- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome to We Talk Back Podcast, the production of iHeartRadio
- 0:04Speaker 1: and the Black Effect Network.
- 0:08Speaker 2: So we're just two unapologetically black women with an opinion
- 0:12Speaker 2: to talks.
- 0:16Speaker 3: What's up y'all with your girl a j holiday?
- 0:19Speaker 2: What's up tam Bam? Y'all is tam Bam. I love
- 0:21Speaker 2: y'all so much. Happy August. How you doing aj ah? Dude?
- 0:27Speaker 2: I need to do the rundown again?
- 0:30Speaker 3: Okay, everybody. I'm struggling today, y'all.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I'm getting it together hopefully house by by lunchtime, I'll.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Be all right. I didn't do much this weekend.
- 0:43Speaker 1: You know, it was tax free weekend in South Carolina,
- 0:45Speaker 1: so I did take advantage of some a little bit
- 0:47Speaker 1: of shopping and shit. And you know you could have
- 0:50Speaker 1: shopped online too for tax free. I don't know if
- 0:52Speaker 1: y'all know that or not.
- 0:54Speaker 2: No, we did. I didn't know that. Yeah, it's time.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Like I see, the kids are back in school all ready.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I think here in Charleston they don't go back until
- 1:03Speaker 1: the thirteenth, so they're not back in school yet. I
- 1:07Speaker 1: only had the buses running. I still hear the ass outside.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Some people are back, some of these students are back
- 1:14Speaker 2: and I was like, God, damn, they must be in
- 1:16Speaker 2: the slow classes. They got to go back earlier.
- 1:20Speaker 1: It's like we used to go to school damn near
- 1:22Speaker 1: September or some shit. I feel like we had more
- 1:24Speaker 1: breaks from school too.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Yeah, me too. I don't know.
- 1:28Speaker 1: In America, I feel like we just be in school
- 1:30Speaker 1: too long. Period, Like in other countries, children start their
- 1:34Speaker 1: life at sixteen and shit, like they be out of school.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Like we already in school too long, and we don't
- 1:39Speaker 1: have as much breaks and we're still learning less.
- 1:42Speaker 2: And they just not prepare for adulthood. Yeah, like we
- 1:48Speaker 2: keep them like children too long. I think one of my.
- 1:53Speaker 1: One of my guy friends, he was saying how him
- 1:56Speaker 1: and his wife held their son back, like he had
- 1:59Speaker 1: the opportuned to go skip two grades and they didn't
- 2:03Speaker 1: think he was ready to be around kids of that
- 2:05Speaker 1: age group. And I'm like, why would y'all do that?
- 2:08Speaker 1: Like he will get acclimated. That's actually going to help him,
- 2:12Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. I'm never holding my kid back, man,
- 2:15Speaker 1: as sooner I can get they ass up out of
- 2:18Speaker 1: like having to go to school where I don't have
- 2:19Speaker 1: to go to jail about it, because I think I'm
- 2:21Speaker 1: gonna do homeschooling though I don't think my kid's going
- 2:24Speaker 1: to be going to school anyway, or maybe high school.
- 2:26Speaker 1: They'll probably go, but I don't know. I think we
- 2:28Speaker 1: are responsible for our kids' education.
- 2:31Speaker 2: You don't trust weird as hell? Shout out to homeschool kids,
- 2:34Speaker 2: y'all weirdo. I love y'all, but y'all, y'all be weird.
- 2:38Speaker 2: I think grown something about the socialization don't happen.
- 2:42Speaker 1: That's why I said high school, right, So yeah, maybe
- 2:45Speaker 1: they'll get you do miss out on like the social
- 2:49Speaker 1: part of Yeah, so you have no social skills like
- 2:53Speaker 1: they do, be like socially awkward. First of all, these
- 2:56Speaker 1: kids are already socially awkward, you know, whether they go
- 2:59Speaker 1: to school or not.
- 3:00Speaker 2: So shame.
- 3:02Speaker 3: Oh.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I want to get this to shout out because y'all
- 3:04Speaker 2: remember that candle that I beg AJ four. One of
- 3:08Speaker 2: the listeners of the show was like, got tired of
- 3:10Speaker 2: hearing me talk about it, so she sit it to me, y'all.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Gloria see seventy seven oh seven on Instagram. Y'all, yeam
- 3:18Speaker 2: follow her on TikTok. She told me to tell y'all
- 3:20Speaker 2: follow her she's Ivy Glow official. Thank you so much,
- 3:23Speaker 2: Gloria for sending me to my candle. I haven't lit
- 3:26Speaker 2: it yet because I want to wait until I move
- 3:28Speaker 2: into a new spot. But I love it so and
- 3:31Speaker 2: it ain't that heavy. Aja, I didn't never say it
- 3:34Speaker 2: was heavy.
- 3:34Speaker 1: What I said was yes, carrying it upstairs along with
- 3:38Speaker 1: all the other shit I'd be having from Costco and
- 3:40Speaker 1: have it in my car. I didn't want it to melt,
- 3:43Speaker 1: so having somebody mail it to you, you know, that's
- 3:45Speaker 1: even great. I do want to thank you Gloria for
- 3:48Speaker 1: pulling up with the candle because I get to save
- 3:51Speaker 1: my forty dollar coins. Okay, appreciate it.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Well.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Shout out to Gloria. I appreciate girl. Thank you so
- 4:01Speaker 2: much for sending me my candle. I can't wait to
- 4:04Speaker 2: light it. I'm leaving New York. I'm leaving New York.
- 4:09Speaker 2: I don't know where I'm going at. Why you of
- 4:14Speaker 2: New York?
- 4:15Speaker 3: It's just.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Expensive and I'm not I'm taking classes virtually, so it's
- 4:22Speaker 2: just like if I don't have to physically be there,
- 4:27Speaker 2: I don't need to physically be there, you know. So yeah,
- 4:31Speaker 2: I think I might pivot today.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Might as well.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Girl might as well.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Let's get in the sins.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Man.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Oh wait, did you do anything this weekend aside from
- 4:44Speaker 1: leaving New York? Okay, we had an uneventful weekend, y'all?
- 4:50Speaker 1: All right, so let's get in the sins. I saw
- 4:56Speaker 1: this article. I followed some weird assa counts on Instagram like.
- 4:59Speaker 3: It's always like giving you low.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Were studies that I have to go Google to see
- 5:04Speaker 1: if it's true or not. I don't know if it's
- 5:05Speaker 1: satire half the time or not, but this one I
- 5:09Speaker 1: realized that I might identify as a Koala. So it
- 5:13Speaker 1: says new It says when Koala's fail to find the
- 5:17Speaker 1: right partner, they give up and.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Go back to sleep.
- 5:21Speaker 1: It says Koalas may look adorable, but their love life
- 5:24Speaker 1: doesn't always go as planned. When mating season arrives, male
- 5:29Speaker 1: Koalas call out to find a partner, but if no
- 5:31Speaker 1: one responds, they don't waste energy chasing. Instead, they simply
- 5:36Speaker 1: give up and go back to sleep, a surprising, a
- 5:39Speaker 1: surprisingly mellow way to handle rejection, given that koala is
- 5:44Speaker 1: already snooze for about twenty.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Hours a day.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Even a heartbreak isn't enough to mess with their nap schedule,
- 5:52Speaker 1: Nature's ultimate try again tomorrow energy. I'm not a male
- 5:57Speaker 1: in a koala and be like, Okay, I'm going to
- 5:59Speaker 1: la down.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Right because y'all going to sleep.
- 6:04Speaker 1: And I keep saying, make these t shirts that say
- 6:06Speaker 1: I love to lay down, like you stay out of trouble,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and you don't spend no money, you know, unless you're
- 6:11Speaker 1: like responsible, like damnit them with auto draft. Shit, you
- 6:14Speaker 1: won't spend no money if you sleep first out. You
- 6:18Speaker 1: got to pend no money either way, so you might
- 6:20Speaker 1: as well just let them take.
- 6:21Speaker 2: It, girl.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Okay, but I still want control. I don't want that
- 6:27Speaker 1: nobody to have that much control over me.
- 6:29Speaker 2: No, listen, just take it, you care, just take it.
- 6:33Speaker 2: It's a loosence having them to worry about it when
- 6:35Speaker 2: I can just have you just the people who can
- 6:37Speaker 2: turn shit off, who can just take their money.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Y'all some adults. I don't even have my light though.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Oh no, God, that absolutely not, absolutely not. So yeah,
- 6:50Speaker 1: I identify as a koala and shit ain't going well.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I'm in the house Hiberne in twenty hours today. Yes, okay,
- 7:00Speaker 1: if you can find and mate, go laid my last
- 7:04Speaker 1: I'm the opposite I need to be outside.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Hours of being inside, I feel like I wasted my life.
- 7:12Speaker 2: Let me get up and do something with anxiety, all right.
- 7:17Speaker 2: So I saw this over the weekend. There are now
- 7:21Speaker 2: ninety five thousand people in Japan who are more than
- 7:24Speaker 2: one hundred years old. So as a September twenty twenty four,
- 7:28Speaker 2: officials record records showed that ninety five thousand, one hundred
- 7:32Speaker 2: and nineteen sanitariums across the country. Women make up the
- 7:36Speaker 2: vast majority, account for nearly eighty eight percent of that total.
- 7:41Speaker 2: That's it. Reason listened it rising fx Japan's high life
- 7:44Speaker 2: expectancy and continue investments in health care and living standards.
- 7:48Speaker 2: So I would and did a deeper dive in net
- 7:50Speaker 2: to see if I needed to move to Japan. But
- 7:53Speaker 2: it's their diet. One. They eat like lots of vegetables,
- 7:56Speaker 2: lots of fermented foods, and they have a lot of
- 8:00Speaker 2: anti inflammatory. Their diet is like very anti inflammatory. Then
- 8:05Speaker 2: they also, uh prioritize rest over work. Yeah, and they
- 8:14Speaker 2: also we.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Know Americans dying earlier every time then because we take
- 8:18Speaker 1: the least amount of Then.
- 8:21Speaker 2: They also prioritize community. So they got homeworks, they got
- 8:27Speaker 2: friends that they do stuff with all the time, Like
- 8:31Speaker 2: it's they go on walks together every morning, they guarding together.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Oh and that's another thing. They get up and they
- 8:38Speaker 2: do mobility exercises in the morning. And I think that's
- 8:41Speaker 2: another thing that we could add to our lifestyle, is
- 8:44Speaker 2: you know, you gotta do mobility exercise, not just walking,
- 8:47Speaker 2: but like keep your joints number and lean.
- 8:51Speaker 3: You know what I started doing.
- 8:53Speaker 1: So I got it set up on myself for right now,
- 8:55Speaker 1: but I think I'm set it up on my calendar
- 8:58Speaker 1: on my damn computer. So every forty five minutes, get
- 9:01Speaker 1: up and do ten squads.
- 9:02Speaker 2: That's good.
- 9:02Speaker 1: They said it's equivalent to the ten thousand steps to day. Oh,
- 9:06Speaker 1: I haven't seen that now because I don't be having
- 9:08Speaker 1: my watch running and I don't have an Apple watch.
- 9:10Speaker 1: This is just like a fitness watch. You got to
- 9:12Speaker 1: start it, you know, when you start your workout to
- 9:14Speaker 1: actually track. But yeah, and I mean that's going to
- 9:17Speaker 1: get the ass to the l of things too. So
- 9:20Speaker 1: ten squads every forty five minutes throughout the day.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's not bad. No, it ain't shit. No. And
- 9:28Speaker 2: then and.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Then I also I saw another study that did say,
- 9:32Speaker 1: like homegirls me saving your life. Like, if you have
- 9:35Speaker 1: a steady set of friends that you communicate with, it
- 9:40Speaker 1: helps with heart disease. Close friends decrease heart disease by
- 9:46Speaker 1: thirty percent. Women, if you have at least three close
- 9:49Speaker 1: friends you communicate with.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Get you some girlfriends, y'all. Yeah, y'all bitches think y'all.
- 9:55Speaker 3: I'm trying to get those tepe of.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Bitches weird me out.
- 9:59Speaker 2: I don't even know no who say that? No more
- 10:01Speaker 2: is big girl.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I still hear people say that, like why why you
- 10:05Speaker 1: don't have no friends and why you only hang out
- 10:07Speaker 1: with men? Yeah, that's weird, hope, get you some girlfriends. Man,
- 10:13Speaker 1: it's good for the equal system.
- 10:14Speaker 2: To live longer, eat better, do your mobility stretches. Do
- 10:18Speaker 2: ten squads every forty five minutes. It's hard to keep
- 10:22Speaker 2: up with though. For me.
- 10:26Speaker 1: That's all you guys set an alarm and when alarm
- 10:28Speaker 1: go off, you just hop up and do it right quick.
- 10:29Speaker 1: And when you take ten.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Seconds, their target busting out ten squads.
- 10:35Speaker 1: If your ass and target longer than forty five minutes anyway,
- 10:38Speaker 1: and you budgeting, you in trouble anyway, get your ass
- 10:41Speaker 1: out of target. I'd be spending one hundred to Target
- 10:44Speaker 1: every fucking week. I thought we was Yes, I never
- 10:47Speaker 1: left Target. I'm confused why we would boycott Target when
- 10:51Speaker 1: the majority of the workers in Target are black people
- 10:53Speaker 1: oftentimes like so. And then also they do have a
- 10:57Speaker 1: lot of black products in Target. I just never understood that.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Boy God, Yeah, anyway, Well do your ten squads have
- 11:03Speaker 2: for forty five minutes, you guys, I'm gonna start. I'm
- 11:06Speaker 2: gonna do it.
- 11:08Speaker 3: Mm hmm, it's good.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Okay.
- 11:11Speaker 1: So I I saw doctor Ryan on a podcast. Y'all
- 11:17Speaker 1: know Doctor Cheyenne Bryant. She'd be doing her rounds on
- 11:20Speaker 1: all the podcasts, talking heavy shit and the men usually
- 11:23Speaker 1: being uproars. To me, she never says anything that really
- 11:25Speaker 1: doesn't make sense. I've heard a couple of little things,
- 11:27Speaker 1: but for the most part, I mean, it's like common sense.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Things to me.
- 11:32Speaker 1: But she was on this show The Truth after Dark,
- 11:36Speaker 1: and she was saying out the host asked her if
- 11:40Speaker 1: she would data man with children. Now, this is a
- 11:42Speaker 1: forty seven young woman when no kids never been married, right,
- 11:46Speaker 1: and we know in that age group, it's gonna be
- 11:49Speaker 1: kind of tough to find somebody your age when no
- 11:51Speaker 1: kids never been married. Also like right to if that's
- 11:54Speaker 1: the type of meath she's looking for.
- 11:56Speaker 3: But she said some shit.
- 11:58Speaker 1: She said no, she wouldn't date a man with children
- 12:00Speaker 1: because that's essentially polyamory and she is not signing up
- 12:04Speaker 1: for that. And as a woman who has dated most
- 12:08Speaker 1: the most of the men I have dated have had children,
- 12:12Speaker 1: like and I had to have get in where I
- 12:14Speaker 1: fit in, like nowadays, I don't want that cause it
- 12:17Speaker 1: is essentially polyamory. Like you have to be okay with
- 12:21Speaker 1: this person showing up for this other woman and the
- 12:24Speaker 1: children when he needs to write who am I?
- 12:28Speaker 3: I mean, I feel like kids.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Need to and I'm so understanding, right, I feel like
- 12:32Speaker 1: kids don't need to see their parents even though the
- 12:34Speaker 1: parents aren't together, and they need to see the parents happy, communicating,
- 12:37Speaker 1: maybe even doing.
- 12:37Speaker 3: Stuff with the kids.
- 12:38Speaker 1: So I'm never going to be like, oh, you can't
- 12:40Speaker 1: go to your baby mama house.
- 12:42Speaker 3: I'm never going to be like that.
- 12:43Speaker 1: So essentially you are signing up for polyamory, like a
- 12:47Speaker 1: polyamorous relationship.
- 12:49Speaker 2: But once you get to a like hard to, I mean,
- 12:55Speaker 2: the pigs are already slim. And if you take out
- 12:57Speaker 2: men who have kids, girl, good look.
- 13:02Speaker 1: I mean you might have to the same way men
- 13:05Speaker 1: go younger, but oftentimes men already have families, right, and
- 13:08Speaker 1: then they want a younger woman. I think a lot
- 13:11Speaker 1: of times like older are and I'm gonna stay older
- 13:14Speaker 1: because bitch, I'm not fucking older.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Okay.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Sometimes I mean, we may not have any kids, so
- 13:19Speaker 1: why we we might need to go younger to get
- 13:22Speaker 1: a man with no kids?
- 13:22Speaker 2: Are all right? Listen, I go younger anyway, so no
- 13:27Speaker 2: kid growing ass man.
- 13:30Speaker 1: So yeah, I don't disagree with her on that that
- 13:32Speaker 1: you definitely are signed enough for a threesome for some
- 13:35Speaker 1: five sids.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Build a relationship with them. You essentially gotta be prepared
- 13:43Speaker 2: to a bonus mom. Yeah, so.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Like I miss my ex's kids, you know what I'm saying,
- 13:54Speaker 1: Like when you start like you have these little people
- 13:56Speaker 1: in your life and then now they're just gone, I'm
- 13:59Speaker 1: just going too.
- 14:00Speaker 3: But I don't know.
- 14:00Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure they've gotten over me. But I missed him,
- 14:04Speaker 1: you know. So I don't know that's the having a
- 14:10Speaker 1: relationship with the kids, because when you leave the man,
- 14:12Speaker 1: you gotta lead the kids too. Exactly, y'all. I've been
- 14:18Speaker 1: checking my conception calendar and if I want a Gemini
- 14:25Speaker 1: next year, I gotta be smashing the last week of
- 14:30Speaker 1: August into the first week of September, and I gotta
- 14:34Speaker 1: be ovulating to the science and the math.
- 14:37Speaker 2: That's what you are right now. Yeah, yeah, I ain't
- 14:41Speaker 2: even mad at that, hopefully.
- 14:43Speaker 3: I don't know if the nigga on it though.
- 14:44Speaker 1: That's the problem, bitch' I'm on it, and I got
- 14:48Speaker 1: to run it past and well he listened.
- 14:50Speaker 2: To the show, so just send him this episode.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Are you okay with that?
- 14:56Speaker 2: I'm just trying to make sure I can get the
- 14:57Speaker 2: ghana for New Year's I want to I.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Want you going this year. I want to go when.
- 15:04Speaker 2: You want to go. I don't know. That's my plan
- 15:06Speaker 2: for this year.
- 15:08Speaker 3: I don't want to have to get back to me neither.
- 15:10Speaker 2: That's the thing. I don't want to take. No, I
- 15:12Speaker 2: don't I heard.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I heard there's some tricky doctors in the US that'll,
- 15:18Speaker 1: you know, get you.
- 15:20Speaker 2: I heard, Yeah, y'all show y'all can help me get
- 15:25Speaker 2: to Diamond. Send me a deal. I fuck with you.
- 15:29Speaker 2: I see a little couple of dollars, grease a palm
- 15:31Speaker 2: or whatever you need.
- 15:34Speaker 1: Right let me vaxed cards. Yeah, because I don't want
- 15:36Speaker 1: to have to. I mean, I've heard horror stories, but
- 15:40Speaker 1: I also know people who be outside and may be okay.
- 15:45Speaker 1: So I don't know. I just feel like I'm always
- 15:47Speaker 1: be okay, and if I'm not, I mean, it's just
- 15:49Speaker 1: supposed to happen, Like you can't let that's how about that?
- 15:53Speaker 2: People, y'all trust God and try to pressure me into
- 15:57Speaker 2: getting it, and then listen, y'all. I was sitting outside
- 16:00Speaker 2: the center and I did not want to go in.
- 16:03Speaker 2: I was already late for the appointment. I was just
- 16:05Speaker 2: sitting outside and AJ was on the fuck. She's like,
- 16:07Speaker 2: where are you at. I was like, I'm outside the vaccination.
- 16:09Speaker 2: She's like, drive off, And that's all I needed to hear.
- 16:15Speaker 3: We organic got this motherfucker.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Nobody who got who didn't get vaccinated regrets it. Nobody
- 16:22Speaker 1: nobody regrets it. But I you know, it's some horror
- 16:24Speaker 1: stories out there, man. But there is a way to detox.
- 16:27Speaker 1: Because this thing's supposed to put like a bunch of
- 16:29Speaker 1: heavy metals in your body. There's a way to detox everything.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Your body is supposed to be able to heal. And
- 16:34Speaker 1: that is the best immunity you can have. Right to
- 16:37Speaker 1: get your Those people in Japan, they got good gut health.
- 16:42Speaker 1: That's all that is. Eating all that fermented shit. Girl,
- 16:45Speaker 1: you just blowing.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Let you hear it. Mute.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Sorry, God, while we talking about not having.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I slept under the faint.
- 16:58Speaker 3: And blowing hard.
- 17:02Speaker 2: I got and I know we can be done. But
- 17:04Speaker 2: I got one more thing, y'all. They say it's a
- 17:07Speaker 2: UFO coming our way and it's mouths and it's where
- 17:14Speaker 2: the space space debris. But scientists are thinking it's really
- 17:19Speaker 2: a u f O and it's supposed to uh, and
- 17:23Speaker 2: it's headed toward Earth and it's supposed to reach us
- 17:25Speaker 2: by October. I hope too. Huh what what I'm I'm
- 17:34Speaker 2: tired of the same old meat. Every It's the same
- 17:37Speaker 2: old meat over again, over and again. I hope they
- 17:40Speaker 2: bring a new type of meat.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Like like some type of alien something like that that
- 17:46Speaker 1: got the seasoning already in it. I cannot wait for
- 17:51Speaker 1: humans to get little and animals to get big and
- 17:54Speaker 1: be eating us, y'all. Niggas need y'all, come on, man, you.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Do not need. Like I knew if you tied it
- 18:03Speaker 2: the current meat, stop eating it. I listen. I gave
- 18:06Speaker 2: up pork yesterday when Nigga said he don't want me
- 18:12Speaker 2: eat no pork, so I gave it up.
- 18:14Speaker 1: But ye ain't nobody want to eat no pork? Pussy
- 18:17Speaker 1: ain't nobody had no problem? But he said, because you was,
- 18:22Speaker 1: you was fucking with meat eating. Now you got with
- 18:24Speaker 1: it like a clean god. Okay, And he gave up.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And listen who as I gave the devil his busney
- 18:30Speaker 2: because I gave up pork and a pepperoni pizza slid
- 18:33Speaker 2: through here and I was like, oh my god. I
- 18:36Speaker 2: was like I was sniffing it, like not my mama biscuits, biscuits,
- 18:42Speaker 2: but I.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Ain't eat it hungry. Yeah, I don't know, man, I
- 18:48Speaker 1: don't miss that. The only thing I missed is my barbecue.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I used to make these good ass barbecue wings that
- 18:53Speaker 1: would marinate for like a whole day, like jerk barbecue
- 18:57Speaker 1: on the ground. Yes, that's the only thing I miss
- 19:00Speaker 1: my own shit. I just the only thing I have
- 19:03Speaker 1: a problem with is like finding food. I really can't,
- 19:07Speaker 1: Like you be door dashing doing all the things. I
- 19:09Speaker 1: can't do none of that ship because it's gonna be
- 19:11Speaker 1: trash that comes.
- 19:13Speaker 3: It's not like I can't.
- 19:13Speaker 1: Get a good burger or some good wings, some quick shit.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I can't. I gotta cook for the most part, which
- 19:21Speaker 1: isn't a bad thing because it's a lot of trash.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Yeah restaurants anyways, true anyway, So if the aliens come,
- 19:27Speaker 2: I do hope they bring like uh i ham but
- 19:36Speaker 2: it's it's it's.
- 19:40Speaker 1: That's so fat ship man with straight foolishness man. All right, y'all,
- 19:47Speaker 1: So we got a fun episode lined up for this week.
- 19:51Speaker 1: We have Chantel Chivon and we talked back this week
- 19:55Speaker 1: and y'all, I found out she's my cousin. Okay, just
- 19:58Speaker 1: because she's from Trosting, she's she's a medium. She does
- 20:03Speaker 1: all the fun magic shit, right, I call everything magic,
- 20:08Speaker 1: just things that you can.
- 20:09Speaker 2: We're talking more about spirituality in sex and how they
- 20:13Speaker 2: aligned today. So we're gonna get into that, and we're
- 20:17Speaker 2: gonna get y'all the pussy Pro, the Pussy Stimulator Pro
- 20:21Speaker 2: seven thousand. We go get y'all a week to that,
- 20:24Speaker 2: so y'all stay tune.
- 20:31Speaker 1: All right, y'all know, Okay, we love all things spirituality,
- 20:35Speaker 1: right like Taro RICKI yoga magic. I like magic and
- 20:42Speaker 1: occasionally we have to have a little taptin baddie when
- 20:46Speaker 1: we talked back, and today's guest is doing all the things,
- 20:51Speaker 1: So welcome to we talk back.
- 20:53Speaker 3: Shante, that's my cousin, y'all. I didn't know what until
- 20:55Speaker 3: she got here.
- 20:56Speaker 2: They related. Hell, they're the same person. They're not even cousins.
- 20:59Speaker 1: They Oh how people be saying, Oh, I don't know
- 21:06Speaker 1: where the U came in, but.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Oh chantal so y'all.
- 21:09Speaker 2: I asked her what she didn't want to talk about,
- 21:12Speaker 2: and she shared. I was like, okay, because we don't
- 21:14Speaker 2: want to get you slapped, like chantale A, what's that?
- 21:21Speaker 2: You'll be the second Chantel getting slapped this week?
- 21:26Speaker 1: Her parents? Damn.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Look you see how two if I am?
- 21:31Speaker 1: The conversation we had as soon as you got up
- 21:33Speaker 1: and here y'all about the period. Yeah, we love y'all.
- 21:38Speaker 2: So I want to get into it. I want to
- 21:40Speaker 2: talk all right. First of all, let's talk about you
- 21:42Speaker 2: a little bit before I start asking you questions about
- 21:45Speaker 2: fucking all right, but before you tell us, we got
- 21:50Speaker 2: to take a shot. We have a new sponsor everybody
- 21:53Speaker 2: ray Lee Ray It's a female black owned tequila brand
- 21:57Speaker 2: out of Atlanta, and we're gonna take some of the
- 22:00Speaker 2: Peach Margarita shot. So y'all listen into it, really could.
- 22:04Speaker 2: It's really really nice little bit.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I cannot like, I cannot way, I can't like this.
- 22:09Speaker 2: Cheers to Magic, Yes, cheers Black Girl. Magic.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Excuse me, gold Girl? I what black thought? That's a
- 22:19Speaker 3: good one, right, that's a good one. I thought you
- 22:22Speaker 3: said taking a shot. They did a big one with
- 22:23Speaker 3: that's him, and you just set it.
- 22:25Speaker 2: We got full episodes and we're doing one d We're
- 22:27Speaker 2: doing them every episode, so we got a little lightweight.
- 22:31Speaker 2: So because that's where the conversation is heading, right, I
- 22:36Speaker 2: want to talk about like sex and spirituality and how
- 22:38Speaker 2: that ship you know, goes together. But let's get to
- 22:41Speaker 2: know you a little bit, like tell us about you
- 22:44Speaker 2: and like how you got involved in this arena and
- 22:46Speaker 2: all those things.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Yeah, So, I mean, I've always been intuitive. I've had
- 22:50Speaker 3: some crazy experiences from childhood. So I grew up in Charleston,
- 22:54Speaker 3: and if you know anything about the Low Country, there's
- 22:58Speaker 3: a lot of activity going on there. So I've had
- 23:01Speaker 3: a lot of spiritual occurrences. And then as I got older,
- 23:05Speaker 3: I randomly ran into some mediums and some of them
- 23:09Speaker 3: became my mentors. Different cities that I moved to. It
- 23:13Speaker 3: was just very serendipitous how I would meet them, and
- 23:15Speaker 3: they taught me how to tap into my gifts. And
- 23:18Speaker 3: so I started my business in twenty seventeen and I've
- 23:21Speaker 3: been doing readings ever since. Then. I opened up my
- 23:23Speaker 3: studio two years ago and so now I help people
- 23:27Speaker 3: connect with loved ones that have passed. I helped them
- 23:30Speaker 3: with their in her childhood trauma, things that have happened
- 23:34Speaker 3: in their childhood to adolescents, and I used that with
- 23:38Speaker 3: my gifts and then just spiritual coaching.
- 23:40Speaker 2: So have you ever ran into somebody grandma that was
- 23:43Speaker 2: like real nasty and.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Yes, I well, you know, I wouldn't say nasty, but
- 23:48Speaker 3: because when you cross over, you go back to your
- 23:50Speaker 3: true form, but they show up in the way that
- 23:52Speaker 3: you remember them.
- 23:53Speaker 2: So if.
- 23:57Speaker 3: If you're a bit hard headed and you haven't been listening,
- 24:00Speaker 3: because you know, our guides, our ancestors, sent us signs
- 24:02Speaker 3: all the time. So when you come in for a session,
- 24:04Speaker 3: I've had some grandmothers and even grandfathers.
- 24:09Speaker 2: Come in talking shit Yeah heavy, Yes, didn't I tell
- 24:12Speaker 2: you to stop spending your rent money?
- 24:15Speaker 1: Nigga?
- 24:19Speaker 2: Oh my god, that's.
- 24:23Speaker 3: What I've saw some shit the other day and.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Somebody was saying it, I had forty eight leases, how
- 24:27Speaker 1: the folks you don't live forty eight different places in
- 24:30Speaker 1: life and life crazy?
- 24:32Speaker 2: It was on eighty five.
- 24:33Speaker 1: So I don't know, but that Nigga is an unstable creature.
- 24:38Speaker 2: Right, it's crazy? So all right, I want to talk
- 24:41Speaker 2: about the intersection between spirituality and sex, okay, whatever.
- 24:48Speaker 1: So we had an episode recently called uh Discipline, and
- 24:54Speaker 1: we didn't really get into like the the the bond, right,
- 24:59Speaker 1: the old ties that you might create with the people
- 25:03Speaker 1: you engage with sexually. We talk about sexually transmitted demons
- 25:07Speaker 1: on this show also, like just's th real?
- 25:09Speaker 2: Yeah, right, So to talk to us about what that
- 25:12Speaker 2: intersection looks like when you're the spirituality aspect of sex, I.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Hate to say this, but I would say most of
- 25:20Speaker 3: us are walking red flags. So we think we can
- 25:24Speaker 3: compartmentalize sex where oh it's just something I do. But
- 25:29Speaker 3: a lot of trauma bonding, you are completely unaware of
- 25:33Speaker 3: why you do the things you do, why you choose
- 25:36Speaker 3: sexual partners, and it's really really hard to disconnect from that,
- 25:40Speaker 3: and the only way you can figure that out is
- 25:42Speaker 3: through grief. And through healings. So when you're somebody may
- 25:45Speaker 3: be a karmic lesson and they're only here to teach
- 25:48Speaker 3: you this lesson, and then the relationship ends when that
- 25:51Speaker 3: lesson is learned. But then you keep getting into other
- 25:53Speaker 3: karmic patterns because you learn the lesson from that person,
- 25:56Speaker 3: but you didn't realize you're the common denominator and so
- 25:59Speaker 3: this is why you're tracting that. And then karmic lessons
- 26:01Speaker 3: can turn into soul ties, they can turn into trauma bonding.
- 26:06Speaker 2: So Harry, so explain what a karmic lesson is, because
- 26:10Speaker 2: I don't know what that means.
- 26:11Speaker 3: So a karmic lover is someone that you've encountered that
- 26:17Speaker 3: there's a lesson you need to learn from a previous
- 26:19Speaker 3: life or sometimes earlier in this life. And it can
- 26:22Speaker 3: feel really invigorating. It could feel really good in the beginning,
- 26:27Speaker 3: but then it quickly goes left. But then what do
- 26:30Speaker 3: we do? We try to justify and explain their actions,
- 26:34Speaker 3: and so you get in this tumultuous relationship because the
- 26:38Speaker 3: person it is going to be toxic because they are
- 26:41Speaker 3: trying to teach you this lesson. But then that's so
- 26:44Speaker 3: that's a karmic lover. It turns into a soul tie
- 26:47Speaker 3: when you develop emotional intimacy or physical intimacy.
- 26:51Speaker 2: That's why I say.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Being really cautious of who you choose to take to
- 26:55Speaker 3: bed with because you're a physical intimacy. Then it turns
- 26:58Speaker 3: into why can't I let this person go? There's an
- 27:00Speaker 3: energetic tie there and even and a soul tie doesn't
- 27:03Speaker 3: have to be someone that you're intimate with. It can
- 27:05Speaker 3: be a friend, it could be an enemy, but you've
- 27:07Speaker 3: developed that bond based off of your emotional connection and
- 27:11Speaker 3: your physical connection, So it could be years after you've
- 27:13Speaker 3: been with that person that you still think about them.
- 27:15Speaker 3: It doesn't mean you can't move on, but there's going
- 27:18Speaker 3: to be that lingering thought and then your trauma bond
- 27:20Speaker 3: that's purely psychological. So this is your inner child. Your
- 27:26Speaker 3: inner child is picking partners trying to heal what happened
- 27:29Speaker 3: to you. And it can be small. When people use
- 27:31Speaker 3: the word trauma like it's it has to be something catastrophic,
- 27:34Speaker 3: it really has to be.
- 27:35Speaker 2: But so yeah, Yank, I'm just thinking about my past
- 27:41Speaker 2: situations that she's explaining it. I was like trauma, bon
- 27:43Speaker 2: traumavon trauma.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Yeah, I recently got out of a relationship, right, and
- 27:48Speaker 1: I know that the relationship with this person transcends this lifetime.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Like I know, I feel like he might have been
- 27:56Speaker 1: my son in another life.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Like that's like because I feel like when you meet people, sorry,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I feel like a lot. It's my opinion. When you
- 28:05Speaker 1: meet people, it's the same people over and over about
- 28:08Speaker 1: different lives. Like different lives. Right, So me and Tammy
- 28:11Speaker 1: probably knew each other in another life, a different We
- 28:13Speaker 1: fought in that one, We could fight in this one.
- 28:17Speaker 1: There's that part sometimes I want.
- 28:24Speaker 2: That might be some.
- 28:28Speaker 1: You know, hold on side note, sidebar, I don't want
- 28:31Speaker 1: to do uh.
- 28:31Speaker 3: When I left to say Louis, we.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Used they used to have this spot that did mud fighting.
- 28:36Speaker 2: I ain't getting it, no motherfucker mud not my hair, girl.
- 28:40Speaker 2: I you know they got those new those new black
- 28:44Speaker 2: swim caps. That's big for big hair. The mud is
- 28:47Speaker 2: good for your skin.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Like we could use like red clay.
- 28:49Speaker 2: So you want to roll around in mundy with me,
- 28:51Speaker 2: We get it back, Let's do it ship.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I mean it could be like a weekly thing, like
- 28:59Speaker 1: have weekly Yeah, come mud fight man.
- 29:02Speaker 3: These niggas was making money a mud.
- 29:04Speaker 1: Fighting in Saint Louis like the girls was coming to
- 29:06Speaker 1: fight and it was really rest Yes, I want to
- 29:10Speaker 1: do it, Yes, as long as.
- 29:12Speaker 2: I can keep putting something on my hair because this
- 29:14Speaker 2: is this ship was expensive. I can't get no mod
- 29:16Speaker 2: in that. But outside of that, I'm wrestle your hands,
- 29:20Speaker 2: put you in a mud, chocold bitch, All right, We're
- 29:25Speaker 2: I'm talking.
- 29:25Speaker 1: I'm sorry. So anyway, I feel like, you know, he
- 29:28Speaker 1: might have been I definitely you know you when you
- 29:32Speaker 1: be with somebody for boy else I was looking to
- 29:34Speaker 1: like all types of shit, like I had to dump
- 29:38Speaker 1: him in this lifetime m hm, right, because I never
- 29:41Speaker 1: did before.
- 29:43Speaker 3: You see what I'm saying.
- 29:43Speaker 1: So I feel like some type of relief because any like,
- 29:46Speaker 1: we've never actually broken up, even though we've had I've
- 29:50Speaker 1: had different relationships. He was in prison right for a lot,
- 29:54Speaker 1: so the judge, so the courts was breaking us out
- 29:56Speaker 1: like the fans had broken ourself for a very long time.
- 29:59Speaker 1: So I never actually broke up with him, so like
- 30:03Speaker 1: I felt like I've severed, Like because when you date somebody,
- 30:06Speaker 1: they are aspect of who you are.
- 30:08Speaker 3: He said this in another episode, like when you're trying.
- 30:11Speaker 1: To get rid of that part of you, you gotta
- 30:13Speaker 1: cut those people off. And then I think it's also
- 30:15Speaker 1: like a next level you're going to get to.
- 30:17Speaker 3: It is enough level, But then when you get rid
- 30:20Speaker 3: of them, they're also a mirror to you as well,
- 30:22Speaker 3: so they're revealing to you something about yourself that you
- 30:25Speaker 3: feel is inadequate or something that brings out the best
- 30:28Speaker 3: in you. So that's how when people repeat those cycles,
- 30:31Speaker 3: they mean, oh, I ended this, but then they kind
- 30:33Speaker 3: of disassociate. They put the blame solely on the other person.
- 30:37Speaker 3: But it really, I mean, it takes to the tangle,
- 30:38Speaker 3: especially if you keep running into these same scenarios. You're
- 30:41Speaker 3: the common denominator in your situation. And it's not to
- 30:43Speaker 3: say that to make you feel shameful or place blame,
- 30:46Speaker 3: but to realize how much power you actually do have,
- 30:49Speaker 3: and that every person that you attract in your life,
- 30:52Speaker 3: it's not a coincidence.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Hmm. You didn't hone with that.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I don't ever run into the same type of person.
- 30:59Speaker 1: It's always different bullshit, you know.
- 31:01Speaker 2: I think I run into a very, very loving, giving,
- 31:06Speaker 2: unavailable people every time.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Saying you, what about you is emotionally unavailable?
- 31:12Speaker 2: But here's the thing. I mean for the fucking dating myself.
- 31:17Speaker 2: But why am I? I'm available but unavailable at the
- 31:20Speaker 2: same time, and I just don't know. I can't put
- 31:22Speaker 2: my finger on why.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Well, that's your trauma bond. I have the same issue too,
- 31:26Speaker 3: where if you well, I think a lot of people do.
- 31:30Speaker 3: You're not listening to yourself when how do you feel
- 31:33Speaker 3: when you're engaging someone or just even your collecting data,
- 31:36Speaker 3: like how do you want to be experienced? And how
- 31:38Speaker 3: do you want a man to experience you? And oftentimes
- 31:41Speaker 3: we'll chalk up, well, he's a good guy, so this
- 31:44Speaker 3: is why I should keep talking to him. But something
- 31:46Speaker 3: intrinsic or you have that feeling like something is off,
- 31:49Speaker 3: and we're always looking for evidence to support our intuition
- 31:52Speaker 3: rather than trusting our intuition. Ie thinking, m that's what
- 31:55Speaker 3: I was talking about.
- 31:59Speaker 2: I'm just thinking about all these past situations and it's
- 32:02Speaker 2: very similar. Like I've been feeling like a hamster on
- 32:05Speaker 2: a wheel running.
- 32:06Speaker 3: So it's maybe you can sit with your feelings of
- 32:14Speaker 3: if you can think about a memory from childhood and
- 32:16Speaker 3: you may think it's insignificant, but I promise you it's not,
- 32:19Speaker 3: especially when you're from like kindergarten to fifth grade. You
- 32:23Speaker 3: don't have a ton of memories, but the ones you do,
- 32:26Speaker 3: that's consciously playing or subconsciously playing, because it's trying to
- 32:29Speaker 3: heal that wound that you're completely unaware of. So on
- 32:32Speaker 3: the surface level, you know you're emotionally unavailable. So like, okay,
- 32:36Speaker 3: I attract emostally unavailable men, But that's a very surface level.
- 32:39Speaker 3: When you get when you really sit with your feelings,
- 32:42Speaker 3: it's going to bring you back to certain memories that
- 32:44Speaker 3: you've had in your childhood, and then it's going to
- 32:46Speaker 3: unlock other things like oh this is this is where
- 32:49Speaker 3: the birthplace of where this started from. I felt like
- 32:51Speaker 3: I had to protect myself. So while I'm not going
- 32:54Speaker 3: to be emotionally available, I can look at sex as
- 32:57Speaker 3: a transaction and I think that I'm associated, but I'm
- 33:00Speaker 3: not because now I'm attached to this person because i
- 33:03Speaker 3: can't vocalize how I'm really feeling. But I'm using my
- 33:06Speaker 3: body to do that. And your issues are and your tissues,
- 33:08Speaker 3: especially your womb, that is a very sacred part of
- 33:11Speaker 3: your body. And so you neglected that when you're neglecting yourself,
- 33:15Speaker 3: even if you use a condo. Yes, I think I'm
- 33:20Speaker 3: got sex as a ritual.
- 33:22Speaker 2: It's not really sex with a condo.
- 33:24Speaker 3: It's not like they say, wow, coming don't count. And
- 33:29Speaker 3: you know, even that is a generational womb though. If
- 33:32Speaker 3: you think about your your mother, your grandmother's, how many
- 33:34Speaker 3: seventy five percent of women. I've never had a vaginal orgasma.
- 33:37Speaker 2: So I talked.
- 33:38Speaker 1: I talked about this before because I had an old
- 33:41Speaker 1: lady living with me. She was eighty three years old
- 33:43Speaker 1: when I met her, right, and we would have conversations
- 33:45Speaker 1: about all types of shit and just we would have
- 33:48Speaker 1: we had conversations about sex before and the way she
- 33:50Speaker 1: would talk about like moments in her life when she
- 33:53Speaker 1: was intimate. It just never sounded pleasure a woman.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Like you just get on top of me and do
- 33:59Speaker 2: his big you.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Know, orgasm is like a new age thing. It's like
- 34:03Speaker 1: men didn't give a shit if we were coming in
- 34:05Speaker 1: not at some point.
- 34:05Speaker 3: And that is well, it's both. I mean, it's mis
- 34:09Speaker 3: education and especially growing up in the South and purity
- 34:11Speaker 3: culture where they're teaching girls to save their virginity for marriage,
- 34:15Speaker 3: but then they're telling boys we'll wrap it up. But
- 34:17Speaker 3: they're not teaching them to value their bodies. But they're
- 34:19Speaker 3: telling women your body is sacred for your husband.
- 34:22Speaker 2: So all of that.
- 34:24Speaker 3: If you think about epigenetic epigenetics, where you were formed
- 34:28Speaker 3: in your grandmother's womb, so all of that, you carry
- 34:31Speaker 3: their baggage. You carry their trauma and the only way
- 34:34Speaker 3: you heal through that is through grief. And that's why
- 34:37Speaker 3: a lot of us don't know. You can't even tell
- 34:39Speaker 3: your partner, Okay, I'm not having a vaginal orgasm, but
- 34:41Speaker 3: you don't know how to fix that. You know, it's
- 34:45Speaker 3: easy to have a clatoral orgasm because it's outside of you,
- 34:47Speaker 3: it's not internal.
- 34:48Speaker 2: So and their roles will do it every dash get
- 34:54Speaker 2: a job done.
- 34:54Speaker 1: I had to text your eggs and I was like, Yo,
- 34:57Speaker 1: did you did you?
- 34:59Speaker 3: Did you put my vibrators in water? Oh? Imagine this.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Imagine you got one.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Vibrator that's plugged up like it's rechargeable, and then the
- 35:07Speaker 1: other is operated by batteries. How does both of these
- 35:12Speaker 1: I'm in the middle of nothing. I'm in the middle
- 35:16Speaker 1: of right in the first one, like, oh my god,
- 35:20Speaker 1: I'm just frambling, like I got like a little little
- 35:23Speaker 1: little hidden spot on the side of the magic and
- 35:25Speaker 1: I didn't realize he knew where it was and right,
- 35:27Speaker 1: So then I grabbed the other one, and this one
- 35:30Speaker 1: does the same thing. He wants me to believe. He
- 35:34Speaker 1: ain't do nothing to my vibrators. It's no way like
- 35:36Speaker 1: these things operate.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Different and neither one.
- 35:38Speaker 2: Neither one on the work.
- 35:41Speaker 1: I was fast when this happened. I was doing it
- 35:44Speaker 1: was way over seventy to our fast. I'm like, METI God, like, girl,
- 35:46Speaker 1: you be doing this too much.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Stop I haven't. They hate to see you coming. What
- 35:52Speaker 2: is like, I can't do no more?
- 35:56Speaker 1: But I haven't went and bought another one because I
- 35:58Speaker 1: just feel like I'm gonna get to the next level
- 36:01Speaker 1: if I stop masturbing.
- 36:03Speaker 3: It's in my mind like regular DJing. It doesn't do
- 36:08Speaker 3: you ever. Just sometimes go to the old fashioned route.
- 36:11Speaker 2: That ship man, who got time for that? We gotta
- 36:13Speaker 2: work in the morning.
- 36:14Speaker 3: See that's that's the problem. I see that talk about
- 36:17Speaker 3: being disconducted. It's a quick fix. You're not You're not
- 36:20Speaker 3: enjoying yourself. It's like this be dating herself.
- 36:25Speaker 2: She should like Dennis like, right by the bite your life.
- 36:30Speaker 3: Why not you want a man to do that?
- 36:32Speaker 2: Why can't you do it for yourself. Thirty two seconds
- 36:34Speaker 2: of sleep with the road.
- 36:36Speaker 3: I mean that, of course. I mean who is satisfied
- 36:40Speaker 3: pro too? That's I think it's actually better than the rose.
- 36:42Speaker 2: But you know satisfied pro too, ill look that up
- 36:47Speaker 2: those roses.
- 36:48Speaker 1: It is too much, y'all. Don't know what type of
- 36:50Speaker 1: clits y'all because my chi can not say.
- 36:52Speaker 3: You get desensitized if you do it too much.
- 36:55Speaker 2: I know I'll be vibrating all night.
- 37:00Speaker 1: The guys in your head, we got with it in
- 37:02Speaker 1: your head?
- 37:06Speaker 3: Yeah, all right?
- 37:07Speaker 2: I had another question. All right, I'm sorry. How do
- 37:11Speaker 2: you recognize when a lover is draining your energy or
- 37:13Speaker 2: blocking your blessing? I always do.
- 37:18Speaker 4: Well. If the loraining you thinking about me training your energy,
- 37:24Speaker 4: it's probably because you're draining your own energy, but it's
- 37:27Speaker 4: just being manifested through this person.
- 37:29Speaker 3: I had a client once that came to me. She
- 37:33Speaker 3: was in her early thirties and she was crying over
- 37:36Speaker 3: this relationship. But he was twenty years older than her.
- 37:39Speaker 3: When she first met the man, she's been with him
- 37:41Speaker 3: for ten years. When she first met him, she had
- 37:43Speaker 3: her own business. She's very successful, and when she met him,
- 37:46Speaker 3: he had his own business as well, but then she
- 37:48Speaker 3: quickly realized his business wasn't doing great, so she put
- 37:51Speaker 3: her business on hold to run his business. But she
- 37:55Speaker 3: was in way over her head. They were in the
- 37:57Speaker 3: process of having their car repossessed, like so much. Many
- 38:00Speaker 3: things were happening, and she couldn't see that it was
- 38:04Speaker 3: because she was with this man. She gained like thirty pounds.
- 38:09Speaker 3: She was like, she just looked tired.
- 38:11Speaker 2: Let make it what.
- 38:12Speaker 3: At But no, I mean, and it didn't matter what
- 38:19Speaker 3: I told, like literally telling me I look younger than you.
- 38:22Speaker 1: He was literally draining my life source. He was older
- 38:25Speaker 1: than me, not that much older, but he was looking younger.
- 38:29Speaker 1: I wasn't doing my hair, I wasn't doing shit, just
- 38:32Speaker 1: looking crazy.
- 38:34Speaker 3: We're life givers. Literally, when men have energy after they
- 38:37Speaker 3: have sex with us, that's literally that's fine.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Our body be.
- 38:41Speaker 3: Tired, a lot of energy they'll get now they it's
- 38:48Speaker 3: they're taken because we feel like it's our job to
- 38:51Speaker 3: just give and not really receive. I'm not saying all women,
- 38:54Speaker 3: but most women. That's that's how they treat sex. So
- 38:58Speaker 3: if you're depleted, if you if he's draining your energy, like,
- 39:01Speaker 3: how do you feel when you're with this person is ore?
- 39:04Speaker 3: Is your judgment clouded? If you feel like you can't
- 39:07Speaker 3: even tap into your own intuition or think logically about something,
- 39:12Speaker 3: that that relationship is distorted. So I think so many
- 39:15Speaker 3: of us we look outside of ourselves and we have
- 39:17Speaker 3: completely lost the connection with our own intuition. So that's
- 39:21Speaker 3: why we get confused when really are our intuition is
- 39:24Speaker 3: probably our greatest power. Like, so you can prevent that
- 39:27Speaker 3: in the beginning when you first meet someone, you don't
- 39:29Speaker 3: need a reason to see like is this guy a
- 39:31Speaker 3: bad person? Or if your body is telling you something
- 39:34Speaker 3: is off, why do you need to question it?
- 39:36Speaker 1: If you got b the he's as if you feel
- 39:40Speaker 1: like you don't have no intuition, but how do you
- 39:43Speaker 1: just don't know? Like you're not tapping gonna tell you.
- 39:50Speaker 3: That in bred.
- 39:53Speaker 2: Hawaii bitch getaway right there?
- 39:59Speaker 3: Bright?
- 40:06Speaker 2: So are you said like you're not connected to your intuition.
- 40:10Speaker 2: How would you advise someone to reconnect to their intellition?
- 40:14Speaker 3: For one, I think they need a social media detox
- 40:17Speaker 3: because you're social media especially and I love TikTok, like
- 40:20Speaker 3: I that's like my TV. But it becomes an echo chamber.
- 40:23Speaker 3: So you had to be mindful of what you're feeding
- 40:26Speaker 3: your psyche, because then you see dialogues and people are
- 40:30Speaker 3: arguing and they're like especially with men and women, but
- 40:32Speaker 3: they're in the same frequency, so like no one's trying
- 40:34Speaker 3: to hear each other. It's an ever chamber. So you
- 40:36Speaker 3: really need a detox and just kind of rest. I
- 40:40Speaker 3: think that's the main thing, especially with Black women, Like
- 40:43Speaker 3: you know, we're successful, we have the highest in degrees,
- 40:45Speaker 3: but a lot of that is because it's a distraction.
- 40:48Speaker 3: You know, we if we're focusing on something else, we
- 40:50Speaker 3: don't have designed to sit there and deal with our
- 40:52Speaker 3: own things. So it doesn't have to be hard, but
- 40:55Speaker 3: we don't know how to rest. How many of are
- 40:57Speaker 3: mothers like or grandmothers. They're always out and about. Even
- 41:00Speaker 3: when my mom retired and then two weeks later I
- 41:01Speaker 3: got another job, I just.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Felt like the problems with my mom came out because
- 41:06Speaker 1: I would rest. You know what I'm saying.
- 41:08Speaker 2: She didn't like to see me, just because culturally that's
- 41:11Speaker 2: not our thing. You know, our thing isn't.
- 41:14Speaker 3: Being productive as being busy.
- 41:16Speaker 2: And we even got I deep like all the songs
- 41:19Speaker 2: everything strong Black women, all of it is like and
- 41:22Speaker 2: I don't rest down.
- 41:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I love to lay down, like I don't like
- 41:29Speaker 1: I don't like hustling. I don't like feeling like I
- 41:31Speaker 1: got all these things to do, even though I'll do them,
- 41:34Speaker 1: I really got to push myself to do all the things, like.
- 41:37Speaker 3: I just don't want to though.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Same, I feel like Black women are supposed to just
- 41:42Speaker 1: lay down like great, we're supposed to be resting, okay,
- 41:46Speaker 1: and then and then we can think right and then
- 41:50Speaker 1: just create money out of thin air because we can
- 41:53Speaker 1: think and actually making money off of things we can create.
- 41:58Speaker 3: You're a woman is having to go to work here
- 42:03Speaker 3: and you're in masculine energy. When you're working right, working
- 42:06Speaker 3: is it's a masculin energy, and of course you need both,
- 42:08Speaker 3: but then you've gotten so disconnected from our femininity, our creativity,
- 42:12Speaker 3: our womb that houses your creativity, it houses your feminine power.
- 42:17Speaker 3: And when that's out of balance, you don't you get
- 42:19Speaker 3: into here. You think, you overthink, and then you get emotional,
- 42:22Speaker 3: and then you don't react from like you don't know
- 42:25Speaker 3: how to respond from your emotions. You're just reacting. So
- 42:27Speaker 3: you are completely disconnected.
- 42:30Speaker 2: So rest that's the biggest tool.
- 42:32Speaker 3: And not and I don't mean rest, like, yeah, that's
- 42:36Speaker 3: that's it has to be like productive rests something and
- 42:39Speaker 3: where you're getting adequate sleep, but then doing something that
- 42:41Speaker 3: calms your nervous system, and that's where you create something
- 42:48Speaker 3: you circle you know you actually can use that to manifest.
- 42:51Speaker 3: No I do.
- 42:52Speaker 1: I definitely be saying all type of shit when I'm
- 42:54Speaker 1: about to come. Okay, I definitely use my sexual energy and.
- 42:59Speaker 2: So listen, that's that's what I've been doing already. I
- 43:01Speaker 2: used to think about past experiences. I'm not like a
- 43:04Speaker 2: laptop girl porn. I don't like that. I need to
- 43:07Speaker 2: I use my imagination. But now I don't even think
- 43:10Speaker 2: about them no more. I just think about what I
- 43:11Speaker 2: want from our futures.
- 43:13Speaker 1: And that's really what the sexual energy is for. So
- 43:16Speaker 1: that's what a lot of men be tapping into the strippers.
- 43:19Speaker 1: You fu with the stripper, you're gonna start getting money. Really,
- 43:23Speaker 1: that's the that's the energy strippers come with getting money.
- 43:27Speaker 2: I guess that's very true.
- 43:29Speaker 1: I feel like so the days that I want to
- 43:31Speaker 1: really like work out because I started doing hot yoga, right,
- 43:34Speaker 1: I don't be mess well. I can't mastery now because
- 43:37Speaker 1: I don't have a toy.
- 43:38Speaker 2: But I think.
- 43:41Speaker 1: It takes energy from you. You know what I'm saying,
- 43:44Speaker 1: Like the next day, Yes, I'm so sluggish.
- 43:48Speaker 2: That's because you're using two toys one night, they all
- 43:50Speaker 2: tied like this is an opportunity.
- 43:55Speaker 3: The DJ and getting think like, just use your hand.
- 43:59Speaker 3: I think you need to get read acquainted with yourself
- 44:02Speaker 3: is too much. It's too much.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Because to make sure I drink a lot of water.
- 44:09Speaker 3: We are in the age of social media where everything
- 44:11Speaker 3: is fast.
- 44:12Speaker 1: No, no, not nasty sea, so it is not nasty, right.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Self love is the best love, I agree.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Otherwise you're just treating yourself like a transaction.
- 44:29Speaker 2: Oops, I did it again.
- 44:31Speaker 3: Nothing. But if you do that all the time to
- 44:34Speaker 3: where then you feel like you just connecting with your
- 44:38Speaker 3: body is too much work. It's too much work because
- 44:41Speaker 3: you don't know how to rest. It's too much work
- 44:43Speaker 3: because you're always on the gohot, so you're looking for
- 44:44Speaker 3: a quick fix. So that is being disconnected from yourself. Nothing.
- 44:50Speaker 3: Don't know. I love a good rose and I love
- 44:51Speaker 3: the satisfying pro too, But satisfied that is really good.
- 44:56Speaker 2: I'm ordering it. But now you're telling me just go
- 44:59Speaker 2: ahead and DJ.
- 45:00Speaker 3: I think you should create a mood an ambiance in
- 45:04Speaker 3: your home that makes you feel feminine, that makes you
- 45:07Speaker 3: feel like a woman. Gets some aphrodisiacs, some oysters, oysters,
- 45:11Speaker 3: some chocolate covered strawberries, play some music, get a satin
- 45:15Speaker 3: road in. They're by myself in there by yourself. That
- 45:19Speaker 3: is manifesting because it's the act of that, like how
- 45:21Speaker 3: you're taking care of your body, how you're pleasing yourself,
- 45:23Speaker 3: You're inviting that energy into your space.
- 45:26Speaker 2: Imokin, I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna give me some
- 45:28Speaker 2: strawberries tonight. All right, go ahead, go ahead. I was
- 45:31Speaker 2: about to say red flags. Your body and spirit will
- 45:33Speaker 2: pick up before your mind does.
- 45:36Speaker 3: Does your body tense up when you're on a date.
- 45:38Speaker 3: Do you feel yourself trying to accommodate to his needs
- 45:42Speaker 3: where you're compromising parts of yourself. Do you find yourself
- 45:45Speaker 3: making excuses for someone like oh, he's a nice person,
- 45:49Speaker 3: or like justifying something that no one really asked you,
- 45:51Speaker 3: but like you're again that doesn't serve you, but.
- 45:55Speaker 2: You justify it. Yeah.
- 45:59Speaker 1: I wanted to get into uh uh, you know, because
- 46:03Speaker 1: social media you have like the hood healer and what's
- 46:08Speaker 1: the some of the other girlies, that something.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Mega dreams.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Yeah, all these different people on social media, sorry, larger
- 46:14Speaker 1: than life, you know what I'm saying, they be doing anything.
- 46:17Speaker 1: I don't doubt doubt that some of these people are
- 46:19Speaker 1: indeed tapped in. But is it healing or is it hustling?
- 46:26Speaker 3: Dude?
- 46:26Speaker 2: Are so many people like Yeah, yeah, I'm sure they are.
- 46:32Speaker 1: You know, Cleo was on something, man, she was getting
- 46:36Speaker 1: her back.
- 46:37Speaker 3: She was so she was serious. I think it's a
- 46:40Speaker 3: combination of both. I do think there is a balance.
- 46:44Speaker 3: You should be compensated, You should be compensated, but also
- 46:47Speaker 3: I think part of the work is teaching people to
- 46:50Speaker 3: empower themselves so that they don't feel dependent on you.
- 46:54Speaker 3: And if you feel like like where people are constantly
- 46:57Speaker 3: coming to you for things and it's the same thing,
- 47:01Speaker 3: then you're just you're depleting their energies. So I think
- 47:04Speaker 3: there there is a bounce because money isn't you know,
- 47:06Speaker 3: it's energy. So you want to be compensated fairly for
- 47:10Speaker 3: the work that you're providing. But what are you leaving
- 47:13Speaker 3: with them that they can take and posit it to
- 47:16Speaker 3: someone else?
- 47:17Speaker 1: Yeah, So when you see like people come to you
- 47:19Speaker 1: for everything, So I guess people start whenever somebody like
- 47:23Speaker 1: has like a spiritual awakening, and then some people they
- 47:25Speaker 1: start like leaving the church. But then you end up
- 47:27Speaker 1: trying to find something else to believe in, right, instead
- 47:31Speaker 1: of believing in yourself and looking within. So they end
- 47:35Speaker 1: up in the hands of a false program fortune teller.
- 47:40Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. And listen, there'd be a
- 47:42Speaker 2: lot of them, and they got the same script that
- 47:44Speaker 2: they First of all.
- 47:46Speaker 3: They should if someone is reaching out to you for like,
- 47:49Speaker 3: oh I got a message for you, that is a scam.
- 47:51Speaker 1: Yeah shit, that is a scam from Africa every time.
- 47:55Speaker 2: No, for real.
- 47:57Speaker 1: And I'm like one day this person was saying so
- 47:59Speaker 1: much wow shit to me. I'm like, yo, what this
- 48:02Speaker 1: is a demon in my inbox? Because the things that
- 48:05Speaker 1: he was like, why are you putting this stuff on
- 48:06Speaker 1: my life?
- 48:07Speaker 3: None of this is happening to me, So why are you?
- 48:10Speaker 2: Why are you engageing.
- 48:11Speaker 3: It's I wasn't.
- 48:13Speaker 1: I just read it. I just read it, and like
- 48:15Speaker 1: why would I didn't say anything back to them, But
- 48:19Speaker 1: what kind of thing is that? Though?
- 48:21Speaker 3: Because they want you to be afraid, they want you
- 48:23Speaker 3: to depend. I have a so I had a lady
- 48:25Speaker 3: when I used to live in Texas. There was this
- 48:28Speaker 3: psychic store down the street from my apartment, and I
- 48:32Speaker 3: by this time, I was already a meetium. I have
- 48:34Speaker 3: my mentors. But something kept telling me to go to
- 48:37Speaker 3: get a reading from her, and I was like, why
- 48:39Speaker 3: don't need to get a reading from her? But I
- 48:41Speaker 3: finally went and she was telling me like I had
- 48:46Speaker 3: I was cursed when I was in my mother's womb
- 48:48Speaker 3: and all of these crazy things. And then she had
- 48:50Speaker 3: me write my name on a paper and she was like,
- 48:52Speaker 3: for an additional one hundred and fifty dollars, I can
- 48:55Speaker 3: do this energy cleanse for you. And I was like, no,
- 48:58Speaker 3: I'm good, and she was like you're calling this. She
- 49:00Speaker 3: takes my name and she rips it up, and so
- 49:02Speaker 3: when I left, I was like I was I was
- 49:03Speaker 3: so mad on my god. I was like, why isoud'all
- 49:05Speaker 3: having to do that? And they're like, cause you need
- 49:06Speaker 3: to see what the other side. It's like how there's
- 49:09Speaker 3: a lot of people like that that create fear to
- 49:11Speaker 3: make you reliant on that person. So it's one thing
- 49:15Speaker 3: to tap into something that like if you're doing a
- 49:17Speaker 3: reading for a person, you can pick up on what
- 49:19Speaker 3: they're going through. But then your guides are giving your
- 49:21Speaker 3: ancestors are giving you something to help pull you through
- 49:24Speaker 3: that so that you're not coming to them for the
- 49:26Speaker 3: same you're not coming back for the same issue. So yeah,
- 49:30Speaker 3: it's it's a mess.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Well what do you say to people that say, like
- 49:35Speaker 2: what you do is evil?
- 49:37Speaker 3: You know, growing up in Charleston, I grew up Southern Baptist,
- 49:40Speaker 3: So I even my closest friends when I first it
- 49:44Speaker 3: was like I was spiritually closeted and they were not.
- 49:48Speaker 3: It was it was very fear based. But I had
- 49:50Speaker 3: to kind of get over that because I'm like they're
- 49:53Speaker 3: looking through their own perception, and especially black people, and
- 49:58Speaker 3: especially if you grew up in the Low Country, like
- 50:00Speaker 3: they've been doing your your grandmother's great grandmothers everything, and
- 50:06Speaker 3: they've hid that in Christianity to as a form of
- 50:09Speaker 3: protection and they think that's religion. It's not religion, it's
- 50:12Speaker 3: just protection work. Like you could be a Buddhist and
- 50:14Speaker 3: a Christian, you could be a root worker and a Christian.
- 50:16Speaker 3: But and then with what I do, if I were
- 50:18Speaker 3: to tell people I was a prophet, if I was
- 50:20Speaker 3: in the church and told people I was a prophet,
- 50:22Speaker 3: they would they wouldn't bad enough, and then why But
- 50:25Speaker 3: what's the difference between a prophet and a psychic or
- 50:27Speaker 3: a prophet and the media and nothing. It's all churgantics.
- 50:30Speaker 3: So it used to bother me, but then I realized,
- 50:34Speaker 3: you know, when you're honest and you're living in your truth,
- 50:35Speaker 3: the right people will attract you.
- 50:37Speaker 2: So have you ever been walking down the street and
- 50:40Speaker 2: like somebody Grandma was like tell them something real quick. No,
- 50:44Speaker 2: it's not Molly, you and danger girl, you know from ghosts.
- 50:50Speaker 3: No, I've met a stranger where I'm like in conversation
- 50:54Speaker 3: and I might hear. It doesn't happen often, but like
- 50:58Speaker 3: if I'm talking to them and I'll say something like
- 51:00Speaker 3: I don't know, I'll just get like a download and
- 51:03Speaker 3: say something to them and they're like, how did you
- 51:05Speaker 3: know that? Like this one lady I met she I
- 51:10Speaker 3: saw this young man and I was like, do you
- 51:13Speaker 3: have a son that passed? And she looked at me
- 51:16Speaker 3: like yeah, And I was like, he's showing like a
- 51:18Speaker 3: silver ball, like it's a necklace, and then she literally
- 51:23Speaker 3: pulled out the necklace. It was well, she kept his
- 51:26Speaker 3: ashes like part of his ashes, and and it was
- 51:28Speaker 3: just a message of like, you know, he's still with
- 51:30Speaker 3: you or whatever. But so I try to so like
- 51:32Speaker 3: sometimes things like that will happen, but I try to
- 51:36Speaker 3: get messages where it's very specific to them and it's
- 51:38Speaker 3: not just like, oh, you're going through a hard time.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Oh your grandma yell list yeah righty grandma yell.
- 51:45Speaker 1: Like yeah.
- 51:48Speaker 3: Yeah hmmm.
- 51:50Speaker 1: So I uh, like I said I was going through
- 51:52Speaker 1: a breakup, right, And this day I was on shrooms.
- 51:56Speaker 1: And I just saw his Instagram post the other day saying,
- 51:58Speaker 1: how did you I ain't this ain't spirituality?
- 52:01Speaker 3: You're on drugs. I started thinking about that because I
- 52:06Speaker 3: do like.
- 52:06Speaker 1: To do shrooms occasionally, right, yeah, I'll like herodose, like,
- 52:10Speaker 1: but I'm not leaving the house though, Oh of course
- 52:12Speaker 1: not like it's now That's what I'll make a date
- 52:14Speaker 1: for it. I make a date to do shrooms, right,
- 52:16Speaker 1: I make a whole little bath, all the things. Right,
- 52:18Speaker 1: So this, I actually did this shrooms earlier that day,
- 52:23Speaker 1: and then by the evening time, I'm good, right, but
- 52:25Speaker 1: I'm outside, I'm riding home. It's probably like twelve o'clock
- 52:28Speaker 1: and I see like the psychic thing open twelve nights.
- 52:33Speaker 3: I'm like, let me go in there. So I go,
- 52:35Speaker 3: and I'm contemplating all types of things in my mind.
- 52:38Speaker 1: Right I'm in this relationship. I'm like, this shit is
- 52:42Speaker 1: eating me, you know what I'm saying. So I need
- 52:44Speaker 1: somebody to talk to. So I call the number that's
- 52:47Speaker 1: on the building because it said well, I pulled up
- 52:49Speaker 1: because it said open. Right when I got there, it
- 52:51Speaker 1: wasn't really open. Then I called the number and the
- 52:54Speaker 1: person answered the phone, a little old lady, little old
- 52:57Speaker 1: white lady voice over the phone.
- 53:00Speaker 3: Was like hey, honey. I'm like hey. She was like
- 53:04Speaker 3: you okay.
- 53:05Speaker 1: This is how she was talking to me.
- 53:06Speaker 3: I'm like, oh my god, like no, I'm not okay.
- 53:10Speaker 1: She was like, is it about a relationship, Like she's
- 53:12Speaker 1: I'm like, oh shit.
- 53:13Speaker 3: So she was like, well, come see me tomorrow.
- 53:15Speaker 1: You can come to my house, come at eleven o'clock.
- 53:19Speaker 3: So that I'm making plans the next one. I'm like, oh,
- 53:21Speaker 3: I'm about to go see this lady.
- 53:22Speaker 1: She wanted to go tell me all She's gonna tell
- 53:24Speaker 1: me all the things and all the shit already, fucking
- 53:26Speaker 1: know you know what I'm saying, Like, I don't know
- 53:28Speaker 1: why we'd be looking for confirmation outside of ourselves will
- 53:31Speaker 1: be you need some botious you know what I'm saying.
- 53:34Speaker 1: So long story short, this bitch was on some bocious
- 53:38Speaker 1: like get there, you gotta be putting my hand on
- 53:40Speaker 1: the Bible.
- 53:41Speaker 3: I'm like, what is happening?
- 53:43Speaker 1: Two hundred dollars later.
- 53:46Speaker 2: She's like, yeah, you need to lead that nigga. No,
- 53:48Speaker 2: I didn't say that you need to leave that. Man. Baby,
- 53:53Speaker 2: Now you.
- 53:54Speaker 1: Trying to add on some extra shit like this is
- 53:57Speaker 1: gonna call it the same shit you was saying. I'm like, man,
- 54:01Speaker 1: those time, I want to I want. I really wanted
- 54:02Speaker 1: to fight her because why are you finishing people like this?
- 54:05Speaker 1: I really was about to start reading her, but I
- 54:08Speaker 1: just got up out of her, out of her house
- 54:09Speaker 1: because I.
- 54:09Speaker 3: Just because you're playing with people. I mean, you don't
- 54:12Speaker 3: know the mental state that someone is in, and now
- 54:14Speaker 3: you want to add to their fear, their anxiety and
- 54:17Speaker 3: not make them feel empowered or give them any type
- 54:20Speaker 3: of comfort because it's all a money grap but that's
- 54:22Speaker 3: why they're they're in that energy.
- 54:24Speaker 5: Like so she literally a little a little a little
- 54:28Speaker 5: witch low ass Soka like all right, so I know,
- 54:32Speaker 5: like I believe that you know the spirit world and
- 54:36Speaker 5: our world intermingled.
- 54:38Speaker 2: Do my grandma see me having sex?
- 54:43Speaker 3: You know?
- 54:43Speaker 2: I don't.
- 54:44Speaker 3: Yes, I mean they know you having sex, but they're
- 54:46Speaker 3: not like I don't want my grandma, you know, they're
- 54:49Speaker 3: not like.
- 54:49Speaker 2: They're too discust. So you're is that nigga pushing you up?
- 55:01Speaker 2: Back down? You growdmap? They laugh at that. Shiit See
- 55:08Speaker 2: that made me not want to do it.
- 55:10Speaker 1: You know, I don't think you're any bose the thrower.
- 55:13Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I don't want try to protect your in it,
- 55:15Speaker 3: especially if you would a low vibrational man.
- 55:17Speaker 2: Have you ever had like some type of spiritual download
- 55:20Speaker 2: or something that you some type of intuition in the
- 55:22Speaker 2: act of sex.
- 55:24Speaker 3: Not in the act, but it's I've had a download
- 55:28Speaker 3: that's caught. Had me catch a guy doing something he
- 55:31Speaker 3: was supposed to be doing. M h. I was this guy.
- 55:36Speaker 3: We used to live in the sandbuilding, and I remember
- 55:39Speaker 3: I came home from work. As soon as I put
- 55:41Speaker 3: my keys down, I heard go check your mail. I
- 55:43Speaker 3: was like, well, I'm need to check my mail and
- 55:45Speaker 3: I knew I didn't have anything. They're like, go check
- 55:47Speaker 3: your mail. So I went to go check my mail.
- 55:48Speaker 3: Sure enough, nothing was in there. As soon as I
- 55:50Speaker 3: turned around the corner, he came out the elevator with
- 55:52Speaker 3: another woman was dealing with each other and I he
- 55:56Speaker 3: did a double take. And normally when he would see me,
- 55:58Speaker 3: it's like oh hey, you know. He was like hey,
- 56:01Speaker 3: and then like like scurried out the and I was like,
- 56:05Speaker 3: did I just So then I was talking to my friend.
- 56:09Speaker 3: She's like, oh no, maybe it was you know someone, No,
- 56:12Speaker 3: maybe it was just a friend or a relative. So
- 56:15Speaker 3: then I was meditating and I was like, if I'm
- 56:16Speaker 3: supposed to see something, like like, really see who he is,
- 56:21Speaker 3: show me in a gentle way. And two days later,
- 56:24Speaker 3: another friend sent me a screenshot of him where he
- 56:28Speaker 3: someone posted him on are we dating the same guy?
- 56:32Speaker 3: Every day? Women like came through the woodworks and that's
- 56:35Speaker 3: all I needed to see. Yeah, so he had like
- 56:39Speaker 3: a revolving off that elevator.
- 56:41Speaker 6: We're going down the stairs this time, baby, it's up
- 56:43Speaker 6: wrong with the elevator business talk with somebody in your building,
- 56:48Speaker 6: Like like that's just too close, it's too close, all
- 56:51Speaker 6: lived together, that's the case.
- 56:53Speaker 1: You won't see something like that, especially if you just
- 56:54Speaker 1: dating in this casual Yeah.
- 56:57Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a lesson learned never did.
- 57:00Speaker 3: Are you in a relationship now, No, ma'am?
- 57:03Speaker 2: Why the fuck is that funny? What advice do you
- 57:07Speaker 2: have for our listeners when it comes to their spirituality
- 57:10Speaker 2: and sex?
- 57:13Speaker 3: Well, I would suggest the sooner you can deal with
- 57:18Speaker 3: your trauma you're in her childhood trauma, the quicker you
- 57:22Speaker 3: can stop aligning with men that are in that same frequency,
- 57:26Speaker 3: because as long as you're putting the onus and the
- 57:29Speaker 3: blame solely on them, you're never going to get out
- 57:32Speaker 3: of that cycle. And then for karmic lessons, it doesn't
- 57:36Speaker 3: have to develop into anything further if you just take
- 57:39Speaker 3: the lesson for what it is and see what is
- 57:41Speaker 3: the role that I played. It's not saying that you're
- 57:43Speaker 3: the sole person that's responsible, but what did I contribute
- 57:47Speaker 3: to this? And the second you can do that you
- 57:49Speaker 3: get out of that loop as well. And then lastly,
- 57:53Speaker 3: making sure you rest so you can connect with yourself
- 57:56Speaker 3: and tap into your intuition.
- 57:58Speaker 2: And what's the name of that machine you said you.
- 58:00Speaker 3: The satisfire pro Too. They had that was the newer model, the.
- 58:08Speaker 2: Satisfied Pro Too. Amazon. You tonight, all right? Do you
- 58:14Speaker 2: want to do like a mini reading with one of us?
- 58:17Speaker 3: Oh? Like online.
- 58:18Speaker 2: Yeah, can you if you don't want to do that,
- 58:20Speaker 2: you don't have to a girl, I don't make me.
- 58:23Speaker 3: I mean like, well, what time is it? How much time? Oh?
- 58:26Speaker 2: We got like fifteen good minutes.
- 58:28Speaker 3: Oh, you don't have to.
- 58:31Speaker 2: You don't have to.
- 58:32Speaker 3: Quite nervous, because I don't like to mix my spirits.
- 58:36Speaker 2: Okay.
- 58:37Speaker 1: So and that's why we in his sweating okay, because
- 58:40Speaker 1: we just like in all the spirits.
- 58:43Speaker 3: If you're still here when I'm when I'm not great,
- 58:45Speaker 3: I don't mind, Okay, okay, No, no, that's fair, that's fair.
- 58:49Speaker 3: I don't you know.
- 58:50Speaker 2: All right, Well, tell everybody where they can find Oh no,
- 58:52Speaker 2: she got to have a dumbit store. We got to
- 58:54Speaker 2: get the dumbis story.
- 58:57Speaker 1: Yeah, she didn't kind of tell did you keep sucking
- 59:00Speaker 1: to do it on that it?
- 59:03Speaker 3: No?
- 59:04Speaker 2: No, she w are you reculated?
- 59:07Speaker 1: Baby?
- 59:07Speaker 2: Come back upstairs.
- 59:08Speaker 3: I ain't say anything. There was nothing to be said.
- 59:12Speaker 2: Was y'all didn't have no conversation about that? Did you
- 59:14Speaker 2: to talk about?
- 59:15Speaker 3: Ye?
- 59:16Speaker 2: Well that's a good way to hang.
- 59:17Speaker 3: Know. Closure comes from when you realize why you why
- 59:22Speaker 3: you move the way you do. That's the closure you get, like,
- 59:24Speaker 3: oh my goodness, it really wasn't him. He's got his
- 59:26Speaker 3: own stuff. I'm not even mad at the perp. Like,
- 59:28Speaker 3: I'm not even mad at him because I can clearly
- 59:30Speaker 3: see when I was healing my trauma, like the trauma
- 59:33Speaker 3: that he had, and how we trauma ponded. So that
- 59:36Speaker 3: didn't it didn't have anything to do with me. It
- 59:38Speaker 3: was just.
- 59:40Speaker 2: It was what it was. Mm hm. All right, Well,
- 59:44Speaker 2: now tell everybody where they can find you to plug
- 59:47Speaker 2: all your things.
