From the very beginning of this show, Nate, Jordan and Lola wanted to have a Taco Expert on the show. This more than fits the bill.

A couple months back, Jordan, Lola and the whole fam went to a restaurant called Guac N Roll in downtown Eau Claire, WI. They literally only went because it was close to where they were and they were operating on a tight time table.
