- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Jeffrey Epstein Show. I'm
- 0:04your host, Bobby Capucci, and this is a morning update. Hey,
- 0:10what's going on everybody? So the Leon Black situation continues
- 0:15to escalate. Now, we've already talked about how he has
- 0:20stepped down and how there was a boardroom blow up
- 0:27between him and one of the co founders of Apollo Global,
- 0:32Joshua Harris, and all of that hinged on Leon Black's
- 0:38relationship with Jeffrey Epstein and the fact that he was
- 0:42not being truthful about how much money he gave to
- 0:48Jeffrey Epstein, how much money he supposedly paid to Jeffrey Epstein,
- 0:52and he certainly wasn't being truthful about the extent of
- 0:57their relationship, and that has now been put on blast.
- 1:04The fact that he was being dishonest about his relationship
- 1:10with Epstein from the very beginning has led him to
- 1:14the point where he is now no longer the CEO
- 1:18of Apollo Global. Now he is still chairman of the board, right,
- 1:24but the question is for how much longer, And in
- 1:30my estimation it can't be for much longer. I would
- 1:33think that Leon Black is going to be completely forced
- 1:38out in the foreseeable future by partner Joshua Harris, and
- 1:45as more information becomes available about Leon Black and his
- 1:50relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, I think that you're going to
- 1:54see the pressure just ramp up, and eventually he's going
- 1:57to just be way too toxic to be kept around
- 2:00in any capacity. Sam is like Les Wexner, so I
- 2:06would expect to see Leon Black completely out of the
- 2:13picture at Apollo much sooner than later. Because again, let's remember, folks,
- 2:19this isn't about friendships, this isn't about being buddy buddy.
- 2:23When we're talking about these sorts of financial institutions, it's
- 2:28about increasing the wealth for their investors and increasing the
- 2:32wealth for those who work for the company. That is
- 2:36their one and only goal. They don't care about morality,
- 2:39they don't care about doing things the right way, they
- 2:42don't care about doing things on the up and up.
- 2:45They care about making money, point blank, period. And these
- 2:51hedge funds and these financial institutions, they are the last
- 2:59group of people that anyone should ever think cares about them,
- 3:04because they do not. You know from your own personal
- 3:08relationships how people get funny over money. Now imagine that
- 3:12on our grand scale and imagine all of the backstabbing, conniving, stealing,
- 3:18and straight up scum baggery going on on a daily basis.
- 3:23It's enough to make your head spin. Honestly, you know,
- 3:28we were talking about Leon Black, and I said, there's
- 3:31no way that Leon Black gave Jeffrey gave Jeffrey Epstein
- 3:38all of that money for his advice. Zero chance. Now
- 3:42what was that money given to Jeffrey Epstein for? I'm
- 3:44not sure. We don't have anything to lead us one
- 3:47way or the other right now, not even anything circumstantially.
- 3:53But there are big questions, folks. And the article we're
- 4:00going to read this morning from Blueberg and Bloomberg is
- 4:04asking one of those very same questions that I've been asking.
- 4:07How could Jeffrey Epstein mislead somebody like Leon Black so easily?
- 4:14It just does not make sense. Now, I'm sure most
- 4:17of you have dealt with people like Leon Black in
- 4:21your life, maybe not as rich, but people that are
- 4:26very powerful, very much a narcissist, and the type of
- 4:31person that would never seed even one little bit of
- 4:35power on their own. Now, think about the person that
- 4:39you've met like that in your life or you've worked with,
- 4:42and then multiply that by about five thousand, and that's
- 4:46the kind of person Leon Black is. So you mean
- 4:52to tell me that somebody like Jeffrey Epstein was able
- 4:57to lead Leon Black around by the nose to the
- 5:00tune of hundreds of millions of dollars, and Leon Black
- 5:04was none the wiser, didn't do any legwork on who
- 5:07Jeffrey Epstein was or what he was about. Huh, that's
- 5:10what you would have us believe. I'm sorry, but I
- 5:14do not believe that, and neither does Timothy L. O'Brien,
- 5:20who is the author of our article today from Bloomberg
- 5:24dot com headline, Could Jeffrey Epstein have played Leon Black
- 5:29so easily? Timothy L. O'Brien, author, Leon Black, and others
- 5:38close to him apparently had ready advice for anyone weighing
- 5:41financial guidance from the late Jeffrey Epstein. Part of the
- 5:45challenge of working with Epstein was separating the good ideas
- 5:49from the bad ones. Here's a tip, Okay, hanging out
- 5:53with Jeffrey Epstein and taking advice from him was an
- 5:56absolutely terrible idea, and then lying about the extent of
- 6:02that advice and the relationship with Jeffrey Epstein just compounded
- 6:07your terrible idea. That might not have been the only challenge.
- 6:13Of course. Epstein, who hanged himself in his Manhattan jail
- 6:17cell in two thousand and nine twenty nineteen, allegedly after
- 6:21being charged with sex trafficking, had a sordid personal history
- 6:25that included prison time for soliciting prostitution from a minor. Now,
- 6:31imagine you're Leon Black and Jeffrey Epstein comes into your life,
- 6:37however that may occur, and now you know that he
- 6:41has that he's already been to prison for solicitation for
- 6:47prostitution of a minor. Now there's a lot there, right,
- 6:51First of all, how can a minor be a prostitute?
- 6:54Second of all, how can Leon Black look at that charge,
- 6:57shrug his shoulders and say, ah, you know what, this
- 6:59guy real abilitated himself for his four hours a day
- 7:02in prison. Yeah, you know he did. He really really
- 7:05really worked on himself while he was leaving jail the
- 7:09stockade every day to continue to abuse girls. So Leon
- 7:15Black would wants us to believe, folks, okay, you and
- 7:17me and everybody else out there, that he had no idea,
- 7:21that he's just a doddering old fool, and he was
- 7:24led astray by an evil bad man, Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile,
- 7:31everybody in the world knew what Jeffrey Epstein was at
- 7:35this point, But according to Leon Black, one of the
- 7:40richest most successful hedge funders ever, he had no idea
- 7:48along the way. He settled, fended off, or never faced
- 7:52justice for other charges involving horrific sexual abuse and rape
- 7:57with powerless girls, teenagers and young women as the common denominator.
- 8:04So all of that was occurring, all of that had occurred,
- 8:07There were rumors, there was jail time. There were countless
- 8:12numbers of girls who had come forward and spoken about
- 8:15what Jeffrey Epstein had done. And yet Leon Black felt
- 8:20it would be appropriate to be in business with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 8:24felt it would be appropriate to give him the keys
- 8:27to the castle, just like Les Wexner. And these are
- 8:32supposed to be some of the sma hardest people on
- 8:35Wall Street. Huh, It's no wonder that the financial world
- 8:40is in shambles. His personal reading list was stocked with
- 8:49such titles as SM one oh one, A Realistic Introduction
- 8:53slave Craft, road Maps for Erotic Servitude and Training with
- 8:58Miss Abernathy, a workbook for erotic slaves and their owners.
- 9:03He also made a living as a financial advisor. You
- 9:07know what, I don't even like that term anymore. I'm
- 9:09not even gonna call him a financial advisor. I'm gonna
- 9:11call him a financial grifter because that's what he was.
- 9:17What was he advising financially for these people to do?
- 9:20I mean, give me a break. Somebody like Leon Black,
- 9:23who has over four hundred and forty billion dollars of
- 9:27other people's money that he is in charge of investing,
- 9:30is going to Jeffrey Epstein for financial advice. How could
- 9:36anybody be confident having their money parked with Apollo Global?
- 9:41I mean, are you kidding me right now, Jeffrey Epstein?
- 9:45That was the engine that was making the train go
- 9:48up the hill behind the scenes. Are you kidding me
- 9:50right now? That's what you would have us believe. I'm sorry,
- 9:54but I do not believe that the Coney Island hot
- 9:58dog vendor was that smart and was that quick financially
- 10:05that people like Leon Black had to have his services. Black,
- 10:12who stepped down this week as chief executive of the
- 10:15private equity Juggernaut, he co founded Apollo Global Management, Incorporated
- 10:20was one of Epstein's clients. Yeah, one of a few
- 10:24clients that we know about, right, Les Wexner, Leon Black,
- 10:30Lebette Johnson, And you know, that's pretty much it. Now.
- 10:35I'm sure that there were plenty of other people who
- 10:39were involved with Jeffrey Epstein one way or the other
- 10:42that still have not been brought to the forefront. But
- 10:47we know that there are some heavy hitters that were
- 10:50involved with Epstein, and we know that there are some
- 10:52very powerful people who brought Jeffrey Epstein directly into their
- 10:58confidence and directly gave him access to not only their wealth,
- 11:04but the means to use that access and that wealth
- 11:08to abuse women and girls. It's indisputable at this point.
- 11:17He gave up his title after an internal power struggle
- 11:20erupted following the firm's inquiry into his relationship with Epstein. Now,
- 11:25remember that blow up inside of the boardroom is highly significant.
- 11:29That's not something that happens very often, and well, it
- 11:33doesn't happen very often, and we hear about it. These
- 11:36kind of things are kept very close to the chest
- 11:41because the last thing anyone wants is there to be
- 11:43instability within the fund. They don't want investors getting spooked
- 11:48and bouncing right. They want people to stick around, invest
- 11:51their money and feel comfortable knowing that theirs stability in
- 11:54the long term. But now you have the Jeffrey Epstein
- 11:59situation and hanging over Leon Black, and these reports that
- 12:04Joshua Harris and mister Black had themselves a bit of
- 12:12a blow up in the boardroom, and seems like Joshua
- 12:16Harris had a go at Leon Black. That's certainly what
- 12:20it seems like reading in between the lines here. Apollo's
- 12:26board of directors commissioned an outside law firm to examine
- 12:29the matter, and they found that Black hadn't participated in
- 12:32any of Epstein's crimes, but it paid him one hundred
- 12:36and fifty eight million dollars for financial machinations that saved
- 12:41at least one billion dollars and maybe more than two
- 12:45billion dollars in personal tax payments. So I can only
- 12:50imagine what sort of maneuvering and backwards ass financial scumbaggery
- 12:58Jeffrey Epstein was on to get these tax breaks. I
- 13:02think that Leon Black should have a full audit placed
- 13:06on him, and I think that every single one of
- 13:08his financial transactions should be brought to light and looked at,
- 13:13because it's obvious that he was really, really, really in
- 13:17bed with Epstein. It's obvious that he was pumping big
- 13:20time dough into Epstein's bank accounts. What isn't obvious, however,
- 13:25is the reasoning behind any of that. We don't know
- 13:28why he was doing this. Oh, for charity, for his
- 13:31advice must be some really damn good advice, huh, or
- 13:35was it for something else entirely? Again, we don't know,
- 13:42and that's where we're at. That's the task that we
- 13:45find ourselves with right now, trying to figure out what
- 13:50exactly Leon Black's role ultimately was in all of this.
- 13:56Was he a bag man? Was there other things going on?
- 13:59We just don't know. What we do know, though, is
- 14:02that Leon Black has not been truthful, He has not
- 14:06been honest, and the extent of his relationship with Jeffrey
- 14:10Epstein is much deeper than he ever let on. There
- 14:18is no disputing that. It's just like the Joe Exotic
- 14:22of the Windsor family. If you had nothing to hide,
- 14:25then why are you lying and being deceitful and playing
- 14:29the fool? From the very beginning, if these people would
- 14:34have just come out and met this head on, they
- 14:36would have done themselves a lot more of a service
- 14:43than trying to hide, trying to obfuscate, trying to act
- 14:46like they don't even know these people, or that these
- 14:48relationships weren't as solid as they really were, because eventually
- 14:54that's all going to come out, right, That's not the
- 14:57kind of stuff that can be hidden forever, especially when
- 15:00these people start falling off, when they're not as powerful
- 15:03as they once were, and people who might have been
- 15:05scared to speak out of line or speak out of
- 15:08turn are now willing to spill the tea and talk
- 15:13about these people, And once they start losing power, you
- 15:18see a lot more of that. Paying one hundred and
- 15:23fifty eight million dollars to save at least one billion
- 15:25seems like a pretty good deal, right, It wasn't enough
- 15:29for Black. He also thought Epstein's one hundred and fifty
- 15:32eight million dollar fee could be deducted in its entirety
- 15:36on his tax returns. So basically, what that's saying is
- 15:41that not only did he have Jeffrey Epstein on retainer
- 15:45to do whatever it is Jeffrey Epstein was doing, he
- 15:49then brazenly and shoving it in everybody else's face writes
- 15:56off Jeffrey Epstein's services on his tax returns. So again,
- 16:05if you think this man is above money laundering or
- 16:08above backwards ass deals or sideways ass smarmy ass deals,
- 16:13think again. Just because people are rich like this guy
- 16:17doesn't mean that they stop being greedy. In fact, it
- 16:21seems like the greed only increases, and we see that
- 16:25time and time and time again. These dudes don't know
- 16:29when enough is enough, and then eventually the greed gets
- 16:32the best of them and they get caught. Hopefully that's
- 16:35what happens with Leon Black, and I really hope, beyond
- 16:40hope that a full forensic financial investigation is underway. Neat trick,
- 16:50pay someone a boatload to save you a fortune in taxes,
- 16:53and then stick Uncle Sam with the bill. But Black
- 16:56believed he could squeeze out that extra one hundred and
- 16:59fifty eight million because Epstein told him so. As it
- 17:02turned out he couldn't. Somebody wasn't able to separate Epstein's
- 17:07good ideas from his bad ones. So this guy has
- 17:12all of this money, all of this power, all of
- 17:15this wealth, has built this huge, powerful ass company and then,
- 17:21on the advice of Bitch ass Jeffrey Epstein thinks that
- 17:26he's going to write off one hundred and fifty eight
- 17:29million dollar supposed fee paid to Epstein. You don't run
- 17:34that by your in house lawyer. You don't run that
- 17:37by your Tom Hagen, your personal Tom Hagen. You don't
- 17:41run that by the law firm that's employed by the
- 17:44company or the legal counsel employed by the company. You
- 17:49just go ahead and go with it. What did your
- 17:53accountant have to say about that? I'm pretty sure that
- 17:55Leon Black isn't sitting around on TurboTax filing his own
- 18:00is okay, So again I ask you what was this
- 18:04money for? And the Wall Street tycoon's inability to follow
- 18:13his own advice about Epstein is a curious thing. Black
- 18:18sixty nine is worth about ten billion dollars and is
- 18:21as savvy and hardbitten as they come. He shouldn't be
- 18:25easy to hoodwink exactly what I was saying yesterday, and
- 18:32now we're gonna add some contact to that in this article, right.
- 18:35But I was saying yesterday when we were talking about
- 18:38Leon Black, that there's zero chance that this dude's getting
- 18:41dog walked into anything by Jeffrey Epstein. Zero chance talk
- 18:46about eyes wide open. After all, he has quite a journey.
- 18:53His father, a Polish immigrant, was a successful investment banker
- 18:57and conglomateour who leaped to his death from a Manhattan
- 19:01skyscraper during a federal bribery investigation while Black was attending
- 19:06the Harvard Business School. And it all comes back to
- 19:08Harvard again, doesn't it. All of these people, it seems like,
- 19:12went to Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, Harvard, the Harvard crew,
- 19:19and now a ton of the new people in the
- 19:21new administration, the new Biden administration also have went to Harvard.
- 19:26I don't know about you, folks, but I've had a
- 19:29belly full of these ivy league folks. My father was
- 19:38God to me, and then he committed suicide. Suicides, you know,
- 19:43aren't usually committed by gods. Black told Bloomberg Business Week
- 19:47last year, it took me years of therapy to get
- 19:49over that and to figure out where he ended. And
- 19:52I began, hey, look, as much as I think Leon
- 19:55Black is a scumbag, SOB I don't relish in the
- 19:59fact that the dude's father leapt to his death. That
- 20:02must be brutally hard to lose your dad, especially if
- 20:05you look up to him and you have him in
- 20:09a godlike status, right, that must be terrible. But let's
- 20:15not sugarcoated here. Leon Black's pops was obviously involved in
- 20:19some fraud, in some bad money business, and instead of
- 20:26facing the music, he decided to hop out of a window.
- 20:31So when we're talking about Leon Black and we're talking
- 20:35about the rest of these people, we have to understand
- 20:38that we're dealing with people who have been like this
- 20:43for generations, where the means justifies the end, and they're
- 20:47so full of hubris and they're so narcissistic that they
- 20:50would rather die than face the music. Black's early career
- 20:58took him to Drexel Burnham, Lambert and Corporated, where he
- 21:01was junk bond king, Michael Milkin's lieutenant and part of
- 21:04a clan of young tuffs who up ended finance and
- 21:08helped launch the massive wave of corporate takeovers until the
- 21:12firm collapsed amid fraud charges against Milkin, well more fraud charges,
- 21:17his dad out the window, his mentor, Michael Milkin fraud,
- 21:23and Leon Black last man standing. Yet where to think
- 21:27that he is squeaky clean? Huh? He is just squeaky clean.
- 21:34There's zero chance that he's squeaky clean. Okay, folks, look
- 21:38at the people he's been around, look at his associates,
- 21:41and the cherry on top is just look at his
- 21:44tight relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Black and other Drexel alums
- 21:55launched Apollo in nineteen ninety, the same year their old
- 21:58firm went bankrupt. Black also became friends with Epstein sometime
- 22:03during the nineties and grew steadily impressed, like many Titans,
- 22:07by Epstein's sterling connections in the arts, academia, and business.
- 22:14So again, another person who's willing to overlook what Jeffrey
- 22:19Epstein was, what he was doing, the kind of person
- 22:22he was, all because it justified the means and it
- 22:27justified the ends. And Leon Black and the rest of
- 22:31these people, they are an absolute embarrassment, Okay, for people
- 22:38who are supposed to be so damn smart. How could
- 22:41they possibly think that we're going to believe that they're
- 22:45so stupid. Black said he knew nothing about his friend's
- 22:51abuse of miners and young women, but he was aware
- 22:54the predator had gone to prison. He believed his friend's
- 22:57excuse that the fourteen year old he solicited had lied
- 23:00about our age and believed he deserved a second chance.
- 23:04So they continued to visit with one another in homes
- 23:07scattered around the world, and they continued to talk about money. Yeah,
- 23:11I'm sure that's all they talked about. I'm sure that
- 23:14they were laser focused on money. We know that Jeffrey
- 23:19Epstein was a braggart and a big mouth. You mean
- 23:22to tell me he wasn't talking about his conquests to
- 23:25his buddy Leon Black, trying to make himself look better,
- 23:29trying to pump his own tires. Of course, he was
- 23:32talking about all these young girls and this and that
- 23:35and the other thing. And the fact that Leon Black
- 23:39would believe this lame ass excuse by Epstein tells you
- 23:43everything you need to know about the person Leon Black is.
- 23:51As in all things Epstein, Black appears to have been
- 23:54a model of tolerance when it came to Red Flags
- 23:57and their financial dealings. To a nifty story from Bloomberg News,
- 24:02Epstein felt empowered enough to terrorize the highly competent team
- 24:06Black had already put in charge of his personal finances.
- 24:10He laid claimed the winning ideas that weren't his promoted
- 24:14financial maneuvers that were easily picked apart and was generally
- 24:20a disruptive and caustic force. So again, please, folks, tell
- 24:24me what was Jeffrey Epstein providing that all of these
- 24:28high profile wonks that were around Leon Black couldn't provide,
- 24:34What was it that Leon Black needed from Jeffrey Epstein.
- 24:37That's the question I'm posing to all of you, because
- 24:44it's rather obvious that Leon Black's team, his financial team,
- 24:49knew that Epstein was a faker, knew that he was
- 24:51a blowhard, and knew that he was no good for
- 24:54Leon Black or the company. Yet Leon Black ignores all
- 25:00of these top notch advisors that he had brought in
- 25:04and had around him and instead defers to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 25:12On the other hand, Epstein seemed to have a talent
- 25:14for tax avoidance. When some estate planning miscues miscues threatened
- 25:18to stick Black and his children with billions of dollars
- 25:21in tax payments, Epstein got busy. One sleight of hand
- 25:25lasted nine months and involved a series of loans between
- 25:28Black and some trusts. Epstein said that Magic Act, a loan,
- 25:32saved Black six hundred million. According to Bloomberg News On
- 25:36it went from twenty twelve to twenty and seventeen to
- 25:40the tune of one hundred and fifty eight million dollars
- 25:43in fees. Then some arguments about fees fractured trust and
- 25:48the end of a close relationship. Yeah, I don't buy
- 25:51any of that. The whole fractured the relationship. More like
- 25:56Leon Black saw what was coming down the pipe, someone
- 25:58tipped them off, and he started to distance himself. That's
- 26:02more like what it means to me, because you know, oh,
- 26:05they had a breakup. Yeah, right, give me a break.
- 26:11And all of the money that was being moved through
- 26:14shell companies and trust funds and all of that. Again,
- 26:17that all needs to be audited. I am sure that
- 26:23there was some sort of malfeason's occurring. Many of Apollo's
- 26:29clients began distancing themselves from the firm as more details
- 26:33emerged since twenty nineteen about Black and Epstein's relationship. Perhaps
- 26:39it was only a matter of time before Apollo found
- 26:42it necessary to alice Black, who was staying on as
- 26:45chairman in what may prove to be something more than
- 26:50a ceremonial role. And again, I don't even think he'll
- 26:53stay on in that capacity. I think when all the
- 26:56dust clears and all of the battle lines are drawn
- 27:01that Joshua Harris is going to have his way and
- 27:04Leon Black is going to be persona non grata within
- 27:08Apollo Global. If Apollo's board hoped its investigation of the
- 27:15Black Epstein nexus might provide closure, it's wrong. The report
- 27:19raises as many questions as it answers, begs for more transparency,
- 27:24and leaves anybody who can't afford to pay one hundred
- 27:27and fifty eight million to save billions, which is almost
- 27:30everybody tuned into the obvious. Leon Black is not the
- 27:35kind of guy to get so easily played, So tell
- 27:39us more and mister O'Brien hits the nail on the
- 27:44head here. There is a lot more to this story.
- 27:48Leon Black is not the kind of man to get
- 27:50dog walked, and he's certainly not the kind of man
- 27:53to get bamboozled by a low end, low level grifter
- 27:59like Jeffrey Epstein. If you'd like to contact me, you

- 28:29podcast and helped support the show, Thank you folks so much.
- 28:33All right, everybody, I will be back later on and
- 28:35we will see what the hell is going on. Then
- 28:39catch you all later. Talk about the topic at hand,
- 28:43shall we, folks? And that is bitch ass Leon Black.
- 28:47That's right. Remember all the bluster about how he was
- 28:50gonna counter sue got missus Ganieva. Yeah, that's not gonna happen.
- 28:54He's not filing a countersuit because Leon Black knows. Look,
- 29:00this guy understands he did all of this. In my opinion, right, Look,
- 29:03I don't have the evidence. I can't sit here and
- 29:05point to the evidence and say this and this prove
- 29:08that Leon Black was engaging in this behavior. I can't
- 29:11do that. I don't have that evidence. But I do
- 29:14have is an assumption, and that assumption is built on
- 29:19the circumstantial evidence that we have before us. Is it
- 29:24so out of character of someone like Leon Black, who
- 29:27everybody knows as a scoundrel. Everybody knows is thinks he's
- 29:31the biggest swinging dick in the room. Is it really
- 29:34out of that that much out of the realm of
- 29:36possibility or out of the realm of character that this
- 29:39man did what Miss Kanieva is saying that he did.
- 29:42I don't think so. I don't think so at all.
- 29:45In fact, And anyone who's hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein
- 29:49and tossing him one hundred and fifty eight million and
- 29:51breaking bread with him in the back room, Look, I
- 29:54have my suspicions about you, and that's just the way
- 29:58it is, you know, I don't. I'm not making any
- 30:02bones about it, right, I'm not making pretend or anything
- 30:04like that. This is how it is. I don't trust
- 30:06these people. Anyone who was involved with Epstein who has
- 30:09not come forward to speak to the police after his death, especially,
- 30:13I don't trust you. I think you're involved. How about that?
- 30:18All right? So this article is from the New York Post.
- 30:21The author is Josh Kosman. Headline Leon Black won't file
- 30:26countersuit against former Russian model who accused him of rape. Yeah,
- 30:32no shit. Look, he doesn't want this to be out
- 30:34in the public. He doesn't want it to go to trial.
- 30:37Leon Black wants to do what guys like Leon Black
- 30:39always want to do pay for it to go away.
- 30:43That's what he wants to do, and that's what I mean.
- 30:45Come on, let's be very honest folk. How many of
- 30:49these people like Leon Black are engaged in this sort
- 30:53of behavior and then they just pay to make it
- 30:55all go away. We could go through political donor after
- 31:00political donor. Who's a scumbag? But guess what, those politicians
- 31:05are always there with their hat in hand, aren't they
- 31:08with their hand out trying to get a little taste. Meanwhile,
- 31:13at the same time, these fucking hypocrites will get up
- 31:16there and they'll stand on their ivory towers and shout
- 31:18you down. It's absolutely absurd, absolutely absurd. But that's the
- 31:27world we find ourselves in, where people like Leon Black
- 31:30think they can get away with whatever they want because
- 31:32they have a big purse. Well, they're starting to learn
- 31:38that that's not always going to be the case. That
- 31:41people are fed up, and people like missus ghani Eeva
- 31:45are not just gonna take it anymore from people like
- 31:47Leon Black. And you could take your non disclosure agreement
- 31:51and shove that right up your ass too, pal. Leon
- 31:55Black will not file a countersuit after all against the
- 31:59former Russian model who accused him of rape. According to
- 32:02court documents, Again, he doesn't want to fight that. He
- 32:05doesn't want this to become a thing. The last thing
- 32:07that moron wants is for this to blow up in
- 32:09court and become a thing. He wants it to go away.
- 32:14Like all of these rich people, they try and litigate
- 32:17it until either a you're broke and you can't litigate
- 32:20it anymore, or B it goes away. That's always their strategy,
- 32:25that's always their game plan. And when you have more
- 32:29money than god, it's easy to do that, right. You
- 32:31can burn money. Literally, Leon Black could sit outside and
- 32:35burn money every single day and never go broke. So
- 32:38you think he has any issue litigating something through the
- 32:41court system for decades if it takes that long course. Not.
- 32:45And our court system, unfortunately, is built entirely for people
- 32:49like this to manipulate the system. Black, the founder of
- 32:55Apollo Global Management, had initially filed a countersuit in July
- 32:59that said he he had irrefutable documentary evidence that model
- 33:03Gazelle Ganieva defamed him when she accused him of raping her. Yeah,
- 33:08the big blustery words. Remember when he said that, Remember
- 33:11when Leon Black came out and said he had this evidence.
- 33:14And remember what I said, all right, let's see it.
- 33:17All of these guys talk about all the evidence that
- 33:19they're in possession of. I have this amount of evidence.
- 33:22I have that evidence. Bah, No, you don't. Now you don't.
- 33:25If you had it, you'd be providing it instead of
- 33:28giving us your stupid ass conversation. Nobody wants to hear it.
- 33:33Either you have evidence or you do not. And the
- 33:36fact that he's not filing the countersuit here is pretty damning.
- 33:42But after she amended her initial complaint against him, adding
- 33:45explosive allegations that Black once fluid to Florida to have
- 33:49sex with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, Black's lawyer said in a
- 33:52court filing, Yeah, they are no longer going to file
- 33:55a counter claim. Oh well, I wonder why. I guarantee
- 34:02you what's going on right now is Leon Black and
- 34:04his lawyers are trying to press Miss Ganieva out of
- 34:07court into taking some kind of settlement to shut all
- 34:10of this down. When you got the kind of money
- 34:14Leon Black has, that's always your best route. Look, I'll
- 34:17give her fifty million to shut her up. And that's
- 34:20how these guys. That's how these guys think, how they operate.
- 34:23It's there's never any remorse for the actions they commit.
- 34:27There's only a lever for them to pull when they
- 34:31get caught and say, oh, well, you know, I have
- 34:34no idea what's really going on here? Or it's it's pathetic. Honestly,
- 34:40these people like Leon Black are absolutely pathetic. They have
- 34:44all of this money and all of this power, and
- 34:46instead of choosing to do good, they act like absolute
- 34:49arch criminals from like the DC universe or something. In
- 34:57a little notice filing in New York Supreme Court last week,
- 35:00Black said he did not intend to assert counterclaims at
- 35:03this time. According to the filing, Black simply wants the
- 35:07opportunity to defend himself and doesn't want a counterclaim getting
- 35:11in the way of that, delaying the effort. Oh, I'm
- 35:14sure that's the only reason. I'm sure it has nothing
- 35:16to do with the fact that Leon Black and his
- 35:18team know that their goose is gonna be cooked. I'll
- 35:24tell you the truth. Look, usually I don't really have
- 35:28an opinion about these kinds of cases, you know, he said,
- 35:31She said, type of thing. Usually it's one of those
- 35:34situations where I'm like, Eh, we need to have more information.
- 35:37I don't know. I wasn't there. I have no idea because,
- 35:40as you all know, I'm not a believe all women person.
- 35:43I'm not a believe all men person. I believe the evidence.
- 35:45I understand very much so that men and women both
- 35:49are gray characters. So usually in a case like this,
- 35:53I'm very hesitant to open my fat yet. But when
- 35:57we have a pattern of behavior here, and we have
- 35:59someone who is paling around with one of the most
- 36:01notorious sexual abusers in my lifetime, well, yeah, the spotlight's
- 36:07definitely gonna swing. You are the company you keep. Remember
- 36:11when your parents used to tell you that that's a
- 36:13bit of advice that Leon Black probably should have followed.
- 36:20His priority is to proceed with discovery as expeditiously as
- 36:23possible to defend and vindicate himself against her willfully false claims.
- 36:28Black's attorney, Daniel Perry of Perry Guja said in the filing,
- 36:33And it's always the same thing. Oh, he's ready to
- 36:35defend himself against these heinous claims, and then next thing
- 36:39you know, there'll be a motion looking for an extension
- 36:41of the court trial or some other way to gum
- 36:44it all up because that is their own mo. That's
- 36:48how these people roll. Again. When you have that kind
- 36:51of dough, folks, the game is set up for you.
- 36:56All of the pieces are set up in a position
- 36:58that's beneficial for you. Meanwhile, Edith and Eddie out there
- 37:05meaning me and you, well basically telling us to just
- 37:08go get fucked another few days that unemploymental end, and
- 37:12people that are on that will fall off a cliff
- 37:14and boy will really be in his pickle then, won't we.
- 37:17But these politicians don't care anyone who thinks that these
- 37:20people who are in charge care about you or me
- 37:23or anybody else. I don't even I don't know what
- 37:26to say to you, honestly, because they do not. These
- 37:31are all leon Blacks buddies. They care about the Leon
- 37:34Blacks of the world folks, not me and you. Sources
- 37:40familiar with the matter tell the Post that Blacks team
- 37:43will file a response to ganiev as amended claim by
- 37:46next week's Wednesday deadline. Yeah, I wouldn't doubt it. They're
- 37:50certainly not going to abstain. They're not going to uh
- 37:54let this go to absentia like Prince Andrew might. Right,
- 37:57No way Leon Black is going to challenge these claims
- 38:00in court one way or the other, and I am
- 38:03pretty sure there'll be some underhanded tactics that accompany it.
- 38:08Kanieve's attorney, Gene Christensen, wrote in court papers that she
- 38:12isn't buying it. She claims it was obvious Black wanted
- 38:15to tarnish her client in the court of public opinion
- 38:18by filing his original countersuit. Exactly right, that's what we
- 38:22That was our assumption as well. We know that it
- 38:25was character assassination. That's how all of these guys roll.
- 38:29The second that anyone points a finger at them. Then
- 38:32the women that they were with were all prostitutes. We're
- 38:34all hookers. They were all asking for it because they
- 38:37were wearing a short dress. I mean, really, look at
- 38:40the r Kelly fucking trial. The lawyer was just asking
- 38:43about a twerking dance. Isn't that when you shake your
- 38:46butt in a sexual or sexual matter like that matters,
- 38:51like because you're dancing in a certain manner, that it's
- 38:54okay for you to be assaulted? Is that what you're
- 38:56is that what you're saying here, it's absolutely uticrius when
- 39:00people take that sort of approach, I don't care if
- 39:03a man or a woman shows up naked to the event. Okay,
- 39:07doesn't give anyone the right to assault them. Sure you
- 39:10want to oogle at them, look at them, fine, whatever,
- 39:13be a creep. The second you touch somebody in an
- 39:16unwonted manner, you have taken it too far and you
- 39:19are a scumbag, my friend. Now again, that doesn't mean
- 39:23a guy who's out on a date with a girl
- 39:25and misreads the situation and goes in for a kiss
- 39:28and is denied, as you know, Jeffrey Epstein, or if
- 39:33a girl goes in for a kiss on a guy
- 39:34and the guy you know what I mean. That's not
- 39:36what I mean here. We're talking something completely fucking different.
- 39:42When Black opted to allege legal claims against Kanieva, he
- 39:45did so on purpose and with the hope that he
- 39:47would receive favorable opinions in the media and by the
- 39:50public for aggressively defending and vindicating himself. Christiansen said in
- 39:55the late Tuesday filing, maybe back in the day that
- 39:58would work, but not anymore. If you're innocent of this,
- 40:03you can go about it without being a scumback, point blank, period.
- 40:07And that's the way to win the public over. Go
- 40:10about your business like a functioning adult. Answer questions, be transparent,
- 40:17don't assault the character of these people. These girls, Oh
- 40:20they were wearing a dress. Ah, they were smoking weed.
- 40:24What does that even mean? A news for you? Stop it.
- 40:30That is a ridiculous defense. A lawyer who has worked
- 40:33with both sexual harassment victims and defendants told the Post
- 40:36that Black's move to abandon his countersuit was very unusual.
- 40:41One might conclude Black is trying to poison the well
- 40:44and not follow through, said Borton, who works with the
- 40:47Boyd Law Group. One hundred percent what he was trying
- 40:50to do. He was trying to take this to the
- 40:52Court of Public Appeals. But that's not going to work
- 40:56because the public knows he's a scumbag. The public knows
- 40:58that he gave Jeffrey Epstein one hundred and fifty eight
- 41:01million fucking dollars. So no, nobody believes you. Everybody thinks
- 41:04you're a scumbag, and in fact, we all think that
- 41:07you're guilty. How about that? How about that for the
- 41:11Peanut Gallery, clap him back. Black was served with a
- 41:18request for documents and information by Ganieva in July. Black
- 41:22hasn't produced a single document in response. Christiansen said in
- 41:27court papers, imagine not one single response by Black or
- 41:32his team. This scumbag bastard, the real slim shady over
- 41:39here acting like it's no big deal. Once again, they'll
- 41:43try and make it a long term affair. So miss
- 41:45Ghanieva doesn't have the viable funds to keep litigating it.
- 41:50So I hope that her lawyers take it on the cuff,
- 41:52take it pro bono, and afterwards get their payout. I
- 41:57know if I was a lawyer, I would spend every
- 42:00day of my life going after scumbags like this. I
- 42:03swear to you. If I could go back and change
- 42:07it all and go back, I would go to school
- 42:08and become either a lawyer or some sort of scientist,
- 42:12like some sort of cancer researcher. Either way, you're helping
- 42:19destroy infection. Because there are way too many scumbag lawyers
- 42:25out there that make funky moves. And if I was
- 42:29a lawyer somebody who say like the person who's representing
- 42:32missus Gonieva, I would make it my lifelong goal to
- 42:37blow people like Leon Black right out of the courtroom.
- 42:43Black's team counters and its filing that he's been willing
- 42:45to provide documents, but only if he's guaranteed confidentiality, which
- 42:50Ganieva hasn't agreed to. Why should she. She's already to
- 42:53assign the confidentiality agreement. So he wants her to shut
- 42:59up more, be quiet more. No. I think that that
- 43:03ship is selled and it missed. Ganiheva is going the
- 43:06right route here, taking her case public like this, taking
- 43:09it to the social media, whatever, whatever have you, because
- 43:12you can't rely on the legacy media. They're still saying
- 43:15alleged when talking about Jeffrey Epstein assaulting these girls, even
- 43:19after his estate paid out one hundred and twenty one
- 43:21million dollars alleged uh, as The Post reported exclusively in April.
- 43:28Ghanieva first burst into public view in March when she
- 43:32posted a series of Twitter messages claiming to have been
- 43:35forced to sign a non disclosure agreement relating to allegations
- 43:39that Black sexually harassed and abused her and all of
- 43:43these dudes with these non prosecute I mean, these these
- 43:46non disclosure agreements over relationships. I mean, really, what sort
- 43:52of scumbag are you that you have to have somebody
- 43:54sign in an agreement after you have a relationship with them.
- 43:57Here's an idea. Most of you dudes are married, keep
- 43:59your dick your pants, or find a wife that wants
- 44:02to be involved. It's not rocket science. But then again,
- 44:07these people who call themselves the elite, these people who
- 44:10consider themselves are betters. They share seem to be pretty
- 44:13fucking stupid, don't They Probably has something to do with
- 44:16all the inbreeding, but I digress. Black responded publicly alleging
- 44:26she was instead extorting money from him. She then filed
- 44:30the defamation suit, now being litigated in New York State
- 44:33Supreme Court. Looming over the case are Black's connections to
- 44:37Jeffrey Epstein. Gnieva has alleged that Black wanted her to
- 44:41have a threesome with Epstein. Black has denied these allegations. Sorry,
- 44:45I don't believe you, Leon Black again, mister no receipt,
- 44:48Leon Black, Just like your boy Prince Andrew, the Joe
- 44:52exotic of the Windsor family, big on words, short on evidence,
- 44:59and January, Black agreed to hand the role of Apollo
- 45:02CEO to his co founder Mark Rowan after an internal
- 45:06Apollo report revealed Black had paid Epstein one hundred and
- 45:10fifty eight million dollars for tax advice and the State
- 45:13Planning Services after Epstein's two thousand and eight conviction for
- 45:17soliciting a minor for prostitution. No such thing as a
- 45:24miner who was a prostitute. Okay, let's just get that
- 45:29cleared up. And second of all, Leon Black would have
- 45:34never been stepping down from his role mister narcissist himself
- 45:39if this shit wasn't real, if this shit wasn't about
- 45:42to explode, because folks, that's exactly what's about to go on.
- 45:46This is about to explode, and Leon Black is not
- 45:49going to be able to put this genie back in
- 45:51the bottle. And if we were in a world with
- 45:55real justice, Leon Black would also be facing a criminal
- 46:00investigation the ARICO for his relationship with Epstein. Unfortunately that's
- 46:06not the case. So let's hope that Miss Ganieva and
- 46:12her claims are the torpedo that sinks Leon Black's ship.
- 46:21If you'd like to contact me, you can do that

- 46:41Reuters and the headline Apollo Ceo Black says he regrets
- 46:46ties to Epstein, denies any wrongdoing. This article was authored
- 46:51by Chabuki Ogu and Lawrence de Levine. So he says
- 46:58he regrets his ties to Epstein, but he denies any wrongdoing.
- 47:01And again I made that pretty clear every time I've
- 47:03ever talked about this guy and these other bankers, I'm
- 47:07not saying that these dudes were involved in the actual
- 47:10trafficking part of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. I'm not saying
- 47:15that they were part of any abuse unless one of
- 47:18the survivors comes out and says differently. What I am saying, though,
- 47:21is that they most certainly enabled Jeffrey Epstein, and it
- 47:25certainly looks like they were engaged in some sort of
- 47:28financial douche baggery together as well. Now I don't have
- 47:31that direct evidence to tie that up in a nice
- 47:34little bow for everybody, but I can point to the
- 47:37circumstantial evidence, and you know, when it comes down to it,
- 47:41Like I said previously, I'm a big believer in Akham's razor. Right.
- 47:46So here we are Apollo Global Management Incorporated Chief executive
- 47:56Leon Black told the buyout firms investors on Monday, Yeah,
- 48:00he regretted having had ties to the late financier and
- 48:04convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, but denied any wrongdoing or
- 48:08inappropriate conduct related to his business and social relationship with Epstein.
- 48:14So again, that's the excuse they'll all use, right, Well,
- 48:18I didn't know what he was up to. I didn't
- 48:20know this dude was such a pervert. I didn't know
- 48:22that he was involved in a child sex trafficking ring.
- 48:25I didn't know that he was trafficking women. And that's
- 48:29the tired and used excuse that these people have used
- 48:34ever since Epstein was arrested the first time around. And
- 48:37guess what, Unfortunately it's been okay. People have accepted it,
- 48:42the legacy media has accepted it. Nobody has really challenged
- 48:46these people on this stuff. And whenever something is brought up, well,
- 48:53they want to run away from it as fast and
- 48:56as far as they can right no comment, or or
- 49:00they'll give you some sort of caned comment or like
- 49:03in this instance, they'll play down their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 49:07even though all of the evidence that we have seen
- 49:11points to something completely different. I mean, we're not talking
- 49:14about five dollars here, of folks, all right, We're not
- 49:18talking about one hundred dollars in a poker game. We're
- 49:21not talking about anything like that. We're talking about fifty
- 49:24to seventy five million dollars. That's not the kind of
- 49:28money you give an acquaintance. That's not the kind of
- 49:30money you're just throwing around. Just because of all the
- 49:35financial advisors, all of the charitable douchebags running around in
- 49:40so called polite society, Jeffrey Epstein was the only one
- 49:46that Leon Black could come up with. Stop it, Black
- 49:53wrote to the firm's investors after The New York Times
- 49:56reported on Monday that he wired between fifty million and
- 50:00seventy five million to Epstein as far back as two
- 50:03thousand and eight. And remember it wasn't just in two
- 50:07thousand and eight, right, The relationships spanned a lot longer
- 50:12than that, a much longer from the time where Epstein
- 50:16was convicted to the time that they supposedly stopped being friends.
- 50:21So you mean, in that whole entire time, Black had
- 50:24never heard the rumors of what Jeffrey Epstein truly was
- 50:29Black had never heard the rumors or had never heard
- 50:32about the non prosecution agreement, not one word. Huh. You know,
- 50:37for people that run around and want us to believe
- 50:39that they're so smart, they're pretty damn stupid, aren't they.
- 50:47Reuters could not determine how long Black continued to wire money. Epstein,
- 50:51who was charged by federal prosecutors with sex trafficking last year,
- 50:55committed suicide in his New York City jail cell in
- 50:58August two thousand and nineteen before his trial, allegedly, and
- 51:06as far as determining how long Black continued to wire money,
- 51:10it's rather obvious they were homies all the way up
- 51:14till that second arrest. And of course it's always the
- 51:19same with these people, right, Oh he stole from me,
- 51:21or there was some financial miscalculations on my part, or
- 51:26my decision making was bad. Never, never any kind of
- 51:31real self reflection, right, never really saying and taking responsibility
- 51:38for the fact that you weren't just a business Look,
- 51:42if you were just a business associate with this guy,
- 51:45then that's one thing, right, But this is a whole
- 51:49different matter. Business associates aren't the ones getting invited to
- 51:54that island Epstein's inner circle and those that he wants
- 51:59to get caught up in his blackmail game. Those are
- 52:02the people that are being invited to the island. So
- 52:05my question for Leon Black is which one are you, sir?
- 52:12While Black's business ties to Epstein were already known, the
- 52:15Time story outlined previously unreported payments as well as socializing
- 52:20between the two financiers, well, the one scumbag financier at
- 52:24the very least, which would be Black, and then the
- 52:26pedophile financier, which would be Epstein. You guys, notice a trend.
- 52:31Yet with these so called financiers, it's like socialites. No
- 52:35wonder they go together so well, two scummy ass institutions,
- 52:41two scummy ass parts of society. Financier, I'm a financier, Biff,
- 52:52go get the car, We're going to the golf tournament.
- 52:55Give me a break with these people. I mean, I'm
- 52:58just sickened by them. The whole off financier and socialite
- 53:02and all of it needs to be crushed under heel.
- 53:06These people truly believe that they are better than the
- 53:10rest of us. I was completely unaware of and continue
- 53:15to be appalled by the reprehensible conduct that surfaced at
- 53:19the end of twenty and eighteen and led to the
- 53:22federal criminal charges brought against mister Epstein. Black wrote to
- 53:26Apollo Fund investors in a letter seen by Reuters. Now remember,
- 53:30we're going to read that letter as well in its
- 53:32entirety as soon as we're done with this article. But
- 53:36it's bull Look, it's absolute bullshit. I was completely unaware
- 53:41of and continue to be appalled by the reprehensible conduct
- 53:44that surfaced at the end of twenty and eighteen, as
- 53:47if it just surfaced in twenty and eighteen. I mean,
- 53:53a monkey with learning disabilities could Google and figure out
- 53:59that Jeffrey Epstein was a scumbag. You mean to tell me,
- 54:02mister a hot shot Leon Black, mister Apollo efing Global
- 54:07himself has no idea what Jeffrey Epstein is. And if
- 54:12that's the case, and you're an investor out there, why
- 54:15would you put one single dollar into anything that this
- 54:20guy's involved with. If he's too stupid to use a
- 54:23search engine, why would I let him safeguard my money.
- 54:28An Apollo spokeswoman said that Black acted in a personal
- 54:32capacity and that the private equity firm had not done
- 54:35any business with Epstein. Apollo shares dropped five point seven
- 54:40percent on Monday to close at forty three dollars and
- 54:43ninety cents. I love it. Smack him right in the
- 54:47old pocketbook. Oh you want it to hurt. It's like
- 54:51kicking this guy in the fruits. When you blast him
- 54:53in the pocketbook, folks, take a couple of bucks out
- 54:56of this guy's pocket. Forget it. Forget it. That and
- 55:00shame are the two things that move the needal with
- 55:04these people. That is it. That is all. And when
- 55:07I say shame, it's not that they feel shame. I'm
- 55:10talking about shame in the eye of the commoner, right
- 55:14the pleab you and I. Because what that does is
- 55:19they're no longer invited into their so called polite society anymore,
- 55:23and they become persona non grata like we're seeing now.
- 55:26In the wake of Epstein's death and Maxwell's arrest, it
- 55:31went from everybody wanting to take a picture with those two,
- 55:34everybody wanting to hang out with those two, to everybody
- 55:38not knowing who they were. It sure is one large
- 55:42ass case of amnesia. Black said in a letter that
- 55:49Epstein provided professional services to his family partnership and related
- 55:54family entities involving estate planning, tax and philanthropic advice. So
- 56:00again I ask you, Leon Black, one of the richest,
- 56:05most powerful men in the world, needs nobody like Jeffrey
- 56:09Epstein for services like family partnership and family entities, real
- 56:16estate planning, a state planning, tax and philanthropic advice. You
- 56:24mean to tell me that Leon Black didn't have an
- 56:27accountant on the team. He didn't have a personal accountant.
- 56:32Jeffrey Epstein was the guy. Huh, that's who you turned to,
- 56:36mister pedophile, abuser himself, he was that good with numbers. Huh.
- 56:44What was the real reason you were spending so much
- 56:46time with him, mister Black? What was the real reason
- 56:51there was so much money moving around mister Black. Black
- 56:58also said he met EPs from time to time at
- 57:01his New York City townhouse and also donated money to
- 57:04charitable organizations he did not identify that were affiliated with
- 57:09the late financier. Can we quit calling him that reuters? Please? Pedophile?
- 57:13What do you think his estate's going to sue you?
- 57:16Con and Endyke are going to sue you. They got
- 57:19their own problems, and furthermore, what would they sue you for?
- 57:23It's the truth. So let's stop calling them a financier
- 57:28in these articles, okay, and let's call him what he is.
- 57:34Federal prosecutors and lawyers have sued Epstein more than six
- 57:38Epstein's more than six hundred and thirty million dollar estate
- 57:41to abstain to obtain compensation for the young women and
- 57:46girls he allegedly abused and trafficked. And as to the charities,
- 57:53those are the only charities in existence that mister Black
- 57:57can donate to. How about you just walk around on
- 58:00the streets incognito with stacks of dough and pass it
- 58:04out to people on the streets. Nah, you can't do that, right,
- 58:07because there's no way for you to profit that way.
- 58:09There's no way for you to launder money that way.
- 58:12There's no way for you to virtue signal to the
- 58:14rest of the world about how great you are as
- 58:17you pass out peanuts to the rest of us. It's
- 58:20an absolute joke. I mean, these people are an absolute
- 58:23joke with their so called charitable giving. Give me a break,
- 58:28all right, all about your image, all about to make
- 58:31sure that image is rebuilt. And let's not forget about
- 58:34the tax loopholes. Let's not forget about the rite offs.
- 58:39These people are seriously, seriously mentally disturbed. In January, US
- 58:50Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George sued the estate, seeking
- 58:54claims on behalf of victims he raped and trafficked on
- 58:57a private Caribbean island. Blacks. In the letter, he intends
- 59:01to cooperate with the US Virgin Islands inquiry and any
- 59:04other investigation, so another one. He says, Oh, yeah, I'm
- 59:09willing to talk to whoever gonna I'm down with the investigation,
- 59:13all right, I'm gonna cooperate, just like the Joe Exotic
- 59:17of the Windsor family. And we see how that's turned out.
- 59:20We see that that moron hasn't given three seconds of
- 59:24his time to the FBI for them to question him.
- 59:28And it'll probably be the same here with Black. He'll
- 59:31probably try and maneuver his way out of it. He'll
- 59:33probably make it a situation where you know, oh, I'll
- 59:37give a written statement and they'll probably be okay with it,
- 59:40because you know, he's so rich and all that's all
- 59:42that really matters is how rich he is, how much
- 59:45money he has, and how he can manipulate the system
- 59:48and maneuver behind the scenes using loopholes. How many times
- 59:53do we talk about that? Huh? All the loopholes, all
- 59:56of the technicalities, that is how these people are able
- 1:00:00to operate. There is only one way to get rid
- 1:00:03of it. There is only one way to fix it,
- 1:00:06and that is to vote out every single one of
- 1:00:08these incumbents who has been party to it. And then
- 1:00:12the people that we do send to Washington, DC, we
- 1:00:15have to hold them accountable and make sure that they
- 1:00:19get rid of these technicalities, that they get rid of
- 1:00:22these loopholes, and that we somehow some way crushed the
- 1:00:28two tier justice system. All right, So here's the letter
- 1:00:34that Leon Black wrote to the investors October twelfth, twenty twenty.
- 1:00:43Dear limited partner. In July twenty nineteen, I wrote to you.
- 1:00:49I wrote to you to address my relationship with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:00:52given the intense media coverage at the time. As I
- 1:00:56stated then, there is nothing more important to Apollo and
- 1:00:59to me personally than our relationship with our investors and
- 1:01:03limited partners in the funds that we manage. Earlier today,
- 1:01:07the New York Times published a story describing my relationship
- 1:01:10with mister Epstein. I am writing again to make sure
- 1:01:14that you have all of the relevant information. So it's
- 1:01:19that important, right, and that much of it hits home
- 1:01:23that he thought that it was time for him to
- 1:01:26go ahead and jump in and write this letter because
- 1:01:30he was trying to cut this off at the past. Right.
- 1:01:32He doesn't want this to blow up any more than
- 1:01:35it has. He doesn't want this to become more of
- 1:01:38a serious situation than it already has and continue to
- 1:01:43grow and metastasize. He wants to make sure that he
- 1:01:48gets out in front of this. He wants to make
- 1:01:50sure that he's controlling the narrative. First. I want to
- 1:01:55reemphasize certain important facts from my prior letter. Never did
- 1:02:00any business with mister Epstein at any point in time.
- 1:02:04Neither mister Epstein nor any company controlled by him ever
- 1:02:08invested in any funds managed by Apollo. So what he's
- 1:02:11trying to do here is distant Apollo from this situation
- 1:02:15and take full responsibility personally, but not put the responsibility
- 1:02:22at Apollo's feet. Shrewd attempt but very transparent. For a
- 1:02:30period of six years, mister Epstein provided professional services to
- 1:02:34my family partnership and related family entities involving estate planning,
- 1:02:40tax and philanthropic advice. No other Apollo employees ever engaged
- 1:02:45mister Epstein or used his professional services. On a few occasions,
- 1:02:49I donated money to certain charitable organizations with which mister
- 1:02:54Epstein was affiliated, and he made contributions to certain charitable
- 1:02:58organizations that are meaning to me. Lastly, and most importantly,
- 1:03:03I was completely unaware and continue to be appalled by
- 1:03:07the reprehensible conduct that surfaced at the end of twenty
- 1:03:11eighteen and led to federal criminal charges brought against mister Epstein,
- 1:03:17such bs you didn't know, huh, you had no idea, Yeah,
- 1:03:21no idea. And what you guys were just trading charitable
- 1:03:25donations to each other's charities. You have more money than God,
- 1:03:28the both of you. Why don't you just donate to
- 1:03:30those charities yourself? Why do you got to drag Jeffrey
- 1:03:33Epstein into it? Why does Jeffrey Epstein have to drag
- 1:03:36you into it? What else is that play here? What
- 1:03:39are the underlying currents? My friends? None of the reporting
- 1:03:47in the recent New York Times article is inconsistent in
- 1:03:50any way with the information I shared with you over
- 1:03:53a year ago. As I previously stated, mister Epstein provided
- 1:03:57professional services to entity he's affiliated with my family regarding
- 1:04:02real estate planning, tax and philanthropic endeavors. I have never
- 1:04:09tried to conceal these facts. It is true that I
- 1:04:11paid mister Epstein millions of dollars annually for his work,
- 1:04:15which he provided from twenty twelve to twenty and seventeen. Yeah,
- 1:04:20that's nice. After he was a convicted sex offender, So
- 1:04:23you gave him millions of dollars so he could facilitate
- 1:04:25his crimes against these other girls. If I was one
- 1:04:29of these girls who was assaulted after twenty and twelve
- 1:04:32when you were financing this asshole, I'd sue you to
- 1:04:35you scumbag. It is also worth noting that all of
- 1:04:40mister Epstein's advice was vetted by leading auditors, law firms,
- 1:04:45and other professional advisors. So why bring him on board
- 1:04:48in the first place. If you were just gonna vet
- 1:04:50his shit and pay him millions of dollars, why bring
- 1:04:53him on board in the first place. What were you
- 1:04:55really doing, mister Black. Importantly, there has never been allegations
- 1:05:05by anyone, including The New York Times, that I engaged
- 1:05:08in any wrongdoing or inappropriate conduct. The New York Times
- 1:05:12story reports instances in which I spent time with mister Epstein.
- 1:05:16For example, I traveled with mister Epstein to Boston to
- 1:05:19meet with several prominent Harvard professors as part of my
- 1:05:23family's philanthropic efforts. Two of my children traveled with me
- 1:05:28and joined the meetings. Again, the children, every single one
- 1:05:31of these guys that gets caught with their hand in
- 1:05:33the cookie jar while my kids were with me, or
- 1:05:36I was with the esteemed members of the Harvard Professor League. Yeah, right,
- 1:05:40esteemed members. There are all a bunch of pervert devians too.
- 1:05:44How about that, all the ones that were hanging out
- 1:05:47with Jeffrey Epstein anyway. I mean, the absolute and utter
- 1:05:55denials of these people of reality is just mind numbing
- 1:05:59to me. On a separate occasion, my family and I
- 1:06:07made a short visit to mister Epstein's private island and
- 1:06:10had a picnic lunch with him while on a family
- 1:06:13holiday nearby. As the story notes, both instances were isolated
- 1:06:18and time to time. I also met mister Epstein at
- 1:06:22his townhouse in New York City because that is where
- 1:06:25he conducted business. Mister Epstein did not have a separate
- 1:06:28professional office. No, he had a whole building full of them. Though,
- 1:06:32you guys couldn't have had lunch at your office. You
- 1:06:35guys couldn't have had lunch at a restaurant. You had
- 1:06:37to go to the townhouse. Huh did you get a
- 1:06:39massage ever, mister Black. Finally, the story reports that the
- 1:06:47US Virgin Islands Attorney General is seeking information from me
- 1:06:50and many others, including numerous large financial institutions such as
- 1:06:55JP Morgan City, Wells Fargo and BNP Parabis all as
- 1:07:00third party witnesses, and a civil investigation of mister Epstein's business.
- 1:07:05I of course intend to cooperate fully with this and
- 1:07:09any other inquiry. So you see what he does there, right?
- 1:07:13He tries to low key ad all of those other
- 1:07:15financial institutions to make it look like well, they're under
- 1:07:19questioning too. So how bad can it be? Well, mister Black,
- 1:07:22it can be bad. It's real bad. Okay. We've seen
- 1:07:26the fence and files, we've read the Panama papers, and
- 1:07:31we've lived with your predatory behavior. Our whole entire lives.
- 1:07:36Everything we do from applying for a new loan for
- 1:07:39a car to getting a credit card or sending our
- 1:07:42children to college. You the banksters are involved, and you
- 1:07:48the banksters, are praying upon the people. Over the past
- 1:07:56three decades, everyone out Apollo has worked tirelessly not only
- 1:08:00to achieve the best possible returns on behalf of our
- 1:08:03valued investors, but also to do so in a manner
- 1:08:07governed by certain core principles integrity, decency, and adherence to
- 1:08:13the highest moral and ethical principles. I am extremely proud
- 1:08:17of everything we have accomplished over fifteen years. Excuse me,
- 1:08:22everything that we have accomplished over this time, working closely
- 1:08:25with you, with the benefit of hindsight, and knowing everything
- 1:08:30that has come to light about mister Epstein's despicable conduct
- 1:08:33more than fifteen years ago. I deeply regret having any
- 1:08:37involvement with him. These reports, however, will not distract from
- 1:08:41the extraordinary the extraordinary work of our exceptional people at Apollo,
- 1:08:46who wake up every morning focused on helping you accomplish
- 1:08:51your important missions. If you have any further questions, please
- 1:08:56please do not hesitate to contact Stephanie Pressure at phone number.
- 1:09:03Uh It's in the article, so if you want the
- 1:09:06phone number, click on the link in the article and
- 1:09:08you can get it there. The email blah blah blah
- 1:09:12all of that is in the letter as well. Um. Yeah,
- 1:09:16so that's the letter from Leon Black. Folks. Okay, this
- 1:09:19is the kind of this is what this guy thinks
- 1:09:21about the whole situation, Like it's just gonna blow on over,
- 1:09:24Like it's just, you know, a big misunderstanding the fact
- 1:09:27that you gave a convicted sex offender seventy five million dollars,
- 1:09:34gave him the keys to the castle and help fund
- 1:09:39his criminal enterprise. Yeah. I think that people are a
- 1:09:43bit interested in you and mister Black and what you
- 1:09:46have going on. And I have to tell you, with
- 1:09:49all of that money moving one way and the other
- 1:09:53with mister Black and Jeffrey Epstein, you would have to
- 1:09:58think if, in when this becomes a reco case, that
- 1:10:02mister Black might be getting another knock on his door.
