- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to Here we go just after
- 0:03Speaker 1: six o'clock on this Wednesday morning. Thank you for waking
- 0:06Speaker 1: up with us, wiping the sleep out of your eyes.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Let's steal it. Ricky's got those three things.
- 0:10Speaker 3: The National Public Library has made an update following the
- 0:13Speaker 3: fire that happened in their garage, the Parking garage.
- 0:16Speaker 4: The library will stay closed.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Through June fifteenth, so just keep that in mind. They
- 0:21Speaker 3: are still investigating the fire and trying to figure out
- 0:23Speaker 3: exactly what caused the fire to happen inside of the
- 0:26Speaker 3: garage there, it looks like they're severe damage as of
- 0:29Speaker 3: right now.
- 0:30Speaker 4: Part of the structure collapsed.
- 0:32Speaker 3: They needed to wait for someone to come in and
- 0:34Speaker 3: make sure that everybody who needed to inspect it was
- 0:36Speaker 3: going to be safe while inside the structure. People still
- 0:39Speaker 3: have not been able to get their cars out of
- 0:41Speaker 3: the structure either, so just keep in mind. Libraries closed
- 0:45Speaker 3: through June fifteenth.
- 0:46Speaker 4: Because of that.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Ice Spice has been cast in the upcoming SpongeBob SquarePants film.
- 0:51Speaker 3: She's gonna have a new original song and movie as well.
- 0:54Speaker 3: So the SpongeBob movie Search for SquarePants is set for
- 0:57Speaker 3: a December release. We don't know much about what her
- 1:00Speaker 3: character is going to be. We just know that she's
- 1:03Speaker 3: got a part in it, so I think this is
- 1:05Speaker 3: her first time acting, so this should be interesting to
- 1:10Speaker 3: see how it goes.
- 1:11Speaker 1: It's Spongebobby. Never know if she's going to be animated
- 1:13Speaker 1: orf she'll actually just be her.
- 1:16Speaker 4: Just don't know.
- 1:16Speaker 3: We will see in December. And this is a super
- 1:20Speaker 3: weird trend alert. It's getting pretty viral at this point,
- 1:23Speaker 3: half because.
- 1:24Speaker 4: Of how insane it is, and half because people like
- 1:27Speaker 4: the idea. It's toilet flowers.
- 1:31Speaker 3: People are putting freshly cut flowers inside their toilet take
- 1:35Speaker 3: so like the piece behind the toilet, not the piece
- 1:37Speaker 3: you actually sit on.
- 1:39Speaker 4: But people are removing the lid and filling the tank
- 1:42Speaker 4: with a bunch.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Of flowers, like just a whole lot of flowers.
- 1:46Speaker 1: And if it were a vase, not put not putting
- 1:48Speaker 1: the lid on.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Top, it just looks like as if it's a vase.
- 1:51Speaker 3: This idea all came from one specific person, The Daily Nelly,
- 1:56Speaker 3: who claimed it would quote leave your guests speechless, which
- 1:59Speaker 3: I I think it will. I don't hate it, not
- 2:02Speaker 3: for the right reasons.
- 2:03Speaker 4: You don't hate it.
- 2:04Speaker 1: If it was like jam packed full of flowers, and
- 2:07Speaker 1: I think that could look kind of cool.
- 2:08Speaker 3: It could literally clog your toilet well, and then you
- 2:12Speaker 3: have a whole other situation on your hands. Just get
- 2:14Speaker 3: a vase and put it on top of the lid.
- 2:17Speaker 1: I mean, you're right, obviously, but the visual is not bad.
- 2:22Speaker 4: Okay. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things
- 2:24Speaker 4: he needs to know.
- 2:24Speaker 2: And I think it's probably taken off. It's a trend
- 2:26Speaker 2: for a reason, you know, it's different. It's cool.
- 2:29Speaker 4: Every trend should be a trend, though, keV Doc.
- 2:31Speaker 2: You're right about that. This one I don't hate as
- 2:34Speaker 2: much as I originally thought I would. And you said,
- 2:36Speaker 2: toilet flowers, it's not bad. Thank you for that, Ricky.
- 2:39Speaker 1: We've got passes for Holiday World and Splashing Safari coming
- 2:43Speaker 1: up less than ten minutes.
- 2:44Speaker 2: You can win those right here on the river one
- 2:46Speaker 2: O seven.
- 2:46Speaker 5: Five Ricky and Zach and Meno.
- 2:49Speaker 3: In the morning, Morning Stacy in Nashville, How is your
- 2:51Speaker 3: morning going so far?
- 2:53Speaker 6: It is going really good now.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Because you're talking to your favorite morning show.
- 2:58Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, it's so sweet.
- 3:02Speaker 2: My words, not hers, but thank you.
- 3:04Speaker 4: She agreed, so they were kind of like her words.
- 3:08Speaker 2: What are you doing Stacy, I am now you know
- 3:11Speaker 2: you got to share with the class. Stacy. What do
- 3:13Speaker 2: you do for a living?
- 3:15Speaker 6: I work in accounting at Kroger.
- 3:17Speaker 4: Over is my favorite grocery store.
- 3:20Speaker 8: Same here, no shout out to Kroger points. I love
- 3:25Speaker 8: it for the cheaper gas. I live for it.
- 3:28Speaker 4: At least three times a week.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Zach comes in and goes, you will never believe what
- 3:31Speaker 3: I got at Kroger.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Actually, he's going.
- 3:34Speaker 3: To talk about a huge moment that he had at
- 3:35Speaker 3: a grocery store the other day. He loves grocery stores,
- 3:38Speaker 3: both of them, Kevin and Zach.
- 3:40Speaker 2: I go to the store every single day. So thank
- 3:42Speaker 2: you for doing what you do.
- 3:43Speaker 3: Stacy, and thank you for hanging out with us every morning.
- 3:47Speaker 4: We appreciate you. We will tell you that you are
- 3:49Speaker 4: the first caller of the day.
- 3:50Speaker 3: So you're getting Holiday World in slash and Safari tickets.
- 3:53Speaker 6: Oh my god.
- 3:54Speaker 9: That I.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Well, congratulations first time for everything. We're happy to be
- 4:00Speaker 3: your first.
- 4:02Speaker 8: That means you've got good luck today you've never won
- 4:04Speaker 8: anything on the radio. That means you need to go
- 4:06Speaker 8: like buy a lottery ticket or something.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Today. You got good luck and if you win, you
- 4:09Speaker 2: could just split half of it with us.
- 4:11Speaker 1: It was a stress, but sure, I mean it was
- 4:14Speaker 1: my idea. Okay, do you work inside a Kroger? Are
- 4:17Speaker 1: you at some sort of corporate structure?
- 4:21Speaker 7: Oh?
- 4:21Speaker 2: Man, I'm jealous. Ridiculous mother ships. Hey, i'd say, Sonna,
- 4:27Speaker 2: but hold get all your information. Okay, thank you, Heven.
- 4:31Speaker 2: You know it's so weird.
- 4:32Speaker 8: You and I both go to the grocery store every day,
- 4:34Speaker 8: and I have never seen you there.
- 4:36Speaker 2: I think we live in different parts of town. I
- 4:37Speaker 2: think we should go together. That'd be a fun bonding date.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I would love to hang out with you. I don't
- 4:44Speaker 1: want to go to the grocery store with anybody. I
- 4:45Speaker 1: don't want to take my wife, I don't want to
- 4:46Speaker 1: take my kids. I don't want anybody slowing me down.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I know what to do and where to go, and
- 4:50Speaker 1: I'm all we.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Need to do is we need to have a competition.
- 4:54Speaker 2: The two of you are like a supermarket sweep. Yeah,
- 4:56Speaker 2: like a.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Supermarket seep between the two of you to see who
- 4:58Speaker 4: would win.
- 4:59Speaker 2: I'm one h dred percent in. Okay, you don't stand
- 5:04Speaker 2: a chance. I feel bad for you.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Meno.
- 5:09Speaker 3: In the morning, we're about to hear about Zach's life
- 5:12Speaker 3: changing moment yesterday at Kroger. It's Ricky Zachamana in the
- 5:16Speaker 3: morning on one oh seven five the River. He texted
- 5:18Speaker 3: every person in his contact about this.
- 5:21Speaker 8: I just feel like it's really important that everybody knows.
- 5:25Speaker 3: I mean, honestly, this is a great life hack. I
- 5:27Speaker 3: had no idea that this is even an option. Part
- 5:29Speaker 3: of me is wondering if it was really just like
- 5:32Speaker 3: the guy playing around with you.
- 5:34Speaker 2: But go ahead, okay.
- 5:35Speaker 8: So I went to the grocery store Kroger, my favorite
- 5:38Speaker 8: one shout out to Kroger, and I went in for
- 5:40Speaker 8: a rotissry chicken because I was making something for dinner
- 5:43Speaker 8: where you just need to try a chicken. So I
- 5:44Speaker 8: went for a rotisserie chicken and I walked up. It
- 5:47Speaker 8: was like ten forty five in the morning and it
- 5:49Speaker 8: says fresh chicken on the hour, every hour, eleven am.
- 5:53Speaker 2: To seven pm.
- 5:54Speaker 8: And I was like, okay, cool, they don't put it
- 5:56Speaker 8: out till eleven o'clock. So I went to the car wash,
- 5:58Speaker 8: came back at eleven o eight past eleven am. Yes,
- 6:01Speaker 8: and it says again, fresh chicken on the hour, every hour,
- 6:05Speaker 8: guaranteed or it's free at the bottom of the sign.
- 6:07Speaker 2: And so I went to like.
- 6:08Speaker 8: The bakery and I was like, hey, just curious, when
- 6:10Speaker 8: are you guys planning on putting your chicken out? And
- 6:13Speaker 8: he was like, wait, what time is it? And I
- 6:14Speaker 8: was like, it's eleven o wait. He goes, oh, it's
- 6:16Speaker 8: past eleven o'clock. You get it for free, right, And
- 6:19Speaker 8: I was like, yeah, I mean.
- 6:20Speaker 4: It says that on the sign.
- 6:21Speaker 8: That's what the sign says. It says it's guaranteed or
- 6:24Speaker 8: it's free.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Wow.
- 6:25Speaker 8: And so I was like, he told me it would
- 6:28Speaker 8: be like ten minutes, and I said, just so you know,
- 6:30Speaker 8: the sign is lying to me then, and he goes, oh.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Yeah, you do get it for free.
- 6:35Speaker 8: So he literally gave me a coupon for a free
- 6:37Speaker 8: rotistry chicken, and then once it was done, he came
- 6:40Speaker 8: out and gave me the rotissory chicken. And I got
- 6:43Speaker 8: it for free, and it's fresh every hour on the hour,
- 6:46Speaker 8: or it's free guaranteed.
- 6:47Speaker 2: And this is, as Zack said, one of the biggest
- 6:49Speaker 2: things that has ever happened to him. And yeah, the.
- 6:51Speaker 8: Rotissary chicken was seven dollars and ninety nine cents, but
- 6:54Speaker 8: not for me, are you it was free?
- 6:57Speaker 3: I really thought the guy was kind of like messing
- 6:58Speaker 3: with you. It was just being nice. But you did
- 7:01Speaker 3: send a picture of the sign to me. Yeah, and
- 7:03Speaker 3: it doesn't small princess guaranteed or it's free.
- 7:07Speaker 2: It does at the bottom.
- 7:08Speaker 4: I really thought you just got lucky.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Zachi text me about this, and I am a vegetarian.
- 7:14Speaker 2: It's good to know.
- 7:15Speaker 8: It's good to use this information ever it matters to you, Kevin.
- 7:20Speaker 2: But in case anybody ever.
- 7:22Speaker 8: Needs a a tissery chicken, so every hour on the hour,
- 7:25Speaker 8: or it's guaranteed or it's free is a nice life hack.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I know.
- 7:28Speaker 8: I literally it was a highlight. I felt like I
- 7:30Speaker 8: had cracked the code.
- 7:33Speaker 4: You cracked the free chicken. Cod get there at eleven am.
- 7:36Speaker 8: It was only eight dollars, but you know what eight
- 7:39Speaker 8: dollars is eight dollars.
- 7:40Speaker 2: I saved eight bucks that day. I have a feeling
- 7:42Speaker 2: you're gonna beating a lot of rotissary chickens in the future.
- 7:45Speaker 2: To go, I go to the grocery store, it's going
- 7:47Speaker 2: to be at eleven am. The chicken is not ready.
- 7:49Speaker 4: Now, Zach's hyper.
- 7:52Speaker 2: Good for you, man, I'm happy for you. Truly so much.
- 7:55Speaker 4: You're sharing the hack with us.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Yeah, and the rotissary chicken was bomb. It was very good.
- 8:00Speaker 2: How could it not. I mean, as a vegetarian, that smell,
- 8:03Speaker 2: I feel like a cartoon character lifts it off the ground.
- 8:06Speaker 2: My nose is just like.
- 8:09Speaker 4: My favorite, like that skin.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Now I'm getting hungry, my mouth is getting watered well.
- 8:14Speaker 8: Eleven get there before eleven four hours.
- 8:18Speaker 6: Three things, Yes, yes.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Just after seven o'clock on this Wednesday morning, Ricky's got
- 8:24Speaker 1: those three things.
- 8:25Speaker 4: MGK announced a new album is coming.
- 8:28Speaker 3: His album, Lost Americana, is set to release August eighth.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Very cool note here, Bob Dylan voiced the trailer that
- 8:34Speaker 3: he posted to social media talking about the album.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Yeah, Bob Dylan's an MGK.
- 8:38Speaker 4: He's a fan. Yeah.
- 8:39Speaker 3: He had posted a clip of MGK recently, and I
- 8:43Speaker 3: guess since then they've kind of become friends in they're
- 8:47Speaker 3: fans of each other.
- 8:48Speaker 4: I think it's actually a really cool moment.
- 8:49Speaker 3: I will post what MGK had posted as the trailer
- 8:52Speaker 3: to his album that's coming out, Lost Americana, so you
- 8:55Speaker 3: could see it for yourself and you can listen to
- 8:57Speaker 3: Bob Dylan nine Nashville is gonna start filming here this summer.
- 9:01Speaker 3: Local filming is set to generate fifty million dollars in
- 9:04Speaker 3: economic impact, which is great. It's also going to create
- 9:07Speaker 3: six hundred jobs, which we love to see. The new
- 9:10Speaker 3: show is set to premiere on the Fall and is
- 9:12Speaker 3: going to showcase several iconic locations across Davidson County and
- 9:17Speaker 3: the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. So just something to keep
- 9:20Speaker 3: in mind if you.
- 9:20Speaker 4: See people filming, it's probably nine one to one.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Nashville and Walmart's thirty minute drone delivery service is expanding.
- 9:28Speaker 3: This is something they've been working on for a while,
- 9:30Speaker 3: and they started in just a few markets, but now
- 9:33Speaker 3: they're going to expand to one hundred more locations, including
- 9:37Speaker 3: places like Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Orlando, and Tampa. Members get
- 9:41Speaker 3: this service for free. Non members will pay nineteen ninety
- 9:44Speaker 3: nine to use it, and you could choose your delivery
- 9:46Speaker 3: straight to your fridge even what so, yeah.
- 9:50Speaker 2: A drone coming into your house, so.
- 9:52Speaker 4: I guess it can come into your house if you
- 9:54Speaker 4: want to. I don't know.
- 9:56Speaker 3: It says straight to your fridge. I don't know just
- 9:58Speaker 3: how literal that acts. Actually is.
- 10:00Speaker 4: But that's what I'm thinking, is that they'll flight into
- 10:02Speaker 4: your home if you want.
- 10:03Speaker 2: That's too hot, weird, that's so straight.
- 10:05Speaker 4: Thirty minutes though for a drone delivery.
- 10:08Speaker 3: Not a bad idea. I'm not entirely against this. I'm
- 10:11Speaker 3: Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
- 10:13Speaker 3: to know.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky. Here's Gracie Abrams.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Right after this song, we are going to learn, going
- 10:19Speaker 1: to expand our brains with Zack Svax.
- 10:21Speaker 2: He is standing by, he's ready. Get it next to
- 10:23Speaker 2: the river one O seven.
- 10:25Speaker 10: Ricky, Zach and meno in the morning, right, Zach teaches
- 10:28Speaker 10: something new.
- 10:29Speaker 4: It's Zacks Fax on one of seven five the river.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Well, your factor of the day is that camels have
- 10:33Speaker 2: not one, not.
- 10:35Speaker 8: Two, but three eyelids. Camels have three eyelids. One of
- 10:40Speaker 8: them is a transparent fold of skin located on the
- 10:43Speaker 8: inner corner of the eye to kind of like wipe
- 10:45Speaker 8: away dust and everything, and even experts say that it
- 10:48Speaker 8: can improve their vision to act like a like a contact.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Oh okay, so there's three eyelids on each eyeballs.
- 10:55Speaker 8: Yeah, saying on each eyeball they have three eyelids. So
- 10:58Speaker 8: that six eyelids all together.
- 11:00Speaker 4: That's weird, I know.
- 11:02Speaker 2: And there's your fact of the day.
- 11:04Speaker 4: Kevin's my moon right now, I'm just.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Trying to picture it. Well, the one is transparent, so
- 11:09Speaker 2: you can't see it. Oh, then they have two, they
- 11:12Speaker 2: have three. One that's transparent.
- 11:14Speaker 11: Just because it's I mean, it's still there, you just
- 11:17Speaker 11: can't see it. Ranks Zach and got a DM from
- 11:24Speaker 11: a listener because we were talking about in laws. Good morning,
- 11:27Speaker 11: Tammy and Gallatin, Welcome to one oh seven five of
- 11:30Speaker 11: the River.
- 11:30Speaker 4: You have quite this story about your in law.
- 11:33Speaker 7: I do. It's a doozy. So my husband and I
- 11:37Speaker 7: went out of town for a work trip and my
- 11:40Speaker 7: mother in law was like nice enough to offer to
- 11:42Speaker 7: watch the house and the kids while we were gone
- 11:44Speaker 7: for a couple of days. Very nice and yeah, totally. However,
- 11:48Speaker 7: when we got back, she did a complete makeover of
- 11:52Speaker 7: our home. Replaced the furniture, painted the walls, the whole thing,
- 11:56Speaker 7: and I, yeah, I'm livid. She didn't like our house
- 12:00Speaker 7: and like a zero consent to do anything like this
- 12:03Speaker 7: doorhouse And like, I don't know what to do. Do
- 12:06Speaker 7: I say something? Do I leave it alone?
- 12:08Speaker 4: Like is it nice?
- 12:09Speaker 3: Furniture, Tammy, I don't even care.
- 12:13Speaker 7: It's not our furniture, like, okay wanted it?
- 12:17Speaker 9: Did?
- 12:17Speaker 1: She frame it as a surprise, like you'd be so
- 12:19Speaker 1: excited when he walked in the door and saw it.
- 12:22Speaker 12: She was like, I.
- 12:24Speaker 7: Fixed a couple of things.
- 12:25Speaker 4: Oh, super casual.
- 12:27Speaker 8: I feel like that is such a slap in the face.
- 12:30Speaker 8: I fixed a couple of things.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Bro.
- 12:31Speaker 8: We bought the house, we furnished it, we decorated it
- 12:34Speaker 8: the way that we wanted to for our family, and
- 12:37Speaker 8: then you just come in out of left field and
- 12:38Speaker 8: you're like, no, girl, this is how it's supposed to
- 12:40Speaker 8: be done. Honestly, I would say something to your husband
- 12:43Speaker 8: and then make your husband say something.
- 12:45Speaker 7: To his mother or Okay, like you don't want.
- 12:48Speaker 2: To look like the daughter in law that's like the
- 12:50Speaker 2: evil one of the family.
- 12:51Speaker 3: Well, I'll say, based off of what the mother in
- 12:53Speaker 3: law did, it doesn't seem like.
- 12:55Speaker 4: Not to say much Tammy about your husband.
- 12:57Speaker 3: I don't know him, but it doesn't sound like Ammy's
- 13:00Speaker 3: husband's really going to go to his mom and Sandy.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Is he a mama's boy? Yeah, there it is.
- 13:06Speaker 7: Yeah, that's that's also kind of like was like he
- 13:09Speaker 7: didn't even notice.
- 13:13Speaker 2: I feel like that's a typical man. Though.
- 13:16Speaker 3: We're sorry for laughing. That's this is not a laughing matter.
- 13:19Speaker 3: But that was not what we were expecting.
- 13:21Speaker 8: We could turn this around to a positive Tammy. Okay,
- 13:24Speaker 8: so you take all of the furniture that she bought
- 13:26Speaker 8: and you do a yard sale, so you get all
- 13:28Speaker 8: of this money that she spent, and then you just
- 13:30Speaker 8: put all of your old furniture back and you're just
- 13:32Speaker 8: like richer.
- 13:33Speaker 2: You just made so much money off of her.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I guess so I means killer.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Yeah, that sounds like a lot of work. Tammy shouldn't
- 13:43Speaker 3: have to do that. Let's see what other people have
- 13:46Speaker 3: to say, because Zach, I love your thought process here.
- 13:49Speaker 4: I just don't know that it's exactly what Tammy's looking.
- 13:51Speaker 8: I'm trying to be positive here. I know it's awful
- 13:53Speaker 8: and the mother in law is the demon. Oh, but
- 13:57Speaker 8: you need to make the money off of.
- 13:58Speaker 7: It, all right.
- 13:58Speaker 4: We're gonna see what other people have to say. Tammy.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Okay, maybe somebody could help you out and we could
- 14:03Speaker 3: have a reasonable way.
- 14:05Speaker 7: That's okay.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Thank you for sharing with us. We appreciate you bringing
- 14:08Speaker 2: that to us.
- 14:09Speaker 7: You're welcome.
- 14:10Speaker 1: All right, you stay tuned to see what people say. Uh,
- 14:13Speaker 1: And I mean, I can't be the only one to
- 14:15Speaker 1: defend the mother in law. But like, it's a nice gesture, keV.
- 14:19Speaker 3: Dog we don't have enough time now to get into
- 14:21Speaker 3: this six one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
- 14:25Speaker 3: What would you do if you were Tammy in this situation.
- 14:28Speaker 2: I'm just saying, I don't think it's fair to call
- 14:30Speaker 2: her a demon.
- 14:30Speaker 4: Kevin.
- 14:31Speaker 1: Kevin, one O seven five, Rakie and Zach and I
- 14:35Speaker 1: need to go on one.
- 14:36Speaker 2: O seven five the river.
- 14:37Speaker 1: We talked to Tammy, who she told us the story
- 14:40Speaker 1: her and her husband went out of town and then
- 14:42Speaker 1: her mother in law redecorated the whole house without talking
- 14:45Speaker 1: to him.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Jessica and Mount and Juliet, tell us what you would
- 14:48Speaker 3: do in Tammy's situation.
- 14:51Speaker 12: Listen, I think to make everything better for both parties.
- 14:54Speaker 12: I think she just talks to the mother in law
- 14:56Speaker 12: and says, listen. I appreciate the gesture. It's not what
- 14:59Speaker 12: I wanted. Let's take this furniture back to where you
- 15:01Speaker 12: got it. Lets they're stopping together so that we can
- 15:04Speaker 12: agree on something.
- 15:05Speaker 2: You are right.
- 15:06Speaker 1: That is always you know, the best advice just to
- 15:08Speaker 1: have an open conversation.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Communication is key. It's so much easier said than done.
- 15:13Speaker 8: Though, Yeah, I feel like that's going to be so awkward, Like, hey,
- 15:16Speaker 8: thank you so much, but the furniture you picked out
- 15:18Speaker 8: is ugly.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Let's go buy something else.
- 15:22Speaker 12: There's not going to be an easy way to attack
- 15:24Speaker 12: this that, don't think at.
- 15:24Speaker 4: All, Jessica.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Have you had a situation with like in laws that
- 15:28Speaker 3: you've experienced?
- 15:29Speaker 12: Fortunately, No, I have really great in laws. Oh okay,
- 15:33Speaker 12: good friends that have had terrible in laws.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Okay, lucky. You very very excited for you.
- 15:38Speaker 3: I didn't know if maybe you've gone through a similar
- 15:40Speaker 3: situation and you've seen it already kind of you know,
- 15:42Speaker 3: work out firsthand to just be honest and upfront about it.
- 15:46Speaker 3: But I mean, I think we all know the mature
- 15:48Speaker 3: thing to do is what you said, just to talk
- 15:50Speaker 3: about it.
- 15:50Speaker 2: It's not the easy thing though.
- 15:52Speaker 12: No, definitely not the easy thing.
- 15:54Speaker 4: Well, thank you, Jessica. We appreciate you calling in.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Thanks great day, you too, Jessica, Thank you for listening.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Bowling Green, Kentucky. Welcome to the river. What are your
- 16:02Speaker 2: thoughts about this mother in law situation?
- 16:05Speaker 12: Well as a mother of three boys, and they are
- 16:07Speaker 12: all mama's boys.
- 16:09Speaker 6: I would never do something like that.
- 16:11Speaker 3: Okay, so you're defending the mama's boys here, and you
- 16:14Speaker 3: want you want it to be known that not all
- 16:17Speaker 3: mother in laws can be crazy exactly.
- 16:21Speaker 2: So what would you do then? If you were Tammy,
- 16:23Speaker 2: I would have to tell her. Yeah, that seems to
- 16:26Speaker 2: be the going theory, and.
- 16:27Speaker 6: You can do it in a nice way.
- 16:29Speaker 5: But he's not going to say anything. No.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Do you think your sons would be able to stand
- 16:33Speaker 1: up to you at any point in life?
- 16:35Speaker 12: Well, I would hope they would, but I wouldn't do
- 16:37Speaker 12: something so stupid.
- 16:40Speaker 4: I'm with you, Julie.
- 16:42Speaker 3: My fiance he's a mama's boy, but I know that
- 16:44Speaker 3: his mom would never do something like this, So luckily
- 16:47Speaker 3: I would not have to deal with this situation.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Ricky, coming at you if you've redecorated her house, appreciate
- 16:53Speaker 1: you calling.
- 16:54Speaker 10: Thank you, thank you, my love.
- 16:57Speaker 1: We'll do one more. We'll get a guy's perspective. Mar
- 17:00Speaker 1: In Murphy's Borough, what do you say.
- 17:02Speaker 7: I don't believe you have to expect the guilt of
- 17:05Speaker 7: your family's perspective.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Oh she did it out of love.
- 17:09Speaker 7: Yet, but at the same time, it's also a massive
- 17:12Speaker 7: invasion of privacy and trust of letting someone into your home.
- 17:16Speaker 8: Do you actually think she did it out of love
- 17:18Speaker 8: and out of a good place or liked What if
- 17:20Speaker 8: she didn't like the daughter in law and she did
- 17:22Speaker 8: this out of spite, like completely redecorated.
- 17:24Speaker 2: Do you think many new furniture a mean thing because.
- 17:27Speaker 8: She redecorated her house by being like, yo, your stuff
- 17:30Speaker 8: is ugly?
- 17:31Speaker 2: What if she did it out of spite you.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Never said it was ugly?
- 17:33Speaker 2: Well, basically by replacing it. When you're dealing with ethics,
- 17:37Speaker 2: to the best point of view is to assume someone
- 17:38Speaker 2: did something out of ignorance rather than alice. Yeah, you're
- 17:42Speaker 2: a smart man, Mark.
- 17:43Speaker 3: That's also just a nice perspective to have about anybody
- 17:46Speaker 3: in any situation.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Thank you well, thank you for calling Mark. We appreciate
- 17:50Speaker 1: your input. Bug Hey, you all right, have a good day.
- 17:53Speaker 3: It seems like the going consensus here though, is just
- 17:55Speaker 3: that she's going to have a conversation with her mother
- 17:56Speaker 3: in law, which is the scariest.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Thought of all but patient, that's scary.
- 18:03Speaker 10: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the It's on seven five
- 18:06Speaker 10: the River it's time to play Kevin Manno's game of
- 18:08Speaker 10: the day this week.

- 18:11Speaker 2: That's the name of the game, soccer inspired.
- 18:14Speaker 3: You win, you're getting tickets to FIFA World Cup at

- 18:32Speaker 4: WHOA that sounds fun.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Do you get to do like all the cool stuff
- 18:36Speaker 3: that everybody else like doesn't get to do all around Gallatin?
- 18:40Speaker 5: Oh? Yeah, I have the best job in the whole world.
- 18:42Speaker 12: I mean I get to do everything fun on a
- 18:45Speaker 12: daily basis.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Oh love that. That's very cool. Hopefully you win. Kick it?
- 18:49Speaker 2: Are you ready to kick it?
- 18:50Speaker 7: I'm ready to kick it?
- 18:53Speaker 2: Well done?
- 18:54Speaker 4: Well, oh if I like it.
- 18:56Speaker 1: So these trivia questions, you know, the questions of the
- 18:58Speaker 1: answers have something to do with kicking kick kicks. That's
- 19:01Speaker 1: the the idea behind the game. Because it is soccer tickets.
- 19:04Speaker 1: You get two out of three, right, You're going to
- 19:06Speaker 1: the match?
- 19:06Speaker 2: Are you ready?
- 19:08Speaker 3: I'll try you.
- 19:09Speaker 1: I know your game starts right now, often called table soccer.
- 19:14Speaker 1: What game involves turning a rod in order to make
- 19:17Speaker 1: small people kick a ball?
- 19:21Speaker 2: Ball?

- 19:23Speaker 2: Nice job, get this?
- 19:25Speaker 6: You win?
- 19:26Speaker 1: What global crowdfunding platform helps bring creative projects to life?

- 19:48Speaker 3: didn't have to get to the third one.
- 19:50Speaker 6: Sweet.
- 19:51Speaker 12: Thank you guys so much.
- 19:52Speaker 4: You are so welcome.
- 19:53Speaker 3: You're getting tickets to go to FIFA World Cup at
- 19:55Speaker 3: Yodis Parke June twentieth.
- 19:56Speaker 4: Have so much fun of.
- 20:00Speaker 2: I love this excitement. That's great. Everybody else, go to
- 20:03Speaker 2: Gallaton and do all this stuff.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Exactly by soon hang on the light, okay, love, Okay.
- 20:10Speaker 2: We've got more tomorrow. It's a very dumb game, very
- 20:12Speaker 2: easy game. Be here to win. Jonathan also has a
- 20:14Speaker 2: chance at five forty five. You said it not me, no, no, no.
- 20:18Speaker 1: I fully understand that this is not the best game
- 20:21Speaker 1: we've ever played, but.
- 20:22Speaker 2: It is easy.
- 20:23Speaker 6: It's a game.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Nonetheless, Yeah, if you wanted to ticket seven forty five tomorrow.
- 20:27Speaker 5: Be here three things you need to know this past.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Eight o'clock here on this Wednesday morning. Thank you so
- 20:32Speaker 1: much for starting your day with us. Ricky's got those
- 20:33Speaker 1: three things.
- 20:34Speaker 3: I just put a lot of hand sanitizer on my
- 20:36Speaker 3: hands and it's really intense right now. The co founder
- 20:40Speaker 3: of Bonnaroo has passed away. Jonathan Mayer's passed away on Tuesday,
- 20:45Speaker 3: with little details about what led to his passing. Him
- 20:48Speaker 3: and three others launched and sold out the first Bonnaroo
- 20:51Speaker 3: in two thousand and two, which, according to Billboard, would
- 20:54Speaker 3: become the blueprint for hundreds of music festivals across the country.
- 20:57Speaker 3: Festival organizers said that a tree will be planted in
- 21:00Speaker 3: honor of mayors on the seven hundred acre farm where
- 21:03Speaker 3: Bonnarou is held each year. This weekend is Bonnaroo weekend,
- 21:07Speaker 3: so make sure that if you were going, that you
- 21:09Speaker 3: stay safe this weekend.
- 21:10Speaker 4: Be weather aware.
- 21:11Speaker 3: We're supposed to get a lot of intense weather coming
- 21:14Speaker 3: through as well, and it's gonna be warm, so make
- 21:16Speaker 3: sure you're drinking lots of water when you're out there
- 21:18Speaker 3: as well. And obviously all of our our thoughts are
- 21:22Speaker 3: with Jonathan Mayers and everybody who you know, created Bonnaroo
- 21:25Speaker 3: with him as well. Miley Cyrus revealed that she was
- 21:28Speaker 3: originally cast as the lead role for Hotel Transylvania. She
- 21:33Speaker 3: said on a podcast that she was fired for the
- 21:35Speaker 3: role after getting her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
- 21:37Speaker 4: At the time a cake shaped like male private park.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Really, that's why they let her go.
- 21:42Speaker 3: They were worried that her shift into you know, more
- 21:45Speaker 3: of a mature vibe was not going to fit Hotel Transylvania,
- 21:49Speaker 3: which you know, it makes sense Hotel Translvania's for children.
- 21:53Speaker 3: She was later placed replaced by Selena Gomez in that role.
- 21:58Speaker 3: Aldi has dropped prices on nearly a quarter of its
- 22:01Speaker 3: items for summer. I love a good deal, So over
- 22:04Speaker 3: four hundred different grocery items across twenty four hundred US
- 22:07Speaker 3: stores have been dropped in price through Labor Day. It
- 22:10Speaker 3: goes from meats to fresh produce, road trip snacks, all
- 22:13Speaker 3: sorts of different things.
- 22:15Speaker 4: They're trying to help ease, you know, the issues with inflation.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Since twenty twenty, a lot of these items have jumped
- 22:22Speaker 3: over twenty eight percent in pricing, so they're kind of
- 22:25Speaker 3: giving you a little break there. All the estimates customers
- 22:28Speaker 3: could collectively save one hundred million dollars this season alone
- 22:31Speaker 3: with these price cuts.
- 22:32Speaker 4: So go take.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Advantage of some nice deals at ALD while you have
- 22:36Speaker 3: the chance to.
- 22:37Speaker 4: My name is Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things.
- 22:39Speaker 5: You need to have one the River, Reiky, Zach and
- 22:42Speaker 5: Meno in the morning.
- 22:43Speaker 4: When was your last screw it moment? It's one oh
- 22:46Speaker 4: seven five the river.
- 22:47Speaker 3: The last time that you just said, you know what,
- 22:50Speaker 3: I deserve this, I'm just gonna buy the thing I
- 22:52Speaker 3: always wanted, or go on the trip I never got
- 22:54Speaker 3: to go to, or just decided to be spontaneous.
- 22:57Speaker 4: Yes, last time you did that.
- 22:59Speaker 1: We want to hear from you spontaneity man six one five, seven,
- 23:02Speaker 1: three seven nine, one oh seven.
- 23:04Speaker 2: I cannot think of a single thing. I'm not spontaneous
- 23:06Speaker 2: in any way, shape or form. Do you have an example,
- 23:09Speaker 2: Ricky for yourself.
- 23:11Speaker 4: Probably my Labubu was obsession.
- 23:14Speaker 3: I decided, you know what, I keep looking at these
- 23:16Speaker 3: and I think they're so cute. I'm just gonna buy
- 23:17Speaker 3: a bunch, even though they're pretty expensive.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Anyways, I will never understand that the Laboa thing. But
- 23:22Speaker 2: we want to hear yours. The last time you said
- 23:24Speaker 2: screw it. You just did it?
- 23:26Speaker 9: What was it?
- 23:26Speaker 1: Six one five, seven, three seven nine one oh seven
- 23:29Speaker 1: one o seven five the River.
- 23:31Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning, and you said.
- 23:33Speaker 4: You're in Nashville right now. When was your last screw
- 23:36Speaker 4: it moment?
- 23:37Speaker 9: My friend and I a Weekha, she's in the car
- 23:40Speaker 9: with me right now. We booked a trip to go
- 23:43Speaker 9: to New York for DoD Ball, and then I behind
- 23:48Speaker 9: your back when you booked the trip for us the
- 23:51Speaker 9: Nashville for bon Ru and I didn't realize that they
- 23:54Speaker 9: were on conspcutive weekends, and we're like, shoot, what are
- 23:57Speaker 9: we're going to do here? And we said, screw it?
- 23:59Speaker 1: So you just go to Oh you went to gove
- 24:00Speaker 1: Ball last weekend, You're going to Boneru this weekend.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 24:03Speaker 9: Correct, I had that.
- 24:05Speaker 3: I think that's absolutely amazing. I want to live my
- 24:08Speaker 3: life vicariously through you too.
- 24:11Speaker 2: That's right, that's so cool.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I hope it was fun last weekend, and have a
- 24:16Speaker 1: have a blast this weekend. Yeah, and be safe you
- 24:18Speaker 1: said it earlier, but make sure you're staying hydrated.

- 24:29Speaker 5: Guys, right, thank you.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Thank you, thanks for calling. And Sharon Amy and Leafayette
- 24:35Speaker 1: go ahead. What was the last screw it moment for you?
- 24:38Speaker 1: Your spontaneous action?
- 24:40Speaker 6: There was about four years ago. I was left unattended
- 24:43Speaker 6: in Universal and I spent over five hundred dollars at
- 24:46Speaker 6: Harry Potter wool.
- 24:48Speaker 5: Good for you.
- 24:50Speaker 4: Did you just say forty years ago?
- 24:53Speaker 2: Harry Potter? Years ago?
- 24:56Speaker 3: But that's why I got so confused. I was like,
- 24:57Speaker 3: wait a minute, what for years ago? You spent five
- 25:01Speaker 3: hundred dollars.
- 25:02Speaker 6: Well, things happen when you're left unattended with everybody, you know.
- 25:06Speaker 3: I am not judging. I spent a lot of money
- 25:09Speaker 3: on my laboo boos.
- 25:10Speaker 4: That's what I just said. Were my screw it moments,
- 25:11Speaker 4: So no judgment.
- 25:13Speaker 1: And I will say we took the kids to Harry
- 25:15Speaker 1: Potter World over the over the winter of a Christmas
- 25:18Speaker 1: break and I was like, sure, buddy, I'll get you
- 25:20Speaker 1: a wand eighty dollars.
- 25:21Speaker 2: Like it goes fast, it adds up, it all is
- 25:24Speaker 2: very expensive.
- 25:24Speaker 12: It does.
- 25:25Speaker 6: So I go every year and I got that year.
- 25:28Speaker 6: I got the entire outfit cloak wand headband the entire
- 25:33Speaker 6: yard nine yards.
- 25:34Speaker 8: I mean, you deserve it, honestly, So I'm I'm proud
- 25:38Speaker 8: of you for having your screuit moment because you deserve it.
- 25:41Speaker 6: Like I left universal feeling like a Bob Queen.
- 25:45Speaker 4: Yes, that's a great feeling. Though, oh it was.
- 25:48Speaker 6: I mean I didn't like the bill later, but at
- 25:51Speaker 6: the moment I was all for it.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Sure, that's what we always call. That's a later you problem.
- 25:57Speaker 2: And before we let you go, we have to know
- 25:59Speaker 2: what how you're in.
- 26:01Speaker 6: Hufflepuff and let's I'm mad, I'm Slytherin.
- 26:04Speaker 4: Wrong like a hufflepuff Amy that that fits?
- 26:07Speaker 7: I do tried.
- 26:08Speaker 4: We hope you have a great day. Love, thank you
- 26:09Speaker 4: so much for calling in.
- 26:11Speaker 5: Thank you, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 26:15Speaker 3: If there were ever a daily double tap that I
- 26:18Speaker 3: felt described Kevin Manow, it would be this one.
- 26:22Speaker 2: I'm honored. Thank you. Yeah yeah.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Guy talking about his disdain for extracurricular activities during the week,
- 26:30Speaker 1: really during the week after a day work, here we go.
- 26:33Speaker 4: I don't trust adults who do activities after work.
- 26:35Speaker 2: That seems weird to me.
- 26:37Speaker 7: You mean to tell me you leave the house, then
- 26:38Speaker 7: go back to the house and then leave the house again.
- 26:41Speaker 2: What's wrong with your house?
- 26:42Speaker 4: That suspicious? Is a haunted?
- 26:44Speaker 1: Hey?
- 26:44Speaker 4: On Wednesday nights we all go bowling.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Starts about seven thirty. You should come? Do I need
- 26:50Speaker 2: to bring pjs? Is it a sleepover?
- 26:52Speaker 4: I'm leaving work like I am late for the house.
- 26:54Speaker 9: I think some of y'all just need a hire thread.
- 26:56Speaker 4: Count leaving work like I am late for the house.
- 26:59Speaker 2: That's I knew. Catch Frize is a Kevin shaped hole
- 27:06Speaker 2: in the wall. Every day. As soon as we get
- 27:08Speaker 2: off the air, he's counting. That's true.
- 27:11Speaker 1: We're gonna put the video up in our Instagram stories
- 27:14Speaker 1: and put the daily double tap up there every single
- 27:16Speaker 1: day at one O seven five the River on Instagram.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Make sure you are following one O seven five the
- 27:20Speaker 2: River
- 27:21Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning.
