For more than 20 years Dunkin Donuts has teamed up with local law enforcement officials to raise money for Special Olympics program. That includes police from the La Crosse area. Sergeant Whitney Hughes spoke to W-I-Z-M LaCrosseTalk Friday morning about the fun fundraiser.
