- 0:52Speaker 1: there listening.
- 0:52Speaker 4: Man.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Glad to be here with you Atlanta, Georgia, Chili here
- 0:57Speaker 1: on Monday that we have had great weather and and
- 1:00Speaker 1: I must say, like my man black Rob, whoa, it
- 1:05Speaker 1: has been a busy weekend here in the at L
- 1:10Speaker 1: highways are packed. We have just had all kinds of
- 1:16Speaker 1: business here in the city over the last three days,
- 1:21Speaker 1: from entertainment to presidential candidates. The highways have been packed.
- 1:27Speaker 1: And salute to all you people that work over there
- 1:31Speaker 1: at the Mercedes Benz and State Farm. I know y'all
- 1:36Speaker 1: being getting that good old over time, that that overtime,
- 1:39Speaker 1: that that am go over time. I know it's good.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I know it is twice the rate when it goes
- 1:47Speaker 1: into the am Georgia Tech. Doing battle, well, I wouldn't
- 1:52Speaker 1: say doing battle. They played Notre Dame, let me go,
- 1:55Speaker 1: don't let me take it that far that it was
- 1:57Speaker 1: a battle, but they played Notre Dame and Stevie Wonder
- 2:01Speaker 1: at the Ripe Old Age about seventy five, gave a
- 2:05Speaker 1: concert the President Harris. Presidential candidate Harris was in town.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Presidential candidate Donald Trump was in town as well. Yesterday
- 2:16Speaker 1: we spend the bottle and we brought you again a
- 2:21Speaker 1: great game between the Seahawks and the Falcons. And then
- 2:25Speaker 1: we turned the bottle one more time, same area, about
- 2:29Speaker 1: six hundred yards apart. Usher gave a concert and then
- 2:33Speaker 1: you throw on the top of that the true whipped
- 2:36Speaker 1: Cream and Cherry, a Game six between the Mets and
- 2:40Speaker 1: the Dodgers, a Game five for all the Marbles, and
- 2:44Speaker 1: the w NBA, and then the Steel City Welcoming Gang
- 2:51Speaker 1: Green last night. Hold on one second, I forgot something.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Mur murmur murmur, it's murmur murmur murmur a little hot.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I'm sorry about that. Guy interrupt murmur it was warm.
- 3:14Speaker 1: It's a little warm. Take take my top off, my
- 3:18Speaker 1: game dream came to the Still City with all that
- 3:22Speaker 1: New York Slice pizza, and we felt fed them some pos.
- 3:27Speaker 1: They couldn't handle them them potato stuffed parokey we got.
- 3:33Speaker 1: We had two or three of them. But that distillers
- 3:37Speaker 1: auditioned out two old time quarterbacks, showing you that they
- 3:41Speaker 1: are on their last legs but battling it out. And
- 3:44Speaker 1: here's the thing, got a lot to talk about. At
- 3:48Speaker 1: some point it becomes Aaron Rodgers. At some point it
- 3:58Speaker 1: becomes Aaron rodd Now this takes no way at all
- 4:07Speaker 1: against his greatness, but he is about thirty five days
- 4:13Speaker 1: from forty one. He sustained an injury late, and the
- 4:20Speaker 1: late injury is worse three times as bad as the
- 4:24Speaker 1: early injury. He looks like he's injured. He's throwing with
- 4:32Speaker 1: his arm and not his legs when you watch him play,
- 4:44Speaker 1: so there's no zip on the ball. The mind is
- 4:48Speaker 1: reading the same thing it did when he was winning MVP.
- 4:52Speaker 1: The body is not delivering. It's the old adage of
- 4:57Speaker 1: you can't fight time. As you get older, you still
- 5:03Speaker 1: have those saying you still see the same obstacles that
- 5:07Speaker 1: you want a challenge, but your body will no longer
- 5:13Speaker 1: let you challenge it. And that's what Aaron Rodgers. Look,
- 5:17Speaker 1: we've switched everything else with fire the coach, we've demoted
- 5:20Speaker 1: to OC. We grabbed you a receiver here. We switched
- 5:24Speaker 1: this up everything. A rod call me what I would
- 5:30Speaker 1: tell you. Stop all the Pac McAfee stuff. I think
- 5:35Speaker 1: you are just like Deshaun Watson for different reasons. You're
- 5:39Speaker 1: very distracted. You seem like you're already retired. But because
- 5:45Speaker 1: they offered you forty five million dollars a year at
- 5:48Speaker 1: forty why not take it? But you don't seem like
- 5:55Speaker 1: you're that engaged. You seem like you're already on your
- 5:59Speaker 1: retirement tour. And at some point the little you know,
- 6:06Speaker 1: quick comments and you know the captain out, you know,
- 6:09Speaker 1: we gotta do a little bit that we're off now.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Big Kenny keep riding with you because he'll gained green member.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Dang gang. But I just want you to know, at
- 6:18Speaker 1: some point, I know, in this world of where the
- 6:21Speaker 1: quarterback doesn't shoulder the blame, we look everywhere else the
- 6:24Speaker 1: old line ain't doing that. At some point it might
- 6:27Speaker 1: be Aaron Rodgers. And what I saw and what I'm missing,
- 6:33Speaker 1: is a man that seems to be limited physically to
- 6:37Speaker 1: pull off some of the wizardry that he used to
- 6:40Speaker 1: bring to the field. But Big Kenny's in the building
- 6:44Speaker 1: rocking and rolling with us. The bad producer is in here.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Mitch matched all around. He couldn't which way to go
- 6:54Speaker 1: all of fame. He just rides with the rodders with
- 6:59Speaker 1: his drove and command chie Greg have you ever been
- 7:03Speaker 1: to Milwaukee and on his Milwaukee buck talk over there?
- 7:06Speaker 1: You had to lay over there once layover, so you
- 7:09Speaker 1: never walked out on the street of Milwaukee. That's that's
- 7:13Speaker 1: good because some people, some people who have never been
- 7:16Speaker 1: to the state of some of the teams that they
- 7:19Speaker 1: cheer for, right, they tell you their packer fan and
- 7:23Speaker 1: couldn't tell you what state Green Bay is. They think
- 7:25Speaker 1: the state is green Bay. It's not. Uh, why are
- 7:34Speaker 1: you cleving, sir.
- 7:35Speaker 5: I've always said that you run into especially those certain
- 7:41Speaker 5: fans and they never been to Texas or whatever.
- 7:44Speaker 1: You said that. I've never heard you say that. I've
- 7:46Speaker 1: never heard you say maybe I've known you. I've never
- 7:51Speaker 1: heard you. I've said that.
- 7:53Speaker 5: I've gotten an argument on I've got people you said it, Okay,
- 7:57Speaker 5: I pulled the archive. I got an argument on social
- 8:00Speaker 5: media years ago when with with Cowboy fans and forty
- 8:05Speaker 5: nine er fans, and I was just saying, if you've
- 8:07Speaker 5: never been to the like he's.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I've never heard you say that anything, you guys addressing
- 8:16Speaker 1: it to other people. I've known you fourteen years.
- 8:19Speaker 6: And you just said I say that all the time,
- 8:23Speaker 6: And I said, You've never.
- 8:24Speaker 5: I've never had to say it here. I never had
- 8:27Speaker 5: to say because I know y'all been with y'all teams.
- 8:30Speaker 5: Y'all been there, Dodgers and Yankees.
- 8:34Speaker 1: They will play in the World Series starting this week.
- 8:38Speaker 1: That's what the Major League Baseball gods wanted. They want
- 8:42Speaker 1: a little show he versus Aaron Judd. That's what they got.
- 8:48Speaker 1: East coast, West coast, however you want to see it,
- 8:51Speaker 1: which I never understood, it really stood how our country
- 8:57Speaker 1: is about. They always called New York the East coast,
- 9:02Speaker 1: But aren't we on the east coast? Yes? Yes, how
- 9:06Speaker 1: do we just get regulated? Why aren't they the northeast
- 9:10Speaker 1: because they further up then we, and then New York
- 9:16Speaker 1: touches the water, like specifically touches the water the city.
- 9:20Speaker 1: So I don't know, I really don't know, sir. I
- 9:23Speaker 1: was gonna make something up. But you know, I'm willing
- 9:27Speaker 1: to try and sell you anything, but but I don't
- 9:30Speaker 1: have anything legitimate. But this is the series when the
- 9:33Speaker 1: season started that people wanted to see the bank accounts,
- 9:38Speaker 1: basically going against each other. Two teams that have never
- 9:41Speaker 1: shot away and the other twenty eight teams have always
- 9:45Speaker 1: been mad at these two teams because they do spend money.
- 9:49Speaker 1: When you said the baseball guys, I was thinking, like,
- 9:51Speaker 1: is that MGM and and Fox and those are the
- 9:56Speaker 1: baseball guys that wanted to see this. This is a
- 10:00Speaker 1: matchup if you wanted something before the season that you
- 10:03Speaker 1: really wanted, big names all around, names that people know
- 10:06Speaker 1: outside of their own team. As we talk about with baseball,
- 10:09Speaker 1: it is one of those sports similar to us with hockey,
- 10:14Speaker 1: where you don't know a lot of the key players
- 10:17Speaker 1: or key performances on these teams. You know, to show
- 10:21Speaker 1: he and you might know a Mookie Betts, and you
- 10:24Speaker 1: know one two other people, but it's twenty eight players
- 10:27Speaker 1: on the baseball team. And because we don't know six,
- 10:31Speaker 1: twenty six, twenty six.
- 10:33Speaker 6: Now, I think sometimes because we don't know the players,
- 10:36Speaker 6: they look for the perennial team names. So Dodgers Yankees,
- 10:41Speaker 6: even for people that aren't connected to baseball, will go ooh,
- 10:44Speaker 6: that sounds like.
- 10:44Speaker 1: It ought to be good. The Battle of the hats,
- 10:46Speaker 1: the battle most definitely, because everybody have a LA hat. Yeah, yeah,
- 10:50Speaker 1: and the Yankee had.
- 10:52Speaker 6: And then what are we gonna do with the broadcast
- 10:55Speaker 6: because one of those markets is three hours behind the other,
- 10:59Speaker 6: so to get the prime time slots? Are they all
- 11:03Speaker 6: gonna come on at the same time and the West
- 11:05Speaker 6: coast people just have to start watching at four pm?
- 11:08Speaker 1: Yes?
- 11:08Speaker 6: Or are they going to start trying to do what
- 11:12Speaker 6: NCAA Football does and give us an eleven pm game
- 11:16Speaker 6: so these people can catch you today.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I will imagine that the best you probably will get
- 11:21Speaker 1: is like a thirty minute So when it's in New
- 11:24Speaker 1: York so eight o'clock, right, and when it's in LA
- 11:29Speaker 1: at the seven thirty. So it's just be one of
- 11:32Speaker 1: them things you have to deal with when you're watching
- 11:34Speaker 1: here on the East Coast, because that's when it's gonna
- 11:36Speaker 1: hurt you. Yeah, when they're out there and it starts
- 11:39Speaker 1: seven thirty out there, which is ten thirty here. I
- 11:42Speaker 1: just look up the score next morning. No, you know,
- 11:46Speaker 1: we do sports and I ain't staying up. I'm just honest.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I'm not gonna stay up till no midnight and tonight.
- 11:52Speaker 1: Just in case you don't know, the Ravens play the Bucks.
- 11:55Speaker 1: That's for free. But if you want to see the
- 11:58Speaker 1: Cardinals the Chargers, you're gonna need ESPN Plus. We'll talk
- 12:05Speaker 1: about that much more after the break. It's called capitalism. Yay,
- 12:14Speaker 1: oh say can you go ahead? Came in.
- 12:20Speaker 7: For me to send out the message to all of
- 12:25Speaker 7: the friends. Will Flashy Mercedes got out of styles, My goal.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Din and brings I can.

- 15:33Speaker 1: to a completely different level this.
- 15:35Speaker 12: Year where we highlight an accolade that has taken their
- 15:38Speaker 12: game to the next level.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Welcome back to this What Shock Showing, this what Shock
- 16:05Speaker 1: Wing Kendi. We're two weeks away from Super Tuesday. We're
- 16:10Speaker 1: rolling right into it and I can't wait for it
- 16:13Speaker 1: to come. If any one of the two candidates run on,
- 16:19Speaker 1: we're going to put campaign. What would you call it?
- 16:26Speaker 1: All this harassment harassment? I would call it harassment, all
- 16:31Speaker 1: these texts and emails that you get from your district
- 16:38Speaker 1: and your stage.
- 16:39Speaker 6: He turned it around on the Sports Shock. When they
- 16:41Speaker 6: text you engage them, I'll get it to a forty.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Five minute back and forth text conversation with a random person.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Text me about voting, and I've already voted. I voted already,
- 16:55Speaker 1: and I still hit you with so are you sure
- 16:57Speaker 1: those are your stances? I think wherever they are on
- 17:01Speaker 1: the voting ballot, they're probably on it already two weeks out.
- 17:05Speaker 1: But that's gonna be enjoy the world right now, because
- 17:09Speaker 1: once two weeks come around, that's gonna be like seventy
- 17:13Speaker 1: two hours of pure chaos and hell and just probably
- 17:19Speaker 1: an ugly side of our country. I'm hoping that we
- 17:22Speaker 1: don't reveal. Yeah, but we seem to be again we don't. Yeah,
- 17:27Speaker 1: we seem to be standing right on the precipice of
- 17:30Speaker 1: that again. So two weeks away from Super Tuesday, remember Monday,
- 17:34Speaker 1: Night Football Tonight the eight pm Lamar Jackson invading Tampa
- 17:40Speaker 1: Baker Mayfield. Pretty good game, as I said, you can
- 17:44Speaker 1: get that free ESPN ABC. But at nine pm the
- 17:50Speaker 1: Cardinals hosting the LA Chargers, and you're gonna need ESPN
- 17:56Speaker 1: Plus to get that. And that's the that's gonna be it.
- 18:02Speaker 1: I've been telling you for a decade here in another
- 18:07Speaker 1: decade is gonna be one free game and the rest
- 18:12Speaker 1: of them gonna be like y'all told me, only fans run.
- 18:15Speaker 1: It's gonna be script. It's gonna pop up there. They're
- 18:18Speaker 1: gonna let you get the first minute of it, and
- 18:20Speaker 1: then it's gonna say you want to continue to wat
- 18:23Speaker 1: and you're watching, you wannna need to hit it. I'm
- 18:25Speaker 1: telling you has headed now. It's truly that I'm talking about.
- 18:29Speaker 1: On a Saturday, you're gonna turn on the Texas Georgia
- 18:32Speaker 1: game in the first minute, gonna be free, free, and
- 18:37Speaker 1: then it's gonna say something like ninety nine to continue,
- 18:43Speaker 1: and you're gonna pay it. You're gonna pay it. Stop
- 18:48Speaker 1: telling yourself how you're gonna be gast raised against the machine,
- 18:52Speaker 1: and you're just gonna I know, y'all, right, now you
- 18:56Speaker 1: you imagine that you wouldn't pay it because you imagine
- 18:59Speaker 1: that all of them are going to be the Chargers
- 19:02Speaker 1: against the Cardinals. You know what I'm saying, that's against
- 19:07Speaker 1: the Buccaneers and the Ravens. That's really no choice for
- 19:11Speaker 1: you that are thirty five up, forty up. I will
- 19:14Speaker 1: put you. Remember when you used to tell yourself you
- 19:16Speaker 1: wasn't gonna buy water. You had that conversation with yourself.
- 19:21Speaker 1: It wasn't just me, yeah, crazy, I ain't gonna buy
- 19:24Speaker 1: no water. Lot to come straight out false. Now you're
- 19:28Speaker 1: texting somebody every Tuesday, Hey man, grab me a case
- 19:34Speaker 1: of that.
- 19:34Speaker 5: Water, a funny pack, give them the funny got a
- 19:38Speaker 5: whole clause.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Of the water. So you're gonna pay the two ninety
- 19:42Speaker 1: nine for the Texas Georgia which was a great game
- 19:45Speaker 1: down in Austin the Battle of the Wallets, basically two
- 19:52Speaker 1: powerhouse that have not shied away from. If you come here,
- 19:56Speaker 1: you can get paid. They were already too, teams that
- 20:00Speaker 1: were doing it like that forever, they have always been
- 20:06Speaker 1: doing it. We can finally start telling the truth. We've
- 20:10Speaker 1: been having to lie so long as players because you
- 20:13Speaker 1: never want to get your college and trouble. But now
- 20:17Speaker 1: guys can just come on and right they tell all,
- 20:20Speaker 1: I ain't got the right the top because if you
- 20:27Speaker 1: have some real loyalty. And I have clowned anyone that
- 20:31Speaker 1: went and told on their schools. I have clowned them
- 20:35Speaker 1: forever because you got to take it to your gray,
- 20:39Speaker 1: got to take it to the gray. But now Larry Johnson,
- 20:43Speaker 1: Stacey Augman, Anderson Hunt, what's my man named? Greg Anthony,
- 20:48Speaker 1: they can all come tell us about what Tark was doing.
- 20:51Speaker 1: Come on, tell us about how y'all threw that championship game.
- 20:54Speaker 1: And it's okay, y'all, y'all being with left eye Tony
- 20:58Speaker 1: or whatever the mobs fat reees in the Vegas and
- 21:04Speaker 1: you through the game against Duke. It's okay. Now you
- 21:07Speaker 1: can tell it, write it in the book now because
- 21:09Speaker 1: they're paying anyway, Texas always been paying. Vince Young can
- 21:13Speaker 1: tell his story, Ricky Williams and on and on. Earl
- 21:17Speaker 1: and Georgia can tell their story. I mean, georgieas been
- 21:21Speaker 1: getting in trouble anyway, cause Hirst Walker could tell this
- 21:24Speaker 1: story and say, you know giving an empire be well,
- 21:27Speaker 1: you know that Georgia have been giving out hell cats
- 21:29Speaker 1: since eight You know, wait, wait a minute, sir, they're
- 21:33Speaker 1: not giving them out. They're letting them have them a
- 21:37Speaker 1: drastically reduced price. It's different A dollar a month. Hey,
- 21:42Speaker 1: it's different. They got to pay their own way. They
- 21:45Speaker 1: have to pay their Yeah, the one dollar for the
- 21:48Speaker 1: red I hell Cat, that standard Georgia pricing. But they
- 21:53Speaker 1: pay for them. It's not no n I L mumbo
- 21:55Speaker 1: jumbo foolishness, but Texas and Georgia using in Kirby smart
- 22:02Speaker 1: pushing the agenda to his team that the world was
- 22:06Speaker 1: against Nobody really had Georgia winning and not winning in
- 22:11Speaker 1: such a dominant faction, even though the score says thirty fifteen,
- 22:16Speaker 1: where you think it's a little close, really wasn't. It
- 22:19Speaker 1: was a physical dominance. It was the defense of Georgia
- 22:25Speaker 1: being let loose. I don't know what bonus check. I
- 22:29Speaker 1: believe the Zaxby man went in there and just started
- 22:32Speaker 1: letting them know. He went in there like you're supposed
- 22:36Speaker 1: to for every Sat tenth thouts, tenth thousand on. That's
- 22:41Speaker 1: how I already get and that's how they was playing. Yeah,
- 22:43Speaker 1: on top of what you already getting. And every kid

- 22:50Speaker 1: them A forty. Yeah, we mean I don't even go
- 22:57Speaker 1: to math class. But I didn't figure that out. Oh
- 22:59Speaker 1: I've never into the Georgia camp. Yeah, I don't need
- 23:02Speaker 1: game day. What are you talking about? I go to
- 23:05Speaker 1: the satellite school that's in Space, that's it's in Atlanta,
- 23:09Speaker 1: and then I drive over to practice. You know, most

- 23:18Speaker 1: Georgia's you. I'm trying to the little condo building against

- 26:43Speaker 1: you hit him up to days he's going through a
- 26:45Speaker 1: tough time in his life. First, they've hired Robert Salah
- 26:53Speaker 1: for the j T S Jets, Jets Jets the King
- 26:57Speaker 1: God Jerseys and his team has lost four games in
- 27:00Speaker 1: the road game Green has and now Southern Miss This
- 27:05Speaker 1: Alma mater has fired their head coach Will Hall. We
- 27:10Speaker 1: knew that was coming though. We yeah, we kind of. Yeah.
- 27:13Speaker 1: We sat around with coach all like, look, man, so
- 27:15Speaker 1: what you think you're gonna do after this? Yeah, we
- 27:17Speaker 1: kind of he liked me. Why would I be playing
- 27:20Speaker 1: to do something. I'm just saying. I'm just saying, coach'll
- 27:24Speaker 1: if you know, if this don't work out, fourteen and
- 27:26Speaker 1: thirty over four years gives the coach, gives the president
- 27:32Speaker 1: and the AD a lot of power to come fire you. Yeah,
- 27:35Speaker 1: look man, it does. Come on, man, yourana three victory,
- 27:39Speaker 1: three victories a year can get you, arana. I just
- 27:42Speaker 1: partic exhibit A. This is this is why we hear Jeury.
- 27:46Speaker 1: So y'all hit him up and just make sure he's okay.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Both of his teams are dragging a little bit right now. Hey,
- 27:53Speaker 1: life life their head coach. As we were talking about
- 27:57Speaker 1: Texas and Georgia doing battle the new AP poll, which
- 28:02Speaker 1: for some reason has Georgia at two, Georgia went into
- 28:08Speaker 1: the weekend at five. They beat one, but only got
- 28:12Speaker 1: to two. Oregon is one, Georgia's two, penn State is three,
- 28:17Speaker 1: Ohio State is four, Texas is five. As things go now,
- 28:25Speaker 1: and remember it's twelve teams to the college playoffs. So
- 28:29Speaker 1: some of these teams, even like an Alabama, they could
- 28:32Speaker 1: win out. It still holds well that they could find
- 28:35Speaker 1: themselves as team number twelve. And trust me, regardless of
- 28:39Speaker 1: your record, you go win the national title. People don't
- 28:42Speaker 1: remember what your record was that season. All they know
- 28:46Speaker 1: is you're holding up the trophy. Go ahead, now, I
- 28:48Speaker 1: was just one.
- 28:49Speaker 5: Did you get a lot of calls on the reverse
- 28:53Speaker 5: of the call during the game. It's something like we
- 28:56Speaker 5: never had seen this because this was a what nay
- 29:00Speaker 5: viuelable call? But they reversed the call in the Georgia
- 29:02Speaker 5: game on the interception the past interference. Just wanted to know,
- 29:07Speaker 5: is this something you think it's going forward? Like when
- 29:11Speaker 5: I was confused because they didn't get a delay of
- 29:14Speaker 5: game penalty out of all this. Even though they reversed
- 29:17Speaker 5: the call, it's still I still felt like Texas should
- 29:20Speaker 5: have got a delay of game penalty for throwing the
- 29:22Speaker 5: bottles and everything on the on the field because you
- 29:25Speaker 5: had to stop the game. And once the game stopped,
- 29:26Speaker 5: they gave them an opportunity to get together and start
- 29:28Speaker 5: talking because they would have never had that.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Well, how far do you go with punishing the team
- 29:32Speaker 1: for the fans acts. Well, my thing is, well, that
- 29:38Speaker 1: should be interference.
- 29:41Speaker 5: Any time when you affect the play, just recently at
- 29:45Speaker 5: South Carolina State University during the fourth quarter.
- 29:48Speaker 1: That so, when the fan runs onto the field, what
- 29:51Speaker 1: should happen? What should be a pilpty if a Yankee
- 29:55Speaker 1: fan runs out on the No, hold on, don't tell
- 29:59Speaker 1: me what you talk mout. I'm asking you to answer
- 30:01Speaker 1: my question because you got to take this rule and
- 30:04Speaker 1: you got to spread it across all the sports. So
- 30:07Speaker 1: if a Yankee fan in the World Series jumps down
- 30:11Speaker 1: off the wall and starts running on the field, should
- 30:16Speaker 1: the Dodgers be able to advance? The basis? Once again,
- 30:21Speaker 1: i'm talking about throwing things. Well, I don't want to
- 30:23Speaker 1: talk about what you're talking about. If you can't answer
- 30:26Speaker 1: my question I'm trying to answer. I just answered your question.
- 30:30Speaker 1: How many Why should the team be punished?
- 30:33Speaker 5: That's the faction why I'm not saying it should be
- 30:39Speaker 5: a penalty regardless, that's a delay.
- 30:42Speaker 1: A game against who I didn't delay nothing the home team.
- 30:46Speaker 5: If you're the home team and you delayed and we
- 30:48Speaker 5: got to stop the game to clean up the field
- 30:51Speaker 5: because you're throwing things on the field.
- 30:53Speaker 6: That's a delay of game. Okay, So let's stop. Let's
- 30:55Speaker 6: stop really quick. So if we're going to make a
- 30:58Speaker 6: rule to penalize, it's teams for a delay of game. Again,
- 31:02Speaker 6: it's the World Series, the Dodgers, the Yankees. A Yankee
- 31:06Speaker 6: fan jumps on the field, they have to chase him
- 31:08Speaker 6: down and the scored him out. It takes three minutes.
- 31:11Speaker 6: That's a delay of game. What do we penalize the Yankees?
- 31:14Speaker 6: Baseball figure that out.
- 31:16Speaker 5: I'm talking about football, Okay, So in regardless, that's that's
- 31:19Speaker 5: CEC because they got a rule where the fans go
- 31:21Speaker 5: on the field.
- 31:22Speaker 1: Now they fan you for you, what do they penalize.
- 31:27Speaker 5: My whole thing to come back is the referees wasn't
- 31:29Speaker 5: able to get together.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Call, and the law says that the referees, if they
- 31:34Speaker 1: get together, can reverse a call.
- 31:38Speaker 5: But what I'm saying that if they would have never
- 31:40Speaker 5: had the opportunity, if we wouldn't have had the delay
- 31:43Speaker 5: a game of them the fans throwing the bottles on
- 31:45Speaker 5: the field. So what just be penalized is what we're asking.
- 31:50Speaker 5: I mean, just the delay a game five ten yard penalty.
- 31:52Speaker 5: I mean they should have backed them up, is all
- 31:54Speaker 5: I'm saying. It should have just to say to the fans, hey,
- 31:57Speaker 5: if the coach got to walk out there and say,
- 32:00Speaker 5: guys stop. I've seen it happen before in games where
- 32:02Speaker 5: they given the teams a penalty for delay a game
- 32:06Speaker 5: action where the fans have ran on the field or
- 32:08Speaker 5: did something in that man through bottles or do through
- 32:11Speaker 5: things on the field and they had to stop the game.
- 32:13Speaker 5: That's all I'm saying is far as football now baseball,
- 32:17Speaker 5: you I don't know. You can't mark off yardage you
- 32:20Speaker 5: like you said you have to give her extra bases
- 32:21Speaker 5: or or something in that matter. All I'm saying is
- 32:24Speaker 5: that it's they wouldn't have had the opportunity to talk
- 32:28Speaker 5: if the fans wouldn't have threw the bottles on the field,
- 32:30Speaker 5: and they wouldn't have been able to get together.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Well did did Did the Texas team tell the fans
- 32:35Speaker 1: to throw the stuff on the field? No, I'm not.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Do you have any evidence of that. No, I'm see
- 32:40Speaker 1: you scag and go over there and say, hey, guys,
- 32:42Speaker 1: throw some stuff on the field. No he didn't. Okay,
- 32:45Speaker 1: so then that wasn't on Texas and the referees got
- 32:49Speaker 1: the call right. Georgia went on to win the game regardless.
- 32:55Speaker 1: But don't act like that wasn't That wasn't past interference.
- 33:02Speaker 1: And because you're a Georgia fan, you see stuff that way,
- 33:06Speaker 1: and because people are fans, they love to be biased
- 33:10Speaker 1: towards them. I wasn't even caring about the passing affair.
- 33:14Speaker 5: I was just talking about in regards of reversing the call,
- 33:17Speaker 5: having the opportunity.
- 33:19Speaker 1: We got what you were talking about. I heard you, Yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 1: I'm and they find them two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
- 33:25Speaker 1: I don't know how that's the Texas University fault because
- 33:31Speaker 1: on the ticket.
- 33:33Speaker 5: I mean it goes back to what I what the
- 33:35Speaker 5: tickets say, whether they say throwing the objects or doing
- 33:38Speaker 5: these different things. As far as in the field, whether
- 33:42Speaker 5: you're a fan of Texas or Georgia, whoever, if you
- 33:44Speaker 5: get caught like you look like somebody would have been
- 33:47Speaker 5: pointing it, they usually point a they're the one throwing it.
- 33:49Speaker 1: On the field. There's one two thousand people throw water bottles,
- 33:52Speaker 1: and you thought who was gonna point You thought another
- 33:54Speaker 1: Texas person was going to point out clean that whole
- 33:57Speaker 1: section out then they're gonna clean the whole section.
- 34:00Speaker 5: Shouldn't said this whole sex is shout on one, this
- 34:02Speaker 5: whole section one oh one, since most majority of the
- 34:05Speaker 5: bottles came from you guys.
- 34:08Speaker 1: Sorry, you gotta go. And you tell about the game delay,
- 34:11Speaker 1: how long do you think that's going to take? You
- 34:13Speaker 1: sound emotional? Right? That sounds really emotional, And I'm saying
- 34:18Speaker 1: in a super bad way. You sound no, no, no, no,
- 34:22Speaker 1: You're you're being emotional, almost almost in an estrogen type
- 34:26Speaker 1: of way. Well, you're being emotion asked the question, you're
- 34:30Speaker 1: being emotional, and on the heels of asking the question,
- 34:33Speaker 1: the answers that we gave you didn't align with your
- 34:36Speaker 1: sensibilities and your thought process, so you doubled down on
- 34:42Speaker 1: what you think should be done. So what I'm saying is,
- 34:45Speaker 1: when you're asking questions about solutions and directions, don't ask
- 34:49Speaker 1: people for solutions if you're not going to accept them,
- 34:52Speaker 1: if you're not even going to consider them. You think
- 34:54Speaker 1: that when people start throwing stuff that the school, the university,
- 34:59Speaker 1: the programs.
- 35:00Speaker 6: Should be penalized. Now, the point is how they'll be
- 35:03Speaker 6: penalized will be up to them. But you think there
- 35:06Speaker 6: should be a penalty lodged. And so no matter what
- 35:10Speaker 6: we say, you're going to continue to want somebody punished.
- 35:15Speaker 1: No matter whose team it is, if it's Georgia or whoever.
- 35:19Speaker 5: If you throwing bottles and most times, well i'm the program,
- 35:22Speaker 5: they're gonna let you keep the cap.
- 35:24Speaker 1: But I've seen it done in basketball, nothing happens. What
- 35:29Speaker 1: are they doing basketball? If all the fans threw stuff
- 35:33Speaker 1: on the court, what would the referee do?
- 35:38Speaker 16: I don't know.
- 35:38Speaker 5: I haven't seen that one, but I've seen them throw
- 35:41Speaker 5: things on the court. I can't remember at this time.
- 35:43Speaker 5: They should hit the team, hit somebody with a delayed game, and.
- 35:48Speaker 1: So the other teams should shoot some free throws. Yes, sir,
- 35:50Speaker 1: because the fans did something.
- 35:52Speaker 5: If nine times out of ten the fans was mad
- 35:55Speaker 5: at the officials call when that situation occurred, that's why
- 35:59Speaker 5: they were mad. Because fans a tech. Oh, I'm giving
- 36:02Speaker 5: it to them. I'm not giving them a tech. I'm
- 36:03Speaker 5: gonna give you administrator tech to the bench.
- 36:06Speaker 1: You sound like a soccer, mom, No, sounds like sounds
- 36:09Speaker 1: like a soccer sound like you sound just telling you
- 36:12Speaker 1: that the fact that that's the problem that people have
- 36:14Speaker 1: with officials We didn't know that. Like soccer se see
- 36:19Speaker 1: y'all on the floor, we didn't come. We didn't come
- 36:22Speaker 1: to see you throw a flag. Look, but y'all want
- 36:27Speaker 1: to insert yourself in a game. Always it was some
- 36:30Speaker 1: bad flags I met that Saturday night. It was just
- 36:33Speaker 1: throw a lot of flags. It's like every third play
- 36:36Speaker 1: the game stopped. Oh it was horrible. So when you
- 36:41Speaker 1: throw a bad flag, should we throw you out the game?
- 36:44Speaker 4: Now?
- 36:45Speaker 5: That's what I we get deemed for that, we get fined. No, no, no,
- 36:48Speaker 5: I want to throw Look at the film and they
- 36:51Speaker 5: tell you that's why those guys how much.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Money they get fined? We know because referees are like
- 36:57Speaker 1: the secret society. Right when a call it's reversed?
- 37:02Speaker 5: Is that a Dane?
- 37:02Speaker 1: When a college you're gonna get hear from me? You
- 37:07Speaker 1: know I'm be a delay of game penalty though you
- 37:10Speaker 1: delayed the game by tell you too much time on
- 37:14Speaker 1: the topic. That really was just afterthought. They got fine.
- 37:19Speaker 1: Georgia went on and won anyway. Period, So what happens

- 40:51Speaker 20: sing even big Johnny, welcome back to this What Shock Show.
- 40:56Speaker 20: I'm this what Shock Wayne Gandee.
- 40:58Speaker 1: As we said to Monday night games did Baltimore against Tampa,
- 41:02Speaker 1: the LA Chargers versus Arizona Monday Night football, the w
- 41:08Speaker 1: NBA title went to the Liberty. We will talk about
- 41:11Speaker 1: that in a second. NBA basketball starts up for real
- 41:16Speaker 1: this week Tomorrow night. The games will actually start counting.
- 41:21Speaker 1: Our man man out of Minnesota says that if he
- 41:24Speaker 1: can win him a ring here in the next two
- 41:27Speaker 1: or three years, say he's gonna double up on sports
- 41:31Speaker 1: and go try to play football. Now, he gave himself
- 41:36Speaker 1: a three year window.
- 41:40Speaker 21: To do this.
- 41:41Speaker 1: How does he now about twenty three? Yeah, he just
- 41:44Speaker 1: turned twenty three trying to play what position? Turne, tight
- 41:50Speaker 1: end or then I can see him that kind of
- 41:54Speaker 1: size and speed athletic ability at twenty six. Somebody would
- 41:58Speaker 1: give him a shot.
- 41:59Speaker 6: I mean, I'm not saying he wouldn't get a shot.
- 42:02Speaker 6: You think it would be advantageous career You think it'd
- 42:06Speaker 6: be a good career decision, or do you think it
- 42:08Speaker 6: would be one of those come out there, I'm gonna
- 42:10Speaker 6: see what I got power.
- 42:12Speaker 1: Hey man, past me reference Mike going to play baseball,
- 42:16Speaker 1: and you you roll with that for two years. But
- 42:20Speaker 1: wasn't nobody putting that lumb on Mike coming You know
- 42:23Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Mike was scared of football, and that's
- 42:26Speaker 1: what I'm saying now. Man ain't got to be scared
- 42:29Speaker 1: to have somebody put that lumbo on him and make
- 42:31Speaker 1: him be like, brouh uh, pass me the ball. You
- 42:34Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, I'm under the bucket. I'm oping
- 42:37Speaker 1: I'm open. I would like to see him try but
- 42:41Speaker 1: that scene. Yeah, I'm saying that twenty six though, your
- 42:46Speaker 1: your muscles ain't football already at twenty you've been too
- 42:49Speaker 1: many people with their hand in your face by that time.
- 42:53Speaker 1: I don't think he did. I don't want that play
- 42:56Speaker 1: football in high school and then you know he did, Okay,
- 42:59Speaker 1: because a lot of guys and you know are two
- 43:02Speaker 1: sport athletes when you you know, we always talk about
- 43:06Speaker 1: that with some of the coaches. Some of the coaches
- 43:07Speaker 1: are big advocates of their players doing dual sports. It
- 43:12Speaker 1: keeps them in a competitive mindset. So you usually have baseball, basketball, track,
- 43:20Speaker 1: wrestling when you talk along with football. The guys play.
- 43:25Speaker 1: So man, now adding a little fuel to the fire
- 43:28Speaker 1: next years.
- 43:30Speaker 6: Next two, three years now say that that manifests are
- 43:33Speaker 6: there going to be some football players looking to make
- 43:37Speaker 6: an example out of him? Hey boy, this ain't no game.
- 43:40Speaker 1: You think this is that?
- 43:42Speaker 22: That?
- 43:42Speaker 1: Ain't this? This ain't that. Well, yeah, you're talking about
- 43:45Speaker 1: alpha males, Yeah, doing anything. So he didn't have to
- 43:49Speaker 1: just go play football, can do anything. The people that's
- 43:52Speaker 1: in the sport are going to try to test him,
- 43:56Speaker 1: test him. Yeah, I mean we saw that this year
- 43:58Speaker 1: with Caitlin Clark, the WNBA ladies didn't want to accept
- 44:03Speaker 1: she was coming, so they were hostile towards her, you know,
- 44:07Speaker 1: with perfect example, which I think made her even a
- 44:11Speaker 1: better player. It made her figure out different things to do.
- 44:14Speaker 1: They were hostile and racist towards her. The Vava DUSA
- 44:21Speaker 1: doing the break didn't see that. Texas the university, which
- 44:25Speaker 1: they probably want to charge everybody ten dollars. That's all.
- 44:30Speaker 1: It is somebody's scheme. They are not looking for those
- 44:33Speaker 1: people to expel them. It's a traffic ticket. Collect the
- 44:38Speaker 1: find to divide as many people as they find into
- 44:42Speaker 1: two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. That's what they're looking
- 44:47Speaker 1: at that take to figure out.
- 44:49Speaker 6: So it's gonna cost you one hundred thirty seven dollars
- 44:51Speaker 6: and thirty two cent apiece.
- 44:53Speaker 1: Yes, they've already ran the math and that's how they're
- 44:56Speaker 1: going to do it. So that's what they're using that
- 44:59Speaker 1: camera four because in that case they don't they the
- 45:05Speaker 1: couple of years ago they tried to find different students.
- 45:08Speaker 1: They ran onto the field when they first put the
- 45:10Speaker 1: field rule and sec if it's like fifty thousand dollars
- 45:14Speaker 1: or something, and one of the teams, that's what they
- 45:17Speaker 1: was looking for. The people that they had, they were
- 45:20Speaker 1: going to find them for that offense. So don't take
- 45:24Speaker 1: that to be oh, yeah, I'm trying to reinforce your storyline.
- 45:29Speaker 1: That's the University of Texas, not trying to float that
- 45:32Speaker 1: quarter of a million dollars in a fine for the
- 45:36Speaker 1: Acts on Thursday night. But the WNBA, as we talked about,
- 45:41Speaker 1: the New York Liberty for the first time in its history,
- 45:44Speaker 1: has finally got over the hump sixty seven to sixty
- 45:47Speaker 1: two overtime win over the Minnesota Lynx. Next year, remember
- 45:52Speaker 1: the season will go forty four games. They're going to
- 45:55Speaker 1: add a team and the finals will be a best
- 45:58Speaker 1: of seven. But Brianna Stewart, Sabrina and Nesscu and the
- 46:04Speaker 1: finals MVP joh Quel Jones, the big center that they
- 46:09Speaker 1: have who just dominant, just tough to stop her. She
- 46:13Speaker 1: can shoot jumpers, things like that. Bringing home the trophy
- 46:17Speaker 1: to New York. It almost looked like it was gonna
- 46:19Speaker 1: slip away at the end there. That was a bad
- 46:23Speaker 1: call on Minnesota. That was not a file. It definitely
- 46:27Speaker 1: wasn't a game. Five two seconds on the clock, file file.
- 46:34Speaker 1: But once again, referees insert themselves in the game and
- 46:42Speaker 1: add their two cents to something that was not And
- 46:46Speaker 1: I don't know why, I don't know what it is
- 46:48Speaker 1: about when they go to review these things. Let the
- 46:52Speaker 1: players determine the game, not your sensibilities. Watch the tape
- 47:00Speaker 1: on the Stewart didn't even though she got filed. She
- 47:02Speaker 1: was looking like me me oh, and they gave it
- 47:06Speaker 1: a two free throws she hit him with send it
- 47:09Speaker 1: into overtime, and that's all the Liberty needed. So championship
- 47:14Speaker 1: for the Liberty, one of the original eight, one of
- 47:18Speaker 1: the WNBA teams.
- 47:19Speaker 6: Now this, if there were a story WNBA season, this
- 47:25Speaker 6: would be it original eight team winning their first WNBA championship.
- 47:32Speaker 6: Never before seen numbers, never foreseen attendance, and it looks like, finally,
- 47:39Speaker 6: after a lot of flirting and back and forth, we
- 47:42Speaker 6: kind of like you a little bit.
- 47:44Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 47:45Speaker 6: You done fixed yourself up, so we agree to the
- 47:47Speaker 6: first date. Now you want to bring a friend.
- 47:50Speaker 1: Well with all that, the team still lost forty million dollars.
- 47:56Speaker 1: Oh see, daddy, So think about all the hoopla that
- 48:01Speaker 1: you had this year, and that's all of the twelve teams.
- 48:05Speaker 1: And remember the NBA teams own about seventy percent of
- 48:10Speaker 1: w NBA team So if you wonder how they stay around,
- 48:13Speaker 1: it's been on the backs of the NBA, right, It's
- 48:16Speaker 1: been that way for and so you have been.
- 48:18Speaker 6: To increase our responsibility by trying to expand. Come home, man,
- 48:23Speaker 6: I mean, I just started liking you, and you want
- 48:26Speaker 6: to bring a buddy to dinner. This a fancy place.
- 48:29Speaker 6: It's gonna cost me a lot of money, and let's
- 48:32Speaker 6: just let's let's.
- 48:33Speaker 1: Work on us. Yeah, the owners are still they're estimating
- 48:37Speaker 1: during the math about five six years from making a profit,
- 48:40Speaker 1: so hopefully with the new deal, which would I think
- 48:44Speaker 1: is like a two point two billion over eight years
- 48:48Speaker 1: or something like that, some number like that with TV revenue.
- 48:52Speaker 1: So in five years and the WNBA has been around
- 48:54Speaker 1: how long twenty seven years? That's a long run investment.
- 49:00Speaker 1: That's a long that's noney juice. That's noney juice. It's
- 49:03Speaker 1: gonna pay off you. You got to believe in the program. Pyramids,
- 49:07Speaker 1: that's all it is. You gotta believe in the program.
- 49:10Speaker 1: This am white. You pay me all, y'all pay me
- 49:12Speaker 1: two dollars a day today for the next thirty years,
- 49:16Speaker 1: We'll be bad. You get you two people to pay
- 49:18Speaker 1: you well. The Sports doc Show right after this, lam woman, I'm.
- 49:25Speaker 17: My mother, but they got a pile some babies in
- 49:27Speaker 17: your life and take away to drama.
- 49:29Speaker 1: What's the paper in a picture like a die of Mama?
- 49:32Speaker 8: Joh't bowl, Wayne Pour of the Sports Josh Show with
- 49:35Speaker 8: Wayne gam videos coming up next.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Hurting the game.
- 49:41Speaker 23: We tough it out, feel exhausted, we push on feeling down.
- 49:47Speaker 23: We pull ourselves up by the bootstraps. But there are
- 49:50Speaker 23: times when bootstraps aren't enough, when stress gets to us

- 52:06Speaker 16: Center court on Sports News Gossip, blih Live Blive.
- 52:14Speaker 9: It's the Big Neptizzle with the Snoopy deal Double Jisel.
- 52:24Speaker 1: Swal s way back to this one shock show up.
- 52:40Speaker 1: In this one shock, Wayne Gandy NFL action last night
- 52:43Speaker 1: as we talked about the Stealers thirty seven fifteen, Russell
- 52:47Speaker 1: Wilson throwing for two touchdowns last night, giving Mike Tumblin
- 52:52Speaker 1: what he wanted in that is a little more fear
- 52:56Speaker 1: of a passing game. Mike Tumblin deciding that hey, since
- 53:00Speaker 1: this is the plan we had started with, let's institute it.
- 53:05Speaker 1: Put justin Fields back in the second position. Let Russell
- 53:09Speaker 1: Wilson see if he got anything left. Perfect time to
- 53:12Speaker 1: do it while the team is riding high. Some people like,
- 53:17Speaker 1: well they're winning well, But if I put him in there,
- 53:20Speaker 1: why things are going down? Then that's a bad reflection too, right,
- 53:24Speaker 1: And if you want to go where the Stillers want
- 53:26Speaker 1: to go, you gotta have a little more ability to
- 53:30Speaker 1: throw the ball down the field. Now, there are plays
- 53:33Speaker 1: that last night you could see easily Justin Fields could
- 53:36Speaker 1: have made with his feet where Russell Wilson at thirty
- 53:40Speaker 1: seven cannot. But it does, and the receivers even seem
- 53:43Speaker 1: to be more excited to break the huddle because of
- 53:48Speaker 1: the possibility that they feel, you know, because when you
- 53:53Speaker 1: evaluate the court, there's certain things that Justin Fields can do.
- 53:56Speaker 1: Don't think the receivers don't know that these certain ros
- 54:00Speaker 1: are not going to get called for one quarterback versus
- 54:05Speaker 1: the other. Right, So a little more verticality to the
- 54:09Speaker 1: offense last night with Russell Wilson, and to me, just
- 54:13Speaker 1: like when the season started, the Stellers are in a
- 54:15Speaker 1: great situation in today's football, as you can see as
- 54:20Speaker 1: we talk about it, so many injuries. You gotta have
- 54:23Speaker 1: a part two ready, Yeah, don't just be sitting there
- 54:27Speaker 1: on part one. You gotta have part two already written
- 54:30Speaker 1: and ready to go, and we got while we got
- 54:33Speaker 1: this Game of Thrones already set up, we might as
- 54:35Speaker 1: well shoot this other show right and just keep it
- 54:38Speaker 1: for the prequel.
- 54:40Speaker 6: And I think one of the things with my jtits
- 54:43Speaker 6: jets jets jets you mentioned it is not only is
- 54:47Speaker 6: Aaron Rodgers physical ability limited, he seems like he's got
- 54:53Speaker 6: a con contemptuous mindset, like he's mad at everybody but himself.
- 54:58Speaker 6: He wants to blame their troubles on anything but himself.
- 55:03Speaker 6: And now I'm gangering original So I'm a ride with
- 55:08Speaker 6: the gang. But if a member of the gang is
- 55:11Speaker 6: putting the rest of the gang in jeopardy, then that
- 55:14Speaker 6: member needs to go.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Now.
- 55:16Speaker 6: I'm not above them getting rid of Aaron Rodgers. You've
- 55:19Speaker 6: moved other pieces trying to make it better.
- 55:22Speaker 1: And one of the reasons I was a little dubious
- 55:26Speaker 1: about them getting him was because of the money. We
- 55:30Speaker 1: ain't gonna be able to send him nowhere else for
- 55:32Speaker 1: the money. The money was already there. If you want
- 55:35Speaker 1: a quarterback, if you want any kind of winning quarterback,
- 55:38Speaker 1: it's gonna cost you what Aaron Rodgers cast you, right,
- 55:40Speaker 1: I'm saying, But to get rid of him. It's still
- 55:42Speaker 1: going to cost us something. Yeah, once you signed any
- 55:45Speaker 1: of them to those and that's why we and now
- 55:48Speaker 1: we stop from this on. Look at some of the
- 55:50Speaker 1: frustration that Aaron just let you know, in his body,
- 55:54Speaker 1: in his eyes, it looks like it's towards the person
- 55:56Speaker 1: down the field. A lot of that is he has
- 56:00Speaker 1: memory of when he could make that play. Oh okay,
- 56:04Speaker 1: it looks like I'm looking. I am looking at the
- 56:07Speaker 1: guy down there, But in my head, I'm looking, man,
- 56:10Speaker 1: that was three yards short. I used to that was
- 56:15Speaker 1: just a risk throw, and now I couldn't even get
- 56:17Speaker 1: that there. But thirty seven to fifteen, the Steelers winning
- 56:21Speaker 1: the game here in Atlanta, the Atlanta Hawks, I mean
- 56:24Speaker 1: the Atlanta Falcons.
- 56:25Speaker 6: Excuse me, Hawks Falcons. They both birds, you know what
- 56:29Speaker 6: I'm saying.
- 56:30Speaker 1: No, they played the Seahawks, So I was trying to
- 56:32Speaker 1: say Seahawks with the Falcons. But the Atlanta Falcons losing
- 56:36Speaker 1: to Seattle yesterday thirty four to fourteen, seems like maybe
- 56:41Speaker 1: they had started reading their press clippings one playing with
- 56:44Speaker 1: that energy they had played fall with the first six games.
- 56:47Speaker 1: Yesterday was the first flat game I saw where there
- 56:51Speaker 1: just wasn't no energy on the field. And they have
- 56:54Speaker 1: done some great wins to win three division games in
- 56:57Speaker 1: a rope that was huge. They beat Carolina, which is okay.
- 57:03Speaker 1: You know, they kind of put beat Tampa and all
- 57:05Speaker 1: in a row. They kind of looked like maybe they
- 57:08Speaker 1: started reading the a j C Online. Well they started
- 57:11Speaker 1: reading the timelines and the Falcons faithful was like, hey,
- 57:14Speaker 1: good enough for us, great Falcons, great season. You guys
- 57:20Speaker 1: could take the rest of the season all because we're satisfied.
- 57:24Speaker 1: But yesterday just leamally a little flat, doesn't It wasn't
- 57:28Speaker 1: that so much the Seahawks was doing anything special. It
- 57:31Speaker 1: just seemed like the Falcons. It seemed like maybe they
- 57:34Speaker 1: coming off a two week break instead of but they
- 57:37Speaker 1: hadn't played since that Thursday, so they had a little
- 57:40Speaker 1: extended time. But I just saw a flat team. I
- 57:43Speaker 1: did go to the game. They had the dome open.
- 57:46Speaker 1: I was shocked. You know, they rarely have the Donald
- 57:49Speaker 1: and it was a day game. They had it open yesterday.
- 57:54Speaker 1: They limited that, Look, we're gonna do Christmas games, We're
- 57:58Speaker 1: gonna do president. You know, they they have a schedule
- 58:01Speaker 1: of winning. The roof gets open and Saquon Barkley back
- 58:05Speaker 1: in Giant Land the Giants Daniel Jones as speaking of
- 58:11Speaker 1: being stuck with money. I just don't know what to
- 58:15Speaker 1: do if I'm the Giants but losing again. They're two
- 58:20Speaker 1: and five. They lost to the Eagles twenty eight to three.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Saquon Barkley, which you knew he was gonna do, go
- 58:26Speaker 1: to sleep early all week. Seventeen carries one hundred and
- 58:30Speaker 1: seventy six yards and a TD against his old team.
- 58:34Speaker 1: I'm going to visit the kids at my ex house.
- 58:37Speaker 1: Seventeen carres. Seventeen carries one seventy six for one TD.
- 58:41Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I'm getting some sleep. I'm finna go get
- 58:43Speaker 1: a face. I'm going back to my ex's house. I'm
- 58:46Speaker 1: fin to go get a manny Patty. I'm gonna show
- 58:49Speaker 1: up on some Yeah, you fumble this bag. And I
- 58:53Speaker 1: guess the Giants' biggest hope is maybe fish Daniel Jones
- 58:58Speaker 1: around season to command. I think they you always got
- 59:03Speaker 1: people like the Raiders. I think they can.
- 59:06Speaker 24: Somehow get out of the get out of the contract.
- 59:10Speaker 24: I mean, I think there's like two or three years left,
- 59:13Speaker 24: but they already paid him to guaranteed money. So they
- 59:17Speaker 24: don't have to. There's a way where they can just
- 59:20Speaker 24: like let him go. Oh is it without being without
- 59:24Speaker 24: being a big cap hit or anything like that.
- 59:26Speaker 1: Okay, so they reconstructed the contract without being of a
- 59:32Speaker 1: cat from the beginning. Okay, Okay, Well, won't be surprised
- 59:36Speaker 1: to see him. And it's just been too long now
- 59:40Speaker 1: and now maybe it's a fresh start that you need
- 59:43Speaker 1: as well, not just us. It's just we gave your cousins.
- 59:47Speaker 1: We gave you a five year window. No, I'm saying
- 59:51Speaker 1: just Kirk Cousins had.
- 59:55Speaker 2: That.
- 59:56Speaker 1: Reese? Who else had it? My man who? Uh Matt
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: from Detroit? Then he went to Evers right, he seemed
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: like he needed a new start. Oh okay, mass yeah right,
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: and then when he went somewhere else it paid off immediately.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: We'll be back with more the Sportstock Show right after
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: this step Nicks had been.
- 1:00:18Speaker 5: Ready to distract it, like Mike Tysha with Life Suspected
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: nine to five minim away.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: What talk of life is that? For me? It's flash
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: for me? You touching down with the Sunday shit and puscassity.
- 1:00:29Speaker 8: Jn't go awayne Bore of The Sports John Show with
- 1:00:32Speaker 8: Wayne Gambidia's coming up, maxt.
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: life insurance.
- 1:00:46Speaker 25: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 1:00:48Speaker 25: just getting started with our family and thought we lived forever.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: Life insurance was the last thing on my mind. What
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:00:56Speaker 25: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:00:58Speaker 25: Bill's piling up, I was worried how my family was
- 1:01:00Speaker 25: about without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with
- 1:01:02Speaker 25: the insurance informant.
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:01:06Speaker 4: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:01:08Speaker 25: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I
- 1:01:11Speaker 25: leave my family with bills or benefits.
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 1:01:15Speaker 4: whether you earn a little or a lot, All you
- 1:01:17Speaker 4: need is the insurance informant to help you build a
- 1:01:20Speaker 4: foundation of security, because without you, your family will have
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: two options, benefits or bills.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Which legacy will you leave behind?
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: Log on today Benefits orbills dot Com that's benefits orbills
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: dot Com.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: Hear that.
- 1:01:39Speaker 26: That's the sound of your life, perfectly imperfect, beating in
- 1:01:46Speaker 26: rhythm to the world you've created. But every time you
- 1:01:50Speaker 26: drive after drinking, music gets drowned out. Your life sounds
- 1:01:58Speaker 26: pretty great. Don't let a buzz own it. Buzz driving
- 1:02:01Speaker 26: is drunk driving. Don't drive buzzed. A message from Nit's
- 1:02:04Speaker 26: in the ad council.
- 1:02:08Speaker 9: No enough, I don't have any serious sup and we
- 1:02:14Speaker 9: hold the world ransom for.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Excuse me while I whip this out. Broadcasting live and Atlanta, Georgia.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: This this is the sports shot Ship with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: You may pill Vegan.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: Shore outcome so far comes.
- 1:02:37Speaker 26: It comes to month?
- 1:02:38Speaker 10: Is it just go?
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: I'm a doing. Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: you made Bill Vegan tell me welcome back to this
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: war Shock show. I'm this Wartshock wing gaining. Good morning
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: to you, Glad to be here with you on this
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: beautiful Monday morning. Sports All right? How all time high?
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: As I said, I don't know if there's been a
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: weekend so packed with big games and storylines as this
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: past weekend and as far as Georgia Texas Jets Stealers
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: last night with all the moves the Jets have made
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: the re emergence of Russell Wilson. You talk about the
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: WNBA baseball and the way these games high scoring games too.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: This year in the playoffs, y y'all noticed that a
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: lot of scoring. Well, we haven't really had it. I'm
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: talking about regardless of the series. Rarely do you click
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: on and it was two to one victory, it's ten
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: to six. It's like walkhoffs. Yeah, it's Grand Slams. But
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: the Yankees and the Dodgers are gonna do battle in
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: the World Series. As we said, something that baseball gods
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: have gifted us with. And the NBA starts to this week.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Did Bronnie James make the team? They sent him to
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: the G League. He made the team, Okay, so he's
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: won of the fifteen players. Yeah, okay, okay, So they're
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: gonna ride with that for a little while what they said.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: And now I hope they don't keep him there too long.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: Give him a dead game of two, let him get
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: in the game, throw the aliyut to him, get it
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: out the way, and then send him to the G League,
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: because you don't want a player to sit over there
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: and not play he needs to play basketball until he
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: just can't play anymore. Just keep playing, and no knock
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: against him. Just needs to play twenty years old. He
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: needs to play. He doesn't need to go a whole season.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: And we get to the end of the season and
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: we find out he played like twenty minutes for the
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: whole season, for the whole season, and not some backup
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: blowouts either, not those minutes either. He needs meaningful minutes.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: But we'll see what the Lakers do as we start
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: this week in the and be a story coming out
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: of Canada. Wanted by the FBI. That's a headline right there.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: And really are we all? Am? I?
- 1:05:09Speaker 18: Right?
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: Am I? Right? We all the f B I go
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: to can I don't really round right now, right right,
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying, Brustock, No, no, I told you
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: what's happening with me. Man show it alphabets on his
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: jacket at miles. I'm just gonna write them a letter
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: started confessing these are my confessions. You're gonna pull a usher.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: But Canadian olympian, former snowboarding olympian is wanted by the
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: f B. I Ryan Wedding, I wanted from murder, drug trafficking,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: He's supposed to be a big time drug operation up there.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: They caught him and Operation Giants uh Slalom and they
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: say he's on the run. They caught like I think
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: ten of his co conspirators there, it's three of them.
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Billion dollar drug operation that he was running for about
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: a decade. And now you know, not every drug operation
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: makes a billion dollars, but we right, all right, So
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: if you can't go to back to Canada, then you
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: can't go. Where do you go? Mexico, Venezuela. Just keep
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: going because whatever country doesn't have an extra extradition and
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: are willing to accept, y'all, let me lay low here,
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: I'll give you then, yeah, because they're gonna they're gonna
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: want the money. Yeah, they're gonna take.
- 1:06:56Speaker 5: If I was him, I go back to cold weather
- 1:06:58Speaker 5: like cant somewhere cold like Russia or something like that.
- 1:07:04Speaker 6: You don't want to go anywhere where the government can
- 1:07:06Speaker 6: just like here in the United States, place like Russia
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: can take everything.
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: But does Russia have an extradition with Canada. That's what
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: I'm saying, Like Greg was saying, you have to go
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: where you don't have.
- 1:07:16Speaker 6: A Russia doesn't have extradition with anybody. They kind of
- 1:07:19Speaker 6: sovereign that way, I'm saying. But there are countries, some
- 1:07:23Speaker 6: places in Colombia where you could say, listen, man, I
- 1:07:26Speaker 6: got thirty million dollars, I'll give it to your country.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: You just let me reside here for I'm like bus jock.
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: You go there, you give them thirty, they gonna think
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: you got another thirty and they don't come forward.
- 1:07:37Speaker 6: They might, but it might buy you some time because
- 1:07:40Speaker 6: the United States trying to take the whole grip and
- 1:07:44Speaker 6: put you in prison.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: And he said it was a board of about twelve
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: ye people they're looking for, and nine of them they
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: already had locked up, locked up. He's one of the
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: only three they haven't found. And one of those nine
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: are is probably in there helping him scout where could
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: he be one of one of the three that's still
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: on the run. Is the is the inside man. He's
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: still communicating with anybody, getting them triangulated. That's how they
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: do it. Yeah, because they they're for murders, multiple murders,
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: and a lot of drugs and stuff. And when they
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: start naming operations to get you, they don't name all operations,
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: do they? But no just the ones for the big guys, right,
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: because they had an operation Diddy, right, what was his
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: had a name for the one with him because it
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: was a simultaneous right right. I forget what it was,
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: but it was there was an operation name for to
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: try to bring him getting right. Yeah, That's why I
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: knew the charges was serious when they started putting the
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: label on bringing you in. But now that guy they're
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: looking for out of Canada was mister Wedding. Yes, Operation
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: Giant Slalom. Didn't nobody ever get curious about why he
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: was so good on snow? Nobody ever thought like, you know,
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: hey man, this dude really crazy. Mister you didn't get
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: it good on snow? He missing like Ryan, he missing.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: Listen to the perfect beat. Come on Jones, come on Daniel,
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: We're gonna need more out of you. The Cleveland Browns
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: the Browns battling with Cincinnati yesterday, twenty one to fourteen.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: The Browns are one and six, the Bengals are three
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: and four. But the storylines out of Cleveland center around
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: much more than the record of the team. First and foremost,
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: shameful Browns fans, very shameful, shameful, said the key shameful
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: that you would boo anyone hurt your team or opposing team,
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: but even more shameful that someone on your team. And
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: I know you're disappointed in mister Watson, but that's as
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: low as you can get. When you boo a player
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: on your team that is being carted off, the cart
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: means time the cart means I won't be back for
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: a minute. Cart doesn't mean I'm gonna go in. The
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: kid for Missouri quarterback from Missouri played Auburn this weekend.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: He walked to the locker room. They drove him to
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: the hospital. They checked him out. He came back to
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: the about mid third quarter, played beat us. But the
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: key was he walked. When they caught you something wrong,
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: you're gonna stay at the hospital. You ain't when the
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: car something is wrong, when the cart So the boo
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: Deshaun Watson is so despicable that I had to agree
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: with crab legs Jameis Winston in his postgame interview. And
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: that's tough to agree with Jameis Winston when Reverend Winston
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: go to preaching to even get on board with him
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: with those I'm strong, you strong. But even he was
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: one hundred percent correct that that has no place in sport.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: When the person is injured, when the cart comes, it's
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: just silence. Both teams show respect. Most people come over
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: they're hoping that you're okay. But everybody knows on the
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: field what the cart means. I was taken off on
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: a cart. You're fourteen, Game six Tennessee Titans. Up until
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: that point, I had never missed but one game since
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: the eighth grade. So from the time I was thirteen
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: till I was thirty seven, I had missed one game
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: in any sport. Wow. Then the cart came boo, and
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: I tried to convince myself that all I needed to
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: do was make it to the locker room and we
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: were gonna tape it up and go back because I
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: didn't want to go with the reality of what the
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: cart mean. And we all know what the cart means,
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: don't we You're not gonna show a hand on what
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: we all know what the car, what the cart means. Yeah,
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: you know, if you walked in the room, if you
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: walked in the room, turned on the TV, somebody Patrick
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: Mahomes was on the cart, what does that mean? Already answered,
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: Hey man, you ain't you ain't put that you ain't
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: put that hunted the case yet. Hea, we all know
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: what the cart. The cart is the modern day stretcher. Now,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: it's the way to get a because you can't get
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: a three hundred pounds man off the field in the stretch,
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: you're gonna have to call the ambulance. The cart. That's
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: what the cart means. So show respect, Cleveland, Brown's. I know,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: you get a new stadium. You might have been mad
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: about that because I understand the Cleveland fans. They don't
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: want to be in a dome and they don't want
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: to be out in the suburbs. The Cleveland fans love that.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: They want to be the stealers. Oh did I hear? Oh,
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: y'all gonna be okay, So they're gonna talk about that
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: another time. I just thought i'd let y'all know why
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: they built the stadium next to the river. They wanted
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: to be. They want to be the mumbling And we'll
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: be back with boys. Sleep don't go.
- 1:14:53Speaker 8: Wayne Born of the Sports John Hill with Wayne Gampidias
- 1:14:56Speaker 8: coming up next.
- 1:15:00Speaker 27: High school sports fans, are you an armshare official? You
- 1:15:04Speaker 27: know the parent or fan who constantly yells at the
- 1:15:07Speaker 27: referees and loves to let everyone know just how bad
- 1:15:11Speaker 27: you think they are. Well, if you think you could
- 1:15:14Speaker 27: do better, then get in the game and prove it.
- 1:15:16Speaker 27: It's time for you to suit up and make the
- 1:15:18Speaker 27: calls where they actually cap. Every sport in Georgia needs

- 1:15:29Speaker 22: In sitcoms, when someone has a problem, they just blurt
- 1:15:32Speaker 22: it out and move on.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: Well, I lost my job and my parakeet is missing.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: How is your day?
- 1:15:39Speaker 22: But the real world is different. Managing life's challenges can
- 1:15:42Speaker 22: be overwhelming.
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: So what do we do? We get support?
- 1:15:46Speaker 22: The Huntsman Mental Health Institute and the ad Council have

- 1:15:55Speaker 22: much further you can go when you take care of
- 1:15:57Speaker 22: your mental health.
- 1:16:00Speaker 28: Have you noticed bad behavior has become normalized at interscholastic
- 1:16:04Speaker 28: athletic events. Some fan seem angry, they lack civility toward
- 1:16:08Speaker 28: one another. Some even get aggressive and unruly.
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: Time out.
- 1:16:14Speaker 3: What is going on? This has to stop.
- 1:16:19Speaker 28: Let's not forget school sports aren't just about winning, and
- 1:16:22Speaker 28: they're definitely not an excuse to take your frustrations out
- 1:16:25Speaker 28: on the official or the opponent. They're about teaching lessons
- 1:16:29Speaker 28: like perseverance, respect and empathy so students can learn and grow.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: As people, not just as players.
- 1:16:37Speaker 28: We all have a role to play in setting a
- 1:16:39Speaker 28: good example for our students and teaching them these important values.
- 1:16:43Speaker 28: So fans, it's time to step up your game and
- 1:16:46Speaker 28: behave positively at interscholastic athletic events in Georgia.
- 1:16:50Speaker 9: This message presented by the GHSA and the Georgia Athletic
- 1:16:54Speaker 9: Directors Association.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: And now back to the sports Job wing in Berdy.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Sport Shock Show. The Sport Shock
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: Wayne Gandy, Big Kenny. I was receiving some information this
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: weekend that I gotta limit your clock in right now,
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: your clock in? They say, you're you're you need to
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: be limited roped in. It's just been too many clock in.
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: They feel like it needs to be a specialty item
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: and not just something where you get to lock clock in.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: So so so so what you said is you're against
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: the man working for the working man. No. I am
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: for a little overtime, but you can't be working that
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: many jobs. What I'm going to do from now on
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: at least my log book. The next couple of shows
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: we're going you just make one one clock in, clock in?
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Now do I get to know all of the work
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: that's available in advance? Yeah, I'm gonna say the birthdays
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: and then and at the end I'll clock in, clock in. Okay?
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: Can I can I get his crumbs or the extras
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: that he don't want to I do not want to
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: go to jail. I'm quite sure whatever you want to
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: clock in to do, it's some criminal aspect to it.
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: But but so, but I can't pick up where he
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: falling short, where he don't get to do all the extras.
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: I can't falsify my worksheet like a truck driver. You
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: know you got you know, the truck driver got two
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: books at the end? Okay, clock in? So okay? Can
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: snoop thisle this Calvin brought us? If I remember correct right? Yes,
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: it's new dag It's fifty three years of age, maybe
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: the player of the year in NCAA and possible first
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: pick of the draft this year. Page Beckers is twenty
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: three at UConn NBA. Young Boy is twenty five. For you,
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: Lord of the Rings fans, Vigo Mortensen is sixty six,

- 1:19:35Speaker 1: NBA with the Lakers. Couple of teams there fifty three.
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: Willis McGahee running back for the Bills the Ravens. Who
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: else did Willie? He's on the Broncos. Broncos as well.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: McGahee forty three years of age. Joey Harrington on a

- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Judge Judy, Judge Judy eighty two. It's Judge Judy. Wait wait, wait, now,
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: I got a question. I got a question. I got
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: a question. Since I'm limiting my work, you can now
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: seemed like y'all trying to your union busters. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: you free to working man years old. Dosha Cat is
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: twenty nine years of a two good ones. Kamala Harris Uh,
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: the possible future president of the United States, is sixty
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: years of age and at the ripe old age, it
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: seems like she's should be older. At forty four years old.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian is forty four years of age. I'm no,
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: you're not you know I already got limited work. I
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: don't need no no, no co signers. So you keep
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: your two's in the bag. I'm gonna be looking. So
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: those are our birthdays here, yesterday and today. So so
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: out of out of page Becker's Amber rolls, Judge Judy
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: has been eliminated. Boo and.
- 1:21:38Speaker 6: Kamala Harris, Doja Cat and Kim kay I get to
- 1:21:42Speaker 6: clock in on only one one.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: I'm gonna clock in on Freedom Kamala Harris because I'm
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: all about connections and power.
- 1:21:51Speaker 18: So we the people, No just me baby, clock clack clack, clock,
- 1:22:03Speaker 18: I'll cast my vote for her.
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: You had a story about VHS tapes VHS now making
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: a comeback, making a comeback, and they're releasing the movie Alien,
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: and I want to get which Romulus Romulus on VHS
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: and they're not releasing it as a just run out
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: and get it when you're ready. It's going to be
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: one of those limited items sort of like meal releases
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: or sneaker releases. They're going to release Alien Romulus and
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: they've got one more. I didn't know what the other
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: movie releases coming, but they've got one more that they're
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: going to release on vhs.
- 1:22:44Speaker 6: You can get them for a limited time, gonna be
- 1:22:46Speaker 6: a little bit more expensive than regular stuff.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: But well what the tape would be? But where are
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: you going to find the machines?
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: See sports jock? Thank you for being willing to ask
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: a question that I asked?
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: When are the television still? Do you have to get
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: an older TV to be able? Took commands? Stuff? Up?
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: Are the modern Is the twenty twenty four TV even
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: capable of compatible? Not to probably not? Like everything's Bluetooth. Yeah,
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: it may barely even connect anything.
- 1:23:21Speaker 6: And I have a Bluetooth speaker that you could put
- 1:23:26Speaker 6: into TVs and now it's not even compatible. And Bluetooth
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: is a newer technology. But if you got to actually
- 1:23:34Speaker 6: connect it to the TV or need wires or something,
- 1:23:37Speaker 6: you know, TVs don't need that anymore. So I wondered
- 1:23:40Speaker 6: about that you're going to release VH tapes, VHS tapes
- 1:23:43Speaker 6: to be played on what with what? So maybe we're
- 1:23:46Speaker 6: going to see a resurgence of older TVs and things
- 1:23:50Speaker 6: like that too.
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: Which is going to based on your age. I don't
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: think the younger person is going to actually like it
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: because you have grown. If you're like we say, thirty
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: five and under your visual of TV is HD period period.
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: You don't remember watching TV now thing flipping, and you
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: gotta try any kind of you know, snowy ye hazy,
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: look none of that the line. If you're gonna do that,
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: prepare yourself by going to the stations that still might
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: be on me TV that don't come in HT right right,
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: because that's what you're gonna get bounced, Bud. But I
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: don't know why I want to watch a movie like
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: Alien in a lower resolution. We'll see those movies are
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: better when you can see.
- 1:24:44Speaker 6: And it's interesting to me how they made all of
- 1:24:47Speaker 6: what they consider advances, like with audio recordings, they made
- 1:24:51Speaker 6: all these advances to make the music clear. Then they
- 1:24:54Speaker 6: went back to vinyl because people wanted to cracking in
- 1:24:57Speaker 6: the music.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: So, you know, yeah, be back, but more sounds like
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: Generation Z just wants to have a connection to us
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: the sixties. Yeah, that's them. Stop being so narcissistic, he
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: said to us. They knew when it was not even
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: really connected. When they will be back right sixty give
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: a six double ana.
- 1:25:20Speaker 7: He was hearing kind of just kind of change cause
- 1:25:23Speaker 7: he had a little too much to say.
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: He's told me.

- 1:25:43Speaker 14: paper ceiling, the limitations from degree screens to stereotypes that

- 1:28:09Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, I said what they said. Welcome back to
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: this Mory Shock Show. I'm this boy shock winning Candid
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: Kim Proud of you man. You was able to understand
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: the rules of the game, live by the rules of
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: the game, and that's part of succeed succeeding in life,
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: finding the rules and living with them. No matter what
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: game you playing, whatever the game is so clocking in
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: on freedom? As you said, Oh yeah, democracy. My clock
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: in was the clock in for democracy today. Okay, for
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: the right to clock for the right, because you couldn't
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: be looking at somewhere where you can't well, you can't
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: clock in on nobody. Oh man. President Trump was up
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: at the Stewards game, and I wanted to ask you
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: guys with all this, these are outrageous political bank rolls
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: to even run for president and run for offices that
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: they collect and you're a real estimate, does that even
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: really make a difference? Does the president showing up and
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: flying around as we talked about both candidates here in
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: Atlanta in the last four or five days, because I
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: think President Trump was here Friday because traffic was backed
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: up when I was headed to the call my football
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: game on the highway. So is it of these treasure
- 1:29:38Speaker 1: turroves of money that they have to raise, couldn't that
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: just be given to some real projects? Sportshock because a
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: lot of people like close to a billion dollars, Yeah,
- 1:29:51Speaker 1: they raised just to run for office. And now there
- 1:29:55Speaker 1: are a lot of people who follow politics who have
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: been making that argument for a very long time. Before
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: we can and We're not just talking about the final
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: two candidates. We're talking about the entire election.
- 1:30:05Speaker 6: Season, the whole seat, where we've gone through the twenty
- 1:30:09Speaker 6: Republican candidates, the ten and all of that money could
- 1:30:13Speaker 6: fix the immigration problem, all of that money could fix
- 1:30:17Speaker 6: the inflation problem, and we should just be putting it
- 1:30:21Speaker 6: to that instead of playing these political games. And it's
- 1:30:25Speaker 6: really interesting because then at the end of the day,
- 1:30:28Speaker 6: these people spend billions and you don't win.
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: That would be wasted money, wouldn't it.
- 1:30:34Speaker 6: Yeah, you wasted that money because you didn't get the
- 1:30:37Speaker 6: desired result.
- 1:30:40Speaker 24: So Okay, what could you ask the question? Again, I'm
- 1:30:45Speaker 24: not clear on what the what your question actually.
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: Is the amount of money that they raise to basically
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: run for office, that they spend on the commercial advertisement
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: and all is all what seems to be make a
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: real impact or could that money be used for something else?
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: Like is that really swing voters? Right? It can?
- 1:31:13Speaker 24: I don't know so much on the on the national
- 1:31:16Speaker 24: level as far as like the presidential election. I know
- 1:31:19Speaker 24: that's more of an impact on the you know, the state,
- 1:31:22Speaker 24: the more local stuff, but it's probably not necessary so
- 1:31:30Speaker 24: much on the national level that they don't have to
- 1:31:32Speaker 24: spend all this money. They don't have to make all
- 1:31:34Speaker 24: these appearances. And I think there's so much news out there,
- 1:31:38Speaker 24: Like by now, if you don't know who you're going
- 1:31:42Speaker 24: to vote for at this point.
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: Most likely you're not even voting. Yeah, but if you're not,
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: I tell you so. I just thought, you know it all,
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: like we said, the traffic here and the going to
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: this and that. It's like the President Trump being at
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: the Steeler game, you decide you're gonna vote for him
- 1:32:01Speaker 1: or not. I mean, he had Levy and Ball and
- 1:32:06Speaker 1: Antonio Brown at his rally the day before up in Pittsburgh.
- 1:32:13Speaker 1: You know, I don't know why you want those two maniacs,
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: but we are the same pace represent Smoke one of
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: Smoke too. I was the original Smoke three. I used
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: to be Smoked three, but but then but then I
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: ran for president, saying I have to get out the
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: band to do the president thing. Now I'm back, guys,
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: because when I saw Antonio Brown, I'm thinking, man, we're
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: in the world. Would I want Antonio Brown to endorse me?
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: That seemed like it would actually hurt you. I know
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: you in Pennsylvania. But even the still A fans have
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: to be at are they still cool?
- 1:32:53Speaker 6: Saying it might hurt you if you were say Michelle Obama,
- 1:33:00Speaker 6: It might hurt you if you are Kamala Harris. But
- 1:33:02Speaker 6: if you're a Donald Trump, then the only difference between
- 1:33:06Speaker 6: you and Antonio Brown is you ain't took your shirt
- 1:33:10Speaker 6: off and ran off the field.
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. Everything else y'all kind of
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: naked with actually said y'all were bad fans when he left.
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: So I don't know, but Trump go ahead, sir, No.
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: I was saying this Wednesday, the north end of eighty
- 1:33:27Speaker 5: five up on the Gwenetts side, it will be packed
- 1:33:30Speaker 5: again because former President Trump will be at that the
- 1:33:33Speaker 5: Gas South Arena, so it'll be more traffic.
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: So once again he'll be back and win money. Well,
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: then you ain't talk to who you wanted to talk
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: to when you said last week.
- 1:33:44Speaker 5: We'll see what you in a certain parts of Georgia
- 1:33:47Speaker 5: and everybody can't get to.
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: That to the round back the rally. But that's what
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: I'm trying to I'm trying to laybel for you and
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: we can talk. As the election gets closer. You're coming
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: to rally people that's already on your side, right it's
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: like me going to visit my mom. Well, see, I
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: would imagine my mom has already decided whether she gonna
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: vote for me or not. You just want, you just
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: want some pats on the background.
- 1:34:13Speaker 5: Well, Georgia and North Carolina to the swing states, and
- 1:34:16Speaker 5: that's why they've been back and forth. Both candidates have
- 1:34:18Speaker 5: been just parlay in between Georgia and North Carolina because
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: they want to be seen, because they're independence and there's
- 1:34:26Speaker 5: people that unfortunately still haven't made their decision.
- 1:34:29Speaker 6: To me, it seems like some of that stuff it's
- 1:34:32Speaker 6: posturing to justify the amount of money that we're spending. Look,
- 1:34:37Speaker 6: we still got eighteen million dollars left and it's two
- 1:34:39Speaker 6: weeks to go. We got to do something with it
- 1:34:41Speaker 6: or we can run into campaign finance violations. So I mean,
- 1:34:46Speaker 6: the truth of the matter is Georgia and North Carolina
- 1:34:50Speaker 6: or South Carolina are swing states. But everybody done got
- 1:34:54Speaker 6: on a swing already. You see what I'm saying. There
- 1:34:56Speaker 6: are no empty swings. We all know who we vot
- 1:35:00Speaker 6: and for two weeks out and you just keep coming
- 1:35:03Speaker 6: to do yo.
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: Yeah, we could have took this money that you're coming
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: back to Georgia with and bought some food for the homeless,
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: or it's getting cold, some jackets. We just saw you
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: seven days ago, seven.
- 1:35:16Speaker 5: Yesterday we were here Royd County, but Gwynette County hadn't
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: saw him.
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: That he hadn't been a see That's what I'm saying, everybody,
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: big bad producer man. If you've just erased the bias,
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: you will see a fuller picture. The people from Fulton
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: County went to Gwenett County, and the people from Gwenet
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: County they go to Fulton County. It's the same group
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: of people. It's not Canada and the United States acting
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: like they traveling across country. Usher Usher Usher, getting Usher,
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: didn't give a concert and full to and then go
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: over to the cab. They're the same place as it was,
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: full of the same people. And you're saying, do you
- 1:36:02Speaker 1: know how to get the big mac is ten dollars
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: and it's some people that need some money, and you're
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: still sitting here with this. Well, the people over here
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: didn't get to see him. Whoever in Georgia is voting
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: for Trump is voting for Trump. That's the point he's making.
- 1:36:17Speaker 6: You're talking about they didn't get to see him, and
- 1:36:19Speaker 6: the people in Gwinet, though allready voting supporters for Trump.
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: There's no need for you to come rally to rally.
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: The undecided doesn't go to a rally, No, they don't.
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: They don't. So that's what I'm saying the people too.
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: If you're telling me a thousand people there and only
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: five of them are undecided, then that's not worth the
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: money that is cost him for you to fly in.
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: It's not, none of it is. But fourteen years I've
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: been dealing. You're biased. I let you sit there because
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: you the embodiment of the new human Yes, American, the
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: bias American society. You bring them to the table every day.
- 1:37:09Speaker 1: That's why I call it. Barbara Shockley and you you
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: sound whatever you like. It benefits you, is what you for.
- 1:37:18Speaker 6: America is our fourth man because you are.
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: You are the new America. Every day that you come in,
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: America sits in that chair. I'm just talking. Man. Freni,
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: thirty six years old, passes away. Interesting story because I've
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: never heard of it. She's a surfer ms man. Freni
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: was stabbed by swordfish in the ocean. Yeah, wow, I
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: never heard of that. Again, they say it's very rare.
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: When I was reading the story, they said swordfish usually
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: swim away, but when she fell off off she was
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: on off the coast of Indonesia, And I guess they
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: were saying maybe she once she got off her surfboard
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: sword fish fish heart in that area, right. Yeah.
- 1:38:16Speaker 6: Now, I've seen people fishing for marlin and things like
- 1:38:21Speaker 6: that and them trying to get away will put them
- 1:38:26Speaker 6: in the line of danger. But I are they saying
- 1:38:30Speaker 6: this was like she fell close to it, fell on it,
- 1:38:32Speaker 6: or she was attacked.
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: Well, I don't, I don't they They didn't say how
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: far away from it that she was, but she was
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: out there surfing. And I guess when you know swordfish.
- 1:38:45Speaker 6: Does that does that qualify as die doing what you love?
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: Because there's times it's no different than a shark anything
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: else out there, or you falling and hitting your head
- 1:38:54Speaker 1: on the reeff because you understand those risks are How
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: did my man die that time?
- 1:39:00Speaker 27: Uh?
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: What fish killed him? Steve alligator man? Yeah, that alligator.
- 1:39:09Speaker 6: And they say what really killed him wasn't the sting
- 1:39:13Speaker 6: ray sticking the barb in his chest near his heart.
- 1:39:17Speaker 1: It was him trying to pull it.
- 1:39:19Speaker 6: Out because it's got those reversed ridges in it and
- 1:39:24Speaker 6: when you pull it, it rips, and it ripped an artery.
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: And we'll be back with more than Sports Jock Show
- 1:39:29Speaker 1: right after this.
- 1:39:39Speaker 8: Just like that, don't go Awayne Born of the Sports
- 1:39:47Speaker 8: John Show with Wayne Gandy is comming up next.
- 1:39:52Speaker 4: We've all been there waiting for hours at your local
- 1:39:55Speaker 4: repair or service department. Many of us value my time,
- 1:39:58Speaker 4: and in today's busines world with work and family, the
- 1:40:01Speaker 4: last thing you want to do is spend your valuable
- 1:40:03Speaker 4: time waiting for your car.
- 1:40:05Speaker 1: Well, my car Butler is your service.
- 1:40:07Speaker 4: My Car Butler will take the headache out of waiting

- 1:42:40Speaker 1: I'll sing even big Canny, welcome back to this by
- 1:42:45Speaker 1: shop show. I'm this wry shop Wayne Candy, Good morning
- 1:42:48Speaker 1: to you out there in this land. We talked about
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: Cleveland's new Big Stadium, a dome in Cleveland coming a
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: couple of years from now. They're gonna move us about
- 1:42:59Speaker 1: twelve to fifteen miles our south of the city, down
- 1:43:01Speaker 1: in a suburb. Interesting choice for the Cleveland fan that
- 1:43:06Speaker 1: has been spoiled by the stadium being right there in
- 1:43:09Speaker 1: a beautiful spot. The new stadium. I was fortunate enough
- 1:43:13Speaker 1: to play the first game in Cleveland when they opened
- 1:43:17Speaker 1: this stadium twenty five years ago. We beat the breaks
- 1:43:21Speaker 1: off of them, which is an omen for they still
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: losing still today. But it was a nice stadium. Then
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: I had a.
- 1:43:29Speaker 24: Agreement that go ahead about what the new stadium is
- 1:43:32Speaker 24: going to be a dome, And we talked about before
- 1:43:35Speaker 24: with the Bears possibly getting a new stadium, and that
- 1:43:38Speaker 24: would be a dome. Should are we should we be
- 1:43:44Speaker 24: going away from my Whether be any kind of a
- 1:43:47Speaker 24: factor for an NFL game?
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: Should we know?
- 1:43:56Speaker 7: I like.
- 1:43:58Speaker 1: Your advantage region, it makes you play harder. Last game
- 1:44:02Speaker 1: of the year, we win, we get to take you
- 1:44:04Speaker 1: back to Florida. We lose, We got to go to Buffalo.
- 1:44:08Speaker 1: It's a lot on this game. We don't want to travel.
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: It's January. Buffalo got the edge. You think they keep
- 1:44:15Speaker 1: their stadium open. That's what they come up here, Jacksonville,
- 1:44:20Speaker 1: come on up here and see what you like to
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: do in this seven degree temperature. The Tampa Bay Bucks,
- 1:44:25Speaker 1: well they go about forty two years there before they
- 1:44:29Speaker 1: won a game under yeah, yeah, under fifty something like that.
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: Ever since. So, I think all these new stadiums. Is
- 1:44:38Speaker 1: just all about how we are now as fans, society
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: or we don't want to be outside. We want to
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: be comfortable, and it allows the city to throw so
- 1:44:51Speaker 1: many other events. And that's the biggest thing of why
- 1:44:54Speaker 1: they do it. They've seen the models of something like
- 1:44:57Speaker 1: the super Dome in New Orleans be able to host
- 1:45:01Speaker 1: all kinds of events. And when you have an open arena,
- 1:45:07Speaker 1: you can't. You can't get certain concerts, you can't get
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: certain events to come in because you're open air. That's
- 1:45:15Speaker 1: why some of them build you know, spend the extra
- 1:45:17Speaker 1: money for the ability to open and close. So but
- 1:45:22Speaker 1: it's all about that creating, as I said, these environments
- 1:45:26Speaker 1: where you don't have to tailgate anymore. Remember, the modern
- 1:45:30Speaker 1: fan wants to Uber had to do the game right,
- 1:45:36Speaker 1: so they're going to go to the game. We got
- 1:45:37Speaker 1: you all set up inside. You don't have to. We
- 1:45:40Speaker 1: had to entertain ourselves outside of the stadium, and then
- 1:45:44Speaker 1: the game was because yeah, because there was nothing, nothing.
- 1:45:47Speaker 6: Else to do but the game. But now we you
- 1:45:51Speaker 6: can come to the game just to watch it in
- 1:45:53Speaker 6: a bar. You can actually come to the stadium and
- 1:45:56Speaker 6: watch the game.
- 1:45:57Speaker 1: And that's why I had the college stadium. There's still
- 1:46:01Speaker 1: a good amount of them that give you the real throwback.
- 1:46:05Speaker 1: If you go to Auburn, there is no inside inside
- 1:46:13Speaker 1: is in the stadium. Other than that, you might as
- 1:46:15Speaker 1: well stay at the tailgate. Everything is open. If you
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: want a hot dog, you're gonna be in the cold
- 1:46:21Speaker 1: waiting in that line to get that hot dog. It's
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: not getting closed and anyway, ain't The hot dog line
- 1:46:30Speaker 1: is long.
- 1:46:30Speaker 6: You can't do like you do over there at Mercedes
- 1:46:33Speaker 6: Bens and go well, let's just go down to the restaurant.
- 1:46:36Speaker 1: Let's just open the app, order on the app on
- 1:46:42Speaker 1: the app. Clepson the Tigers who are having a great year,
- 1:46:48Speaker 1: as I talked about on the list show. They won
- 1:46:52Speaker 1: this weekend as well, beating Virginia. Yes, so Clemson is
- 1:46:58Speaker 1: now six and one, six and one that we talked
- 1:47:01Speaker 1: about them and they beat Virginia forty eight. The thirty
- 1:47:05Speaker 1: one they're six and one. Word is that they're going
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: to add a student fee to be able to increase
- 1:47:16Speaker 1: the nil deal.
- 1:47:19Speaker 6: Is that the premise of it now, and from what
- 1:47:23Speaker 6: I understand, that's the premise of it.
- 1:47:25Speaker 27: Now.
- 1:47:26Speaker 6: We know that coach Sweeney does not do transfer portal.
- 1:47:32Speaker 6: So is this student fee that goes to the athletic
- 1:47:35Speaker 6: department in an effort to reward the players that are
- 1:47:39Speaker 6: willing to stay. They're not jumping ship to go get
- 1:47:42Speaker 6: a bigger bag. So we're going to increase the amount
- 1:47:45Speaker 6: of money you can make here because you decided to
- 1:47:48Speaker 6: stay with us.
- 1:47:49Speaker 5: They're gonna sell you think he's selling it to the
- 1:47:52Speaker 5: fan base and everybody. The students like, hey, we got
- 1:47:55Speaker 5: to keep them here. I'm saying it's worth it. Do
- 1:47:58Speaker 5: you what do you get with the student fee?
- 1:48:00Speaker 1: I see it says that Clemson University Board of Trustees
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: has approved an athletic fee of one hundred and fifty
- 1:48:05Speaker 1: dollars per semester for students starting next academic a year.
- 1:48:11Speaker 1: So what does that come up? This fee is expected
- 1:48:14Speaker 1: to raise about seven to eight million dollars for the
- 1:48:17Speaker 1: athletic department. The school had resisted such fees and has
- 1:48:22Speaker 1: not charged it students for single games. So basically they're
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: not going to do the percentage like a Tennessee did.
- 1:48:30Speaker 1: But it's a way to be able to put together
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: some money for where they think athletics is going to
- 1:48:37Speaker 1: go and and a big picture this is to save
- 1:48:42Speaker 1: the rest of the sports. Yes, let's not forget. This
- 1:48:48Speaker 1: is not for the football team. So before you go, oh,
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: they can do all this for the No, this is
- 1:48:52Speaker 1: for the ability to save the rest of the sports.
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: The football team has always had the ability if they
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: kept their own money, for them to pay their players.
- 1:49:05Speaker 1: One of the reasons we never got paid in the
- 1:49:07Speaker 1: old school days, as they say, is because we were
- 1:49:10Speaker 1: keeping the other twenty five sports, women swimming on board,
- 1:49:16Speaker 1: men's tennis, all that responsor by the football team. So
- 1:49:20Speaker 1: to be able to do both, this is where this
- 1:49:23Speaker 1: fee comes in, to be able to continue to provide
- 1:49:29Speaker 1: and also in some certain sports like basketball or trying
- 1:49:34Speaker 1: to get that top golfer, which those sports always basically
- 1:49:39Speaker 1: survived off of fundraising. More so so we will see
- 1:49:47Speaker 1: how this helps Clemson out. But just a student fee
- 1:49:51Speaker 1: will be added on.
- 1:49:53Speaker 6: And have they said like because of the student fees,
- 1:49:56Speaker 6: students will have access to this.
- 1:49:58Speaker 1: Or and that's the part I was, does that instantly
- 1:50:01Speaker 1: give me something or it's just that's me taking one
- 1:50:05Speaker 1: for the team. Just the rental car charging you for
- 1:50:10Speaker 1: entire inflation tax? Right, I saw that on your on
- 1:50:13Speaker 1: your travel.
- 1:50:17Speaker 6: I ask them to itemize those charges and a lot
- 1:50:21Speaker 6: of them be like, man, don't.
- 1:50:23Speaker 1: Worry about that. We ain't gonna put that on it.
- 1:50:24Speaker 1: We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 1:50:41Speaker 8: Don't go Awayne Born of the Sports John Show with
- 1:50:43Speaker 8: Wayne Gambia's dumming up next.

- 1:50:54Speaker 1: Man, that's love.
- 1:50:56Speaker 15: And if you love her that much, love her enough
- 1:50:58Speaker 15: to make sure she's buckled in the right car seat.

- 1:51:13Speaker 15: you by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the
- 1:51:15Speaker 15: ad Council.
- 1:51:16Speaker 4: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three
- 1:51:19Speaker 4: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:51:23Speaker 4: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 1:51:27Speaker 4: life insurance.
- 1:51:27Speaker 25: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 1:51:29Speaker 25: just getting started with our family and thought we lived forever.
- 1:51:32Speaker 1: Life insurance was the last thing on my mind. What
- 1:51:34Speaker 1: about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:51:37Speaker 25: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:51:39Speaker 25: bills piling up, I was worried how my family was
- 1:51:41Speaker 25: survived without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with
- 1:51:43Speaker 25: the insurance informant.
- 1:51:44Speaker 4: Information gives you power and life. Insurance gives your family
- 1:51:47Speaker 4: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:51:50Speaker 25: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I
- 1:51:52Speaker 25: leave my family with bills their benefits.
- 1:51:54Speaker 4: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 1:51:57Speaker 4: whether you earn a little or a lot, All you
- 1:51:59Speaker 4: need is the assurance informant to help you build a
- 1:52:01Speaker 4: foundation of security, because without you, your family will have
- 1:52:05Speaker 4: two options, benefits or bills. Which legacy will you leave behind?
- 1:52:10Speaker 4: Log on today benefits or bills? Dot com that's benefits
- 1:52:14Speaker 4: or bills?
- 1:52:15Speaker 1: Dot com.
- 1:52:17Speaker 29: Said you'd never buy your kid candy from the checkout
- 1:52:19Speaker 29: aisle or forget extra diapers. You'd never lick your thumb
- 1:52:24Speaker 29: to clean their face, never ever become a minivan mom.
- 1:52:29Speaker 29: So when you say you'd never leave your child in
- 1:52:31Speaker 29: a hot car, no, it can happen. Cars get hot fast,
- 1:52:35Speaker 29: and kids can be at risk in temperatures as low
- 1:52:38Speaker 29: as sixty degrees.
- 1:52:39Speaker 3: Fair night never happens before you leave the car, always stop.
- 1:52:43Speaker 3: Look lock. Brought to you by Nitza and the ad Council.
- 1:52:49Speaker 20: And now back to the sports John Wayne Candy, good
- 1:52:55Speaker 20: time put a school board?
- 1:52:57Speaker 16: Will we put a spin on life and spo swords
- 1:53:00Speaker 16: and how they intermingled on the Sports Jack Show with
- 1:53:06Speaker 16: Wayne Dandy.
- 1:53:07Speaker 1: Just one of my frock to Wayne a snoop, What
- 1:53:11Speaker 1: up this track? Hey man? I was sticking. I ain't
- 1:53:15Speaker 1: sick on your whole mother.
- 1:53:16Speaker 22: Now check it out.
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: Put this on it all your mother plays out there
- 1:53:22Speaker 1: to suck my mother and we still smoke it. What loo?
- 1:53:29Speaker 1: Back to the sword Shock Show. I'm the swarshock, Wayne
- 1:53:31Speaker 1: ken Dy. Virginia longtime head coach Tony Bennett has retired
- 1:53:37Speaker 1: from the game only fifty five years old. Even though
- 1:53:40Speaker 1: he looks about sixty two, he's only forty five years
- 1:53:44Speaker 1: Oh no, he's basketball basketball head coaching and similar as
- 1:53:48Speaker 1: we talked about last year or earlier this year with
- 1:53:51Speaker 1: someone like a Nick Saban, basically Tony Bennett removing itself
- 1:53:55Speaker 1: from the gangs. So he says he can't be half
- 1:53:57Speaker 1: in uh with the way that the structure of how
- 1:54:02Speaker 1: college basketball and college sports and a hold is set up. Basically,
- 1:54:07Speaker 1: Coach Bennett doesn't want or feel like he is built
- 1:54:11Speaker 1: to play this game, and it's more of a guy
- 1:54:15Speaker 1: that's probably based on old school ways of doing it.
- 1:54:19Speaker 1: And he says, it's like Nick Saban. They have no
- 1:54:21Speaker 1: problem with the players getting paid. They do have a
- 1:54:24Speaker 1: problem with no restrictions. And most of that stands from
- 1:54:29Speaker 1: where they're They're caught in a situation and that's why
- 1:54:34Speaker 1: I think they got rid of the national Letter intent
- 1:54:36Speaker 1: and gonna maybe formulated into a contract where they have
- 1:54:40Speaker 1: no power to even really coach or in short, threaten
- 1:54:48Speaker 1: a player to motivate him. Just to be honest, you
- 1:54:51Speaker 1: don't have any power. You got this money coming in
- 1:54:55Speaker 1: in the NFL. I got I'm under a certain guideline.
- 1:54:58Speaker 1: And the thing about the money too that some some
- 1:55:00Speaker 1: of you that want it and need it and feel
- 1:55:02Speaker 1: like it's it doles your vision of what success really
- 1:55:09Speaker 1: is too. And we'll talk about that letter, but it does.
- 1:55:13Speaker 1: I know you think it doesn't for the one or
- 1:55:15Speaker 1: two people that get through it, But before that part
- 1:55:20Speaker 1: of you gets instelled to where you want to play
- 1:55:23Speaker 1: and you play because that's what you do and not
- 1:55:29Speaker 1: just for the money. You need that component in you.
- 1:55:33Speaker 1: And it's always a gamble, even when you go straight
- 1:55:37Speaker 1: from high school to college. I mean the pro it's
- 1:55:40Speaker 1: always how many of those top picks that we lose
- 1:55:45Speaker 1: that they just disappeared? God, that was supposed to revolutionize,
- 1:55:49Speaker 1: you know. We use the Kobe's, or we use it
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: the Kevin Garnett's, or we use Lebron James, but we
- 1:55:56Speaker 1: forget those other five or six guys that they say
- 1:55:59Speaker 1: we're gonna change the will young man step on Marlberry
- 1:56:04Speaker 1: I think his nephew or something, the little point guard
- 1:56:08Speaker 1: that made him a TV show, Uh, taeilfair Sebastian, Yeah, yeah,
- 1:56:13Speaker 1: him a little TV eight piece series. And then where
- 1:56:19Speaker 1: is he now? I think last time I saw he
- 1:56:22Speaker 1: was baby oiled and headed to jail. Right he he's
- 1:56:27Speaker 1: out now? That was a play a judgment because we've
- 1:56:32Speaker 1: all been in baby all on our way to jail
- 1:56:39Speaker 1: different nights. I'm just not at was eating vasaline? Oh,
- 1:56:47Speaker 1: he was eating vaciline? Was his uncle? I knew one
- 1:56:49Speaker 1: of him? The uncle's doing baby and here arrested and
- 1:56:53Speaker 1: the girls roys at the stop. So it was something
- 1:56:56Speaker 1: that Sebastian got caught in because they had already annoyed
- 1:56:59Speaker 1: him to be as good as his Uh, he was
- 1:57:02Speaker 1: gonna be as good as his cousin or uncle. Yeah,
- 1:57:06Speaker 1: you know, he's gonna revolutionize the point guard. And that
- 1:57:11Speaker 1: is you know, you have to count those cases. Don't
- 1:57:13Speaker 1: just use the exception. Uh. And you're not teaching these kids.
- 1:57:18Speaker 1: And I think that's just where Tony Bennett, people like
- 1:57:20Speaker 1: Nick Saban Uh, they really want the kid to shape
- 1:57:23Speaker 1: up fully and not just on an economic level. But
- 1:57:28Speaker 1: he really says that the NCAA has to put in.
- 1:57:31Speaker 1: They got to get a collective bargaining agreement. Even said
- 1:57:34Speaker 1: the word salary cap. This can't just be an open
- 1:57:39Speaker 1: season now, this can't just be And they gotta have
- 1:57:41Speaker 1: some restrictions on transfers. You just can't come here, get
- 1:57:46Speaker 1: my three milli and then bounce say I know my body,
- 1:57:53Speaker 1: my ankle don't feel right. I'm not ready to play.
- 1:57:56Speaker 1: I'm a red shirt myself. Yeah. Then at the end
- 1:57:58Speaker 1: of the season, be like, man, you know want I'm
- 1:58:00Speaker 1: gonna go somewhere else. Yeah, And that's what the guy said.
- 1:58:03Speaker 1: He was just kind of saying the same thing we've
- 1:58:05Speaker 1: been talking about, like it's more of the guideline. Maybe
- 1:58:08Speaker 1: he'll come back once the guideline.
- 1:58:10Speaker 6: And I wanted to ask, we've seen things move forward
- 1:58:14Speaker 6: only to revert back to what they were allah the
- 1:58:18Speaker 6: VHS release. How long before somebody goes man, let's just
- 1:58:21Speaker 6: do the student athlete thing again.

- 1:58:38Speaker 1: As I have said since the beginning of it, just
- 1:58:40Speaker 1: make it pro, Make it pro. Let the eight year
- 1:58:46Speaker 1: quarterback be the fifteen year quarterback. You don't never have
- 1:58:49Speaker 1: to leave. Just stay here and play if that's what
- 1:58:51Speaker 1: you choose. Never you can go to the league NFL
- 1:58:55Speaker 1: if you want to, or you can go to the
- 1:58:56Speaker 1: NFL and fill out and come back just playing for
- 1:59:01Speaker 1: the team of this college freshman honey every year. Yeah,
- 1:59:09Speaker 1: that's why I said it sounds like it's crazy, but
- 1:59:12Speaker 1: you take a guy like a Jameis Winston, him having
- 1:59:15Speaker 1: the option of going back to Florida State or going
- 1:59:20Speaker 1: and be the backup at Clemson. He would have had
- 1:59:23Speaker 1: that option and what I'm proposing. We're just looking for
- 1:59:27Speaker 1: a good football game, right, do we care whether it's
- 1:59:30Speaker 1: w BC or I b F or all the We
- 1:59:34Speaker 1: just want a good football game. He ain't got to
- 1:59:37Speaker 1: be fresh out of high school, asked Bo Nicks. I'm serious, now,
- 1:59:41Speaker 1: we ain't got to be seeing the next This dude
- 1:59:43Speaker 1: was a five star recruit. Now he's in this level.

- 2:00:00Speaker 1: So if Kurt Warner on bent the knee, come to
- 2:00:04Speaker 1: telling you the gamble responsibly. Kurt Warner, I was a
- 2:00:07Speaker 1: teammate of Kurt mister Bible Kirk, Bible Kirk. They used
- 2:00:12Speaker 1: calling Bible Kirk count the calories on carrot juice. I
- 2:00:16Speaker 1: mean we talking about Dak Kirk Warner, who trying to
- 2:00:19Speaker 1: make sure he even godly in his eat man. That's
- 2:00:22Speaker 1: you know in the bobbles say you can't have a
- 2:00:24Speaker 1: one piece of candy. That's gluttons coluttless guys, is that
- 2:00:31Speaker 1: your second gatorade? I don't know what what Jesus so
- 2:00:36Speaker 1: Kurt on the I said, man, he can't stop it now.
- 2:00:39Speaker 1: If Kurt Warner is advertising to my gambling, then at
- 2:00:42Speaker 1: the last ten seconds, but do it responsibly. I almost
- 2:00:46Speaker 1: fell doubt that's why the bad producer can't stop it
- 2:00:49Speaker 1: and and they won't meet a limit. My clock hands
- 2:00:53Speaker 1: if we are in the ocean, I'm with you. The

- 2:01:54Speaker 1: your contributions today. We got a two for going in
- 2:01:58Speaker 1: the ocean today for the same incident, but at two
- 2:02:04Speaker 1: different times. DUI, which has become a very controversial moment
- 2:02:10Speaker 1: in people's lives. Everybody want to argue and talk during
- 2:02:15Speaker 1: the police encounter on a traffic stop. Well taking it
- 2:02:22Speaker 1: to the new level or One former baseball player and
- 2:02:26Speaker 1: one former football player started with Jay Cutler. Jay Cutler,
- 2:02:33Speaker 1: dad drunk the other day up in Tennessee, decided he
- 2:02:38Speaker 1: would do it the old way. And try bribery. I
- 2:02:45Speaker 1: got two grand if you let me go. You know
- 2:02:48Speaker 1: the old bribery where you know how man we on
- 2:02:51Speaker 1: tap now, you know back in the day when you
- 2:02:53Speaker 1: went on the bodycam, guys will go ahead on and
- 2:02:56Speaker 1: take that and walk away. But hey man, they got
- 2:02:58Speaker 1: the bodycam on now. So Jay Cutler with his bribery
- 2:03:02Speaker 1: and Patrick Mahomes Senior name dropping at his duy talking
- 2:03:09Speaker 1: about he was going to see Patrick play. He needed
- 2:03:13Speaker 1: to get on to the stadiums ain't just his second third,
- 2:03:17Speaker 1: d Ui. He needs to just get him a chauffeur. Now,
- 2:03:21Speaker 1: you need to stop it. Just get a chauffeur. Man.
- 2:03:23Speaker 1: But both of these guys at these dui Jay Cutler
- 2:03:28Speaker 1: been pulled over d Ui as well before. I don't
- 2:03:31Speaker 1: I don't get it. I mean I would think after
- 2:03:33Speaker 1: one time that would be it for me. But bribery
- 2:03:37Speaker 1: and name dropping are not allowed, and that's why we're
- 2:03:41Speaker 1: throwing them in the ocean. Fucked up plank. We hope
- 2:03:56Speaker 1: you have a good afternoon Monday night football. Romer. Gotta
- 2:04:00Speaker 1: pay for that Chargers Cardinals game. Capitalism, stand up for
