Georgia just pulled off a major recruiting win with the commitment of 6-foot-6, 290-pound offensive tackle Miller Westerfield from Roswell. His decision, solidified after a workout with new OL coach Phil Rauscher, vaults Georgia’s 2027 class from 17th to 13th nationally and gives Rauscher his first big haul. Westerfield, who received offers from Tennessee and LSU, chose Georgia after visiting them — and ultimately, the Bulldogs’ early offer and Rauscher’s personal touch sealed the deal.
