- 0:00Speaker 1: Yeah. No. To answer your question, no, Greg, I have not.
- 0:03Speaker 2: You should anyone in Seattle if you have never been
- 0:07Speaker 2: to the Windimre Cup in the opening of the boating
- 0:10Speaker 2: season on the first Saturday in May, go down to
- 0:12Speaker 2: the Motley Cup on Saturday. It's gonna be seventy degrees
- 0:15Speaker 2: late morning, and you're gonna see great Britain in the
- 0:19Speaker 2: men and women's internationally renowned, world class national champion rowing
- 0:24Speaker 2: teams competing. I wrote a book on the history of it.
- 0:27Speaker 2: At his thirtieth anniversary nineteen eighty seven, John Jacobe Windemere
- 0:33Speaker 2: read a column by Blade Noonham in the Seattle Times
- 0:36Speaker 2: about how the opening day of the voting season was
- 0:38Speaker 2: just kind of blah, that U doub would have this Forgatta,
- 0:41Speaker 2: and they'd bring Oregon State and Seattle U and local
- 0:44Speaker 2: rowing programs who were not even close to U Dub's program,
- 0:48Speaker 2: and Washington Husky smoked them. This is the Washington Huskies,
- 0:51Speaker 2: the boys in the Boat nineteen thirty six, Berlin Olympics.
- 0:53Speaker 2: That's the legacy of rowing at Washington. And in nineteen
- 0:59Speaker 2: eighty seven Jakobe had the idea, let's make the Windimere Cup.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Let's make this first day of the building season, a
- 1:04Speaker 2: big deal. We'll call it the Windamer Cup. We'll sponsor it,
- 1:07Speaker 2: and let's bring the best rowers in the world. And
- 1:10Speaker 2: in nineteen eighty seven, you know who they brought who
- 1:13Speaker 2: the Soviet Union. This is when the Cold War was
- 1:17Speaker 2: still raging. It was three years before Ronald Reagan said,
- 1:21Speaker 2: mister Gorbichip teared down that wall, four years before the
- 1:24Speaker 2: Berlin Wall came back. I'm dating myself. Half my audience
- 1:27Speaker 2: might say, what's the Berlin Wall? Yeah, it doesn't exist.
- 1:29Speaker 2: He used to divide East and West Berlin as a
- 1:32Speaker 2: symbol of the communism in the free world. Divide. Well,
- 1:36Speaker 2: four years before the Berlin Wall came down, the Soviet
- 1:38Speaker 2: Union rowing team came to the Motley Cut. Keith Jackson,
- 1:43Speaker 2: yes that Keith Jackson called the race on Como television
- 1:47Speaker 2: on a Saturday morning in the rain in May when
- 1:50Speaker 2: the Russians, the Soviets and their red singlets came and
- 1:54Speaker 2: raised the men and women of you dubbed now they
- 1:57Speaker 2: beat them handily. I mean we were talking Olympic medalists
- 1:59Speaker 2: and old medalists and bronze medalists in that boat. For
- 2:02Speaker 2: the Soviets twenty five twenty eight year old men and women.
- 2:06Speaker 2: But that was where the Windimere Cup was born, and
- 2:10Speaker 2: ever since then Great Britain, Australia, I met rowers from
- 2:14Speaker 2: all over the world. In my book, I wrote a
- 2:16Speaker 2: story about a Romanian woman, still when the wall was up,
- 2:19Speaker 2: and still when there was communism and Romanian was Communist
- 2:21Speaker 2: rule Soviet satellite state. A Romanian woman they went to
- 2:25Speaker 2: a party after the race on a local yachtsman friend
- 2:29Speaker 2: of the Windermere Cups hosted a party. She went, She
- 2:33Speaker 2: hid out on the boat and never went back with
- 2:35Speaker 2: her team and defected on the boat.
- 2:38Speaker 1: She never left.
- 2:39Speaker 2: She said she didn't go back with her team the
- 2:40Speaker 2: SeaTac didn't fly home. Called her parents a couple of
- 2:42Speaker 2: days later, said, Mom, Dad not coming home. She had
- 2:45Speaker 2: a one room, she had an outhouse for a bathroom
- 2:48Speaker 2: in her home in Romania. This is again communist era
- 2:51Speaker 2: Soviet block. And she saw the United States and blue
- 2:54Speaker 2: jeans at u village and she said, I'm staying it's
- 2:57Speaker 2: all in the Windermere Cup. If you haven't read the story,
- 3:00Speaker 2: it's about the ub bookstore has it Third Place Books
- 3:03Speaker 2: has at least they used to. Anyway, Saturday is a
- 3:07Speaker 2: perfect day weatherwise and time wise. If you have the time,
- 3:11Speaker 2: take an hour or two. It's like mid morning, nine
- 3:13Speaker 2: ten o'clock. The race is good. It's a series of
- 3:15Speaker 2: racist youth seniors, and then the featured races are the
- 3:19Speaker 2: end around eleven am the UDUB men and women Varsity
- 3:22Speaker 2: eight four's row. I mean it's a rowing we're got
- 3:26Speaker 2: and after it's all over. The Seattle Yacht Club sponsoring
- 3:30Speaker 2: and partnering with U DUB, they have the boat parade
- 3:33Speaker 2: the opening day of their boats at the Seattle YAKA
- 3:37Speaker 2: go back through the Mount lay Cut with the competing
- 3:40Speaker 2: boats who all hang out the finish language for them
- 3:42Speaker 2: got to end, and then they all row back to
- 3:43Speaker 2: the Connover show House to get It's a fabulous tableau,
- 3:46Speaker 2: especially on a weather day like this. Anyway, if you
- 3:49Speaker 2: haven't done it, it's it's pretty cool.
- 3:54Speaker 1: So we got a ten thirty.
- 3:55Speaker 2: We're going to talk to the seventh round pick Andre
- 3:58Speaker 2: Fuller from Toledo. He went to Arkansas Pine Bluff first,
- 4:02Speaker 2: transferred like most, and finished his current Toledo. Interestingly, though Chris,
- 4:07Speaker 2: he played multiple college seasons as a safety. YEP, I
- 4:11Speaker 2: saw that, yeah, and That's another thing Mike McDonald likes
- 4:14Speaker 2: is multiplicity and cornerbacks who tackle like safeties.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Bud Clark has.
- 4:20Speaker 2: A little bit of corner and nickel experience. The second
- 4:22Speaker 2: round pick, the third round pick, Julian Neal Guess what,
- 4:25Speaker 2: He's a cornerback who used to play safety. So is
- 4:28Speaker 2: Andre full With the seventh round pick from Toledo. He
- 4:30Speaker 2: was on a pre draft visit with the Seahawks before
- 4:33Speaker 2: they drafted him. We'll talk to him at ten thirty
- 4:35Speaker 2: live on the air, and at eleven o'clock we're going
- 4:38Speaker 2: to talk to the running back coach from Notre Dame
- 4:41Speaker 2: who coached the Seahawks' first round pick, Jedarion Price. Yes,
- 4:46Speaker 2: Judarion Price from Notre Dame back up to.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Jeremiah Love Jay one sider my Man.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Chris Kidd tracked him down on the recruiting trip in Texas,
- 4:55Speaker 2: and he's going to be on the phone with us
- 4:56Speaker 2: at eleven o'clock before he catches a plane talking about
- 4:58Speaker 2: coaching the seahawks first round pick Price. All the Seahawks
- 5:01Speaker 2: are coming to the Rookie Minnie Camp at the Virginia
- 5:05Speaker 2: Mason Athletic Center this weekend. Chris of all the rookies,
- 5:09Speaker 2: they got eight of them, and then they signed seven
- 5:12Speaker 2: more undrafted rookie free agents we talked about this week.
- 5:16Speaker 2: I'm sure you're gonna say Price, But who are you
- 5:18Speaker 2: most excited to see how they fit in this team?
- 5:20Speaker 2: Not now in April, but eventually.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Wooh, that's a fun one.
- 5:24Speaker 3: And No, I would not take the easy pick of
- 5:27Speaker 3: Jay Price because I think that is too easy. If
- 5:29Speaker 3: I had to, I would have to go with either
- 5:34Speaker 3: Julian Neil cornerback out of Arkansas or Bo Stevens.
- 5:39Speaker 1: One of those two.
- 5:40Speaker 3: I'm leaning more towards Neil just because I like, I
- 5:44Speaker 3: think he's going to he might be a guy that
- 5:47Speaker 3: could be starting. I think he's capable of that. Now,
- 5:49Speaker 3: everything we'll have to wait and see. You know, Ricky
- 5:52Speaker 3: Minnie Camp is going to be the first opportunity to
- 5:54Speaker 3: see what he's able to do. If he dominates in
- 5:56Speaker 3: the fashon I think he can, that's a good sign.
- 5:59Speaker 3: If he doesn't, I mean, he's not going to be
- 6:00Speaker 3: good either. But I just think Julian Neil he's one
- 6:04Speaker 3: guy that I'll keep an eye on. I think the
- 6:05Speaker 3: way he talks, how he carries himself, and being around
- 6:08Speaker 3: this team. I think that's going to bring out the
- 6:10Speaker 3: best in him. So I'm really looking forward to seeing
- 6:12Speaker 3: what Julian Neil can do. He just falls shot of
- 6:15Speaker 3: the top one hundred, like he he's ninety nine, like
- 6:17Speaker 3: he's in that group. So he's a really talented player.
- 6:20Speaker 3: He made a point of mentioning that after he got
- 6:21Speaker 3: drafted too, So I'm I'm excited to see Hif I
- 6:24Speaker 3: had to pick one player, give me, give me Julian Neil.
- 6:26Speaker 1: What about you?
- 6:28Speaker 2: Bud Clark is really fascinating to me. I had to
- 6:31Speaker 2: write yesterday. I did a freelance contract piece for Athlon magazine.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Some of you may read the Athlon, NFL and College
- 6:39Speaker 2: Football Preview magazines will come out in the summer. Well,
- 6:42Speaker 2: those stories actually get written in the spring, right after
- 6:46Speaker 2: the draft and my Seahawks won. To Athlon was due
- 6:48Speaker 2: yesterday and they asked me to project the too deep
- 6:51Speaker 2: roster and I have Bud Clark starting in a three
- 6:55Speaker 2: man rotation with Josh Jouvin, Devin Witherspoon potential dime. Yeah yeah,
- 6:59Speaker 2: they go Nickel, I'm his base, which they did last year,
- 7:01Speaker 2: and that gives Witherspoon the opportunity to move inside if
- 7:04Speaker 2: they want to put him at nickel. Nick Emon Warry
- 7:07Speaker 2: is basically a Sam linebacker when they go extra defensive backs,
- 7:10Speaker 2: so there is room for another outside corner, and I
- 7:12Speaker 2: think Bud Clark, the second round pick from TCU, has
- 7:16Speaker 2: every chance of getting that job. Yeah, and the MII
- 7:19Speaker 2: Pritchett's there and they have a crowded cornerback room. We're
- 7:21Speaker 2: going to talk about that after we talked to Andre
- 7:24Speaker 2: Fuller at ten thirty. But second round picks. You don't
- 7:28Speaker 2: draft second round picks unless you think they're going to play.
- 7:31Speaker 2: It is a disappointment when second round picks don't get
- 7:33Speaker 2: on afit. Look at the second round pick they got
- 7:35Speaker 2: last year. His GID name was nick Emon Worri. That
- 7:38Speaker 2: went out.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Okay, I saw somewhere somebody I think it.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Was a Fowler from ESPN, not Chris Fowler, the what's
- 7:47Speaker 2: his name? The NFL draft in NFL Jeremy Fowler writing
- 7:53Speaker 2: about the Rams taking Ty Simpson the quarterback at thirteen
- 7:59Speaker 2: in the uproar from that, and what we've talked about
- 8:02Speaker 2: here and what most of you and Seattle are probably
- 8:03Speaker 2: thinking is whoo, thank goodness of Rams didn't take someone
- 8:06Speaker 2: like a top receiver or a top weapon or pass
- 8:09Speaker 2: protector for Matthew Stafford to have one last reload and
- 8:12Speaker 2: make that team better this year, right now, the team
- 8:14Speaker 2: that only lost the NFC title game by four points
- 8:17Speaker 2: here in Seattle, and Jeremy Fowler said, come on, do
- 8:21Speaker 2: you really think a rookie who might catch fifty passes
- 8:25Speaker 2: and four touchdowns can be the difference between going to
- 8:27Speaker 2: the Super Bowl or not? If they had picked the
- 8:29Speaker 2: top receiver and all kinds of people on Twitter X
- 8:32Speaker 2: chiming in from Seattle, going, you ever heard of Nick
- 8:35Speaker 2: even worry and Grey Zabel? Those two dudes were absolutely
- 8:40Speaker 2: critical to the Seahawks get to the Super Bowl last year.
- 8:42Speaker 2: I don't. I think it's clear the Seahawks would not
- 8:45Speaker 2: have had the number one defense in the NFL without
- 8:47Speaker 2: Nick even Warrey playing when he did. I think there's
- 8:49Speaker 2: no doubt about that. And the way Mike McDonald used him,
- 8:53Speaker 2: and then Gray Zabel, you could argue Gray Zabel single armedly,
- 8:58Speaker 2: single handedly revised the whole offensive line. His mentality, his
- 9:03Speaker 2: trash talk, his technical expertise, his leadership. They talked in
- 9:07Speaker 2: in the offensive line room, they talk like this guy
- 9:08Speaker 2: talks like his ten year vet learning from the defensive lineman.
- 9:12Speaker 2: He was a revelation from day one as a starter.
- 9:15Speaker 2: So yeah, I don't think. I think, I'm pretty sure
- 9:18Speaker 2: I'm not misrepresenting. It was Jeremy Fowler. Rookies sold a
- 9:22Speaker 2: huge difference.
- 9:24Speaker 3: You get the right you do your part and going
- 9:27Speaker 3: out and finding the right type of guys that match
- 9:30Speaker 3: what you're looking for. Huge as you looked at it.
- 9:35Speaker 3: The last two to three drafts with the Seahawks have
- 9:37Speaker 3: picked and those first rounds have been really good.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Some guy named Devin Witherspoon was for him.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Yeah, he became the best receiver arguably in the NFL
- 9:48Speaker 3: last season All Pro offensive players. What we were saying here, So, yeah,
- 9:51Speaker 3: the guys you take can definitely define your season positively,
- 9:56Speaker 3: positively or negatively.
- 9:57Speaker 2: And to your point, not just this season, future, but yeah,
- 10:00Speaker 2: you're picking for four years and first round pick, you're
- 10:02Speaker 2: picking for potentially five and you pick a layaway quarterback
- 10:06Speaker 2: if you're the ram again, put him on layaway for
- 10:08Speaker 2: a couple of years.
- 10:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that's a good deal unless you think you
- 10:11Speaker 3: are Andy Reid the quarterback whisperer. Yeah, and you you know,
- 10:15Speaker 3: he took Mahomes ten sat on one year and then
- 10:17Speaker 3: now you argue the gravest of all time unless you
- 10:19Speaker 3: see that from this kid, I'm not really I'm not
- 10:21Speaker 3: sure that'd be the right thing to do. Not to
- 10:23Speaker 3: mention Patrick was lighting it up, right, he was at
- 10:25Speaker 3: Texas Tech, right.
- 10:26Speaker 2: But they're not only that the Chiefs were not in
- 10:28Speaker 2: the AFC title Game of the year they drift them.
- 10:30Speaker 1: No, they were not.
- 10:31Speaker 2: The Rams just were. Yeah, Rams are one of the
- 10:33Speaker 2: best three teams in the league and they just took
- 10:35Speaker 2: a quarterback at thirteen. It's I could get on the
- 10:36Speaker 2: field for a couple.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Of years and that The more we talk about it,
- 10:40Speaker 3: the more it was a really bad decision to make.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Like you usually, whoever you draft in the first round,
- 10:46Speaker 3: you want them to start, no question about it, right,
- 10:48Speaker 3: you want them to see the field.
- 10:49Speaker 1: You're not paying them X amount dollars to hit.
- 10:51Speaker 2: The bench's especially when you have a thirty eight year
- 10:54Speaker 2: quarterback with a bad back, who's the NFL MVP, who
- 10:57Speaker 2: ain't gonna be playing for all ever. Make your run now, man,
- 11:01Speaker 2: you can't count on Ty Simpson taking you to the
- 11:03Speaker 2: NFC Championship game. When Stafford retires.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Saw McVay is probably not going to return next season
- 11:08Speaker 1: if they don't win.
- 11:09Speaker 2: The Super Bowl.
- 11:10Speaker 3: A lot of people think that Chris is that is
- 11:12Speaker 3: just becoming more and more clear. You mean to tell
- 11:15Speaker 3: me we were a couple of plays a defensive stop,
- 11:20Speaker 3: pump return.
- 11:22Speaker 2: What if they had another pass rusher? You think that
- 11:24Speaker 2: wouldn't given the Seahawks problems.
- 11:25Speaker 4: They got already an attacking These are two teams that
- 11:29Speaker 4: are a player away from being just oh, we're better
- 11:32Speaker 4: than you, and the Rams said, you know what, and
- 11:35Speaker 4: a quarterback?
- 11:35Speaker 1: We good. I think that'll work. We're good. We'll bring
- 11:38Speaker 1: this layaway play in. I won't start till twenty thirty.
- 11:42Speaker 3: You know, it's been great going against Sean. Best of
- 11:45Speaker 3: luck to you and the family with whatever you do afterwards,
- 11:47Speaker 3: whether it's you know, you hop on TV and you're
- 11:49Speaker 3: talking ball or you ride into the sunset and you
- 11:52Speaker 3: do nothing with football, Like, I feel bad for you.
- 11:55Speaker 4: Man.
- 11:56Speaker 1: That sucks.
- 11:56Speaker 2: That suck. If you're in what are you thinking? Yeah,
- 11:59Speaker 2: I don't buy one second that pr spin that McVeigh
- 12:03Speaker 2: tried to put on two days after the draft.
- 12:05Speaker 3: I guess they're hoping that he is the Andy Reid
- 12:07Speaker 3: coaching wise, and well, not even him because it's not
- 12:09Speaker 3: his fault. It's not like he wanted the dude Andy Reid.
- 12:12Speaker 3: He pretty much runs things over there. So Andy Reid
- 12:14Speaker 3: made that decision. Sean McVay did not make that decision clearly.
- 12:17Speaker 3: So I don't know why I used that comparison now
- 12:19Speaker 3: that I think about it, because that was two different
- 12:21Speaker 3: coaches in style.
- 12:22Speaker 1: So but you're right about the whispers deal. So yeah, but.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Now that I'm thinking, like Sean McVay, he's literally like
- 12:27Speaker 3: the head coach and the offensive guru. He didn't really
- 12:30Speaker 3: have a say, as we saw with his face reaction
- 12:33Speaker 3: when at the presser they're talking about He's like, I
- 12:35Speaker 3: didn't want this guy, but here he is. So we're
- 12:37Speaker 3: gonna make dudes. Yeah yeah, tough love.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Yeah. So anyway, that broke well for the Seahawks. Next
- 12:45Speaker 2: someone else they help breaks well for them. Andre Fuller.
- 12:47Speaker 2: He's a rookie cornerback from Toledo. He has experienced at safety.
- 12:50Speaker 2: He is in the building at the Seahawks headquarters in Renting,
- 12:54Speaker 2: and the seventh round pick. The rookie for the Seahawks
- 12:56Speaker 2: joins us next Live on ninety three point three KJRFM.
- 12:59Speaker 5: Now back, it's a great Bell and Christopher Kidd on
- 13:02Speaker 5: your home for the Huskies. Krackett and the twelfth Man

- 13:25Speaker 2: Andre Fuller, the cornerback, seventh round pick from Toledo who
- 13:29Speaker 2: had been a safety at Arkansas Pine Bluff. He's the
- 13:32Speaker 2: oldest of six children raised by a single mother in
- 13:35Speaker 2: Palm Beach, Florida. I'll ask you about that he's talked
- 13:39Speaker 2: in has past about that. I'll talk about moving from
- 13:41Speaker 2: safety to cornerback. I will ask him a couple of
- 13:44Speaker 2: questions that you put in already on the Tacoma Dodge
- 13:46Speaker 2: text line four nine four or five to one. We'll
- 13:49Speaker 2: ask him a couple of those questions as well. Every hour,

- 13:54Speaker 2: thousand dollars on our Grand Slam cash giveaway.

- 14:02Speaker 2: website nine three to three kjar dot com for your

- 14:08Speaker 2: next hour, as will Ian Furness each hour from twelve
- 14:11Speaker 2: until three on his show. Dave Softy Maller and Dick
- 14:14Speaker 2: Fang do the same from four three until seven every
- 14:16Speaker 2: day here on ninety three point three KJRFM. A lot
- 14:19Speaker 2: of interesting comments on the text line about the Rams
- 14:21Speaker 2: taking Ty Simpson first two six says everything about Simpson
- 14:26Speaker 2: tells me he's not a McVeigh quarterback. Yep, that's true.
- 14:31Speaker 2: So he didn't buy the spin either. Andre Fuller of
- 14:36Speaker 2: the Seahawks is one of three cornerbacks that they chose
- 14:39Speaker 2: in this draft. They had eight total picks. They chose
- 14:41Speaker 2: four defensive backs, safety Bud Clark in the second round,
- 14:44Speaker 2: Julian Neal in the third round of cornerback who used
- 14:47Speaker 2: to play safety at Presno State before he moved to cornerback,
- 14:50Speaker 2: and then he was at Arkansas for his final college year.
- 14:53Speaker 2: And then in the seventh round they took two cornerbacks,
- 14:55Speaker 2: Andre Fuller of Toledo and Michael Dansby of Arizona. Mike
- 15:01Speaker 2: McDonald loves his corner he said after the draft. Can't
- 15:05Speaker 2: hit enough of them. You can never have enough cornerbacks,
- 15:08Speaker 2: is what Mike McDonald said after he drafted three out
- 15:10Speaker 2: of the eight he chose overall. And we saw last
- 15:16Speaker 2: year how he used cornerbacks interchangeably. He had three starters
- 15:19Speaker 2: playing two spots essentially because Josh Jobnriq Wolan alternated at
- 15:23Speaker 2: the outside corner spot opposite of Pro Bowl Devin Witherspoon,
- 15:28Speaker 2: and he moves Witherspoon inside and Nickel at times. We
- 15:31Speaker 2: know what he did with nick Emun worry safety on paper,
- 15:34Speaker 2: but anything but in their defense. Sometimes he was a
- 15:37Speaker 2: cover safety sometimes, most times he was a sam linebacker
- 15:40Speaker 2: when they went to five and six defensive bags. So
- 15:44Speaker 2: with Woolan signing with Philadelphia in the offseason for a
- 15:48Speaker 2: twelve million dollars one year contract, there was a need
- 15:51Speaker 2: for replenishing the corner depth. They also had Neemiah Pritchett.
- 15:55Speaker 2: We're going to talk about him in a little while
- 15:56Speaker 2: as well. They have options Chris. It's corner and now
- 16:03Speaker 2: they've added two. With three new cornerbacks, now, let's face it,
- 16:06Speaker 2: and I'm going to talk to Andre Fuller about this
- 16:08Speaker 2: in a few minutes. You have to play special teams
- 16:10Speaker 2: as a rookie in order to get on the field
- 16:13Speaker 2: and stay on the game day roster, and I will
- 16:15Speaker 2: ask Andre Fuller about his special teams experience. He did
- 16:19Speaker 2: talk a little bit about that when he talked to
- 16:21Speaker 2: us after they drafted him. On Saturday, Andre Fuller, the
- 16:25Speaker 2: seventh round pick of the Seahawks, is on the Beacon
- 16:26Speaker 2: Plumbing Hotline with US live from the Virginia Mason Athletic
- 16:29Speaker 2: Center in Renton.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Good day, sir, thanks for joining us.
- 16:34Speaker 6: I think it's a pleasure I have.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I appreciate that. So tell it is.
- 16:38Speaker 2: This is literally your first day in the building, right, Oh, no, tomorrow.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Will be okay. So have you arrived in Seattle yet?
- 16:47Speaker 6: No, I'm currently still in Florida.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Okay. So the question from the text line to Andre
- 16:54Speaker 2: Fuller was what is your feeling walking into the locker
- 16:57Speaker 2: room with Super Bowl Champions three says you were drafted
- 17:01Speaker 2: arguably the best into the best defense of the league.
- 17:03Speaker 2: How do you feel you can compete and earn a
- 17:05Speaker 2: spot on the field.
- 17:10Speaker 7: I say, just trying my best every day and just
- 17:14Speaker 7: learning from like a champion caliber team.
- 17:16Speaker 6: Champion Championship caliber on defense.
- 17:19Speaker 2: You first team All Mid American Conference cornerback last season
- 17:23Speaker 2: for the Toledo Rockets ten pass breakups. What were you
- 17:26Speaker 2: doing when the Seahawks called on Saturday and were you
- 17:29Speaker 2: beginning to think maybe another team or the Seahawks might
- 17:32Speaker 2: sign you as a free agent.
- 17:36Speaker 7: I was just spending time my family, just enjoying the moment,
- 17:41Speaker 7: getting phone calls here and there, talking about free agency,
- 17:46Speaker 7: praying that I got my name called. The Seahawks reached
- 17:50Speaker 7: out to me, said it was gonna take me or
- 17:53Speaker 7: automatically birthed out in the series is a Dream Comes True?
- 17:56Speaker 1: Who were you with at the time.
- 17:57Speaker 2: I saw pictures of you or videos of you. It
- 18:00Speaker 2: looked like your mother and your siblings were with you
- 18:02Speaker 2: in Florida.
- 18:04Speaker 6: I was with my whole family, everybody.
- 18:07Speaker 1: That's awesome.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Andre.
- 18:08Speaker 3: I'm curious and I want your honesty here. What is
- 18:11Speaker 3: more satisfying for you locking down a receiver the entire
- 18:15Speaker 3: game or getting that one flashy interception, maybe a pit six,
- 18:18Speaker 3: Which one? Which one Bode's best for you?
- 18:22Speaker 6: Locking down our sever the whole game?
- 18:25Speaker 1: Why is that?
- 18:29Speaker 6: I mean, I'm just.
- 18:30Speaker 7: Doing my part, like third down, getting a team off
- 18:33Speaker 7: the field.
- 18:36Speaker 6: Cursing time in the game. I'm coming up with a
- 18:38Speaker 6: PBu strapping their best receive.
- 18:40Speaker 7: Just eliminated explosive plays, and just taking away their biggest threat.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Andre Folly, the seventh round pick for the Seahawks rookie
- 18:48Speaker 2: cornerback who's heading to Seattle for the Rookie Minnie Camp
- 18:52Speaker 2: this weekend, joining us on the Beacon Plumbing Hotline here
- 18:54Speaker 2: in ninety three point three KJRFM. Andre, can you describe
- 18:58Speaker 2: the defense you played into when you went the corner?
- 19:01Speaker 2: Was it a lot of press man? Were you in
- 19:03Speaker 2: varied coverages with zone? Did you blitz a lot? What
- 19:06Speaker 2: kind of coverages and defense did you play?
- 19:10Speaker 7: We really played a lot of man, a lot of brackets,
- 19:14Speaker 7: a lot of cover two with blitz sometimes off the corner.
- 19:19Speaker 7: We really mixed it up a lot, but I'll say
- 19:22Speaker 7: we primarily stayed in manned a bracket type of defense.
- 19:26Speaker 2: And you played safety at Arkansas playing bluff before that, correct, No.
- 19:32Speaker 7: Sir, I played corner until I got to Toledo. I
- 19:37Speaker 7: think my second year at Toledo I started to play
- 19:39Speaker 7: a little bit of safety.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Oh okay, And and what did you get out of
- 19:44Speaker 2: playing safety and having multiplicity in different positions. What'd you learn?
- 19:47Speaker 2: How did that help you play corner?
- 19:51Speaker 7: I'll say it just gave me like a better understanding
- 19:53Speaker 7: of the defense as a whole, like knowing like the
- 19:56Speaker 7: hands and out of east position, being a corner nickel
- 19:59Speaker 7: orson safety, the strength and weaknesses of each position, Knowing
- 20:05Speaker 7: that where my hope is going to be, Knowing how
- 20:08Speaker 7: I can help my safety, how I can help my
- 20:10Speaker 7: nickel because me being in that position, knowing like what
- 20:14Speaker 7: positions like put me in like a difficult spot. Just
- 20:19Speaker 7: knowing how to help my teammates, knowing where my hope
- 20:21Speaker 7: is going to be.
- 20:22Speaker 3: Quarterbacks are known to have the shortest memories in terms
- 20:25Speaker 3: of resetting after a big play. So when something like
- 20:29Speaker 3: that happens with you, after you give up a big
- 20:31Speaker 3: play or you miss a tackle, how do you reset
- 20:33Speaker 3: and try to ground yourself in a situation? Now you
- 20:36Speaker 3: know what, I made a mistake, but let me bounce back.
- 20:40Speaker 7: I just have the mentality that my next player is
- 20:43Speaker 7: gonna be my best player. There's something bad happened, it's
- 20:46Speaker 7: not the end of the game. It doesn't define a game.
- 20:50Speaker 7: Just looking before my next player be my best player.
- 20:53Speaker 7: Just watching it down the drain.
- 20:55Speaker 2: Andre Forward, seventh round pick from Toledo cornerback Yawks. I'm
- 21:00Speaker 2: coming up this weekend. He's joining us on the Beacon
- 21:01Speaker 2: Plumbing hotline that two o six, Andre asked off the
- 21:05Speaker 2: text line. I would ask him about his mindset coming
- 21:07Speaker 2: into this rookie mini camp and training camp, super Bowl champions,
- 21:10Speaker 2: dogs all around. How will you approach practice and practices
- 21:14Speaker 2: and camps. I hope he gets after it and all
- 21:16Speaker 2: the bets and aggressive. How are you approaching going into
- 21:19Speaker 2: a Super Bowl champion locker room.
- 21:24Speaker 6: I'm just ready to get to work.
- 21:25Speaker 7: I just want to show the coaches and the whole
- 21:27Speaker 7: stuff that they made a great decision.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Picking me up, where were you watching the Super Bowl?
- 21:33Speaker 2: Were you in Florida? Were you back up in Toledo?
- 21:35Speaker 2: You're probably on mind, You weren't, probably on break. It
- 21:38Speaker 2: was in February. What did you watch the Super Bowl
- 21:40Speaker 2: and what did you think of it?
- 21:44Speaker 7: I watched the Super Bowl at home my family. I
- 21:47Speaker 7: knew that I knew to see all I was going
- 21:49Speaker 7: to win the whole time. Yeah, it was. It was
- 21:52Speaker 7: a great game, just watching watching them dominate and just
- 21:55Speaker 7: seeing like how great along football they play.
- 21:58Speaker 2: What do you like about Mike McDonald's style of defense.
- 22:00Speaker 2: When you watch the Seahawks play.
- 22:05Speaker 6: They're physical.
- 22:06Speaker 7: Like just seeing how they use Nick email Orri and
- 22:10Speaker 7: Devin with this one, they're a very physical defense. Yeah,
- 22:15Speaker 7: I just love the way they play defense.
- 22:18Speaker 2: And then you missed most of the twenty four season,
- 22:21Speaker 2: if I'm not mistaken to Toledo. What happened? What was
- 22:24Speaker 2: the injury?
- 22:26Speaker 7: Oh?
- 22:26Speaker 6: Yes, sir, I had missed that whole season.
- 22:28Speaker 7: Unfortunately, got injured, whether sports turneyo or CMI like a
- 22:33Speaker 7: week before our first game of the season.
- 22:36Speaker 6: Tried to rehab come back.
- 22:38Speaker 7: I thought it was best to just sit out the
- 22:40Speaker 7: season and just you know, recover and get my body
- 22:43Speaker 7: right still just like stay engaged in football, but just
- 22:47Speaker 7: take a little break, and then came back this season
- 22:50Speaker 7: and played my best ball.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Can you describe to us and the listeners the anxiety
- 22:55Speaker 2: you must have felt second to last year in college?
- 22:57Speaker 2: You have NFL aspirations obviously someone who had so got
- 23:00Speaker 2: drafted into the league, and you miss an entire season
- 23:03Speaker 2: because of a sports jurney right before your first game?
- 23:06Speaker 2: How did you endure that? How stressful was that whole year?
- 23:10Speaker 6: That was extremely stressful?
- 23:13Speaker 7: Just having a thought, am I going to come back
- 23:15Speaker 7: the same? Will I like persevere as good as injury? Well,
- 23:20Speaker 7: I just felt like I just kept a positive mindset.
- 23:22Speaker 7: I will come back stronger than I left off. I
- 23:24Speaker 7: will overcome this injury. I will have the best season
- 23:28Speaker 7: of my life when I come back. Just speaking positives
- 23:31Speaker 7: to just speaking positivity into my life and just knowing
- 23:34Speaker 7: that I'm going to come back better.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Who or what did you lean on during that time under.
- 23:40Speaker 6: I leaned on my family and my faith.
- 23:43Speaker 7: Talking to my family, they spoke words of encouragement to me,
- 23:48Speaker 7: and I definitely pray, pray a lot, knowing that if something.
- 23:54Speaker 6: That's really meant for me and it's already read it
- 23:56Speaker 6: for me.
- 23:57Speaker 7: There's no stopping it from me having it. And I
- 24:00Speaker 7: feel like this is truly.
- 24:01Speaker 6: Right and for me.
- 24:02Speaker 1: This is the voice of Andre Fuller.
- 24:04Speaker 2: He's the seventh round pick for the Seahawks rockey cornerback
- 24:06Speaker 2: from Toledo.
- 24:07Speaker 1: He's the oldest of six children.
- 24:09Speaker 2: You have two younger brothers, three sisters, your younger sister, youngest.
- 24:14Speaker 2: I'm sorry, okay, I'm sorry.
- 24:16Speaker 6: I got three. I got three brothers and tuttle sister.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Thank you your youngest sister is a toddler.
- 24:22Speaker 2: Is that right?
- 24:24Speaker 6: Yeah, she's three.
- 24:26Speaker 1: And the story goes that I've read that you were.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Changing diapers and feeding milk bottles to your little sisters
- 24:32Speaker 2: when you were and brothers, perhaps when you were in
- 24:35Speaker 2: middle school? Is that correct?
- 24:37Speaker 6: Yeah? I was doing hard at the middle school.
- 24:41Speaker 2: What was that experience like? And your mother friend Edmund
- 24:45Speaker 2: who raised you? And you said, is your rock? And
- 24:47Speaker 2: how did she support six children? What job does she
- 24:50Speaker 2: do or how did you help her?
- 24:54Speaker 6: My mom? She worked at an urgent care, worked.
- 24:58Speaker 7: Extremely hard, never complain, try to give us, try to
- 25:04Speaker 7: always give us the best that she had.
- 25:07Speaker 6: So I feel like I owe the world to her,
- 25:09Speaker 6: like you know, owe everything.
- 25:13Speaker 2: And when you got drafted and when you will sign
- 25:15Speaker 2: your first rookie contract here in a matter of weeks
- 25:17Speaker 2: or months, what would you do for your mother? What
- 25:20Speaker 2: will your thoughts and words be to her?
- 25:25Speaker 7: Just tell her I love her and I appreciate her
- 25:27Speaker 7: and thank thankful for her, like blessing me, like just
- 25:32Speaker 7: being there for me my whole life. Whatever she needs,
- 25:35Speaker 7: you can get.
- 25:37Speaker 3: One more from me, Andre, if you could line up
- 25:40Speaker 3: against any wide receiver in the league after president, who
- 25:44Speaker 3: are you picking and why and if it's JSN, I
- 25:46Speaker 3: respect that.
- 25:49Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm looking forward to guarding Jess and every day
- 25:51Speaker 7: of practice, you know. I mean, I feel like you
- 25:54Speaker 7: only get better by facing the best. And I feel
- 25:56Speaker 7: like he's arguably probably the best receiver in the league.
- 25:59Speaker 7: The way he runs, that's why he gets open.
- 26:01Speaker 6: I'm just looking forward to competing against the best in practice.
- 26:06Speaker 2: What's your goal for either this weekend, for training camp,
- 26:09Speaker 2: for this first season with the Seahawks, mister Andre Fuller, I'll.
- 26:15Speaker 6: Stay just.
- 26:17Speaker 7: You know, balling out in practice, getting into the coach's room,
- 26:22Speaker 7: talking ball, getting to know the defense. I'm just just
- 26:27Speaker 7: going to hang up everything when I get there.
- 26:30Speaker 1: You were born in Louisiana, but you grew up in Florida.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Correct. What age did you move to Florida?
- 26:36Speaker 3: Nah?
- 26:36Speaker 6: Nah? Who told you?
- 26:38Speaker 2: I'm reading from your or Toledo bio, reading about your
- 26:42Speaker 2: birthplace and moving and whatnot. But go ahead and correct this. Please,
- 26:45Speaker 2: thank you.
- 26:46Speaker 7: No, I don't. I don't know who told them I
- 26:49Speaker 7: was from Louisiana, But no, I'm I'm born and raised
- 26:53Speaker 7: in Palm Beach, Florida. That's where I've been at the
- 26:56Speaker 7: Mold I've never been to Louisiana, non like that, but yeah,
- 27:01Speaker 7: I'm a Florida boy.
- 27:02Speaker 1: And have you ever been to Seattle or in the Northwest? Oh,
- 27:07Speaker 1: you took a thirty visit?
- 27:08Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 27:09Speaker 6: Thirty visits? Right? Yeah, I took a top thirty visit
- 27:12Speaker 6: on my birthday actually.
- 27:15Speaker 2: And and what's struck you about the Seahawks and about
- 27:17Speaker 2: the Pacific Northwest on the visit, Well, just.
- 27:21Speaker 7: Like the coaching staff, everybody seemed like very friendly on
- 27:25Speaker 7: very open armed. Just talk to the coaches. It seemed
- 27:30Speaker 7: like they really like me. They seemed like great teachers,
- 27:35Speaker 7: definitely willing to like learn, like the defense, and excited
- 27:38Speaker 7: to learn the defense and different ways they can use me.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Have they mentioned how they may use you or what
- 27:43Speaker 2: kind of role you might have?
- 27:47Speaker 7: I don't know what the moment got just show what
- 27:49Speaker 7: I can do and showed.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Oh my bad, I lied, Ondre. I got one more
- 27:54Speaker 1: for you man.
- 27:56Speaker 6: Music wise, that's.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Music wise, what are you slide into? What are you
- 28:02Speaker 1: listening to?
- 28:02Speaker 3: I know you said you mentioned from Florida, any possibility
- 28:05Speaker 3: listen to Kodak, But if not, what are you listening
- 28:07Speaker 3: to to get yourself hyped up for a game?
- 28:09Speaker 1: What are you listening to?
- 28:11Speaker 7: Oh yeah, definitely some Kodaks, some Kodak, some young boy.
- 28:16Speaker 6: Who else? I listened to a little.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Popper Okay, No, not a lot of I don't.
- 28:22Speaker 3: I'm at to tap in. I do listen to Kodak,
- 28:23Speaker 3: so I'm right there with you. Kodak one of my
- 28:25Speaker 3: one of my favorite young ones out there doing it.
- 28:27Speaker 3: So that's that's really cool to hear. Man, what's your
- 28:30Speaker 3: favorite song from Kodak? Give it to me.
- 28:34Speaker 6: I'll say I got like two. I never imagine, never imagine,
- 28:40Speaker 6: no flocking.
- 28:42Speaker 3: All right, were on the same page, Andre appreciate you man.
- 28:46Speaker 1: Yeah, Andre FOURD. We appreciate your time.
- 28:50Speaker 2: Have a great long trip here to Seattle, and I'll
- 28:52Speaker 2: talk to you this weekend at mini camp. Thanks a lot, sir, congratulations.
- 28:56Speaker 1: All right, thank you, Andre four.
- 28:58Speaker 2: It sounds like some of his were in the background
- 29:01Speaker 2: his home in Palm Beach, Florida. He's the oldest of
- 29:03Speaker 2: six children, cornerback from Toledo and Arkansas Pine Bluff. Before that,
- 29:09Speaker 2: it was a common coach who knew a friend of
- 29:11Speaker 2: his that had been coaching in the Florida area who
- 29:14Speaker 2: then moved to Toledo and that's how he got to Toledo,
- 29:17Speaker 2: and then he ended up the story of the sports
- 29:19Speaker 2: turnia surgery. I mean, Chris, you're thinking you're on your
- 29:23Speaker 2: way of the NFL and then you get your whole
- 29:25Speaker 2: next to last college season bagged.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Yeah, that's mint I.
- 29:28Speaker 3: Yeah, that's good for him because that is that's tough like.
- 29:33Speaker 3: And he mentioned he had his best season right after that.
- 29:36Speaker 3: So imagine if he had been able to play right
- 29:38Speaker 3: that's two really good seasons.
- 29:40Speaker 1: He's probably not even a seventh round pick.
- 29:42Speaker 3: Maybe he's a fourth or fifth round guy, but he
- 29:44Speaker 3: had the opportunity now and he's excited for it.
- 29:47Speaker 2: That's Andre Fuller, one of three cornerbacks the Seahawks chose
- 29:51Speaker 2: in that's NFL draft, two of them in the seventh round.
- 29:54Speaker 2: When we come back, we're gonna talk about the whole
- 29:55Speaker 2: cornerback situation, how Andre Fuller may fit in. I didn't
- 29:59Speaker 2: get in the question of what special teams he played,
- 30:02Speaker 2: but he did ask. He did say last weekend he
- 30:04Speaker 2: played multiple special teams units in Toledo. That may be
- 30:06Speaker 2: his way onto the roster in game day rosters. We'll
- 30:09Speaker 2: talk cornerbacks next and at eleven o'clock We're going to
- 30:12Speaker 2: go to a Texas where the Notre Dame running back
- 30:14Speaker 2: coaches on a recruiting trip. That's running back coach for
- 30:17Speaker 2: Sea Ow's first round pick, Jadarian Price. That'll be at
- 30:20Speaker 2: eleven o'clock. Your text will read back at eleven thirty.
- 30:22Speaker 2: All that coming up here on ninety three point three KJRFM.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Welcome back.
- 30:39Speaker 2: We've reached the funk portion of the Greig Bell Show.
- 30:41Speaker 2: Christopher Kidd, Thank you, Chris. If you missed our Andre
- 30:46Speaker 2: Fuller interview, the seventh round pick, the Bricky Cornerback from Toledo,
- 30:50Speaker 2: you can download that on the iHeartRadio app or go
- 30:53Speaker 2: to nine through three KGr dark com and you'll find
- 30:55Speaker 2: I'm not sure where you'll find it. I don't see
- 30:57Speaker 2: our show up there on the corner, but Chris as
- 30:59Speaker 2: you can find it somewhere.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Yeah, wherever you get podcasts. Just type it in g
- 31:04Speaker 3: R e GG. It'll come right up, Greg promise you.
- 31:07Speaker 3: So it's available everywhere.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 31:11Speaker 1: We talked about the cornerback situation.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Now that Andre Fuller is joining it, so is Michael Dansby,
- 31:18Speaker 2: the seventh round pick from Arizona. So is julian Neal
- 31:22Speaker 2: Chris's guy, the third round pick from Arkansas. So what
- 31:25Speaker 2: do the Seahawks have now, Well, you know they have
- 31:27Speaker 2: Devin Witherspoon. He's about to get minted at thirty one
- 31:30Speaker 2: million plus a year. That would make him the highest
- 31:32Speaker 2: paid cornerback in the NFL. Trent McDuffie is currently currently
- 31:36Speaker 2: the highest paid at thirty one million a year thanks
- 31:38Speaker 2: to the Rams trading with the Chiefs. So, I guess
- 31:41Speaker 2: if you're the Rams, you can say, well, that was
- 31:43Speaker 2: our first round pick because we traded our first round
- 31:45Speaker 2: pick to Kansas City to get McDuffie. Then we paid
- 31:47Speaker 2: him thirty one million dollars, and then we got our
- 31:49Speaker 2: layaway quarterback. So maybe that's their rationale. Chris, I don't know,
- 31:53Speaker 2: not buying it, man. You can always get better. Yeah, yeah,
- 31:57Speaker 2: I agree with you there.
- 31:59Speaker 1: So Wuispoon is staying, he's going.
- 32:01Speaker 2: To get about a four to maybe three four year
- 32:03Speaker 2: contract at thirty one plus million a year. Probably gonna
- 32:06Speaker 2: happen right around the start of or maybe right after
- 32:09Speaker 2: the start of training camp in late July. Josh Job,
- 32:12Speaker 2: they chose Job over Rike Will and let's be honest,
- 32:15Speaker 2: eight million a year for Job. A former waiver cast
- 32:18Speaker 2: off by the Philadelphia Eagles. They signed a few years
- 32:20Speaker 2: ago in the summer, and McDonald loves he loves his tackling,
- 32:24Speaker 2: he loves how aggressive he is. He's an interesting guy
- 32:28Speaker 2: for having. He plays with a bravado that makes you
- 32:30Speaker 2: think he's Devin Witherspoon first round pick pedigree. He's a
- 32:34Speaker 2: guy who got cut by the Eagles, coming in here
- 32:36Speaker 2: and winning a job and making they think Req wo'ing expendable.
- 32:40Speaker 2: It's why Woollen went and signed in free agency a
- 32:43Speaker 2: one year deal with the Eagles. They chose Josh Job
- 32:45Speaker 2: instead to be the starter opposite of Witherspoon. But as
- 32:48Speaker 2: we saw last year, Mike McDonald doesn't just use two corners.
- 32:51Speaker 2: He wants to move Witherspoon inside into the Din package dime.
- 32:55Speaker 2: If you count nickyven Warria's at defensive back, he's usually
- 32:59Speaker 2: more of a sam line when they go five or
- 33:01Speaker 2: six defensive backs, and when they do go there, which
- 33:03Speaker 2: has been mostly their base defense for last year, then
- 33:07Speaker 2: they have a third corner come in as the outside guy,
- 33:09Speaker 2: replacing Witherspoon out there. And that's where perhaps Julian Neil
- 33:13Speaker 2: could get a shot. Well, he's not the only one.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Neam I a pritchet They drafted him a couple of
- 33:17Speaker 1: years ago out of Auburn. McDonald talks highly of.
- 33:20Speaker 2: Him a lot. He said, didn't pritch it this season
- 33:23Speaker 2: and this training camp is a big one for him
- 33:25Speaker 2: to make a step that when they let wool And go,
- 33:28Speaker 2: part of the reason was they want to see what
- 33:30Speaker 2: Pritchett's got to do next and whether he could be
- 33:33Speaker 2: that third cornerback rotation guy. People have forgotten they signed Noahgogy.
- 33:41Speaker 2: I'll get it right. Igmanogany used to be a starter
- 33:44Speaker 2: two years ago with dan Quinn and Washington. Monogamy was
- 33:47Speaker 2: starting for ten games as a cornerback for Washington. He
- 33:51Speaker 2: started a few games before that in the around the
- 33:54Speaker 2: league with Dallas, but didn't Miami excuse me, before he
- 33:58Speaker 2: went to Dallas. He entered the league in two though
- 34:00Speaker 2: twenty with Miami. He's now an eight year veteran in
- 34:03Speaker 2: this league, so I wouldn't discount him. They brought him
- 34:07Speaker 2: in because of the starting experience just two years ago
- 34:10Speaker 2: with Washington, and now you have Julian Neil, Andre Fuller,
- 34:14Speaker 2: Michael Dansby coming in as well. You would think Fuller
- 34:17Speaker 2: and Dansby need to make the team by special teams
- 34:21Speaker 2: and get on active day game day rosters on special teams.
- 34:25Speaker 2: It'll be interesting Chris whether Julian Neil how he's going
- 34:27Speaker 2: to fit into that. I would guess Neomia Pritchett's's biggest
- 34:29Speaker 2: competition one thousand percent.
- 34:31Speaker 3: I'm excited to see it just because I mentioned I
- 34:34Speaker 3: think on Monday Show Neomira Pritchett had the greatest PBu
- 34:37Speaker 3: of all time. I think, so I see why Mama
- 34:39Speaker 3: Donald's like, you know what, let's see what this kid
- 34:41Speaker 3: can do that.
- 34:42Speaker 2: You're right, he may earned a good shot at Inside
- 34:44Speaker 2: Track based on that one play. Literally that was amazing.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Up next, we're going to go to Texas on a
- 34:52Speaker 2: recruiting visit with Notre Dame running back coach Jaywan Sider.
- 34:56Speaker 1: He's going to be on the air.
- 34:57Speaker 2: Talking about the Seahawks first round draft pick, Jeddari and Price.
- 35:00Speaker 2: He coached Price the last two years at Notre Dame
- 35:03Speaker 2: and he's going to be on your air next on
- 35:04Speaker 2: ninety three point three KJRFM
