- 0:27Step. This is HBr News number four fifty seven. What is hagmaxing Baking
- 1:41cakes with tears for clouts? Where we discuss the news of the week and
- 1:45give it the Badger treatment. Hello everybody, and welcome to Honey Badger Radio.
- 1:53I hope you guys are doing well this weekend, that you're laughing at
- 1:56all of this absurdity so that you are not consumed by it. I'm your
- 2:00hopefully almost completely recovered host, Brian Martinez. I'm joined by, as always,
- 2:06the stalwart Hannah Wallen and Mike will be back next week, so you
- 2:12will have a trio at least, if not maybe all four of us again.
- 2:16So we have a great show line up for you guys this week,
- 2:19so please be sure to continue the conversations both in the chat as well as
- 2:22the comments section. On this week's HBr News. We're going to be talking
- 2:27about the latest regarding Alec Baldwin's case. Gen Z's newest term just dropped.
- 2:36It's called hag maxing. We're gonna look at that a little bit. A
- 2:39woman had gone viral on the internet baking cupcakes while crying tears of suffering and
- 2:47pain and woe, and that has kind of divided the internet in a conversation
- 2:53and more so, stick around, it's going to be a good time and
- 2:55be sure to join us afterwards for the Patron Only show. So, first
- 2:59of all, kind of a slow news week. There was like a terrible
- 3:05like natural disaster in Papua New Guinea, like a massive rock slide that I
- 3:10think like thousands of people were very alive and it's very awful. But that
- 3:16I just learned about this morning. And so aside from that, which is
- 3:21big news, and we could touch on that, there isn't much going on.
- 3:24So these are kind of light this week. I hope you guys are
- 3:27okay with a lighter news week. I know I am, since everything is
- 3:30so like you know, I don't know, like dire all the time.
- 3:35But for the Patron Show, I'm gonna give the patrons a choice. So
- 3:39we're gonna do a dealer's choice or guest choice, whatever you want to call
- 3:45it. It's either we're gonna look at a cringe article by a feminist.
- 3:49I have a couple in mind. One is the one that I'm displaying right
- 3:52now, which is entitled how the romantic institution props up a racialized dating landscape,
- 4:00so it doesn't get much more intersectional than that. Romantic relationships is racist,
- 4:06I guess, and sexist obviously, But I also have other ones.
- 4:12There is an article that I will be bringing up a little bit later.
- 4:15It's called feminism isn't much use when it leaves midwife midlife women single and depressed.
- 4:24You have a point, but you know there's that is true. You
- 4:30got a point. And I also have a couple of other ones, Like
- 4:33there's one called men get Therapy. Not a younger girlfriend by I don't know
- 4:39if you remember her name, but she was also a very she's basically made
- 4:45this article kind of like talking about Leonardo DiCaprio. Do you guys remember Kate
- 4:49Moran. Kate Moran, Yeah, she she's she wrote I think she wrote
- 4:57a book about men or something. That's it's Kate Moran. She wrote that
- 5:00book about men, but it's basically like a feminist book about me, and
- 5:04it's just a dumb It's a dumb thing anyway, Like the idea that it's
- 5:10that an age different matters that much after your adults only applies Kate Kitlyn Moran,
- 5:18that's right, Yeah, it's Katelyn Moran wrote this article, so basically
- 5:24just admitting again that she's sexist. Uh yeah, yeah, And of course
- 5:29it's funny because this men get therapy not a younger girlfriend. Thing kind of
- 5:33goes reverse on the Hagma sing, which is one of the stories of recovering
- 5:38today on the show. But we can either do that or we can go
- 5:41through some of the wondrous clips that Riverside has found for us in the last
- 5:47couple of live streams that Allison and I did. So I'll let the let
- 5:51you guys as patrons can think that over. We can go through a cringe
- 5:56article and like try to save our souls from falling into the black hole that
- 6:00is feminist theory. Should I put it? I think this will have to
- 6:10do, and I'll just put let me see I have this, So we'll
- 6:17just put you guys back on the screen. Wait, why is there no
- 6:20image? Hold on? Okay, so it crashed, think no difficulties timed
- 6:29their back. Oh we are back. Okay, so there was an issue.
- 6:32Unfortunately the vertical is not going out. There was an issue with the
- 6:35stream. But we are back, but we're not going to be able to
- 6:41put the cartoons up, so it's just gonna be us talking over this.
- 6:45Uh, it's probably an issue with one of my plugins that's causing OBS to
- 6:50crash, and so I'm running it in safe mode right now so that we
- 6:55can still do everything as we're supposed to. So no, I'm sorry guys
- 7:00for the inconvenience. I will have to figure this out. I don't know
- 7:02what this involves, but maybe I have to like remove my plugins and put
- 7:06them back in. I don't know so, but you guys can listen,
- 7:10and that's the important thing. So anyway, sorry for vertical watchers, it's
- 7:15we're not we're not gonna be able to stream to that. So anyway,
- 7:18as I was saying, we're gonna be getting into the topic. So the
- 7:24So, if you want to join us, become a Badger, go to
- 7:26feedbadgel dot com. Set up the monthly subscription five bucks a month to get
- 7:30you into the discord where where you will be able to be a part of
- 7:33the great community that we have there, as well as enjoy lots of other
- 7:39sort of like activities. There's always game nights as movie nights. I think
- 7:42on Tuesdays they do games and it's often it's cards against Humanity. I don't.
- 7:46I don't usually do that. Cards against always cards against humanity. Okay,
- 7:50so they do cards against humanity after the Patron show. So if you
- 7:55that and that's a great game. It's just that by the time I'm done
- 7:58with everything, I gotta go to sleep cause I got to get up early
- 8:01in the morning. So so yeah, please consider becoming a part of that
- 8:05action. And if you don't want to wake up one morning to find that
- 8:07we've been yeeded from the internet, then go to badgerfeed dot com. That's
- 8:11badgerfeed dot com. That's where all of our content lives. Or Honeybadger Radio
- 8:15dot com. Okay, so with all that out of the way, let's
- 8:18get into the stories. But first I'm gonna start with this one because this
- 8:22is recent thing that I discovered that I did not put on in the in
- 8:26the show notes. So f House Bunny or Men's Rites Bunny, who is
- 8:31very active on men's issues advocate on Twitter, please give her a follow.
- 8:37She is always fighting with feminists on Twitter and it's kind of fun to watch.
- 8:41She has tweeted about or is it called tweeting. She posted she posted
- 8:50about this tweet. I'm gonna read it to you guys, can you see
- 8:54this Hannah that I'm showing? Can you see the screen? Okay, so
- 8:56she says in a disgusting Italian woman Valeria Valente has called, along with other
- 9:03radical feminists, for this billboard to be taken down in Naples. Translated,
- 9:09the billboard says quote does violence always have the same sex? As it shows
- 9:13a male cowering, She is a disgrace. Us Romans never did like the
- 9:20Napolitans, napolitans i napoletani erano sempre in di tiro, a disgrace to Italian
- 9:28women, disgrace. And she shares a picture, so these are like the
- 9:31images. This is a billboard, and it says. The Italian city of
- 9:35Naples is at the center of a fierce debate as dozens of feminist groups demand
- 9:39the removal of this awareness raising campaign featuring a male victim of abuse, and
- 9:46it says translated, does the violence always have the same sex? And then
- 9:50the next Panelt says an open letter to the mayor of Naples signed by thirty
- 9:54feminist organizations has demanded the campaign be removed. And this is the feminist argument,
- 10:00quote, we are negatively affected by the recent communication campaigns which in a
- 10:05misleading manner, tend to nullify the efforts made so far and those still to
- 10:09be done. End quote. And then it can and there's other quotes,
- 10:13a false representation of domestic violence, and it's an attack not only against women
- 10:18but also against anti violence centers. Valeria Valente, Senator of the Democratic Party.
- 10:24Of course this is in Italy. So I think that it's worth showing
- 10:31because it tells you a couple of things. One is that advocacy for men
- 10:37will be opposed by feminists on principle because feminists need that they need the narrative
- 10:43to be only about women. So when they say we care about men to
- 10:48or feminism is for men to their line, Okay, like this is just
- 10:52not true. It's not even about women at the end of the day,
- 10:54because if you care about domestic violence or you know, sexual assault or whatever,
- 11:01you won't treat it like a gendered problem. You'll just treat it like
- 11:03a problem. And how and you look at the data honestly, with integrity,
- 11:09and however it shakes out is how it shakes out. But feminist organizations,
- 11:13they're not women's advocacy groups, they are feminist organizations. Their primary concern
- 11:20is power and money. That's it. Mostly power, though mostly it's about
- 11:24controlling the narrative to control behaviors. They don't even really care about female victims,
- 11:30because if you care about domestic violence, you care about it in the
- 11:35universal right, Like, who are which couples have the highest rates of domestic
- 11:39violence? It's lesbian couples, right, So they don't care about those things.
- 11:43They just want to maintain a certain narrative. Okay, else, I
- 11:48mean, Hannah, you can say whatever you want to say about this.
- 11:50There's a there's a whole bunch of things going on here. Like, first
- 11:54of all, a lot of this is just as much about the money as
- 11:56you think. These organization and this this started out with, you know,
- 12:03a small group of women figuring out that if people believe women are in danger
- 12:11and people believe women are suffering, they will throw every extra penny they have
- 12:18into fixing the problem. They won't care to find out if it's actually being
- 12:24done. They will just throw money at organizations that say that they are helping
- 12:28women, and they don't need even testimonials or anything like that. Just oh,
- 12:33well, you're helping women here, take all my money, right,
- 12:35that's that's the way they started out with. I'm basically stealing the shelter movement
- 12:41from from Aaron Pitsy, right, And it's not something that's contestable. It
- 12:48was done, it's it's documented historically. So anybody that you know wants to
- 12:54it's hate listening that wants to contest that, and the chat can can go
- 12:56screw yourselves, because it's all over the internet. It's you look like an
- 13:01idiot when you say it's not what happened. But that's one thing, all
- 13:07right, But there is another thing going on here. The type of women
- 13:13that become feminist activists are abusive people. They are not like when you look
- 13:18at the percentage of the population that is not abusive, that's the normal percentage,
- 13:26it's largest percentage of people. They don't act like that. They don't
- 13:30try to keep other people down in order to elevate themselves and so on.
- 13:33Right, So, the minority of the population that gets involved in feminism and
- 13:41other cry bullying movements are bullies by nature. They are abusive by nature.
- 13:48They don't just want to help women, they want to hurt men in the
- 13:52process. And so they don't want men to get any help because that's the
- 13:58opposite of hurting men, right. And then the other thing is they know
- 14:03that if women are held accountable for being abusive, if women are held accountable
- 14:07for acting violent, if women are held accountable under these standards regarding emotional abuse
- 14:15that feminists have fought for men to be held accountable under, then feminists will
- 14:20end up going to jail in response to their behavior in their relationships with the
- 14:26men in their lives, because that's that's the way they behave. They are
- 14:33the people who engage in things like boiling pouring boiling water on your spouse,
- 14:39or nagging your spouse into committing suicide, or haranguing him and cornering him and
- 14:48poking fingers into his chest and smacking and punching and kicking until he finally hits
- 14:54back, and then lying to the cops and saying that he attacked her and
- 14:58sending into jail. Mm hmm. Those are They're not wanting anything to be
- 15:05done for men who are abused by women because they are the perpetrators. Yeah,
- 15:13and you can guarantee if there's a woman out there, you see a
- 15:16woman out there who is objecting to consideration for abuse victims on the basis of
- 15:22their sex, on the basis of the sex of the perpetrator especially, it's
- 15:28because she is an abuser. It is because she is a perpetrator. Mm
- 15:33hmm. I would hate to see with that is a fair assessment, Yeah
- 15:37for sure. All right, Well, that wasn't really a planned story,
- 15:41but I thought I would get it out of the waycause I thought it was
- 15:43important. So we're gonna move on to the next one. But before we
- 15:46do, I do have some super chows to look at, so kind of
- 15:52like doing this a different way than I usually do because I don't have all
- 15:54of the tools at my disposal. But I will put a badger chan on
- 15:58the screen because I can do that, and I got some from like earlier,
- 16:03so I'm going to read those out right now because I don't want to
- 16:07miss them. So Richard Bierre gave us five bucks. Thank you, Richard,
- 16:10and says, have you heard about the CEO of Cracker Barrel who girl
- 16:14boss too close to the Sun and tank the value of the stock in the
- 16:17earnings call? Apparently she thought that their image wasn't relevant to the current market
- 16:22or something like that. I like Crocker Barrel. I haven't been there very
- 16:26much, but they're they're my pancakes. Yeah, I like cracker barrel.
- 16:30It's good. I guess what she means by that is, it's what it's
- 16:33too Midwest, it's too flyover country, because it is. It is a
- 16:37very Midwest thing. But like that's kind of like the appeal, the whole,
- 16:42the whole, I don't know, style of that restaurant is Midwest.
- 16:49Yeah, you go in and you're in an old country store. Like it's
- 16:56got clothes and candy and adgets and stuff like that, but it's set up
- 17:02to look like the old the old country there used to be another name for
- 17:07it. But you'd you'd walk in, it looked out like something at a
- 17:11you know, a little house on a prairie right where Olson's store. Where
- 17:15you go in and there's a counter and there's the one room and everything is
- 17:19wooden. The shelves are wooden, the racks or wooden, not all the
- 17:23racks, or wouldn't anymore. You know, you pull up to the store
- 17:27and in front of the store are a bunch of handmade rocking chairs and I
- 17:37don't know if they're still handmade. They're probably a machine made now. But
- 17:40yeah, you know, they're for sale, but people always sit in them
- 17:44while they're waiting to get in, and the food is always really good.
- 17:47You know. It's just it's always been a really nice place to go and
- 17:52a nice place to eat. The decor is it's one of those restaurants that
- 17:56the decor is old ads and old signs for farming equipment and supplies and stuff
- 18:03like that. You can see, you know, old types of farming equipment
- 18:08and supplies. You might you might be in there and even see a butter
- 18:12churn. You know, it's just cool. And you add a couple of
- 18:18puzzles sitting at the table for the kids to play with. I don't even
- 18:22know if they ever had crayons, because it was always little little puzzles and
- 18:26stuff like. You could buy those puzzles in the store. So it was
- 18:30a neat place to go. It was a neat place to take your family.
- 18:33And their pancakes were better than the places that had made themselves famous for
- 18:41things like pancakes and stuff like that. Yeah, the Perkins was another one
- 18:47famous for its pancakes, right, but Cracker Barrel was better. Cocker Barrel
- 18:52was better. They had better biscuits than Bob Evans, like Bob Evans really
- 18:56has gone downhill too with the Yeah, oh god, that's awful. I
- 19:07love it. Yeah, it just the restaurant didn't need any help drawing in
- 19:14a customer base. There was something new they needed to do or different that
- 19:18they needed to do to get people to come in and eat food there,
- 19:21because everybody knew how good the food was and how much fun it was to
- 19:26go there. There was candy that you could get there that you couldn't get
- 19:27anywhere else. There were neat, you know, souvenirs that you could get
- 19:32there that that you couldn't get anywhere else. And she started going down the
- 19:40the die road, right and she kills that business. I'm gonna be mad.
- 19:45We wi't got to eat much, but that's one place that if I'm
- 19:51gonna cheat on the diet, if that's the place to go. Yeah.
- 19:56I've been there only a couple of times, because, like you know,
- 19:59they don't have in Chicago. But when we would go to gen Con every
- 20:03summer, or when I drove out to visit you in Ohio, I would
- 20:07like stop at the Cracker Barrel because I didn't it was like there were none
- 20:11in Chicago, like none and it's very I sometimes I wonder if there isn't
- 20:15more stigma against Midwestern people than there are Southern people, even because like the
- 20:21South gets a lot of shit all the time, right, But I noticed
- 20:25like if they're living in the South that I feel like the people who live
- 20:30in the Midwest and flyover country, I think that in a way they get
- 20:33it worse. But I don't know, like they're they're treated like hicks,
- 20:37but like it's I think it's worse than that from the coastal elite types specific
- 20:42we get treated that way partly because you know, they're mad that we do
- 20:47well with them, yeah, following their rules, you know, you don't
- 20:51have to. And and the thing is they can't really point to a lot
- 20:53of things as they as good reasons for why they hate that. You know
- 20:59that I hate people being down to earth. They hate people growing their own
- 21:04food in their own gardens. They hate people, uh going to church every
- 21:08Sunday. They hate you know, all of that stuff. They hate everything
- 21:14to do with midwe They hate football, football, m M, Big one,
- 21:18pro wrestling, you know, monster truck rallies. You refer to somebody
- 21:26as you know, water parks, corn fed farm, boys. Depending on
- 21:30where you are in the in the country, it can be a compliment or
- 21:33a pejorative. Right you refer to somebody as a juggalo. It depending on
- 21:41where you are in the country, that that may means you're part of the
- 21:44group. You know, you start everybody starts going goobagaba or or it's a
- 21:49pejorative or an accusation. Yeah, I have I have actually shocked the ship
- 21:56out of people there are They'll accuse me of being when those you know,
- 22:00red neck blah blah blah, this that juggalo Michiganders And I'm like, I'm
- 22:04Ohio, but you know that doesn't don't mean I'm not a juggle Yeah right,
- 22:11oh we got there's definitely Yeah. Everybody from around here right likes the
- 22:17like, likes the music, likes the culture, likes the the fun the
- 22:22video about it. So it's not I mean, and it's a bonding thing.
- 22:29And it bugs the hell out of them. Oh man man man icp
- 22:36fan in Saint Cloan Posse just not not a huge one. So I don't
- 22:41ask me to go name in all their songs. But if you were to
- 22:45look at my playlist that I know, not a jigglow very much. Not
- 22:48the same thing. No, not sometimes just depending on who you talk to,
- 22:53you and and and I want you extra money you got, But no,
- 23:02it's they don't like the fact that there's a unity among country bumpkins.
- 23:10Hmm. They don't like the fact that we don't even all know each other,
- 23:14but we're a family. Yeah, right, okay, that book a
- 23:18lot of them. Yeah, it's the idea of unity basically. So that
- 23:23was the super child for Richard Pierre from before. Then we got another one.
- 23:27Thank you Anonymous for twenty five dollars. Really appreciate it. And Anonymous
- 23:33says, I'd love to see Brian or Hannah debate, not interview former guests
- 23:36who have proven to be no different than feminists and recoil if others criticize women
- 23:41Sidney Watson, Lauren Southern, Lauren Chen Natty former mra Chen seems to be
- 23:45the only one who's open minded, and the first two were too Chicken.
- 23:48A debate Pearl. A debate with Pearl or Andrew Wilson would be interesting,
- 23:53even if you have similar views. Yeah, here's the thing that you would
- 23:56have to find something for me to disagree with. As far as as pearl.
- 24:03And so far people have thrown some things at me and I've looked at
- 24:07them and not really had any disagreement. Yeah, I mean, I think
- 24:14I'm sure she said something something. Well, nobody's completely in lockstep with a
- 24:18stranger, right, yeah, Now, well the thing is go ahead,
- 24:22hand, I'm sorry, go ahead. As far as some of some of
- 24:26those ladies would not come on and debate us, that's just a fact.
- 24:30They're not going to do that, all right, And some of them will
- 24:33not accept the format. I like a print format for debate because I like
- 24:37to be able to show and not just tell. And I also like to
- 24:41not have the person that I'm debating with talk over me. And one of
- 24:48the things that I've noticed is because when I make an argument, it's a
- 24:53sandwich every time, all right. I sand which the argument between bits of
- 25:00evidence and specificity for the argument, because I like to make it as airtight
- 25:07as possible, so I don't leave room for people to pry under with misinterpretations
- 25:14or straw man arguments or anything like that. And when I do that,
- 25:18I'll get the first sentence out, or I'll get maybe half the statement out,
- 25:23and somebody will jump in and start arguing with something they want to nitpick
- 25:29about the part that I've said so far, and they'll tear the conversation off
- 25:33on a tangent in a different direction from where I was going with what I
- 25:38was going to say, and I'll never get back to the thing that I
- 25:41was going to say. So I don't like to do that, but I've
- 25:47had numerous rather long arguments with Naddy on Twitter and ended up ultimately having to
- 25:53block her because I couldn't have conversations with other people about things that were not
- 26:02the targets that I was arguing with Natty about and not have Natty come in
- 26:07and interrupt that conversation with what she wanted to talk about and completely derail it
- 26:15and make it about the other thing. So we might be talking about anything
- 26:19from the history of suffrage to the history of you know, domestic violence,
- 26:27victim's advocacy and law and policy and everything, and Naddy comes in with Project
- 26:33twenty twenty five, which she's panicked about for some reason because Republicans in the
- 26:40United States, which makes no sense to me since she's in the UK.
- 26:45Yeah, I think she's got bigger problems be gone. Yes, Yeah,
- 26:48that whole conversation would be gone because now it's all about this twenty twenty five
- 26:52thing and the Christian Illuminati essentially, yeah, the fundamental Christian Yeah, the
- 27:02fundamentalist Illuminati. And I just I'm not even sure if it's the non orthodox
- 27:07thing because one of the people that she opposes on Twitter is also an orthodox
- 27:11Christian. Wow, right, or at least claims to be. And well,
- 27:15I'll let you finish before I say my piece about that. What ends
- 27:18up happening is there's no debate to be had because you make a point,
- 27:22you explain your position, you give evidence, you describe what's going on,
- 27:29and these women will refer to thoughts, feelings, fears in particular, and
- 27:34conjecture around things that have been said by other people but aren't actually solid evidence.
- 27:42This guy says he thinks this should happen, therefore this is going to
- 27:47happen. Well, that's how it works, right, we all know that's
- 27:51not how it works. That's why rape threats on the internet aren't scary unless
- 27:56the person knows where you live and has demonstrated that they're going to come find
- 28:00you, right, right, But that's yeah, So I just I don't
- 28:04I would out of all the people named right now. I would I would
- 28:08love to have a conversation with Pearl, but I don't know that it would
- 28:12be so much a debate. I'm interested in what she thinks. Yeah,
- 28:18so the same Yeah, well they didn't they didn't actually request Pearl. They
- 28:23said Sidney Watson, Lauren Southern, Lauren Chen Natty and then said, like,
- 28:30you know, the first two or two chicken to debate Pearl. Because
- 28:32Pearl's constantly putting out challenges to debate people. I think the last time I
- 28:36saw her challenge someone, it was it might have been Lauren Southern, but
- 28:40I don't remember. So my thinking is is that with Pearl because I saw
- 28:47people in the chat talking about how Aiden Paladin is kind of like fighting with
- 28:49Pearl online, and I think what what people might not quite get is that
- 28:56Pearl says a lot of stuff that sounds really like a rave or offensive or
- 29:02scary. But remember, what I think she's doing is she's she is putting
- 29:08out absurd, almost absurd statements, not always but almost absurd statements to get
- 29:14people talking about the issue. And I think that that is a I'm not
- 29:18saying that she's doing this consciously. I don't know that she's a great debater,
- 29:22but she gets people discussing the topic because she is able to freely say
- 29:30it, like saying things about men's issues that most people don't have the balls
- 29:34to say. And I gotta say this in defensive Pearl. I know people
- 29:37don't like her, but you got to hear me out, Guys. Pearl
- 29:41is only saying the same things that people like us, like Paul, like
- 29:45Kevin Samuels, especially Kevin Samuels has been saying for a very long time.
- 29:49But no one listened to Kevin Samuels. Nobody's listening to us. Nobody listens
- 29:53to Paul, nobody listens to Genespia Mango. No one listens to Karen anymore
- 29:57because Karen doesn't put out content anymore. But Vine Lars, they don't listen
- 30:00to her. Like none of the people who are who have been doing this
- 30:03for a very long time, get the platform, they don't get the attention,
- 30:07but Pearl does. And you know why Pearl does because partly she's being
- 30:11like intentionally let's say, I don't want to say obnoxious, but she's being
- 30:17really Yeah, she's being intentionally inflammatory, and it helps that she is a
- 30:22like a young woman, okay, because literally Kevin Samuels was saying the exact
- 30:26same shit and nobody knew who he was. He did not make it on
- 30:30the on the big screen. And I know part of this too, by
- 30:33the way, has to do with the fact that he's black, because they
- 30:36would have to like, they would have to like treat that with more care
- 30:40because we're dealing with people that have an intersectionalist mindset. So when they see
- 30:45a black man talking about relationship issues and they know they don't want to address
- 30:49it, they're just going to ignore him. But when a white woman starts
- 30:52saying it, because she's white, they can they can talk about it.
- 30:56But because she's a woman, people can't ignore it. So there is definitely
- 31:00the gender plays a role, okay, and the race does too in another
- 31:04way. So all I'm saying is is that something else too. When when
- 31:11we first started getting well known in the men's rights movement, a lot of
- 31:18the reason that we and other MRAs became well known in the mainstream for what
- 31:25we were doing was because Paul Elam did that. Yeah, Paul, right,
- 31:29No, that's how Paul got a point to get under people's skin.
- 31:33You get in people's ears by getting in the people's skin. And there is
- 31:37a there's an article that he wrote that was satire that gets used by feminists
- 31:42all the time. They try to portray it as serious and mad now because
- 31:48they can't link to it with claims that it's not satire because it says it's
- 31:52top the article that it's satire because feminists are too stupid to understand satire now,
- 31:59so they gave him an excuse to call him stupid. Yeah, it's
- 32:06exactly right. I mean what made the article it was? It was Jezebel.
- 32:10It was it was Jezebel. It was Jezebel. Yeah about women.
- 32:15Have you ever beat up your boyfriend? We have or something like that,
- 32:17right, Yeah, the title of it that women admitting they beat up their
- 32:20boyfriends and laughing about it. And the thing like, when I read that
- 32:25article, if Paul hadn't done what he did, I would have probably written
- 32:30something blistering at the same time, because one of the women in that group
- 32:36of writers who wrote that she had hit her boyfriend hit him because he was
- 32:42scared because he thought he had breast cancer, and she just assumed that it
- 32:47was usurping women's experiences for him to be concerned about a legitimate health problem that
- 32:54does happen to men. When it happens to men, it is often more
- 33:00more deadly than when it happens to women because men don't look for it,
- 33:05men don't detect it, and it progresses faster when it happens to men.
- 33:08It's very dangerous. Yeah, and so she just assumed, you know,
- 33:15that he was being an asshole for worrying about having breast cancer, and she
- 33:22she hit him, and she thought that was funny, and she thought it
- 33:25was something to brag to her readers about. So, you know, I
- 33:30don't fault Paul for getting pissed off about that, for defending it right,
- 33:35Yes, but that's what got people. There will be there are people that
- 33:39don't know anything about the men's rights movement, that don't know anything about the
- 33:45law and policy and stuff that we talk about, any of the things that
- 33:50have been going on in the background, any of the changes that the National
- 33:52Coalition for Men has fought for and won. They don't know any of that
- 33:58stuff. You know that women usually hit first in a domestic violence relationship,
- 34:05and I've run into people that know that, and they don't even know why
- 34:08I run into people that know, even though they don't know why, they
- 34:14know that more men commit suicide than women do, and they know that men
- 34:21are less likely to get help when they are suffering from a mental health condition,
- 34:25right, and they don't know that. The reason that they know that
- 34:30is because that information has been spread by the men's rights movement. That there
- 34:34are writers in mainstream media that have had to address those issues because MRA's brought
- 34:42them up, and people like Paul Elam got under people's skins so much that
- 34:46they had to try to control the narrative, and they had to talk about
- 34:50those things even though they didn't want to, even though they wanted to sweep
- 34:52it under the rug, even though they want to be there to be a
- 34:55movement for helping men who or victims of female perpetrators of domestic violence. The
- 35:02toxic masculinity narrative was just an academia until the men's rights movement, and again
- 35:13mostly Paul Elam got super inflammatory about these things and people had to start talking
- 35:19about it. You didn't hear toxic masculinity before, like twenty twenty twelve,
- 35:23twenty thirteen in mainstream media. You definitely didn't hear about it before, and
- 35:30you didn't hear much about it before twenty fourteen. Right, Yeah, all
- 35:34of a sudden, it's a mainstream term. Everybody hears it, everybody knows
- 35:37it because they had to pull it out of academia where it had been stagnating
- 35:44for years. Because inflammatory works. Yeah. So yeah, and I'm just
- 35:53saying that it works for Pearl as well. And a lot of the reason
- 35:57why she gets up she picks up more traction than Paul did is because she's
- 36:00a woman. I think that she knows on some level that gynocentrism is working
- 36:06in her favor on social media because people are forced to pay attention. And
- 36:09I think that women like Sidney Watson and Lauren Southern are getting pissed off because
- 36:14but ultimately it comes down to they don't like her tone. And that's the
- 36:19thing about what I've noticed with women that are in the space, especially if
- 36:24you're talking about gender relations and men's issues, is that men's anger and like
- 36:30the people are who are angry about like the way men are treated and talked
- 36:35about. If you can ask, you can look at Alison's Twitter, you
- 36:37can look at Hannah's Twitter, but also like just you know, on Pearls
- 36:42as well. A lot of it comes down to the women don't like It's
- 36:45not that they don't agree with what's being said because they don't know what's being
- 36:49said. They're not looking at the data, they're not actually trying to figure
- 36:52out if any of this is true. They're just angry about the fact that
- 36:55it's being said, and especially the way it's being said. And so you
- 36:59get into this thing like I watched this debate. It was a debate,
- 37:02it was a discussion whatever on Tim cass On on Tenant Media. It was
- 37:07Timpole was hosting it, and it was Lauren Chen, Pearl Davis, Rachel
- 37:10Wilson, who is Andrew Wilson's wife, and I have her book, A
- 37:14Call Feminism, and there's another woman I can't remember her name, and I
- 37:16apologize, and they were essentially like getting into like the really you know,
- 37:23like in depth. Whenever they started to get in death Pearl would say something
- 37:29inflammatory and I know that she does this on purpose, and then Lauren Chen
- 37:32would like tone police her, and it became like a whole like, well,
- 37:37I wouldn't say it that way, you know, like you know what
- 37:38I mean. And so the problem with that is is that it's just not
- 37:42the way that it's not really a good way to communicate because you don't get
- 37:46to the root of the problem if everyone's concerned about how the way somebody says
- 37:52something makes somebody feel, and you never get to the root of the issue.
- 37:55And so this works in her favor. Now again, if you don't
- 38:00like her, whatever, and I'm not saying that we should protect her or
- 38:02whatever, but I'm explaining to you why she's big because she's not a great
- 38:07debater. She doesn't always have all the information available. She's not like Janice,
- 38:13who's like a walking encyclopedia, right, but she is able to get
- 38:17attention on the issues. And I think that if you look at it like,
- 38:22you know, if you're looking at it like like you're playing an MMO
- 38:25or something and you need like a tank that's gonna pull you know, the
- 38:30enemy, so you don't like get sworn by too many at once, and
- 38:32so in your party you have to have like one guy who's the tank,
- 38:35who's the person who draws attention to himself, and then the others have a
- 38:38role to play in like defeating the enemy. Pearl is like that, Karen
- 38:42was like that too. Before she would like say inflammatory, shit, she's
- 38:45just really tired and you know old now, so she's not doing it as
- 38:49much. So it's the same purpose, right, And the I think it's
- 38:53a net positive because even if she isn't really great at the debating or whatever,
- 39:00she is starting the conversation and I'm seeing more and more people having that
- 39:02conversation even if we aren't a part of it. I even saw like this
- 39:07one chick she prove my point on Twitter. She was saying something about how
- 39:12like the manosphere has changed because back in the day was like, you know,
- 39:16people were more rational and now they're just kind of angry. And I
- 39:20knew she was talking about Pearl without saying like it was this weird feminine like
- 39:23talk around it, you know, like toal, I want to talk about
- 39:25Pearl and Andrew Tait and Fresh and Fit without talking about them, right,
- 39:29I'm just gonna just gonna imply who I'm talking about. And I said to
- 39:32her, well, you know, I've been doing this for ten years,
- 39:35but apparently I don't get promoted by the algorithm. Like our channel doesn't get
- 39:38promoted by the algorithm. We don't get noticed by anybody. And She's like,
- 39:42well, they still represent you, and I'm like, no, actually,
- 39:45you know who I am. You can watch our content and you can
- 39:47talk about us, and you can talk to us, or you could just
- 39:51focus on the people that satisfy your cartoonist straw man. And that's what she
- 39:54was doing. But she was a feminist, so like it's it's like,
- 39:59on some level, you have to understand that the people that we're that are
- 40:02in our way have no interest in actually addressing us directly. So you're gonna
- 40:08need somebody like Paul and Pearl who are just going to ridicule the shit out
- 40:13of them while other people have the conversation. I'd like to be the one
- 40:16to have that conversation, but I can't if no one knows who we are
- 40:21because the algorithm it suppresses us and it promotes the cartoonist straw men. And
- 40:25you know what I mean, I don't know what we can do about that.
- 40:29It's not in my control, you know. So yeah, I mean,
- 40:32and look, yeah I still don't trust TikTok, but I might get
- 40:38it. It could be a way to get in there, going to use
- 40:40with anything else and then take it to McDonald's and upload stuff Yeah, that's
- 40:46one platform where we haven't been suppressed. So yeah, that's true. That's
- 40:52true. Also, I think that well Twitter is is is a lot better
- 40:55for us now, so you know, Alsie gets a lot of traction.
- 41:00One I'm still getting. In fact, I've had people actually tell me I'm
- 41:07getting deboosted on Twitter and I contacted Twitter support about it and I was like,
- 41:13yeah, you still have some algorithms that are deboosting people, because one
- 41:15of them's affecting me, and the sites that track it are my my followers
- 41:22who are having trouble seeing my stuff. Uh, they're telling me about it
- 41:27and they're like, well, it's the quality of your content. I'm like,
- 41:30yeah, I have people telling me they are trying to see my stuff
- 41:35and they can't and they have to come to my profile and look at it,
- 41:38and they're they're they're testing it with these deboosting sites that you know,
- 41:44they are these deboosting detectors, and they're seeing that yeah, it is still
- 41:49being deboosted. And they're like, oh no, they're just not looking at
- 41:52your stuff. You know, you shouldn't have asked them. Well I didn't
- 41:53ask These are people that have contacted me unsolicited to say this is going on
- 41:59with you. And there are some people that are telling me they can't like
- 42:05if they they mentioned my name at handle, it doesn't auto complete. It
- 42:12doesn't like when you mentioned somebody's handle, and you know, you type the
- 42:20whole thing out and everything, even if it doesn't autocomplete, as long as
- 42:22you get it right, it shows up blue, yeah, instead of black
- 42:27as plain text. So people are telling me that it's coming up black and
- 42:34that is yeah, I know, it's yours, doesn't when I try to
- 42:38Yeah, when I try to tag you and stuff, I have to type
- 42:42out more of the of your word, of your name in order for it
- 42:45to like find it. But it used to not find it all, but
- 42:49now it's starting to. But I have to type in at least four letters
- 42:52before it brings it up. So yep, and I you know, I've
- 42:54found that there have been times like if I want to go back and there's
- 42:58a tweet that i've you know, I want to reference that conversation and I
- 43:04can remember something I said in it verbatim, which which I can do a
- 43:07lot of the time. Actually, I'll go back and find my tweet and
- 43:13then from there I'll find the tweet that I'm looking for, and sometimes my
- 43:17tweets won't come up in search us even when I'm the one looking for them.
- 43:22So yeah, it's still we're still deboosted on Twitter. It's still when
- 43:25I'm talk about that an HBr talk at the beginning and every spiel you know
- 43:30to you guys got to go pay attention to badger feed. It's because there
- 43:37is not a social media site that we can fully trust to not de boost
- 43:42us. Yeah, to not shadow baness or any of that. We left
- 43:45wing, right wing, free speech, none of that. They still look
- 43:50at people like us. All right, we're still the wrong thing, boogeyman.
- 43:53If they are going to do it to anybody, they're going to do
- 43:58it to us. Yeah. So as far as Sidney Watson, Lauren Southern,
- 44:02Lauren Chen, and Natty, all of them have been on our channel
- 44:07before. You can watch old interviews. I think that the Sidney Watson and
- 44:12Lauren Chen interviews that I did fireside chats have aged very well because they were
- 44:17still sort of feminist, but although they wouldn't admit it at the time,
- 44:22and I think that their at least Lauren Chen for sure is realizing it.
- 44:27Natty's character arc has certainly taken an unexpected turn, but there's not much I
- 44:30can do about that. I think that she's going through something personal, and
- 44:34I think it's being expressed on social media and this fear around Project twenty twenty
- 44:39five and transhumanism and all this other stuff. I'm sorry, but I'm just
- 44:45not that afraid, you know. So anyway, thank you for the super
- 44:47chow. Anonymous Richard Bierre gives us another one for ten dollars. Thank you,
- 44:52Richard, and says, waiting for one of these woke CEO types to
- 44:54decide that Hooters and Twin Peaks needs to revamp their image by eliminating the tight
- 45:00tops for their waitresses. Well, let them go for it. I mean
- 45:04I don't go to Hooters anyway. Maybe maybe we'll win in the long run.
- 45:07Also, what about Kilted Tilt or or what's the other one? Heart
- 45:14attack Burger? Those are those are pretty sexual too. Kilton Kill has the
- 45:17girls in the in the kilts like the schoolgirls, and then the Burger plays
- 45:22they're all dressed like nurses. It's like there should be one where they're like
- 45:25nuns. Why haven't somebody done that anyway, go ahead would be hilarious.
- 45:30It could be called thighs or my religion. Feminist says attacked Hooters for years.
- 45:37It's one of my favorite memes is the one with the protesters standing on
- 45:43the sidewalk out in front of Hooters with a sign that says women are not
- 45:46for decoration. Mm hmmm. One of the Hooters chicks came up and stood
- 45:52in front of her, you know from the reading perspective, so anybody facing
- 45:58her, she's on her left and the sign says some that's all she wrote.
- 46:04Some women are not Yeah, she is. You know, the angry
- 46:08feminist hasn't done anything to make herself look pretty, and the Hooter's chick obviously
- 46:13has and she is adorable. So there you go, Jen Bottle, Yes,
- 46:17that was me, all right, Thank you for that, Richard Bierre.
- 46:22Then we got one last one from Meredith g for five dollars and she
- 46:27says, HBr News four fifty seven, honey for the Badgers. Sorry I'm
- 46:30late. The reason they hate the flyover States is because they are classes.
- 46:34They also hate urban lower class. Thank you for that. Yes they do,
- 46:38and hopefully people will realize that. But we really really got to move
- 46:43on to the next story. So thank you so much. Oh I got
- 46:45super chats too, God damn it, let's bring those up really quick.
- 46:51Hold on a second. I just don't want to like forget them your activity.
- 46:54So Albatross gave us five bucks and says five bucks because I haven't donated,
- 47:00while peace sign devil horns, peace sign heart, prayer hands and dove.
- 47:06Thank you, Albatross. I got to read the emojis because I don't
- 47:07know how else to put them up there. Master Mo three sixteen Wrestling gave
- 47:13us five euros thank you and says, you know who would have been a
- 47:15better CEO, Brad's wife, who's Brad Albert Nada Retro gives the two dots
- 47:21Canadian, says pearl vomit face, and then he gives a two dollars Canadian
- 47:24again and says pearl vomit face. All right, well, thank you for
- 47:29the superchows and we're going to move on to the next story. Let us
- 47:34know what you guys think about that that Italian thing that we talked about in
- 47:38the comment. Now, let me just put where's the where's the website?
- 47:42Okay, let's put this back up. Okay, So got a follow up
- 47:46story for Alec Baldwin. RUSS star Alec Baldwin filed three motions attempting to dismiss
- 47:53his manslaughter charge that he faces for the death of Helana Hutchins, allegedly firing
- 48:00a gun that killed her. One has since been denied. Baldwin's lawyers had
- 48:05argued that the prosecutors flouted the rules of the grand jury proceeds to divert attention
- 48:09from exculpatory evidence. His lawyers argued that these and other actions prejudiced the grand
- 48:15jury against Baldwin. Baldwin's legal team also argued that the prosecution did not follow
- 48:21proper rules regarding witness notification. Alex Spiro, lead lawyer for Baldwin's legal team,
- 48:25said that quote, the way this is supposed to work is the grand
- 48:29juries in a week. There's all these witnesses that could come and you hit
- 48:34them with a subpoena, they come to the grand jury, or you have
- 48:37them on standby and you talk to them. This isn't how you're supposed to
- 48:40do it, period. According to Spiro, the witnesses never got their notifications.
- 48:45Special prosecutor Carrie Morrissey hit back at Spiro saying that quote, mister Spirou
- 48:52wants to say to this court this morning that I'm just kind of making this
- 48:55up as I go along, that I had no intention of ever presenting anyone
- 49:00over video. I'm not going to sit here and be called a liar.
- 49:02End quote. No additional court date has been scheduled yet, as prosecutors responded
- 49:07to the two additional pending motions to dismiss on May twenty. First, well,
- 49:13if you want your court case to be recognized as as fair and a
- 49:21and an example of due process being used, being exercised and provided for the
- 49:30defendant, and so they're therefore the verdict is fair and can't be challenged.
- 49:36You follow procedure, you follow the rules. So it's not it's not good
- 49:42that this is happening, and I hope they get it settled. That's that's
- 49:47basically the main thing I have on this. A defendant is going to take
- 49:52every angle they can take to get out of any kind of legal responsibility for
- 49:59something that they've been accused of. And it may be that they're innocent,
- 50:04it may be that they're guilty, but if there's a even a technicality that
- 50:08lets them stop the prosecution or take away part of the prosecution's case or anything
- 50:15it's they're going to use it. So in a situation like this where you're
- 50:21dealing with somebody famous who is kind of supported by the establishment because he's supported
- 50:27the establishment and so on, you really get your ducks in a row.
- 50:34There should be no mistakes, and it looks like there are mistakes happening if
- 50:40what he's saying is true. So it will be interesting to see what the
- 50:45ruling is on all of these and what further reporting comes out on them,
- 50:50whether or not this prosecutor is actually failing to follow important rules or whether that's
- 50:58not true. All right, well, I don't really have anything to say
- 51:05to this other than like, good luck. I don't think Alec Baldin's getting
- 51:07out of this one. Though. Let us want of you guys think about
- 51:10this in the comments. We're gonna move on to the next story. What
- 51:15is hagmaxing? Have you heard about this? Anybody's heard about this hag maxing
- 51:21thing? That is all the rage, all the conversation. Right now,
- 51:24Let's take a look. Okay, hag maxing. The term hagmaxing has recently
- 51:30gained attention on social media, and this is right here for the Daily Dot,
- 51:34but it's also been on lad Bible, so you could tell that this
- 51:37is totally legit. But people have been talking about it on various social media
- 51:43and on TikTok and such. So it's important to note though this is not
- 51:47a genuine trend. What essentially means it is meant to evoke the idea of
- 51:53looks maxing. It's called hag maxing, but it's essentially zoomer men dating millennial
- 52:00women or older women, and there there is like it comes from the idea
- 52:09of younger men dating older women. This trend spread quickly on platforms like Twitter
- 52:14and TikTok, causing confusion and frustration among users who believed it to be real.
- 52:19Although I do think there is something to it. So essentially what I
- 52:22believe is happening, and I think this is why I'm making mentioning this.
- 52:27There's always big cases where men like it's basically just cougars. It's just like
- 52:31older women dating younger men. So why is this happening? And I think
- 52:36this is a good thing to bring up. Well, here's what I here's
- 52:38my theory. It's a couple of things going on. One is we know
- 52:43that gen Z women and gen Z men's values have split like precipitously, women
- 52:50have gone like young zoomer women have gone far left and young men have gone
- 52:55slightly right. And I mean, if you look at the data we've talked
- 53:00about on the show before, the men are not going far right. I
- 53:02know that the media will tell you they are. They're not. It shows
- 53:05that they're just moderately going right. And a lot of it has to do
- 53:08with I think social media, the stuff they're seeing on social media. I
- 53:13have noticed that there's a lot more pro mail content floating around Twitter, YouTube,
- 53:21and Facebook, and it's things like you know, the whatever podcast clips
- 53:25they go viral, the men on the street things you know, people talking
- 53:30about like dating and such, and zoomer women are they seem to be too
- 53:37much hassle. So these zoomer men might be taking an interest in millennial women,
- 53:44which I think is not a good thing because millennial women are pretty crazy.
- 53:47But then there's another side of the coin. It could be that millennial
- 53:51women, because they waited so long and they're not finding men, are choosing
- 53:55to date younger men. Or they may even have like an interest like a
- 53:59said actual fetish for younger men, and I do think this is actually something
- 54:04that is happening to some degree. So I don't know what you guys think
- 54:07about that, but they're calling it hag maxing. Yes, I think it's
- 54:12funny, and I hope it's real because I think it's funny. Well,
- 54:16the fact that it appears to have been like a four chand thing. Yeah.
- 54:23Fortunately, Yeah, yes, cougars exist, and yes there are also
- 54:30guys that like women who are older than them as opposed to women in their
- 54:32own age. And yes there are male versions of cougar, and we have
- 54:42in our society a much less flattering name for them. Mm hmm. So
- 54:49unfortunately there's not equal treatment of the matter. But in my opinion, if
- 54:53you're an adult, the age difference between adults who are dating other adults does
- 55:00not translate into something like pedophilia or any of the other allegations that get made
- 55:07against men who yeah, women that they are in their twenties yeah, or
- 55:13who think pigtails are cute, or any other sign of being young prefer women
- 55:21with smaller breasts or any of those things. Right, So I'm not going
- 55:25to condemn women who like the same things in younger men, men who are
- 55:30stronger, men are healthier, and all that stuff for being quote unquote pedophiles,
- 55:37because it's bullshit. But what I will to point out is when there's
- 55:43a massive age difference like that, there are vulnerabilities on both sides, right,
- 55:49and there are also I guess you could say neuroses on both sides.
- 55:55You have to watch out if you're dating somebody and there's a big age difference,
- 56:00if you're the much older person dating someone who's much younger than you.
- 56:05You might be dating somebody with mommy or daddy issues, or you might be
- 56:09the person trying to substitute that relationship for the type of caregiving relationship you would
- 56:17have with your kid, and so you kind of have to pay attention to
- 56:22your dynamics of your relationship and how you're treating each other. It doesn't mean
- 56:28that people can't have those relationships, but it does mean that, you know,
- 56:32you do have to exercise a little more caution in that type of a
- 56:37relationship when there's an age space like that than you would in a relationship where
- 56:44you're close to the same age, you have close to the same level of
- 56:45experience in life and you don't have the possibility that you know, I mean,
- 56:53you can still baby somebody in your own age. You know. I
- 56:59did that, and I had to get out of a relationship because I was
- 57:02turning into his mommy instead of his partner, and I'm holding him back in
- 57:09ways that were really, really dysfunctional. And then at the same time,
- 57:15I was getting frustrated myself, right, and his last fiance had done that
- 57:20before me. They got married and then they got divorced over it. So
- 57:25like it's it's not I'm not gonna say that it's the big deal people make
- 57:34it out to be. It's just a matter of you know, you you
- 57:37got to go into it like any other relationship, beware of how you're treating
- 57:43the person that you're with and how they're treating you, and try to try
- 57:49to make it trying to make it about the people that you are and not
- 57:53about the things that you have been missing in your lives with the rest of
- 57:59your family. Yeah, I think it's funny. I noticed that a lot
- 58:04of people on social media are like, you know, I'm proud, I'm
- 58:07looking in the thing is I officially claimed the title of a hag Maxer.
- 58:13We used to call that a milf hunter like before, proud hag max proud
- 58:17hag maxer here. But I think the term hagmaxer really upsets women, so
- 58:23I think that's it's just a troll. I mean, at the end of
- 58:25the day, I think it's funny though. So before we move on,
- 58:30are you guys, is anyone in the chat hagmaxing or milf hunting. Let
- 58:35me know in the comments if you uh, if you partake of the uh
- 58:40of the aged aged a variety of cheese, are you a granny grabber?
- 58:47Let us know in the comments. Oh, by the way, as an
- 58:51aside, I think it's one of the reasons why I think this is like
- 58:53kind of funny is that feminists are saying things like this, uh, Petronella.
- 59:00Why it says, and this is from April of this year, feminism
- 59:04has left middle aged women like me, single child is and depressed. So
- 59:07imagine a trend of hagmaxers. And and it's still the feminist women not getting
- 59:12picked so because they weren't feminists, because they didn't get picked, and they're
- 59:17mad about it. Yes, exactly, exactly, all right, I didn't
- 59:23then to get picked. I picked him. Why would you wait? Yeah,
- 59:30exactly, So anyway, this is uh for those of you guys who
- 59:36are into the Ara Ara. There you go. All right, let's get
- 59:38into the next story, little zone. You guys think about this one in
- 59:42the comments. We're in the last story. I try to make this one.
- 59:44Try to make this one short, you know. So, And there
- 59:46wasn't much going on today. You probably saw this viral video going around and
- 59:52I thought we would like quickly comment on this. So this is Elizabeth tech
- 59:57and Brock. Did you see this? Yeah? You you want me to
- 1:00:00be quick because I actually have a lot of things to say about Oh I'm
- 1:00:04sure that you do, but I want to I'll read the write up.
- 1:00:06No, no, no, I mean I'm saying that as a as a
- 1:00:08show, there isn't like a lot of like heavy news. But this was
- 1:00:14this was going around and the way and the way that well, you know,
- 1:00:16let me just read this. But all I will say is the Internet
- 1:00:19was pretty divided, but it was divided in a certain way that I think
- 1:00:22we all recognize, you know. So, all right, So Elizabeth Takeenbrock,
- 1:00:30a twenty nine year old from Tampa, Florida, recently went viral after
- 1:00:34posting a tearful TikTok video of herself baking her own birthday cake, highlighting the
- 1:00:38struggles of being a single mom a parent. The video has a mass over
- 1:00:43forty five million views. However, her ex husband Andrew responded with claims challenging
- 1:00:49her portrayal of single motherhood. Cormier is Andrew's last name. Cormier, who
- 1:00:53claims to have full custody he shows actual receipts full custody of their two daughters,
- 1:01:00accuses Tak and Broc of rarely seeing their children and frequently going out to
- 1:01:05the club. He also revealed her past arrest for fraud, confirmed by the
- 1:01:09Heros Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Tack and Brock responded admitting that she does not
- 1:01:15have custody, but alleging Cormier's abusive behavior. She claims she still sees her
- 1:01:20children regularly and criticized the custody agreement made under duress. Oh there's that that
- 1:01:25old chestnut. On social media, reactions have been mixed. Supporters attack and
- 1:01:30Brock praise her vulnerability and resilience, and critics accuse her of misleading her followers
- 1:01:36about her parents in situation. By the way, she was also twenty one
- 1:01:38thousand plus dollars in child support like behind on child support. That was also
- 1:01:45worth pointing out. I forgot to mention. Yeah, the revelations have sparked
- 1:01:49discussions my careers would be in jail. Yeah, for sure. The revelations
- 1:01:53have sparked discussions about the complexities of custody battles and the authenticity of social media
- 1:01:58portrayals. The reactions support for tacker Brock. There's a lot of women.
- 1:02:02Mostly they expressed empathy for her emotional struggles and they basically yas lit her into
- 1:02:09the stratosphere criticism. Some users a accuser of misrepresenting the situation, especially after
- 1:02:15her ex husband's counter video debates on custoding abuse. The incident has fueled broader
- 1:02:22discussions on the challenges of co parenting, domestic abuse allegations, and the impact
- 1:02:29of social media on personal disputes. This situation underscores the often hidden complexities behind
- 1:02:34viral social media pots and the importance of considering multiple perspectives their personal confidences.
- 1:02:39But another thing I want to point out is that she tried to like just
- 1:02:43say he was a scientologist and thought that was like an argument, provided no
- 1:02:46evidence of anything, just said scientology, and some people actually like were like,
- 1:02:52well that change. I was like, but based on what what does
- 1:02:54that even mean? She still fucked him, she still had kids with him,
- 1:02:59Like, I don't, I really don't like this. He is a
- 1:03:01blank and then insert like religion or cult here, and that means something like,
- 1:03:07that's not an argument. You still had sex with him, you still
- 1:03:09married him, you still had kids with him. So anyway, Hannah,
- 1:03:13I'll I give it to you. I wonder, I wonder how many people
- 1:03:16who have changed their outlook on this on the basis of, oh, he's
- 1:03:21a scientologist have changed their outlook on the Danny Masterson case based on right,
- 1:03:28I know, I got the same thing though. Scientologists, Well, I'm
- 1:03:30scientologists sure are crazy. He was like, yeah, but that doesn't have
- 1:03:32anything to do with the allegations, Like where's the evidence. So yeah.
- 1:03:38The first thing that struck me about this case was the fact that she was
- 1:03:45she filmed herself, and this is something I think. I'm not always a
- 1:03:50big fan of Matt Walsh, but he pointed this out this woman and I'm
- 1:03:53gonna say it fairly similar to the way he did. Right, she set
- 1:03:59up for that shot to catch what she wanted to frame in it, and
- 1:04:05then performed for the camera. And then she took the time to take the
- 1:04:14video, to to watch the video, stop the camera, watch the video,
- 1:04:18edit the video, and then post it. Right, that was calculated.
- 1:04:24That was not something. There's oh poor this poor woman was trying to
- 1:04:28show you something, and this is what came out of it. And she
- 1:04:31posted it anyway. That's no, no, this was her whole gig.
- 1:04:36And she did it for views. She did it, not for sympathy,
- 1:04:43not even to get a discussion going about an issue or anything like that.
- 1:04:51Right. She added music, all right, She added music designed to make
- 1:04:58it even more emotional. Right, she designed she added music designed to pull
- 1:05:04on your heart strings. And and and then she posted it, I'm sorry,
- 1:05:11yeah, but bold Well it wasn't It wasn't just that. If you
- 1:05:15watch it, it's edited like there's like it's it's yeah, yeah and whatever.
- 1:05:20Yeah yeah, Oh, I'm sorry. So there's that. That's the
- 1:05:23first thing. And I responded to that initially with you know, what kind
- 1:05:27of a person over the age of say, maybe twenty twenty one, maybe
- 1:05:32twenty five, because twenty five is like your quarter of a century, uh
- 1:05:38mile marker, right, but ay older than that, getting that upset about
- 1:05:44not receiving a birthday cake from someone else, having to bake your own birthday
- 1:05:48cake. Oh big whoop, whack all the ambulance, all right, I
- 1:05:53don't. I don't even think people older than that she should be really be
- 1:06:00caring about their birthdays that much like you can celebrate your birthday, celebrate my
- 1:06:05birthday. In my head, I'm happy about it. I celebrate it twice
- 1:06:09in fact, like in twenty twenty two I turned fifty and twenty twenty three
- 1:06:14I turned thirty. The difference number is how many years I am past the
- 1:06:18date that would have been I wouldn't have been here anymore, right, Right,
- 1:06:21So I have two birthdays every year, one for how old I am
- 1:06:25and one for how many years it's been since I didn't die. And that's
- 1:06:30a personal thing that I don't expect anybody else to be like, oh,
- 1:06:34you know, it's been this many years since you were twenty one, you've
- 1:06:36been you've got this many extra years. But those I think of those are
- 1:06:41my as my extra year extra years, Right, I've got more extra years
- 1:06:45than I had years that were allotted to me according to that doctor's assessment and
- 1:06:53and it lit a fire under my parents button. I'm alive because of it.
- 1:06:57So it's a good thing, right, But none of it is something
- 1:07:00to you say, Well, everybody has to think about that with me all
- 1:07:02the time. Everybody has to pay attention to that. Me, me,
- 1:07:04me, bake my cake, you know, and and yeah, I am,
- 1:07:10I am referencing something else there, bake my cake. We live in
- 1:07:15a culture of narcissism at this point. That is so crippling that this woman
- 1:07:26did that and people didn't call her on it until somebody got annoyed, till
- 1:07:31one person got annoyed and said what the fuck right? And and not maybe
- 1:07:36in those terms, but still, like that's what this is. The bottom
- 1:07:41line of this is she's she made her birthday about demanding sympathy for people because
- 1:07:50of her situation, because she feel sorry for herself because she is a narcissist,
- 1:07:55which is probably why she is divorced. Absolutely nothing to do like not
- 1:08:00that I'm a fan of scientology, but it has absolutely nothing to do with
- 1:08:03scientology. Christians don't like living with narcissists either. Atheist don't be living with
- 1:08:09narcissists. Nobody does, right, nobody who is not a raging narcissist can
- 1:08:15even deal with someone who is. And uh, God forbid two of them
- 1:08:18get together in the same room, because you don't want to be in there.
- 1:08:21It kind of it must it must say something about her personality. That
- 1:08:26the husband actually got the kids and child support. That is something, right,
- 1:08:32Well, of course it is, of course it is. That's not
- 1:08:35a simple thing to do, right. You have to go to court.
- 1:08:39You have to prove not only that you're a good parent, but that she's
- 1:08:43a bad parent. And a lot of times that she's dangerous to the kids
- 1:08:47or can't take care of them. Might be because she was in jail.
- 1:08:50You know, maybe maybe he got custody because she was in jail. He
- 1:08:54tried she tried to steal like it was like fraud for like a million dollars
- 1:08:58from some kind. Yeah, that's that's pretty big fraud. She's so she's
- 1:09:02she shoots high there. Well, this is fraud too. Her video was
- 1:09:08fraud. She's not upset about the birthday cake. She's upset about not being
- 1:09:14the center of attention. Mm hm. The thing about her kids, I'll
- 1:09:19go there. She had an opportunity with her kids. Your kids can start
- 1:09:26baking cakes with you when they are old enough to stand on a stool and
- 1:09:30not fall off of it. That's all that it takes. And you just
- 1:09:35help the kid. You stand behind them and you can reach around and help
- 1:09:42them do things and and so on. And I mean, I have a
- 1:09:45great memory of doing that with my son the first time because it was back
- 1:09:50when everybody was watching Imeral Lagassi on TV. So everything we put in the
- 1:09:56bowl he went bam. And that was just priceless. Right, So she
- 1:10:05could have created moment like moments like that with her kids. She could.
- 1:10:10I have childhood memories of that with my mom, like over you know,
- 1:10:15over forty years ago, doing things like that with my mom. She's not
- 1:10:20making those memories with her kids. Maybe that's why she doesn't have custody.
- 1:10:26This is what her kids remember about her birthday. They're gonna find this online
- 1:10:30someday and they're gonna see it and they're gonna feel bad. You should never
- 1:10:36want that about your children. So I don't have any sympathy for this woman.
- 1:10:44I don't have any empathy for this woman. I think that she has
- 1:10:45caused all of her own problems. I think that she is a bitch for
- 1:10:50doing this to her children. We ever get to what she's doing to her
- 1:10:57ex husband, right, because this was an attack on him, But she's
- 1:11:01a bitch for doing this to her children before anything else. It deserves any
- 1:11:06consideration because their children, they didn't marry her, they didn't make any mistakes.
- 1:11:13They were born. That was it. And so there's no stretch of
- 1:11:16any imagination by which you could say, well, they could have avoided this.
- 1:11:19No, they couldn't. They were born. They were born. That's
- 1:11:24their connection to her. Your children love you unless you do something to make
- 1:11:29them not love you. And so that's the first thing, the misrepresentation thing.
- 1:11:36I think it matters to people who are rational. It's not gonna matter
- 1:11:43to feminists because they don't believe that it matters whether it's true or not when
- 1:11:47a woman makes allegations against a man. They don't think that matters. They
- 1:11:51think it matters that a woman made allegations, and they want punishment handed out
- 1:11:56for that. Yeah, So, in regard to UH custody court and how
- 1:12:02domestic abuse allegations are used in custody court, I still stand by my my
- 1:12:09consistent position throughout my time in the men's Rights Movement. Domestic abuse allegations should
- 1:12:15never enter into custody court unless they have gone through criminal court first and been
- 1:12:23resolved with a with an outcome. And if the outcome is that somebody has
- 1:12:28been found guilty of domestic abuse, then they can be considered in custody court
- 1:12:35and only then and then, and the consideration is does this conviction make the
- 1:12:43convicted parent a threat to the children? Then if the answer is yes,
- 1:12:49then then that should affect custody. All right, that's it, Yeah,
- 1:12:56yeah, all right. So I got some rumble rants that I missed from
- 1:12:59before. I'm gonna read them really quick because my rumbles rumble rant still show
- 1:13:04up in my social stream Ninja for some reason. So blade Kaiser gave us
- 1:13:09five dollars. Thank you, Blaive Kaiser. And I can't put a rumble
- 1:13:11chant of the screen because it's in my It's in one of the plugins,
- 1:13:15So I'm sorry, uh, and give us five dollars and says just popped
- 1:13:17in to ask would you rather share your feelings with a tree or a woman?
- 1:13:21Romanian V Yeah, I saw that going around. I don't, I
- 1:13:27mean, I yeah, thank you for that. Did you want to now
- 1:13:31you got to look at the live show chat. Oh, I will let
- 1:13:34me see live show chat. What's what's in the live show chat? The
- 1:13:41image that I just put in the live show chat. Oh oh oh oh
- 1:13:45oh this right here? I see, I see. Yes, you shared
- 1:13:48this on on Twitter on Twitter, I remember that. Yeah, men,
- 1:13:54only the scenario once you let her in, it's too big. You're stuck
- 1:13:59with life hop belly pig or woman. Yeah, yeah, you'd have to.
- 1:14:03That is that working? That is Andred working? Yeah, I knew
- 1:14:08it. Yeah, I could tell. Well, capture from an image from
- 1:14:14Wikimedia Commons, and it's been flipped so that it faces the pig because I
- 1:14:17want them facing each other. But that is Andreid working. So it's a
- 1:14:26Gmorian guard and job of the hunt, that's what you're saying. Yeah,
- 1:14:30look at my my ex profile. You can find it. It's my top
- 1:14:34highlighted image right now. And I might actually make it my pinned tweet at
- 1:14:40some point, or the corrected version my tweet, my pinned tweet, because
- 1:14:46the one that's highlighted has a typo in it, and I replied to it
- 1:14:50with the one that doesn't have a typo. So well, there you go.
- 1:14:55All right, And I got another two more rumble rants from Nova fan
- 1:14:59to both of them, gave it a dollar and says, new lolikon Meta,
- 1:15:01we're not into Lali's We're just hagmaxing. And and then you have to
- 1:15:09watch out for the whole Loli Khan thing because there are multiple states right now.
- 1:15:13Yeah, process of putting laws on the books that will outlaw Lollie.
- 1:15:17Yeah, they don't even if they're six thousand year old vampires wild born,
- 1:15:21right. They don't seem to be doing anything to protect kids who are actually
- 1:15:25under threat, kids who are being trafficked in the United States right now by
- 1:15:29people who are bringing them across the border illegally. But they want your cartoons
- 1:15:32off the internet. Yeah. I don't really care about the cartoons one way
- 1:15:39or another, but that that pisses me off because they're spending energy on that
- 1:15:44that they could be using to actually protect real life, honest to god,
- 1:15:48thinking, feeling, living, breathing children. Mm hmm, all right,
- 1:15:54they got one more super rumble rant. Sorry if a Nova fan for a
- 1:15:58dollar, and he says, Hannah, bake cake. He's saying that you're
- 1:16:02saying, make yeah, bake that cake. And then I think, let
- 1:16:08me see, it's not related to bacing. No, I think, I
- 1:16:12yeah, I think it's a reference. The reference to a Nicholas case.
- 1:16:17Oh of course it is. All right, then I got a rum a
- 1:16:21superchow sorry, superchow from Tell him Nar for fifty dollars, thank you,
- 1:16:26tell him Nar, thank you? Come again, and he says, uh,
- 1:16:30let me see for fifty Uh. The age gap difference is, in
- 1:16:38my opinion, a case of something that should not be illegal, but is
- 1:16:41probably not a good idea. I've seen people talk about this. I think
- 1:16:45a lot of younger men treat it as practice, and the older women are
- 1:16:47divorced or permanently single, so they just view it as an opportunity to have
- 1:16:51quick fun with no expectation of commitment. Ari the single mother that mugshot pick
- 1:16:57surprise me, But I am more surprised at some thing on social media is
- 1:17:00fake. Cakes are indeed easy to bake, lots of fun, so easy
- 1:17:04it almost feels like cheating for the more basic ones. Also, happy double
- 1:17:09birthday, Hannah. Feel free to save that one up for the right date.
- 1:17:13All right, thank you for thank you for that. Really appreciate it.
- 1:17:17And I think that's all the stories. So we're done. We're gonna
- 1:17:20head into the Patron Show now, and you know, like, like I
- 1:17:25said, a little one, not a lot to talk about this week.
- 1:17:30Yeah, I don't really have much else to say. So we're gonna go
- 1:17:32into the Patroon Show now and leave it up to the Patron to decide whether
- 1:17:38we will be looking at some feminist cringe like this article from Let me put
- 1:17:44the article back up so you guys can see it. This article from some
- 1:17:50website called The Current entitled how the romantic institution props up a racialized dating landscape
- 1:17:58by feminists or maybe it's woman is because she's black Deborah Herrick, or this
- 1:18:03article from Petron Petronella Wyatt called feminism has left middle aged women like me single,
- 1:18:11childless and depressed. And I also have a couple of other ones here
- 1:18:15that I thought were pretty good. Let me just put them on the screen
- 1:18:17for you guys, since we got a minute. We have this one from
- 1:18:21Caitlin Moran. I always I forget her name, but she writes, oh,
- 1:18:28this is actually the shit? Is she? This article is called men
- 1:18:32get Therapy, not a younger girlfriend. And then we have and then we
- 1:18:38have this one from IGN. So you guys know, the Furiosa movie came
- 1:18:44out this Memorial Day weekend and it was a massive flop, Like it was
- 1:18:50like a record breaking flop, like on Memorial Day weekend you're supposed to have
- 1:18:56like the biggest hits, and this film re underperformed. And I hear it
- 1:19:02wasn't actually a bad movie, but apparently nobody wanted to watch it. People
- 1:19:08got burned by Hollywood too many times. But nonetheless, IGN is trying to
- 1:19:12make the case Furiosa, why the Mad Max movies don't need Mad Max anymore?
- 1:19:16That hasn't aged well. So well, we can either look at those
- 1:19:24or we can look at some clips. Let us know what you guys think.
- 1:19:27Join us in the Patron Show as a patron. They're going to feed
- 1:19:30the Badgeler dot com forward slash subscribe and you'll get a link to the Discord
- 1:19:34server where you'll be able to participate and watch all the additional content. So
- 1:19:40with that said, we're gonna head into the Patren Show. Now, let
