Operation Dust Bowl: 32 Fugitives Caught | Odessa News
U.S. Marshals and Texas anti-gang units pulled off a massive sweep in Midland and Odessa, nabbing 32 fugitives in just four days — including those wanted for parole violations, assault, burglary, and failing to register as sex offenders. Two guns were seized, two suspects handed to Homeland Security, and new charges added for some. This was the first joint mission between the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the Texas Anti-Gang Center-Permian Basin — proving that when agencies unite, violent fugitives have nowhere to hide.
