A jury in Alameda County convicted 55-year-old Jesus Perez-Munoz of second-degree murder in a chilling case that began with a clown mask and ended with DNA evidence. The victim, 41-year-old Ivan Ortegon-Couoh, was shot twice near the Oakland Coliseum by a masked assailant dressed in a white jumpsuit — a scene straight out of a horror movie.
