Najah: Listen. If you're not ready for somebody new to be new, don't invite them in. Nobody should have to pay for what somebody else did to you. That's not their debt. Everybody new deserves a clean slate. Let their actions speak. Not the aftermath that somebody else left behind. It's not fair to ask somebody to open their heart to you. Just to spend the whole time proving that they're not the one who broke it. And I get why people get guarded. I really do. But at some point you gotta decide. Are you ready for something new? Or are you still in a relationship with what happened to you? Cuz baby. How can somebody build with you? If they competing with ghosts from your past. Now me personally I'm not finna get hurt trying to prove that I never came to hurt you. And if I see the signs. my ex used to do this, my ex used to do that.
