- 0:22SPEAKER_08: I don't know if you've uh seen this or not, but earlier this week, you had uh Governor Dim Walls assigned an executive order to protect the boundary waters, right?
- 0:34SPEAKER_08: It expires 90 days after he leaves office, which can't come soon enough.
- 0:40SPEAKER_08: We talked with um Lieutenant Governor candidate on the Lisa Damuth campaign, Ryan Wilson, a bit about this uh yesterday, but the backlash is growing.
- 0:49SPEAKER_08: Good morning to producer uh Devin.
- 0:50SPEAKER_08: Good to see you this morning, sir.
- 0:52SPEAKER_08: Uh the backlash is growing to this.
- 0:54SPEAKER_08: Uh Pete Stauber making comments out there.
- 0:56SPEAKER_08: Representative Tom Emmer, uh, who won't be on the show this week, but hopefully he'll be back uh next week.
- 1:00SPEAKER_08: We're getting back on uh on schedule for his weekly appearances on the on the show.
- 1:05SPEAKER_08: A lot of frustration and a lot of questions that we talked about yesterday regarding the motivations of Governor Dim Walls.
- 1:12SPEAKER_08: Why would he go and make a move like this to take it off of Amy Clobichar's plate so that she can rescind it when she gets into office and look like a hero?
- 1:20SPEAKER_08: Or if Damath were to win to put her in a tough spot over this particular issue, maybe he's just trying to appeal to China.
- 1:27SPEAKER_08: As we had some friends of the show mention yesterday on the blaster uh line.
- 1:32SPEAKER_08: Uh, you know, I don't know.
- 1:33SPEAKER_08: All I know is that this was not something that was done on his, you know, on his own accord.
- 1:40SPEAKER_08: It wasn't like Governor Dimwalls did this because this is something that really meant a lot to him.
- 1:44SPEAKER_08: Because Democrats never do that.
- 1:45SPEAKER_08: And we have examples throughout the show this morning of Democrats never ever mean what they say regarding the issues that they pretend to go and care about.
- 1:54SPEAKER_08: There's always some other agenda involved.
- 1:56SPEAKER_08: I only bring all of this up because um I feel like I failed as a talk show host, unfortunately, because I didn't have the audio from when Governor Dimwalls made this announcement.
- 2:07SPEAKER_08: He was up, you know, near the boundary waters in the northern part of the state.
- 2:12SPEAKER_08: Uh he had shot some footage of him golfing, of which he's a horrible golfer.
- 2:18SPEAKER_08: Again, I don't golf apart from miniature.
- 2:21SPEAKER_08: He's probably better than I am at doing miniature golf.
- 2:23SPEAKER_08: That being said, he just looked awkward and weird, much in the same way Governor Dimwalls looks when he has a shotgun and he's going, he's going hunting, right?
- 2:33SPEAKER_08: Um so I decided, you know what?
- 2:34SPEAKER_08: Better late than never.
- 2:36SPEAKER_08: I grabbed some of the audio, it's about 48 seconds.
- 2:39SPEAKER_08: I grabbed some of the audio of the press conference as he was standing inside of uh outside behind a podium in front of one of the um, you know, the signs that you see in national parks, you know, the ones that have the the decorative front font when you go in.
- 2:53SPEAKER_08: So I just wanted to share with you the audio of what he had to say, uh, speaking to the very small crowd in the media announcing the executive order to uh save the boundary waters.
- 3:02SPEAKER_17: For decades now, international mining corporations have eyed Buffalo Fluffalo.
- 3:08SPEAKER_17: And for years, and all the creatures, from the bats to the bugs, covered old fluff with kisses and hugs.
- 3:14SPEAKER_17: We've been in a battle over the future of Buffalo Fluffalo.
- 3:18SPEAKER_17: Minnesotans have watched nervously as lawmakers and regulators have wrestled over whether or not to allow this Buffalo Fluffalo to be spoiled.
- 3:27SPEAKER_17: Well, I'm proud today to tell you And that's how the story of Fluffalo ends with a happy old buffalo snuggling his friend.
- 3:38SPEAKER_17: This morning, I'm using the executive authority that is granted to me as governor to put an end to the Buffalo Fluffalo.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: Thanks everybody! You guys are the best.
- 3:52SPEAKER_08: I just want to make sure that uh American Experiments getting their money's worth.
- 3:55SPEAKER_08: That's all.
- 3:56SPEAKER_08: That's just uh that's that's all that was about.
- 4:00SPEAKER_08: I I didn't know where to put it on the show this morning.
- 4:04SPEAKER_08: And I was going through my notes and a lot of important issues to uh to talk about.
- 4:09SPEAKER_08: We'll update you on the uh the call to dismiss the charges, uh, overturn the conviction of Derek Chauvin and the death of George Floyd.
- 4:20SPEAKER_08: We talked with Liz Collin uh yesterday, and I have a portion of the interview that she did with Derek Chauvin's attorney.
- 4:27SPEAKER_08: We'll share that with you.
- 4:28SPEAKER_08: We have uh Paul Wickstrom who will be joining us uh on the show as uh as well.
- 4:33SPEAKER_08: Uh he'll be coming up at uh seven at 7:30.
- 4:36SPEAKER_08: We'll talk a little Elon Musk nudification uh bands.
- 4:39SPEAKER_08: Oh, and Mike Lindell.
- 4:41SPEAKER_08: All in for Mike Lindell.
- 4:43SPEAKER_08: What did I say?
- 4:45SPEAKER_08: I said that if he'd contests this election, then it's just further proof that Mike Lindell only cares about Mike Lindell.
- 4:53SPEAKER_08: And now we know that's the case because now he's calling for a statewide uh recount after losing to Lisa Damath by 45,000 votes.
- 5:02SPEAKER_08: Nobody else is calling for this, by the way.
- 5:04SPEAKER_08: There is nobody else out there, no other loser on the GOP side on primary night, or losers on the Democrat side, is calling shenanigans except for Mike Lindell.
- 5:14SPEAKER_08: So he apparently he wants to do everything he can to doom the GOP's chances.
- 5:18SPEAKER_08: And so we'll get into that a little bit later on here on the John Justice Show.
- 5:22SPEAKER_08: Again, presented by American Experiment.
- 5:25SPEAKER_08: Uh, thank you for those that have joined us early.
- 5:26SPEAKER_08: You, of course, you can watch live at MN Think Tank on X, also Facebook and uh YouTube at Center of the American Experiment.
- 5:35SPEAKER_08: Uh also uh you can listen to the show via the Mixa LR app, M-I-X-L-R app, where you can always get caught up on the podcast.
- 5:42SPEAKER_08: If you missed that conversation with um Liz Collin yesterday, you can get caught up in the last 45 minutes of the show from Wednesday.
- 5:50SPEAKER_08: Also, uh I want to uh I want to mention that we have brand new social media accounts specifically for the John Justice Show presented by American Experiments.

- 6:25SPEAKER_08: So again, go and find our new show accounts on TikTok and Instagram, and we continue to uh thank you for uh for your support.
- 6:34SPEAKER_08: So head on over to the social media and uh make sure you give us a you give us a follow there.
- 6:38SPEAKER_08: So let's go ahead and start here.
- 6:40SPEAKER_08: Um, President Donald Trump made an announcement yesterday.
- 6:45SPEAKER_08: A most crushing economic operation, doing that thing with my fingers.
- 6:50SPEAKER_08: A most crushing economic operation against Iran.
- 6:53SPEAKER_08: He's warning of severe consequences for nations, financial institutions, and businesses that support Tehran.
- 7:00SPEAKER_08: The strategy aims to intensify economic pressure through sanctions on Iranian oil, financial uh channels, foreign entities involved with uh in trade with Iran, and the moon the move aligns with Trump's goal of preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
- 7:16SPEAKER_08: So it's obviously a shift in uh a shift in strategy.
- 7:19SPEAKER_08: And I think the patience is wearing thin when it comes to President Donald Trump and this administration, and so they're taking a different uh tactic now in an attempt to keep this regime from being able to wage war against our allies and us, and as I just mentioned, obtain a nuclear weapon.
- 7:37SPEAKER_08: So Trump said the effort would amount to an economic D-day and warned against countries providing Iran with a financial lifeline.
- 7:46SPEAKER_08: I'm also announcing that any country that allows its financial uh institutions, businesses, etc., to provide any lifeline to Iran will face tremendous economic consequences.
- 7:57SPEAKER_08: The administration said it was prepared to intensify its economic pressure campaign against Iran.
- 8:02SPEAKER_08: Newsmax reported on Wednesday that CNN, um, citing CNN, that Trump was moving away from seeking a quick resolution to the war and toward a more deliberate strategy of sustained economic pressure on Iran.
- 8:17SPEAKER_08: I'm sure it's gonna make the foes of the show really upset who ridiculously want to claim that this is Trump's Vietnam.
- 8:23SPEAKER_08: Individuals who clearly have no understanding of history and how there really is virtually no comparison between what took place in Iran and what Trump is attempting to accomplish regarding the Iranian regime and ultimately giving the Iranian people the ability to rise up and take their country, those that want to be out from under the thumb of this regime.
- 8:48SPEAKER_08: The strategy could include additional sanctions on Iranian oil networks and financial channels.
- 8:53SPEAKER_08: Reuters reported over the weekend that Trump had vowed to hit Iran hard economically after Treasury Secretary Scott Bissent has said Washington could impose measures against Tehran that have never been seen as soon as the following week.
- 9:06SPEAKER_08: And obviously this is what's happening now.
- 9:08SPEAKER_08: They also reported the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control has imposed sanctions on more than 1,000 people, vessels, and aircraft since Trump began his second term.
- 9:18SPEAKER_08: Listen, there's no doubt that this was supposed to be a much faster operation.
- 9:26SPEAKER_08: And that things didn't go the way that I believe the administration and, you know, Secretary of War, Pete Heggseth, uh had had hoped in being able to immediately cripple Iran to allow the people of Iran to rise up and take over the country.
- 9:43SPEAKER_08: But that's the difficulty when you are basically waging war against a regime that doesn't play by the play by the rules.
- 9:52SPEAKER_08: This is clearly the backup or the next step to try to go and deal with the situation.
- 9:59SPEAKER_08: An August 11th interview, Trump had said that Iran was already suffering economically and the United States had control over Iranian assets that had been frozen.
- 10:07SPEAKER_08: Reuters reported Monday that Iran entered the war with high inflation and a weakened currency.
- 10:12SPEAKER_08: And again, this is Reuters, so this is not a we're not talking about a bastion of conservatism outlet here that's reporting this.
- 10:19SPEAKER_08: Saying that Iran entered the war with high inflation, a weakening currency, energy shortages, and structural economic problems, and is now dealing with the damaged infrastructure, disrupted trade and lost production.
- 10:29SPEAKER_08: Yeah, my understanding on this is that we've done so much damage to Iran, there's not much left militarily that we can do against them.
- 10:36SPEAKER_08: So this was the next logical move by the administration to, again, to go and deal with this regime and to bring it to a close.
- 10:43SPEAKER_08: And ultimately, I think that's what the goal here is.
- 10:46SPEAKER_08: Iran's annual inflation rate reached 66% in July.
- 10:51SPEAKER_08: Consumer prices were uh 87.9% higher than uh earlier in the year, according to Iran's uh statistical center.
- 10:59SPEAKER_08: And again, reported by uh Reuters.
- 11:03SPEAKER_08: Trump has repeatedly made preventing Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, the central objective of his policy in the actions against Iran.
- 11:12SPEAKER_08: The latest announcement indicates that the economic pressure is likely to remain a major component of the administration's strategy with a potential for the U.S.
- 11:20SPEAKER_08: action to extend beyond Iran to foreign banks and businesses, governments, and governments that help keep Tehran's economy functioning.
- 11:28SPEAKER_08: And I was working off of a piece here from uh from Newsmax.
- 11:31SPEAKER_08: So, as I said, clearly um Trump wants an end to the standoff and to ease the financial burden ultimately of Americans, us here ahead of November.
- 11:42SPEAKER_08: You know, and this might do the trick to provide the opportunity, as I mentioned, for the people of Iran that want to be out from under this regime to rise up and finally go and personally oust uh oust this uh regime.
- 11:55SPEAKER_08: So clearly the military aspect of it had been successful in diminishing Iran's ability to go and wage war, but the regime remains intact and refuses to come to terms with an agreement with the United States.
- 12:10SPEAKER_08: They simply can't be trusted.
- 12:13SPEAKER_08: And I'm not surprised at Iran's actions, I'm not surprised that Iran had constantly come to the table willing to go and negotiate, saying they agree to the ceasefire only to undo it.
- 12:23SPEAKER_08: That's what all the previous administrations have done.
- 12:26SPEAKER_08: If there's been any difficulty with what Trump has been trying to do with Iran, it's not because we haven't been doing the right thing against Iran, it's because Iran has been conditioned through decades of appeasement of former leaders here in the United States.
- 12:45SPEAKER_08: Coming up in just a moment, we'll get to a just a quick, a couple of quick points as we keep on President Donald Trump.
- 12:51SPEAKER_08: Um John Daniel Davidson in the uh Federalist uh has a piece this morning that the Never Trumpers are back.
- 12:58SPEAKER_08: This time their target is J.D.
- 13:00SPEAKER_08: Vance.
- 13:00SPEAKER_08: And these aren't your typical Never Trumpers, by the way.
- 13:03SPEAKER_08: We're talking about the likes of Eric Erickson, who certainly falls into that category, but also people like Ben Shapiro, whose opinion, you know, typically I agree with here in their attacks against J.D.
- 13:15SPEAKER_08: Vance, I absolutely uh disagree.
- 13:18SPEAKER_08: So I'll share this with you coming up in just a moment, and some uh ridiculous audio from uh the Florida DSA Senate candidate, Angie Nixon, who won against uh Alex Vindman in the primary earlier this week.
- 13:34SPEAKER_08: I'll uh I'll get I'll get that audio to you here as well.
- 13:37SPEAKER_08: I do want to get to some of your thoughts, though.
- 13:39SPEAKER_08: If you want to leave a comment at any point throughout the show this morning, you can do so on the blaster line.
- 13:43SPEAKER_08: Drop us a blast at 612-584-4565.
- 13:47SPEAKER_08: Again, that's 612-584-4565.
- 13:50SPEAKER_35: Hey, good morning, John.
- 13:52SPEAKER_35: I don't know what you got against Mike Modell.
- 13:54SPEAKER_35: He just wants it to be fair.
- 13:56SPEAKER_35: I'm Modell again.
- 14:04SPEAKER_35: Um driving for Lisa Damon.
- 14:27SPEAKER_08: Lisa Damath is the nominee for the GOP now.
- 14:33SPEAKER_08: Uh, you know, Mike Lindell's never reached out or responded regarding request to come on the show unless they've just simply gotten lost.
- 14:43SPEAKER_08: Feelings don't amount to shenanigans.
- 14:46SPEAKER_08: And to the point that I made earlier, and we'll dive into this in in more detail coming up uh this morning after uh 7 o'clock.
- 14:54SPEAKER_08: But to the point that I was making earlier, uh Mike Lindell is the only one that's saying there's any potential here for election fraud.
- 15:00SPEAKER_08: There is zero evidence of this whatsoever.
- 15:06SPEAKER_08: There just there's no evidence of this.
- 15:09SPEAKER_08: And does he really And let's just back up as well, and I'm getting ahead of myself, but just because we're here, let's just say for the sake of argument that Mike Lindell were to go and win this lawsuit, you know, or this ballot recount.
- 15:22SPEAKER_08: Do you really have any expectation that he's then going to be able to go and win against Amy Klobichar on top of the potential negativities that he already had?
- 15:30SPEAKER_08: The Clobuchar campaign wanted to run against Mike Lindell.
- 15:34SPEAKER_08: So let's just take it at that level.
- 15:36SPEAKER_08: So it couldn't have been DFLers doing shenanigans.
- 15:42SPEAKER_08: And I don't for a second believe that anybody on the right, and certainly any other campaign via Qualls or Demuth or anybody else was involved in any sort of election fraud.
- 15:53SPEAKER_08: There's absolutely no evidence of this whatsoever.
- 15:56SPEAKER_08: Mike Lindell is in it for Mike Lindell.
- 15:59SPEAKER_08: I have nothing, I'm I'm not out against Mike Lindell.
- 16:03SPEAKER_08: He had an opportunity to run.
- 16:05SPEAKER_08: He ran, he lost.
- 16:07SPEAKER_08: But I predicted this, and other people predicted this when he was running, that he wasn't going to concede this election that seemed to be pretty decisive.
- 16:15SPEAKER_08: And again, he's the only one that I've heard who is even questioning the results of the election.
- 16:23SPEAKER_08: And just to be clear, when it comes to Lisa Damuth, one-sided, no, I've had Ryan Wilson on the show.
- 16:28SPEAKER_08: I've had Lisa Damuth on the show because they're now the nominees for the GOP.
- 16:34SPEAKER_08: It's kind of irrelevant to have anybody else on, including Mike Lindell, just because he now believes that this was not an election that was on the up and up.
- 16:45SPEAKER_08: Provide to me some tangible evidence beyond feelings, beyond looking at vote tallies as they come in and saying, wow, the vote tallies went up and they went up this way for this person.
- 16:56SPEAKER_08: That must mean shenanigans.
- 16:57SPEAKER_08: Provide for me something tangible, and we can go and have a further conversation on this.
- 17:01SPEAKER_08: And again, we'll dive into it further coming up after uh seven o'clock.
- 17:05SPEAKER_08: And I have audio.
- 17:05SPEAKER_08: I have a there's like about three minutes of audio for Mike Lindell pleading his case, and I will share that with you here on uh the John Justice show uh coming up.
- 17:14SPEAKER_08: You can email John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 17:18SPEAKER_08: John.justice at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 17:21SPEAKER_08: The same people who attacked Trump in 2016 are now attacking Vice President J.D.
- 17:25SPEAKER_08: Vance.
- 17:25SPEAKER_08: They want the GOP back after Trump is gone.
- 17:28SPEAKER_08: I'll share with you some details of this.
- 17:30SPEAKER_08: And then we'll talk a little Minneapolis news.
- 17:33SPEAKER_08: We're gonna revisit a story that I didn't get a chance to talk about in detail regarding the um the red velvet rope ordinance.
- 17:41SPEAKER_08: Is that what they're calling it?
- 17:42SPEAKER_08: No, yeah.
- 17:43SPEAKER_08: Yes, the red yeah, the velvet rope discrimination at bars and restaurants.
- 17:47SPEAKER_08: Um, in light of the fact that there are a string of deaths that have been taking place in Minneapolis that we'll get into.
- 17:54SPEAKER_08: Crime Watch Minneapolis has been covering this.
- 17:57SPEAKER_08: People are speculating potential of a serial killer, even though law enforcement is saying they don't see any connection in these random deaths.
- 18:04SPEAKER_08: I'll give you those details coming up in just a moment here on the John Justice Show.
- 18:09SPEAKER_08: And again, 612-584-4565 is the phone number.
- 18:14SPEAKER_08: Real quick, I want to talk about Neutrowave.

- 18:24SPEAKER_08: I'm now up to losing 28 pounds.
- 18:28SPEAKER_08: And this is my second round on doing this weight loss program.
- 18:30SPEAKER_08: It's absolutely fantastic.
- 18:32SPEAKER_08: I had uh a friend here, uh a colleague, a fellow employee here at Center of the American Experiment, was like, hey, when you talk about the stuff on the show, do you do you do you use these products?
- 18:43SPEAKER_08: I'm like, yeah, absolutely.
- 18:44SPEAKER_08: Mini Leaf and this program.
- 18:46SPEAKER_08: This program from Nutrawave is amazing.
- 18:47SPEAKER_08: N-U-T-R-I-W-A-V-E.
- 18:50SPEAKER_08: Don't just take my word for it, though.
- 18:51SPEAKER_08: Yeah, 31,000 people over 13 years have lost the weight here in the Metro with no shots and no pills.
- 18:57SPEAKER_08: And you can get a free truth metabolic scan and a free red light therapy session for just calling today.
- 19:04SPEAKER_08: It's that simple.
- 19:05SPEAKER_08: You have uh absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain apart from putting on more weight.
- 19:10SPEAKER_08: You're gonna be able to lose the weight and keep that weight off just like I did.
- 19:13SPEAKER_08: 952-260-1965 is the phone number.
- 19:17SPEAKER_08: 952-260-1965.
- 19:20SPEAKER_08: Mention the keyword strike.

- 19:32SPEAKER_08: No pills, no shots.
- 19:34SPEAKER_08: It's neutralave.

- 19:51SPEAKER_50: Is the Declaration of Independence worth celebrating?
- 19:54SPEAKER_50: Sixty-six percent of Minnesotans said yes, the Declaration of Independence is worth celebrating.
- 19:59SPEAKER_50: Uh 4% said boycott.
- 20:01SPEAKER_50: That's that's just a four percent crank, you know, in this in this poll.
- 20:04SPEAKER_50: Um we can we can ignore that.
- 20:08SPEAKER_46: It really is.
- 20:08SPEAKER_46: When I have to picture all of the protesters that I see every weekend with their upside-down American flags, the no-kings, and the science cycle every few months because someone's making them for them and giving them their messages.
- 20:18SPEAKER_46: Uh those people must be included somewhere in here, right?
- 20:21SPEAKER_46: I don't know.
- 20:22SPEAKER_46: That's incredible.
- 20:23SPEAKER_50: Is America generally a force for good in the world?
- 20:26SPEAKER_50: And again, remember this came out right before we bombed uh Iran.
- 20:29SPEAKER_50: This these numbers might be different today, but 54% thought America was a force for good in the world, 41% not a force for good, five percent unsure.
- 20:36SPEAKER_50: So not a horrible uh uh result there, I think.
- 20:40SPEAKER_43: Forty-one percent say not a force for good.
- 20:43SPEAKER_43: How do you think that?
- 20:44SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 20:45SPEAKER_23: Minnesota has always been a low crime state, but according to the most recent Bureau of Criminal Apprehension data, we are now above the national average when it comes to part one crimes, a category that includes crimes like murder, assault, rape, and carjackings.
- 21:01SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 21:03SPEAKER_23: Minnesota is now a high crime state.
- 21:06SPEAKER_23: Visit highcrime.com to learn more.
- 21:09SPEAKER_23: Think about it is brought to you by Center of the American Experiment, Minnesota's think tank.
- 21:14SPEAKER_19: And now, here's commentary on the latest issues facing Minnesotans from the hosts, policy fellows, and guests of American Experiment.
- 21:23SPEAKER_19: For more content, head on over to the center of the American Experiments YouTube page or at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 21:33SPEAKER_46: Now one of Keith Ellison's campaign donors has pleaded guilty to fraud.
- 21:39SPEAKER_46: Shocking, I know.
- 21:40SPEAKER_46: For what it's worth, uh, became the last of a seven member family group to plead guilty in the sprawling Feeding Our Future fraud scandal last week.
- 21:48SPEAKER_46: Ikram Youssef Mohammed, who once worked as a Feeding Our Future employee, but more excitingly, was present at the infamous 2021, December 2021 meeting where Keith Ellison, our own attorney general, Met with some fraud-connected individuals.
- 22:02SPEAKER_46: She was in that meeting.
- 22:04SPEAKER_46: So a few days after that meeting took place, back in December 2021, her brother, Gandhi, who just pled guilty last week, donated the maximum allowed amount to Keith Ellison's campaign.
- 22:16SPEAKER_46: It was$2,500.
- 22:17SPEAKER_46: So this is so interesting because Gandhi was not only being investigated for food fraud.
- 22:21SPEAKER_46: And we've seen this with several fraudsters.
- 22:23SPEAKER_46: Gandhi Muhammad received at least$36 million in Medicaid reimbursements, as well as the stuff that he was making off the free food fraud case.
- 22:32SPEAKER_46: But he hasn't been charged with fraud in those programs yet.
- 22:35SPEAKER_46: So were those ill-gotten gains?
- 22:37SPEAKER_09: Support the John Justice show.

- 24:09SPEAKER_08: Let's go to your comments from the blaster line this morning.
- 24:12SPEAKER_08: Got a few that rolled in regarding the situation in Iran and uh the new economic pressure that the Trump administration plans to put on the Iranian regime.
- 24:21SPEAKER_08: We'll hear from a friend of the show, Jim.
- 24:23SPEAKER_30: Good morning, John.
- 24:24SPEAKER_30: Good to hear you live this morning.
- 24:27SPEAKER_30: This is Jim from Wisconsin.
- 24:29SPEAKER_30: You know, there's a bigger picture with Iran that most of especially opposite Joe don't know and understand.
- 24:36SPEAKER_30: But more and more countries are buying oil from us.
- 24:40SPEAKER_30: And they are from Iran, I believe the EAU is now completely um financial price in Iran buying oil from us.
- 25:09SPEAKER_30: Anyway, great morning.
- 25:11SPEAKER_08: Thank you so much for the comments, Jim.
- 25:13SPEAKER_08: Greatly appreciate it.
- 25:15SPEAKER_08: Let's go and uh hear from a friend of the show, Tony.
- 25:18SPEAKER_31: Hey Tony, good morning, friend of here.
- 25:22SPEAKER_31: Um fact about I ran that I heard yesterday.
- 25:27SPEAKER_31: Apparently the way that their government or their regime function, they only pay their bills like twice a year or something.
- 25:36SPEAKER_31: So their bills are coming due this fall.
- 25:40SPEAKER_31: So sometime between now and November, they're going to not be able to meet their obligations, and right is gonna get the bad.
- 25:52SPEAKER_08: Again, there's no doubt that this administration wanted this to be a decisive victory and over quickly when we launched Operation Epic Fury.
- 26:02SPEAKER_08: But rarely do rarely does waging war ever go that way.
- 26:08SPEAKER_08: I'm immediately reminded of what all the experts thought, and individuals who are far from experts like myself and what I assumed would happen when Russia went into Ukraine all those many years ago now.
- 26:23SPEAKER_08: We figured it would be over by the weekend, and they are still fighting over there.
- 26:28SPEAKER_08: Now, I pray to the good Lord Almighty, this won't be the case when it comes to the situation in Iran.
- 26:33SPEAKER_08: But as I mentioned, you know, clearly this administration right now believes that the best opportunity to go and push back against the regime and to get the desired result that they were going for from the beginning, now that we have wounded them greatly in terms of their ability to wage war against us and our and our allies is to go after them uh economically.
- 26:57SPEAKER_08: Thank you for the comments, by the way.
- 26:58SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to one more, and then I want to dive into uh the new Never Trumpers.
- 27:02SPEAKER_08: Again, 612-584-4565.
- 27:05SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565.
- 27:07SPEAKER_36: Hey John, Jeff was going avium.
- 27:10SPEAKER_36: I think you were too quick to spell the previous caller's point about uh Mike Landell treasure for fraud.
- 27:18SPEAKER_36: Uh there has not been an election in this state in years, at least in all worlds going.
- 27:31SPEAKER_36: That there hasn't been fraud.
- 27:33SPEAKER_36: There's been fraud in every election.
- 27:36SPEAKER_36: I don't know why you would have thought if there isn't.
- 27:39SPEAKER_08: I'm not assuming there isn't fraud, but I've seen zero evidence of that.
- 27:42SPEAKER_08: You don't automatically, you don't have elections and individuals losing and immediately going, we must do a recount and check for fraud.
- 27:51SPEAKER_08: That doesn't you find evidence.
- 27:54unknown: Right?
- 27:54SPEAKER_08: You feel it's a crime, and then you investigate the crime.
- 27:57SPEAKER_08: You don't go the other way.
- 28:01SPEAKER_08: And case in point, as I mentioned before, nobody else is saying this.
- 28:05SPEAKER_08: Adam Schwarze is not saying this.
- 28:07SPEAKER_08: Royce White, as far as I know, is not saying this.
- 28:09SPEAKER_08: I believe he actually has made it official that he's trying to uh be drafted into the WMBA, so he's trying to keep his relevancy uh high.
- 28:18SPEAKER_08: Kendall Qualls isn't saying nobody, nobody is saying this.
- 28:22SPEAKER_08: Yes, of course fraud takes place.
- 28:24SPEAKER_08: We talk about it all the time on the show.
- 28:26SPEAKER_08: The question is always whether or not it's enough to go and overturn an election.
- 28:31SPEAKER_08: But in the case of Mike Lindell, there is no evidence of this at all.
- 28:36SPEAKER_08: And election night, he was already saying he wasn't going to concede.
- 28:42SPEAKER_08: The votes hadn't even been tallied yet.
- 28:44SPEAKER_08: We played the audio on the show as they were coming in and he was shown losing.
- 28:49SPEAKER_08: And he was immediately going, I'm not going to concede even if we lose tonight, because I just I don't think any of it's right.
- 28:55SPEAKER_08: No, he just is in it for himself.
- 29:00SPEAKER_08: And this is only going to hurt Lisa Damath's chances, which is what makes it so frustrating.
- 29:05SPEAKER_08: But as I predicted, if Mike Lindell went down this path, and that was my qualifier of contesting this election and now going so far as to call for a massive recount, then clearly he's only in it for himself and not legitimately for the people of Minnesota.
- 29:20SPEAKER_08: Because if he was, he would concede after losing by 45,000 votes and do the right thing and the stand-up thing, like Kendall Qualls did, and back Lisa Damath.
- 29:32SPEAKER_08: So that we have an even more viable chance.
- 29:34SPEAKER_08: Because I know Mike Lindell does carry weight with voters.
- 29:36SPEAKER_08: I know that people support him.
- 29:38SPEAKER_08: A significant number of individuals supported Mike Lindell in this election.
- 29:43SPEAKER_08: And I get it.
- 29:44SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 29:44SPEAKER_08: But he lost.
- 29:46SPEAKER_08: And if the GOP wants to win, they need to rally around the individuals who are the nominees.
- 29:54SPEAKER_08: Getting to this piece just briefly from the Federalist, the same people who attracted Trump, uh, attacked Trump in 2016 are now backing the vice president.
- 30:02SPEAKER_08: Or excuse me, attacking the vice president.
- 30:04SPEAKER_08: The Never Trumpers are back and they're recycling the same attacks that they levied against the president a decade ago, aiming them now at Vance in a bid to retake the GOP.
- 30:13SPEAKER_08: So it's a never Vance campaign, especially on X.
- 30:17SPEAKER_08: Ever since Vance said in an interview last week on Fox News that you don't stop socialism by throwing slogans at people about the free market.
- 30:25SPEAKER_08: You stop socialism by making people's lives better.
- 30:28SPEAKER_08: And that's through economic prosperity, and that's what he's talking about.
- 30:32SPEAKER_08: Vance's crime, however, according to critics like Ben Shapiro, who, generally speaking, whose opinion I respect.
- 30:39SPEAKER_08: Doesn't mean that I can't disagree with him, and I'd absolutely disagree with him here.
- 30:42SPEAKER_08: Eric Ericsson's a different story altogether, but they were acknowledging the affordability issue as real and proposing that government should do something about it.
- 30:50SPEAKER_08: Shapiro responded with a bizarre post about free markets and a process neutralism, while Ericsson wrote a lengthy essay arguing that Vance thinks low prices are bad and America needs a strong man to manage its decline.
- 31:04SPEAKER_08: Plenty of others jumped on the bandwagon to denounce Vance as a right-wing socialist of all things, which is a favorite phrase of never uh Vanceers.
- 31:15SPEAKER_08: The only way to make sense of these garbled attacks, writes John Daniel Davidson, the lines of attack against Vance, is to keep in mind that the overarching motivation here is to return the GOP to its pre-Trump state.
- 31:30SPEAKER_08: If Vance proposes something that sounds populist, or if he suggests that the government might be able to improve the lives of ordinary working Americans, then they call that socialism.
- 31:41SPEAKER_08: If he talks about the common good, something nearly every American political leader, going back to our founders, agreed and espoused, then he's apparently on the woke right.
- 31:52SPEAKER_08: If he suggests that our foreign policy should be refocused on the Western Hemisphere, then that's isolationist.
- 31:58SPEAKER_08: Never mind that all of Trump's top officials like Marco Rubio agree with Vance and all of this stuff, but never get attacked by the neocons for it.
- 32:07SPEAKER_08: Neocons like Shapiro, writes John Daniel Davidson, are not making an actual argument either for free markets or against socialism.
- 32:15SPEAKER_08: They're using these as slop terms to express a dislike for Vance.
- 32:21SPEAKER_08: Let me just jump to the end of this piece and I want to play a clip for you, right?
- 32:26SPEAKER_08: You know, it talks, you have Sean Davis who argued last week, he also writes for the Federalist, that we're not going to save the American dream by pretending that we don't have a problem, right?
- 32:35SPEAKER_08: Americans are expressing dismay over prices and affordability.
- 32:38SPEAKER_08: There's no doubt about that.
- 32:39SPEAKER_08: Complaining about the American dream being out of reach.
- 32:43SPEAKER_08: Politically, right?
- 32:45SPEAKER_08: It won't work to simply call Vance a socialist for noticing the problems with the free market system that's leaving more and more Americans behind.
- 32:53SPEAKER_08: Sean Davis says the American dream was a promise that if you worked hard, you could make it no matter the circumstances you were born into.
- 33:00SPEAKER_08: But that promise has been inaccessible to tens of millions for decades, due in large part to the policies that people like Shapiro Push says Sean Davis.
- 33:10SPEAKER_08: A majority of Americans under the age of 50 now believe the American dream is no longer possible for them.
- 33:15SPEAKER_08: And right now, half of all Americans age 18 to 29 are still living at home with their parents.
- 33:21SPEAKER_08: I got two of them.
- 33:23SPEAKER_08: I'm totally fine with it, by the way.
- 33:26SPEAKER_08: But that is the reality of the situation.
- 33:27SPEAKER_08: I have a 19 and I have a 24-year-old that are still living under our roof while they go and try to carve out their career pathways.
- 33:35SPEAKER_08: And it's a difficult process.
- 33:37SPEAKER_08: You know, Logan's on a fantastic path of being a of becoming a pilot and looking at openings and jobs and has a great job right now.
- 33:45SPEAKER_08: Kyle, on the other hand, isn't sure what he's going to do.
- 33:48SPEAKER_08: And I can tell you that there are not a lot of options out there for 19 to 20 year olds.
- 33:54SPEAKER_08: That's the highest to share, by the way, since the Great Depression.
- 33:58SPEAKER_08: Another 47% in that age group get financial help from someone outside their household to pay for basic living expenses.
- 34:04SPEAKER_08: And what's the problem?
- 34:05SPEAKER_08: Why is it happening?
- 34:06SPEAKER_08: Well, run reason is mass illegal immigration, which has brought millions of foreign nationals into our country on HB1 visas, taking jobs and tech and software development that should have gone to American workers.
- 34:17SPEAKER_08: And then you add on top of that the illegal immigration problem, which of course ended up dooming Mike Lindell's campaign, just to get back to that for just a moment.
- 34:26SPEAKER_08: He probably had a better shot at winning if he hadn't proposed his stupid amnesty plan.
- 34:31SPEAKER_08: Under no circumstances are these not good enough.
- 34:35SPEAKER_08: So, no, under these circumstances, the piece wraps up.
- 34:39SPEAKER_08: It's not good enough to repeat the free market, good socialism, bad, as an argument against Vance.
- 34:46SPEAKER_08: For many decades, the Washington establishment has focused on the health of global corporations and foreign nationals and not the health of American families.
- 34:52SPEAKER_08: Noticing that and insisting that the government do something about it doesn't make you a socialist, it makes you a patriot.
- 34:58SPEAKER_08: And it really depends on exactly what J.D.
- 35:00SPEAKER_08: Vance is talking about when he talks about the American government doing something about it.
- 35:04SPEAKER_08: We're not talking about a redistrict uh a redistribution of wealth or other socialism policies.
- 35:10SPEAKER_08: If that was the case, I'll hop on board of J.D.
- 35:12SPEAKER_08: Vance, but that's not what he's proposing right now.
- 35:14SPEAKER_08: He's recognizing the problems that everyday Americans and young Americans are facing and understanding that maybe we need to look at the role of government in those individuals' lives and do some tweaking with my fingers to be able to give the opportunities for people to work hard and achieve the American dream if they want to.
- 35:34SPEAKER_08: By the way, remember, all the same people who tried to gaslight you about Trump in 2016 are doing the same thing about Vance right now, and I think we all know why.
- 35:43SPEAKER_08: And most frustrating with all of this, right?
- 35:46SPEAKER_08: And this is much like what I would I want to pen the never tefoyas.
- 35:50SPEAKER_08: Again, you do you, okay?
- 35:54SPEAKER_08: If you can't vote, if you can't hold your nose and vote for Michelle Tefoya, okay, that's that's on you.
- 36:00SPEAKER_08: Everybody has their reasons, okay?
- 36:02SPEAKER_08: You have that ability to do so.
- 36:04SPEAKER_08: I may disagree, but there is this never tefoya mentality.
- 36:08SPEAKER_08: And it's also counterproductive.
- 36:12SPEAKER_08: We have a genuine concern and problem in this country of a rise of communists.
- 36:19SPEAKER_08: And yet you have Republicans out there that want to go and hurt our chances to win future elections and undermine Republicans at a time when we need to get as many Republicans into office as possible if we are going to stem the tide nationwide of these communists winning these primaries across the country.
- 36:39SPEAKER_08: So what do we get?
- 36:40SPEAKER_08: We get prominent voices on the right that are ridiculously and irrationally attacking the best and brightest of our future when it comes to the GOP.
- 36:50SPEAKER_08: And listen to what we're up against.
- 36:51SPEAKER_08: This is another clip from the DSA, although according to her, she's a newly uh DSA.
- 36:59SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 37:00SPEAKER_08: Off of uh out of CBS.
- 37:02SPEAKER_08: So Angie Nixon, who won that Senate race in Florida against uh Vinman, was on uh CBS.
- 37:08SPEAKER_08: And listen to what she says here.
- 37:09SPEAKER_08: She uses the leftist uh catchphrase of let me be clear in her comments.
- 37:14SPEAKER_49: Quickly before you go, you're a democratic socialist running in a statewide race uh with a large population of people who have fled governments that call themselves socialists.
- 37:22SPEAKER_49: How do you convince those voters when they hear socialist that you they may see that as disqualifying?
- 37:28SPEAKER_12: Yeah, for sure.
- 37:28SPEAKER_12: So I want to be clear.
- 37:30SPEAKER_12: I just recently became a member of the Democratic Socialist.
- 37:33SPEAKER_12: I've also just recently become a member of the Working Families Party, and I let people know that nothing's changed about me.
- 37:39SPEAKER_08: I am some of the So, real quick, so is so is she not a Democrat socialist now, or is she just like a Democrat Socialist light?
- 37:48SPEAKER_08: People shouldn't be concerned.
- 37:50SPEAKER_08: This is my takeaway so far from what she said.
- 37:52SPEAKER_08: People shouldn't be concerned that she is a socialist having now joined the Democrat Socialist Party because she just now joined the the the Democrat Socialist Party.
- 38:02SPEAKER_08: Is that what is that the takeaway here?
- 38:04SPEAKER_08: So because you just joined that we can't hold you accountable for adopting and believing in the Democrat Socialist platform, is that supposed to be the idea here?
- 38:14SPEAKER_08: And she used that, let me be clear, which usually means that Democrats are lying over the next thing that they're saying.
- 38:27SPEAKER_08: No, all that was, all that was from Angie Nixon was evidence that she doesn't like the fact that people have been coming after her because she's been very vocal about her policies that directly align with the DSA, but she also doesn't want to tick off the DSA because she doesn't really stand for anything.
- 38:49SPEAKER_08: Make no mistake, if put into power, she will vote for DSA policies.
- 38:54SPEAKER_08: But that being said, I don't believe this individual even truly understands what it means to be a Democrat socialist.
- 39:03SPEAKER_08: I think she saw it as a pathway, like so many other ignorant, uneducated Democrats running for office, that this was the popular platform to move forward on to win in these elections.
- 39:14SPEAKER_08: And apparently the reason why sh uh Vinman lost it to Nixon was because he refused to go and campaign.
- 39:21SPEAKER_08: He spent a ton of money thinking that it was going to be enough to buy his way to a primary victory, and it turned out that it wasn't.
- 39:32SPEAKER_08: But here in this clip, what's she doing?
- 39:34SPEAKER_08: Oh, she's simply saying, yeah, don't, you know, I I just joined the DSA, so you know, don't really give me too hard of a time uh uh over it.
- 39:43SPEAKER_08: Give me whatever.
- 39:46SPEAKER_08: And backing up further, though, the whole reason why I played that, this is the nonsense that we're up against because people like Angie Nixon will be, you know, gathering votes from the masses on the left, and we as a country cannot afford to have people like that serving in positions of power.
- 40:06SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565.
- 40:09SPEAKER_08: Again, 612-584-4565.
- 40:13SPEAKER_08: And if you want to email John.justice at AmericanExperimenta.org.
- 40:20SPEAKER_08: All right, let's turn our attention uh over to uh Minneapolis.
- 40:23SPEAKER_08: Uh first off, I'm gonna set the stage here for what the Minneapolis City Council has currently been involved in.
- 40:29SPEAKER_08: Three bodies have been found in Minneapolis over the past three days.
- 40:34SPEAKER_08: Now, authorities say there's no evidence suggesting that there's a connection between any of these cases.
- 40:39SPEAKER_08: The Hennepin County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death for all three individuals.
- 40:43SPEAKER_08: So the sequence began, and a lot of this reporting, um, this is from Alpha News, but it was Crime Watch Minneapolis on X that were the first to go and report all of this.
- 40:52SPEAKER_08: The sequence began on Saturday evening when a 56-year-old Karen Lynn Sognasand was found dead in a wooded area near the Mississippi River uh River.
- 41:02SPEAKER_08: Two more bodies were discovered at separate Minneapolis locations in the following days.
- 41:07SPEAKER_08: Again, authorities do not believe the three cases are connected, though the investigations remain ongoing.
- 41:12SPEAKER_08: Minneapolis Park Police responded to a report of a body found around 6 p.m.
- 41:17SPEAKER_08: on Saturday, August 15th in that wooded area along the Mississippi.
- 41:21SPEAKER_08: The individual was dead on arrival, according to police, and the person was later identified as Karen Lynn Sognasand.
- 41:28SPEAKER_08: On Sunday, the 16th, the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, water patrol deputies were dispatched to Baday Makasca, Lake Calhoun, at approximately 1140 AM following the report of a body along the shoreline.
- 41:42SPEAKER_08: Deputies located decomposed human remains according to the Sheriff's Office.
- 41:47SPEAKER_08: The dive team searched the surrounding area for additional evidence at the time.
- 41:51SPEAKER_08: The investigation still remains in its early stages.
- 41:54SPEAKER_08: And then on Monday, University of Minnesota police responded to a report of approximat approximately 1 PM and located a deceased individual in the 6th and Main Street southeast area, according to the University of Minnesota Police Department.
- 42:09SPEAKER_08: The deceased person was not found in the water.
- 42:12SPEAKER_08: The department is investigating the incident and said no additional information is currently available.
- 42:16SPEAKER_08: The Hennepin County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death in all three uh cases.
- 42:20SPEAKER_08: I hope none of the individuals had any fentanyl in their system.
- 42:28SPEAKER_08: The identities, uh identities of the individual Sunday and Monday uh have not been released as of yet.
- 42:34SPEAKER_08: I don't put so let me just say up front, uh in terms of they don't see any evidence.
- 42:38SPEAKER_08: It's really they don't see any evidence so far.
- 42:41SPEAKER_08: And there may not be any connection with with with with these deaths.
- 42:44SPEAKER_08: Um I do find it just as curious as a lot of people do.
- 42:47SPEAKER_08: Um but I also don't put a lot of stock in authorities saying that there's no evidence to suggest a connection that's simply because they haven't found any evidence to suggest a connection, it doesn't necessarily mean that there is not a uh connection.
- 43:01SPEAKER_08: So we have serious matters at hand, serious issues at hand when it comes to what's going on in Minneapolis.
- 43:11SPEAKER_08: So you have the crime issue, you have these deaths, right?
- 43:14SPEAKER_08: On top of that, you have the budget fight.
- 43:18SPEAKER_08: Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board and Minneapolis Man Baby Mayor Mom Jeans Jacob Fry are in a budget dispute over the 27 budget.
- 43:25SPEAKER_08: The mayor proposes a 2.5% increase, while the board seeks a 5.8 to 6% uh increase.
- 43:31SPEAKER_08: We're talking about a$160 million budget for the park board.
- 43:36SPEAKER_08: Of course, they may need to increase that if they're gonna have to deal with uh more uh more bodies being found dead in the parks and to pay for all the law enforcement overtime.
- 43:48SPEAKER_08: The mayor suggests consolidating resources with the city to close the funding gap, but the park board disagrees with its approach.
- 43:56SPEAKER_08: The Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board of the Mayor's office continue to be at odds.
- 44:00SPEAKER_08: Over the budget.
- 44:01SPEAKER_08: And again, we're looking at the park board wants a higher tax levy to pay for their budget.
- 44:08SPEAKER_08: You already have Minneapolis man, baby, mayor, mom jeans talking about uh higher uh property taxes because they can't close their budget loophole for the city of Minneapolis.
- 44:19SPEAKER_08: And what is the Minneapolis City Council concerned about and uh spending their time on?
- 44:25SPEAKER_08: Uh Velvet rope discrimination in bars.
- 44:29SPEAKER_08: That's right.
- 44:31SPEAKER_08: We talked about this a bit yesterday.
- 44:33SPEAKER_08: The Minneapolis City Council passed an ordinance requiring uh establishments that serve alcohol to have a dress code and to post it visibly.
- 44:42SPEAKER_08: The ordinance aims to prevent a discrimination based on race or gender identity, often referred to as velvet rope discrimination.
- 44:51SPEAKER_08: The ordinance will be reviewed by the full council next week.
- 44:55SPEAKER_08: Um, as I get into the details of this, let me just say up front, I don't care about velvet rope discrimination.
- 45:01SPEAKER_08: I don't care about velvet rope discrimination in times of economic prosperity in large metropolitan areas, and I certainly don't care about velvet rope discrimination right now in the middle of uh rising crime, uh multiple deaths with no uh with an investigation ongoing and no idea what's causing these deaths, and on top of it, the fact that the people of Minneapolis are suffering economically.
- 45:27SPEAKER_08: But this is what the Minneapolis City Council is focused on, apart from decriminalizing uh bathhouses so that Isaac can open his Isaac's uh bathhouse in Porium.
- 45:38SPEAKER_08: If a business wants to go and keep an individual from coming into their establishment, they should have a right to go and do that.
- 45:44SPEAKER_08: I'm a big proponent of the we um hold the right to refuse uh service.
- 45:50SPEAKER_08: That's right.
- 45:51SPEAKER_08: And guess what?
- 45:52SPEAKER_08: It may be discriminatory, sure, but that's the business's choice.
- 45:55SPEAKER_08: And if that's the case, I would rather have that than going and spending my money at a place where I know they hate me and I'm not gonna get a good quality of service.
- 46:04SPEAKER_08: It's that simple.
- 46:05SPEAKER_08: Whether you're talking about a nightclub or whether you're talking about a uh baker, or whether you're talking about a restaurant, it doesn't matter to me.
- 46:13SPEAKER_08: The proposed ordinance would require any establishment that sells alcohol and has a dress code to post that dress code where everyone can see it.
- 46:22SPEAKER_08: So you can still go and discriminate, you just need to have a dress code so that everybody knows.
- 46:28SPEAKER_08: But see, that is also problematic because now you're pigeonholing these establishments to stick to their address code.
- 46:36SPEAKER_08: City council members say the idea is modeled after a similar law passed in Houston, Texas about a year ago.
- 46:41SPEAKER_08: I don't care.
- 46:43SPEAKER_08: This is always a common theme when people go and defend a particular ordinance or law that's unpopular or maybe unpopular in a particular area.
- 46:51SPEAKER_08: They go, Well, they've done it over here.
- 46:53SPEAKER_08: They did that with the bathhouses.
- 46:54SPEAKER_08: There are still bathhouses up in Duluth.
- 46:57SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 46:57SPEAKER_08: Does it mean that they're good for the city or society?
- 47:04SPEAKER_08: The goal is to prevent businesses from using dress codes as a way to discriminate against people based on race or gender identity.
- 47:10SPEAKER_08: Their practice uh sometimes is called velvet rope discrimination.
- 47:14SPEAKER_08: But they're still discriminating.
- 47:15SPEAKER_08: You're just putting up who you're gonna discriminate against on the outside of the of the business.
- 47:24SPEAKER_08: Jason Chavez, who is, I don't know what, council member of small things?
- 47:31SPEAKER_08: The most activisty of activists on the Minneapolis City Council.
- 47:35SPEAKER_08: That may not be the case.
- 47:36SPEAKER_08: There's a lot of, they're all activists.
- 47:38SPEAKER_08: But he said, doing that thing with my fingers, I can understand why some people may not understand racism exists in this country, but it does.
- 47:44SPEAKER_08: What we're trying to do here is to make sure that people are transparent about the dress code and to help prevent discrimination.
- 47:50SPEAKER_08: But you can still go and discriminate.
- 47:54SPEAKER_08: You're not changing anything.
- 47:56SPEAKER_08: They're just putting up how they are going to do dis discriminate.
- 48:03SPEAKER_08: Common refrain here on the show as it applies to so many of the Democrat policies in Minnesota.
- 48:08SPEAKER_08: Make it make sense.
- 48:10SPEAKER_08: Supporters of the ordinance say that posting the dress code gives more people agency and helps eliminate invisible barriers.
- 48:17SPEAKER_08: Without knowing the rules up front, communities bear the brunt of invisible barriers.
- 48:22SPEAKER_08: By requiring posted dress codes, we give people agency.
- 48:27SPEAKER_08: No, you don't.
- 48:29SPEAKER_08: You know who probably is in support of this?
- 48:31SPEAKER_08: Are the individuals that work the doors that then now don't have to tell people you're not allowed in here.
- 48:38SPEAKER_08: It's pretty easy.
- 48:39SPEAKER_08: You don't dress appropriately for the particular club, and they tell you you can't come in here like this.
- 48:43SPEAKER_08: You're done.
- 48:45SPEAKER_08: The sign's not going to change any of that apart from taking away the ability of a human to actually interact with another human.
- 48:55SPEAKER_08: The discussion comes after a 2018 incident at the last call bar in downtown Minneapolis, where apparently a black man was denied entry because a bouncer said his jeans were too baggy and he violated the dress code.
- 49:08SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 49:09SPEAKER_08: It has nothing to do with the fact that he was black.
- 49:11SPEAKER_08: At least based off of the details here.
- 49:14SPEAKER_08: Mohammed Mo Osman, who was denied entry, said, I felt degraded, I felt humiliated, I felt embarrassed.
- 49:20SPEAKER_08: Well, clearly this individual already has an issue because he should have felt humiliated and embarrassed and degraded for walking around in jeans that were too baggy.
- 49:31SPEAKER_08: I'm going to venture a guess.
- 49:32SPEAKER_08: They were probably hanging off his thighs, exposing his boxers.
- 49:36SPEAKER_08: And a look, I've never understood.
- 49:40SPEAKER_08: I mean, even when it came to crisscross when I was growing up, I mean, they still wore their jeans all the way up.
- 49:44SPEAKER_08: They just wore them backwards.
- 49:46SPEAKER_08: For those of you that get that reference of a certain age, I know that producer Devin has probably completely lost this morning.
- 49:51SPEAKER_08: You have no idea.
- 49:53SPEAKER_08: That was a trend for a while.
- 49:54SPEAKER_08: There was a very young rap duo, I want to say it was the 90s, probably early 90s.
- 50:01SPEAKER_08: It's called Crisscross.
- 50:03SPEAKER_08: And one of their one of their trademarks was that they wore their jeans backwards.
- 50:08SPEAKER_08: Which I don't know if you wouldn't realize this if you thought about it, but it makes it very difficult to sit down.
- 50:13SPEAKER_08: It does provide much easier access, though, to your wallet.
- 50:16SPEAKER_08: So I just want to, you know, less chance of getting pickpocketed when you're wearing your jeans backwards and putting your wallet in your back pocket.
- 50:22SPEAKER_08: The uh city council vice president Jamal Osman also noted this is not a solution to solve all discrimination, but it's some way of trying to find a solution.
- 50:31SPEAKER_08: There's no solution at all.
- 50:32SPEAKER_08: They're still discriminating.
- 50:33SPEAKER_08: The committee meeting included public comments for both and against the ordinance.
- 50:38SPEAKER_08: Some argued that the real issue is whether the business owners have the tools to keep social gathering spaces safe in a culture of gun violence.
- 50:47SPEAKER_08: To put this ordinance forward as a protected class of discrimination issue is a red herring for the real issue, which is a culture of gun violence, due to the proprietors of small businesses in our communities who have the tools to keep our social gathering spaces safe, said another commentator.
- 51:02SPEAKER_08: Um, to that point, here's uh some of the uh comments that were taking place.
- 51:06SPEAKER_08: This one from an individual concerned in the community who I believe was in support of this ordinance.
- 51:11SPEAKER_01: You know that in recent years a white man concealed a weapon in his sweat clothes and killed a brown man inside a bar.
- 51:18SPEAKER_01: Hear me now.
- 51:19SPEAKER_01: White pap white people wear sweatpants.
- 51:25SPEAKER_08: That's a new one.
- 51:26SPEAKER_08: Hear me now.
- 51:28SPEAKER_08: As opposed to what?
- 51:30SPEAKER_08: Ignoring her and then going back and listening later?
- 51:32SPEAKER_08: I don't know.
- 51:33SPEAKER_08: And what point was she trying was she trying to make here?
- 51:35SPEAKER_01: You know that in recent years a white man concealed a weapon in his sweat clothes and killed a brown man inside a bar.
- 51:42SPEAKER_01: Hear me now.
- 51:43SPEAKER_01: White pap white people wear sweatpants.
- 51:49SPEAKER_08: Uh here is also a Minneapolis City uh council member discussing the racist dress codes.
- 52:07SPEAKER_34: As a young person in the city, to BIPOC community members, especially BIPOC men.
- 52:13SPEAKER_34: This is a real issue, and I think it's a real issue, guys.
- 52:19SPEAKER_08: Dustin Grage posted this online attached to this clip.
- 52:23SPEAKER_08: I just wanted to share with you what he said because he was spot on.
- 52:26SPEAKER_08: Minneapolis, you know, as I mentioned earlier, so it's kind of dovetailing off of what I said earlier, but Minneapolis is cutting over a hundred jobs, raising property taxes by 11%, maybe close to a$31 million budget gap, all while 100 police officers are uh we're 100 police officers short of the mandatory minimum.
- 52:42SPEAKER_08: But but the but the priority should be gay, sex, and bathhouses, and racist dress codes, or you support genocide.
- 52:49SPEAKER_08: Yeah, he pretty much hit the nail on the head.
- 52:53SPEAKER_08: Uh city leaders uh say the uh ordinance is meant to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to enjoy Minneapolis nightlife without facing unfair barriers.
- 53:03SPEAKER_08: And again, I'll just point out the fact they're not changing anything.
- 53:06SPEAKER_08: They're still able to go and discriminate.
- 53:08SPEAKER_08: You're just putting those establishments in a tough spot because now they have a dress code, but what if somebody, you know, is still dressed inappropriately but doesn't align specifically with the dress code?
- 53:20SPEAKER_08: The dress code should be this.
- 53:22SPEAKER_08: We determine whether or not you have met our dress code.
- 53:27SPEAKER_08: That should be the dress code.
- 53:30SPEAKER_08: And these aren't real leaders, by the way, they just play one in real in real life when it comes to the activists on the Minneapolis City Council.
- 53:42SPEAKER_08: All right, before we turn our attention over to uh the latest regarding uh Derek Chauvin and his attorney's attempts to overturn uh the charges over a lack of convening a uh grand jury.
- 53:54SPEAKER_08: And there's a couple of different things we'll combine here.
- 53:57SPEAKER_08: Uh Elon Musk had actually posted about uh Derek Chauvin yesterday, which oddly enough, there was a lot of commentators that were firing back at Elon Musk over these comments, and it was really quite comical.
- 54:10SPEAKER_08: I'll get into this in in just a moment.
- 54:12SPEAKER_08: But we have further uh Elon Musk news to share as well because the Minnesota nudification ban was argued in court yesterday amid challenges by Elon Musk's AI uh agency.
- 54:26SPEAKER_08: So we're gonna kind of combine these two different stories regarding Derek Chauvin, Elon Musk, and the nudification ban.
- 54:33SPEAKER_08: We'll get to that coming up in just a moment.
- 54:35SPEAKER_08: And we'll also get to some of your thoughts from the blaster line again at uh 612-584-4565.
- 54:43SPEAKER_08: Before we do that, though, I want to remind you that if you have not gone over to minileaf.com, you need to head over to M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.

- 57:41SPEAKER_19: For more content, head on over to the center of the American Experiments YouTube page or at AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 57:51SPEAKER_52: The state government of Minnesota gave$500,000 of taxpayers' money to a non-profit called Gender Justice.
- 57:59SPEAKER_52: And it was gender justice who brought the lawsuit against the state government, which won, which allowed for uh men to be put in women's prisons.
- 58:08SPEAKER_52: Um and the state government, you paid for that.
- 58:10SPEAKER_52: Yeah.
- 58:10SPEAKER_52: You know, you, hard-pressed, hardworking, law-abiding Minnesota taxpayer, you paid for this.
- 58:16SPEAKER_52: You paid for it both ends.
- 58:17SPEAKER_52: You paid for it when they paid gender justice to bring the lawsuit, and you paid for it at the other end when this guy living in the women's prison gets a sex change operation.
- 58:25SPEAKER_10: If you would like to support the John Justice show, become an advertiser.
- 58:29SPEAKER_10: For more details, email John.justice at AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 58:36SPEAKER_52: So I wrote uh last week about the example of a sex change operation that uh the state of Minnesota has apparently paid for for a convicted murderer.
- 58:46SPEAKER_52: You know, now I looked up how much do these things cost, and I got an estimate of between fifty and eighty thousand dollars.
- 58:53SPEAKER_52: So if you take the low-end estimate, fifty thousand dollars, let's say this was a cheap operation, um, and then you look at um how much the kind of median Minnesota taxpayer pays in taxes, you're looking at about ten Minnesotans' annual tax state income tax payments have gone to pay for this guy to get a sex change operation.
- 59:14SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 59:14SPEAKER_23: Now that school's out for the summer, how are Minnesota students doing?
- 59:18SPEAKER_23: Not very well.
- 59:19SPEAKER_23: Minnesota ACT scores fell again last year and are the lowest they've been in ten years.
- 59:25SPEAKER_23: In fact, fewer than half of Minnesota's students can either read or do math at grade level.
- 59:30SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 59:31SPEAKER_23: We used to brag about our schools.
- 59:33SPEAKER_23: Now we're losing to states like Mississippi.
- 59:35SPEAKER_23: Visit AmericanExperiment.org for more information.
- 59:38SPEAKER_23: Think about it is brought to you by Center of the American Experiment, Minnesota's think tank.

- 1:01:50SPEAKER_08: Flying through the month of August, by the way.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_08: Uh it's been chilly.
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_08: Slightly chilly in the morning.
- 1:01:57SPEAKER_08: Makes me very happy.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_08: I can wear my jackets again.
- 1:01:59SPEAKER_08: Although I need new jackets because a lot of my old jackets were from the former employer.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_08: Oh, hey, maybe.
- 1:02:05SPEAKER_08: We're, you know, you're you're tall.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_08: If you need some uh if you need some gear for the place where you still work, I got a whole I got a whole I got a whole basket full.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_08: I'll probably take some.
- 1:02:15SPEAKER_08: The staff over there is gonna be wondering, where did uh Devin get all the get all the gear from?
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_08: I was gonna go put it at Goodwill, but uh yeah, maybe I'll bring it in.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_08: I'll bring it in.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_08: You can take you can take your you can take your pick.
- 1:02:28SPEAKER_08: It's some nice stuff.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_08: Absolutely is some nice stuff.
- 1:02:31SPEAKER_08: So, all right.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_08: Uh this hour we're gonna dive into.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_08: Uh Mike Glendell says he will fund statewide recount of Minnesota GOP governor primary.
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_08: Uh, Rob Door for the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus and Law Expert has a post regarding this.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_08: I have my own thoughts uh as well.
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_08: We'll talk about this coming up in just a few minutes uh on the uh on the show.
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_08: Before we do, though, I want to revisit uh yesterday, and we had Liz Collin from Alpha News on in the last 45 minutes of the show.
- 1:03:02SPEAKER_08: If you missed it, be sure to check out the podcast or the rewatch of the video.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_08: Fantastic interview with Liz talking about how Derek Chauvin's attorney is looking to get the charges against his client, Derek Chauvin, dismissed over what they believe was an unconstitutional not convening of a grand jury in the way that they went about bringing the charges against Derek Chauvin, including having the case handed over to Keith Ellison, and according to the attorney's claims, not convening a grand jury, which you're not allowed uh to do.
- 1:03:35SPEAKER_08: I want to play for you a clip here in just a moment, a few minutes of Liz Collin talking with uh Derek Chauvin's uh attorney.
- 1:03:43SPEAKER_08: Uh before I do, though, and then we're gonna talk more Elon Musk with this notification ban being argued in court uh yesterday.
- 1:03:49SPEAKER_08: I have further audio to share with you as well.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_08: But Elon posted in the wake of this uh bombshell uh claim to have the charges overturned.
- 1:03:58SPEAKER_08: He says Derek Chauvin was unjustly convicted of murder, therefore he should be freed.
- 1:04:02SPEAKER_08: The facts just show that he was not the cause of death, nor did he at any time intend for death to occur.
- 1:04:08SPEAKER_08: However, whatever else he may be, he's not a murderer.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_08: That's the truth.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_08: What was really funny about Elon Musk's comments wasn't Elon Musk commenting on it.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_08: He's commented on this before with a similar view.
- 1:04:19SPEAKER_08: It was the number of prominent individuals locally that were pushing back on it, and specifically what their argument was.
- 1:04:26SPEAKER_08: I thought multiple prominent commentators make a post to this saying, were you in the courtroom for the entire duration to come to this conclusion?
- 1:04:38SPEAKER_08: I'm sorry, were you?
- 1:04:41SPEAKER_08: I understand the argument they're trying to put forward is that there was a jury that was in the room that did hear all the evidence and came to the conclusion that they came.
- 1:04:51SPEAKER_08: But for anybody who was not in the courtroom, including the individuals pushing back on Elon Musk, to go and say that they know definitively either way is just as relevant as them saying that Elon Musk doesn't know definitively either way.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_08: I just don't understand people and sometimes the logic of what they go down.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_08: Your argument is not nearly as sound.
- 1:05:12SPEAKER_08: They think they're owning it.
- 1:05:13SPEAKER_08: They think, oh, I got him.
- 1:05:14SPEAKER_08: Were you in the courtroom?
- 1:05:15SPEAKER_08: Yeah, well, were you?
- 1:05:17SPEAKER_08: Well, you want to make an argument that a jury of his peers doing that thing with my fingers convicted him?
- 1:05:22SPEAKER_08: That's fine.
- 1:05:23SPEAKER_08: But you personally, unless you were in that courtroom, you don't know either.
- 1:05:28SPEAKER_08: You may have sat in that courtroom and have a different opinion than the jurors than the jurors that were on the jury for Derek Chauvin.
- 1:05:37SPEAKER_08: Not the one that you think it was.
- 1:05:39SPEAKER_08: In the meantime, as we mentioned, attorneys for Derek Chauvin say that Tim Walls and Ellison violated state law.
- 1:05:44SPEAKER_08: They did not submit the case to a grand jury, which denies Chauvin his due process.
- 1:05:48SPEAKER_08: Chauvin didn't kill George Floyd.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_08: The auto uh autopsy said Fentanil did, and he's still sitting in prison.
- 1:05:54SPEAKER_08: Trump can pardon the federal charges on Chauvin, and that would eliminate uh twenty one years of his sentence.
- 1:05:59SPEAKER_08: And Chauvin's constitutional rights were violated.
- 1:06:02SPEAKER_08: This has to be overturned enough is enough, according to the post that I pulled here where I found this particular uh clip.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_08: And there's been arguments to be made, and I actually talked about this not specifically, but this is what I was alluding to when I talked to Liz Collin about this yesterday, because there are arguments to be made that it would not be beneficial to Derek Chauvin if President Donald Trump were to have moved forward with that pardon.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_08: That that actually would have been to Chauvin's detriment.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_08: What this attorney now is attempting to accomplish is a much better effort at getting these charges overturned than what it might potentially do if Trump were to go and pardon the federal charges over this.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_08: In the meantime, here's a bit of that conversation between Chauvin's attorney and Liz Collin from Alpha News earlier this year.
- 1:06:46SPEAKER_42: Earlier today, you filed another petition for your client, Derek Chauvin, and that petition states that Governor Walls, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and the Hennepin County Attorney's Office violated state law in filing charges against your client.
- 1:07:00SPEAKER_42: I know there are a lot of details uh in all of this, 31 pages in all, but how big of a deal is this, Greg?
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_04: This is fundamental.
- 1:07:08SPEAKER_04: Uh this is something that uh is just an institution that stretches back a very, very long ways.
- 1:07:15SPEAKER_04: And when I say long ways, I mean Vikings, which is fitting for this state.
- 1:07:19SPEAKER_04: Uh the grand jury is essential, it's fundamental, and this case was never submitted to a grand jury.
- 1:07:26SPEAKER_04: And I want to be clear about something else.
- 1:07:28SPEAKER_04: This is a violation of not only state laws, this is a state constitutional violation, this is a federal constitutional violation.
- 1:07:36SPEAKER_04: Um, and what was done here is is shocking.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_04: It's inexcusable.
- 1:07:41SPEAKER_42: So this all happens in a very short amount of time after May 25th, 2020.
- 1:07:47SPEAKER_42: So they failed to convene a grand jury in this case, violating your client's right to due process.
- 1:07:52SPEAKER_42: I think a lot of people are gonna wonder, though, how something uh as big as this went unnoticed for such a long time.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_04: Well, obviously I don't have to tell you that the circumstances were strange.
- 1:08:04SPEAKER_04: Um there was an assignment of authority by Governor Walls, which itself was unlawful.
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_04: Uh, but that's unusual in any case.
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_04: So I think it's there were a lot of things going on.
- 1:08:13SPEAKER_04: I think it was very easy to lose the force for the trees because uh in a very short period of time there were very uh fundamental and basic violations of due process.
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_04: And those aren't necessarily things that defense attorneys normally look for in preparing a case like this.
- 1:08:29SPEAKER_04: You take for granted that the charges are going to be brought lawfully and that the process will be adhered to, and it just didn't happen.
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_04: It's not something that you'd normally even look for in a case like this because you don't see this conduct by state actors.
- 1:08:43SPEAKER_42: So you have to essentially go back to the very beginning of this case, follow it all the way uh from the beginning.
- 1:08:50SPEAKER_42: What did you find?
- 1:08:51SPEAKER_42: What's going through your mind, I guess, when you discover this law?
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_04: The the only thing you have when you're a defense attorney, the only thing you have to build your case around, your defense around, is the criminal charges.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_04: So I want to emphasize how fundamental this is.
- 1:09:07SPEAKER_04: If the charges themselves are illegal, as they were in this case, everything that follows from those charges is also illegal, including the trial, which was a fraud.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_04: Um, so what went through my mind when I saw this is I I was stunned.
- 1:09:22SPEAKER_04: Uh obviously, we filed a petition last November and called out a a lot of due process problems with the trial at that time.
- 1:09:30SPEAKER_04: Uh the district court didn't see fit to grant a hearing in that, and it's currently at the Court of Appeals.
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_04: But this is this is so basic.
- 1:09:39SPEAKER_04: It's it's easy to miss how basic this is.
- 1:09:42SPEAKER_04: And unfortunately, uh everyone did.
- 1:09:45SPEAKER_04: Effectively, what happened is um the charges that were filed by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, which were also unlawful because there was no grand jury convened, and probable cause was found by a Hennepin County District Court judge.
- 1:10:01SPEAKER_04: Um, and that wasn't enough.
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_04: Those charges weren't severe enough for the people who burned down Minneapolis.
- 1:10:09SPEAKER_04: So the governor stepped in and assigned responsibility to uh Attorney General Ellison.
- 1:10:14SPEAKER_04: Now there is a statute that gives him authority to do that, uh, but he didn't follow the statute either.
- 1:10:21SPEAKER_04: Um so what the statute requires, it may be actually a procedural rule.
- 1:10:26SPEAKER_04: What the rule requires is that the conveyance of authority be done in writing, so that didn't happen.
- 1:10:32SPEAKER_04: But the the bigger point is that the conveyance of authority from the uh Hennepin County attorney at the direction of Governor Walls only applies in cases where an indictment by a grand jury is required.
- 1:10:49SPEAKER_04: Uh Mr.
- 1:10:50SPEAKER_04: Chauvin was a public officer, he was a licensed peace officer in Minnesota, and he was performing his duties as a police officer at all times relevant.
- 1:11:01SPEAKER_04: So without that indictment, Governor Walls lacks the authority to assign this case to the Attorney General's office.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_04: Now, of course, the Attorney General had no problem picking up that authority and abusing it, uh, but that initial fundamental transfer of power was unlawful.
- 1:11:19SPEAKER_04: So, really, anything that flows from that is is illegitimate and it's illegal.
- 1:11:25SPEAKER_04: The complaint has to be dismissed in its entirety.
- 1:11:29SPEAKER_08: And again, that was a sum of the conversation that you can hear in its entirety over at alpha news.org.
- 1:11:35SPEAKER_08: Liz Collin from Alpha News talking with the attorney of Derek uh Chauvin.
- 1:11:40SPEAKER_08: And we're gonna watch this with great uh interest.
- 1:11:42SPEAKER_08: Uh there still has been virtually no coverage in local media regarding this, and I don't think there's been uh any response from Attorney General Thief Ellison or Governor Dim Walls uh over this uh over this issue.
- 1:11:55SPEAKER_08: But if there is validity to these claims, this could be massive.
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_08: And the ramifications you and I both know go far beyond that for specifically Derek Chauvin.
- 1:12:07SPEAKER_08: You know what the reaction is going to be here in Minnesota if this moves forward with legitimacy.
- 1:12:14SPEAKER_08: It's not going to be pretty.
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_08: And there's a part of me that says, too, that this, you know, may not bode well when it comes to the election.
- 1:12:22SPEAKER_08: Uh it doesn't mean we don't move forward.
- 1:12:23SPEAKER_08: It doesn't mean that they shouldn't move forward.
- 1:12:25SPEAKER_08: They should.
- 1:12:26SPEAKER_08: A man's life hangs in the balance right now, assuming that what the attorney has discovered here turns out to be true.
- 1:12:32SPEAKER_08: But also just be prepared for the fact that this may have some negative ramifications and give ammunition to the left to push forward on so many of their ridiculous uh claims as they have solidified among the minds of the broken and the brainwashed on the left regarding the death of George Floyd.
- 1:12:48SPEAKER_08: We'll keep with the theme of Elon Musk here in uh just a moment.
- 1:12:52SPEAKER_08: Attorneys argued in court yesterday as an AI company founded by Musk is challenging the new Minnesota law that bans AI-generated nude uh images.
- 1:13:01SPEAKER_08: This is completely unnecessary, by the way, and I will share with you why it's completely unnecessary uh coming up on the show in just a few uh minutes.
- 1:13:09SPEAKER_08: Also, at the bottom of the hour, we'll be talking uh with uh Paul uh Wickstrom uh running for office.
- 1:13:15SPEAKER_08: He has an event uh coming up, a fundraising event as he um uh as he runs.
- 1:13:20SPEAKER_08: Uh we've had him on the air before a year ago for the Congressional District 4 special election.
- 1:13:25SPEAKER_08: So he has an event coming up at the Nuke Airport.
- 1:13:27SPEAKER_08: We'll give you details on.
- 1:13:28SPEAKER_08: And he has some thoughts um about uh challenger Betty McCollum and a recent uh investigative story wherein the Star Tribune actually did a decent job exposing Betty McCollum's um alliances with the Defense Department and spending.
- 1:13:42SPEAKER_08: So we got a lot of ground to cover still on the show.
- 1:13:44SPEAKER_08: If you want to get your comments in, you can drop us a blast at 612-584-4565.
- 1:13:50SPEAKER_08: Again, that's 612-584-4565.

- 1:14:20SPEAKER_50: Is the Declaration of Independence worth celebrating?
- 1:14:23SPEAKER_50: Sixty-six percent of Minnesota and said yes, the Declaration of Independence is worth celebrating.
- 1:14:28SPEAKER_50: Uh 4% said boycott.
- 1:14:30SPEAKER_50: That's that's just four percent crank, you know, in this in this poll.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_50: Um we can we can ignore that.
- 1:14:37SPEAKER_46: It really is.
- 1:14:37SPEAKER_46: When I have to picture all of the protesters that I see every weekend with their upside-down American flags, the no kings, and the signs cycle every few months because someone's making them for them and giving them their messages.
- 1:14:47SPEAKER_46: Those people must be included somewhere in here, right?
- 1:14:50SPEAKER_46: I don't know.
- 1:14:50SPEAKER_46: That's incredible.
- 1:14:51SPEAKER_50: Is America generally a force for good in the world?
- 1:14:54SPEAKER_50: And again, remember this came out right before we bombed uh Iran.
- 1:14:58SPEAKER_50: This these numbers might be different today, but 54% thought America was a force for good in the world, 41% not a force for good, 5% unsure.
- 1:15:05SPEAKER_50: So not a horrible uh uh result there, I think.
- 1:15:09SPEAKER_43: 41% say not a force for good.
- 1:15:11SPEAKER_43: How do you think that?
- 1:15:13SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 1:15:14SPEAKER_23: Minnesota has always been a low crime state, but according to the most recent Bureau of Criminal Apprehension data, we are now above the national average when it comes to part one crimes, a category that includes crimes like murder, assault, rape, and carjackings.
- 1:15:30SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 1:15:31SPEAKER_23: Minnesota is now a high crime state.
- 1:15:35SPEAKER_23: Visit highcrime.com to learn more.
- 1:15:38SPEAKER_23: Think about it is brought to you by Center of the American Experiment, Minnesota's think tank.
- 1:15:43SPEAKER_19: And now, here's commentary on the latest issues facing Minnesotans from the hosts, policy fellows, and guests of American Experiment.

- 1:16:02SPEAKER_46: Now one of Keith Ellison's campaign donors has pleaded guilty to fraud.
- 1:16:07SPEAKER_46: No, shocking, I know.
- 1:16:09SPEAKER_46: For what it's worth, uh became the last of a seven-member family group to plead guilty in the sprawling Feeding Our Future fraud scandal last week.
- 1:16:17SPEAKER_46: Ikram Yusuf Mohammed, who once worked as a Feeding Our Future employee, but more excitingly, was present at the infamous 2021, December 2021 meeting where Keith Ellison, our own attorney general, met with some fraud-connected individuals.
- 1:16:31SPEAKER_46: She was in that meeting.
- 1:16:33SPEAKER_46: So a few days after that meeting took place, back in December 2021, her brother, Gandhi, who just pled guilty last week, donated the maximum allowed amount to Keith Ellison's campaign.
- 1:16:45SPEAKER_46: That was$2,500.
- 1:16:46SPEAKER_46: So this is so interesting because Gandhi was not only being investigated for food fraud.
- 1:16:50SPEAKER_46: And we've seen this with several fraudsters.
- 1:16:52SPEAKER_46: Gandhi Muhammad received at least$36 million in Medicaid reimbursements, as well as the stuff that he was making off the free food fraud case.
- 1:17:01SPEAKER_46: But he hasn't been charged with fraud in those programs yet.
- 1:17:04SPEAKER_46: So were those ill-gotten gains?

- 1:17:38SPEAKER_08: You take one right before bed and wake up feeling rejuvenated.
- 1:17:42SPEAKER_08: Head on over to M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.

- 1:17:49SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 1:17:50SPEAKER_23: A famous politician once said, you're entitled to your opinion, but you are not entitled to your own facts.
- 1:17:56SPEAKER_23: But in a world full of AI and fake news, where can Minnesotans find the facts?
- 1:18:01SPEAKER_23: Center of the American Experiment is Minnesota's go-to source for fact-based analysis and common sense solutions for taxes, energy, public safety, and our kids' education.
- 1:18:12SPEAKER_23: Visit AmericanExperiment.org for more information.
- 1:18:15SPEAKER_23: Think about it is brought to you by Center of the American Experiment, Minnesota's think tank.
- 1:18:21SPEAKER_26: Yeah, it's pretty funny.
- 1:18:30SPEAKER_26: And yet you've got a guy who the evidence literally show was falsely imprisoned, and there was never due process followed.
- 1:18:39SPEAKER_26: Well, he still has to stay in jail because, you know, same floor.
- 1:18:43SPEAKER_08: Thank you for the comment on the blaster line.
- 1:18:45SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565, 612-584-4565.
- 1:18:50SPEAKER_08: If you want to leave a comment uh this morning, we'll be talking with Paul Wickstrom, our running for Congress coming up in just a minute.
- 1:18:56SPEAKER_08: He has a fundraiser happening uh this weekend that he'd like you to attend.
- 1:19:00SPEAKER_08: So we'll get details uh on that.
- 1:19:02SPEAKER_08: Also, we will be getting into coming up on the show.
- 1:19:05SPEAKER_08: Mike Lindell says that he will personally fund a statewide recount of the Minnesota GOP gubernatorial primary.
- 1:19:14SPEAKER_08: Lost in that election, says privately funding the statewide hand recount and the audit of ballots is citing alleged irregularities in election night reporting data.
- 1:19:28SPEAKER_08: As uh Rob Door is a bit of a preview posted online from the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus and uh law expert.
- 1:19:36SPEAKER_08: Um, there's no evidence a single vote was counted wrong, no evidence the paper ballots differ from reported ballots, no proof the voting systems were uncertified.
- 1:19:44SPEAKER_08: Yeah.
- 1:19:45SPEAKER_08: Um he confuses unofficial election night reporting with uh legal uh canvases.
- 1:19:51SPEAKER_08: Yeah.
- 1:19:52SPEAKER_08: So we'll get into this coming up on the show, and I have audio to share uh from uh Mike Lindell uh talking about his desire to have a recount.
- 1:20:00SPEAKER_08: Let's go here, though.
- 1:20:01SPEAKER_08: We were talking about Elon Musk a moment ago, his comments over the um death of George Floyd, Derek Chauvin, and the uh the bombshell claims by Derek Chauvin's current attorney.
- 1:20:12SPEAKER_08: Uh Elon was also in the news today.
- 1:20:14SPEAKER_08: Fox Nine reported, attorneys argued in court yesterday that the AI company founded by Elon Musk is challenging the new Minnesota law that bans AI-generated nude images.
- 1:20:26SPEAKER_08: You listen, this all sounds good on its face, but guess what?
- 1:20:30SPEAKER_08: Um, it's already XAI's policy to prohibit users from generating non-consensual nude or sexualized uh images.
- 1:20:41SPEAKER_08: The private sector is doing what the private sector needs to do.
- 1:20:45SPEAKER_08: There's no reason for the government to go and get involved.
- 1:20:47SPEAKER_08: No, there's another reason why Attorney General Thief Ellison is pushing forward on that.
- 1:20:52SPEAKER_08: I'll give you details here in just a moment.
- 1:20:54SPEAKER_08: The law does ban commercial products, as I just mentioned, like websites or apps from manipulating someone's likeness to create a fake nude image.
- 1:21:02SPEAKER_08: XAI, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence uh company, is suing Minnesota to try to stop the law from being introduced.
- 1:21:09SPEAKER_08: The federal judge denied XAI's request for a temporary restraining order, but now the company is asking for a preliminary injunction.
- 1:21:18SPEAKER_08: Uh, let's go here just briefly from Fox Nine.
- 1:21:20SPEAKER_08: Uh, they're doing their own uh social media uh videos regarding the various stories because they know this is how people are consuming their news now.
- 1:21:28SPEAKER_47: Hey, y'all, it is Corinne, and I'm following a story today that I've been covering for years now, thanks to a few brave women who came forward to talk about being victims of nudication.
- 1:21:39SPEAKER_47: There was a man they knew who took their innocent photos, put it through AI, and created pornography.
- 1:21:47SPEAKER_47: I showed you how that can work back in April.
- 1:21:51SPEAKER_47: Since then, the legislature nearly unanimously passed a ban that targets the creation.
- 1:21:57SPEAKER_47: Companies would have to pay up to half million dollars in fines for allowing it to happen.
- 1:22:03SPEAKER_47: And then Elon Musk sued to stop enforcement.
- 1:22:07SPEAKER_47: His lawyers argue nudification is bad, but the law is too broad and violates the right to free speech.
- 1:22:13SPEAKER_47: And it should include First Amendment exclusions for things like parody, not just unrealistic content.
- 1:22:21SPEAKER_47: Attorney General Keith Ellison says the state is enforcing the law since it took effect on August 1st, so I tested it out.
- 1:22:29SPEAKER_47: Elon's grock wouldn't let me do it, couldn't get past moderation, but some easy-to-find sites still allow it.
- 1:22:37SPEAKER_08: Well, yeah, and those easy-to-find sites aren't the ones that they are targeting.
- 1:22:44SPEAKER_08: They're specifically, and I know they're included within the notification ban, but let's be clear here.
- 1:22:49SPEAKER_08: Oh, I did let's be clear, didn't I?
- 1:22:51SPEAKER_08: Gosh, darn it.
- 1:22:53SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 1:22:54SPEAKER_08: If you want to stop listening, I completely understand.
- 1:22:56SPEAKER_08: That's my fault.
- 1:22:59SPEAKER_08: It's bound to happen when you hear the leftists saying it all the time.
- 1:23:02SPEAKER_08: Now, see, when I say let's be clear, I actually mean it, right?
- 1:23:06SPEAKER_08: You can decide whether or not I'm telling the truth.
- 1:23:07SPEAKER_08: I'm not gonna that's that's on that's on you.
- 1:23:10SPEAKER_08: But unfortunately now, the left has ruined so many phrases, and you can't say let's be clear anymore.
- 1:23:14SPEAKER_08: Oh, gosh darn it.
- 1:23:15SPEAKER_08: However, so in my view, the uh this nudification ban was specifically targeted against Elon Musk.
- 1:23:26SPEAKER_08: This is the biggest person and entity that's affected by this.
- 1:23:30SPEAKER_08: Um Minnesota's attorney general, Thief Ellison, defended the law, saying, I'm proud to fiercely defend this bipartisan law and its intent to protect Minnesotans from the irreparable harms that nudification tools and technology pose.
- 1:23:42SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 1:23:42SPEAKER_08: Is he going after Photoshop too?
- 1:23:44SPEAKER_08: Is that the case?
- 1:23:45SPEAKER_08: Because, you know, this is not the only way where you can go and create these types of horrible images of individuals.
- 1:23:49SPEAKER_08: It's just, it's not.
- 1:23:50SPEAKER_08: It's easier to do it with these just because of how quickly, you know, AI works, but there's plenty of other ways where people have been doing this for years.
- 1:23:59SPEAKER_08: For crying out loud, I've had people that have done ridiculous Photoshop.
- 1:24:03SPEAKER_08: The foes of the show on X have done this.
- 1:24:06SPEAKER_08: See anybody moving forward to go and ban that stuff, and I don't particularly care.
- 1:24:10SPEAKER_08: It's on you.
- 1:24:11SPEAKER_08: Anybody else can see how ridiculous that is.
- 1:24:13SPEAKER_08: Ellison argued in his brief opposing XAI's motion that anyone who can upload a photo can victimize someone.
- 1:24:21SPEAKER_08: He pointed out there that uh more than half of victims do not know who created or altered the image, which is why the law targets the technology itself and holds platforms responsible for enabling deepfakes.
- 1:24:31SPEAKER_08: Ellison also said that Musk's company waited too long to file its legal challenge, whatever.
- 1:24:36SPEAKER_08: And as I mentioned, um AI, XAI already prohibits this type of uh manipulation of using their platform.
- 1:24:44SPEAKER_08: No, this is an attack on Elon Musk because X is no longer a platform that is viable for spreading the propaganda on the left.
- 1:24:55SPEAKER_08: The left no longer carries a majority amount of influence on the platform, and Elon Musk committed the cardinal sin as he used to be a darling of the left for partnering with President Donald Trump in the early part of Trump's second term.
- 1:25:09SPEAKER_08: That's what this is all about.
- 1:25:11SPEAKER_08: And just to speak to the further ridiculousness of this, and the private sector is handling it, as I said, but it's this is just, you know, this is just about the nudification part of it.
- 1:25:24SPEAKER_08: You can still go and create all kinds of different AI-related images that aren't nude but still mock individuals.
- 1:25:32SPEAKER_08: Yeah, is it bad and does it cause harm, or could it potentially cause harm to an individual or a woman or a man who has somebody go and nudify them with this?
- 1:25:40SPEAKER_08: Of course it does.
- 1:25:42SPEAKER_08: But you can make all kinds of parodies.
- 1:25:45SPEAKER_08: You can turn, you know, you could take uh Peggy Flanagan and super her impose her face, you know, on a goat.
- 1:25:54SPEAKER_08: And she can say that was offensive.
- 1:25:56SPEAKER_08: That's still allowed on the platform.
- 1:25:58SPEAKER_08: That's why this is so ridiculous and completely unnecessary.
- 1:26:04SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565.
- 1:26:07SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565.
- 1:26:10SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 1:26:11SPEAKER_08: Let's go uh let's go back and hear from you leaving comments on the blaster line uh this morning.
- 1:26:16SPEAKER_08: You can also email john.justice at americanexperiment.org.
- 1:26:23SPEAKER_08: And I have some uh further audio that's kind of related to this that I want to share with you uh coming up.
- 1:26:28SPEAKER_08: We also have our guest uh Paul Wickstrom joining us uh in about four minutes from here.
- 1:26:32SPEAKER_08: Uh let's go and hear from Friend of the Show, Ron, this morning from the Blaster Line.
- 1:26:39SPEAKER_31: This whole nudification thing, I guess.
- 1:26:41SPEAKER_31: I sort of understand why people are upset about it, but really I don't.
- 1:26:48SPEAKER_31: Um becomes a nudification thing.
- 1:26:52SPEAKER_31: I imagine that whatever they came up with would look ten times better than real life.
- 1:27:00SPEAKER_31: I'm not sure my life is anymore.
- 1:27:03SPEAKER_31: So you have no consequence, maybe even flattery.
- 1:27:09SPEAKER_07: Okay.
- 1:27:10SPEAKER_08: So Ron's fine with it because Ron's not worried about him being uh nudified.
- 1:27:15SPEAKER_08: Oh okay.
- 1:27:18SPEAKER_06: I think he was making a a joke, a joke on that one.
- 1:27:21SPEAKER_08: Just want to be just want to be just want to be clear about that.
- 1:27:26SPEAKER_08: Alright, we did have a couple of uh comments relating to uh George Floyd, and let's go back to the blaster line.
- 1:27:35SPEAKER_25: I don't think we will ever know for sure what caused the death of George Floyd.
- 1:27:40SPEAKER_25: Would he have died uh if Officer Children had not retrained him because of the massive overdose of the if Officer Children had not retrained him on the ground?
- 1:27:54SPEAKER_08: We will never know because of his well, and this goes back to you know kind of the question.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_08: Of you know whether or not the attorneys for Derek Chauvin really um you know did did the right thing in terms of his defense.
- 1:28:10SPEAKER_08: I don't think that he had, and I know others believe that as uh as well.
- 1:28:14SPEAKER_08: You know, I think there was an admirable job done by the attorneys that were representing uh Derek Chauvin, but I think under uh different attorneys there might have been a a better or a different uh a different outcome in that case.
- 1:28:26SPEAKER_08: Let's go back to the blaster line.
- 1:28:29SPEAKER_31: Derek Chauvin is a hundred percent innocent, biggest injustice I've ever seen in my life.
- 1:28:34SPEAKER_31: He was following protocol in the police training, and uh went off to lied on the fan about it.
- 1:28:43SPEAKER_08: And I know that's the view that a lot of individuals have, and as I mentioned, I'm certainly um, you know, very curious to see where uh this uh this challenge that uh Derek Chauvin's current uh current attorney has put forward where it ends up uh landing.
- 1:29:00SPEAKER_08: Thank you so much for the uh comments this morning on the blaster line, 612-584-4565.
- 1:29:05SPEAKER_08: Before we talk with our uh guest, let me go here briefly, and uh I know this is kind of a wonky way to get here, uh, but I found a clip yesterday of DFL Representative Zach uh Stevenson.
- 1:29:16SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 1:29:18SPEAKER_08: Listen, they're all a bunch of hacks.
- 1:29:19SPEAKER_08: Zach's really up there, though.
- 1:29:21SPEAKER_08: This clip cracked me up.
- 1:29:23SPEAKER_08: So it's a clip of Zack Stevenson on a podcast, and with the podcast host, DFL Representative Zach Stevenson, gets into this conversation regarding affordability.
- 1:29:34unknown: Okay.
- 1:29:36SPEAKER_08: But he ends up speaking out of both sides of his mouth in this comment that I'm about to play for you.
- 1:29:41SPEAKER_08: What's interesting about this is that Zach Stevenson, when I was combing through his social media, because I needed to get a I needed to get an example of what I'm about to share with you, and I found it, by the way, but I also found that Zach Stevenson had posted about this AI uh nutification bill and AI in general, saying the AI industry is the only industry in America that has less regulation than sandwich shops.
- 1:30:04SPEAKER_08: The open AI CEO actually said it out loud when talking about the future, that there will be no privacy.
- 1:30:10SPEAKER_08: Is that the world that you want to live in?
- 1:30:12SPEAKER_08: I think Zach Stevenson should be more concerned about why there's so much regulation on sandwich shops, which is typically because of Democrat policy, than he should be over the current lack of regulation regarding artificial intelligence.
- 1:30:26SPEAKER_08: Case in point, what I was just sharing with you regarding the ridiculousness of the nudification bill.
- 1:30:31SPEAKER_08: That being said, it is stereotypical on the left to go and vilify and demonize the one percenters, the millionaires, and billionaires.
- 1:30:42SPEAKER_08: You hear it all the time.
- 1:30:44SPEAKER_08: As a matter of fact, Zach Stevenson even posted it was great to join the Minnesota Farmers Union.
- 1:30:49SPEAKER_08: This was going back to a post that he did several months ago.
- 1:30:52SPEAKER_08: To join the farmers' uh the farmers union at their annual convention.
- 1:30:56SPEAKER_08: The success of Minnesota farmers is critical to the success of our entire state.
- 1:31:00SPEAKER_08: We will continue to put the workers and families and family farmers ahead of the ultra-wealthy and big corporations.
- 1:31:07SPEAKER_08: And so I just needed to provide, I just needed to get evidence of Zach Stevenson vilifying, again, big corporations and what he determines is the ultra-wealthy.
- 1:31:16SPEAKER_08: Now, with that, let me play for you this clip I found.
- 1:31:19SPEAKER_08: Again, Zach Stevenson talking on a podcast about affordability.
- 1:31:23SPEAKER_08: And what was funny about this, just one more quick point, is that the Minnesota Star Tribune actually has a hit piece this morning.
- 1:31:31SPEAKER_08: These 14 Minnesota CEOs took home more than 10 million, and one making more than 200 million.
- 1:31:38SPEAKER_08: The Minnesota Star Tribune ranked the 50, the 50 highest paid executives for Minnesota public companies, including the lifetime CEO who made the most by far.
- 1:31:48SPEAKER_08: The only reason they did this was to provide ammunition for what I was just talking about.
- 1:31:54SPEAKER_08: The left's desire to continue to perpetuate this false narrative that millionaires and billionaires are a blight on this country, and not those individuals that are providing the most jobs to the most employees and health care and fantastic wages, but that these are individuals who don't pay their fair share that they want to vilify to expand their own policies.
- 1:32:15SPEAKER_08: So listen to this clip and then I'll tell you why Zach Stevenson here is talking out of both sides of his mouth.
- 1:32:20SPEAKER_51: Affordability is one of the words of the moment, especially in politics.
- 1:32:23SPEAKER_51: What are so a couple of things the legislature could do to realistically make life more affordable for people?
- 1:32:29SPEAKER_45: Well, I would say a few things.
- 1:32:31SPEAKER_45: One on food prices, we should ban the practice of surveillance pricing, uh, where you know large companies using uh AI and uh video surveillance are able to adjust prices in real terms and and drive them up if they think people uh can pay more.
- 1:32:44SPEAKER_45: That's some Orwellian stuff that uh we should uh absolutely ban.
- 1:32:48SPEAKER_45: We should take action on housing to build more housing in Minnesota so that we can get the cost of uh of homes down for Minnesotans.
- 1:32:55SPEAKER_45: But the big one is healthcare, uh, where we need to take action uh to hold those large insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies accountable.
- 1:33:03SPEAKER_45: Uh, you know, they're making record profits as people's deductibles, uh, their copays, and the cost of their prescription drugs are skyrocketing.
- 1:33:11SPEAKER_08: His first comment regarding the surveillance pricing and artificial intelligence and algorithms runs completely counter to his last comment regarding the evil healthcare companies making all these big profits.
- 1:33:25SPEAKER_08: You know, wedged in the middle, I don't want to focus on that, but I'll make a quick comment.
- 1:33:28SPEAKER_08: Wedged in the middle is this fantasy land that Democrats live in, wherein they believe that if you just build more houses, that you're gonna drive the cost of houses down.
- 1:33:38SPEAKER_08: It's just simply not the case.
- 1:33:40SPEAKER_08: It's a catch-all phrase, it's an easy one for them to go and tout, to try to go and play on the concerns of affordability here in the country that are real, but it doesn't really provide any solutions beyond a talking point.
- 1:33:53SPEAKER_08: What's funny, and not even funny, what's ridiculous about what Zach Stevenson said is that if he actually believes in the policies that he says he believes in, he would be for surveillance pricing.
- 1:34:03SPEAKER_08: This is not an argument on the part of John Justice and the John Justice show presented by American Experiment advocating for surveillance pricing.
- 1:34:12SPEAKER_08: All I'm pointing out is the hypocrisy of what Zach Stevenson just mentioned here.
- 1:34:15SPEAKER_08: Here's the reason why.
- 1:34:16SPEAKER_08: What does surveillance pricing do?
- 1:34:19SPEAKER_08: Surveillance pricing via AI and algorithms, when you're going through a store, identifies you, looks at your finances, and then bases the price of what it is you're about to purchase based off your finances.
- 1:34:33SPEAKER_08: Given the mentality of Zach Stevenson, he should absolutely be in support of this.
- 1:34:37SPEAKER_08: They're not raising the prices on people that aren't making a lot of money.
- 1:34:40SPEAKER_08: They're raising the prices on people that actually have a lot of money or have more money than other individuals.
- 1:34:47SPEAKER_08: This is what the Democrats are always touting.
- 1:34:50SPEAKER_08: They should be out there promoting surveillance pricing.
- 1:34:53SPEAKER_08: They're the ones that want to stick it to the rich over and over and over again without ever giving any sort of qualifiers or identifiers or specificity over what it means to go and tax the hell out of billionaires.
- 1:35:04SPEAKER_08: And yet here he is complaining about corporations making all this money, but at the same time talking about affordability, and we need to ban surveillance pricing when in reality surveillance pricing via AI fits exactly into the Democrat playbook of vilifying individuals that make more than other individuals.
- 1:35:23SPEAKER_08: Do they ever mean what they say?
- 1:35:26SPEAKER_08: Like ever?
- 1:35:32SPEAKER_08: Also, there's a couple of different pieces.
- 1:35:34SPEAKER_08: Uh Benny McCollum became Minnesota's pipeline to the Pentagon.
- 1:35:38SPEAKER_08: Uh, the defense industry took notice with help from a former staffer turned lobbyist.
- 1:35:44SPEAKER_08: Uh, the powerful Democrat, an occasional critic of the Pentagon spending, is helping to fund Minnesota's defense industry.
- 1:35:50SPEAKER_08: Defense donors are opening up their wallets because of that.
- 1:35:54SPEAKER_08: Uh, and um, this was a pretty good investigative story done by uh the Star Tribune regarding Betty McCollum.
- 1:36:01SPEAKER_08: There was a follow-up to this piece, by the way.
- 1:36:03SPEAKER_08: Peace groups call McCollum's defense work a betrayal, while Paul Wickstrom, who is running against McCollum in Minnesota's fourth congressional district, said McCollum criticizes Pentagon waste while creating it and alleged that she acted unethically by supporting funding for a campaign donor and collaborating with a former staffer turned defense lobbyist.
- 1:36:25SPEAKER_08: Wickstrom went on to say this is exactly the swamp that Minnesotans are sick of.
- 1:36:32SPEAKER_08: So again, if you want to support his campaign, head on over to the Anoka Airport, and that's uh tomorrow starting at 6 o'clock, where there's a fundraising event uh taking place for uh Paul.
- 1:36:41SPEAKER_08: And it's just again unfortunate that we couldn't get him um on the show uh this morning.
- 1:36:46SPEAKER_08: All right, coming up, Mike Lindell says that he will fund statewide uh recount of GOP governor primary.
- 1:36:53SPEAKER_08: We did have a couple of uh comments that rolled in regarding this before we dive into uh the details and play audio from Mike Lindell laying out his case over why he believes there should be a uh recount.
- 1:37:03SPEAKER_08: First, let's go to the blaster line.
- 1:37:05SPEAKER_26: Come on, it really doesn't matter what I feel and think of Mike Lindell.
- 1:37:09SPEAKER_27: He may be a very nice guy.
- 1:37:11SPEAKER_27: The problem is there's no evidence of the election problem.
- 1:37:15SPEAKER_27: Overall.
- 1:37:16SPEAKER_27: He's not a likable person, politically.
- 1:37:19SPEAKER_31: He doesn't know.
- 1:37:22SPEAKER_31: Very good.
- 1:37:31SPEAKER_08: Uh thank you for the uh for the comment, Rich.
- 1:37:33SPEAKER_08: Um let's go and hear from the the other side of individuals who support Mike Lindell's efforts.
- 1:37:40SPEAKER_40: Election fraud is real.
- 1:37:42SPEAKER_40: We have a candidate who wants to challenge our election system and expose the fraud.
- 1:37:50SPEAKER_40: And you want him to concede.
- 1:37:53SPEAKER_40: That's the dictionary definition of positive dissidence.
- 1:37:59SPEAKER_08: Um no, as a matter of fact, it's it's not.
- 1:38:03SPEAKER_08: And I'm curious how you believe that elections should be conducted.
- 1:38:08SPEAKER_08: Like, is it your opinion that every candidate that loses an election should just immediately go and demand a recount in the wake of not having any evidence?
- 1:38:23SPEAKER_08: Listen, you can say that election fraud is real.
- 1:38:26SPEAKER_08: Election fraud is real.
- 1:38:27SPEAKER_08: We've talked about election fraud here on the show many times.
- 1:38:31SPEAKER_08: News stories and otherwise, the potential of election fraud, how vulnerable our elections are.
- 1:38:38SPEAKER_08: But that being said, there's been no evidence that's been presented on this beyond just feelings and speculation.
- 1:38:46SPEAKER_08: And as Rob Dorr from the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus and law experts said, that Lindell is confusing unofficial election night reporting with the legal canvas, asking the Supreme Court for records to figure out whether he has a case.
- 1:39:00SPEAKER_08: There's no cognitive dissidence in any of this.
- 1:39:03SPEAKER_08: He lost by 45,000 votes.
- 1:39:05SPEAKER_08: He was already saying before all the votes were even counted that he wasn't going to concede, and now he's moving forward to the detriment of the GOP's chances to win in November, of which I believe that this is the best opportunity with the best slate of candidates that the GOP has put forward in the time that I've been doing, you know, being a talk show host here in Minnesota for the past for the past decade.
- 1:39:31SPEAKER_08: But without any evidence here, is this how you believe that we're supposed to go and conduct all of our elections, that the individuals who lose immediately call for a recount?
- 1:39:40SPEAKER_08: We already have laws in place if there is a certain percentage, depending on where you are in the country, you know, of a of the gap.
- 1:39:47SPEAKER_08: If the percentage is small enough between two candidates, they automatically go to a recount.
- 1:39:50SPEAKER_08: We just can't have it be that every single time a candidate loses and their buttsar over it, they immediately go and demand a recount.
- 1:39:57SPEAKER_08: That's not how any of this works.
- 1:40:00SPEAKER_08: We'll get to more of your thoughts coming up in just a moment, 612-584-4565.
- 1:40:04SPEAKER_08: But let's go ahead and hear from Mike Lindell himself.
- 1:40:06SPEAKER_08: He posted this yesterday regarding um how he wants to privately fund the statewide hand or recount and audit the ballots cast on in the August 11th primary.
- 1:40:15SPEAKER_08: Here's what he had to say.
- 1:40:16SPEAKER_00: Hello, everyone.
- 1:40:17SPEAKER_00: Mike Lindell here.
- 1:40:19SPEAKER_00: For six years I've been fighting to secure our elections.
- 1:40:22SPEAKER_00: And today I'm announcing the largest privately funded recount audit in U.S.
- 1:40:28SPEAKER_00: history.
- 1:40:29SPEAKER_00: As you know, my primary race for Minnesota governor had major deviations and anomalies on election night.
- 1:40:36SPEAKER_00: Well, we've now analyzed the election night reporting from the August 11th Minnesota governor's primary, and what we found demands answers.
- 1:40:46SPEAKER_00: During that election, reported vote totals actually went backwards 55 different times across 25 of Minnesota's 87 counties.
- 1:40:56SPEAKER_00: In one county alone, the report identified six separate updates where the reported vote totals went down.
- 1:41:03SPEAKER_00: Think about that.
- 1:41:05SPEAKER_00: When does a vote total actually go backwards?
- 1:41:08SPEAKER_00: Well, you look at this.
- 1:41:19SPEAKER_00: 99.79%, which is impossible without the use of an algorithm.
- 1:41:25SPEAKER_00: Seven different candidates, votes coming in from different counties all over the state, and yet their numbers moved almost in lockstep with no spikes and no dumps ever.
- 1:41:35SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 1:41:36SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
- 1:41:37SPEAKER_00: Electronic voting machines.
- 1:41:40SPEAKER_00: We have to hand count the paper ballots.
- 1:41:43SPEAKER_00: One of the few good election laws that Minnesota actually does have is it allows candidates to do a full on paper ballot recount with no machines.
- 1:41:54SPEAKER_00: Also, we get to have observers in every place the ballots are counted, and we're allowed to contest the ballots.
- 1:42:01SPEAKER_00: This is not a left or right issue.
- 1:42:04SPEAKER_00: Democrat Senator Amy Klobuchar, who's also running for Minnesota governor, has also advocated to get rid of the electronic voting machines and go to paper ballots hand counting.
- 1:42:15SPEAKER_00: On that, Amy and I agree.
- 1:42:17SPEAKER_00: In fact, did you know that on July 16th, President Trump declassified evidence from our intelligence agencies, both the CIA and the NIH, against SmartMatic and the other voting machine companies?
- 1:42:32SPEAKER_08: That those are the people.
- 1:43:02SPEAKER_08: The Democrats would have much rather have run against Mike Lindell over Lisa Damath.
- 1:43:09SPEAKER_08: If Mike Lindell doesn't understand that, then that's on him.
- 1:43:12SPEAKER_08: But that's just the reality.
- 1:43:14SPEAKER_08: He would be a more beatable candidate to Amy Klobuchar, to Amy Klobishar.
- 1:43:22SPEAKER_08: Than Lisa Damath.
- 1:43:23SPEAKER_08: Or maybe even Kendall Qualls.
- 1:43:26SPEAKER_08: So is the assumption here supposed to be that the Republicans went and gamed the election?
- 1:43:31SPEAKER_08: Because I think you and I both know that I haven't seen any evidence of that happening, on top of the fact of what I said earlier in the show, and that is when you consider just how outspent Republicans are every single election versus the DFL here in the state, they need to count every single dollar when it comes to their campaigning in the primary and the general.
- 1:43:55SPEAKER_08: And is that really the way that you want to go to appeal to the voters, Republican voters, to suggest through absence of pointing to exactly who may have committed this fraud that it would be Republicans who went and committed this fraud that kept him from winning the primary on Tuesday?
- 1:44:15SPEAKER_08: It makes no sense.
- 1:44:16SPEAKER_08: In terms of the vote tallies, that this vote, the vote tallies happen like this every single election cycle.
- 1:44:22SPEAKER_08: Are there sometimes potentially shenanigans involved?
- 1:44:25SPEAKER_08: Absolutely.
- 1:44:26SPEAKER_08: But at the local level, when you have ballots coming in from precincts, there are mistakes that are made.
- 1:44:31SPEAKER_08: There are numbers that are transposed.
- 1:44:33SPEAKER_08: There are numbers that are corrected.
- 1:44:34SPEAKER_08: The numbers fluctuate.
- 1:44:36SPEAKER_08: Anybody who follows elections, anybody who goes and works monitoring elections, you know that this happens every single election cycle.
- 1:44:43SPEAKER_08: This isn't some bizarro anomaly that suddenly just popped up.
- 1:44:48SPEAKER_08: No, in my opinion, this is Mike Lindell's inability to realize that he lost this election, and the best thing that he could do for the state of Minnesota, for the party that he is supposed to be representing, is to go and support the candidates who actually won in the primary and move forward.
- 1:45:04SPEAKER_08: But clearly, Mike Lindell is just in this for Mike Lindell.
- 1:45:07SPEAKER_08: Because even if, let's just say for the sake of argument that his claims were true, he does his ballot recount and he actually didn't win this election.
- 1:45:15SPEAKER_08: Do you really think that that controversy is not going to carry over into the general election and absolutely keep him from winning against Amy Klobuchar?
- 1:45:24SPEAKER_08: Of course it would.
- 1:45:27SPEAKER_08: But there's no evidence of this at all, and no other candidates are complaining about this.
- 1:45:31SPEAKER_08: Rob Door, not a single vote was counted wrong.
- 1:45:34SPEAKER_08: No evidence of this.
- 1:45:35SPEAKER_08: No evidence that a single vote count was wrong.
- 1:45:38SPEAKER_08: No evidence that paper ballots differ from reported results.
- 1:45:41SPEAKER_08: No proof that voting systems were uncertified.
- 1:45:45SPEAKER_08: He's inventing a verification requirement that isn't even a statute.
- 1:45:49SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to more of what Michael and Dill had to say.
- 1:46:17SPEAKER_08: You can do two things here.
- 1:46:19SPEAKER_08: You can say that you don't agree with the outcome of the election, but for the good of the party that you're supposed to be representing, you're going to concede and support the candidate, and you can move forward with investigating the machines.
- 1:46:30SPEAKER_08: That would be a worthwhile use of your time and the influence that you have here in Minnesota, not what he's doing here, which is completely counterproductive to the party that he wants to represent and the attempts for the GOP to win statewide coming up in November.
- 1:47:04SPEAKER_00: All because we want to get rid of these electronic voting machines and secure our elections and go to paper ballots hand counting.
- 1:47:11SPEAKER_00: I believe this paper ballot recount and audit is the gateway to finally end the use of electronic voting machines in our USA elections.
- 1:47:20SPEAKER_00: Please go to Lindellplan.com and help us make this historic election audit and paper ballot recount happen.
- 1:47:28SPEAKER_00: We are going to secure our election platforms and restore our great country together.
- 1:47:33SPEAKER_00: Thank you and God bless.
- 1:47:35SPEAKER_08: Was he just asking for dollars to do the recount?
- 1:47:39SPEAKER_07: Is that what he is, is he campaigning off of this, even though he's not running anymore?
- 1:47:45SPEAKER_08: Listen, don't mistake my frustration over this as a slight on Mike Lindell as a person.
- 1:47:50SPEAKER_08: I've interviewed Mike Lindell.
- 1:47:52SPEAKER_08: He's accomplished a ton.
- 1:47:53SPEAKER_08: He has a great story.
- 1:47:55SPEAKER_08: It's inspirational to a lot of people.
- 1:47:59SPEAKER_08: What Mike Lindell went through in previous years, different substance abuse problems.
- 1:48:07SPEAKER_08: We talked about this at length years ago when I had a chance to interview him on a post-show podcast.
- 1:48:13SPEAKER_08: Okay, it's an incredible story.
- 1:48:14SPEAKER_08: It's an inspirational story.
- 1:48:15SPEAKER_08: Then going and founding, you know, my pillow, I rest my head every night on a my pillow.
- 1:48:22SPEAKER_08: Every time I'm prepping the show, I put on my slippers and I walk around the house with them.
- 1:48:29SPEAKER_08: I wear them when I'm prepping the show because the seat in my office is just a little bit too high, so my feet need like an extra like half inch to hit the floor, so I'm comfortable.
- 1:48:37SPEAKER_08: So the slippers are perfect for that.
- 1:48:38SPEAKER_08: They're per the my slippers are perfect for that.
- 1:48:40SPEAKER_08: They're incredibly comfortable.
- 1:48:41SPEAKER_08: I've had them for years and they're still great.
- 1:48:43SPEAKER_08: None of what I'm saying is against Mike Lindell as a person.
- 1:48:46SPEAKER_08: Two things can be true at once.
- 1:48:48SPEAKER_08: Right?
- 1:48:48SPEAKER_08: He's an inspirational story.
- 1:48:50SPEAKER_08: He has an incredibly successful uh company, but he also lost this election.
- 1:48:55SPEAKER_08: And now he's making it all about him, to the detriment, again, of the party that he wanted to go and represent.
- 1:49:02SPEAKER_31: Hey, Mike, sit down.
- 1:49:04SPEAKER_31: Shut up.
- 1:49:06SPEAKER_31: Go back to running the bar in Victoria.
- 1:49:09SPEAKER_31: Oh, yeah.
- 1:49:09SPEAKER_31: Never mind.
- 1:49:11SPEAKER_30: That was losing money too.
- 1:49:13SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565.
- 1:49:17SPEAKER_08: If you want to leave us a blast this morning here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment, and thank you so much to everybody who's currently listening.
- 1:49:26SPEAKER_37: People calling in who are in support of Mike Lindal.
- 1:49:31SPEAKER_37: Yeah.
- 1:49:32SPEAKER_37: 48 in every election.
- 1:49:35SPEAKER_37: 45,000 votes.
- 1:49:37SPEAKER_37: Mike Lindal.
- 1:49:47SPEAKER_37: Look at the vote.
- 1:50:00SPEAKER_37: And be smart about this.
- 1:50:02SPEAKER_37: This is our chance to win this year.
- 1:50:04SPEAKER_37: Mike Wendell needs to give this uh way too many votes.
- 1:50:09SPEAKER_37: I don't care what anomalies he seen.
- 1:50:11SPEAKER_37: And again, I haven't seen the evidence.
- 1:50:13SPEAKER_37: The only time I've seen this even talked about is on Mike Lindell TV.
- 1:50:17SPEAKER_37: No other place.
- 1:50:20SPEAKER_37: Just calm down and let's focus and win this.
- 1:50:23SPEAKER_37: Thanks, everyone.
- 1:50:24SPEAKER_37: Have a great day.
- 1:50:25SPEAKER_08: Listen, uh great comments.
- 1:50:27SPEAKER_08: Thank you so much.
- 1:50:27SPEAKER_08: Keep them coming in.
- 1:50:28SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565.
- 1:50:31SPEAKER_08: Even if you disagree with me, I'm happy to hear the other the the other side to the argument regarding Mike Lindell's demand for a uh recount in the gubernatorial uh primary.
- 1:50:41SPEAKER_32: Hey John, uh I gotta disagree with you a little bit on uh Mike Lindell thing.
- 1:50:46SPEAKER_32: Um we know that Minnesota's corrupt, we know that they don't ask for ID.
- 1:50:50SPEAKER_32: In fact, if you try to show ID, we know that you'll push your hand away and tell you you don't need it.
- 1:50:56SPEAKER_32: I think if uh we want to check for corruption, let's check for corruption.
- 1:51:00SPEAKER_32: We know it's there, and the fact that there's no evidence doesn't mean that it's not there.
- 1:51:05SPEAKER_08: But what kind of precedent are you setting?
- 1:51:09SPEAKER_08: That this is gonna happen every single election cycle with every single candidate when they don't win an election, and the argument is going to be that we have to do a recount because there could have been fraud involved.
- 1:51:20SPEAKER_08: I'm sorry.
- 1:51:20SPEAKER_08: I appreciate the comments, and again, my tone is not aimed at you specifically.
- 1:51:27SPEAKER_08: But I default back to the previous statement.
- 1:51:29SPEAKER_08: We just be smart about this.
- 1:51:32SPEAKER_08: Be rational about this.
- 1:51:34SPEAKER_08: Reverse engineer all of this.
- 1:51:36SPEAKER_08: It makes zero sense whatsoever.
- 1:51:39SPEAKER_08: You show me evidence of any kind of that the f that there was fraud that took place.
- 1:51:46SPEAKER_08: But this idea that, yes, I don't have faith or trust in our system.
- 1:51:50SPEAKER_08: I've been highlighting on the show this week the fact that we have ridiculous election laws put forward by Democrats in order to make it easy for as many people to vote as possible, including people who aren't here legally.
- 1:52:04SPEAKER_08: I get all of that.
- 1:52:07SPEAKER_08: The Democrats will argue that they've put all these safeguards in place all along the way, but they've offered up this low barrier to entry regarding voting that makes us susceptible to voter fraud and then makes us have to trust the system to go and do the checks and balances.
- 1:52:25SPEAKER_08: Those are all legitimate, genuine concerns.
- 1:52:28SPEAKER_08: But what we're talking about here is something completely different when it comes to a primary election wherein there is no controversy from anybody else, no claims of fraud from any other candidates, and you have one individual who's basically acting like a big fat sore loser and can't just concede and admit the fact that he lost this election.
- 1:52:51SPEAKER_08: And before you leave a blast saying, well, if we do this audit, we'll have taken care of it.
- 1:52:56SPEAKER_08: Give me a break already.
- 1:52:58SPEAKER_08: Because I can already I I I've been doing this long enough, I can already hear the comments going, well, if we conduct this audit on a statewide level, then we can expose any potential fraud if there is any, and then we'll have tackled the problem.
- 1:53:12SPEAKER_08: No, that's not going to be the precedent that's set.
- 1:53:14SPEAKER_08: Because in order for that to be true, then we have to go and actually change the election laws.
- 1:53:18SPEAKER_08: And depending on what the outcome of the election is in November, there's no guarantee that any of these laws that I'm concerned about and you're concerned about are actually going to go and change.
- 1:53:30SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to some of your thoughts on the blaster line, 612-584-4565.
- 1:53:41SPEAKER_39: You've never looked for the evidence.
- 1:53:44SPEAKER_39: Ever.
- 1:53:46SPEAKER_08: Is that my job?
- 1:53:51SPEAKER_08: Am I an election official?
- 1:53:54SPEAKER_08: Is my job as a talk show host to go and look for evidence of election fraud?
- 1:53:59SPEAKER_08: I'm sorry, I didn't see that in my job description here at American Experiment or in any of my previous gigs.
- 1:54:06SPEAKER_08: I think you misunderstand what my role is as a talk show host.
- 1:54:09SPEAKER_40: It isn't dead people voting or illegal voting.
- 1:54:13SPEAKER_40: It's the system itself.
- 1:54:16SPEAKER_40: Okay.
- 1:54:18SPEAKER_40: Space Force caught it in 2020.
- 1:54:21SPEAKER_40: The NSA caught it in 2020.
- 1:54:24SPEAKER_40: Mike Wendown caught it in 2020.
- 1:54:27SPEAKER_40: Patrick Byrne caught it in 2020.
- 1:54:29SPEAKER_08: Hey, uh producer uh Devin, can you uh can you help me out here for uh for just a second here?
- 1:54:34SPEAKER_08: Um what what year is it right now?
- 1:54:37SPEAKER_08: Uh 2026.
- 1:54:40SPEAKER_08: 2026.
- 1:54:41SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 1:54:42SPEAKER_08: My math is correct.
- 1:54:43SPEAKER_08: She's talking about things about six years ago, right?
- 1:54:45SPEAKER_08: That aren't is that am I I believe?
- 1:54:47SPEAKER_08: Is that right?
- 1:54:47SPEAKER_08: Okay, I know.
- 1:54:48SPEAKER_08: I know I don't want to drag you in on this.
- 1:54:49SPEAKER_08: I know you're just the producer of the show, but I figured just some basic math would be would be okay.
- 1:54:52SPEAKER_08: You're okay with that, okay.
- 1:54:54SPEAKER_08: I made a I'm glad I made a proper uh assumption.
- 1:54:57SPEAKER_40: They have the evidence, they've shown the evidence.
- 1:55:00SPEAKER_40: You've never looked for it.
- 1:55:02SPEAKER_08: Again, that's not my job.
- 1:55:04SPEAKER_08: What evidence are you talking about?
- 1:55:05SPEAKER_08: The 2020 evidence?
- 1:55:06SPEAKER_08: We're talking about 2026.
- 1:55:07SPEAKER_08: We're talking about a primary that just took place like a week or so uh uh ago.
- 1:55:13SPEAKER_08: We're talking about that primary.
- 1:55:14SPEAKER_08: We're not talking about 2026.
- 1:55:16SPEAKER_08: And I'm a talk show host, I'm not an investigative journalist.
- 1:55:21SPEAKER_08: Neither is Mike Lendell for that matter.
- 1:55:23SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to some more of your thoughts from the blaster line this morning.
- 1:55:26SPEAKER_13: It's become pointless to talk to you about the Mike Lendell thing because you have your mind made up and all you want to do is argue about it.
- 1:55:32SPEAKER_13: You have your opinion, other people have their opinion.
- 1:55:34SPEAKER_13: Mike Lindell has his opinion.
- 1:55:36SPEAKER_13: Can we just move on to a different topic, please?
- 1:55:38SPEAKER_13: It's getting old.
- 1:55:42SPEAKER_08: Unfortunately, it's not going away.
- 1:55:44SPEAKER_08: I had avoided this until this popped up on my on my radar uh yesterday.
- 1:55:51SPEAKER_08: Among the claims, as you heard, Lindell said that vote totals moved backwards during reporting and that some counties reported more votes than ballots cast.
- 1:56:00SPEAKER_08: He did not provide evidence in his announcement claiming those alleged ill irregularities affected certified results.
- 1:56:07SPEAKER_08: All right, let me take another let me take another angle on this, because I know I'm annoying some of you people, and I well, I'm not going to apologize.
- 1:56:13SPEAKER_08: If you're getting annoyed, that's a choice that you're making.
- 1:56:15SPEAKER_08: To be angered and annoyed is a choice.
- 1:56:17SPEAKER_08: If you take anything away from the show today, to be offended is a choice.
- 1:56:20SPEAKER_08: You made a choice to listen to the show, that's on you.
- 1:56:24SPEAKER_08: And I hope you continue to do so, because what fun would it be if you agree with me all the time?
- 1:56:30SPEAKER_08: Especially my ridiculous uh stances when it comes to uh the uh the Super Bowl and uh two debates.
- 1:56:36SPEAKER_08: That's probably some of my some of my worst takes uh as of uh as of late.
- 1:56:40SPEAKER_08: Here's where I get frustrated as we start to close out uh this show is that Mike Lindell does carry you know weight, right?
- 1:56:49SPEAKER_08: Like I said, none of what I'm talking about this morning is any slight on the man at all.
- 1:56:53SPEAKER_08: And two things can be true at once, okay?
- 1:56:56SPEAKER_08: I think he's a great American, I think he genuinely cares about this country.
- 1:56:59SPEAKER_08: I also think what we're seeing right now is a bit of selfishness on his part.
- 1:57:03SPEAKER_08: Okay, so two things can be true at once.
- 1:57:05SPEAKER_08: But that being said, because of the influence that he carries and his concern over election fraud, there's a lot of good that he could do to go and tackle election fraud.
- 1:57:15SPEAKER_08: Like real concerns over what we're hearing from former election judges.
- 1:57:19SPEAKER_08: I have some audio that I'll share with Cam Higby here in a little bit.
- 1:57:22SPEAKER_08: Being an advocate for supporting the candidates that did win the primary so the GOP can win statewide, so we can actually go and enact some voter integrity so that we don't have to be as concerned about voter fraud.
- 1:57:34SPEAKER_08: That would be a good use of his energy and time.
- 1:57:39SPEAKER_08: I'll provide you that example here coming up in just a moment as we close in on hour three here on the John Justice Show.
- 1:57:45SPEAKER_08: I just want to take a moment and remind you that if you need to get away and escape for a while and relax from all the content that we share on the show, which I hope you listen and continue to listen every single day, head on over to Mini Leaf, M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com and check out their wide array of fantastic products.

- 2:00:05unknown: Yeah.
- 2:00:06SPEAKER_08: Yeah, okay.
- 2:00:06SPEAKER_08: We had some issues yesterday where yesterday's uh show did not get posted on the MixLR app.
- 2:00:11SPEAKER_08: So I apologize for that.
- 2:00:12SPEAKER_08: But uh producer Devin has gone and uh remedied that for those that were wanting to listen to uh yesterday's show.
- 2:00:17SPEAKER_08: And it was a pack show yesterday.
- 2:00:18SPEAKER_08: Uh speaking of the election, as we talk about Mike Lindell um wanting to launch the largest paper ballot recount audit of its kind in U.S.
- 2:00:27SPEAKER_08: history without having any tangible evidence of election uh fraud.
- 2:00:32SPEAKER_08: We talked with Ryan Wilson, Lieutenant Governor candidate uh for Lisa Dama's campaign on uh yesterday's show.
- 2:00:39SPEAKER_08: Uh, also had the chance to go and uh talk with uh Liz Collin as well.
- 2:00:43SPEAKER_08: I had a great interview with uh Eric uh Lippman yesterday.
- 2:00:46SPEAKER_08: So if you missed uh the podcast, be sure to check it out on the podcast uh platforms uh available now on uh MixLR and also across the other podcast platforms that you listen to.
- 2:00:56SPEAKER_08: All right, Mike Lindell, as we've been talking about, got a lot of comments that have rolled in, and we'll move over to Amy Klobishar.
- 2:01:02SPEAKER_08: We have audio of her to share.
- 2:01:03SPEAKER_08: Mike Lindell, who lost the Minnesota GOP gubernatorial primary, announced plans to privately fund the statewide hand recount and audit of ballots, citing alleged voting irregularities in election night reporting data.
- 2:01:16SPEAKER_08: He claims the vote totals moved backwards, and some counties reported more votes than ballots cast, though he provided no evidence of those irregularities affected by the uh results.
- 2:01:28SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to some of your thoughts, including friend of the show, uh lawyer uh James Dickey, who has uh some thoughts on this, has left us a blast at 616.
- 2:01:37SPEAKER_08: 4565.
- 2:01:38SPEAKER_28: I wanted to make the comment that Minnesota does use paper ballots for every election, and we use scanners, calculators that take those paper ballots and translate them into cast votes.
- 2:01:49SPEAKER_28: And after every general election, randomly selected precinct are hand counted to check the machine's accuracy.
- 2:01:56SPEAKER_28: So if Mike Lindell wants to pay for a full recount and prove to everybody that he lost, and that's a fraud, and our election is not from the machine, but it's from people showing up to vote who shouldn't be voting, or you know, ineligible people registering the vote.
- 2:02:11SPEAKER_28: And if the law allows him to do that, then I say go ahead.
- 2:02:14SPEAKER_08: Thank you for the comment, uh James.
- 2:02:16SPEAKER_08: Uh greatly appreciated.
- 2:02:17SPEAKER_08: If you want to leave a comment, you can do so at 612-584-4565.
- 2:02:22SPEAKER_08: Again, 612-584-4565.
- 2:02:26SPEAKER_31: Good morning, John.
- 2:02:27SPEAKER_31: Uh Alex South Rivers.
- 2:02:28SPEAKER_31: Hopefully, this uh is the final step for Lindell to just disappear back to making this awesome pillows.
- 2:02:36SPEAKER_31: Uh let him do the recount.
- 2:02:39SPEAKER_31: Uh he's primarily funding it.
- 2:02:42SPEAKER_31: Who gives a shit?
- 2:02:44SPEAKER_31: Maybe he'll just go away.
- 2:02:47SPEAKER_08: Well, I care.
- 2:02:48SPEAKER_08: I I do care.
- 2:02:49SPEAKER_08: Listen, he can do what he wants to do, but make no mistake, uh, this is not going to be to the benefit of any of the GOP candidates that that won.
- 2:02:58SPEAKER_08: That's therein lies the problem.
- 2:03:01SPEAKER_08: You know, if Mike Lindell wants to go and spend his money, although it seems as if he's trying to gather up funds to go and and pay for this, um, you know, he can.
- 2:03:09SPEAKER_08: If people want to go and support it, they can.
- 2:03:11SPEAKER_08: I'm just curious what happens if he goes and does this audit and doesn't get the results that he wants.
- 2:03:16SPEAKER_08: Is he gonna lament the damage that might have been done to the candidates heading into November?
- 2:03:21SPEAKER_08: Because make no mistake, the DFL will run on this.
- 2:03:24SPEAKER_08: They will absolutely use what Mike Lindell is doing and then and then cast criticism across the entirety of the GOP candidates for for the stunt that Mike Lindell is attempting to pull off here.
- 2:03:36SPEAKER_31: Hey, Mikey, this kind of spoiled tempered tantrum narcissism is the exact reason you lost the election.
- 2:03:49SPEAKER_08: And this is what I was referring to a moment ago, because this is where I think the energy could be spent.
- 2:03:54SPEAKER_08: Continue to focus on the need, the GOP's need to win elections to bring about election integrity.
- 2:04:02SPEAKER_08: Cam Higby, who was there with James O'Keefe when they did their voter vouching stunt on primary day, he had the chance to talk to a former Minneapolis head election judge who wanted to remain anonymous talking about homeless people being able to vote in our elections.
- 2:04:22SPEAKER_08: Here is that exchange that Kama Higby posted on uh X this week.
- 2:04:26SPEAKER_48: So in the in the training, they emphasized this wasn't in the earlier trainings, this might have started maybe about 2017-18.
- 2:04:37SPEAKER_48: They made it a point that if a person came in and they were homeless, we had to really work hard to letting them vote without an address.
- 2:04:51SPEAKER_48: How do you know they're in a precinct?
- 2:04:54SPEAKER_48: And the way we know is you ask them, Well, where do you usually sleep?
- 2:05:01SPEAKER_48: So if they say they're under this, if they sleep under such and such a bridge, if that bridge is in your precinct, then they're they can vote in your precinct.
- 2:05:12SPEAKER_28: Wow.
- 2:05:14SPEAKER_48: That's not in the manual, but it is in the training.
- 2:05:18SPEAKER_48: Who trained the election people, whatever.
- 2:05:24SPEAKER_48: Yeah, and they're at a new place now, but I remember the room.
- 2:05:28SPEAKER_48: It was on Harding Avenue.
- 2:05:29SPEAKER_48: They don't, that's not where the election judge training happens now, but I remember it was on Harding Avenue.
- 2:05:34SPEAKER_48: So it might have been around 2018 when that started manifesting in the trainings.
- 2:05:42SPEAKER_08: And there are legitimate concerns.
- 2:05:46SPEAKER_08: But do you really think that this is the way that we go and address them by calling into question the legitimacy of the vote count on the GOP side?
- 2:05:56SPEAKER_08: I just none of it tracks or makes sense for me or to many of you.
- 2:06:01SPEAKER_24: Here we go again.
- 2:06:02SPEAKER_24: The Republicans shooting themselves in the foot.
- 2:06:06SPEAKER_24: If Mike Lindell keeps pushing this, we're going to end up with Amy Klobichar for sure.
- 2:06:11SPEAKER_08: Yeah, and I'm going to share uh all the reasons why that's a scary uh prospect coming up on the uh on the show.
- 2:06:18SPEAKER_08: I have some Amy news uh to dive into.
- 2:06:20SPEAKER_08: I do want to get through a handful of your uh blasts this morning here on the John Justice Show presented by American Experiment.
- 2:06:26SPEAKER_31: Good morning, John.
- 2:06:26SPEAKER_31: Paul from Brooklyn Park.
- 2:06:28SPEAKER_31: So I was gonna vote for Lisa Damu's anyway, and I'm glad I did because the way Mike's handling this.
- 2:06:35SPEAKER_31: If Mike could beat Lisa Ferrand Square, I would be voting for Mike.
- 2:06:39SPEAKER_31: I'm gonna support the Republicans because you just can't support these Democrats.
- 2:06:44SPEAKER_31: I I he could do a lot for the party by just getting behind her and saying, I want to fix voting in the state so Lisa can so Lisa can have a good chance to beat me.
- 2:06:54SPEAKER_31: That's what he needs to do.
- 2:06:56SPEAKER_31: Get in line, Mike.
- 2:06:58SPEAKER_31: You know, congratulations on getting your life in order, but get on board here.
- 2:07:04SPEAKER_08: Yeah, and that's probably what is most frustrating to me is that it's a it's it's wasted effort where there is influence that Mike Lindell carries, and it's in my view, it's simply um being uh being squandered.
- 2:07:17SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to a few more of uh your thoughts, and then we'll turn our attention over to Amy Clobichar.
- 2:07:23SPEAKER_31: Good morning, John.
- 2:07:24SPEAKER_31: This is Vinnie.
- 2:07:25SPEAKER_31: Calling ball Mike Lindell.
- 2:07:28SPEAKER_31: Not winning the nomination.
- 2:07:37SPEAKER_31: And the truth is, a lot of people vote by somebody's appearance more than they do by their qualification.
- 2:07:43SPEAKER_31: Well a lot of people, Michael Lindell is not good looking.
- 2:07:48SPEAKER_08: Was that the same guy that got the uh uh the I don't have any integrity because I don't look like I sound?
- 2:07:56SPEAKER_08: Is that the same?
- 2:07:57SPEAKER_08: Yes.
- 2:07:58SPEAKER_08: Thank you, uh, Vinny, for the blast.
- 2:08:01SPEAKER_08: I could not disagree with you uh more.
- 2:08:06SPEAKER_08: I won't spend the rest of the show going through who I believe are unattractive candidates or those serving in official uh capacities.
- 2:08:16SPEAKER_08: Uh, and it's all very subjective.
- 2:08:18SPEAKER_08: No, I think that the amnesty plan that he put forward is probably a bigger factor as to why Mike Lindell lost.
- 2:08:26SPEAKER_07: Um uh not how he looks.
- 2:08:29SPEAKER_08: I just I just is he an unattractive dude?
- 2:08:32SPEAKER_08: I don't I'd never consider Mike Lindell that.
- 2:08:34SPEAKER_08: Uh producer Isaac has uh has joined us taking over for uh for Devin.
- 2:08:39SPEAKER_08: Do you have any thoughts either way over the handsomeness of Mike Lindell?
- 2:08:45SPEAKER_18: Absolutely brutal for that to be the first question.
- 2:08:48SPEAKER_08: The facial hair kind of works for him.
- 2:08:49SPEAKER_08: I don't think I've ever seen him without the mustache, but I think the mustache works for him.
- 2:08:53SPEAKER_08: I would dare to say he's kind of a handsome dude.
- 2:08:56unknown: Okay.
- 2:08:57SPEAKER_08: You know, I do whatever.
- 2:08:58SPEAKER_08: Sure.
- 2:08:59SPEAKER_08: I say that with the staunch record of heterosexuality.
- 2:09:01SPEAKER_08: Now, not that there's anything wrong with that.
- 2:09:02SPEAKER_08: Yeah, fair enough.
- 2:09:03SPEAKER_08: Just saying, you know.
- 2:09:04SPEAKER_08: All right, let's get back to some of our your thoughts this morning.
- 2:09:09SPEAKER_31: I know Mike's a lot of blockers, but um the question or the question he brings up is something about machines rolling back.
- 2:09:19SPEAKER_31: Is there a logical explanation to that?
- 2:09:22SPEAKER_31: Let's not blow that off.
- 2:09:23SPEAKER_31: But I agree with you, he needs to give up and move on.
- 2:09:27SPEAKER_31: Good luck.
- 2:09:27SPEAKER_31: Good show, John.
- 2:09:28SPEAKER_31: Thanks.
- 2:09:30SPEAKER_08: Thank you, and thank you for the kind words this morning.
- 2:09:31SPEAKER_08: I greatly appreciate it.
- 2:09:33SPEAKER_16: I wonder if this was a plan online for Mike Wendell, that he lost and he was going to contest the election and look for more evidence of fraud.
- 2:09:43SPEAKER_16: Um I I that makes sense to me that perhaps that was his complete goal.
- 2:09:49SPEAKER_16: I personally didn't vote for him because I don't think he can win against uh Amy Kovachar.
- 2:09:56SPEAKER_16: So that was where why my vote didn't go his way.
- 2:10:00SPEAKER_08: Well, it all started on election night.
- 2:10:02SPEAKER_08: I mean, even as the votes were still rolling in, uh Mike Lindell was saying he wasn't going to uh he wasn't going to concede.
- 2:10:08SPEAKER_06: So whether it was a plan all along, we don't.
- 2:10:10SPEAKER_27: I think the problem is this.
- 2:10:11SPEAKER_27: We know that there's cheating in the elections.
- 2:10:13SPEAKER_27: He needed to get standing.
- 2:10:14SPEAKER_27: So he had to run an election so he could pull all of this stuff to try to prove it, but he did it in a primary where there's going to be farther cheating than there would be in the actual general election, uh, but he didn't win, so he can't get into the general election, he's standing in mass.
- 2:10:27SPEAKER_27: So he's trying to prove what we've all known for years, and he's doing us a favor, he's just going about it in a way that is um perhaps a little bit clunky, I guess.
- 2:10:35SPEAKER_08: I one person's clunky is another person's undermining.
- 2:10:40SPEAKER_08: Because as I said, this undermines all of the slate of candidates on the GOP side to have this being in the background.
- 2:10:49SPEAKER_08: Because wherein you don't have local media, say, talking about Derek Chauvin's attorney and his bombshell claim that Thief Ellison and Dim Walls didn't convene a grand jury in the indictment against Derek Chauvin.
- 2:11:03SPEAKER_08: It's missing from all of the media outlets, but I can tell you, you know what they are all covering on their front pages?
- 2:11:08SPEAKER_08: This story.
- 2:11:09SPEAKER_08: Every single one of them.
- 2:11:10SPEAKER_08: And why do you think they're doing that?
- 2:11:12SPEAKER_08: You know exactly why they're doing that.
- 2:11:14SPEAKER_08: They're doing that because they want to undermine Republicans.
- 2:11:17SPEAKER_08: Because that's what this will do.
- 2:11:18SPEAKER_08: It's a sideshow that's a distraction and not beneficial to the GOP.
- 2:11:23SPEAKER_29: You can concede the election and work in conjunction with the new Republican governor to implement voter integrity laws, or you can continue to fight the election resolve for the primary and bring more viewers to your TV channel.
- 2:11:39SPEAKER_08: That's true.
- 2:11:41SPEAKER_06: Maybe I should go about maybe I should run for office, lose, and then say that I refuse to back down and then try to get more people to the show.
- 2:11:47SPEAKER_08: Have we thought about that?
- 2:11:48SPEAKER_08: Should we get we let's let's convene?
- 2:11:49SPEAKER_08: Let's convene the comms today, Isaac.
- 2:11:52SPEAKER_08: Let's conve let's convene the cabal of comms here at American Experiment.
- 2:11:56SPEAKER_08: Let's plot our way towards getting new individuals.
- 2:12:00SPEAKER_08: Individuals to listen and watch the show online.
- 2:12:04SPEAKER_08: You're regretting coming in now, aren't you?
- 2:12:06SPEAKER_08: Not at all.
- 2:12:07SPEAKER_08: He's like, oh, I've why did I agree?
- 2:12:09SPEAKER_08: No.
- 2:12:09SPEAKER_06: To go and fill in.
- 2:12:10SPEAKER_06: I didn't realize I was going to have to be subjected to these shenanigans.
- 2:12:14SPEAKER_08: Um, I got a uh a text that rolled in.
- 2:12:17SPEAKER_08: If anyone should want to recount, it's Kendall Qualls because he was the endorsed candidate.
- 2:12:25SPEAKER_08: That's a fantastic point.
- 2:12:26SPEAKER_08: And other people made the point too that when you actually look at the vote totals and the out and the number of individuals that came out to vote for Amy Clobishar, it doesn't lead into any of the claims that Mike Glendell is making regarding voting fraud and uh occurring benefiting, you know, Lisa Damath in this campaign.
- 2:12:42SPEAKER_08: All right, one more and we'll move over to some other issues.
- 2:12:45SPEAKER_37: Hi, I'm calling in about Mike Glendale.
- 2:12:49SPEAKER_37: Mike Glendale was shut down by every good judge that he could come upon to uh make sure that the machines were uh accurate.
- 2:12:59SPEAKER_37: Now he decided to run for governor.
- 2:13:01SPEAKER_37: Well, if you had the recon, maybe it's kind of proved to everybody that the machines are not liable.
- 2:13:08SPEAKER_37: Reliable.
- 2:13:09SPEAKER_37: Sorry.
- 2:13:15SPEAKER_14: I got ready.
- 2:13:17SPEAKER_08: No, you were fine.
- 2:13:18SPEAKER_08: You were totally good.
- 2:13:19SPEAKER_08: You had it, you were right.
- 2:13:22SPEAKER_08: Thank you for the comment.
- 2:13:23SPEAKER_08: I gotcha.
- 2:13:26SPEAKER_08: Oh, that's unfortunate.
- 2:13:27SPEAKER_08: I know what that's like though.
- 2:13:28SPEAKER_08: I record everything for live.
- 2:13:30SPEAKER_08: I hate doing it, really, you know what it really comes down to?
- 2:13:32SPEAKER_08: It comes down to editing.
- 2:13:33SPEAKER_08: I just hate doing editing.
- 2:13:34SPEAKER_08: But since I do a live show, I just don't like it when I have to go and splice things up.
- 2:13:38SPEAKER_08: So when I record social media posts, I just do them all in one take, which often requires me to start and stop all the time.
- 2:13:45SPEAKER_08: Because a little known, uh a little unknown fact among most individuals when it comes to uh to uh to hosts who do live shows, at least if this is the case for me, is that um often it's harder to go and record something because mentally you know that you can start and stop.
- 2:14:02SPEAKER_08: Isaac shaking his head.
- 2:14:04SPEAKER_08: You know what I'm talking about.
- 2:14:05SPEAKER_08: No, that's legit.
- 2:14:06SPEAKER_08: Yeah, it's too completely legit.
- 2:14:07SPEAKER_08: The moment you know that you're recording, it's like for some reason there's a trigger in your head where if you just go and say one thing, it's like, oh, I can stop it and start it over.
- 2:14:14SPEAKER_08: You can't do that when you're when you're live.
- 2:14:16SPEAKER_08: So when you're live, you just get to make all the mistakes and conflate words.
- 2:14:19SPEAKER_08: And that's my favorite, by the way, when people leave me uh blasts and they talk about how you know I took two words and I combined them mistakenly when I was talking, and they want to go and leave a comment and let me know that that happened.
- 2:14:30SPEAKER_08: It's fantastic.
- 2:14:31SPEAKER_08: It's the best.
- 2:14:32SPEAKER_08: Totally not saying that happened this morning, by the way.
- 2:14:35SPEAKER_08: Just want to say for the sake of argument, totally not saying that that happened this morning.
- 2:14:39SPEAKER_08: And that I wasn't completely pleased that somebody had pointed that out.
- 2:14:42SPEAKER_08: It was just it was amazing.
- 2:14:43SPEAKER_08: That's part of my morning.
- 2:14:45SPEAKER_08: Wow.
- 2:14:45SPEAKER_18: Yeah.
- 2:14:46SPEAKER_18: Tough morning.
- 2:14:46SPEAKER_08: John.justice at american experiment.org.
- 2:14:49SPEAKER_08: Ah, quite on the contrary, my friend.
- 2:14:51SPEAKER_08: It's actually been a fantastic morning, despite that.
- 2:14:52SPEAKER_08: So that's a that's a daily occurrence, by the way.
- 2:14:55SPEAKER_08: That's that's not something that's that's not a rarity.
- 2:14:58SPEAKER_08: That happens all the all the time.
- 2:15:00SPEAKER_08: This is the best audience that I've ever had in my 30, uh, my 30 years of doing of being a talk show host here in in Minnesota.
- 2:15:09SPEAKER_08: Uh previous job, and certainly now here at American Experiment.
- 2:15:14SPEAKER_08: Uh, just continues to prove uh the loyalty of you, the listener, and I can't tell you how appreciative I am.
- 2:15:21SPEAKER_08: There is a big butt coming here, though.
- 2:15:23SPEAKER_08: Let me just tell you.
- 2:15:23SPEAKER_08: There's a huge, massive butt, and it's just it's just gonna write here.
- 2:15:27SPEAKER_08: But I've also never had an audience that uh nitpicks as much as this one.
- 2:15:32SPEAKER_08: Ever in my life.
- 2:15:34SPEAKER_08: I don't know.
- 2:15:34SPEAKER_08: It must be the Minnesota nice thing.
- 2:15:36SPEAKER_08: That's the only thing that I can that I can attribute it to.
- 2:15:39SPEAKER_08: A lot of times it's beneficial.
- 2:15:40SPEAKER_08: You know, people can call out certain things, and maybe I'm not aware of it.
- 2:15:42SPEAKER_08: I appreciate a little constructive criticism, right?
- 2:15:46SPEAKER_08: If my wife is listening right now, she's going, no, he doesn't.
- 2:15:49SPEAKER_08: He hates criticism.
- 2:15:52SPEAKER_08: All right, let's do this.
- 2:15:53SPEAKER_08: We will continue to fight for you.
- 2:15:55SPEAKER_08: Those were the words of Lamie Klobishar touting remittance legislation in a resurfaced video during her time in the U.S.
- 2:16:06SPEAKER_08: Senate.
- 2:16:06SPEAKER_08: Before we take a quick break, let me go ahead and play this audio for you.
- 2:16:10SPEAKER_08: It's incredibly relevant to the issues that we're faced with today regarding immigration, immigrants here in Minnesota.
- 2:16:18SPEAKER_08: Um, this was posted by Leftists of MN, an absolute follow up on X.
- 2:16:25SPEAKER_08: Amy Clobichar, during her time in the U.S.
- 2:16:28SPEAKER_08: Senate, has supported efforts to improve the Somali remittances.
- 2:16:32SPEAKER_08: And that comes with a lot of baggage.
- 2:16:34SPEAKER_08: Here's what she said in this unearthed audio and video found by Leftists of MN.
- 2:16:39SPEAKER_15: Reduce the redundant regulations on remittances to somebody.
- 2:17:15SPEAKER_15: Thank you for your leadership for your men community.
- 2:17:21SPEAKER_15: Thank you.
- 2:17:22SPEAKER_15: Very good.
- 2:17:24SPEAKER_15: Very good.
- 2:17:28SPEAKER_08: If a cheese grater could talk, it would sound like Amy Clobuchar.
- 2:17:38SPEAKER_08: I almost don't want to disparage cheese graters that way.
- 2:17:43SPEAKER_18: Do you have a did you want to chime in on that?
- 2:17:46SPEAKER_18: I was just gonna say, don't insult the good cheese graters.
- 2:17:48SPEAKER_08: Yeah, I know.
- 2:17:49SPEAKER_08: Maybe is there a, you know, what is the um I'm trying to think of another equipment.
- 2:17:55SPEAKER_08: If a chainsaw could talk?
- 2:17:57SPEAKER_08: A metal grinder, if a metal grinder could talk?
- 2:17:59SPEAKER_08: Is that a thing?
- 2:18:00SPEAKER_08: I don't know.
- 2:18:01SPEAKER_08: There's got to be an official name for it, right?
- 2:18:02SPEAKER_08: I don't know why cheese grater just popped into my head.
- 2:18:04SPEAKER_08: I'm like, she's just so grating.
- 2:18:06SPEAKER_08: All right, we'll get to the issue at hand.
- 2:18:07SPEAKER_08: On a routine basis, Somalis living abroad send money to their relatives back in Somalia.
- 2:18:12SPEAKER_08: Those funds are called remittances and they make up a portion of the country's GDP.
- 2:18:16SPEAKER_08: However, Somalia does not have a formal banking system, so the remittance process relies on a complicated network of independent money transferring through organizations and people on the ground in Somalia.
- 2:18:28SPEAKER_08: Somalians living in Minnesota have sent unknown millions to Somalia through the remittance process.
- 2:18:35SPEAKER_08: And during her time in the U.S.
- 2:18:36SPEAKER_08: Senate, DFL Senator Amy Klobuchar has supported those efforts to improve the Somali remittance process, even though it's riddled with issues.
- 2:18:45SPEAKER_08: We're going to dive into more of this coming up in just a moment.
- 2:18:48SPEAKER_08: We'll certainly get to more of your thoughts from the uh blaster line coming up in just a moment, 612-584-4565.
- 2:18:57SPEAKER_08: And if you want to email John.justice at AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 2:19:01SPEAKER_19: And now here's commentary on the latest issues facing Minnesotans.
- 2:19:05SPEAKER_19: From the hosts, policy fellows, and guests of American Experiment.
- 2:19:09SPEAKER_19: For more content, head on over to the center of the American Experiments YouTube page or at AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 2:19:18SPEAKER_46: What's that thing that Keith Allison said in the December 2021 meeting with fraudsters?
- 2:19:22SPEAKER_46: Money is freedom.
- 2:19:24SPEAKER_46: Money is power.
- 2:19:25SPEAKER_46: Yeah, right?
- 2:19:26SPEAKER_46: I mean, that's happening in Minnesota.
- 2:19:27SPEAKER_46: And you don't just see it with public sector unions generally, but especially I mean, look at the teachers' union.
- 2:19:32SPEAKER_46: It is truly, it is like cartel levels of control that they hold over the DFL here in Minnesota.
- 2:19:37SPEAKER_46: So even if there were some DFL legislators who for for say wanted school choice and thought it was a great policy, the teachers' union is so against it and so against any meaningful reform that they really can't come out and support it because they're being funded, their campaigns are being run by the union.
- 2:19:52SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 2:19:53SPEAKER_23: Now that school's out for the summer, how are Minnesota students doing?
- 2:19:56SPEAKER_23: Not very well.
- 2:19:58SPEAKER_23: Minnesota ACT scores fell again last year and are the lowest they've been in 10 years.
- 2:20:03SPEAKER_23: In fact, fewer than half of Minnesota's students can either read or do math at grade level.
- 2:20:09SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 2:20:10SPEAKER_23: We used to brag about our schools.
- 2:20:11SPEAKER_23: Now we're losing to states like Mississippi.
- 2:20:14SPEAKER_23: Visit AmericanExperiment.org for more information.
- 2:20:17SPEAKER_23: Think about it is brought to you by Center of the American Experiment, Minnesota's think tank.
- 2:20:21SPEAKER_46: Minnesota is the second most generous state in the nation, spending$46,000 on public welfare per person in poverty in 2023.
- 2:20:28SPEAKER_46: Second most generous.
- 2:20:29SPEAKER_43: Just really quick, if those people in poverty had the$46,000, they wouldn't be in poverty.
- 2:20:35SPEAKER_43: So I just would like to quickly quickly point out that the government is once again like the least efficient organization in the world.
- 2:20:43SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 2:20:44SPEAKER_23: Minnesota has always been a low crime state.
- 2:20:47SPEAKER_23: But according to the most recent Bureau of Criminal Apprehension data, we are now above the national average when it comes to part one crimes.
- 2:20:55SPEAKER_23: A category that includes crimes like murder, assault, rape, and carjackings.
- 2:21:00SPEAKER_23: Think about it.
- 2:21:01SPEAKER_23: Minnesota is now a high crime state.
- 2:21:05SPEAKER_23: Visit highcrime.com to learn more.
- 2:21:08SPEAKER_23: Think about it is brought to you by Center of the American Experiment, Minnesota's think tank.
- 2:21:13SPEAKER_08: It's John Justice, and be honest, your old self would be disappointed in you right now.
- 2:21:17SPEAKER_08: That was certainly the case for me.
- 2:21:19SPEAKER_08: And then I found the Neutrowave program.
- 2:21:22SPEAKER_08: You used to own the room, now you don't anymore.
- 2:21:25SPEAKER_08: Let's change that starting right now.
- 2:21:27SPEAKER_08: With no pills and no shots, Neutrowave over 13 years has helped thousands of men and women lose the weight and keep it off for good.
- 2:21:35SPEAKER_08: I've lost 25 pounds on this amazing program, and I cannot say enough good things about Neutrowave.
- 2:21:42SPEAKER_08: It all starts with a free truth metabolic scan plus a free red light therapy session.
- 2:21:48SPEAKER_08: You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain except all the weight.
- 2:21:52SPEAKER_08: Spots are limited and they go fast.
- 2:21:54SPEAKER_08: Call today at 952-260-1965.
- 2:21:58SPEAKER_08: Mention the word strike.
- 2:22:00SPEAKER_08: Again, 952-260-1965 and mention the word strike, and that almost$300 value is yours absolutely free.
- 2:22:10SPEAKER_08: No pills, no shots.

- 2:22:16SPEAKER_08: Proud sponsor here of the John Justice Show.
- 2:22:18SPEAKER_08: Results may vary.

- 2:22:36SPEAKER_08: Yeah, and we have new uh advertisers hopping on board very soon that we're excited about and thank you to Neutrawave and uh Mini Leaf and just like uh that uh woman's voice set John.justice at AmericaneExperiment.org.
- 2:22:50SPEAKER_08: You can leave us a uh blast at 612-584-4565 talking about Amy Klobuchar, leftist of MN Unearthed audio of Amy Klobuchar supporting the remittances.
- 2:23:06SPEAKER_08: The video of Klobichar back in 2017 speaking to a large crowd of what appears to be a hotel ballroom, her remarks, she spoke about the multiple ways that she's advocated for Somalis.
- 2:23:16SPEAKER_08: One of those happens to be remittances.
- 2:23:18SPEAKER_08: Klobuchar was referring to the Money Remittances Improvement Act of 2014, working off an article here from Alpha News.
- 2:23:25SPEAKER_08: A law which changed how money transfer organizations that facilitate remittances are regulated.
- 2:23:31SPEAKER_08: Advocates of the law, which include former Republican Eric Paulson and then DFL Congressman Thief Ellison, said the law streamlined the remittance process, provided oversight of money transfers in organizations, and reduced regulatory uh burdens.
- 2:23:45SPEAKER_08: You know, this was back when, okay, and I will end this in in in defense of the individuals, and a bit too Amy Klobishar here, I think the bigger takeaway is that she needs to be questioned about this now, given her past history.
- 2:23:57SPEAKER_08: But there certainly wasn't the issue back then in 2017 that we see now regarding the amount of money that is leaving the state via these remittances and the fact that it's been shown in uh various investigative reporting that I've covered in previous iterations of the show, that this money that ends up back in Somalia often ends up in the hands of terrorist organizations because of the very concern in the fact that there is no sort of formal banking system.
- 2:24:25SPEAKER_08: So the money rolls into, gets captured by these terrorist organizations that may be funding efforts to go and undermine Western values and us here in the United States.
- 2:24:36SPEAKER_08: That speech and the underlying legislation that Clobushar supported was just one instance of the senator's advocacy for improved Somali remittance process.
- 2:24:44SPEAKER_08: And make no mistake, she's doing this not because she genuinely cares about the Somali community.
- 2:24:50SPEAKER_08: She was doing this because she wants to capitalize, just like the DFL continues to want to capitalize on the votes of Somali immigrants here in Minnesota.
- 2:24:59SPEAKER_08: She supported it back in 2012.
- 2:25:01SPEAKER_08: There was further information back in 2015.
- 2:25:04SPEAKER_08: Some, like Klobashar, have said that remittances provide the Somali people a necessary lifeline.
- 2:25:09SPEAKER_08: Others have long uh said that Al-Shabaab, as I was just mentioning, that's the terrorist organization.
- 2:25:16SPEAKER_08: They use the Somali remittance system to fund their operations.
- 2:25:20SPEAKER_08: Further, the Somali community in Minnesota has come under heavy scrutiny in recent years for its ties to fraud schemes and that stole uh record sums of taxpayer dollars, again, as uh profiled here in the article from Alpha News.
- 2:25:33SPEAKER_08: And she's and uh Alpha News is absolutely right in that assessment, just as we were talking about on the uh on the show.
- 2:25:39SPEAKER_08: The question is, is Amy Klobishar, will Amy Clobuchar, be questioned by media over her stance on this given the controversies surrounding this particular program.
- 2:25:48SPEAKER_08: This is me sitting here talking to you and not holding my breath.
- 2:25:53SPEAKER_08: Let's go back to the blaster line this morning here on the John Justice show.
- 2:25:56SPEAKER_41: Oh my gosh, that Amy Klobuchar clip is gold.
- 2:26:00SPEAKER_41: That's where your fraud money went.
- 2:26:02SPEAKER_08: Yeah, that's where a lot of it went.
- 2:26:03SPEAKER_08: You're absolutely right.
- 2:26:04SPEAKER_08: Uh, let's go here.
- 2:26:09SPEAKER_31: Good morning, John.
- 2:26:10SPEAKER_31: Great show so far.
- 2:26:12SPEAKER_31: At least cheese graders are useful.
- 2:26:15SPEAKER_08: So let's let's let's um uh thank you for the uh for the comment.
- 2:26:19SPEAKER_08: You're right.
- 2:26:20SPEAKER_08: I love me some cheese, by the way.
- 2:26:21SPEAKER_08: Just want to say that for the record.
- 2:26:23SPEAKER_08: It does make me gaggy on occasion.
- 2:26:27SPEAKER_08: It's true.
- 2:26:28SPEAKER_08: Happens when you get older, Isaac.
- 2:26:30SPEAKER_08: Yeah, it's just one of those things.
- 2:26:32SPEAKER_08: Can't do the can't do the dairy.
- 2:26:34SPEAKER_03: Can't do the dairy nearly as much as I did when I was a younger lad.
- 2:26:40SPEAKER_08: Alright, a couple more Amy Clobushar clips and some comments that I have that I uh that I wanted to uh to share with you.
- 2:26:47SPEAKER_08: So it's funny to me, there's a little there's a little speaking tick that Amy has.
- 2:26:52SPEAKER_08: She doesn't smile very often.
- 2:26:55SPEAKER_08: Hardly at all.
- 2:26:57SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 2:26:57SPEAKER_08: I'm convinced, and this doesn't apply to all Democrat candidates, but there's a part of me, let me put it this way, there's a part of me.
- 2:27:04SPEAKER_08: There's a part of me that believes that typically Amy Clobuchar smiles when she knows that she's straight up lying as opposed to the other time she's speaking.
- 2:27:13SPEAKER_08: I just get that vibe.
- 2:27:14SPEAKER_08: Uh State Senator Michael Holstrom posted this uh flashback, and it's worth noting regarding Joe Biden's mental dec uh decline at his time in office.
- 2:27:24SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 2:27:26SPEAKER_08: And minutes before the debate on June 24th of 2024, that ended Biden's career, Amy Klobuchar took to national TV and basically just lied to everybody.
- 2:27:39SPEAKER_08: We knew this back then, but now we actually have evidence.
- 2:27:44SPEAKER_08: You had Barry Weiss interviewing Jake Tapper of CNN, and we played the audio, I believe, last week, where he laid out the Politburo.
- 2:27:52SPEAKER_08: That's what they called it within the Biden administration.
- 2:27:55SPEAKER_08: Those were the individual that the individuals that were tasked with essentially hiding Joe Biden's cognitive decline.
- 2:28:02SPEAKER_08: Now, Amy Clobuchar was not alone in this camp of ridiculously uh defending Joe Biden's mental uh you know mental ability, his his his his his his cognitive ability.
- 2:28:15SPEAKER_08: You had Governor Dim Walls right at the next morning of the debate saying so.
- 2:28:19SPEAKER_08: Amy said this beforehand, but here's what she had to say in this clip.
- 2:28:22SPEAKER_08: And she's smiling widely in this clip, by the way.
- 2:28:25SPEAKER_15: That and we need reform to ice.
- 2:28:28SPEAKER_15: We must have reform.
- 2:28:30SPEAKER_06: Sorry, that's the other clip I need to play.
- 2:28:32SPEAKER_06: We're gonna go here.
- 2:28:33SPEAKER_15: I've long believed and supported funding for order at the border, and I Oh, I sorry.
- 2:28:37SPEAKER_08: I guess I grabbed the wrong clip there.
- 2:28:40SPEAKER_08: Oh, that's my bad.
- 2:28:42SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 2:28:42SPEAKER_08: So let me go ahead and share this with you.
- 2:28:44SPEAKER_08: So my apologies here.
- 2:28:45SPEAKER_08: Um so minutes before that debate, she got on national news and said that absolutely Joe Biden was sharp as attack.
- 2:28:53SPEAKER_08: All the uh time that she had spent with Joe Biden, um, she didn't see any signs whatsoever of his cognitive decline.
- 2:29:00SPEAKER_08: And then, of course, we know what happened with that uh debate that transpired and ended up ending his career.
- 2:29:06SPEAKER_08: So I do have a couple of other clips that I wanted to share with you.
- 2:29:09SPEAKER_08: I just transposed the numbers there, so that is on me.
- 2:29:12SPEAKER_08: I want to go back to Farmfest just briefly, and then we're gonna move over to some other uh issues and get back to some of your thoughts from the uh blaster line this morning at 612-584-4565.
- 2:29:24SPEAKER_08: First, there was um first there was this clip during uh Farmfest, wherein Amy Klobishar went and essentially got booed by the audience over her comments about uh security and wanting to protect the people of Minnesota.
- 2:29:40SPEAKER_15: I strongly believed and supported funding for order at the border, and I have worked well with law enforcement in Minnesota for years.
- 2:29:48SPEAKER_15: But what I Quiet, quiet.
- 2:29:53SPEAKER_15: I ran the largest prosecutor's office in the state and was endorsed by police many, many times.
- 2:30:00SPEAKER_15: So don't.
- 2:30:01SPEAKER_06: So don't.
- 2:30:03SPEAKER_06: So so so don't.
- 2:30:04SPEAKER_06: She got shaky, by the way.
- 2:30:06SPEAKER_06: She was like, oh, she was angry, she was it was an angry Amy in that moment.
- 2:30:10SPEAKER_08: She was very angry.
- 2:30:12SPEAKER_08: What did not get a lot of play, and this is what I wanted to I wanted to mention, what didn't get a lot of play were the comments that Amy made right after she made that statement at Farm City.
- 2:30:22SPEAKER_15: And we need reform to ice.
- 2:30:24SPEAKER_15: We must have reform.
- 2:30:27SPEAKER_15: And if anyone wants to see what happens,$70 billion into ice, so it's bigger than the FBI now.
- 2:30:35SPEAKER_15: It's bigger than the Marines.
- 2:30:37SPEAKER_15: I did not support that.
- 2:30:39SPEAKER_15: I think that$70 billion should go to you for your health care.
- 2:30:44SPEAKER_15: That money should go to you for your housing, and it should go to you for your child care.
- 2:30:52SPEAKER_08: Okay, there's a couple of things about this, and this actually, in my this clip, in my opinion, should have gotten a lot more attention for a couple of different reasons.
- 2:31:02SPEAKER_08: First, the content of what she was saying.
- 2:31:05SPEAKER_08: She means what she says here, but much like the health care costs that she voted for that she now believes that she can magically lower.
- 2:31:16SPEAKER_08: We talked with John Phelan about this earlier in the week.
- 2:31:19SPEAKER_08: If you missed it, be sure to go back and listen to the podcast.
- 2:31:21SPEAKER_08: Check out his article about Amy Klobuchar's claims of what she wants to do to lower health care costs.
- 2:31:28SPEAKER_08: It's not going to do anything of the such.
- 2:31:32SPEAKER_08: But it's much like what she said here.
- 2:31:34SPEAKER_08: The funding for the federal ICE agents, it's not applicable at all to what she's mentioning.
- 2:31:41SPEAKER_08: It's not like if Democrat commies go and defund ICE, that Minnesotans are suddenly going to go and get that money.
- 2:31:50SPEAKER_08: That's not how this works.
- 2:31:51SPEAKER_08: That's what her suggestion was.
- 2:31:53SPEAKER_08: That money that we're paying for ICE, that we're spending so much money for immigrations and customs enforcement, should go to you.
- 2:32:00SPEAKER_08: How is that supposed to happen?
- 2:32:02SPEAKER_08: That's not how any of these funding mechanisms work.
- 2:32:04SPEAKER_08: Let me play the clip again.
- 2:32:10SPEAKER_15: And if anyone wants to see what happens,$70 billion into ICE, so it's bigger than the FBI now.
- 2:32:19SPEAKER_15: It's bigger than the Marines.
- 2:32:20SPEAKER_15: I did not support that.
- 2:32:22SPEAKER_15: I think that$70 billion extra dollars should go to you for your health care.
- 2:32:28SPEAKER_15: That money should go to you for your housing, and it should go to you for your child care.
- 2:32:36SPEAKER_08: The other aspect of this that I wanted to make mention, she's I'm I'm can I am convinced more and more every single day, this is all beneath her.
- 2:32:50SPEAKER_08: She does not want this job.
- 2:32:52SPEAKER_08: She doesn't want to have to run for this job.
- 2:32:55SPEAKER_08: She doesn't like this.
- 2:32:56SPEAKER_08: Is all my opinion.
- 2:32:57SPEAKER_08: I don't believe that she uh had any desire to be governor of the state of Minnesota.
- 2:33:03SPEAKER_08: I think that Lamie Klobuchar was perfectly content being the senator of small things, not getting involved in anything really controversial, every election cycle popping up as if she has some chance to be the Democrat nominee, probably was looking towards 2028.
- 2:33:23SPEAKER_08: And when I hear her talk and hear her get that angry and make was was kind of a rookie mistake, I mean, that is a typical tactic of Democrats to go and conflate funding mechanisms on the federal level and then related to state to the state.
- 2:33:41SPEAKER_08: Because that makes no logical sense.
- 2:33:42SPEAKER_08: And I'll and again, to go and imply you can argue that that ICE receives so much money.
- 2:33:49SPEAKER_08: There's no context.
- 2:33:50SPEAKER_08: She didn't provide any context as to why ICE is funded is given as much money as they are compared to those other entities that she mentioned.
- 2:34:00SPEAKER_08: Which also have different funding mechanisms.
- 2:34:02SPEAKER_08: But then they take it the step further and say that money should be going to you.
- 2:34:05SPEAKER_08: That's not how that works.
- 2:34:07SPEAKER_08: And that's a rookie mistake for somebody who's seasoned like Amy Clobichar to make.
- 2:34:11SPEAKER_08: It's a very hack thing for a politician on the left to go and do.
- 2:34:16SPEAKER_08: But the other part of that, too, is just her anger.
- 2:34:21SPEAKER_08: And my takeaway from the way that she talks in this clip and in other clips when she's held press conferences, she just feels like this job is beneath her.
- 2:34:29SPEAKER_08: This is not what she wanted to do.
- 2:34:32SPEAKER_08: She was forced to because Governor Dim Walls was an abject failure.
- 2:34:36SPEAKER_08: She's taking one for the team and running for this office.
- 2:34:39SPEAKER_08: Don't forget she got ticked when there were DFLers at their convention a couple of months back that dare go and propose another candidate apart from her.
- 2:34:54SPEAKER_08: Even though there was no shot that that trans individual was going to be able to garner any sort of, you know, mount any challenge to Amy Klobuchar whatsoever.
- 2:35:03SPEAKER_08: She was from everything that we've heard of the reporting ticked off that that was even suggested.
- 2:35:09SPEAKER_08: And it's rumored that she threatened to bail from the convention altogether because she was so pinkies up.
- 2:35:16SPEAKER_08: How dare you go and put somebody ahead of me?
- 2:35:19SPEAKER_08: She is vulnerable.
- 2:35:21SPEAKER_08: And if and when there is a debate with her, oh, just just get her just get her wound up.
- 2:35:26SPEAKER_08: Because you're going to get more of that.
- 2:35:28SPEAKER_08: You're absolutely going to get more of that.
- 2:35:29SPEAKER_08: That's not something that a candidate can just get rid of.
- 2:35:32SPEAKER_08: Somebody that doesn't really want the job.
- 2:35:35SPEAKER_08: Somebody that wasn't sitting back forever and going, I want to be governor of Minnesota.
- 2:35:39SPEAKER_08: Now's my chance.
- 2:35:40SPEAKER_08: No, that is the tone and the tenor and the commentary from an individual who was put in a position that they didn't want to be in, but decided to go ahead and move forward and take one to the team, probably because she knew that she was going to get the support for other avenues down the line.
- 2:35:57SPEAKER_08: Let's get to some of your thoughts from the blaster line.
- 2:35:59SPEAKER_31: It's funny to talk about her being angry because is there some story about her freaking out over a salad force?
- 2:36:05SPEAKER_08: Yep, there is.
- 2:36:06SPEAKER_08: There's a story about her berating uh individuals who served on her uh campaign, uh campaign staff.
- 2:36:13SPEAKER_08: Let's get to some more of your thoughts from the blaster line this morning.
- 2:36:23SPEAKER_33: I would say it's more like an old rusty wheelbarrel with a like really wobbly, leaky tire uh that's about to fall apart.
- 2:36:35SPEAKER_33: That that would be her.
- 2:36:37SPEAKER_33: Also, that one talkback about Mike Lindell not being uh attractive.
- 2:36:42SPEAKER_33: How on earth did any club star get elected?
- 2:36:46SPEAKER_08: That's not very that's not very nice.
- 2:36:49SPEAKER_08: What do they say?
- 2:36:51SPEAKER_08: They say beauty is right in the eye of the beholder.
- 2:36:57SPEAKER_07: Isn't that what they say, Isaac?
- 2:36:58SPEAKER_07: Isn't that I don't know what they say?
- 2:37:00SPEAKER_18: That is what they say.
- 2:37:01SPEAKER_07: Is that what they say?
- 2:37:02SPEAKER_08: I didn't know if that phrase was lost on you young people or not.
- 2:37:04SPEAKER_08: Yeah, that's what they say.
- 2:37:05SPEAKER_08: So much so much else of what I talk about in the show is lost on you guys.
- 2:37:09SPEAKER_08: I don't know if that was something.
- 2:37:10SPEAKER_08: I'm glad that that has actually transcended the beaten two or two other generations.
- 2:37:15SPEAKER_08: That's that's right.
- 2:37:15SPEAKER_08: That's really good to know.
- 2:37:16SPEAKER_08: Thank you.
- 2:37:20SPEAKER_30: Good morning, John.
- 2:37:21SPEAKER_31: You know, I really hate to nitpick you, but I think you're confusing any pole charge insecure smirk for a smile.
- 2:37:30SPEAKER_08: Oh, okay.
- 2:37:30SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 2:37:31SPEAKER_08: See, that's an okay nitpick.
- 2:37:33SPEAKER_08: That I'm all that I'm alright with.
- 2:37:35SPEAKER_08: You want to give me a hard time for not having the audio correct?
- 2:37:38SPEAKER_08: You can do that.
- 2:37:38SPEAKER_08: You can do that too.
- 2:37:39SPEAKER_08: That was completely on me.
- 2:37:40SPEAKER_08: You know what's funny about that?
- 2:37:41SPEAKER_08: Just as a side note, uh I could I double checked everything this morning.
- 2:37:45SPEAKER_08: I have no idea how that happened.
- 2:37:47SPEAKER_08: I double-checked all the audio clips today.
- 2:37:49SPEAKER_08: Doesn't you know it's the life of a talk show host, I guess.
- 2:37:55SPEAKER_08: Let's get back to more of your thoughts.
- 2:37:56SPEAKER_31: Good morning, John.
- 2:37:57SPEAKER_31: I just wonder if Amy Flo Mathar ever does any inflection liter conversations when she's talking with real people.
- 2:38:04SPEAKER_31: It seems like every time she talks, she's more like a computer or AI.
- 2:38:10SPEAKER_31: I'm not sure.
- 2:38:11SPEAKER_31: Have a good day.
- 2:38:15SPEAKER_08: AI sounds all human now.
- 2:38:18SPEAKER_08: Let's go back to some more of your thoughts.
- 2:38:20SPEAKER_14: Hey, John, I see no evidence of a remittance problem to Somalia.
- 2:38:26SPEAKER_14: Where's the evidence?
- 2:38:27SPEAKER_14: Where is the evidence, John?
- 2:38:28SPEAKER_14: Where is the evidence?
- 2:38:30SPEAKER_08: Uh there has been evidence.
- 2:38:32SPEAKER_08: It's been well documented.
- 2:38:33SPEAKER_08: As a matter of fact, there was an entire investigation, and uh there was an abundance of coverage of millions of dollars being funneled out of MSP going to Al-Shabaab.
- 2:38:46SPEAKER_08: You had a city journal reported on it, and they actually had evidence.
- 2:38:50SPEAKER_08: The problem is it's overseas and you can't go and get that money back.
- 2:38:53SPEAKER_08: So I know what you were trying to do there, and um, I uh am uh very glad that you left the uh the blast, if only because I could make you look uh uh foolish.
- 2:39:03SPEAKER_08: Well, that's what they were trying to do.
- 2:39:05SPEAKER_08: Mission accomplished.
- 2:39:06SPEAKER_08: Yeah, they were trying to make me look foolish, and I just turned the tables on them.
- 2:39:09SPEAKER_18: Oh, how the turntables.
- 2:39:11SPEAKER_08: Right?
- 2:39:11SPEAKER_08: Oh, how the turntables turn.
- 2:39:14SPEAKER_08: That's right.
- 2:39:15SPEAKER_08: That's right, my friend.
- 2:39:16SPEAKER_08: That's right.
- 2:39:16SPEAKER_08: That's a nice pull.
- 2:39:17SPEAKER_08: Nicely done.
- 2:39:19SPEAKER_08: Abdi DeSane, he's a Somali refugee and a St.
- 2:39:22SPEAKER_08: Cloud businessman.
- 2:39:23SPEAKER_08: He won the DFL primary for the Minnesota House District 14A, despite uh his daycare, Blooming Kids Childcare Center.
- 2:39:31SPEAKER_08: Ooh, what a horrible name.
- 2:39:32SPEAKER_08: Like if it was Bloomington Kids, I'll give it to you, but Blooming Kids, it doesn't really like.
- 2:39:38SPEAKER_08: Do kids bloom?
- 2:39:39SPEAKER_08: Is that a is that a turntable of phrase, Isaac?
- 2:39:45SPEAKER_08: He's facing numerous state licensing violations.
- 2:39:49SPEAKER_08: Since uh July of 2024, the daycare has been cited for 16 violations, including uh prohibited disciplinary actions, lack of supervision, and safety concerns.
- 2:39:58SPEAKER_08: These violations, which include a$400 fine for background study violations, add to a history of regulatory issues dating back to 2021.
- 2:40:06SPEAKER_08: And again, this is the individual who won a DFL House primary.
- 2:40:12SPEAKER_08: He was born in Somalia, DeSane, spent time in Kenyanda refugee camp before entering the United States, has owned blooming kids at child care in St.
- 2:40:21SPEAKER_08: Cloud since 2017.
- 2:40:23SPEAKER_08: Alpha News first reported on the center's history of violations in 2024 when Design was making his first run for a house seat.
- 2:40:30SPEAKER_08: He lost that race when incumbent Representative Bernie Perryman, uh, to incumbent Representative Republican Bernie Perryman.
- 2:40:38SPEAKER_08: The violations, though, kept coming.
- 2:40:39SPEAKER_08: Since that report, Blooming Kids has been cited for 16 violations across three subsequent licensing reviews, according to the Minnesota Department of Human Services records reviewed by Alpha News.
- 2:40:50SPEAKER_08: Meanwhile, a 2023 BBC News Somali article featuring his wife is drawing attention online after she described crossing over the U.S.
- 2:40:59SPEAKER_08: Mexico border so that she could be with Desane.
- 2:41:02SPEAKER_08: Holy cow, I need the yarn and the cork board and the magic markers to put together the family tree of this individual who came from Kenya and then has a wife that came up from Mexico in the middle of running for office while running a daycare that had multiple violations.
- 2:41:18SPEAKER_08: Who's on first?
- 2:41:19SPEAKER_08: I don't know, third base.
- 2:41:21SPEAKER_08: I guarantee Isaac doesn't know that reference.
- 2:41:24SPEAKER_18: Who's on first?
- 2:41:25SPEAKER_18: What's on second?
- 2:41:25SPEAKER_18: I don't know who's on third.
- 2:41:27SPEAKER_18: Come on, John.
- 2:41:29SPEAKER_18: Dude.
- 2:41:31SPEAKER_08: Where'd you get where'd you learn that from?
- 2:41:33SPEAKER_08: How do you know that?
- 2:41:34SPEAKER_18: I'm a cultured man.
- 2:41:35SPEAKER_08: How do you know an Abbott and Costello routine?
- 2:41:37SPEAKER_08: Did you know it was an Abbott?
- 2:41:39SPEAKER_08: Did you know it was an Abbott and Costello routine?
- 2:41:41SPEAKER_08: No.
- 2:41:41SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 2:41:42SPEAKER_08: So there's my my there's my other point.
- 2:41:44SPEAKER_08: But you did know the phrase.
- 2:41:45SPEAKER_08: That's where it originally comes from.
- 2:41:46SPEAKER_18: I I I've seen the whole thing.
- 2:41:48SPEAKER_08: Oh, have you?
- 2:41:49SPEAKER_08: That's Abbott and Costello.
- 2:41:50SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 2:41:50SPEAKER_18: It's very funny.
- 2:41:51SPEAKER_08: Did you it was it was it a family member that introduced this to you?
- 2:41:53SPEAKER_18: No, it was sixth grade.
- 2:41:55SPEAKER_08: Okay.
- 2:41:55SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 2:41:56SPEAKER_18: We had to recite uh like poems or speeches or stuff, and one of my classmates did it.
- 2:41:59SPEAKER_08: Oh, well, you know, good on that classmate.
- 2:42:01SPEAKER_08: That is that is, he is, they are.
- 2:42:04SPEAKER_08: I don't want to keep he, okay.
- 2:42:06SPEAKER_08: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:42:06SPEAKER_08: Don't want to be misgendering anybody on this show, right?
- 2:42:09SPEAKER_08: Uh very a very cultured uh individual.
- 2:42:12SPEAKER_08: Yes.
- 2:42:12SPEAKER_08: So hat tip uh hat tip to them.
- 2:42:14SPEAKER_08: All right.
- 2:42:15SPEAKER_08: Uh let's see here.
- 2:42:17SPEAKER_08: The wife said I smuggled myself and I jumped over the wall for my love.
- 2:42:22SPEAKER_21: Aww.
- 2:42:25SPEAKER_08: Where's that Hallmark story?
- 2:42:29SPEAKER_08: I scaled the border all for love.
- 2:42:32SPEAKER_08: You know what?
- 2:42:33SPEAKER_08: Maybe I'll write a maybe I'll write some poetry about that and uh make another uh another AI song out of it.
- 2:42:39SPEAKER_08: Maybe I'll maybe I'll do that for Freedom for Freedom Friday.
- 2:42:44SPEAKER_08: Can you tell we're getting close to the end of the show?
- 2:42:46SPEAKER_08: And I know Freedom Friday is around the corner.
- 2:42:47SPEAKER_08: I'm getting into that mindset.
- 2:42:50SPEAKER_08: I smuggled myself and jumped over the wall for my love, referring to Desane, according to the English translation of the 2023 article.
- 2:42:58SPEAKER_08: She's one of hundreds of Somalis who have jumped the U.S.-Mexico border wall.
- 2:43:02SPEAKER_08: Oh, okay.
- 2:43:03SPEAKER_08: So that makes a little bit more sense.
- 2:43:05SPEAKER_08: Also, provides some clarity of just how other illegal uh immigrants from other countries, not just from down south, are coming into the country via the porous border.
- 2:43:14SPEAKER_08: Not anymore, thanks to Trump.
- 2:43:17SPEAKER_08: During an October 16th uh uh 2024 licensing review, the DHS decided blooming kids for seven violations.
- 2:43:25SPEAKER_08: Uh, this whole article just goes and basically breaks down how the center was ultimately ordered to pay a$500 fine for two background study violations, including allowing an employee to work for nearly seven months after the employee's background study expired.
- 2:43:38SPEAKER_08: It's amazing to me that this business, the blooming kids daycare, could even go and stay open after all of this.
- 2:43:46SPEAKER_08: Alpha News previously reported that Blooming Kids was also cited for multiple violations during licensing reviews conducted in 2021, 22, and 23.
- 2:43:56SPEAKER_08: Despite all of this, this is now an individual who is the DFL House uh primary winner going and wanting to be a representative here in Minnesota and has gotten support from uh DFLers.
- 2:44:09SPEAKER_08: Color me, not a surprise by any stretch.
- 2:44:12SPEAKER_08: 612-584-4565.
- 2:44:16SPEAKER_08: All right, let's go and uh talk with or hear from Andrew on the blaster line.
- 2:44:22SPEAKER_31: Blooming Kids Childcare is a Somali guy.
- 2:44:26SPEAKER_31: Are you sure that you can go to the mirroring center and put blooming kids?
- 2:44:31SPEAKER_08: Yeah, so much.
- 2:44:33SPEAKER_08: Yeah, maybe that's what it was.
- 2:44:34SPEAKER_08: Maybe it was a typo.
- 2:44:35SPEAKER_08: Blooming kids is is odd.
- 2:44:38SPEAKER_08: It is a it is it isn't it is an it's an odd case.
- 2:44:41SPEAKER_33: I'm not saying that Amy Clobitar isn't just a stunning, radiantly beautiful woman.
- 2:44:48SPEAKER_07: I'm sure to some people that she is, you know.
- 2:44:50SPEAKER_08: Eye of the beholder, beauty, all that.
- 2:44:53SPEAKER_33: But to quote her uh a clip that is is never really been heard from her.
- 2:45:02SPEAKER_06: She did say Oh That was a reference to uh Lord of the Rings and Gollum there, uh Isaac, in case you I'm assuming you're probably familiar with that as well, if you know that.
- 2:45:16SPEAKER_18: I've actually never seen Lord of the Rings.
- 2:45:17SPEAKER_18: See, this is what I'm talking about.
- 2:45:19SPEAKER_18: I know.
- 2:45:19SPEAKER_18: I get ridiculed.
- 2:45:20SPEAKER_18: I get ridiculed for it all the time.
- 2:45:23SPEAKER_08: You know the Evan and Costello routine line, but you don't know Lord of the Rings.
- 2:45:27SPEAKER_18: That's a good question.
- 2:45:28SPEAKER_08: I don't even know you that well, and I can tell you that you would be a massive Lord of the Rings, uh Lord of the Rings fan.
- 2:45:34SPEAKER_08: Huge.
- 2:45:35SPEAKER_08: You look you you look like you're from Lord of the Rings.
- 2:45:38SPEAKER_08: I mean, it is a compliment.
- 2:45:40SPEAKER_18: I'll take your word for it.
- 2:45:41SPEAKER_08: You're a tall individual, you have long hair, you have facial hair, you just throw on the right outfit, give, you know, give you uh Aragorn's uh, you know, armor, and you're good to go.
- 2:45:51SPEAKER_08: I'll take it.
- 2:45:52SPEAKER_08: Watch some Lord of the Rings, it'll do you well.
- 2:45:56SPEAKER_08: Was that a choice?
- 2:45:57SPEAKER_08: Is it a choice that you've made not to watch?
- 2:45:59SPEAKER_08: Next you're gonna tell me you've never you've never seen Star Wars.
- 2:46:01SPEAKER_18: I mean I've seen Star Wars.
- 2:46:02SPEAKER_18: Okay.
- 2:46:03SPEAKER_08: All of them?
- 2:46:04SPEAKER_18: I think so.
- 2:46:06SPEAKER_18: Okay.
- 2:46:08SPEAKER_06: All right, let's go.
- 2:46:09SPEAKER_06: Let's go here.
- 2:46:15SPEAKER_38: Good morning, John.
- 2:46:16SPEAKER_38: You know, I just wanted to mention that Amy Coldish.
- 2:46:18SPEAKER_38: Um, you know, if you can't lead with intellect and turn it leadership, they typically lead with cruelty.
- 2:46:25SPEAKER_38: That's probably why she had the reputation of being so mean.
- 2:46:29SPEAKER_38: And um, I don't think the devil wears product, um, but I do think she wears coal.
- 2:46:34SPEAKER_08: Yeah.
- 2:46:36SPEAKER_08: The devil absolutely wears coals.
- 2:46:38SPEAKER_08: It's a hundred percent true.
- 2:46:41SPEAKER_08: I almost feel bad that I'm bringing this up right at the end of the show because this is gonna make a lot of people mad.
- 2:46:47SPEAKER_08: Just saying.
- 2:46:48SPEAKER_08: I've been holding on to this one for a bit.
- 2:46:49SPEAKER_08: I could be wrong.
- 2:46:50SPEAKER_08: I could be wrong.
- 2:46:52SPEAKER_08: It's it is probably the most ridiculous thing that I've talked about this morning, apart from Mike Lindell wanting a statewide recount.
- 2:46:58SPEAKER_08: Um, Minneapolis operates a loan program for business owners who don't want to pay interest for religious reasons.
- 2:47:09SPEAKER_08: And one point four, uh$1.4 million has already been issued through that program.
- 2:47:15SPEAKER_08: The city's alternative financing program was created specifically to comply with Islamic or uh law or sharia law, which prohibits charging or paying interest.
- 2:47:26SPEAKER_08: Listen, doesn't it say in the Bible that thou shalt not pay a interest for thy is the will of God?
- 2:47:35SPEAKER_08: Isn't that in the that's in the Bible, right?
- 2:47:37SPEAKER_08: That's in that's in one of the, I don't know which which book or chapter, but you know, it doesn't say thou shalt not pay the interest for thy is the will of God.
- 2:47:46SPEAKER_08: I only say that because it's part of my religion to not have to pay any interest either.
- 2:47:50SPEAKER_08: So I just wonder.
- 2:47:53SPEAKER_08: Is it sacrilege that I made up a Bible verse?
- 2:47:55SPEAKER_08: Is that maybe.
- 2:47:57SPEAKER_08: I think I'm teetering on the brink here.
- 2:47:59SPEAKER_08: My father's gonna give me a call later on today.
- 2:48:00SPEAKER_08: I know it.
- 2:48:01SPEAKER_08: Uh the city's alternative financing program.
- 2:48:04SPEAKER_08: That's what it's called, right?
- 2:48:07SPEAKER_08: Uh let's see.
- 2:48:07SPEAKER_08: It's known as Ariba, R-I-B-A, not to be confused with the country singer, uh, and instead relies on financing structures that generate a return without conventional interest on this launched in 2007, the Alternative Financing Program.
- 2:48:20SPEAKER_08: It's issued loans to more than 48 businesses, totaling$1.4 million, according to the information provided to Alpha News.
- 2:48:27SPEAKER_08: Eight loans are currently active and have totaled$470,000 when they were uh dispersed.
- 2:48:33SPEAKER_08: The Minneapolis City Council uh first approved the alternative uh financing program in 2006 as a complement to the city's 2% loan program that provides loans to city businesses.
- 2:48:48SPEAKER_08: Now the alternative financing program is drawing national attention after journalist Natalie Winters highlighted Minneapolis and their Sharia compliant financing.
- 2:48:58SPEAKER_08: Winters' social media post had a list of instances where sharia compliant financing is being promoted.
- 2:49:05SPEAKER_08: You know, it cracks me up.
- 2:49:06SPEAKER_08: I cracked me up.
- 2:49:08SPEAKER_08: That's not the right terminology.
- 2:49:10SPEAKER_08: Drives me nuts, just as an example.
- 2:49:13SPEAKER_08: I remember, I think we all do.
- 2:49:16SPEAKER_08: Remember all of the separation of church and state arguments over and over again.
- 2:49:20SPEAKER_08: Prayer in school, right?
- 2:49:22SPEAKER_08: How many different examples?
- 2:49:24SPEAKER_08: Religious exemptions when it comes to individuals who don't want to go or take a wedding photograph of a gay couple or bake a cake.
- 2:49:30SPEAKER_08: The list goes on and on and on and on and on, right?
- 2:49:32SPEAKER_08: It's always, always, always, always, always targeted at Christianity.
- 2:49:37SPEAKER_08: Always.
- 2:49:38SPEAKER_08: And yet every single other religion, as long as it's beneficial for Democrats, gets catered to.
- 2:49:47SPEAKER_08: I mean, why is this allowed, but yet anybody else simply could easily go and make up whatever religion they want.
- 2:49:54SPEAKER_08: You know, there's always the the fictitious one for atheists that they use, the uh the uh the giant flying spaghetti monster.
- 2:50:01SPEAKER_08: I think that's the one that atheists use all the time.
- 2:50:03SPEAKER_08: Right?
- 2:50:03SPEAKER_08: There's no reason why somebody can't go, well, you know what my God, the spaghetti monster, says, just like I was making the joke about what the Bible says, you know, says that I shouldn't have to pay interest uh on these on these loans.
- 2:50:14SPEAKER_08: Or at least it should be, you know, like at 2%.
- 2:50:19SPEAKER_08: But if it's not mm politically expedient or advantageous for leftists, you just you get ignored, you get ridiculed, they tout, you know, separation of church and state, and it doesn't happen.
- 2:50:29SPEAKER_08: But here you have those who lean into Sharia law, and you have the city of Minneapolis catering to them once again.
- 2:50:39SPEAKER_08: It's the double standard.
- 2:50:42SPEAKER_08: Sharia financing, as posted by Natalie Winters, is being adopted as an official government policy all across America.
- 2:50:50SPEAKER_08: Dozens of examples of cities, states, and federal regulators changing loan programs, tax rules, and banking policy for economic development and plans to accommodate Islam all because Democrats believe that it's beneficial to them to win elections in the future, to their own detriment, because if you have individuals who align with Sharia law who get into positions of power, they will do everything they possibly can to undermine the values that have made the United States of America the greatest country on the planet.
- 2:51:25SPEAKER_08: They will do everything to undermine the United States Constitution and our laws and our beliefs here in the West.
- 2:51:32SPEAKER_08: And this will impact Democrats.
- 2:51:35SPEAKER_08: It'll probably actually end up hitting them first.
- 2:51:37SPEAKER_08: They're the ones, to their own detriment right now, that are putting themselves in league with these individuals who have come into the country that have no respect for the United States of America.
- 2:51:48SPEAKER_08: And they think they're being so clever by aligning themselves with individuals who actually have a fundamental disagreement on so many issues, even with Democrats.
- 2:52:00SPEAKER_08: But it is the, you know, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
- 2:52:05SPEAKER_08: That's what's happening here.
- 2:52:06SPEAKER_08: And they are catering to it, to their own demise and ultimately to the demise of the values that you and I hold so dear that we want to stay in place for our children and their children and future generations.
- 2:52:21SPEAKER_08: In Minneapolis, the city government operates a program called the 2% loan program.
- 2:52:26SPEAKER_08: That program allows businesses in the city to receive a loan from a private lender and have Minneapolis match that sum up to$75,000.
- 2:52:35SPEAKER_08: Businesses can only use the money for equipment or to improve their building.
- 2:52:39SPEAKER_08: Oh, okay.
- 2:52:40SPEAKER_08: So, you know, it's specific, guys.
- 2:52:41SPEAKER_08: You know, they have stipulations on it, so I guess that makes it totally fine.
- 2:52:44SPEAKER_08: Is that what the argument is here?
- 2:52:48SPEAKER_08: The private lender sets their own financial terms for its portion of the loan.
- 2:52:52SPEAKER_08: Boy, that's nice.
- 2:52:55SPEAKER_08: And Minneapolis charges two percent interest on its portion of the loan.
- 2:52:59SPEAKER_08: The loan cannot exceed 10 years.
- 2:53:01SPEAKER_08: The alternative financing program is a variation of the same program, but allows Muslims to obtain these programs without having to pay the 2% interest.
- 2:53:09SPEAKER_08: Instead, Muslims using the alternative financing program pay a 2% rate of return charge.
- 2:53:16SPEAKER_08: A private lender provides half of the financing at their rate of return, and the city provides the rest up to$75,000 at a 2% rate of return.
- 2:53:26SPEAKER_08: That was according to a city uh spokesperson to Alpha News.
- 2:53:30SPEAKER_08: In short, the city receives a financial return on the investment it made into the business rather than charging the interest on a set schedule.
- 2:53:39SPEAKER_08: Despite the different terminology and structure, Minneapolis says it comes out the same financially.
- 2:53:44SPEAKER_08: Not every loan, however, has been repaid as planned.
- 2:53:47SPEAKER_08: Big shock.
- 2:53:48SPEAKER_08: Some of these alternative financing loans and the 2% loans have resulted in default.
- 2:53:52SPEAKER_08: Yeah, of course they have.
- 2:53:56SPEAKER_08: Alternative financing can be used by Muslims, oh, and non-Muslims alike.
- 2:53:59SPEAKER_08: So you could take advantage of this if you want.
- 2:54:02SPEAKER_08: You have to claim allegiance to Sharia Law.
- 2:54:06SPEAKER_08: I'm just out of out of curiosity.
- 2:54:08SPEAKER_08: Uh here, you know, ooh, somebody has an answer for me.
- 2:54:10SPEAKER_08: I guess I wasn't too far off the mark of my uh my Bible verse.
- 2:54:13SPEAKER_31: Yeah, John, that that um that rule from the Bible, all shall not pay interest on homeowns, is actually from the book of hesitation.
- 2:54:23SPEAKER_08: Ah, the book of hesitation.
- 2:54:26SPEAKER_08: One of my favorite books of the Bible, and the one that's not does not get discussed nearly enough.
- 2:54:34SPEAKER_08: Sharia compliant products of various kinds are being used across the country with Sharia compliant home mortgage products being among them.
- 2:54:42SPEAKER_08: In fact, the Minnesota Department of Revenue has a specific instructions on how mortgage registry tax should be applied in sharia compliant home financing.
- 2:54:51SPEAKER_08: Can you imagine?
- 2:54:52SPEAKER_08: Let me just let me replace all let me replace the terminology here.
- 2:54:55SPEAKER_08: You ready?
- 2:54:56SPEAKER_08: Um, you know, uh, let's see.
- 2:54:57SPEAKER_08: Uh, how do I want a word?
- 2:54:58SPEAKER_08: Let's go.
- 2:54:58SPEAKER_08: Let's just go with with uh with Christian.
- 2:55:00SPEAKER_08: Christian compliant products of various kinds are being used across the country, with Christian compliant home mortgage products being among them.
- 2:55:08SPEAKER_08: In fact, the Minnesota Department of Revenue has specific instructions on how mortgage registry tax should be applied to Christian compliant home financing.
- 2:55:17SPEAKER_08: Have they turned off the feed yet?
- 2:55:19SPEAKER_08: Did they shut me down?
- 2:55:23SPEAKER_08: Can't say those things, John.
- 2:55:25SPEAKER_06: Only when you're talking about Sharia law.
- 2:55:28SPEAKER_08: According to the to uh MDR, Christian compliant home mortgages are often structured using cost plus profit components instead of principal plus to interest components that are traditional Minnesota mortgages.
- 2:55:39SPEAKER_08: Yeah, this is never, never in a million years would that happen.
- 2:55:44SPEAKER_08: MDR's guidance on the Sharia and compliant mortgages says that uh only the underlying cost of the house, not the fully amoritized sum, should be subjected to the mortgage registry tax.
- 2:55:56SPEAKER_08: I don't care.
- 2:55:56SPEAKER_08: Listen, let me just back up here, make it real simple.
- 2:55:58SPEAKER_08: I don't care about any of this.
- 2:55:59SPEAKER_08: There shouldn't be any special rules or privileges or anything like this at all applied to any religion whatsoever.
- 2:56:10SPEAKER_08: If you're not going to cater to them all, if you're not going to have anybody that comes in and says this is this is who I pray to every night, this is who I look to for guidance, this is my religion, if you're not going to make that applicable across you know to everybody, then I'm then I'm sorry.
- 2:56:27SPEAKER_08: And I know they're going to make an argument in here that says that Muslims and non-Muslims alike can take advantage of this, but that also means that as a Christian, you probably would have to be compromising your own belief system in order to go and take advantage of this.
- 2:56:38SPEAKER_08: In which case, I would not encourage or expect anybody who believes in the Lord God Almighty or the Bible to go and actually go and do something like this.
- 2:56:50SPEAKER_08: I told you it was going to make you mad.
- 2:56:52SPEAKER_08: I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that.
- 2:56:53SPEAKER_08: I do have something fun before we wrap the show up today, though.
- 2:56:55SPEAKER_08: Let's go here to the uh blaster line.
- 2:56:57SPEAKER_25: There's a provision in the Old Testament against charging intro Israelite.
- 2:57:08SPEAKER_25: So why are Christians allowed to uh also have a special uh intervention for that also?
- 2:57:18SPEAKER_08: You should thank you for that, Bob.
- 2:57:21SPEAKER_08: Bob always bring in the facts when he leaves us a blast at 612-584-45065.
- 2:57:28SPEAKER_08: All right, let's wrap up here.
- 2:57:30SPEAKER_08: A couple of items before we uh end today's show and get ourselves ready for Freedom Friday uh tomorrow, looking forward to it.
- 2:57:36SPEAKER_08: There's a piece up at uh at the Minnesota Reformer.
- 2:57:41SPEAKER_08: I thought it was I found it was quite comical.
- 2:57:43SPEAKER_08: I checked it out.
- 2:57:44SPEAKER_08: Um, you know, my son works down at MSP, so there's some relatability here, but it's also talking about immigration issues.
- 2:57:50SPEAKER_08: I'll just read for you the AI summary, and I've gone through this article so you don't have to.
- 2:57:55SPEAKER_08: Nick Benson, he's a flight data activist.
- 2:58:00SPEAKER_08: He's tracked 5,000 immigrant detainees flown out of Minneapolis and the St.
- 2:58:04SPEAKER_08: Paul International Airport since November of 2025.
- 2:58:08SPEAKER_08: His work is supported by Minnesota uh 5501.
- 2:58:13SPEAKER_08: This is a progressive organization that's behind the hands-off and no kings protests.
- 2:58:18SPEAKER_08: So it tells you where this dude is coming from.
- 2:58:20SPEAKER_08: Um, it provides, according to the Minnesota reformer, crucial information on deportation flights, particularly during Operation Metro Surge.
- 2:58:28SPEAKER_08: Benson continues to monitor flights, advocating for transparency and hoping for legislative action to mandate public live streaming of the boarding process.
- 2:58:37SPEAKER_08: All he does is what other people do, including, you know, outlets like MSP Live that go down to the viewing uh area, they set up multiple times a week to go and present live uh live coverage of the airports arriving and depart the airplanes arriving and departing from MSP.
- 2:59:02SPEAKER_08: This is a thing that happens all around the country, right?
- 2:59:04SPEAKER_08: Airline enthusiasts, aviation enthusiasts, my son included, Logan.
- 2:59:09SPEAKER_08: They do this everywhere.
- 2:59:11SPEAKER_08: And there's an MSP live here that you can watch on on YouTube where they a couple times a week they'll pop up and they will just spend a few hours and they have the whole setup.
- 2:59:18SPEAKER_08: It looks fantastic.
- 2:59:19SPEAKER_08: They're just tracking the arrivals and departures.
- 2:59:22SPEAKER_08: And it's kind of a fun watch.
- 2:59:23SPEAKER_08: I'm not an aviation enthusiast.
- 2:59:24SPEAKER_08: I don't particularly like to fly, but it is fun to watch this.
- 2:59:28SPEAKER_08: It's always fun to watch the planes coming and going.
- 2:59:29SPEAKER_08: And they know the background on all the airlines and the planes and what types they are, you know, how unique they are, how long they've been flying, all this stuff.
- 2:59:36SPEAKER_08: That's all this guy is doing, but he's just doing it for ice flights.
- 2:59:40SPEAKER_08: That's it.
- 2:59:41SPEAKER_08: He's just saying these are the ice flights.
- 2:59:43SPEAKER_08: He watches people go on the planes, he watches the planes leave, and then that's all.
- 2:59:48SPEAKER_08: Now, the whole reason why he does it is because it puts forward this idea, because it's coming from a mindset that these people should not be deported at all.
- 2:59:56SPEAKER_08: So, in the mind of this Nick Benson, a flight data activist, he's doing a service by letting people know just how many flights are leaving.
- 3:00:05SPEAKER_08: I'll tell you what, this has crossover appeal for Republicans.
- 3:00:07SPEAKER_08: I don't know, that'd be kind of fun.
- 3:00:09SPEAKER_08: I'd watch a live stream of deportation planes leaving MSP and having the number of individuals, you know, uh accounted for who are hopping onto those uh the to those flights and taking off.
- 3:00:24SPEAKER_08: I'd be entertained by that just because it's great to see individuals being held accountable for coming into the country illegally.
- 3:00:28SPEAKER_08: That's not the intent of this guy.
- 3:00:30SPEAKER_08: The intent of this guy is to go and continue to vilify and demonize the Trump administration and their deportation uh efforts.
- 3:00:37SPEAKER_08: So, you know, hey, I guess good on him for finding a racket.
- 3:00:41SPEAKER_08: Let me play this for you as we close out the show this morning.
- 3:00:44SPEAKER_08: Stephen Miller, at the end of the Sean Hannity show, ended up going off on Democrats who have been essentially bending the knee to communists, especially regarding the issue of illegal immigration.
- 3:00:56SPEAKER_08: Here's what he had to say.
- 3:01:19SPEAKER_05: This is a political party unworthy of power, and they must be exposed.
- 3:01:23SPEAKER_05: And that's what's going to happen at the midterm convention, Sean.
- 3:01:26SPEAKER_02: Well, it's time.
- 3:01:27SPEAKER_02: You know what?
- 3:01:27SPEAKER_02: It's game time.
- 3:01:28SPEAKER_02: And I know people wait usually till after Labor Day.
- 3:01:31SPEAKER_02: I'm not waiting.
- 3:01:31SPEAKER_02: It's this is too important.
- 3:01:33SPEAKER_02: 76 days away.
- 3:01:35SPEAKER_02: Every American needs to know how crazy they are and the success that it and the changes that Donald Trump has made.
- 3:01:42SPEAKER_02: Uh Stephen Miller, always shy.
- 3:01:45SPEAKER_08: We appreciate it.
- 3:01:46SPEAKER_08: Love me some Stephen Miller, by the way.
- 3:01:48SPEAKER_08: Always spitting truth.
- 3:01:49SPEAKER_08: Thank you so much for hanging out on the show this morning.
- 3:01:51SPEAKER_08: I'm going to give you a little bit of a preview of something that I'll play in its entirety on tomorrow's show.
- 3:01:56SPEAKER_08: Before uh we wrap things up, though, remember we have new John Justice Show social media channels.

- 3:02:53SPEAKER_08: Another fantastic uh episode this week.
- 3:02:55SPEAKER_08: And I believe there's an interview with uh Byron York and uh John Hinderocker on this week's uh podcast.
- 3:03:00SPEAKER_08: Is that right, uh Isaac?
- 3:03:02SPEAKER_08: Isn't that on the backside of the American Experiment Podcast?
- 3:03:05SPEAKER_08: Correct.
- 3:03:05SPEAKER_08: Uh yeah, John Hinderrocker uh here at American Experiment interviews Byron York ahead of the 2026 fall briefing Battle for Congress, an event that you can attend to coming up on September 19th.
- 3:03:17SPEAKER_08: And it features Byron York as the key speaker.
- 3:03:20SPEAKER_08: Head on over to AmericanExperiment.org and you can get details on that.
- 3:03:23SPEAKER_08: And last uh mention, we'll be out at the Minnesota State Fair coming up on August 29th.
- 3:03:28SPEAKER_08: I will be there 11 until 1 o'clock.
- 3:03:30SPEAKER_08: And I think the majority of the individuals who come in on Freedom Friday will be there as well.
- 3:03:35SPEAKER_08: We got a lot of great uh items to be given out.
