- 1:30Speaker 3: the show. Welcome to I said No Gifts. I'm Bridger
- 1:35Speaker 3: weineger Oh. I lost my voice last week. Today is
- 1:39Speaker 3: the first day that my voice is even semi returned
- 1:44Speaker 3: to normal. The whole podcast was in jeopardy. You know,
- 1:48Speaker 3: life is so fragile. Podcasts are even more fragile. This
- 1:54Speaker 3: could have all gone away, and then it would have
- 1:56Speaker 3: been on a lease on the mic, and I'm sure
- 1:58Speaker 3: they would have loved that, but I'm sure the reviews
- 2:02Speaker 3: would have tanked on a lease. Don't think about it.
- 2:06Speaker 3: That's all I'm going to say. I was traveling, I
- 2:09Speaker 3: got a cold, I lost my voice. Someone at the
- 2:12Speaker 3: airport quoted me five to ten minutes wait, which we
- 2:16Speaker 3: have to stop saying five to ten minute wait. It
- 2:18Speaker 3: means nothing. I have never had someone say five to
- 2:21Speaker 3: ten minute wait, and then that's the time. It's either
- 2:24Speaker 3: two minutes or a half hour. It's a meaningless thing
- 2:27Speaker 3: to say. Just say wait, just say it'll be a second,
- 2:32Speaker 3: because it doesn't mean anything to me. In this scenario,
- 2:35Speaker 3: it was a minute and a half wait, and then
- 2:37Speaker 3: I almost lost my place in the line. I still
- 2:39Speaker 3: ended up in group F on the airplane, but that's
- 2:41Speaker 3: my fault. But yeah, five to ten minute wait. Now
- 2:45Speaker 3: that I'm really thinking about this, that is it's bad news.
- 2:50Speaker 3: It's bad news. It does mean two minutes or forty
- 2:53Speaker 3: five minutes, So let's stop saying that twenty twenty five,
- 2:56Speaker 3: no one's ever going to say five to ten minute
- 2:58Speaker 3: wait again. Oh, I'm glad I brought it up. You know,
- 3:01Speaker 3: this is why I've got a voice, This is why
- 3:03Speaker 3: I have a platform for these sort of issues. But please,
- 3:07Speaker 3: let's get into the podcast. I adore today's guest. It's
- 3:11Speaker 3: Adam Rippon. Adam, welcome to I said, no gifts.
- 3:14Speaker 4: It's an honor, it's a privilege. I couldn't agree with
- 3:17Speaker 4: you more about your airport etiquette. And I'm glad that
- 3:21Speaker 4: you have your voice back because I think it's important
- 3:23Speaker 4: that somebody kind of stand up to the big guys
- 3:26Speaker 4: instead of just Pete Budaje edge.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Right. So now there was one one of us, now
- 3:30Speaker 3: there or two of us. And this is how we
- 3:32Speaker 3: create change. Absolutely one one voice becomes millions.
- 3:35Speaker 4: A lot of people said that about Jill Stein this year,
- 3:38Speaker 4: So I don't really know kind of how to take
- 3:41Speaker 4: that or kind of where to go with that, but
- 3:43Speaker 4: I do stand with you on five to ten minutes
- 3:46Speaker 4: does not mean anything.
- 3:47Speaker 3: It really doesn't mean anything to me when somebody says that,
- 3:49Speaker 3: I just think, oh, so just nobody knows anything, right now, No,
- 3:54Speaker 3: and it could be any amount of time.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I am personally guilty of doing that quite often.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Are you quoting people five to ten minute waits all
- 4:02Speaker 3: the time?
- 4:03Speaker 4: I'll be there in a minute, in an hour, But
- 4:05Speaker 4: that's an My husband is finish and so he takes
- 4:09Speaker 4: everything I say literally for which is the worst thing
- 4:12Speaker 4: anybody absolutely ever could do. So I'm like, I'll be
- 4:16Speaker 4: home in five minutes, which will turn into maybe I'd
- 4:18Speaker 4: come back in two days.
- 4:19Speaker 3: You know, I don't know.
- 4:21Speaker 4: Five minutes is a turn of phrase, right, it's not
- 4:24Speaker 4: an actual unit of time. But I'm not in a
- 4:26Speaker 4: professional setting. I'm on an iPhone, right, l e X
- 4:29Speaker 4: is a professional setting.
- 4:30Speaker 3: Yes, there should not be a five to ten minute
- 4:32Speaker 3: wait at LAX. It's not even the cheesecake factor. No,
- 4:36Speaker 3: at least there they give you the buzzer. Yeah, they
- 4:38Speaker 3: five rates in your hand. You know. You know, when
- 4:40Speaker 3: you're at least within five minutes completely at the airport,
- 4:42Speaker 3: you should have a real strict the planes take off
- 4:45Speaker 3: at specific amounts of I mean, it's it's lawless. Yes, no,
- 4:49Speaker 3: it'solutelytill five to ten minutes of the airport. I might
- 4:52Speaker 3: as well just go home.
- 4:53Speaker 4: And you know what each terminal is a different country.
- 4:56Speaker 4: They have different rules, they have different Oh love is
- 5:00Speaker 4: a quality.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Oh it's awful. I was in the Jet Blue terminal
- 5:04Speaker 3: this time, and I've got to say things are not
- 5:06Speaker 3: looking good over there, really, the quality of I think
- 5:09Speaker 3: they have a coffee Bean, which, first of all, a
- 5:11Speaker 3: coffee bean in the airport, forget it, so sad. It's
- 5:14Speaker 3: the worst case scenario.
- 5:16Speaker 4: They're the worst coffee artisans on the block first of all,
- 5:19Speaker 4: Like I would say, on the block, going to a
- 5:22Speaker 4: coffee bean is okay, Yeah, it's not that bad. No,
- 5:24Speaker 4: but it's sort of bad. It is not sort of good.
- 5:28Speaker 4: They do have the good ice though, right.
- 5:30Speaker 3: They have a much better ice at Coffee Bean, way
- 5:32Speaker 3: better than Starbucks. Are kidding me. They have the pebble
- 5:34Speaker 3: ice exactly. But when you see them at an airport,
- 5:39Speaker 3: I think it's almost a completely different brand at that point,
- 5:42Speaker 3: it's like it just popped up there. Coffee Bean Corporate
- 5:45Speaker 3: isn't even a where it exists.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Oh no, well, because it's probably like Coffee Bean and
- 5:49Speaker 4: co It's like something they got away with something. Can
- 5:51Speaker 4: I share something with you that I've found out that
- 5:53Speaker 4: I cannot stop thinking about? Please, don't I know there,
- 5:58Speaker 4: I actually have to We actually.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Have a few minutes left on the podcast, and you know,
- 6:02Speaker 3: I've had a great time, and so thank you. I
- 6:05Speaker 3: think it'll go ahead, please.
- 6:08Speaker 4: Simone Biles is opening a restaurant wait in the airport
- 6:20Speaker 4: what called taste of Gold. I just kind of wanted
- 6:26Speaker 4: you to sit with that.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Every piece of information how you told that out was
- 6:30Speaker 3: so perfect. Taste of Gold. Should I try to guess
- 6:33Speaker 3: what sort of food it is?
- 6:34Speaker 4: I think you're going to be right.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Is it burgers and bar food?
- 6:40Speaker 4: I think more importantly, I don't know anything about it.
- 6:43Speaker 4: By the way, I don't I need actually I can
- 6:45Speaker 4: here to promote it.
- 6:45Speaker 3: You are an early investor. I'm the only I don't
- 6:50Speaker 3: know anything about it.
- 6:51Speaker 4: I think the first thing I want to know about
- 6:53Speaker 4: it is it before or after security, because.
- 6:56Speaker 3: I think that makes a huge difference, huge difference, because
- 7:00Speaker 3: you know, in airport's after security. And this actually is
- 7:04Speaker 3: probably completely wrong. I'm now I'm probably just making something up,
- 7:07Speaker 3: but I think after security there's like a full company
- 7:10Speaker 3: that takes care of all of those restaurants, and that's
- 7:12Speaker 3: why airport quality food is a little bit worse, because
- 7:15Speaker 3: like there's one company or a couple that have security
- 7:19Speaker 3: clearance to get the food through. So somebody's like, not
- 7:22Speaker 3: like baking a bomb into a coffee bean pastry my
- 7:25Speaker 3: favorite flavor. And so I think that's why before you
- 7:31Speaker 3: get through security. I think they can be real versions
- 7:34Speaker 3: of restaurants. Are you serious? I mean again, I could
- 7:38Speaker 3: be completely making this up.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Well I'm like, well that would make sense because I
- 7:41Speaker 4: do think. Isn't there like a Planet Hollywood that's like
- 7:45Speaker 4: right outside of the Tom Bradley security which would make
- 7:49Speaker 4: sense because I don't think Planet Hollywood food could make.
- 7:51Speaker 3: It through security. Oh, there's no way. No, Absolutely, they'd
- 7:54Speaker 3: be stopped. Also, is that the last planet Hollywood in existence?
- 7:59Speaker 3: It is? Yeah, you're also an investor there. You're trying
- 8:04Speaker 3: to get it back off the ground.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Well, I already took my money out reinvested it right
- 8:08Speaker 4: into Taste of Gold, which will be coming to the
- 8:10Speaker 4: Dallas Fort Wayne Airport before after security. I don't know
- 8:13Speaker 4: it's in the Dallas, it's going to the Dallas.
- 8:16Speaker 3: I spend a lot of time there, well, I have
- 8:18Speaker 3: in the last year because you should check out Taste
- 8:20Speaker 3: of because I work there. I met the spirit Airlines,
- 8:26Speaker 3: Dallas Fort Worth Airport, Terminal four. No, I actually was.
- 8:32Speaker 3: I had a little mental break. I think TB where
- 8:37Speaker 3: I decided I liked taking a a break in between
- 8:42Speaker 3: LA and New York, and so often I would stop
- 8:46Speaker 3: in Dallas.
- 8:48Speaker 4: And I'm smiling like the cheshure cat, I'm going, what
- 8:51Speaker 4: mais are two stars knowing what's going on?
- 8:54Speaker 3: Hear me out? Hear me out? Try too, Okay, yes,
- 8:58Speaker 3: in theory, and it worked once you start over. Okay,
- 9:01Speaker 3: So I'm I am going back and forth between New
- 9:04Speaker 3: York and LA a decent amount of over the last year,
- 9:07Speaker 3: probably four hundred times. Okay, in a plane, in a plane, unfortunately, Okay,
- 9:12Speaker 3: I'd rather be doing it by river boat. But and
- 9:15Speaker 3: I thought, and I love to go out of Burbank.
- 9:17Speaker 3: I love to go out of Burbank Airport, and I
- 9:19Speaker 3: love to go to LaGuardia Airport. There are not a
- 9:21Speaker 3: lot of direct flights from Burbank to LaGuardia. Yes, and
- 9:24Speaker 3: now I think from Burbank to New York at all.
- 9:27Speaker 3: I love the listener loves just kind of the logistics
- 9:30Speaker 3: of the stay with us guys. Really, it's getting better.
- 9:36Speaker 3: I can feel it. But I had to take a
- 9:41Speaker 3: flight there. There was not a direct flight, so I thought, well,
- 9:43Speaker 3: I'll have to stop in Dallas for an hour. Of course,
- 9:46Speaker 3: I'll give it a shot. The first time it worked perfectly.
- 9:49Speaker 3: It felt like I was on a road trip and
- 9:50Speaker 3: I was stopping for lunch, got stopped there, got on
- 9:54Speaker 3: the plane, got to New York, and of course was
- 9:56Speaker 3: like a nine hour journey rather than the traditional five
- 9:59Speaker 3: to six. But I got to have my lunch, read
- 10:01Speaker 3: a book.
- 10:01Speaker 4: But you're non traditional traveler, So what everbody knows that
- 10:05Speaker 4: about me?
- 10:05Speaker 3: I do it? Yeah, that's that's kind of the game
- 10:09Speaker 3: of my travel agency business for the non traditional traveler,
- 10:13Speaker 3: for someone who loves to take fourteen hours to get
- 10:15Speaker 3: across the country. So it did work once, and so
- 10:20Speaker 3: I thought, well, I'll keep trying this, and literally every
- 10:23Speaker 3: other time there was a delay or I missed a flight. Okay,
- 10:26Speaker 3: and there was one time when I flew from New
- 10:29Speaker 3: York to LA that truly took thirteen hours because it
- 10:32Speaker 3: was a to stop flight.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Oh that's where I trave a line to any kind
- 10:37Speaker 4: of destination. Sorry, now two stops.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Where are you going? You have to be going to space.
- 10:45Speaker 3: There aren't even stops on the way to space. No
- 10:49Speaker 3: to be going from New York to LA and taking two.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Where were they Detroit and Salt Lake City? Okay? I Detroit,
- 10:57Speaker 3: I'm okay with beautiful water feature.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Yes, scrgeous fountain. It's the Trevy Fountain in the United States.
- 11:03Speaker 4: This Salt Lake I I am questioning because I think
- 11:09Speaker 4: Salt Lake can it's it has to be the final destination.
- 11:13Speaker 3: You have to die there.
- 11:14Speaker 4: You can't travel through there. No, because there you can
- 11:16Speaker 4: get a giro there.
- 11:18Speaker 3: I know euro yuo.
- 11:21Speaker 2: Wait.
- 11:21Speaker 4: I listened to a year episode with Katya was.
- 11:24Speaker 3: It You're you might have talked about euros. Yeah, yeah,
- 11:27Speaker 3: it's a euro uero.
- 11:28Speaker 4: I mean like the form of currency, like sort of.
- 11:31Speaker 3: I think that's more of a euro because you're speaking
- 11:35Speaker 3: of euro and now I'm speaking euro a euro. It's
- 11:38Speaker 3: more of a what is that a it's like an
- 11:40Speaker 3: ee rather than a You.
- 11:41Speaker 4: Well, you would know you travel a bit more, you
- 11:43Speaker 4: make a more few stops and a few different places.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Than I do over the place.
- 11:47Speaker 4: Yeah, I haven't really picked up the dialect of the
- 11:50Speaker 4: Midwest quite yet.
- 11:51Speaker 3: No, I'm from Salt Lake City. You are, Yeah, And
- 11:54Speaker 3: there's a large Greek population there, and as far as
- 11:57Speaker 3: I know, and again I don't know it.
- 12:00Speaker 4: I'm taking everything you say as the law.
- 12:03Speaker 3: Yeah, I think it's zero. A lot of people say giro.
- 12:07Speaker 4: That's a form of exercise.
- 12:09Speaker 3: I think exercise. Hell, isn't there like a gyrocopter? Giro?
- 12:14Speaker 4: It's definitely not giro.
- 12:16Speaker 3: Thank you. I appreciate you act like you know when
- 12:18Speaker 3: people say gift and jiff, yes, saying gif oh, absolutely
- 12:22Speaker 3: soft g you mean it's a hard g giff Yes,
- 12:27Speaker 3: but said softly, that's what I meant. I'm sorry I misspoke,
- 12:30Speaker 3: but just really real quiet yes, yes, yes, So it's
- 12:34Speaker 3: actually zero like a z h ee. Okay, well that's
- 12:37Speaker 3: too far. You know, we're in America. We're trying our best.
- 12:42Speaker 3: We're talking. We're not saying yeah, we're talking here, so rude.
- 12:47Speaker 4: She's really hoping that sickness kind of comes back.
- 12:51Speaker 3: I'm yeah, you you really are. I can feel that. Listener,
- 12:54Speaker 3: This is a taste of the know it all behavior
- 12:56Speaker 3: you'll get from Honaly's if they take over the podcast.
- 12:59Speaker 3: So just be aware of that.
- 13:01Speaker 4: But I do appreciate what they're doing because they're being
- 13:05Speaker 4: very smart. Just kind of if you kind of covering instead,
- 13:08Speaker 4: which could happen at any minute.
- 13:11Speaker 3: I could end up in Salt Lake Dead right, final
- 13:13Speaker 3: destination the dream.
- 13:14Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly, that's That's the only thing left to say
- 13:19Speaker 4: about this is exactly I did. The last time I
- 13:22Speaker 4: went to Salt Lake City, I did get in a
- 13:24Speaker 4: fight with a Delta agent over what I was in
- 13:29Speaker 4: the right. I'm going to start with that.
- 13:32Speaker 3: I'm already on the agent side. Okay, Well, so was
- 13:35Speaker 3: kind of every other agent there.
- 13:37Speaker 4: I was flying and as you would do from kind
- 13:42Speaker 4: of the airport, I was on the on the plane
- 13:45Speaker 4: and we didn't take off for like two and a
- 13:47Speaker 4: half hours, just on the tarmac.
- 13:48Speaker 3: We were on the plane already.
- 13:50Speaker 4: Oh no, okay, So then they called us off and
- 13:54Speaker 4: by the time everybody had gotten off, it had been
- 13:56Speaker 4: like three hours. And I was traveling with a friend.
- 13:58Speaker 4: I said, watch this. I was like that travel girl
- 14:01Speaker 4: from Instagram who was like, when you don't know the
- 14:02Speaker 4: roles and she goes but you don't know the drawls,
- 14:04Speaker 4: Wat's this? And so I went up to the gate
- 14:07Speaker 4: and I was like, I was just on the plane
- 14:09Speaker 4: for three hours. Can I have twenty five dollars for
- 14:12Speaker 4: shake shock?
- 14:13Speaker 3: For shakeshock.
- 14:14Speaker 4: Of course, yes, because I know that twenty five dollars
- 14:17Speaker 4: from Delta is kind of usable anywhere in the airport.
- 14:21Speaker 4: And they said no, and I said, you got to
- 14:23Speaker 4: be kidding me. I said, I actually said that. Usually
- 14:26Speaker 4: I said that in my mind and I go okay,
- 14:28Speaker 4: and I walk away. But I said it out loud,
- 14:29Speaker 4: and I was getting whoa. I scared myself a bit,
- 14:32Speaker 4: and I said, are you got to be kidding me?
- 14:33Speaker 4: I was just on the flight for three hours. Well
- 14:35Speaker 4: it wasn't really three hours technically. I said, oh, you
- 14:37Speaker 4: got and I started speaking louder and I usually don't
- 14:41Speaker 4: do this. It was I think the thin air.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Well and being on a plane for three hours.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Well then it gets worse because I walk away and
- 14:49Speaker 4: within ten minutes I get a text message of here's
- 14:52Speaker 4: twenty five dollars. Because I was on the plane.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Twenty five is kind of the limit.
- 14:56Speaker 4: It's sort of well, it's like the minimum for three hours,
- 14:58Speaker 4: they'll give you twenty five dollars.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Shut you up with this a.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Little bit of McDonald's, which does work. It does work.
- 15:04Speaker 3: How would work on me? For any suggestion I could
- 15:06Speaker 3: be there for forty hours? You give me twenty five dollars,
- 15:09Speaker 3: like I've won the lottery.
- 15:10Speaker 4: Oh yeah, and then you don't even think about it
- 15:13Speaker 4: when you spend over twenty five dollars because you're like,
- 15:15Speaker 4: it's still free of course, even if you sheck loves this,
- 15:19Speaker 4: it's yeah, they're monopolizing it.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, to get twenty five dollars, that's amazing. And
- 15:25Speaker 3: but how do they give it to give it to you?
- 15:27Speaker 3: Was it like did you go back to the thing
- 15:28Speaker 3: and they had a big gold gift certificate?
- 15:30Speaker 4: Oh, I wish it was. It's like a bar code
- 15:34Speaker 4: that they'll scale now it makes sense. So if everybody
- 15:37Speaker 4: is owned by the same sort of corporate conglomerate, right,
- 15:41Speaker 4: that bar code.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Is, it's a universal currency. Basically. Again, you could take
- 15:46Speaker 3: it to space.
- 15:47Speaker 4: Which I never want to go there.
- 15:49Speaker 3: I have no interest in going to space. I think
- 15:51Speaker 3: we should shut down all space programs. Me too.
- 15:55Speaker 4: We leave it alone. We tried, who cares.
- 15:58Speaker 3: None of us will ever get to enjoy in an
- 16:00Speaker 3: alien Let's just let I mean, let's take one hundred
- 16:03Speaker 3: years off. I think that's great. Let's put the money elsewhere.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I'm sorry astronauts, I'm sorry space community. That's screaming right now,
- 16:11Speaker 3: we'll get it. I think we should try.
- 16:13Speaker 4: Build a tower instead of doing like the rocket, Like,
- 16:17Speaker 4: let's start with the tower first.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Isn't there a Bible story about that? I think it's
- 16:23Speaker 3: the Tower of Babble. They tried to build a tower
- 16:25Speaker 3: to God.
- 16:26Speaker 4: Well, just think of how much we've come since then.
- 16:28Speaker 4: We probably have more technology.
- 16:30Speaker 3: They took the time off, so we can try it.
- 16:32Speaker 4: Again exactly, and at least we have a blueprint for
- 16:34Speaker 4: what didn't work, saying that.
- 16:38Speaker 3: You're trying to get to God. This time, we tried
- 16:39Speaker 3: to get to.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Space exactly, because we know God is a bit further
- 16:42Speaker 4: from space, and he was actually much further from Earth.
- 16:45Speaker 3: Very touchy about people trying to get to him. Yes,
- 16:48Speaker 3: but space.
- 16:48Speaker 4: I think they'd get it because at one point we'd
- 16:51Speaker 4: get so high that like the gravity woulden, it would
- 16:54Speaker 4: pull us up. So it's like, help the building stay erect.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Hand in hand of space exactly.
- 17:01Speaker 4: It's two complete different entities working together.
- 17:04Speaker 3: I love this. I love joining like a collab.
- 17:08Speaker 4: If they love a collab, you might not know this.
- 17:10Speaker 4: It's I'm collabing with the travel girl next. Do you
- 17:14Speaker 4: know who I'm talking about? Oh, my god, it's so
- 17:18Speaker 4: worth your while.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Does she have actual useful I mean she had this
- 17:20Speaker 3: piece of absolutely what other things of your learning? Oh?
- 17:23Speaker 4: Because she once taught me. And I am paraphrasing, and
- 17:28Speaker 4: you'll learn that as soon as I explain it that
- 17:31Speaker 4: if you lose your luggage that somehow the airline has
- 17:34Speaker 4: to pay you a certain amount of money and that
- 17:36Speaker 4: you have to you can tell them that it's all
- 17:38Speaker 4: in their by laws. Oh my, that they'll be like, no,
- 17:41Speaker 4: I'm sorry, there's nothing you can do but within the
- 17:43Speaker 4: airline by laws and some of the travel restrictions. It's
- 17:47Speaker 4: like in the guidelines that they have to do this.
- 17:50Speaker 4: They're just saying no.
- 17:52Speaker 3: And how much how much money is? Do you know?
- 17:54Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 17:54Speaker 4: It's either like ten dollars or ten thousand dollars exactly.
- 18:00Speaker 3: It could mean anything, you know. And I just learned
- 18:05Speaker 3: on an airplane. And I'm sorry to musicians everywhere. This
- 18:08Speaker 3: is the most annoying thing I've ever experienced. You can
- 18:11Speaker 3: take a guitar as your personal item and put it
- 18:13Speaker 3: in the stowaway.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Have you never seen that? You've never traveled an artist before?
- 18:18Speaker 3: Well, I was in a band for a few decades.
- 18:21Speaker 3: But this was before they let us take the guitars on.
- 18:24Speaker 3: It was a more luxurious time. It takes so much space.
- 18:29Speaker 4: Oh yeah, a guitar is not the size of a Samsonite.
- 18:32Speaker 3: It is certainly not. I had to take my carry
- 18:35Speaker 3: on luggage. I was in row nine. My carry on
- 18:38Speaker 3: ended up in row twenty four.
- 18:40Speaker 4: I don't really kind of play by that role. I
- 18:43Speaker 4: don't really do that. What do you mean, well, I
- 18:46Speaker 4: think at some point you kind of had to take
- 18:48Speaker 4: a stand for yourself.
- 18:50Speaker 3: I tried. I tried pushing the guitar.
- 18:51Speaker 4: I think at that point it's like if you're bringing
- 18:53Speaker 4: the guitar and you got to play it, sorry, like
- 18:56Speaker 4: if it's gonna take up that much room, get in
- 18:58Speaker 4: the aisle and like put out the hat.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Let's hear us.
- 19:00Speaker 4: Yeah, if it's that important to you, I understand you
- 19:03Speaker 4: don't want it to get banged around, but come on,
- 19:06Speaker 4: you got it.
- 19:07Speaker 3: You got at least sing a song, hold it in
- 19:09Speaker 3: your lap, give me a under the seat. It's essentially
- 19:12Speaker 3: a child, it is.
- 19:13Speaker 4: That is an insane thing that you can't bring on
- 19:16Speaker 4: a pair of skis why the guitar.
- 19:18Speaker 3: The guitar is very long, fragile. I mean, and again
- 19:23Speaker 3: it's I know it's hard to be a musician, but
- 19:25Speaker 3: you should have to show that you you have published music.
- 19:28Speaker 4: And I don't say that's too easy to publish me.
- 19:31Speaker 3: And that's true, published music and made more than forty dollars.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Oh there you go. Or show that you've sold out
- 19:37Speaker 3: a venue you're competed to a sold out venue. Yes,
- 19:40Speaker 3: I think that's there's got to be something stopping anyone
- 19:43Speaker 3: from taking a guitar well, or I'm going to start
- 19:46Speaker 3: packing my clothes in a guitar.
- 19:48Speaker 4: So how did the luggage get so far back?
- 19:51Speaker 3: Because every other well, as I said at the beginning
- 19:53Speaker 3: of this, I was unfortunately in group F so by
- 19:57Speaker 3: the time I was playing go, literally, they were all
- 20:00Speaker 3: taken up, and the mean flight attendant was like, well
- 20:03Speaker 3: you can take it to twenty four US rattled off quick.
- 20:09Speaker 3: You know, they were just reveling. They eyed you up
- 20:11Speaker 3: and they went, he's not worth it. You can travel back.
- 20:15Speaker 3: And the rest of the time I was on the plane,
- 20:16Speaker 3: I'm thinking, how am I going to get back there
- 20:19Speaker 3: before everybody stands up? Because if everybody stands up, I
- 20:23Speaker 3: have to wait for the entire night to wait. That's
- 20:26Speaker 3: the rule. So I literally, upon landing, I'm unbuckling. I
- 20:30Speaker 3: am running, pushing my way to the back like I
- 20:32Speaker 3: like I had lost a baby.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Yeah, but it was all I could do, all the guitar,
- 20:37Speaker 4: cross going to the back, running, sprinting.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Wow, yeah, it was a guitar.
- 20:45Speaker 4: So I don't like, I am willing to sit and
- 20:50Speaker 4: wait because I cannot deal with the cattle.
- 20:54Speaker 3: Oh, the cattle and the social humiliation. I'd rather just sit.
- 20:58Speaker 3: You didn't want to do that, though I had been
- 21:00Speaker 3: on the plane already so long.
- 21:01Speaker 4: Well, how many flights were you in already?
- 21:05Speaker 3: Shuck? Oh, let's see. Actually, so I guess this is
- 21:08Speaker 3: because I had a stop. Where did I stop? Like city? No,
- 21:14Speaker 3: this was from JFK to lax as far unless i've
- 21:17Speaker 3: it was in a fugue state. So it was a
- 21:19Speaker 3: direct flight. Okay from Burbank. No, unfortunately into La I
- 21:24Speaker 3: switched killmate.
- 21:25Speaker 4: I've never flown out of Burbank in my life.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Oh, it's such a pleasure. I've picked up people from Burbank.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Of course you have, because it's a normal. It's like
- 21:34Speaker 3: going back in time. You can actually access it totally.
- 21:37Speaker 3: You can't pick somebody up from last in America was great.
- 21:40Speaker 3: It's again, it's what we're trying to get back to. Yeah,
- 21:43Speaker 3: Burbank Airport. Honestly, if we could make America the Burbank Airport,
- 21:47Speaker 3: I would support any candidate who could do that. It's
- 21:50Speaker 3: not whatever we've got in the future. But when I run,
- 21:54Speaker 3: if I haven't disqualified myself, I saying something on this podcast,
- 21:57Speaker 3: which I'm sure I have.
- 21:58Speaker 4: I'm sure you have.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Have you seen him Day's qualified people?
- 22:02Speaker 4: Now, yeah, I'm sure talking badly about the Salt Lake
- 22:07Speaker 4: City Airport isn't really going to do you in. If
- 22:09Speaker 4: Matt Gates is almost the Attorney General, I think you'll
- 22:12Speaker 4: be kind of okay at this point.
- 22:14Speaker 3: You make a very very good point, thank you. But
- 22:18Speaker 3: Burbank is a pleasure. Lax is hell on Earth. They
- 22:21Speaker 3: have that whole situation where we have to get on
- 22:23Speaker 3: the shuttle to go to the ride share thing, the
- 22:27Speaker 3: Lyft ride, and we can stop talking about We'll stop
- 22:30Speaker 3: talking about airports after this. But I do want to
- 22:31Speaker 3: complain about Lyft because I got in a Lyft ride
- 22:35Speaker 3: that I took no less the driver took no less
- 22:38Speaker 3: than two hundred turns to get me home. He took
- 22:42Speaker 3: air or freeways off right before I got in. I
- 22:45Speaker 3: was like, why, that's why the freeways are there.
- 22:47Speaker 4: I don't understand, like even a horse and buggy is there,
- 22:51Speaker 4: like a reason?
- 22:52Speaker 3: This person thought he had a reason. I looked at
- 22:55Speaker 3: Google Maps before I got into thing, being like, how
- 22:57Speaker 3: long will this take? It said an hour and twenty minutes.
- 22:58Speaker 3: It's like that's a very long time, but life is life.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Hour and twenty minutes.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:03Speaker 3: From alex to Highland Park it was busy.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Okay. Usually that's how you're defending them.
- 23:07Speaker 3: No, I'm not. I'm about to burn this person to
- 23:10Speaker 3: the ground because about ten minutes in he said, in
- 23:12Speaker 3: a few minutes, we're going to go through a parking lot.
- 23:17Speaker 3: And I don't want you to worry, but there's a
- 23:18Speaker 3: method to my madness. This is the worst thing you
- 23:20Speaker 3: can absolutely hear. Absolutely that's it.
- 23:23Speaker 4: At that point, I go, all right, put your hands up,
- 23:24Speaker 4: I pull out a gun, and I go, you get
- 23:27Speaker 4: in the passenger seat, Bacco, and we're taking my way.
- 23:30Speaker 3: We get right on to the fucking one ten turn back.
- 23:35Speaker 4: We go back, and I go, you're going to do
- 23:37Speaker 4: this over you love motherfucker. Turn around and get back
- 23:41Speaker 4: to terminal three and let's do this right.
- 23:43Speaker 3: Nope, we went through not one parking lot, but two
- 23:46Speaker 3: parking lots, a strip mall and a Ralph's parking lot.
- 23:50Speaker 3: And you know, I thought, well, this is this isn't traditional,
- 23:52Speaker 3: so and you know I'm a non traditional travel I
- 23:54Speaker 3: thought maybe this will work. We took surface streets the
- 23:57Speaker 3: entire time, going through neighborhoods from LA to Highland Park,
- 24:00Speaker 3: which is not a short distance. It took a solid
- 24:04Speaker 3: two hours to get home. He was fighting with other drivers.
- 24:07Speaker 3: At one point he had a confrontation with another driver.
- 24:10Speaker 3: I contacted Lyft after this, Yes, and they essentially just said,
- 24:13Speaker 3: sorry that happened to you. I hate this company so much.
- 24:19Speaker 4: You know, for a while I wasn't allowed to use Uber?
- 24:22Speaker 4: Why ask them?
- 24:24Speaker 3: I never wouldn't.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Yes, I wasn't allowed. Something happened where they felt kind
- 24:31Speaker 4: of like it was in their best interest that I
- 24:34Speaker 4: wouldn't the entire corporation.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Yes, And I don't know why.
- 24:37Speaker 4: I don't like I remember one time, yeah, I did
- 24:40Speaker 4: kind of get in an Uber that was for are
- 24:42Speaker 4: you a Kelly? And I said, yeah, I just but
- 24:45Speaker 4: how would they know that I wasn't Kelly unless Kelly complained.
- 24:49Speaker 4: But how would Kelly know that I was in hers right?
- 24:51Speaker 3: And maybe you're a Kelly at heart. Maybe my mom's
- 24:54Speaker 3: name is Kelly. Well, there you go. You're Kelly junior,
- 24:56Speaker 3: exactly Kelly the second.
- 24:57Speaker 4: So I'm just like, I don't know. That couldn't be it, though,
- 25:00Speaker 4: but it kind of that feels is probably right, It
- 25:03Speaker 4: does feel exactly it.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Actually, the other Kelly probably ended up did.
- 25:08Speaker 4: Who cares well, They probably ended up writing for Lyft.
- 25:13Speaker 3: They probably drove you back time the bar Kelly. Uh, well,
- 25:19Speaker 3: you know I've complained. Who knows what will happen to
- 25:20Speaker 3: Kelly now that I've complained? Oh, probably nothing at all. Promotion. Yes,
- 25:25Speaker 3: she's now running Lyft. Yeah she's bringing the mustaches on
- 25:28Speaker 3: the front of the cars. But she's running Lyft through
- 25:30Speaker 3: a Ralph's parking lot. That's insane. I couldn't believe what
- 25:34Speaker 3: I was hearing. Wow, And I gave them the benefit
- 25:36Speaker 3: of the doubt. I thought, maybe this is an amazing
- 25:39Speaker 3: trick and I'll be home in thirty minutes. Yeah.
- 25:41Speaker 4: Now that's when you need to give them the doubt,
- 25:43Speaker 4: because I don't think they deserve benefit at this point
- 25:47Speaker 4: it people will do wild things.
- 25:50Speaker 3: I mean I think they really believed in themselves, and uh,
- 25:54Speaker 3: people have to that's a problem. You have to gotta
- 25:56Speaker 3: stop it. You know, very few people should believe in
- 25:59Speaker 3: them so very maybe one in fifty.
- 26:02Speaker 4: I think there's just some people should like lift people
- 26:04Speaker 4: up and nobody should believe it.
- 26:06Speaker 3: That's a good idea. We should believe in others, but
- 26:07Speaker 3: not in ourselves. Yes, let the community do the work
- 26:11Speaker 3: for you, otherwise you're taking two hours in a lift. Yeah.
- 26:15Speaker 4: No, I'm really sorry that happened to you.
- 26:17Speaker 3: Thank you so much. I just needed two sorries, one
- 26:19Speaker 3: from Lyft and one from you, and now I can
- 26:21Speaker 3: move on with my life and now I can start
- 26:23Speaker 3: using Lyft again. I was basically abused by this company.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Oh well, there's something else we've got to talk about,
- 26:30Speaker 3: which is totally inappropriate.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Hmm.
- 26:32Speaker 3: I was really excited to have you here on the
- 26:34Speaker 3: podcast today, of course I was. I thought, Adam will come,
- 26:37Speaker 3: we'll have a pleasant conversation, I'll unload a bunch of
- 26:41Speaker 3: baggage about travel on him, and then we'll move on
- 26:44Speaker 3: with our day. So it was a little what is
- 26:47Speaker 3: the word, I was a little floored when you walked
- 26:52Speaker 3: into the studio holding what I can only describe as
- 26:57Speaker 3: I mean, the podcast is called I said no gifts.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Let's be very clear. I'm pretty sure you're aware of that.
- 27:01Speaker 3: I am. This is not WTF, this is not the Daily.
- 27:06Speaker 3: It's I said no gifts and you were holding what's
- 27:08Speaker 3: obviously a gift. Yeah. Well, I'm not really one to.
- 27:12Speaker 4: Follow rules, and I do like the names of the
- 27:16Speaker 4: episodes where it's somebody disobeys, and I felt like, why
- 27:19Speaker 4: would I pass up a chance to kind of do that,
- 27:22Speaker 4: to not obey?
- 27:24Speaker 3: Right, So you're kind of the travel girl of this
- 27:26Speaker 3: particular podcast exactly you might not know. Yeah, I'm like practicing. Yeah,
- 27:31Speaker 3: this is all just a dry run for your TikTok.
- 27:36Speaker 4: I keep playing this girl. And I know, for like
- 27:39Speaker 4: the one person that will listen to this who who
- 27:42Speaker 4: knows what I'm talking about.
- 27:43Speaker 3: They're howling, they on her. She's mad, she's contacting our
- 27:50Speaker 3: booker Patrick right now. I want to be on the show.
- 27:54Speaker 4: But yes, I did. I did bring kind of something that.
- 28:00Speaker 3: It was what you said? Yeah, well should I open
- 28:03Speaker 3: it here on the podcast? I think you should.
- 28:08Speaker 4: So this is the first here I think.
- 28:10Speaker 3: This is gorgeous. I mean, okay, you're handing me in
- 28:13Speaker 3: an envelope.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Yes, it's a court summons. It's actually I'm assuming you.
- 28:18Speaker 3: How I didn't. Sorry, that is such a good idea
- 28:21Speaker 3: for somebody. I need to get in some sort of
- 28:23Speaker 3: trouble with somebody legally, and so I can.
- 28:25Speaker 4: Yeah, get I'm like, you're like Olivia Wilde right now,
- 28:28Speaker 4: and I'm going, oh, sorry, these are the papers.
- 28:29Speaker 3: To get served on my own podcast. It's amazing. Is
- 28:33Speaker 3: this your handwriting? That is my handwriting? Do you think
- 28:36Speaker 3: I kind of hired out? You've hired somebody on Fiver
- 28:39Speaker 3: to write this story? Yes? Uh, this is really Where
- 28:43Speaker 3: did you learn to write like this?
- 28:44Speaker 4: At our Lady of Peace School?
- 28:47Speaker 3: What grade? Second? Second grade? Yes?
- 28:49Speaker 4: I learned because we had I had a nun still okay,
- 28:52Speaker 4: well that's why we still had religion in schools.
- 28:55Speaker 3: And again we're trying to get back to that. And
- 28:56Speaker 3: I think, as weekly as possible, really good. I think
- 28:59Speaker 3: it's going to be really good. Hey, don't laugh, you
- 29:02Speaker 3: should cry. I think it's going to be really good
- 29:04Speaker 3: for all of us. And yes, so shout out to
- 29:07Speaker 3: sister and she's dad, but she was the last nun
- 29:12Speaker 3: to work.
- 29:13Speaker 4: At that school who didn't hit the kids with rulers.
- 29:17Speaker 3: Wow, and is that why she died?
- 29:19Speaker 4: Well, that's why most of the kids in my class
- 29:20Speaker 4: couldn't write. Well, okay, because the hitting work.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Hitting works. Yeah, let's get back to it. We're hitting
- 29:27Speaker 3: in school, Yes, I think so. I mean, I didn't
- 29:30Speaker 3: take cursive until fifth grade and Utah Public schools, and
- 29:33Speaker 3: my cursive is gone.
- 29:35Speaker 4: Really, I only write in cursive, really, And I get
- 29:39Speaker 4: two different kinds of reactions to Obviously, I'm doing it
- 29:41Speaker 4: all the time that I get all these reactions to it.
- 29:45Speaker 4: But when people see my handwriting, one they go, oh
- 29:48Speaker 4: my god, that's so beautiful. And two they think I'm
- 29:50Speaker 4: putting on like some sort of like vaudeville show of
- 29:52Speaker 4: like I'm trying to just like, oh, you don't really write. Yeah, no,
- 29:56Speaker 4: I'm like, no, I do write like that. And now
- 29:58Speaker 4: show me how you hold a pencil. Have you seen
- 30:00Speaker 4: the way people hold pencils now like Neanderthals.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Like this, Oh no, like a microphone.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Yeah, you're supposed to just really hold it lightly between
- 30:08Speaker 4: the index and the thumb.
- 30:10Speaker 3: I was taught incorrectly, or I learned incorrectly, and I
- 30:13Speaker 3: would hold it on this finger and like as a kid,
- 30:15Speaker 3: had a huge callous on my finger. God, I know
- 30:20Speaker 3: if youewer can't I mean, the listener can't hear you.
- 30:23Speaker 4: I actually kind of need to see what you're doing
- 30:26Speaker 4: because I have a pen in here.
- 30:27Speaker 3: I just want to see how you're holding it. Yeah,
- 30:29Speaker 3: it's it's not right, okay, I mean like my mom
- 30:32Speaker 3: took me to a doctor once like this. Oh that
- 30:35Speaker 3: doesn't look right.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Right.
- 30:36Speaker 4: No, Now take the pen out and hold your hands
- 30:38Speaker 4: like that. Does that look like a normal hold it
- 30:42Speaker 4: like you holding? Oh that's so good, so delicate. It's
- 30:46Speaker 4: sort of like how they signed it, like the declaration.
- 30:49Speaker 3: I think maybe because my mom's left handed, that's why
- 30:51Speaker 3: I learned incorrect. I don't think. So let's try to
- 30:54Speaker 3: blame my mom.
- 30:54Speaker 4: Okay, I'm sure we'll find something to blame my mom for.
- 30:59Speaker 3: Yeah, storm avention. Okay, Well, let me open this envelope here.
- 31:04Speaker 3: Let's see. Oh I love that sound. Oh that's beautiful,
- 31:09Speaker 3: isn't it? Just? It's so nice to get. Oh, this
- 31:12Speaker 3: is a nice little card. Hats off to you, little cowboy,
- 31:16Speaker 3: my dearest Bridger. I'm not really one for following rules.
- 31:19Speaker 3: I wouldn't dare come empty handed. You're handwriting is gorgeous.
- 31:22Speaker 3: Thank you for having me, and feel free to share
- 31:27Speaker 3: what's happening this fact love Adam Rippon. This is such
- 31:29Speaker 3: a beautiful card. I love this. Okay, so you're kind
- 31:32Speaker 3: kind of sweetening up to the idea of a gift.
- 31:34Speaker 3: I see, I'm really warming off. And now it's in
- 31:38Speaker 3: this gorgeous mushroom bag, which I adore. I mean, wow,
- 31:43Speaker 3: you've really gone all out.
- 31:44Speaker 4: Well, I mean I just wouldn't show up with something ugly.
- 31:48Speaker 3: I mean because I would have spread the word as
- 31:50Speaker 3: quickly as possible. Well, you know, here's the thing.
- 31:52Speaker 4: If you just put a little effort into giving somebody
- 31:55Speaker 4: kind of some shit, which is I mean, get ready,
- 31:58Speaker 4: they don't get too excite you did it.
- 32:02Speaker 3: They'll remember like, oh, it looked so nice.
- 32:04Speaker 4: I wasn't gonna roll in here with the Ralph's bag
- 32:07Speaker 4: filled with like what.
- 32:10Speaker 3: That's a typical guest on this podcast. Well, these people
- 32:12Speaker 3: are trash. It's listen, you've really uped the bar here. Yeah. Well,
- 32:16Speaker 3: we'll send this episode out as an example for future guests, right,
- 32:19Speaker 3: if you please.
- 32:20Speaker 4: Listen, Getting a gift. Please follow these guidelines.
- 32:23Speaker 3: Your photos and now that I'm thinking about it, writing, uh,
- 32:27Speaker 3: feel free to share it a card and then if
- 32:29Speaker 3: this was just full of money, that would be a
- 32:30Speaker 3: very good idea. I'm going to try that for a gift.
- 32:32Speaker 3: Actually give me that back, let me fit something. Feel
- 32:35Speaker 3: free to share. Okay, let's oh, we haven't had some
- 32:39Speaker 3: nice tissue in this podcast on a little you know,
- 32:40Speaker 3: I know.
- 32:41Speaker 4: Some people think that that's wasteful.
- 32:44Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 32:45Speaker 4: I think kind of what I mean, what's being wasted here?
- 32:47Speaker 4: Oh my god, can we just give me a fucking break.
- 32:51Speaker 4: We need to wake them.
- 32:52Speaker 3: People are coming after you all the time for your tissue.
- 32:55Speaker 3: You see.
- 32:56Speaker 4: I mean, I'll be honest, there is a kind of
- 32:58Speaker 4: there is an abundant.
- 33:00Speaker 3: This was the whole bag of tissue.
- 33:01Speaker 4: It was because there's eight sheets in a little pack.
- 33:04Speaker 3: Well, let's use it. Let's not waste I'm going to
- 33:06Speaker 3: use every one of these hold out.
- 33:08Speaker 4: Yes, Oh it sounds so good on that.
- 33:10Speaker 3: I know that's so crispy. Let's make sure. Let's say,
- 33:13Speaker 3: oh there's more.
- 33:15Speaker 4: No, yeah, there's all eight sheets are in there?
- 33:17Speaker 3: Now are the multiple things in here? Yes? Okay, should
- 33:19Speaker 3: I take them that in any order? No?
- 33:21Speaker 4: Okay, okay, so we'll take this to choose your own adventure.
- 33:24Speaker 3: I'm very excited. Okay, So what under eye patches? Fantastic?
- 33:32Speaker 3: Yes to twenty four k gold under eye patches.
- 33:35Speaker 4: I think they use that term loosely.
- 33:37Speaker 3: Yes, I mean this simply doesn't apply to them.
- 33:39Speaker 4: No, I think they've got twenty four care golds. And
- 33:42Speaker 4: it's also like in Korean, and I think they're just
- 33:44Speaker 4: like they won't understand the difference.
- 33:46Speaker 3: Okay, should we talk about this or should I open
- 33:49Speaker 3: what else is in?
- 33:49Speaker 2: It?
- 33:49Speaker 3: All goes, it's all come together. Okay, So we'll bring
- 33:52Speaker 3: everything out and then we'll get into it, and so
- 33:54Speaker 3: we'll get to continue doing tissue.
- 33:56Speaker 4: Just a few more sheets.
- 33:59Speaker 3: I hope everyone's keeping count at home. Okay, there's one four.
- 34:07Speaker 3: I'm not even looking. I've now just that's smart. Yeah,
- 34:12Speaker 3: this much. Then we'll go for the rest of the.
- 34:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I get it even closer to the mic I
- 34:17Speaker 4: met him.
- 34:20Speaker 3: Okay, I think that's the end of the Oh no, no, no, no, no, no. See,
- 34:25Speaker 3: and this is why we we're not wasteful. No, this
- 34:29Speaker 3: ultimately we uh, we are very in control of our
- 34:32Speaker 3: carbon footpall.
- 34:33Speaker 4: Is it wasteful if you used it as a prop?
- 34:36Speaker 3: No? And if millions enjoyed it, oh my.
- 34:39Speaker 4: God, which I know they did, every single eye might
- 34:43Speaker 4: not know this. I'm like so committed to that. I've
- 34:46Speaker 4: never talked about her in my life before. I'm so
- 34:48Speaker 4: sorry I'm having.
- 34:49Speaker 3: You've got a team up. Oh, I hope so to
- 34:52Speaker 3: team up? I think I take you on a trip
- 34:54Speaker 3: that's a hell. It'll be the worst possible vacation. Okay,
- 34:58Speaker 3: let me bring out what else is happening here.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Okay, I hope there's no more paper because that now
- 35:02Speaker 4: it does feel cumbersome.
- 35:04Speaker 3: Okay, No, I've got Oh.
- 35:06Speaker 4: When you've kind of lay it all on the table
- 35:08Speaker 4: like that, it does look like a bunch of shit,
- 35:11Speaker 4: but please, please please explain it.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Okay. So then we've got some some collagen essence masks
- 35:18Speaker 3: which are bamboo from Dermal. Are these are all? Is
- 35:21Speaker 3: it all the Dermal brand? I don't think so.
- 35:23Speaker 4: No, I think I kind of went across a genre.
- 35:25Speaker 3: This is from the Dermal family. It's a wine collagen
- 35:28Speaker 3: essence mask which feels like an absolute stain on a face. Okay.
- 35:33Speaker 3: And then some I actually have no idea. Oh collagen, Oh,
- 35:36Speaker 3: a lip mask that are in the shape of lips,
- 35:40Speaker 3: like those candy wax lips, yes, which I've never eaten.
- 35:44Speaker 3: I have you have? Oh? Yeah, what is that experience? Oh?
- 35:48Speaker 4: I think it explains a lot of why I'm not
- 35:50Speaker 4: well now. It's literally it's like eating a candle, which
- 35:55Speaker 4: is not that bad if you're thinking about it, could
- 35:59Speaker 4: do worse for things candy wax. I haven't thought about
- 36:01Speaker 4: those in a while, but yeah, it is just it is.
- 36:03Speaker 3: I don't think we should be eating them, right.
- 36:06Speaker 4: I did whole thing, lick my lipslick my fingers. After
- 36:10Speaker 4: it was like Thanksgiving dinner.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Platesful, okay, the lips, and then finally some pineapple flavored
- 36:16Speaker 3: pineapple twist, Yes, flavored, tried dent. So there's so much
- 36:20Speaker 3: happening here, yeah, well, and not anything at all.
- 36:24Speaker 4: So I have everything that you have on the table.
- 36:30Speaker 3: I'm laying it all out here, kind of like cards.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Yes, I think that's yeah, it looks like your cards.
- 36:36Speaker 4: I have this in excess at home. So I grabbed
- 36:39Speaker 4: kind of out of my stock pile because I thought,
- 36:44Speaker 4: why wouldn't you just want to treat yourself like I
- 36:46Speaker 4: treat me of course, and Trident gum is my favorite gum.
- 36:51Speaker 3: Is flavor in particular. Absolutely.
- 36:54Speaker 4: I think people really kind of say some nasty things
- 36:57Speaker 4: about tri Dent really Trident, I mean too, but I
- 37:01Speaker 4: kind of never have heard you say it. Probably yes,
- 37:04Speaker 4: And I think a lot of people I've kind of
- 37:06Speaker 4: stayed that direction with Trident. They're afraid to they they're
- 37:10Speaker 4: more like the route of like a stick of gum.
- 37:13Speaker 3: I've I have fully removed stick of gum from my life. Good.
- 37:16Speaker 3: I'm actually I've now become a DENTI nice person.
- 37:19Speaker 4: See this is what I mean people, Yeah, just hear
- 37:22Speaker 4: me out Trident.
- 37:25Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, you will see no Trident because I
- 37:28Speaker 3: carry a bag and anything that's not in the little
- 37:31Speaker 3: and this is a wasteful product and it's a little
- 37:34Speaker 3: plastic like I think they call it like a blister
- 37:36Speaker 3: pack where you pop them out, uh huh. Anything that's
- 37:39Speaker 3: not in one of those, the gum will find its
- 37:41Speaker 3: way into my bag and then will be all over
- 37:43Speaker 3: my wallet and keys. Oh no, I can't have that
- 37:46Speaker 3: ever happened to me again again again, No no, no, no,
- 37:49Speaker 3: That'll be the end of my life.
- 37:52Speaker 4: Pat pack, is that like the bot like the bull
- 37:55Speaker 4: like it's like a mug of gum.
- 37:57Speaker 3: No, no, that would I simply will not buy either.
- 38:00Speaker 3: Who's buying that? I how's you're a truck driver?
- 38:03Speaker 4: Well, unless it's the last drive you're gonna do and
- 38:06Speaker 4: you need all two hundred pieces of orbit gun dirty mouth.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Yeah, come on, yeah, that plastic thing. I don't know
- 38:15Speaker 3: who's buying that. I think if you were doing long
- 38:18Speaker 3: distance driving mm hmm, or you mend a ship or
- 38:22Speaker 3: something something. But if you're a normal person, no, you
- 38:26Speaker 3: can unwrap it individual and wrap it. Now. What I'm
- 38:29Speaker 3: talking about is like it's a little like cardboard essentially
- 38:32Speaker 3: the size, and then you push it out and there's
- 38:34Speaker 3: like a tinfoil and a plastic I think I've got
- 38:38Speaker 3: some of my bag. I'm gonna show you, okay.
- 38:39Speaker 4: I I am quite excited because I do believe that
- 38:43Speaker 4: it's going to be absolutely worth the Oh that Oh no,
- 38:47Speaker 4: you know what that looks like to me? Well, I
- 38:49Speaker 4: used to smoke.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Oh not even It just looks like I had a
- 38:55Speaker 3: cigarette outside and I now need to freshen my breath.
- 38:58Speaker 4: That's what that looks like to me. Denteen Ice, Well,
- 39:02Speaker 4: that gives you a nice sense of danger, does it?
- 39:05Speaker 3: Adam has been smoking? This is what? And I know this.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Because that was a really popular gum to chew after,
- 39:14Speaker 4: Like in the area that I'm from, Pennsylvania. Famously, they'd
- 39:19Speaker 4: have their nice little Marlborough red and then they'd need
- 39:22Speaker 4: to get right back into the classroom or into the
- 39:26Speaker 4: ice rink, and then they'd have one or two pieces
- 39:28Speaker 4: of ice.
- 39:29Speaker 3: That makes sense, Yes, wow, Well, I mean I'm not stopping.
- 39:35Speaker 4: And it didn't stop them either, and so I think,
- 39:39Speaker 4: to hell with them.
- 39:40Speaker 3: To help with them, I think, how long did you
- 39:42Speaker 3: smoke for? I?
- 39:45Speaker 4: Well, okay, I smoked well while I was competing.
- 39:50Speaker 3: That's I just don't associate that with a professional athlete.
- 39:54Speaker 4: I know you wouldn't, but you would associate it with
- 39:56Speaker 4: somebody who was just so thin.
- 40:00Speaker 3: I was so just while you were skating. Yes, who
- 40:07Speaker 3: turned you onto it? Me?
- 40:09Speaker 2: What?
- 40:09Speaker 4: Because I knew people who smoked with thin and I
- 40:14Speaker 4: was like, that's what I'm missing. And I wasn't wrong,
- 40:17Speaker 4: which was the really scary part about it.
- 40:20Speaker 3: But you were doing intense exercise.
- 40:22Speaker 4: Right, which was sort of kind of counterbalancing. Everybody needs
- 40:26Speaker 4: a little advice.
- 40:27Speaker 3: Smoking wasn't doing anything for you.
- 40:29Speaker 4: It was keeping it was making me not eat dinner
- 40:32Speaker 4: and lunch and sometimes.
- 40:37Speaker 3: But you were eating your weight and dente and ice.
- 40:39Speaker 4: Yes, and yogurt. Yogurt, okay, because there's calcium in that for.
- 40:43Speaker 3: So calcium and protein, great source of protein. Now people
- 40:47Speaker 3: are drying it.
- 40:48Speaker 4: Out, drying the yogurt.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Have you seen this? No, it's a new trend. People
- 40:53Speaker 3: are drawing out yogurt. I of course it's on TikTok okay,
- 40:57Speaker 3: but they like leave it out over an id. I
- 40:59Speaker 3: don't haven't looked into it that much because obviously I
- 41:01Speaker 3: don't have any interest in drawing out my yogurt personally.
- 41:03Speaker 4: Oh I okay. I scrolled past a video like this,
- 41:07Speaker 4: Please tell me if I'm right. I saw a doll
- 41:10Speaker 4: up of something go.
- 41:10Speaker 3: Into a cheese claw.
- 41:12Speaker 4: Yes, yes, and then they dry that out and then
- 41:15Speaker 4: they eat it.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Okay.
- 41:17Speaker 4: I'm gonna say a few things. I don't think we
- 41:22Speaker 4: are going to make America healthy again. I actually don't,
- 41:25Speaker 4: and I think we're kind of too far gone. Have
- 41:29Speaker 4: you seen the videos of the of that one woman
- 41:33Speaker 4: who goes, what I have right here is raw milk
- 41:37Speaker 4: and it doesn't go bad and she unscrews the top,
- 41:39Speaker 4: and all you hear is you see a little bit
- 41:41Speaker 4: of like you know, the liquid of what I perceive
- 41:44Speaker 4: as milk go in, and then you hear and then
- 41:49Speaker 4: she goes, Oh, it gets better. She takes out one
- 41:53Speaker 4: of those like you know from my key where you
- 41:55Speaker 4: can get the milk frothers, but like the handheld one
- 41:57Speaker 4: where like one double a battery goes in.
- 41:59Speaker 3: She goes it actually never goes. Oh.
- 42:01Speaker 4: And she puts that in and she frosts the milk
- 42:04Speaker 4: to kind of break up its own the cards whatever.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Ye, that's for me, huh.
- 42:09Speaker 4: And then she kind of brings it, you know, she
- 42:11Speaker 4: moves it kind of up and down to break up
- 42:13Speaker 4: all the chunks.
- 42:14Speaker 3: And then she drinks the whole thing. Oh, I drink milk,
- 42:21Speaker 3: I too well. Oh, I love to meet a fellow
- 42:24Speaker 3: milk strike.
- 42:25Speaker 4: We're so rare now, Yeah, I'm sorry. Almonds don't have others.
- 42:29Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, it's almond water. Yeah. And I cannot
- 42:33Speaker 3: eat a cookie with.
- 42:34Speaker 4: Unless I stole it from a child, a baby, its
- 42:38Speaker 4: own child's I don't want to.
- 42:40Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, I need to have stolen from
- 42:43Speaker 3: a baby. Yeah. And here's the thing.
- 42:46Speaker 4: I know, milk is supposed to turn a baby cow
- 42:49Speaker 4: into an eight hundred pound cow, and there's a part
- 42:53Speaker 4: of me that wants that.
- 42:54Speaker 3: I would love nothing more than to be half a
- 42:56Speaker 3: ton exactly make I want to be a prize winning cow.
- 43:02Speaker 4: Yes, take me to the fair, please please, I blue ribbon.
- 43:06Speaker 4: I think you'd get the blue ribbon.
- 43:08Speaker 3: I'm shooting for eight hundred pounds. No, the raw milk thing,
- 43:14Speaker 3: I can't do that. I need it ultra.
- 43:17Speaker 4: Pasturized me too, as it should.
- 43:19Speaker 3: Be, because milk, like, there's such a fine line between
- 43:22Speaker 3: it being something I can drink and being the most
- 43:24Speaker 3: disgusting possible thing in the world. And like, if another
- 43:28Speaker 3: texture becomes part of it, it's over.
- 43:31Speaker 4: That's how I feel about And I do love kind
- 43:33Speaker 4: of looking over at your side of the table right now,
- 43:35Speaker 4: because I've truly turned it into just a bunch of trash.
- 43:39Speaker 3: This is not trash, though we should talk about this. No,
- 43:42Speaker 3: but wait, this is what I mean.
- 43:44Speaker 4: It's I brought three of everything because I thought, oh,
- 43:47Speaker 4: well one, I didn't know how large the cruise and
- 43:48Speaker 4: I'm looking around, I'm going, oh, it's like twenty eight
- 43:51Speaker 4: twenty eight people in there.
- 43:53Speaker 3: John.
- 43:53Speaker 4: There's John kind of John's reflection back then we have
- 43:56Speaker 4: the whole sea Jona, right there. I see that I'm
- 43:59Speaker 4: the puppeteers. Yes, so something for everybody. Uh huh, I
- 44:04Speaker 4: lost my train. I thought I was saying something, but
- 44:06Speaker 4: please go on you're doing You.
- 44:09Speaker 3: Were saying you brought all of these for everybody. Yeah,
- 44:13Speaker 3: that's it. That wasn't leading to a greater point. No,
- 44:17Speaker 3: I mean, welcome to my work.
- 44:18Speaker 2: No.
- 44:18Speaker 4: I said it kind of with the kind of the
- 44:20Speaker 4: lilt that there was like more to what I was saying.
- 44:23Speaker 4: But I just thought, nope.
- 44:26Speaker 3: Period. Well then let's talk about these things. How often
- 44:29Speaker 3: are you using these masks? Well? Not not really.
- 44:34Speaker 4: I actually I believe in them.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Right. This is gonna lead to a severe bird for me.
- 44:40Speaker 4: I hope. I do like them. The lip ones. You
- 44:45Speaker 4: give them to the kind of the people who don't
- 44:47Speaker 4: do the most around here, I think.
- 44:51Speaker 3: They're gonna love it.
- 44:54Speaker 4: So they're whatever. The imasks are nice?
- 44:58Speaker 3: Okay twenty four? Yeah, Oh it looks like I slipped
- 45:01Speaker 3: in four and oh okay, I can double up.
- 45:03Speaker 4: Yes, So what I like to do when I do
- 45:06Speaker 4: use these, I don't use them very often, but I'll
- 45:08Speaker 4: do the imasks and then I'll put the sheet mask
- 45:10Speaker 4: over that. Oh, just kind of make sure that everything
- 45:13Speaker 4: is as covered as possible.
- 45:14Speaker 3: And how long I've never done any of these things.
- 45:17Speaker 3: Twenty minutes, twenty minutes, laid down, okay, down now, okay,
- 45:24Speaker 3: this is a robbery. That's a great way to start
- 45:28Speaker 3: a robbery handing out face masks. Yeah, but they leave
- 45:33Speaker 3: kind of beautiful, so refreshed. Yes, they look so nice.
- 45:37Speaker 3: Victimless crimes. I was at this is interesting. These are
- 45:42Speaker 3: I think these are mostly Korean products. I was a
- 45:44Speaker 3: we spaw last night.
- 45:45Speaker 4: Have you ever bet No, I haven't fantastic.
- 45:47Speaker 3: Are you familiar with what it is?
- 45:49Speaker 4: Yeah, it's for the we the people.
- 45:52Speaker 3: It's a Korean all day spa. It's open twenty four
- 45:55Speaker 3: hours a day. It's in Kaytown, Yes, wonderful.
- 45:58Speaker 4: Ktown is sort of my final destination. They're no, you
- 46:04Speaker 4: gotta get over. I go there every once in a
- 46:06Speaker 4: while to get Korean barbecue. Obviously, it's the top of
- 46:09Speaker 4: the food chain for me. When they do the redo
- 46:11Speaker 4: the food pyramidal, I'm politicing hard that they're going to
- 46:14Speaker 4: have like seasoned and like salted beef up at the
- 46:17Speaker 4: top and but that's when I'll go to Ktown. Other
- 46:23Speaker 4: than that, it's the infrastructure is tough to get through.
- 46:27Speaker 3: It's the parking is difficult. Yeah, there are a lot
- 46:32Speaker 3: of things that make it hard to get around. I
- 46:34Speaker 3: will say, but when you go to we Spa, you pull.
- 46:37Speaker 4: Up and troubles smelts away. A whole of your troubles
- 46:40Speaker 4: melts away.
- 46:41Speaker 3: I think I actually spoke about this on the very
- 46:43Speaker 3: first episode of this podcast, and like when you started
- 46:45Speaker 3: and miss being the very last, it's kind of a
- 46:48Speaker 3: nice full circle moment. Thank you for listening. No, I'm
- 46:54Speaker 3: letting you down. That's the court summons. Yes, yes, there's
- 47:00Speaker 3: been another. I said no gifts this whole time, and
- 47:02Speaker 3: they're finally suing me. No. I remember I spoke about
- 47:06Speaker 3: we spaw in the first episode. And of course, like
- 47:07Speaker 3: when you start a podcast, you get a lot of
- 47:10Speaker 3: people listening who aren't going to be future listeners. They're
- 47:13Speaker 3: just trying it out. And of course a lot of
- 47:15Speaker 3: those people are morons, and I remember a lot of
- 47:18Speaker 3: people being like this snob. All he wanted to talk
- 47:21Speaker 3: about was the Korean spa. It costs thirty dollars yea
- 47:24Speaker 3: and has the like the appeal of a high school gym.
- 47:28Speaker 3: I love it. I adore it. It's like the least.
- 47:31Speaker 4: You're a brand ambassador. You're doing a great I want
- 47:33Speaker 4: to go. Oh my, it's like a gym from a school.
- 47:39Speaker 3: Oh my, I'm like, start the car in a lace. No,
- 47:45Speaker 3: I love it. It's a wonder world. It's so relaxing,
- 47:48Speaker 3: it's so.
- 47:50Speaker 4: It kind of I know they said you were a snob,
- 47:52Speaker 4: but I'm going to say something. I don't think anything.
- 47:54Speaker 4: Thirty dollars is relaxing.
- 47:57Speaker 3: This is the I mean, thirty dollars, as far as
- 48:00Speaker 3: I'm concerned, is too expensive. And that's the least relaxing
- 48:03Speaker 3: thing about it. Okay, but thirty dollars is a great deal.
- 48:05Speaker 3: Can be there for twenty four hours. I'm going to
- 48:08Speaker 3: be there for two of course. Yes, well you get
- 48:09Speaker 3: to just go sit in all their beautiful little pools.
- 48:12Speaker 3: They have like a clay spa. You can lay in
- 48:14Speaker 3: a salt swap. This is not a snobby thing. It's
- 48:17Speaker 3: a wonderful place to be. Why did I even bring
- 48:19Speaker 3: it up? Because we have these things.
- 48:22Speaker 4: But I'm because I'm actually here representing those people to
- 48:25Speaker 4: take you down. So I really don't kind of do
- 48:30Speaker 4: people who write mean comments?
- 48:32Speaker 3: Oh, how so you just ignore or do you just
- 48:36Speaker 3: I don't attack because I go, God, it just must
- 48:38Speaker 3: be so awful to be you it really and I
- 48:42Speaker 3: mean that kind of with my full chest, truly, like
- 48:45Speaker 3: what is your life like you would spend?
- 48:47Speaker 4: Which I like, I'm sometimes I'm one of them, but
- 48:51Speaker 4: I am. I will write my nasty thing to my friend,
- 48:56Speaker 4: not to like an online PLoP.
- 48:58Speaker 3: You don't know. No, that's crat z. Why are you
- 49:02Speaker 3: gonna yuck someone's young? It's very odd behavior. It's so
- 49:05Speaker 3: sure alone you're broken. Yes. The only other thing I'll
- 49:15Speaker 3: say about We Spaw as much as I talked about
- 49:18Speaker 3: it being not that great, and it's fantastic because there
- 49:20Speaker 3: are other spas around town, and I had some friends
- 49:22Speaker 3: go to one and they found a dead body in one.
- 49:26Speaker 3: Well that happens in the I believe in the po No,
- 49:31Speaker 3: I think in like the steam room. Oh and that spa,
- 49:34Speaker 3: not We Spaw, did not respond well to the entire situation.
- 49:38Speaker 3: How so they basically acted like it was my friend's
- 49:42Speaker 3: fault that they had found it. They wouldn't it was,
- 49:44Speaker 3: they wouldn't refund. My friends were covered with refund the money.
- 49:49Speaker 3: They would not refund them. I'm all, like, I'm a lawyer,
- 49:52Speaker 3: now I know another case for travel girl. If you
- 49:56Speaker 3: find a dead body.
- 49:59Speaker 4: Wait to you see you're gonna drop Devan you see
- 50:01Speaker 4: her for the first time. Okay, please, I am so sorry.
- 50:04Speaker 4: I'm never speaking again until you finish this story.
- 50:09Speaker 3: They found a dead body. They went into took the pulse.
- 50:14Speaker 3: My friend she went in there and because like the
- 50:17Speaker 3: person was unconscious and they like walked in. They're like,
- 50:20Speaker 3: what's happening, and the SPA would not take responsibility. My
- 50:23Speaker 3: friend had to check it out and basically confirm that
- 50:25Speaker 3: they had died. What And then finally the SPA kind
- 50:28Speaker 3: of got involved, but continued to act like it was
- 50:30Speaker 3: not their fault and that there was really nothing wrong.
- 50:33Speaker 3: And we're like, and there were other spagoers who were
- 50:35Speaker 3: annoyed that it was happening. They were like, we want
- 50:37Speaker 3: to use this.
- 50:38Speaker 4: It's annoying to die during peak hours is annoying.
- 50:43Speaker 3: Find another place to crawl off and die, Dude, in
- 50:46Speaker 3: the locker room you can block that off, but not
- 50:50Speaker 3: in the sub or sp have fun. No what Yeah,
- 50:54Speaker 3: they found it and my friends they waited until the
- 50:58Speaker 3: ambulance and the fire department came, aim to make sure
- 51:00Speaker 3: they obviously were the adults in the room, because the
- 51:03Speaker 3: SPA was not going to do this. Then my Princess.
- 51:06Speaker 4: Spas plan just going, oh, he's really in a deep breas.
- 51:10Speaker 3: That's a great question, really hoping that the body would
- 51:12Speaker 3: just disintegrate.
- 51:13Speaker 4: Well that's kind of done. That does happen, and very
- 51:16Speaker 4: quickly within the hour, within the yes, absolutely within the hour,
- 51:25Speaker 4: it will sort of just disintegrate.
- 51:27Speaker 3: It will turn into a Himalayan rock salt. Hm. That's
- 51:31Speaker 3: the secret of all of these spots. Yes, they're just
- 51:33Speaker 3: dead bodies. No, they they waited until the paramedics come
- 51:38Speaker 3: and taken care of it. Then they asked can we
- 51:40Speaker 3: get a refund? And they said no, what and then
- 51:44Speaker 3: it's kind of a lift situation. Well, it is sort
- 51:46Speaker 3: of like times are tough. I guess we lost their customers.
- 51:51Speaker 3: No refunds for anything.
- 51:53Speaker 4: Ever, No, that's and what it was a massage being.
- 52:01Speaker 3: It was not a massage. What happens in a massage? Envy,
- 52:07Speaker 3: I can't picture exactly what's going on because it's kind
- 52:09Speaker 3: of a franchise thing and I feel like that feels
- 52:11Speaker 3: so impersonal for I want like a I want a
- 52:15Speaker 3: massage in all business.
- 52:17Speaker 4: Uh huh, well, Massage Envy is a small best, it's
- 52:20Speaker 4: a local business. I used to be a Massage Envy member.
- 52:25Speaker 4: And what was your experience like with massage Envy?
- 52:28Speaker 3: Impersonal? Kind of exactly? You said, kind of terrible.
- 52:34Speaker 4: Okay, I this is what I don't like, and I'm
- 52:37Speaker 4: so sorry, but I'm like really kind of tired of
- 52:40Speaker 4: people cutting corners. A massage is kind of on that hour, yes, right, right,
- 52:46Speaker 4: don't go fifty minutes, no no, no, no, eighty minutes, no sweet,
- 52:51Speaker 4: sixty minutes, ninety minutes, that's sort of the timeframe.
- 52:57Speaker 3: Fifty no.
- 52:57Speaker 4: That means you want, what are you doing twiddling your
- 53:00Speaker 4: thumbs and yank in my junk for ten minutes?
- 53:05Speaker 3: Do your job? Nobody wants to work. Wait, so what
- 53:12Speaker 3: would happen after fifteen minutes? It'd just be like your time's.
- 53:14Speaker 4: Time out times with them timesimy. They would just kind
- 53:20Speaker 4: of leave and it's fifty minutes, and so then I
- 53:22Speaker 4: have ten minutes to kind of scramble, and I wonder
- 53:24Speaker 4: what's going on? Leave the money on the dresser? Would
- 53:27Speaker 4: you ever try complaining no, because they did say that
- 53:30Speaker 4: it was fifteen minutes long, so I know.
- 53:32Speaker 3: It is not the standard massage time. It should be
- 53:35Speaker 3: one hour. Yeah, I agree, who settled on fifty minutes?
- 53:38Speaker 4: I did when I send the contracts, but I still
- 53:40Speaker 4: don't like it and.
- 53:42Speaker 3: Their gimmick our massages are less time.
- 53:45Speaker 4: I've seen other places kind of try to pull this stunt.
- 53:49Speaker 4: It's called us what's a cheap trick? Not for me
- 53:53Speaker 4: because they're charging me the sixty minute kind of rate.
- 53:56Speaker 3: Right, and it is it like a monthly subscription? Why
- 54:00Speaker 3: go as often as you won't?
- 54:01Speaker 4: M Well, no, so it's like a monthly subscription, which
- 54:07Speaker 4: I think, listen, it's been a while. I think basically
- 54:10Speaker 4: your monthly subscription will get you one massage a month,
- 54:14Speaker 4: which is cheaper than if you had just bought it outright,
- 54:17Speaker 4: and then if you miss it that month.
- 54:18Speaker 3: It rolls over. So they kind of took that sort
- 54:20Speaker 3: of eighteen te.
- 54:22Speaker 4: Or Rizon kind of mentality of the rollover minutes and
- 54:25Speaker 4: they used it towards massage. It was nice that somebody
- 54:29Speaker 4: kind of took that over it though.
- 54:30Speaker 3: So yeah, of course somebody had to take over the
- 54:32Speaker 3: rollover concept. Yeah, because they don't. We don't really do
- 54:34Speaker 3: that anymore. No, nothing rolls over. I guess, yeah, I
- 54:38Speaker 3: can't think of anything. No, So you're the massage. Let's
- 54:41Speaker 3: say you missed it for January, it rolls over to February. Now,
- 54:43Speaker 3: in February you can have two massages.
- 54:45Speaker 4: Yes, because you paid for that one massage at your
- 54:49Speaker 4: member's rate. Right right now, I'm going, wait, it's pretty good.
- 54:53Speaker 4: I'm about to join.
- 54:54Speaker 3: Again, especially if you will let them all roll over
- 54:56Speaker 3: for twelve months and then you're having twelve in.
- 54:58Speaker 4: A row that day.
- 55:00Speaker 3: You could just do them all that day. You just
- 55:03Speaker 3: let them kill you there.
- 55:04Speaker 4: Yeah, no refund, no refund I needed that is I
- 55:10Speaker 4: really don't think I'll ever get over that.
- 55:12Speaker 3: Wow, the fifty minutes, not the fifty minutes. The dead body, oh,
- 55:15Speaker 3: the dead well, of course, I mean imagine my friends, right,
- 55:19Speaker 3: how do they ever relax in ams?
- 55:21Speaker 4: Where in this state?
- 55:23Speaker 3: It was in town? Yeah, I would name it, but
- 55:25Speaker 3: but I'm sure there's some legal gray area there that
- 55:27Speaker 3: could become difficult.
- 55:28Speaker 4: Don't because I do think that they'll have what's coming.
- 55:32Speaker 3: I feel like they're not going to. I feel like
- 55:34Speaker 3: this has probably happened multiple times for them to not
- 55:38Speaker 3: be freaking out, they must be like, oh, I guess
- 55:40Speaker 3: what's hocked, do you? I mean, people die, they do
- 55:43Speaker 3: put the warnings.
- 55:45Speaker 4: And that's and you know what, that will go a
- 55:47Speaker 4: long way in the court of lacking.
- 55:50Speaker 3: Absolutely will. So if you've got if you're feeling light headed,
- 55:53Speaker 3: get out.
- 55:54Speaker 4: Sorry, nothing would be more lightheaded than dead. Yeah, and
- 56:00Speaker 4: I guess they were feeling it. They were absolutely suck
- 56:03Speaker 4: it up, you're dying.
- 56:07Speaker 3: Yeah, rip to whoever that person was.
- 56:09Speaker 4: Yes, the first time I went to Japan, ever, I
- 56:11Speaker 4: did also see a dead body on the street.
- 56:13Speaker 3: Oh that's a tough situation.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Now, there's no kind of anything else I can share
- 56:20Speaker 4: about that story, not because he was involved. Yeah, but yeah.
- 56:25Speaker 3: This is what was. It had been there for a while.
- 56:28Speaker 3: I mean, this is say dark, I start crying.
- 56:33Speaker 4: I could have helped, I don't know, but nobody was
- 56:35Speaker 4: doing anything. They might not have been dead, just just
- 56:38Speaker 4: shallow breath.
- 56:40Speaker 3: Shallow breath, and no one was helping. This feels very
- 56:43Speaker 3: kind of par for human nature.
- 56:46Speaker 4: Yeah, it was a premonition.
- 56:48Speaker 3: I think. I'm so sorry I brought that up. My god,
- 56:51Speaker 3: what you're saying it was a premonition. You knew they
- 56:53Speaker 3: were going to die in that bush. Yeah, so basically
- 56:56Speaker 3: you see everyone you see, you see is a dead
- 56:58Speaker 3: body because eventually, yes, you know, they'll be dead. I'm
- 57:02Speaker 3: looking at a dead body, right right, Ultimately we're all
- 57:05Speaker 3: looking at dead bodies constantly. Well, eventually, yes, you're looking
- 57:09Speaker 3: at a future dead body. Yes, uh huh, that's an
- 57:12Speaker 3: easy way to lie. That's a good party story. Saw
- 57:15Speaker 3: a dead body last week? Really, no one's gonna ask
- 57:18Speaker 3: that many follow up questions. No, unless they're the police,
- 57:22Speaker 3: and then they're not going to ask any No, they're
- 57:24Speaker 3: gonna get this guy's crazy. We got to get out
- 57:27Speaker 3: of here. Okay, Well, I've got all of my masks here.
- 57:31Speaker 3: How long have you been using.
- 57:32Speaker 4: Masks metaphorically or the.
- 57:37Speaker 3: First when did you become your true sound?
- 57:39Speaker 4: And still haven't? No, Still you're masking. Now I'm social masking.
- 57:45Speaker 4: I kind of have been using them for I guess
- 57:48Speaker 4: like ten or fifteen years.
- 57:50Speaker 3: I got you into these the Koreans. The Koreans came
- 57:53Speaker 3: for you personally. Yes, have you been to Korea? I have? Yes,
- 57:57Speaker 3: People go there and it seems like a wonderland. I mean,
- 57:59Speaker 3: like for skincare.
- 58:01Speaker 4: I'm going to tell you something about something. Okay, Okay,
- 58:04Speaker 4: I one, I'm I'm opening a medical spa.
- 58:07Speaker 3: Is that true? That is true? Can I be the first?
- 58:10Speaker 3: Can I cut the ribbon? Please? Maybe? I mean you'll
- 58:12Speaker 3: cut the ribbon. Maybe I can cut I don't need
- 58:14Speaker 3: to cut the ribbon.
- 58:15Speaker 4: You can do it. Nobody's asked, and I didn't ask
- 58:18Speaker 4: to cut it either.
- 58:19Speaker 3: So please, you aren't even planning on a ribbon?
- 58:21Speaker 4: No, until now, I'm going, hey, wait, I should audition
- 58:24Speaker 4: for that. And so well, one I have asked me
- 58:28Speaker 4: if I have a medical I know you're the host,
- 58:30Speaker 4: but asked, here's a good question. Asked me, do I
- 58:31Speaker 4: have a medical background?
- 58:33Speaker 3: Do you have a medical background? No other thing before that?
- 58:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I do not technically, and so in the state
- 58:42Speaker 4: of California, you're not allowed to own it. But there's
- 58:45Speaker 4: a lot of there's like some ways to go around it. Okay,
- 58:48Speaker 4: let's hear these found them all. So it started with
- 58:52Speaker 4: I have a friend who I had been going to
- 58:54Speaker 4: who did like my lasers and injections and stuff.
- 58:58Speaker 3: Edit that out.
- 59:00Speaker 4: And they were like, I want to do my own thing.
- 59:04Speaker 4: And I was like, well, if you're doing your own thing.
- 59:07Speaker 3: Tell me where.
- 59:07Speaker 4: I'm just going to follow you. I'll like, never come
- 59:09Speaker 4: to this place again. A chain, oh, a chain, yes,
- 59:13Speaker 4: laser yeah, laser envy. And they were telling me like, oh,
- 59:19Speaker 4: but I need to find like a they are a nurse,
- 59:22Speaker 4: and you need to have a medical director of your
- 59:24Speaker 4: clinic who's an MD. Okay, And I was like, one
- 59:28Speaker 4: of my best friends, his husband is a doctor, was
- 59:32Speaker 4: recently disbarred and never will be barred again. Yeah, he's
- 59:36Speaker 4: actually completely barred. And I said, let me talk to him.
- 59:40Speaker 4: And so she was telling me I need to find
- 59:42Speaker 4: a doctor to be the head of the clinic. I said,
- 59:44Speaker 4: let me talk to my friend. Maybe I can help you.
- 59:47Speaker 4: And then we started talking and I was like, would
- 59:51Speaker 4: you ever want to do something together? And she was
- 59:53Speaker 4: like hell yes, Oh my god. So we've been working
- 59:56Speaker 4: on the process of like getting it together, and so
- 59:58Speaker 4: now I know a lot about all of this stuff,
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: and now let me tell you.
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: About let's get there.
- 1:00:03Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, I'm going it's really great. Yeah. As someone
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: who yeah no, So now why all those treatments you
- 1:00:15Speaker 4: see on TikTok and all those people going they have
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: their pinky up their wait I shut up, bitch, listen
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: to me. Okay, everything's so cheap over there, Yeah, because
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: you're getting like they're blowing air at your face.
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: Oh, there are a lot of like not scientifically proven.
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: But there's a lot of there's a lot of like
- 1:00:33Speaker 4: really superficial treatments that you can get done that we
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: don't have because they're unnecessary. They're nice, but it's like like,
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: wouldn't it be nice if I just blew on your
- 1:00:43Speaker 4: face for twenty minutes? So many yet, and so I'm
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: thinking of offering it. And so the thing is is
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: that they have things where it's like they blow compressed
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: air onto your face.
- 1:00:57Speaker 3: Compressed air. Honey, I can go out in the wind, yeah, exactly,
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: blow the dice and fucking hair dryer at me. Okay.
- 1:01:08Speaker 4: And they'll offer things like red light where it's like, okay,
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: the red light sort of documentation that we have, you know,
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: those face things that you can.
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: Put the red lights where it's like it's like vitamins,
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: taking vitamins where it's like it's probably which you know,
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: I'm scarfing those. Of course I am a why not try? Well?
- 1:01:28Speaker 4: The dice exactly, I'm all about It's like Vegas. And
- 1:01:32Speaker 4: so with the red lights like omnilux for instance, I'm
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: actually taking them down right now in.
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: This Goodbye OMNILU.
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: So all of the studies that they've done on red
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: light are based on not the mask that they sell,
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: on the panels that they sell to professional Oh yeah,
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: they sell the panels that they are selling or that's
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: all their studies are done on how effective the panels are,
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: not the mask and using like quote the same thing apology. Right,
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: So they'll do like different red light treatments. But to
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: have red light be effective, you need to do it consistently,
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: like two three times a week, and.
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: For it to be super strong, it just needs to.
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: Be stronger than a little light up.
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: So, and then when it comes to like the the
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: different treatments, like the real intense ones like the your
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: Pico laser, You're clear and brilliant and everything everything like
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: is price comparable to overhear. Oh, we just have to
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: have a lot of the less like walk in walkouts
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: because a lot of these people are and I'm gonna
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: take I'm gonna name names.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: Don't worry. A lot of these people will walk in
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: and they'll be like I went to.
- 1:02:44Speaker 4: Korea, and I got eight sent treatments in one day.
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: And they leave, and they just left, and they're like,
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: and look at my skin. They're just slathered in vasileine
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: head to toe, slick as a seal, and they're going,
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: I got all this done. Okay, listen to me. If
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: you got anything worthwhile done, there'd be blood, you'd be
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: under anesthetic, and you'd be crying. Trauma involved, absolutely, because
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: only beauty only comes from trauma. I just not come
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: from a compressed air. Okay, that's kind of true. And
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: so they and so then when they go and they
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: compare the prices of it's like within dollars for how
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: much is botox or syringes of filler or things like that,
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: it's all very comparable. They just offer a lot of
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: more superficial treatments which people will feel like, oh, I'm
- 1:03:33Speaker 4: getting so much done.
- 1:03:34Speaker 3: What a bargain. And then forgetting airline tickets and hotel.
- 1:03:38Speaker 4: People are and then they go home and they drink
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: raw milk.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: What can you do?
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: There's really defund the Department of Education. I think we
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: should and we should fund the Tourist Board of Korea.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: I think we should do that. They might be really good.
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: No, uh at all. I guess that adds up. I'm
- 1:03:57Speaker 3: sorry my trip to Korea don't a culture of the
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: rich country. And I was just planning to go get
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: air blown on my face.
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: Yeah exactly, you know they and you know what it is.
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: I the people who do it, they love it and
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: they're like, I did it Ai skin analysis. Oh god girl,
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: please spare me the details. Yeah enough, So what are
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: you going to do at your clinic? Everything everybody else does, right,
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: just the effective things.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: And the thing is, I don't what I don't like
- 1:04:26Speaker 4: about going to like what I didn't like about going
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: to a medspa was that I just didn't I didn't
- 1:04:31Speaker 4: feel like they were just trying to peddle me to
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: like some sort of thing I either didn't need or
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: didn't want it, or like I was like, I just
- 1:04:38Speaker 4: want to do something to like maintain.
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: Right, and they were like, I don't want like a
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: radical transformation.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: Well I wanted that too, and they were like, please leave.
- 1:04:48Speaker 3: I want to be unrecognizable worst way radicalized politically, which
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: I am now and it feels good.
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: And so I just think that like the whole experience
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: can just be better, pleasant and common sense, yes, and
- 1:05:07Speaker 4: I well, when I was getting into it one I
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: just felt like intimidating, of course, and I didn't know
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: the hospital essentially exactly which I'm prepared and qualified to do.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: Not the eyes of kind of the state of Gavin Newsome,
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: the Saint Adam Rippon Hospital. Yeah, huh yeah, it's like
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: off brand Cedars's kind of when I'm starting oaks.
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: Yeah, different trees. Wait, so do you actually have a
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: name for the medspall y super skin? Oh? I like this,
- 1:05:42Speaker 3: And where do you know where it's going to be?
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: I think, well, I live in Pasadena, and so does
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: my friend who's the nurse, and so we want to
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: try to find something in Pasadena.
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: Right, I feel like Pasadena is the home of Yes,
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: that's probably true. I think.
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: Yeah, there's no shortage of medspa there. There's like fifty.
- 1:06:01Speaker 3: Fifty and you're gonna put them all out of business.
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: Absolutely well before well because of.
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: Arson, even before you open your business, they will be dead.
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: Oh yeah, it'll just be like it'll be like a
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: ktown spa.
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: A string of fires breaks out and pasit to every
- 1:06:18Speaker 3: local med spa. Please become a firebug. That's all I
- 1:06:21Speaker 3: want for you.
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm gonna go in the next door app and
- 1:06:24Speaker 4: be like, I think I smell smoke as you're.
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: Lighting the fire.
- 1:06:34Speaker 4: When people are like, we saw a suspicious five to
- 1:06:37Speaker 4: seven kind of looking man getting a lot of gasoline
- 1:06:40Speaker 4: out of the Exon mobile, and I'll go wan right
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: there right away and be like, no, no, that was
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: that was made up. I think you're wrong.
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: This person has lied before. Mm hmm. It's a bost Well,
- 1:06:55Speaker 3: they're going there next. They probably are right just reporting coyotes.
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: Oh my god, wait do you live in it? You
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: live in an area where there's a lot of coyotes.
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, I see coyotes. I see. I have
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: a lot of wildlife. Oh, raccoons, possums, coyotes, parrots. Yeah,
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: we have the parrots too. I think those are the
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: four major Then cats, a lot.
- 1:07:16Speaker 4: Of youth kind of throw cats.
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: A lot of feral cats really, oh yeah, oh yeah,
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: and I love them. I mean not a lot. I
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: mean now I'm talking like I live behind a dumpster,
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: but there are a couple of feral cats in your house.
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: You do, don't. There's a lot of rotten garbage that
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: I just kind of dip into No, we have a
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: couple of feral cats and I support them. I mean
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: I financial people are like romantically, the're my secret family.
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: My boyfriend has no idea.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: The raccoons, I don't really I like them online.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: I love a picture of video.
- 1:07:53Speaker 4: I used to live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and where
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: I lived, my door to leave my apartment was like
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: right next to the dumpster, and so like at night
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: when I would like throw the trash out, I would
- 1:08:07Speaker 4: sometimes accidentally hit them, not knowing that they were.
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: In there already doing their job.
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: We were at work, right and I'm like, show me
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: your papers. I was originally yeah, so furious, and they'd
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: hiss at you. Oh yeah, come on.
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: That's not a sound you want to hear from a raccoon.
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: No, I don't want to hear anything. How about a
- 1:08:28Speaker 4: fucking thank you.
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: I just gave you gold. Yeah you're gonna want that.
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: What's in there?
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: How about a fucking thank you? And then the coyotes,
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: we see them all they just walk the streets.
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: Oh yeah. And I'm not scared of a coyote though,
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: are you? Hey? What what? You're not scared of a
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: wild job? They're not. They're scared of you.
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: Oh, absolutely took out a coyote.
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: Scared of you. They truly are. They're way more frightened
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: of large. The only thing that is calling large me me,
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: I'm huge, seven to four hundred pounds. No, the only
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: things that are really in danger of coyotes are small pits. Otherwise, coyotes,
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: you know, they'll just stand there then scurry off if
- 1:09:16Speaker 3: you're bigger than them.
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I thought that's because they were rude, because
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: they were scared.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: It's because you had you thought you had an off
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: putting personality. Yeah, what the hell, I'll never have a friend.
- 1:09:25Speaker 4: No, I actually have one of those like a rape
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: whistles sort of deal on my bag because I have
- 1:09:32Speaker 4: a small dog. Oh, I have a medium sized dog.
- 1:09:35Speaker 4: And so I have two dogs. They're both like mixes, right, Tony,
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: he's from the streets of Tijuana, Okay, and I guess
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: he's getting sent back there. And he's half pitbull and
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: then half kind of a mini if you literally google
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: like Mexican street dog.
- 1:09:52Speaker 3: Right, he looks exactly like that long hair, short hair, like.
- 1:09:56Speaker 4: Short ish and so he's like a German shepherd boxer
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: Golden retriever. So he's just he looks like a dog, right,
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: He's so cute. And then we have Tracy. She was
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: found in a dumpster in Baker's Field.
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: Oh that's heartbreaking, it is. That is heartbreaking. I do
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: run a puppy mill, so I don't care. Oh so
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: maybe it was you. You through Tracy in there, but
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: we have her. Now we have a lot of excess dogs,
- 1:10:23Speaker 3: and you know, it's just part of the business. People
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: love their labordoodles. They're in, they're out.
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: And she's half pitbull, half wiener dog.
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: Oh my god, that's gotta be so sweet.
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: Yeah, she looks like an alien and she's very small,
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: and we have to and now my favorite thing to
- 1:10:37Speaker 4: do is like she just is so acts like she
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: plays all day long, and she gets so skinny, like
- 1:10:44Speaker 4: she just looks like.
- 1:10:45Speaker 3: Like bone smoking.
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: No, she's gonna start, So I'm going to teach her how.
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: And so we give her this like little like yogurt
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: concoction and I always call it Wacanne three thousand and
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: so Tracy eats weight gain three thousand and So she
- 1:10:58Speaker 4: is just.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: Kind of like some can sell at the atkin. I
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: will do that. That'll be eventually the next thing.
- 1:11:05Speaker 4: Well, and then I'll sell the antidote. Yeah, you have
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: to create the progarettes to solve it. Yes, cigarettes.
- 1:11:12Speaker 3: Well, I'm sorry, but you have small dogs. You have
- 1:11:15Speaker 3: kind of the rape whistle for coyotes. I feel like
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: you were trying to say something I was, and then
- 1:11:19Speaker 3: I was amazing. I just wanted to know what your
- 1:11:21Speaker 3: dogs look like.
- 1:11:21Speaker 4: One thing that you will learn about me is that
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: the sentences I say don't kind of string or like
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: lead into the next sentence.
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: You famously have never made a point and I never will.
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: You hate a thesis. I do not do that.
- 1:11:35Speaker 4: I do kind of a synopsis, but not a thesis.
- 1:11:41Speaker 3: But I'm curious about this whistle. Then what what does
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: it attach to your keys?
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: So I am kind of the outfit I'm in while
- 1:11:49Speaker 4: I'm like on a walk is like casual. And then
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: I have a fanny pack sort of like around the
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: shoulders like cross body.
- 1:11:57Speaker 3: Of course, okay, we level a cross body.
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: Yes, I wanted you to finish that because I went
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: across buddy. What and so in my little zip block,
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: not zip block, my little zipper fanny pack. In there,
- 1:12:08Speaker 4: I have two packs of Trident bubble gum flavored gum.
- 1:12:13Speaker 3: Sometimes the walks get long, and.
- 1:12:15Speaker 4: Then I have the poop bags, rolls of poop back
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: responsible of dog owners.
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: Of course we.
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: Should shoot down the people who don't absolutely just killed
- 1:12:28Speaker 4: on the spot, like we should drone like I think
- 1:12:30Speaker 4: we need to get elon on that.
- 1:12:31Speaker 3: I should be a sniper on every electric pole. Yeah,
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: just waiting for these people. Bye bye, sorry good. You're
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: not a responsible person. No, you know, not doing the
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: bare minimum.
- 1:12:42Speaker 4: So I'm going to run on that one day. I'm
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: not probably run from it.
- 1:12:46Speaker 3: Kill kill, that's your slogan.
- 1:12:48Speaker 4: Yes, yeah, And so I have that, and then I
- 1:12:53Speaker 4: have treats in the back because Tony's very.
- 1:12:55Speaker 3: Like food motivated.
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: Okay, so he would do anything for like a piece
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: of romy shit. Yeah not even I could have rocks
- 1:13:04Speaker 4: in my hand and I go with's that And so
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: I have that. And then it's a little keychain that
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: goes onto one of the zippers. And for this to work,
- 1:13:11Speaker 4: all you do is like you rip it off of
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: the key chain and it's this loud, loud whist.
- 1:13:17Speaker 3: Is it a one use only multiple? Have you ever
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: had to use it?
- 1:13:23Speaker 4: Just my house for fun?
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: You can get dangerous and you're bored. Yeah, a fidget spinner. Fact,
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: cry wolf in the house. They're all alone.
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: Ah, nobody's there. The dogs are like, what is going
- 1:13:37Speaker 4: on again? They're completely numb to the sound.
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: Now yeah, okay, well I'll have to look into one
- 1:13:41Speaker 3: of those.
- 1:13:42Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Well the other day I saw on TikTok
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: somebody who I hate was going right now, only I'm
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: the TikTok shop. I got this one for my sister
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: from my aunt, for my mother, from my grandmother. They're
- 1:13:52Speaker 4: only twenty dollars now. But you click on this link
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: right now, I'm like, give me a bright stop it.
- 1:13:57Speaker 4: I don't trust anybody who's ever had an Amazon store
- 1:14:00Speaker 4: linked in their biome.
- 1:14:02Speaker 3: Of course, no, up until five years ago, this was
- 1:14:06Speaker 3: not a part of human behavior. It's not a normal
- 1:14:09Speaker 3: thing to do. You were not like, oh, I'm buying
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: all these things from my family. Wouldn't you like one?
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: That's never been a thing until now.
- 1:14:14Speaker 4: Well it was a thing when there was like the
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: Avon lady. Yeah, of course, and we all knew she
- 1:14:18Speaker 4: was a con artist exactly.
- 1:14:20Speaker 3: She's trying to get a free car. Yes, she purpose right,
- 1:14:24Speaker 3: Like the people.
- 1:14:25Speaker 4: I have more respect for the women who worked at
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: Lula Row than I do for anyone who links to
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: my Amazon starfront. Stop just garbage, no crazy. You'll never
- 1:14:36Speaker 4: guess what I found only today, And I'm like, this
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: is the thing you guys. If something costs a cent
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: on the TikTok shop, the tariffs are gonna.
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: Hit you hard. Those people are in for a big
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: finding out.
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: Absolutely, go to your Amazon storefront. I hope it's linked
- 1:14:54Speaker 4: to a GoFundMe because you're gonna need the money.
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: You're gonna need the money. It's a two stuff shop
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: for supporting these TikTokers at this point, absolutely, and they
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: need it. Well. Should we say anything else about these things?
- 1:15:07Speaker 3: Do you want to this is? That is the best
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: flavor I've never had, the pineapple flavor. Do you know?
- 1:15:15Speaker 4: Gum is really good for your teeth?
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: It is good for your teeth, It's good for and
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: there's also again a TikTok trend of like young men
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: chewing gum or something to strengthen their job.
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: I've recently seen these people going, well, do you have some?
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: Oh? I have something about to extra packs?
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Uh?
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: The people on TikTok going well, I You'll never believe it.
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: I remineralize my teeth. Open the schools.
- 1:15:45Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm begging someone to open the schools. I
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: remineralized my teeth. All my cavities went away.
- 1:15:51Speaker 3: They didn't.
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: This is an RFK situation which all his cavities went
- 1:15:55Speaker 4: away and they went into his brain, and now his
- 1:15:57Speaker 4: brain is an empty cavity.
- 1:15:58Speaker 3: It's an absolute void. It's just suck. It's terminal f
- 1:16:03Speaker 3: it's cannot fly past it without getting sucked into. Actually
- 1:16:07Speaker 3: the tower building up to space. That was his idea.
- 1:16:10Speaker 3: I still it. Yeah, this gum is delicious. I told
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: you the pineapple flavor.
- 1:16:15Speaker 4: It's the best, and you have to get it online.
- 1:16:17Speaker 3: They don't sell it in stores. It's only in your TikTok.
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: Well, if you go to my Amazon's storefront, you'll kind
- 1:16:22Speaker 4: of find it there.
- 1:16:24Speaker 3: I did have to order the senten ice online like
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: Mom and pop shop. Well, I'm like going to Target.
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: So I'm telling targets Mom and Pop at Target, they're
- 1:16:33Speaker 3: not selling this to me, Orbit Orbit, and it was
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: all over. I'm gonna have to spit this out because
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: people are gonna hear me chewing gum. They want to
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: hear that. I'm gonna do it a couple of times. Listener,
- 1:16:42Speaker 3: if you're if you don't like to hear the sinus
- 1:16:45Speaker 3: one chewing, turnaway. Now. I'm just gonna do this because
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: I was given gum as a gift and we should chew.
- 1:16:51Speaker 3: H's so beautiful.
- 1:16:54Speaker 4: Okay, now I hear your teeth kind of getting remineralized.
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: My teeth were remb that's what they said.
- 1:17:00Speaker 3: Say it like minimal. They didn't know. I mean again,
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: their teeth hadn means nothing, nothing means anything. Did they
- 1:17:10Speaker 3: say what remineralized their teeth? The gum? Oh, the gum
- 1:17:13Speaker 3: did right? And just any gum.
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: No, it's a special gum that you look.
- 1:17:19Speaker 3: Yes, wait, I'm not is that true? Yes?
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: What?
- 1:17:25Speaker 3: Yes? People are morons? Absolutely close it all down. You
- 1:17:29Speaker 3: should have to get a license to use the internet.
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: I think this is this is something I truly believe.
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: If you aren't going to use your government name and
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: then post it all while, you shouldn't be allowed.
- 1:17:41Speaker 3: Absolutely. Yeah, I mean that makes sense. Yeah, there should
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: be some accountability.
- 1:17:46Speaker 4: There should be complete accountabilit You should.
- 1:17:49Speaker 3: Have to government name and what you got on the
- 1:17:52Speaker 3: act or SAT just to let people know who they're
- 1:17:55Speaker 3: dealing with.
- 1:17:56Speaker 4: Absolutely, well, the people who don't have any like this
- 1:17:59Speaker 4: is the this is the thing.
- 1:18:00Speaker 3: We'd weed them out right away. We'd weed them out.
- 1:18:03Speaker 4: Right away because you know who the worst people online
- 1:18:05Speaker 4: are who they're under.
- 1:18:06Speaker 3: The age of fifteen. They're very powerful.
- 1:18:11Speaker 4: They're the most powerful people in America.
- 1:18:12Speaker 3: They truly are because they're grew up on an iPad.
- 1:18:15Speaker 3: They grew up on an iPad. They're extremely confident, and
- 1:18:19Speaker 3: they're stupid.
- 1:18:20Speaker 4: This is the thing. When we I'm assuming we're about
- 1:18:24Speaker 4: the same age.
- 1:18:25Speaker 3: I'm a twenty five, Yes, so you're speaking about me directly,
- 1:18:29Speaker 3: I get a bloody nose.
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: Twenty Well, I've minimize them, so they're gonna be fine.
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: I think that because of the Internet. Like when we
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: were young, we are young. When we were younger, when
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: we said something that was wrong, we were corrected immediately, immediately,
- 1:18:49Speaker 4: like somebody smarter them, which made us feel like, Okay,
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: if I'm going to say something, I should know something about.
- 1:18:54Speaker 3: It, right like you do in the real world. Exactly.
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: Well, on the in girl worlds, as they say, mean girls,
- 1:19:02Speaker 4: you need to make a public statement about everything, and
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: people are like you didn't really talk about this? Like what,
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: no people didn't like it when we did The Black Box.
- 1:19:14Speaker 4: They don't like, we have to listen to people. Why
- 1:19:16Speaker 4: don't we stay listening to people?
- 1:19:19Speaker 3: Like stop? No, you just have to march forward without
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: listening to anybody.
- 1:19:23Speaker 4: And that's what a lot of people do, and they're
- 1:19:24Speaker 4: really good at it, and some of them are successful.
- 1:19:26Speaker 3: Oh, extremely successful. Do you know what I will say
- 1:19:29Speaker 3: about teenagers right now? I used to be scared of
- 1:19:31Speaker 3: teenagers because I was like, oh, they're cooler than me
- 1:19:33Speaker 3: or they know something. In the last like three years,
- 1:19:35Speaker 3: I've become scared of them because they're there's a scary
- 1:19:38Speaker 3: look in their eyes, especially teenage boys. There's a real
- 1:19:42Speaker 3: like lacrosse sex predator looking almost everyone of their eyes
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: at this point. Yes, I don't know what's happened. It's trendy,
- 1:19:49Speaker 3: well Joe Rogan, Yes, but they've all been turned into
- 1:19:52Speaker 3: this death.
- 1:19:52Speaker 4: This is the thing they're all. I truly believe that
- 1:19:56Speaker 4: every they're all so easily swayed the other way. They
- 1:19:59Speaker 4: could easily sway the other way, the wayward wind.
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: But how do we get them? We just don't.
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: You don't let them know that you're getting them.
- 1:20:05Speaker 3: You have to shame them.
- 1:20:06Speaker 4: Interesting They all have a kink shame. They all want
- 1:20:09Speaker 4: to be everybody wants to be shamed.
- 1:20:11Speaker 3: At some level. You want to be shamed.
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: At the highest level I think. I think at the
- 1:20:18Speaker 4: jujitsal level, it's like that how they want to be.
- 1:20:20Speaker 3: We learned through shame.
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: Absolutely, people do need to get bullied a little bit.
- 1:20:25Speaker 3: I completely agree. I was bullied. I was bullied and
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: I bullied right, and you're gonna bully me after this podcast.
- 1:20:33Speaker 3: We're going to feel like shit and I want That's
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: why I came here.
- 1:20:37Speaker 4: But people are not not learning their lessons anymore.
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: No, there's no I mean, there are so many lessons
- 1:20:42Speaker 3: to learn and simply no one's standing up to anybody.
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: No.
- 1:20:45Speaker 4: You know who taught me the Sherry Lewis taught me
- 1:20:47Speaker 4: a lot of lessons.
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: Classic bully sharing. Oh the biggest bully, Lamb Chop was
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: kind of a bully I think because she was small.
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: It came from insecurity. Absolutely.
- 1:20:59Speaker 4: I have found her daughter on TikTok, which I like.
- 1:21:03Speaker 3: Sherry Lewis has a daughter, Yeah, and she's half Lamb.
- 1:21:06Speaker 3: Now could you imagine there were things going on on
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: that s set. Yeah, what is her thing? Is she
- 1:21:14Speaker 3: an influencer.
- 1:21:15Speaker 4: No, she's just sort of like kind of reliving her
- 1:21:17Speaker 4: mother's memory.
- 1:21:20Speaker 3: Goodness.
- 1:21:23Speaker 4: I have said this once on a podcast before, so
- 1:21:26Speaker 4: I really hope. Well it does bear repeating, so I'll
- 1:21:28Speaker 4: say it again. When Cherry Lewis died, I did set
- 1:21:32Speaker 4: up like a shrine of lambtop things on the room.
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: Oh that's so sweet. Do you have a lamb chop stall?
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: I did, okay, and like a Charlie Horse. Was that
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: one of them I had? Well, I didn't really kind
- 1:21:45Speaker 3: of do it well.
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: He was a side character, yeah, but he had that
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: kind of lacrosse is.
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: Yeah, completely. He was kind of the prototype.
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: Yes, but yeah I had. I had a pillow that
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: I remember that when I was five years old I
- 1:21:58Speaker 4: threw up on because my appendix structure.
- 1:22:00Speaker 3: Oh my god, you're appendix ruptured at five. It really
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: wasn't in for the long call.
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: No, No, it actually was kind of in and out.
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: I'm out of here. Yeah, I gotta go. I can't
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: do this planet.
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: But it does save you some weight. It was a
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: good way. I was already concerned about it at five.
- 1:22:17Speaker 3: So how much does an appendix? Way too much? She
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: probably lost a great percentage of weight as a five
- 1:22:21Speaker 3: year old. Absolutely, you're like, wow, I really slim down
- 1:22:24Speaker 3: this call.
- 1:22:25Speaker 4: My BMI is looking amazing. They're like, you're in five
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: years old.
- 1:22:29Speaker 3: You just lost an organ. Yeah. So, Say Lewis's daughter
- 1:22:35Speaker 3: is on TikTok selling all kinds of things. She has
- 1:22:38Speaker 3: her own tictalk.
- 1:22:39Speaker 4: She hasn't sold anything, right, she's just kind of selling
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: the American dream.
- 1:22:43Speaker 3: Oh is there any like Oh, politically this could get dicey. No,
- 1:22:48Speaker 3: except for the red hair. Oh interesting, if you like glanced,
- 1:22:52Speaker 3: you would say, is she wearing a red hat?
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: Maybe?
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: And I really I feel like that. The tone I'm
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: taking is like I'm talking down to her, I'm looking.
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: Up to her. She sounds like she's doing she's doing great,
- 1:23:03Speaker 3: she's doing pure.
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: Yes, she's doing what you'd want Cherry Lewis's daughter to
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: do on TikTok. She's doing it right, and she's spreading
- 1:23:10Speaker 4: positive message.
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: It's lovely. Yeah, thank god Cherry didn't live to see TikTok.
- 1:23:15Speaker 3: I think she would have liked it.
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: Actually, she's a kind of Republican code Cherry Lewis. Oh,
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: I don't want to know this well, And I only
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: say that because it's sort of like off brand Sesame Street.
- 1:23:26Speaker 3: Oh wow, I've never really put did she start lamb chomps?
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: Because she's like Sesame Street is getting too political. They've
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: got someone who lives in a garbage can.
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: I think maybe? Oh no, I have no idea.
- 1:23:40Speaker 3: No, Sherry was a hard leftist.
- 1:23:43Speaker 4: Yes, I want to believe that. Yes, I want to
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: believe that.
- 1:23:47Speaker 3: Yes. I mean she had the animals coming together.
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: And they had that song that Never ended all right.
- 1:23:52Speaker 3: Which is kind of an equality message, enough song for everyone.
- 1:23:58Speaker 4: Yes, that was sort of the drive force behind the
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: song that Never ends.
- 1:24:02Speaker 3: Good for her from essentially leaving a curse on earth
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: with that song, she left something. She left a daughter
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: and a curse. Well, I think it's time to play
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: a game. I agree. I think let's play Gift Master today. Actually,
- 1:24:17Speaker 3: we haven't played this in a while. I need a
- 1:24:19Speaker 3: number between one and ten from you. Eight. Okay. Actually
- 1:24:22Speaker 3: I'm switching my mind. I want to play gift or
- 1:24:24Speaker 3: a Curse, but I'll still use the same number. Okay,
- 1:24:27Speaker 3: I have to do some light calcul Oh wait, if.
- 1:24:28Speaker 4: It's a different game, I need to give a different number.
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: Okay, I do need a different number for me. What
- 1:24:31Speaker 3: number would two two? Oh a perfect number for this.
- 1:24:36Speaker 3: I need to do some light calculating to get our
- 1:24:38Speaker 3: game pieces. Okay, so you can recommend, promote, do whatever
- 1:24:41Speaker 3: you want. I'll be right back.
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: Okay, great, I don't have anything to promote, actually, but
- 1:24:46Speaker 4: you can follow me on Instagram and you can go
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: to my medical spot when it opens. And because they
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: don't have any sort of medical credentials, I won't be
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: performing any of the services, which is a good thing,
- 1:24:58Speaker 4: and it is the right thing.
- 1:25:02Speaker 3: Okay, that's great. I believe in Utah you don't have
- 1:25:05Speaker 3: to have a license to do, to drive, to do
- 1:25:08Speaker 3: anything at all. No, to drive, you don't need it. No,
- 1:25:13Speaker 3: there's that. I don't know if you watch Housewives of
- 1:25:14Speaker 3: Salt Lake City, but one of them owns the Beauty
- 1:25:16Speaker 3: Lab and Laser. Oh Gay, right? You think her name's Gay? No,
- 1:25:22Speaker 3: Meredith Gay. I don't watch Whitney Whitney Whitney Gay.
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: Is that her last name. One of them owns a
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: medical spot.
- 1:25:30Speaker 3: Correct, Yes, a successful medical spot called Beauty Lab and Laser.
- 1:25:34Speaker 3: And I've been there multiple times. I've never gotten a treatment.
- 1:25:37Speaker 4: Just when got a picture, well, you get a mint
- 1:25:39Speaker 4: at the front.
- 1:25:40Speaker 3: They don't even give you a mint. Come on, Beauty Lab,
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: I know you're listening. Put some pillow mints up there
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: for people to get.
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: For passerbys, for me when you're taking your eight flights
- 1:25:52Speaker 4: in New York.
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: Give I need a lunch, my mint lunch. Okay, we've
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: got to stay on task here. I can't get us off.
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: I'm gonna name three things. Okay, you're gonna tell me
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: if there are a gift or a curse and why. Oh,
- 1:26:08Speaker 3: but I'll tell you if you're right or wrong, because
- 1:26:10Speaker 3: there are correct answers. Yes, my very clear, very crystal
- 1:26:15Speaker 3: number one curse, and I'll tell you why. Okay, I'm ready.
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: I'm so sorry. This is from a listener named Kristen.
- 1:26:25Speaker 3: Gift or a curse unscented lotion curse?
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: Why because the way lotion was developed. It was developed
- 1:26:34Speaker 4: because the scent is sort of the best part about it.
- 1:26:38Speaker 4: Otherwise it's just goop, right, And I understand that the
- 1:26:43Speaker 4: lotion does serve a purpose of sort of moisturizing the skin,
- 1:26:47Speaker 4: but it comes at a great cost. And the great
- 1:26:50Speaker 4: cost is that it feels awful and it feels like goop.
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: And I think that the only way to kind of
- 1:27:00Speaker 4: counteract the kind of glop is the scent. Now, the
- 1:27:05Speaker 4: scentse do come in kind of different tiers of what's
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: sort of acceptable and not. And I think your kind
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: of middle ground is coconut, which is polarizing because it
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: does sort of go vacation but swears very hard to
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: suntan lotion.
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:27:21Speaker 3: People are smelling the beach, people are smelling the pool.
- 1:27:24Speaker 4: Yes, but I think your higher tier are your sort
- 1:27:27Speaker 4: of special flavors are like your florals.
- 1:27:31Speaker 3: Your sun florals are good. Sure, sure, and that's the
- 1:27:36Speaker 3: correct answer. Wrong, whoh oh, you don't get the point
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: unscented lotion. If I put on a scented lotion, I
- 1:27:43Speaker 3: immediately think I am not being and I as you know,
- 1:27:46Speaker 3: your business is just about to blossom and we don't
- 1:27:49Speaker 3: do lotions, so I'm not But I need you to
- 1:27:51Speaker 3: be more of an expert on this head. Okay, when
- 1:27:55Speaker 3: I put on a scented lotion, I know I'm not
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: getting the moisture I need. I'm putting on a thick perfume.
- 1:28:01Speaker 3: I do not want. What's wrong with that? If I
- 1:28:04Speaker 3: wanted perfume, I would do a light spritzer.
- 1:28:06Speaker 4: Well, do you know that the oils from the lotion
- 1:28:08Speaker 4: helped the scent state longer.
- 1:28:11Speaker 3: I learned that on TikTok.
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: You'll never guess what I learned. So I'm listening, I'm
- 1:28:16Speaker 4: just not hearing.
- 1:28:18Speaker 3: You know, when I'm at a hotel or at somewhere
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: that supplies a lotion, I know I'm in immediate danger
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: because I know it's going to have a smell. It'll
- 1:28:26Speaker 3: be a floral smell. I'll put it on and it's
- 1:28:28Speaker 3: essentially somewhere between water and gak and uh popery. None
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: of those things is doing what it needs to moisturize
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: my body.
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: And so popery the famous moistureiss.
- 1:28:42Speaker 3: I'm rubbing into my skin, just dust all over my body.
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: Pine Combe, just crack foliator.
- 1:28:50Speaker 3: That's not a bad idea. Now again, I could be
- 1:28:53Speaker 3: an early investor after cutting the rim.
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: It's like an African net sponge. It's a pine cone?
- 1:28:58Speaker 3: Is that a real thing? An African nut sponge? Net
- 1:29:02Speaker 3: net sponge? Sorry, did you not understand my accent? My
- 1:29:05Speaker 3: accent when said African net sponge? Net sponge? Is that
- 1:29:10Speaker 3: anything like a loofa?
- 1:29:12Speaker 4: It's well, a loofah is sort of like what white
- 1:29:14Speaker 4: people started to do when we stopped using the washcloth,
- 1:29:17Speaker 4: which I never I will not do.
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: I've never started.
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: Well, then maybe that's the reason the lotions are so irritating,
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: is that you're not kind of scrubbing off the top layer.
- 1:29:28Speaker 3: I'm using the lufa.
- 1:29:30Speaker 4: Oh boy, that is that's sort of like a disease
- 1:29:35Speaker 4: waiting to happen. I think the loofa is so the
- 1:29:39Speaker 4: net sponge is in essence to break it down. Is
- 1:29:42Speaker 4: like the loofa if it weren't sewn together. Oh so,
- 1:29:46Speaker 4: it's like just like like miles and miles of tool
- 1:29:49Speaker 4: like tools tools.
- 1:29:51Speaker 3: Not a bad idea for a shower tool, No, absolutely
- 1:29:55Speaker 3: not a beautiful tool hanging from the side of your shoes.
- 1:29:57Speaker 4: I'm distracting you because I'm still not kind of understanding
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: you're in immediate danger.
- 1:30:02Speaker 3: You're at an hi e holiday and excented lotion, and
- 1:30:07Speaker 3: we all have to start with an unscented lotion. I understand,
- 1:30:09Speaker 3: what do you stink and you want to smell it
- 1:30:11Speaker 3: up with your roses or your sandal woods, But that
- 1:30:13Speaker 3: should come as a second layer to the medically dermatology prescribed.
- 1:30:20Speaker 3: They don't sense unscented lotion. Is a gift. It's a base,
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: it's a foundation.
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: What lotion are you using? Vanny cream?
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: What is it?
- 1:30:32Speaker 3: I mean, I'm going to say that you're scream a veno? No,
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: that's fine.
- 1:30:36Speaker 4: I Jennifer Aniston has been using it for years. You
- 1:30:41Speaker 4: know she's bathing in Yeah, veno and like a vat,
- 1:30:44Speaker 4: Yes of a veno? Yes, No, I'm hey, listen, I'm not.
- 1:30:48Speaker 4: I don't believe in expensive products.
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: Oh a lot of it's I mean, it is a scam,
- 1:30:53Speaker 3: so much of us. Listen.
- 1:30:54Speaker 4: There's only two different tiers of products, well three free.
- 1:30:59Speaker 3: Uh, over the counter and prescription. Yes, And the only thing.
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: That works are prescriptions and procedures. So I'm sorry if
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: you got it over the counter, lemaire I was used to.
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: Here's in a mall, kiosk. Stop it.
- 1:31:12Speaker 4: It's in a glass container, you fucking fool. There's mineral
- 1:31:15Speaker 4: oil as the first ingredient.
- 1:31:17Speaker 3: It's oil. It's all the oil, grease, it's grease, butter,
- 1:31:20Speaker 3: it's goop, exactly what I've been saying. But it's scented, right,
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: and people fall for and it's French, yes, or at
- 1:31:26Speaker 3: least the name is all right. I'm sorry that I
- 1:31:29Speaker 3: got that you got it wrong, but don't let that
- 1:31:31Speaker 3: shake your confidence too much.
- 1:31:33Speaker 4: It hasn't at all. Actually, it's only kind of embolden me.
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: I'm ready, okay. The second one is from somebody named
- 1:31:40Speaker 3: Olie Gift to a curse, joking to your waiter at
- 1:31:43Speaker 3: a restaurant that you did not like a dish that
- 1:31:45Speaker 3: you've clearly just devoured. Absolutely, that's a curse.
- 1:31:48Speaker 4: Why that is the lowest tier of comedy available of
- 1:31:53Speaker 4: going well, I hated it, and then pushing the clean
- 1:31:57Speaker 4: plate back.
- 1:31:59Speaker 3: To the waiter.
- 1:32:00Speaker 4: Oh my god, that is like that for me. When
- 1:32:03Speaker 4: I think of that, I think of David and Goliath.
- 1:32:06Speaker 4: I am David and I'm taking the sling shot right
- 1:32:09Speaker 4: to the head, and I'm dead and I want and
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: I want everyone dead. It's I don't, I've it's so terrible.
- 1:32:16Speaker 4: If it's been done before, if the joke in the
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: bit has been done before, I think maybe let's put
- 1:32:22Speaker 4: it to rest.
- 1:32:25Speaker 3: You are correct, it's a curse. And I'm looking at
- 1:32:29Speaker 3: this from the waiter's perspective. This poor person is just
- 1:32:31Speaker 3: trying to do their job, and part of that is
- 1:32:34Speaker 3: acting like they enjoy your company. And you're pushing it
- 1:32:38Speaker 3: to the limit by telling them that a joke, a
- 1:32:40Speaker 3: joke that they have heard a billion times.
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: Right, this person should not be subjected to your open mic.
- 1:32:47Speaker 4: I have actually wait, I'm going to say something. I'm
- 1:32:50Speaker 4: going to give it a disclaimer to that.
- 1:32:51Speaker 3: Okay, let's hear it.
- 1:32:52Speaker 4: I think it's okay if somebody says that joke ironically.
- 1:32:55Speaker 3: But if they say it, but I mean, there's it's
- 1:32:58Speaker 3: too quick of an interaction to deal with irony and
- 1:33:00Speaker 3: all of this.
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: Waiter prompts you with a let me guess you didn't
- 1:33:04Speaker 4: like it, then you can hit them with a yeah,
- 1:33:07Speaker 4: I hated it. And it's a quick there's there's it's harmless.
- 1:33:11Speaker 4: It's a harmless interaction. But I also now I'm on
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: your side of it being a curse. But if the
- 1:33:17Speaker 4: but I really do feel for the table, right, how shameful?
- 1:33:22Speaker 3: Oh so embarrassing, embarrassing never returning to the restaurant with
- 1:33:26Speaker 3: that person. At least no, no, no, no, they've been
- 1:33:28Speaker 3: excommunicated from the group. That's goodbye. I will work to
- 1:33:33Speaker 3: have them banned. Oh yeah, yeah, it's a complete curse.
- 1:33:36Speaker 3: And yeah, I think at least letting the waiter be
- 1:33:38Speaker 3: in control of this dynamic. They should be in control
- 1:33:41Speaker 3: of everything of the country. Yes, I actually kind of
- 1:33:45Speaker 3: believe that. Okay, so you've gotten one so far, and
- 1:33:49Speaker 3: this is the final one. This is from somebody named
- 1:33:51Speaker 3: Mariss gift or a curse writing no caption needed as
- 1:33:55Speaker 3: your caption to a picture online, there's a it's a two.
- 1:34:02Speaker 4: It's a double edged sword because it's a curse to you,
- 1:34:05Speaker 4: and it's a gift to me because I know now.
- 1:34:08Speaker 4: And the gift is I know to avoid you, and
- 1:34:11Speaker 4: the curse is you have no original thoughts of your own.
- 1:34:17Speaker 3: No caption needed. I did a thing. I did a thing.
- 1:34:23Speaker 3: Can I just a slight detour? Please? Slight? We haven't
- 1:34:27Speaker 3: taken any Yeah. Have you seen the documentary about the
- 1:34:30Speaker 3: Gray's Anatomy liar, the writer that was lying about her
- 1:34:33Speaker 3: entire life? Oh no, oh, you have to see it.
- 1:34:37Speaker 3: It is fascinating. She lied about literally any traumatic event
- 1:34:41Speaker 3: you can imagine. She lied about having it from cancer
- 1:34:44Speaker 3: to having somebody die in a mass shooting. And her
- 1:34:49Speaker 3: name is Rachel Dolza. I mean she's kind of the
- 1:34:52Speaker 3: Rachel of the of Medical of Grey's anatom Yeah, but
- 1:34:56Speaker 3: I think they show a screenshot of something she did
- 1:34:59Speaker 3: that I think was the biggest red flag possible. I
- 1:35:02Speaker 3: think it may have been her first her the first
- 1:35:04Speaker 3: episode she wrote of Gray's Anatomy or something, and she
- 1:35:06Speaker 3: got on Twitter and the first sentence of this tweet.
- 1:35:10Speaker 4: Is my nails are like in my palms, they're like bleeding.
- 1:35:12Speaker 3: Uh huh. I did a thing. Period. That's or maybe
- 1:35:20Speaker 3: it was I wrote a thing. Either way, if I
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: had been one of her co workers, I would have
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: started telling everyone there's something going with Elizabeth. Yeah, let's
- 1:35:29Speaker 3: let's figure this out, because this could be uh rape
- 1:35:32Speaker 3: Fanny fast going off. I pull it. The fire alarm
- 1:35:36Speaker 3: is off. Absolutely, really I did. I wrote a thing.
- 1:35:39Speaker 3: It doesn't matter either, it doesn't matter what the verb
- 1:35:41Speaker 3: is there. It's the most insane thing you could possibly write.
- 1:35:44Speaker 3: And then, as a professional writer, this person, I mean
- 1:35:47Speaker 3: like every element of it was like this.
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: Person like your poetic license should be revoked. Absolutely, that's crazy.
- 1:35:56Speaker 3: Your is a curse. Yeah, it's a curse. Yeah, And okay,
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: so you're saying, but you're saying, no caption needed is
- 1:36:02Speaker 3: a gift to you which you have to pick one
- 1:36:04Speaker 3: side or the other. Oh curse.
- 1:36:06Speaker 4: Okay, I'm seeing like that that the silver lining is
- 1:36:09Speaker 4: the gift of that, like I know to just avoid
- 1:36:12Speaker 4: this person at all costs, right right.
- 1:36:15Speaker 3: Unfortunately, you do not get the point it's a gift
- 1:36:19Speaker 3: for reasons that you did outline. Oh okay, I mean
- 1:36:22Speaker 3: my finger is floating over mute at all times. The
- 1:36:26Speaker 3: list of people I've.
- 1:36:27Speaker 4: Muted at this point, I've never muted anyone. Do you
- 1:36:30Speaker 4: unfollow No, I kind of suffer you just deal with it, well,
- 1:36:33Speaker 4: because I have to know what the other ninety nine
- 1:36:36Speaker 4: percent thing, you know.
- 1:36:39Speaker 3: I do have a few of those in my feed
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: where I'm like, I got to keep an eye.
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: I have to keep There are some people that I
- 1:36:44Speaker 4: have that I have not unfollowed because I'm keeping tabs
- 1:36:47Speaker 4: on them because you can learn, you can grow. Because
- 1:36:50Speaker 4: I know the FBI is going to contact me and
- 1:36:52Speaker 4: go where what were they doing? And that I can
- 1:36:54Speaker 4: have the keys to kind of get them thrown into jail.
- 1:36:57Speaker 4: I know that, and so I know that I have
- 1:36:59Speaker 4: a kind of social and moral obligation to keep tabs
- 1:37:03Speaker 4: on these people.
- 1:37:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you say, here's a screenshot I wrote a thing exactly.
- 1:37:06Speaker 3: Lock her up.
- 1:37:07Speaker 4: Boy, she can't be trusted. She can't be trusted at all,
- 1:37:11Speaker 4: and they're like, what that was? Ryan Murphy.
- 1:37:14Speaker 3: Throw them in. Ryan Murphy gets on Twitter and says,
- 1:37:17Speaker 3: I wrote it. I wrote a thing. That's all I
- 1:37:20Speaker 3: want in the world. We're getting there, Ryan, reach out.
- 1:37:24Speaker 3: Well you got one out of three okay, bad, not good,
- 1:37:28Speaker 3: not good, but room to grow, room to learn, and
- 1:37:31Speaker 3: that's all we want out of anyone on this podcast.
- 1:37:35Speaker 3: This is the final segment. This is called they said
- 1:37:37Speaker 3: no emails people write into I said, no gifts at
- 1:37:39Speaker 3: gmail dot com begging for answers. That's all you need
- 1:37:42Speaker 3: to know. Can you hope me answer a question? Please? Okay,
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: let me get into the doc. Okay, this says dear guest. Now,
- 1:37:52Speaker 3: I mean they usually say dear Bridger and guests, so
- 1:37:54Speaker 3: this is it sounds like this is can I see
- 1:37:56Speaker 3: the laptop? It's for me? No, No, that's for me, actually,
- 1:38:00Speaker 3: dear guest. I mean I feel Look, I'm a sensitive person,
- 1:38:04Speaker 3: so I'm a little shaken.
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:38:07Speaker 3: That's dear Guests and specifically not Bridger. Okay. It says
- 1:38:13Speaker 3: every year my family asks for a list of things
- 1:38:16Speaker 3: each family member would like for Christmas, and it always
- 1:38:19Speaker 3: feels very impersonal not much thought is put into the
- 1:38:22Speaker 3: gifts besides picking something to buy from said list, and
- 1:38:25Speaker 3: it feels more like an obligation. This year, I want
- 1:38:29Speaker 3: to approach the holidays differently and move away from capitalist
- 1:38:32Speaker 3: gift giving. I'm twenty seven, and while there is many
- 1:38:35Speaker 3: a thing I would like to get, I feel the
- 1:38:37Speaker 3: money spent on gifts could go to better causes like charities.
- 1:38:41Speaker 3: How can I convince my family to put their money
- 1:38:44Speaker 3: to better use so we can all be more altruistic
- 1:38:46Speaker 3: this upcoming holiday season? Yours truly, Lauren in Durham, And again,
- 1:38:54Speaker 3: I guess you will have to start. I'm happy to
- 1:38:57Speaker 3: provide some information, but Lauren has specifically asked just for yours,
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: at least initially. I Lauren from Durham.
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: I I like where your heart is at. I think
- 1:39:11Speaker 4: kind of suck it up, Buttercup.
- 1:39:13Speaker 3: Listen and I don't.
- 1:39:14Speaker 4: I don't, I don't know you Wait wait wait, wait wait,
- 1:39:16Speaker 4: Lauren lor Lauren, back up, edit this out, no keep it?
- 1:39:19Speaker 4: And I want her to note my inner thoughts. I
- 1:39:23Speaker 4: think that what I mean, what do you want?
- 1:39:27Speaker 3: What do you want?
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: Like?
- 1:39:29Speaker 3: What do you want? I understand?
- 1:39:30Speaker 4: And I'm gonna say this Lauren, I'm gonna I'm iye
- 1:39:34Speaker 4: to eye with you right now. I don't like gifts
- 1:39:38Speaker 4: either one because a lot of it is just people
- 1:39:41Speaker 4: just give you junk to be like I got you junk.
- 1:39:44Speaker 3: I'm familiar as you have.
- 1:39:48Speaker 4: Open packets of try to and Korean sheet masks in
- 1:39:53Speaker 4: front of you.
- 1:39:53Speaker 3: But you'll use this will be using and that doesn't
- 1:39:56Speaker 3: take up real estate. They will eventually get to be
- 1:39:58Speaker 3: thrown away, right and you because you were made into
- 1:40:02Speaker 3: a quilt or something. Yes, yes, yes, so.
- 1:40:05Speaker 4: I'm with you where it's just like we don't I
- 1:40:07Speaker 4: don't need this. I don't need you to go to
- 1:40:10Speaker 4: the sharper image and get me like, but it's a wire,
- 1:40:14Speaker 4: it keeps on your wires together. I don't I'm with you.
- 1:40:18Speaker 3: I don't need that.
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: But listen, your family, your parents, they don't have much
- 1:40:25Speaker 4: time left, and I just sort of think you have
- 1:40:29Speaker 4: to kind of like let them do what they want
- 1:40:31Speaker 4: to do.
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: Is kind of Lauren. Your family's about to say Lauren
- 1:40:36Speaker 3: is a kill joy. She's just making Christmas so boring. Yes, look,
- 1:40:43Speaker 3: maybe you do a combination.
- 1:40:45Speaker 4: I think that's what I was just going to say,
- 1:40:47Speaker 4: a hybrid. Let's say, let's put a price limit on it.
- 1:40:49Speaker 3: Yes, price limit. Start from there, and then I'm going
- 1:40:52Speaker 3: to give someone the gift of love, friendship.
- 1:40:57Speaker 4: Love's people go, here's a gift, and it's like the
- 1:41:02Speaker 4: receipt for like I donated to the zoo, Yes, right, Yes,
- 1:41:07Speaker 4: my favorite charity the zoo, the Detroit Zoo.
- 1:41:11Speaker 3: Yes, have a beautiful water feature.
- 1:41:14Speaker 4: Yeah, they do so much for the community question mark. Yeah,
- 1:41:17Speaker 4: I love them.
- 1:41:19Speaker 3: Yeah, so donate to the zoo. Yeah. I think a
- 1:41:22Speaker 3: hybrid where you maybe you do the list of things
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: you want and then a list of potential charities, or say,
- 1:41:27Speaker 3: maybe we limit it to small businesses. We can only
- 1:41:30Speaker 3: buy each other things from local small business.
- 1:41:32Speaker 4: Yes, or you know how like in the campaign when
- 1:41:35Speaker 4: you buy like campaign merchants actually like a donation to
- 1:41:37Speaker 4: the campaign?
- 1:41:38Speaker 3: Do they have that for charities? Oh? Probably right? Do
- 1:41:42Speaker 3: them oversized t shirt? Yes, I'll fit a tote bag hat.
- 1:41:46Speaker 3: Everyone needs a tote bag and an ill fitting hat.
- 1:41:49Speaker 3: Water bottle, Oh my god, I could use another, a
- 1:41:52Speaker 3: keychain do that? That's not ask for that?
- 1:41:55Speaker 4: Why don't you be the change you want to see
- 1:41:57Speaker 4: in the world and ask for literally your donat the
- 1:42:00Speaker 4: donation and then your.
- 1:42:01Speaker 3: Family members may follow your lead unless you're the one
- 1:42:05Speaker 3: that they don't like already. Well, here's the thing it
- 1:42:06Speaker 3: would be.
- 1:42:06Speaker 4: It's gonna be so self righteous that you show up
- 1:42:10Speaker 4: to Christmas and somebody's like, I got a Nintendo DS,
- 1:42:13Speaker 4: and then another person is like, I got a seventy
- 1:42:15Speaker 4: four inch TV, and you turn to them with a
- 1:42:18Speaker 4: little envelope and go I asked mother and father to
- 1:42:23Speaker 4: donate to the Little Sisters of the Poor. You selfish bit.
- 1:42:29Speaker 3: I'd love to be playing Mario right now, but I
- 1:42:32Speaker 3: have to contact the Little Sisters of the Poor. Maybe
- 1:42:36Speaker 3: sometime you can show me a TV show because I
- 1:42:39Speaker 3: donated mine and I don't have nothing. Can I get
- 1:42:45Speaker 3: a ride home? Lauren, You're so lucky that I even
- 1:42:50Speaker 3: chipped in here. I mean, I had no reason to
- 1:42:52Speaker 3: give you any advice. I'm so rude. Don't write back in.
- 1:42:55Speaker 3: It was crazy.
- 1:42:57Speaker 4: She and you know what, for someone who didn't want anything,
- 1:42:59Speaker 4: she did kind of want our time.
- 1:43:00Speaker 3: She wanted attention. She obviously wanted to be seen as
- 1:43:03Speaker 3: a good person, which she clearly isn't. No, she listens
- 1:43:06Speaker 3: to this podcast, She's a rotten egg. No bad news, Lauren. Sorry,
- 1:43:13Speaker 3: Merry Christmas, Happy holidays. Your family is going to be pissed. Well,
- 1:43:18Speaker 3: we answered it perfectly, absolutely perfectly, And now I've got
- 1:43:21Speaker 3: gum for days. This can go in my car. I
- 1:43:24Speaker 3: won't go in my bags.
- 1:43:25Speaker 4: It'll molk gry.
- 1:43:26Speaker 3: Yes, oh it'll go with my freezer. Oh yeah, please
- 1:43:30Speaker 3: beg your freezer. It'll melt. That's a new trend I
- 1:43:33Speaker 3: got that could start dry yogurt kind of like I
- 1:43:37Speaker 3: just its like nobody carring, nobody cares about, like your
- 1:43:41Speaker 3: gut floor and anymore. No, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:43:43Speaker 3: no one cares. Let it die, no, let it die.
- 1:43:48Speaker 3: No awful? Oh on, at least we forgot to play
- 1:43:52Speaker 3: your version of Gift a Curse today. But I think
- 1:43:53Speaker 3: we've gone. We've probably got enough audio here. We'll play
- 1:43:56Speaker 3: it another time. We have two hours. I couldn't.
- 1:43:59Speaker 4: It's my it's my fault that this went so long.
- 1:44:01Speaker 4: I didn't stop.
- 1:44:02Speaker 3: Adam called me before the show and said, don't let
- 1:44:03Speaker 3: on Alis, do think of your coast today. I can't.
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: I don't have the strength or the patient. Now is
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: Adam undermining you? Is it me? Or is it Adam?
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: It's everyone. I can't trust anyone in my life of thinking.
- 1:44:17Speaker 4: If you were sick, you've sort of been around him,
- 1:44:21Speaker 4: so there's bound to be a fuel share of I'm
- 1:44:24Speaker 4: looking for a room. That's what I'm saying, and I
- 1:44:26Speaker 4: hope I get it.
- 1:44:27Speaker 3: Congratulations on the new podcast, Adam, Thank you, please enjoy it. No,
- 1:44:32Speaker 3: I've got I'm so thrilled to become a new person
- 1:44:34Speaker 3: with all these products and then come to your place
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: to have all of the damage fixed after this causes
- 1:44:40Speaker 3: perfect yes, uh scarring. That's how we go. This is
- 1:44:44Speaker 3: how you get people in.
- 1:44:45Speaker 4: You create the problem, and then you solve it by
- 1:44:47Speaker 4: creating a new problem.
- 1:44:49Speaker 3: That's the cycle. I've had such a wonderful time with
- 1:44:52Speaker 3: you here to me too. Thank you for being here
- 1:44:54Speaker 3: and listener, the podcast is over. My voice basically made it.
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: You've gone just a I was smoking the whole time.
- 1:45:01Speaker 3: Isn't that an image? Isn't that a pretty image? Me
- 1:45:04Speaker 3: just lighting up cigarette after cigarette while I record a
- 1:45:06Speaker 3: podcast while my guests can't smoke. That'll be the next episode. Okay,
- 1:45:11Speaker 3: it's over, I love you, goodbye, I said. No Gifts
- 1:45:19Speaker 3: is an exactly right production. Our senior producer is on

- 1:45:28Speaker 3: The theme song is by Miracle Worker Amy Mann and

- 1:45:42Speaker 3: the gifts line? Man? Did you hear? Thot? A man?
- 1:45:49Speaker 1: Myself perfectly clear? But you're I guess, Tom, you gotta
- 1:45:57Speaker 1: come to me empty? And I said, no, guest, your
- 1:46:02Speaker 1: own presence is presents in love.
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: I already had too much stuff, So how do you
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: dare to surbey me
