- 0:56Speaker 4: play your comments on the Open Phone America segment. So
- 1:00Speaker 4: make sure you make them clearly. And I want to
- 1:02Speaker 4: start with the massive historic national security directive that just
- 1:06Speaker 4: shattered the digital landscape. El Trumpito, Donaldus Magnus, the 45th
- 1:11Speaker 4: and 47th president of these United States. El presidente Donald J.
- 1:16Speaker 4: Trump has officially launched the super intelligence force. He's appointed
- 1:21Speaker 4: National Intelligence Director Jay Clayton to lead this brand new
- 1:25Speaker 4: executive branch powerhouse. This isn't just about computers, familia. This
- 1:29Speaker 4: is about total global dominance in the AI space, in
- 1:33Speaker 4: the arms race against communist China. The administration is completely
- 1:38Speaker 4: purging the phrase artificial intelligence, AI, and Because it's a
- 1:42Speaker 4: fake word. It's a fake word from here on out.
- 1:44Speaker 4: It's going to be super intelligence. Now, I don't know
- 1:47Speaker 4: if Trumpito paid attention. I did make the recommendation last
- 1:50Speaker 4: week saying we should call it American intelligence because AI
- 1:55Speaker 4: isn't going to go anywhere. I think people are going
- 1:56Speaker 4: to continue to call this AI. I don't think anybody's
- 1:59Speaker 4: going to call it SI, but I could be wrong. Anyway,
- 2:02Speaker 4: why would that matter historically? Well, if you think back
- 2:06Speaker 4: to the times of Ronald Reagan, the Gipper, Ronaldus Magnus,
- 2:12Speaker 4: as he was dubbed by Rush Limbaugh, he understood that
- 2:17Speaker 4: piece-by-piece appeasement leads to destruction. He basically gave us the SDI,
- 2:23Speaker 4: as they called it, right? The Strategic Defense Initiative. The
- 2:26Speaker 4: left mocked it as Star Wars. But it broke the
- 2:30Speaker 4: back of the Soviet Union because Reagan knew that peace
- 2:33Speaker 4: comes through strength. Today, the digital frontier is... our new frontier, right?
- 2:39Speaker 4: That's where we're at. Back in the days, you know,
- 2:43Speaker 4: the days of the Enlightenment and those that were influenced
- 2:45Speaker 4: by the Enlightenment, Montesquieu, in his masterpiece that he wrote,
- 2:50Speaker 4: The Spirit of Laws, back in 1748, he spoke heavily
- 2:53Speaker 4: about how a republic must preserve its principles and balance
- 2:58Speaker 4: power to defend itself against external despots. I think that's
- 3:03Speaker 4: what's going on right now, right? It was going on then,
- 3:05Speaker 4: it's going on now. If we don't control superintelligence, a
- 3:09Speaker 4: godless Marxist surveillance state in Beijing will use it to
- 3:13Speaker 4: enslave the free world. It's that simple. Punto y final.
- 3:17Speaker 4: But that's not everything, right? There's more. Because I'm not
- 3:23Speaker 4: being driven into a tailspin over this stuff. Mira, if
- 3:27Speaker 4: you look at the headlines at MSNBC and Morning Joe,
- 3:30Speaker 4: they're frantic. They're accusing Trump of pretty much borrowing their
- 3:35Speaker 4: Democrat playbook. They're calling him boring.
- 3:38Speaker 7: Why?
- 3:39Speaker 4: Well, because President Trump just doubled down on his blockbuster
- 3:42Speaker 4: promise to give every single adult US citizen a $ 5, 000
- 3:45Speaker 4: Trump dividend if Republicans can hold on to Congress. They
- 3:50Speaker 4: say he's acting like a leftist redistributionist. What a joke.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Look at the fundamental difference. The Marxists and the Democrat
- 3:57Speaker 4: Party want to seize your wealth. They want to take it,
- 4:02Speaker 4: corrupt it, put it through their filter of the bloated
- 4:04Speaker 4: federal government, redistribute to whomever they want. They're trying to
- 4:09Speaker 4: buy your compliance. Trump is trying to earn your vote
- 4:13Speaker 4: by giving you back money that you've already paid into
- 4:15Speaker 4: the system. Huge difference. He's not a tax and spend liberal.
- 4:20Speaker 4: He's trying to give you back your money. I think
- 4:23Speaker 4: that is such an important distinction here. Now, Frederick Bastiat,
- 4:29Speaker 4: he called this legal plunder. He wrote a treatise many
- 4:32Speaker 4: years ago called The Law back in 1850. Bastiat warned
- 4:36Speaker 4: us that when law becomes the weapon, then plunder it'll be.
- 4:42Speaker 4: It destroys the foundation of a nation. Trump isn't trying
- 4:47Speaker 4: to build a welfare state. I don't believe he is.
- 4:50Speaker 4: I think that there may be an element of that
- 4:52Speaker 4: in the future because of AI, but he's not trying
- 4:55Speaker 4: to build a welfare state. This dividend is tied directly
- 4:58Speaker 4: to the America First trade policies and massive economic deregulation
- 5:03Speaker 4: that his tariff policy created. It's returning the fruits of
- 5:08Speaker 4: American sovereignty back to the American worker. You know, John Locke,
- 5:14Speaker 4: he taught about this in his second treatise of government
- 5:17Speaker 4: back in 1689. And what stood out was that the
- 5:21Speaker 4: protection of private property is the sole legitimate purpose of government.
- 5:27Speaker 4: That's it. Everything else is extra. The left wants to
- 5:30Speaker 4: confiscate your property. Trump wants to reward the sovereign citizen.
- 5:34Speaker 4: By giving them back their money so they could buy
- 5:36Speaker 4: more of it. Clearly different. I mean, it just amazes
- 5:42Speaker 4: me that they try to even say that Trump is
- 5:44Speaker 4: wrong for doing that. And yet, the lefties, the left wing,
- 5:48Speaker 4: the left within the media, the left within academia, the
- 5:51Speaker 4: left everywhere, they think that they're gaining momentum. So as
- 5:56Speaker 4: we barrel towards the midterm elections on November 3rd, we're
- 5:59Speaker 4: less than a month away. Today's the 5th. The corporate pollsters,
- 6:04Speaker 4: they're screaming from the rooftops. By the way, we've got
- 6:06Speaker 4: to have some of them in. I want to have in,
- 6:08Speaker 4: if we can, I'd like to have Trafalgar Group in here.
- 6:11Speaker 4: I'd like to have the McLaughlin Associates in here to
- 6:15Speaker 4: really get a handle on their thinking on this election.
- 6:22Speaker 4: But again, Democrats think they're heavily favored to take back
- 6:28Speaker 4: the House and Senate. That's just a narrative in their making,
- 6:31Speaker 4: in their minds. that they're trying to create as a
- 6:33Speaker 4: reality in the media. They're pointing to early betting odds. Okay,
- 6:38Speaker 4: so maybe some of the prediction markets are buying what
- 6:40Speaker 4: they're selling. But the numbers aren't necessarily in their favor,
- 6:48Speaker 4: not even close. The numbers they're relying on are a mirage,
- 6:51Speaker 4: in my opinion. They're oversampling urban strongholds. They're completely ignoring
- 6:56Speaker 4: the street, not just what happens in the streets, but
- 7:01Speaker 4: what happens with really the sleeping giant, right? The massive
- 7:04Speaker 4: surge of independent voters who are utterly disgusted with inflation,
- 7:09Speaker 4: with open borders, with left-wing overreach, with boys becoming girls,
- 7:12Speaker 4: girls becoming boys. These are disaffected people. And a lot
- 7:16Speaker 4: of them happen to be black. So as Trump begins
- 7:19Speaker 4: to cut into the margins of the left with their
- 7:22Speaker 4: traditional voter base, all he's doing is solidifying his own power,
- 7:26Speaker 4: holding on to more of what he's built, right? two
- 7:31Speaker 4: majorities one in the senate and one in the house
- 7:34Speaker 4: the fundamentals basically they don't lie here when the american
- 7:38Speaker 4: people see a choice between stagnation of marxist collectivism you
- 7:42Speaker 4: know basically what mamdani is doing and the liberty of
- 7:46Speaker 4: an america first economy freedom is going to win every
- 7:48Speaker 4: single time now it may not win in a place
- 7:51Speaker 4: like new york because obviously they're looking for the handout
- 7:57Speaker 4: right they've realized they've they've hit rock bottom they're They
- 8:01Speaker 4: don't believe in the system. But that rot is not
- 8:06Speaker 4: just in New York City. It's bleeding into part of
- 8:09Speaker 4: the fabric of our country, but it hasn't taken over yet.
- 8:12Speaker 4: And if we look at the headlines of moms that
- 8:16Speaker 4: are intentionally harming their own kids, killing their own kids, right?
- 8:20Speaker 4: This is just an example to me of what's going on.
- 8:23Speaker 4: The corporate media shrugs trying to kind of clean this up.
- 8:28Speaker 4: trying to clinicalize it, make it seem like it's supposed
- 8:31Speaker 4: to happen. They do the same thing with these elections. Oh, yeah, yeah,
- 8:34Speaker 4: you're supposed to have crazy people running on the street.
- 8:37Speaker 4: What was it, two or three weeks ago? A heavyset
- 8:41Speaker 4: Hispanic woman was trying to commit suicide by cops. She
- 8:44Speaker 4: had two knives in her hand. The cops did an
- 8:46Speaker 4: excellent job keeping her at bay, tried to take her
- 8:49Speaker 4: down with a taser. Once she got tased, she advanced
- 8:51Speaker 4: towards them with both knives, and she got her wish.
- 8:55Speaker 4: I'm not trying to be crass. I'm trying to say that, look,
- 9:00Speaker 4: people are fed up. People don't do stuff like that
- 9:03Speaker 4: when things are so great in Mamdani land. They don't
- 9:07Speaker 4: care to die because things suck. So don't believe all
- 9:12Speaker 4: that hype, right? This cultural Marxism is not good. This
- 9:17Speaker 4: isn't just a statistical anomaly that we're looking at where
- 9:21Speaker 4: you see more and more lefties getting elected to positions
- 9:25Speaker 4: in certain cities. This isn't just a trend that we're
- 9:30Speaker 4: seeing with these moms that are killing their own kids.
- 9:33Speaker 4: There was a case in the Bronx. That woman won,
- 9:35Speaker 4: by the way. She won her case on guilty by
- 9:37Speaker 4: reason of insanity. This is radical feminism put on steroids
- 9:43Speaker 4: by a godless atheism that's permeating society.
- 9:47Speaker 7: Yep.
- 9:48Speaker 4: As the great one would say, that's right. I said it.
- 9:52Speaker 4: But really, this is a war on the traditional nuclear family.
- 9:56Speaker 4: When you strip the Judeo-Christian faith or framework out of culture,
- 10:03Speaker 4: out of society, out of everyday life, and you replace
- 10:06Speaker 4: it with state worship, right? Worshiping at the altar of
- 10:11Speaker 4: big government. Radical individualism to the point where you don't
- 10:16Speaker 4: belong to anything. It's divide and conquer on steroids. You
- 10:19Speaker 4: destroy the natural, the God-given maternal instinct that women are
- 10:23Speaker 4: supposed to have. It's the ultimate manifestation of cultural Marxism.
- 10:29Speaker 4: I should say cultural Marxism. This destruction of the family
- 10:35Speaker 4: union to make the individual completely reliant on the state,
- 10:39Speaker 4: on the government. It's truly sick and it's sad. Even
- 10:45Speaker 4: their own cultural elites, right? They can't escape the monster
- 10:50Speaker 4: that they've partially created. Look at Hollywood mogul, Tyler Perry, right?
- 10:56Speaker 4: He makes all those funny movies like Medea and others.
- 10:59Speaker 4: He literally just listed his massive Beverly Hills mansion today
- 11:03Speaker 4: for a staggering $ 57 million. And this is part of
- 11:07Speaker 4: an announcement he made a couple of weeks ago that
- 11:08Speaker 4: he's pulling back from work to live with his son
- 11:11Speaker 4: and be a more active dad. And he's moving to where?
- 11:15Speaker 4: Puerto Rico. Now, What happened? The local left-wing activists down
- 11:21Speaker 4: on the island in Puerto Rico, they're hitting him with
- 11:23Speaker 4: a massive backlash. Mendido, why? Well, I'll tell you why.
- 11:28Speaker 4: Because the radical left, in their opinion, he's never pure enough, right?
- 11:34Speaker 4: He's not leftist enough. You can't really be a radical
- 11:38Speaker 4: leftist if you're making all that money. He didn't check
- 11:41Speaker 4: off enough boxes on their ideological spreadsheet. This is why
- 11:45Speaker 4: their revolution always devours their own people. And these are
- 11:51Speaker 4: just some of the things we're going to get into tonight.
- 11:52Speaker 4: I'm going to start off with El Trompito and what
- 11:54Speaker 4: he had to say about this dividend and where to
- 11:56Speaker 4: take it from there. Plus, any thoughts and reactions from
- 11:59Speaker 4: you guys, we will play in the final segment. Open
- 12:02Speaker 4: phones across America. But for now, I want you to
- 12:04Speaker 4: keep it locked right here. Don't move a muscle. I'm
- 12:06Speaker 4: Rich Valdez, and I'm just getting started.
- 12:08Speaker 5: This is America.
- 12:32Speaker 4: All right, amigos, Rich Valdez here. I am honored to
- 12:35Speaker 4: serve on the host committee for what will undoubtedly be
- 12:38Speaker 4: the premier gathering of global influence this season. That's right.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Next Wednesday, October 14th, Latino Wall Street will host the
- 12:46Speaker 4: official Hispanic Heritage Gala at the historic Andrew W. Mellon
- 12:51Speaker 4: Auditorium right in the nation's capital, Washington, D.C. This is
- 12:56Speaker 4: literally down the block from the White House. This is
- 13:00Speaker 4: a strictly black-tie private event meticulously curated for captains of industry,
- 13:06Speaker 4: heads of state, global investors, and networkers like you. Now,
- 13:11Speaker 4: this evening is going to provide unparalleled gastronomy and alignment
- 13:15Speaker 4: with inner circle decision makers, the people that you want
- 13:19Speaker 4: to make friends with. The room is going to bring
- 13:21Speaker 4: together a select assembly of sitting members of Congress, visionary entrepreneurs,
- 13:26Speaker 4: institutional investors, international diplomats, that are shaping the future of
- 13:31Speaker 4: global economic leadership, and you don't want to miss this.
- 13:35Speaker 4: We're proud to welcome the president of Argentina, Javier Mele,
- 13:38Speaker 4: who is going to be our guest of honor, alongside
- 13:41Speaker 4: the treasurer of the United States, Brandon Beach. Because of
- 13:46Speaker 4: the highly restricted and high-profile nature of this gathering, attendance
- 13:50Speaker 4: is limited and strictly subject to committee approval. But if
- 13:54Speaker 4: you want to apply for an invitation, go to hispanicheritagegala.org.
- 13:59Speaker 4: And find out more. That's HispanicGala.org. HispanicGala.org. Go there right now.
- 14:06Speaker 4: Submit your executive application for an individual invitation. And maybe
- 14:11Speaker 4: you can even secure a corporate sponsorship if that's in
- 14:14Speaker 4: the cards for you. HispanicGala.org. Tell them Rich Valdez sent you.
- 14:19Speaker 5: This is America. He's brown, he's bald, and he's breaking
- 14:23Speaker 5: it down.
- 14:24Speaker 8: Oh, he's so handsome. What's his name?
- 14:26Speaker 5: Rich Valdez.
- 14:30Speaker 4: Alright, familia, welcome back. And what was it that Ed
- 14:33Speaker 4: Trompito said that got him in so much trouble with
- 14:36Speaker 4: this $ 5, 000 dividend? Well, of course, you heard him say
- 14:39Speaker 4: it when he gave that speech in Dallas, Texas at
- 14:41Speaker 4: the midterm RNC convention. But he doubled down on it
- 14:46Speaker 4: and really explained it in probably the most sensible way
- 14:51Speaker 4: I've heard yet when he sat down for an interview
- 14:54Speaker 4: with the fake news media. Listen to this.
- 14:56Speaker 6: You proposed... Trump dividends given every American $ 5, 000, American citizen
- 15:04Speaker 6: if they have.
- 15:04Speaker 9: Adult.
- 15:05Speaker 6: Adult citizen, $ 5, 000. And I'm wondering, would Congress need to
- 15:10Speaker 6: approve that?
- 15:10Speaker 5: Well, we think not.
- 15:12Speaker 9: I think they will do it if we needed it,
- 15:14Speaker 9: but we think not. The country is doing so well.
- 15:17Speaker 9: We've taken in trillions of dollars in tariffs and other things.
- 15:21Speaker 9: We have now over $ 20 trillion worth of manufacturing plants
- 15:26Speaker 9: and other investments being made in the United States, which
- 15:28Speaker 9: is far greater than ever before. And we think it's
- 15:32Speaker 9: something that would be good. We do have one proviso,
- 15:36Speaker 9: and that's that the money be spent, that people spend
- 15:38Speaker 9: their money in the United States. We don't want to
- 15:40Speaker 9: have that money spent in other countries. And we think
- 15:43Speaker 9: it's something that's really good, popular, and it's a great infusion.
- 15:48Speaker 4: All right, this one's actually with Speaker Johnson, and then
- 15:51Speaker 4: we'll get to the Trump clip. This is Kristen Welker
- 15:53Speaker 4: from the Fake News, and then we'll go to President
- 15:55Speaker 4: Trump with Laura Ingraham. Let's go with Kristen Welker and
- 15:59Speaker 4: Speaker Johnson.
- 16:00Speaker 10: National debt, the largest threat facing the country. Why would
- 16:03Speaker 10: you want to add to the debt, Mr.
- 16:05Speaker 7: Speaker?
- 16:06Speaker 11: I don't want to add to that, Kristen. And I
- 16:08Speaker 11: guess we're going to spend the whole segment talking about
- 16:10Speaker 11: this one issue when there's so many other things.
- 16:12Speaker 2: No, we're going to get to what we've actually.
- 16:14Speaker 11: Done and not ideas on the table. OK, I'd love to.
- 16:17Speaker 11: But let me just say, no, we don't want to
- 16:18Speaker 11: add to the debt. But if you look at what
- 16:20Speaker 11: Commerce Secretary Lutnick said in the last 48 hours or
- 16:23Speaker 11: so and what the president himself has said, this is
- 16:26Speaker 11: not to add to anything. It's not going to take
- 16:28Speaker 11: taxpayer funds. We're not going to get further in debt
- 16:32Speaker 11: if this idea was implemented. This would be, in the
- 16:34Speaker 11: president's mind, in the way he analogized it, like a
- 16:37Speaker 11: dividend check for shareholders. That's how he thinks of it.
- 16:40Speaker 11: If a corporation does well, everybody gets the benefit of that.
- 16:44Speaker 4: Key distinction. We are taking advantage. Money that we've already
- 16:48Speaker 4: taken from the taxpayer and giving it back to the taxpayer.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Very different than printing money to give back. I'm not
- 16:56Speaker 4: sure if you're getting that point.
- 16:57Speaker 11: And he thinks of it this way. They're talking about
- 17:00Speaker 11: the new tariff revenue and other revenues coming into the country.
- 17:05Speaker 11: He said at the convention, you know, trillions of dollars
- 17:07Speaker 11: have come into the country since he took office because
- 17:10Speaker 11: the new trade deals, the things that are more advantageous
- 17:12Speaker 11: for America. And he wants to make sure the American
- 17:14Speaker 11: people feel the good effect of that. So, again, we've
- 17:18Speaker 11: got to process it like every idea. We'll work that
- 17:20Speaker 11: through Congress. But you and I are wasting a lot
- 17:22Speaker 11: of time this morning when there's other important things to
- 17:24Speaker 11: talk about.
- 17:25Speaker 10: Well, you still haven't answered the question. Let me just
- 17:27Speaker 10: button it up. We're going to move on to a
- 17:28Speaker 10: number of other topics. But do you commit that if
- 17:30Speaker 10: Republicans hold on to the House and Senate that Americans
- 17:33Speaker 10: will get those $ 5, 000 checks?
- 17:35Speaker 11: I commit that Congress will work through it and find
- 17:37Speaker 11: consensus on that like I have to do everything else.
- 17:39Speaker 11: We have a small margin in this Congress. We've had
- 17:41Speaker 11: the smallest in history, one or two vote margin on
- 17:44Speaker 11: every given day. So it takes some time. I never
- 17:46Speaker 11: go out and give big commitments on the front end
- 17:48Speaker 11: because I've got to work through it. And that's what
- 17:50Speaker 11: we do every single day.
- 17:51Speaker 10: President Trump promised that to voters, though. You're not willing
- 17:53Speaker 10: to double down on that promise?
- 17:56Speaker 11: I'll work with the president hand in hand, as I
- 17:57Speaker 11: do all the time, and we'll deliver for the American people.
- 17:59Speaker 12: That's the promise.
- 18:00Speaker 4: All right. He's going to deliver for the American people. Listen,
- 18:04Speaker 4: I like Speaker Johnson, and I believe these guys are
- 18:06Speaker 4: going to try. There's always, you know, more to this, right? A,
- 18:09Speaker 4: the president believes he can do this without Congress, which
- 18:11Speaker 4: is great, if it's in fact the thing. And B,
- 18:15Speaker 4: Speaker Johnson then has to work with Hakeem Jeffries and
- 18:17Speaker 4: the rest of those guys. And if they can get
- 18:18Speaker 4: it through the House, then the same process has to
- 18:22Speaker 4: ensue with Chuck Schumer, right? I mean, this is not
- 18:26Speaker 4: an easy lift. Chuck Schumer is not going to want
- 18:29Speaker 4: to see $ 5, 000 in the hands of Americans. Not a chance.
- 18:32Speaker 4: They saw what happened with the COVID checks and they're
- 18:35Speaker 4: still reeling. There are people still this day that are
- 18:39Speaker 4: angry with Trump because he gave out that money. And
- 18:42Speaker 4: they're like, man, that's how Trump was able to get
- 18:45Speaker 4: so many new voters. A lot of people believe that.
- 18:47Speaker 4: And I think that's partially true. I think there's more
- 18:49Speaker 4: to it than that. Trump, I think a lot of
- 18:51Speaker 4: people forget, is an existing brand that people liked. A
- 18:54Speaker 4: lot of black people, people in the hip hop community,
- 18:56Speaker 4: everybody liked Trump. That's just a fact. He was the
- 18:59Speaker 4: guy in New York City. He was the guy probably
- 19:02Speaker 4: across America for quite a while. So my point is,
- 19:04Speaker 4: back to the numbers of this, you've got El Trumpito saying,
- 19:07Speaker 4: I'm going to give you five grand. I think we
- 19:09Speaker 4: can do it without Congress. And I think as long
- 19:11Speaker 4: as he goes through Congress, he shouldn't have a problem
- 19:14Speaker 4: doing it. It seems to make sense for me. I
- 19:16Speaker 4: don't know what you think. Let me know your thoughts.
- 19:18Speaker 5: 877-VALDEZ-1.
- 19:19Speaker 4: Now, I want to continue.
- 19:20Speaker 7: Why? Because.
- 19:24Speaker 4: There's a lot more to discuss. And one of the
- 19:26Speaker 4: things I want to get into is, and that is
- 19:31Speaker 4: what's going on with this AI business, right? Trump is
- 19:35Speaker 4: talking about trillions and trillions of dollars that are coming
- 19:37Speaker 4: into the country. Everybody else crying about data centers. I
- 19:40Speaker 4: believe this is one of those Trojan horses that the
- 19:45Speaker 4: left is going to try and use to scare people.
- 19:47Speaker 4: They want people afraid of AI so they can use it.
- 19:50Speaker 4: stuff against us, use our progress, our dynamic economy against us. Now, listen,
- 19:55Speaker 4: I'm not trying to piss on your leg and tell
- 19:58Speaker 4: you it's raining. I understand there's a cash flow crunch
- 20:01Speaker 4: going on in many industries across America, in particular small businesses.
- 20:05Speaker 4: I'm no fool. But I also realize that There's a
- 20:09Speaker 4: massive investment going on on the tech side of things.
- 20:13Speaker 4: And President Trump alluded to that when talking about this
- 20:17Speaker 4: AI website that the government has launched. And what's interesting
- 20:22Speaker 4: about this is President Trump's on the campaign trail. He's
- 20:25Speaker 4: out there. He's going state to state like he's running
- 20:28Speaker 4: for president. This guy is not only just a hard
- 20:32Speaker 4: worker in terms of being a president trying to reshape
- 20:34Speaker 4: the legacy of America, but he's also... A great candidate
- 20:39Speaker 4: when he's not even on the ballot. Listen to El
- 20:42Speaker 4: Trompito de Noltes Magnus.
- 20:45Speaker 7: Listen to search through the endless maze of tens of
- 20:48Speaker 7: thousands of terrible government websites and rules and more than 10,000 forms.
- 20:54Speaker 7: You have over 10,000 forms to do basic acts. You'll
- 20:59Speaker 7: now have one front door for every single question. Everything
- 21:03Speaker 7: will be answered easily and quickly. A digital home built
- 21:06Speaker 7: around your time and your life. You'll save hours and hours,
- 21:11Speaker 7: many hours, hundreds of hours, perhaps a year, depending on
- 21:14Speaker 7: how much of that type of information you need. Simply
- 21:18Speaker 7: ask for what you need and America.gov will provide answers
- 21:23Speaker 7: and it will be provided immediately.
- 21:26Speaker 4: Think of that.
- 21:26Speaker 7: It's amazing. Anyone has used Grok or Gemini or chat,
- 21:31Speaker 7: GPT will understand instantly how to use America.gov.
- 21:38Speaker 4: There you go. America now has its own AI. How
- 21:42Speaker 4: about that? How about them apples? America AI. And that's America.gov,
- 21:48Speaker 4: by the way. That's the website in question. So good.
- 21:51Speaker 5: Good.
- 21:52Speaker 4: Now, very different approach, right? He's talking about government making
- 21:56Speaker 4: life simpler for Americans trying to navigate red tape. Meanwhile,
- 22:00Speaker 4: there's other politicians out there that say, no, no, no.
- 22:02Speaker 4: What we want to do is make things a little
- 22:04Speaker 4: bit Easier on your pocket by way of making it
- 22:07Speaker 4: harder on the pockets of people who earn more. What
- 22:10Speaker 4: do I mean? The transfer of wealth that every communist loves.
- 22:13Speaker 4: Zoran Mamdani, he sat down with Theo Vaughn, I think
- 22:18Speaker 4: is his name, right? I hope I'm getting it right.
- 22:21Speaker 4: I always confuse him and Aiden Ross. I know they're
- 22:23Speaker 4: both big YouTubers, big influencers. But the clip is interesting
- 22:29Speaker 4: because he asked him a very, very appropriate question. And
- 22:36Speaker 4: Mamdani's answer was exactly what we thought it would be.
- 22:39Speaker 4: Listen to this.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Socialism, right? Because it's a buzzword, right? Because socialism, will
- 22:46Speaker 1: you define socialism for us? Because people say it a
- 22:48Speaker 1: lot and don't know what it is. And sometimes those
- 22:51Speaker 1: people are me.
- 22:53Speaker 2: I'm so happy to be with those people right now.
- 22:57Speaker 2: Socialism to me, it means that you will have whatever
- 23:03Speaker 2: you need to live a dignified life. and that it
- 23:06Speaker 2: is the government's job to deliver on that.
- 23:11Speaker 4: You have to see his face. You got to see
- 23:13Speaker 4: his face. His jaw is literally dropping. It's the government's
- 23:18Speaker 4: job to make your life a little bit better. Not safer,
- 23:23Speaker 4: not protect life and property, but to make it better. So,
- 23:26Speaker 4: si te duele la nalga, right? If your butt hurts,
- 23:30Speaker 4: it's the government's job to help you out. No, sir, Mr. Mamdani,
- 23:33Speaker 4: it is not the government's job to be your daddy.
- 23:36Speaker 4: Punto y final. I don't think I could punctuate that
- 23:39Speaker 4: any better.
- 23:40Speaker 13: All right.
- 23:40Speaker 4: Keep it locked right here. I'm Rich Valdez coming right back.
- 23:43Speaker 5: This is America. This is America.
- 23:57Speaker 14: The 45th president, Donald Trump, thinks it's an honor to
- 24:01Speaker 14: speak with Rich Valdez.
- 24:05Speaker 5: Much an honor. Thanks, Rich.
- 24:08Speaker 4: The honor is all yours. Conservative Talk with a dash
- 24:13Speaker 4: of sofrito.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Now, here's Rich Valdez.
- 24:18Speaker 4: All right, familia, welcome back. It's Rich Valdez. We continue
- 24:20Speaker 4: our conversation, and I want to talk about something that
- 24:24Speaker 4: we don't talk enough about, right? And that's the safety
- 24:26Speaker 4: of children. And we talk about it, I guess, from
- 24:29Speaker 4: time to time with respect to human trafficking and child trafficking.
- 24:33Speaker 4: And of course, those are important topics that need to
- 24:35Speaker 4: continue to be addressed. Kudos to the FBI for doing
- 24:37Speaker 4: a great job with that. But I want to talk
- 24:40Speaker 4: specifically about, I guess, a different aspect of that. When
- 24:45Speaker 4: children are in institutional care, right, because we've been seeing
- 24:48Speaker 4: so many things, I'm going to call it the extended
- 24:51Speaker 4: Lindsay Clancy effect, where every day there's another story of
- 24:54Speaker 4: a mom going berserk and doing something dumb with her children.
- 24:58Speaker 4: And it's heartbreaking, to say the least, right, to hear
- 25:01Speaker 4: these things and to think that We're paying attention now
- 25:04Speaker 4: because of the popularity of the Lindsay Clancy trial. But
- 25:08Speaker 4: that doesn't mean that these things haven't been happening and
- 25:12Speaker 4: happen more regularly than we think. So I want to
- 25:17Speaker 4: get into that a little bit because it really is,
- 25:20Speaker 4: I don't know, I guess the word I'm looking for is,
- 25:24Speaker 4: I don't know, heartbreaking. I'm going to stick with heartbreaking because,
- 25:30Speaker 4: come on, this is a terrible thing. Now, I'm stalling
- 25:34Speaker 4: a little bit because I'm trying to see if I
- 25:36Speaker 4: have the sheet that tells me the audio I'm looking
- 25:39Speaker 4: for of these moms, right? Here we go. This one,
- 25:43Speaker 4: very recent. Another mom doing crazy stuff. Listen to this. Very,
- 25:51Speaker 4: very sad.
- 25:53Speaker 13: Within the last 24 hours, and we know that that
- 25:55Speaker 13: baby is between the age of four and six months old.
- 25:59Speaker 13: This is some video from earlier this morning. Police say
- 26:02Speaker 13: that the baby was found and taken to the hospital
- 26:05Speaker 13: where she was pronounced dead. There are safe surrender sites
- 26:07Speaker 13: parents can take their babies to within 72 hours of
- 26:10Speaker 13: being born if they don't think they can properly care
- 26:13Speaker 13: for the child. This is completely safe and legal. No
- 26:16Speaker 13: questions asked, and parents can get an ID tag at
- 26:18Speaker 13: the surrender site to help get their child back within
- 26:21Speaker 13: 14 days if they change their mind. In L.A. County,
- 26:24Speaker 13: you can go to babysafela.org to find the nearest drop-off
- 26:28Speaker 13: location to you, like a fire station or a hospital,
- 26:31Speaker 13: or you can call 1-877-222-9723. So this mom, 19 years old,
- 26:33Speaker 13: she was arrested. She's now in police custody after.
- 26:36Speaker 4: Her Four to six month old baby girl was found
- 26:45Speaker 4: dead inside a dumpster in southern Los Angeles. Another resident
- 26:52Speaker 4: in the facility she lived in discovered the fully dressed
- 26:55Speaker 4: infant wrapped in a plastic bag.
- 27:01Speaker 5: Wow.
- 27:03Speaker 4: It's difficult for me to even read these things. This
- 27:06Speaker 4: is why I don't like to talk about these things.
- 27:08Speaker 4: They really do make me sad. This stuff is heartbreaking.
- 27:13Speaker 4: But yes, this is happening. It happens a lot. Maybe
- 27:15Speaker 4: it's postpartum depression. Maybe it's whatever. In this case, it's
- 27:19Speaker 4: a black girl. So I would suspect, and I'm not
- 27:21Speaker 4: making the case for anything, but I would suspect that
- 27:24Speaker 4: her defense of postpartum may not be as effective. Now,
- 27:28Speaker 4: there was a black girl in the Bronx did the
- 27:31Speaker 4: same thing recently, a lot more recently than Lindsay Clancy did.
- 27:36Speaker 4: And she was found not guilty by reason of mental defect.
- 27:43Speaker 4: So this is happening, and I think women are getting
- 27:47Speaker 4: away with it. And a lot of people are saying, hey, listen, well,
- 27:50Speaker 4: maybe what you need to do is not have your kids.
- 27:54Speaker 4: Maybe the state should be taking your kids because you
- 27:57Speaker 4: shouldn't be allowed to have kids if you think this
- 27:59Speaker 4: type of behavior is okay. And guess what? I'm the
- 28:01Speaker 4: first person to say I don't want the government taking
- 28:03Speaker 4: anybody's kids. But if it's a choice between a kid
- 28:06Speaker 4: living in foster care or the kid not living, I
- 28:11Speaker 4: think it's pretty clear, right, where we're at. Absolutely atrocious. Now,
- 28:18Speaker 4: that was just one of many cases that I've seen here.
- 28:21Speaker 4: Listen to this one. I got another one right here.
- 28:24Speaker 4: This is horrible. This is from a week ago. This
- 28:27Speaker 4: is a mom in South Carolina. She's been accused or
- 28:34Speaker 4: charged here stabbing her two children over 50 times and
- 28:39Speaker 4: then she left them alone to die. This is a
- 28:43Speaker 4: white woman wearing a orange jumpsuit speaking with a black woman.
- 28:48Speaker 4: That's a judge wearing a black robe. All right, go ahead.
- 28:51Speaker 4: Play the audio. This is heartbreaking.
- 28:52Speaker 7: Go.
- 28:53Speaker 13: The line will be denied on today.
- 28:56Speaker 8: It will be set at some time in the future
- 28:58Speaker 8: by a circuit court judge. But as of now, you
- 29:01Speaker 8: will remain here at the detention facility.
- 29:03Speaker 12: You could hear a pin drop in Spartanburg County Bond Court.
- 29:07Speaker 8: OK, ma'am, I'm going to need you to speak up
- 29:08Speaker 8: so I can hear you.
- 29:09Speaker 12: As Taylor Gosnell faced the judge's stand.
- 29:12Speaker 8: Okay, you're saying two in the home?
- 29:13Speaker 7: Two in the home.
- 29:15Speaker 12: The Spartanburg County mother faces two counts of attempted murder
- 29:18Speaker 12: after allegedly attacking her two young children.
- 29:21Speaker 8: Taylor Morgan Gosnell, please come forward.
- 29:24Speaker 12: The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a welfare check
- 29:28Speaker 12: Saturday near the 1400 block of Bud Arthur Bridge Road.
- 29:32Speaker 12: The call came from Gosnell's ex-boyfriend. There, deputies found both
- 29:36Speaker 12: children injured home alone. Deputies concerned about Gosnell's mental health
- 29:41Speaker 12: called an ambulance after they say she was speaking rapidly
- 29:44Speaker 12: in a distressed manner and said she was experiencing visions.
- 29:50Speaker 7: Ms.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Gosnell attempted to flee at one point from the ambulance,
- 29:53Speaker 3: and so she was subsequently handcuffed to her stretcher. At
- 29:56Speaker 3: the same time, her children were placed into protective custody
- 30:00Speaker 3: and were taken to Spartanburg Regional for treatment for their.
- 30:03Speaker 5: Very severe injuries.
- 30:04Speaker 12: Investigators say Gosnell attacked her children using a knife and
- 30:08Speaker 12: a blunt object. Deputies say both children remain at Spartanburg
- 30:12Speaker 12: Regional and are expected to recover. When deputies got to
- 30:15Speaker 12: the scene, they say the interior of the home was damaged,
- 30:18Speaker 12: including several TVs and mirrors shattered.
- 30:22Speaker 4: Do you have any questions for me, ma'am?
- 30:24Speaker 12: The maximum prison sentence for the total charges is 60 years.
- 30:28Speaker 4: 60 years this mom is going to get in jail
- 30:33Speaker 4: because of what she's done. Right now, is this defense
- 30:38Speaker 4: going to work for her? This not guilty by reason
- 30:41Speaker 4: of mental defect, by reason of insanity? This happened in
- 30:45Speaker 4: Spartanburg County, and this woman is accused of stabbing these
- 30:52Speaker 4: children some 50 times, some as deep, so deep they
- 30:57Speaker 4: reached the bone. The six-year-old boy suffered especially severe injuries.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Prosecutors said he could potentially lose fingers or an arm.
- 31:07Speaker 4: Both children remain hospitalized. They're stable and expected to recover.
- 31:11Speaker 4: Thank God they're alive, but one might have to have
- 31:14Speaker 4: his arm amputated. Deputies found the children alone. The home
- 31:19Speaker 4: was reportedly covered in blood. Televisions and mirrors were smashed,
- 31:23Speaker 4: shattered glass littered throughout the home. Authorities were alerted after
- 31:27Speaker 4: the six-year-old called his grandmother. He reportedly told her he
- 31:32Speaker 4: was hungry. She arrived with this woman, Ms. Gosnell, with
- 31:37Speaker 4: her ex-boyfriend, and they contacted the police. The mom, Ms. Gosnell,
- 31:43Speaker 4: returned shortly afterward. Authorities said she appeared distressed. She was taken...
- 31:47Speaker 4: For evaluation, prosecutors said she later tried fleeing the ambulance
- 31:50Speaker 4: that she was in. This woman, Ms. Gosnell, she faces
- 31:55Speaker 4: two attempted murder charges. She was denied bond on Sunday.
- 31:59Speaker 4: Authorities also said she has a pending child endangerment charge
- 32:03Speaker 4: from 2024. So again, I'm sure somebody's going to say, oh,
- 32:09Speaker 4: her poor hormones, you know, this is terrible. But excuse me,
- 32:13Speaker 4: I think we've lived life for, I don't know, couple
- 32:18Speaker 4: of millennia, right? Or at least one by the current standard.
- 32:23Speaker 4: And this is not how we deal with our children.
- 32:27Speaker 4: You don't kill your children when they do bad things.
- 32:30Speaker 4: There was a time back in the medieval days, you
- 32:31Speaker 4: disowned your children. This is taking it a bridge too far, right?
- 32:37Speaker 4: I mean, I'm being a little bit flip here, but
- 32:41Speaker 4: that's because this stuff makes me nervous. How the hell
- 32:44Speaker 4: do we justify this? Like, how do some people Get
- 32:46Speaker 4: into the comments. Thank God most of the comments in
- 32:49Speaker 4: the story I'm looking at are against this woman. And
- 32:55Speaker 4: most of the people I met were against Lindsay Clancy,
- 32:57Speaker 4: but that's because I don't keep a large circle of
- 33:00Speaker 4: college-educated white women. Because if I did, they'd be the
- 33:04Speaker 4: first ones saying, look, I don't know. That postpartum, it's
- 33:09Speaker 4: a real thing. And, you know, the mental health system failed.
- 33:12Speaker 4: All right, so the kids get to die. Because the
- 33:15Speaker 4: mental health system has failed this woman. She bears no responsibility.
- 33:20Speaker 4: You see how that works? What about the 19-year-old in
- 33:23Speaker 4: the last one? The black girl in South LA? Is
- 33:27Speaker 4: she also going to have no responsibility for throwing her
- 33:30Speaker 4: kid wrapped in plastic in the trash? Or what about
- 33:32Speaker 4: this white lady, Ms. Gosnell? Because this stuff knows no race.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Who stabbed her children over 50 times and then left
- 33:41Speaker 4: them alone to just die. Thank God for their grandmother
- 33:44Speaker 4: and her ex-boyfriend. It doesn't even say he's the baby daddy.
- 33:48Speaker 4: It just says that he's her ex-boyfriend. This is horrible.
- 33:53Speaker 4: I'm talking about small children. And listen, sometimes small children
- 33:58Speaker 4: can be really bad. I've seen cases of that as well.
- 34:01Speaker 4: But we've got to pay attention to this. And what
- 34:03Speaker 4: ends up happening in cases like this? There was a
- 34:06Speaker 4: case with the mom and dad disagreed with the school
- 34:15Speaker 4: hiding a kid's gender transition and the state went in
- 34:21Speaker 4: and took this kid and they said you no longer
- 34:23Speaker 4: have rights to your child your child we're superseding that
- 34:28Speaker 4: just imagine that you have a kid that's in public
- 34:31Speaker 4: school and you're like no no no listen little Susie
- 34:32Speaker 4: you're going to go to school and say you're Susie
- 34:34Speaker 4: you're not going to say you're Sam the school says
- 34:36Speaker 4: no no don't worry about it we won't tell your
- 34:38Speaker 4: parents you want to be Sam here you can be
- 34:40Speaker 4: Samuel all day long it's all good you can go
- 34:42Speaker 4: back to being Susie when you're in front of your
- 34:44Speaker 4: parents In effect, this is what the school did. And
- 34:49Speaker 4: Maureen Steele is going to join us in a little
- 34:51Speaker 4: bit to give us an update on that and all
- 34:54Speaker 4: the other egregious things that are happening in the name
- 34:57Speaker 4: of foster care, right? Because while I'm arguing for foster
- 35:00Speaker 4: care in a case like this one, in most cases,
- 35:02Speaker 4: I'm thinking kids are better off with their parents unless
- 35:05Speaker 4: this lady is their parent. So keep it locked right here.
- 35:08Speaker 4: We're going to come right back. We're going to get
- 35:09Speaker 4: Maureen Steele to join us. And then we're going to
- 35:12Speaker 4: talk a little bit about this midterm election before we
- 35:15Speaker 4: wrap it up. And tomorrow, we're going to talk about
- 35:18Speaker 4: that botched execution. Oh my goodness, what a crazy story
- 35:24Speaker 4: that one is. So we'll talk about that one mañana.
- 35:27Speaker 4: But coming up, Maureen Steele, and then some conversation on
- 35:30Speaker 4: the midterm elections. Democrats basically have Republicans losing. Might as
- 35:34Speaker 4: well just stay home and forget about it. I don't
- 35:36Speaker 4: think that's the case. Anyway, keep it locked right here.
- 35:39Speaker 4: It's Rich Valdez.
- 35:40Speaker 5: This is America. This is America. He's got the best
- 36:01Speaker 5: head of hair and podcasting. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 36:06Speaker 4: All right, familia, welcome back. Rich Valdez keeping you company tonight.
- 36:09Speaker 4: And I've got a special treat for us. Maureen Steele
- 36:11Speaker 4: from the America Made Foundation is with us. We're talking
- 36:16Speaker 4: about parents that are sounding the alarm, right? These parents
- 36:20Speaker 4: are sounding the alarm.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Why?
- 36:22Speaker 4: Because schools are allowing kids to change their gender identity
- 36:26Speaker 4: while they're in class and hiding this entire thing from parents.
- 36:30Speaker 4: It's happening in Massachusetts and Kansas and other places as well.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Maureen Steele, welcome back.
- 36:35Speaker 8: Great to be here, Rich.
- 36:37Speaker 4: So talk to me. I know that you guys are
- 36:40Speaker 4: have done a lot of work and on a lot
- 36:43Speaker 4: of cultural topics, which is why I love having a
- 36:45Speaker 4: conversation with you guys at the America Made Foundation. But
- 36:48Speaker 4: tell me more about this specific case or cases that
- 36:54Speaker 4: we should say of schools that are allowing kids to
- 36:58Speaker 4: play dress up with their identity and hide it from parents.
- 37:02Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean, like you said, this is happening all
- 37:04Speaker 8: over the country. I'm always asked on shows and even
- 37:06Speaker 8: personally from people, like, is there any state that is
- 37:09Speaker 8: safe And the answer is no. I wish I could say, yeah,
- 37:13Speaker 8: go to Kansas. It's great there. Go to Oklahoma. Every
- 37:17Speaker 8: state is doing this. And we have a fundamental right
- 37:21Speaker 8: as parents in this country to parent our children. And
- 37:24Speaker 8: this is a violation of our rights. Parents have a
- 37:26Speaker 8: right to raise their children with their own beliefs, their
- 37:30Speaker 8: own religions. Transitioning like this is against so many people's religions.
- 37:34Speaker 8: And what's particularly interesting here, Rich, is that you never,
- 37:38Speaker 8: not once, and I'm in touch nationally with people on
- 37:41Speaker 8: this issue and others involving CPS and removals like this.
- 37:45Speaker 8: I've never heard anyone who's a Muslim, this happening to them.
- 37:49Speaker 4: Or Jewish.
- 37:50Speaker 8: If you're of some sort of Christian denomination or, you know, non-denominational,
- 37:56Speaker 8: you lose your kids. But I just find that interesting.
- 37:59Speaker 8: Like if this was just straight up across the board,
- 38:01Speaker 8: then it would be happening everywhere. To everyone, but it's not.
- 38:05Speaker 8: And that's just an interesting thing I've noted, actually, over
- 38:09Speaker 8: the last few days when I was going through some
- 38:11Speaker 8: of my research. So, yeah, this is happening. It's been
- 38:15Speaker 8: happening for years. It's really starting to come to the
- 38:18Speaker 8: surface now. And I think this is what happens. Things
- 38:21Speaker 8: start going sideways in agencies and departments, the Department of
- 38:26Speaker 8: Education being one of them. And, you know, it happens
- 38:30Speaker 8: slowly over a decade and no one starts ringing the
- 38:33Speaker 8: alarm bell until they've entrenched themselves so bigly that we
- 38:39Speaker 8: now have national stories, you know, blowing the whistle on this.
- 38:44Speaker 8: But there's been whistleblowers on this subject since 2020. that
- 38:49Speaker 8: I've personally known that they've done it. Even at private schools,
- 38:54Speaker 8: I've heard of this happening, which most parents send their
- 38:56Speaker 8: kid to a private school, a private school in Montana, actually.
- 39:00Speaker 8: And it was a private Catholic school, believe it or not,
- 39:03Speaker 8: in Missoula, Montana. And it was a, you know, a seventh,
- 39:08Speaker 8: eighth grade child. It wasn't even high school. And this,
- 39:11Speaker 8: you know, this little girl wanted to be called Bobby
- 39:14Speaker 8: and they called her Bobby. And her name was Roberta.
- 39:17Speaker 8: And they, you know, she wanted to be a boy.
- 39:20Speaker 8: And they, it's a disgusting thing. And the parents were
- 39:24Speaker 8: the ones that were labeled, criminals. This is terrible what
- 39:28Speaker 8: you're doing to your daughter. And they took the little girl.
- 39:32Speaker 8: So this happens everywhere. It happens all the time. And
- 39:36Speaker 8: it absolutely is a violation because even within the law,
- 39:40Speaker 8: that's not abuse and that is not neglect. And so
- 39:43Speaker 8: for CPS to remove this child for two years, and
- 39:48Speaker 8: give medication and all of that, it's absolutely unlawful. And
- 39:52Speaker 8: they do it anyway because of our judicial system being
- 39:55Speaker 8: as corrupted as it is. So what I see is
- 39:57Speaker 8: all these corrupt organizations and agencies are all working together
- 40:02Speaker 8: to deprive people of accountability and deprive parents of their
- 40:06Speaker 8: rights and destroy the American family, which, as we both know,
- 40:09Speaker 8: riches the backbone of society.
- 40:11Speaker 4: You know, Maureen, this particular, the most recent story I
- 40:14Speaker 4: saw was a Filipino family. And the same thing happened.
- 40:19Speaker 4: The kid was, I think it was a daughter trying
- 40:21Speaker 4: to become a son. The school was aiding and abetting this.
- 40:25Speaker 4: Parents spoke out and lost their custody to the state.
- 40:29Speaker 4: These things are, I mean, one would think this is
- 40:32Speaker 4: unthinkable that as a parent, you're more solemn, more high,
- 40:37Speaker 4: more holy than a duty of a parent. I can't
- 40:39Speaker 4: think of one, right? Yet that's the person they're saying, no, no,
- 40:42Speaker 4: this is not the person that can protect you. It's
- 40:45Speaker 4: the government that's going to protect you. This is, in
- 40:48Speaker 4: my opinion, an absolute disgrace and crazy use of a
- 40:53Speaker 4: state's police power. Talk to me a little bit about
- 40:56Speaker 4: how we fight back against this type of thing as
- 40:59Speaker 4: a parent. I don't know too many parents that have
- 41:02Speaker 4: been through this, but All you got to do is
- 41:04Speaker 4: watch the news and see that it's happening more and more.
- 41:07Speaker 8: Yeah, I mean, that's the thing. Again, this is a
- 41:09Speaker 8: question I get asked a lot. I honestly don't know.
- 41:13Speaker 8: I mean, this agency, CPS, is so powerful. It operates
- 41:19Speaker 8: under the cloak of darkness. It works with the judiciary.
- 41:21Speaker 8: It works with family court. That's under cover of darkness
- 41:24Speaker 8: as well. They work with foster care. They work with
- 41:27Speaker 8: all these parasitic agencies that hover around CPS. You know,
- 41:31Speaker 8: these county mental health centers. you know, anger management, parent classes,
- 41:36Speaker 8: you know, all of these agencies that are, that, you know,
- 41:39Speaker 8: this is an $ 80 billion a year industry that we're
- 41:43Speaker 8: talking about right now. And it was Hillary Clinton, the
- 41:46Speaker 8: Adoption and Safe Families Act that really brought all of
- 41:49Speaker 8: this into, into what it is, into this essentially a
- 41:53Speaker 8: cottage industry in our country, taking children, stealing children, putting
- 41:57Speaker 8: them in foster homes. And that's where they do what
- 42:00Speaker 8: they will with these children. And so it's a very
- 42:05Speaker 8: difficult thing to fight. American Made is doing our best.
- 42:10Speaker 8: We partner a lot with the Pacific Justice Institute to
- 42:13Speaker 8: fight this in court. And what you find is even
- 42:17Speaker 8: with these amazing lawsuits, these incredibly brilliant lawyers, You try
- 42:21Speaker 8: to go up against the system and you have judges
- 42:23Speaker 8: that simply won't allow these cases in. They protect the
- 42:28Speaker 8: corrupt family court judges. They protect these corrupt systems. So
- 42:33Speaker 8: it's very difficult. And that's what we're working towards because
- 42:36Speaker 8: all the laws are there. They're there. In fact, in 2019,
- 42:41Speaker 8: you know, President Trump's Family First Act, that should have trumped,
- 42:46Speaker 8: pardon the pun, should have trumped, you know, the Adoption
- 42:49Speaker 8: and Safe Families Act. They're still operating with the Adoption
- 42:51Speaker 8: and Safe Families Act, just completely ignoring Trump's, you know,
- 42:55Speaker 8: Family First Act, saying you don't take kids from a
- 42:58Speaker 8: home unless it's a last resort, a last resort. Um,
- 43:02Speaker 8: the kid's going to die in the next 24 hours
- 43:05Speaker 8: or something like the kid's getting beaten. He's getting starved.
- 43:08Speaker 8: Like his life is in danger. Otherwise you leave that
- 43:11Speaker 8: child in that home. You pull in supports. Um, And
- 43:15Speaker 8: they don't do it. They're taking kids for frivolous things.
- 43:18Speaker 8: And when you see a kid, we've all been teenagers.
- 43:21Speaker 8: We've all been junior high students. We've all been teenagers
- 43:23Speaker 8: where you feel gawky, you feel awkward. Most girls go
- 43:27Speaker 8: through a tomboy phase. I certainly did. Today, if you
- 43:30Speaker 8: go through that tomboy phase at schools, they sort of
- 43:33Speaker 8: fan the flames of that to try to get children
- 43:36Speaker 8: to feel that you're in the wrong body, you're unhappy
- 43:40Speaker 8: because you're the wrong gender. They're fanning the flames of
- 43:43Speaker 8: this and they're causing it. They're causing this dissonance in
- 43:47Speaker 8: a child. That is child abuse. That is what that is.
- 43:51Speaker 8: And if anyone should CPS should be going after it
- 43:53Speaker 8: is these teachers in these schools who are doing this
- 43:56Speaker 8: to these children and the judges and the police and
- 43:59Speaker 8: sheriffs should be on board with that. And instead we're
- 44:03Speaker 8: living in upside down world and it's just the opposite.
- 44:06Speaker 4: Amigos, we're on with Maureen Steele. She's the head of
- 44:09Speaker 4: the America Made Foundation. And this is, again, one of
- 44:13Speaker 4: those things that I guess all of us, parents, patriots,
- 44:16Speaker 4: people that support family and traditional life have to keep
- 44:20Speaker 4: our foot on the gas to make sure that A,
- 44:21Speaker 4: we're aware and B, we're taking action wherever we can
- 44:24Speaker 4: take action. Because I'm just, you know, I'm looking at
- 44:26Speaker 4: a couple of things in the last two years. It
- 44:30Speaker 4: happened in New York. It happened in Montana. It happened
- 44:32Speaker 4: in Indiana. It happened in Texas. This state intervention, when
- 44:38Speaker 4: parents are trying to put their foot down against a
- 44:41Speaker 4: school that is, like you said, causing these things to happen,
- 44:45Speaker 4: effectively grooming a child, this has to be stopped. And
- 44:50Speaker 4: it seems like things are getting worse rather than getting better.
- 44:54Speaker 4: I want to get your thought on something not very related,
- 44:58Speaker 4: but sort of, which is a woman named Lina Arifi.
- 45:04Speaker 4: She was just appointed as the chief of staff, senior
- 45:08Speaker 4: advisor for Mayor Mamdani's administration for the deputy mayor. And
- 45:15Speaker 4: she was formerly the editor of Pinko Magazine, which is
- 45:20Speaker 4: a queer Marxist publication. And it makes you think when
- 45:24Speaker 4: you have people that are avowed, open, admitted gay communists,
- 45:29Speaker 4: and they're now serving in government in whichever capacity, whether
- 45:34Speaker 4: it's advising policy or creating policy, it kind of begs
- 45:37Speaker 4: the question, what do you think is going to happen
- 45:40Speaker 4: when you have someone like this at the head of
- 45:42Speaker 4: what's going on? Or am I wrong to think that way?
- 45:45Speaker 8: No, you're 100% right. I mean, we are being led
- 45:47Speaker 8: by people that are unwell, people that are morally bankrupt,
- 45:51Speaker 8: you know, and they're putting in policies, they're hiring people
- 45:55Speaker 8: with the same mentality that they have, the same warped
- 45:59Speaker 8: ideologies that they have. You know, this this isn't going
- 46:02Speaker 8: to end well for anybody right now. You know, we
- 46:06Speaker 8: need people to stand up and to go to their
- 46:09Speaker 8: state houses. We need them showing up at county commissioners
- 46:12Speaker 8: meetings and not allowing this. I mean, I think General
- 46:15Speaker 8: Flynn has always said this, you know, and whether you're
- 46:18Speaker 8: a conservative or a liberal, this affects everybody. Children are
- 46:21Speaker 8: being transitioned online. And it's destructive. I mean, because this
- 46:26Speaker 8: has been happening for so long now, we're coming out
- 46:29Speaker 8: on the other side of what happens when you start
- 46:31Speaker 8: transitioning a 15-year-old. Well, that 15-year-old is now 25, okay?
- 46:36Speaker 8: And they're miserable. They're committing suicide. But the mainstream media
- 46:40Speaker 8: doesn't put that out there. Their lives are ruined. They
- 46:43Speaker 8: can't have children anymore. Their voices have been changed because
- 46:46Speaker 8: they've been put on drugs since they were a child.
- 46:50Speaker 8: So this is very detrimental. And like I said earlier,
- 46:52Speaker 8: we all go through phases in our life where you're
- 46:54Speaker 8: just not happy with how you look, where, you know,
- 46:57Speaker 8: and especially in adolescence, it's a difficult time. Growing up
- 47:01Speaker 8: is hard. So, you know, we've been programmed for a
- 47:07Speaker 8: while and this is a long game. I mean, they've
- 47:09Speaker 8: been doing this for decades. poisoning mines. You know, you
- 47:14Speaker 8: hear the Rothschilds, you know, they created the Department of
- 47:16Speaker 8: Education and the education system to train factory workers. It
- 47:20Speaker 8: wasn't to bring us.
- 47:20Speaker 4: Future employees.
- 47:22Speaker 8: Yeah, to keep us, to make us critical thinkers, independent thinkers.
- 47:26Speaker 8: There's none of that.
- 47:27Speaker 1: They.
- 47:28Speaker 8: this is the end result of their plan and it's
- 47:31Speaker 8: working out perfectly. So when people ask me too, like,
- 47:34Speaker 8: you know, there's a problem, like there isn't a problem.
- 47:36Speaker 8: This is the plan and it's working out exactly as
- 47:39Speaker 8: they intended. The problem is that is people like the
- 47:43Speaker 8: average citizen is just rolling over and allowing it to happen.
- 47:46Speaker 8: My advice, if I had younger children right now, I would,
- 47:49Speaker 8: would never put them in school. that you just can't
- 47:53Speaker 8: put them there. Um, you know, you're at, you risk
- 47:55Speaker 8: getting CPS involved in your life. And once they're in
- 47:58Speaker 8: your life, it's very hard to get them out. Um,
- 48:01Speaker 8: and in this case of the, the Copco family, you know,
- 48:04Speaker 8: and that daughter being taken and transitioned against the parents will,
- 48:07Speaker 8: they weren't abusive. Um, they tried to frame the father that,
- 48:10Speaker 8: you know, they leveled abuse charges on him saying that
- 48:13Speaker 8: he was abusive. It was completely unfounded. Even with CPS
- 48:17Speaker 8: wanting to find something on this man, like they wanted
- 48:20Speaker 8: to hang their hat on that. They couldn't find anything.
- 48:22Speaker 8: There's no evidence of abuse, yet they've held on to
- 48:25Speaker 8: this child for two years. I mean, that is theft.
- 48:29Speaker 8: That is kidnapping. And so I don't know if you've
- 48:31Speaker 8: read our book, CPS Pipeline State Sanction Kidnapping, but that's
- 48:35Speaker 8: really what the book is about. Right now, as we're speaking, 500,000
- 48:40Speaker 8: children are being held captive in foster care. 500,000. And
- 48:44Speaker 8: of those 500,000, 1%, one were actually abused. And when
- 48:49Speaker 8: I say abuse, I mean, beaten, starved, locked in a cage,
- 48:52Speaker 8: locked in a basement, all of that. Um, otherwise they'll
- 48:56Speaker 8: take kids, you know, 85% of taken for neglect and
- 49:00Speaker 8: neglect is this very broad catch all phrase. Um, that
- 49:04Speaker 8: they can use for anything, like this family in particular.
- 49:09Speaker 8: You know, they don't want to transition their daughter. Completely
- 49:11Speaker 8: their right. You know, parents have the right to deny
- 49:15Speaker 8: medical care for their child. They absolutely do. And they
- 49:19Speaker 8: took the child for that when, you know, and saying
- 49:22Speaker 8: that that's neglectful. That is that is bad. You're being
- 49:25Speaker 8: bad parents for not allowing that. Um, and I think
- 49:28Speaker 8: waiting till a child is 18 when they're an adult
- 49:30Speaker 8: themselves is, is entirely reasonable. If your child is that
- 49:34Speaker 8: miserable and really wants to become a man, you know,
- 49:36Speaker 8: then you can wait till you're 18. And if you
- 49:39Speaker 8: want to do that, you know, Sarah or whatever, like
- 49:43Speaker 8: go ahead. But they're doing this on purpose and it's, it's,
- 49:47Speaker 8: it involves cognitive dissonance, uh, immorality for sure. Um, but
- 49:52Speaker 8: they're destroying families and these parents are devastated. Um, there's
- 49:57Speaker 8: a huge percentage, 20% of parents that get involved in
- 50:00Speaker 8: CPS where you're captured by CPS like that commit suicide.
- 50:05Speaker 3: Wow.
- 50:06Speaker 8: It is that hopeless. It is that, it is a
- 50:09Speaker 8: machine you just can't get away from. And they set
- 50:12Speaker 8: people up for these failures and they're in cahoots, unfortunately,
- 50:16Speaker 8: with schools, with, you know, police officers that really don't
- 50:20Speaker 8: understand the law. You know, the police will go in
- 50:22Speaker 8: there with CPS and remove children for what? You know,
- 50:26Speaker 8: because mom and dad won't let their daughter take testosterone. Like,
- 50:30Speaker 8: that's not a crime. In fact, the law is on
- 50:32Speaker 8: the parents' side. But why are the cops and sheriffs
- 50:35Speaker 8: in there helping CPS do this? They're criminals too. And
- 50:39Speaker 8: a judge for... Rubber stamping, an emergency order to take
- 50:42Speaker 8: a child. They're a criminal in a black robe. So,
- 50:45Speaker 8: but there's no accountability for any of this. And that's
- 50:48Speaker 8: really what American Made is trying to do along with
- 50:50Speaker 8: legislation state by state, but really bring that accountability piece.
- 50:54Speaker 8: Because if we don't have that, and that's what's happening
- 50:57Speaker 8: all over the country, you can do whatever you want
- 50:59Speaker 8: to anybody. We live in upside down world. You know,
- 51:02Speaker 8: what's good is bad. What's bad is good. And, you know,
- 51:05Speaker 8: and if you're the person that stands up and says,
- 51:07Speaker 8: you're the ones breaking the law, you know, you're the
- 51:09Speaker 8: one that's going to get punished.
- 51:12Speaker 4: You know, Maureen, I spent a couple of years working
- 51:15Speaker 4: in state government. I was appointed by Governor Christie specifically
- 51:18Speaker 4: to the Department of Children and Families. And my role
- 51:21Speaker 4: was on the opposite end of that, was preventing children
- 51:25Speaker 4: from being taken into the system. And to their credit,
- 51:29Speaker 4: they really tried not to remove a kid from the home.
- 51:32Speaker 4: But it doesn't negate the fact that the power is there.
- 51:35Speaker 4: The power is there to take your kids, whether you
- 51:37Speaker 4: like it or not. if they believe that there is
- 51:40Speaker 4: some sort of abuse and neglect going on. And you're right.
- 51:43Speaker 4: Sometimes these situations can be arbitrary. And it was a
- 51:47Speaker 4: fine line for a lot of the people on the
- 51:48Speaker 4: front lines. And it's just that was 2011, 2012, 2013.
- 51:53Speaker 4: Here we are more than a decade and a half later.
- 51:58Speaker 4: And to see what I used to see back then
- 52:00Speaker 4: and to see what's happening now, it really makes you
- 52:03Speaker 4: shake your head and wonder what is going on. Maureen,
- 52:06Speaker 4: I want you to tell everybody again where they can
- 52:08Speaker 4: get a copy of your book and the best way
- 52:11Speaker 4: to keep up to speed with all the work you're doing.
- 52:14Speaker 7: Sure. Sure.
- 52:15Speaker 8: Our website, AmericanMade.org. You can also buy our book right
- 52:19Speaker 8: off our website. You can get our book through Barnes
- 52:21Speaker 8: & Noble, through Amazon. Walmart has it as well. And
- 52:25Speaker 8: we also have a new book coming out, and it's
- 52:28Speaker 8: called When the State Becomes the Trauma. And that follows
- 52:31Speaker 8: 30 studies that have been done. Just the very act
- 52:34Speaker 8: of removing a child from a parent creates a trauma.
- 52:38Speaker 8: And years later, when they study a child's brain, it
- 52:39Speaker 8: looks like they were a combat veteran, like you see
- 52:42Speaker 8: in a study of a Vietnam veteran's head. So this
- 52:46Speaker 8: creates an incredible trauma for kids. And it absolutely, removing
- 52:50Speaker 8: a child from their primary caregivers, absolutely should be a
- 52:53Speaker 8: last resort. And if they're about following the science, the
- 52:56Speaker 8: science is absolutely there for this. We also have a
- 52:58Speaker 8: third book coming out in about three months, and that's
- 53:01Speaker 8: called CPS Pipeline State Sanction Lies. And I interview whistleblowers
- 53:09Speaker 8: and former CPS workers and adult foster children, and they
- 53:13Speaker 8: talk about the abuse that was sustained. And the actual
- 53:18Speaker 8: CPS workers that are whistleblowers asked to have their names
- 53:21Speaker 8: withheld because they were so fearful of retribution from this machine.
- 53:25Speaker 8: But they were taught to find like the mother having
- 53:28Speaker 8: a glass of wine, you know, with dinner to explode
- 53:31Speaker 8: that into false allegations and to hold that child as
- 53:35Speaker 8: long as possible, which is 15 months typically with the
- 53:38Speaker 8: Adoption and Safe Families Act. And you don't get the
- 53:41Speaker 8: same kid back that they took. That's for sure.
- 53:44Speaker 4: Yeah, the damage has already been done. Maureen Steele, America
- 53:48Speaker 4: Made Foundation. Again, give them the website one more time.
- 53:51Speaker 8: Americanmade.org. Americanmadefoundation.org. My goodness, I don't even know my own website.
- 53:57Speaker 4: Happens to me all the time with the phone number
- 53:59Speaker 4: for the show. Anybody want to chime in on this topic,
- 54:01Speaker 4: give me a call. 877-VALDES1 is the number. Maureen Steele,
- 54:05Speaker 4: you are a gentlewoman and a patriot. I thank you
- 54:07Speaker 4: for being here. Godspeed.
- 54:09Speaker 8: Thanks for having me on, Rich.
- 54:11Speaker 5: You bet. This is America. This is America. He's making
- 54:32Speaker 5: podcasting great again. This is America with Rich Valdez.
- 54:39Speaker 4: All right, familia, welcome back. It's Rich Valdez, Valdez with
- 54:42Speaker 4: an S, at Rich Valdez on all of the social media.
- 54:44Speaker 4: And recently I was telling you about how the White
- 54:47Speaker 4: House was wall-to-wall Latinos, right? Hispanics as far as the
- 54:51Speaker 4: eye could see with the Hispanic Heritage Celebration at the
- 54:55Speaker 4: White House and the tour that the president offered the
- 54:58Speaker 4: group to be the first to set foot on the
- 55:02Speaker 4: new White House ballroom. But the left within the media,
- 55:08Speaker 4: the Democrats, CNN, they're saying, no, no, no, Trump's losing
- 55:11Speaker 4: his grip with Hispanics. He's not going to have their support.
- 55:15Speaker 4: And that may be true. Who knows, right? I don't
- 55:17Speaker 4: have a crystal ball. But I want to know what
- 55:19Speaker 4: you think. And I want to know what Harry Enten thinks.
- 55:21Speaker 4: Harry Enten is the chief data scientist over at And
- 55:29Speaker 4: he always has some interesting numbers and he breaks it
- 55:31Speaker 4: down like this. He says 82% of Latinos and 76%
- 55:35Speaker 4: of black voters support voter ID while Democrats claim that
- 55:40Speaker 4: voter ID is somehow inherently racist. Listen to these numbers.
- 55:48Speaker 14: Breakdown on this, right, because I think a lot of
- 55:50Speaker 14: people make the argument that people of color, nonwhite Americans
- 55:53Speaker 14: have a harder time procuring a photo ID to vote.
- 55:56Speaker 14: But even here, take a look here. Favorite photo ID
- 55:58Speaker 14: to vote. Eighty five percent of white people favor it.
- 56:00Speaker 14: 82% of Latino, 76% of black Americans favorite. So the
- 56:05Speaker 14: bottom line is this voter ID is not controversial in
- 56:09Speaker 14: this country. A photo ID to vote is not controversial
- 56:12Speaker 14: in this country. It is not controversial by party and
- 56:15Speaker 14: it is not controversial by race. The vast majority of
- 56:18Speaker 14: Americans agree with Nicki Minaj that in fact, you should
- 56:21Speaker 14: have a photo ID to be able to vote.
- 56:23Speaker 4: Well, look at that. You should have a photo ID
- 56:26Speaker 4: to be able to vote. Isn't that crazy?
- 56:30Speaker 3: Right.
- 56:30Speaker 4: The numbers bear it out. That's CNN saying this. So
- 56:34Speaker 4: where does all this hysteria come from?
- 56:37Speaker 2: Right.
- 56:37Speaker 4: This hysteria that we see from the left. Well, from them,
- 56:42Speaker 4: they manufacture this hysteria. This is part of what they believe.
- 56:45Speaker 4: This is part of what they want you to believe.
- 56:47Speaker 4: They want you to think that things are much worse
- 56:49Speaker 4: than they actually are so that they can fool you. Right.
- 56:53Speaker 4: Into not voting, voting more aggressively. Trump is killing everyone.
- 56:58Speaker 4: The reality is they rely on fake, phony fraud. And look,
- 57:02Speaker 4: I blame the left for this because this is the
- 57:04Speaker 4: mother's milk of the left, the political left, the Democrats,
- 57:07Speaker 4: the liberals, the progressives. This is what they do. They
- 57:10Speaker 4: make stuff up. It's about hysteria. They will scare you
- 57:13Speaker 4: into submission. Now, that doesn't mean that they have the
- 57:18Speaker 4: exclusive on it. They have the majority, but they don't
- 57:20Speaker 4: have the exclusive. The people that subscribe to the QAnon
- 57:25Speaker 4: theory of the Q board and all that, listen, A
- 57:28Speaker 4: lot of people enjoy that stuff the same way they
- 57:30Speaker 4: enjoy Monday night football and other pastimes. I don't like
- 57:34Speaker 4: it because it conflates too much with the truth. And
- 57:38Speaker 4: they'll feed you a piece of truth with a bunch
- 57:40Speaker 4: of their own speculation and let you decide. Excuse me.
- 57:44Speaker 4: So this is what we have to fight against, right?
- 57:46Speaker 4: We have to be, as Reagan called on us to be,
- 57:48Speaker 4: informed patriots so we know exactly what's going on. So
- 57:51Speaker 4: when people come at us with the BS, we can say, hey,
- 57:54Speaker 4: miss me with that mess. I'm not falling for it.
- 57:57Speaker 4: smarter than the average bear. And this is why I
- 58:01Speaker 4: try to make sure that people are listening to this
- 58:04Speaker 4: program and subscribing and downloading and keeping a copy as
- 58:07Speaker 4: close as you can of the Constitution so that you
- 58:11Speaker 4: know your rights, you know where you stand, and you
- 58:13Speaker 4: don't fall for this nonsense. I was arguing with somebody today,
- 58:16Speaker 4: or yesterday, privately, friend, family, that President Trump is not
- 58:23Speaker 4: running a secret military operation, a sting operation, in order
- 58:28Speaker 4: to drain the swamp. President Trump is on the record
- 58:31Speaker 4: from the Oval Office and elsewhere saying, look, I'm not
- 58:35Speaker 4: pressing any charge on Barack Obama. I got presidential immunity.
- 58:40Speaker 4: He's got it too. And he should be thanking me,
- 58:43Speaker 4: is what he said. He didn't say he wasn't going
- 58:46Speaker 4: to be doing what used to be legal and fair.
- 58:50Speaker 4: And he's not going to do it now because they're saying,
- 58:53Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying? This is one of those
- 58:54Speaker 4: things where Trump's just following the rules. And to suggest
- 58:59Speaker 4: that he's running this illegal military coup and they're killing
- 59:02Speaker 4: people And so that the quote normal or normies won't, uh,
- 59:08Speaker 4: overreact and start a civil war. We had a lie
- 59:11Speaker 4: and create body doubles and clones. I mean, this QAnon
- 59:14Speaker 4: stuff is bizarre and crazy all at the same time. Anyway, uh,
- 59:19Speaker 4: I bring that up to say, look, this is why
- 59:21Speaker 4: it's so important for you to know what's going on.
- 59:23Speaker 4: And no, neither side has a monopoly on sanity. I
- 59:26Speaker 4: would say I lean towards the right for sure. But, um,
- 59:30Speaker 4: The folks on the left are crazy. But that doesn't
- 59:33Speaker 4: mean there aren't some crazy people on the right. That's
- 59:35Speaker 4: really all I'm saying. Make sure you know what's going
- 59:37Speaker 4: on so you can stand for something. Because if you
- 59:39Speaker 4: stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything. And the only
- 59:42Speaker 4: thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good people
- 59:45Speaker 4: like you to sit there and do nothing. So make
- 59:47Speaker 4: sure you do something. Hasta la proxima. Take care. Good night.
- 59:50Speaker 4: And God bless you, America. I'm Rich Valdez. And this
- 59:54Speaker 4: is America.
- 59:55Speaker 5: This is America. Bye.
