Man Wanted in Girlfriend’s Murder | Annapolis News
A 24-year-old man, Darwin Carcamo-Santiago, is wanted for the murder of his 35-year-old girlfriend, Esmeralda Perez-Mendez, found dead in a Takoma Park home after being strangled. Police believe the killing occurred between July 25 and 26, and are urgently searching for him as he may have fled the area. Described as a 5’7” Hispanic male with black hair and weighing 140 pounds, he faces first- and second-degree murder charges.
