Najah: If you are in any role of leadership, I need you to understand your responsibility to the people under you. you don't get to just give orders, make decisions, then point fingers at everybody else when things go wrong. You're running this ship. So when something isn't right. It's your responsibility to make sure it gets corrected. Whether you cause the problem or not, you're accountable for how it's handled. The people you lead should not have to keep paying for what you refuse to take responsibility for. They shouldn't have to work for you or with you. Under those conditions. And I hope more people call out their leadership and find leaders who actually take the responsibility seriously. Because if you can't handle being accountable Baby. You have no business being in charge.
