- 1:49Speaker 3: It's officially Christmas season. My wife Cindy has done an
- 1:53Speaker 3: incredible job of our house. We've got a tree in
- 1:55Speaker 3: every room we have. I think we've got twelve trees
- 1:58Speaker 3: and she's designing them and they all look great. And
- 2:01Speaker 3: she put a tree in my TV studio and it
- 2:03Speaker 3: looks fantastic. A tree, a wreath, lots of lights, pretty
- 2:07Speaker 3: colored Christmas lights, and two stockings and the room looks beautiful.
- 2:11Speaker 1: So thank you, Cindy. And if you tune in, you'll
- 2:13Speaker 1: see it.
- 2:14Speaker 3: And if you tune into my Real America's Voice show tonight,
- 2:17Speaker 3: you'll see my guests.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Kevin Sorbo, the TV star and movie star.
- 2:22Speaker 3: His TV series Hercules was the most watched show in
- 2:26Speaker 3: the world for a couple of years, syndicated in more
- 2:28Speaker 3: places than any show ever in the history of the world.
- 2:32Speaker 3: What an incredible, what incredible success that is, and he
- 2:35Speaker 3: was the star of it, him and his wife Sam
- 2:37Speaker 3: Sorbo are on my show tonight. If you were tuned
- 2:40Speaker 3: into my show this weekend, you saw my interview with
- 2:43Speaker 3: Trea Dave my Tail, the star of Sopranos. She was
- 2:48Speaker 3: the female star of Sopranos, and she has become a
- 2:51Speaker 3: big Trump booster and a conservative and will probably never
- 2:55Speaker 3: work again in Hollywood. But she was on my show
- 2:57Speaker 3: to talk about it all this weekend and I think
- 3:00Speaker 3: will probably I don't have it in front of me,
- 3:03Speaker 3: but we may be running it today or this week
- 3:05Speaker 3: on My Franksbeach show as well. So Dread Matteo on Friday,
- 3:09Speaker 3: and Kevin Sorbo today. Lots of TV and movie stars
- 3:13Speaker 3: outwardly saying I am a Republican.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Good stuff.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Obviously, the biggest news story in America is Hunter Biden
- 3:19Speaker 3: being pardoned by his dad, not just pardon for a crime,
- 3:22Speaker 3: but pardon for all generic crimes for the last ten years,
- 3:26Speaker 3: going back to twenty fourteen, which it covers a period
- 3:30Speaker 3: of six years where he wasn't president of the United States.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Joe Biden was Vice President of the United States through
- 3:37Speaker 3: some of those.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Years, and he was nothing through others.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Obviously, from twenty sixteen to twenty twenty, he had.
- 3:42Speaker 1: No role at all. How could you pardon.
- 3:44Speaker 3: Someone going backwards when you weren't president and you weren't anything.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Vice president can't pardon and nothing. When you're not in office,
- 3:51Speaker 3: you can't pardon. He was in no office for four years.
- 3:54Speaker 3: I mean, this is just outrageous, and I believe it's unconstitutional,
- 3:58Speaker 3: and the Supreme Court be weighing in on it. But
- 4:01Speaker 3: that is the big news story of the day. I'll
- 4:02Speaker 3: talk about it throughout the show. I've got lots to
- 4:04Speaker 3: say about it. Let me read you my commentary though
- 4:07Speaker 3: that I think you should hear. It's a titled Happy
- 4:10Speaker 3: Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas. I know you're busy, but don't
- 4:13Speaker 3: forget the most important life and death question in America.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Who is running the country. Everyone's so busy they've forgotten
- 4:20Speaker 3: that question. Who is running the country? You mean you
- 4:23Speaker 3: shouldn't be worried. There's no one running the country, certainly
- 4:27Speaker 3: no one elected. President Trump's inauguration cannot come too soon.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Now. I know you're busy. I am too this holiday season.
- 4:37Speaker 3: I have a wife, four kids, two dogs, three TV shows,
- 4:42Speaker 3: nacaly Sinicate, a radio show, podcast, newspaper column, new book
- 4:46Speaker 3: out and another book. On the way, and I run
- 4:47Speaker 3: multiple businesses. You think I'm busy, and I'm a one
- 4:50Speaker 3: man army. And like everyone else, there's Thanksgiving leftovers and
- 4:55Speaker 3: shopping and Christmas gifts to buy for everyone in my life,
- 4:58Speaker 3: and the amazing array of foot games to watch and
- 5:01Speaker 3: to bet on this holiday season.
- 5:02Speaker 1: And you know I'll betting on them. I love betting
- 5:04Speaker 1: on football. I get it. We're all busy.
- 5:07Speaker 3: We all have lives to live, family work, and holidays
- 5:10Speaker 3: to attend.
- 5:12Speaker 1: And of course, seventy seven million.
- 5:14Speaker 3: Of us at least are relieved that President Trump was
- 5:18Speaker 3: elected and we'll be back in charge soon, adults and
- 5:21Speaker 3: patriots will be running America once again. All good news,
- 5:27Speaker 3: but don't lose sight of a crucial question for the
- 5:30Speaker 3: next fifty days, to be exact, fifty days from today
- 5:34Speaker 3: today to the inauguration. That question is who is running
- 5:37Speaker 3: the country right now? Because we all know there are
- 5:40Speaker 3: huge problems inside our country and around the globe.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Here are just a few I want to remind you.
- 5:45Speaker 3: In all the euphoria that Trump's been elected, and all
- 5:48Speaker 3: the euphoria that it's Thanksgiving, it's Christmas, and on January twentieth,
- 5:52Speaker 3: we got Trump taking over and everyone's in a great mood,
- 5:55Speaker 3: Merry Christmas.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Life is great.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Don't forget the Ukraine Russia conflict, which could burst into
- 6:00Speaker 3: World War three at any moment. Don't forget the China
- 6:03Speaker 3: Taiwan pending disaster. China could evade Taiwan at any moment,
- 6:07Speaker 3: and that could lead to World War III.
- 6:09Speaker 1: The Middle East powder keg.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Don't forget that, starring Israel, Iran hamas hesblah and a
- 6:15Speaker 3: cast of millions of radical Muslim terrorists, killers, Jew haters,
- 6:19Speaker 3: and America haters that could cause World War three at
- 6:22Speaker 3: any time. Inside the USA, our own open border is
- 6:25Speaker 3: a catastrophe overrun by a foreign invasion worse than Russia
- 6:30Speaker 3: invading Ukraine. The US economy, don't forget that, which, as
- 6:34Speaker 3: we all know, is far worse than advertised by four
- 6:37Speaker 3: years of lies, fraud, gas lighting, and Soviet level propaganda inflation,
- 6:42Speaker 3: which is destroying the formerly great American middle class quality
- 6:45Speaker 3: of life. Few can afford the bills anymore. Our citizens
- 6:49Speaker 3: are in crisis. The massive crime wave enveloping big cities
- 6:53Speaker 3: run by Democrat politicians, bleeding heart liberal judges, and Soros
- 6:57Speaker 3: funded prosecutors.
- 6:58Speaker 1: The retail apocalypse.
- 6:59Speaker 3: That'sading thousands of stores out of business and turning big
- 7:02Speaker 3: cities into ghost towns. And here's the one that keeps
- 7:05Speaker 3: me up at night. It's too quiet. I know something
- 7:10Speaker 3: is wrong. I know communists never willingly and peacefully give
- 7:14Speaker 3: up power ever in world history. And our government is
- 7:18Speaker 3: a communist government. The deep State, DC swamp and dangerous, vile, violent,
- 7:23Speaker 3: Trump hating, radical nut job communists the base of the
- 7:27Speaker 3: Democrat Party are absolutely planning something very bad for the
- 7:32Speaker 3: next fifty days. I'm betting it'll come in the three
- 7:35Speaker 3: weeks or so between January second and Trump's inauguration. I'm
- 7:40Speaker 3: betting that they won't even they won't disturb Christmas and
- 7:43Speaker 3: New Year's and the week in between where Americans are
- 7:45Speaker 3: on vacation, even they know not to do that.
- 7:48Speaker 1: So all of this anarchy is going to start.
- 7:51Speaker 3: I believe between January second, the day Afternoon Year's and
- 7:55Speaker 3: Trump's inauguration, I expect anarchy, civil unrest, riots like the
- 8:00Speaker 3: BLM Summer of twenty twenty, looting, torching, attempts to stop
- 8:03Speaker 3: Trump from taking the office. I expect anti FA and
- 8:06Speaker 3: the twenty plus million illegal alien invaders, mostly military age males,
- 8:11Speaker 3: to be the army chosen to carry out this attack
- 8:13Speaker 3: from within, all coordinated and funded by the deep State
- 8:17Speaker 3: and our enemies around the world. So back to my
- 8:19Speaker 3: all important life or death question. Who is running the country?
- 8:24Speaker 3: We know it's not Joe Biden. He's a brain dead
- 8:26Speaker 3: old man with de manchia belongs to the nursing home.
- 8:28Speaker 3: We know it's not Kamala Harris. She's as lazy, dumb
- 8:31Speaker 3: as a doorknob, incompetent drunk. We know this administration is
- 8:35Speaker 3: filled with radical communists like Alejandro Mayorkist, the open Border
- 8:39Speaker 3: Zelt running Homeland Security, and Attorney General Merrick Garland who's
- 8:43Speaker 3: weaponized the government to go after PTA moms and pro
- 8:45Speaker 3: life Grandmas and Jay Sixers and religious Catholics and President Trump.
- 8:51Speaker 3: And of course we have all the creeps and traders
- 8:53Speaker 3: who run the DOJFBI, CIA and other big brother government agencies,
- 8:58Speaker 3: but none of them have the run the whole country
- 9:01Speaker 3: and give orders to the US military in case of
- 9:03Speaker 3: a nuclear attack or an invasion or China's invasion of Taiwan,
- 9:08Speaker 3: or Russia nuking Ukraine, or the declaration of war by
- 9:13Speaker 3: someone against the United States or against NATO or a
- 9:16Speaker 3: deadly anarchy within our country. No one has the power
- 9:20Speaker 3: to run the country and give orders to the US
- 9:22Speaker 3: military in any of those cases. So who's in charge
- 9:25Speaker 3: for the next fifty days? Who is giving the orders?
- 9:28Speaker 3: Is it Barack Obama? Is it George Soros? Is it
- 9:31Speaker 3: the unaccountable deep State? Is it globalists like the World
- 9:35Speaker 3: Economic Forum and the WHO or the United Nations? Is
- 9:38Speaker 3: it our worst global enemies like China and the CCP,
- 9:42Speaker 3: or Iran or the Mexican drug cartels. My best educated
- 9:46Speaker 3: guess is it some combination of all the above. I'm
- 9:50Speaker 3: guessing Obama is the one who is carrying out the orders,
- 9:53Speaker 3: and I'm guessing Satan is at the top of the
- 9:55Speaker 3: food chain giving the orders. So in between your cooking, eating,
- 10:01Speaker 3: preparing for Christmas, and daydreaming about President Trump once again
- 10:05Speaker 3: making America great again, I'm just warning you and advising
- 10:09Speaker 3: you to stay frausty, get ready, be prepared. We have
- 10:13Speaker 3: big problems for the next fifty days, and either there
- 10:16Speaker 3: is no one in charge of our country or very
- 10:19Speaker 3: evil people who were not elected in charge. And my
- 10:23Speaker 3: educated guess is they hate America, they hate Trump, they
- 10:27Speaker 3: hate you and me, and are working on some very
- 10:31Speaker 3: violent plans. Can you feel it in the pit of
- 10:34Speaker 3: your stomach? I know I can feel it in mind.
- 10:38Speaker 3: So that's my commentary titled Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.
- 10:42Speaker 3: I know you're busy, but don't forget the most important
- 10:44Speaker 3: life or death question in America. Who is running the country.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Who is running the country. We're headed to an ad break.
- 10:52Speaker 3: I got lots more to tell you about, including the
- 10:55Speaker 3: California Attorney General forcing department stores in California to have
- 10:59Speaker 3: gender neutral children's section. My director guitarist standing here and
- 11:05Speaker 3: he's just laughing. He's just laughing. He's from Serbia. No
- 11:09Speaker 3: such idiocy could ever go on in Serbia, and no
- 11:11Speaker 3: such idiocy is ever going to go on in my
- 11:13Speaker 3: country now that Trump is president starting on January twentieth.
- 11:17Speaker 3: But see, California isn't part of our country anymore. It's
- 11:20Speaker 3: Cali Mexico. It's the Communist People's Republic of Cali, Mexico.
- 11:25Speaker 3: Don't count it as America anymore. Here's another great story
- 11:28Speaker 3: I'll tell you about.
- 11:28Speaker 1: We get back.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Taliban terrorists demand a role in all future UN climate talks.
- 11:34Speaker 3: So if we're gonna talk about climate change and shutting
- 11:37Speaker 3: down economies. The murderous terrorists scumbags of the Taliban think
- 11:42Speaker 3: they should have a seat at the table.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Talk about it when we get back.
- 11:45Speaker 3: I'm waiting on the route rout from America dot com. Hi,
- 11:50Speaker 3: I'm waiting out of the roots. You know the biggest
- 11:52Speaker 3: secret in America. Obamacare is the biggest failure ever. Healthcare

- 12:01Speaker 3: by the obscene cost of health insurance.
- 12:03Speaker 1: But there is a solution. I'm so proud to bring

- 13:50Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root here victory. Trump won and we know it.
- 13:54Speaker 3: But I'm still feeling something very bad and frightening in
- 13:56Speaker 3: the pit of my stomach.
- 13:57Speaker 1: I don't believe for a second.
- 13:59Speaker 3: The radical left this running our government will accept Trump's
- 14:01Speaker 3: victory or agree to leave peacefully. They have weeks to
- 14:04Speaker 3: cause trouble until Inauguration Day. That's why everyone needs to
- 14:07Speaker 3: own an insurance policy. Gold Advantage Goal was awarded a
- 14:10Speaker 3: number one gold company in America by Trustling for eight

- 14:20Speaker 3: a decade in business and billions in transactions to have
- 14:23Speaker 3: zero negative complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

- 14:27Speaker 3: That's why I had my friends in Advantage Gold put

- 15:12Speaker 1: All right, wait out the root, the root, The root
- 15:15Speaker 1: is on fire.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Welcome back to the show. I hope you had a
- 15:17Speaker 3: great Thanksgiving. I hope you're gonna have a great Christmas.
- 15:20Speaker 3: I hope you're gonna have a great New Year's And
- 15:22Speaker 3: that's when I think things are gonna start. The fireworks
- 15:24Speaker 3: will begin. Believe me, it's too quiet. As I said
- 15:27Speaker 3: in the opening segment, it's just too quiet. There's just
- 15:31Speaker 3: something wrong. These people don't give up. They don't roll
- 15:35Speaker 3: over like a like my dog babba, you know, for
- 15:38Speaker 3: a bone.
- 15:38Speaker 1: They just don't.
- 15:39Speaker 3: Communists don't give in or give up. Don't think they're
- 15:43Speaker 3: gonna roll over and say, oh, Trump one, that's it.
- 15:46Speaker 1: We lost. There's no such thing.
- 15:49Speaker 3: They're planning something. I'm telling you, they're planning something. And
- 15:54Speaker 3: of course the big news story today is Hunter Biden.
- 15:57Speaker 3: That pardon is so ridiculous. I've never ever heard of
- 16:00Speaker 3: a pardon like this. You know, I just did a
- 16:03Speaker 3: one hour show for Real America's Voice TV that'll air tonight.
- 16:05Speaker 3: It's n PM Eastern, seven pm Pacific, And I always
- 16:08Speaker 3: lose track. Did I talk about this during the last
- 16:12Speaker 3: break or did I talk about it in the first
- 16:14Speaker 3: show that you haven't heard yet or seen yet, But
- 16:18Speaker 3: just in case I didn't, I'll talk about it again.
- 16:21Speaker 3: Hunter Biden's pardon by Joe Biden is the most ridiculous, disgraceful,
- 16:26Speaker 3: disgusting criminal pardon in the history of mankind.
- 16:29Speaker 1: And if the Supreme Court had any balls at all, they.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Would instruct Joe Biden to remove take down the pardon immediately.
- 16:38Speaker 3: It's not gonna work, it's not gonna fly, and the
- 16:40Speaker 3: pardon is gonna be is gonna leave Joe Biden and
- 16:44Speaker 3: Hunter Biden open to prosecution because it'll be taken. If
- 16:48Speaker 3: you don't take it down, it'll be removed. You can't retroactively.
- 16:52Speaker 3: In my belief. I know I'm not a world class attorney.
- 16:56Speaker 3: You know, I'm not Clarence Darrow. But as far as
- 17:00Speaker 3: I know, and I certainly have a lot of common sense,
- 17:02Speaker 3: it was pre law for four years at Columbia University.
- 17:04Speaker 3: You can only pardon someone for something that happened one time.
- 17:08Speaker 3: In other words, you know, I stole the newspaper from
- 17:10Speaker 3: someone's driveway. I got arrested for robbery. You're partning Wayne
- 17:14Speaker 3: Root for that robbery of a newspaper. Let's just say,
- 17:16Speaker 3: you know, just as an argument's sake, you're pardning Wayne
- 17:19Speaker 3: Root because I did something on December fifth, you know,
- 17:22Speaker 3: of last year. But I don't think you could blanket
- 17:26Speaker 3: pardon a man's entire life for a ten year period,
- 17:29Speaker 3: going back to six years when you were not president
- 17:31Speaker 3: the United States and you weren't even vice president the
- 17:34Speaker 3: United States. In other words, he's partning Hunter Biden from
- 17:36Speaker 3: twenty fourteen to twenty twenty four You can't do that.
- 17:41Speaker 3: That's unconstitutional. There's nothing in the constitution that allows you
- 17:44Speaker 3: to do that. From twenty fourteen to twenty sixteen, Joe
- 17:48Speaker 3: Biden was not president, he was vice president. Vice presidents
- 17:51Speaker 3: don't get to pardon. From twenty sixteen to twenty twenty,
- 17:55Speaker 3: Joe Biden was nothing. How can you go back and
- 17:58Speaker 3: parton someone for something that you were not president or
- 18:02Speaker 3: vice president for? How could you pardon blanket for ten
- 18:06Speaker 3: year period that includes crimes that were committed on your behalf.
- 18:10Speaker 3: These are all legal questions for the United States Supreme Court.
- 18:14Speaker 3: He's pardoning Hunter for the crimes Joe Biden ordered in
- 18:19Speaker 3: Ukraine and I'm sure China as well. So he's not
- 18:23Speaker 3: actually partning his son. He's actually pardoning himself. He's covering
- 18:29Speaker 3: up his own crimes that his son was the bag
- 18:31Speaker 3: man to extort were leaders on the orders of Joe Biden,
- 18:35Speaker 3: and I'm assuming and I'm certain on the orders above
- 18:38Speaker 3: Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Barack Obama is the copy de
- 18:42Speaker 3: two team, not Joe Biden. Barack Obama gave the orders
- 18:46Speaker 3: to steal the money. Joe Biden then carried him out
- 18:49Speaker 3: with his son, the bag man. So what he's doing
- 18:52Speaker 3: is he's pardoning the guy who should be questioned and
- 18:55Speaker 3: should turn state's evidence against his dad and his dad's boss, BARACKO.
- 19:01Speaker 3: With all these crimes, I don't believe any of this
- 19:04Speaker 3: could be done, and I believe the Supreme Court should
- 19:06Speaker 3: overrule it and say this is not a normal pardoner
- 19:08Speaker 3: and this cannot be allowed to stand because there is
- 19:10Speaker 3: no rule of law if it stands. And the Democrats
- 19:13Speaker 3: are just in disarray, I mean literally disarray. There's an
- 19:17Speaker 3: article out with all the people in the corporate and
- 19:20Speaker 3: media who said this would never happen. All the people
- 19:23Speaker 3: in all the liberal websites and CNN and MSNBC who
- 19:27Speaker 3: said Joe Biden is absolutely positively not not pardoning his son,
- 19:33Speaker 3: And they all look like fools now, and they're all
- 19:35Speaker 3: angry at Joe Biden.
- 19:36Speaker 1: They hate him. He just destroyed his legacy.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Joe Biden is a brain dead old man with dementia
- 19:41Speaker 3: who just pardoned his son, even though he swore he
- 19:43Speaker 3: would never pardon his son. Advantage Gold is the sponsor
- 19:48Speaker 3: of this segment of the show. I love gold for

- 22:14Speaker 3: the NASDEK up three hundred and thirty eight percent. All
- 22:16Speaker 3: great numbers, right, But Gold skyrocketed seven hundred and sixty
- 22:21Speaker 3: three percent.
- 22:22Speaker 1: And if you put one hundred.

- 24:05Speaker 1: Will Chamberlain, how are you welcome to the Wayne lerrou Show?
- 24:09Speaker 4: Doing great, Wayne, thanks for having me.
- 24:10Speaker 3: All right, And I assume you're not like seven feet
- 24:12Speaker 3: tall like Will Chamberlain. Right.
- 24:15Speaker 4: I like to joke that I'm not quite as tall,
- 24:16Speaker 4: but equally prolific.
- 24:17Speaker 3: There you go, all right, good, I'm glad. It depends
- 24:20Speaker 3: what you're prolific.
- 24:21Speaker 1: About, but.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Hopefully about being a lawyer Hunter Biden's pardon. So, I'm
- 24:27Speaker 3: not a lawyer, but I was pre law for four
- 24:30Speaker 3: years at Columbia University, and I do think of myself
- 24:33Speaker 3: as someone who understands the law. I'm not under the
- 24:37Speaker 3: impression that this is constitutional that you can pardon someone
- 24:40Speaker 3: Blankely for ten years, going back to six years where
- 24:44Speaker 3: you were not president of the United States, for everything
- 24:47Speaker 3: he's ever done, including things that involve you as the president.
- 24:51Speaker 3: It seems to me that this would be unconstitutional and
- 24:54Speaker 3: should be sent to the United States Supreme Court for
- 24:57Speaker 3: them to review it and to determine whether it's constitution
- 25:00Speaker 3: But you are the big shot lawyer, so the floor
- 25:03Speaker 3: is yours.
- 25:04Speaker 4: I mean, I guess I'm a little more skeptical. I
- 25:06Speaker 4: think it's probably constitutional. I mean, there's there's some arguments
- 25:09Speaker 4: you can make, but the pardon power is plenary, and
- 25:12Speaker 4: it's just all invested in the president. And we've had
- 25:15Speaker 4: sort of similar pardons before. The pardon of Nixon by
- 25:18Speaker 4: Ford was really similar, you know, maybe not like as
- 25:22Speaker 4: expansive in terms of the duration, but it was similar
- 25:24Speaker 4: in terms of saying any crimes against the United States
- 25:27Speaker 4: for a five year period instead of a ten year
- 25:29Speaker 4: period in this instance. That's at least my understanding of
- 25:31Speaker 4: the Nixon pardon. So I would believe that it's probably constitutional.
- 25:37Speaker 4: That's it. I mean, it's just an obvious, you know,
- 25:39Speaker 4: kind of like totally against the spirit of the law.
- 25:42Speaker 4: You know, all the president's powers are there for the
- 25:44Speaker 4: public interest. This is very much him clearly acting in
- 25:46Speaker 4: his private personal interests to save his son, and you know,
- 25:51Speaker 4: it's especially given how he lied about it. I mean,
- 25:53Speaker 4: it's just it's the end of this Democrat like hoity toity.
- 25:56Speaker 4: You know, we're the people that you know, preserve democracy
- 25:59Speaker 4: and the rule of law. Stuff. It's absolute garbage, all right.
- 26:02Speaker 3: So, I mean, the good news is that now that
- 26:04Speaker 3: he has a pardon, Hunter could be asked to testify.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Is that not correct? He has immunity now, so he
- 26:10Speaker 3: can go ahead and testify.
- 26:12Speaker 4: That's correct, and you want he Probably it's unlikely he'll
- 26:15Speaker 4: be able to invoke his Fifth Amendment privilege. He'd have
- 26:17Speaker 4: to be able to point to some reasonable fear of
- 26:19Speaker 4: a state prosecution for the things he says, But that
- 26:22Speaker 4: strikes me as unlikely. For a lot of the discussions
- 26:25Speaker 4: about Ukraine, for example, in China and foreign bribery, those
- 26:28Speaker 4: are all federal crimes that he's now been immunized from.
- 26:32Speaker 4: So you should have to testify, and I think that,
- 26:34Speaker 4: you know, that's what the American people should expect going
- 26:36Speaker 4: for that. I mean, I don't think this is going
- 26:38Speaker 4: to be the last family pardon you. I think this
- 26:40Speaker 4: one came early because Hunter sentencing was coming up. But
- 26:43Speaker 4: I think we'll see pardons for Jim Biden and other
- 26:46Speaker 4: members of the Biden family. And I think my view
- 26:49Speaker 4: is like, fine, we're not we won't throw you in jail,
- 26:51Speaker 4: but we will make you testify. And if you decide
- 26:53Speaker 4: you don't want to testify about this, then you're going
- 26:55Speaker 4: to go to jail for contempt or you're gonna and
- 26:57Speaker 4: if you purjure yourself, you're going to go to jail
- 26:58Speaker 4: for that. So because we want to at a minimum,
- 27:00Speaker 4: we want to understand what was actually going on with
- 27:02Speaker 4: you guys, with your influence peddling scheme. I think the
- 27:04Speaker 4: American people deserve to know that for sure.
- 27:06Speaker 1: All right, So what's different about this one?
- 27:08Speaker 3: And we're talking to Will Chamberlain, Attorney and Senior Council
- 27:11Speaker 3: at the Article three project is websites Article three project
- 27:15Speaker 3: dot org. What's different about this one is remember Gerald
- 27:19Speaker 3: Ford when he pardoned Nixon, he wasn't pardoning Nixon for
- 27:22Speaker 3: crimes that involved Gerald Ford. This is the president pardoning
- 27:26Speaker 3: his son for crimes that clearly involved the president. Is
- 27:30Speaker 3: that when he wasn't president, when he was VP of
- 27:33Speaker 3: the United States? I mean, is this not different and
- 27:38Speaker 3: strange and perhaps something that the Supreme Court would want
- 27:41Speaker 3: to throw out?
- 27:43Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 27:43Speaker 4: I mean, I think if you could demonstrate that it
- 27:45Speaker 4: was a bribe, then I mean there's obviously prohibitions on bribery,
- 27:48Speaker 4: and so if the pardon was the object of the bribe,
- 27:50Speaker 4: then you know, that's that's like one of the few
- 27:53Speaker 4: narrow avenues I see. But otherwise I think that I
- 27:56Speaker 4: think that the pardon power is just basically plennary. I
- 27:59Speaker 4: think I really don't think the Supreme Court is going
- 28:01Speaker 4: to look kindly on saying that, you know, something that
- 28:03Speaker 4: we just had described as a core article to function
- 28:07Speaker 4: that the president is totally immune from. That was that
- 28:09Speaker 4: was the Trump opinion. So you know, the pardon power
- 28:13Speaker 4: is like something they explicitly identified as for sure, the
- 28:15Speaker 4: president is immune from prosecution for the use of the
- 28:18Speaker 4: for use of the pardon power because it's an explicit
- 28:20Speaker 4: grant in there. There's a lot of other official acts
- 28:22Speaker 4: that the president does that aren't explicitly mentioned the constitution.
- 28:26Speaker 4: Those are more questionable, but the immunity for the offic
- 28:29Speaker 4: you know, the immunity for the pardon power seems pretty
- 28:31Speaker 4: much ironclad.
- 28:32Speaker 3: But you do agree, this pardon certainly looks suspicious that
- 28:35Speaker 3: the bidens are covering up their dealings on you.
- 28:38Speaker 4: Yeah, oh yeah, no no doubt about it. I mean,
- 28:41Speaker 4: and it really brings into you know, it really puts
- 28:43Speaker 4: a whole another light on the first Trump impeachment, if
- 28:47Speaker 4: you remember, because Trump was impeached for trying to figure
- 28:49Speaker 4: out exactly what Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were up
- 28:51Speaker 4: to in Ukraine, right, that was the entire substance of
- 28:54Speaker 4: that impeachment, saying that you know, he was, you know,
- 28:57Speaker 4: somehow violating American foreign policy, despite the fact that he
- 29:00Speaker 4: sets American foreign policy as the President of the United
- 29:02Speaker 4: States at the time, that he was violating American foreign
- 29:05Speaker 4: policy and subverting it for his own political interests, which
- 29:08Speaker 4: were trying to uncover federal crimes by Hunter and Joe
- 29:11Speaker 4: Biden there, which Hunter has now been pardoned for.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Very very suspicious stuff. And obviously, you know, people like
- 29:18Speaker 3: me are not suspicious. We really believe that it's a
- 29:21Speaker 3: fact that Joe Biden is a criminal and that Hunter
- 29:24Speaker 3: Biden was his bag man carrying out extortion all over
- 29:26Speaker 3: the world with foreign governments while he was Vice president.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Of the United States, and he just covered it all up.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Let's talk about my buddy, Cash Patel, who's not only
- 29:35Speaker 3: a personal friend and we've spoken on the same stage
- 29:37Speaker 3: many times for President Trump, but we're also you know,
- 29:40Speaker 3: he's a fellow Las Vegan.
- 29:42Speaker 1: A lot of people don't know he lives in Las Vegas.
- 29:43Speaker 3: So he's a buddy of mine, and he's now nominated
- 29:46Speaker 3: for FBI Director of the United States. What are your
- 29:49Speaker 3: thoughts on his chances of being confirmed in this United
- 29:53Speaker 3: States Senate.
- 29:54Speaker 4: I think that his chances of being confirmed are actually
- 29:57Speaker 4: pretty reasonable. I think the he is I mean, he's
- 30:02Speaker 4: you know, it's not as bad as I think Gates was.
- 30:04Speaker 4: I think Gates was doomed from the beginning. But I
- 30:06Speaker 4: think that, you know, the the President's entitled to an
- 30:09Speaker 4: FBI director that he is trusted in, and I think
- 30:12Speaker 4: that that's going to carry the day with the enough senators,
- 30:15Speaker 4: especially because cash Betel is perfectly qualified for this job.
- 30:18Speaker 4: He was a federal prosecutor and a federal public defender.
- 30:21Speaker 4: He did investigated the FBI when he worked for Devin Nunez,
- 30:25Speaker 4: so he's familiar with the functioning of the Department of
- 30:28Speaker 4: Justice in and working if you're if you're a DOJ
- 30:31Speaker 4: line attorney, then you work with FBI agents all the
- 30:33Speaker 4: time because they do your investigator. They do the investigations
- 30:36Speaker 4: that are the basis for your prosecutions. So I mean
- 30:40Speaker 4: he's he is a very perfectly well fall.
- 30:45Speaker 3: And an Article three which is the the project that
- 30:48Speaker 3: you were involved with, the Article three project, and you
- 30:50Speaker 3: could find it an Article three project, Todd oarg the
- 30:53Speaker 3: Article three project supports cash battel.
- 30:56Speaker 1: What is Article three all about? Let us know?
- 31:01Speaker 4: So Article three projects started during the first Trump administration
- 31:05Speaker 4: as a advocacy organization to try and get Trump's Supreme
- 31:08Speaker 4: Court justices confirmed. During the last four years we shifted
- 31:12Speaker 4: into more of focusing on fighting it off against the
- 31:14Speaker 4: president's the lawfare against the president, and advocating both you know,
- 31:18Speaker 4: in print media and social media anywhere on behalf of
- 31:22Speaker 4: the president against all the ridiculous lawfair that you know.
- 31:25Speaker 4: And I think we played a role in shaping public
- 31:27Speaker 4: opinion about it. And really, you know, we saw that
- 31:29Speaker 4: even the President Trump was convicted in New York, it
- 31:31Speaker 4: didn't ultimately matter that the American public saw through it
- 31:34Speaker 4: and decided to elect a president again. And now I
- 31:36Speaker 4: think we're gonna We're going to still be out there
- 31:38Speaker 4: fighting for President Trump's nominees, fighting to confirm his cabinet appointments,
- 31:42Speaker 4: and ultimately fighting to confirm his judges when he gets
- 31:45Speaker 4: a chance to nominate them.
- 31:46Speaker 3: So do you think cash as Cash Pattel has a
- 31:49Speaker 3: reasonable chance to actually reign in the government gangsters and
- 31:53Speaker 3: maybe fire a bunch of people in the leadership of
- 31:54Speaker 3: the FBI.
- 31:56Speaker 4: Yeah, I think they'll probably resign first. I don't think
- 31:58Speaker 4: they I think they'll realize that the you know, the
- 32:01Speaker 4: Inspector General investigations are coming and that they don't want
- 32:03Speaker 4: to they want to be able to invoke the Fifth Amendment,
- 32:05Speaker 4: and so if they want to do that, they'll just
- 32:07Speaker 4: have to resign and not be government employees. Because if
- 32:09Speaker 4: your government employee, you need to go testify, and if
- 32:12Speaker 4: you would vote the Fifth you're going to get fired.
- 32:15Speaker 4: You know, you don't get to not testify to the IG.
- 32:18Speaker 4: So they can all leave. I think that cash Ertel's
- 32:20Speaker 4: it's also a statement of a tent on the part
- 32:22Speaker 4: of the Trump administration. This is not going to be
- 32:24Speaker 4: twenty sixteen or twenty seventeen, where you had you had
- 32:28Speaker 4: a situation.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Where you were appointing people state right.
- 32:31Speaker 4: Yeah, right, Well, I mean basically Trump was going with
- 32:33Speaker 4: who he was recommended to go with because he was
- 32:35Speaker 4: new to Washington. He actually did he explained this really
- 32:38Speaker 4: well in the Joe Rogan interview.
- 32:39Speaker 1: So yeah, no, no, I agree. He'd had no idea.
- 32:42Speaker 1: It was new to Washington.
- 32:43Speaker 3: He didn't know who the establishment was or how bad
- 32:45Speaker 3: they were, and they gave them advice, the Republican establishment.
- 32:48Speaker 3: And now he's appointing all these wonderful people who I
- 32:51Speaker 3: think are going to go after the deep state and
- 32:53Speaker 3: the DC swamp in the establishment, and this is going
- 32:56Speaker 3: to be a great four years. Will Chavelin Attorney Senior

- 38:08Speaker 1: I told you I get to this story.
- 38:10Speaker 3: California's attorney general is forcing department stores to have gender
- 38:14Speaker 3: neutral children's section. The Attorney General of California is named
- 38:18Speaker 3: Rob Bonta, and he's asked consumers to report department stores
- 38:22Speaker 3: who do not have gender neutral children's sections during the
- 38:26Speaker 3: holiday season, and those stores will incur a fine of
- 38:29Speaker 3: two hundred and fifty dollars.
- 38:32Speaker 1: For the first defense, five hundred for repeat defenders.
- 38:36Speaker 3: Bonta asked, does your department store have a gender neutral
- 38:39Speaker 3: children's section? As of January first, twenty twenty four, large
- 38:43Speaker 3: retail department stores itself, childcare items or toys must maintain
- 38:48Speaker 3: a gender neutral section for these items. This is why
- 38:52Speaker 3: we elected President Trump to throw these people out in
- 38:56Speaker 3: their asses, to get them out of our country, to
- 38:58Speaker 3: get them out of power, to put them in prison,
- 39:00Speaker 3: because they're all losers.
- 39:02Speaker 1: They've destroyed our.
- 39:03Speaker 3: Country with transgender lies and with DEEI, and with ESG,
- 39:11Speaker 3: with abortion, everything's abortion, abortion, and transgenders switching their penis
- 39:17Speaker 3: for a vagina. I've never heard such crap, such idiocy
- 39:21Speaker 3: and such insanity in my entire life. But of course
- 39:24Speaker 3: this is the communist manifesto. This is what communists wanted
- 39:29Speaker 3: to do, to destroy our country and mix everyone up
- 39:31Speaker 3: and make all our children mentally ill, nut jobs, snowflakes.
- 39:35Speaker 3: And they've done a damn good job. But they succeeded
- 39:39Speaker 3: with the women. They haven't succeeded with the men. Because
- 39:42Speaker 3: all the young men voted for Donald Trump, every young
- 39:45Speaker 3: If you're a young man listening right now, you didn't
- 39:49Speaker 3: vote for Trump, you need a tampon.
- 39:52Speaker 1: You must use tampons.
- 39:53Speaker 3: If you didn't vote for Trump, all the men, all
- 39:55Speaker 3: the boys, voted for Trump. And the women whose entire
- 39:59Speaker 3: lives are a abortion, abortion, abortion to the ninth month,
- 40:03Speaker 3: to the last second, till after the baby is born.
- 40:06Speaker 3: Let's strangle it and chop its legs off, and let's
- 40:09Speaker 3: stick carrots in its eyes. These are all sick people.
- 40:12Speaker 3: These are nutty nut jobs. Anyone who wants the abortion
- 40:15Speaker 3: at the last minute is a nut job. Anyone who
- 40:17Speaker 3: thinks abortions more important than an economy is a nut job.
- 40:20Speaker 1: Anyone who thinks DEI works is a nutjob.
- 40:24Speaker 3: And anyone who agrees with this mixed up transgender mental
- 40:28Speaker 3: illness is a nut job. So I don't want to
- 40:31Speaker 3: walk in a store and find a gender neutral children's section.
- 40:35Speaker 3: If I do, I'll never shop at your store again.
- 40:37Speaker 3: Go f yourself, have a nice life. So that's why
- 40:40Speaker 3: I can't be in California ever again. Can't stand that state.
- 40:43Speaker 3: California is not a state anymore. It is called Cali Mexico.
- 40:47Speaker 3: It's not part of the United States. It's called the
- 40:49Speaker 3: People's Communist Republic of Cali Mexico. That's just not America anymore.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Here's the other story I said.
- 40:58Speaker 1: I speak about.
- 41:00Speaker 3: Upon terrorist demand a role in all future United Nations
- 41:05Speaker 3: climate talks. Does that not tell you everything you need
- 41:08Speaker 3: to know about climate change and about the United Nations?
- 41:11Speaker 1: And one foul swoop right there. It's just like.
- 41:18Speaker 3: The United Nations has all these little these little groups,
- 41:21Speaker 3: and these little groups, and the United Nations are filled
- 41:23Speaker 3: with nations that think they're they're, you know, moral, and
- 41:29Speaker 3: they're weighing in on Israel, and they're weighing in while
- 41:33Speaker 3: they are terrorist nations who murder people because they're Jewish,
- 41:38Speaker 3: and in Israel, nobody murders anyone because you are Muslim
- 41:42Speaker 3: or because you're an Arab or because you're different than them.
- 41:46Speaker 3: As a matter of fact, in Israel, Muslims have more
- 41:49Speaker 3: freedom than any Muslim nation in the world.
- 41:52Speaker 1: But to allow the Taliban terrorists to be involved in
- 41:55Speaker 1: climate change the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
- 41:58Speaker 3: Explain to me what anyone in the Taliban has ever
- 42:00Speaker 3: done to reduce climate change? What did they got to
- 42:03Speaker 3: do with pollution and climate change and green energy? There
- 42:05Speaker 3: are a bunch of murdering scumbags who h Jews and
- 42:08Speaker 3: eight Americans and eight Christians. Screw them, Screw the United Nations.
- 42:12Speaker 3: Trump should remove the un from American soil. I would
- 42:15Speaker 3: banish them to Argentina. Have a nice life, good luck.
