SPEAKER_00: Hulin of Bayes, Visiat Deshmaya, the beginning of the new Mesahta, a new big one.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_00: And just a couple of words to intro Hulin.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: We know Hulin's coming right after we learned Zvochim Menachus, which is essentially, you know, as relates to Kotchim.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: Most of Kutchim and Kh'chim Kotchim part of Kh'em is going to be the Zvachim Menachus, which we just went through and had this chos.
• 0:19
  SPEAKER_00: But Hulin comes along.
• 0:20
  SPEAKER_00: What's Hulin?
• 0:21
  SPEAKER_00: Hulin Milashani.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: The name speaks for itself.
• 0:23
  SPEAKER_00: It's all about Hulin.
• 0:24
  SPEAKER_00: Hulin is not Kh'chim.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: It's your regular everyday meat and basar in your kitchen.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: So Hulin is going to govern how you run your kitchen.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: That's why it's a very important masekhta, very naya nowadays.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: It's not Hilchala Meshika like Zwachim and Menachas.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: It's uh it's it's uh it applies every single day.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna go through all the different alochas and everything we need to make uh basar, uh to to to be obviously to be able to eat in the right way, to you know, all the in in terms of kashras is a lot of different suyas we go into in terms of hulin.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_00: Um it's called many of the Rishana refer to it shit as hulin, and that's as opposed to uh shitas kalchim.
• 0:58
  SPEAKER_00: What's Mesachas Shahitas Khochim?
• 1:00
  SPEAKER_00: You know, it's Zvachim.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: So a lot of the Rishana Shitas Kochim is Zvachim, that's how you shot Khalchim, that was Zvachim that we went through already.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: Shitas Hulin is uh Hulin, but that's uh again it's I say Indian Rabbeinu Akkadish when he finished being Masad in the Mishnahis, uh when you finished being Masad in the Mishnahis and went through all the Khalchim aspects, Vachim and Achus.
• 1:17
SPEAKER_00: Now we're going on to Hulin because again, that's gonna be the most practical allochas, and uh that's how it's uh gonna do it.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: Rabbeinu, if we could just uh tiny bit.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: Um I'll go to that, huh?
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-oh, that's our guy.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_00: So like this.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_00: So by the way, sh so so we're gonna start off, right?
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: So how do you how do you how do you meteir your boss or lahila?
• 1:43
SPEAKER_00: How do you you know mahir lah?
• 1:44
SPEAKER_00: I think it's huhsha, right, to eat.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: So how do you how are you mahir food?
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: So you have to shaft.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_00: If it's baser, we're getting started, we're getting started, don't worry.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: So once we once you get once you shacht it, it's gonna be uh hut alchila.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to do any uh any further avoidal like you do by Kodchim as it relates to regular and you just shacht it, you're good to go.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: Now obviously Shita comes along with uh a lot of allochas, and that's why we have a lot of Dapim in this uh you know in this uh Misahta.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go through all that, but the point is, Shita is obviously what you have to do to be mah your uh your your oichal, so it's not um it's not gonna be an availa.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: Now, Shita is it a mitzvah?
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: Is it not a mitzvah?
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: So according to most Shishanim, it's not a mitzvah, it's a matir, it's gonna be a matriarch.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: So why do you say a shikh at the shot and a mitzvahis if it's Ivan?
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it's it's a good raid, we're not gonna go through it all right now, but that's according to most Roshanim happens to be the Rambam when he lists his mitzvah.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: In the Minan a mitzvah, he counts Shita as one of them.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: So it's a much like a Shrishanim whether Shet is considered a mitzvah, not considered a mitzvah, but it's not a good thing.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: I don't know, you gotta check it out and let us know.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_00: No, I'm saying you're bringing down one.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: Um I'm giving Roshitavas a two-minute intro, and then we're gonna do the rest of the dump in 25 minutes.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: But the Maya, we have the source to get through Zwachmanachas.
• 2:54
SPEAKER_00: Now we're gonna go on to Kulin and again just uh relates to Shita's Kachim, um, as opposed to Shrita's Kachim, that's where we're gonna uh, you know, it's all the Hilchas kitchen and everything you need to eat kosher food nowadays.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get through all this and Visiyat Shmaya.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaytin, everyone is able to do shritah.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: Hakol, whenever we say Hakul, it's always the rabbi something, as we know we're gonna go through that in the Gemara.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_00: But Hakol includes everything, everyone, Rashi says, Kohutani, Hakol, Kulu Maisin the Bishmait's Kamaiso, the Erichin, and anywhere where it gives a list of Hakul is brought down at the beginning of Erichan, and we say what's Hakola Syema, etc.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Hakul Shaythin, Uh Shita, Ushkita San Kshaira.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's able to shacht, meaning what?
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be uh zakar, it doesn't have to be a uh, it doesn't have to be uh kain, it doesn't shayth and everyone can do shita, and by the way, that's true even about khadchin.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: Not only about chulin, it's true about khadchim.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: We learned shrita's kshera bizarre.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: Shit lava void, that was one of the primary halochas as relates to Zwachim.
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: Shita Lavaid, it's not an Avoid that can be done by an Isha, 100%, even by Khajim.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about Hulin now, your regular everyday Hulin that you go to that we just ate right now.
• 3:55
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 3:55
SPEAKER_00: From uh whatever it is.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaytin, mech shaitas and shah.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: And if they shaht, it's gonna be k shera.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_00: The Gemar is gonna say it sounds like uh opposite yukim.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: Hakul shachtin sounds the khathilah everyone the khatila can go shach.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: Shitas n shah sounds after the fact, okay?
• 4:07
SPEAKER_00: Only with the evidence gonna be okay.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: Gemara's gonna address that first question.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: But either way, except for a chair shah to vikatan, not like uh you heard I think uh you were joking, but shachatin, chut.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: Not that you can't shach the chairshot of the khatan.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: Unless he has a shachal.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: If he has a shachat, that's the gemara.
• 4:24
  SPEAKER_00: That's the gemara.
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_00: We'll get that in a minute.
• 4:26
SPEAKER_00: But uh it's actually the Mishnah.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: So the Mishnah, obviously, by the way, you would think it's going back on the Hershad of Vakatan, but as the Gemara is gonna tell us it's not going back on the Hershad of the Khatan of a God's Gabov.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: It also is the halach is true, but that's not what the Mishnah's talking about.
• 4:40
  SPEAKER_00: They cannot use Shitah.
• 4:41
  SPEAKER_00: Why Shami Kalkulun?
• 4:43
SPEAKER_00: Because they might mess up.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see in the Gemara.
• 4:44
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: Shami Kalkulun and Eshitasan, they might mess up.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: Shita, Vikul, and Sheshachtbach and Ryanasan, Shitas and Shir.
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: But anyone who shachti, and others are watching with them, meaning others that know Hilchashitah and know how to do it are watching them, making sure it's done rightly, Godal Emir al-Ghabav, then it's gonna be Kashir.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: And what is this going back on?
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like on the Kherash of Katan, but no, the Gemara's gonna show us it's not talking about that.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: But the haloch is true.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_00: That if the Kherkatan does shit, and godlamir al Ghabab, it's gonna be okay, but that's not what the Mishra's saying.
• 5:11
SPEAKER_00: Either way, Zak the Gemara Hakul Shaythin, the Khathila.
• 5:13
  SPEAKER_00: Shitashn Shah the Abit.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: The exact steer we start off with.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: When it says Hakul Shaytin, sounds like the khathilah, everyone can go and do shaital the khathila.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: Shaitankshairah sounds like only after the fact.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: If they're ready, Shaqtah then it's gonna be Khashir.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: So is this the Bidiyabatikadin?
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: Or is it even the Khathilah?
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Amalakabrey the Rabal Rabashi, the Khalak Kalikilah.
• 5:30
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: You're telling me you're you start off with a stira from a diak and a Mishnah that it sounded like haqal is gonna be the khathila?
• 5:37
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: Anytime it says haqkol, it's it's a lush of the khathilah that everyone, this whole list is a khathilah thing to do.
• 5:43
  SPEAKER_00: Is that true?
• 5:44
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why it's not.
• 5:44
  SPEAKER_00: I'll bring you a few examples.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: Everyone can make a tmura.
• 5:49
  SPEAKER_00: What's tmura?
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: So there's a whole masahta dedicated to murah tmura is the concept of switching the kadushah, transferring the kadushah from one animal to another.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: And we know the whole masahta tmura is a whole biddiyavedik and misahta.
• 6:02
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 6:02
  SPEAKER_00: Because you're not allowed.
• 6:03
  SPEAKER_00: It does switch.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: The kadusha goes over and they're right, and maknas.
• 6:08
  SPEAKER_00: 100%.
• 6:09
  SPEAKER_00: 100%.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_00: They both stay cuthers, but it's it's an issue.
• 6:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's not really a switch.
• 6:12
  SPEAKER_00: It's a love day's.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: Give me a minute, give me a minute here.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: We don't have so much time.
• 6:15
SPEAKER_00: It's a love, you have a good question, tell me.
• 6:17
  SPEAKER_00: It's a lav day raisa, right?
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: It's a lav der Raisa to do it tomorrow.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to do the tomorrow, you're not allowed to do it.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: So the whole Masakh's Tmur is talking about it, but you have a dick case where you already did the tour, you're either a lavdar.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: And then, as you so wonderfully said, the kedusha stays on stays on the one original, and it also goes on to the one you tried doing at Tamura too.
• 6:38
  SPEAKER_00: But either way, Hakomamirin.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's able to affect the tmura.
• 6:41
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's able to make katmurah that that it's gonna transfer the kedusha onto the other one as well.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's able to do that.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_00: Is that a khathilah?
• 6:48
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 6:48
SPEAKER_00: Akhara Noshim, we said man, echhirnoshim, well, hachanamin the khathhilu, that's a khathila, but the Pascan entire says I said it up the opposite.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Don't flip it, even if it's bad to good, good to bad, doesn't matter.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: You're not allowed to make a tmurah.
• 7:01
SPEAKER_00: So once you did, what?
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: Hakal tmura Mimirin, everyone's able to make a tmura.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: Well, the khathila, you should go and do this, Khashalam, it's isudarisha.
• 7:08
  SPEAKER_00: So how could Hakal?
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: Why are you telling me Hakal means lichhathilah over here?
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: Clearly, it doesn't mean lichatilah.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: That's not something you're supposed to do.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: It's actually an isudar Isa would be pretty terrible.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemar, I'll tell you why.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: Over there, don't ask me, because really I'll tell you Hakal is Likhathila Mashmah.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what about Hakol Mamirian?
• 7:25
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 7:25
  SPEAKER_00: Hassan kitik tani taima.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: Over there we address this issue.
• 7:28
SPEAKER_00: Over there we address the issue in the Mishnah that Hakol sounds lichhathilah.
• 7:33
SPEAKER_00: So what are we talking about?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: So the Mishnah addressed it.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: That we said the reason why why we used that Losha.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: Now Loisha the Mrasha Lahamir, we explained ourselves right away.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: The fact that Hakol sounds la Khathilah.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: And that's why the Mishnah tells you Loisha the Mrasha Lahamir.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: Not that you're allowed to.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: You would think maybe because I said Hakol, you would be allowed to, because generally it's Alash and the Khathila.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: But no, Loisha Adam Rash alhamir.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: But if he did, it affects.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: It actually transfers and it doesn't transfer from the animal.
• 7:59
  SPEAKER_00: The animal stays qadh.
• 8:02
  SPEAKER_00: It stays Qadj.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: But he affects the trumon, the tmurah, that the other one becomes Qadesh as well.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: By the way, he's gonna get Malkus because he was Iver said.
• 8:10
SPEAKER_00: So Allah says, Okay, so you got me about Tmura, you answered that question.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: I'll ask you another Kasha though from another place where we see Hakol is not a khathila di Kadin.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that?
• 8:20
  SPEAKER_00: Allah Hakal Marikin Vina'rachin.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: Everyone can be marikh and narach.
• 8:24
  SPEAKER_00: What does that mean?
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: This is as relates to erchin.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: Erichin is the concept where you take upon yourself to bring the value of someone to the base of English.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_00: Either yourself, erki alai, my own value, or someone else's erch.
• 8:35
SPEAKER_00: And there's a whole chokhanarach as it relates to how much money you're gonna have to give if you say the value of him, I'm donating.
• 8:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's erchin.
• 8:40
  SPEAKER_00: So hakolmarik and vinerachin'.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: Everyone can be the subject, everyone can uh do an erch uh, can can uh be an advanch on someone else, and also vinachan can be the subject of an erchan that they themselves are gonna have a value for that.
• 8:52
  SPEAKER_00: Noidrin, vinidarin.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: Everyone can make an advanidarin, they can be the subject of it as well.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: So what are you gonna tell me of Khanamlith dachhilah?
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: We said, Hakol, everyone can make nidharim, that's the point over here.
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: What over here also it's the khatchhilah to make nidarim?
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: We know that's not true because we also learned Nidharim together, and we learned that what Nidharim is a Nidharim is a it's it's a whole Vidya Vitika thing.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: It's not it's not something you're really supposed to do because the apostle says, When you stop making nidharin, you're not gonna have a chit.
• 9:19
  SPEAKER_00: What's that mashma?
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: That when you continue making a darm, you're gonna have a chit, it's a problem.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: Vik seven the Pasik also says, Toy Vashloi Tidamisha Tidablay Tashalim.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: It's better not to make any nidharm at all.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: That's it's better than if you make nadharm and don't pay that.
• 9:30
  SPEAKER_00: Well, that one's obvious.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: But Tani, we have the brace explaining that that Toy Mizel Mizah, what's actually the best?
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: The best to shane and not to make any type of nadir, divre remair, that's a mere, Rabbiudaimer, Toy Mizel Mzeh, Noider Meshal.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: The best thing to do is to be Nader Mishalim.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: That says the best thing, the highest level is to make a nether, but to actually keep your nether, noider mishalim, even a Rabyudh like Kamara Alabimar Hare Zhang.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: That was only in a very limited case.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: That was only Rabbiuda said that when he said Hare Zheh, meaning this animal is Kadash.
• 9:58
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 9:58
  SPEAKER_00: What's the difference?
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: We noticed this yesterday, it came up.
• 10:00
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: Because if he says Harezeh, the kadush is on this animal.
• 10:02
SPEAKER_00: If it gets lost or or uh stolen, whatever it is, he's not chaibachrys.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: If he's not chaibachrist, meaning the nether is on the chiptu.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: The hektish is on the chafta.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's not on him.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: It's not a chaivaz gabra that he's gonna be chaibachriusah to bring another animal.
• 10:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's not what's going on.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: It's this one is qadosh.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_00: So if this one is gone, you are not responsible.
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: However, Aval Hare Omar Hare Allah.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: But if he took a nether in the lunch of Hare Allah, that it's on me, it's a chivasgavra.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_00: So he separates a shah and you lost it, bring another one.
• 10:31
  SPEAKER_00: Hare Allah, you said.
• 10:32
  SPEAKER_00: So it's a chivasgabra.
• 10:33
  SPEAKER_00: That already lied.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: Rabbih's gonna not he's not gonna say his din over there, he's gonna say actually that it's a problem.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: And you shouldn't be making a dharm like that.
• 10:40
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: As Rashi says, Domapah Should Mikha'im, because he might be pushed in the other day, he's not gonna be making it.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: And uh that's why it's not like the case of Arayzeh.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: So even Rabbiud that says that the highest level is to be noidar mashalim, that's in a very limited case.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: But in a regular neder of Hare Alai, even Ribiudah's maskara may that you shouldn't make nidarm, it's not something good to do.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: The Pasik says, uh the pasik says, uhindar bakhik.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: When you stop making nidarm, you're not gonna have a kid.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: So we see clearly a nedr is not a lakhila thing to do.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: You're not supposed to make nidarm, it's not a good thing to do.
• 11:07
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, why it says hakol, noidrin, vini darin, everyone.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like a lakhathila over here clearly it's not something to do, lichilah, you shouldn't make nidarim.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: It says, Okay, I hear you.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: So you prove to me that akol is not lakhathilah but I'll ask you in a cash in now the other way.
• 11:23
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna tell me really that every time it says akol, it doesn't mean l'hathila according to what you're saying.
• 11:28
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: So if it's not lakhilah, what about these hakols?
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's khaiaven lulab, everyone's everyone's hai in sukah everyone's haiv in tsitsis.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: What also this is not lakhilah of course it's lichhathila.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: You have to wear tsitsis, you have to uh uh build a sukha to be in a sukah so says the gymara um villaika so sorry the named law lakhilah what that's not the khilah of course it is, says the gemara, I'll tell you why.
• 11:54
SPEAKER_00: That's different those cases you just brought because chhayovin likeamina, what does that say?
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't say hakol uh yohishmin basoka, it doesn't say that.
• 12:01
  SPEAKER_00: It says hakol chayovin.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: So chayovin laikamina, I'm not talking about where it says chayovin.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: If it says chayavin, then you're right, of course.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna mean the khathilah where it says hakol stam without telling you you're chaif to do something, that is not the khathilah.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: Says di Kamara Miyata, if so, hakol saimchin.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: So I'll find you a place where it says hakol, but it doesn't say chayovin.
• 12:21
  SPEAKER_00: Where's that?
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: Where meaning where I know it's still the khathilah where's that gonna be?
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_00: Hakol saimchin.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: Everyone does smicha, it relates to a karban.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: Everyone can do smicha, echan, echanasha, men, woman, oh khanami do level the khakhila, it's not the khathilah?
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: Of course it is, it's a mitzvah.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see?
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: Of course, over there it's it's uh l'hathilah it's a mitzvah there is samah Yadavinirza.
• 12:44
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't say chayyavin, so that's not the reason it's a khilah, it's a khathilah because we know it's a khathila, and it just uses the lush of a kal, so we find the case where it says hakol and it means l'ha khathilah.
• 12:53
  SPEAKER_00: Ten o'clock.
• 12:56
  SPEAKER_00: Don't try.
• 12:56
  SPEAKER_00: 9 59.
• 12:58
  SPEAKER_00: So says the gimor.
• 13:01
SPEAKER_00: Might even be earlier than that at the rate we're going.
• 13:03
  SPEAKER_00: So 10 minutes.
• 13:04
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gimorah eyami.
• 13:07
  SPEAKER_00: Or rather, some akhiminirza.
• 13:08
  SPEAKER_00: In.
• 13:08
SPEAKER_00: Says the gimmara, you're right.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: So you just brought me a couple of examples where it means l not lichathilah.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: And I just brought you an example where hakal meant lichhathilah.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: Says the gemara in ikah hakod khathilah will be done like ten minutes.
• 13:19
  SPEAKER_00: There's a kol that's lichhathilah, there's a kol that means a khat.
• 13:23
  SPEAKER_00: And there's a call that's also mikakodiavid.
• 13:26
  SPEAKER_00: So you have both.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: That's the easy answer, the gemara.
• 13:28
  SPEAKER_00: Really, you're right.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: You found case like this, case like that, because yeah, hakal means sometimes this way, sometimes that way, sometimes lichathilah, sometimes vidi evit.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: Says the gemara, akod a khamadi khathila.
• 13:38
  SPEAKER_00: Who?
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but the akal over here that we said, we're assuming is the khathilah.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_00: Who said, who said that our Mishnah Hakol means lichathilah that everyone the khathila is allowed to go in shachat, and that was the whole stirah we came out with, right?
• 13:48
  SPEAKER_00: So who said?
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: Um, the tikshilcha, and why are we assuming that?
• 13:51
SPEAKER_00: Did tikshil khah because that was the first question of the Gemarah.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: The tikshil khha that we had that whole question, then how do you know it's lichhatilah?
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: Uh, the cash is the ratio's the khathila, the saf is the yabed, it's a stirah.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_00: So, how do you know our hakol in our Mishnah is Likhathilah to ask a question that there's a stirah?
• 14:07
SPEAKER_00: The ratio is the khathilah the saf is the yabah.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: How do you know it's the khathilah how do you know this one means the khatrilah?
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Domadiabu.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it means the takhshha.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: You shouldn't have any question because the raish is the raish is bidyavid and the safas bidyavid.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the raish is uh case of hakol, that's actually bidiyavid.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: Malayan to the back, and no shitasan k shera kashali.
• 14:25
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_00: Because my kasha, I was starting the other way around.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: I wasn't starting from a call, I was starting from the sepa.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: I my kasha was on shitas and sherah.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: What do we say again?
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: Hakol shaythin, the shitas and k shera.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: So the shitas and k shera clearly sounds bidyavid.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: It's only after the fact.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: Once you shaft, it's gonna be khshera.
• 14:41
  SPEAKER_00: So that's my kasha.
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: Because mediktani is shitas and k shera.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: Once it says shitas and shera, the yav, that's clearly bidyyaved, michada akal lichhathila.
• 14:48
  SPEAKER_00: What does that imply?
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: So what did I mean when I said hakol?
• 14:51
  SPEAKER_00: Hakol shaythin.
• 14:52
SPEAKER_00: If you say hakol shaythin, so you don't even need to say k shir, it's very redundant.
• 14:55
  SPEAKER_00: So we're using a different lush.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like if you say vishkitas and k shir, which sounds bidiyavid, so compare that, what would be the opposite?
• 15:01
  SPEAKER_00: Hakol shaythun.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: That's the opposite way to say it.
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: So if I said both of them, so that's mashma that the raisha is the case of lichathhilah dehakol lichathilah, that's mashma that hakol is actually lakhathilo, ddiyavid, because if it was bidiyavid, then hardi diyavid, then why do I need to be redundant?
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need to say say something that was bidiyavid twice?
• 15:18
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 15:18
SPEAKER_00: Hakol shaytan, if that means bidyavid, and then I go on sink shayya, I just said the same thing twice.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need to do that?
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: So from the fact that it's saved, it says shaitan shayra, which for sure means bidiyavid, so that's mashmah that the raisha means l'hathilah.
• 15:31
SPEAKER_00: And that's why the Gemarah started off with a stira between the raisha and the saf, for the bidiyad, the khathilah, etc.
• 15:36
  SPEAKER_00: So Ammarabar Ulah, Hokhikitani.
• 15:38
SPEAKER_00: I'll explain to you very simply.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: This is what the this is the way you read the Mishnah.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: Hakal Shaytin, the filub tameh bikulin.
• 15:45
  SPEAKER_00: Stop making big diukim.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: We're learning something from it.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: What do you do with extra words?
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: Right, what was the kasha?
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: That once bidiyavid, once lichathilah I how do you know the raish is lichhathilah?
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: Because it says the same thing twice.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: If it was diyebed, then it would say diyavid diyved, it's the same thing twice.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: No, it's not the same thing twice.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why I need the first two words.
• 16:00
  SPEAKER_00: Not l'hathila, not diavid.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: That's not what the point.
• 16:03
  SPEAKER_00: The point is l'irabais.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: Hakul shaythun is a rebu.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be rabba something.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: If it's coming to be marabh something, then forget the fact diyavid twice.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: No, it's not being iSic in that.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: It can mean whatever you want it to mean.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: And then we say now we now we're saying vishkitas and shareh to bring out the point that it's bit Diyavid.
• 16:18
SPEAKER_00: But Hakul Shaytan is not coming to tell me the same thing, it's rather coming to teach me something else completely.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: What's it coming to teach me?
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: Even a tame, someone who's tame bitumas a guf, he's allowed to shacht chulin.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's what it's coming to teach me.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shachan, anyone can shecht, even someone who's tame is gonna be able to shacht chulin.
• 16:33
  SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara.
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_00: Tame bihulin, my lamemra.
• 16:36
  SPEAKER_00: Sh koya.
• 16:37
  SPEAKER_00: What's the great such?
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Why is that a question?
• 16:39
  SPEAKER_00: What's the problem for a tame a shachulin?
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: Again, we came off from Kojim, so we're traumatized.
• 16:43
  SPEAKER_00: Tame, it's a terrible thing.
• 16:47
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 16:50
  SPEAKER_00: What's the problem?
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: Is there is there is there to be metamachulin?
• 16:53
  SPEAKER_00: Again, I told you.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_00: We can use it, you can eat it.
• 16:58
  SPEAKER_00: You can eat it.
• 16:59
  SPEAKER_00: What's the problem?
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: They gemara, they gemara, they gemara.
• 17:10
  SPEAKER_00: Bring us Okay.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: Because the purpose of before is to go through the now, man.
• 17:16
  SPEAKER_00: So So what's chat?
• 17:19
  SPEAKER_00: So what's chat?
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: What meaning Maila Memra, what's the what's the big kiddish that uh uh tame is allowed to shachulin?
• 17:25
  SPEAKER_00: It's just chulin, it's not khajim.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
• 17:28
  SPEAKER_00: That's a terrible thing, right?
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: If for a tame to shacht khajim, it's a terrible thing.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: If he's metame, if he touches, there's ways to not be, but he's not allowed to do khathila.
• 17:35
  SPEAKER_00: But hulin, hulin's not a problem.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: Hulin we all eat toma today.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: Tame today we're all tame, we all shacht chulin.
• 17:40
  SPEAKER_00: It's May Islam Hoyin.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: So Maila Memra, so what's the kidd?
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna tell me Hakul Shekhtin and the mission is coming to teach me to be Marba, even Atam is allowed to shekhulin, shkay, Lamra.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: What's the grace of kiddish?
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: Bihulin Shinasu Atara Sakhaidh says the Gemara, Ghoin is the answer.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: Like we just saw the Ghonis.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: Mahamsh the Gemara was Muhammad to you.
• 17:58
  SPEAKER_00: So that what?
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: I saw it from the Gemara.
• 18:00
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: The Bihulin Shanasu Atar sakh.
• 18:04
  SPEAKER_00: We're talking about someone who's Mahmeer.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: We know some some were makbed on eating even chulin bitahara.
• 18:10
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: Because there was Khotem flying all around back in the day.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: And if Kotchim, you come into Kajah, Kh'chim, it's all basr, and obviously you know what's what.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: But the point is there's that you're always dealing with kh'chim, and some people to be extra machmir, just to be careful across the board, would even eat khulin only bitahara.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: So, al-Tahara Sakhoidesh for those that are mahmir, those chasidim that are machmir to eat it bitara saqhoidesh.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: Interesting Gemar over here teaching us that it actually nafkimina la aloha.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: That this khumra becomes part of aloha.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: That wow, now can a tameh shach that uh shachta chulin or not?
• 18:45
SPEAKER_00: Well, is he gonna be Metamid?
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: Well, by the way, not necessarily.
• 18:48
SPEAKER_00: Because you won't necessarily touch it.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: We could see Sakana Ruch, the Gemar is about to say.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: He could use a long knife to shachta, and he's not necessarily gonna be tame.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: So that's where it's going to uh have an Afkamina over here.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: Hulin Shanas Altai's aqidesh.
• 19:00
  SPEAKER_00: And what's the question?
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: The question is Khaidesh Damu.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: Because we consider Hulin Shenasu Ataris Akadesh, because the Tana holds Hulin Shenasu Ataris Akadesh, Kekhaidesh Damu.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: That we treat it with the Khumrah of Khotchim.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: That just like Atame can's Shech Kh'em, so too, because of this Khumra, he's not gonna be able to shecht even Khulin.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: Kitsaru, I said, And how is he gonna do that?
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, how is he gonna do it?
• 19:21
  SPEAKER_00: Because what we say?
• 19:21
  SPEAKER_00: We said Hakul Shechtin.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: We said in the end, Shkitasin Shayra to teach you it's only with the event, right?
• 19:26
  SPEAKER_00: Shundu La Khathila.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_00: But Hakul Shechtin is allowed to, or rather Hakol is Mashmah.
• 19:31
  SPEAKER_00: Whatever, we're gonna see.
• 19:32
SPEAKER_00: But Hakol is Marba, even the Tamil is allowed to shacht the chulin.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: So how is he gonna do it?
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: Katsaru, I say, maybe sakinarucha, vishach al bakadeshlay gabi bas.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: So he just brings a long knife and he shachts it in order for that he's not gonna touch the basur.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: The gimm'un today tomorrow's daff, or rather, month Sunday's daff that we're gonna learn.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, what do you mean?
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: What type of tum is he?
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_00: Is he tomasy?
• 19:50
  SPEAKER_00: Avia vai sa toma.
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: We know a kharib is like a khalal dummy, and if the charib is like a khalal, it's an extension of him.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: Rish on the tomba, at least it makes he's still being metame through a cherub, through a metal.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: We'll get into that, so okay.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_00: But the point is right now, for all we need is he's using a long knife, he's not touching the master.
• 20:04
SPEAKER_00: If he's not touching the massa, he's not being metama the basso.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: That's how he's going to do it.
• 20:08
  SPEAKER_00: Vishakidhla yi gababasu.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: And then the Mishnah continues.
• 20:12
  SPEAKER_00: So that's you're right.
• 20:13
SPEAKER_00: Takul Shayth is teaching us something else.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: By the way, even if you want to say it's la khathilah, you're right.
• 20:18
SPEAKER_00: Because by Khulin, he could shachti la khathilah.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: I, Atomik, Hulin Shanasu Altari Saqqadish, you have this incredible khumra?
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but if he's not gonna actually be touching it, you don't have a problem.
• 20:28
  SPEAKER_00: He's gonna use a long knife.
• 20:29
SPEAKER_00: But then the Mishnah continues, only bidiyavid.
• 20:33
  SPEAKER_00: What's that talking about?
• 20:34
  SPEAKER_00: Uvi mukdashim la ishchit.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about, that's how you read this gemara.
• 20:38
  SPEAKER_00: Uvi mukdashim la ishot.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: This tame, even with his long uh 10-foot pole, should not shacht muh.
• 20:45
  SPEAKER_00: He shouldn't shacht kharshim.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: You're gonna tell me why not?
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: He's not gonna be metameh.
• 20:48
  SPEAKER_00: What's the problem?
• 20:48
SPEAKER_00: He hears Tameh, but uh he's he's shachting Kh'chim and he's not being metamid to Khajim.
• 20:52
  SPEAKER_00: So there's no issue.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: The reason is Shemma yikab a basr, because it's a kera.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: We're worried that he might touch the basr, and we don't want him to be metameh.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_00: But if he did shacht it, the aimer, burilish lay nagati, and heen says, I know 100% that I didn't touch the basar.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: Then shitas, his shaitha is gonna be kshairah, and that's how you read the Mishnah.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_00: Shitasek Sherah.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_00: What's that talking about?
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_00: The tameh.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about the tame.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: As relates to Hulan is allowed to, as it relates to Kh'chim, he's not allowed to.
• 21:17
  SPEAKER_00: Shema y gab a basar, it's a kzairah.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: However, if he did, and he says, Bari Lishlainagati, I'm sure 100% that I did not touch the Kachim, then Shitas and Kshaira bid the ever.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: His Shit is gonna be Kashra Bidi Eved by Khim, because at the end of the day he wasn't Metamid.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: He didn't methamid, shachid it.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Gans fine.
• 21:34
SPEAKER_00: Khut, mechhesh of Khatan, that's what the mission continues, except for Herzhet of Vakatan.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: The Afid Bhulin grady, forget about Kotchim.
• 21:39
SPEAKER_00: We're falling back all the way to Khulin.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: Even by Khulin alone, the evin amiloi.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: Also bid the evident, even bid the evident are not allowed to do it, they're not allowed to shacht.
• 21:45
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: Because over there we're worried that there's an issue with the shit itself, that it's apostle shita.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: Why are we worried about that?
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: Shema yeshu, shema yidrasu, shema yachlidu.
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: These are three different classic pseom we find by shit.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna get very nitty gritty deep into what these things mean.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: Ram Shekha Sudhya's But the point is that he might do, he might not do the shita properly, and he might passle up the shrita, and that's why we're worried about a Khershata Vakata.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, okay.
• 22:09
  SPEAKER_00: I get it.
• 22:09
SPEAKER_00: Beautiful explanation of the Gemara of the Mishnah, according to what we just said.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: Hakul Shaitan, Lerabois, Kameh Behulin, and Shitasing Shaira, meaning that's Bidiyev as it relates to Atame by Khotchim.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be Bidiav because again, it's still gonna be kosher if he already did it because he didn't actually touch the busser, because he said barili, chot me cherishatun, they might mess up.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: And then we said, What?
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_00: Vikulan Sheshahtu, Shitasang Shera.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: So, or rather, no, sorry, the Mishnah said, Vikulam Sheshahtu, and you had others watching them.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: You have the Indian of O'Mdel Gabub.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: So Vikulun Sheshahtu and others are watching them.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: So what would you think on face value?
• 22:45
SPEAKER_00: You would think that that's talking about Hershat of Vakatam.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: We just came off talking about Hershad of Vakatan.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: So Vikulan Sheshahtu, Bachirim Maimdan Al Gabah, or Bachirim Roynah san.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be Shrikita Sing Shah, because we're talking about Hershat of Vakatom.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara, Vikun and Sheshahtu Ahai, who are we going back on?
• 22:59
  SPEAKER_00: Inaymah Hershad of Vakatan.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me we're going back on Hershad of Vakaton, aloy koi, we're go we're coming right off of that in the Mishnah.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: Those were the last words.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: And if so, what's the proper grammar?
• 23:08
  SPEAKER_00: Not Vikulan Sheshachtu.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_00: If we're Mamish coming right off that din in the Mishnah, the proper thing to say would be, Vi'im Shahtu me by lay.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: We should have said, Khutzmi Khershah Vikatan, V'im Shahtu, and if those shach those people shachted the Khereshad of Vakatan, that Vachirimdinagab or Vachirim Rainasan and other people's watching them, then it's gonna be okay.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_00: So if that's who we're talking about, then we should have said V'im Shahtu.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: So we're probably not talking about them, right?
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: So who are we talking about when we said that the kulin shashahtuba sanit's gonna be okay?
• 23:39
SPEAKER_00: says the Gemara, Ella Ak Tame Bahulin.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about Tame Bahulin that someone who was tame, that Shachid Khulin, but someone else saw that he didn't touch the chulin, it's gonna be okay.
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, we said even the Khatchhilah is allowed to do Shikita.
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean if he did it with the evidence and others saw him, it's gonna be okay.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: We said literally he's allowed to do the khathila.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara, okay, you're right.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a tame that shaqid kachim.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: He's not allowed to, Shemayi Gibbasar, but if he did it with a 10-foot pole and we have others watching to make sure that he didn't touch it, then it's gonna be okay.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: We said a minute ago, Bibari Lisagi.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: When he says barili shalinagati, even either satsma, eighth and be soin, it's gonna be okay.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: He's Nemon by himself if he says I'm 100% sure that I didn't touch it.
• 24:20
  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be good.
• 24:21
SPEAKER_00: We don't need a khirim rain, says obviously it's not talking about that.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, you're right, Mitsias.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a case Delay say come on the shy.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about where he's not around anymore.
• 24:30
  SPEAKER_00: He's not here.
• 24:31
SPEAKER_00: You have this tome that's shachtid khulin with a ten-foot pole.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: Okay, shachtid sorry, carton with a ten-foot pole.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: What's the problem that but the shouldn't have done that?
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: But the evidence is the boss are okay or not.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: So ask him, ask him if he says barivi, eyahnam and me surin, we believe him, it's okay, it's kosher.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: The problem is he's not here.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_00: Dilay say dinishile, he's not here, the less of Kamani's not around anymore.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: To ask him, so what do we do?
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: By the way, it's up the Mishnah, Bahirim Rainas.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: If other people saw him, by the way, that's sorry.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: I kept mixing the two.
• 24:58
SPEAKER_00: But now it makes sense that a Bahir M Rainas is specifically Bachim Rainasa.
• 25:01
  SPEAKER_00: It's not a din aim din al-Ghabov.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: Aim Din al-Ghabov is when the person doesn't have das.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: You're taking the responsibility for what he's doing.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: You're you're makbin on the halakhus, it's you that knows the Allah and not him.
• 25:14
  SPEAKER_00: He doesn't have dash.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: Over here, it's not a concept of that.
• 25:16
  SPEAKER_00: It's not Aimden Al-Ghab, it's Rainas.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: That was Loshon of the Mishnah.
• 25:19
  SPEAKER_00: It's time, they saw.
• 25:20
  SPEAKER_00: It's Mitssias.
• 25:20
  SPEAKER_00: Did he touch it?
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: Did he not touch it?
• 25:22
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know, ask him.
• 25:22
  SPEAKER_00: He's not around.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I also I happen to see.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: We saw that he didn't touch it, and that's why that's gonna be good enough, and that's what it's talking about.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: Says the thing about Hot Tamebi Mugdash, oh, let's zoom out for a second.
• 25:33
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 25:33
  SPEAKER_00: So, what comes out?
• 25:34
SPEAKER_00: What's one of the big halochas of the first Mishnah in Mesakis, Hulin, that's supposed to be talking about Hulin and not Kh'chim, because we just finished Zachum and Achas, now we're talking about Hulin.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: What's the one of the primary halochas?
• 25:45
  SPEAKER_00: About Kachim.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: That can atame shacht Kachim.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: So we came out with this whole diukin, this and that, right?
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: Bediavid in the khathilallah, he's not allowed to look khathiloshemayga basr, but if he does it, bidiyavid, it's gonna be okay if he didn't touch the basr.
• 26:00
SPEAKER_00: That's the whole that's the whole uh back and forth of our Mishnah talking about Khajim.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Hey, Tomimim Gdash, mehacha nafka.
• 26:07
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 26:07
SPEAKER_00: We're learning this alaq about khotchim over here in our in our Mishnah.
• 26:10
  SPEAKER_00: May Asaman Afka.
• 26:11
SPEAKER_00: We already learned that back in Zwaqim, Kala Psullim Shesh Shachtu Shitas and K Shayra.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: Anyone who's possible to shacht.
• 26:17
  SPEAKER_00: That's shachtid.
• 26:17
SPEAKER_00: With the event, it's gonna be kosher.
• 26:19
SPEAKER_00: Shah Shkita Ksher Bizarim because by the way, even the Khatkhila, Shita is kosher, bizarrim, bit nashim, bavodim, bitmeyim, ba filu bikedoshim.
• 26:28
SPEAKER_00: Even by karci gadashim, why?
• 26:30
  SPEAKER_00: Because forget about chulin.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_00: Even katshim is gonna be okay.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: Kachikadashim is gonna be fine for uh for any of these people, even a woman.
• 26:36
  SPEAKER_00: Why shita's k share a bazar?
• 26:37
SPEAKER_00: Shitita's lab abid, it's not an abaid, then therefore it's gonna be kosher for even a woman to do it.
• 26:41
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Uvavatchwa U Tmeim Nagimabas.
• 26:44
SPEAKER_00: So the only caveat is that a tummy shouldn't touch it.
• 26:46
SPEAKER_00: If it's katshim, the tummy's not allowed to touch it, because then it's gonna be in the time of the katshim.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: The hulin is not gonna be a problem unless it's hulan shnasu atarasakesh, etc.
• 26:53
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that's gonna be the one problem by khotchim from any of these people that have psulim, we're considering these all psulims are nashim, avadim tme, but they're all grouped into these people that aren't generally kosher by al-dah.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: But over here, the tame just make sure you don't touch it.
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: But the actual shrita is gonna be fine.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: It says the gemara, so mayha nafka, we already learned this, right?
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: We learn and learnt this from this Mishnah we just quoted in Zvachim.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, hacha, ikr hassam, I did the tanashar psulim, tonanami tamimgadash.
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: You want to know where the ikr haloch is learnt out, where the ikr alocha is taught that a tame is not a shah kachim, or shritah sink shera bidyav, he actually is bidiyah, but it's gonna be okay.
• 27:28
SPEAKER_00: That the the ikr limut is over here in our Mishnah.
• 27:31
SPEAKER_00: Over there, Hasam, the reason we said it over there in Zachim is I did the tanasharpsum since we said the other psule mazara uh uh woman ishawe bekulu.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_00: Since we said other psum, we threw in tame, but the ikre is over here.
• 27:43
  SPEAKER_00: Tananami tamimkdasham vibay same.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: Another way to look at it, another answer is the opposite.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: That hassamiker really over there, the ikre is.
• 27:49
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 27:49
  SPEAKER_00: That makes more sense.
• 27:53
  SPEAKER_00: We're in Mesach's Vakim.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_00: That is the that that's where we're supposed to be learning those alofas.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_00: That a tame is not a let a shacht katshim, the khatchida.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_00: But the yeah, but it's gonna be k shera.
• 28:02
SPEAKER_00: Why did we say it over here?
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: I did the ton of tame bichulin, tonanami bemukudashim.
• 28:06
SPEAKER_00: Since we said tame bukulin, we also said alakha's related to atame bemukudoshin and we will hold it over here for today.
