- 0:02Happy Sunday morning, everybody. The slap heard across the world.
- 0:11Chandler Smith had enough of Coal Custer, and instead of
- 0:15punching him, he slapped him like a little.
- 0:21All right. I didn't know what I was going
- 0:22to talk about today, but I got all my ex and there it was one
- 0:27after another. You all are upset that Chandler
- 0:33did not punch Cole Custer correctly.
- 0:38This is the story at hand, not the race.
- 0:44We do not care about the race. We care about that little
- 0:48Chandler Smith. Here's what?
- 0:51All right, so punch doing damage slapping, merely fleshing the
- 1:04skin. All you did was bitch slapping
- 1:08and you are very upset with this.
- 1:13All right, so let's talk about it.
- 1:17Let's bust it down. Oh, Cole Custer, in his
- 1:23interview after the race, said, listen, I've had enough of
- 1:26Chandler Smith. He's put me in the wall a couple
- 1:29times this year. Cole Custer said I I dealt with
- 1:34Chandler at Vegas and he wouldn't let me buy him.
- 1:39And he roughed me up. And I got to tell you, Cole
- 1:46Custer, it's like the old elephant.
- 1:50You know, there's a story. Oh, he's got a memory like an
- 1:53elephant that that must mean, I guess respond right here.
- 1:56Do do elephants have great memories?
- 1:59Because, oh, Cole Custer got a memory like an elephant.
- 2:02And Cole said, listen, I don't care what's going on.
- 2:06And I got to tell you, I watched the race little, you know,
- 2:10highlights of it because I was very busy yesterday.
- 2:13And I thought to myself, if Cole Custer does this wrong, he could
- 2:21wind up out of the championship chase because he was plus 30,
- 2:26then he was plus 28. And it's like, oh, I don't know
- 2:29if I'd be getting into this fight.
- 2:31But I guess if Chandler Smith did win the race, then maybe
- 2:36that knocks Cole Custer out. So Cole Custer, Cole Custer.
- 2:44I was going to say Cole custody, Cole Custer got a memory like an
- 2:48elephant. And I got to tell you, he just
- 2:52did what what he saw fit. Now, when you watch, when you
- 2:57watch Cole Custer, he don't he does not knock the hell out of
- 3:01Chandler Smith. He pushes him up the track.
- 3:04They both lose 3 spots and no. And Chandler, Chandler, he's
- 3:09desperate. He's got to win the race.
- 3:11Now. Chandler has had one hell of a
- 3:14year. He's won some races and for
- 3:17Chandler to not move on for the championship is definitely a
- 3:21devastating blow. But it it did amaze me when
- 3:27though, when when Chandler got, I was caught, he walked back to
- 3:30Colon and they start arguing. Look at that hairline, good
- 3:34looking hairline. Look at that.
- 3:37You can see right through it. So anyway, I was, I was
- 3:40surprised when Chandler did slap him just because he's always had
- 3:47he, he's been so calm and cool and collected this year.
- 3:51One thing that has surprised me that I, I mean, listen,
- 3:58everybody is bringing money nowadays that that's kind of
- 4:01like, that's kind of like saying it's going to rain out today.
- 4:05We know it's going to rain. So we're going on year.
- 4:10Actually, it's raining right now.
- 4:12We have known. You got to see a little rain
- 4:13right there. Rain drops keep falling on my
- 4:16head. That's a good song.
- 4:19We have known for years that if you don't bring money to NASCAR,
- 4:24you're not racing. So that's one of those deals
- 4:27where you just kind of let it go because that's an old saying.
- 4:31You know, for years everybody say I hate NASCAR.
- 4:34I'm like, Oh my God, again, you're going to say that again.
- 4:38But but you came on here to say it, you've been saying you hate
- 4:42NASCAR now for like 25 years. So my point is this guys, and I
- 4:48mean this nice. I mean it nice.
- 4:51That's just the way it is in NASCAR now.
- 4:53The car owners do not know how to get the money.
- 4:57They can't get the money. Used to be a day where the car
- 4:59owner was a wealthy corporation owner.
- 5:02He owned a he owns something. And you know, when I drove for
- 5:06Filbert Martasi, when I drove that red dog car, Tici didn't
- 5:12bring nothing. He paid me.
- 5:14So that's the way it used to be in the Xfinity Series and he
- 5:20just flat paid me. Nowadays, these kids have got to
- 5:26bring money if you're going to race now.
- 5:28It's not their fault, it's their parents fault.
- 5:32Blame it on the parents. So I mean, it's so if you
- 5:35listen, it's America, land of the free.
- 5:38If you want to say those little rich kids pissed me off.
- 5:42But those little rich kids, they do go to Victory Lane.
- 5:45They, they do have the ability to win.
- 5:49And those little rich kids and their parents, they do employ
- 5:541520 people at Joe Gibbs. So when you when you get mad at
- 6:01Chandler Smith for buying the ride, you got to go, Well,
- 6:05Chandler Smith by him buying the ride, he just supported 15
- 6:11family members that work at Joe Gibbs.
- 6:14So I am going to break this down as just two guys racing, but I
- 6:22hear you all. You all are like that rich kid.
- 6:26You're not mad at Chandler Smith.
- 6:28You're mad that he's got money. And I get that.
- 6:32I'm with you. Don't, hey, don't get mad at me.
- 6:36I understand. I'm telling you, I'm just
- 6:38breaking it down. All I'm saying is listen, we've
- 6:42been talking about rich kids for how it's it's starting raining
- 6:45pretty good. Now I got to get in here.
- 6:47These these rich kids have been around NASCAR for years now
- 6:52because these car owners, they were quitting racing.
- 6:54They didn't have no money and they weren't smart enough to get
- 6:57sponsors. So the car owners were smart
- 7:00enough to make money. But you know the old saying, you
- 7:04want to lose millions of dollars, go NASCAR racing or go
- 7:07racing. So I think you got to give
- 7:10Chandler a break on that. Now let's break the wreck down.
- 7:14Chandler's, he's in desperation mode and he's got to win this
- 7:17race. Koch Custer's like you ain't
- 7:20going to win it because you've been dealing me a fit all year
- 7:22long. Hey, what goes around comes
- 7:26around. So you can be a nice little kid,
- 7:29but if you rough your competition up, they going to
- 7:31get you. That's like me, I said, if you
- 7:35want to wreck somebody, wait till Phoenix, turn 3, turn 3,
- 7:40now turn 1. So turn one, turn one at
- 7:44Phoenix. If you want to wreck anybody all
- 7:47year long, just wait then because you're hauling ass.
- 7:50You're hauling ass and that's that corner Turn 1/2 is flat as
- 7:54a pancake. All you can do is I pop somebody
- 7:56out of left earring, they going to spin like a top.
- 7:59You're going to put them out of the race, get them where it
- 8:01hurts. So Cole Custer, he got Chandler
- 8:05where it hurt. He waited till the most
- 8:07opportune time. Boy, that hurt.
- 8:09And and that, my friends, is why Chandler Smith bitch slapped
- 8:14him. It wasn't.
- 8:15It wasn't that Cole shoved him up the track.
- 8:17Yeah, yeah, but Cole shoved him up the track at the most
- 8:22important time of the year. All right, all right, Awesome.
- 8:28OK, that's my take on that deal. I broke it all down being
- 8:34wealthy, why Cole did it, why Chandler did bitch slap him?
- 8:40Why you don't like the bitch slap?
- 8:41You wanted a punch? Because I'm a man baby.
- 8:46Denny Hamlin, his throttle stuck in practice yesterday.
- 8:51A piece of rubber. So the tires, Denny Hamlin says
- 8:54the tires are we're not twice as fast and there was already
- 8:57rubber on the racetrack. He said once in a million a
- 9:01freak deal, a piece of rubber got up in the motor in what we
- 9:06call the throttle body where the throttle linkage is and stuck
- 9:10the throttle wide open. You could see he had the brakes
- 9:14locked up going down the straightaway.
- 9:16But listen, they're they're fixing that car and they're
- 9:19putting a new ass in on with the body.
- 9:23So the framing cage are all good.
- 9:25They've shown pictures. They're going to run that car
- 9:29because that car was super fast. Looks like it has no physical
- 9:34framing, cage damage. Looks like they're putting just
- 9:36a whole new fiberglass body on it on the back.
- 9:40But then he's going to start last.
- 9:43He's minus what, 18 -, 18? So the show today, he's going to
- 9:47be Denny Amblin coming through the field.
- 9:50I mean, is he going to be able to do it?
- 9:52I think he, Denny Amblin's got the best pit crew in NASCAR.
- 9:57They've won all the pit stop contests lately yes, Danny
- 10:01Hamlin's team look it up as one all the pit stop contest lately.
- 10:05So he's got the best picker should be able to should be able
- 10:09to maybe gain a couple spots, but I think it could take could
- 10:13take Danny to get into the top. I think it's going to take Danny
- 10:17Hamlin 200 and 5300 laps to bust into the top five record.
- 10:23This right here. See if I'm right.
- 10:25All right, everybody, it's a big day at Martinsville.
- 10:29This is this is the day. This is the day we're going to
- 10:32find out who are are four, our top 4 going to Phoenix for the
- 10:38championship. This is the day.
- 10:41This is the day that the Lord has made that the Lord has made.
- 10:45We will be glad and rejoice in it.
