[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know how much it costs to live?
0:04
[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know how much you need to be making to live a comfortable life?
0:07
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you may be living your life and working your job and getting your paycheck and you realize, man, am I ever going to get ahead?
0:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, depending on the city that you live in, it may not be designed for you to get ahead.
0:21
[SPEAKER_00]: But today we're going to have this conversation.
0:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Does Washington, what up?
0:24
[SPEAKER_01]: My brother, how you feeling, man?
0:26
[SPEAKER_00]: That's Friday, bro.
0:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Happy, finally, that's Friday.
0:28
[SPEAKER_00]: We gotta talk about the money.
0:31
[SPEAKER_01]: How's your week, man?
0:32
[SPEAKER_01]: It is, um, it's going to be amazing for lack of better words.
0:36
[SPEAKER_01]: I ain't got no complaints.
0:38
[SPEAKER_01]: We're in a flat one season.
0:39
[SPEAKER_00]: So you know, you just came off of the vacation?
0:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
0:43
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
0:44
[SPEAKER_01]: So where'd y'all go with y'all do?
0:46
[SPEAKER_01]: My wife and kids went to Canada to see Niagara Falls and then I kind of got to sit back and knew York and just build out the business.
0:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Niagara Falls, Canada.
0:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Can't, oh, you still can't.
0:59
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought you said you were gonna try to get up there or nah, we, I'm not, I'm all right with it.
1:04
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll let them go.
1:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
1:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so.
1:07
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, well, so what did you do?
1:10
[SPEAKER_01]: They were there for a few days.
1:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep, they were there for three days.
1:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Is that the first time you've been away from your first time?
1:16
[SPEAKER_01]: I have ever been away from my family and going on eight years.
1:19
[SPEAKER_00]: What do you feel like?
1:20
[SPEAKER_01]: Man, it felt amazing.
1:22
[SPEAKER_01]: I got to hear silence.
1:25
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so here's the thing.
1:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Last time we talked about it, you're like, y'all, I've never been to all of my family.
1:29
[SPEAKER_00]: No, VKH, I don't go out of town, but I'm my family.
1:31
[SPEAKER_00]: When I go, and I was trying to explain to you, okay?
1:36
[SPEAKER_00]: What you were missing?
1:38
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, and I feel like it was definitely commendable that you're all going to know where what I'm on family, but I, however, that joint felt good.
1:47
[SPEAKER_01]: It was amazing.
1:49
[SPEAKER_01]: it was amazing.
1:51
[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, silence.
1:53
[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not even for an extended time frame like a few hours like I would usually get it.
1:58
[SPEAKER_01]: But knowing that I don't have to get the kids ready for bed.
2:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Knowing that I don't have to make sure they have breakfast and all of these things.
2:04
[SPEAKER_01]: So my wife, you know, we kind of do it together, but a lot of the times like on my own.
2:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna help out as much as I can, but man, to be able to wake up and only have to worry about myself.
2:14
[SPEAKER_01]: What?
2:14
[SPEAKER_01]: The first time in going on eight years, bro.
2:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Go eat by yourself.
2:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Man, take it.
2:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Bro, the pizza has never tasted so good.
2:21
[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, let's deny.
2:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Don't remit, recommend y'all making this a habit.
2:26
[SPEAKER_00]: But every night again, you got to make it a little heavy.
2:27
[SPEAKER_00]: You need to do more.
2:28
[SPEAKER_00]: You gotta have some, brush a man.
2:31
[SPEAKER_00]: That's going out there and building, bro.
2:33
[SPEAKER_00]: You need some time, bro.
2:37
[SPEAKER_00]: You need some time away from the family, respectfully.
2:41
[SPEAKER_00]: Just so we can like recharge our battery and just not always be worried about being the provider.
2:47
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sure you did some work, right?
2:48
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's something about that silence and salad to, so I'm actually taking me in my wife we're going to Miami for a week.
2:58
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I'm being our Monday through Friday, and she has to come back Thursday morning, though.
3:05
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that's perfect.
3:06
[SPEAKER_00]: I get to spend these days on my boot.
3:08
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'm going to be honest spending time on myself.
3:11
[SPEAKER_00]: But I think it's valuable necessary for sure.
3:15
[SPEAKER_00]: And your wife, bro, she needs to go somewhere without the kids.
3:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
3:20
[SPEAKER_00]: My wife and daughter Cory, they went to Jamaica together, just them too, and that's a unique experience because, you know, she always got the kids and all that, so make sure you promote that to your wife.
3:30
[SPEAKER_00]: She deserves it.
3:31
[SPEAKER_00]: For sure.
3:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
3:32
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to get to it.
3:33
[SPEAKER_01]: How much you spent on that trip though?
3:35
[SPEAKER_01]: For me not to even go, it was about a $4,000 trip, like for five, hotel, in New York and Niagara Falls.
3:50
[SPEAKER_00]: How much was that?
3:53
[SPEAKER_01]: Two, close to 2000, just to New York.
3:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, and that's why we're here discussing this on finance Friday's and knowing the power of credit because it used to be, I want to say, six or seven hundred dollars for us to fly to New York.
4:08
[SPEAKER_00]: All the oil in the way.
4:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
4:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, I'm on a one-way flight.
4:12
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I'm talking about a round trip flight.
4:15
[SPEAKER_01]: Ain't no way five people flying so well my son was under two at the time So we didn't have to pay for him so it was a family of technically was a family of four because he was a lab baby But still round trip eight six hundred never oh it was it was it didn't if you get it one sixty nine one seventy
4:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, 169 some odd change round trip to New York because you got to think flying directly out of Atlanta They have that flight so much just caught like cold sheriff life now.
4:43
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm telling you look at your receipt for a no way I'm telling hey no way
4:48
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you said you used to be seven hours.
4:49
[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't know when that was seven hundred dollars Yes, he's somewhere.
4:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow, maybe a little bit over a year ago.
4:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Who are you flowing?
4:56
[SPEAKER_01]: We fly on we used to fly with Southwest But now that's probably live.
5:01
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but who does it?
5:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
5:04
[SPEAKER_01]: So we flew Delta, but even then, Delta was still the cheapest because as a family with Southwest, you know, you got to board and then you got to pick your seats until they changed it and all of these things because we were always together.
5:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
5:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Instead of having to pay for the seats, sometimes it made sense for us.
5:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Listen, I'm one of those people.
5:23
[SPEAKER_01]: You see me flying economy.
5:25
[SPEAKER_01]: You see what I'm saying?
5:25
[SPEAKER_01]: You see the end of boys in economy.
5:29
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna push this out so let's just say like a august something and see the flies because you know first up first thing I popped up was
5:40
[SPEAKER_00]: The first thing that popped up was like $30 more frontier.
5:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wow.
5:46
[SPEAKER_01]: It was very cheap to fly to New York, but now, cheapest flight that you're going to get, probably $5,600 a person.
5:53
[SPEAKER_01]: So what it used to cost us for four or five people, now cost that per person.
5:59
[SPEAKER_00]: I actually actually see it.
6:00
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, yeah, yeah, it's like 200 bucks for people.
6:03
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, that's lit, okay, all right.
6:07
[SPEAKER_00]: So he spent four grand.
6:09
[SPEAKER_01]: No, though.
6:10
[SPEAKER_01]: You said 2,000 or flights, 2,000 or flights, and then you know I have a family that works in Marriott.
6:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, come on.
6:18
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, I have family that works at Marriott.
6:21
[SPEAKER_01]: So we get discounts on Marriott.
6:23
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, take that.
6:24
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so yeah.
6:25
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
6:27
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
6:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, you were just telling me something before recorded at this stop because that it was really, really good.
6:33
[SPEAKER_00]: You said I get some
6:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I get another benefit with my platinum card.
6:38
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, sir.
6:39
[SPEAKER_00]: For content creators.
6:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir, which I exactly for content creators.
6:42
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you have the American-inspired platinum card, there is a benefit that you get with Dale.
6:50
[SPEAKER_01]: Dale Technologies.
6:51
[SPEAKER_01]: You got a book, I mean, not book.
6:52
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to buy directly from now.
6:54
[SPEAKER_01]: If you spend $5,000 in a year, they give you $1,000 back in a form like a statement credit.
7:00
[SPEAKER_00]: No, but I saw that and I was like,
7:03
[SPEAKER_01]: but Dale has partnered with you can get Sony cameras on there.
7:07
[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of them look up Dale right now.
7:10
[SPEAKER_01]: You can get Sony cameras on there.
7:11
[SPEAKER_01]: You can get lenses on there.
7:13
[SPEAKER_01]: So imagine, here's their whole play.
7:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine spending whether you go GMaster lens or you go Sony camera, 874 or 2870, whatever you want to do.
7:24
[SPEAKER_01]: You spend five grand on it or even a set up for the content creators to get started.
7:29
[SPEAKER_01]: You can go ZV18 with a 2870 and that's right around like five grand, right?
7:34
[SPEAKER_01]: If you spend a five grand, they're going to give you a $1,000 bat.
7:37
[SPEAKER_01]: So now you're at $4,000 on top of that.
7:40
[SPEAKER_01]: If you go through racquetin over cash back website, typically at the peak, they're going to give you 15% cash back in the form of you can either get a PayPal credit or you can get it.
7:51
[SPEAKER_01]: I understand.
7:51
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's racquetin.
7:52
[SPEAKER_01]: Raccatin is like a cashback portal, so because you go through them, they get a benefit and then they kind of pass some of that benefit onto you.
8:02
[SPEAKER_01]: So spell that.
8:04
[SPEAKER_01]: RAK, RAK, UTN.
8:07
[SPEAKER_01]: This right here, the purple out.
8:10
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to happen all of it.
8:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Let me just download that, then.
8:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, sir.
8:13
[SPEAKER_01]: So Raccatin, RAK, UTN, UTN,
8:23
[SPEAKER_01]: deals.
8:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So I recommend that anytime you're shopping that you always, you're spending the money regardless.
8:31
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you go through rackets and sometimes at Dale, especially doing like how did they season in like peak seasons, they'll give you 15x if you want to take American Express points or you can just get 15% cash back on your purchase.
8:46
[SPEAKER_01]: 15x what do you mean?
8:47
[SPEAKER_01]: 15x points.
8:49
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's the
8:53
[SPEAKER_01]: So you're saying, if I spend, if you spend a thousand dollars, yeah, you're getting 15% of that back in the form of American Express membership reward points or you can opt in to get a check paid out to you for the cash bet that you spend over a 90 day period.
9:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I spend a thousand, I'm either get a hundred or fifty dollars back or if it's one to one, I'll get 15,000
9:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So now, so let's take it back.
9:26
[SPEAKER_01]: The benefit allows you to spend $5,000 that would give you $1,000 back.
9:30
[SPEAKER_01]: You're now at $4,000, right?
9:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, on top of that, you are getting a 15x or 15% cash back through the app, which now takes 15% off of the $5,000 purchase.
9:48
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, but it still goes through as the 5,000 exactly because they get a record and doesn't know that you get the benefit from the credit card.
9:56
[SPEAKER_01]: So now 15% of $5,000, I don't want to embarrass myself with that mouth, but that's about what.
10:03
[SPEAKER_00]: 15% of $5,000 is 15, 30, 60, 70, 70.
10:09
[SPEAKER_01]: $750.
10:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, you got the $1,000 back plus another $750, you're $17.50 plus the American Express benefit of spending on that credit card, which I think if you spend $5,000, you get two X versus one X.
10:24
[SPEAKER_01]: So now you've got an additional 2% from the $5,000, so let's just say you get $2,000 back for spending $5,000, but most content creators, what they're doing is they're spending money on the wrong credit card, not looking at the benefits that they have with the line-up that they have.
10:40
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's kind of like what I want to tell you.
10:43
[SPEAKER_00]: This is nuts, bro.
10:45
[SPEAKER_00]: This is crazy.
10:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'm out to set this up later, I got you.
10:59
[SPEAKER_01]: No, this is, wow, but it's coming together, right?
11:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
11:04
[SPEAKER_01]: And then guess what, you get that all back.
11:07
[SPEAKER_01]: You get money back for a spending money you were going to spend.
11:09
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, and let me tell you the benefit of it.
11:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Because you are getting the camera for your business.
11:16
[SPEAKER_01]: You now write the $5,000 off that you spend, because it's for the business.
11:21
[SPEAKER_00]: Got it.
11:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, wow.
11:23
[SPEAKER_00]: All this is crazy.
11:26
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I can use my card, wet rack, it's in the amount of money that I spend on the card.
11:30
[SPEAKER_00]: It still gets recognized for the full amount of points, but for this Dell program, but who have to buy it through a specific, do I have to buy it through Dell?
11:39
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, you've got to go back, rack it since.
11:40
[SPEAKER_01]: You're going to sing directly to the website, wetdale, and then you check out directly there, and then you're going to get the benefit.
11:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's why you're saying go to Dell and you'll be able to see what's on here.
11:52
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like if you go to Rakuten and then right now, they deal with hazardous, it's only 2x or 2% depending on what you have.
11:59
[SPEAKER_01]: So with Rakuten, you can choose how you want to be paid out.
12:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Just so the viewer is not confused.
12:04
[SPEAKER_01]: You can either choose to get a cash check.
12:07
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't see cameras on here though.
12:10
[SPEAKER_01]: or in their offering.
12:11
[SPEAKER_01]: On Dale Technologies?
12:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
12:13
[SPEAKER_01]: Got you.
12:14
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, but I could just search Dale.
12:16
[SPEAKER_01]: Or you can just search on it.
12:17
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you're going Dale Technology is just typing in Sony and then it's going to give you a list.
12:21
[SPEAKER_01]: You can do lenses, you can do cameras, I see.
12:24
[SPEAKER_01]: And you go through and purchase it.
12:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Think about how many I tell you Dave think about how many benefits that you lose every single year Because you're not like you're not paying attention to it.
12:35
[SPEAKER_01]: You're you're active business owner You're working and growing and then things like this what you're paying for with that annual fee You're not squeezing them most juice out of that limit.
12:45
[SPEAKER_00]: They do got lenses and all I don't hear every time it's everything You know what hey, Anthony says the conversation is cuz I don't necessarily need a camera
12:59
[SPEAKER_00]: But like I'm so incentivized now because I don't a game.
13:02
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just being $5,000, I can get $2,000 back.
13:04
[SPEAKER_01]: But, okay, all right, that's yeah, the way to kick off this episode.
13:08
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, cool, so here's the question.
13:13
[SPEAKER_00]: How much money does someone need to make?
13:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, that's the question.
13:18
[SPEAKER_00]: How much money does someone need to make?
13:21
[SPEAKER_00]: And your answer is what?
13:24
[SPEAKER_01]: to live a, I would say a B lifestyle.
13:28
[SPEAKER_01]: I would say that you need to make 250k.
13:34
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a lot of money.
13:35
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a lot of money.
13:37
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, now.
13:39
[SPEAKER_00]: To live a, well, it's also the best way you live, though.
13:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
13:43
[SPEAKER_01]: So let's break it down.
13:45
[SPEAKER_01]: I would say that, and we put it with our best friend here.
13:49
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say you have a two-bedroom apartment, and this, we're going to do the median average across America.
13:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
13:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Can we agree that the median average is $2,000 a month?
13:58
[SPEAKER_01]: The medium average what for a two for a two bedroom apartment.
14:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, for rent for rent.
14:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
14:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Yep.
14:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks.
14:04
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah.
14:05
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
14:06
[SPEAKER_01]: If you have a family is going to be a more, of course.
14:07
[SPEAKER_01]: Mr. Marcus.
14:07
[SPEAKER_01]: 2600 dollars.
14:11
[SPEAKER_00]: How much was the house?
14:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Two, 70.
14:15
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
14:16
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
14:16
[SPEAKER_00]: That's about right.
14:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
14:18
[SPEAKER_00]: That they miles with $2.50.
14:20
[SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to us having $200,000 in $1,000 out of $1,000.
14:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
14:22
[SPEAKER_00]: That's $1,000 in $1,000.
14:23
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm at $2,000 and Brett, when I got miles, I was at $1,700 a month with him, taxes.
14:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, sir.
14:26
[SPEAKER_00]: Them joins go up every year.
14:27
[SPEAKER_00]: But okay, so $2,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000, $1,000,
14:37
[SPEAKER_00]: to live.
14:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
14:39
[SPEAKER_01]: $2,000.
14:39
[SPEAKER_01]: This is just to keep a roof off of your head, so you can stay cool in the summer and stay warm in the winter.
14:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, for sure.
14:45
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
14:45
[SPEAKER_01]: So the average car payment, they recently done a studying on it.
14:51
[SPEAKER_01]: It could be argued between 700 to 1,000.
14:55
[SPEAKER_01]: But when we pulled it up, the average car payment is anywhere from $730 to $760.
15:01
[SPEAKER_01]: That's just for the payment.
15:02
[SPEAKER_01]: And assuming you have decent credit, yeah, most people are probably going to have list in a 600, which interest is going to make it a lot higher.
15:10
[SPEAKER_01]: But let's go to the average, right?
15:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, 730 to $700,000.
15:14
[SPEAKER_00]: Plus, we got to have a car note, $750.
15:20
[SPEAKER_01]: And you got to have insurance on the car?
15:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Got that, what's that?
15:24
[SPEAKER_01]: 180 to 250 so we can do 200 for assurance.
15:28
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
15:30
[SPEAKER_01]: We got to eat.
15:32
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's use that one last.
15:35
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
15:35
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's go there last because that that's a wild card right there.
15:38
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
15:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And then gas.
15:40
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
15:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Gas.
15:42
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's assume that you're driving 12,000 to 15,000 miles a year because you got to transfer to and from work 150 to 250 miles a month.
15:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
15:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
15:54
[SPEAKER_00]: I felt like I was spitting.
15:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
15:56
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, maybe because filling up my wife's truck is... And you're going 93 hours in your... Yeah.
16:03
[SPEAKER_01]: So...
16:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
16:03
[SPEAKER_00]: So about 200 a month, let's go to 100 hours.
16:06
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's the average, because I'm spending for the wife to drive back and forth with the kids.
16:09
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm spending probably $4,500 a week to get in the truck.
16:12
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
16:13
[SPEAKER_01]: At least.
16:14
[SPEAKER_00]: But let's just... We're assuming you got like that soil to carry.
16:17
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
16:18
[SPEAKER_00]: That was a 200 a month, okay?
16:20
[SPEAKER_01]: And you're single.
16:21
[SPEAKER_01]: This is for a single person.
16:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, this is, yeah, this is for a single person.
16:24
[SPEAKER_01]: I got you, all right, 200.
16:26
[SPEAKER_01]: This does not include utilities.
16:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
16:28
[SPEAKER_01]: You'll say, oh, phone, internet.
16:31
[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully we have held insurance.
16:33
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, let's go through utilities.
16:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Utilities, opportunities, opportunities.
16:37
[SPEAKER_00]: Utilities are, um, yeah, how much your electric bill is?
16:42
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't, I'm not even gonna lie.
16:44
[SPEAKER_01]: You're struggling with access to capital and that's one of the things that we do in the reinvent credit masteries.
16:50
[SPEAKER_01]: We teach you how to structure your profile, build your profile, and then go into the correct institution.
16:56
[SPEAKER_01]: Because bank auditing is the process of knowing which strategic strategy to obtain funding the best it's going to sue you.
17:05
[SPEAKER_01]: Most people go for business lines of credit without starting at business credit cards or personal lines of credit before
17:14
[SPEAKER_01]: you don't know what you don't know.
17:16
[SPEAKER_01]: So what I have curated is a list of modules to take you from no credit at all, repairing it and rebuilding it to getting anywhere else of your first 100 to 150,000 in funding, the link will be in the description.
17:30
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know you joined an episode, and let's eat.
17:33
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I know the electric bill at this building pro is so nasty.
17:38
[SPEAKER_00]: It'd be like three something off, just here.
17:44
[SPEAKER_00]: to want it is that reasonable yeah i mean let's look it up let's look at what is the average electric bill for a i don't know two bedroom apartment let's look it up i'm but yeah i feel like i remember what i was this was a years ago i thought my electric bill is like sixty dollars
18:04
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but, but if you think you're not using your work majority of the day, let's just say eight to nine hours, you're going to set that AC unit on 73 or 74 because you like, bro, I'm not in the house, but if I get back, it can cool down.
18:18
[SPEAKER_01]: So, man.
18:20
[SPEAKER_01]: What'd you come up with?
18:22
[SPEAKER_00]: It says.
18:23
[SPEAKER_01]: Total before utilities like water in in that phone et cetera.
18:27
[SPEAKER_01]: There's no way it's 39.
18:28
[SPEAKER_01]: It says it's 39.
18:30
[SPEAKER_01]: 60 a month for a two bedroom apartment.
18:32
[SPEAKER_01]: That's no way that's right.
18:33
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I Sorry, sorry, sorry.
18:36
[SPEAKER_01]: That was for That was for high usage.
18:41
[SPEAKER_01]: So what we got is a hundred and eighty to two hundred and fifty a month for two better tomorrow.
18:46
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, so let's go Let's go 180
18:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's go 180 for that's a lettering, but internet, I know internet cable out of Constant, let's just, let's just, let's don't actually want to just write Ancillary's in there, mm-hmm.
19:08
[SPEAKER_00]: So this is for us to drive a car, back and forth the word, a place to live utilities,
19:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Internet, um, every day usage of things that we're going to, we know that we're here.
19:24
[SPEAKER_00]: And for sure, that's the basic to live.
19:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
19:28
[SPEAKER_00]: Bro, we're at 35, 30.
19:30
[SPEAKER_01]: 3500 dollars already.
19:35
[SPEAKER_01]: And we didn't eat yet.
19:37
[SPEAKER_01]: You have to win.
19:38
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the sum of that you are.
19:39
[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're extremely fruitful in your grocery shop, then versus eating out, because it's a lot cheaper to buy groceries.
19:46
[SPEAKER_00]: So let's see what was the average grocery bill?
19:50
[SPEAKER_00]: What is my spending on groceries?
19:54
[SPEAKER_00]: $700 a month.
19:55
[SPEAKER_00]: You think?
19:56
[SPEAKER_00]: $350?
19:57
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I guess it's $175 a week.
20:00
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, just $700 a month?
20:05
[SPEAKER_00]: What do I say?
20:05
[SPEAKER_01]: 35, 80?
20:06
[SPEAKER_01]: 35, 30, what were we at?
20:09
[SPEAKER_00]: 35, 30?
20:09
[SPEAKER_01]: That's 40, it's too hot at Brown.
20:14
[SPEAKER_01]: And you haven't in a no fun you ain't in a significant other, where somebody that you entertained, you haven't done any of that yet.
20:24
[SPEAKER_01]: This is just for you to get to and from work and live any, just for yourself.
20:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and that's what you have to bring home.
20:35
[SPEAKER_00]: 42.30.
20:37
[SPEAKER_00]: So, if someone's making 42.30, like let's say like on the nose, from their job to access get taken out, 30% if you are W2 worker.
20:49
[SPEAKER_00]: So, you really got to make 5.5.
20:53
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to make at least 5 to live on your own.
20:58
[SPEAKER_00]: But it's so to live an okay like I mean you don't have to stop.
21:02
[SPEAKER_01]: Our jobs paying are decent jobs now paying $1200 a month or no.
21:09
[SPEAKER_00]: That's $1200.
21:10
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean $1200 a week.
21:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I feel like that's at $200.
21:13
[SPEAKER_01]: That's about what $2500 was going on.
21:15
[SPEAKER_00]: No, $3000 an hour.
21:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, maybe I don't know what jobs are paying now.
21:23
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to make 50 grand now.
21:25
[SPEAKER_00]: 50 grand used to be some good money, bro.
21:29
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so to live so that's where you can put you saying live comfortable is too 50.
21:35
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm saying average person.
21:38
[SPEAKER_00]: This is not kids and all that if you're by yourself.
21:42
[SPEAKER_00]: You can still get by with a little 80 85,000.
21:45
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you can get by.
21:49
[SPEAKER_00]: 100,000 used to be the pillar of success and that was that was you make 100,000 you was you was doing something tank.
21:56
[SPEAKER_00]: So what do we do now?
21:58
[SPEAKER_00]: If you are in a situation where you are working every day but you can't get at the numbers say you probably can't.
22:06
[SPEAKER_00]: But alone unless you're waiting on a raise from your job you get a second job you
22:19
[SPEAKER_01]: you only way to really budgeting is not going to get it for you, saving is not going to get that for you.
22:25
[SPEAKER_01]: You have to get an income generating skill or building out some AI bots or building out some self like something to get you some type of recurring.
22:36
[SPEAKER_01]: My rule of thumb is I never buy anything without somebody who's paying for it.
22:41
[SPEAKER_01]: Explain that.
22:42
[SPEAKER_01]: So any time that I am, let's just say, you know, I knew we were going on vacation.
22:46
[SPEAKER_01]: My kids were going to Canada.
22:47
[SPEAKER_01]: I was going to tell the New York, I ran a flash sale for some digital products or, you know, just things to come in place to where I'm not taking money out of my pocket to pay for it.
22:58
[SPEAKER_01]: You run a flash sale.
23:00
[SPEAKER_01]: You do a, uh, some type of special rollout or presentation.
23:05
[SPEAKER_01]: just to get that money ahead of time.
23:07
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't like spending my own money.
23:08
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to be honest with you.
23:10
[SPEAKER_01]: I love credit card reward points.
23:11
[SPEAKER_01]: I love cash back and I love for other people to pay for my expenses.
23:16
[SPEAKER_01]: But for the average person who don't have an audience who don't have digital products, you have to generate some sort of like,
23:24
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to be honest with you.
23:25
[SPEAKER_01]: Some people in this AI era, some people will literally pay you to have a conversation with them.
23:31
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't tell you the number of people that wants to consult with me and it may not even be about credit.
23:38
[SPEAKER_01]: They'll pay $750 for an hour.
23:42
[SPEAKER_01]: for me to sit there and talk to them about how to be a great husband, like how to like how do you manage spirituality and entrepreneurship and all these things because these are things I'll talk about publicly with my journey and all of this, but AI can't give you that human touch and everybody is reverting to it and I hear Gary Vee say it a lot is that some people will pay you to literally walk with them in a park.
24:07
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to get to a time when people will pay for that.
24:10
[SPEAKER_00]: Why, I don't understand why you're saying because humans are disconnected?
24:14
[SPEAKER_01]: For sure.
24:16
[SPEAKER_01]: They've like, most, I would say a lot of entrepreneurs, like in our field, you'd got the podcast, but me, I rarely, let's just say, have conversations with other entrepreneurs, like I would say like on a daily basis.
24:34
[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
24:34
[SPEAKER_01]: majority of the time I'm talking to the team and I'm talking to men and I'm talking to Claude I'm talking to Chad I'm talking to them more than I'm actually talking to a human being outside of my wife and kids but I think it's going to get to a time to where like people are that human connection is not going to be there because you see that's where it's going to go.
24:54
[SPEAKER_00]: We're leveraging artificial intelligence more now than ever before.
24:58
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the fact.
24:59
[SPEAKER_00]: So we need to figure out what we can do to make some money for sure.
25:02
[SPEAKER_00]: Because, again, waiting on a raise is not going to be it.
25:05
[SPEAKER_00]: And I would tell my team, too, and I'm having a second conversation, another conversation, because I think it's overdue.
25:17
[SPEAKER_00]: But I remember telling the team, like, I want to pay you more money.
25:22
[SPEAKER_00]: But I can't just based off the fact that you are here.
25:29
[SPEAKER_00]: You need to have some add something else to the table that I didn't hire you for making yourself more valuable.
25:38
[SPEAKER_00]: Got to make yourself more valuable and only make yourself more valuable as you bring more money to the table.
25:43
[SPEAKER_00]: So a skill set could be, if I don't know, um,
25:49
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's just say our money is he edits here, he works here, he shoots stuff, but if he has a way to get us into his old school of scat or bringing creators over here to create, it becomes a higher skill set, you're more valuable because you're bringing money and you get the share in it.
26:12
[SPEAKER_00]: But if you're just, if you're working a corporate job, it's just not that easy.
26:16
[SPEAKER_00]: which means you got to at least go outside and do something else.
26:19
[SPEAKER_00]: You got to go make some money.
26:21
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, whenever I was working at the warehouse, we had, I forget what the title was for this specific position, but they would literally come in and do time studies.
26:34
[SPEAKER_01]: And,
26:35
[SPEAKER_01]: at the line from the front end to the back, they would just test, okay, let's eliminate this step or add this step to help with improvement.
26:44
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you are working a good job at a warehouse, most of us are waiting on the raise, but why not go and say, hey, I see that we're doing something this way, this is to the warehouse workers, right?
26:55
[SPEAKER_01]: Or just anybody in general, I see that we're doing things this way, but I feel as if we tweak it, we could improve the
27:02
[SPEAKER_01]: the, not even the customer journey, but the overall process for it to take less time.
27:08
[SPEAKER_01]: And with you, especially watching social proof podcasts, like the gems that we get from this channel with A.I.
27:14
[SPEAKER_01]: and just all of these things that you can create, you could just go and then just be more valuable to the company.
27:21
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, and I don't know how, I don't know how.
27:27
[SPEAKER_00]: valuable what I'm about to say is because I never worked in corporate like I worked in the cheesecake factor.
27:33
[SPEAKER_00]: I worked at companies with my corporate.
27:35
[SPEAKER_00]: But adding type that type of value does it oftentimes relate like transfer into more money.
27:43
[SPEAKER_00]: Like yo this person seems like a leader.
27:45
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's give my raise.
27:47
[SPEAKER_00]: The enemy because you got to go up so many levels, right?
27:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I would say you're positioned in yourself.
27:54
[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't always equate to it, but if you come at the top of my, so once again, I come from a warehouse.
28:01
[SPEAKER_01]: I was shipping and receiving a supervisor.
28:03
[SPEAKER_01]: If I could go in and show over a consistent time, how we could directly improve the timing of how we load up trucks, the overall process, that typically would result in average raised
28:21
[SPEAKER_00]: But then you got to have the manager at that time.
28:23
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:23
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:24
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:25
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:26
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:27
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:27
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:28
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:28
[SPEAKER_00]: The best way is to start a business.
28:30
[SPEAKER_00]: 100%.
28:31
[SPEAKER_00]: That is true.
28:33
[SPEAKER_00]: The best way is to start a business.
28:36
[SPEAKER_00]: 100%.
28:37
[SPEAKER_00]: and it's never been more easier to start a business ever.
28:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you need a 650 credit score in the LLC and you can go and get access to anywhere from 50 to 100,000 to start whatever idea that you think.
28:53
[SPEAKER_00]: It's very easy to get access to credit score, LLC, no matter how much you make it a job, no matter how much you make it a job, no matter how much you make it a job.
29:00
[SPEAKER_00]: When they take that into consideration, like, why would I give us my $50,000, who makes 30?
29:06
[SPEAKER_00]: But why would you...
29:09
[SPEAKER_01]: This is what I'm gonna say here and I'm not in no way shape or form saying to lie on the application But you don't get no benefit until in the true you just don't inflate your numbers too much This is a strategy.
29:22
[SPEAKER_00]: That's illegal.
29:23
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, it's not this is illegal though.
29:26
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's check this out This is what I tell my mentees We go to banks that specifically lent off of state income also known as projected income
29:37
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're making $100,000 at your job or $85,000 at your job.
29:43
[SPEAKER_01]: We don't inflate more than 20 to 25 percent because we are projecting whenever we get into this business venture, that's why it's projected income.
29:52
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not saying to say that you make 1.5 million.
29:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm saying it is a strategy to where you can justify.
29:59
[SPEAKER_01]: If you only make 85,000, a 20 to 25 percent growth of the business is something that is very normal, you can justify saying that you are projected to make 125,000.
30:12
[SPEAKER_01]: But once again, this is a framework behind it.
30:14
[SPEAKER_01]: We are coming in with KPIs.
30:16
[SPEAKER_01]: We're coming in with paperwork to show.
30:18
[SPEAKER_01]: OK, this is my typical at-spin in my row as and I'm going to get this much.
30:23
[SPEAKER_01]: So you can have a, once again, a 650 credit score in the LLC and going get 5,200,000.
30:30
[SPEAKER_00]: So while working Walmart, 30 grand, I can go to the bank.
30:41
[SPEAKER_00]: correct.
30:44
[SPEAKER_00]: Well I mean 20% of $30,000 is $36,000 so they're asking me what I'm projected to make this year which if you have a business you're projected to raise your income on 20% you're saying.
30:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Correct but even outside of that is
31:01
[SPEAKER_01]: Any income available to you, any time you're going to apply for a credit card or any financial product, it says any income available to you can be used on this application, so if you have a significant other, if both you make 30,000, technically you make 60,000 plus or 20% rise of that is whatever the extra 20% is.
31:25
[SPEAKER_01]: And they're leaning to you based off of the deposits that you have come into that institution.
31:31
[SPEAKER_01]: So once again, you can go and get access to capital to fund whatever idea that you have to make yourself more valuable in the marketplace.
31:39
[SPEAKER_01]: So on and so forth.
31:40
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, when I was working at the GSK factory, I got my first credit card was like 20 grand.
31:47
[SPEAKER_00]: What I wanted after I got my secure.
31:50
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, my security went to unsecured.
31:53
[SPEAKER_00]: It was like 300 bucks, but the first time I applied for like an MX card, they gave me 20,000.
31:58
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, dang.
31:59
[SPEAKER_00]: And I was still working at a cheesecafe.
32:00
[SPEAKER_00]: And I might have put 30,000 on application, bro.
32:05
[SPEAKER_00]: And they gave me a dove.
32:06
[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, dang, this is... Based off of history.
32:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
32:11
[SPEAKER_01]: That's how the banks make money.
32:12
[SPEAKER_01]: I think we talked about in the previous episode, but they want to first off, I'm gonna be honest with you, they want to give more money to the 650 credit score than they do to the person with the 800 credit score.
32:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Why?
32:27
[SPEAKER_01]: Because we know how to leverage the system.
32:30
[SPEAKER_01]: We're not gonna get caught in interest.
32:32
[SPEAKER_01]: The person with the 650 credit score, that's, they are financial prey to these large companies.
32:40
[SPEAKER_01]: because if you look at a company's bottom line outside of the partnerships that they have with the co-branded companies, Delta, Hilton, so on and so forth, most of these companies are going to make a big chunk of their revenue off of interest.
32:54
[SPEAKER_01]: And then what's the highest interest, financial product that you can get, a credit card.
33:00
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why I tell people, credit cards are the easiest form of funding that you can get.
33:04
[SPEAKER_01]: 650 credit is going to LLC.
33:06
[SPEAKER_01]: You can go and get you a nice bag to start this business.
33:10
[SPEAKER_00]: To start the business, to start to make more money.
33:13
[SPEAKER_00]: How do we decide what business to start?
33:18
[SPEAKER_01]: Man, in my opinion, most people would always say consulting, right?
33:26
[SPEAKER_01]: This is about to be a business credit like masterclass.
33:30
[SPEAKER_01]: But whenever we go in consulting, we got to look at the industry behavior or consulting businesses.
33:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Whenever most people came in, 2021.
33:42
[SPEAKER_01]: That's kind of like when most entrepreneurs kind of been bred into, you know, because of covenality things, we were taught you're going to set up a consulting business because it's low risk.
33:51
[SPEAKER_01]: You don't want to have a gambling business or a real estate or anything like that because it's deemed as high risk.
33:56
[SPEAKER_01]: But now over the past four or five years, if you go and look at the most defaulted NAICS code, five, four, one, six, one, one, it's a consulting business.
34:05
[SPEAKER_01]: So it's a NAICS code, it's an identifier of the type of business
34:11
[SPEAKER_01]: So now, what is knowing that the NAICS code is high risk in the form of defaults, and now makes it more hard for you to get access to capital, so they make actually as a consulting business to provide paperwork.
34:26
[SPEAKER_01]: So I would say you do some form of marketing.
34:29
[SPEAKER_01]: You would do, um, this is a major GM right here.
34:33
[SPEAKER_01]: set up AI technology, the technology next code is one that's getting the most money right now because you look at Facebook or Meta partnering with Manus.
34:43
[SPEAKER_01]: You're looking at all of these billion dollar companies putting billions behind AI.
34:48
[SPEAKER_01]: So why are you not following this same exact suit these billion dollar companies are coming?
34:51
[SPEAKER_01]: They got to get the funding from somewhere.
34:53
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
34:53
[SPEAKER_01]: That's just a gem for the people right then.
34:55
[SPEAKER_01]: I guarantee you get the most amount of funding in the technology of next code.
35:00
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.
35:02
[SPEAKER_00]: I would say if we're getting that funding, how we decide a business is, I think something that's interesting, because it's something that's interesting.
35:12
[SPEAKER_00]: The lowest barrier of entry is a service that you provide, right?
35:20
[SPEAKER_01]: If I was, Dave, if you was broke right now, you had no audience.
35:25
[SPEAKER_01]: I seen somebody do that.
35:26
[SPEAKER_01]: They started all the way over from zero on a brand new Instagram and, like, could not leverage, kind of like what Grant did with the, um, thing.
35:33
[SPEAKER_01]: I think somebody was doing it.
35:34
[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, what would you do if you had to start?
35:37
[SPEAKER_01]: No followers.
35:39
[SPEAKER_01]: $5,000 in a $10,000 a month, just enough to pay your bills.
35:42
[SPEAKER_01]: What business model would you jump in?
35:44
[SPEAKER_00]: If you couldn't choose podcasting, because you... Yeah, I mean, even with that, I would go get a credit card and I buy a camera and a lens and some microphones and a light.
35:56
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's a no-brainer for me because this is a need.
36:01
[SPEAKER_00]: People need to create more content.
36:03
[SPEAKER_00]: How does a business grow without content in 2026?
36:06
[SPEAKER_01]: You can't.
36:09
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't.
36:09
[SPEAKER_00]: People buy off of who they see and they buy off of what they see.
36:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Other people buying and they're on their phones all day.
36:17
[SPEAKER_00]: So people buy that way.
36:19
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to get a credit card.
36:22
[SPEAKER_00]: If I got no bread, I'm buying a camera and a good lens.
36:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'm going to go through the work.
36:29
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm knocking on doors.
36:30
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to networking events and just trying to find out someone needs a videographer.
36:35
[SPEAKER_00]: Chances are especially live in Atlanta.
36:38
[SPEAKER_01]: Bro, listen, you got all these events going on around the city.
36:47
[SPEAKER_01]: If you pull up with a camera for sure,
36:51
[SPEAKER_01]: and just walk around.
36:53
[SPEAKER_01]: I've done it before.
36:54
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you were how much you follow me around for $500, okay, boom.
36:58
[SPEAKER_01]: Bro, you pay a general admission, maybe $47, a hundred dollars, and you just made $500, and you didn't even have a job whenever you went out there.
37:09
[SPEAKER_01]: And now, once again, you took that camera and you leveraged it.
37:13
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good idea, Dave.
37:14
[SPEAKER_00]: that at or now that I've been understanding more, I would definitely go on to funding.
37:23
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a good one.
37:23
[SPEAKER_00]: In a state that you can't do it, I do a credit repair, which is not in Georgia as I'm still not in fact this illegal.
37:31
[SPEAKER_00]: Or I would have some sort of
37:33
[SPEAKER_00]: program where it's free, but you pay to be in a community or something.
37:41
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, but I would, yeah, I don't know.
37:44
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, so that would be how I would start.
37:47
[SPEAKER_00]: Or do you do?
37:48
[SPEAKER_01]: I would definitely do some form of information product.
37:54
[SPEAKER_01]: So I would sell my knowledge, let's leave it how I started.
37:57
[SPEAKER_01]: I would go and talk about how you can get a credit card and get a camera for free.
38:02
[SPEAKER_01]: You see what I'm saying because the content created and now needs a strategy to be like, bro, like, okay, I got to save up enough money to get the camera.
38:11
[SPEAKER_01]: And then I get coming talk to the people and say, bro, no, you don't.
38:13
[SPEAKER_01]: You could just leverage this to move this around, and then you got essentially for free.
38:18
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, listen man, the moral of the story today is you need to make more money.
38:22
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
38:23
[SPEAKER_00]: But the fight is on Friday.
38:25
[SPEAKER_00]: We are telling you, you need to go make some more money.
38:28
[SPEAKER_00]: This world is getting more, it's getting harder and harder to survive, bro.
38:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And I think the divide between to have and have knots are like it's becoming a bigger delta because it used to be so inexpensive to live.
38:47
[SPEAKER_00]: And now because it's so expensive,
38:50
[SPEAKER_00]: And then we got AI and there's so many jobs being replaced.
38:55
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, for the last year, I might have paid $700 or something dollars to get some slides made.
39:02
[SPEAKER_00]: But I went in the minus, the last, I spent a couple of hours when I joined and I made my slides.
39:08
[SPEAKER_00]: I joined as beautiful.
39:09
[SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to Cynthia Cassentia, she, you know, I normally say my idea is like, Cynthia Laio, he made me some slides.
39:14
[SPEAKER_00]: But I want to bother.
39:14
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to be independent.
39:16
[SPEAKER_00]: So I sat there and went there and it was so simple, bro.
39:19
[SPEAKER_00]: I told it what I wanted, it created the slides.
39:21
[SPEAKER_00]: I got to tweak it to my own style and the slides that I want, bro.
39:26
[SPEAKER_00]: I'll never play, I'll never play that again.
39:29
[SPEAKER_01]: Dave, you know which, which are a brand and you, if you build, you could say you're IP in a sense.
39:37
[SPEAKER_01]: You could build out a, you could go and get a Mac mini, right?
39:41
[SPEAKER_01]: A little block, people are getting.
39:43
[SPEAKER_01]: and then you could just talk to it every day about only how to build a podcast, right?
39:51
[SPEAKER_01]: So it knows the websites, it knows the resources, it knows where to go and look versus looking from a broad, let's just say, Spectrum of Things.
40:00
[SPEAKER_01]: And somebody would pay, I would say, start and be it will go for about 5,200,000.
40:06
[SPEAKER_01]: Just for people to pay to be able to ask, Dave Aya a few questions.
40:11
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that's just something, or the person could do that.
40:14
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't give you ideas, but if you have a in-depth knowledge, like people would pay for that because they need answers, they need questions answered right now and they don't want to get misinformation from chat, GPPT, or all of yourself, where it's whenever you train this bot.
40:30
[SPEAKER_01]: to know, for example, uniform bank performance ratings, financial performance ratings, deposit ratios, things like that that I know about.
40:39
[SPEAKER_01]: I have my agent there that knows this, for sure.
40:42
[SPEAKER_01]: My mentee said, they'll easily pay 3040 grand just to be able to act this by questions.
40:50
[SPEAKER_00]: We're in a different world where we can really make some money.
40:53
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to tell you this to them about the
40:56
[SPEAKER_00]: go back outside on a on a real grind.
41:01
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm working on this book right now.
41:03
[SPEAKER_00]: So a podcast I'm at you didn't come so you wouldn't know your own vacation is all good.
41:10
[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm about to write this book about kind of like the art of the interview.
41:16
[SPEAKER_00]: I had an interview.
41:19
[SPEAKER_00]: And she asked out on my sister, Terry, E.G.
41:22
[SPEAKER_00]: Oma, she's been going on this run because she wants to be a New York Times bestseller.
41:27
[SPEAKER_00]: And she was like, you know, I'm, I got to get the 20,000 books sold.
41:34
[SPEAKER_00]: And then I had this idea said, I want to go on the same path.
41:37
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to, I want to be a New York Times bestseller.
41:41
[SPEAKER_00]: I think I think that title is not even like the amount of books necessarily, but it was like, you know, that title Yeah, we'll open me up to more speaking opportunities.
41:52
[SPEAKER_00]: It opened me up to more everything, right?
41:56
[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, I'm going to go after that, but to sell 20,000 books is not just creating content, but I got it really be outside
42:11
[SPEAKER_00]: But I was like, yeah, if a 30 dollar book you sell 20,000 joy, that's 600, that's 600, that's 600 grand.
42:17
[SPEAKER_00]: It's a nice bag.
42:19
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's gonna be like a 90-day period.
42:22
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm about to give this joy everything I got.
42:25
[SPEAKER_00]: And it will be successful.
42:26
[SPEAKER_00]: And it's going to be successful.
42:28
[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't think people want to go outside and give anything everything they got.
42:34
[SPEAKER_00]: You know what I mean?
42:35
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's why maybe you're working the job that you're working to make it a money that you make because you're not willing to give something everything you have.
42:44
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm gear it up and I'm a pair and we've got to finish the book, but I'm really excited, bro.
42:50
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited for you, man.
42:51
[SPEAKER_00]: And this is this is additional income.
42:55
[SPEAKER_00]: because it's not what I normally do day-to-day, but I'm ready to get outside and get to it.
43:02
[SPEAKER_00]: Can you, my question is, can you sell something for $30, 20,000 times?
43:10
[SPEAKER_00]: That would change your life?
43:12
[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, forever.
43:13
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, imagine someone, like really going out there and saying, I'm gonna spend this year, go on to get it.
43:19
[SPEAKER_00]: and it currently make $40,000 a year, even at $60,000 a year, you can consolidate the amount of time you spend at that job 10 years in doing it in 12 months.
43:32
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a fact.
43:34
[SPEAKER_00]: You make the same $600,000?
43:36
[SPEAKER_01]: 12 months to 1 million is an amazing book.
43:40
[SPEAKER_01]: I think that every visionary should read.
43:44
[SPEAKER_01]: Because if you say that you want to complete something in five hours, you're completed in five hours.
43:48
[SPEAKER_01]: But if you give yourself that same a lot of time to say, I want to do it in an hour, you can get it done.
43:54
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's about to be the next level.
43:56
[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't been as excited in a very, very long time, bro.
44:03
[SPEAKER_01]: Most people don't get excited about anything in life anymore because they're not trying, they're caught into the
44:13
[SPEAKER_01]: rat race or they caught into the day-to-day Cycle of doing the same thing over and over and being comfortable with a yard.
44:18
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a it's a special place in life to be Satisfied where you went, but I think you should always aspire to have more no matter where you're at.
44:27
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I love that.
44:29
[SPEAKER_01]: I love that.
44:30
[SPEAKER_00]: Listen family Go make more money
44:33
[SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of money out here to get.
44:35
[SPEAKER_00]: You just gotta go get it.
44:37
[SPEAKER_00]: You gotta go get it.
44:39
[SPEAKER_00]: You have to go get it or this life is going to get you and you're gonna look up to yours from today and you'll be in such a bad situation and you'll live with the regret of not going after when you had the idea.
44:53
[SPEAKER_00]: So, Doug, man, let everybody know how they can get in touch with you in.
44:58
[SPEAKER_00]: And be a part of the program and make us some of them need that bread, bro.
45:00
[SPEAKER_01]: For sure, I'm at the Washington Across all social media platforms.
45:04
[SPEAKER_01]: You can join the reinvented credit mastery with the link below.
45:09
[SPEAKER_01]: If you have that 650 or if you have less than a 650, we're going to teach you how to build your credit.
45:14
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to give you the templates for you to repair the credit yourself and then understand the funding sequence for you to go and get your first 50 to 100k and then you can launch your business to make more money.
