- 0:07Speaker 1: Rogan Podcast, by Night, All Day. All right, what's going
- 0:14Speaker 1: on man? How you doing? Joff? Very good to see you, sir.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Thanks for having me in Austin.
- 0:17Speaker 1: What is it like to be the head of the FBI?
- 0:19Speaker 1: How weird? Is that?
- 0:21Speaker 2: It's completely f and wild? I mean, I don't even
- 0:25Speaker 2: know how to describe it.
- 0:26Speaker 1: What was it? What did you think it was going
- 0:29Speaker 1: to be like? And what was different once you got
- 0:31Speaker 1: in there.
- 0:35Speaker 2: I thought that we were going to be able to
- 0:39Speaker 2: come in with the movement that President Trump came in
- 0:43Speaker 2: with the administration to fix this, fix the errors that
- 0:46Speaker 2: the leadership of the FBI previously made, not like the
- 0:50Speaker 2: thirty seven thousand change people, and we are, we're doing
- 0:53Speaker 2: a ton of work. I didn't know we would be
- 0:57Speaker 2: able to do it this quickly, is my surprise. And
- 1:02Speaker 2: that what that showed me was the people at the bureau,
- 1:05Speaker 2: literally people who've been there thirty year agents. They're coming
- 1:07Speaker 2: up to me and be like, dude, we wanted to
- 1:09Speaker 2: do that fifteen years ago. Really we wanted to do
- 1:11Speaker 2: that ten years ago. And and then my question was, like
- 1:13Speaker 2: you guys are the pros like, I'm just my job
- 1:16Speaker 2: as the director. I'm not chasing down bad guys. I
- 1:18Speaker 2: don't know how to do that is to give them
- 1:20Speaker 2: what you need and get the hell out of the way.
- 1:22Speaker 2: And they were like, dude, all they did was getting away.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Say what kind of stuff specifically, specifically did you start
- 1:29Speaker 1: doing that they wanted to do fifteen years ago?
- 1:31Speaker 2: Simple the one that I've taken the biggest heat for.
- 1:34Speaker 2: You know, when I said, hey, there are these are
- 1:39Speaker 2: the statistics from the USG so you can take them
- 1:42Speaker 2: or leave them right. I don't know where else to
- 1:43Speaker 2: go because nobody else does these right. In the last
- 1:46Speaker 2: calendar year, not this one year before last, one hundred
- 1:48Speaker 2: thousand people were dying of drug overdoses a year. That's
- 1:51Speaker 2: one every seven minutes. A child or kid was being
- 1:54Speaker 2: raped every six and a half minutes in this country.
- 1:57Speaker 2: And there were two homicides an hour in this country.
- 2:01Speaker 2: And we have a thirty eight thousand person workforce. And
- 2:05Speaker 2: I said, okay, are where are the agents? Where are
- 2:07Speaker 2: Intel analist? Where is everybody? We got fifty five field offices,
- 2:10Speaker 2: We got three hundred what we call ras resident agencies,
- 2:12Speaker 2: so satellite offices, the field offices in major cities, and
- 2:16Speaker 2: they said, well, we've got eleven thousand FBI employees and
- 2:19Speaker 2: what we call the NCR, the National Capital Region. So
- 2:21Speaker 2: if you take DC and you do a fifty mile
- 2:24Speaker 2: sixty mile radius around it, eleven thousand, almost a third
- 2:27Speaker 2: of the workforce worked there. And they said, what the
- 2:29Speaker 2: hell they doing there? They said, well, they mandated if
- 2:33Speaker 2: you want a promotion, if you want to move up,
- 2:34Speaker 2: you got to come back here and prioritize stuff here.
- 2:36Speaker 2: So I said, look, we're moving agents in intel analysts
- 2:39Speaker 2: to the field. And that's what I did. Fifteen hundred
- 2:41Speaker 2: people are going to the field because a third of
- 2:43Speaker 2: the crime doesn't happen in Washington, DC and the sixty
- 2:45Speaker 2: five miles around it. And everybody was like, we've been
- 2:48Speaker 2: wanting to do this forever. I mean, just think about it.
- 2:50Speaker 2: One agent out in Indian country, one agent out in Texas, Arkansas,
- 2:55Speaker 2: Washington State, prevents a homicide, conducts a major drug bus,
- 2:59Speaker 2: stops a ton of fentanyl or meth from coming into
- 3:02Speaker 2: our country. One agent can do that. And the agents
- 3:07Speaker 2: that I talk to now from around the country are
- 3:09Speaker 2: just stoked.
- 3:10Speaker 1: That's awesome, that's great news. That really is great news
- 3:14Speaker 1: because the fentanel thing scares the shit out of me.
- 3:16Speaker 1: It really does.
- 3:17Speaker 2: Well, it's one of the things I want to hammer
- 3:18Speaker 2: down on. But whenever you want to get into.
- 3:20Speaker 1: That, yeah please, Yeah, it's so terrifying because you know
- 3:25Speaker 1: we've shown it on the podcast. The amount that'll kill you. Yeah,
- 3:28Speaker 1: it's so small. It's like the tip of a pencil.
- 3:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like point something something milligrams. It's nothing, I'll
- 3:34Speaker 2: give you. I put this to big program. I love
- 3:38Speaker 2: doing this long form stuff, and this is the only
- 3:40Speaker 2: long form interview I'm going to do. I hope you know.
- 3:42Speaker 2: I I do one interview a month, one and it's
- 3:46Speaker 2: usually like a five minute TV thing just to keep
- 3:48Speaker 2: your breast, and we do a lot of stuff on
- 3:50Speaker 2: social media. But I've been looking forward to this for
- 3:52Speaker 2: a long time. Even when I was on the campaign,
- 3:54Speaker 2: I was just this is like the best way to
- 3:56Speaker 2: get information out so fentanyl. Right, Everybody's like, how do
- 3:59Speaker 2: you attack l how do you stop this stuff? Okay, yes,
- 4:02Speaker 2: let's go after the gang excuse me, the narco terrorists
- 4:05Speaker 2: down in Mexico one hundred percent. You got to go
- 4:07Speaker 2: after the cartel so the drug trafficking organizations, you got
- 4:10Speaker 2: to shore off the southern border, and the President has
- 4:12Speaker 2: done an amazing job at both of those things, made
- 4:15Speaker 2: it a priority. So we have decreased the amount of
- 4:19Speaker 2: fentanyl being moved around, let's say, right, but not necessarily
- 4:24Speaker 2: coming into the United States. So where's the root of
- 4:27Speaker 2: the problem. The CCP, So, the fentanyl precursors, the stuff
- 4:33Speaker 2: you need to make fentanyl comes from mainland China. That's it. Now.
- 4:37Speaker 2: I'm sure like one percent of it comes from somewhere
- 4:39Speaker 2: else in the world, but that's where it comes. They've
- 4:42Speaker 2: got hundreds of companies standing up in mainland China shipping
- 4:46Speaker 2: this stuff out into the world. Now, their cover is
- 4:49Speaker 2: that fentanyl has and it does have a legitimate lawful
- 4:53Speaker 2: purpose in terms of an anesthetic or medical use for
- 4:58Speaker 2: anesthesiology related Okay, so there's like a minimal use for it.
- 5:02Speaker 2: And what the CCP has done is they've come out
- 5:05Speaker 2: and said this is like the biggest like talk about
- 5:09Speaker 2: the devil pulling the wool over the world's eyes. They're like,
- 5:11Speaker 2: we don't make fentanyl. They're right, they don't. They just
- 5:15Speaker 2: give you all the ingredients for it and ship it
- 5:17Speaker 2: to Mexico. And then what they did was to trick
- 5:20Speaker 2: the world. They came out and said, hey, we're gonna
- 5:23Speaker 2: not sell precursor X. They're like, so now we're out
- 5:28Speaker 2: of the fentanyl trade entirely. The problem is there's fourteen
- 5:32Speaker 2: other precursors you can use to make fentanyl, and they're
- 5:35Speaker 2: still shipping all of those. So what we did when
- 5:37Speaker 2: I got to the bureaus, we stood up this massive
- 5:40Speaker 2: enterprise to go after fentanyl precursor companies in mainland China.
- 5:45Speaker 2: And they're probably not gonna like that. And what they're
- 5:48Speaker 2: doing now to get cute is they're shipping that stuff
- 5:50Speaker 2: not straight to hear. They're going to places like India,
- 5:53Speaker 2: and I'm also doing operations in India, and they're having
- 5:56Speaker 2: the Mexican cartels now make this fentanyl down in Mexico still,
- 6:01Speaker 2: but you know, instead of going right up the southern
- 6:03Speaker 2: border and into America, you know what they're doing. They're
- 6:05Speaker 2: flying it into Vancouver. They're taking the precursors up to Canada,
- 6:09Speaker 2: manufacturing it up there and doing their global distribution routes
- 6:12Speaker 2: from up there because we were being so effective down south. Yeah,
- 6:18Speaker 2: it's a it's a huge lift. But part of it
- 6:21Speaker 2: is Americans just don't understand the depth and depravity of fentanyl.
- 6:26Speaker 2: But what's worse is fentanyl. You don't hear fentanyl debts
- 6:30Speaker 2: in China, you don't hear fentanyl debts in India, you
- 6:33Speaker 2: don't really hear fentanyl debts in England, Australia and New
- 6:35Speaker 2: Zealand are five ICE partners in Canada that Chinese. In
- 6:39Speaker 2: my opinion, the CCP have used it as a directed
- 6:43Speaker 2: approach because we are their adversary and they don't like us,
- 6:47Speaker 2: and we don't like what they're doing when it comes
- 6:49Speaker 2: to fentanyl, and their long term game is this, how
- 6:54Speaker 2: do I, in my opinion kneecapped? The United States of
- 6:57Speaker 2: America are largest adversary. Well, why don't we go and
- 7:01Speaker 2: take out generations of young men and women who might
- 7:05Speaker 2: grow up to serve in the United States military or
- 7:08Speaker 2: become a cop or become a teacher. And that's what
- 7:10Speaker 2: they're doing. When you wipe out tens of thousands of
- 7:12Speaker 2: Americans a year, it's a long term plan for them.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Oh that is such a dark, dark thing, it is,
- 7:20Speaker 2: But we got, we got, We're on it.
- 7:24Speaker 1: What else could be done? Like with the Chinese companies.
- 7:28Speaker 1: I mean, has there ever been any negotiation with jijingping
- 7:32Speaker 1: with the United States or the like where you could
- 7:36Speaker 1: lighten up tariffs or do something and make some sort
- 7:39Speaker 1: of a deal. Or is it just so profitable for
- 7:42Speaker 1: them that they're going to do it no matter what
- 7:43Speaker 1: if they can.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Here's the thing, They're not making a ton of money
- 7:47Speaker 2: off of it, right So it's really just for that
- 7:50Speaker 2: you could send, you could sell feentanyl precursors, and unless
- 7:52Speaker 2: you jacked up the price to exorbitant amounts of money,
- 7:55Speaker 2: they're not making a ton of money. And so it's
- 7:58Speaker 2: an all of government approach. So I'm working with guys
- 8:00Speaker 2: like the Secretary of Treasury to do sanctions on some
- 8:02Speaker 2: of these companies. Right then, I'm working with our five
- 8:05Speaker 2: Eyes partners, and our five Eyes of the five English
- 8:08Speaker 2: speaking countries in the world, you know, Canada, America, England,
- 8:12Speaker 2: New Zealand, and Australia. Right we share intelligence, we share
- 8:15Speaker 2: classified intelligence on this stuff. So I'm asking them, I said, hey,
- 8:18Speaker 2: it's not just affecting us, it will affect you and
- 8:22Speaker 2: your population. The CCP just hasn't directed it at you yet,
- 8:26Speaker 2: and they know that. And I said guys, I need
- 8:28Speaker 2: your help. I'm looking at intelligence reporting that shows fentanyl
- 8:32Speaker 2: precursors are now in your country. The fentanyl itself isn't
- 8:36Speaker 2: being deployed into your country, but it's there being manufactured.
- 8:39Speaker 2: And so I'm asking for their help to shut down
- 8:41Speaker 2: those factories and production facilities. And I'm asking the Mexican
- 8:45Speaker 2: government's help to come and say, hey, your drug trafficking
- 8:49Speaker 2: organizations are now exporting the manufacturing of fentanyl and getting
- 8:53Speaker 2: creative in the ways in which they obtained fentanyl precursors.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So they'll say, oh, we didn't get it from China,
- 8:58Speaker 2: we got it from India, from you know wherever, and
- 9:02Speaker 2: there gets too Q by a half. It's not like
- 9:04Speaker 2: there's been a reduction in the amount of fentanyl precursors
- 9:08Speaker 2: that mainland China produces. What there has been a reduction
- 9:11Speaker 2: in is is President Trump's administration's aggressive approach to just
- 9:17Speaker 2: crush the fentanyl trafficking. And unfortunately our adversaries adapt. We're
- 9:22Speaker 2: so good down south on the border here and we're
- 9:25Speaker 2: so good in Mexico that they're moving it elsewhere.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Jesus, We're going to get them.
- 9:31Speaker 2: I promise you. I promise the president of the American people,
- 9:34Speaker 2: we will not have kids dying of fentanyl overdoses in
- 9:37Speaker 2: our streets. Just give me a little bit more time.
- 9:40Speaker 2: We have a massive operation going on around the world
- 9:43Speaker 2: on this.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Well, that's great news that it's great to hear. So
- 9:48Speaker 1: the fentanyl a lot of it is. It's not just
- 9:51Speaker 1: fentanyl overdoses, right, it's it's opiate overdoses overall. How much
- 9:55Speaker 1: is a lot of it because people get hooked on
- 9:58Speaker 1: pills and like and then they want more and then
- 10:02Speaker 1: they can buy black market pills and those are the
- 10:04Speaker 1: ones that have fentanyl in it or is it molly
- 10:07Speaker 1: and things like that that have been laced with fentanyl.
- 10:11Speaker 2: So great question. Nobody asked these questions. It's probably why
- 10:14Speaker 2: your show's number one. They are so demonic in their ways.
- 10:21Speaker 2: They're like, we'll make fentanyl and people can go use
- 10:25Speaker 2: fentanyl and get killed on fentanyl. Then what they do
- 10:28Speaker 2: is they manufacture as part of this lift, they being
- 10:31Speaker 2: the drug trafficking organizations. Once they get the precursors from
- 10:33Speaker 2: the CCP, they take their pill presses and they make
- 10:36Speaker 2: fake oxy codon. So like literally, I'm just giving an example,
- 10:39Speaker 2: make tens of thousands of pills of fakes oxy codon,
- 10:42Speaker 2: and we bust them for it. And in that fake
- 10:45Speaker 2: pill is fentanyl. It's laced with fentanyl that kills people.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Then the drug trafficking organizations to make it appealing for
- 10:52Speaker 2: the youth shape this illicit narcotic in the form of
- 10:58Speaker 2: like candy and gummy bears. About kids in New York
- 11:01Speaker 2: who just happen to have like a trace amount touching
- 11:04Speaker 2: it somewhere also dying from it. So they have absolutely
- 11:09Speaker 2: no rules or boundaries whatsoever when it comes to how
- 11:11Speaker 2: they deploy fentanyl to get into our population. It could
- 11:16Speaker 2: be through another drug. It could be through a synthetic,
- 11:18Speaker 2: it could be through a fake drug, or it could
- 11:19Speaker 2: be like, hey, and we've seized it thousands of pounds
- 11:22Speaker 2: of material that looks like candy.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Are they doing it specifically to try to get people
- 11:27Speaker 1: to overdose on candy or are they selling this candy
- 11:30Speaker 1: as a drug.
- 11:31Speaker 2: They're selling as a drug, okay, and.
- 11:33Speaker 1: They're just saying it looks like candy.
- 11:35Speaker 2: It just looks appealing to kids, right Like, so inner
- 11:38Speaker 2: city youth, they're like, hey, put a pill down on
- 11:41Speaker 2: the table, put a gummy bear down on the table.
- 11:44Speaker 2: You know, a younger person's gonna be like, oh, that's cool,
- 11:47Speaker 2: let me try that. I mean, I can tell you
- 11:48Speaker 2: stories from now to the entire show about high school
- 11:51Speaker 2: kids on the verge of graduating and they went out
- 11:53Speaker 2: and took a pill that they thought was you know,
- 11:56Speaker 2: an upper but it happened to be laced with fentanyl.
- 11:59Speaker 2: They died. Their parents are calling, They're destroyed, and people
- 12:04Speaker 2: are like, well, we got to go after the drug traffickers.
- 12:06Speaker 2: I'm like, we do, and we are. But what my
- 12:09Speaker 2: job is to educate the American public on the root
- 12:12Speaker 2: cause of the fentanyl that is destroying our society. And
- 12:16Speaker 2: it's the fentanyl precursors that I've asked. I literally just
- 12:19Speaker 2: got off the phone with the Indian government. I said,
- 12:22Speaker 2: I need your help. This stuff's coming into your country
- 12:25Speaker 2: and then they're moving it from your country because India
- 12:28Speaker 2: is not consuming fentanyl. They're not No one's dying over
- 12:31Speaker 2: there from fentanyl. But I need you and your help.
- 12:34Speaker 2: So my FBI's over there working with the heads of
- 12:36Speaker 2: their government law enforcement authorities to say we're gonna find
- 12:40Speaker 2: these companies that buy it and we're going to shut
- 12:43Speaker 2: them down. We're going to sanction them. We're going to
- 12:44Speaker 2: arrest them where we can. We're gonna indict them in
- 12:46Speaker 2: America if we can, We're gonna indict them in India,
- 12:48Speaker 2: if we can start indicting in places like Canada and
- 12:51Speaker 2: the UK and England and Australia. This is a global problem.
- 12:55Speaker 2: And the reason it's gotten so bad is because nobody
- 12:58Speaker 2: did anything for four years. You know, people are like,
- 13:00Speaker 2: how do they stand this up? Well, if you give
- 13:02Speaker 2: the CCP, who has an endless amount of money to
- 13:04Speaker 2: deploy in human capital, that's what happens. It metastasizes.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Why didn't anybody do anything for four years? Have you
- 13:12Speaker 1: been able to figure that out?
- 13:14Speaker 2: Look to me, I'm a national security guy, and anything
- 13:16Speaker 2: that kills one hundred thousand people years in national security crisis.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Right.
- 13:20Speaker 2: It's what we call a Tier one threat. And the
- 13:23Speaker 2: last administration did not classify the drug trafficking enterprise as
- 13:28Speaker 2: a prime threat against the American people. And so what
- 13:33Speaker 2: happens is you reorient the system of intelligence collection operations.
- 13:38Speaker 2: I mean, I'm not making this up. They said climate
- 13:40Speaker 2: change is our biggest priority. DEI is our biggest priority.
- 13:43Speaker 2: I mean, you guys have heard this and you've had
- 13:44Speaker 2: guests on let's say it, but these are the ramifications.
- 13:47Speaker 2: In real life, I only have X amount of people
- 13:50Speaker 2: that can target something, right, same with the CIA, same
- 13:53Speaker 2: with the DoD. But if the United States government and
- 13:55Speaker 2: Uncle Sam and your commander in chief said hey, I
- 13:58Speaker 2: need your X amount of people looking here, I can't
- 14:01Speaker 2: clone that army to look back at fentanyl. Plus we
- 14:05Speaker 2: have to follow the chain of command.
- 14:07Speaker 1: It's so crazy that they would say climate change and
- 14:10Speaker 1: DEI were the priorities for the FBI, well for the government,
- 14:15Speaker 1: for the government in total. So I'll give you a
- 14:17Speaker 1: better example. So the last Trump administration, I'm chieved staff
- 14:20Speaker 1: of the Department of Defense, one of the greatest jobs.
- 14:22Speaker 1: At the time, I thought, the greatest job I'd ever have.
- 14:25Speaker 1: And when we left, we said, hey, you know, Ron's
- 14:28Speaker 1: a huge threat. We got to never let up on
- 14:31Speaker 1: the counter terrorism mission. We still have hostages out there
- 14:33Speaker 1: we got to find and bring home. And the narcotics
- 14:36Speaker 1: mission is a big priority. And we handed off our
- 14:38Speaker 1: playbook and we said, look, this is not.
- 14:40Speaker 2: A political issue. This is protecting the American people in
- 14:43Speaker 2: our allies. So we hope you guys continue this effort.
- 14:46Speaker 2: So the DD has this thing called conops concept of operations.
- 14:50Speaker 2: The Department of Defense has three million employees, and a
- 14:53Speaker 2: con OP is how you move the machine of the
- 14:55Speaker 2: Department of Defense. Hey, we have a threatened into pay
- 14:57Speaker 2: comp How many carrier groups are we sitting down there?
- 15:00Speaker 2: We got a threat with government X. What are we
- 15:03Speaker 2: doing operationally? Kinetically? What are we doing intelligence collection? That's
- 15:07Speaker 2: a ConA. The first concept of operation that the Biden
- 15:10Speaker 2: administration launched at the Department of Defense was on climate change.
- 15:16Speaker 2: You can't make this shit up?
- 15:18Speaker 1: What do you think that's all about? Like as an outsider,
- 15:22Speaker 1: as someone like looking at it, going, I just don't understand,
- 15:25Speaker 1: Like where's the profit in this? Like what is what's
- 15:28Speaker 1: the motive? What would incentivise all these people to get
- 15:32Speaker 1: on board with it without someone logically stepping in and saying, hey,
- 15:35Speaker 1: this is not our top priority.
- 15:39Speaker 2: I think at it's So that was something I tried
- 15:41Speaker 2: to answer when I was out of government for the
- 15:44Speaker 2: last four years before I took this job, and the
- 15:48Speaker 2: answer laid in the first Trump term. We were doing
- 15:53Speaker 2: things so effectively on national security that hadn't been done
- 15:57Speaker 2: before in such speed and volume that the media hated
- 16:02Speaker 2: us for it because the other party had tried to
- 16:06Speaker 2: do it and failed, and so specifically, so when it
- 16:10Speaker 2: comes to okay hostages, I can talk about that forever
- 16:14Speaker 2: too used to be counter TERRORIM was a big portfolio.
- 16:16Speaker 2: I ran it for the White House and National Curity
- 16:18Speaker 2: Council in the first Trump administration. We brought home. People
- 16:22Speaker 2: don't know this. President Trump in his first term brought
- 16:24Speaker 2: home and rescued over fifty hostage and detainees from around
- 16:27Speaker 2: the world. That's more than every president before him combined.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Wow.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Did you hear about the successes of reuniting families with
- 16:37Speaker 2: lost loved ones from Africa and the Middle East, or
- 16:40Speaker 2: these operations that the President was couraged enough the green
- 16:43Speaker 2: light to go into places like Afghanistan and do these
- 16:46Speaker 2: hostage rescue ops and use sealed Team six in Delta
- 16:49Speaker 2: or take out guys like bag Daddy and Solomoni. President
- 16:52Speaker 2: Trump's directive was simple, we are going to protect the homeland.
- 16:55Speaker 2: We're not going to endanger the lives of our armed
- 16:57Speaker 2: forces in our intelligence community, but their job is to
- 17:01Speaker 2: protect the homeland. And he said go, and we went.
- 17:05Speaker 2: And I think there was such a resounding success that
- 17:09Speaker 2: the media had such a hatred for President Trump and
- 17:12Speaker 2: his administration. They just said, one, we're not going to
- 17:14Speaker 2: give you the credit. Two, we're gonna put out a
- 17:16Speaker 2: ton of disinformation, which we can get into. And three
- 17:19Speaker 2: when they came time to transition governments from Trump to Biden,
- 17:25Speaker 2: they just said, we're not going to do and this
- 17:27Speaker 2: is my opinion, we're not going to do any of
- 17:29Speaker 2: the stuff that worked because then we'll have to attribute
- 17:32Speaker 2: it to Trump's policies. So we're going to go off
- 17:35Speaker 2: on our end. And I keep asking people to prove
- 17:37Speaker 2: me wrong, Like tell me something you did in that
- 17:40Speaker 2: administration that carried out the apolitical National Security mission to
- 17:44Speaker 2: a t. I mean, you had the Secretary of Defense
- 17:48Speaker 2: in the Biden administration go down go to a hospital
- 17:53Speaker 2: mia literally a wall and didn't tell the commander in
- 17:57Speaker 2: chief and broke the National Command with THET There was
- 18:00Speaker 2: a reason, and I was a guy responsible in that
- 18:03Speaker 2: nuclear football for a part of my time at the
- 18:04Speaker 2: White House that that thing. And there is an unbroken
- 18:09Speaker 2: chain of command. Beat in President of the United States,
- 18:11Speaker 2: the Secretary of Defense in the National Command authority at
- 18:13Speaker 2: all times because shit happens, and what if it had
- 18:16Speaker 2: happened in that one or two weeks. The guy was
- 18:18Speaker 2: in the hospital and maybe something didn't we don't even know, right,
- 18:21Speaker 2: but no one, including the president didn't know the Secretary
- 18:25Speaker 2: of Defense was in the hospital. I can't tell you
- 18:27Speaker 2: how big of a cataclysmic failure for the National Security
- 18:31Speaker 2: mission that is. And what I tell people when they're like,
- 18:33Speaker 2: that's all right, it's not that big of a deal.
- 18:35Speaker 2: What if hec Seth took a week out and said
- 18:38Speaker 2: I'm going to the hospital. I'm not telling anyone. What
- 18:40Speaker 2: do you think the media would do to that guy
- 18:42Speaker 2: and Trump if that were to happen?
- 18:44Speaker 1: Now, yeah, it would be catastrophic. Yeah, yeah, So this
- 18:49Speaker 1: person went to the hospital for what?
- 18:51Speaker 2: What was the I keep losing my flame.
- 18:55Speaker 1: The letter over there? I got it, Yeah, you got it?
- 18:58Speaker 1: What was? What were they in the Hut hospital? Four?
- 19:01Speaker 2: So Secretary of Austin was in the hospital for medical issues.
- 19:04Speaker 2: And I'm not saying you shouldn't.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Have right, but this should be someone else.
- 19:08Speaker 2: There's a plan in place. The deputy's Secretary of Defense
- 19:11Speaker 2: comes in. You know, every time a senior goes out,
- 19:14Speaker 2: there is a continuity of government plan in place. So
- 19:16Speaker 2: you're out for a weekend treatment, no problem. But they
- 19:19Speaker 2: just hit all this, they hit it. That's insane, and
- 19:22Speaker 2: we broke it. We discovered it, and we broke it.
- 19:25Speaker 2: And it wasn't the only time he did it. It
- 19:27Speaker 2: was the second time, or the guy would end up
- 19:29Speaker 2: doing it another time.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Why would they do that just to hide the fact
- 19:33Speaker 1: that they're sick.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Well, that I think is up for debate. Like people
- 19:37Speaker 2: are old and they get sick, like, no big deal.
- 19:39Speaker 2: You know, everybody needs treatment. Everybody's got to go to
- 19:42Speaker 2: Walter Reed or whatever.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Do you think that he thought it would hurt him
- 19:44Speaker 1: politically if he looked weak. I'm not.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. Speculation, Yeah, I don't know if
- 19:49Speaker 2: I can answer that. And the Secretary of the time,
- 19:52Speaker 2: Secretary of Lord Austin was like a forty five year
- 19:54Speaker 2: military man. It's not like this was new to him, right,
- 19:57Speaker 2: He'd been doing it his whole life. Next man up.
- 20:00Speaker 1: He had made a decision to try to keep it privately.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Intentionally, and he would come out later to say, well,
- 20:04Speaker 2: I just wanted to keep it private. And I said, hey, man,
- 20:07Speaker 2: your life when you're the Secretary of Defense, director of
- 20:09Speaker 2: the FBI, director of CIA, it ain't about being private.
- 20:12Speaker 2: That's gone. You signed up to serve the mission and
- 20:16Speaker 2: when you do that knowingly, you have literally violated the
- 20:20Speaker 2: National Command authority.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Wow, so you were saying there's a bunch of misinformation
- 20:29Speaker 1: that was put out or disinformation like what was that figure?
- 20:34Speaker 2: So my thing is all roads lead to Russiagate, right,
- 20:37Speaker 2: That's where it all started. I was coming out of
- 20:42Speaker 2: my tour at Jaysak as a civilian and DJ and
- 20:48Speaker 2: I would end up going to Congress to run this
- 20:50Speaker 2: thing called Russiagate, which at the time no one knew anything.
- 20:53Speaker 2: It was just the whatever, and then it became what
- 20:56Speaker 2: it became. And I would be the guy, the lead
- 20:58Speaker 2: investigator on the hill who said, hey, man, look lied
- 21:00Speaker 2: in the FIZE application. Let me give you ruhigaate in
- 21:02Speaker 2: ninety seve. Could you imagine a time in the United
- 21:06Speaker 2: States of America in the twenty first century where a
- 21:10Speaker 2: political party would go overseas and acquire fake foreign intelligence
- 21:14Speaker 2: from a foreign intelligence officer funded by donations to that
- 21:20Speaker 2: political party in the United States of America. Then take
- 21:23Speaker 2: that material package it, walk it to the FBI literally
- 21:27Speaker 2: and say hey, we need you to surveil the opponent
- 21:32Speaker 2: of our political party who happens to be running for
- 21:34Speaker 2: the president of the United States. Then convince the FBI
- 21:37Speaker 2: to go into a secret federal FIZA court that I
- 21:40Speaker 2: used to use to manhunt terrorist and say, hey, I
- 21:43Speaker 2: need you to wiretap essentially all the comms in and
- 21:46Speaker 2: around Trump Camp because of the material we gave you.
- 21:48Speaker 2: And then have that FBI lie to the federal court
- 21:52Speaker 2: and the judge in that warrant application, which is a felony,
- 21:55Speaker 2: and intentionally remove information of innocence from that application just
- 22:01Speaker 2: to get it above the threshold so the judge would
- 22:03Speaker 2: sign it. That's Russia Gate. That's what they did. And
- 22:07Speaker 2: you remember the years and years of reporting surrounding Russigate.
- 22:10Speaker 2: The FBI would never lie. They would never do that.
- 22:12Speaker 2: The leadership there is above reproach James, call me Andy McKay,
- 22:15Speaker 2: Peter Strock. The list goes on. We caught him red handed,
- 22:19Speaker 2: We caught him. You've seen the text message, you've seen
- 22:21Speaker 2: the documentation, you've seen the reports. But when I did that,
- 22:24Speaker 2: when I exposed that initially as a staffer on the Hill,
- 22:30Speaker 2: Adam Schiff comes out and has his cronies leaked to
- 22:33Speaker 2: the world that I am acting as a genocidal dictator.
- 22:39Speaker 2: There was actually an article that called.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Geneide it gets yeah, no, it gets better. How do
- 22:44Speaker 1: you get to be a dictator?
- 22:45Speaker 2: I don't know genocidal one alone, right, like you know,
- 22:48Speaker 2: it's a two.
- 22:48Speaker 1: For these words don't even mean anything anymore.
- 22:52Speaker 2: No, he literally there's an article out there that they
- 22:54Speaker 2: called me Torquemada, the guy from the Spanish inquisition, Jesus
- 22:59Speaker 2: Christ and staffers. So the rule was, you can ding
- 23:03Speaker 2: elected representatives all you want in the media, you don't
- 23:06Speaker 2: touch staffers. They didn't care because they knew what I
- 23:08Speaker 2: had on earth was the biggest political criminal scheme ever
- 23:13Speaker 2: perpetrated by portions of the FBI leadership and other people
- 23:17Speaker 2: in the intelligence community in coordination with the media, in coordination.
- 23:21Speaker 1: And that could have investigated it.
- 23:22Speaker 2: But hang on, that's the kicker. So what people don't
- 23:25Speaker 2: know about Russia Gate that weren't paying attention was that
- 23:27Speaker 2: warrant that initially kicked off Defiza surveillance on the Trump
- 23:31Speaker 2: campaign writ large, was substantiated by FBI leaks to the media.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Two of the articles cited in that warrant, from I Think,
- 23:43Speaker 2: Mother Jones and Yahoo News were leaks of information from
- 23:47Speaker 2: the same leadership at the FBI, Peter Strock, Andy McCabe,
- 23:51Speaker 2: James Coming Company, and then they in the application would
- 23:55Speaker 2: be like, hey, it's not just us saying that Trump's
- 23:58Speaker 2: a Russian asset. Right, look at this article, mister judge
- 24:03Speaker 2: on the Federal Fize at court, and they included it
- 24:06Speaker 2: in that application. So this was a coordinated conspiracy to
- 24:12Speaker 2: take down your political opponent by weaponizing government. And now
- 24:16Speaker 2: I say that now in twenty five. When I said
- 24:19Speaker 2: that in twenty seventeen, whatever it was, people were like,
- 24:23Speaker 2: you're out of your f in mind. And I was like, look, man,
- 24:26Speaker 2: I'm just showing you the facts. I'm not making this up.
- 24:28Speaker 2: I'm showing you the application. I'm showing you the documentation.
- 24:30Speaker 2: And that's when they came after me and it hasn't
- 24:33Speaker 2: stopped ever since. But the damage they did, they the
- 24:37Speaker 2: media and the people that wanted to take out Trump.
- 24:40Speaker 2: And I didn't care what you thought about. And remember
- 24:42Speaker 2: back then, I hadn't met Trump, never spoken to him,
- 24:45Speaker 2: didn't know him. I took that job of Congress on
- 24:47Speaker 2: one condition. I said, whatever we find, we're putting out.
- 24:50Speaker 2: I'd been in for sixteen years at that point Democrats, Republicans.
- 24:53Speaker 2: I was a nation security guy, intel guy. That's what
- 24:56Speaker 2: I wanted to do, chase terrorists, chase bad guys, bring
- 24:59Speaker 2: hostages home, and help protect the homeland. And I said,
- 25:01Speaker 2: I don't know if Trump did this. I don't know
- 25:04Speaker 2: if he was colluding with whoever. I didn't know it
- 25:07Speaker 2: turnout like this that they would actually manufacture and make
- 25:10Speaker 2: it up. But half of America to this day still
- 25:12Speaker 2: believes the narrative that the CNNs of the world pushed
- 25:15Speaker 2: for five years. And if you look on their shows now,
- 25:17Speaker 2: Russia Gate keeps coming back up because we keep exposing
- 25:21Speaker 2: the documents that showed how bad these guys were, and
- 25:26Speaker 2: most Americans like, now, no, they're already convinced. So in
- 25:29Speaker 2: order to fix that disease temple, it is just that
- 25:33Speaker 2: much harder of a lift for me to go back
- 25:34Speaker 2: into the FBI. We're going to get it done, But
- 25:37Speaker 2: it takes so much more communication and so much more
- 25:42Speaker 2: energy to get after the American people and say you
- 25:45Speaker 2: were lied to, because that's the hardest thing I think
- 25:47Speaker 2: people can ever admit to themselves, you were lied to.
- 25:50Speaker 2: I went out for years and created a life cycle
- 25:53Speaker 2: out of this lie of Russia Gate. I went on TV,
- 25:56Speaker 2: I made money, I wrote books, I sold political advertisements
- 25:59Speaker 2: based on and I educated my children based on it
- 26:03Speaker 2: because I thought it was the truth. And some of
- 26:07Speaker 2: them will come back and said, yeah, we got it wrong,
- 26:10Speaker 2: but most haven't. And that's the disinformation seed in my opinion,
- 26:14Speaker 2: that started it all. And then you can talk about
- 26:17Speaker 2: things like January sixth, or you know, pick your poison,
- 26:19Speaker 2: rescuing hostage or what have you. The media just never
- 26:23Speaker 2: got on board. They necapt Trump from the beginning by
- 26:26Speaker 2: participating in the Russigate collusion conspiracy with the FBI.
- 26:32Speaker 1: It's so crazy that someone could do something like that,
- 26:36Speaker 1: and a whole enormous group of people could do something
- 26:38Speaker 1: like that with no repercussions and to be able to operate,
- 26:41Speaker 1: and you know, say they're the trusted source of news
- 26:45Speaker 1: and you were a part of something that was one
- 26:48Speaker 1: of the biggest scandals in political history. But just because
- 26:52Speaker 1: it's targeted towards Trump, people look the other way. Like
- 26:56Speaker 1: if that was targeted towards Obama, could you imagine how
- 26:58Speaker 1: psychotic the response would be. People would be up in
- 27:03Speaker 1: arms and furious. But the same people that would be
- 27:06Speaker 1: up in arms and furious. If someone who try to
- 27:07Speaker 1: do that for Obama are completely silent. Is if it's
- 27:10Speaker 1: happening to Trump.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Yeah, just think about it. What if me, as the
- 27:14Speaker 2: FBI director in the Trump administration, right during a presidential cycle,
- 27:18Speaker 2: went out there and said, hey, Republican National Committee, do
- 27:22Speaker 2: you guys have dirt on whoever's running for the Democratic
- 27:25Speaker 2: nomination to be president of the United States. If you don't,
- 27:28Speaker 2: can you go overseas and pay a foreign national who
- 27:30Speaker 2: used to be an my six guy get me some
- 27:32Speaker 2: bogus intel. Then I, as the FBI director, will authorize
- 27:35Speaker 2: the warrant. I'll leak to the media while I'm doing it,
- 27:38Speaker 2: take their articles, put it in that warrant, and then
- 27:40Speaker 2: go surveil the opponent so he doesn't get elected. I
- 27:43Speaker 2: would be in prison, which I should be, for doing
- 27:46Speaker 2: anything like crazy. And that's what people want accountability for.
- 27:49Speaker 2: And that's what you asked me at the beginning of
- 27:51Speaker 2: the show. You know what's the hardest part. I'm like, Hey,
- 27:55Speaker 2: I'm the guy that is exposing in giving you the
- 27:58Speaker 2: accountability from twenty seventeen onwards. But I wasn't the guy
- 28:02Speaker 2: in charge of putting people in prison and arresting them
- 28:05Speaker 2: for this conduct. And so the other education campaign I
- 28:09Speaker 2: have to go on is there's this thing called the
- 28:10Speaker 2: Statute of Limitations. I can't prosecute people for their crimes
- 28:14Speaker 2: in the past as the Statute of Limitations is run.
- 28:17Speaker 2: And I'll give you a great example that goes back
- 28:19Speaker 2: right back to Russiagate. So one of the big systems
- 28:25Speaker 2: I've created, maybe because of my time in Russiagate, is
- 28:28Speaker 2: I'm committed to congressional oversight. I'm committed to giving Congress
- 28:32Speaker 2: the documents they need to do their work and give
- 28:35Speaker 2: them to the American people unredacted, no classification BS. You
- 28:40Speaker 2: want it, you get it. So we just think about this.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Me at the director of the FBI, the former Russiagate guy,
- 28:47Speaker 2: when I first got to the Bureau, found a room
- 28:51Speaker 2: that Komy and others hid from the world in the
- 28:57Speaker 2: Hoover Building, full of documents and Pewter hard drives that
- 29:00Speaker 2: no one had ever seen or heard of. Locked the
- 29:03Speaker 2: key and hid access and just said, no one's ever
- 29:08Speaker 2: going to find this place.
- 29:09Speaker 1: What.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Yeah, So my guys are going through that right now.
- 29:13Speaker 1: What's in there?
- 29:14Speaker 2: A lot of stuff? I mean, that's the thing. People
- 29:17Speaker 2: are like, well, okay, go arrest him, and I'm like, okay,
- 29:19Speaker 2: well how about you let me run a methodical investigation
- 29:22Speaker 2: while I give over information. One of the things we
- 29:24Speaker 2: gave over before this the room deal was I don't
- 29:28Speaker 2: know if you remember who Nelly Or is, It doesn't
- 29:30Speaker 2: really matter. Nelly Or's husband, Bruce Or, was like the
- 29:34Speaker 2: number four at the Department of Justice, and he was
- 29:36Speaker 2: the one who introduced the world of Christopher Steele, the
- 29:38Speaker 2: guy that started Russia game. Well, the entire time her
- 29:42Speaker 2: husband was doing that at DOJ, she Nelly Orr was
- 29:46Speaker 2: working on an outside contract to dig up derret on
- 29:49Speaker 2: Donald Trump. So she goes to the Hill and testifies
- 29:51Speaker 2: as a result of our investigation right under oath, she said,
- 29:53Speaker 2: I never worked and I'm paraphrasing, I never worked with
- 29:56Speaker 2: my husband on any of that. I would never do that.
- 29:59Speaker 2: What they put out just yesterday, two days ago, the
- 30:03Speaker 2: nelli Or documentation that the FBI hid to the world
- 30:06Speaker 2: that we gave them, where Nellior is caught red handed
- 30:11Speaker 2: providing information to her husband thumb drives related to Trump
- 30:15Speaker 2: Russia collusion, directly proving that Nellior lied to Congress felony
- 30:21Speaker 2: can't prosecutor statute limitations has gone. It's just one example.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Wow, what a dirty business.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I hate it.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Politics is just it is just the dirtiest, and in
- 30:35Speaker 1: this age of transparency because of you know, the Internet
- 30:38Speaker 1: and social media and independent news, like everybody knows about
- 30:42Speaker 1: it now. Like if this, if if CNN and you
- 30:45Speaker 1: know all these left wing news sources, MSNBC, and it
- 30:49Speaker 1: was only Fox on the right and that was all
- 30:52Speaker 1: we had and we had no internet, all this would
- 30:54Speaker 1: be completely secret. No one would have known the Russia
- 30:57Speaker 1: Gate collusion. That all that's would be people would really
- 31:02Speaker 1: think it's a true story. It would probably take decades
- 31:05Speaker 1: before someone wrote a book where people started to really
- 31:08Speaker 1: take it seriously and really realized that there was something
- 31:11Speaker 1: fucked up about it.
- 31:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not allowed to plug my book, so I won't,
- 31:15Speaker 2: but I did write.
- 31:16Speaker 1: A plug your book. Why I can't you plug your book?
- 31:17Speaker 2: I think there's some rules on it about coming.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I could plug your book. What's your book? Give it
- 31:20Speaker 1: to me?
- 31:21Speaker 2: Here you go, This one's for you anyway.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Government gangster government gangsters by cash Bittel go buy it plugged.
- 31:28Speaker 1: You didn't plug it? I did?
- 31:29Speaker 2: I love it that did you.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Do the audio? Yeah, you read it.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Oh, I got somebody to do it. My voice is
- 31:37Speaker 2: not for radio or team voice. Yeah, I appreciate that.
- 31:40Speaker 2: It's it's taken time and a lot of cigars to
- 31:42Speaker 2: get to hear.
- 31:43Speaker 1: It would be good for you to read it.
- 31:44Speaker 2: They let you read it, well, I mean, what's in there?
- 31:46Speaker 2: But the reason I wrote it is one, I never
- 31:48Speaker 2: thought I was going back in a government service. And
- 31:50Speaker 2: two part of the job to completing the mission was
- 31:53Speaker 2: exposing what people didn't ever think could happen in the
- 31:58Speaker 2: United States of America. And it was not just disinformation misinformation,
- 32:02Speaker 2: but your government and leaders and government weaponizing it for
- 32:05Speaker 2: political purposes, not just FBI and DJ but others in
- 32:08Speaker 2: the IC. And what it shows you is the back
- 32:12Speaker 2: end of that too, the rewards.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Right.
- 32:15Speaker 2: The guys that wrapping it back up are reversing it
- 32:20Speaker 2: back up. The guys that were in charge of Russia
- 32:23Speaker 2: Gate at the FBI, Andy McCay, Right, Remember what this
- 32:26Speaker 2: guy did. Andy McCay agreed to set in motion a
- 32:31Speaker 2: plan with the Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein at the
- 32:33Speaker 2: time to have him wear a wire into the Oval
- 32:36Speaker 2: office to record President Trump that those documents we found,
- 32:41Speaker 2: we released him. Who put that aside? While Andy McKay
- 32:46Speaker 2: was in charge of the Trump Russia Gate collusion investigation,
- 32:50Speaker 2: his wife was running for political office in the state
- 32:52Speaker 2: of Virginia. Do you know who's funding her campaign for
- 32:55Speaker 2: political office? Two to six hundred thousand dollars? Hillary Clinton World,
- 32:58Speaker 2: who happened to be running against Donald Trump. Do you
- 33:00Speaker 2: know what Andy mccab did. He leaked information about the
- 33:03Speaker 2: Clinton investigation to the media unlawfully as the deputy director
- 33:10Speaker 2: of the FBI, got caught by us, then lied about
- 33:16Speaker 2: it to federal authorities, and that's the reason Andy McKay
- 33:21Speaker 2: was dismissed. Do you know what the Biden administration did.
- 33:25Speaker 2: They allowed him to retire out of the FBI with
- 33:29Speaker 2: full benefits. Wow, he got rewarded. Do you know what
- 33:33Speaker 2: he does now? He's on CNN. You know he's also
- 33:35Speaker 2: on CNN. Peter Strock, the head of the counter intelligence
- 33:38Speaker 2: unit that had that affair with Lisa Page, who basically
- 33:40Speaker 2: put out those text messages, who was running that investigation
- 33:43Speaker 2: with Andy mccab and said, Trump people smell in Walmart
- 33:47Speaker 2: and we're never going to let him win. I have
- 33:48Speaker 2: an insurance policy. That guy's on CNN, So they get
- 33:52Speaker 2: rewarded for putting on this disinformation campaign, for this illegal
- 33:57Speaker 2: activity because the media will never correct, or some portion
- 34:02Speaker 2: of the media will never correct the record. Remember, these
- 34:04Speaker 2: guys got Pulitzers New York Times, same thing. These guys
- 34:07Speaker 2: got the biggest award in journalism. They were proven wrong,
- 34:10Speaker 2: not by me, by the own evidence created by You
- 34:15Speaker 2: know how I caught these guys because these guys are
- 34:16Speaker 2: so arrogant they would write everything down, and I found
- 34:19Speaker 2: the documents.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Why would they write everything down?
- 34:22Speaker 2: They're so arrogant they think no one's gonna catch us.
- 34:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna write everything down, We're gonna put it in
- 34:27Speaker 2: a lock box, We're gonna put in a vault, and
- 34:29Speaker 2: no one's gonna find it. Well, you know what, I
- 34:31Speaker 2: found the vault and now I'm going to work. Wow.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Now is there a statute of limitations on those crimes?
- 34:38Speaker 2: So generally the statute of limitations on crimes, for processed
- 34:42Speaker 2: crimes that we call them, it's five years. But if
- 34:44Speaker 2: you can time to an overarching conspiracy, there is no
- 34:47Speaker 2: statute of limitations. So if there was more egregious conduct
- 34:51Speaker 2: that no one knew about before that we are just
- 34:53Speaker 2: finding and we are investigating, then we'll have to relook
- 34:57Speaker 2: at it. The one thing we will do is put
- 34:58Speaker 2: out all that information the American public once we actually
- 35:01Speaker 2: get through it, and we'll give it to Congress, and
- 35:05Speaker 2: if we can work with our partners at DJ to
- 35:08Speaker 2: come up with a prosecution, that'll be their decision. We'll
- 35:11Speaker 2: do it.
- 35:11Speaker 1: The disturbing thing about all this to me is how
- 35:14Speaker 1: people on the left are willing to look the other way,
- 35:18Speaker 1: because this isn't just a dangerous precedent. If the federal
- 35:22Speaker 1: government is doing this, and they're doing this to someone
- 35:25Speaker 1: who you consider an enemy, what's to stop this from
- 35:27Speaker 1: doing that against your candidate? Like this is unprecedented behavior
- 35:32Speaker 1: that's tolerated and coordinated with the media, Like that's dangerous
- 35:37Speaker 1: for the country. But people are so ideologically captured, they're
- 35:42Speaker 1: so they're so locked into their party and by any
- 35:47Speaker 1: means necessary, we got to get Trump out, and they
- 35:49Speaker 1: push that narrative so hard that they're willing to do
- 35:53Speaker 1: a very Unamerican thing.
- 35:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and my goal now that I'm back in government
- 36:01Speaker 2: is to make sure this doesn't happen again. Ever, that's
- 36:04Speaker 2: the goal.
- 36:05Speaker 1: How can you do that, how can you make sure
- 36:06Speaker 1: it doesn't happen again?
- 36:07Speaker 3: Ever?
- 36:08Speaker 2: Exposing it all? And I know there are people and look,
- 36:12Speaker 2: people keep calling me and saying, when you're going to
- 36:14Speaker 2: arrest everyon? When are you gonna go out there and
- 36:15Speaker 2: arrest everybody that did everything that Donald Trump? I was like,
- 36:17Speaker 2: first of all, you guys were barking at people who
- 36:21Speaker 2: were in the seat before me to do that, and
- 36:22Speaker 2: they didn't. They failed. The difference between me and that
- 36:25Speaker 2: guy is one on the guy that exposed it. Two,
- 36:28Speaker 2: I didn't tell you this. I was the guy they targeted.
- 36:31Speaker 2: So while I was doing the Russiagate investigation, do you
- 36:34Speaker 2: know what Trump's own doj Rod Rosenstein, the Deputy Attorney
- 36:38Speaker 2: General's Department of Justice, Christopher Ray, then director of the FBI,
- 36:43Speaker 2: did to me and a dozen other staffers who were
- 36:45Speaker 2: working Russiagate. They subpoened all of our information. While I
- 36:49Speaker 2: was running the Russiagate investigation. We wouldn't find out for
- 36:52Speaker 2: five years. You want to know why, because these guys
- 36:56Speaker 2: were so vindictive. They went to the federal court and
- 36:58Speaker 2: not only got a search warrant, they got a judge
- 37:00Speaker 2: to say to all the telecom companies, Google, Facebook, everybody else.
- 37:04Speaker 2: You're banking companies, everybody, do not tell them for five
- 37:07Speaker 2: years that we authorize this subpoena. So I just found
- 37:11Speaker 2: that out last year. Wow, this is how hard. This
- 37:16Speaker 2: is what I'm trying to show. It's not a republican
- 37:18Speaker 2: and or democratic thing, right, It's an all hands on
- 37:22Speaker 2: approach to protect the leadership that was so corrupt, to
- 37:26Speaker 2: protect themselves and their actions and their friends. My mission
- 37:30Speaker 2: is to educate the world that this happened. And as
- 37:33Speaker 2: director of the FBI of a responsibility, I'm not just
- 37:35Speaker 2: gonna bring a case because somebody hurt me. They did,
- 37:40Speaker 2: and they continue to do it. Shit, my house just
- 37:41Speaker 2: got swatted yesterday.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but you got swatted. Oh yeah, the head of
- 37:47Speaker 1: the FBI gets swatted.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Yeah yeah. These people play it's it's the ultimate height
- 37:55Speaker 2: of hypocrisy. They have two sets of rules, one against
- 38:00Speaker 2: you and one for them. And what I want to
- 38:06Speaker 2: do is lay out that entire body of work for
- 38:09Speaker 2: the American people with Congress. And I'm doing it with
- 38:11Speaker 2: guys like Grassley and Jordan and Kennedy and Ran Paul
- 38:15Speaker 2: on COVID nineteen and we could talk about the origins
- 38:17Speaker 2: we actually have some pretty cool developments on that front,
- 38:22Speaker 2: and let the American people know that MY mission has
- 38:24Speaker 2: always been to put out the truth, whatever the consequences are,
- 38:28Speaker 2: whoever it's against. Like I did when I signed up
- 38:31Speaker 2: for Russiagate, if Donald Trump was a Russian asset and
- 38:33Speaker 2: I proved it, I was telling the world that that's
- 38:35Speaker 2: what matters. And if we can hold people accountable in
- 38:38Speaker 2: terms of indictments, then we'll work with our partners at DOJ.
- 38:42Speaker 2: But what I'm asking people is, don't trust me. I
- 38:44Speaker 2: don't care about that. Look at what I have done
- 38:48Speaker 2: and what we have done. That's the guy that's now
- 38:51Speaker 2: in charge of the FBI. His leadership team is in place.
- 38:53Speaker 2: We've got great partners at DOJ wh're the ones working
- 38:56Speaker 2: all and all this stuff. Let's just get to it,
- 39:01Speaker 2: because I know it's on people's mind. Epstein, Right, The
- 39:06Speaker 2: reason people are pissed off about that is the same
- 39:10Speaker 2: same thing right twenty years ago or whenever it was
- 39:12Speaker 2: two thousand and six, seven eight, Epstein gets a sweetheart
- 39:15Speaker 2: plea deal right after committing the most horrific client crimes
- 39:18Speaker 2: on planet Earth. Right, I wasn't in power there. I
- 39:21Speaker 2: wasn't in place there, I you know, nothing to do
- 39:23Speaker 2: with it, but people were rightfully pissed. I mean, this
- 39:25Speaker 2: guy was committing the most grotesque ask acts you can
- 39:28Speaker 2: against children, and the media spins up about it. Many
- 39:34Speaker 2: in the media protected him. Why because of his relationships,
- 39:37Speaker 2: who he knew, who his bankers were, who his colleagues were,
- 39:40Speaker 2: who was on the island, and stuff like that. Some
- 39:42Speaker 2: pretty powerful human beings. And so when you peel back
- 39:45Speaker 2: the layer and then you and then what happened. The
- 39:48Speaker 2: Trump administration the last go round decided no, no, we're
- 39:51Speaker 2: not going to let that go. We're going to investigate him. Right,
- 39:55Speaker 2: they charge him, they indict him, and he's awaiting trial.
- 39:59Speaker 2: And I've said it, Dan Bongino said it. We've reviewed
- 40:03Speaker 2: all the information, and the American public is going to
- 40:05Speaker 2: get as much as we can release. He killed himself.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Do you think, let's play out the logical conclusion of this.
- 40:11Speaker 2: Do you think that myself, Bongino and others would participate
- 40:18Speaker 2: in hiding information about Epstein's grow test activities, or do
- 40:22Speaker 2: you think we would also participate in not prosecuting people
- 40:27Speaker 2: we had evidence to prosecute people on the problem is
- 40:31Speaker 2: there's been like fifteen years of people coming in and
- 40:35Speaker 2: creating fictions about this that doesn't exist. Where's the videotape
- 40:40Speaker 2: of an Epstein island of X, Y and Z committing
- 40:42Speaker 2: these frauds? Why haven't you given it to us? Do
- 40:44Speaker 2: you really think I wouldn't give that to you if
- 40:46Speaker 2: it existed. I'm working my ass off along with the
- 40:50Speaker 2: leadership at the Bureau and DOJ to get you what
- 40:52Speaker 2: we're allowed to give you. And you're going to get
- 40:54Speaker 2: the video of the cell, and you're going to see
- 40:57Speaker 2: for yourself, and we will never be able to convince everyone.
- 41:01Speaker 1: Okay, let's get into that. So what did you think
- 41:05Speaker 1: before you got an office? Did you think that Epstein
- 41:07Speaker 1: was martyred? No, no suspicion at all of that.
- 41:11Speaker 2: But I have a different background, right right, So I
- 41:13Speaker 2: was a public defender back in the day. I used
- 41:16Speaker 2: to spend a lot of time in jails and a
- 41:18Speaker 2: lot of time in segregated housing units shoes as we
- 41:20Speaker 2: call them, right and so, and I've known people that
- 41:25Speaker 2: have committed suicide in these cells. And I know how
- 41:29Speaker 2: you get in, how you get out, who works the system,
- 41:32Speaker 2: and so the way based on public information at the
- 41:35Speaker 2: time that he ended up put the pictures and him
- 41:38Speaker 2: hanging himself, I was like, yeah, that guy killed himself.
- 41:41Speaker 2: It's there's just no way that you could have run
- 41:45Speaker 2: an up and had people go into that cell and
- 41:49Speaker 2: not have any video of it, and not have any
- 41:51Speaker 2: people come out and say, hey, yeah I saw that guy.
- 41:54Speaker 2: He shouldn't have been there, the guard or this guy.
- 41:56Speaker 2: There's just no access points into places like this in
- 41:59Speaker 2: the detentions which I've been.
- 42:01Speaker 1: In, so correct me if I'm wrong. But what I
- 42:03Speaker 1: was told, what I'd read was that the guards were
- 42:07Speaker 1: not paying attention or were sleeping.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Well, right, yeah, and in short order you'll see it.
- 42:13Speaker 2: Is that?
- 42:13Speaker 1: Is that correct?
- 42:14Speaker 2: Well, it's hard to surmise that from a video, right,
- 42:16Speaker 2: like right where they like you know and look, do
- 42:19Speaker 2: guards doze off on the night shift? Yeah, but no
- 42:21Speaker 2: one can get in to the cell, and if they
- 42:24Speaker 2: had gotten in to the cell, you would see it.
- 42:27Speaker 1: But we were told that the cameras were down.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Well I don't know who said that, but that was
- 42:32Speaker 2: that was in the news. We're giving you all the
- 42:35Speaker 2: footage we have.
- 42:36Speaker 1: So why wasn't that released like immediately? Why Why did
- 42:41Speaker 1: this speculation escalate?
- 42:44Speaker 2: I think you'd have to ask whoever the Attorney general
- 42:47Speaker 2: back then was Bill Barr.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Did you ever see Do you remember that HBO autopsy show?
- 42:53Speaker 1: Doctor Michael Baden. He's a famous forensic I don't think
- 42:56Speaker 1: as a scientist, So he's a pathologist, and he reviewed
- 43:01Speaker 1: the case and it was his determination that it was
- 43:04Speaker 1: a homicide because of the way his neck was broken.
- 43:08Speaker 1: And what he said was it was indicative of a
- 43:11Speaker 1: ligature strangulation, and it was because of the positioning on
- 43:15Speaker 1: the neck where the marks were that it wasn't indicative
- 43:17Speaker 1: of someone hanging by their weight, which had been higher
- 43:19Speaker 1: on the chin. And there was a specific break of
- 43:22Speaker 1: the bones and the vertebrae that's consistent with someone who
- 43:25Speaker 1: has just strangled to death.
- 43:27Speaker 2: I haven't seen it. I'll definitely take a look at it,
- 43:30Speaker 2: because that's part of my job. You haven't seen that
- 43:33Speaker 2: the report? No, I haven't looked at that.
- 43:35Speaker 1: Did you see any Was there any other autopsy done
- 43:40Speaker 1: other than the official one?
- 43:43Speaker 2: Not to my knives, But if there was, you'll get it,
- 43:45Speaker 2: and that's what we're doing.
- 43:46Speaker 1: See if you find that, doctor Michael Badden, think do
- 43:49Speaker 1: you remember that show? The HBO show? No, pretty cool show.
- 43:52Speaker 1: So this guy, doctor Michael Baden, he had a long
- 43:54Speaker 1: career of catching murderers, you know, exhooming bodies, finding trace
- 43:59Speaker 1: amounts of poison and different kinds of things. It was
- 44:02Speaker 1: a crazy show, like all these wild ways.
- 44:04Speaker 2: I love watching shows, and I spent a lot of
- 44:05Speaker 2: time with plans.
- 44:06Speaker 1: Yeah, it was an old show. It was a show
- 44:08Speaker 1: like from the early two thousands, I believe. But this
- 44:12Speaker 1: guy was like, you know, it's very well respected forensic
- 44:16Speaker 1: scientists who would analyze these bodies, and it was his
- 44:19Speaker 1: determination that he was murdered.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Yeah, And my job, going back to the core of
- 44:25Speaker 2: what I've been doing since I stood rushing it was
- 44:28Speaker 2: to get it is to get everybody the information.
- 44:31Speaker 1: When did you get here? Epstein's autopsy points to homicide
- 44:36Speaker 1: pathologists hired by brother claims. New York City Medical Examiner
- 44:39Speaker 1: strongly disputed the claim that the evidence from the autopsy
- 44:42Speaker 1: suggests his trianulation. So let's go to the By the way,
- 44:44Speaker 1: this is the New York Times and they never lie.
- 44:48Speaker 1: The private pathologist, doctor Michael Badden, said the morning TV
- 44:52Speaker 1: show Fox and Friends. Mister Epstein experienced a number of injuries,
- 44:56Speaker 1: among them a broken bone, in his neck that are
- 44:58Speaker 1: extremely unusual and su suicidal hangings, and could occur much
- 45:02Speaker 1: more commonly in homicidal strangulation. I think the evidence points
- 45:05Speaker 1: to homicide rather than suicides, sid doctor Baden, who observed
- 45:08Speaker 1: the autopsy done by city officials. Doctor Baden, a former
- 45:11Speaker 1: New York City medical examination and a Fox News contributor,
- 45:14Speaker 1: said I have not seen in fifty years where that
- 45:17Speaker 1: occurred in suicidal hanging case. Findings by doctor Baden were
- 45:22Speaker 1: strongly disputed by the city's chief medical examiner, doctor Barbara Sampson,
- 45:26Speaker 1: who previously ruled at mister Epstein's death in August tenth
- 45:29Speaker 1: in the Metropolitan Correctional Center was a suicide. I stand
- 45:32Speaker 1: firmly behn our determination of the cause and manner of
- 45:35Speaker 1: death in this case, doctor Sampson said in the interview
- 45:37Speaker 1: on Wednesday. She added, in general, fractures of the hyoid
- 45:41Speaker 1: bone and cartilage can be seen in suicides and homicides.
- 45:45Speaker 1: The hyoid bone is near the Adams apple. Doctor Samson
- 45:49Speaker 1: also dismissed doctor Badden's contention that the circumstances around mister
- 45:52Speaker 1: Epstein's death suggested other people may have been involved. She
- 45:55Speaker 1: said her office had done, a complete investigation, taken into
- 45:58Speaker 1: consideration information gathered by law enforcement and making the determination.
- 46:04Speaker 2: So this is a perfect example of going back to
- 46:06Speaker 2: my public defender in prosecutor days, this is what we
- 46:10Speaker 2: call a war of experts. You can always find someone
- 46:14Speaker 2: to come in and say the opposite. And I used
- 46:17Speaker 2: to do it all the time. I mean I represented
- 46:18Speaker 2: some of the worst humans that you can possibly imagine
- 46:21Speaker 2: on earth, literally, the guys that were trafficking children from
- 46:25Speaker 2: Mexico into America. And you could put up a professional
- 46:29Speaker 2: expert to say, and this is what's going to go
- 46:32Speaker 2: on forever. And my job is not the forever. My
- 46:35Speaker 2: job is to get you absolutely everything that we can
- 46:38Speaker 2: give you, and that's what we're going to do.
- 46:40Speaker 1: When did you become aware of this video that showed
- 46:42Speaker 1: that no one had gone in and out of the
- 46:44Speaker 1: cell recently? So why was it recent though? I mean,
- 46:49Speaker 1: if this death was how long ago? Was this death
- 46:51Speaker 1: two years?
- 46:53Speaker 2: Couple?
- 46:53Speaker 1: Twenty nineteen? Oh? Really walk time flies? So six years?
- 47:00Speaker 2: Well again, that's part of what I'm going to try
- 47:02Speaker 2: to answer for you.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein jail CCTV erased by technical errors. Whoop sees, Yeah,
- 47:11Speaker 1: but you see how anybody on the outside. I mean,
- 47:13Speaker 1: this is like a perfect storm for something. Can you
- 47:15Speaker 1: put that article up so we can read what it says?
- 47:17Speaker 1: Jim us prosecutor said the jail mistakingly saved footage from
- 47:21Speaker 1: the wrong cell. Sorry. Epstein, a convicted sex offender, first
- 47:25Speaker 1: tried to kill himself in July last year and hanged
- 47:28Speaker 1: himself in jail.
- 47:29Speaker 2: Hang on hand yep reread that line.
- 47:32Speaker 1: That he first tried to kill himself in July of
- 47:34Speaker 1: last year.
- 47:35Speaker 2: How much of the American public do you think knows that?
- 47:37Speaker 1: I didn't know that until right now. Maybe I heard
- 47:39Speaker 1: it and forgot. Did you ever hear of.
- 47:41Speaker 3: Jim That's why he's on suicide watch?
- 47:42Speaker 2: I think?
- 47:43Speaker 1: Oh, okay. So a guy himself in jail in August
- 47:46Speaker 1: while serving trial on federal sex traffick in charge, he
- 47:49Speaker 1: pleaded not guilty to abusing dozens of girls someone was
- 47:52Speaker 1: young at fourteen. Soon after Epstein's death in August, two
- 47:56Speaker 1: of the CCC CCTV cameras outside his cell malfunction and
- 48:00Speaker 1: we're being examined by the FBI found semi conscious in
- 48:03Speaker 1: his prison cell with injuries on his neck. On twenty
- 48:06Speaker 1: five of July. After this incident, he's placed on suicide Watch.
- 48:10Speaker 2: I'm not saying every single camera the place was working.
- 48:13Speaker 2: I'm saying we've got footage, and you're getting it and
- 48:17Speaker 2: it then you can make up your own mind and
- 48:20Speaker 2: the theories can continue. But my job.
- 48:22Speaker 1: So you became aware of this footage recently.
- 48:25Speaker 2: The ones that we're looking at, Yeah, right, yeah.
- 48:27Speaker 1: And so, but this is like an article from quite
- 48:30Speaker 1: a while ago that was saying that the footage was
- 48:32Speaker 1: mistakenly erased.
- 48:33Speaker 2: Look, I mean goes back to the same ask the
- 48:36Speaker 2: people that were empowered then, I mean, I get it
- 48:38Speaker 2: that you want to hold me to account for their
- 48:41Speaker 2: actions and not you. I'm not saying that not you,
- 48:44Speaker 2: just the public in general. And that's okay.
- 48:46Speaker 1: What's confusing to everybody today. First of all, it's very
- 48:49Speaker 1: confusing because AI can kind of make anything. You know,
- 48:52Speaker 1: It's which has got to be a bizarre position for
- 48:54Speaker 1: you to be in when you're looking at videos. I mean,
- 48:56Speaker 1: I've watched Viking videos look real as fuck, you know,
- 48:59Speaker 1: they just make Viking towns. I mean it's really quite
- 49:03Speaker 1: incredible what they're doing now, and it accelerates every month.
- 49:07Speaker 1: I mean, I talk to Elon about it, and he said,
- 49:08Speaker 1: we're blown away. Literally every week. Every week there's some
- 49:11Speaker 1: new breakthrough that we're like, wow, we didn't expect that.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Well, I can tell you after having looked at it,
- 49:17Speaker 2: this ain't gonna be AI. You don't think so you're
- 49:19Speaker 2: gonna it's It's just not great.
- 49:22Speaker 1: You know.
- 49:22Speaker 2: It's like if it were AI, like someone wanted to
- 49:24Speaker 2: come in and make it, they'd make it better.
- 49:26Speaker 1: But why would you make it better when people could
- 49:28Speaker 1: you know, you could have ambiguous footage that is, you know,
- 49:32Speaker 1: totally generated by AI. I mean, AI can generate blurry images.
- 49:36Speaker 1: AI can generate night vision. AI can generate essentially anything
- 49:40Speaker 1: that's already existed, like really shitty nineteen eighty four VHS tapes.
- 49:45Speaker 1: They can do that. They can.
- 49:47Speaker 2: But I'm telling you, I'm giving you the tape from
- 49:50Speaker 2: the tape. You know, there's just like I'm giving you
- 49:54Speaker 2: the documents from the vault, just like I'm giving you
- 49:56Speaker 2: information to Congress on COVID origins or what have you.
- 49:59Speaker 2: What we've is what you're getting.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Okay. So now I'm say in twenty nineteen missing jail
- 50:04Speaker 1: video from the first Jeffrey Epstein suit. So for the
- 50:06Speaker 1: first attempt has been found. So maybe let's put it
- 50:11Speaker 1: into perspective. Jails are not the most efficient, best run places.
- 50:17Speaker 1: It's not like Fort Knox. Yeah, no, it's not.
- 50:22Speaker 2: It's yeah, you know, we're working with what we got, right,
- 50:25Speaker 2: So and listen, this guy's not the only guy to
- 50:28Speaker 2: kill himself in prison. It happens, I don't know how often.
- 50:31Speaker 1: Right, all the time, even if he killed himself in prison.
- 50:34Speaker 1: So if he was murdered in prison, crazy, right, you
- 50:39Speaker 1: could see why very powerful people wouldn't know.
- 50:41Speaker 2: If he was murdered in segregated housing, in isolation, after
- 50:45Speaker 2: being on suicide watch, in a place, in a detention
- 50:48Speaker 2: center that I've physically been in myself, it would be fiction.
- 50:53Speaker 2: It's just in my experience, that is not doable.
- 50:58Speaker 1: It's not doable even for the most power, awful and
- 51:00Speaker 1: wealthiest people in the world.
- 51:01Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 51:03Speaker 1: Wouldn't you think though that, Like, if if someone was
- 51:07Speaker 1: in a position where a guy could release information that
- 51:11Speaker 1: could potentially damage the most wealthy people on earth, you
- 51:14Speaker 1: would have a concerted effort that's unprecedented. Sure, you'd have
- 51:18Speaker 1: the resources that we could even possibly comprehend. All pointing
- 51:24Speaker 1: towards eliminating this one person, that it could be done.
- 51:27Speaker 2: But I mean so many people have been implicated right already,
- 51:31Speaker 2: and some of that information what they did to Prince
- 51:33Speaker 2: Andrew and everybody else is already out there. And so
- 51:37Speaker 2: that's the conspiracy stuff that me and Bongino and the
- 51:42Speaker 2: folks have to say. Look, we will give you everything
- 51:46Speaker 2: we can and then we will have done our job. Also,
- 51:50Speaker 2: if I had a shred me Cashpittell had a shred
- 51:53Speaker 2: of evidence, the Russia gey guy, the jant six guy,
- 51:56Speaker 2: the COVID origins guy, had a shred of evidence that
- 51:58Speaker 2: this guy was murdered, I would be the first guy
- 52:01Speaker 2: to bring this case hard and fast, and I would
- 52:03Speaker 2: do even doing press conferences every week on it. The
- 52:06Speaker 2: first guy. That's what I'm asking people to play out
- 52:09Speaker 2: to the logical conclusion. I'm not Comy, I'm not McCabe.
- 52:11Speaker 2: I'm not the guy that was in the seat before.
- 52:14Speaker 2: I have a wildly different background. I've been putting out
- 52:17Speaker 2: the truth my entire career. Why would I risk all
- 52:21Speaker 2: of it on this guy.
- 52:23Speaker 1: I believe he catch the letter. I believe I just
- 52:26Speaker 1: think that you know the problem is, we've been fuming
- 52:31Speaker 1: on this conspiracy for so long and it we love conspiracies,
- 52:35Speaker 1: don't we as a country. There's so much they make.
- 52:37Speaker 1: JFK tapes come on, like release the documents. We all
- 52:42Speaker 1: love them. We love him, we love UFO ones, we
- 52:44Speaker 1: love everything. We love the craziest conspiracies. They're exciting. We
- 52:47Speaker 1: don't want to hear they try to kill himself in
- 52:50Speaker 1: July and then succeeded in August, and uh, look, I
- 52:54Speaker 1: could imagine why the guy wanted to kill himself. He
- 52:56Speaker 1: was going to jail for the rest of his fucking life.
- 52:58Speaker 1: And in jail, sex offenders for children are not treated well.
- 53:02Speaker 2: And also by the way most Americans have it, nor
- 53:05Speaker 2: should they. Have you ever spent one minute in segregated housing. No,
- 53:09Speaker 2: it's the worst, the absolute worst. Like you and your background,
- 53:15Speaker 2: you could probably handle it right, like you know, just
- 53:17Speaker 2: in all reality, most Americans, you put them in there
- 53:20Speaker 2: for five seconds, they're gonna slam their head against the wall. Literally,
- 53:23Speaker 2: they're gonna lose their mind.
- 53:24Speaker 1: Yeah immediately.
- 53:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it's that bad.
- 53:27Speaker 1: I'm sure I could only imagine, and I could only
- 53:30Speaker 1: imagine this guy knowing that it's over, and what do
- 53:32Speaker 1: you want to do? Do you want to Yeah, then
- 53:35Speaker 1: who knows who the fuck he's working for. Let's just
- 53:37Speaker 1: put that aside. Now, if you're working for, let's just
- 53:42Speaker 1: we don't have the name names, we don't have to speculate.
- 53:45Speaker 1: If he's working for some agency, some group, some foreign group,
- 53:52Speaker 1: and they decide to target his family because he like
- 53:55Speaker 1: he's going to jail for the rest of his life anyway,
- 53:57Speaker 1: they decide to target his family if he testified against them.
- 54:01Speaker 1: I could see where I if I thought that it
- 54:04Speaker 1: was like, I'm gonna be in jeff with the rest
- 54:05Speaker 1: of my life, or I tell and my family winds
- 54:10Speaker 1: up being killed or destroyed, or who knows. Maybe you'd say, look,
- 54:14Speaker 1: the honorable thing is to end it in prison.
- 54:17Speaker 2: Honorable, cowardly thing, cowardly whatever it is, Like, you just
- 54:21Speaker 2: decide at some point that guy was going back into
- 54:23Speaker 2: gen pop. And the one thing I'll tell you about
- 54:25Speaker 2: prison systems is the people they eat are child predators.
- 54:28Speaker 1: Yes, and he was going to get eat well known, yeah,
- 54:32Speaker 1: and they probably would have protected him. Yeah. So the
- 54:37Speaker 1: narrative has always been that there's video. Now what is
- 54:42Speaker 1: the chain of custody? Is there evidence that there is video?
- 54:47Speaker 1: Is there evidence that it was moved around, stored protected
- 54:52Speaker 1: from people looking at it, like you're.
- 54:54Speaker 2: Going to get all that information Like that's literally what
- 54:56Speaker 2: we're putting together. And we're going to give you everything
- 55:00Speaker 2: thing we have and can. And that's the whole point.
- 55:03Speaker 2: We can't fill gaps by making stuff up and we're
- 55:07Speaker 2: not going to do that.
- 55:08Speaker 1: And you have to be methodical and we.
- 55:09Speaker 2: Have to be. But that's the other thing, right, we're
- 55:11Speaker 2: reviewing not just the video. We're reviewing you know, everything
- 55:16Speaker 2: as meticulously as we can because that's what we owe
- 55:20Speaker 2: the American people. That's our job. And we don't want
- 55:24Speaker 2: to rush to the sticks or the podium and just say, hey,
- 55:26Speaker 2: look what we found, right and then be like, oh, sorry,
- 55:29Speaker 2: I forgot the four seconds. You know if we miss
- 55:31Speaker 2: four seconds and be like, oh, well it's in the
- 55:33Speaker 2: four seconds you missed.
- 55:35Speaker 1: So how much can you talk about what you've seen?
- 55:39Speaker 1: Not yet, just just what I've told you anything. No,
- 55:45Speaker 1: that's the point that there's nothing in there like in
- 55:49Speaker 1: the video.
- 55:50Speaker 2: You guys will be bored.
- 55:51Speaker 1: You're talking about the video of the murder or the suicide,
- 55:54Speaker 1: but what about the video of from the island.
- 55:57Speaker 2: Oh that's sorry, So you're talking about yeah. So yeah,
- 56:00Speaker 2: so again, we're going to give you everything we can.
- 56:05Speaker 2: And people have to remember, we're not going to revictimize women.
- 56:10Speaker 2: We're not going to put that ship back out there.
- 56:11Speaker 2: It's not happening because then he wins not doing it.
- 56:14Speaker 2: You want to hate me for it? Fine, again, logical playout.
- 56:19Speaker 2: If there was a video of some guy or gal
- 56:23Speaker 2: committing felonies on an island and I'm in charge, don't
- 56:28Speaker 2: you think you'd see.
- 56:29Speaker 1: It if you have access to it, If I.
- 56:32Speaker 2: Have it, period, If I have it, If I have it,
- 56:36Speaker 2: so where else would it be right?
- 56:40Speaker 1: If you have it?
- 56:41Speaker 2: Right?
- 56:41Speaker 1: But you can't say that you have it.
- 56:44Speaker 2: No, we're giving you everything we have so far. Everything
- 56:48Speaker 2: we have so far is have.
- 56:49Speaker 1: You guys gone over all the video that's available?
- 56:52Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I'm telling you. That's what takes so
- 56:53Speaker 2: much damn time?
- 56:54Speaker 1: Right, And is there video from the island.
- 57:00Speaker 2: Out of what you want? The people out there have
- 57:04Speaker 2: filled the void with can't wait to see X, Y
- 57:07Speaker 2: or Z right speculation, And I'm like, here's the other
- 57:10Speaker 2: thing I've been asking for right openly, If you have
- 57:12Speaker 2: information on this, call us tell us. The best resource
- 57:18Speaker 2: we have is the American people in the world, right,
- 57:20Speaker 2: get me the tail numbers, get me the flight you know,
- 57:23Speaker 2: get me new information and I will run that down.
- 57:26Speaker 1: So this narrative might not be accurate that there's video
- 57:29Speaker 1: of these guys doing this exactly. Is it possible that
- 57:33Speaker 1: the video was taken and destroyed?
- 57:37Speaker 2: Well, you're talking about what decades worth of stuff, right, Remember,
- 57:40Speaker 2: we have what we have pursued to lawful search warrants
- 57:45Speaker 2: and authorities from the case that was done however many
- 57:49Speaker 2: years ago, is done. That's what we have. If other
- 57:51Speaker 2: people have other stuff, then they want to give it
- 57:53Speaker 2: to us. Bring it.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Have you guys reviewed everything that you have?
- 57:58Speaker 2: Almost like we're that's I mean, yes, we have, and
- 58:01Speaker 2: now we're figuring out how to put it out.
- 58:06Speaker 1: Now. I understand that you would never revictimize these women
- 58:10Speaker 1: and show this footage, But is there footage.
- 58:16Speaker 2: Outside of the Only thing I can say right now
- 58:21Speaker 2: is if there was ever if there was footage of
- 58:24Speaker 2: anyone doing anything else, we would have opened a case.
- 58:28Speaker 1: Is it possible that there was footage that you just
- 58:30Speaker 1: will never have access to because they've already gotten rid
- 58:33Speaker 1: of Well, there was a long time right between the
- 58:36Speaker 1: time when it was clear that Kamala lost the election
- 58:40Speaker 1: and that Trump won.
- 58:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I got here gun into office. I
- 58:43Speaker 2: got to hear a hundred days ago, literally.
- 58:45Speaker 1: Right exactly. It's just kind of crazy, you know.
- 58:47Speaker 2: So I'm doing what I can, and that's this type
- 58:50Speaker 2: of stuff, like you know, and I'm happy to talk
- 58:53Speaker 2: about and bring it up. But what I what I'm
- 58:55Speaker 2: trying to achieve at the Bureau is not only are
- 58:59Speaker 2: we doing what's of public interest, what's of great public interest.
- 59:03Speaker 2: Our biggest job. Our biggest job is to defend the
- 59:06Speaker 2: homeland and stop kids from dying. That's my well, that's
- 59:11Speaker 2: my biggest job, and that's what I'm focused on. And
- 59:13Speaker 2: I think we can do all those things, and we're
- 59:15Speaker 2: doing them really well. And I think if you give
- 59:18Speaker 2: us just like another one hundred days, it's not a
- 59:21Speaker 2: lot of time. I've literally I just hit one hundred
- 59:23Speaker 2: day mark, like two days. Right, You're gonna see a
- 59:26Speaker 2: ton of stuff. You're already seeing it. We just hit
- 59:28Speaker 2: We just rolled out the Catholic memo. The truth about that?
- 59:31Speaker 1: What is that?
- 59:33Speaker 2: The last administration, the FBI wrote a memo targeting Catholics.
- 59:38Speaker 2: Remember the Richmond Catholic Memo I don't remember that, Okay.
- 59:42Speaker 2: So basically they there was a write up from the
- 59:48Speaker 2: FBI relying on the Southern Poverty Law Center, which is
- 59:51Speaker 2: like the modern day Fusion GPS, and basically said Catholics
- 59:56Speaker 2: should be targeted as domestic terrorists. Yeah. So then Chris Ray,
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: the former FBI director, went to Capitol Hill and testified
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: about it, and the Congress was like, wait a second,
- 1:00:08Speaker 2: is this real? Is it predicated on actual facts? And
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: how wide is it? Is it one office? Is it
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: all these people across the country? Are Catholics being targeted
- 1:00:17Speaker 2: as domestic terrorists? And what ended up happening was Ray said, oh,
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: it was just one office, one memo, nothing to see here. Well,
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: what we just roll out again to Congress this week,
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: to Chuck Grassley who put it out, was that in fact,
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: it was multiple offices, multiple memos that were weaponizing law
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: enforcement to target a religious group during an election cycle.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: And we proved it and now everybody has read it.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Why were they targeting the Catholics? I don't know.
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: You'd have to ask the people that got here before I.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Did, did you have any suspicion of what kind of
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: motivation they would have to do?
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: That I think when you use it goes back to Russigate.
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: If you're willing to use pickey mouse journalism, if you're
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: willing to use the fusion, GPS and Christopher Steels of
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: the world, like the leadership at the FBI then did,
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: then it has a chance to replicate itself. And that's
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: what happened. I don't know if you know anything about
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: the Southern Poverty Law Center, but they literally are the
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: ones that sent information to the FBI, and the FBI said, oh,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: we'll write a memo. And so that's the type of
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: work that I think gives credibility back to the bureau
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: US exposing it, us giving Congress the truth, Congress coming
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: back in and saying, hey, you actually didn't give us
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: the heisman. You gave us the documents. We gave it
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: to the American people, and if there were criminal referrals
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: to come out of that, then let's do that. I mean,
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: we just had a great breakthrough this week on FAUCI.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: So Senator ran Paul, Senator Kennedy and I hate named
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: names because I was forget. People are doing a great
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: job with us on COVID origins, and we've got multiple
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: investigations open on that, but they had always been looking
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: for Fauci's original phone and or not original, but phones
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: and devices he used while he was Fauci back in
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: Trump one during COVID, and nobody had found it till
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: two days ago. Really yeah, Now, look, your audience and
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: everybody listening to it, is it should jump to the
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: conclusion everything's in there. We'll look at it, we'll pull it,
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: we'll rip it, as we say, and maybe it's deleted,
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: maybe it's not. But at least we've found it, and
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: at least now we can tell the American people we've
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: been looking because it is of public importance to figure
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: out did that guy lie? Did he intentionally mislead the
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: world and cost countless? That's we owe those answers to
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: the American people. And the best evidence ever is always
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: the people's evidence who created it. And so now we're
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: going to go and exploit those hard drives. But I
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: think a victory for the American people that we broke
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: with Congress is that we did find it. We're not done,
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: We're still looking and we're on the case. So whether
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: it's Richmond Catholic memo, whether it's Fauci COVID origins. Whatever
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: becomes of Russia Gate, Crossfire Hurricane, whatever becomes a great
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: public importance. That's a big part of what we do
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: at the FBI too.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: The Crossfire Hurricane one is bananas.
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: Well that's all Russia Gate. Yeah, it's completely nuts. I
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: mean you can we can do three days on that.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: I mean, that's like I.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: Spent It's bananas. I mean it's I mean, there's so
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: many things in the past that you get it, like
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: like the Operation Fast and Furious. Yeah, the Guns Insane
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: which led to the death of American lives.
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: A federal agent. Yeah, yeah, you know, and there's just
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: things that, like I see that you would think I
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: would have more uproar even as much time I've been
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: doing this, that don't and things that wouldn't have that
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: in my mind would be like, no one's gonna pay
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: attention and people are like, oh my god. And so
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: that's part of the learning curve for me too, you know,
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: like trying to figure out what the balance is, you know,
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: should I be given this so much attention, so much resources,
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: but then when I have to call a parent because
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: their kids dead from fentanyl, or when I have to
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: call a cops family, and I call every single line
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: of duty death that we have in this country. I
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: call everyone's chief and I call their families. And I'm
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: glad that the numbers are going down in terms of
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: how many have been killed this year versus last year.
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: How much have the numbers gone down.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: By over fifteen percent so far. But I want to
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: be at zero, you know, that's where my focus needs
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: to be.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Hundred days. Yeah, still, you know, pretty good.
- 1:04:24Speaker 2: Give or take a couple of points. And that's where
- 1:04:28Speaker 2: my focus. That's where the FBI's focus needs to be.
- 1:04:30Speaker 2: These guys are on the line. We're doing all these
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: raids across the country and homeland security task for us.
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: We just hit a ten thousand mark. We just arrested
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: over ten thousand people in one hundred and changed days
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: that we've been doing this with DHS, huge right on
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: illegals and whatnot. We also just like this is great, this,
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: this piece of information has actually made me happy. We
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: are on track to have the lowest homicide rate ever,
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: murder rate, excuse me, murder.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: Rate ever in the country.
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: Yeah. Really, we're already. And look we got six more
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: months to go, so we're not done yet. For the year,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: but we're already down twenty percent from last year, and
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: we broke it this week that right now the murder rate.
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: If we the FBI and our government partners achieved the mission,
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: we'll give the American people the lowest murder rate in decades.
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: That's incredible.
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: And that's what I'm the.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: Folks, what steps have been made to do that? Like?
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: How did that become real?
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: So I think and I've worked with cops in law
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: enforcement a lot in the past, and you have to
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: they're awesome. All they wanted to do was do the
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: work once President Trump got elected, before I even got
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: the nomination, right and excuse me, when I was traveling
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: country with him before before that, they were like, we
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: take the handcuffs of of us, let us go do
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: our jobs. And that's where I came up with, like
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: good cops be cops, said, if I'm going to get
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: this job, that's what I'm going to do. I'm going
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: to let you, the agents, the police officers, the sheriffs
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: go out there and do the work you so badly
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: want to do, and I'm going to give you the
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: resources you need to do it, and I'm going to
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: take away the politicization and weaponizations, saying Oh, we can't
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: target this group or this thing or this area, and
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: that's it. That's what we've done everywhere I go. I
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: speak to cops across this country constantly, and it's a
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: humbling message that I received back. Every time I talk
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: to them. They're like, and it's not me, it's the
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: President's administration and our entire government that's doing it. They're like,
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: thank you for letting us do the work. We want
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: to chase child predators, we want to bust up MS thirteen.
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: I mean, look at the victories we've had for the
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: American people. In the first two months, the FBI arrested three,
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: not one, not two, but three of the world's most
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: top ten wanted fugitives. Three one of them happened to
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: be the guy that was the Abbigate bomber.
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: Was then Abbigatebama, the.
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: Terrorists that blew up thirteen US soldiers in the Afghan withdrawal. Oh,
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: I did it with my interagency partners in a week.
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: In a week, we found that guy, went to Pakistan,
- 1:07:14Speaker 2: brought him back here. Now there's others responsible for it,
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: and we're chasing them down to But the question the
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: American people should be asking, is why didn't the prior administration,
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: putting aside the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, a plan that
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: they completely politicized. We handed off them a proper way
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: to do it and methodical way to do it, and
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: they just said, f you, We're doing it this way.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: And you saw the videos, and you saw people plunging
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: from our aircrafts, and you saw abbigate and thirteen Americans dead.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: Why didn't anyone go get justice for those families. Well,
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: that's the priority that the President said, We're going to
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: go find them. And we let good cops be cops,
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: We let federal agents be agents, we let our intel
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: community focus intelligence collection on terrorists. We went and got
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: that guy.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: It's so hard to believe that it's really that simple.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: That it's just they weren't given the resources, and they
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: weren't given the support to let cops be cops, and
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: that they could have done this all along.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: I don't know if that's the only answer. I'm just
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: telling you what I'm doing, and I think we're seeing
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: some results.
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: I appreciate that. But as a person again who loves conspiracies,
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: you know, you look at that and You're like, what
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: would be the benefit of not letting cops be cops?
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Why would you want more crime? Why would you want
- 1:08:25Speaker 1: more murders? Why would you not want to arrest bad guys?
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: Well, you have to look at the landscape of the
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: last I don't know, four eight, twelve years call it right.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: It was an intentional decision. And this isn't politics. It
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: was just an intentional decision to say, we're going to
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: let all these people into our country and let them stay.
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: The result of that is, you know, this is another
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: part of the lift that we're doing at the Bureau.
- 1:08:51Speaker 2: We call them ksts, known or suspected terrorists. They get
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: pinged at the border, the northern border, in the southern border,
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: and then the last administration said, you guys can come in.
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: And then one of the most terrifying things I heard
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: was my predecesor Christopher Ray went to Congress a year
- 1:09:10Speaker 2: or two ago and said, well, the last year's annual statistics
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: for no ksts was a few dozen and we don't
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: know where they are in America. What do you mean
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: you don't.
- 1:09:20Speaker 1: Know where they are?
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: How is that not a national security crisis? And so
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: what we're doing while we're doing these raids and chasing
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: down illegals, is trying to target those with terrorist affiliations,
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: those who are terrorists, those are in our homeland because
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: the last administration let them be here. And that's you
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: can say I'm being political, I don't really care, but
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: that's me being the FBI director and saying Americans come first,
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: and we're protecting our up and we're chasing them down.
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: And DHS is doing a great job, and so is
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: our intelligence community, and so are the local police departments
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: who are now working with us and not living in
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: sanctuary cities and allowing police stations to be burnt to
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: the ground, working with us and not having law enforcement
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: attacked constantly for just doing the job of protecting the
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: American people. I think that's a tectonic shift in the
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: mentality of what this administration has brought in.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: People are still vilifying us for doing that. How dare
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: you separate families? They'll say, And I'm like, how dare
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: you separate a mom from a kid on a fentanyl overdose?
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: How dare you separate an American soldier's mom or dad
- 1:10:35Speaker 2: from the guy that got blown up at Abbey Gate.
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: I have different priorities. I have a different view of it,
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: and so that's the ethos I'm bringing to the bureau.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: I appreciate everything you guys are doing. I just I'm
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: baffled to try to come up with any kind of
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: an explanation why anybody would let none or suspected terrorists
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: into the country and just let them loose. I mean,
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: when you I mean, I know you can't speculate, but
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: when you take office and you realize all this is
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: going on, like what is going through your mind? Like
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: how are you processing this? Like is this pure incompetence?
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: Is this malice? Is this a foolhardy adherence to ideology
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: and just completely ignore the danger that they're putting the
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: American people in by doing this?
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: It's I think it. No, it's intentional. The intentional decision
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: was when you're going to let in what is it,
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: nine million people, A lot of them are going to
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: be criminals. A lot of them are going to be TDA.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: You saw what they did in Colorado. A lot of
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: them are going to be MS thirteen. A lot of
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: them are going to be narco traffickers, which when you enter,
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: when you allow narco traffickers in the country. You're automatically
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: bringing sex traits, trafficking, human trafficking, and drug trafficking automatically.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: And the drug traffickers have partnered with the terrorist organizations
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: in our adversaries. We haven't even talked about Russia and
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: the CCP and how they've combined forces over the last
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: however many years to infiltrate America, not just with people,
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: but our cyber capabilities and our infrastructure. And so when
- 1:12:05Speaker 2: I come into a job like this, patience is one
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: of the hardest things you have to manage because you
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: can't fix everything overnight. You have to build up the workforce,
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: you have to get them the resources, you have to
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: fix the infrastructure that's broken. I mean, I'll just give
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: you a quick example. The building that the FBI had
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: calls headquarters, a Hoover building, is like seventy years old.
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: I literally have netting, mesh netting holding up the side
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: of the building because pieces of concrete fall off of
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: it so it doesn't hit people in the head. I'm
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: not kidding, I'm dead serious. So I said, how about
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: we give the workforce a safe place to work. So
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: we're moving out of there, and people think it's a
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: political decision. Okashp Hotel's taking the FB out of the
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: historic ooverbuilding. Yeah, because I don't want people to die,
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: and I think they deserve a better workplace than something
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: that's seventy years old that has pipes exploding literally every
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: single week, every week. And also, we're going to save
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: the taxpayer money. We're going to get out of a
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: building that would cost billions to fix, and we're going
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: to move into a location that's already built instead of
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: a fifteen year government boondoggle an hour outside of DC.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: And we're gonna stay in DC. We're gonna stay near
- 1:13:15Speaker 2: our partners in government, and we're gonna put out the
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: workforce and spread them out across the country like I
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: talked to you about earlier, and put more agents on
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: the streets, and put more agents in Indian country, and
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: put more agents in your communities and intel analysts to
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: figure out where the crime is. But that all of
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: that takes time. I can't do it overnight.
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: But why do you say Indian country, like what tribal lands? Well,
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: what about tribal lands is problematic? Oh man?
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: So this you're thank you so much for bringing us up.
- 1:13:43Speaker 2: It's one of my biggest priorities, so the tribal and
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: I just met with almost all of the chiefs and
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: the leaders of the tribal communities in America. The crimes
- 1:13:55Speaker 2: they have committed on on what we call Indian country
- 1:13:59Speaker 2: is just as herrific, if not worse than the rest
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: of America. Look up the story about Emily Pike, whose
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: family is still waiting for her arms. This child was
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: murdered on a reservation and they found a piece of
- 1:14:12Speaker 2: her body and not the murderer, and not the rest
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: of her body. They are plagued by drugs, and they
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: have never been a priority in terms of law enforcement
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: working together. And now remember you're talking about two different
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: sets of legal structures.
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: They have their own and we have her own. But
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: what I've asked of them, and what they've asked of me,
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: is pay more attention, give us more resources. What I've
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: asked of them is said, hey, all the leaders said,
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: let my guys on, let my guys come to you,
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: and let's work together on solving some of these horrific,
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: horrific crimes. The trafficking, the murders, and the violent crime
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: on Indian reservations is skyrocketing and I'm not going to
- 1:14:54Speaker 2: treat people who live in the United States of America
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: differently because they have a different way of life. We're
- 1:15:00Speaker 2: going to help them. And we put out Operation Not
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: Forgotten where we deployed this this month and this summer.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: I can't remember how many agents and intel analysts, specifically
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: to remote tribal locations to solve crimes that have not
- 1:15:15Speaker 2: been solved for years, specifically the most violent. And we're
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: going to double down on that. And as Mangino likes
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: to say, this summer, we are releashing a massive operation
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: across the country. As Dan calls it, it's a bad
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: day to be a bad guy this summer because the
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: FBI is putting out all these extra agents and personnel
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: into the field, and we're going to confine you. If
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: you think you can nest in our communities and find
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: safe haven, you're going to prison.
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: That's great to hear. So when what is the When
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: you guys sit around you think about the motivation to
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: let all these people into the country. I mean, again,
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: you're kind of speculating, but why do you think they
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: allowed it? Why do you think they allowed the border
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: to be whe open like that?
- 1:16:01Speaker 2: You know, in my job. Now, that's like one of
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: those political decisions, and so I try to stay out
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: of that.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: But how was that political to leave the border like that?
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: How was a national security issue political?
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: So that's just it. From my perspective, It's a national
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: security decision, and they failed on the national security mission.
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: But I think where the decision from that administration to
- 1:16:24Speaker 2: do that was a political one. That's what I'm trying
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: to sort of separate. I've always viewed it singularly protecting
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: the border, preventing drugs from coming in, preventing terrors froming in,
- 1:16:34Speaker 2: preventing people.
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: From What political decision could be made that makes any
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: sense at all to not do that.
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: I don't think there is one, But unfortunately they did
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: it anyway.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: Do you think it was just that Biden was just
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: not there and everyone else that was really running things
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: was completely incompetent, was focused on other things, was focused
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: on maybe the optics of border protection. That it You
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: know that somehow or another there was some negative connotation
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: to it politically. I don't.
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: I think it's I always say this, I think it's
- 1:17:08Speaker 2: dismissive to say those people were incompetent. They're super smart
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: they're not dumb, and whether or not Biden was running
- 1:17:15Speaker 2: things or whatever conversation for other people to have. But
- 1:17:18Speaker 2: there's lots of people around them who are very smart,
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: who were in government for a long time, and they
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: this is what I mean. They politicized the national security
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: law enforcement apparatus of this country by making those decisions.
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: The why you'd have to ask them why they did
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: that and why they thought that was okay, and why
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: people think it's okay for James Comey to go down
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: a beach and put up eighty six forty seven. You know,
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: that's another political act that hurts our national security from
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: smart people who are doing it intentionally and maybe because
- 1:17:54Speaker 2: it's they want press, maybe because it's their selling a book,
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: maybe because it's they want notoriety. I don't know the
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: answer to that, but for me, it's all national security related,
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: and these people keep doing it over and over again.
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: The good thing is now there's a bulwark against it
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: because we're in and the president just is not having
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: any of it.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: What was the case very recently where you guys caught
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: a scientist bringing in pathogens.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: And I brought this for a reason.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: This means spore fucking New York Posts is the best.
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: They're the best. They have the best headlines ever. Yeah,
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: so it's so funny.
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: It's based. So the case is still go. It's obviously
- 1:18:33Speaker 2: ongoing since we just made the arrest, so I'm a
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: little limited in what I can say, but backing up
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: the truck a little bit. Agro terrorism is a thing, right.
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: The CCP isn't just coming at us with fentanyl and
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: coming at us in our cyber infrastructure and our capabilities
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: in space and underwater. They are literally exporting people to
- 1:18:54Speaker 2: the United States of America having them end up being
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: senior researchers like this individual at the University of Michigan.
- 1:19:03Speaker 2: And the Bureau picked up on this and said, wait
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: a second, why are you bringing you? And her husband's
- 1:19:09Speaker 2: also or indicted, but he's in mainland China, so he's
- 1:19:13Speaker 2: not here. But we retraced what he did, and what's
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: public now is that he also tried to come to
- 1:19:18Speaker 2: this country to do the same thing. So they are
- 1:19:22Speaker 2: making the connections on that. But what they did was
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: literally bring in a mushroom that technically alone exists, you know,
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: in the US, but in an altered state, causes billions
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: of dollars of damage to wheat, to corn, to maize,
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: and to agricultural industry, and also could wipe out your
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: livestock and causes reproductive damage to human beings. And so
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: this is the lethality in terms of the mindset of
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: people that want to do harm to our country. And
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: this case, I didn't know. This is one of those
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: things where I knew woul garnered a lot of attention,
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: but like this thing went massive. It's everywhere, and I'm
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: glad it's everywhere because for me, it highlights the multiple
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: levels of operation that our adversaries are looking to do
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: harm on us. Thank god we caught this one, but
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: what about the ones we've got to still catch that
- 1:20:18Speaker 2: are still out there. They're not gonna stop. Because this
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: lady's in jail now and being prosecuted by us.
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: This is just the one you caught.
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: This is the one we call.
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: So this is proof that this is actually an ongoing thing.
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: It's been an ongoing thing, just like you know, why
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: are we allowing our adversaries to buy land around our
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: miss You know, it's insane to me, it's it's lunacy.
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: Having been the former chief of staff at DD and
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: having gone to a lot of our bases, I was
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: just like, why is that Chinese CCP establishment right there?
- 1:20:48Speaker 2: Why are the Russians right across the street.
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: Why do they provide towers for self selms? So what?
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: And that's a trickier issue because that's not like a
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: federal saul. That's a state by state issue, you know,
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: And a lot of states have taken action. I think
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: the Dakotas are leading the charge up there by outlawing
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: it and banning and saying Nope, you can't do this,
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: you can't buy this.
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: Because a lot of these things have third party input
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: right right, And a lot.
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: Of these things, unfortunately, are just about money.
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: Right, they'll sell it to you cheaper, But then they're
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: spying on everybody.
- 1:21:20Speaker 2: And they're spying on everybody. Here's the thing, Like what
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: I ask people in because what I get hit with
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: is why shouldn't foreigners be able to buy land in America?
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: I'm like, are you able to buy the land in
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: downtown Moscow? Can you guys buy a farm in China?
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: No?
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: No? So what's with the disparate treatment? I get that
- 1:21:38Speaker 2: where the United States of America and we want to
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: give everybody a chance, and you gave this kid a chance.
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: But that's different than literally inviting our adversaries into our
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: country and saying, well, as long as you build X
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: or dump enough money into your state, we can we
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: can look the other way.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: So what can be done about the land that our
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: adversaries own outside a military basis?
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: Again, it's a state. It's like every state has to
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: take steps legislatively, in my opinion, to either kick them off,
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: stop the contracts, prevent them from coming in, things like that.
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: What we can do at the federal level are things
- 1:22:17Speaker 2: that you've seen. You know, the State Department under Marco
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: Rubio do revoking visas in certain places, in certain sectors
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: of the economy. And I think rightfully so, because if
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: you stop the personnel from coming in, kick them out,
- 1:22:33Speaker 2: then who cares who owns it? It's basically a dead site.
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: That's the vulnerability that we have for being such a
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: free society as it is. We allow foreign nationals to
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: come in and go to universities and start and do
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: research and become the head of these different departments, and
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: they're constantly reporting back to the CCP or coordinating with
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: them yeah.
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: Or Russia yeah, and they're not going to stop. That's
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: the thing with these guys. It's just because you take
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: one out, unless you take a hold of government approach,
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: unless you get buying from the American public. And again,
- 1:23:07Speaker 2: this is one of those things that you would think
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: is a national security issue, right, But they'll politicize it,
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: they'll weaponize it. The Post will write about it one way,
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: and it probably won't even make the headlines in a
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: number of other outlets because they don't want to talk
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: about them.
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: Because the New York Times written about this job, I
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: have no idea. I mean, it seems like something that
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: everybody should want to know about. If foreign government and
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: adversary government is trying to poison our food supply and
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: human beings and affect the reproductive system, that seems like
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: that's a bipartis an issue.
- 1:23:40Speaker 2: Yeah, And that's the thing about your show that I
- 1:23:46Speaker 2: agree that I wanted to do it is because getting
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: out to a population that has stopped listening to mainstream
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: news and reaching out to them and challenging them with
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: information and how we're doing things and saying, look, this
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: is our priorities, this is what I'm doing, is so
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: hugely important because the audience. The influence of that manpower
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: on the electorate is huge, is huge, And if we
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: can reach through on certain some of these issues, then
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: we're going to win collectively. Like I can only arrest
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: so many bad guys, then we will. But if we
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: arrest them and people don't know who we're arresting and
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: why are arresting them and what the threat is, then
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: it almost becomes irrelevant. We're still going to do it,
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: We're not going to stop. But if we can get
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: more and more people talking about these things and saying, look,
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: the national security of our country is of what's the
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: most important to me, not who wins the next election.
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: But also we need to work with our communities to
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: say who's in our communities, how many registered sex offenders
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: are there near our schools? Are they violating federal laws?
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: Why aren't we on these priorities? And we need help,
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: We need we need American buy in to really accomplish
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: the mission.
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: What heavy lifting has to be done to separate national
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: security issues from political issues, and for everybody just to
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: just say, listen, all the other stuff that the Democrats
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: disagree with or the Republicans disagree with, put that aside.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: We should all be concerned with stopping Fenton Al, stopping
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: gang members and cartel members and terrorists from coming into
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: the country. How that becomes political to me is just
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: fucking bananas. It really is crazy, because it's just like
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: if one side supports it, the other side has to
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: be against it.
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: And it's and you raise the reason it's so politicized,
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: and the reason it's so sort of in many sectors
- 1:25:41Speaker 2: of government is because of the answer to that question,
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: the leaks from inside of government and then the spin
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: on that information by the media is what's causing the
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: most harm, in my opinion, to the American public. What
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: kind of leaks, whether it's classified information or just leaks
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: about fake news like people saying, oh, so and so
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: hate each other at the White House? Did you hear
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: about this meeting they had that never occurred? And I
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: was like, I was in that meeting. What are you
- 1:26:14Speaker 2: talking about?
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: What have you heard like that? You know what kind
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: of like fake rumors?
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: Oh so, I'll give you an example from from actually FBI,
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: then the New.
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: York Times, so which never lies.
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: No, no, of course not. We're relying on them to
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: solve everything. So we have these we have a regular
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: drum beat at the FBI where everybody has a we
- 1:26:37Speaker 2: have a morning meeting with the heads of our divisions
- 1:26:39Speaker 2: counter intel, counter espionage, CT everything, criminal, cyber, so we
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: can move the machine. And I was like, and I
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: did them for a week, and I was like, why
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: do we do these every morning? And the whole place
- 1:26:51Speaker 2: looked at me. And these are career agents and intel
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: folks like ten twenty thirty years in the seat. They
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: go boss, We hate those. They make us come offline
- 1:27:01Speaker 2: of our work and focus on briefing you rather than
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: staying on mission. And we can come brief you in
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: our own So I chopped it to two days a week,
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: and I cut the time in like less than half.
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: New York Times puts out the story cash hotel up
- 1:27:19Speaker 2: ends and I'm paraphrasing the ethos at the FBI. How
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: dare he cut down the morning briefing cycle? And this
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: is a perfect example of these people are coming to
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: me saying this is what they wanted to do for years,
- 1:27:32Speaker 2: and I'm working with them to say that's a good idea,
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: why don't we do that? But the Times comes in
- 1:27:37Speaker 2: and kicks us in the face with this leak. That's
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: not even true because they go out and say anonymous
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: source this, it's the tired person that It's just one example.
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: It might sound small to you, but now a reader
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: is going to read that, a new kid who's like, oh,
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: I maybe I want to join the FBI, and they're
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: going to look at it and say, this place is
- 1:27:54Speaker 2: a circus. I don't want to go work there. What
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: do you mean They've disrupted the morning meeting. That guy
- 1:27:57Speaker 2: should be getting brief six hours a day. Uh, you know,
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: And I'm like, no, I want my agents on mission.
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: I don't need them briefing me. I can call them.
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: I can talk to him later. And so it's just
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: stuff like that.
- 1:28:09Speaker 3: Since we were talking about fake news, this is gonna
- 1:28:12Speaker 3: come up because it's been going on since we've been
- 1:28:14Speaker 3: recording here. Elon and Trump seem to be another bit
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: of a spat.
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: Joe.
- 1:28:18Speaker 3: We want to check the tweet that Elon just put
- 1:28:20Speaker 3: out a little bit ago.
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: Time to drop the really big bomb. Donald Trump is
- 1:28:24Speaker 1: in the Epstein files. That's the real reason they have
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: not been made public. Have a nice day, Jesus Christ.
- 1:28:30Speaker 2: I'm not participating in any of that conversation.
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Have a nice day. DGD so much take its fall away.
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: They're going back and forth about different things.
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: Yeah, he said he was disappointing Elon Jesus Christ. That's
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: a crazy thing to say. How does he know? Does
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: he know that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: or does he have access to the I.
- 1:28:51Speaker 2: Don't know how he would. But I'm just staying out
- 1:28:53Speaker 2: of the Trump Elon thing. That's way outside they I that.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: I just don't. I mean, I understand he owns Twitter.
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: I think it's bad for your mental health. I think
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: posting things public all day and arguing with people all
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: day is bad for you.
- 1:29:09Speaker 2: Well, you raise a great point. Sorry to cut you off.
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: Good.
- 1:29:13Speaker 2: Half of what we have to respond to are is
- 1:29:16Speaker 2: the click army on social media.
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: Right right, And of that plus is bots.
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: Fifty of that plus is bots. But let's take the
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: other fifty percent of that is just constantly pushing out
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: information to sell T shirts or subscriptions or whatever. Listen
- 1:29:36Speaker 2: to my show and then people are like, hey, FBI,
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: why aren't you looking at this thing in Oklahoma? And
- 1:29:42Speaker 2: I'm like, because it's fake. I don't have time for that.
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: And so to your point on like social media does
- 1:29:49Speaker 2: have a great use in terms of me. And so
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: the reason Dan and I don't do a lot of
- 1:29:53Speaker 2: media is because we're the FBI, Like, let our work
- 1:29:55Speaker 2: speak for itself, right, But we have to find the
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: right balance of going to media and posting on social
- 1:30:01Speaker 2: media the things we're doing and keep keeping keeping people updated.
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: And so that's the delicate bounce we're trying. But what
- 1:30:08Speaker 2: I'm learning is no matter what you do, it doesn't matter.
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: It's going to just completely not make everyone happy. And
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: there's no solve for that in terms of how the
- 1:30:23Speaker 2: FBI operates. But at the same time, the FBA won't
- 1:30:27Speaker 2: be thwarted by it. We're gonna keep going, like I
- 1:30:30Speaker 2: do you know. I mean, I've already told you I've
- 1:30:32Speaker 2: been called a genocidal dictator, which is ironic since I'm
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: the son of a man who fled a genocidal dictatorship
- 1:30:38Speaker 2: in East Africa and his parents lawfully emmigrated to this
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: country and had me and now their kids the FBI
- 1:30:43Speaker 2: director first generation any kid. Kind of a pretty freaking
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: cool story.
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: That is a cool story.
- 1:30:48Speaker 2: But I'm like, that's what me and Dan saying all
- 1:30:50Speaker 2: the time. You can call us whatever.
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: You want, but genocidal dictator like that. You those words
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: don't mean anything anymore. If you're calling you that, well,
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: that's what I mean. You're not a dictator and you're
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: not genis So what are you doing tagging both of
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: those together? What is the proof?
- 1:31:05Speaker 2: And what does the media do in printing it?
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: That's insane, That's an insane thing. But I think they
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: were given a mandate to be the attack dogs, you know,
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: I think they were, and I think during the last
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: administration they reinforced that. I think. I mean, just look
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: at what happened with the Hunter Biden laptop story, where
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: fifty one form intelligence agents testified.
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: That this thank you for bringing that up.
- 1:31:29Speaker 1: That tell me about how crazy that is.
- 1:31:31Speaker 2: So you want to talk about the alternate weaponization and
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: total disinformation combining forces. Right a week before the election
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: when Biden and Trump were running against you, maybe a
- 1:31:43Speaker 2: week or two weeks before that, right, a guy who
- 1:31:45Speaker 2: used to be in the intelligence community says, oh, we
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: got to bring the Hunter Biden laptop thing into play,
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: knowing it was bogus. And they come out and they
- 1:31:57Speaker 2: basically say the FBI, even though knew that Hunter Biden's
- 1:32:02Speaker 2: laptop was a righteous piece of investigatory material and were
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: examining it, and at the time knew that they were
- 1:32:09Speaker 2: going to work up criminal leads on it. Sat silent
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: put that over here. The intelligence community comes in and says,
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: we got to get this information out because the guy
- 1:32:19Speaker 2: who'd end up becoming Biden Secretary of State was advising
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: him and saying, hey, we got to squash this Hunter
- 1:32:24Speaker 2: Biden laptop thing. Let's do the Russia Gate play. Let's
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: do the crossfire hurricane play. So they go to the
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: CIA and they go to then Director Gina Haspital, who,
- 1:32:35Speaker 2: by the way, there's no coincidence in government. Gena Haspell
- 1:32:38Speaker 2: was chief of Station London when Russia Gate was launched
- 1:32:41Speaker 2: in London. We can come back to that. So now
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: she's Director of CIA and we're on the even election,
- 1:32:49Speaker 2: and there's this thing called a pre publication process. So
- 1:32:52Speaker 2: like when I had to put my book out as
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: a government SCE server, server, whatever you call it, it
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: has to go in and everybody's got to read it,
- 1:33:00Speaker 2: and they got to chop it and whatever takes forever,
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: even if it's a two page document. The fifty one
- 1:33:06Speaker 2: Intel letter was written by these same people, some of
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: who participated in Russia Gate and the person that has
- 1:33:13Speaker 2: to authorize that as the director of the CIA before
- 1:33:15Speaker 2: it goes public. Do you know how long she took
- 1:33:18Speaker 2: to authorize the release of the letter, knowing the information
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: in the letter was false, knowing the laptop with under
- 1:33:26Speaker 2: Biden's information on it was true and accurate, and being
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: investigated by the Federal Gear of Investigation for criminal purposes.
- 1:33:31Speaker 2: Eight hours, eight hours They released that barrage of disinformation
- 1:33:37Speaker 2: for eight hours and what do we do. We've spent
- 1:33:39Speaker 2: the last four years proving up and we've got more
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: information coming on that too, proving up how those former
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: secretaries the Defense, CIA, NSSA, deputy directors of the Intelligence
- 1:33:53Speaker 2: COMMUTEE all came together to politicize intelligence once again because
- 1:33:57Speaker 2: they got caught on Russiagate and don't care and they
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: want and a present Biden win so badly they were
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: willing to lie to the American people and they did
- 1:34:03Speaker 2: it again.
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: That is so insane, It's so hard to believe because
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: it's so corrupt and coordinated the fact that fifty one
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: people would be will be willing to do that.
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: And they've doubled down on it. They keep doubling down
- 1:34:16Speaker 2: on it.
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: How are they doubling down in what way?
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: They've been asked in the years since, they've been like, hey, actually,
- 1:34:24Speaker 2: do you remember the time where Hunter Biden got charged
- 1:34:26Speaker 2: in two separate family federal indictments in two different districts.
- 1:34:30Speaker 2: And now we stand by our like the people that
- 1:34:33Speaker 2: signed the letter have said, We've stand by guys like
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: Clapper and Brennan and all these guys Panetta no.
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: No, So they stand by the idea that that laptop
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: was rushing disinformation.
- 1:34:42Speaker 2: And they know it's not. And these guys who rose
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: the highest ranks in government service won't come off that
- 1:34:48Speaker 2: perch because the media will allow them to be propped up. Wow,
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: And it's the same look, totally switching gears, but a
- 1:34:56Speaker 2: similar disinformation Till January sixth, Right, I was Chief of
- 1:34:59Speaker 2: Staff DoD On January sixth, days before January sixth, I
- 1:35:04Speaker 2: was in the Oval Office with the President, the Secretary
- 1:35:07Speaker 2: of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff
- 1:35:09Speaker 2: on a foreign matter. And on that day he goes, hey,
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: you know, how's it looking for January sixth? Do you
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: guys have everything you need? And he goes, I'm going
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: to authorize up to ten to twenty thousand National guardsmen
- 1:35:22Speaker 2: and women if you guys need him anywhere in the country.
- 1:35:24Speaker 2: The reason that's important is because we can't uniformly deploy
- 1:35:28Speaker 2: military and the United States. That's what the National Guard's for.
- 1:35:31Speaker 2: But in order to do that, the President has to
- 1:35:32Speaker 2: one authorize it and two the mayor or governor, so
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: it's DC so it's the mayor and the Capitol Police
- 1:35:40Speaker 2: and the Speaker of the House are in charge have
- 1:35:42Speaker 2: to request the deployment of troops. We went to them
- 1:35:47Speaker 2: days before January sixth. We went to Bowser, We went
- 1:35:49Speaker 2: to Pelosi. They said no. In writing. We were excoriated
- 1:35:53Speaker 2: for it. Your guys are lying. You didn't offer this up.
- 1:35:57Speaker 2: If you had been there, this would have never happened. Well, actually,
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: President Trump preemptively authorized ten to twenty thousand National Guard
- 1:36:03Speaker 2: and what happened. I spent the next three years and
- 1:36:06Speaker 2: hundreds of thousand dollars in legal fees testifying before Congress
- 1:36:10Speaker 2: proving up just what I had said was the truth.
- 1:36:13Speaker 2: Then the documents came. We finally got them out because
- 1:36:15Speaker 2: I know what we had written, and it showed Bowser
- 1:36:18Speaker 2: in writing declining National Guard it showed Pelosi in writing
- 1:36:22Speaker 2: saying no to the Capitol Police, don't get the National Guard.
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: So they wanted it to be chaos.
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: Well that I'll leave to you on that. But what
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: I'm telling you is they knew, they knew what was true,
- 1:36:34Speaker 2: they knew what was false. And I'm not asking to
- 1:36:36Speaker 2: give an opinion on the events of January sixth, But
- 1:36:39Speaker 2: had ten thousand of my guys been there, do you
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: think it would have gone differently? They stopped it, and
- 1:36:46Speaker 2: they spent years lying, and now we're still lying about
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: that authorization, even though we've put it to bed, like Russiagate,
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: like Hunter Biden's laptop fifty one Intel letter, they keep
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: doing it over and over again.
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: What about agent tours that were involved in in January sixth?
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: So what we just released to Congress was I think
- 1:37:08Speaker 2: we're still digging through it is there was a couple
- 1:37:10Speaker 2: of dozen sources that were involved with January sixth, and
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: so we're getting Congress those files and the American people
- 1:37:16Speaker 2: are going to learn the extent of that. We're doubling
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: down on our investigation on the pipe bomber because we
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: think it's a great public importance that someone almost blew
- 1:37:24Speaker 2: up the headquarters for the R and C and DNC.
- 1:37:27Speaker 2: And oh, by the way, the Vice President of the
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: United States happened to be in the vicinity of that pipe.
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: How did that pipe bomb not deadenate? Was it faulty?
- 1:37:35Speaker 1: Did they never activate it?
- 1:37:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it's the latter. And so but we keep going
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: back to events like January sixth, and I keep trying
- 1:37:45Speaker 2: to say, hey, again, don't trust me. I was we
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: put out the truth about Russia Gate about fifty one
- 1:37:51Speaker 2: into a letter about hunter Byden's laptop, about the National
- 1:37:53Speaker 2: Guard on January sixth. These are the guys that are
- 1:37:56Speaker 2: now in charge about these sensitive issues like the pipe bomber.
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: All this information you want, so we're giving you. We're
- 1:38:03Speaker 2: the ones that are reopening these investigations and doubling down
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: on the COVID origins. We think that there was definite
- 1:38:09Speaker 2: foul play, but my opinion is irrelevant. It only matters
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: what I can show to the American people, im prove,
- 1:38:14Speaker 2: and that's what we're working on. That's why I don't
- 1:38:16Speaker 2: run out there and say, look, we're going to get
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: this guy. We're one hundred percent going to get him.
- 1:38:19Speaker 2: We're working our butts off to get him. We're also
- 1:38:21Speaker 2: working our butts off to identify who brought cocaine into
- 1:38:24Speaker 2: the White House, because when you bring a felony and
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: narcotic into the most secure compound in the world, I
- 1:38:28Speaker 2: think the world has a right to know.
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: Is there footage of that? So we're almost like a
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: known guy who likes coke who happened to be at
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: the White House at the same time.
- 1:38:38Speaker 2: Well again, like, also, I don't want to jump to
- 1:38:40Speaker 2: conclusions because you know, I've done this for a long
- 1:38:42Speaker 2: enough time. We're even the most obvious suspect. You're like,
- 1:38:45Speaker 2: oh shit, it wasn't him, It was her, right, you know,
- 1:38:47Speaker 2: And so let's do it methodically. We are it's of
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: great public if someone brought a dime bag of cocaine
- 1:38:56Speaker 2: or have repackaged it, I don't know, or pills of
- 1:38:59Speaker 2: fence and all into the White House. Now, yeah, in
- 1:39:02Speaker 2: a Trump administration, what do you think the media would say?
- 1:39:04Speaker 1: What a wild motherfucker doing coke in the White House?
- 1:39:08Speaker 1: You know? Wild? Do you have to be? I mean
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: to be doing lines in the bathroom of the White House.
- 1:39:12Speaker 2: I was like dancing the line when I was using
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: the bathroom that I wasn't supposed to use because I
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: wanted to go to the East wing and they had
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: a nicer setup, and I was like hiding my badge.
- 1:39:21Speaker 2: That's as far as I took it.
- 1:39:23Speaker 1: That is, It's just such a crazy thing to do,
- 1:39:26Speaker 1: Like you have to be completely off the rails where
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: you can't be on coke for just a few hours
- 1:39:30Speaker 1: while you're hanging out at the White House. You're like, no, no, no,
- 1:39:33Speaker 1: I need a little bump. I need a little bump
- 1:39:35Speaker 1: in the White House.
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: It's crazy, man.
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: And I would think that like everybody would get urine
- 1:39:39Speaker 1: tested immediately upon finding that bag.
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: Well, you could have done a lot of things then,
- 1:39:45Speaker 2: but they didn't.
- 1:39:45Speaker 1: Of course they didn't want it. I mean there wasn't
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: even even a suspect, right.
- 1:39:49Speaker 2: No, for then there's like, ah, whatever, we're done, wild
- 1:39:54Speaker 2: wild right yeah. And you know so it's just yeah,
- 1:39:58Speaker 2: I mean you have to My other mission is to
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: control the things I can control.
- 1:40:06Speaker 1: Was the bathroom the men's room or the women's room
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: or was it like an all gender bathroom where anybody
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: can go in?
- 1:40:11Speaker 2: You know, I'm not sure.
- 1:40:12Speaker 1: I gotta go a good point, I gotta good look,
- 1:40:15Speaker 1: I actually gotta go back and look.
- 1:40:17Speaker 2: But I think when we do these things and we
- 1:40:19Speaker 2: answer these questions for the American people, we're restoring the
- 1:40:21Speaker 2: trust in the FBI. That's what I can control. That
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: sorely needed because when I go around the country, this
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: is not me saying it or the leadership saying it.
- 1:40:29Speaker 2: The FBI's credibility took a hit because of these actions
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: by these few people in charge, and we're building it back.
- 1:40:37Speaker 2: We've done a lot in one hundred days to get
- 1:40:39Speaker 2: it back, and I think if you wait for the
- 1:40:42Speaker 2: rest of this year, you're going to see some massive,
- 1:40:46Speaker 2: massive actions taken over the summer. And our priorities and
- 1:40:50Speaker 2: I change it, are sort of our our website or
- 1:40:53Speaker 2: and our pillars, you know, uphold the constitution, defend the
- 1:40:57Speaker 2: homeland crush, finally crime and rigorous constitutional congressional oversight so
- 1:41:01Speaker 2: that we restore trust. That's what we want to do.
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: Now. A lot of people got pardons, like more pardons
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: I think than anyone ever. Right, Yeah, Ever does does
- 1:41:13Speaker 1: the pardon cover Like if you find that Fauci lied
- 1:41:15Speaker 1: to Congress, like when rand Paul was talking to him
- 1:41:17Speaker 1: about gain a function research, clearly he was being deceptive.
- 1:41:24Speaker 1: If someone is that Are they pardoned for that as well?
- 1:41:28Speaker 1: Because it was like this crazy blanket pardon from twenty
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: fourteen Ford, which I didn't even know you could do.
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: So I'm the investigator, so that would be a decision
- 1:41:36Speaker 2: for the Department Justice. They'll have to make that. I
- 1:41:38Speaker 2: don't know the answer to that. We'll and we'll work
- 1:41:41Speaker 2: it up and we'll say this is what we found,
- 1:41:44Speaker 2: and then legal minds left to come in and chop
- 1:41:47Speaker 2: on does this pardon apply or not?
- 1:41:49Speaker 1: Is that the same sort of thing apply to the
- 1:41:51Speaker 1: fifty one intelligence agents that lied about the laptop?
- 1:41:54Speaker 2: I think the same scenario applies to anyone who got
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: the pardon. I can't remember exactly who, off the top
- 1:41:58Speaker 2: of my head, got it, if there was some of
- 1:42:00Speaker 2: them or none of them, or what happens. But that's
- 1:42:03Speaker 2: never happened before in the history of the country. So
- 1:42:05Speaker 2: there's literally no like legal precedent, as we say, to
- 1:42:08Speaker 2: figure out how that goes. But what I can do,
- 1:42:11Speaker 2: irrespective of the pardon and how it applies, is produced
- 1:42:14Speaker 2: the information and the documents.
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: Jeez, what a crazy place to come into, you.
- 1:42:22Speaker 2: Know, it's a gong show.
- 1:42:25Speaker 1: Is it surprising how dysfunctional. It is to you, well,
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: I think.
- 1:42:31Speaker 2: I would change that a little bit. I think I'm
- 1:42:34Speaker 2: I'm thrilled at how functional most of the FBI is.
- 1:42:39Speaker 2: I'm shocked at the levels of depravity and even me
- 1:42:43Speaker 2: that few in leadership would do to alter that and
- 1:42:46Speaker 2: then go out to the public and lie about it
- 1:42:48Speaker 2: like you got James call me running around and he
- 1:42:50Speaker 2: can yell at me all he wants, and Andy McCabe
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: can too. This is another perfect example, right, These two
- 1:42:54Speaker 2: guys used to run the bureau, and we had we
- 1:42:59Speaker 2: had a guy in Denver without a shirt off, running
- 1:43:05Speaker 2: around throwing sixteen Molotov cocktails on human beings, shouting Free Palestine.
- 1:43:10Speaker 2: I got that information because I'm the director of the FBI,
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: and I put out a statement because the American people
- 1:43:14Speaker 2: need to know we are investigating this matter as an
- 1:43:17Speaker 2: act of terrorism. CNN New York Times come in and
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: crush us. These guys don't know what they're doing. How
- 1:43:24Speaker 2: dare they label it as such? The investigation is still ongoing,
- 1:43:27Speaker 2: And I said, yes, I'm investigating the matter in which
- 1:43:31Speaker 2: a man who was from overseas in Egypt, through Molotov
- 1:43:36Speaker 2: cocktails that American citizens at a peaceful rally and screamed
- 1:43:40Speaker 2: free Palestine. That's what you want your FBI doing. Which
- 1:43:44Speaker 2: you don't want your FBI doing is having New Orleans
- 1:43:46Speaker 2: and Super Bowl and having another known terrorist come in
- 1:43:50Speaker 2: there and run people over and kill them, and then
- 1:43:52Speaker 2: have the FBI go to the podium and say this
- 1:43:53Speaker 2: is not an act of terrorism. That is the politicization
- 1:43:57Speaker 2: of the FBI. That's what we've changed. And I think
- 1:44:00Speaker 2: the American people are seeing it, and I think our
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: results are speaking to it.
- 1:44:04Speaker 1: But that doesn't even make sense that the New York
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: Times had criticized that and criticized the description of it
- 1:44:10Speaker 1: as an act of terrorism when it by definition is
- 1:44:13Speaker 1: an act of terrorism. But the action itself, you're throwing
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: molotov cocktails and human beings that are at a political,
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: peaceful rally, that's terrorism, isn't it. I mean, what is
- 1:44:25Speaker 1: terrorism if that's not terrorists?
- 1:44:26Speaker 2: And what I can say, rumor the charging is for
- 1:44:28Speaker 2: the Department of Justice. What I can say is what
- 1:44:30Speaker 2: I'm investigating it as. And that's what I'm investigating it
- 1:44:33Speaker 2: as because the facts to that point in time quickly
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: related to me by our people in the field, the
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: pros said, hey, this is what we got, this is
- 1:44:41Speaker 2: what happened. Everyone's talking about it. Let's report out to
- 1:44:44Speaker 2: the American people what we can responsibly. And that was
- 1:44:46Speaker 2: a responsible way of doing it. But that's what I'm saying.
- 1:44:49Speaker 2: These people that used to run the FBI are coming
- 1:44:52Speaker 2: in there, and they would have made the same decisions.
- 1:44:55Speaker 2: It's just the fact that we're making them and they
- 1:44:58Speaker 2: got fired because they got caught conspiring against the United
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: States of America and weaponizing the FBI. And CNN's given
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: him a platform. They keep crippling this country by putting
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: out these stupid statements. We're not stupid, these intentionally false
- 1:45:12Speaker 2: statements to attack us. And again, you can hit me
- 1:45:14Speaker 2: in bongenol. We don't care. We're winning, but I believe
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: we're winning this fight. We're winning it because the American
- 1:45:20Speaker 2: people are like, hey, that wasn't active terrorism. I hope
- 1:45:24Speaker 2: you get the bad guys. And I don't know if
- 1:45:27Speaker 2: you just saw, but we also remember the fertility clinic
- 1:45:30Speaker 2: that was bombed bombed in southern California. We just busted
- 1:45:36Speaker 2: the co conspirator in Poland and brought him back last night,
- 1:45:41Speaker 2: and now he's getting charged because publicly. What we can
- 1:45:44Speaker 2: say is he procured like something like forty five pounds
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: of ammonium nitrate. So what we're doing is investigating acts
- 1:45:53Speaker 2: of terrorism as acts of terrorism, and we're utilizing our
- 1:45:56Speaker 2: authorities overseas under that to give the American people justice.
- 1:46:00Speaker 2: The guy didn't act alone. What about the shooter, this
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: savage shooter in Washington, DC who comes in and murders
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: two people for the Israeli embassy in cold blood? Like
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: just literally, what is it? Twenty one I don't know
- 1:46:16Speaker 2: how many shots right, yelling something free Gaza whatever. We
- 1:46:20Speaker 2: investigated that as an act of terrorism because that's what
- 1:46:22Speaker 2: it is. That's what the American people deserve to hear.
- 1:46:27Speaker 2: I'm not saying they don't have a presumption of innostance.
- 1:46:29Speaker 2: I'm not saying that they're going to be convicted a trial.
- 1:46:32Speaker 2: But I'm telling you, as the director of the FBI,
- 1:46:34Speaker 2: what I'm doing, as a number one cop in this
- 1:46:36Speaker 2: country and who's in charge of investigations, that's my call
- 1:46:40Speaker 2: to make, and I'll make it every time.
- 1:46:42Speaker 1: I just don't understand how the media, particularly the thing
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: in Colorado, how they could print that this is not
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: an act of terrorism and not diminish all of whatever
- 1:46:53Speaker 1: credibility they have left. I just don't understand why they
- 1:46:56Speaker 1: would even be willing to do that.
- 1:46:59Speaker 2: I think it all goes back to the same derangement
- 1:47:03Speaker 2: syndrome that people have. Yeah, they're hatred for certain individuals
- 1:47:09Speaker 2: and people who dare to work in those administrations is
- 1:47:13Speaker 2: so great that they don't care about the truth. They
- 1:47:19Speaker 2: care about the platform, and they'll go on and they'll
- 1:47:25Speaker 2: be given a platform on TV or in print media
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: or on other shows. And there's still a significant portion
- 1:47:33Speaker 2: of the American populace that is willing to give them
- 1:47:35Speaker 2: their ear. That's what I'm trying to change. We're never
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: gonna get everybody, but if we can get ten percent
- 1:47:41Speaker 2: of them, I think it's a home run. We get twenty,
- 1:47:45Speaker 2: we're totally winning all day long. But it's going to
- 1:47:49Speaker 2: take time.
- 1:47:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I know that people are super Everybody
- 1:47:53Speaker 1: wants ozembic today, right, They just want it, you know,
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: they wanted a quick fix. And when you're dealing with
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: four years of whatever the hell was going on and
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: nine million people being released into this country and all
- 1:48:05Speaker 1: the stuff that comes with it, it just would stand
- 1:48:08Speaker 1: a reason it would take a long time to unravel
- 1:48:11Speaker 1: all that mm hmm, to fix all the problems that
- 1:48:13Speaker 1: we're created.
- 1:48:14Speaker 2: That is, man, I hope you clip that and play
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: that over and over again. That's what I've been trying
- 1:48:20Speaker 2: to explain to people. I'm like, we're going to fix
- 1:48:22Speaker 2: as much as we can, but you guys want answers
- 1:48:26Speaker 2: yesterday for problems that have been metastasizing for decades.
- 1:48:29Speaker 1: Also, you want to have all the information in place
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: when you finally do go public with everything where you
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: can't miss things, not cross a T dot amie and
- 1:48:40Speaker 1: someone can get off that.
- 1:48:41Speaker 2: And we also two prong that is just as equally
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: as important as the following. We want to fix the
- 1:48:46Speaker 2: institution so it doesn't happen again. That's the bigger When
- 1:48:51Speaker 2: catching the bad guys as the everyday job, we're going
- 1:48:53Speaker 2: to do it. Calling out the people who corrupted the
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: place in the past is hugely important. But leaving the
- 1:49:00Speaker 2: American people an FBI, A d O, d A c
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: I A, a functional national security apparatus is the ultimate
- 1:49:09Speaker 2: is my ultimate goal.
- 1:49:11Speaker 1: So the apparatus that was in place before that was
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: so riddled with corruption. What do you think happened between
- 1:49:18Speaker 1: Trump's between when he was in for the first term
- 1:49:22Speaker 1: and the four years, Like, how did it get so bad.
- 1:49:28Speaker 2: When he left?
- 1:49:29Speaker 1: Yeah, when he left in the last four years. I mean,
- 1:49:32Speaker 1: I'm assuming there was always corruption, but how did it
- 1:49:35Speaker 1: get so bad in this past four.
- 1:49:37Speaker 2: Years because of the priorities? They completely shifted the priorities.
- 1:49:44Speaker 1: But how does that encourage corruption amongst the top officials.
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: Because the priorities themselves were corrupt. Focusing on DEI and
- 1:49:54Speaker 2: climate change is a political potshot to weaponize the Department
- 1:49:58Speaker 2: of Defense and the intelligence community, in the law enforcement
- 1:50:00Speaker 2: community to say we're going to promote you based on
- 1:50:03Speaker 2: your background and beliefs rather than your ability to get
- 1:50:08Speaker 2: through the pipeline.
- 1:50:09Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:50:10Speaker 2: Another thing we're doing is we're changing the PFT, the
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: physical fitness test that the Federal Group of Investigation for
- 1:50:14Speaker 2: new agents and for current agents, because it's wholly insufficient.
- 1:50:20Speaker 2: I'm not asking you to be a Special Forces operator,
- 1:50:22Speaker 2: but I am asking you to be able to take
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: down a dude running away from you in one hundred
- 1:50:26Speaker 2: yard sprint or maybe twice your size and detain him
- 1:50:29Speaker 2: and safeguard the American public. And so when you don't
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: focus on those things for years, years, and you focus
- 1:50:36Speaker 2: on promoting people based on I'm not here because of color, myskin.
- 1:50:39Speaker 2: But when you do that, this is what happens. And
- 1:50:43Speaker 2: then when the media celebrates these these victories, people are like, oh, yeah,
- 1:50:49Speaker 2: I'm going to subscribe to that because I hate the
- 1:50:51Speaker 2: other side so much, I'm just going to go along
- 1:50:53Speaker 2: with I don't I honestly don't believe what most of
- 1:50:57Speaker 2: the people are putting out there in the media that
- 1:50:59Speaker 2: they actually believe it. I think they are go home
- 1:51:02Speaker 2: at night and they're like, Yep, we know this is wrong,
- 1:51:05Speaker 2: but we've made our bed and we are going to
- 1:51:08Speaker 2: sleep in it every single night, and we are not
- 1:51:10Speaker 2: going to retract.
- 1:51:11Speaker 1: That is such an insane decision. It's such an insane decision,
- 1:51:15Speaker 1: and again it diminishes the credibility of an already damaged organization.
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: I mean, people, now that people know about Russia Gate,
- 1:51:21Speaker 1: they know about the hunter Byton laptop story, they know
- 1:51:24Speaker 1: about the Steel dossier, they know about all this shit
- 1:51:26Speaker 1: that happened, Like their faith in media over especially after
- 1:51:32Speaker 1: the pandemic, their faith in media has been deteriorated so
- 1:51:36Speaker 1: badly that I can't imagine they wouldn't just for self
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: preservation reasons, shift course.
- 1:51:43Speaker 2: But they have been the problem is they have been
- 1:51:46Speaker 2: able to persevere in their space, and they're not looking
- 1:51:50Speaker 2: to persevere anything past that. I mean, look at the
- 1:51:53Speaker 2: the from a monetary standpoint. Most of the media has
- 1:51:56Speaker 2: been losing money for years, right, you know, but they
- 1:52:00Speaker 2: keep reporting it. They don't care. Most of these editors
- 1:52:03Speaker 2: in chiefs that these big wig operations get blown out
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: the door in a year or two, new people coming
- 1:52:08Speaker 2: and buy it. They keep losing money. Most of these
- 1:52:11Speaker 2: shows on mainstream media, the TV shows at night, their
- 1:52:14Speaker 2: hosts get fired every other minute because they're ratings suck.
- 1:52:19Speaker 2: But the institutions themselves don't care to change. They don't
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: go out and bring in a Joe Rogan. That would
- 1:52:25Speaker 2: probably be what it takes, in my opinion, to fix
- 1:52:28Speaker 2: something like that. Do you imagine I think you should
- 1:52:32Speaker 2: do it. Get the fuck out of here. They would
- 1:52:34Speaker 2: torture me. It would be horrible.
- 1:52:36Speaker 1: Every news story I mean then, didn't you mean we
- 1:52:39Speaker 1: just you see that they're willing to lie in the news.
- 1:52:42Speaker 1: You see, they're willing to push narratives that just are
- 1:52:45Speaker 1: not true. It's just so hard to imagine how you
- 1:52:48Speaker 1: can sustain the American people's trust. And if you don't
- 1:52:52Speaker 1: sustain the American people's trust, they're you're going to keep
- 1:52:55Speaker 1: losing money. I just I can't imagine. I know, I
- 1:52:57Speaker 1: know CNN made it of some of what of a
- 1:53:00Speaker 1: concerted effort to try to be objective for a while.
- 1:53:02Speaker 1: They brought on Scott Jennings. They've changed a bunch of
- 1:53:05Speaker 1: things in that regard, but it's still like some of
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: the paneled talks they have, you're just like, what fucking
- 1:53:11Speaker 1: planner are you guys even living on right?
- 1:53:13Speaker 2: And the problems we're facing. He does a good job
- 1:53:16Speaker 2: of highlighting. He's like, hey man, these pro Hamas positions
- 1:53:20Speaker 2: didn't happen overnight. They happened because we let in all
- 1:53:24Speaker 2: these people from all over the world, and they came
- 1:53:27Speaker 2: in and they started attending our universities, and they started
- 1:53:30Speaker 2: getting together, and they started seeing in the media that
- 1:53:32Speaker 2: that was a quote unquote popular thing to do. And
- 1:53:35Speaker 2: then that ethos spread and now look what we have.
- 1:53:37Speaker 2: We have chaos on college campuses, we've got lone wolf attackers,
- 1:53:40Speaker 2: we've got terrorists, we've got openings for our narco traffickers.
- 1:53:46Speaker 2: We haven't even touched upon what our adversaries are doing
- 1:53:49Speaker 2: to our cyber infrastructure. I mean, Salt Typhoon is a
- 1:53:53Speaker 2: massive telecommunications breach engineered by the ccp h's public it's
- 1:53:57Speaker 2: not classified, and they literally got into our hour. United
- 1:54:02Speaker 2: States of Americas telecommunications providers broken and we are playing ketchup.
- 1:54:13Speaker 2: These are the priorities we're focused on. We have solutions
- 1:54:16Speaker 2: for them. They take time, They're not sexy. No one
- 1:54:19Speaker 2: wants to talk about upgrading the nuclear arsenal of the Triad.
- 1:54:22Speaker 2: It's not the sexy thing to talk about, but that's
- 1:54:24Speaker 2: what we need to do. No one wants to talk
- 1:54:25Speaker 2: about hardening our infrastructure and fixing our grid switch system
- 1:54:29Speaker 2: across the country. You take out one electrical grid infrastructure
- 1:54:32Speaker 2: plant and you take out a large chunk of this country.
- 1:54:37Speaker 2: But when you don't prioritize those things for years, in
- 1:54:41Speaker 2: these last however many years, then our adversaries get hipped
- 1:54:45Speaker 2: to it and they say, hey, there's a vulnerability. Let's
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: double down. And what our adversaries are doing. We haven't
- 1:54:51Speaker 2: even talked about the war and the moths and all
- 1:54:53Speaker 2: that stuff. We don't have to. But they're teaming up.
- 1:54:56Speaker 2: They're saying, look, we really don't like each other, but
- 1:54:58Speaker 2: we don't like America. So why don't we partner up?
- 1:55:02Speaker 2: Why don't we use you the drug drafting organizations in
- 1:55:05Speaker 2: Mexico for human smuggling, not just drugs. Why don't we
- 1:55:10Speaker 2: use you? Russia ran the CCP get together, will sell
- 1:55:15Speaker 2: ammunitions to you because you can't get them from anywhere
- 1:55:17Speaker 2: else in the world. You don't have access to banks.
- 1:55:19Speaker 2: You know, the biggest threat we have from a counter
- 1:55:21Speaker 2: terrorism standpoint is Iran, and that's why the President's trying
- 1:55:25Speaker 2: to achieve a peaceful resolution with them and end this
- 1:55:27Speaker 2: war that Hamas started in October in Israel and Gaza.
- 1:55:33Speaker 2: And nothing would be a better solution than a peaceful
- 1:55:36Speaker 2: one to that. Because we talked about hostages before and
- 1:55:40Speaker 2: what did they just report out? Two more American Israeli
- 1:55:42Speaker 2: citizens' bodies were uncovered yesterday or the day before. The
- 1:55:47Speaker 2: cost of these wars. People don't see and feel right away,
- 1:55:52Speaker 2: And unless you give them in your face twenty four
- 1:55:58Speaker 2: to seven coverage of it, their focus is going to
- 1:56:02Speaker 2: be on what CNN is talking about and how they're
- 1:56:04Speaker 2: talking about it.
- 1:56:05Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's.
- 1:56:07Speaker 2: That's part of the shift. And that's like one of
- 1:56:10Speaker 2: the large reasons. I was like, we have to come
- 1:56:11Speaker 2: on this show, we have to at least swing at it. Well,
- 1:56:15Speaker 2: I don't know how many people. Maybe no one will
- 1:56:16Speaker 2: watch it, maybe some people watch it.
- 1:56:18Speaker 1: Oh, a lot of people are going to watch this.
- 1:56:19Speaker 2: Oh but that's you know, that's like, that's that's the
- 1:56:22Speaker 2: point for me, Like, it's we just have to try
- 1:56:27Speaker 2: to reach different audiences. We have to have to have
- 1:56:31Speaker 2: to have to try.
- 1:56:32Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I don't think people have heard it from
- 1:56:34Speaker 1: your perspective before like this, especially over long form. I
- 1:56:37Speaker 1: know you have a heart out at three o'clock.
- 1:56:39Speaker 2: Yeah, sorry, it's.
- 1:56:39Speaker 1: Three o'clock now. So thank you, thanks for being here.
- 1:56:43Speaker 1: Really appreciate it, and I appreciate you illuminating a lot
- 1:56:46Speaker 1: of these things, and I think very confusing to a
- 1:56:48Speaker 1: lot of people. And I think you've answered a lot
- 1:56:50Speaker 1: of questions as to like how long time takes and
- 1:56:52Speaker 1: what the process is like. But I appreciate everything you're doing.
- 1:56:55Speaker 1: It means a lot to me.
- 1:56:56Speaker 2: I can't believe that was two hours full. Buy that's awesome.
- 1:57:00Speaker 2: Hopefully I can come back, but look, absolutely please do
- 1:57:03Speaker 2: just a parting message if I may. I appreciate the
- 1:57:07Speaker 2: show and what you've done. And I love seeing at
- 1:57:09Speaker 2: UFC fights. They'll see it one soon, but we uh.
- 1:57:15Speaker 2: I just want to say this for the folks at
- 1:57:16Speaker 2: the FBI, and I probably should have answered when you
- 1:57:20Speaker 2: first asked me. The thing I'm most proud of is
- 1:57:22Speaker 2: most all of them. They're crushing it. They're crushing it,
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: and they've been wanting to do it for so long
- 1:57:29Speaker 2: that this part this job's easy. My job's easy. What
- 1:57:35Speaker 2: they're doing is hard. Me moving people around the country,
- 1:57:38Speaker 2: taking them from their families, uprooting them, and everybody's like,
- 1:57:43Speaker 2: that's the mission, that's what we're here to do. And
- 1:57:46Speaker 2: I don't want people to take away, Oh okay, he's
- 1:57:47Speaker 2: bought and sold by everybody that corrupted the place. If
- 1:57:50Speaker 2: you look at the show and you look at its
- 1:57:51Speaker 2: entirety and don't take clips from it, you'll see what
- 1:57:54Speaker 2: we're about and putting the mission first.
- 1:57:58Speaker 1: Thank you for thanks, brother, Appreciate you. Fivebody
