- 2:04Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We'd love to have you and we thank you so much for joining us.
- 2:10Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Uh we've had such a such a blessed 2025 year uh that it's it's really it's getting to the point here where we've uh we kicked off here you know the month of November and we're starting to take a look back at some of the milestones that we've had thus far because the year's not over.
- 2:45Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And we're just uh absolutely um say flabbergasted.
- 2:55Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't know if that's still a word.
- 2:56Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I'll have to I'll have to look that up, but uh we just we're just blown away by where we're at just with the episode number tally first, and then with the guests that we have had on, uh it's really it's really remarkable that we've had the opportunities that we've had here in the year on calendar year 2025.
- 3:34Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Uh when you start something from scratch, right?
- 3:41Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We we start out with high intentions, and we don't know where that's gonna land, and we are use the words grateful and blessed, not try not to overuse them, those terms, but we really are because there's no other way that I can think of that we would be where we're at over 360 episodes.
- 4:16Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Uh, we had a goal of wanting to reach uh 300 episodes by the time calendar year 2025 uh turned into calendar year 2026, and we're just blew right past the that goal, and so I think goals are important, but I also think the drive and determination and that fuel inside our hearts, our bodies is really what helps helps that that strength and wisdom that God gives us on a daily basis.
- 5:21Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't know how else to I don't know how else to say it or think of it or I I just don't because at the end of the day the work has to get done, and we know God has a lot of work to do for myself individually and for all of us, and so for I'm just I'm just really getting getting to be at a loss for words for where we're at uh because it's it's so awesome, it is it's truly so awesome.
- 6:25Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Uh we are at a point in the show in the organization where people are now reaching out wanting to be on the show.
- 6:41Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: They might say, Well, wouldn't that happen from from day one?
- 6:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Yes, yes and no.
- 6:50Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You have people that want to want to be on, and you know, they want to boost their resumes and they want to have shows and things that they can show others that they're like, hey, look at me, I'm on the show, but that only that only takes us so far.
- 7:11Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It really does.
- 7:14Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Because if I don't have the drive, if the organization doesn't have the drive to continue on, then we're just gonna cycle through and cycle through and cycle through the same guess over and over and over and over and over again.
- 7:33Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And so for us to have some very, very influential, very, very grounded individuals that have reached out over the year, and are not just recognizing the organization, the work we're doing, the show that we have, but they want to be on the show, and it might seem like a minor thing, a small thing, but it means a lot when you know when you start something, that's what you want.
- 8:28Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You want right, you want you want the most well-known people to reach out and say, Oh, I want to be on your show because you have a great show, you have a great message, a great mission, a great vision.
- 8:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's what we all want, right?
- 8:54Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I think, and so that's one of the aspects, besides the number of episodes that we're able to think think back throughout the year, and and that part is also humbling because it shows the the work that we're doing on numerous fronts, but on that specific front, they were catching people's attention, and we don't have to say fancy words, we don't have to dress up fancy, we just have to be ourselves, and that's what I've wanted to be from day one is just to be ourselves.
- 10:04Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Again, that might sound easy, like, oh well, it's your show, so you can do what you want.
- 10:19Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Okay.
- 10:22Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Well, we're gonna agree to disagree on on some things, and that's okay, just happy to be where we're at to have touched the lives that we have touched, have met the people we have met, and we're not anywhere close to being done with this thing.
- 10:56Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I mentioned at our very first event before we turned into an organization, voices for voices.
- 11:05Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So at our very first uh a brand new day event, mention that I want to be a hundred-year organization, not a hundred-day organization, not a hundred-minute, a hundred-hour organization.
- 11:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Because there's a lot of organizations, a lot of shows, they come and they go, they find a hot topic, a hot word, a hot but they got buzzwords, uh.
- 11:44Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But when the you know, when when the fight gets hard, you're kind of looking back into the camera, like, what are we going to cover today?
- 12:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: What are we gonna cover on this show that we haven't covered?
- 12:07Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And it's through those times and tribulations where we find ourselves not even not even just powering through.
- 12:23Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't like that, I don't like those.
- 12:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I I just I just don't like well just get through it because that just makes it sound like, oh, well just get me through this this show, and then we'll get we'll just get through the next show, and then we'll just get through the next show.
- 12:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That just shows that we're just so short short-sighted.
- 12:50Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: This show and its organization is so much more than just that, than just getting ourselves through this show, and then and then just getting ourselves through the next show, and then just get us through the next show.
- 13:10Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: This show's about helping, it's about inspiring, it's about yeah, we we don't have to have everything in common.
- 13:24Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: In fact, we probably don't, but it's through this dialogue where we're able to we're able to share our experiences, and our guests are able to share theirs, and we don't have to agree on every single thing that we're talking about.
- 13:54Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't want to.
- 13:57Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't want to agree on everything.
- 14:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I want us to be unique, I want us to stay unique, I want us to stay being our individual cells.
- 14:12Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't want every everybody to be like me or to be like somebody else.
- 14:22Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's the easy thing, right?
- 14:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Is well if we're just all the same and we all believe the exact same thing, then we'd all be doing the same exact thing.
- 14:45Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: There'd be no distinction between what we do, and so through all that having differ differing of opinions of how we were raised, experiences, situations we've been through, and that we continue to go through.
- 15:16Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I mean, that's the part about life that keeps us on our toes.
- 15:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I mean, maybe somebody has money, they're able to go, oh wow, I made it or we made it, so we can do whatever we want, whenever we want.
- 15:43Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But I'll never want to get to that point because we have so many, so many people that need help.
- 15:51Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And we got we got we have a lot of plans to get people help.
- 16:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That that's one of the big things that sets our organization away from others.
- 16:17Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We have a couple of pretty pretty humongous um goals that we have, that we that we want to do, that we want to accomplish, whether it's through my lifetime or it's after my lifetime, that that's why this organization is more than just well, let's just get through this episode and then let's get through the next episode.
- 16:51Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Well, there is a little bit of that.
- 16:56Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We can't have that and those thought processes if we want to achieve what what what we have planned to achieve.
- 17:12Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Because we could just end up halfway through those goals and being like, well, give it our best try.
- 17:22Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Well, we just checked that box, but we just didn't make it.
- 17:31Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Maybe we maybe we do meet those those goals, those big, huge, lofty planetary size goals.
- 17:46Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Maybe we meet them, maybe we don't.
- 17:51Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But for me, that's that's given life purpose for me.
- 17:59Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Because then it's not it's not about me.
- 18:10Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I'm like a conduit, but it's not about me.
- 18:19Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It's about wow.
- 18:23Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We didn't know if this would be possible.
- 18:29Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I don't want an award, I don't I don't want a certificate, I don't I don't want those.
- 18:42Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: What I want is the help people, and I've said it since day one.
- 18:47Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I'm gonna continue to say that I want to help, I want our organization to help at least three billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 19:01Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And that right there is a lofty goal.
- 19:08Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So it's just a it's a fun thing to do to be a part of something as big as we have been up until this point.
- 19:44Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And where we where we're where we're going.
- 19:52Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're not just we're not just a bunch of the box checkers.
- 19:59Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We do have to check some boxes to continue.
- 20:07Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Going on that path, those paths.
- 20:12Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're not here just to check boxes.
- 20:17Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: A box just box just checking boxes does not help people by itself.
- 20:26Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: It just doesn't.
- 20:34Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You know, by now we are voices for voices, we are a charity.
- 20:50Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We can't um can't go on, uh we can't uh bring this show to you.
- 21:00Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: The guests, the topics, the goals, the bigger goals, the biggest, the loftiest of goals.
- 21:14Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We can't do that without you.
- 21:18Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So if you're able to, we do accept donations.
- 21:22Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're able to.
- 21:26Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We we thank you very much.
- 21:28Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: There's no donation too small or too too large.
- 21:36Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But you can also help us down that path by smashing that subscribe button.
- 21:49Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Subscribe, subscribe, let everybody know in your orbit, friends, family, loved ones, colleagues, teammates.
- 22:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Give us a big thumbs up, like, follow, share, leave us some comments.
- 22:17Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We do.
- 22:20Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We love all of you.
- 22:23Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: No matter where you're at, and no matter what your beliefs.
- 22:28Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: About three billion was a pretty pretty big number.
- 22:43Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We are uh we're getting there.
- 22:52Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Yeah, we have some outstanding partners and groups of individuals helping us along the way, which we can't do everything on our own.
- 23:09Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We know that we're not perfect, I'm not God, nobody on our team is God, nobody on this earth is God.
- 23:18Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So none of us are perfect, no matter no matter what we think, or we want others to think about us.
- 23:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And that might be hard for a couple of you to swallow, but you're not God.
- 23:41Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Never have been, never will be.
- 23:48Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That uh very, very much looking forward to.
- 24:20Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: I look forward to all of our episodes.
- 24:27Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But we have a couple coming up that really is going to uh kind of make us really think long and hard about some information that we have we have seen, we've heard.
- 24:56Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: But I'll I'll let that up to you.
- 25:05Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You gotta come back and see what those are all about.
- 25:09Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So thanks for watching, thanks for listening.
- 25:13Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Let's celebrate all the voices, all of our voices, whatever, whatever that looks like.
- 25:24Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Let's be a voice for ourselves and somebody in need that's not able to share their voice.
- 25:34Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Let's help you, let's help them be that megaphone to share that that voice, those voices.
- 25:46Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: That's what we're here for.
- 25:48Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Nobody should be turned away.
- 25:52Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: For our supporters, our donors, our sponsors, for every each and every one of you who's watched, listen since the beginning, or whether this is your first episode.
- 26:23Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Again, we have we've over 300 and we have over 360 episodes in our catalog.
- 26:31Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: You can watch and listen.
- 26:34Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And again, we we just ask that you are a voice for you for somebody in need.
- 26:54Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: And if we're able to, if you can pay that forward, that would be so incredible.
- 27:02Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: So until next time, this is Justin with Voices for Voices signing off.
- 27:09Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: God bless the United States of America, and God bless each and every one of us, no matter where we may be on earth, in space, on a different planet, in heaven.
- 27:30Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We're yet to be born.
- 27:34Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: We'll talk to you next time.
- 27:38Justin Alan Hayes, Voices for Voices: Bye bye for now.
