  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 0:01
SPEAKER_02: We got a lot going on this week, which is cool.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_00: Harriet W.
• 0:06
  SPEAKER_02: I like that was.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's the main thing I was just about to mention being like Kerrigan finally got it.
• 0:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_02: Kerrigan finally got it, which is so cool.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: I mean, after so many seconds.
• 0:16
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 0:17
SPEAKER_02: Break it down for us.
• 0:18
  SPEAKER_02: Obviously, you were there.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_02: What was like the whole show like in general?
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: So that show was incredible, by the way.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: Uh, shout out to Deke, Deke Werner, Deke Warner.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: That was a cool Florida production show.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: I really, really enjoyed that venue in that show.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: But um, yeah, it was after pre-judging.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, so for let me preface with we were worried about that show, like the that week, because Kerrigan was sick all week.
• 0:43
SPEAKER_00: She was holding water, she was inflamed.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: James was having to like think like being like, okay, I know it's not fat, but if I continue to pull you down, I don't necessarily know what it's gonna look like if we wake up like water's gone on show day, and you're like not sick anymore, and now you're too hard and too lean.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: And so especially with Tim Gardner judging, it was two weeks prior, she got second in front of him, and the feedback was quad hardness.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_00: So it's like she really wanted to nail it, nail it.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: So um uh after pre-judging, um, there was no doubt in my mind.
• 1:17
  SPEAKER_00: I was like, I could breathe.
• 1:18
  SPEAKER_00: Like after pre-judging, I could breathe.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: Like you never know for sure, right?
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: But as a spectator, as like someone who studies this sport, um, I just knew after pre-judging that there was no doubt.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_00: She held split center, and every single person moved around her.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: Britney came in for a few turns, and then Brie came in for a few turns.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: Brittany came in again, and they kept only moving them.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: And then Marissa and whoever was on the outside at that time swapped.
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: Kerrigan stayed right where she was.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: I was zeroing in on her legs the entire time.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: I was like, no quad flutter, no quad like striation, nothing.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, thank God.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: Like every transition, the walk back to the front, flawless.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: Um, still that I will say though was not her best look.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: Um, it was like 95% of what we have seen her best at um just because of that like water and inflammation that was kind of being held thicker in the waist.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: But um it, I mean, her back pose fucking destroyed that show.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_00: And then the front pose was enough that day, and maybe almost like a little bit of that inflammation went to the waist, but also went to the quad, which may have helped her a little bit with softening that up.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, it was kind of like a give and take right there.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: But um, we'll go on Instagram in a second.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: The the check-in that she just posted this weekend is actually her fucking best ever.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like that's so cool.
• 2:40
  SPEAKER_02: It's insane.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, it was a good show.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: Brie, Brie, Brie, Brie's fucking best look ever, too.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: I told her that right when she got off stage and I was um with her.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_00: Uh I trained her husband, you know, that we were talking at the show, and I was like, dude, her back pose came in good.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, there was a couple shows there where I was almost like, is she looking tired?
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: Like, is she holding inflammation?
• 3:01
SPEAKER_00: And then this show was like boom, like on.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: So um, it was really cool to see both of them do so well at that one.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: Brie got her name up in the points list with that second place, so yeah, that was awesome to see.
• 3:12
  SPEAKER_00: Super stoked.
• 3:13
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's so good.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_02: I mean, ultimately, I think this is a huge, huge lesson to like so many people obviously coming from, you know, Kerrigan, Brie, everyone.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_02: Like, it's hard to run it like this.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_02: Like, they've done, they've all done quite a lot of shows.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_02: I mean, Kerrigan's obviously, I think Brie's obviously done been doing more shows than Kerrigan at the moment, but regardless, Kerrigan has been running for a while now as well.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_02: But like, this is the whole point.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, when getting qualified, I think people don't understand, is so hard.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_02: Like, it's hard to get qualified, and it's it's supposed to be.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 3:49
SPEAKER_02: Like, obviously, you could do a couple shows and they'd be like, Do you know what?
• 3:52
SPEAKER_02: I need to improve, all that type of thing, but you could clearly see Bree and Kerrigan and all the other girls, honestly, even Master.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_02: Obviously, Marta got her wedding this weekend as well.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_02: Like, they're all improving as they're doing like more shows and more shows and more shows because it's all data.
• 4:07
SPEAKER_02: So, like, I think people were very quick to kind of be like, Oh, I only want to do this show because it's this judge, or I want to do this show because it's this this person.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_02: But it's very, very like it's so much better to keep running, keep doing multiple shows, 100%, get different feedback that all judges are gonna see, and you can it collect all this data that's gonna bring your best look.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 4:28
SPEAKER_02: Um, which obviously people know that, but I think it's it's easy for people to be like, oh, you know, I didn't get like where what was has Kerrigan been in top five this whole time?
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: Uh every single show except for indie, which is where she was also very sick, but I think she got six there, still first call out, right outside the top.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, every single other show, it's been um second, fifth, third, second, second.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and she's been in like she's been in that top five every single time.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_02: So it is it was literally just a matter of time.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_02: And it's the same with Brie.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_02: Like Brie was, you know, getting in that kind of like top end of the call outs, and then sometimes was out of the top call outs, sometimes in, sometimes out.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_02: And that's a really big mental battle.
• 5:14
  SPEAKER_02: Like, I I think it's really hard.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_02: This sport, I think people don't prepare you for kind of like that sometimes that inconsistency of coming in, coming out.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_02: You don't know, okay, do I need to take time off or do I need to not?
• 5:26
SPEAKER_02: Like, and it's the same with Kerrigan.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_02: Obviously, yes, you got the top fives and stuff, but it was like, do I take time off or do I keep going?
• 5:32
SPEAKER_02: Like, do I just keep running it?
• 5:33
SPEAKER_02: So, and I think it's it is cool to see that determination behind the both of them or behind all of them, really.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_02: So, because they're they're there, you know?
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, oh, it's exciting.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was a yeah, it was a good weekend, but uh it was I think it was even more sweet for her because she's been in front of Tim four times in this qualification year, and so every time she was moving up a little bit by bit, um, and then her in Savannah in Arkansas was Tim and Rich head judging together, and that was like a one-point difference of first and second there, and she's like almost like Tim's like he keeps giving her feedback, and then we got the feedback after the Florida win, and he hugged her and went, You did it.
• 6:16
  SPEAKER_00: I have no feedback.
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I wanted all year.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I was like, damn, that was good to hear.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that was really, really good.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 6:25
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, let's have a look at this week's.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_02: Did you want to do some assessments first and then yeah, we'll do uh let's do a couple assessments, see who we got.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, especially with North Americans coming up.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_00: We might have a couple people doing nationals.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, we do.
• 6:40
  SPEAKER_02: So dun dun dun.
• 6:45
  SPEAKER_00: Let's get on this.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: Also, shout out uh really quick because we're gonna get to her, but Jordan Brandon fucking going on an Ashley K run out here.
• 6:52
  SPEAKER_02: I know, I know.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_02: Honestly, she's blown away, like in terms of like how she's looked, and she's getting better each each show she's doing as well.
• 7:01
  SPEAKER_02: It's really cool.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: She definitely started at, I think still her probably her all-time best at Tampa.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: I think she started at, but still looking at her at Tampa, I was like, oh, she's still got room to improve.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: Like she's just getting more better.
• 7:14
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: She looks really, really good.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so oh, message unavailable.
• 7:19
  SPEAKER_02: I can't see that.
• 7:21
SPEAKER_02: Why they say message unavailable?
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: Okay, she might have sent one of her posts and she has a private account.
• 7:27
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry, we're gonna have to re-revisit maybe next time, but we've got someone here who she says she's heading to North Americans.
• 7:37
  SPEAKER_00: Perfect.
• 7:38
  SPEAKER_00: Here we go.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so she got didn't get feedback at universe.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_02: Feedback for Wasarch, don't change anything, just go win.
• 7:49
  SPEAKER_02: Love that.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_02: Um Well, did not do that last call out at universe in all three classes, so any feedback is appreciated.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_02: Play second and uh first and second in Wasatch.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_02: So I think let's have a look at let me have a look at the front pose first.
• 8:13
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, front pose.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_02: I think front pose wise, we I I like the front pose.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_02: I think we're leaning too far forwards, in my opinion.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_02: It might just be the camera angle, but I think you're leaning too far over this way.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_02: So I would I would like to see it just a little bit more of a stood up.
• 8:36
SPEAKER_02: I like how the legs are looking, but I just don't like how the body is shifted like over too much.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_02: Um so and would you say shoulders aren't too big?
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: They're not too big, no.
• 8:48
  SPEAKER_00: No, my eyes are.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: What I will say, yeah, what I will say is especially seeing the back pose prior to you clicking this, I want to tell you your conditioning needs to be a bit more because it can't be that soft from the back.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: I think muscularly, glutes are in a good spot development-wise, rear delts are in a good spot here, hamstrings are a good spot.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: And I want to tell you to get a bit more conditioned, but when you flip back to the front, I think your conditioning is there.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: And if you got any more conditioned, it'd be too much quad showing, too much delt cap that would be that would be separating and coming out.
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: So it's one of those where in time, I think you need to reduce down a tad bit of the leg so that you can come in conditioned enough from the back and it not be too much from the front.
• 9:35
  SPEAKER_02: I agree.
• 9:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I agree.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_02: Because that I think also we underestimate sometimes how lean we need to be for fit model.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_02: Um but again, it's like that balancing act of like, yes, we need to be lean, but then we need to not see certain things from from said leanness as well.
• 9:55
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_02: So that's that's always the hardest part.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_02: Um and then I think this was her posing at Wasach.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_02: That front pose was better, in my opinion.
• 10:06
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 10:08
  SPEAKER_00: Good.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: You're in a you're in a better spot here than you were at Universe.
• 10:13
  SPEAKER_00: Like Yeah, yeah.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: You're you I don't think you're as lean as you were at Universe, um, because you're not there's not a ton going on in the front, which is good, but I I can't put my finger on exactly what it is because the back pose, maybe it's lighting, but the back pose looks better here than it did at Universe.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: So I don't know if your legs developed more into universe, and then maybe you guys thought that I'm getting too hard from the front, we need to back off the conditioning a bit, and then the back pose came in softer.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, but um, I like the back pose here and how the glutes look more than more than the universe picture.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think posing wise for me, just kind of get a little bit more flow with the hands and stuff.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_02: You're moving your hands quite a lot around your like shoulder area.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_02: Try and always keep them around the waist area so it's kind of just flows a little bit more.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_02: So, like here, for example, here you lift that arm like right up and around, kind of keep it a little bit lower just so it flows a bit better.
• 11:08
  SPEAKER_02: So that's one.
• 11:11
  SPEAKER_00: Also, wear blue.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, I like the hair color, the tan, the blue would look better.
• 11:17
  SPEAKER_00: I don't like that color.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_00: Not saying it against her, like I just don't like that color for what I'm seeing.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: I feel like a blue would really pop with your facial features, your hair color, how the tan looks on you.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: Blue would look way better here.
• 11:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I agree.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_02: Okay, this is my posing client.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: That's a really good friend of back pose.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_02: So she's around four and uh four to six weeks out, obviously, she's a lot less.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_02: Um, yes, she's my posing client.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_02: She's natural, four foot one, 105 pounds, stage weight is around 100, 102.
• 11:52
  SPEAKER_02: And then, yeah.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_02: We worked on this front pose a lot.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_02: So, in my opinion, I'm like, not much needs to change.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_02: We do need to bring out a little bit more um overall pop in the in the glue area, which we have been doing over the last kind of couple of weeks, but we worked a lot on this front pose because before she was twisting the chest.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_02: Oh, she's your uh I started I started with her five days ago.
• 12:19
SPEAKER_00: Love I was like, I knew she looked familiar.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: He popped up in the name.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: I was like, that name.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: We haven't like she hasn't sent me videos yet, so I haven't seen a whole lot, but yeah, I was like, she looks familiar.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so before she was really twisting round almost like to the side a lot to get more glute projection.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_02: Now I see this a lot with a lot of girls.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_02: We we really try and over-rotate in the glutes to show off the glutes from the front, which yes, we need to twist around to the side, but not too much, then it didn't disturb everything else.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 12:49
SPEAKER_02: So I think that's what she was doing a little bit, and we now really brought out her hourglass shape and S-curve shape so much more, and it just looks so much better.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_02: So very happy with that.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_02: Um I will say she's a little wider this back pose, so she could probably just bring bring the foot in a tiny little bit more, and then make this just look a little bit more relaxed, so bring the arms down just a little lower.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_02: But I mean, everything else, I'm I'm super happy with posing wise, to be fair.
• 13:19
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very, very good.
• 13:21
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 13:22
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah, develop development-wise.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: I mean, especially being natural, she's on such a great track.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: Great hourglass frame, everything's um very balanced.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: So um, yeah, I I was very excited.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: I remember, I remember thinking the same thing I just said when I got her inquiry and she was natural.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: I saw her check-in photos, and I was like, holy shit, same reaction I just had when I saw this.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: Then I put two and two together.
• 13:44
  SPEAKER_02: So yeah, you're like, let's go.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, one more.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_02: So oh, this is my pose inclined as well.
• 13:51
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_02: Oh, we've let's we'll I mean, we can skip this one, but we have fixed it.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_02: She just messaged saying, How do I fix my back pose?
• 14:00
  SPEAKER_02: So she was.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_02: Can you see how um she's flowering on one side and like not the other?
• 14:07
SPEAKER_02: So she didn't realize that she was having like more weight distribution on one of the other sides than the other.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_02: And sometimes it's so funny because you can't feel it sometimes.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_02: Like when you're in either like your back pose or something like that, it's easy to kind of like distribute weight on one side more because I think her po her front pose side is this side.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_02: So she was flaring on this side or having more engagement, but she didn't realise it.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_02: So we really had to work on like just letting it go and trying to even it out just a little bit more.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_02: Because obviously, in the front pose, you are imbalanced in a sense because you've got weight on that one foot for your front pose.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_02: So it is trying to make sure that you can distribute it correctly.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then yeah, we need to open up her upper body just a little bit more as well.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_02: So let me just let's just do one more quickly.
• 14:55
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, natural, she's pro.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_02: I think she sent this before she turned pro.
• 15:02
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, it's just one of her pro cards.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_02: I love this this look, but I the front pose, I don't like the leg as much test.
• 15:17
SPEAKER_00: Yes, I was saying the twist and then the leg being so straight with the foot dead straight at the end is making her quad flare a lot.
• 15:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of like quad pop and definition there that doesn't need to be there.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_02: It looks like her footwork is almost in line with each other.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_02: Like it's like this is her front foot, this is her back foot.
• 15:35
  SPEAKER_02: Like that's here.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_02: Stretch it out in front of you a little bit more, so it's more like corner to corner.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_02: If you're on a box, it's like corner corner, like more forwards, and then sit back into it, but don't twist as much.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_02: Because then that'll make you look like you have that sit back and twist, but uh, it will make you look like you have that twist, but you're not twisting as much.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_02: Because I feel like with Fitbottle, a lot of people are like over-rotating, and this looks good, don't get me wrong, but you could see she has a small waist from the front, so you want to turn her her waist a little bit more forwards.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, in my opinion, anyway.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_02: But this is a great look.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, great look for Fitball.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: She has a good back pose, yeah.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is very good.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_02: This is a really nice back pose.
• 16:16
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, really nice.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: I can see why you turn pro for sure.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: Great, great overall look here.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I I no notes for back pose.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_02: I think back pose is really good.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_02: It's just developing it over time, obviously, as you go into the pro league and stuff.
• 16:28
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then overall, like like I said, front pose, just trying to change the front pose just so it flows a little bit better.
• 16:35
  SPEAKER_02: And that's it, yeah.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_02: But definitely, really nice job.
• 16:38
  SPEAKER_02: Really good job.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_02: And congrats on Turning Pro.
• 16:42
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 16:43
  SPEAKER_00: All right.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_00: Let's get into three shows?
• 16:49
  SPEAKER_02: I think so.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_02: Let me have a look.
• 16:52
  SPEAKER_00: Tahoe, Atlanta, Florida.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: I can't remember if there was an overseas.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_02: I I don't know if anyone else saw, I'm poor, I'm sure everyone else saw James's and Cash's, like those interviews are so funny.
• 17:02
  SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_02: The fact that then just calling out like most emotional, most oh my god, and James just threw Jess under the bus for all of them.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: It was like it was like uh biggest headache.
• 17:15
  SPEAKER_00: He's like Jessica Lou.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: And then it was like uh most unorganized, Jessica.
• 17:19
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm like, I'd feel so I'd be so nervous to see if my name was up there.
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_02: I'm like, don't even talk, don't, don't call me, don't talk to me.
• 17:27
  SPEAKER_02: I don't want to, I don't want to know.
• 17:28
  SPEAKER_02: I don't want to know.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, we had what shows did we have?
• 17:34
SPEAKER_02: We had Florida and Tahoe.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: Tahoe's down below, right here.
• 17:38
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, and then Atlanta.
• 17:41
  unknown: Yeah.
• 17:42
  SPEAKER_00: Start with Tahoe.
• 17:43
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, start with Florida.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_00: There you go.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this was a this was Marissa Wu's best look of her entire career, by the way.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: This was such a damn good look on her.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: That's not her fully in the front pose.
• 17:53
SPEAKER_00: She was hitting her front pose so much better than she has in the past.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: And I told her that backstage, and she looked at um uh her coach, and I think his wife does some of her posing, and um, she was like, that's literally what we've been working on.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: Because she used to like push and arch really hard because she wanted to be bigger and flare on stage, and now she's just relaxing more into it, she's not pushing the hip out, she has proper development and like balance all over now.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: It was a very, very good look for her.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think sometimes as well, even pros do this.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_02: Like, I still sometimes do it as well.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_02: Like when you're working on development, like and from a posing perspective, it's really easy to go back to what you know.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_02: So, for example, if you're growing and like, or you've done a show and your feedback is like, okay, yeah, you need more glute growth, for example.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_02: We we then think, okay, we need to sit into the glute and make sure that we can try and change it posing wise, have a whole off-season, but then go back to those posing habits when we then go into the new season.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_02: And it's really easy to be like, oh, okay, I don't need to sit into that hip as much as I need to now.
• 18:56
SPEAKER_02: I need to change it because my body's also changed as well, which is the why posing is so important because it changes as your body changes as well.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_02: Even my posing change literally from like the Arnold's posing to Pittsburgh posing, like completely.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_02: So you want to make sure that you you do that.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_02: Even now, my posing changed because we don't need to sit into the hip as much.
• 19:18
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_02: Um, but yeah, I I liked I really, really liked Bree's look a lot.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is a really good look on her.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: I think her conditioning was on point.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, and this was this is my favorite look on her.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: Everything looked really, really good.
• 19:32
  SPEAKER_00: I like this a lot.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_02: And the back pose, yeah, Caracas back pose.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: Every, I'm telling you, every judge, almost every single head judge since Toronto has told her that her back pose will stand with the best people in the league.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: And obviously, the front pose like holds her back that tad bit from actually being considered.
• 19:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, like let's like she's in the Olympia now, and we we know who our first call out's gonna be.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: And what's holding her back from maybe being in that second or third is like bring like this weekend, you'll see what her look when we go to her page.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: That is what needs to be on stage.
• 20:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, the front pose just isn't uh if it's an eight out of ten and the back pose is a ten out of ten.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: So um she's slowly getting it up there show by show, but this back pose was fucking unreal.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and that's the whole point.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_02: Like, you're you're you're making the changes to kind of get her where she needs to be.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_02: And that like again, that's the entire point.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_02: Like, that's why she's doing all these shows, which also I want to talk about.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_02: Bree and Kerrigan this weekend both doing two shows this weekend, which is crazy.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_02: I obviously get to that on the list.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I knew Kerrigan was doing that anyway, but I love that that Brie's doing that, and these girls are insane for doing that.
• 20:45
  SPEAKER_02: Like, it's super exciting.
• 20:46
  SPEAKER_02: Kergan like to see.
• 20:47
  SPEAKER_00: Kerrigan's like qualified, qualified.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: She's number three on the list now.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: And she's like, I'm not slowing down, I'm having fun.
• 20:52
  SPEAKER_00: I feel good, I'm healthy.
• 20:54
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, all right, let's let's keep going.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: We pulled we pulled one show out of it.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_00: Um, talked to a couple other coaches, a couple other competitors, and we're like, you know what, let's like leave that show open and go and do the last show of the year that you want to do before Olympia.
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_00: But let's take a break.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: Like, give yourself like two weeks, like just chill for a bit, come home.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: Because she's gone, was gonna be gone the entire month of August.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: Like her first the first um first show was in the uh she did the first week of August, and then she wasn't gonna come home all the way until after North Americans in September.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: So but and that's good.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_02: At least she's now like again, like you said, having a bit of a break.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_02: That's really, really important, especially before the Olympia.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_02: Like, you don't want to then burn yourself out for any reason, get sick.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_02: Like, we don't know, like it's easy to be like, yep, I feel good right now, and then in a couple weeks, you could be like, Cool, I'm dead.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_02: Like it it we want to make sure that we're reserving the best looks, obviously, for yeah, the big stage.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_02: So, and I think it was a straight three, was it not?
• 21:55
  SPEAKER_02: Three, six times, yeah.
• 21:57
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: And say uh Breeze back pose with her.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Conditioning really came through well this week, too.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_00: I was very, I was really, really happy to see that.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: Um, Britney looked really good as well.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think the difference between her and Brie, second and third, was Britney's back pose almost looked a little too dominant in the glutes.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: Like it's just like a lot of glutes, a lot of hamstrings, just like a big back pose.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think that's where Brie edged her out.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: You could see more of Brie's hourglass taper and then how good her rounded glutes are, but they're not like overpowering.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I think that was the difference there.
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_02: I definitely agree.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so and then a lot of people were uh were tagging this girl, Julie.
• 22:39
  unknown: I'm sure.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she got her master's Olympia qualification in the show and then got fifth in the open.
• 22:44
  SPEAKER_02: That's really good.
• 22:46
  SPEAKER_02: That's really, really good.
• 22:47
  SPEAKER_02: She looks really good.
• 22:47
  SPEAKER_02: She killed it.
• 22:48
  SPEAKER_02: She looks great.
• 22:49
  SPEAKER_00: She was great.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, if she wasn't uh like riding the horse in her back pose there, it'd look even better.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_00: Uh like just the little bit less knee bend and a little bit less flare out of the knees, and she'd be even better.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: But it's a tremendous 40 plus like front and back pose.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: So she's gonna be good at the Masters Olympia.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very imagine being over 40 and you have a point on the board for the actual Olympia.
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's crazy.
• 23:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's so cool.
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_02: That's so cool.
• 23:13
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, Tahoe.
• 23:15
  SPEAKER_02: Again, Jordan looked insane.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_02: So good, like really, really good look here.
• 23:19
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, really good look.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_02: Like her waist as well, like is getting tighter and tighter, like when we're yeah, when we're looking at it.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_02: Um and again, Savannah brought a very, very good look as well.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_02: And I think we said this before, it was both of their looks were gonna be though, those were the two that we were gonna kind of be looking at the most, I think.
• 23:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: Um in the back pose, um I could I personally, I wasn't there in person, obviously.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: I could have gone either way between Savannah and Jordan.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: Just because Savannah has such a different back pose where it's more of that slightly longer tie-ins, more etched out between the tie-in and adductor, yeah, with just as much upper outer glute.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: And Jordan's is just more of the full round glute.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like they're both it's apples to oranges, and I could have gone either way, but Jordan's front pose is untouched.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_02: So front pose looks really, really good.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_02: She's really like nailed it now, I think, as well, because I don't I don't know what her feedback was previously before, like if she needed to show off no more shape or like whatever it was, but whatever she's done, like she's changed it really nice, and it just flows so much better than previously before.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_02: I think John did like a side-by-side of like photos and stuff, I think, and for for Jordan, and she looks really, really good.
• 24:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: So Felicia has is going to be really fucking dangerous in the future.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say this girl here.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: Fourth and fifth are both very good.
• 24:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: Fourth place's front pose is like statuesque.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: That's like this is a really that is the epitome of a bikini front pose.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: She just needs a little more everywhere.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: But it's like that's just so good.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: And then Danny, we talked about her last week.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, she's the one that made the comment about.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, like, you got point, you're getting points right now.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: Chill until September and get points for it.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: She DM'd me in like all capital letters.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_00: She goes, Corey, I'm listening.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: Tahoe's my last show, and I'm coming back out in September.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: I was dying at it.
• 25:10
  SPEAKER_00: Good.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: I was like, good, you're gonna get girly points up for sure.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think I think obviously now, like, these are the sh the last couple of shows.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_02: Because how many shows have we got left now?
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Three weekends with a total of three shows.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: There's three shows on the cutoff date.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_00: Then there's San Diego and Arizona, and then there is um Texas, Mexico this weekend with two China shows, so eight or nine shows total.
• 25:37
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 25:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 25:38
  SPEAKER_02: That's I mean, that yeah, that's a that's a decent amount to be fair.
• 25:43
SPEAKER_02: I think we'll look at the points system in a minute anyway, but I do feel like everyone that's on the board is kind of there now.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_02: Like there's other people that are running, but and that will still still keep going.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_02: But I don't think there's anyone else that's kind of gonna be swapping too many, too much in and out, if that makes sense.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we'll we'll look at it, in my opinion.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: I think like the only danger zone on there is like the last two spots.
• 26:08
  SPEAKER_00: Like if you're 24th or 25th.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think Brie got her name high enough in there, and I still think she's gonna get a couple more top fives.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, she'll be plenty good.
• 26:17
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think that like 24th, 25th could drop off.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, especially when we look at the Nashville list this weekend, and I will tell you why.
• 26:26
SPEAKER_00: So um go back one.
• 26:28
SPEAKER_00: Look at look at fucking Meg's back pose.
• 26:29
  SPEAKER_00: Look at her glutes.
• 26:31
  SPEAKER_00: I know that insane.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_02: What's what so what's Meg's do you know Meg's feedback at all?
• 26:35
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that would be interesting to know.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: So feedback this weekend was best front pose we've seen on you, and which has been a big focus point, right?
• 26:44
SPEAKER_00: Tweaking the front pose to match her.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, back pose was glutes are a tad bit dominant, but in my opinion, I told her and Dylan, um, I was like, I think that it's just like maybe a little bit of fullness.
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: Come in a little bit fuller because the hamstrings almost look a little bit too etched out and thin in comparison to the glutes.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: So if the legs were a little fuller here, I feel like that would be a more complete looking back pose.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what they're gonna do for Nashville.
• 27:09
  SPEAKER_00: That's what they're doing for Nashville.
• 27:10
  SPEAKER_02: So okay, that's cool.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_02: Is she doing what else is I mean, you don't have to say, but what else is she doing?
• 27:16
SPEAKER_02: Um shows-wise, is this gonna be the last one or is she gonna keep going to Olympia?
• 27:21
SPEAKER_00: I think Nashville, Arizona, Olympia.
• 27:24
SPEAKER_02: Oh, Arizona, that'll be a good one.
• 27:27
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'll be in.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what the annoying thing is?
• 27:30
  SPEAKER_02: Because Arizona's on Saturday, isn't it?
• 27:32
SPEAKER_02: I really want it to be on Sunday.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_02: I really want it to be on Sunday because I literally get to Arizona on the 23rd.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: So I mean you act like you would get it on the 23rd from like a 50,000-hour flight and go to a show.
• 27:44
  SPEAKER_02: I would.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_02: I would go and watch it because it there'll be so that'll be such a fun, good show.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_02: It would be, it would be.
• 27:50
  SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be a good show.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_02: You know when you're like, I just crave going to a show.
• 27:54
SPEAKER_02: Like I feel like I it's been like almost like a well, a good couple of months now, and I'm like, I miss miss doing all the show stuff.
• 28:01
SPEAKER_00: So Rising Phoenix puts on such good shows too.
• 28:04
  SPEAKER_00: Those are so good.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_02: So a lot of people said that, so I'm sad that I'm not gonna be able to see it.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_02: But I'll be in Arizona literally the day after.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_02: So if anyone's there, let me know.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_02: Um and then yeah, it was pretty easy.
• 28:14
  SPEAKER_00: 3, 6, 9, 12.
• 28:16
  unknown: Yeah.
• 28:16
  SPEAKER_02: Pretty much straight through.
• 28:19
SPEAKER_02: Okay, and then we've got Atlanta.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: This was a good show.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_00: So this was a hell of a lot of people that are like on the points list competing against each other.
• 28:31
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, 100%.
• 28:32
  SPEAKER_00: It was good.
• 28:33
SPEAKER_02: It was really, really cool to see Marza finally get her win as well.
• 28:36
SPEAKER_02: Like, there's been people the the last kind of couple of weekends, it's been like, oh, I'm so glad.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_02: Like it was Savannah, then Kerrigan, then Marza.
• 28:44
SPEAKER_02: Like, so happy to kind of see these girls get their win now.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_02: Um, and Master's won a show before.
• 28:50
SPEAKER_02: Like, I think people never, yeah, very long time ago.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_02: But 2019 was the year that even if you won a show, it didn't count toward it.
• 28:59
SPEAKER_02: Obviously, it was similar to where it is here where you just got a large amount of.
• 29:03
SPEAKER_00: That's when it was a tier list, right?
• 29:04
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: So she, yeah, she won a show that I don't think was a big tier and didn't have enough at the end to get into the Olympia, right?
• 29:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 29:11
  SPEAKER_02: I think she got like 20.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_02: She was the same as me though, because that year I also got my first pro win and I didn't get to the Olympia either.
• 29:19
SPEAKER_02: But then the next year, they obviously were like, now if you win, you're in.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_02: And we were both like, Are you joking?
• 29:26
SPEAKER_02: Because we just I think that month, I'm pretty sure literally that month, or like two months later, that that's when it was announced.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_02: But like the two months before, that's when we made that we got our wins.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_02: So we were like just then.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_02: We were like, damn it.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_02: So it and it's hard.
• 29:40
SPEAKER_02: Like it really, the point system, honestly, is very, very challenging that I don't think people understand.
• 29:45
  SPEAKER_02: Like, it's tough.
• 29:46
SPEAKER_00: So, um, especially I I try to put in perspective for someone.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_00: It's kind of like how you and I were talking about it, where we were like, and you said you were talking to Max about it, where we were like, should it be updated next year where you should have to get a win as a prerequisite, and then you start racking up points, or should points matter enough?
• 30:05
SPEAKER_00: And that's when we I, on my opinion, I still like people don't grasp how hard it is to get that many top fives to make top 25 in total points.
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: You're talking hunt like 150, 200 plus girls, if not more, competing in a season all over the world, only 25 of them make the points list, and they have to be so consistently in the top five to get in that top 25.
• 30:32
  SPEAKER_00: That's tough.
• 30:33
  SPEAKER_00: It it's very tough.
• 30:35
  SPEAKER_00: So I I can see them making a win a prerequisite.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_00: I could see it just to narrow the numbers down even more.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_00: Um but regardless, it's this year is one of the this year's the hardest year to make the Olympia since there were points, since there were previous points.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I completely agree.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_02: So I think it's gonna be interesting to kind of see what they're going to be doing.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_02: Obviously, we'll talk about it in a second, because obviously they've now um let's speak about that after.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_02: But this was a really good show.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_02: Talk to me about Ashley and Jess's feedback.
• 31:06
SPEAKER_02: The only reason I'm saying this is because you obviously trained them and know them, and it's just cool to kind of know um the differences because obviously we've seen Jess what her last show she got second.
• 31:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then Ashley's no uh Jess got fifth at Tampa, second in Vancouver before that, second in Chicago before that.
• 31:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, okay, and then Ashley what did Ashley do?
• 31:29
SPEAKER_00: Ashley won Vegas and then went to the first time.
• 31:32
SPEAKER_00: I think she's got second and third.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_02: I think she got third.
• 31:36
SPEAKER_00: Third to Kerrigan and Savannah in Arkansas.
• 31:38
SPEAKER_00: Yes, yeah, yes, yeah, yeah.
• 31:40
SPEAKER_00: So and then got a second here.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_00: Um so Ashley, Ashley's front pose is winning here, and I think Massa won from the back.
• 31:49
  SPEAKER_00: My opinion on that.
• 31:50
SPEAKER_00: Now, Ashley's feedback is just try to essentially bring in the exact same look, but bring up the glutes a tad.
• 31:58
  unknown: Okay.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_00: So a little bit more density to the glutes.
• 32:01
SPEAKER_00: Um, and you'll see that in the back pose.
• 32:02
SPEAKER_00: Her front pose, I think, is damn near flawless.
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: Um, the back pose just needs more to the glutes because her legs are a bit thick in comparison to the glutes, which you can see here.
• 32:11
SPEAKER_00: You can see the hamstring width and the density of the hamstrings.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_00: Glutes are like a perfect shape, perfect like balance to the glutes to the top.
• 32:19
SPEAKER_00: But because of the legs, we just need a little bit more glute density there.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_00: Um, Jess finally brought her like fullest best look from the back.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_00: Her glutes are popping like crazy.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_00: I think Ashley edged her out in the front enough to where Ashley took second here.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_00: Um and Jess's feedback has been, I don't want to say all over the place, like it's inconsistent.
• 32:38
SPEAKER_00: Her look has just been different every show.
• 32:40
SPEAKER_00: There's one show where she came in way too hollow and lean.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_00: Um, another show where she had come in um like eating almost too much, or um, she got sick one show, and so it's been just an inconsistent look because of life factors.
• 32:55
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this one was nailed, like she looked very, very good here.
• 32:59
SPEAKER_00: I think the waist could have been a tad bit tighter in the front pose, but um, regardless, um she she killed it this show.
• 33:06
SPEAKER_00: So this solidified her for the Olympia.
• 33:08
SPEAKER_00: Ashley's done, they're both done into Olympia now.
• 33:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think I think Nasa is too.
• 33:14
SPEAKER_00: So that was a it makes sense.
• 33:15
  SPEAKER_00: Very good top three.
• 33:16
SPEAKER_00: Patricia and Fourth looked amazing.
• 33:18
SPEAKER_00: I love her front pose, like very, very top to bottom balance very nicely.
• 33:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks she looks.
• 33:24
SPEAKER_02: I mean, all three of them, they they get they brought a really, really good look.
• 33:27
SPEAKER_02: And I think again, like we said, now it's just a case of they've gotten enough data of to what they need to bring for the Olympia.
• 33:33
SPEAKER_02: They they're now fully qualified, like high enough in the points where they don't need to kind of worry.
• 33:37
SPEAKER_02: So then again, it's it's better for them to just rest.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_02: Um, Patricia, is she is Patricia qualified?
• 33:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 33:45
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah, yeah.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_00: She's not not like not like too win qualified, but way up in the points, yes.
• 33:50
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, perfect.
• 33:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I feel like this her back pose has improved a lot.
• 33:55
SPEAKER_02: She's always had a really good back pose, but she she's improved a lot here.
• 33:59
SPEAKER_02: I say with um Lexi.
• 34:01
  SPEAKER_00: Lexus, yeah.
• 34:02
  SPEAKER_00: Lexus looks great too.
• 34:03
SPEAKER_00: I think Lexus' front pose is still what holds her back because her waist is so damn small.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_00: Um, but her quads and hams are thick, like they're dense.
• 34:13
SPEAKER_00: And then you don't see a whole lot of side glute projection going down into the leg.
• 34:18
SPEAKER_00: Um, and it I she's not lacking glutes whatsoever.
• 34:20
SPEAKER_00: She's got plenty of glute sweep.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_00: There's just too much leg in that front pose.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_00: It almost looks like her leg.
• 34:26
SPEAKER_00: If you like put your thumb over her upper body, you think it's an entirely different look of her upper body because they it doesn't match balance-wise.
• 34:33
SPEAKER_00: It's a much thinner upper body than it is lower body.
• 34:36
SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah, that makes sense.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_00: Well, and Raven's been killing it.
• 34:41
  SPEAKER_00: She's uh, I think it's her debut season.
• 34:44
SPEAKER_00: She won the Gilko Best Poser Award.
• 34:46
SPEAKER_00: She got fourth fourth place at one of the Florida shows a handful of weeks ago.
• 34:51
SPEAKER_00: So good job for her.
• 34:53
  SPEAKER_00: She's coming up.
• 34:54
SPEAKER_02: I love where I love seeing like when people are kind of coming up and they're obviously it's her first.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_02: Did you say it's her first season?
• 35:00
  SPEAKER_00: It's her first season, I believe.
• 35:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's done like three shows now, I think.
• 35:03
SPEAKER_00: She won the Gilko Award.
• 35:04
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 35:05
SPEAKER_02: I think it's cool like seeing again, like I said, seeing people that are cut like coming up, like because people don't know who they are, and then they're like, oh, who's this person?
• 35:12
SPEAKER_02: And it's just interesting to see new faces.
• 35:14
SPEAKER_02: I always like seeing new faces in like top six and stuff.
• 35:17
  SPEAKER_02: So, right.
• 35:18
SPEAKER_00: Speaking of those types of people, wait till we get to the Nashville list.
• 35:22
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
• 35:22
SPEAKER_02: I'm excited to do this.
• 35:23
SPEAKER_02: Or we're gonna go to her, yeah.
• 35:24
SPEAKER_00: Hit hit the Nat or do Texas first, do Texas first.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna go to the first one.
• 35:27
SPEAKER_00: Texas is a killer show.
• 35:28
  SPEAKER_00: What other show?
• 35:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we've got Texas, we've got Raina, we've got Jordan Braddon, Kerrigan, Raina, Bree, Patricia, Bree, Rookie, Tori.
• 35:39
  SPEAKER_00: So very good show.
• 35:40
  SPEAKER_00: Very good show.
• 35:41
SPEAKER_02: We've got Caroline, Caroline, Caroline, Caroline from the from the UK, which is cool to see.
• 35:48
SPEAKER_02: We've got a lot of people here, which is really Gemma.
• 35:51
SPEAKER_00: She just made her pro debut at Tahoe.
• 35:53
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 35:54
  SPEAKER_02: Very, very good.
• 35:55
SPEAKER_00: This is a good show.
• 35:56
  SPEAKER_00: Really good show.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_00: I know that uh, I mean, I've just opinionated, obviously, but statistically, should be Jordan Brandon's show.
• 36:04
SPEAKER_00: I know Kerrigan herself is going into it and is just like, I'm excited to stand next to Jordan.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, that's a top Olympian, like a consistent top Olympian.
• 36:12
SPEAKER_00: She's looked up to Jordan, like she's loved her for years.
• 36:15
SPEAKER_00: Like, um, she's really excited to.
• 36:17
SPEAKER_00: I don't think she's ever even competed against her.
• 36:19
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_00: Um, so she said she's really excited to be on stage with her.
• 36:24
  SPEAKER_02: That's cool.
• 36:24
SPEAKER_02: And again, that's the whole point.
• 36:26
SPEAKER_02: Like, you want to go up against these girls that are, you know, the best of the best.
• 36:30
SPEAKER_02: They've been doing this, they've been running this for a long for a long time.
• 36:33
SPEAKER_02: It it makes the journey worth it, in my opinion.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_02: Like, you want to try and make sure that you're you're always challenging yourself in that way versus just kind of doing whatever, you know.
• 36:42
SPEAKER_02: And you can't always like know what shows people are gonna go to, of course, but it's worth it in that in that sense.
• 36:50
SPEAKER_02: Okay, talk to me about Nashville.
• 36:53
  SPEAKER_00: Emily Beveridge.
• 36:55
  SPEAKER_00: Click her profile.
• 36:59
  unknown: Okay.
• 37:02
SPEAKER_00: So she's already so this is where I was talking about the points list.
• 37:05
SPEAKER_00: When you look at the show, when we look at this list, she will be the favorite.
• 37:09
  SPEAKER_00: She's probably the fate.
• 37:10
SPEAKER_00: She's one of the favorites to win this show.
• 37:12
SPEAKER_00: She just got third at Vancouver after Ashley and Jess.
• 37:15
SPEAKER_00: Look at that front pose.
• 37:17
  SPEAKER_00: It's insane.
• 37:18
SPEAKER_00: This is her debut season.
• 37:20
SPEAKER_00: Like, she's this is her third, she's going into her third show ever.
• 37:23
SPEAKER_00: Her back pose is nuts, like, super balanced.
• 37:26
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 37:27
  SPEAKER_00: This should.
• 37:29
SPEAKER_00: I mean, again, guys, don't don't come at me with pitchforks.
• 37:32
  SPEAKER_00: It's it's opinionated.
• 37:34
SPEAKER_00: Statistically, she should win this show.
• 37:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, she's got five points right now.
• 37:38
SPEAKER_00: She's coming off of a third, got fourth in Toronto.
• 37:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, and when you look at the list, it's not this is definitely not Texas Pro.
• 37:47
SPEAKER_00: This is more of like, okay, who are we gonna see here?
• 37:50
SPEAKER_00: It should it should be like um Brittany, Raven, Emily Beveridge, Meg in there, maybe Lily from New Zealand.
• 37:57
SPEAKER_00: I know she'd have the best showing at Tampa.
• 37:59
SPEAKER_00: Um, so it's I Irene's always really good too.
• 38:02
  SPEAKER_00: So it's it's a good list.
• 38:04
SPEAKER_00: Emily definitely stands out to me here.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_02: But it could be it could be anyone, not anyone's game, but like there's not someone that's like, okay, get it.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_00: There's not someone where it's like Jordan Brandon's in the show, right?
• 38:15
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's not Jordan on this list.
• 38:17
SPEAKER_00: So um if the but what I was getting at was if Emily wins this, she's at 15 points and is on the list.
• 38:25
SPEAKER_00: So like in but she's and she's not in.
• 38:29
SPEAKER_00: She's one of the ones that's not even in that, like those 10 people outside of the top 25.
• 38:34
SPEAKER_00: Like you can't even see her name yet.
• 38:36
SPEAKER_00: But if she wins, she's on the qualification list.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_00: So she could come out of literally nowhere and shake it all up.
• 38:44
  SPEAKER_02: So interesting.
• 38:46
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, that's cool.
• 38:48
  SPEAKER_02: That's really cool.
• 38:49
  SPEAKER_00: Excited for it.
• 38:50
  SPEAKER_01: Excited for it.
• 38:51
SPEAKER_02: That's that's like, and we said this was gonna happen, like at some point, like there's gonna be someone that comes in being like, cool, this is like this is gonna be someone that's gonna like rock.
• 39:01
SPEAKER_00: I mean, same with that.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, same with the girl from Asia, Tran.
• 39:05
SPEAKER_00: I think she's done, but she's at like nine points.
• 39:07
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh, you're just on a couple more shows.
• 39:09
SPEAKER_00: There's still two more Asia shows.
• 39:11
SPEAKER_00: Like, what if she hops in them and gets a win or gets second?
• 39:13
  SPEAKER_00: Like, she's taking that 25th spot.
• 39:15
SPEAKER_00: So there's a few people to shake some stuff up still.
• 39:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 39:19
  SPEAKER_00: Lily Brincon too.
• 39:21
SPEAKER_00: I think she has four or five points.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_02: I think Lily actually has, I think Lily has one.
• 39:28
SPEAKER_00: She got second in the New Zealand Pro, I believe.
• 39:30
SPEAKER_00: And then she did one more show after that.
• 39:32
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so she has at least four.
• 39:34
SPEAKER_00: So if she gets a win, she's on the list.
• 39:36
  SPEAKER_00: I think it's a good one.
• 39:36
SPEAKER_00: I think the last spot right now is 13.
• 39:38
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
• 39:39
  SPEAKER_02: So if she's seven.
• 39:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so that's another one.
• 39:41
SPEAKER_00: If she wins, boom, right into the qualification list.
• 39:44
SPEAKER_00: This one could shake a lot of stuff up then.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_00: This show will shake it up.
• 39:48
  SPEAKER_00: Meg's qualified already.
• 39:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we've got Meg who's already qualified.
• 39:51
SPEAKER_02: Britney, where's Britney on the points list?
• 39:53
SPEAKER_00: Brittany had I want to say she has so she got three this past weekend, and I think she got one other top five.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_00: So she's in four or five points roughly.
• 40:02
SPEAKER_00: So if she wins, she's on the list.
• 40:04
  SPEAKER_02: Same with Irene.
• 40:05
SPEAKER_02: Irene's not on the list, but she's on the top 25.
• 40:07
SPEAKER_00: Oh, she's not Irene was.
• 40:08
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 40:09
  SPEAKER_02: She's she's no, I don't think she's qualified.
• 40:12
SPEAKER_02: I think I want to say she's just under.
• 40:14
SPEAKER_00: She'd be right outside of it.
• 40:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's oh holy shit.
• 40:17
SPEAKER_02: This show is gonna shake it up.
• 40:20
  SPEAKER_02: I I mean, this is what I mean.
• 40:21
SPEAKER_02: Like, I think if yeah, this is gonna be this is gonna be an interesting one for sure.
• 40:26
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for sure.
• 40:27
SPEAKER_00: I mean, if she even I mean, I don't want to say no matter what, but Irene's gonna get points, which could put her on the list regardless.
• 40:34
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like if she doesn't win, but she gets a second or third, she's still on the list.
• 40:39
  SPEAKER_00: So that's a this is a good weekend.
• 40:40
SPEAKER_00: This is a good show.
• 40:41
  SPEAKER_00: This is fun.
• 40:42
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is gonna be cool.
• 40:44
SPEAKER_02: So, and then we've got Mexico, which is where what are Brian Kerrigan doing on there?
• 40:50
  SPEAKER_02: Which is where I didn't so I didn't know.
• 40:53
SPEAKER_02: I thought it was they literally were doing um Saturday and then Sunday before.
• 41:00
SPEAKER_02: Side Friday to Sunday Friday to Sunday.
• 41:03
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 41:03
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 41:04
SPEAKER_02: And do you know why there's never usually a pro show like a bikini show specifically on Friday?
• 41:10
SPEAKER_02: Do you know why Texas is like that?
• 41:12
SPEAKER_00: I think because Texas has almost every single pro division.
• 41:15
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 41:17
SPEAKER_00: So they they split it up, and bikini happened to fall on Friday for it.
• 41:20
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, fair.
• 41:20
SPEAKER_00: Kind of like Atlanta, because Atlanta did a Atlanta did Saturday, Sunday, and bikini was Saturday.
• 41:25
SPEAKER_00: So kind of the same thing.
• 41:26
  SPEAKER_00: It's just Friday, Saturday.
• 41:28
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 41:29
SPEAKER_02: Got you, got you, got you.
• 41:30
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, that's fair enough.
• 41:31
  SPEAKER_02: That's definitely fair enough.
• 41:32
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so this is a good list too, though.
• 41:34
SPEAKER_00: Um, Ellie's on there, Cass is on there, Sharon's on there.
• 41:37
SPEAKER_00: Like, good list, good list.
• 41:39
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and then we've got Roxy as well, who I'm pretty sure she's not, she's she's uh Olympian, she's competed before.
• 41:48
  SPEAKER_02: I haven't seen an Olympia in a while.
• 41:50
  SPEAKER_02: But yeah, that's what I mean.
• 41:51
SPEAKER_02: She's not come back for a while and she looks really good.
• 41:54
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if she's got any but she looks really good.
• 41:58
SPEAKER_02: But this was her last previous I know that was a while ago.
• 42:03
SPEAKER_02: That was one of her wins though.
• 42:05
SPEAKER_02: She looks very good though.
• 42:06
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, seven weeks ago.
• 42:07
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, great shape.
• 42:08
SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's gonna be good.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited for Mexico too.
• 42:13
  SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be a good show.
• 42:14
  SPEAKER_02: Very, very good show.
• 42:16
SPEAKER_02: So and I don't know, I don't think she's on the point system or anything like that yet.
• 42:21
  SPEAKER_00: Roxy?
• 42:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 42:24
  SPEAKER_00: I don't I don't think so.
• 42:25
SPEAKER_00: I don't think I've even seen her compete this year.
• 42:27
SPEAKER_02: I mean, again, if she was and then you got Sharon as well.
• 42:30
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, I just realized you got Sharon as well.
• 42:32
  SPEAKER_00: Sharon.
• 42:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_00: She's coming off of a second place.
• 42:37
  SPEAKER_02: There's so many people.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_02: This is gonna be a really, really good show.
• 42:39
SPEAKER_00: This is a good one.
• 42:40
SPEAKER_00: This is another this one's not, I don't think this one shakes anything up because Cass, Kerrigan, Brie, and Sharon are all well up into the points.
• 42:48
SPEAKER_00: Um Brie can likely stack a couple more to really solidify herself, but um, I don't think this really shakes much up, like regardless of who gets first, second, third.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_00: Like they're all way up there already.
• 42:59
SPEAKER_00: So Cass has a win and she's at like 20-something points.
• 43:02
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's very true.
• 43:04
SPEAKER_02: And then let's just have a quick peek.
• 43:06
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, Fit Models stacked.
• 43:09
SPEAKER_00: Oh, quick shout out to my client Misty that won Atlanta.
• 43:12
SPEAKER_02: I know, I was so happy when I saw it.
• 43:15
SPEAKER_02: Again, I've said this multiple times, multiple times.
• 43:18
SPEAKER_02: I feel like Fit model, it it's almost like I mean, it's it's the same with uh bikini as well.
• 43:24
  SPEAKER_02: Keep going.
• 43:25
SPEAKER_02: Like, literally, I feel like fit model is more so like a keep going kind of category than bikini because sometimes with bikini, it's quite obvious you need to you need to take time off, you need to improve.
• 43:35
SPEAKER_02: Fit model is like you just need to keep it, just keep going, keep keep chipping away, keep chipping away.
• 43:40
SPEAKER_02: Kayla's the same, this girl here.
• 43:42
SPEAKER_02: I really like her look.
• 43:44
SPEAKER_00: I like her look too.
• 43:45
  SPEAKER_02: Just keep going.
• 43:45
SPEAKER_02: She's she she's in that and same with Faith.
• 43:48
SPEAKER_02: They're both they're all in that like top three consistently.
• 43:52
  SPEAKER_02: Just keep going.
• 43:53
  SPEAKER_02: Faith kills me.
• 43:54
  SPEAKER_00: Faith kills me.
• 43:55
SPEAKER_00: I told her I messaged her the other day.
• 43:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, she sent me her check ins, and I was like, You're literally having a Kerrigan season right now.
• 44:01
SPEAKER_00: Second, second, second, third, fifth, second.
• 44:03
SPEAKER_00: Like I'm like, if Fit Model had points, you'd be at the fucking top of the list right now.
• 44:07
SPEAKER_00: Like, she's she's like right there every show, goes all the way overseas to Portugal, I think it was.
• 44:13
  SPEAKER_00: Get second.
• 44:14
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh my goodness, it's right there for her.
• 44:16
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, she's still doing a couple more.
• 44:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's good.
• 44:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Misty looks really, really good to her.
• 44:21
SPEAKER_00: This was probably Misty's doing uh Misty one is doing Texas this weekend too.
• 44:26
  SPEAKER_02: That why not?
• 44:27
SPEAKER_02: Like get feedback from multiple people.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 44:30
SPEAKER_02: I think as well, her glute shot for me for Misty was the reason she won.
• 44:35
SPEAKER_02: I like her front pose and I like Kay's.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_02: I like Kayla and I liked all these front poses if I'm honest.
• 44:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very good.
• 44:43
SPEAKER_02: Like, but the the thing that did it for me was Misty's back pose.
• 44:46
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 44:47
  SPEAKER_02: So definitely.
• 44:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks really, really, really good.
• 44:50
  SPEAKER_02: Really good.
• 44:50
SPEAKER_02: So big congrats to her.
• 44:52
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, fit model for Texas and Nashville, absolutely stacked.
• 44:58
  SPEAKER_02: Crazy.
• 44:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, tons of people.
• 45:00
  SPEAKER_00: Tons of people.
• 45:01
  SPEAKER_02: Absolutely crazy.
• 45:02
  SPEAKER_02: So okay.
• 45:04
SPEAKER_00: Oh, there's a China Pro this weekend.
• 45:06
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, is there?
• 45:07
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 45:08
SPEAKER_00: I just saw when you put that.
• 45:09
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 45:09
  SPEAKER_00: I didn't even know that.
• 45:11
  SPEAKER_00: Natalia's on there.
• 45:12
  SPEAKER_00: Amanda Lee's on there.
• 45:14
SPEAKER_00: Amanda, someone else that can shake things up.
• 45:16
  SPEAKER_00: Because she's at what 10 points?
• 45:18
  SPEAKER_02: She's at 10 points.
• 45:18
  SPEAKER_02: She's got a win.
• 45:19
SPEAKER_02: So she needs a couple more points.
• 45:21
  SPEAKER_02: Same with Natya.
• 45:22
  SPEAKER_02: Natalia's kind of I think she's got 16 points.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_02: And she's in the on the list.
• 45:28
SPEAKER_02: But like if people kind of, if there's a few more people now that kind of like edge in, edge in, she could get knocked out potentially over the next kind of couple of weeks.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_00: So I think why I want to message that Tran girl and go, why are you not competing?
• 45:40
  SPEAKER_00: I know.
• 45:41
SPEAKER_00: It is your debut season.
• 45:43
SPEAKER_00: You're a rookie and you're one point out of the list right now.
• 45:46
SPEAKER_00: Just go to the next two Asia shows and get your name in there.
• 45:50
  SPEAKER_02: Like that's so true.
• 45:52
  SPEAKER_02: So true.
• 45:53
SPEAKER_02: So, but I think also as well, like again, she's younger, she's probably got you know other stuff going on, which is like 100%.
• 46:00
  SPEAKER_00: I'm sure there's life.
• 46:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's always I'm just making a joke, but it's just it kills me when I see it.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you're right there, uh right there.
• 46:08
  SPEAKER_02: So close.
• 46:08
SPEAKER_02: And that's the hardest thing sometimes when you do have to keep grinding, like like we said this before previously, like when you know we had Savannah and Brie and all the other girls, like you know, grinding away, getting those points.
• 46:22
SPEAKER_02: We were kind of like, when when comes a point where you need to stop because you're so close, but then also equally, are we bringing the same?
• 46:30
SPEAKER_02: Are we bringing a better look?
• 46:31
SPEAKER_02: Are we bringing the same look?
• 46:32
SPEAKER_02: And it as long as you're bringing a better look and you're in a good position, you know, sometimes you could not be in a good position mentally.
• 46:40
SPEAKER_02: Because I know Breeze spoken about it where her head's gone multiple times where she's like, I don't even know if I can do it anymore, but she's just kept going.
• 46:47
  SPEAKER_02: Keep going.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_02: And that's sometimes what you just have to do.
• 46:50
SPEAKER_00: I know that having Taylor going to the shows with her helps a lot too.
• 46:53
SPEAKER_00: Like he couldn't make it, he didn't make it to the one in Vegas, and that's the one where she like talked to me and was kind of like, I don't know if I'd keep going.
• 47:00
SPEAKER_00: And then he made it to her next couple, and the next one was Vancouver, which was her hometown.
• 47:04
SPEAKER_00: And then Taylor came to Florida, and it just seemed like when her partner's there, it's just a much better day for her, a much better weekend.
• 47:11
  SPEAKER_02: So and I think that's that's a huge it's just support in general.
• 47:15
SPEAKER_02: Like, that's just having someone to support you there makes a big, big difference.
• 47:19
SPEAKER_02: So I do think that like mentally that can help her a lot.
• 47:23
SPEAKER_02: Then that that can also then bring a better look, a present better presentation when you then get on stage.
• 47:27
  SPEAKER_02: 100%.
• 47:28
  SPEAKER_02: So okay.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_02: My question to you what do you think about this new rule that Tyler has brought in with Figure?
• 47:39
  SPEAKER_02: So I love it.
• 47:40
  SPEAKER_02: Love it.
• 47:41
SPEAKER_02: So the new rule that has been, yeah, the new rule that has been brought in recently um is that they are bringing weight caps for figure.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_02: Well, they might be bringing in weight caps for Olympia.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_02: They're doing the testing it at the Olympia, getting the data for it to kind of see, okay, where do people fall?
• 47:59
SPEAKER_02: And they might go do that into next year, which I don't know how that would then run, because obviously, if they do that at Olympia, the season's kind of already started, like with September.
• 48:10
SPEAKER_02: So they'll probably obviously test it out and like figure out if they want to do that.
• 48:14
SPEAKER_02: But they they he's basically put out a message being like, You figure girls need to you need to come in not leaner per se, but like not not be too overly developed.
• 48:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, which I think is my take on all this, and this goes for pretty much every division until you get to women's physique.
• 48:32
SPEAKER_00: There comes a point where training is going to be a bit more monotonous and not necessarily like that hardcore bodybuilder mentality because fit model, bikini, wellness, and now figure.
• 48:48
SPEAKER_00: There is a look that you're going after and a standard top to bottom balance-wise, overall size-wise, the density that they want you to present on stage can use Kerrigan, for example.
• 49:01
SPEAKER_00: Could I continue to bring up her glutes, legs, and shoulders and it be balanced 10 pounds more heavy?
• 49:08
  SPEAKER_00: Sure.
• 49:08
SPEAKER_00: But it's gonna look insane in bikini because it's gonna be too big.
• 49:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's a certain point where, yes, you're balanced, you can be balanced top to bottom, you can be symmetrical left to right, but are you too much for what this division is supposed to be?
• 49:22
SPEAKER_00: We know figure historically is more of that proper taper, um, really good, flaring, bubbly muscle with the lats and delts, but you don't want it to look overly developed in big.
• 49:36
SPEAKER_00: You're trying to present like Rhea.
• 49:37
SPEAKER_00: I loved how Tyler used her as the perfect example.
• 49:40
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 49:40
SPEAKER_00: Like that is what you want.
• 49:42
  SPEAKER_00: That is figure.
• 49:43
SPEAKER_00: It's she's not like when you see her, like when she was here with you at my house, she's way when she wears normal clothes, you look at her and you're like, yeah, that's a really like fit competitor.
• 49:53
SPEAKER_00: You don't look at her and go, holy shit, she's blasting out of her shirt and her leggings and is huge.
• 49:58
SPEAKER_00: Like, that's not what figure is supposed to be.
• 50:00
SPEAKER_00: Um, she's very shapely, she has a crazy small waist, she has amazing proportions, but she's not overly developed at all.
• 50:09
SPEAKER_00: And I absolutely love how Tyler put it.
• 50:11
SPEAKER_00: I love how what he put in place with this, like the heightened weight is going to be big.
• 50:16
SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't think that it would ever work if they tried to do that for something like bikini, just because we've talked about that.
• 50:22
SPEAKER_00: Like, there's such a difference in um, like take Kimber and you, for example, right?
• 50:28
SPEAKER_00: Almost the same height, but probably like a 15, 20 pound weight difference.
• 50:31
SPEAKER_00: And then you talk about implants, you talk about a bunch of things that can come into play.
• 50:35
SPEAKER_00: Um, but for figure, when you're talking about girls capping muscular development, it's proper.
• 50:41
SPEAKER_00: You're so you should have a height and weight because you're like, no, this is getting too big now.
• 50:45
SPEAKER_00: In bikini, the judges and the coaches and the athletes should simply know that that's not bikini.
• 50:52
SPEAKER_00: You can't be that big.
• 50:53
SPEAKER_00: So you don't need a height and weight cap.
• 50:54
SPEAKER_00: For figure, they're just pushing the boundaries way too much.
• 50:57
SPEAKER_00: And I love that he put this in place.
• 50:59
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I I completely agree, honestly.
• 51:02
SPEAKER_02: And I do think that, like, yes, obviously, this overall is then trying to stop it evolving and going quote unquote too far, which I think that's what needs to happen.
• 51:15
SPEAKER_02: Like, these things need to be put in place so then it doesn't go too far.
• 51:18
SPEAKER_02: Um, because ultimately, yes, it's changed a lot since like Eren won back in the day to now, you know, Rhea.
• 51:26
  SPEAKER_02: Um, it's a big difference.
• 51:27
SPEAKER_02: And it's the same with bikini, it's a big difference.
• 51:29
SPEAKER_02: It's going to evolve, but it's not going it's not getting to the point where they then need to bring in another division.
• 51:35
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 51:36
SPEAKER_02: Like they there doesn't need to be another division in between bikini and figure, or like uh wellness in figure.
• 51:42
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 51:43
SPEAKER_02: Like they don't need more categories, they need to control what they have already.
• 51:47
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 51:47
SPEAKER_00: Um I think personally, I think the next thing that's gonna come down the pipeline is wellness lower bodies.
• 51:56
SPEAKER_00: I think they're gonna dial it back a tad bit.
• 51:58
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, really?
• 52:00
  SPEAKER_00: I I think, I think.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_00: This isn't me with like insider knowledge or anything.
• 52:04
  SPEAKER_00: I just think that.
• 52:05
SPEAKER_00: Seeing seeing the difference in um uh like Issa and like the the the top three to top five at the Olympia compared to what wins some regular season pro shows, there's such a difference in the graininess and hardness and size of some of these winners in comparison to the top five of the Olympia.
• 52:28
SPEAKER_00: And I think that's some like it's pushing the limit a bit.
• 52:31
  SPEAKER_00: And it's not anyone's fault, right?
• 52:32
SPEAKER_00: Like if the the the judges have to reward what's in front of them that day, and if obviously you need to be properly conditioned, if the glutes and the tie-ins and the adductors and everything, the back pose is what they want to see, yeah, that's our winner that day.
• 52:45
SPEAKER_00: But they're not standing next to like the poster child of the top five at the Olympia, the top ten at the Olympia.
• 52:52
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like when you look at Alexis Nicole and you look at Isa, they're not huge, blasting wellness lower bodies.
• 52:59
SPEAKER_00: They're properly symmetrical, leg to leg, glute to glute, obviously differentiation of upper to lower, but it's not like holy fuck, like it's completely different.
• 53:09
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 53:09
SPEAKER_00: So it's completely it's completely different than how some of them are looking.
• 53:14
SPEAKER_00: So when you look at the winner of this pro show in wellness and you look at the winner of this one, and one is Alexis and one is someone else, and you're like, that's like a 20-pound muscle difference.
• 53:23
SPEAKER_00: Like, where do you cap that eventually?
• 53:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 53:26
  SPEAKER_02: So I agree.
• 53:28
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I think they've already done enough with when it comes to bikini in terms of they've brought in, you know, another division so they can then allow for I'd say a little bit more density, a little bit more muscularity in bikini, but not too much where it's then going too far, personally.
• 53:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 53:46
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like they've they've done a good job there with bikini already.
• 53:49
SPEAKER_02: I think they've got to be able to do that.
• 53:49
SPEAKER_00: I think bikini's in the best spot it's ever been.
• 53:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I agree.
• 53:52
  SPEAKER_00: I love where it's at.
• 53:53
  SPEAKER_00: Hold it here.
• 53:54
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I completely agree.
• 53:56
SPEAKER_00: So because it and I think I like where bikini's at too, because it's very easy to tell from this point if it goes too far.
• 54:04
SPEAKER_00: We know, like we can look at a back pose and we know immediately, no, that's too much adductor, or that's too too um conditioned in the hamstrings.
• 54:12
SPEAKER_00: We know immediately right now.
• 54:14
SPEAKER_00: So the second that it goes too far, it's not getting rewarded.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_00: We've seen the judges very consistent with that.
• 54:19
SPEAKER_00: We've seen girls be told that they're too hard or too big in the back.
• 54:22
SPEAKER_00: So they're keeping it right where it's at right now.
• 54:24
  SPEAKER_02: And I love that.
• 54:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 54:26
SPEAKER_02: And agreed, I think it should stay like that, like where it is right now.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_02: Like it just needs to say where it is and just keep evolving it, you know, because the girls are bringing some of their best packages now, like because they can or they feel like they can.
• 54:38
SPEAKER_02: Like that's that they're like, okay, now I'm understanding.
• 54:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, okay, yeah, we want full more full glutes.
• 54:42
SPEAKER_02: We still want the conditioning, but we want density.
• 54:45
SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, we're bringing, yeah, it's cool.
• 54:46
SPEAKER_02: It's really, really cool to see.
• 54:48
SPEAKER_00: And I love how it gives more, it gives more ceiling, right?
• 54:51
SPEAKER_00: When you turn pro, we're seeing plenty of girls do really well, like right away, but it also gives people something to strive for.
• 54:57
SPEAKER_00: When you see your your normal average pro card winner, and then you look at Jazzy, they know, oh, I got two to three years ahead of me before I'm I'm like shapely enough for this.
• 55:09
  SPEAKER_00: And that's good.
• 55:10
SPEAKER_00: That's what we want to see.
• 55:11
SPEAKER_00: But it's not, you're not looking at Jazzy or you or Ashlyn or anyone, and you're going, Oh, that's unattainable.
• 55:17
  SPEAKER_00: No, it looks attainable.
• 55:19
SPEAKER_00: You just know that it's gonna take time, and that's where it should be.
• 55:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because also you don't want to be capped, like being capped out in your sport sucks.
• 55:27
  SPEAKER_02: Like it fucking sucks.
• 55:28
SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, not being able to train, not being able to do anything, like it's not fun.
• 55:33
SPEAKER_02: And then a lot of the reasons why we all got into bodybuilding is because yes, we want to challenge ourselves, but we love the training aspect.
• 55:40
SPEAKER_02: A lot of like you talk to so many people, a lot of people love training, like being capped of not being able to train at all, that sucks, you know.
• 55:48
SPEAKER_02: So if you got to do what you gotta do for your category, of course.
• 55:51
SPEAKER_02: Like we, you know, move things around so then we we are specific with what we train.
• 55:55
SPEAKER_02: Like, Kerrigan doesn't train quads, she doesn't need to, but she can still train glute, she can still train a little bit up upper body or whatever she does.
• 56:01
SPEAKER_02: But like she she still isn't like fully, fully capped out where she can like she can still enjoy what she's doing, and it sucks when you can't do that anymore, you know?
• 56:13
  SPEAKER_00: So totally agree.
• 56:15
SPEAKER_00: And I will say that I don't want this to be controversial at all.
• 56:18
SPEAKER_00: Figure you're still gonna be able to train hard.
• 56:23
SPEAKER_00: You some of you just need to back off the PEDs a bit.
• 56:26
SPEAKER_00: That's what it's gonna come down to.
• 56:27
SPEAKER_00: That's what it's gonna come down to.
• 56:29
SPEAKER_00: Like you still are going to need to train hard, have that muscle density, have that shape, but just knowing the supplementation that some people push and do, you're just back it off a bit, and your body's gonna reduce inflammation, drop a little bit of like developmental size, but still be very shapely.
• 56:45
  SPEAKER_00: Bring your waist in.
• 56:46
SPEAKER_00: You're still gonna be able to train hard.
• 56:48
SPEAKER_00: They still want you to have good cap delts, good quad sweep, but it just doesn't need to be overdeveloped.
• 56:54
  SPEAKER_02: So 100% completely agree.
• 56:57
SPEAKER_02: So anyway, we will leave it on that.
• 56:59
SPEAKER_02: Really good, really good podcast again.
• 57:01
  SPEAKER_02: Very excited to see.
• 57:03
SPEAKER_02: I'm literally waiting because I still I still know that there's gonna be something that comes out like literally the day after the cut off.
• 57:10
  SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
• 57:11
SPEAKER_00: 100% that Monday we're gonna hear something.
• 57:13
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, something for the new qualification.
• 57:15
SPEAKER_02: Because when I saw obviously the the figure stuff, I was like, okay, are there gonna be any more changes in between that?
• 57:20
SPEAKER_02: Like from now until then.
• 57:21
SPEAKER_02: Like, I I I can't wait to see the list, firstly, to like see everyone qualified for the Olympia that's actually doing it, and then there's gonna be an announcement.
• 57:32
SPEAKER_02: I could already feel it in my bones.
• 57:33
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's a big Olympia in general this year when you look at some of the other divisions too.
• 57:37
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I think bikini, I think is the lesser of men's physique in classic this year in terms of numbers, and then men's bodybuilding is in like the 20s.
• 57:47
  SPEAKER_00: That's actually and it's usually like 16, so it's really cool.
• 57:50
  SPEAKER_00: Really cool.
• 57:51
SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be it's gonna be a really like everything's gonna be really, really well done.
• 57:55
  SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm excited for it.
• 57:56
  SPEAKER_02: So very, very excited.
• 57:58
SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for watching and listening as always.
• 58:01
SPEAKER_02: Please write any comments or in the comments any questions because I like a lot of people commented, they like how we answer questions that you guys want to obviously know from us.
• 58:11
SPEAKER_02: So in the comment section, if you're on YouTube, please write any questions that you have, or even if you want to comment, uh, like comment on any of the Instagram stuff or send us a DM.
• 58:20
SPEAKER_02: We are gonna keep doing uh physique assessments, but we're probably just not gonna do as many, so we're just gonna keep it keep it short and sweet with those ones.
• 58:27
SPEAKER_00: And we are three weeks away from Corey's Olympia predictions.
• 58:31
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we are so right.
• 58:33
SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for watching, and we'll see you in the next one.
