- 2:08Speaker 1: of the Boutlet Heap Podcast with Carl Crawford Man Boutlet
- 2:11Speaker 1: Cap Podcast. We got fifteen oh one in here, mister
- 2:14Speaker 1: Carl Crawford had man. First of all, congratulations on the
- 2:19Speaker 1: success of just everything you know. But right now you
- 2:22Speaker 1: got Erica going crazy for people who don't know who
- 2:27Speaker 1: you are. Man, kind of give us a rundown on
- 2:29Speaker 1: who you are, what you do and uh and you know,
- 2:31Speaker 1: just kind of some of your background. Man, love yup,
- 2:35Speaker 1: you know called. My name is Carl crawl from Houston, Texas.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I actually started out playing baseball, a fourteen year career. Well,
- 2:43Speaker 1: I ended up playing my last three years hit with
- 2:45Speaker 1: the Dodgers, decided to retire from baseball and got into
- 2:49Speaker 1: the music. I did not realize you're the same Carl
- 2:51Speaker 1: Crawford to play baseball. You don't know that? No, yeah,
- 2:58Speaker 1: oh shit, yeah that's wild at the time I get there,
- 3:03Speaker 1: because you know, not a lot of people go from
- 3:05Speaker 1: the sports thing to the rap shit in the works.
- 3:07Speaker 1: None of them like Zach Randolph. A lot of people
- 3:10Speaker 1: know Randolph's kind of low key behind money bag yo. Yeah,
- 3:12Speaker 1: me and him, we talked about it. Me and him
- 3:14Speaker 1: always like like, you know me the only ones kind
- 3:17Speaker 1: of pulled out. Yeah, because Mellow tried to do it
- 3:19Speaker 1: in a fair a lot of Mari Stodamighter had a
- 3:21Speaker 1: label and it didn't work out. Wow, you know what
- 3:24Speaker 1: I'm saying. So it's like, sit, I just you know
- 3:27Speaker 1: what I'm saying. I felt like I can do it
- 3:29Speaker 1: because of my connections in Houston, and I decided to
- 3:32Speaker 1: take it serious. And yeah, you do. You got the
- 3:35Speaker 1: right recipe whatever you're doing, something about female talent, you
- 3:39Speaker 1: know how to find that. Yeah, I mean, you know,
- 3:42Speaker 1: it's just the talent period. Yeah. Yeah, So it was
- 3:46Speaker 1: like one of those dreams to have, Like you say,
- 3:48Speaker 1: for some reason, sports and hip hop go together. Yeah.
- 3:51Speaker 1: They always want to do what we do. You notice
- 3:53Speaker 1: they always come in to the state and want to
- 3:55Speaker 1: do what we're doing. We want to do what they do. So,
- 3:57Speaker 1: I mean, look at Lebron he just said he want
- 3:59Speaker 1: to put a for the whole album. Yeah, like some
- 4:01Speaker 1: DJ called type Ship. Yeah for what Bro, You're You're like,
- 4:05Speaker 1: you gotta just gotta do it. So it's one of
- 4:08Speaker 1: those things. So what year did you end your baseball career?
- 4:13Speaker 1: And in twenty sixteen, So that wasn't not that long ago.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Had you already started the label prior to and like
- 4:20Speaker 1: like leaving baseball, I hadn't. I hadn't started it yet,
- 4:24Speaker 1: but the idea had already been in my head for
- 4:26Speaker 1: a few years quite some time. When I retired, I
- 4:31Speaker 1: just immediately went right into it. I didn't. Was Megan
- 4:36Speaker 1: your first artist? No, Megan wasn't my first artist. She
- 4:39Speaker 1: was she was like like my six or seventh artists.
- 4:43Speaker 1: She's the first one that really really like one took out.
- 4:47Speaker 1: That's crazy, and uh, you know it's a lot of
- 4:51Speaker 1: people who might have had six or seven artists prior
- 4:54Speaker 1: would have been like, all right, you know what, I
- 4:55Speaker 1: tried it, it didn't work out three and just yeah,
- 5:00Speaker 1: I mean it's just that when we had her, she
- 5:02Speaker 1: was steady going. So you know, as long as you
- 5:05Speaker 1: got somebody got one person that's you know, kind of
- 5:08Speaker 1: going up. You can kind of keep managing the others
- 5:10Speaker 1: and hoping that they do the same thing. At some point,
- 5:13Speaker 1: do you feel that, you know, obviously, having a successful
- 5:16Speaker 1: baseball career, you have the finances that a lot of
- 5:20Speaker 1: other people might not have the break an artist Oh,
- 5:22Speaker 1: for sure, because that's one thing I learned. You know
- 5:24Speaker 1: what I'm saying, it costs a lot of money to
- 5:26Speaker 1: be in this game. You know, it's a lot of
- 5:27Speaker 1: it's not cheap to break an artist, and then you
- 5:29Speaker 1: gotta deal with the finessas like you know, as an athlete,
- 5:32Speaker 1: nobody gonna take us seriously, So you're gonna deal with
- 5:34Speaker 1: a lot of people that can tell you this and that,
- 5:36Speaker 1: and they you know, they gonna take the bread and
- 5:38Speaker 1: do whatever they want with it. So it's like you
- 5:40Speaker 1: have to be careful for all that. So yeah, it's
- 5:43Speaker 1: like a lot of people don't understand. You know. Obviously
- 5:47Speaker 1: there's the real slow grind, but then there's you know,
- 5:49Speaker 1: the overnight ship which just goes viral, but then like
- 5:52Speaker 1: really the build a artist, Like I've seen what y'all
- 5:54Speaker 1: did with Megan. It was like really, like that shit
- 5:57Speaker 1: ain't cheap, man, Like, did you did you like follow
- 5:59Speaker 1: a model? Like who did you look? You just created
- 6:01Speaker 1: your own recipe? When he's coming up, they kind of
- 6:03Speaker 1: just went along with it. Any big homies in the
- 6:05Speaker 1: music game that were kind of you know the way
- 6:09Speaker 1: you know, of course I'm always asking him for advice
- 6:12Speaker 1: you know, that's the only person really, you know that
- 6:14Speaker 1: I get advice from. But I just saw a coach
- 6:17Speaker 1: and like I sit back and watch, like Drake come
- 6:19Speaker 1: to our city, Houston and just just Drake weekend. Well,
- 6:23Speaker 1: I mean when he first started coming out, when he
- 6:25Speaker 1: was with j Prince Junior around with jazz just like
- 6:29Speaker 1: a nobody. So I actually saw this process from start
- 6:32Speaker 1: to finish on how they groomed the person, and he
- 6:35Speaker 1: just did like one little Houston song and it just crazy. Yeah,
- 6:40Speaker 1: I was like, man ship. All they did was found
- 6:43Speaker 1: somebody with telling and kept them in the cool spots
- 6:45Speaker 1: around Houston. And the next day. You know, he paid
- 6:47Speaker 1: a lot of homage to Houston too. He loved Houston
- 6:49Speaker 1: because we the one broke them. So when I saw that,
- 6:51Speaker 1: I was like, man, I can do that. It's crazy
- 6:55Speaker 1: cause when we think of hip hop, we think of football,
- 6:58Speaker 1: we think of basketball, we batter ever really think of baseball, right.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Baseball is like it's a sport that I feel like
- 7:06Speaker 1: it's hard to get youth into because it's because you know,
- 7:10Speaker 1: to watch a baseball game, it's about strategy, it's about
- 7:13Speaker 1: so much more than I can't watch it. I go
- 7:17Speaker 1: to a live game, but on TV, I can't. I
- 7:19Speaker 1: can't watch it. A lot of people say you gotta
- 7:21Speaker 1: know somebody you know and then you go live. But
- 7:24Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, like you gotta be into it,
- 7:26Speaker 1: but you know, got to like it. But at the
- 7:29Speaker 1: game game ship faced hot dogs? Yeah, talk ship at
- 7:36Speaker 1: the way? That was me, what what what positions did
- 7:40Speaker 1: you play? Okay, so you so you heard some ship
- 7:44Speaker 1: in the outfield? What's the because you always hear about
- 7:47Speaker 1: like fans talking ship. I've heard a lot of city.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Well I've heard a lot of people say Boston got
- 7:51Speaker 1: racist fans. They said Utah as well. You know baseball
- 7:55Speaker 1: team James Christ nobody playing base they got a jazz
- 8:00Speaker 1: bro relaxed. I don't like you tall that. Like, like
- 8:05Speaker 1: you ever hear any racist ship or any crazy ship
- 8:07Speaker 1: out there? Whatever they say. Man, you know you're an
- 8:09Speaker 1: athlete and they're gonna say what they're gonna say. Now,
- 8:11Speaker 1: one of the funniest things somebody ever told me was like,
- 8:14Speaker 1: you know, they're like, I hate crow for the man
- 8:17Speaker 1: you couldn't throw a baby shower. You know, you know
- 8:22Speaker 1: what did you giggle at that when he heard that?
- 8:24Speaker 1: Did it's a good one. Like yeah, like I got
- 8:28Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Like, but sometimes they just yeah,
- 8:31Speaker 1: you know they're trying to Hey, they won't want to
- 8:33Speaker 1: see their team lose. So how you feel about the
- 8:34Speaker 1: other athletes that got a problem with the crowd yelling
- 8:37Speaker 1: at them, like like they get all hot jumping the crowd.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Gotta go do something else for a living, you know,
- 8:43Speaker 1: because it's just kind of what comes with it comes
- 8:45Speaker 1: with it. Yeah, they gonna they're gonna act the food,
- 8:49Speaker 1: especially them East Coast teams. I say, like New York's
- 8:55Speaker 1: playing playing in Boston, is they got a certain infinity
- 9:00Speaker 1: for the for the Red Sox right right, the real
- 9:03Speaker 1: passionate very like like you could argue they got the
- 9:06Speaker 1: most passionate fans. Yeah, you can't get that. Yeah, what
- 9:12Speaker 1: was it like like being in Boston and being was
- 9:15Speaker 1: this was this was after the World Series, like when
- 9:18Speaker 1: the drought ended? Uh what drought? You know when there
- 9:22Speaker 1: was this Red Sox drought you know yeah yeah, yeah, no,
- 9:25Speaker 1: this was after. Yeah, you know what I'm saying. When
- 9:28Speaker 1: I was there was after, so they wasn't as bad
- 9:30Speaker 1: before that drought. I heard. I wasn't there, but I
- 9:32Speaker 1: heard it was really rough, but they kind of lightened
- 9:35Speaker 1: up right into a little bit, but it was still Boston.
- 9:39Speaker 1: So you know, you just deal with hey man, it's
- 9:41Speaker 1: all a family, a fat you will have a five
- 9:44Speaker 1: year old kid flipping you the bird, you know what
- 9:47Speaker 1: I'm saying, Like, that's that's why you say something back.
- 9:52Speaker 1: You the you're the bad guy around like this Tanner, Yeah,
- 10:01Speaker 1: so you know it'd be wild. I just had Big
- 10:05Speaker 1: U up here and we were talking about his original
- 10:10Speaker 1: deal with Nipsey. He had a production deal with Nipsey
- 10:13Speaker 1: that Nipsey signed like oh nine, and it was for
- 10:16Speaker 1: he's like ten years, right, And me and Big You
- 10:18Speaker 1: were talking and I was like, damn, ten years. That's
- 10:20Speaker 1: that's crazy, right, Like when you think about that's that's
- 10:23Speaker 1: that's a lot of time, right. But you know he
- 10:26Speaker 1: was saying, he was like, yeah, but what people don't
- 10:28Speaker 1: see is the five years that led up to even
- 10:32Speaker 1: being able to make money, right, you know what I'm saying,
- 10:35Speaker 1: And the idea that well, if I got you here,
- 10:39Speaker 1: you know, I got you here, so I could you know,
- 10:42Speaker 1: it's almost like you know, investing in something, you know
- 10:44Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Like you should be able to reap
- 10:46Speaker 1: the benefits of that, right, And he brought you up
- 10:49Speaker 1: in this situation that you have with Megan, and well,
- 10:55Speaker 1: me and DJ had and Megan's a sweetheart. We interviewed her.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Sho's so nice. But we had a conversation and it's like,
- 11:01Speaker 1: and I manage artists, you know, and it's it's like, yo,
- 11:07Speaker 1: I'm not saying that Megan wouldn't made it with her
- 11:09Speaker 1: without you, because she's fucking immensely talented. But you took
- 11:13Speaker 1: a chance on her, invested in her. She signed the paperwork.
- 11:19Speaker 1: What would you say, like, like, what did you learn
- 11:22Speaker 1: from that situation? See? In that situation, man, it's it's
- 11:27Speaker 1: it's so many like loose things with that, you know
- 11:29Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Like with me and Megan, she new
- 11:31Speaker 1: to the business. I'm new to the business. We had
- 11:34Speaker 1: a mutual guy that's her manager right now, T fairis
- 11:38Speaker 1: T Ferris. Well, I don't know if we well, I
- 11:40Speaker 1: just I just remember Paul Wall used to rap about him,
- 11:43Speaker 1: you know, but this guy, he really took advantage of
- 11:46Speaker 1: me and her not knowing what's going on. Right, So
- 11:49Speaker 1: you know, if I were to learn anything, I would
- 11:51Speaker 1: just say that like because people don't know that contract.
- 11:56Speaker 1: I had nothing to do with it. You know what
- 11:57Speaker 1: I'm saying. He's got t Faeriris. Mom did the whole thing,
- 12:01Speaker 1: So I'm new. I'm just excited about being in a business.
- 12:04Speaker 1: The baseball guy, you got, you got the bag. I
- 12:07Speaker 1: just retired two years in the game, and I'm like
- 12:10Speaker 1: top of the music scene, like doing the damn thing. Yeah,
- 12:13Speaker 1: I feel you. So I'm not even I'm letting this
- 12:16Speaker 1: guy run all my business stuff because you know, I don't.
- 12:19Speaker 1: I'm clearly advanced and I don't know what's going on.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Also a link to the music industry. Yeah, so I don't.
- 12:24Speaker 1: I don't know what's going on. So they do this
- 12:26Speaker 1: deal and you know, they bring it to me. Cool,
- 12:29Speaker 1: they happy with it, fine, you know, and when things
- 12:34Speaker 1: hit the fan, you know, when the big people come,
- 12:36Speaker 1: I didn't understand. I still couldn't even understand the concept
- 12:39Speaker 1: of what was happening, you know, at the time, because
- 12:41Speaker 1: they were moving so f I didn't know a manager
- 12:43Speaker 1: gonna come in one day and signed, Like, I didn't
- 12:46Speaker 1: understand none of this stuff. So of course when the
- 12:48Speaker 1: majors want to come in, the managers, they look for
- 12:51Speaker 1: any little thing and they pound these little problems with
- 12:54Speaker 1: this contract, and you know, all of a sudden, I'm
- 12:58Speaker 1: the bad guy. But at the end of the day,
- 13:00Speaker 1: I just learned that, you know, that type of stuff
- 13:04Speaker 1: you need to just know about it. Contracts, you know, understand,
- 13:08Speaker 1: do people the right way, you know, and just try
- 13:10Speaker 1: to because I try to be on top of your
- 13:12Speaker 1: business more. Well, I think that the perception was that
- 13:15Speaker 1: you had signed her to a shitty deal. Yeah, and
- 13:18Speaker 1: I'm not sure that that's the I mean, I think
- 13:20Speaker 1: that that might be obviously misleading. That's what social media
- 13:23Speaker 1: or social media just the thing with that, you know,
- 13:25Speaker 1: like like I say, with the deal, like okay, we
- 13:28Speaker 1: gave a sixty forty profit split, Like nobody gets no
- 13:32Speaker 1: which is great. Nobody's getting those kind of deals. Like
- 13:35Speaker 1: even when she leaves me or whatever, she'll never get
- 13:38Speaker 1: that deal. You know, people just didn't understand contracts, and
- 13:41Speaker 1: they wanted to just blame somebody, and you know, they
- 13:43Speaker 1: wanted to get out of the contract. They wanted to
- 13:45Speaker 1: just avoid it. She just wanted to go to rock
- 13:47Speaker 1: Nation and be under Jay Z and all that cap shit.
- 13:50Speaker 1: But you know the thing was all that they never
- 13:53Speaker 1: they never called me. They never said nothing to me.
- 13:56Speaker 1: They waited for me to say one little thing on
- 13:58Speaker 1: the internet. Oh you made me mad, right, you know?
- 14:00Speaker 1: So it was like they found that one thing and
- 14:02Speaker 1: just turn everything against me. And I'm clueless. So just
- 14:06Speaker 1: imagine you and a person y'all potting us me making
- 14:10Speaker 1: we ain't nothing wrong with us? Like you and t
- 14:13Speaker 1: Feris that he was doing this in your opinion, he
- 14:16Speaker 1: was doing that. Yeah, he handling his business, be moving,
- 14:18Speaker 1: we thriving, you know. And the next day she saying, hey,
- 14:21Speaker 1: fuck y'all. You know what I'm saying. And I'm just
- 14:24Speaker 1: imagine you don't even know what's happening. You know what
- 14:26Speaker 1: I'm saying. You just like what's going on. I've never
- 14:29Speaker 1: me and Megan never had a problem with each other,
- 14:31Speaker 1: always gave her what she wanted, never told her no
- 14:34Speaker 1: a day in my life, you know what I'm saying.
- 14:36Speaker 1: And it was just like damn, you know, so what happened.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Of course, when you call the t Faris guy, he's
- 14:43Speaker 1: playing both sides, doing the end around. He called me
- 14:46Speaker 1: crying one day, saying that she don't want to fuck
- 14:49Speaker 1: with us no more, and he know that's gonna get
- 14:51Speaker 1: me going like, oh, she don't want to fuck with us, Well,
- 14:53Speaker 1: but shit, we gonna hand all business. Yeah, well then
- 14:55Speaker 1: you gonna tell her he said fuck you too, you
- 14:58Speaker 1: know what I'm saying that type of shit. Wow, next thing,
- 15:00Speaker 1: you know, she like to this day, me and her
- 15:03Speaker 1: never even talked about nothing that happened. This guy. If
- 15:06Speaker 1: you notice this guy, Ti Ferris, you never hear from.
- 15:09Speaker 1: He never say nothing. You never nothing because he don't
- 15:12Speaker 1: want to want to say nothing. He claims that, oh,
- 15:15Speaker 1: I just don't want the fame and this and that,
- 15:17Speaker 1: but use the cause for all this problem, like it
- 15:19Speaker 1: never was a problem with me and Magan. But this
- 15:22Speaker 1: guy he hides and he like, you know, he probably
- 15:27Speaker 1: gonna try to, you know, say oh, oh I'm defamation
- 15:30Speaker 1: for character the stuff he like to say. But don't
- 15:32Speaker 1: care because I know what the truth was. But you know,
- 15:35Speaker 1: if it wasn't for this guy, when my mother passed,
- 15:37Speaker 1: he jumped in up there. If it wasn't for this guy,
- 15:39Speaker 1: me and Megan will still be cool right now. And
- 15:43Speaker 1: as of right now, do you still are you still
- 15:46Speaker 1: benefiting from her career at all? Yeah? I mean we
- 15:48Speaker 1: still locked in. You still got the pack, Okay, so
- 15:51Speaker 1: people want to say, oh, well you running a little
- 15:54Speaker 1: Jay you know, and this and that. It was like, well,
- 15:56Speaker 1: that's the only person I knew who understood what was
- 15:59Speaker 1: going on. Who else was I gonna call? You know
- 16:01Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Had not I did that Rock Nation
- 16:03Speaker 1: was gonna take everything from me, I wouldn't have got nothing,
- 16:06Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. I would have just been
- 16:07Speaker 1: like they look at you like you're the little guy.
- 16:10Speaker 1: You know, you don't got nothing. We're gonna take your
- 16:12Speaker 1: ship from you. Like having having Jay step in and
- 16:16Speaker 1: speak up for you. How important was that? It was everything?
- 16:19Speaker 1: I wouldn't Like I said, I wouldn't have had nothing.
- 16:21Speaker 1: They wasn't They wasn't coming to They didn't come in
- 16:24Speaker 1: and like to like say, oh, we want to give
- 16:28Speaker 1: you your show. They was like, nah, we want it all,
- 16:31Speaker 1: you know. So when I saw that, you know, I
- 16:34Speaker 1: had to go. I had to go do what I
- 16:36Speaker 1: had to go. Do you know what I'm saying. I'm
- 16:37Speaker 1: from Fifth Ward, that's a notorious place in Houston, Texas
- 16:41Speaker 1: as well. Of course princes from wey'all from the same neighborhood.
- 16:44Speaker 1: He you know, in the business. He reason one of
- 16:46Speaker 1: the reasons why I even got to doing this so
- 16:48Speaker 1: con Yeah, So I was like, this is the only
- 16:52Speaker 1: person I know I can call to kind of just
- 16:54Speaker 1: even see what's going on. It wasn't like a scare
- 16:57Speaker 1: tactic to try to scare Megan or do nothing like that.
- 17:00Speaker 1: You know, this was really the only person I could call.
- 17:02Speaker 1: So do you think, looking back at every how it
- 17:04Speaker 1: all went down, do you think you could have handled
- 17:06Speaker 1: anything different? Are you think you do everything exactly the same? No?
- 17:10Speaker 1: I try to like be more, you know, like she
- 17:12Speaker 1: for me. You know, I wasn't tune with I mean
- 17:17Speaker 1: and like just like speaking, you know, like how you
- 17:20Speaker 1: treated like a little system memo communication. But I just
- 17:23Speaker 1: did that by design. I was like, hey, she the artist.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I don't want to bother all the time. So I
- 17:27Speaker 1: could have had a probably could have had a better
- 17:29Speaker 1: relationship with her where we spoke more and that way, uh,
- 17:33Speaker 1: the stuff in between wouldn't have been so cloudy, and
- 17:35Speaker 1: they couldn't like like infiltrate the situation, like put that
- 17:41Speaker 1: shield up right there, y'all feel just saying you And
- 17:43Speaker 1: that was the most hurtful part because me and this
- 17:45Speaker 1: guy played little league baseball together. So and so, he like,
- 17:50Speaker 1: he hustled me the whole time. He made me think
- 17:52Speaker 1: that we was partners and we was friends and all
- 17:55Speaker 1: this stuff, And the whole time he was he was
- 17:57Speaker 1: running against men when he got the chance to make
- 17:59Speaker 1: a move on. Do you think that being an athlete
- 18:03Speaker 1: coming into hip hop that because I've seen it happen
- 18:07Speaker 1: where like promoters or managers they look at they look
- 18:10Speaker 1: at an athlete because they know you got the bag
- 18:13Speaker 1: and they're like, it's almost like they're hustling you the
- 18:16Speaker 1: whole time. It's a hustle and I have to learn it.
- 18:18Speaker 1: And that's why I like, I've known guys. Hey, let
- 18:20Speaker 1: me tell you this. I know who you are as
- 18:22Speaker 1: a baseball player, but I had no idea that it
- 18:24Speaker 1: was the same Carl Crawford, So I thought you played
- 18:27Speaker 1: for Utah apparently, so no, no, no. But what I'm
- 18:29Speaker 1: saying is that it says a lot about the what
- 18:32Speaker 1: you've built with fifteen oh one is that it's independent
- 18:34Speaker 1: of And that was and that was about design. Like
- 18:36Speaker 1: if you notice on my Instagram, I'll post baseball. So
- 18:39Speaker 1: I wanted to create my whole new identity and whatever
- 18:41Speaker 1: it was, I was going to be doing. So you
- 18:43Speaker 1: flipped right away. But I had buddies like trying to
- 18:46Speaker 1: do music playing and they'll be like, tell me how
- 18:48Speaker 1: much money they waste, and I'll be like, damn, you know,
- 18:50Speaker 1: like you know what I'm saying. But in my mind,
- 18:52Speaker 1: I was calculating on what I was gonna need to
- 18:54Speaker 1: do because I knew I was gonna take a rear
- 18:56Speaker 1: run at it at some point. And it's worked out.
- 18:59Speaker 1: It has worked and that and and you got this.
- 19:02Speaker 1: You know, obviously for people who don't know who Erica banks,
- 19:04Speaker 1: it's the Bust Challenges probably the biggest TikTok moment in
- 19:06Speaker 1: the last year. So yeah, that was just like a
- 19:09Speaker 1: gift from and it was an older record. Wasn't old,
- 19:11Speaker 1: but it was. It been out for like six seven months, right,
- 19:13Speaker 1: We had put it out in Much or something like that.
- 19:16Speaker 1: So yeah it was out, yeah not much like much
- 19:18Speaker 1: and worked, it did well. You know, we was getting
- 19:21Speaker 1: ready to go to another song. But it's like God
- 19:24Speaker 1: just paid us for the for the hard work from
- 19:26Speaker 1: March to the symbols. So it was the challenge designed
- 19:28Speaker 1: or it's somebody, some some random TikToker just did it
- 19:32Speaker 1: just randomly happened. Damn, that's why you just see it.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Just pop off that TikTok and do that too. Look,
- 19:38Speaker 1: I didn't have a TikTok nothing I saw. When I
- 19:41Speaker 1: saw those first challenges come in, I was like, you
- 19:44Speaker 1: do that? So when did you know when the challenge
- 19:48Speaker 1: was popping out? When did you know? Okay, we got
- 19:49Speaker 1: some here? I knew when the first day Erica posted
- 19:52Speaker 1: like six of them in a row, but she wasn't
- 19:55Speaker 1: posting the right ones to me, posting like the ones
- 19:58Speaker 1: she thought was cool. I was like, ship, I'll been
- 20:01Speaker 1: posting the other ones. So I want to go look
- 20:03Speaker 1: for other ones that she had. We want to go. Look.
- 20:06Speaker 1: It was like you couldn't even find it. It It was
- 20:09Speaker 1: but you look up that damn hashtag and it's like, gosh,
- 20:13Speaker 1: I can't even it's out of my hands. Now took everything.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Oh man, that's crazy. Is there anything with Erica that
- 20:23Speaker 1: that you've applied that you might have learned from working
- 20:26Speaker 1: with Megan? Yeah? Like I said, more communication, Like you
- 20:29Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Like with me and Erica, we
- 20:32Speaker 1: like I wasn't taking a chance no more with that.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Ship moved to her straight tip. You know what I'm saying,
- 20:37Speaker 1: Houston moved in, like we got more close to more
- 20:41Speaker 1: night in and just so well, you know, uh, we
- 20:44Speaker 1: won't have to have you know, if she feeling bad
- 20:46Speaker 1: about something or don't like something, you could come say
- 20:48Speaker 1: it to me. You know what I'm saying. You ain't
- 20:50Speaker 1: gotta like plot with the manager and then you know,
- 20:53Speaker 1: y'all scheming against me because I'm this bad guy. They
- 20:56Speaker 1: want to do something harm to you, you know, and
- 20:59Speaker 1: so pretty much just like the communication, and you know,
- 21:03Speaker 1: because because you know what she said when they came here,
- 21:06Speaker 1: they said that everybody was saying this contract was so bad.
- 21:09Speaker 1: But the first thing she said, hey we want that
- 21:11Speaker 1: Megan contract, I was like, all right, sixty yeah, I
- 21:16Speaker 1: mean nah, but I wanted to just show a point,
- 21:19Speaker 1: like you know what I'm saying, you were telling us
- 21:20Speaker 1: we gave you this bad contract. Man. People come in
- 21:23Speaker 1: here this like it's almost bad that it's public, because
- 21:25Speaker 1: now that's the first thing people asking about you. Do
- 21:29Speaker 1: you take what happened personal against Megan? Do you think
- 21:33Speaker 1: it was more the fair character? See, the only reason
- 21:35Speaker 1: why you know you you saw the spats between me
- 21:38Speaker 1: and Megan is because you know, you know, of course
- 21:40Speaker 1: she'd like to say a little smart stuff because she
- 21:42Speaker 1: want everybody to think she like tough all that stuff.
- 21:44Speaker 1: But you know, we know the real So it's like
- 21:47Speaker 1: we're gonna say something back. We all from Texas too.
- 21:49Speaker 1: We're not gonna let you talk and say stuff and
- 21:51Speaker 1: then we're not gonna say nothing back, especially when we
- 21:54Speaker 1: know we didn't do nothing wrong to you. But never
- 21:56Speaker 1: had an issue with Megan. You know what I'm saying,
- 21:58Speaker 1: We almost got our business wrapped up. I won't have
- 22:00Speaker 1: no issues with her. Then it's you know what I'm saying.
- 22:03Speaker 1: I just hate that, you know, the t Farris guy.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I keep coming back to that because you know what
- 22:07Speaker 1: I'm saying, I moved this guy into my house. You know,
- 22:10Speaker 1: for a whole year he was living with me and
- 22:12Speaker 1: we were all just doing this stuff for him to
- 22:14Speaker 1: cross us up like that, and he understood when I
- 22:17Speaker 1: came home, I told him I had a plan, and
- 22:19Speaker 1: the plan was to be a Houston culture back up,
- 22:22Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, and keep doing. It wasn't
- 22:24Speaker 1: just the fun making, you know, So for when they
- 22:28Speaker 1: did that, it was like they closed the doors on
- 22:30Speaker 1: the city for a little bit, you know, what I'm
- 22:31Speaker 1: talking about, because you did all that work to open
- 22:33Speaker 1: them doors back up and bam. Yeah, it's crazy because
- 22:36Speaker 1: when you just what you said about Houston culture and
- 22:39Speaker 1: and and and Travis obviously he trans I mean, he's
- 22:43Speaker 1: brought Houston culture to the world in a way that
- 22:44Speaker 1: you know as far as you know, did the album
- 22:46Speaker 1: and called Astra World, you know, ship like that. But
- 22:48Speaker 1: but when it comes to like when I was in
- 22:50Speaker 1: high school and it was Mike Jones, Slimp, Doug Cha, Millionaire,
- 22:54Speaker 1: Paul Wall I Live. Yeah, like that was like gold Roll,
- 23:00Speaker 1: you know, everybody, like he was in the middle of
- 23:03Speaker 1: all that, you know, and it's like if you talk
- 23:05Speaker 1: to those people, they probably had these same stories, right.
- 23:08Speaker 1: But what I was gonna say was like that culture
- 23:11Speaker 1: in Houston was like it was like it was so
- 23:15Speaker 1: crazy wild man, and I lived all through it, all
- 23:18Speaker 1: through everything. I ain't it's nothing. Yeah do you think that,
- 23:22Speaker 1: because because I don't. There's so many artists popping from
- 23:25Speaker 1: Houston now, but I don't think that it feels as
- 23:29Speaker 1: in sync, like not like how I had that impact,
- 23:33Speaker 1: Like it was the impact MTV viewed it on I
- 23:37Speaker 1: was watching it. There's still Tipping video man still Tip
- 23:40Speaker 1: was like, oh, it was like yeah, it's like and
- 23:44Speaker 1: I also feel like there was like this this this
- 23:47Speaker 1: you know whether or not you know Paul walk Mill
- 23:49Speaker 1: and it ended up splitting up, but there was so
- 23:51Speaker 1: there was some sort of it was like community. It
- 23:53Speaker 1: felt like everybody fuck with each other for a moment,
- 23:56Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. But it was all Houston thing.
- 24:00Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. It was like it was
- 24:01Speaker 1: they it like like face blim Doug got signed it
- 24:04Speaker 1: for real and ship you know, you know you had
- 24:07Speaker 1: jam who had Houston on the map, but they took
- 24:09Speaker 1: it to another level. It was like global pow wow
- 24:12Speaker 1: all that. You know. I like it when I used
- 24:14Speaker 1: to walk up to the place, you know, I was
- 24:15Speaker 1: walking out the Paul we break the mouth all that.
- 24:18Speaker 1: You know. Yeah, it did something different. You know. So
- 24:21Speaker 1: I was efatuated with that culture because you know, they
- 24:24Speaker 1: was my age. We all the same age, high school,
- 24:27Speaker 1: all that stuff. You and I and Prince. How did
- 24:30Speaker 1: you guys? How did your relationship start? I interviewed him
- 24:33Speaker 1: a couple of years ago, and you know, I it
- 24:36Speaker 1: was it was great. He like I say, man, you
- 24:39Speaker 1: always saw him for him afar because you know from
- 24:41Speaker 1: the same Yeah, and he's a legend. You know. When
- 24:43Speaker 1: I got older, when I got about seventeen, you know,
- 24:45Speaker 1: I finally met him in person, and you know, just
- 24:48Speaker 1: started in and out, you know, you a meeting from
- 24:51Speaker 1: time to time, speak with him, you know, for whatever reason.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Even then, you know, I was asking him about the
- 24:57Speaker 1: music business, and I was using those those little tips
- 25:01Speaker 1: from when he gave me as like an eighteen year
- 25:02Speaker 1: old today, you know. So it was like we always
- 25:07Speaker 1: talk about just like music or life or you know,
- 25:11Speaker 1: just like the little mentor and type of thing. That's
- 25:13Speaker 1: one thing he taught to you that you you brought
- 25:15Speaker 1: with you when you started the direct label. Man. Really
- 25:19Speaker 1: with him, I just like kind of learned like patience,
- 25:22Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, I need to do it
- 25:26Speaker 1: non type of actually now he more like sit back,
- 25:29Speaker 1: wait to make your move type you know what I'm saying.
- 25:32Speaker 1: And you know, I kind of really liked that type
- 25:34Speaker 1: of well moving because it really lets you like think first,
- 25:37Speaker 1: you know, when reacting so much. You know, so you know,
- 25:42Speaker 1: just kind of like that patience and that's just that
- 25:44Speaker 1: that mentality of that hood. But still like you know,
- 25:47Speaker 1: respect and all that type of stuff. Who are the
- 25:49Speaker 1: top five Houston rappers ever? Man? Top five? And you
- 25:56Speaker 1: know what, we will will exclude Port Arthur because you know,
- 26:02Speaker 1: bumbying and PIMPSI probably would be. So you know we're
- 26:05Speaker 1: gonna We're not gonna you know, Okay, if you're gonna
- 26:08Speaker 1: do that, then you know you're gonna have to Houston
- 26:11Speaker 1: Metro Area only Houston Metro Area on all right, Well
- 26:16Speaker 1: you got scarf face probably gonna be number one. Facts
- 26:22Speaker 1: I put little flip okay, uh a little key key Okay.
- 26:29Speaker 1: I'm from the North Side, so I'm gonna roll with
- 26:31Speaker 1: my boss swim thud yep and then my last one,
- 26:35Speaker 1: Fat Pat alright, don't know, yeah, man, listen, bro I
- 26:40Speaker 1: used to I used to bang screwtapes when I was
- 26:43Speaker 1: like fourteen. Yea, fat Pat. You know what I'm saying.
- 26:46Speaker 1: See like like for me, I like the screwed area
- 26:48Speaker 1: and all that stuff, but I'm from the North Side,
- 26:50Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. It was like, I don't
- 26:52Speaker 1: know if you understood that culture back then. It was
- 26:54Speaker 1: just so like bad with each other to well, it
- 26:57Speaker 1: kind of gave me a death feel to the the
- 27:00Speaker 1: south side, you know what I'm saying. But I still
- 27:01Speaker 1: jammed him. But it was like, you know what I'm saying, Yeah,
- 27:04Speaker 1: I heard that before. It was the north side of Houston.
- 27:07Speaker 1: In the South side of Houston, there's like it was
- 27:09Speaker 1: a rivalry. It was going down because they kind of
- 27:12Speaker 1: came up with the type of that type of rap style,
- 27:15Speaker 1: you know, like a little keykey right, and then would
- 27:18Speaker 1: switch the house from the south side or from the
- 27:20Speaker 1: north side, like push house from the north from the
- 27:23Speaker 1: north side. And that's kind of why we was you
- 27:25Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, And they was Slim was like,
- 27:27Speaker 1: you know what the forekfront just you know, just bringing
- 27:30Speaker 1: it to you, giving you that feel like like you
- 27:32Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. So that's how he kind of
- 27:34Speaker 1: we kind of gravitated to him. But plus we were
- 27:37Speaker 1: seeing him like middle school and I remember just being
- 27:41Speaker 1: enamored by the fact that he had so much money
- 27:43Speaker 1: before I even knew the fuck he was. Like, I
- 27:45Speaker 1: remember he was on MTV and he had all these
- 27:47Speaker 1: cars and these houses, and then the album came out
- 27:49Speaker 1: it was called Already Platinum. He was doing his uh
- 27:52Speaker 1: you know, Houston is the home of the independent of course,
- 27:55Speaker 1: out the trunk, out the trunk. Man, I feel so
- 27:58Speaker 1: left out of loop with the Houston stuff. If I
- 28:00Speaker 1: need to get in it. I love Houston, Oh man,
- 28:02Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. I love you. Listen to
- 28:05Speaker 1: every hip hop Ryan right now. It's gonna you're gonna
- 28:07Speaker 1: you're gonna find every one saw that one line and
- 28:10Speaker 1: every song is Houston right right, so you know, but
- 28:13Speaker 1: you know the drink thing kind of they taking it down,
- 28:16Speaker 1: So I'm more than ten fifteen years when I's gonna happen.
- 28:20Speaker 1: Well yeah, I mean even the drink shit like that's
- 28:23Speaker 1: Houston Houston was? I mean, come on, man, I gotta
- 28:28Speaker 1: get what I gotta give the program to ask you this.
- 28:30Speaker 1: When you were playing baseball, would you sip lean ever? Nah? No, never,
- 28:34Speaker 1: because I mean what would you even like if you
- 28:37Speaker 1: were to, would that even be something that come up
- 28:39Speaker 1: in like a drug test because it's technically cough. I
- 28:43Speaker 1: don't know, is that a thing? Is a baseball players
- 28:46Speaker 1: sip and lean right now? Yo? Like, Okay, what year
- 28:49Speaker 1: were you drafted? Nineteen ninety nine? Oh shit? You was
- 28:54Speaker 1: it drafted with right in the steroid era? Steroid era?
- 28:58Speaker 1: Oh it? Did you ever participate in any steroids. When
- 29:02Speaker 1: you're playing any HGH or anything, I'll still be playing
- 29:06Speaker 1: Yo to this day, Bro Barry Bun's head got so big,
- 29:12Speaker 1: I'll still be playing still in thirty bases, you know
- 29:16Speaker 1: what I'm saying. Yeah, you was a base still you
- 29:18Speaker 1: stole a lot of bases. But see, I want of
- 29:20Speaker 1: the old dudes. I really like be worried about my body.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Was scared that, you know, I was gonna put some
- 29:25Speaker 1: ship in there, and I don't know, you know what
- 29:28Speaker 1: I'm saying. I was always worried about that right leg
- 29:30Speaker 1: stopped working. It's just take the wrong thing. It was tough,
- 29:33Speaker 1: you know, because you got every picture in the steroid era.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Everybody throwing ninety seven ain't nobody throwing under ninety eight
- 29:40Speaker 1: miles was still affected by it. I just had to
- 29:46Speaker 1: get through it the best way I could. Wow, what, Yo,
- 29:49Speaker 1: Which picture in your opinion was that the one who
- 29:52Speaker 1: scared you? Who you were? Like? Fuck? Here we go, man, ship,
- 29:55Speaker 1: I have to face Randy Johnson. I'm from Arizona. Come on, man, Brad,
- 29:59Speaker 1: did you that's your boy? Left wing Randy Johnson? My
- 30:06Speaker 1: favorite picture ever from way behind you? You know, Randy
- 30:10Speaker 1: Johnson and he's fucking like six foot ten. Yeah, he
- 30:16Speaker 1: was a tough picture of a lifted two. I hit
- 30:18Speaker 1: him will but he could get from the top. Randy
- 30:21Speaker 1: Johnson coming from right hill. Randy Johnson was the guy
- 30:25Speaker 1: who sticks out. Yeah, okay, when you played baseball, this
- 30:30Speaker 1: was so the Sammy social Mark maguire thing happened. It
- 30:33Speaker 1: was ninety eight, I believe, right, So you come the
- 30:35Speaker 1: year after. I remember that. That was like, uh, Luis
- 30:41Speaker 1: Gonzalez was on the Diamondbacks and hit like fifty six
- 30:44Speaker 1: home runs and it was like the first time he
- 30:45Speaker 1: ever hit over thirty. That's that's what it is. You
- 30:48Speaker 1: know what was going on. Yeah, I ain't never get caught.
- 30:51Speaker 1: So oh, I mean come on, I mean we got
- 30:53Speaker 1: another fucking World Series and one you know what I'm saying.
- 30:56Speaker 1: But it was just as it was a historical time
- 31:00Speaker 1: in baseball because I'm always I'm for the steroids. For
- 31:03Speaker 1: the record, that's what they definitely everybody just do what
- 31:07Speaker 1: the fut You know how much better the ratings would
- 31:10Speaker 1: be if everybody was jacked up. Listen, they let him,
- 31:14Speaker 1: they let him do steroids. Then they taking the balls up.
- 31:17Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, so it was like, was
- 31:20Speaker 1: just jumping, That's what was there. Like we always hear
- 31:23Speaker 1: about cheating going on. The Astros just had that cheating scandal.
- 31:29Speaker 1: That was crazy. Man. Hear about people with corking their
- 31:32Speaker 1: bad ship like that, with that kind of ship like
- 31:34Speaker 1: be happening. I was playing against Sam and Soca today
- 31:36Speaker 1: when his bat got crooked. You know what I'm saying, Oh,
- 31:38Speaker 1: you were there. I was in left field. So I'm
- 31:40Speaker 1: sitting there like, what's that? You know what that that broke?
- 31:43Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. He already hitting sixty homes
- 31:46Speaker 1: a year, he still got a and he's still cheating.
- 31:49Speaker 1: But now we will well, you know he's on steroids
- 31:51Speaker 1: as bad as courts. Now he's a white guy. You
- 31:59Speaker 1: see that mother ship. He was like a Cuban Michael
- 32:04Speaker 1: Jackson pink at this point. You yeah, We're like, man,
- 32:09Speaker 1: he hit all these homers already cooking. How much more
- 32:13Speaker 1: does he need? So show you man, if you ain't cheating,
- 32:17Speaker 1: you ain't trying. That's what they say. All right, you
- 32:19Speaker 1: pay for the Dodgers. You uh you played for the
- 32:22Speaker 1: Rays right? Uh? The Red Sox? Where else did you play?
- 32:26Speaker 1: That was the three you spent the most amount of
- 32:28Speaker 1: time in Boston and Tampa. I used to listen, man
- 32:31Speaker 1: I lived in Tampa. I lived in Saint Pete. That's
- 32:33Speaker 1: why man I lived right on Fourth Street, seventy third Avenue. Listen,
- 32:38Speaker 1: man I was in. I was in Saint Pete tearing
- 32:40Speaker 1: him down. Boy man, hey, hey, hey, we might have
- 32:47Speaker 1: some we might be uh you know what do they
- 32:50Speaker 1: call that when you hit the same chicken? I know
- 32:51Speaker 1: each other? That that's my brothers. Oh yeah, definitely my brothers.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Because I was taking down a few raised girls for sure. No, no, no,
- 33:01Speaker 1: a few of the Ray's girlfriends. Yeah. Yeah, you know
- 33:05Speaker 1: my boy Buck wheat Orlando from ninety four one Buck
- 33:09Speaker 1: Wheat Orlando and the Nut House and those guys. That's
- 33:12Speaker 1: my man. I would have. I would FaceTime on last
- 33:15Speaker 1: my that's where I worked. You know, I can't believe
- 33:21Speaker 1: it either. He like man ship, you know what I'm saying,
- 33:23Speaker 1: because you know they watched me play with the Rays,
- 33:26Speaker 1: so now you like, you know, see I'm in the music,
- 33:28Speaker 1: you know. So you playing with the Rais, so you
- 33:31Speaker 1: you're the World series and eight was you there? I
- 33:34Speaker 1: was not. I was there for uh way after that
- 33:37Speaker 1: but I remember that team, and uh, I feel like
- 33:41Speaker 1: that team kind of lean a little bit on the
- 33:43Speaker 1: kind of like the moneyball, right, like as far as
- 33:46Speaker 1: they did on the money ball, But they we had
- 33:50Speaker 1: Joe mannon you know what I'm saying. Yeah, legendary coach,
- 33:53Speaker 1: belief system. You know what I'm saying. Like it was
- 33:55Speaker 1: even past the money ball, it was just the whole
- 33:58Speaker 1: mind stages, you know what I'm saying. I didn't think
- 34:00Speaker 1: nobody can really get into my head like that, you
- 34:02Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. But he came in and like
- 34:03Speaker 1: got the best coach you played with. Yeah, he probably
- 34:06Speaker 1: the best one because because because because no matter how
- 34:09Speaker 1: negative you get, he wouldn't ever let you get negative
- 34:13Speaker 1: all the positive. Like for example, I'll be, you know,
- 34:16Speaker 1: mad about something with a teammate. I'll be like this, motherfucker,
- 34:19Speaker 1: I don't care what happened to you know what I'm saying.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I'll be back, come back, go on, Joe Office, give
- 34:27Speaker 1: it to him, just like I told everybody else. And
- 34:29Speaker 1: he'll just damn let me get it out. Just start
- 34:32Speaker 1: breaking me down this and that and but in the
- 34:34Speaker 1: come down, and you know you're yelling, just be like
- 34:39Speaker 1: all you gotta get some off your chest. I was
- 34:43Speaker 1: just like, what happened? I'll be like, man, he got me.
- 34:47Speaker 1: That's that's the I think that that's the weirdest sports
- 34:50Speaker 1: venue I've ever been to, Tropicana Field because you're in
- 34:53Speaker 1: there and it don't feel like you're in a baseball game.
- 34:56Speaker 1: It feels like something. It feels like it feels like
- 34:59Speaker 1: you're a carnival. That's exactly what it feels like, like
- 35:01Speaker 1: it's the State Fair or something like they're like there's
- 35:04Speaker 1: some sort of like gun convention going on down there.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Like that was that that was had to be a
- 35:09Speaker 1: weird place to play. I mean, I like, you get
- 35:11Speaker 1: used to it. I'm sure you know what I mean.
- 35:13Speaker 1: It's not gonna be high. It's perfect temperature and stuff
- 35:15Speaker 1: like that, because you really appreciate that when you start
- 35:17Speaker 1: playing on Like when I went to Boston, I was like, damn,
- 35:20Speaker 1: you know, I'm used to the games starting on time
- 35:23Speaker 1: every day, seven perfect, and now I got this cold
- 35:27Speaker 1: weather and I'm just, you know, uncomfortable all the time. So,
- 35:30Speaker 1: but have you thought about signing anybody from Tampa because
- 35:33Speaker 1: you know about I'm sure you know about Tom g
- 35:35Speaker 1: And yeah, artists in tune with the with the well
- 35:38Speaker 1: you know Rod Waves from Saint Pete. Oh yeah, he
- 35:42Speaker 1: from the seven to seven Man, he'd be banking that
- 35:45Speaker 1: ship too. Yeah, hard you need to tap into that Tampa.
- 35:52Speaker 1: There's a lot of up and coming dope like young
- 35:54Speaker 1: Cats and I'm moving. Yeah Brood now was chilling those
- 36:00Speaker 1: making too much money to worry about it. He's and
- 36:02Speaker 1: oh yeah, he's killing. Yeah, Orlando got all the rappers.
- 36:05Speaker 1: I think he made Orlando from Wild our friend. No,
- 36:08Speaker 1: Orlando's booming to Jacksonville. But Saint Pete, Tampa got some
- 36:12Speaker 1: ship man, and Tom G is still rapping. Shout out
- 36:16Speaker 1: to tom You remember Tom G from back in the day.
- 36:19Speaker 1: I wasn't really in tune with the with the music
- 36:21Speaker 1: scene back then like that. I only knew when I
- 36:23Speaker 1: first got there. Man, they told me I had to
- 36:25Speaker 1: listen to Trick Daddy mm hm replies, and yeah, you
- 36:29Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. It was forced. Did you ever
- 36:32Speaker 1: go to Club Sky? What was yeah? I mean if
- 36:37Speaker 1: it was, I went, OK, fair enough. Well, look we
- 36:41Speaker 1: appreciate you pulling up man. Congratulations on the label, and
- 36:45Speaker 1: and you you there's another artist that that. Yeah, we
- 36:48Speaker 1: got another artist coming up by the name of Stunner Bam.
- 36:50Speaker 1: You know, he got this song called Rockott with the
- 36:52Speaker 1: Erica Banks and you know it's been doing Where's he from.
- 36:56Speaker 1: I appreciate you, I mean I appreciate you putting on
- 36:58Speaker 1: for the city. Man. That's what I can that's what
- 37:01Speaker 1: you said. I'm gonna look more into it for just
- 37:03Speaker 1: just because you came. I'm gonna look more into it.
- 37:05Speaker 1: But I don't know. I'm lost everything y'all was talking about.
- 37:07Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, poking, so they all rooting for him.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Five there it is. Man, Hey, we appreciate you pulling
- 37:16Speaker 1: up and thanks for your time. Bro. So perfect
