be able
- 4:00Speaker 2: to give that little piece. Right.
- 4:02Speaker 1: So I've always wondered, you know, these people that get
- 4:04Speaker 1: into psychic work, if this is something they're born with
- 4:09Speaker 1: and it's just like powers they have, or if anyone
- 4:11Speaker 1: can just learn this kind of technique.
- 4:14Speaker 2: I love this question. It has to do with my passion,
- 4:18Speaker 2: my real mission in life to really help people suffering.
- 4:22Speaker 2: And so I had to be a one stop shop,
- 4:25Speaker 2: you know, like if somebody came in and they lost
- 4:28Speaker 2: their parents or they lost a loved one. Um, you know,
- 4:32Speaker 2: they need to talk to them. So all of this
- 4:35Speaker 2: really developed through my passion and my desire to do
- 4:39Speaker 2: the real thing and to be the real thing and
- 4:42Speaker 2: to make it authentic. So, um, it just evolved through
- 4:46Speaker 2: practice and time and having the opportunity, like the gifts,
- 4:50Speaker 2: the universe, God gave me the opportunity. to work with
- 4:53Speaker 2: some amazing people. And it's perfected through the years. Now
- 4:57Speaker 2: I'm like really quick. Like I was already picking up
- 5:00Speaker 2: stuff on you.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Oh, wow.
- 5:02Speaker 2: All right.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Well, we'll get into that in a second if it's
- 5:04Speaker 1: okay to ask questions. But I'm also curious because so
- 5:08Speaker 1: many people have, you know, there's such a stigma that
- 5:10Speaker 1: goes along with psychic work, right? The people believe that
- 5:14Speaker 1: doesn't exist, whether or not that's because they are closed
- 5:18Speaker 1: off to understanding the afterlife or different spiritual signs, or,
- 5:25Speaker 1: you know, there are different reasons that people don't believe
- 5:27Speaker 1: in it because they don't want to, it's scary, or
- 5:29Speaker 1: they just think it's a bunch of bullshit.
- 5:31Speaker 2: Right. So it's bullshit until they're suffering. When someone suffers,
- 5:35Speaker 2: like I had a client who came and she lost
- 5:37Speaker 2: her son to COVID and I work with doctors and
- 5:40Speaker 2: people who are, you know, really psychological and in the mind.
- 5:44Speaker 2: She came in, she was devastated. Her son was kind
- 5:47Speaker 2: of stuck in between. He was a drug user and
- 5:51Speaker 2: we kind of helped him pass and she believed it
- 5:55Speaker 2: by going through it. And then when the next day
- 5:58Speaker 2: she felt better, there's proof in the pudding right there.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Like what you might not believe it, but the person's
- 6:04Speaker 2: feeling better. Right. So there's always evidence in, in the
- 6:08Speaker 2: real stuff. And, you know, we get stuck in words, right. Psychics, but,
- 6:13Speaker 2: I just think it's just a higher way of looking
- 6:17Speaker 2: at everything. So, you know, that word has stigma, but
- 6:20Speaker 2: I'm not, that doesn't bother me. I just want the
- 6:22Speaker 2: person to really have a transformational experience. So when that happens,
- 6:30Speaker 2: there's my New York, you know, it's like, okay. You
- 6:34Speaker 2: didn't believe it, but you know, and I love that
- 6:36Speaker 2: I'm a New Yorker because I really want to keep
- 6:39Speaker 2: it real and I don't want it to be airy fairy.
- 6:42Speaker 2: And I've had the training because I work with all
- 6:44Speaker 2: the doctors. And so that's been amazing to help them evolve. Yeah.
- 6:51Speaker 1: So I'm, I'm guessing there's a level of work that
- 6:54Speaker 1: the person needs to do, right? That's almost like common sense,
- 6:57Speaker 1: but not really. I mean, when someone loses a loved one,
- 7:00Speaker 1: I've lost a couple and I've gone through therapy. I've
- 7:03Speaker 1: gone through all sorts of different things. I've seen a psychic.
- 7:06Speaker 1: A lot of where people get stuck is because they
- 7:08Speaker 1: want to believe something and that can give them, they
- 7:11Speaker 1: feel that that can give them closure. But in my opinion, I,
- 7:15Speaker 1: I'm almost thinking that probably a lot of the work
- 7:17Speaker 1: you do is not necessarily, and maybe it is, I
- 7:20Speaker 1: could be wrong hearing from, you know, what you think
- 7:23Speaker 1: is loved one in the background, but it's more the
- 7:24Speaker 1: work the person is doing to get through that and
- 7:27Speaker 1: to really understand it. I mean, clarify.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Okay. What if someone had a secret that there's no
- 7:34Speaker 2: one knew it. And let's say I get a download
- 7:37Speaker 2: on that. That's kind of like, well, how'd you know that? Right.
- 7:41Speaker 2: So again, it comes through the evidence that, of what
- 7:45Speaker 2: they're dealing with and and that's always a wonderful journey
- 7:49Speaker 2: because I'm so um in awe of it myself to
- 7:53Speaker 2: be able to help and be able to say well
- 7:55Speaker 2: you're you know like some I work with people who
- 7:58Speaker 2: have problems having babies and um I will say you
- 8:03Speaker 2: know the baby doesn't want to come because there's some
- 8:05Speaker 2: trauma and you're afraid of being a mother right and
- 8:08Speaker 2: If they go to all the doctors, they can't figure
- 8:10Speaker 2: out why they can't get pregnant. We clear the trauma.
- 8:12Speaker 2: We work on it, clear the issues. And then the
- 8:16Speaker 2: baby is born. Okay. There's another evidence of that. So
- 8:20Speaker 2: I've had a lot of that or working with people
- 8:23Speaker 2: who want relationships, right? And they don't understand why they
- 8:27Speaker 2: can't meet someone. Well, looking at the energy piece where
- 8:31Speaker 2: you're kind of stuck. on an energy cord. That's another
- 8:35Speaker 2: part of my work, the energy. You think you could
- 8:38Speaker 2: divorce somebody, right? You think you're divorced to someone. Maybe
- 8:43Speaker 2: someone died. And, or even the office and you sign
- 8:47Speaker 2: the papers, but you still can't meet someone. That's because
- 8:50Speaker 2: there's an energy piece. You're really corded to that person
- 8:54Speaker 2: and you've got to cut the cords because there'll be
- 8:56Speaker 2: like a ghost kind of following you. And you'll be
- 8:59Speaker 2: wondering why can't I've done all the work. Why can't
- 9:01Speaker 2: I meet someone? So I like to do the energy piece.
- 9:05Speaker 2: And it's really an important thing. That's one of the
- 9:08Speaker 2: reasons I like to do media. I like to educate
- 9:10Speaker 2: people about the energy of things. Right.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Okay. So I've never thought about that. That's actually really interesting.
- 9:16Speaker 1: I've always thought that people, I can use myself as
- 9:19Speaker 1: an example. I've been single for quite a while and
- 9:23Speaker 1: I'm always like, what the hell? Where is he? Because
- 9:25Speaker 1: I'm over here, you know?
- 9:26Speaker 3: Right.
- 9:27Speaker 1: But I keep thinking, well, it maybe isn't the right
- 9:29Speaker 1: time or I need to work on some things of
- 9:32Speaker 1: my own. Or whatever it is. But I think what
- 9:34Speaker 1: you're saying is really interesting that there can be energies
- 9:37Speaker 1: that are preventing you from moving forward.
- 9:40Speaker 2: I would have you scan your body, kind of very
- 9:42Speaker 2: simply take a flashlight inside your body and kind of
- 9:45Speaker 2: see a cord. And people have no problem doing that.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I say, where do you feel a cord? They always
- 9:51Speaker 2: find it. And I say, okay, and where is it attached?
- 9:54Speaker 2: And sometimes it's the loved one who passed. And you
- 9:57Speaker 2: have to be able to really like end it there.
- 10:00Speaker 2: right like say you know I'm this is where I'm
- 10:03Speaker 2: tied to you and you know you can use like
- 10:06Speaker 2: an imaginary scissor or sometimes an axe and depending on
- 10:11Speaker 2: what the issue is. And then you end it there.
- 10:14Speaker 2: That's real closure. And then you find out that the
- 10:18Speaker 2: loved one really wants you to move on too.
- 10:20Speaker 1: Right.
- 10:21Speaker 2: And that's very helpful. Right. Right. So what do.
- 10:25Speaker 1: You do at seasons with these people that, so this is,
- 10:28Speaker 1: that's a rehab for people with addictions, correct?
- 10:30Speaker 2: All kinds of addiction. We have mental health, every problem
- 10:34Speaker 2: you could imagine, especially during COVID. We've had a lot
- 10:38Speaker 2: of doctors check in and. Oh, wow. Yeah. Pilots, psychiatrists.
- 10:43Speaker 1: So you have a different method than going in and
- 10:45Speaker 1: just addressing the addiction itself and where you're looking more
- 10:50Speaker 1: at where that stems from, what the trauma might be
- 10:53Speaker 1: that has caused the addiction and how to let that go. Like,
- 10:55Speaker 1: tell me exactly what you're doing there and how you're
- 10:58Speaker 1: helping your patients.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Well, I call it the root of the root. We
- 11:02Speaker 2: have to track where the trauma began and where you
- 11:07Speaker 2: left yourself. Right? Because in therapy, we could talk about
- 11:10Speaker 2: the trauma, right? Yeah. But....
- 11:14Speaker 3: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 11:17Speaker 3: know about the drawer. The drawer.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Just the one square before bed. Or two, you know.
- 11:27Speaker 4: Nobody's watching. You deserve a treat.
- 11:33Speaker 3: With eight flavors to choose from, you can choose the
- 11:36Speaker 3: flavor you favor.
- 11:37Speaker 4: With Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Sorry to interrupt you, but is it hard for a
- 11:46Speaker 1: lot of these people to actually find where the trauma started?
- 11:49Speaker 2: No, because I help them. We track it. We track it.
- 11:54Speaker 2: I can make up exercises where to go. Go back
- 11:58Speaker 2: in time, find the place where you were criticized and
- 12:03Speaker 2: you started to criticize yourself. That's what I call a
- 12:06Speaker 2: soul wound. And that's the piece that's really exciting and healing,
- 12:11Speaker 2: because if you can get that piece, you're good to go.
- 12:14Speaker 2: So where you left yourself, where you abandoned yourself, I
- 12:18Speaker 2: say it's not what people do to us. That's the problem.
- 12:21Speaker 2: But what we do to ourselves because of it, it's
- 12:24Speaker 2: where we divide it. I call it a soul twist. Right. So, yeah. Yeah.
- 12:32Speaker 1: The holidays are here, which is perfect timing for today's sponsor,

- 15:23Speaker 1: time to invest in your skin. Age healthy with OneSkin.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Wow.
- 15:30Speaker 1: And how, you know, I think what's hardest about it,
- 15:32Speaker 1: you know, sometimes it takes a while to find exactly
- 15:35Speaker 1: what point in your life something began to change. And
- 15:38Speaker 1: then there could be a number of different points for
- 15:40Speaker 1: different people. But, you know, I think the hardest thing
- 15:43Speaker 1: is really letting go for the most part. I mean,
- 15:46Speaker 1: they've lived their whole life with this inside of them.
- 15:48Speaker 1: They've probably done some therapy in the past or maybe not.
- 15:51Speaker 1: But for me, I think like I can acknowledge different
- 15:55Speaker 1: things in my life that, you know, Where I, you know,
- 15:57Speaker 1: I'm just thinking as you're talking, what happened to me
- 16:00Speaker 1: and how old I was and what happened. But like,
- 16:03Speaker 1: how do you tangibly let something go?
- 16:06Speaker 2: Well, let's just say we do an exercise, right? You
- 16:09Speaker 2: can call it hypnotherapy. You know, I don't get stuck
- 16:11Speaker 2: in words. It's just, you know, use your imagination. And
- 16:16Speaker 2: take you and I'll snap my finger. Where did you
- 16:19Speaker 2: lose yourself? You'll be able to see it. Not everybody does.
- 16:22Speaker 2: And then it'll be I'll say, how old are you?
- 16:24Speaker 2: And you'll say maybe three or four. You might not
- 16:28Speaker 2: have realized it happened that young. And that's the piece
- 16:32Speaker 2: where in your soul. where you left yourself. It's a
- 16:35Speaker 2: very damaging thing to do, to leave yourself. And you
- 16:38Speaker 2: almost have to do a soul retrieval and, and, and
- 16:42Speaker 2: call yourself back from that place. And, and, and when
- 16:46Speaker 2: that happens and you're not divided anymore, you really understand
- 16:51Speaker 2: what happened to you in the for me, it's about
- 16:56Speaker 2: who you are without the story, right? We get so
- 17:00Speaker 2: fricking stuck in the story and, um, enlightenment and joy
- 17:05Speaker 2: and who we really are is our natural birthright. So
- 17:09Speaker 2: bringing that back to, um, who you are, um, helps
- 17:13Speaker 2: addicts with guilt, which I really am against the guilt, uh, that, and,
- 17:18Speaker 2: and the religiosity, that's a whole nother issue. of why
- 17:22Speaker 2: people suffer in you. So every addiction would be heal
- 17:26Speaker 2: the soul, heal the addiction, which would be the deeper
- 17:29Speaker 2: piece of the division in yourself. And it's so powerful because,
- 17:35Speaker 2: you know, sometimes we can have terrible things happen to
- 17:37Speaker 2: us and we really want to know why. Yeah. I mean,
- 17:41Speaker 2: I don't think a therapist would really be able to
- 17:44Speaker 2: look higher at the karma. Right. But that's what everyone
- 17:48Speaker 2: needs to know. Why do I keep getting into this situation? Right.
- 17:52Speaker 2: So think of it that, you know, from a, this
- 17:56Speaker 2: is not all there is. I mean, come on, this
- 17:59Speaker 2: is not all there is. So, you know, let's, I
- 18:01Speaker 2: think of it like, well, let's say you signed up
- 18:03Speaker 2: for classes in college. Well, you signed up classes in
- 18:07Speaker 2: earth school and you don't realize the challenges that you
- 18:11Speaker 2: set up on your path. So when you understand that,
- 18:16Speaker 2: you could begin to stop suffering and blaming people. Right.
- 18:20Speaker 2: You see, it happens with love too. Right.
- 18:23Speaker 1: So, but in part of this work, I mean, I
- 18:25Speaker 1: feel like I've done a lot of work and a
- 18:27Speaker 1: lot of it is to take responsibility and not feel
- 18:32Speaker 1: that things have happened to you, but you've probably walked
- 18:34Speaker 1: the line, you know, where you've caused some of, it,
- 18:38Speaker 1: you know, like made wrong turns and it's affected, you know,
- 18:42Speaker 1: everyone makes mistakes and then kind of lives in that
- 18:45Speaker 1: guilt and can't move on from that. So are you
- 18:49Speaker 1: saying that people should realize that sometimes these things happen
- 18:53Speaker 1: and it's not their fault and they should look at
- 18:55Speaker 1: how to make a different turn?
- 18:57Speaker 2: See, Rachel, I think with you, because I, you know,
- 19:01Speaker 2: I really respect you and I, you know, I looked
- 19:03Speaker 2: at some of the things that you've done and I
- 19:06Speaker 2: think you set up a lot of stuff so that
- 19:09Speaker 2: you would become a champion. I think you went through
- 19:13Speaker 2: a lot so that you would be able to transform it.
- 19:19Speaker 2: So if I look deeper in a past life, I
- 19:22Speaker 2: would say that you left yourself in a past life.
- 19:25Speaker 2: You were maybe mad at yourself. because you weren't true
- 19:28Speaker 2: to yourself, maybe the society, maybe the people and whatever
- 19:32Speaker 2: that was, lifetime. So you set it up that you
- 19:35Speaker 2: weren't going to do that again in this lifetime. I'm
- 19:38Speaker 2: just giving a hypothetical. So then you'd have all this
- 19:40Speaker 2: trauma that you'd be going on, and that would be
- 19:44Speaker 2: the reason for it, that you really wanted to overcome
- 19:48Speaker 2: what the hell people said. like, you know what I mean?
- 19:52Speaker 2: That's what it is. Who cares? Right. And that's an
- 19:55Speaker 2: important thing. Even doing this work, you know, we all,
- 19:58Speaker 2: we all have to stop caring what people think. And
- 20:01Speaker 2: I think that you've done that. I think you've done that. Anyway,
- 20:05Speaker 2: as I tuned in a little bit, I, I, I
- 20:07Speaker 2: got that. And, um, So, um, I think that interesting
- 20:12Speaker 2: with all the work that you've done, this is just, again,
- 20:14Speaker 2: another piece to it. You've succeeded. You really have.
- 20:18Speaker 1: That's interesting.
- 20:19Speaker 2: Time to move on now and go get the fruits
- 20:23Speaker 2: of your labor because on a soul level, nothing really
- 20:27Speaker 2: got you, even though it seemed that way. You see
- 20:29Speaker 2: what I'm saying?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Yes, I do.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:31Speaker 1: That kind of hit me in my gut.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Yeah. I, I, yeah. And then, um, Well, the other thing,
- 20:36Speaker 2: I don't know if you want me to say, because
- 20:38Speaker 2: I do this fast. I couldn't really spend a lot
- 20:40Speaker 2: of time on it. But also just to let you
- 20:44Speaker 2: know that you're a rebel. And I think there was
- 20:48Speaker 2: something that had to do with contracts and being boxed in.
- 20:51Speaker 2: And every time there's something there, you don't want it.
- 20:54Speaker 2: You leave at the last second, any contract. Right. So
- 20:59Speaker 2: I wanted, if I had time, I would want to
- 21:01Speaker 2: look at that because I find that so interesting. And
- 21:04Speaker 2: I don't know that much about you, but that really
- 21:07Speaker 2: hit me in my download. Right, right. Yeah. Wow.
- 21:10Speaker 1: So let's go back for a second. How did you,
- 21:13Speaker 1: cause I know you're a New Yorker, you sound like
- 21:14Speaker 1: a New Yorker. How did you even get into this?
- 21:17Speaker 1: How did you find that this is the path that
- 21:20Speaker 1: you wanted to take? So you felt fulfilled?
- 21:23Speaker 2: Well, I started out, you know, I've always done acting, performing.
- 21:29Speaker 2: I worked in a clothing store and I really was
- 21:33Speaker 2: amazed at how women felt about themselves. It really got
- 21:37Speaker 2: to me, you know, how much they didn't like themselves.
- 21:41Speaker 2: So I thought I'm going to do something about it.
- 21:43Speaker 2: So I created a show called real women, positive role
- 21:46Speaker 2: models for women. And then after that, people started bringing
- 21:50Speaker 2: their friends and they start, I've always been on a
- 21:53Speaker 2: healing thing to become my best self. So that was just,
- 21:57Speaker 2: it was just a natural to pass it on.
- 22:00Speaker 3: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 22:03Speaker 3: know about the drawer, the drawer, just.
- 22:07Speaker 4: The one square before bed. Or two, you know, nobody's watching.
- 22:15Speaker 4: You deserve a treat.
- 22:19Speaker 3: With eight flavors to choose from, you can choose the
- 22:22Speaker 3: flavor you favor with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 22:30Speaker 2: And then after that, I did an experiment and I said, OK,
- 22:34Speaker 2: you know, God, lead me to doing this work the
- 22:37Speaker 2: way that you want me to. And I did an experiment.
- 22:40Speaker 2: I let go. And then I got a phone call
- 22:43Speaker 2: and I ended up working in the rehabs. And it
- 22:46Speaker 2: was like that. It was a surrender to it. And
- 22:50Speaker 2: that's what I recommend with people when they want to
- 22:52Speaker 2: find their life purpose. Surrender to it. Let it come
- 22:55Speaker 2: to you.
- 22:55Speaker 1: That's such good advice because I think people don't even
- 22:58Speaker 1: realize that they're struggling to find purpose. But what I
- 23:00Speaker 1: found is without purpose, you're on a constant state of,
- 23:04Speaker 1: you know, unfamiliar territory. You can't figure out why you
- 23:07Speaker 1: can't get happy or you can't make things happen. And
- 23:10Speaker 1: when you find a purpose, everything seems so much easier.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Everything seems like it's not work. It's what you're meant
- 23:16Speaker 1: to do. And everything tends to come more natural and
- 23:21Speaker 1: it's not a constant fight or swimming. you know, the
- 23:24Speaker 1: opposite direction. So I think finding your purpose is the
- 23:28Speaker 1: hardest thing, but then once you find it, your life
- 23:31Speaker 1: tends to get a lot easier, in my opinion.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Yes. It's the life-saving button, I call it, you know? Yeah.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Everybody else could leave you, but if you have your
- 23:39Speaker 2: life purpose... you really have something to hold on to. Yeah.
- 23:44Speaker 1: So I want to ask you about, so one more
- 23:46Speaker 1: thing about the working in seasons. Do you find that
- 23:49Speaker 1: people are struggling with love addiction still? I did a
- 23:53Speaker 1: lot of work myself in love addiction and I found
- 23:55Speaker 1: that I believe that A lot of the root of
- 23:59Speaker 1: where a lot of problems come from are relationships with yourself,
- 24:02Speaker 1: with others, mistaking intensity for love, getting into the wrong
- 24:08Speaker 1: toxic situations that make it hard for you to survive.
- 24:11Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on that?
- 24:13Speaker 2: It always comes down to relationships. Mm hmm. So you
- 24:16Speaker 2: might be coming in with a drug addiction or a trauma,
- 24:19Speaker 2: but then again, we're end up at relationships where you
- 24:23Speaker 2: make some, some really good points. So it's just like
- 24:26Speaker 2: any addiction. It really is. It's an opportunity to do
- 24:31Speaker 2: the deeper work on yourself because if you don't take
- 24:34Speaker 2: care of your issue, you'll marry it. I mean, you know, really.
- 24:38Speaker 2: So it's again, a deeper thing about what's going on
- 24:42Speaker 2: that you would attract. someone who's mean to you or
- 24:46Speaker 2: doesn't treat you well. So no matter what the addiction,
- 24:49Speaker 2: it's kind of all the same. Um, love addiction is, um,
- 24:54Speaker 2: you know, kind of, uh, I guess you could say
- 24:58Speaker 2: since COVID it's, it's more than ever, you know, people
- 25:02Speaker 2: are really suffering a lot and what's happening in the world. Um,
- 25:06Speaker 2: so I really, um, have found, I call it the
- 25:11Speaker 2: spiritual science of love, which is if you do certain things,
- 25:15Speaker 2: you will have it. If you do the healing, if
- 25:18Speaker 2: you track and you understand deeply, you know, that if
- 25:23Speaker 2: you don't heal with this person, you're only going to
- 25:24Speaker 2: have the same one over and over again. So I've
- 25:26Speaker 2: kind of made this system. And if you do it,
- 25:30Speaker 2: you will have great love. So yes, love addiction is
- 25:35Speaker 2: a deep problem of the soul.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Yeah, and obviously if you don't get the help and
- 25:40Speaker 1: deal with those issues, you will continue that pattern and
- 25:43Speaker 1: pick the wrong person because you're constantly picking that same
- 25:46Speaker 1: person to try and get a different result, which technically
- 25:50Speaker 1: would never happen because you haven't gotten over it, right?
- 25:52Speaker 1: I mean, that's my experience with it.
- 25:56Speaker 2: I'm sorry, it's a lot about self-esteem. It really is. Basically,
- 26:01Speaker 2: that's the key.
- 26:03Speaker 1: So it's so interesting to me that we all look
- 26:06Speaker 1: back on where things happened in our life that where
- 26:08Speaker 1: we all kind of went sideways. And it tends to
- 26:10Speaker 1: be our childhood relationships we had with our parents or
- 26:13Speaker 1: things that happened in our childhood. And that's always I mean,
- 26:16Speaker 1: it's definitely for me very true. But as a single
- 26:19Speaker 1: mother that has an 11 year old, I'm constantly trying
- 26:22Speaker 1: to make sure that that I'm not recreating that, that
- 26:25Speaker 1: she feels like she's in a safe place. But it
- 26:27Speaker 1: is so hard to not have these big traumas when
- 26:31Speaker 1: you're a child. And sometimes some of the things that
- 26:33Speaker 1: you know, you probably say as an adult, you don't
- 26:35Speaker 1: even realize how they're going to live with something that
- 26:38Speaker 1: happened or you said, and 20 years from now, she's
- 26:41Speaker 1: going to be dealing with it in therapy. And I
- 26:43Speaker 1: don't even, it hasn't registered. So for me having a child,
- 26:47Speaker 1: I'm constantly replaying my own childhood to see if I
- 26:50Speaker 1: can make hers better, you know?
- 26:53Speaker 2: And again, from a soul level, we travel in groups.
- 26:56Speaker 2: So your daughter is here to kind of you know,
- 26:59Speaker 2: heal some of the things that you've also had problems with.
- 27:03Speaker 2: It's just an interesting perspective about how we travel with people.
- 27:08Speaker 2: And then to also look at what you came in
- 27:10Speaker 2: with that you wanted to overcome. So we're all supposed
- 27:15Speaker 2: to get back to that place. So, and then we
- 27:17Speaker 2: take the journey and then we have children and we
- 27:20Speaker 2: get so hooked into, you know, making sure they're okay,
- 27:25Speaker 2: but There's the Gabron poem, your children are not your children.
- 27:29Speaker 2: You know, that beautiful poem. I love it. Cause your
- 27:32Speaker 2: children really don't belong to you. And there's so much guilt.
- 27:35Speaker 2: I always say when they give you the baby, they
- 27:38Speaker 2: also give you the baggage of guilt and you kind
- 27:41Speaker 2: of have to go, you know, then karma with the child.
- 27:44Speaker 2: So it's very important if you could understand also the
- 27:48Speaker 2: rules of the game, the manual on how to have
- 27:50Speaker 2: a child, right? Okay, what are the rules of the game?
- 27:54Speaker 2: The rules is that they're going to go through a
- 27:56Speaker 2: lot of the things, but if you heal it, if
- 28:00Speaker 2: you heal it, you kind of stop it ancestrally, backwards
- 28:04Speaker 2: and forwards. So again, it comes back to everyone's in
- 28:08Speaker 2: their own classroom and has to do the healing, right?
- 28:11Speaker 2: And the greatest thing you could do for your child
- 28:14Speaker 2: is to be the best that you can be. It's
- 28:15Speaker 2: so inspiring. And that kind of does it itself, you know? Yeah. Yeah.
- 28:20Speaker 1: You've spoken a couple of times about karma. What are
- 28:22Speaker 1: your thoughts on karma?
- 28:24Speaker 2: Well, again, it's New York real. You might not believe
- 28:29Speaker 2: in it, right? But then again, you go, well, I
- 28:32Speaker 2: keep meeting the same guy over and over again. Okay,
- 28:35Speaker 2: what's that about, right? And so it's a deeper issue of, again,
- 28:39Speaker 2: what you're here to heal. So I would say karma
- 28:42Speaker 2: is anything that feels Shakespearean and intense and And you
- 28:47Speaker 2: might have an experience where you, I don't know if
- 28:49Speaker 2: you've had this, where you met someone, you go right away. Like,
- 28:52Speaker 2: Oh my God, I feel like I know them.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Right.
- 28:55Speaker 2: That of course we all have things of karma or
- 28:58Speaker 2: you could go to a place. Some people have it
- 29:00Speaker 2: through a location. They go, it's so weird. I feel
- 29:03Speaker 2: like I've been here before. These are all the signs
- 29:06Speaker 2: that you, you've, you've done, you know, you've been there
- 29:10Speaker 2: and something happened. And so if you could be an alchemist,
- 29:15Speaker 2: someone who could see higher, you'd be able to help
- 29:18Speaker 2: someone chart a story, you know, and it's karma. It
- 29:22Speaker 2: could be, I once had a couple and we were
- 29:26Speaker 2: working on deeper issues and it ended up, he had
- 29:30Speaker 2: karma with her father.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Good karma?
- 29:35Speaker 2: There was some story in the church in a past
- 29:38Speaker 2: life and he was really, kind of hooked into the dad.
- 29:42Speaker 2: That's why they met. It's interesting, the stories and the
- 29:44Speaker 2: puzzles of why you meet someone. So karma would be
- 29:48Speaker 2: the higher story. You know, Edgar Cayce, one of the
- 29:51Speaker 2: greatest psychics of all time, used to give people the
- 29:54Speaker 2: download on why they were together. and what they were
- 29:58Speaker 2: finishing up by meeting, you know, and I have a,
- 30:02Speaker 2: I have a client, she's Catholic. She fell in love
- 30:06Speaker 2: with a very religious Jewish guy. I mean, none of
- 30:09Speaker 2: it really made sense. And they had this story from
- 30:14Speaker 2: the past where, you know, they left each other. So
- 30:17Speaker 2: there was a very intense meeting. And anyway, we had
- 30:21Speaker 2: to work on that level in order for it to heal.
- 30:25Speaker 1: What would your system for finding love be? Because I
- 30:28Speaker 1: think right now there are so many people getting out
- 30:30Speaker 1: of bad relationships from COVID still, or that are just
- 30:33Speaker 1: searching for love because they haven't found it for a
- 30:35Speaker 1: long time. They've been isolated or whatever their personal issues are.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Dating apps work for some people, don't work for others.
- 30:42Speaker 1: It's really hard to meet people. And then to meet
- 30:45Speaker 1: the right person is extremely hard. What would your thoughts
- 30:48Speaker 1: be on that?
- 30:49Speaker 2: Okay. So you almost have to do, you have to
- 30:52Speaker 2: heal and make sure you've healed absolutely everything. So you
- 30:56Speaker 2: don't bring baggage to the relationship.
- 30:58Speaker 1: And when you say heal, like tell our listeners what
- 31:02Speaker 1: that exactly means. You mean just be in a really
- 31:04Speaker 1: good place where you feel like you are available and
- 31:06Speaker 1: open for real.
- 31:07Speaker 2: You do the investigative reporting. Okay.
- 31:11Speaker 4: Okay.
- 31:11Speaker 2: So you like track everything as a mirror. So you
- 31:14Speaker 2: look at all your relationships, you could track them. What,
- 31:17Speaker 2: where are they the same? What do I end up
- 31:19Speaker 2: doing in the middle of all of it? You know,
- 31:21Speaker 2: what do I end up saying to them? That's a
- 31:23Speaker 2: very deep piece right there to stopping that pattern. So
- 31:27Speaker 2: you have to be able to look at that and
- 31:29Speaker 2: use every relationship you've been in as investigative stuff, you know,
- 31:37Speaker 2: use everybody and see what it is. That's the same. Okay. Okay.
- 31:42Speaker 2: And so you track, you do that work and you
- 31:44Speaker 2: kind of, it's all a mirror, right? For you to
- 31:46Speaker 2: look at what did, what do I need to learn
- 31:49Speaker 2: through these relationships? So you track that and you make
- 31:52Speaker 2: sure you're clear. So you're not a victim and you're
- 31:55Speaker 2: not blaming this person did this to me. So it's
- 31:59Speaker 2: about the question, not what they did to me. but
- 32:01Speaker 2: what I need to see in myself. Okay.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Right.
- 32:03Speaker 2: So that means you are on the journey and you
- 32:06Speaker 2: say to the universe, I'm ready and brave enough to
- 32:10Speaker 2: heal everything. That means you might, let's say you, you
- 32:13Speaker 2: were with narcissists and on the journey, you might now
- 32:17Speaker 2: meet the next narcissist. You almost have to surrender and
- 32:21Speaker 2: go through what's next and be able to see it as, okay,
- 32:26Speaker 2: I'm healing this. Wait, stop.
- 32:29Speaker 1: Because this is very, I get this. I only date narcissists,
- 32:33Speaker 1: I think. So I don't want to date a narcissist,
- 32:36Speaker 1: but sometimes I'll feel like that's what I'm attracted to
- 32:39Speaker 1: because narcissists have this personality where they get it. And
- 32:43Speaker 1: I'm an A-type personality and I'm like the man.
- 32:47Speaker 3: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 32:50Speaker 3: know about the drawer.
- 32:52Speaker 4: The drawer. Just the one square before bed. Or two,
- 32:59Speaker 4: you know. Nobody's watching. You deserve a treat.
- 33:06Speaker 3: With eight flavours to choose from, you can choose the
- 33:09Speaker 3: flavour you favour with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 33:17Speaker 1: I end the woman in my own life. I take
- 33:19Speaker 1: care of everything and I want to find a really
- 33:21Speaker 1: strong man minus the qualities of being a total dick
- 33:25Speaker 1: and cheating or, you know.
- 33:27Speaker 2: What I'm saying?
- 33:27Speaker 1: And it's really hard to find that, but I tend
- 33:29Speaker 1: to be attracted to narcissists.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Okay. So that would be, um, okay. That would be,
- 33:35Speaker 2: how's your intuition and are the, you have to be
- 33:38Speaker 2: able to listen to the little poke. Okay. Okay. the
- 33:43Speaker 2: signs are always there. They're always there. Yeah. At the beginning. Right.
- 33:50Speaker 2: It's the small things. And if you ignore it, you're
- 33:53Speaker 2: in trouble.
- 33:54Speaker 1: And you say signs, that's the same as red flags.
- 33:56Speaker 1: Is that what you mean?
- 33:57Speaker 2: Signs, red flags, your heart knows the truth. Oh my God,
- 34:01Speaker 2: you know it. And if you stay one second longer,
- 34:04Speaker 2: that's on you. Right. So then it becomes why, what
- 34:07Speaker 2: do you, what is it? And so if you, do
- 34:12Speaker 2: you know it when you, do you get it right away?
- 34:15Speaker 2: If you're dating someone, you go, Oh, do you go?
- 34:17Speaker 2: Oh yeah. Right away. Okay. Time to go. You just
- 34:19Speaker 2: excuse yourself.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Which is why I'm single because I feel like I'm,
- 34:23Speaker 1: I'm a little bit of a shredder because I don't
- 34:25Speaker 1: give people a lot of no leeway anymore.
- 34:28Speaker 2: You know, I think that's good, Rachel, because one of
- 34:31Speaker 2: the things, if you've ever feng shui, did you ever
- 34:33Speaker 2: feng shui your house?
- 34:35Speaker 1: You know, people talk to me about that a lot.
- 34:37Speaker 2: I'm not really just clearing everything. And yeah, you know, it's,
- 34:39Speaker 2: it's incredible. They pay a lot for it in China. It's, it's,
- 34:43Speaker 2: it's a thing I've had someone do it for me
- 34:45Speaker 2: as a gift and it really works, but it's like,
- 34:48Speaker 2: you know, you're Feng Shui-ing everything. I think it's really
- 34:51Speaker 2: good that you're in this empty space because you need
- 34:54Speaker 2: to be alone and to, and it's a launching pad
- 35:01Speaker 2: almost of being in this space. You're not with someone
- 35:06Speaker 2: And just just to be with someone. So you kind
- 35:08Speaker 2: of have to go through. I'll no longer take crumbs
- 35:11Speaker 2: and I'll honor the space and time that I'm single
- 35:14Speaker 2: because it's really good to calm down and take the space.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I like what you're saying. I think I think
- 35:22Speaker 1: a lot of people are scared to be alone. I'm
- 35:25Speaker 1: not necessarily scared to be alone. I'm starting to get
- 35:29Speaker 1: scared that I'm set in my ways. So I am
- 35:32Speaker 1: not open to even being with anyone. I don't want
- 35:35Speaker 1: to be that person that gets stuck alone because I
- 35:38Speaker 1: just choose to become a recluse.
- 35:40Speaker 2: So another part of my system would be after you've
- 35:42Speaker 2: done the work, which it sounds like you have, you've
- 35:45Speaker 2: got to use some energy of magnetizing it to you.
- 35:48Speaker 2: I met my husband this way. on a flip, you know,
- 35:52Speaker 2: I heard this little voice go on plenty of fish.com.
- 35:55Speaker 2: So I heard, uh, and you have to, so you
- 35:58Speaker 2: have to do the work and then you have to
- 36:00Speaker 2: give it to a divine matchmaker. Okay. You have to
- 36:03Speaker 2: honor that you did the work. You have to honor
- 36:06Speaker 2: that you're not going with any more narcissists. And then
- 36:08Speaker 2: you have to do some spiritual work, which is to
- 36:12Speaker 2: let go and say kind of a prayer or whatever.
- 36:15Speaker 2: I'm now open. I'm going to allow you to bring
- 36:18Speaker 2: him to me. And let the universe do it and
- 36:21Speaker 2: get out of the way. Wow. You see, there's so
- 36:24Speaker 2: much about energy. What do you think prayer is? Healing energy.
- 36:29Speaker 2: We have it. We have this ability to send healing energy.
- 36:32Speaker 2: We have the ability to manifest our lives. We just
- 36:35Speaker 2: have to be able to understand that. So if you've
- 36:37Speaker 2: done all the work, you've got to let go. And
- 36:40Speaker 2: that's what happened with me. And then I said, okay,
- 36:42Speaker 2: and heard a voice. And it led me to this
- 36:46Speaker 2: stupid app. and there it was. And he, and it, it's,
- 36:50Speaker 2: it was just, uh, unbelievable how similar he is and
- 36:54Speaker 2: how we've been at the same place at the same time.
- 36:57Speaker 2: And he's very spiritual, but that's how it is. There
- 36:59Speaker 2: is a magic to it. And I have helped people
- 37:03Speaker 2: find their soulmates. For example, can I give you an example? Okay.
- 37:06Speaker 2: I have a client who I helped her through the divorce.
- 37:09Speaker 2: And then she said, Oh, I met someone. I know
- 37:12Speaker 2: I knew her, the problems with the ex. And I said,
- 37:15Speaker 2: oh my God, this is just exactly the same guy.
- 37:18Speaker 2: And she kind of knew it too. And she was
- 37:20Speaker 2: very attractive and everything. I said, right now, go text
- 37:24Speaker 2: him and tell him you're not going to see him.
- 37:27Speaker 2: End it right now. End it. Come on. Just take
- 37:30Speaker 2: this experiment. She did it. She did it. She went
- 37:35Speaker 2: on a plane the next week to Croatia and she
- 37:38Speaker 2: met her guy on the plane.
- 37:39Speaker 1: Wow.
- 37:40Speaker 2: That's how it works.
- 37:43Speaker 1: That's how that's interesting. You're saying that it was important
- 37:46Speaker 1: for her to end that because had she not, she
- 37:48Speaker 1: would have never had the ability to even see this
- 37:51Speaker 1: person that she was going to meet on the plane.
- 37:52Speaker 2: It was the same guy, the same pattern. And she
- 37:56Speaker 2: knew it. Yeah. So manifestation is a thing. Yeah. We
- 38:00Speaker 2: manifest our lives. Right. And so it's important to teach people.
- 38:06Speaker 2: I teach a class on manifestation. You know, you write
- 38:10Speaker 2: down what you want. And then you become that list. Right.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Okay, so talk to me a little bit about this
- 38:17Speaker 1: because I've always been interested in manifestation. You see people
- 38:20Speaker 1: do little TikTok things where they're like putting stickums or
- 38:24Speaker 1: whatever on their mirror in their bathroom and they're like,
- 38:27Speaker 1: I am beautiful. I am loving or whatever. Give me
- 38:31Speaker 1: some tips on how people can start manifesting a better
- 38:35Speaker 1: life today.
- 38:36Speaker 2: Okay, well, first of all, it is not about affirmations.
- 38:40Speaker 2: I don't know if they work. It's deeper than that.
- 38:44Speaker 2: It really is. You can't just say, I, you know
- 38:45Speaker 2: what I mean? You have to go inside again, like
- 38:49Speaker 2: clear all the X's make sure there's no hooks to
- 38:52Speaker 2: any of them. Right. And then you have to put
- 38:55Speaker 2: yourself in a space of such self-love and you gotta
- 39:00Speaker 2: make some new boundaries. You gotta make some laws. I will,
- 39:05Speaker 2: I vow to never take crumbs. You see? So you
- 39:08Speaker 2: go through that self-esteem thing. Yeah. And then you, You
- 39:12Speaker 2: say the prayer, I'm now letting go, show me the way.
- 39:16Speaker 2: And then you just, oh, and another thing is you
- 39:19Speaker 2: let go of all negativity. How many single women there
- 39:23Speaker 2: are in the world? It's bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. It really is.
- 39:28Speaker 2: And how women don't understand. men. It drives me crazy
- 39:32Speaker 2: because I work with them in healing. They're so I'll
- 39:36Speaker 2: reframe this. There's a lot of work to be done
- 39:39Speaker 2: on their insecurity. So, um, so, so working on the
- 39:44Speaker 2: self-love has to do with personal boundaries and of what
- 39:48Speaker 2: you will no longer accept. And you will also accept
- 39:52Speaker 2: being alone because it's a new way of looking at it,
- 39:55Speaker 2: a new perspective. Right. I'll be alone.
- 39:58Speaker 1: Right.
- 40:01Speaker 2: And then you kind of, I could, okay, what I could,
- 40:06Speaker 2: like I said, come up with like new ideas all
- 40:08Speaker 2: the time. I would say, close your eyes and imagine
- 40:13Speaker 2: now I'm calling out to my soulmate, And let the soulmate,
- 40:17Speaker 2: the energy, allow the soulmate to come. Just imagine a
- 40:21Speaker 2: presence and say to the soulmate, what do I need
- 40:23Speaker 2: to do to bring you closer? And wait till you
- 40:26Speaker 2: hear your intuition, the answer, and then you'll get a
- 40:29Speaker 2: really profound answer. And then let's say the person says,
- 40:33Speaker 2: love yourself, believe in it. Okay. Make that adjustment. See
- 40:36Speaker 2: if they move closer and then do it again until
- 40:39Speaker 2: they're absolutely right in your field. And there they are.
- 40:43Speaker 2: So you've created it. by magnetizing it to you wow
- 40:48Speaker 2: I love this I can't wait to try this later
- 40:51Speaker 2: yeah yeah okay so how do you attract your soulmate
- 40:54Speaker 2: is this what you're talking about having these conversations yeah
- 40:58Speaker 2: yes wow and no let go let go if you've
- 41:03Speaker 2: done the work let go If.
- 41:06Speaker 1: You're trying to attract soulmates, I mean, you said you
- 41:08Speaker 1: met your husband on an app. So can you still
- 41:12Speaker 1: find your soulmate on an app? Or do you feel
- 41:16Speaker 1: like you have to just walk a straight line and
- 41:17Speaker 1: hope that somebody runs into you at the supermarket?
- 41:20Speaker 2: Well, let's just say I hire someone who will help me, right?
- 41:24Speaker 2: Except it happens to be like a higher force. I'm
- 41:28Speaker 2: going to let them do it for me, right? So
- 41:30Speaker 2: I'll go on the apps. and go through it and
- 41:34Speaker 2: not worry about it. Go know that I'm being led
- 41:36Speaker 2: and not care who they are, what they're doing, who
- 41:40Speaker 2: cares what other people are doing.
- 41:41Speaker 1: I see what you're saying.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 41:43Speaker 1: So it's like, it doesn't matter what you do because
- 41:45Speaker 1: eventually you will come to find that person. If it's
- 41:48Speaker 1: on an app, if it's at the supermarket, if it's
- 41:50Speaker 1: at the gym, because you're trying all these things, but
- 41:52Speaker 1: you're bringing it to you. So it'll come.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Things come out of the blue. Yeah. That's the best
- 41:58Speaker 2: way to manifest.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 42:00Speaker 2: Get out of the way and stop controlling everything. And
- 42:04Speaker 2: what do we do with our mind? We think horrible thoughts.
- 42:08Speaker 2: I'm not ready. I keep trying. It's never works for me.
- 42:12Speaker 2: No spiritual energy is opposite of that. You let go
- 42:16Speaker 2: and get out of the way. Stop trying to control
- 42:19Speaker 2: it and to raise up your energy field, right? Let's say,
- 42:24Speaker 2: And to keep it high, really get high in a way,
- 42:27Speaker 2: you know, keep it high vibrational. And then everything will
- 42:30Speaker 2: rise to meet you. Don't go down where people aren't
- 42:34Speaker 2: of your level. Stay high and know it'll come. It
- 42:38Speaker 2: always does.
- 42:40Speaker 1: I think what you're saying is so interesting because so
- 42:43Speaker 1: many people get wrapped up in looking for things and
- 42:47Speaker 1: getting really down on themselves because they haven't found it
- 42:50Speaker 1: and really struggling to kind of be someone that they're
- 42:53Speaker 1: not to get to a level, to think that they're
- 42:56Speaker 1: attracting somebody that maybe they're not worth. And what you're
- 43:00Speaker 1: saying is really just do the work, be okay in yourself,
- 43:03Speaker 1: and you will find someone because it will appear to
- 43:07Speaker 1: you much more clearer. And it could be on an
- 43:09Speaker 1: app and it could be anywhere else.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Well, it's the energy of love. If you're involved in life...
- 43:16Speaker 2: And you love life and you're in that high energy
- 43:18Speaker 2: field of yourself. That's a magnetizing force. There's no need
- 43:23Speaker 2: in it. There's none of that crap of the way
- 43:26Speaker 2: we think. You're just living high in that force. That's
- 43:30Speaker 2: very attractive.
- 43:33Speaker 3: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 43:36Speaker 3: know about the drawer.
- 43:38Speaker 4: The drawer. Just the one square before bed. Or two,
- 43:44Speaker 4: you know. nobody's watching you deserve a treat.
- 43:52Speaker 3: With eight flavors to choose from you can choose the
- 43:55Speaker 3: flavor you favor with cabri dairy milk.
- 44:03Speaker 2: The attention is on your bliss and what you're meant
- 44:06Speaker 2: to do yeah then you let go so it's kind
- 44:10Speaker 2: of like a faith in a way, or I would
- 44:13Speaker 2: call it more knowing of how it works. If you
- 44:17Speaker 2: stay on that, it will come to you. Just like
- 44:21Speaker 2: if you track your life and you look at all
- 44:23Speaker 2: the good things that have happened, even though bad things,
- 44:26Speaker 2: there's evidence right there. So just make some changes of
- 44:30Speaker 2: negative thinking and be kinder to yourself. People are really,
- 44:33Speaker 2: they go like this, you know, they slap themselves.
- 44:35Speaker 3: Right.
- 44:37Speaker 2: And, and that's terrible to do. And it's spiritually very
- 44:41Speaker 2: damaging to be mean to yourself and critical of yourself.
- 44:46Speaker 2: It'll stop manifestation.
- 44:48Speaker 1: I want to ask you about dating and relationships over 40.
- 44:50Speaker 1: First of all, I think there's a lot of people
- 44:52Speaker 1: that are getting divorced by that point in their lives.
- 44:55Speaker 1: And they're hesitant to get divorced because they are scared
- 45:00Speaker 1: of who they are without this person that, by the way,
- 45:03Speaker 1: is either so toxic or doesn't love them and puts
- 45:06Speaker 1: them in a space that they're not their best. So
- 45:09Speaker 1: I think they're scared of the unknown. But also as
- 45:13Speaker 1: someone who is in their 40s, it's really hard. I mean,
- 45:16Speaker 1: I think there's like, you know, some sort of saying
- 45:18Speaker 1: that it's easier to get kidnapped by terrorists to get
- 45:20Speaker 1: remarried after you're 40. But, you know, in my opinion,
- 45:24Speaker 1: I think, you know, yourself better. You can you can
- 45:27Speaker 1: make better decisions. Um, you know, you can have better boundaries.
- 45:30Speaker 1: You can figure out life a little better because you're
- 45:32Speaker 1: not changing. Um, but, but again, as I said before,
- 45:35Speaker 1: people are really stuck in their ways. So what are
- 45:37Speaker 1: your thoughts on dating over?
- 45:39Speaker 2: Well, that's a belief system. I don't know if it's true.
- 45:43Speaker 2: I'm really into people being free of all these conspiracy theories.
- 45:47Speaker 2: I would like to call that now for the first time,
- 45:50Speaker 2: a conspiracy theory. I agree. It's bullshit because you true
- 45:58Speaker 2: love and soulmate love is such a special thing, right?
- 46:02Speaker 2: You've heard of twin flames. These are really high loves
- 46:05Speaker 2: and you have to do the work to, to have it.
- 46:09Speaker 2: So you need to be older. So this whole idea
- 46:13Speaker 2: of age is, is, is, is just ridiculous. And we,
- 46:17Speaker 2: we just bought, you know, the media, just all this
- 46:20Speaker 2: bullshit about, It's just not true. There's an alchemy to love.
- 46:26Speaker 2: There's stages to love. And it always makes us to
- 46:31Speaker 2: be a better person and to do our work and
- 46:33Speaker 2: to become our best selves. Love will do that for us.
- 46:37Speaker 2: It's important to look at love as alchemy. It breaks
- 46:41Speaker 2: the heart to let the light in. It cracks open
- 46:44Speaker 2: the heart to let the light in. That's what we're
- 46:46Speaker 2: doing here. So all the things that have brought us
- 46:49Speaker 2: to this point, Caterpillar to butterfly, we must honor because
- 46:54Speaker 2: the butterfly doesn't care about the caterpillar. Why free? So
- 47:00Speaker 2: it's to change a new perspective on love and that
- 47:05Speaker 2: you're ready. You learned you're not bringing your baggage to
- 47:08Speaker 2: the table. That's really huge for true love. So the
- 47:13Speaker 2: way to think of it is like, look how fabulous
- 47:16Speaker 2: I am. Look at all the healing that I've done.
- 47:18Speaker 2: Look at the freedom that I have. And now I'm
- 47:21Speaker 2: ready to meet a great love. So stay spiritual. Stay
- 47:26Speaker 2: in the soul perspective. It's even with addiction. Do you
- 47:29Speaker 2: want to look at yourself as an addict? Or do
- 47:31Speaker 2: you want to know that you're a light being more
- 47:34Speaker 2: than your story? See, it's the same thing. Dump all
- 47:39Speaker 2: the stuff, like in a fire. Just... Take your belief
- 47:42Speaker 2: systems and put them in a fire. Yeah.
- 47:44Speaker 1: Well, I also think it's becoming more mainstream that people
- 47:47Speaker 1: are starting to believe in love after a certain age.
- 47:50Speaker 1: One of the top shows right now that just ended
- 47:54Speaker 1: was The Golden Bachelor, which, by the way, I just
- 47:56Speaker 1: finished the season finale last night. And I was in
- 47:59Speaker 1: tears because I was so happy for them that they seemed...
- 48:02Speaker 1: Have you watched it?
- 48:04Speaker 2: Yes. I've been pitching relationship shows for a long time.
- 48:08Speaker 2: And I was always saying that age group... was very important.
- 48:13Speaker 2: And I got nose all over the place and the
- 48:16Speaker 2: men thing too, what men and their issues, it's an
- 48:20Speaker 2: untapped thing. So I'm ecstatic that they have, the women
- 48:26Speaker 2: were so beautiful on that show and so amazing. And
- 48:29Speaker 2: I'm appalled that they didn't have more choices. Yeah. So
- 48:33Speaker 2: I'm hoping there's a resource now, maybe that's my next thing,
- 48:37Speaker 2: which is to give these women the respect they deserve
- 48:42Speaker 2: and not all fight over one man. So good things
- 48:45Speaker 2: in it, but very bad. That's true.
- 48:48Speaker 1: But what I thought was great about the women is
- 48:50Speaker 1: that they didn't just find women who were in their
- 48:53Speaker 1: late 60s, early 70s, who had had a ton of
- 48:55Speaker 1: plastic surgery, who looked young for their age. It wasn't
- 48:59Speaker 1: about that. It was about people who are really on
- 49:02Speaker 1: a mission to find their true love. And it was
- 49:04Speaker 1: all shapes, sizes.
- 49:05Speaker 2: Yes.
- 49:06Speaker 1: And, you know, and even though the ages may have
- 49:09Speaker 1: been kind of all over the place, he didn't pick
- 49:12Speaker 1: someone that was too young. He picked somebody who had
- 49:15Speaker 1: a real connection with. And at the very end, you
- 49:17Speaker 1: think he's going to go with someone who's, you know,
- 49:19Speaker 1: a little bit more physically fit and, you know, makes
- 49:22Speaker 1: him laugh. But he picked somebody who it resonated with
- 49:26Speaker 1: him that they both had lost. the love of their
- 49:29Speaker 1: life that they had been high school sweethearts with after
- 49:31Speaker 1: 45 years of marriage. And that gave them each other
- 49:35Speaker 1: kind of, it made them really have this bond of like,
- 49:37Speaker 1: they've been through this and now I can have someone
- 49:40Speaker 1: for the rest of my life.
- 49:41Speaker 2: Well, television is catching up. It's about freaking time because
- 49:46Speaker 2: that is what's real out there.
- 49:48Speaker 1: Right.
- 49:49Speaker 2: You know, we, we over 40 is great. It's a
- 49:52Speaker 2: great time to find love and we need more of
- 49:55Speaker 2: that to be planted into the media. And then maybe
- 49:59Speaker 2: it'll begin to change.
- 50:01Speaker 1: I want to talk a little bit about love after death.
- 50:05Speaker 1: I do have a couple people that have, a lot
- 50:07Speaker 1: of people that reach out to me that have gone
- 50:09Speaker 1: through a trauma where they've lost a loved one after
- 50:13Speaker 1: many years of marriage, a boyfriend, even a fiance. I
- 50:17Speaker 1: lost my fiance when I was 26 and it totally
- 50:21Speaker 1: changed my life. And I still, you know, for me,
- 50:25Speaker 1: who's someone who's 48, it's seared in my bones. It's
- 50:29Speaker 1: something that I do not get over. Just talking about
- 50:31Speaker 1: it makes me want to cry because it was something
- 50:33Speaker 1: that affected me in a way that I will always
- 50:37Speaker 1: be affected. Finding love after you've lost someone is really
- 50:41Speaker 1: tricky because I think a lot of people idolize someone.
- 50:45Speaker 1: It's the same thing with parents. My father also died.
- 50:48Speaker 1: So you kind of have this love for a male
- 50:51Speaker 1: figure or a past love that you've had and you
- 50:54Speaker 1: compare them a lot. So what advice would you give
- 50:57Speaker 1: for people that are looking for love after they've lost someone?
- 51:01Speaker 2: Well, there's so much you just said, Rachel, it has
- 51:04Speaker 2: to do with maybe the fear that they're bringing to that.
- 51:07Speaker 2: They'll lose it, the love again. And that's the thing
- 51:11Speaker 2: that needs to be worked on. Cause if you lost
- 51:13Speaker 2: a love like that, you almost don't want to go
- 51:15Speaker 2: in it again because you know, that.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Right.
- 51:19Speaker 2: Um, but that has to be healed. There's issues around
- 51:23Speaker 2: death that needs to be dealt with, which is, you know,
- 51:28Speaker 2: sometimes you have to see if the person gives you permission,
- 51:32Speaker 2: you know, you feel that bad about moving on. So, um,
- 51:37Speaker 2: I just want to ask you something. Do you ever get,
- 51:39Speaker 2: have dreams about him? Does he come in your dreams?
- 51:42Speaker 2: Do you ever feel him around you?
- 51:44Speaker 1: No, very infrequently because the dreams that I think surround
- 51:50Speaker 1: me are more, you know, I think my struggle a
- 51:53Speaker 1: lot was whether or not someone chose to leave me.
- 51:56Speaker 1: And so I, you know, which is a very odd
- 52:00Speaker 1: thing to say, because I lost, you know, my dad
- 52:03Speaker 1: and my fiance in tragic ways. But I think that
- 52:07Speaker 1: there's some sort of feeling inside that, you know, the
- 52:12Speaker 1: dreams that I've had is that they're still alive somewhere,
- 52:15Speaker 1: you know, and they're just.
- 52:15Speaker 2: Do you have a fear that if you fall in
- 52:18Speaker 2: love again with somebody really amazing, they will die or
- 52:22Speaker 2: leave you?
- 52:23Speaker 1: I think I had that for a long time. I
- 52:26Speaker 1: think I sabotage relationships that I'm in and I either
- 52:29Speaker 1: don't choose available people or I end things or I
- 52:32Speaker 1: sabotage things before it goes to the nth degree, you know,
- 52:36Speaker 1: because I'm nervous that I'm putting all my eggs in
- 52:39Speaker 1: one basket and I will be devastated and won't be
- 52:43Speaker 1: able to survive. But, you know, I've gotten to a
- 52:46Speaker 1: point where I can survive anything. anything. Cause I've been
- 52:49Speaker 1: through some major tragedies. So I, I hardened myself to
- 52:53Speaker 1: feel like I don't need this person.
- 52:54Speaker 2: Okay. I just got chills when you were speaking. I,
- 52:58Speaker 2: that means it hit me really hard about the issue,
- 53:01Speaker 2: which is to really work for you on, um, opening
- 53:06Speaker 2: the gate. Like in other words, the fear that someone
- 53:09Speaker 2: would die is really the block, not narcissists. Hmm. See,
- 53:15Speaker 2: so if you get that and you open up and
- 53:18Speaker 2: you let people die, you almost have to go the opposite.
- 53:21Speaker 2: Like I, even if I have love, like for a
- 53:24Speaker 2: week or a month, it's true love. Like you have
- 53:27Speaker 2: to almost come to some peace about death and that,
- 53:31Speaker 2: because you've been kind of dating people who you couldn't
- 53:35Speaker 2: be with. So you wouldn't have to go through that
- 53:38Speaker 2: trauma again. Right. And if you get that piece, the
- 53:41Speaker 2: door will open. Hmm. Right. The fear of them leaving.
- 53:45Speaker 2: That's it's so huge. I'm, I got chills all over
- 53:48Speaker 2: my body. Like I really, I'm so excited for you seriously,
- 53:53Speaker 2: because this happens sometimes when I feel someone's making, I
- 53:56Speaker 2: feel that that's it. Yeah. I feel that coming to
- 53:59Speaker 2: terms with death and losing is your way in and your,
- 54:03Speaker 2: and your soulmates right there. It's not narcissists that. So
- 54:07Speaker 2: in answer to your question back to that is, yeah,
- 54:10Speaker 2: we got to get down with what death is. You know,
- 54:14Speaker 2: what death is, what happens when we die? Is it over?
- 54:17Speaker 2: And sometimes working as a medium and being able to
- 54:23Speaker 2: tap in and tune into what they're doing and what
- 54:28Speaker 2: they're saying and have conversations. is another way to kind
- 54:31Speaker 2: of like, as if you would do it in a
- 54:33Speaker 2: therapy office or, you know, something or have a conversation,
- 54:37Speaker 2: but now you're doing it on the other side. So
- 54:41Speaker 2: we actually have a show in the process called dating
- 54:44Speaker 2: after death, which is, which is dealing with this subject
- 54:48Speaker 2: because it's so fascinating and people never talk about death,
- 54:52Speaker 2: but you know, we all go through it. So it's
- 54:56Speaker 2: important to clear these issues that are just, really specific
- 55:00Speaker 2: to death yeah fear of someone else dying is is
- 55:04Speaker 2: what's going on.
- 55:05Speaker 1: So it's the fear of someone dying maybe for me
- 55:08Speaker 1: but I think for some people they get stuck in
- 55:11Speaker 1: feeling like they're just never going to find that person
- 55:13Speaker 1: again so they shut themselves off to love and just
- 55:16Speaker 1: don't ever you know kind of let themselves have it
- 55:18Speaker 1: again or they're too busy comparing people um, to the
- 55:22Speaker 1: person they lost. Don't you think that that can create
- 55:26Speaker 1: a lot of issues with people who may be right
- 55:28Speaker 1: for them, but they just almost won't give them a
- 55:30Speaker 1: chance because they feel like they're still in a relationship,
- 55:32Speaker 1: not because that person will let them go, but they
- 55:35Speaker 1: kind of don't want to get over it. They still
- 55:37Speaker 1: want to do it.
- 55:38Speaker 2: I think as you were talking, I was getting it
- 55:39Speaker 2: like it's fear. You know, there's so much fear there
- 55:42Speaker 2: and you have to clear the fear. You know, it
- 55:45Speaker 2: all comes down to that fear is a block. So
- 55:48Speaker 2: you have to kind of investigate. It would be personal
- 55:50Speaker 2: to each person. Like what, why can't you move on?
- 55:54Speaker 2: You know, it's a personal thing. Like you'd have to
- 55:56Speaker 2: be very individual about it. You know, what is it
- 55:59Speaker 2: about that? The other thing with death, which is it's
- 56:03Speaker 2: bad alone to have the grief, but if you didn't
- 56:06Speaker 2: take care of some of the issues, that's hell. because
- 56:10Speaker 2: it's still lingering, right?
- 56:11Speaker 1: Meaning you feel you didn't have closure is what you're saying.
- 56:15Speaker 2: You didn't take care of something. You didn't say something
- 56:18Speaker 2: you needed to say, or maybe you cheated on the
- 56:22Speaker 2: person and you feel guilty. There's always issues around grief
- 56:26Speaker 2: that's really heavy that makes grief a million times worse.
- 56:30Speaker 2: So you got to get those issues and deal with them.
- 56:35Speaker 1: The world right now is going through a lot of
- 56:37Speaker 1: trauma and grief. And you, I've seen on your Instagram
- 56:40Speaker 1: that you've talked a lot about that and like how,
- 56:44Speaker 1: what are some things we can do to be positive
- 56:47Speaker 1: or feel better, feel safer? Can you talk about that?
- 56:51Speaker 2: I'm so glad you brought that up because it's everywhere.
- 56:54Speaker 2: That's what people are really, it's very relevant, this question,
- 56:57Speaker 2: because people everywhere are having this problem, right? How can
- 57:00Speaker 2: I be happy when there's war going on? So it's
- 57:04Speaker 2: very important, again, to know the higher level of this.
- 57:08Speaker 2: It's alchemy. We're in a time period right now where
- 57:12Speaker 2: all the stuff is coming up. You have to understand
- 57:15Speaker 2: that's a process of healing. you know this has been
- 57:19Speaker 2: predicted kind of the age of Aquarius you've heard that
- 57:21Speaker 2: like these are very intense times come on we've all
- 57:24Speaker 2: lived it COVID you know politics that's because it's an
- 57:28Speaker 2: opportunity on the other side of it you the alchemy
- 57:32Speaker 2: means you break eggs to make an omelet we all
- 57:34Speaker 2: have to kind of break we all have to wake
- 57:37Speaker 2: up this is an opportunity and an invitation to ascend
- 57:41Speaker 2: and It's like when somebody comes in with a drug problem,
- 57:44Speaker 2: guess what? On your knees, you can look up. That's
- 57:47Speaker 2: how it works. We do not learn unless we have pain.
- 57:51Speaker 2: It's just true. We get too spoiled, too complacent, too lazy.
- 57:55Speaker 2: So in the world, individually... And globally, we are all
- 58:01Speaker 2: going through alchemy, which is we've got to wake up
- 58:04Speaker 2: and we've got to become better people, more evolved. So
- 58:08Speaker 2: in answer to your question, how can you take this personally?
- 58:12Speaker 2: Become a better person. Use the suffering of other people
- 58:15Speaker 2: to look at what's really important. Knock off all the
- 58:19Speaker 2: superficial stuff and really get down to what's important and
- 58:22Speaker 2: become a better person like yourself. Be the change you
- 58:25Speaker 2: want to see in the world. Take it personally. See
- 58:28Speaker 2: how you can help someone who's right in front of you. Look,
- 58:31Speaker 2: I can't go to Israel. I'm Jewish. I feel it intensely.
- 58:36Speaker 2: But I can help people that are right in front
- 58:38Speaker 2: of me. And that's an important thing to feel good.
- 58:41Speaker 2: How could you be a better person and use it
- 58:43Speaker 2: for yourself? Yeah. Oh, and also to keep neutral to it.
- 58:48Speaker 2: And don't let it seep into your cells. You know, energetically,
- 58:51Speaker 2: we pick up energy. A lot of times anxiety and
- 58:55Speaker 2: depression is energy. There's too much energy. And I like
- 58:58Speaker 2: to teach people how to have a shield so they
- 59:00Speaker 2: don't suck it into their bodies like a sponge and
- 59:03Speaker 2: go to the doctor and say, can I have some medicine?
- 59:06Speaker 1: Yeah. Um, it's so interesting what you're talking about. Cause
- 59:09Speaker 1: you've mentioned Cahil Gibran, who's somebody that I love. Um,
- 59:12Speaker 1: and I love his poetry and his writings. Um, but
- 59:16Speaker 1: you were talking about feeling and you have to feel
- 59:19Speaker 1: the pain. Um, and I have a, um, tattoo down
- 59:23Speaker 1: my back and it says um without pain happiness has
- 59:27Speaker 1: no meaning and I truly believe it's okay um and
- 59:30Speaker 1: it's important to see the the hard times and go
- 59:34Speaker 1: through them to be able to feel the good time
- 59:36Speaker 1: so I totally get um what you're saying well it's.
- 59:40Speaker 2: So beautiful that you have that on your back that's
- 59:43Speaker 2: incredible and the fact that it would be on your
- 59:45Speaker 2: spine because that's the place of uh Enlightenment, you know,
- 59:49Speaker 2: the spine. Did you know that? No, I didn't know that.
- 59:53Speaker 2: That's why there's the caduceus, you know, in medicine. Those
- 59:57Speaker 2: are two snakes. This is the snake. It's the energy
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: of enlightenment. And it comes through the spine. So how
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: amazing that you put that on your back.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: Wow, I didn't know that.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Yeah, that's great that you did that. And it's just
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: so true. And to be able to go on the
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: complete journey, crucified, you know, to resurrection. Yeah. You know,
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: that's the way it works, you know, and there's also
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: stages of love. Like I help a lot of people
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: before they get married. I'm like, where do you, where
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: do you think was Cinderella here? It's going to be
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: happily ever after. It's going to be freaking madness.
- 1:00:33Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: And you understand that. So when it happens, you get
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: to like stage one is the blindness stage to the problems. Oh,
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: you go. Oh, You get out of the honeymoon stage
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: and stage three is the real problems. Are you going
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: to stay? What are you going to do? Right. Then
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: four would be, are you going to heal? And then
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: five is true love because you got to go through
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: those stages. Right.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: And what you're saying is so true because some people
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: bow out when it gets hard without realizing, but actually
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: that's normal. And it's something you have to go through
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: because it'll bring you a better bond, but also it'll
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: help you understand yourself better and It's kind of you,
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: as you learn, as you get older, who you are
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: when you're, you know, facing really tough times is how
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: you measure whether or not you can be with that person,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: you know, um, how someone fights, how they deal with
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: you when you're not your best, you know, that's how
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: you decide if you want to be with someone, um,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: you know, just as a, as opposed to someone who
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: just makes you feel good and happy and, you know,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: enables you in, in just the good parts of your life.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: It has to be someone you can be compatible with
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: when it's really bad. Um, so. I think getting through
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: that is, is normal and people forget that it is normal.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Yes. And to prepare people, guess what? You're going to
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: hit some really rough phases. That's part of it. Can
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: you hold on and get through it? Because you're perfecting
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: your soul through each other.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: You're making the diamond by hitting each other. You see?
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: So if you understand the process, maybe you won't suffer
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: so much. Right.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: Um, I think a lot of people will be interested
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: to be in touch with you, um, and connect with you.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: So where could people find you if they want to
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: reach out?
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: Well, I have, thank you so much for asking Audrey hope.com
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: and at the Audrey hope on Instagram is good. And
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: then I have a YouTube where I've tried for years,
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: put little nuggets in someone needs some help on relationships
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: and that's, um, Audrey hope now on YouTube. And I've
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: been doing that for years. Amazing.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: And do you read your DMs if people email you
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: or DM you?
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. Okay.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: So they can reach out to you. And lastly, I
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: just have a quick question. You mentioned you had a show,
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Real Women. Are there certain women right now that you
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: would sort of have in mind to be on your
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: show if you were doing it right now?
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: Well, I did that years ago. Now we're actually, you know,
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: pitching relationship shows. I have one that we just filmed.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: on um you know so people can watch and really
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: get the info um on you know what to do
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: to heal so it'll be kind of involved so we've
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: got that in progress we've got two of them um
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: we're working on right now so if that happens that's
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: my dream to be able to give the information because
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: you know, working in a, in a rehab, people would
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: watch intervention. Yeah.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: I love that job.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: Yeah. We were getting, I'm like, okay, we need to
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: do something about this. That's where you're trying to get
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: your information. Then that information is really needed. So we
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: need to do something about that. Right. Anyway.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: Well, I definitely think what you offer is something that
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: everyone is very curious about. And when they get to
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: that point in their lives that they have felt stuck
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: long enough and they want to make a change, you
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: are the type of person that they should reach out to.
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: So thank you so much for being on the show
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: and I wish you the best.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Rachel. It's been wonderful.
