  Nomis. Who am I, you might ask? The name is

  Jarjeev, and I'm the patron deity of gambling.

  Long story short, this group of idiots, or as you

  may call them, heroes, made a bet with me that

  they had what it took to make a vast trove of
• 0:43
  gold, but left some of the key details blank. So I

  filled them in myself. I sent them to this pocket
• 0:51
  dimension into the city I had created with brand
• 0:55
  new bodies they'd have to attune to. Can these

  fools pass my test? Or will they be trapped here

  forever? So experience my world of trials and

  tribulations and join alongside this posse of

  pitiful people. Or as I like to call them, the

  being said, I'll quickly go through.

  >> Cameron: He's mad. He thought that would have worked.

  >> Skylar: Everybody wants to kill my character, so Quinn.

  Quinn left. With that being said, I will quickly

  introduce the players and their characters that we

  can jump right back into. Things to my right,

  we've got Dave, who is playing Maki, the shadow

  sorcerer Kenku. Next to him we've got Fatty

  Lumpkins, who who is playing Keto, the Cobalt
• 1:55
  Fighter barbarian, who has dealt a copious amount
• 1:58
  of damage in the last, like ten sessions probably.

  I mean, honestly, since the beginning he's been
• 2:03
  doing quite a bit. Jackson across from me, who
• 2:05
  plays dez.

  >> Skylar: The silent hunter of the group.

  >> Skylar: He is also a Kenu. Next to him would be, if they

  didn't get up and go to the kitchen for a moment,

  is our goblin. Our only goblin, who's played by

  Cameron, who goes by the name of Rorick. Used to

  be a dwarf, but now he's a jack of all trades,
• 2:26
  sort of rogue bard, artificer mix. it's

  complicated. It's complicated for sure. And he's

  got a grudge on his shoulder about the last player
• 2:35
  that we have, which is Quinn, who plays Lil Sauce,

  the ex NPC now sort of an awakened NPC you almost
• 2:43
  might call him, who is been chosen by the group to
• 2:46
  hopefully lead them through this world. Although
• 2:49
  it sounds like things are currently on the rocks.

  And with that, we're going to jump into today's

  episode. All right, when last we left off, you

  guys were at the Rock Bottoms Club. You went

  around, you got some information. Some of you had
• 3:08
  a few drinks, some of you said a few things that,
• 3:11
  you know, we'll see where those go. but whatever

  the case, you guys were searching for an
• 3:16
  individual calling themselves Cheeky McCool. And
• 3:19
  right at the end of last episode, Lil Sauce, you
• 3:22
  found out through slick the. The tling that cheeky
• 3:27
  McCool is sprout, the little halfling who you guys
• 3:30
  actually would remember from the court case he
• 3:33
  served on the jury. Yeah, that was the same
• 3:37
  halfling. And he, as you guys have kind.
• 3:39
  >> Skylar: Of been picking up, has been trying.
• 3:40
  >> Skylar: To become a member of the rocks, which is sort of
• 3:43
  the secret gang that sort of, runs this Rock
• 3:46
  Bottoms club. So far, he's been unable to join the
• 3:50
  organization. They have not let him onto the
• 3:53
  proverbial council. And so you guys were scanning
• 3:58
  or. Well, specifically, Lil Sauce and Maki were
• 4:02
  scanning alongside Grizzle tooth the bouncer,
• 4:05
  scanning the crowd of dancing people and clientele
• 4:09
  of the Rock Bottoms Club to try to find Sprout
• 4:12
  Ant. We left off with you guys having him cornered
• 4:15
  by the bathrooms, and he is about to run. So with
• 4:19
  that being said, I need both of you guys to roll a
• 4:21
  dexterity saving throw. See if you can snag him

  before he gets too far.

  Sauce, trying to grab onto this halfling. Teenage.

  like, older than 18 or whatever.

  >> Cameron: Halfling he's got to be if you serve jury duty.

  >> Skylar: That's also true. Exactly. Which I had to remind

  myself when I was, like, you know, theorizing this

  character. Anyway, but he's, like, fresh into

  adulthood, right? So he's still. They always call

  him a kid, right? He, manages to duck and roll.

  Out of your way, Maki. but just as he hops back up

  from his little tumbling, gymnastics, he hops

  right into the arms and the embrace of Lil Sauce.

  in with these groups and just keep saying no, no,

  no. And you just keep saying, yes, yes, yes. But I

  feel like you might be, dealing with a little bit

  of something you shouldn't be dealing with here. I

  think you might have gone a little bit too deep.

  >> Skylar: I want to be bad and McCool.

  >> Skylar: Every second you can get yourself killed.

  >> Skylar: Yeah, okay, fair enough. You know what? Fair

  >> Quinn: I pull back to punch him again.

  >> Skylar: And then as you. As you pull back to punch him,

  you hear from behind you, oh, you got him. And you

  look and you see Grizzle Tooth standing there.

  >> Quinn: Now we're just interrogating him, seeing where

  he's getting the euphoria from. How much

  euphoria's got on him?

  >> Skylar: Ooh, That's a good question. Grizzle Tooth, as you

  hold him, Grizzle Tooth walks over and starts to
• 7:11
  pat him down and turns him upside down and just
• 7:14
  shakes him, and ding, ding, ding, ding. Like, four
• 7:16
  vials come out. And he. And he kind of just looks
• 7:19
  at. He kind of looks at Sprout, and.
• 7:21
  >> Skylar: He goes, sprout, where's the rest?
• 7:28
  >> Skylar: And sure enough, he walks over, and, you guys kind
• 7:31
  of all walk into the men's room, which is a little
• 7:33
  bit crowded, and you see, Grizzle tooth reach up.
• 7:36
  Actually, it's uncrowded. It's. People have left
• 7:39
  the area because they see the situation that's
• 7:41
  going on. And Grizzle to the. Reaches up. There's
• 7:43
  a vent in the, the men's bathroom above the sinks.
• 7:46
  Any. It's loose. Like, the screws have already
• 7:49
  been removed. And he pulls it out, and he reaches
• 7:51
  in there, and sure enough, there's, like, a box.
• 7:54
  it's not, like, huge. I, would say it's about the
• 7:56
  size of, like, a cigar box. And he pops it open,
• 7:59
  and sure enough, there's, like, a number of vials
• 8:01
  in there, probably two dozen small vials of this
• 8:05
  Euphoria drug. And he closes it, and he goes.
• 8:07
  >> Skylar: Sprout, you are in a lot of trouble. I think we
• 8:14
  need to go have a talk with Gravestone before he
• 8:18
  does.
• 8:18
  >> Quinn: I need to. I need to interrogate him. If you don't
• 8:20
  mind, Grizz.
• 8:21
  >> Skylar: Oh, you can come along.
• 8:22
  >> Dave: Maki's picking up the vials off the ground.
• 8:26
  >> Quinn: Where are you getting. Where are you getting
• 8:28
  Euphoria from?

  >> Skylar: Sprout, you can come with us to talk with
• 8:33
  Gravestone.

  >> Quinn: I kind of want to do it now.

  >> Skylar: Well, let's just all do it.

  >> Quinn: All right. I never met Gravestone, so I'm kind of

  excited.

  >> Skylar: I was gonna say, like, you've been.

  >> Skylar: Asking, like, I want to meet Grace. I want to be

  Gravestone the whole time.

  >> Quinn: And then I think he's. I don't actually think he's

  involved now. I really don't.

  >> Skylar: But at least it's your chance.

  >> Quinn: But it's my chance. Yeah, I guess. But I wanted to

  interrogate him on the spot because I could go

  into his thoughts, too.

  >> Skylar: Maybe you can do that upstairs with Gravestone.

  and then, of course, Sprout is like, you're still

  holding Sprout?

  >> Skylar: And he's like, no, wait, no, wait.

  >> Quinn: We don't have to go knock at Gravestone.
• 9:03
  >> Skylar: We don't have to bring him in.

  >> Skylar: And then.

  >> Skylar: And Grizzle two says, oh, yeah, we do.

  >> Skylar: It's.

  >> Skylar: This has gone too far.

  >> Skylar: And so he starts to lead you guys to that employee
• 9:14
  only door. Are the rest of you guys. I mean, Maki,

  you're with him. the rest of you guys are still

  hanging out over at the bar? Yeah.

  >> Skylar: Yeah.

  >> Skylar: Okay. Okay, sounds good. Do you guys have

  something that you're doing at the bar, or do you

  want me to keep going with these guys?

  >> Cameron: you are welcome to keep going with those.

  >> Dave: I won't.

  >> Quinn: I won't.

  >> Cameron: I won't stop you there. They're kind of, they're

  kind of knee deep.

  >> Skylar: So.

  >> Skylar: Okay, yeah, we're just ankle deep. So Grizzletooth

  leads the. Well three of you and then himself, he

  goes up to the employee only door and he pulls out

  a key. He unlocks it and he gestures for you guys
• 9:47
  to go in. It's just a stairwell that goes straight
• 9:49
  up. There's like a carpeting that goes down the
• 9:52
  center section of the stairs. and then he closes
• 9:54
  the door behind you guys and relocks it. And all
• 9:56
  of you head upstairs. you turn a corner and
• 9:59
  there's a big office. And you realize that it
• 10:02
  actually has like glass and it outlooks over the
• 10:05
  rest of the club. But it's not something that you
• 10:07
  would have noticed because it must be some kind of
• 10:09
  like one one sided glass. It's a big open office.
• 10:13
  There's bookshelves. It's kind of classic. There's
• 10:15
  a big wooden desk. There's a, one of those like,
• 10:17
  wooden office chair type things that can swivel
• 10:19
  around and stuff. and then there's a handful of
• 10:22
  chairs as well. you set down Sprout in the center
• 10:26
  one. And then everybody kind of just sits around
• 10:28
  him to keep him from going anywhere. Grizzle Tooth
• 10:30
  puts his hand on his shoulder to like give him
• 10:34
  the.
• 10:34
  >> Skylar: Don't go anywhere.
• 10:36
  >> Skylar: And as you guys sit there waiting, you hear
• 10:38
  footsteps slowly coming down the wooden floor. And
• 10:44
  all of a sudden a figure steps into the room. This
• 10:50
  figure is probably about 6 foot tall. He wears
• 10:56
  bright purple, a bright purple cloak, long cloak
• 11:02
  that stretches all the way down past his feet. And
• 11:06
  he's got sort of the, the very classic kind of
• 11:10
  classy, looking. He's got a white shirt that kind
• 11:13
  of peeks out of a brown vest. He's got a big top
• 11:17
  hat on and he has his collars that come all the
• 11:20
  way up to create a really dense shadow around his,
• 11:23
  his face so you can't see what he looks like. He
• 11:26
  looks very, posh Pirate would be a way to put it.
• 11:30
  He's got big old like brown leather gloves on his
• 11:32
  hands and big old brown leather shoes on his feet.
• 11:37
  He's got dark brown pants that stretch down and
• 11:40
  kind of tuck underneath those. And he comes in and
• 11:43
  he sits down in his chair and he says.
• 11:47
  >> Skylar: Well, well, well, Sprout. Got yourself in some
• 11:52
  trouble, have you?
• 11:53
  >> Skylar: And Grizzle two says, yeah.
• 11:56
  >> Skylar: Turns out he's been dealing euphoria.

  >> Skylar: He sets the box down and he Slides it over, and
• 12:04
  you see one of Gravestones, leathered hands reach
• 12:07
  out and open up the box and sees the vials inside.
• 12:10
  He closes them, and he kind of puts it over off to
• 12:12
  the side of his desk.
• 12:13
  >> Skylar: And he says, man, this is bad. This is pretty bad.
• 12:20
  >> Skylar: Sprout.
• 12:21
  >> Skylar: You've been a bad boy, and I am very disappointed
• 12:27
  in you, and you need to be punished.

  >> Skylar: Sprout is sitting there, and Gravestone kind of
• 12:37
  pushes Sprout's chair closer to the desk, and
• 12:40
  Sprouts just like Sprout at this point, Sprout
• 12:42
  just has his hands out, and he says, like, it's
• 12:44
  not fair.
• 12:45
  >> Skylar: Graves. No, I was just trying to impress you guys.
• 12:48
  You know, ever since you. You let me sit in on the
• 12:50
  meetings. But then you wouldn't grant me the title
• 12:53
  of a member. It just. It doesn't make sense. It's
• 12:57
  not fair. So I was just trying to prove to you
• 12:59
  guys that I. I could be of use, you know, that I

  could do something.

  >> Skylar: I, don't want to hear it, Sprout. I explicitly

  told you that euphoria, was off the table. Now,

  you need to be punished.

  >> Skylar: And you see. You see Gravestone's leathered hand

  just start to reach out slowly towards Sprout. And

  as it does, you see all his fingers, fold inwards
• 13:27
  into almost a fist, except for his index finger
• 13:30
  and his thumb. And he tucks the index finger under
• 13:34
  his thumb, and he reaches out right up to Sprout's
• 13:38
  nose, and he flicks it. He flicks his nose. That
• 13:46
  stings.

  >> Skylar: I was already broken because this guy punched me.
• 13:49
  >> Skylar: Well, you've been a bad, bad boy.
• 13:52
  >> Skylar: Anyways, and he.

  >> Skylar: He pulls down his.

  >> Skylar: His collars, right, that have been up this whole
• 13:57
  time. And he takes his hat off, and he is a

  skeleton underneath. And he takes off his. His

  glove that he just finished flicking Sprout, with.

  And it's just a bone hand. And he reaches out to
• 14:12
  shake yours, and he says, sorry about that.

  >> Skylar: didn't mean to be rude or anything like that. My

  name is Gravestone. You look quite familiar. Lil

  Sauce, right?

  >> Quinn: Yeah, that's right.

  >> Skylar: Wonderful to meet you.

  >> Skylar: Wonderful to meet you. And I don't think I've had

  he pulls out two little tickets, and he hands them

  to you guys. And on it, you see there's, like, a

  little circle. And then popping out of the circle

  is gravestone. He's got a big old thumbs up, and
• 15:04
  it just says, free drink. One free drink.

  >> Skylar: He says, why don't you guys go downstairs and

  treat yourselves to a free drink on me. just let

  stuff they just kind of toss on the ground. They

  pull out maces and they start to kind of like

  start swinging at it, trying to hit him. Gotcha.

  place or something like that. But then next to

  that, there's just a regular sized typical door

  that you could get into.

  abandoned warehouse, which features old fading

  imagery for Steelborn Industries, obviously an

  abandoned and unused facility previously owned by

  the company. Yet it looks as if the facility is

  thriving. And as you guys enter, you see people in
• 38:05
  bodysuits that are hauling barrels and crates in
• 38:09
  and out of kind of a back section, between
• 38:11
  different, like, sections of this warehouse where
• 38:14
  things are being processed in a variety of ways.

  Additionally, within this facility, you see a
• 38:21
  variety of different things. First of all, up near
• 38:23
  the far end, up on top and Kind of making its way
• 38:27
  all the way around. There's like these big
• 38:28
  walkways, or not big walkways, but there's like
• 38:30
  walkways made of like metal. there are these
• 38:35
  stairs, that lead up to those walkways on either
• 38:38
  side of the warehouse. And then at the end of
• 38:41
  those walkways, kind of in the center, on the very
• 38:44
  back end of this warehouse, you see what looks
• 38:46
  like the main office. Right. Whoever's in charge
• 38:48
  of this place is probably either up there or
• 38:50
  that's where their, their stuff is usually at. the
• 38:53
  facility itself, for lack of better description.
• 38:57
  If you imagine in Shrek 2, the fairy godmothers
• 39:02
  like potion facility, that's kind of what that
• 39:04
  looks like. it's all white. You know, it's got
• 39:07
  those like really annoying lights that like kind
• 39:09
  of give you a little bit of a headache. one
• 39:11
  interesting thing that you notice is that
• 39:13
  throughout one processing section of this facility
• 39:16
  where it looks like they're getting, a portion of
• 39:18
  the chemicals that they need for this drug, you
• 39:21
  see these sort of vats, these glass vats that
• 39:24
  reach up and there's sort of a makeshift ceiling

  piece that goes up there that's only, you know,
• 39:29
  you could reach up and touch it. It's only that
• 39:31
  high. And inside these vats you see these human
• 39:34
  sized mushroom looking people. if any of you are
• 39:40
  from any of your characters might be familiar at
• 39:42
  all with like some of the underd. Dark stuff.

  >> Skylar: Were exactly before we, before you guys got

  transported here. These are myconids and we met

  see vats which look like these big like cauldrons

  where it looks like they're mixing the chemicals.

  they're dumping things in. There's people in the

  full body suits, like I mentioned before, that are

  dumping things in. And then there are like tubes

  and stuff that extend from these, these vats. you

  see nearby there, there's a bunch of these sort of

  wide lockers. And you see they are going to these
• 40:19
  lockers and taking a lot of the ingredients out,
• 40:21
  which they take over to the cauldrons and they mix
• 40:23
  in. And finally another thing that you see is on
• 40:27
  the entire other half of this warehouse facility,
• 40:31
  there are crates full of knitted hats. And as you
• 40:36
  watch, you see a person in a full bodysuit take
• 40:39
  one of these hats out. They take one of the vials
• 40:42
  of fully processed euphoria and they slide it into
• 40:46
  a little pouch on the Knitted hat. And then you
• 40:49
  see them pop a little button that was there. into
• 40:52
  place. Smh.
