1:19
[SPEAKER_01]: Shit 90's shows taught me.
1:25
[SPEAKER_00]: Shit 90's shows taught me was not filmed before live studio audience.
1:31
[SPEAKER_03]: Are you ready to slay another day?
1:33
[SPEAKER_03]: So are we.
1:35
[SPEAKER_03]: Welcome back to Shit 90's shows taught me.
1:37
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just here with my co-host Sarah Humphrey Sarah, how are you?
1:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Jess, I have met the big bad of season seven and he's a fucking breakhouse ugly mother fucker.
1:49
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like, are we supposed to know who?
1:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know him.
1:53
[SPEAKER_03]: When they're like, oh, the first.
1:55
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, oh, Daddy Vamps.
1:57
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, you know me.
1:58
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, what do you mean the first?
2:00
[SPEAKER_03]: He's the hour first.
2:01
[SPEAKER_02]: He's hour hour first.
2:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
2:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the funny thing was, is this, she was like, guys, meh and before, which made me question, like, wait, have we met him before or not, like met?
2:10
[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, she's like, I know.
2:12
[SPEAKER_02]: And I guess, like, maybe it's in like vampire, slayer, training,
2:16
[SPEAKER_03]: there's probably books and shit about him and like like your first day of a slayer training, you're like given like a whole video about him, I'm sure.
2:24
[SPEAKER_02]: The history, which we never got.
2:27
[SPEAKER_02]: You would think that we would have gotten some reference to the Uber Daddy Bams, but I guess not.
2:37
[SPEAKER_03]: No, but he is big time ago.
2:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my heavens.
2:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my heavens.
2:41
[SPEAKER_02]: So ugly.
2:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't even know how those little minions even work for him because it would be like my boss is so ugly.
2:49
[SPEAKER_02]: It's so distracting.
2:51
[SPEAKER_02]: How am I supposed to do some evil work with my boss was like extra gross looking.
2:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he was trapped underneath.
3:03
[SPEAKER_02]: a seal, a seal, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a
3:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Do I care that he's here?
3:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, do you care about this?
3:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I think I would care more if I knew who the fuck this guy was.
3:29
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, does he have a name?
3:31
[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't heard one.
3:33
[SPEAKER_03]: So for now, he is still, he's the first.
3:36
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I feel like if you're gonna label him as the first, he has a lot to live up to.
3:41
[SPEAKER_03]: And so far, he is not exceeding expectations, but, yeah.
3:45
[SPEAKER_03]: We'll get there.
3:47
[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, we're talking about feces in seven episode nine never leave me and we're going to later on this podcast.
3:53
[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to catch up on Courtney's corner.
3:55
[SPEAKER_03]: I've watched two episodes of Angel.
3:58
[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I should get applause.
3:59
[SPEAKER_03]: I should get medals.
4:00
[SPEAKER_03]: I should get so much for that effort.
4:03
[SPEAKER_03]: But
4:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, first we have to talk through what happened on Buffy, we have plenty of different places we can talk about.
4:15
[SPEAKER_03]: I think I want to start with Andrew.
4:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Because Andrew is back as of last episode, we saw him stabbed Jonathan.
4:24
[SPEAKER_03]: We have Warren Chitty Chitty Chatten in his ear, who is
4:32
[SPEAKER_03]: And he has like this like leather jacket glow-up situation happening, but he's still a dweeb.
4:38
[SPEAKER_02]: The most I've been interested in Andrew was with his new costume to be honest.
4:44
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like he was trying to be spike.
4:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I thought it worked for him though.
4:48
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that which just makes it feel like spikes outfit is not like spike makes the outfit the outfit makes spike maybe.
4:59
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, interesting.
5:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Because I felt like Warren couldn't pull off the look.
5:03
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, no, because Andrew pulled off the look.
5:06
[SPEAKER_03]: So that's what I meant.
5:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Andrew can't pull off the look.
5:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Really?
5:09
[SPEAKER_02]: You thought, so I thought that he looked.
5:11
[SPEAKER_03]: No, because he's a little baby bitch.
5:13
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, literally anyone says anything to him and he's like, oh,
5:19
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, yeah, I can't, he is a dweeb, he's a loser, he can't do anything right.
5:27
[SPEAKER_03]: And he literally just wants Warren's dick in his mouth like all the time.
5:34
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
5:36
[SPEAKER_03]: And so Warren is like, oh, don't worry, it's not your fault.
5:39
[SPEAKER_03]: It didn't work like apparently killing Jonathan using Jonathan's blood was supposed to open up this like seal situation.
5:48
[SPEAKER_03]: But it didn't work.
5:49
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I don't know, Jonathan's blood isn't like potent enough.
5:52
[SPEAKER_03]: He's too small, he didn't have enough blood in his body.
5:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, for whatever reason, the ritual didn't work.
5:59
[SPEAKER_03]: And Jonathan's body is to blame.
6:02
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, well, Andrew did only stab.
6:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Jonathan once and when we see later they kind of did some sort of pattern on spike and apparently that did work but yes and it's made to us he's also too small I don't know it didn't work also Andrew kind of stinks at everything he does as you said he said he did something wrong it didn't work and now it has to be it's up to the hooded
6:32
[SPEAKER_03]: I list people that need to to right this mistake I do and also but if you made it sound like we've she has fought the hooded I list people before and I don't know if these I don't recall the nights of Beethoven what were those ones called I didn't think so you don't talking about though I do yeah I do but say in the um yeah I see them then I took potassium yeah
6:59
[SPEAKER_03]: That's who I thought, I mean, but they were hoods, right, but they had eyes.
7:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that they were They had eyes.
7:09
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that night's of Poe, but don't, but has them, but
7:15
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we called the Knights of Potassium.
7:16
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm truly couldn't tell you what their real names are.
7:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they were pointless and useless and maybe they'll come back.
7:22
[SPEAKER_02]: But, but, damn, the, okay, I don't think that they are the same group of people.
7:29
[SPEAKER_02]: I do think that they are wasting our TV screen, like the Knights of Potassium.
7:35
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, what if, I'm going into this later, but like, because Buff, like you said, Buffy says, like, oh, I fought them before blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
7:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe what she is saying is by I've thought them before she means slayers of the past have fought them before because remember we keep seeing scenes of like these fuckers like yeah killing who we assume our slayers yeah it's that those are the same people like they have same they are the what like we have seen them before you're right in those scenes in particular I just don't know.
8:12
[SPEAKER_02]: If we've seen Buffy fight them.
8:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
8:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean like maybe in the last nine episodes We have I just can't recall and I also don't remember what these people are called they're because Because I guess I'm just I just didn't I don't like we know.
8:28
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't like we're supposed to know But either way so back to Andrew I truly don't understand these fuckers planned because it's like wariness like well We got a kill a pig however
8:41
[SPEAKER_03]: If Jonathan, who is a human, yeah, weighing at least a hundred pounds, does not have enough blood in his system, to open the seal, why is a teeny tiny piglet gonna carry enough blood?
8:57
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, well, I don't want to eat eight, eight pigs.
9:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, he can't find a bigger peg.
9:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Like this is the tiniest peg I've ever seen.
9:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Number one, like most pit that peg, that peg.
9:10
[SPEAKER_03]: That peg was so small.
9:12
[SPEAKER_03]: I think he meant the peg blood that he was... Well, then he goes to the butcher, right?
9:16
[SPEAKER_03]: He can't kill a peg because again, he sucks.
9:18
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm glad he couldn't because that little peg.
9:20
[SPEAKER_03]: runaway man.
9:23
[SPEAKER_03]: He orders a bunch of shit from a butcher and he adds on pigs blood to try to disguise the fact that he's a weirdo who's ordering pigs blood and then he also asks for tooth based.
9:38
[SPEAKER_02]: This guy was like, we are not a convenience store.
9:41
[SPEAKER_02]: We don't sell toothpaste.
9:42
[SPEAKER_03]: And he calls him Neo, which is a very funny, like, um, um, what's a conference?
9:48
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, it's a, what's the movie?
9:49
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, the movie Matrix.
9:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
9:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, Matrix.
9:54
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so anyway, like he, he's trying to get a bunch of pigs.
9:57
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, again, I don't understand if
10:00
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, I don't think the volume of the blood was the issue.
10:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, but okay, meaning it's to be like a worthy person is part of it.
10:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Not that like, maybe spice of where the person, I don't know.
10:12
[SPEAKER_02]: We didn't really get much explanation.
10:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Why John, why I'm confused.
10:17
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe it was an incantation issue, especially because theoretically, right?
10:23
[SPEAKER_03]: theoretically.
10:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, Mystique has multiple feelers out.
10:29
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, you don't just apply to one job and hope you get it.
10:32
[SPEAKER_03]: You apply to multiple jobs.
10:34
[SPEAKER_03]: You throw so many feelers and hopefully you get something with all the feelers.
10:39
[SPEAKER_03]: And so Mystique is like, okay, we got Islamen.
10:42
[SPEAKER_03]: We're gonna work on them.
10:43
[SPEAKER_03]: We got Spike.
10:44
[SPEAKER_03]: We're gonna work on him.
10:45
[SPEAKER_03]: We got Andrew.
10:46
[SPEAKER_03]: We're gonna work on him.
10:48
[SPEAKER_03]: And so he has all of these people, we got apparently the principal.
10:51
[SPEAKER_03]: We're gonna work on him.
10:54
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, hopefully between one of these schmucks were able to open the seal and get a go out of the ground.
11:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
11:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Andrew, she's like, she's like, she's always some time like, yeah, we're choosing him, I don't know.
11:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, him, but also we additionally get Warren and we additionally get Jonathan in these scenes as well, which is, you know, I thought that we're done with it.
11:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I was kind of excited when they,
11:20
[SPEAKER_02]: when they went to Mexico and we, I thought we weren't going to see them anymore and Warren was dead, but no, that's not the case.
11:28
[SPEAKER_02]: We need to get Jonathan every single season for no fucking reason at all.
11:34
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I did like the scenes with the Andrew when he was
11:41
[SPEAKER_02]: against Willow because they willow found him at the butcher.
11:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, she's on a blood mission for spikes, separately, uh, strip of story line and I agree with you.
11:52
[SPEAKER_03]: I loved the, I'm not bad anymore.
11:54
[SPEAKER_03]: I do good things now and then him, him being like,
11:58
[SPEAKER_03]: Just their whole interaction her like intimidating him.
12:01
[SPEAKER_03]: I agree.
12:01
[SPEAKER_03]: I really enjoy evil.
12:03
[SPEAKER_02]: She which or which you should be afraid of me and then later on is that but your hair's not black anymore.
12:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so I thought that was good.
12:10
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought the scene with Andrew and onya and
12:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Zander was pretty funny to see because, you know, Zander and Ania got to do their, like, buddy Cobb, good cop, bad cop, but also like they're always the comedic relief.
12:27
[SPEAKER_02]: So I liked them in that scene as well.
12:29
[SPEAKER_02]: I think this was the one episode that I enjoyed and enjoyed the most, which I've never said before.
12:36
[SPEAKER_02]: So
12:40
[SPEAKER_03]: We barely saw him with the other loser trio members.
12:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Like it was mostly with the Scoobies that we saw him.
12:47
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
12:47
[SPEAKER_03]: And I think him being like a pathetic little Weasel around the Scoobies is much more fun.
12:52
[SPEAKER_03]: And I agree with you on the Ania's and her front.
12:55
[SPEAKER_03]: I thought them getting to do like good cut bad cop.
12:58
[SPEAKER_03]: was actually really fun, especially like zander telling Andrew all about on you being a vengeance demon and then like on you coming in and like beating him up and then accidentally like slapping zander like I thought that entire thing was very very funny and really really worked for me because it just shows like how much of a little weasel he is that like she pretty much has to do nothing to get him to like squeal right which again it seems like the issue with
13:26
[SPEAKER_03]: the mystique choosing Andrew as like one of their subjects, you know what I mean?
13:33
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I think that because he was about to and it wasn't until Spike got
13:42
[SPEAKER_02]: sung to again where he kind of went to full beast vampire mode and stopped Andrew so that he wouldn't spill all the secrets that Andrew had.
13:53
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I thought that some like some of it was.
13:58
[SPEAKER_02]: was really funny.
13:58
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to think of like there was something something else that like another line or something I thought was humorous.
14:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I liked once again, Buffy was like oh like Andrews in the other room and Spike was like who and then Buffy was like oh like someone's brother like that bit was keep going on.
14:19
[SPEAKER_02]: So there was like some moments that I thought I thought
14:28
[SPEAKER_02]: But, man, I really, I really could never see this kid again and be okay.
14:34
[SPEAKER_03]: I agree.
14:34
[SPEAKER_03]: I thought the line where he asks Willow to like keep his skin on was very funny.
14:42
[SPEAKER_03]: But I agree with you.
14:42
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't need this guy anymore.
14:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Like he gets bit by spike.
14:45
[SPEAKER_03]: He's still alive, so like theoretically.
14:49
[SPEAKER_03]: Right, because I'm trying to think when the when the I list hooded guys come in, they don't kill Andrew, at least I don't remember them doing that.
14:56
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't I guess he's around.
14:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I didn't remember what I was trying to remember to it's like how it left and I just remember.
15:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's still there.
15:06
[SPEAKER_02]: I just, like, obviously, they took spikes.
15:09
[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, it was all big like distraction to take him.
15:12
[SPEAKER_03]: Before we move on from the scoobies, though, I need to talk very briefly about what the fuck on ya is wearing.
15:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't remember
15:24
[SPEAKER_03]: It is so weird what they put her in this episode.
15:29
[SPEAKER_03]: She's wearing like, there's a deer on her shirt, like with antlers, like it's like very rednecky.
15:37
[SPEAKER_03]: It's very much like, I'm gonna put on my camel and go hunting.
15:41
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, why is this character wearing this?
15:44
[SPEAKER_03]: What's happening?
15:46
[SPEAKER_03]: She went to Bass Pro Shop and got literally, there was a sale on deer shirts
15:54
[SPEAKER_03]: Let me see if I can find it.
15:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Unfortunately, I watched the episode on Hulu, so I don't know if I'm going to be able to.
16:02
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, wait, no, I did.
16:03
[SPEAKER_03]: I found a picture of it.
16:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, it's easy.
16:05
[SPEAKER_03]: I just don't remember any deer shirt.
16:08
[SPEAKER_03]: It's really unfortunate.
16:10
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't understand who made the call to be like, this is a shirt on you would wear.
16:17
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, why, why is this?
16:22
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
16:23
[SPEAKER_02]: It is very important.
16:25
[SPEAKER_02]: I do remember this sort of shirt though with the plain sleeves and like the shit on the front.
16:33
[SPEAKER_02]: I think I had something similar But with like purple sleeves and like some sort of like butterfly bullshit butterfly.
16:40
[SPEAKER_02]: So we're very like 90s early.
16:45
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
16:46
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
16:47
[SPEAKER_02]: Butterfly purple shirt, man.
16:51
[SPEAKER_02]: I remember this shirt so vividly.
16:52
[SPEAKER_02]: And it was like this.
16:54
[SPEAKER_02]: It was like the same sort of like plain sleeves with like the shit in the middle.
16:59
[SPEAKER_03]: It's just so weird and I was so distracted by it.
17:03
[SPEAKER_03]: Like why is there a deer?
17:04
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not even sure what it's going on.
17:07
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
17:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe she's like a big fan of deer.
17:11
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, she likes to go hunting now because you can't be like, uh, it wasn't really chemo.
17:17
[SPEAKER_02]: We like, it's dead.
17:19
[SPEAKER_03]: There's weird.
17:20
[SPEAKER_02]: There's uglier things out there.
17:22
[SPEAKER_02]: I wouldn't wear it.
17:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I would not, but there's definitely like uglier shit out there in the world.
17:28
[SPEAKER_03]: So anyway, that's kind of what happens with the Scoobies.
17:31
[SPEAKER_03]: Let's talk about, I guess, spike here, because it kind of intertwines with all of this, where, like, Buffy has decided, okay, we're keeping an eye on spike, because we think he's gonna hold the intel that we need to figure out who this big bat is, what's going on.
17:50
[SPEAKER_03]: to on his credit.
17:52
[SPEAKER_03]: She's like, I'm pretty sure William the bloody is back.
17:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I don't know why we're not staking him.
17:58
[SPEAKER_03]: And Sarah, I've been forced this question.
18:01
[SPEAKER_03]: We were so quick.
18:03
[SPEAKER_03]: And my wee, I mean, the scoobies were so quick to be like,
18:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
18:08
[SPEAKER_03]: On your let loose a worm.
18:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go kill her.
18:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
18:11
[SPEAKER_03]: No, she's not only our friend, but someone one of our scoobies was engaged to like, no, she found a long side us.
18:19
[SPEAKER_03]: No, we're just literally going to kill her.
18:20
[SPEAKER_03]: That's the solution.
18:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Meanwhile, spike.
18:24
[SPEAKER_03]: a vampire, and known Betty, who was a history of being a Betty, who attempted to rape one of our Scoobies, instead of just staking him and calling it a day, no, we're going to just tie him to a chair.
18:39
[SPEAKER_02]: It's because Buffy's in love with him, so it's like she gets the last say, she is the law, she's said it.
18:49
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, Zander said this is the same thing when this whole thing came up, but it's just like she makes her own rules.
18:55
[SPEAKER_02]: She's like the, if she, if Buffy was like, hey, you know what, I think it is time to kill Spike.
19:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Spike literally in this episode was like, please kill me.
19:04
[SPEAKER_02]: He has many times.
19:06
[SPEAKER_02]: And he said last episode too.
19:07
[SPEAKER_03]: And she was like, no, I'm sorry.
19:11
[SPEAKER_02]: There's only one reason why and because the A, the audience and B, Buffy is in love with Spikes.
19:20
[SPEAKER_02]: So we may not It doesn't logically make sense.
19:23
[SPEAKER_02]: Like he should have been uninvited a billion years ago He should have been in state a million years ago, but we're gonna keep him around for no reason He's really a dud this season.
19:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I
19:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I, like, I miss his, his soullessness.
19:39
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that we should get rid of the soul, honestly.
19:41
[SPEAKER_03]: I, okay, I kind of agree.
19:45
[SPEAKER_03]: I think I have multiple opinions on this.
19:47
[SPEAKER_03]: Number one, obviously the attempted rape has ruined any sort of attempted character progression for me.
19:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I think if we just have it be that spike,
20:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Realizes that like he needs a soul because he loves Buffy and like for her to love him, he needs to have a soul and that's all it takes for him to or the sex with Anna is kind of what pings in his brain that he needs to do this.
20:13
[SPEAKER_03]: That works and that's very easy to then get to where we are right here.
20:17
[SPEAKER_03]: However, the fact that we had the attempted rape in my opinion just completely wipes away any care I have about this character and on top of that to your point,
20:27
[SPEAKER_03]: his soullessness was what made him fun and like interesting.
20:32
[SPEAKER_03]: And now he's just a pile of like mushy sadness and that's really just no fun.
20:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Like he's blabbering to himself.
20:42
[SPEAKER_03]: He's sad all the time when he's not sad, he's trying to kill people.
20:47
[SPEAKER_03]: Like he's just not fun to watch right now.
20:50
[SPEAKER_03]: And like
20:54
[SPEAKER_03]: interesting like the relationship is interesting.
20:59
[SPEAKER_03]: I guess I just have a tough time because okay so you say you think Buffy is in love with him.
21:04
[SPEAKER_02]: And that's the only reason why she can sit on keeping him around I think like why else like why I mean like it's either if I am like meta or like breaking the fourth wall I think the real reason is because the audience loves him, but I can't 100% I can't see that in the sense of the show plot.
21:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so then it has to be like
21:30
[SPEAKER_02]: Buffy is like in love with him either intentionally or um like no sub some consciously whatever consciously is in love with him or knows that she has feelings for him and it has yet to admit it because there's like no other reason why in the sense of the story to keep him around.
21:52
[SPEAKER_02]: unless I go breaking the fourth ball, which I think is the actual reason, but we can't do that.
21:58
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, that's see, I'm in total agreement with you because I think the actual 100% no questions asked reason why Spike is not dead is because of the fans and the show loves him and the actor and all of that, right?
22:11
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that is the obvious thing.
22:12
[SPEAKER_03]: That is, and I think that in my opinion, really rubs against
22:18
[SPEAKER_03]: what they're trying to do with the plot where it's like they're trying to make us question like okay does Buffy loves Spike does she still have feelings for him when
22:28
[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's like how could she and they told us so many times that like even in this episode, even in this episode, Spike says to her like, you used me, you hated yourself and you took it out on me, right?
22:42
[SPEAKER_03]: Like even in this very episode, they try to like excuse it away of like buffy hated herself and Spike was the only one who kind of understood how depressed.
22:53
[SPEAKER_03]: and awful she felt and what she had gone through and that was what they connected her to him and she used, yes, she did use him in that way.
23:01
[SPEAKER_03]: And I think love really ends up the word love, the concept of love really complicates all of it.
23:07
[SPEAKER_03]: And and and
23:09
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know how, after what spike does, you could be like, you could argue like, yes, buffy is in love with spike.
23:17
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, but like, and I know they're like very complicated relationships that exist in real life of like,
23:24
[SPEAKER_03]: people going to be used and you know right like relationships get very complicated, but I do think that the plot armor of spike in my opinion really bots up against the plot reasons they're trying to use for like keeping him around.
23:39
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so let's get like armchair expert here, right?
23:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
23:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody has
23:47
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this kind of applies more to Dawn, but let's say it applies to Buffy as well, because it mostly does everybody's always left Buffy.
23:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Like her father's left Buffy, her mom died, which is not she didn't intentionally leave Buffy.
24:00
[SPEAKER_03]: But she's gone, yeah.
24:02
[SPEAKER_02]: Angel left Buffy, Riley chose to lose Buffy.
24:06
[SPEAKER_02]: everybody leaves Buffy or remember that guy she dated for like one second in college and then left her that really fucks her up for a long time.
24:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know before it really did fuck her up before she met Riley like
24:22
[SPEAKER_02]: Spike is the only man in her life besides Zander, but whatever, but in her mind, maybe is the only man in her life or like person who not only like stays.
24:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Giles left too, Giles left too, stays.
24:38
[SPEAKER_02]: It has decided to like go and better himself and then come back to prove for him like maybe she's thinking like this guy actually really does care about me because not only like does he stay like year after year, but he also.
24:56
[SPEAKER_02]: like made sacrifices.
24:58
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
24:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I'm just like it's not that like I'm just if I'm just trying to figure out like what it has something to do.
25:06
[SPEAKER_02]: She is clear of abandonment issues.
25:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I said, Don does too.
25:10
[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's like you're globbing on to the people that's day.
25:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Like why?
25:16
[SPEAKER_03]: No, I think you're right.
25:17
[SPEAKER_03]: I think I could totally see an argument for specifically with men.
25:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Buffy, I mean, she has daddy issues, right?
25:26
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, she doesn't want the men to leave.
25:30
[SPEAKER_03]: So she's willing to kind of put up with more bullshit as opposed to someone like Ania, who she's never liked.
25:37
[SPEAKER_03]: So let's be clear.
25:38
[SPEAKER_03]: She's never liked.
25:39
[SPEAKER_03]: She's never welcomed with an open arms into the Scoobies.
25:42
[SPEAKER_03]: She's so quick to be like, we have to kill her on like Spike, who she obviously has like a more complicated history with and a complicated relationship with.
25:54
[SPEAKER_03]: I think she doesn't want to give up on him for many reasons, but one of which he kind of represents his very dark time in her life, right where the connection she had to him was right after she comes back from being dead right after she comes back from like heaven and gets ripped out and he was kind of the only one she told that to.
26:16
[SPEAKER_03]: I think like for that reason sometimes those people
26:21
[SPEAKER_03]: are like almost immune, they can kind of do whatever they want, carte blanche to like step all over you, and you're willing to kind of move on from it.
26:31
[SPEAKER_03]: And I wonder to if,
26:35
[SPEAKER_03]: when she sees him in the moments where she can see that he has a soul when he's like regretful and, you know, remorseful about what he's done when he's been hypnotized for lack of a better term.
26:51
[SPEAKER_03]: She can see that he's like very much human in those moments that he like feels awful about it.
26:57
[SPEAKER_03]: And like, I don't know.
26:59
[SPEAKER_03]: I guess she just sympathizes with him a bit.
27:01
[SPEAKER_02]: He's also a project.
27:03
[SPEAKER_02]: She probably likes their different projects.
27:06
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
27:07
[SPEAKER_02]: And on top of that,
27:09
[SPEAKER_02]: like she's how can she probably feels like she can never date like a normal guy, right?
27:16
[SPEAKER_02]: Because, oh yeah, can she like explain to him, um, what she does and like how she does that the closest she got was to Riley and even Riley who, I thought,
27:32
[SPEAKER_02]: was able to fight in his own right, but even he wanted more marriage to like, leave Sunny to all the world, blah, blah.
27:43
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, she probably knows that she's not gonna be able to be with like a normal guy.
27:49
[SPEAKER_02]: She's in the minute options, right?
27:51
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, limited options, like on top of that, like, oh, I need somebody that,
27:57
[SPEAKER_02]: like, like, gets what I do.
28:01
[SPEAKER_02]: And, um, and probably doesn't expect that much from her, like, for example, she's pretty much like free to do whatever the Frick she wants during the day, because Spike came and go outside.
28:12
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I mean, she has a history of dating vampires like I don't really think that he's going to be I mean, I think I said this for Felicity.
28:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I think that she's going to choose herself at the end of all of this and not she's a man.
28:29
[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, like, that obviously did not happen in Felicity, even though we wanted it so bad.
28:35
[SPEAKER_03]: I wanted it for her.
28:36
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
28:37
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I can see that for Buffy because like I mean, like, why do we really need Buffy to be like, oh, this is my far less of a romance show than like full of city endorsements.
28:48
[SPEAKER_02]: This is my happily ever after like, but why?
28:54
[SPEAKER_03]: So basically, Spike is going through withdrawals because he had been having a lot of human blood.
29:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Now he's tied up, hasn't had any.
29:03
[SPEAKER_03]: So that's when Willow goes and gets the pigs blood.
29:06
[SPEAKER_03]: We already talked about her bumping into Andrew and he does seem a lot better and more like coherent after he's had pigs blood.
29:15
[SPEAKER_03]: And he talks about, like, Buffy starts asking him questions about, like, well, when did you start kind of having these blackouts?
29:21
[SPEAKER_03]: And he talks about, well, it was very much after he got his soul back and he had been so long since he had his soul, he kind of just figured that was the part of it.
29:33
[SPEAKER_02]: And I always experienced blackouts throughout the day with our soul.
29:38
[SPEAKER_03]: We missed time, man.
29:40
[SPEAKER_02]: It just, who knows.
29:42
[SPEAKER_02]: It's really important when I'm just going through my day and then all of a sudden it's five hours later.
29:47
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, damn, that stinky soul did it again.
29:50
[SPEAKER_03]: Did it.
29:50
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
29:53
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and so at one point, Buffy has to leave the room because the whole on your Zander and Drew situation is happening.
30:02
[SPEAKER_03]: And when she's coming back and she overhears, spike having a conversation with Mystique.
30:09
[SPEAKER_03]: And he as she's coming back and she hears a spike singing, and so luckily, because she hears that the little Scoobies are able to kind of figure out that, okay, it is the singing that's kind of like Transting him or putting him in this hypnotized state or you know, whatever it is, he just loves music.
30:32
[SPEAKER_03]: He's just a big fan.
30:34
[SPEAKER_03]: It's big songs.
30:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
30:36
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
30:38
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and, um, and so, yes.
30:42
[SPEAKER_03]: So, uh, he basically, with through the singing, he vamps out, breaks out of the chair.
30:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, it's like fight fight fight, blah, blah, blah, blah.
30:55
[SPEAKER_03]: He reaches the stars through the wall.
30:59
[SPEAKER_03]: This water house, it's never going to be fixed.
31:03
[SPEAKER_02]: No, the poverty value is dropping down down down.
31:06
[SPEAKER_02]: We'll never be able to sell it.
31:07
[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to go for like $1,500 in California, which is insanity.
31:13
[SPEAKER_02]: It's already like about worth a lot because it's in Sunnydale, the whole mouth, right?
31:18
[SPEAKER_02]: So,
31:19
[SPEAKER_02]: but even more so.
31:20
[SPEAKER_02]: So he he like hoaxed through the wall tries to like steal Andrew is I thought he was literally going to snap Andrew's neck.
31:30
[SPEAKER_03]: And but I was here for it.
31:31
[SPEAKER_03]: I would have accepted that.
31:33
[SPEAKER_03]: I would have said good job spike.
31:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Good way to go.
31:37
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but instead he just bites him and uh, Buffy's able to stop him before he fully like kills Andrew.
31:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, which then leads to spike being tied up in the basement and chains, which I'm like, why didn't we start here?
31:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, he's out of vampire.
31:52
[SPEAKER_03]: He's pretty fucking strong, but okay.
31:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Buffy is obsessed with him and she's like, oh, every like 45 minutes, I get one coherent sentence about how he's in love with me.
32:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Let me stay and listen for for that.
32:08
[SPEAKER_02]: Um, let me put him in a loosely tied rope on a cricket old chair.
32:14
[SPEAKER_02]: The old assurer have actually.
32:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
32:17
[SPEAKER_03]: The one that is like, you know, one sit away from snapping in half.
32:21
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
32:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Also before all of this before he vamps out and everything, they do have a kind of,
32:27
[SPEAKER_03]: honest conversation about spike going to get his soul back, where he had to like travel to the other side of the world, make a deal with the demon, rituals, torture, pain and suffering, and he says, it's all relative, I've come to redefine the words pain and suffering since I fell in love with you.
32:45
[SPEAKER_03]: So dramatic.
32:51
[SPEAKER_03]: And he, she says, oh, are you feeling sorry for yourself?
32:54
[SPEAKER_03]: He says, I'm feeling honest with myself.
32:56
[SPEAKER_03]: You used me, which she says, yes, you told me that, of course.
33:00
[SPEAKER_03]: I never understood it though, not until now.
33:01
[SPEAKER_03]: You hated yourself and you took it out on me.
33:04
[SPEAKER_03]: And Buffy says, oh, you figured that out just now.
33:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, she told him that last season.
33:10
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, he exactly.
33:11
[SPEAKER_03]: That's what she's saying.
33:12
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I don't told you this.
33:15
[SPEAKER_02]: And he says, wait a minute, I come up with the greatest, this is like, all this me.
33:19
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, look, like, favorite this thing out in therapy.
33:22
[SPEAKER_02]: And like, you say, oh, this, this is like, bitch, I told you that, like, you're going to have a go.
33:28
[SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, nope, nope, I did the work.
33:30
[SPEAKER_03]: I just came up with this right now.
33:33
[SPEAKER_03]: This is an original thought.
33:34
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
33:35
[SPEAKER_03]: And he says that like, souls are about self, self-loving.
33:41
[SPEAKER_03]: uh... i understand you now i understand the violence inside uh... he says as bad as i was as evil and as wretched as i was i never truly hated myself back then not like i do now which obviously makes sense when you're evil you don't give a shit like
33:57
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, um, but I thought that was an interesting conversation.
34:00
[SPEAKER_02]: He also thought that he was like the greatest thing ever because like he's coming from William the bloody boring, you know, he hated himself then and then he became like a cool vampire with cool clothes and then he's like, wait a minute, I'm that bad bitch.
34:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
34:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, exactly.
34:18
[SPEAKER_03]: And after the whole Andrew thing happens, he basically is like, you should kill me.
34:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, you should absolutely kill me.
34:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, please, like, what are we doing here?
34:27
[SPEAKER_02]: This is where we get out the crossbow and the extra pointy stick and we kill him and we go, all right, we had a good run.
34:35
[SPEAKER_02]: We tried really hard.
34:37
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
34:38
[SPEAKER_02]: Because if we did kill him in this moment,
34:46
[SPEAKER_03]: because at this point, all the fucking eyelas hooded men, they're here, they're fighting everybody.
34:54
[SPEAKER_03]: It's one of those things where when you're one sense is bad, then the rest of them are heightened.
35:03
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, no, who the hell knows?
35:05
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they fight fight fight, they're like almost hurt Dawn.
35:08
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, again, it's all just smoke in mirrors because they steal Spike.
35:15
[SPEAKER_02]: you know what, best case scenario.
35:18
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just like if you're going to come and kidnap somebody in my house, please make it the most annoying one in the house.
35:25
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, take the bed.
35:26
[SPEAKER_03]: What?
35:27
[SPEAKER_02]: You take the most annoying one.
35:30
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
35:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Like don't take don, like she's like the good one.
35:35
[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, Dawn is the best.
35:37
[SPEAKER_03]: Also her outfit was so cute this episode.
35:40
[SPEAKER_03]: I really did love it.
35:41
[SPEAKER_03]: I think she's had some very cute outfits this season.
35:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but yes, so they take spike.
35:47
[SPEAKER_03]: They basically bring him down into the basement of the high school over the Hellmouth.
35:55
[SPEAKER_03]: They carve the hook him up to like a crucifix essentially.
36:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Carve symbols into his chest all while chastizing him.
36:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Misty is chastizing him as buffy.
36:07
[SPEAKER_03]: And they, and as himself, and as himself, then they pick him up with this like crane situation and put him horizontal over the seal and have him bleed all over it.
36:19
[SPEAKER_03]: And it takes like three drops of blood for it to open.
36:22
[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know what the hell was wrong with you with him.
36:24
[SPEAKER_02]: No, I think it's the, it's like the symbols more in charge.
36:28
[SPEAKER_02]: We didn't crank him up into the fork lift.
36:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Like I think we need it a little bit more pizzazz in the bleed.
36:36
[SPEAKER_02]: is the issue.
36:37
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they didn't do the full cake bootle situation.
36:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
36:42
[SPEAKER_03]: And then the seal opens and outcomes the ugliest man that we've ever seen.
36:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they're like, welcome this year's candidate for Badest Bad, biggest sub-Enginey holiday, Mr. Ago.
37:00
[SPEAKER_02]: It's beauty, it's great.
37:01
[SPEAKER_02]: He's beauty and his grace.
37:04
[SPEAKER_03]: He's Mr.
37:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Ugly.
37:10
[SPEAKER_02]: He's daddy's daddy's daddy's daddy's daddy's daddy's daddy's oh my god he's Grand-Papy-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fatty-Fat
37:32
[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, I'm back, he's like, me bitches.
37:40
[SPEAKER_03]: But I don't know you.
37:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Alright, yeah, and here's the thing.
37:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Again, it's by the way.
37:47
[SPEAKER_03]: Buffy is talking about this after they take spike, they're like her and this could be to talk about this.
37:51
[SPEAKER_03]: She's like, like, I fought these men before.
37:53
[SPEAKER_03]: It's all the same thing.
37:55
[SPEAKER_03]: I know what we're up against the first.
37:57
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, bitch, what are you talking about?
38:00
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, just like, Don, how we're like.
38:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yes.
38:03
[SPEAKER_02]: This is my sister that I've had the entire time.
38:06
[SPEAKER_02]: This is my major, my biggest enemy.
38:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I've had my entire existence that they have telling us yes, like no, you know, being cool if they like gave any sort of inkling into this at all.
38:18
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe they have.
38:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe we just didn't pay attention.
38:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Really, I don't think this is an us problem.
38:26
[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like the way they talk about it is like, oh, we should fucking know who this guy is.
38:33
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, oh, we fought them before, blah, blah, blah.
38:36
[SPEAKER_03]: What you fucking mean is this a grown-up ugly version of that like anointed one kid?
38:42
[SPEAKER_03]: No, like who the fuck is this guy?
38:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I'm just calm, grand, happy Vamps.
38:46
[SPEAKER_03]: Cause I think that's way more fun than literally anything else.
38:49
[SPEAKER_02]: He's the first vampire that ever existed.
38:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Now, how did he become this?
38:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
38:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe bull will be told.
38:57
[SPEAKER_03]: But it's even there the whole time.
38:59
[SPEAKER_03]: Because I thought...
39:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, I'm trying to remember back in season one, so like, forgive me.
39:05
[SPEAKER_03]: But when Daddy Vamps had his little, like, blood hot tub and everything, yeah, yeah.
39:12
[SPEAKER_03]: That was in this spot.
39:14
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, wasn't that underneath the library in the basement of the school?
39:19
[SPEAKER_02]: You would think that Daddy Vamps was like, would be like knocking on that metal thing and be like, Grand Pappy, where are you at?
39:26
[SPEAKER_02]: Grand Pappy.
39:28
[SPEAKER_02]: I have extra fruit punch over here if you want to share.
39:34
[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I'm saying.
39:36
[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't make any sense to me.
39:37
[SPEAKER_03]: That like this guy's been here the whole fucking time.
39:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Like what?
39:43
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
39:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Always his mouth held.
39:46
[SPEAKER_02]: No.
39:46
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, maybe.
39:48
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god.
39:50
[SPEAKER_03]: He is the from beneath you at Devours and he's been chewing chewing chew in for seven seasons.
39:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I I guess has to be and okay.
40:01
[SPEAKER_02]: So is mystique?
40:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Just mystique work for Grand Pappy Bams or just mystique is mystique.
40:07
[SPEAKER_02]: Grand Pappy Bams.
40:08
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought mystique was Grand Pappy Bams.
40:10
[SPEAKER_02]: So he has the ability to do some fuckery from beneath the metal plates.
40:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he, yeah, he's the like first.
40:17
[SPEAKER_02]: He's the strongest, right?
40:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Like he's the guy.
40:20
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, Daddy Bams couldn't even leave the house.
40:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Good.
40:25
[UNKNOWN]: He really got it.
40:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Can you even leave?
40:28
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, yeah, I don't understand this.
40:30
[SPEAKER_03]: I think this guy's ugly.
40:32
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, we want our villains high.
40:36
[SPEAKER_03]: Also did, I wasn't paying attention now that now that you mentioned that like, is Mistique Grand Peppy Vamps.
40:42
[SPEAKER_03]: When Grand Peppy Vamps popped out of the ground, didn't Mistique disappear?
40:46
[SPEAKER_03]: Did we see Mistique on the screen at the same time?
40:49
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, I was too distracted by the play.
40:51
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it was very distracting.
40:56
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
40:57
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's the room.
40:59
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, puppies.
41:00
[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I'm wondering is like, because we know we saw earlier in the episode that Warren and Andrew had the whole conversation of like, oh, I can't be, uh, what is it?
41:13
[SPEAKER_03]: I can't be corporeal.
41:14
[SPEAKER_03]: Like Andrew just put his hand through Warren.
41:17
[SPEAKER_02]: Right, because Grand Pappy was stuck in the plate.
41:21
[SPEAKER_03]: He's in the underneath.
41:22
[SPEAKER_03]: So many few it devours.
41:24
[SPEAKER_03]: But now he has a bitch up from above you.
41:27
[SPEAKER_03]: I devour.
41:29
[SPEAKER_03]: Now he's about to be devour and above, yeah.
41:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
41:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not quite sure I'm trying to play the episode, but in game the spinning wheel of death,
41:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, let me all all pull it up.
41:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so, so yes, so now this fucker is here.
41:48
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, what this means, who the fuck now is slow.
41:51
[SPEAKER_02]: This is yeah.
41:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Obviously, this is our big bad.
41:54
[SPEAKER_02]: He's the fur.
41:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I guess it makes sense that we're going to the last big bad is the first vampire that ever existed.
42:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Now, if there's no one on the first, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
42:05
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought you were, you would think it's like, hey, let me introduce you to the biggest baddest vampire that ever lived.
42:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Then it's like a season or two later.
42:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, let me in, but in, okay, the biggest baddest vampire that ever lived.
42:18
[SPEAKER_02]: And now three seasons later, like, hey, let me introduce you to the biggest baddest vampire that ever lived.
42:23
[SPEAKER_03]: I will say, um, one, he really is like, blah, I told you, he has, he has like, rodent peak.
42:33
[SPEAKER_03]: Good.
42:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, rodent, so did Daddy Vam's, like, look at, you know, but Daddy Vam's also had for their family.
42:39
[SPEAKER_03]: And a little more color in his sheet.
42:41
[SPEAKER_03]: There is a whiteness between his face.
42:43
[SPEAKER_03]: And this guy is like the grayer, wrinklyer.
42:48
[SPEAKER_03]: He's almost like,
42:49
[SPEAKER_03]: black and white version, which maybe makes sense because he's so old.
42:52
[SPEAKER_03]: He's like the black and white version of Daddy Vamps.
42:55
[SPEAKER_03]: His nails are also like um like inches long.
42:57
[SPEAKER_02]: They're so gross.
42:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Haven't you ever heard that like this like the only thing that doesn't like was stopped growing after you die is like yeah, those are something.
43:05
[SPEAKER_02]: And this is why I want to be creepy.
43:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
43:08
[SPEAKER_03]: Believe me out of that business.
43:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Also the
43:11
[SPEAKER_03]: Here are the things that no one really tells you about being pregnant and like prenatal vitamins I know are to blame.
43:17
[SPEAKER_03]: The right at which your nails grow is fucking insane, man.
43:22
[SPEAKER_03]: I'll be cutting these bitches like every other day at this point.
43:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's too much.
43:26
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
43:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, anyway, update on Grand Peppy Vamps.
43:30
[SPEAKER_03]: In the scene where he goes,
43:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe he's able to put forth the vision of mystique at the same time, or maybe that mystique is just an entity working for Grand Pappy Vamps.
43:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
43:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I don't know.
43:52
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, say anyway, a couple other things alongside this whole situation.
43:59
[SPEAKER_03]: We do get a little bit of a side plot of the principle.
44:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and we have this scene of him yelling at these students because they like to face the school blah, blah, blah, blah, don't tell him, oh, but he's not going to be in today.
44:13
[SPEAKER_03]: She has it coming out of both ends later in the episode.
44:17
[SPEAKER_03]: He's leaving the school and he's like, hmm, let me go into this no students allowed basement.
44:22
[SPEAKER_03]: I both have a user playing, maybe there was music playing, and he discovers John's body just hanging out on the seal dead and all.
44:30
[SPEAKER_03]: And he goes, hey, Barry's Jonathan's body.
44:32
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, for what reason?
44:33
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's like when I broke my stuffed animal when I was a kid.
44:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Instead of like doing something about it, like telling my parents or cleaning it, I just like stuffed the stuffing in the vent.
44:49
[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
44:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, swipping shit under the rug.
44:55
[SPEAKER_02]: What did you do with the empty sack of stuffed animal?
44:58
[SPEAKER_03]: They had just all went on the vent.
45:00
[SPEAKER_03]: You just put the whole thing in the vent.
45:03
[SPEAKER_03]: Probably, yeah.
45:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe some of it actually did go under the carpet.
45:09
[SPEAKER_02]: So you think you're gonna end trouble?
45:10
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
45:11
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
45:13
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
45:14
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, this is when in the vent.
45:15
[SPEAKER_03]: You know a lot going on in your head.
45:17
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I've never done that.
45:19
[SPEAKER_03]: No.
45:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm very very terrified of game trouble.
45:23
[SPEAKER_03]: Wow So that was going on the principal truly.
45:27
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if he's involved in any of this if he's just like But I don't know what he's doing.
45:36
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know why he's here.
45:38
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean he seems a little evil in this episode.
45:41
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not gonna lie
45:45
[SPEAKER_02]: He's like, you know what?
45:46
[SPEAKER_02]: I can't lose my job.
45:47
[SPEAKER_02]: So instead of me going to the authority about this, I'm just going to once again super under the rug, and maybe it'll just go away.
45:55
[SPEAKER_02]: And then I won't get in trouble with my superintendent.
45:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, maybe an idea.
46:00
[SPEAKER_02]: Great idea, honestly.
46:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's a good idea.
46:03
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
46:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, okay, so lastly, we have to talk about the watchers, um, because Buffy calls them, she's like, hey, where the fuck is Giles?
46:16
[SPEAKER_03]: No update on Giles.
46:17
[SPEAKER_03]: He could have at his head removed by an axe and we have no fucking idea.
46:20
[SPEAKER_03]: Probably did, bye, bye, Giles, see you later.
46:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, as he's on the phone with her, there's like fucking 12 watchers just sitting at a conference table.
46:30
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, these old white men have nothing better to do with their day.
46:34
[SPEAKER_02]: They don't have a real job.
46:35
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, they could actually be helping saving the world, but they don't.
46:39
[SPEAKER_02]: Nope.
46:40
[SPEAKER_02]: Instead, they're like, man, the girl knows nothing.
46:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
46:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
46:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Instead of sharing, like, obviously we know information instead of actually helping so that she can actually sufficiently save the world.
46:53
[SPEAKER_02]: Let's laugh at her and talk about how she doesn't know shit in this.
46:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
46:56
[SPEAKER_02]: Don't bitch didn't even ask for health care.
47:00
[SPEAKER_02]: They are the worst those watchers really bad to good thing that they all got blown up.
47:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
47:07
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah.
47:07
[SPEAKER_03]: So then, so they're like, they're really hurting.
47:11
[SPEAKER_03]: I guess like they talk about, um, they're like, oh, they took our files.
47:16
[SPEAKER_03]: They wiped out our records.
47:18
[SPEAKER_03]: We've lost like contact with our operations and Munich and Switzerland and Rome.
47:22
[SPEAKER_03]: And like everyone's like dying.
47:25
[SPEAKER_03]: They're all freaking out.
47:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and one of the guys says our fears have been confirmed.
47:31
[SPEAKER_03]: The first evil has declared
47:35
[SPEAKER_03]: Their first Vali's prove most effective, I for one think it's timely struck back, give me confirmations on all remaining operatives.
47:44
[SPEAKER_03]: To me, that sounds like other slayers in other countries.
47:47
[SPEAKER_03]: Visuals and tacticals, high-stilarch, at them here as soon as possible, begin preparations for mobilization.
47:53
[SPEAKER_03]: Once we're accounted for, I want to be ready to move.
47:56
[SPEAKER_03]: And he says, we'll be paying a visit to the Hellmouth.
47:59
[SPEAKER_03]: My friends, these are the times that define us.
48:02
[SPEAKER_03]: uh... proverbs twenty four six oh by wise counsel you shall make your war here's the thing if this is your fucking plan maybe notify the one slayer who's on the helm out before you don't get blown up
48:15
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was a miss.
48:17
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we all know we've been knowing for a while that the watchers really suck.
48:22
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, there's so much that we don't know about the watchers and how these things work out for a show so smart, they really do like to give us absolutely nothing.
48:32
[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, she was not notified.
48:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I guess, Granddaddy Vamps also has the ability to blow up
48:45
[SPEAKER_02]: Or, I guess, like, maybe it was one of the people everywhere.
48:49
[SPEAKER_02]: They play everywhere, right?
48:52
[SPEAKER_03]: They're like, they're saying that all these people in all these countries have been killed.
48:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, I guess he has power everywhere.
49:01
[SPEAKER_03]: And then he just has like operatives everywhere.
49:05
[SPEAKER_02]: Surprise that they didn't do this sooner.
49:07
[SPEAKER_02]: You would think that this would have, if anybody, if any of the villains ever, had any knowledge that the watchers had a fancy ass building in England, you wouldn't think that they would've gone blown up sooner.
49:21
[SPEAKER_02]: This is not even a secret location underground.
49:24
[SPEAKER_03]: No, they need to save room.
49:27
[SPEAKER_02]: they need to say for them.
49:29
[SPEAKER_02]: So they get blown up.
49:32
[SPEAKER_02]: Goodbye, not even sad about it because honestly, they're all terrible people that were absolutely, yeah.
49:39
[SPEAKER_02]: So goodbye, Ellie's child wasn't in the building.
49:42
[SPEAKER_02]: So
49:43
[SPEAKER_03]: maybe his head is still intact.
49:45
[SPEAKER_03]: We don't know.
49:47
[SPEAKER_03]: I would assume.
49:47
[SPEAKER_03]: I would assume that we wouldn't it wouldn't be off screen.
49:51
[SPEAKER_03]: That would happen, but like, yeah, you know.
49:55
[SPEAKER_03]: So who the hell knows what the hell is going on there?
49:59
[SPEAKER_03]: But that is where we basically in the episode with with Graham Pappy Vamps coming out the seal.
50:06
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm happy to be on a live or whatever.
50:09
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he's like I'm back.
50:12
[SPEAKER_03]: bad bitches laugh and everyone's like who the fuck are you exactly you were not on the invite lists are yep but here he is um so who the fuck I don't even know man I don't know what's gonna happen but that's where the episode leaves off um okay on a separate note
50:36
[SPEAKER_03]: Quarty's corner is back.
50:39
[SPEAKER_03]: I watched two episodes.
50:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Two to many.
50:42
[SPEAKER_02]: Two to many.
50:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Two to many.
50:46
[SPEAKER_03]: The first episode I was catching up on called habeas corpses.
50:52
[SPEAKER_03]: So Angel, what is the pissy pointy pants because he's so pissy, everyone comes back to Angel investigations after everything that happened the past episode where I told you with the Pupupu at the big guy that they can't kill.
51:13
[SPEAKER_03]: Wesley is like, lila, we're done.
51:16
[SPEAKER_03]: I can't do this anymore.
51:17
[SPEAKER_03]: Remember he's been fucking the lawyer lady.
51:19
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, of course I remember.
51:21
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so he calls it off with her.
51:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Um,
51:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Then Connor is going to wolf from in heart, this monster, this beast guy takes out everyone except one person and I'll give you a single guest as to who the soul person is that lives through the attack on the lawyer place.
51:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Lila, there you go.
51:43
[SPEAKER_03]: How did that happen?
51:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, she gets stabbed by the bad guy, but then Wesley comes in and saves her.
51:51
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah.
51:52
[SPEAKER_03]: So meanwhile, then Wesley goes back to Angel Investigations to be like, hey, BT Dubbs, this batty is in this building.
52:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, and your son's there too.
52:03
[SPEAKER_03]: So like we probably should do something about that.
52:06
[SPEAKER_03]: And so then,
52:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Angel goes back with them, it's like so confusing, truly like I don't understand anything that's happening here, but like they end up getting transferred into this big white room that looks like one of those padded rooms that they put like people and mental institutions into.
52:26
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
52:27
[SPEAKER_03]: And do you remember the little girl, there was like a tiny girl and she was on the show summer land and I pointed her out way back when and I think she's evil and she was like
52:39
[SPEAKER_03]: the beast, this batty is like sucking her energy out.
52:45
[SPEAKER_03]: And don't know why, but the little girl is like on the ground, like the answer is among you.
52:54
[SPEAKER_03]: And the beasty dude starts to like attack them, but she transports them all back to the hotel.
53:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Um,
53:02
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, ugh, fuck.
53:04
[SPEAKER_03]: And so then, Corey comes in and she's like, oh my god, I'm so happy everyone's okay, Boba.
53:10
[SPEAKER_03]: And Angel is like, what did you take your new boyfriend and leave?
53:15
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
53:16
[SPEAKER_02]: And I will.
53:17
[SPEAKER_02]: His dick is bigger than yours anyway, he's the only 16.
53:22
[SPEAKER_03]: Hehehehehehehe.
53:24
[SPEAKER_03]: No, we've established canonically, he's 18.
53:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
53:28
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's not creepy, even though it is.
53:32
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, oh my gosh, so funny, like honest to God.
53:38
[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, what are we doing?
53:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's so, so this one wasn't the most, um, what's it called?
53:45
[SPEAKER_03]: This one wasn't the most interesting, like it's definitely not all of the absence of constant.
53:54
[SPEAKER_03]: No, it wasn't, it wasn't the most like soap opera E. I felt like the next episode was like so soap opera E Because like essentially the entire next episode is like English a big pissy pinch and he's so man and he's gonna choke in his room and like
54:20
[SPEAKER_03]: Connor's also pissy pants because Cordelia is like, you know, that was only a one time thing basically, and she like, they're switching who's sleeping in the bed because there's only one bed like in the loft and he's like, I can't sleep there without you.
54:44
[SPEAKER_03]: But, but this episode, the second episode, my favorite girly pop comes back.
54:50
[SPEAKER_03]: Do you remember the girl I was saying you'd go in with the electric kids?
54:53
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
54:53
[SPEAKER_03]: She is back, baby.
54:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, she like full on.
54:58
[SPEAKER_03]: So she has like some client or something.
55:01
[SPEAKER_03]: She's in the middle of talking to him when this beastie guy literally punches his arm like through this guy's chest and like sucks the light light out of him.
55:12
[SPEAKER_03]: um well so she's like actually the fuck and uh they're all trying to figure out what the hell's going on with the beast and why the little girl said the answer is among you they all think it's referring to Connor because this guy appeared
55:30
[SPEAKER_03]: where Connor was born.
55:33
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, do you remember in the middle of like, an alley, when Darla just died?
55:37
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, good.
55:38
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
55:39
[SPEAKER_03]: The baby was so clean and just appeared on the pavement.
55:43
[SPEAKER_03]: So they all think that he's talking about Connor.
55:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
55:47
[SPEAKER_03]: And so yes, that's when I don't know, they have to go like find these people.
55:55
[SPEAKER_03]: I've really wasn't following most of any of this.
55:58
[SPEAKER_03]: But we do get some very interesting back and forth because Angel still so pissy at Cordelia who by the way still has short hair, however, it is back to being brown.
56:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, thanks so much.
56:11
[SPEAKER_03]: Thank God for that.
56:12
[SPEAKER_03]: The most important news of the day.
56:15
[SPEAKER_03]: Angel's very pissy with her.
56:17
[SPEAKER_03]: Gwen is like back and she can sense the tension between them and blah blah blah and she tries to like talk to Angel a bunch Cordelia does and they like he he won't he won't he's like no I'm not going to talk about this and there's some whole weird situation we're like
56:40
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't even know what's going on, but the beastie has this giant marble, and he puts a soul into it from someone else, and then he eats the marble.
56:51
[SPEAKER_03]: This is a sound real by swearing what I have to do with my fillet.
56:55
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and, um, anyway, so.
57:01
[SPEAKER_03]: It turns out, so Connor and the trying to fight the beast at one point, that's been like angel in the crew all come in, but not a cordially issue.
57:07
[SPEAKER_03]: It wasn't allowed to come.
57:09
[SPEAKER_03]: It's dangerous for her to come.
57:12
[SPEAKER_03]: And the beast, like, ends up being thrown into a portal.
57:19
[SPEAKER_03]: So like, they arrive almost like two late because the sky is getting like super dark in LA.
57:25
[SPEAKER_03]: And
57:27
[SPEAKER_03]: The beast knows Angel's name.
57:29
[SPEAKER_03]: He calls him like Angelus.
57:31
[SPEAKER_03]: And then he eats the orbiting leaves.
57:33
[SPEAKER_03]: And Courtney has this vision, and she realizes that like, oh, my vision wasn't of the future.
57:40
[SPEAKER_03]: It was like a memory.
57:43
[SPEAKER_03]: And it seems like the one that, oh, it's, you know, the one he knows or whatever it was, the answer is among you is a reference to Angel, not to Connor.
57:55
[SPEAKER_03]: So that's who this guy is seemingly has a history with is Angel, not Connor.
58:01
[SPEAKER_03]: So,
58:05
[SPEAKER_03]: I'll fucking know, man.
58:06
[SPEAKER_03]: All I know is we're in a soap opera because Courtney and Angel want a fuck, but Courtney fucked Connor.
58:14
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm at least I'm happy she didn't try to give him the excuse of, well, the world was ending and I wanted him to have one good thing, which is my vagina, you know.
58:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Like she didn't try to put that on him.
58:26
[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, yeah.
58:28
[SPEAKER_03]: I love Gwen though and I wish she would like stick around forever because she's just the best.
58:33
[SPEAKER_02]: How much would you pay 4,000 marbles?
58:38
[SPEAKER_02]: Are they glass?
58:39
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
58:42
[SPEAKER_03]: That's a lot of marbles of $1,000, $20?
58:46
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think you can buy 1,000 marbles between dollars in this day and age.
58:50
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh no, why are you trying to buy a bunch of marbles?
58:53
[SPEAKER_02]: I was just like wanting to know who is in the marble game these days and why would anybody want?
59:01
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, in my opinion, like marbles nowadays, they like don't make glass marbles anymore.
59:09
[SPEAKER_03]: So I prefer glass marbles to like, but should be.
59:13
[SPEAKER_03]: Why do you prefer any sort of marble?
59:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so for certain games, if the components contain marbles, I really don't like the plastic ones.
59:24
[SPEAKER_03]: It just feels very cheap.
59:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I like when you hold a marble and it's like cold because it's glass.
59:29
[SPEAKER_03]: What game has marbles in it?
59:31
[SPEAKER_03]: So there's a whole story of have you ever played the game aggravation?
59:35
[SPEAKER_03]: No.
59:36
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so there's a game called aggravation.
59:39
[SPEAKER_03]: It's kind of similar to library.
59:44
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's very similar to sorry and trouble and like all those sorts of games a little different, but anyway the game board there's different everyone's a different color marble you have like four of each color marble and I played this game all the time and I was a kid my parents have an addition that is from like the 70s and I was like, I
1:00:03
[SPEAKER_03]: I really want this game, like it's like very childhood, whatever, and I looked at I'm like you, the newer versions, it's all like plastic marble bullshit, like I don't want that stupid.
1:00:14
[SPEAKER_03]: So for my birthday, I requested.
1:00:18
[SPEAKER_03]: from the 70s game of aggravation.
1:00:21
[SPEAKER_03]: And my husband is so great and he found one on eBay.
1:00:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Leir looks like it had never been played.
1:00:26
[SPEAKER_03]: It has every marble which like are one from my childhood is missing marbles, like obviously.
1:00:31
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's the best.
1:00:33
[SPEAKER_03]: And like the actual regular marbles,
1:00:37
[SPEAKER_03]: And you can buy a used one online for like the same price that you're paying for brand new and it's way better quality.
1:00:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Wow.
1:00:44
[SPEAKER_02]: I guess my question of who's in the marble game it's you.
1:00:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Me, I just put it with marble all this time.
1:00:49
[SPEAKER_02]: It's good.
1:00:49
[SPEAKER_02]: We had like marbles.
1:00:51
[SPEAKER_02]: If somebody came to you and said, I want to gift you my vintage marble collection.
1:00:58
[SPEAKER_02]: Would that be something that you would accept in your life?
1:01:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
1:01:01
[SPEAKER_02]: Of course.
1:01:02
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
1:01:04
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
1:01:09
[SPEAKER_03]: I tell you that when I was a kid, okay, you know how some people um, on their Christmas trees, some people do like those beads.
1:01:18
[SPEAKER_03]: Have you seen like the strong, the string of beads that people will put on their, sure, Christmas trees?
1:01:24
[SPEAKER_03]: So we had those as a kid, but we never had, we got very large trees, and so we never had enough of them that could like actually be used on the Christmas tree.
1:01:34
[SPEAKER_03]: And it was always a joke because there was always like a ziplock bag that had all the beads in them.
1:01:38
[SPEAKER_03]: And I would play with them.
1:01:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Like that was a toy to me.
1:01:41
[SPEAKER_03]: I would like, pretend it was like a little train and like scoot it or it.
1:01:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Like I found enjoyment out of those things.
1:01:47
[SPEAKER_03]: So I think I would love a marble collection.
1:01:50
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, somebody used to give you their vintage marble collection.
1:01:53
[SPEAKER_02]: And where are you looking at this on eBay?
1:01:55
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
1:01:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, let me make sense.
1:01:57
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there's apparently a lot of people are selling.
1:02:02
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, this person has a lot of over a thousand vintage marbles for $121.
1:02:07
[SPEAKER_02]: That's a lot of money.
1:02:10
[SPEAKER_03]: That's wait for a thousand.
1:02:12
[SPEAKER_03]: That's like a dollar, no, let's wait.
1:02:21
[SPEAKER_03]: It's how much money a hundred and twenty dollars, a hundred and twenty one.
1:02:27
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's like twelve cents a marble.
1:02:29
[SPEAKER_03]: That's actually a pretty reasonable gift.
1:02:33
[SPEAKER_02]: You're like, it's actually not a scam.
1:02:35
[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually not.
1:02:36
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not bad.
1:02:36
[SPEAKER_03]: As long as they're glass and they're like, are they bigger small?
1:02:39
[SPEAKER_03]: Like how big are they?
1:02:40
[SPEAKER_03]: Various kinds colors and sizes.
1:02:44
[SPEAKER_02]: Let's break it then heavy green, which apparently you would be down with.
1:02:50
[SPEAKER_02]: I think it on the green top of the cake and you just love green green is a good color.
1:02:57
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just calling just like a Jessica.
1:03:01
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think that like if green is a common color, it's obviously not common to you.
1:03:06
[SPEAKER_03]: So I want to tell you that the honest right now, there's nothing in this world that could call me.
1:03:13
[SPEAKER_03]: Nothing, she usually wheeze.
1:03:15
[SPEAKER_03]: Nothing could call me.
1:03:16
[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I'm somebody, somebody would have to pay me $121 for me to take their marble collection.
1:03:23
[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, a thousand marbles think about it.
1:03:25
[SPEAKER_03]: A thousand marbles isn't to gonna take up that much space.
1:03:30
[SPEAKER_02]: It looks like it does to sheep trays worth, like baking sheets.
1:03:34
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's where they keep their marbles.
1:03:37
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, bye.
1:03:40
[SPEAKER_03]: But I imagine I'm in a Ziploc bag like that's like a gallon bag of like it's not even a gallon bag.
1:03:45
[SPEAKER_03]: No, I think it's multiple.
1:03:47
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know the couple gallon bags of marbles is not that much.
1:03:50
[SPEAKER_02]: But what would you even do with them?
1:03:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
1:03:54
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll play with them.
1:03:55
[SPEAKER_02]: Junk.
1:03:55
[SPEAKER_02]: It's junk.
1:03:56
[SPEAKER_02]: It's honestly junk.
1:03:59
[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, so like 8th marble and somebody's memory.
1:04:02
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, right?
1:04:03
[SPEAKER_03]: Who cares is the point.
1:04:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
1:04:08
[SPEAKER_03]: That's the honest, the god's street, the nobody cares.
1:04:12
[SPEAKER_03]: It was very soap opera either with all of the Cordelia angel stuff.
1:04:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Like truly, it was like, oh, you were full up in my son.
1:04:20
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's not like he's upset because Connor is an instant child.
1:04:24
[SPEAKER_03]: He's upset because he's jealous.
1:04:25
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, yeah, it's really fucked.
1:04:28
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's very like Freudian.
1:04:31
[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, you slept with my almost girlfriend.
1:04:35
[SPEAKER_03]: that's exactly what it is.
1:04:36
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so anyway, that is what happened on Angel, like literally no one cares, but it's fine.
1:04:41
[SPEAKER_03]: Let's see what next episodes are.
1:04:44
[SPEAKER_03]: So for Buffy, we have season 7 episode 10, bring on the night.
1:04:49
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, bring on the night.
1:04:52
[SPEAKER_02]: the nice.
1:04:52
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I see them.
1:04:54
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you figured it out.
1:04:55
[SPEAKER_02]: See you at them.
1:04:56
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not them.
1:04:58
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not them.
1:04:59
[SPEAKER_02]: I can't be.
1:05:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, maybe it is.
1:05:00
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
1:05:01
[SPEAKER_03]: What do I do?
1:05:02
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
1:05:03
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
1:05:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
1:05:05
[SPEAKER_03]: And for Angel Season 4 episode 10 Awakening, a sexual awakening?
1:05:12
[SPEAKER_03]: Mayhats.
1:05:14
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe if only we're lucky.
1:05:18
[SPEAKER_03]: which we're not going to be much wrong.
1:05:20
[SPEAKER_03]: You're right now.
1:05:21
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
1:05:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
1:05:24
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
1:05:25
[SPEAKER_03]: Whatever.
1:05:26
[SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
1:05:27
[SPEAKER_03]: That's everything.
1:05:28
[SPEAKER_03]: That's the whole thing.
1:05:31
[SPEAKER_03]: Great.
1:05:32
[SPEAKER_03]: Love it.
1:05:32
[SPEAKER_03]: Love this for us.
1:05:33
[SPEAKER_03]: We're caught back up.
1:05:36
[SPEAKER_03]: We'll be back next week for another episode.
1:05:39
[SPEAKER_03]: Season 7 episode 10.
1:05:43
[SPEAKER_03]: Did you want to tell anybody anything else Sarah?
1:05:45
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
1:05:45
[SPEAKER_03]: Do you have anything else you need to talk about?
1:05:47
[SPEAKER_03]: No, I don't have anything to share today.
1:05:48
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think.
1:05:49
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
1:05:51
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think I do either.
1:05:52
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm still hot and it's like 60 degrees outside and I'm just like hot.
1:05:56
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh no.
1:05:57
[SPEAKER_03]: It's gross, I hate him.
1:06:00
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh no.
1:06:01
[SPEAKER_02]: That's fine.
1:06:03
[SPEAKER_03]: My life is over but it's fine.
1:06:06
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, it is, it's all told that I don't like, I take him back.
1:06:13
[UNKNOWN]: I don't want to do the same.
1:06:15
[SPEAKER_02]: I told you, I'm not going to be like, it's not going to lead.
1:06:19
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, I don't Jessica, I was like, you know what, like, when she was trying, I was like, you know,
1:06:24
[SPEAKER_02]: If it hasn't been successful enough, I don't think you should do it.
1:06:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Just stop right now.
1:06:30
[SPEAKER_02]: But unfortunately, I was too late.
1:06:32
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was too late.
1:06:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, I'm gonna be honest with you.
1:06:35
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think it's worth it.
1:06:36
[SPEAKER_03]: But it's one of those things we're now I'm getting all the like labor and delivery TikToks and like everyone's talking about fully balloons and it makes me want to die.
1:06:46
[SPEAKER_03]: And like, just I've done it.
1:06:48
[SPEAKER_02]: It's okay, everything's fine.
1:06:50
[SPEAKER_02]: You should try.
1:06:52
[SPEAKER_03]: the trauma.
1:06:53
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, so I need to ask you.
1:06:54
[SPEAKER_03]: I assume you had like a birth playlist.
1:06:58
[SPEAKER_03]: No, you didn't.
1:07:01
[SPEAKER_03]: This is shocking information, actually.
1:07:03
[SPEAKER_03]: No.
1:07:04
[SPEAKER_03]: What did you watch?
1:07:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Because you were in do so.
1:07:05
[SPEAKER_03]: What did you do for like the hours?
1:07:08
[SPEAKER_03]: Stare it into oblivion.
1:07:09
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, one.
1:07:13
[SPEAKER_03]: Sure.
1:07:15
[SPEAKER_03]: I already have plans.
1:07:16
[SPEAKER_03]: Can I tell you what my plan is to watch during this time period?
1:07:20
[SPEAKER_02]: I know, because you've said it already, but let me pretend like I've never heard this before.
1:07:24
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, what do you, what are you going to watch?
1:07:26
[SPEAKER_02]: I said it already.
1:07:27
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
1:07:28
[SPEAKER_02]: What did I say?
1:07:30
[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to watch succession like a loser.
1:07:31
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I like it.
1:07:33
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so we're going to say this.
1:07:34
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't remember saying.
1:07:35
[SPEAKER_02]: And you also said you said one other thing as well.
1:07:48
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, okay.
1:07:48
[SPEAKER_02]: People dying from dying.
1:07:51
[SPEAKER_03]: You mean people die like in Jurassic Park?
1:07:53
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
1:07:53
[SPEAKER_03]: People are dying cause dinosaurs.
1:07:56
[SPEAKER_03]: That's comforting too.
1:07:57
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
1:08:00
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
1:08:01
[SPEAKER_03]: People die every day.
1:08:02
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, if you're gonna die, that's the way to go out.
1:08:04
[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, okay, we'll be back next week with some more buffy and some more angel against our will until then everyone here and it's the lesson.
1:08:17
[SPEAKER_01]: Shit night show start me
