  I'm

• 0:47
  do

  Tesco's

• 0:54
  I

  you're
• 0:55

  some
• 0:56
  of

  the

• 1:01

• 1:01
  and
• 1:01
  then
• 1:02
  you
• 1:02
  know,
• 1:02
  Walmart
• 1:02
  letting
• 1:03
  you
• 1:03
  pick
• 1:03
  out
• 1:03
  a
• 1:04
  week
• 1:04
  in
• 1:04
  advance,
• 1:05
  like
• 1:05
  you're
• 1:05
  already
• 1:05
  seeing
• 1:06
  some
• 1:06
  of
• 1:06
  this
• 1:06
  start
• 1:06
  to
• 1:06
  happen.
• 1:07
  And
• 1:07
  I
• 1:07
  love
• 1:08
  this
• 1:08
  idea.
• 1:08
  I
• 1:08
  mean
• 1:09
  you,
• 1:09
  you
• 1:09
  think
• 1:09
  about
• 1:10
  like
• 1:10
  the
• 1:11
  opportunities
• 1:11
  that
• 1:12
  this
• 1:12
  gives
• 1:12
  for
• 1:12
  like
• 1:12
  back
• 1:13
  to
• 1:13
  school.
• 1:13
  Like
• 1:14
  I
• 1:14
  could
• 1:14
  plan
• 1:14
  my
• 1:14
  back
• 1:15
  to
• 1:15
  school
• 1:15
  shopping
• 1:15
  as
• 1:16
  soon
• 1:16
  as
• 1:16
  the
• 1:16
  week,
• 1:16
  you
• 1:17
  know,
• 1:17
  gets,
• 1:17
  as
• 1:17
  soon
• 1:18
  as
• 1:18
  the,
• 1:18
  the
• 1:18
  list
• 1:19
  gets
• 1:19
  released,
• 1:19
  which
• 1:19
  is
• 1:19
  usually
• 1:20
  like
• 1:20
  mid
• 1:20
  July
• 1:21
  or
• 1:21
  something.
• 1:22
  I
• 1:22
  could,
• 1:22
  you
• 1:23
  know,
• 1:23
  I
• 1:23
  know
• 1:23
  I'm
• 1:23
  going
• 1:23
  to
• 1:23
  have
• 1:23
  a
• 1:24
  July
• 1:24
  party
• 1:24
  or
• 1:25
  I
• 1:25
  know
• 1:25
  I'm
• 1:25
  going
• 1:25
  on
• 1:25
  vacation
• 1:26
  and
• 1:26
  this
• 1:27
  allows
• 1:27
  me
• 1:27
  to
• 1:27
  like,
• 1:28
  as
• 1:28
  soon
• 1:28
  as
• 1:28
  I
• 1:28
  have
• 1:28
  those
• 1:29
  plans
• 1:29
  cemented,
• 1:30
  be
• 1:30
  like
• 1:30
  I'm
• 1:30
  going
• 1:31
  to
• 1:31
  schedule
• 1:31
  a
• 1:31
  delivery
• 1:31
  so
• 1:32
  I
• 1:32
  don't
• 1:32
  have
• 1:32
  to
• 1:32
  think
• 1:32
  about
• 1:33
  it,
• 1:33
  check
• 1:34
  done.
• 1:34
  I
• 1:34
  can
• 1:34
  just
• 1:35
  focus
• 1:35
  on
• 1:35
  getting
• 1:35
  to
• 1:35
  where
• 1:36
  I
• 1:36
  need
• 1:36
  to
• 1:36
  be
• 1:36
  and
• 1:37
  having
• 1:37
  that,
• 1:37
  that
• 1:38
  moment
• 1:38
  or
• 1:39
  that
• 1:39
  party
• 1:39
  or
• 1:39
  that
• 1:39
  vacation
• 1:40
  or
• 1:40
  being
• 1:41
  prepared
• 1:41
  for
• 1:41
  back
• 1:41
  to
• 1:41
  school.
• 1:42
  And
• 1:42
  I
• 1:42
  have
• 1:43
  to
• 1:43
  imagine
• 1:43
  that
• 1:43
  this
• 1:43
  is
• 1:44
  going
• 1:44
  to
• 1:44
  provide
• 1:44
  some
• 1:44
  benefit
• 1:45
  for
• 1:45
  the
• 1:45
  retailers
• 1:46
  to,
• 1:46
  to
• 1:46
  like
• 1:47
  have
• 1:47
  those
• 1:47
  orders
• 1:48
  in
• 1:48
  and
• 1:49
  guaranteed,
• 1:49
  sure
• 1:50
  there's
• 1:50
  probably
• 1:50
  some
• 1:50
  last
• 1:51
  minute
• 1:51
  substitutions
• 1:52
  that'll
• 1:52
  come
• 1:52
  up,
• 1:52
  but
• 1:53
  that
• 1:53
  happens
• 1:53
  with
• 1:54
  any
• 1:54
  delivery
• 1:54
  order.
• 1:55
  So
• 1:55
  I,
• 1:55
  I
• 1:56
  think
• 1:56
  this
• 1:56
  has
• 1:56
  real
• 1:57
  potential.
• 1:58
  I'm
• 1:58
  curious
• 1:58
  to
• 1:59
  see
• 1:59
  how
• 1:59
  it
• 1:59
  goes
• 1:59
  with
• 1:59
  Tesco
• 2:00
  knowing
• 2:00
  that
• 2:00
  that
• 2:00
  market's,
• 2:01
  you
• 2:01
  know,
• 2:01
  slightly
• 2:02
  smaller
• 2:02
  than,
• 2:02
  than
• 2:03
  it
• 2:03
  is
• 2:03
  sometimes
• 2:03
  in
• 2:04
  the
• 2:04
  US
• 2:05
  with
• 2:05
  those,
• 2:05
  some
• 2:05
  of
• 2:05
  those
• 2:06
  deliveries.
• 2:06
  But
• 2:07
  I,
• 2:07
  I'm
• 2:07
  really
• 2:08
  excited
• 2:08
  for
• 2:08
  this
• 2:09
  and
• 2:09
  you
• 2:09
  picked
• 2:09
  this
• 2:10
  headline
• 2:10
  for
• 2:10
  the,
• 2:10
  for
• 2:11
  the
• 2:11
  Fast
• 2:11
  five
• 2:11
  and
• 2:11
  I'm
• 2:12
  really
• 2:12
  glad
• 2:12
  you
• 2:12
  did
• 2:12
  because
• 2:12
  it
• 2:13
  really
• 2:13
  got
• 2:13
  me
• 2:13
  thinking.
• 2:13
  So
• 2:14
  I'm
• 2:14
  curious.
• 2:14
  Oh,
• 2:15
  did
• 2:15
  it?
• 2:16
  Yeah.
• 2:16
  I'm
• 2:16
  curious
• 2:16
  if
• 2:17
  you're
• 2:17
  feeling
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  same
• 2:18
  way
• 2:18
  about
• 2:18
  it
• 2:19
  still
• 2:19
  after
• 2:19
  our,
• 2:20
  our
• 2:20
  preliminary
• 2:20
  chat
• 2:21
  yesterday.
• 2:22
  Yeah,
• 2:22
  I
• 2:22
  think
• 2:23
  so.
• 2:23
  I
• 2:23
  mean,
• 2:23
  we
• 2:23
  always,
• 2:23
  we
• 2:24
  try
• 2:24
  to
• 2:24
  bring
• 2:24
  in
• 2:24
  insights
• 2:25
  from,
• 2:25
  from
• 2:26
  Europe
• 2:26
  as
• 2:26
  much
• 2:26
  as
• 2:27
  possible,
• 2:27
  in
• 2:27
  particular
• 2:27
  the
• 2:27
  UK
• 2:28
  and
• 2:28
  particularly
• 2:28
  in
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  UK
• 2:28
  and
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  grocery
• 2:29
  market
• 2:29
  too.
• 2:30
  And
• 2:30
  I
• 2:30
  think,
• 2:30
  you
• 2:31
  know,
• 2:31
  the
• 2:31
  way
• 2:31
  I
• 2:32
  see
• 2:32
  this
• 2:32
  evolve
• 2:32
  in
• 2:32
  the
• 2:33
  US
• 2:33
  is,
• 2:33
  you
• 2:33
  know,
• 2:33
  first
• 2:34
  you
• 2:34
  go
• 2:34
  to,
• 2:34
  you,
• 2:35
  you
• 2:35
  go
• 2:35
  to,
• 2:36
  you
• 2:36
  know,
• 2:36
  weekend
• 2:37
  deliveries
• 2:38
  or
• 2:38
  scheduled
• 2:39
  deliveries
• 2:39
  in
• 2:40
  a
• 2:40
  shorter
• 2:40
  time
• 2:40
  frame,
• 2:41
  and
• 2:41
  then
• 2:41
  you
• 2:41
  go
• 2:41
  further
• 2:42
  out
• 2:42
  to
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  eight
• 2:42
  weeks.
• 2:42
  And
• 2:43
  we're
• 2:43
  already
• 2:43
  seeing
• 2:43
  companies
• 2:44
  like
• 2:44
  Buncha,
• 2:44
  who
• 2:44
  we've
• 2:45
  spotlighted
• 2:45
  numerous
• 2:46
  times
• 2:46
  over
• 2:46
  the
• 2:46
  past
• 2:46
  two
• 2:47
  or
• 2:47
  three
• 2:47
  years,
• 2:48
  having
• 2:48
  a
• 2:48
  lot
• 2:48

• 2:59
  of
• 2:59
  most
• 3:00
  of
• 3:00

• 3:00
  you

  know,

  companies
• 3:02
  they're

• 3:03
  So

  I.

  At

  the

  end

  of
• 3:04
  the

  when

  you

  what
• 3:09
  omnichannel
• 3:09
  retailing
• 3:10
  is
• 3:10
  because
• 3:10
  it's
• 3:11
  getting
• 3:11
  the
• 3:11
  products
• 3:12
  to
• 3:12
  customers
• 3:12
  when
• 3:13
  and
• 3:13
  where
• 3:13
  they
• 3:14
  want
• 3:14
  it
• 3:14
  and
• 3:14
  how
• 3:14
  they
• 3:15
  want
• 3:15
  it.
• 3:15
  Right.
• 3:15
  So
• 3:15
  what,
• 3:16
  what,
• 3:16
  what
• 3:16
  better
• 3:16
  definition
• 3:17
  is
• 3:17
  there
• 3:18
  of
• 3:18
  that
• 3:18
  of
• 3:19
  a
• 3:19
  company
• 3:19
  trying
• 3:19
  to
• 3:19
  do
• 3:20
  that?
• 3:20
  And
• 3:20
  to
• 3:20
  your
• 3:20
  point,
• 3:21
  it
• 3:21
  does
• 3:21
  help
• 3:21
  the
• 3:21
  retailer
• 3:22
  because
• 3:23
  they
• 3:23
  know
• 3:23
  their
• 3:23
  demand
• 3:23
  in
• 3:24
  advance.
• 3:24
  They
• 3:25
  can
• 3:25
  plan
• 3:25
  around
• 3:25
  that.
• 3:25
  They
• 3:26
  can
• 3:26
  plan
• 3:26
  the
• 3:27
  space
• 3:27
  allocation
• 3:27
  in
• 3:28
  their
• 3:28
  trucks,
• 3:28
  their
• 3:28
  delivery
• 3:29
  routes.
• 3:29
  They
• 3:29
  can
• 3:29
  make
• 3:30
  sure
• 3:30
  the
• 3:30
  inventory
• 3:30
  is
• 3:30
  there.
• 3:31
  So
• 3:31
  there's
• 3:31
  probably
• 3:31
  less
• 3:32
  canceled
• 3:32
  orders
• 3:32
  if
• 3:32
  they
• 3:33
  know
• 3:33
  like
• 3:33
  three
• 3:34
  months
• 3:34
  ahead
• 3:34
  of
• 3:34
  time.
• 3:34
  Usually
• 3:35
  they
• 3:35
  can
• 3:35
  get
• 3:35
  goods
• 3:36
  in
• 3:36
  three
• 3:36
  months,
• 3:36
  especially
• 3:37
  food.
• 3:37
  Like,
• 3:38
  you
• 3:38
  know,
• 3:38
  that
• 3:38
  shouldn't
• 3:39
  be
• 3:39
  a
• 3:39
  problem
• 3:39
  for
• 3:39
  the
• 3:40
  most
• 3:40
  part.
• 3:40
  So,
• 3:40
  so
• 3:41
  that's
• 3:41
  why
• 3:41
  I
• 3:41
  think
• 3:41
  I
• 3:42
  like
• 3:42
  it.
• 3:42
  And
• 3:42
  I'd
• 3:42
  like
• 3:43
  to
• 3:43
  see,
• 3:43
  I'd
• 3:44
  actually
• 3:44
  like
• 3:44
  to
• 3:44
  see
• 3:44
  the
• 3:45
  US
• 3:46
  Groceries,
• 3:46
  the
• 3:47
  US
• 3:47
  Grocers
• 3:47
  in
• 3:47
  particular,
• 3:48
  move
• 3:48
  faster
• 3:49
  towards
• 3:49
  this
• 3:50
  because
• 3:50
  I
• 3:50
  think
• 3:50
  the
• 3:51
  demand
• 3:51
  is
• 3:51
  there
• 3:52
  and
• 3:53
  you
• 3:53
  can
• 3:53
  probably
• 3:54
  potentially
• 3:54
  save
• 3:54
  a
• 3:55
  lot
• 3:55
  of
• 3:55
  money
• 3:55
  in
• 3:55
  terms
• 3:55
  of
• 3:56
  your
• 3:56
  E
• 3:56
  Commerce
• 3:56
  fulfillment
• 3:57
  costs
• 3:57
  in
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  long.
• 3:57
  I
• 3:58
  would
• 3:58
  think
• 3:58
  so.
• 3:58
  I
• 3:58
  would
• 3:59
  think
• 3:59
  so.
• 3:59
  And
• 4:00
  operations.
• 4:01
  I
• 4:01
  mean,
• 4:01
  I
• 4:01
  think,
• 4:02
  yeah,
• 4:02
  I
• 4:02
  think
• 4:02
  there's
• 4:03
  a
• 4:03
  lot
• 4:03
  of
• 4:03
  potential.
• 4:04
  I'm
• 4:04
  kind
• 4:04
  of
• 4:05
  curious
• 4:05
  what's
• 4:05
  been
• 4:05
  keeping
• 4:06
  them
• 4:06
  from
• 4:06
  going
• 4:07
  this
• 4:07
  route
• 4:08
  already.
• 4:09
  Why
• 4:09
  we
• 4:09
  haven't
• 4:09
  heard
• 4:10
  anybody
• 4:10
  really
• 4:10
  exploring
• 4:11
  this
• 4:11
  further.
• 4:11
  But
• 4:12
  they're
• 4:12
  busy.
• 4:13
  They're
• 4:13
  busy.
• 4:13
  Well,
• 4:13
  we
• 4:14
  are
• 4:14
  here.
• 4:14
  We
• 4:14
  are.
• 4:14
  We
• 4:15
  are
• 4:15
  here.
• 4:15
  Some
• 4:15
  good.
• 4:15
  We
• 4:15
  can't
• 4:16
  say
• 4:16
  who,
• 4:16
  but
• 4:16
  we
• 4:16
  are
• 4:16
  hearing
• 4:16
  some
• 4:17
  good.
• 4:17
  Some
• 4:17
  good.
• 4:18
  Some.
• 4:18
  Some
• 4:18
  very
• 4:19
  smart
• 4:19
  companies
• 4:20
  that
• 4:20
  are
• 4:20
  starting
• 4:20
  to
• 4:21
  bite
• 4:21
  into
• 4:21
  this
• 4:21
  apple,
• 4:22
  and
• 4:22
  they're.
• 4:22
  They're
• 4:23
  moving
• 4:23
  in
• 4:23
  this
• 4:23
  direction,
• 4:23
  so
• 4:24
  that's
• 4:24
  good.
