- 1:18Speaker 3: I watched, and he's gonna try to guess the verdict
- 1:20Speaker 3: and then guess what he's going to do.
- 1:21Speaker 1: The exact same.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Except on first this week because I said so Dead
- 1:25Speaker 2: Gummett that's how it's gonna be.
- 1:28Speaker 1: But thank you so much for finding us. Let's tr
- 1:30Speaker 1: how you found let us know? Is there a survey
- 1:33Speaker 1: comment in.
- 1:33Speaker 3: The in the U leave a review on Apple and
- 1:38Speaker 3: uh on Apple?
- 1:40Speaker 1: Leave a review on Apple? In the comments say pature
- 1:44Speaker 1: review on Apple, and then tell us where you found us?
- 1:47Speaker 1: How they're always after me like you charm? Exactly right.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Apparently Dan's going first today. People's court brand judge million.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Maybe it's million, maybe it's million. Not mabeling. You have
- 1:59Speaker 2: mabelin yes, Okay, it's interesting you thought I did.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Lauren is suing Robert Osmond for five thousand dollars the.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Max m Max. It's a Max alert.
- 2:15Speaker 2: It's alert suing for the Max. Lauren says, Robert and
- 2:21Speaker 2: I lived in an apartment for a year. We lived
- 2:23Speaker 2: together for three years, seriously dating. We renewed the lease
- 2:26Speaker 2: in June. They were nude. They were not nude for
- 2:31Speaker 2: this case. I'm sure at some point they were nude,
- 2:34Speaker 2: but not for the case or in the court.
- 2:36Speaker 1: What are you talking about?
- 2:36Speaker 3: They renewed you got it got it ord. We use
- 2:41Speaker 3: regularly got it got It? You're talking fast? Well, thanks
- 2:45Speaker 3: for slowing the train down.
- 2:46Speaker 2: We we We lived together for three years, lived in
- 2:50Speaker 2: this apartment for a year, renewed the lease in June,
- 2:54Speaker 2: broke up in July. At this point, Million goes, what
- 2:57Speaker 2: do you do for a living? She says, I'm an
- 2:59Speaker 2: executive assist. And Million's like, your arms are amazing. She
- 3:03Speaker 2: says this to Lauren.
- 3:04Speaker 1: Wow.
- 3:05Speaker 2: She was like, I was hoping you were a personal
- 3:06Speaker 2: trainer or something that would have made me feel better.
- 3:08Speaker 2: And executive assistant. You shouldn't have arms like that. It's
- 3:10Speaker 2: not fair.
- 3:11Speaker 1: So Million's just throwing out compliments for no reason. You
- 3:14Speaker 1: have anything to her arms.
- 3:15Speaker 2: I don't, okay. I will say the what she was
- 3:19Speaker 2: wearing was designed to make her arms a prominent feature,
- 3:21Speaker 2: very nice, and I thought her arms were her best feature.
- 3:25Speaker 2: So there you go, right, there you go. And I
- 3:27Speaker 2: will say this, I noticed her arms before Million said wow.
- 3:32Speaker 1: So it's very clear. Okay. So you went from not
- 3:34Speaker 1: saying anything about him just saying a lot about it. Well,
- 3:36Speaker 1: I realized you were trying to trap me, and I
- 3:38Speaker 1: was like, why can't I You can't talk about arms?
- 3:41Speaker 3: What can what can you talk about the safest of
- 3:43Speaker 3: the body to talk about?
- 3:46Speaker 4: She was she can't get for this. She had nice arms.
- 3:50Speaker 4: She had nice arms. So we get back, the judge said.
- 3:57Speaker 3: So judge said we could talk about him. The judge
- 4:01Speaker 3: caves ruled in our favor. In the arms in arms
- 4:06Speaker 3: vi us talking. Oh man, if we talk anymore, they're
- 4:12Speaker 3: gonna see us for arm.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Robert, you know that's funny arms all right?
- 4:20Speaker 3: Uh So Robert's like, already got a picture on the
- 4:23Speaker 3: dock of the arms. But I got I understand you know, No,
- 4:26Speaker 3: of course not, Robert says, First of all, I didn't.
- 4:29Speaker 3: We didn't break up in July. We I moved out
- 4:33Speaker 3: before July. We broke up in late June. I moved
- 4:35Speaker 3: out the day we broke up. Immediately, millions like, what's
- 4:39Speaker 3: the deal?
- 4:39Speaker 4: What? What?
- 4:40Speaker 1: How did this happen so fast? She goes, well, he said,
- 4:44Speaker 1: I broke up with her.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I knew that this was a massive apartment complex, and
- 4:47Speaker 2: I knew they couldn't make us pay rent for a year,
- 4:51Speaker 2: and so I just said, you can stay here if
- 4:53Speaker 2: you want, and if you don't want to go, you
- 4:55Speaker 2: can move out too, and then we can figure it.
- 4:56Speaker 2: We'll figure it out. But I'm leaving. I got all
- 4:58Speaker 2: my daughter stuff. You had six He has six year
- 5:01Speaker 2: old daughter that was living there too. I got my
- 5:02Speaker 2: daughter's stuff and my stuff and we left. I took
- 5:05Speaker 2: all my stuff. I put it in a storage shed
- 5:07Speaker 2: that I own. I moved to another apartment that was smaller.
- 5:10Speaker 4: Uh.
- 5:10Speaker 3: My play had a realization one day that they can't
- 5:13Speaker 3: make him pay so.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Correct.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Uh well, so Judgementllyon later is going to get to
- 5:22Speaker 2: and I don't actually didn't write it down, okay, but
- 5:25Speaker 2: Judge Millon is going to get to this idea that
- 5:27Speaker 2: there is a statute of limitations on how much an
- 5:31Speaker 2: apartments company or complex can actually charge you if you
- 5:35Speaker 2: break a lease, it isn't the full amount. If you
- 5:38Speaker 2: leave early, they can rent it out again. And if
- 5:42Speaker 2: they rent it out again, they can't charge you anything
- 5:45Speaker 2: more than what you owe for for the time that
- 5:47Speaker 2: it wasn't rented. But most judges will give you an
- 5:50Speaker 2: estimate amount of time that is reasonable. Two months, yes,
- 5:55Speaker 2: two months, four to six months, depending on the where
- 5:57Speaker 2: it is.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Right.
- 5:58Speaker 3: So, uh, we're not there yet, but that's that is
- 6:00Speaker 3: basically the idea, okay, right. I just love that he
- 6:03Speaker 3: had the realization. He was like, they can't make me,
- 6:05Speaker 3: and Million was like.
- 6:06Speaker 2: What do you mean, they can't make you. Did you try?
- 6:08Speaker 2: Did you like try to call him and ask him?
- 6:11Speaker 2: And he said, I called the landlord and they told
- 6:13Speaker 2: me I had to discuss it with my ex girlfriend.
- 6:15Speaker 2: And she goes, that's weird if your name's on the lease,
- 6:17Speaker 2: and then she stops and she goes, it's your credit garbage,
- 6:21Speaker 2: and he goes no, and Lauren goes, eh. Robert's like,
- 6:26Speaker 2: I have a like a seven sixty credit score.
- 6:28Speaker 1: So that's what he says.
- 6:29Speaker 2: He says, and Lauren says, well, that's why I paid
- 6:33Speaker 2: everything is because I paid all the fees and stuff
- 6:36Speaker 2: did when we broke the lease, because I didn't want
- 6:38Speaker 2: my credit score effect that I cared about that. So
- 6:42Speaker 2: then Millan's like, well, if the judge, if the landlord
- 6:44Speaker 2: re rented it, they can only charge you for the
- 6:46Speaker 2: money that they didn't have anybody in there. Did you
- 6:49Speaker 2: speak with the landlord? You did, right? He didn't, and
- 6:52Speaker 2: Lauren says, I did. I asked him if there was
- 6:54Speaker 2: any other option. Basically, we didn't pay the July month
- 6:58Speaker 2: like in August. I called him we didn't pay July
- 7:01Speaker 2: because he didn't pay July, and I did. I was
- 7:03Speaker 2: scrambling it was like he had just broken up with me,
- 7:06Speaker 2: and so they were gonna charge me a bunch of
- 7:07Speaker 2: fees for not paying July.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So I just was like, is there anything else we
- 7:11Speaker 1: can do? Uh?
- 7:13Speaker 2: And she's like, I was in tears multiple times on
- 7:16Speaker 2: the phone with this company and they were like, Millions,
- 7:20Speaker 2: when was the fight that caused the breakup? She was
- 7:21Speaker 2: like it was June twenty second?
- 7:23Speaker 1: Uh.
- 7:24Speaker 2: And and she said we both renewed the lease. Uh,
- 7:28Speaker 2: so we both should be on the hook for this,
- 7:30Speaker 2: uh the lease? Yeah, when June one?
- 7:33Speaker 1: Oh wow?
- 7:34Speaker 2: So Million gets this contract and says the company says
- 7:38Speaker 2: that they're charging you a two month penalty, another month
- 7:41Speaker 2: consideration fee.
- 7:42Speaker 1: What is that?
- 7:42Speaker 2: Can I see the contract? She looks at the contract,
- 7:45Speaker 2: She's like interesting, okay, and then she says, so what
- 7:49Speaker 2: when he leaves in in July late June? What was
- 7:52Speaker 2: your game plan? And and Lauren goes, well, I tried
- 7:54Speaker 2: to cancel the lease so.
- 7:56Speaker 3: We could both move out, uh, And and Millions like, Robert,
- 8:01Speaker 3: why were you so mad to leave like this? She
- 8:02Speaker 3: just signed a new lease. Roberts says, I don't know.
- 8:04Speaker 3: We broke up on quick, bad terms. So I blocked
- 8:06Speaker 3: her number. I never wanted to talk to her again.
- 8:08Speaker 3: She was around my three year old daughter. She's around
- 8:10Speaker 3: my daughter for three years. She never even said goodbye,
- 8:13Speaker 3: never reached out. So whatever, I'm out of here.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Million's like, maybe that's because you blocked her number. That
- 8:17Speaker 3: would make it hard for her to reach you. Lauren's like, listen,
- 8:21Speaker 3: he told me since we put into writing we were
- 8:22Speaker 3: leaving by July first. We just didn't need to pay
- 8:25Speaker 3: the rent. We told him on June twenty second, we're
- 8:27Speaker 3: leaving on July first, there's no reason to pay it.
- 8:29Speaker 1: But after all these fees were adding up.
- 8:31Speaker 3: I was mad about my credit scord, so I just
- 8:33Speaker 3: paid all the fees for July.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I paid August. I basically paid ten thousand dollars. Wow,
- 8:39Speaker 2: I want She's like, I actually paid more than that.
- 8:41Speaker 2: But the max I can do is five, and I
- 8:43Speaker 2: paid more than ten, So I feel like he should
- 8:44Speaker 2: do half of that, which is five. And she has
- 8:46Speaker 2: all the receipts for all this stuff she'd pay. Here's
- 8:48Speaker 2: where the twist comes in. You're ready, Okay, here we go.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Uh Million says, is this his signature on this documentary?
- 8:56Speaker 2: Did you sign both of these the whole time. Roberts
- 8:59Speaker 2: just shaking his head like this, and.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Lauren goes, we both signed this.
- 9:04Speaker 2: We both signed two agreements prior, and she goes, I'm
- 9:07Speaker 2: just asking about this document right here, the one that
- 9:09Speaker 2: says you'll agree to pay all of this money, all
- 9:11Speaker 2: of these fees, the money, the rent through September like
- 9:14Speaker 2: this this document. Did he sign this document saying he
- 9:19Speaker 2: would pay ten thousand dollars? I need you to tell
- 9:22Speaker 2: me the truth right now. Did you sign it? She
- 9:24Speaker 2: looks at Judgement On and goes, yes, we both signed it,
- 9:27Speaker 2: and she and Judge Million goes, so this this document
- 9:30Speaker 2: hands to the bailiff, this is his signature. She says yes.
- 9:33Speaker 2: Robert says, your honor, I've not seen her since June.
- 9:36Speaker 2: I didn't sign that. That's not my signature. I can
- 9:38Speaker 2: provide you proof that that's not my signature. Lauren says,
- 9:42Speaker 2: your honor, we both signed the document. We're both in
- 9:44Speaker 2: agreement to break the break the lease. Million says, that's
- 9:48Speaker 2: my question is did he sign this document? And then
- 9:51Speaker 2: Lauren says, as far as I know he signed it,
- 9:53Speaker 2: I didn't see him sign it. Million interrupts in the
- 9:57Speaker 2: middle of this and goes, this guy's a jerk. He
- 10:00Speaker 2: he's not gonna sign this. You and I both know
- 10:03Speaker 2: he's not gonna sign this. He has bad credit, he
- 10:06Speaker 2: knows he's not on the hook for anything. He thinks
- 10:09Speaker 2: he can get away with this. You and I both
- 10:12Speaker 2: know that you forged this document because you think there's
- 10:16Speaker 2: there's no way this guy's going to agree to ten grand.
- 10:19Speaker 2: He's the guy that runs away and leaves you on
- 10:21Speaker 2: the hook for ten grand. He's a jerk. You and
- 10:24Speaker 2: I both know he didn't sign it, Lauren goes, Honestly,
- 10:27Speaker 2: your honor, I did not sign him for it.
- 10:30Speaker 1: We both signed so many papers. Did you sign this?
- 10:34Speaker 2: Robert says, it's says your honor that says it's signed
- 10:37Speaker 2: on August thirteenth. I haven't seen her since June twenty second.
- 10:40Speaker 2: I didn't sign it. I can prove it, She says,
- 10:42Speaker 2: you don't have to. I've seen your driver's license, and
- 10:45Speaker 2: remember people's courts all real. I've seen your driver's license,
- 10:48Speaker 2: I've seen other papers. This is not your signature. You're
- 10:51Speaker 2: not the guy that signs this. You're the deadbeat that says, eh,
- 10:55Speaker 2: have him chase me. Unfortunately, Lauren, you've committed perjury in
- 10:58Speaker 2: my courtroom, and that real really bothers me. But does
- 11:01Speaker 2: it bother me as much as Robert who? If I
- 11:04Speaker 2: don't believe you signed it, and I don't, how do
- 11:07Speaker 2: I figure you anything? At this point, she's ready to.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Man, this is tough. It's tough.
- 11:14Speaker 3: I tend to live my life by a few different guidelines,
- 11:21Speaker 3: and one of them is don't commit perjury in court,
- 11:23Speaker 3: And luckily I haven't personally had to utilize it at all.
- 11:29Speaker 3: But it's a rule that I started, like said early on,
- 11:32Speaker 3: I'm gonna abide by these rules. I think it makes
- 11:36Speaker 3: it really tough to award her any money. If she
- 11:41Speaker 3: had just been honest, I think we might have a different,
- 11:44Speaker 3: different ballgame here. But I like, yeah, if she if
- 11:49Speaker 3: if million is so convinced by looking at other documents
- 11:52Speaker 3: that that is not her signature is his signature, and
- 11:55Speaker 3: she is so adamant that she didn't forge it, unless
- 12:00Speaker 3: she can come up with any explanation for who else
- 12:02Speaker 3: may have signed this document on behalf of this guy,
- 12:05Speaker 3: I don't think she's gonna get anything.
- 12:06Speaker 2: You know what swat is if you listened to last
- 12:08Speaker 2: week's episode. This week, I don't think brand believes women.
- 12:11Speaker 2: I think that's the conclusion we can draw any cage.
- 12:15Speaker 2: You were sided with, Tony Cage. Yeah, you're signing with
- 12:18Speaker 2: this creeper right here, which is wild.
- 12:21Speaker 3: I'm siding with the law, guys. I'm sorry. Yeah, Justice,
- 12:26Speaker 3: it's not a foreign concept to me.
- 12:28Speaker 2: That's right. So here's what Million does. She says, they
- 12:33Speaker 2: would have rented this apartment out sooner than four months.
- 12:36Speaker 2: You agreed to pay them a bunch of late fees
- 12:39Speaker 2: plus four full months. No judge in their right mind
- 12:42Speaker 2: would have ever granted them four months from you.
- 12:45Speaker 1: None.
- 12:46Speaker 2: You did this to make it go away, to not
- 12:49Speaker 2: hurt your credit score, and then you signed his name
- 12:52Speaker 2: to do it. You can't do that, lied, But I
- 12:56Speaker 2: do think a judge would have said you had to
- 12:58Speaker 2: pay two months plus of late fees that you didn't
- 13:01Speaker 2: pay for July right away.
- 13:02Speaker 3: He did sign a lease for that amount of time.
- 13:07Speaker 3: You perjured yourself. You don't get five thousand, but I
- 13:09Speaker 3: can hold him responsible for July August and the late fees.
- 13:13Speaker 3: Take all that half of it thirty thirty one oh
- 13:16Speaker 3: seven fifty three seven dollars and fifty cents for Lauren,
- 13:21Speaker 3: not the full five km.
- 13:22Speaker 1: That's nice, that's nice. It's a nice way to do. Yes,
- 13:24Speaker 1: because Judge Willyung believes women. Yeah, well it's time to
- 13:28Speaker 1: head over women that perjured themselves. Yes, which is crazy.
- 13:31Speaker 3: It's very specific, it's a very specific a niche. Well,
- 13:34Speaker 3: the thing is is, by and large, I do believe her. So, yes,
- 13:37Speaker 3: it's tough.
- 13:38Speaker 2: If you watch the case, it would be you would
- 13:40Speaker 2: be like, there's no way that Lauren is not telling
- 13:44Speaker 2: the truth. And I get how why she signed the
- 13:46Speaker 2: documents because I like.
- 13:48Speaker 3: She's claiming she didn't sign a document. Yeah, she's she's
- 13:51Speaker 3: sticking to that, which is weird.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:52Speaker 2: My thing is maybe she had somebody else signed. Maybe
- 13:54Speaker 2: it was like, yeah, hey, this dude won't sign this document.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I'm gonna walk in the other room and if I
- 13:58Speaker 2: come back, there's a sick drawn it.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Yeah, then I don't I plausible.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Yes, let's have it to Judge Mabelene's court. Darien Carter
- 14:08Speaker 3: is suing Sheila Wells for seven hundred and fifty dollars
- 14:13Speaker 3: for shoes.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Are you ready? I'm ready for shoes. For shoes. Shoes,
- 14:19Speaker 1: Darien designs shoes.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Okay, Sheila contacted her and hired her to design a
- 14:27Speaker 3: custom pair of shoes. Wow, she is, Uh, I don't know.
- 14:31Speaker 3: They don't really dive into who she is. My understanding
- 14:34Speaker 3: is she's some sort of influencer that was going to
- 14:36Speaker 3: go to some hoity toity events. So one of one
- 14:38Speaker 3: custom design for cent or fifty bucks. Yeah, apparently all right,
- 14:41Speaker 3: I'll tell you. She agreed to design the shoes for
- 14:44Speaker 3: free as long as Shila wore the shoes at this
- 14:49Speaker 3: event with no alterations.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Got it. So clearly we're here.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Today, so clearly there were some alterations. Something happened. I'll
- 14:58Speaker 3: tell you about what happened. She I told her the
- 15:00Speaker 3: style of shoes that she wanted, which was like, you know,
- 15:03Speaker 3: some sort of heel adjacent shoe. Two months later, after
- 15:10Speaker 3: she's almost done with the shoes, she gets an email
- 15:13Speaker 3: after she sent her the latest uh, rendering I guess,
- 15:19Speaker 3: asking for basically a completely different shoes. She said that
- 15:22Speaker 3: she wants them bigger. Darien says, what do you mean bigger?
- 15:28Speaker 3: Sheila says taller. Bigger means taller. Bigger means taller, So
- 15:32Speaker 3: a taller heel.
- 15:33Speaker 2: If you told me a bigger heel, it would either
- 15:36Speaker 2: mean a bigger size, or it would mean taller. It
- 15:38Speaker 2: could be either of those things.
- 15:40Speaker 3: So she so she that's why she asked for clarification.
- 15:42Speaker 3: When I when I, when you say bigger, what do
- 15:44Speaker 3: you mean?
- 15:44Speaker 1: And she says, I mean taller?
- 15:45Speaker 3: Okay, So she sends her to design again and she
- 15:48Speaker 3: asks for bigger.
- 15:52Speaker 1: This is tough because the shoe size.
- 15:54Speaker 3: If you tell me you need a bigger shoe, it
- 15:56Speaker 3: does not mean a bigger heel. It means a bigger
- 15:59Speaker 3: shoe like a eight instead of the sound. This is
- 16:01Speaker 3: just a design, okay, okay, So she sent it a
- 16:04Speaker 3: design once she said I need it bigger. She said,
- 16:06Speaker 3: what do you mean by bigger? She listened, I need
- 16:08Speaker 3: it taller. Since her the new design that is now taller,
- 16:14Speaker 3: she asked for it to be bigger, taller. Again, that's
- 16:17Speaker 3: what you would think, you would think, So she made
- 16:20Speaker 3: it even taller, and she made the shoes. She provides
- 16:25Speaker 3: an image of the final shoe and the heel of
- 16:28Speaker 3: this shoe. While it is indeed very tall, it is
- 16:32Speaker 3: also very skinny, insanely skinny. I've never seen or can
- 16:37Speaker 3: heels be not? Like? I don't know, man, Yeah, you
- 16:40Speaker 3: can a thick heel a thick heel. This is a
- 16:43Speaker 3: like the heel itself, but the shoe was wide. We're
- 16:47Speaker 3: only talking the heel, okay, only talking about the heel.
- 16:50Speaker 3: So the heel was very tall, very tall heel, but
- 16:54Speaker 3: very skinny. So we see the shoes that she war
- 17:01Speaker 3: at the event, and the heel is significantly thicker. It's
- 17:05Speaker 3: a thicker heel. It's no longer taller, it's thicker, and
- 17:09Speaker 3: there's even an extra strap.
- 17:11Speaker 1: So what happened? He might be wondering. I was definitely wondering.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Sheila took the shoe to a friend and they're like,
- 17:20Speaker 3: this shoe is not safe to walk in. It's not
- 17:22Speaker 3: safe to the heel is too thin for how tall
- 17:27Speaker 3: it is. You will fall down. So they tried adding
- 17:30Speaker 3: a dan. If you saw this heel, you would be like,
- 17:34Speaker 3: no one can walk in that. It is barely it's
- 17:37Speaker 3: I don't know how. It's like a little toothpick. Was
- 17:40Speaker 3: there a paper agreement to not alter it.
- 17:43Speaker 1: I'm sure that there is.
- 17:46Speaker 3: She says like, that's what they agreed upon, and ambling
- 17:49Speaker 3: has a folder of evidence, but we don't get any
- 17:52Speaker 3: information about what that actually is. But nobody is disputing.
- 17:58Speaker 3: So they started her friends started by adding a strap. Hopefully,
- 18:02Speaker 3: if I have a better strap, then I could deal
- 18:05Speaker 3: with the tallness of the heel without falling over.
- 18:08Speaker 1: And that didn't work.
- 18:09Speaker 3: So then we made the heel thicker so that I
- 18:13Speaker 3: could actually walk walk in them. She maybe like, well,
- 18:17Speaker 3: why didn't you just go to your friend the first
- 18:21Speaker 3: time instead, like, and had them design the shoe since
- 18:24Speaker 3: you have a friend who designed.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Shoes, And they're like, well, this.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Darien over there has experience with shoes, five years experience,
- 18:32Speaker 3: and I wanted somebody with experience to design the shoe
- 18:34Speaker 3: for me. I thought it would be the best thing,
- 18:35Speaker 3: and clearly it was not the best thing. So what
- 18:39Speaker 3: happened was Darien got the first email that says, I
- 18:44Speaker 3: want it bigger. What do you mean by bigger? Sheila says,
- 18:46Speaker 3: I want taller. Then got the email after she sent
- 18:50Speaker 3: the redesign, and when she said I want it bigger,
- 18:56Speaker 3: what Sheila meant was I want it thicker. Yeah, but
- 19:00Speaker 3: she didn't say that, she said I want bigger. Darien
- 19:02Speaker 3: assumed based off of the previous the previous definition a
- 19:07Speaker 3: by assumption by Shila of what a bigger meant is taller,
- 19:12Speaker 3: she made it taller. But so when Sheila got the shoe,
- 19:17Speaker 3: she then made some alterations and here we are today.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Here we are today. Gosh, it's so tough. I don't
- 19:27Speaker 2: I think the shoe designer.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Darien, is that how you say it, Darien, Darien has
- 19:31Speaker 3: to get paid here if they if everyone in the
- 19:33Speaker 3: courtroom is in agreement that the deal was you couldn't
- 19:38Speaker 3: make alterations to the shoe to wear it to this function,
- 19:41Speaker 3: then you did, and based upon your.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Own language, gets thrown out.
- 19:45Speaker 3: If it's an unsafe shoe, I don't know how you
- 19:48Speaker 3: can deem it unsafe by looking at it. It's a shoe.
- 19:51Speaker 2: I'm not a professional in women's shoes, but I know
- 19:54Speaker 2: that there are very There are thin heel like stiletto
- 19:57Speaker 2: level heels that are just thin he that women walk
- 20:01Speaker 2: in on the regular.
- 20:02Speaker 1: I can't.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Could I see the heel, then it probably was thick
- 20:07Speaker 4: enough to walk on because you just put all your
- 20:09Speaker 4: weight on your tiptoes, would be my guess.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I like, you know all the way it's a tiptoe.
- 20:13Speaker 1: It's a tiptoe.
- 20:14Speaker 2: I can't imagine you looking at a heel and going
- 20:17Speaker 2: that's not safe based upon just this viewing of it.
- 20:22Speaker 2: That's definitely not something you do in a court of law.
- 20:24Speaker 2: You'd have to have an expert. If she had an
- 20:26Speaker 2: expert come in and say, we put you know, X
- 20:29Speaker 2: number of pounds in the shoe and it broke, Okay,
- 20:32Speaker 2: then it's not safe.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Okay, I'm gonna try to I'm trying to pull up
- 20:36Speaker 3: the picture. Yeah, because I'd like for you to see
- 20:38Speaker 3: the I know you said you're not an.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Expert, but I'm not. But I also like don't know
- 20:43Speaker 2: how you could. I don't know what the shoe would
- 20:45Speaker 2: have to look like for me to go That shoe
- 20:47Speaker 2: is one definitely not stable or secure or safe.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Okay, Um, I'll see if I can find it.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Ok the on YouTube, everybody just type in justice with
- 20:59Speaker 3: Judge Ling, Diamond Digger and still letto no no, to
- 21:03Speaker 3: let her no no, still let her know. No case,
- 21:05Speaker 3: it's just stards the end to let she is getting
- 21:08Speaker 3: the money. She is getting the money. Unfortunately, it doesn't
- 21:11Speaker 3: matter whether you think the shoe is safe or not.
- 21:13Speaker 3: You agreed for the shoe to be free, as long
- 21:15Speaker 3: as you don't make any alternations. You made alterations. That
- 21:17Speaker 3: was a choice that you made. Maybe you should have
- 21:19Speaker 3: gone with your friend in the first place. Nah, you
- 21:21Speaker 3: got to pay the money seven hundred.
- 21:22Speaker 1: And fifty dollars for Darien, for Darian dollars dollars, Darian,
- 21:29Speaker 1: we did. Everybody get back next with another one. Until then,
- 21:32Speaker 1: all rise.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Yo.
