- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to go six o'clock on this
- 0:04Speaker 1: Wednesday morning. Thank you for starting your day with us.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Ricky Sanchez is right here with those three things.
- 0:09Speaker 2: The Bear has been renewed for a fifth season. I'm
- 0:12Speaker 2: so excited. The renewal comes less than a week after
- 0:15Speaker 2: the fourth season premiered. FX and Hulu have not released
- 0:18Speaker 2: any viewing figures for season four just yet, but to
- 0:20Speaker 2: give you an idea of how well it's gone in
- 0:22Speaker 2: the past, Season three spent six weeks on Nielsen's streaming
- 0:26Speaker 2: top ten chart charts, which is really long time for
- 0:30Speaker 2: a binge watch show, and it racked up about four
- 0:33Speaker 2: point five billion viewing minutes in that span. So it
- 0:37Speaker 2: did so well for the third season. They expect the
- 0:39Speaker 2: same will happen with the fourth. So there's going to
- 0:42Speaker 2: be a fith am I.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Crazy or are they just churning those things out like
- 0:45Speaker 1: other shows like Handmaid's Tale makes you wait like five
- 0:48Speaker 1: years between.
- 0:48Speaker 2: They filmed the third and fourth season back to back, gotcha,
- 0:52Speaker 2: so it was kind of easier to make sure that
- 0:55Speaker 2: it didn't take a year or two for the next
- 0:57Speaker 2: one to come out. Now I don't know how the
- 0:59Speaker 2: fifth season's gonna go and how long it's gonna take
- 1:02Speaker 2: in the sense that everybody that's on it huge stars. Yeah,
- 1:06Speaker 2: because these were some for some people breakout roles that
- 1:09Speaker 2: have kind of changed the trajectory of their careers. So
- 1:12Speaker 2: it's gonna be harder to get everybody together to do
- 1:14Speaker 2: the fifth season. We might have to wait a little
- 1:16Speaker 2: bit longer, I hope not. Fingers crossed. Metro Water is
- 1:19Speaker 2: asking residents with automatic irrigation systems to follow a staggered schedule.
- 1:23Speaker 2: This happens pretty much every summer, so it's not anything
- 1:26Speaker 2: super strange, but just so you know about it, they're
- 1:29Speaker 2: asking you to only use water between seven pm and
- 1:31Speaker 2: four am to ease the early morning demand, and to
- 1:34Speaker 2: only use the water for two to three hours at
- 1:37Speaker 2: a time, So odd numbered addresses you have Monday, Wednesday, Friday,
- 1:41Speaker 2: even number addresses Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. That's how the schedule goes.
- 1:46Speaker 2: They also have that up on their website in case
- 1:48Speaker 2: you missed half of this and you don't really know
- 1:50Speaker 2: which one you're supposed to do. But please, just you know,
- 1:53Speaker 2: make sure you're making it easy on everybody. That's all
- 1:55Speaker 2: we want to do here is help everybody out and
- 1:57Speaker 2: Free Slurpy Day at seven to eleven will have a
- 2:00Speaker 2: fan favorite flavor return, So on July eleventh, aka Free
- 2:03Speaker 2: Slurpy Day seven eleven. Uh, they are going to pull
- 2:06Speaker 2: out all the stops. It's in a ninety eighth birthday,
- 2:09Speaker 2: which is wild. The fan favorite Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl
- 2:13Speaker 2: flavor is coming back, and they have merch and they
- 2:17Speaker 2: got delivery discounts, and they got a chance for you
- 2:19Speaker 2: to win five thousand dollars daily through the app. So
- 2:21Speaker 2: lots of different things for you to do, but mostly
- 2:23Speaker 2: the Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl Flavor is gonna be back.
- 2:26Speaker 2: You can try it out on seven eleven at seven eleven.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Perfect Imrick Sanchez And those are the three things you
- 2:33Speaker 2: need to know.
- 2:34Speaker 3: I can't wait see what they do in two years
- 2:35Speaker 3: when they turn one hundred.
- 2:37Speaker 2: I know, I'm really I'm really excited to see what
- 2:39Speaker 2: they do. Slurpees are my life?
- 2:40Speaker 3: Are they?
- 2:41Speaker 2: I love slurpees? Oh my god, I love them so much.
- 2:44Speaker 3: You can have my free Slurpy on the eleventh.
- 2:46Speaker 4: Thank God, Reiki, Zach and men in the morning.
- 2:51Speaker 3: So yesterday it was a disaster. It's one O seven five.
- 2:54Speaker 3: The river we need you, We need you, We need
- 2:57Speaker 3: you to call us right now.
- 2:58Speaker 2: So dramatic.
- 2:59Speaker 3: They're ruined my day.
- 3:00Speaker 2: You are so dramatic. First caller of the day this
- 3:03Speaker 2: week on one of seven five the River gets a
- 3:05Speaker 2: limited edition Ricky, Zach and Mano sticker. It's holographic and
- 3:09Speaker 2: they get a song from Kevin Mano. Yesterday didn't go
- 3:13Speaker 2: as well because the person who was the first caller, Tiffany.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Tiffany lost reception and so we didn't get to talk
- 3:20Speaker 2: to her very much. Kevin had to put together a
- 3:22Speaker 2: song very quickly, very frantic, terrible. He's terrible, still upset
- 3:26Speaker 2: about it. He doesn't stopped talking about it. So if
- 3:29Speaker 2: someone could call right now six one, five, seven, three seven,
- 3:32Speaker 2: nine one oh seven, be our first caller of the day,
- 3:34Speaker 2: make Kevin's dead.
- 3:35Speaker 1: We're gonna get to know you a little bit, and
- 3:37Speaker 1: then you will get serenaded with a beautiful song from
- 3:41Speaker 1: me to you on live radio.
- 3:43Speaker 3: What could be better?
- 3:44Speaker 1: Six one, five, seven, three seven. I have a good
- 3:47Speaker 1: feeling about this.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Tiffany thought of something better.
- 3:53Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Meno. In the morning, everybody.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Say good morning to Amanda and levinon Welcome to One
- 3:58Speaker 2: O seven five the River.
- 3:59Speaker 5: Good, good morning.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Kevin is so excited right now, he's smiling ear to
- 4:06Speaker 2: ear because this week, all week long for first Color
- 4:09Speaker 2: of the Day, we're giving away a limited edition Ricky's
- 4:12Speaker 2: like a Mano sticker. We don't have many of those.
- 4:14Speaker 2: They're holographic. They're pretty sick, but also a very personal
- 4:18Speaker 2: song from Kevin Mano to you. Yesterday we lost reception
- 4:23Speaker 2: with the first caller of the day and it really
- 4:25Speaker 2: it messed him up the rest of the day. So
- 4:27Speaker 2: he's very excited to have you. Amanda.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Well, I'm excited to be.
- 4:32Speaker 4: This morning.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's gonna be great. Let's get to know
- 4:35Speaker 1: you a little bit here. So what do you do.
- 4:37Speaker 3: What's your favorite color? What's your favorite movie?
- 4:40Speaker 5: So my I work for Amazon.
- 4:44Speaker 6: Okay, my favorite color.
- 4:47Speaker 7: Is blue, good answer.
- 4:49Speaker 5: And my favorite movie is Dead Poet Society.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Ah good.
- 4:55Speaker 8: She's a classy lady.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Kevin is even more excited. Now, what are you doing
- 5:01Speaker 2: this weekend? For the fourth of July weekend?
- 5:04Speaker 4: I'm trying to get my husband to go to Gatlinburg.
- 5:06Speaker 8: Oh night, and it'll be fine.
- 5:08Speaker 2: We'll get away quick little trip.
- 5:10Speaker 5: Yeah, we'll leave on hopefully Friday morning.
- 5:15Speaker 8: Ish, How long have you guys been married?
- 5:18Speaker 9: Almost ten years?
- 5:19Speaker 6: The thirty first will make ten years.
- 5:20Speaker 8: Well, happy early anniversary.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Yeah, ten years, that's a good run.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Would you like a song in honor of this anniversary?
- 5:30Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 5:31Speaker 3: Whoa wait, No, that was me saying, can I sing
- 5:34Speaker 3: you my song?
- 5:34Speaker 6: Now?
- 5:35Speaker 2: I think she's ready for the song. I think she's
- 5:37Speaker 2: ready for your song.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Are you ready, Amanda?
- 5:38Speaker 6: I am ready.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Okay, it has nothing to do with the anniversary, so
- 5:41Speaker 1: we'll just move past that.
- 5:42Speaker 3: But here we go.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Amanda from Amazon Queen of the Pack earned a gold sticker.
- 5:47Speaker 1: No skill did she lack in blue. She beams with
- 5:50Speaker 1: joy and pride. Dead poets, dreams always at her side.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Off to Gatlinburg. She'll soon escape from scanners and labels
- 5:57Speaker 1: and Bezos's red tape carpeys the dim. She's blazing her
- 6:02Speaker 1: track with a stick or a smile and a blue
- 6:04Speaker 1: travel pack.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Wow.
- 6:07Speaker 5: I like it.
- 6:07Speaker 8: That was pretty epic, Kevin.
- 6:10Speaker 2: I also feel like these aren't so much songs as
- 6:12Speaker 2: they are like slam poetry. Your your attempt at slam poetry.
- 6:17Speaker 3: I think it's because there's no music, you know, It's
- 6:19Speaker 3: just you're hearing it. Acapella.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Sure, yeah, okay, and I'm.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Also kind of a rapper, So thank you for being here.
- 6:26Speaker 1: We're gonna get you this limited edition snicker and uh yeah,
- 6:29Speaker 1: hopefully you'll be singing that song all day.
- 6:31Speaker 7: I probably will.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Thank you for calling in, Amanda. We hope you have
- 6:35Speaker 2: a great yea you two. Thank you, haym All, I.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Love There's really no like chorus and verse and all
- 6:40Speaker 1: that stuff, so it's not really, you know, your traditional song.
- 6:43Speaker 3: I'm just trying to break the norms over here.
- 6:45Speaker 8: You're doing you're doing something.
- 6:47Speaker 2: We'll talk about this off air.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Recky Zach and Men.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Ricky thinks she is insane when it comes to the
- 6:55Speaker 1: dogs in her building.
- 6:57Speaker 2: There's a lot of dogs in my apartment complex, and
- 7:00Speaker 2: I get very excited to meet new dogs. So I
- 7:04Speaker 2: realized the other day though, that my excitement matched with
- 7:08Speaker 2: the way that I ask to pet people's dogs, I
- 7:12Speaker 2: think is scaring.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Can you give us an example?
- 7:14Speaker 8: Yeah, can I bet your dog?
- 7:16Speaker 3: Okay? Yeah, scared?
- 7:19Speaker 2: So I need like a better way to ask people
- 7:22Speaker 2: if I can pet their dogs because I think I
- 7:25Speaker 2: sound like a child, like an excited kid. But I
- 7:28Speaker 2: bet that yes the video, Can I bet that dog Like,
- 7:32Speaker 2: that's kind of what I feel like I sound like,
- 7:33Speaker 2: and I just don't know how to fix it to
- 7:36Speaker 2: not scare people away. But I love meeting new dogs.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I remember every dog's name in my apartment complex. I
- 7:41Speaker 2: have no idea what the owner's name is.
- 7:43Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 7:44Speaker 7: No, I feel like you just got to play it
- 7:45Speaker 7: cool and be like, Yo, your dog's pretty cute.
- 7:47Speaker 8: Can I pet it?
- 7:49Speaker 2: Am I trying to date the dog? Literally, Zach has
- 7:56Speaker 2: his arm up on the chair and he's like, Yo,
- 7:58Speaker 2: your dog's pretty cute. I don't think that that works either.
- 8:01Speaker 2: That's a little weird too.
- 8:03Speaker 3: You're off and dog.
- 8:04Speaker 4: No.
- 8:05Speaker 3: I think Zach is partially right there.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I think you just need to mask your excitement a
- 8:08Speaker 1: little bit and just play it cool, you know, like.
- 8:11Speaker 8: Act less like a five year old.
- 8:13Speaker 2: But dogs really are exciting.
- 8:15Speaker 7: They are very exciting and very cute. But you got
- 8:17Speaker 7: to play it cool and like very normal.
- 8:19Speaker 8: First.
- 8:19Speaker 7: You gotta like kind of act like you don't see it,
- 8:22Speaker 7: and you're like, oh, you got a dog, do you
- 8:24Speaker 7: mind if I pet it again?
- 8:25Speaker 2: It sounds like I'm trying to date the dog. These
- 8:27Speaker 2: are strategies that people do at the bar.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Professional do one like a professional setting.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Go Hi, your dog looks really cute, so super weird.
- 8:38Speaker 1: The smile on your face is gonna make somebody call
- 8:42Speaker 1: the cop. I was thinking more like, like, hello there,
- 8:45Speaker 1: my name is Ricky. Would it be acceptable if I
- 8:48Speaker 1: were to bend over and pet your dog?
- 8:49Speaker 8: No, that's so freaky, Kevin. I don't like that at all.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I hate that you don't know that there is a
- 8:57Speaker 2: way to not sound insane when you get excited about
- 9:00Speaker 2: petting other people's dogs. Sure, I just I feel like
- 9:03Speaker 2: that might just be who I.
- 9:04Speaker 8: Am as a person.
- 9:05Speaker 3: I'm gonna think about this. I'm gonna I'm gonna work
- 9:07Speaker 3: shout some stuff in the field.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Because I think I'm scaring everyone.
- 9:11Speaker 7: I just googled it and the number one thing that
- 9:13Speaker 7: it says to do is to observe the situation. So
- 9:16Speaker 7: look at the owner's behavior and see if they're like,
- 9:19Speaker 7: if they look welcoming to you petting their dog, okay,
- 9:23Speaker 7: instead of them just like standing in the corner with
- 9:25Speaker 7: their arms crossed.
- 9:26Speaker 8: Clearly they don't want you to pet their dogs.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Even if the owner has their arms crossed, the dogs
- 9:30Speaker 2: jumping up on my leg and wants I'm gonna pet
- 9:33Speaker 2: that dog.
- 9:35Speaker 3: You dog, Yeah, quick and casual. So okay, if I
- 9:37Speaker 3: pet your dog, try that too much.
- 9:41Speaker 4: We're gonna work on this three things.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Just after seven o'clock. Thanks for being here. Ricky's got
- 9:47Speaker 1: those three things.
- 9:48Speaker 2: We officially have details on the person behind the wheel
- 9:50Speaker 2: yesterday during the slow speed chase. The woman's name is
- 9:54Speaker 2: Caitlin ray Uh. She has an extensive criminal history, according
- 9:58Speaker 2: to news Channel five. Some of the previous convictions include
- 10:02Speaker 2: aggravated burglary, cocaine possession, criminal simulation, and multiple theft convictions.
- 10:08Speaker 2: She told officers that she fled the scene because she's
- 10:10Speaker 2: quote already on paper for ten years. Anyway. They found
- 10:15Speaker 2: her sleeping in a stolen car before she took them
- 10:18Speaker 2: on the s speed chase for four hours. They were
- 10:22Speaker 2: on that chase for four hours yesterday. Yesterday's slow speed
- 10:26Speaker 2: chase led to her being charged with evading arrest with
- 10:30Speaker 2: risk of injury, aggravated reckless driving, reckless endangerment, vandalism, and
- 10:35Speaker 2: driving on a suspended license.
- 10:37Speaker 3: I know it's not good.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I know, you know, she broke a lot of laws,
- 10:40Speaker 1: endangered a lot of people, But man, was that entertaining.
- 10:42Speaker 2: It just a wild experience. For everyone involved, truly truly wild.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Now we know was We had so many questions yesterday,
- 10:50Speaker 2: How did this happen? Who is she? What is going on?
- 10:53Speaker 2: Now we know exactly why it all started. Whitney and
- 10:56Speaker 2: Jennifer are going to be on Dancing with the Stars,
- 10:59Speaker 2: two of these stars from Mormon Wives. They're going to
- 11:03Speaker 2: be on the upcoming season thirty four, along with wildlife
- 11:06Speaker 2: conservationists Robert Irwin and influencer Alex Earl. We don't know
- 11:10Speaker 2: everybody else it's going to be cast for season thirty four.
- 11:14Speaker 2: They think they're going to announce it soon, but as
- 11:16Speaker 2: of right now, this is all we know. They announce
- 11:19Speaker 2: this during a special reunion that they did for Secret
- 11:22Speaker 2: Lives of Mormon Wives, and they belt everybody knows that they're
- 11:25Speaker 2: gonna be on Dancing with the Stars, So we shall
- 11:27Speaker 2: see how it goes for everybody involved.
- 11:29Speaker 3: Fasten that term stars there huh.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Oh wow wow. And Sonic and Grillos have glad for
- 11:36Speaker 2: pickle menu items. This is specifically Verzazza.
- 11:39Speaker 8: I'm so in already.
- 11:41Speaker 2: They got big deal burgers, pickle season, tater tots and fries,
- 11:47Speaker 2: and a sweet slush that combined combines pickled juice and
- 11:50Speaker 2: lime with pickle flavored bubbles and topped with a Grillo's
- 11:54Speaker 2: pickled chip.
- 11:55Speaker 7: I'm in for everything, but the slush. For some reason,
- 11:58Speaker 7: the slush is like too far for me.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Oh that's where they go to founder. Yeah, that's that's
- 12:04Speaker 3: a little bit too much on the line.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Happy to know, Rickyz And those are the three things
- 12:08Speaker 2: you need to know.
- 12:09Speaker 3: Thank you, Ricky. If you're not familiar. Zach loves pickles.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Everything about pickles. Zack's facts.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Next one seven five The River Reicky, Zach and Meno
- 12:20Speaker 4: in the morning.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Will Smith on the River, It's time for Zack's facs.
- 12:24Speaker 8: This is gonna make your head hurt.
- 12:25Speaker 7: But did you guys know that animals that lay eggs
- 12:28Speaker 7: don't have belly buttons.
- 12:30Speaker 1: That would make sense because a belly button has something
- 12:32Speaker 1: to do with the umbilical cord.
- 12:33Speaker 7: Right, Yeah, So every other mammal that like gives live birth,
- 12:36Speaker 7: they technically have a belly button because the umbellical cord.
- 12:39Speaker 8: But things like fish that lay eggs, they don't have
- 12:41Speaker 8: a belly button.
- 12:43Speaker 2: That makes sense.
- 12:43Speaker 8: And there's your fact of the day.
- 12:45Speaker 4: Seven five The Recky, Zach and Meno in the Morning.
- 12:49Speaker 2: Yesterday, around this time on one of seven five of
- 12:51Speaker 2: the River, we were talking about the woman who led
- 12:54Speaker 2: the police on a slow speed chase through Nashville truly
- 12:59Speaker 2: a while to forget it grade fifteen miles an hour,
- 13:02Speaker 2: like not even being dramatic, that is factual. And Formation
- 13:04Speaker 2: had no tires the entire four hours that the cops
- 13:08Speaker 2: were quote unquote chasing her. I don't even know that
- 13:10Speaker 2: we can call it a chase.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Now, keep in mind, we are not condoning that behavior
- 13:13Speaker 3: at all.
- 13:14Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, it just is so insane. We do
- 13:16Speaker 2: have a question, though, Yes, what's your best line for
- 13:19Speaker 2: getting out of a ticket?
- 13:21Speaker 8: Oh?
- 13:21Speaker 1: Six seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven. Maybe it works,
- 13:25Speaker 1: maybe it doesn't work. Maybe you're just too shy to
- 13:27Speaker 1: even try to use it.
- 13:28Speaker 3: But we want to hear it.
- 13:29Speaker 2: I want to know all of them, you know, maybe
- 13:31Speaker 2: for next time she can use these lines.
- 13:33Speaker 3: I mean, my my go to would be like a
- 13:35Speaker 3: bathroom situation. Well, talk next on.
- 13:38Speaker 1: The River seven Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morningsking
- 13:43Speaker 1: for your best lines to get out of a ticket
- 13:46Speaker 1: when you're pulled over. This is inspired, of course by
- 13:48Speaker 1: the woman yesterday and that slow speed chase through Nashville.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Doug and Franklin, go ahead, what you got?
- 13:54Speaker 2: I tried this before you kind of a little gill
- 13:58Speaker 2: you just say today is not my day.
- 14:03Speaker 7: Oh you guilt the cough to make him feel bad
- 14:05Speaker 7: for pulling you over.
- 14:07Speaker 8: Yeah, I like this idea.
- 14:10Speaker 2: Feels bad though, for doing his job by pulling you
- 14:13Speaker 2: as it worked?
- 14:15Speaker 3: Is this?
- 14:15Speaker 5: This day couldn't get any worse, Officer.
- 14:19Speaker 2: I just don't see it working diagnosis now this, Oh
- 14:23Speaker 2: my god.
- 14:25Speaker 7: I feel like I'm gonna try it because I feel
- 14:26Speaker 7: like it would work. Like if you start crying and
- 14:28Speaker 7: you're like, I just can't do anything right today. It's
- 14:31Speaker 7: just the worst day, like I feel like you were doing.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Has it ever worked?
- 14:36Speaker 6: No?
- 14:40Speaker 3: All right, we'll try it. Thank you, love it, Thanks Doug.
- 14:44Speaker 2: Lisa and Murphysboro. Tell us that line that gets you
- 14:47Speaker 2: out of a ticket every time.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I can cost this chair, and I've gotten pulled over
- 14:53Speaker 1: or times from the last fifteen years.
- 14:56Speaker 5: But I tell them my way to a.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Day, Oh, on your way to a death, Lisa, didn't work?
- 15:08Speaker 2: Oh my god. My initial reaction is to laugh because
- 15:11Speaker 2: I didn't know what else to do in that moment
- 15:13Speaker 2: when you said that. Don't you feel like there's a
- 15:16Speaker 2: little bad karma though that comes.
- 15:17Speaker 5: With that a little bit.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Okay, but hey, if it works, it works, I guess.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Also, if they're not going to ask any follow up questions,
- 15:28Speaker 2: that's on them, because now I might just start using them. Yeah.
- 15:31Speaker 1: No, see, I think I think Lisa can get away
- 15:33Speaker 1: with it because she can answer those follow up questions
- 15:35Speaker 1: like she does work in hospice.
- 15:36Speaker 3: She knows this stuff. If they ask me follow up,
- 15:38Speaker 3: Christy be like, I don't know, but would they.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Ask follow up questions? I feel like I'm on my
- 15:43Speaker 2: way to a death. I work in hospice care is
- 15:45Speaker 2: enough to not ask any more questions. Kind of like
- 15:47Speaker 2: as girls in jim if you had a male gym
- 15:50Speaker 2: teacher and you just said, well, it's my time of
- 15:52Speaker 2: the month, I got okay, no problem, said on the sidelines.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Sure, okay, all right, Lisa, thank you, have a great day.
- 15:58Speaker 3: Love Bob and shall though we'll do one more. What's
- 16:01Speaker 3: your line?
- 16:01Speaker 9: So for the line that my wife used robbing from
- 16:05Speaker 9: Shelby though she told the police when she was a
- 16:09Speaker 9: nursing assistant she had to wear scrubs to go to school,
- 16:14Speaker 9: she got pulled over and told them that she was
- 16:16Speaker 9: called into the hospital because there was a big emergency,
- 16:19Speaker 9: and the police gave her a lighted escort to the hospital.
- 16:22Speaker 7: I feel like that could be good or bad, because like,
- 16:25Speaker 7: what if there she's not actually on the way to
- 16:27Speaker 7: the hospital for an emergency, then you're just forced to
- 16:29Speaker 7: go to the hospital now because they're escorting you, which.
- 16:33Speaker 9: She did and ran the end inside to make sure
- 16:37Speaker 9: that the police left before she went to school and
- 16:39Speaker 9: was late.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Hey again, it's one of those situations where if it works,
- 16:45Speaker 2: it works, I guess, right, Like, no matter how messed
- 16:48Speaker 2: up it sounds out loud, it worked.
- 16:51Speaker 9: Yeah, she always gets out of tickets. But that's the
- 16:54Speaker 9: best line.
- 16:56Speaker 4: Rachie, Zach and Menno in the Moor.
- 16:58Speaker 2: Yesterday was just a thrilling day. There was a slow
- 17:01Speaker 2: speed chase happening all morning. We talked about it on
- 17:04Speaker 2: one O seven five of the River. But it's led
- 17:06Speaker 2: to this question of what's your best line for getting
- 17:09Speaker 2: out of a ticket? Jackie and Bredwood, what do you got?
- 17:12Speaker 5: It really wasn't a line, but it was a three story.
- 17:16Speaker 5: It happened about thirty years ago. I was going down
- 17:19Speaker 5: Elmhill Pike passed a police officer on a motorcycle and
- 17:24Speaker 5: he threw his hand at that and he had someone
- 17:26Speaker 5: pulled over. I threw my hand up and I kept going,
- 17:31Speaker 5: maybe half a mile down the road, and I'm looking
- 17:35Speaker 5: to my review here and I'm like.
- 17:36Speaker 1: What did I do?
- 17:37Speaker 5: I pulled over? He said, do you know why he
- 17:41Speaker 5: remain And I said no, sir. He said, well, you
- 17:46Speaker 5: just think I've just being friendly And I said, boy, yes, sir,
- 17:50Speaker 5: I said, I threw mine back up and ways back back.
- 17:54Speaker 5: He looked down at the ground and then he looks
- 17:57Speaker 5: up me and he goes, I don't have the time
- 18:02Speaker 5: for you today.
- 18:06Speaker 8: I thought you were just waving at me.
- 18:08Speaker 2: I don't know that it's always gonna work in your
- 18:10Speaker 2: favorite like it works for Jackie. But I'm happy you
- 18:12Speaker 2: didn't get a ticket. Jackie.
- 18:14Speaker 5: That was a long time ago. I hadn't had one.
- 18:16Speaker 5: Pip say you.
- 18:17Speaker 8: Better have knock on wood sis.
- 18:19Speaker 5: Absolutely you got all the bright boy every morning.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Oh thank you.
- 18:27Speaker 1: If you want VIP passes for River on the rooftop,
- 18:30Speaker 1: don't go anywhere you can win them.
- 18:31Speaker 3: Next with the Game of the.
- 18:32Speaker 4: Day on.
- 18:34Speaker 2: Ki Zach and men Kenos Game of the Day on
- 18:37Speaker 2: one oh seven five the River for a very extra

- 19:08Speaker 3: I can tell you're both very excited, especially Matt.
- 19:12Speaker 8: You sound like you're in a library.
- 19:14Speaker 6: I'm very excited. My daughter. My daughter is just on
- 19:19Speaker 6: the edge of her seat.
- 19:20Speaker 2: O good, Okay, Just making sure you both know that
- 19:24Speaker 2: you got to yell out your name first before you
- 19:26Speaker 2: get to say the answer, So keep that in mind
- 19:29Speaker 2: when it comes to excitement level and how loud you
- 19:31Speaker 2: got to get.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Your name is your buzzer, so you got a shout
- 19:33Speaker 1: at when you know the answer, and.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Whoever doesn't win, we say it all the time. It's
- 19:37Speaker 3: a free show. You can still come out next Thursday
- 19:40Speaker 3: night to see Lewis Capaldi. Are you both ready?
- 19:42Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 19:43Speaker 1: Yeah, Your summer showdown starts right now and again three
- 19:48Speaker 1: out of five here. Question number one in two thousand
- 19:50Speaker 1: and two, who released the song hot in here?
- 19:56Speaker 3: Lauratte Oh?
- 19:57Speaker 8: I heard Laura?
- 19:58Speaker 2: Okay, guys, La that was but it was Laura.
- 20:02Speaker 3: Nelly, Yes, it is Nelly. Point on the board for Laura.
- 20:07Speaker 3: You were fast, maw. She was just a hair faster.
- 20:09Speaker 6: Here we go.
- 20:10Speaker 3: Question number two.
- 20:11Speaker 1: On a hot summer day, what beverage is traditionally sold
- 20:16Speaker 1: by children in homemade stands on the side of the road,
- 20:18Speaker 1: man mad lemonade?
- 20:22Speaker 2: All right, So a point for Matt and a point
- 20:25Speaker 2: for Laura. You guys are tied right now.
- 20:27Speaker 3: Question three.
- 20:28Speaker 1: The Rock and Zac Efron worked on the beach in
- 20:32Speaker 1: what movie based on a TV show?
- 20:33Speaker 5: Oh?
- 20:34Speaker 1: Matt, Matt Okay, Sir, Matt's got two.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Laura's got one.
- 20:40Speaker 3: It's a nail bier.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Here on Friday, the King Joey Chestnut will return to
- 20:45Speaker 1: the stage to eat a whole bunch of what food?
- 20:48Speaker 6: Matt, Matt a hot dog?
- 20:51Speaker 1: Yeah, congratulations, buddy. You can let your daughter know that
- 20:58Speaker 1: you guys have VIP passes for our show.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Next Thursday, I with Lewis Capaldi.
- 21:02Speaker 6: Awesome, Thank you so much.
- 21:03Speaker 2: You are so welcome. Sorry, Laura, you can always try again.
- 21:07Speaker 8: You up for this because I don't wake up at
- 21:10Speaker 8: this time.
- 21:10Speaker 3: We'll do it again tomorrow.
- 21:12Speaker 2: Okay, okay, thank you.
- 21:14Speaker 4: Three things you need?
- 21:16Speaker 3: All right, here we go.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Thank you for starting your Wednesday morning with us. Ricky's
- 21:19Speaker 1: got those three things.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Harry Styles was seen kissing a mystery girl at Glastonbury
- 21:24Speaker 2: Music Festival over the weekend. There's a video circulating of
- 21:27Speaker 2: him online with someone in the VIP section just kissing
- 21:31Speaker 2: the night away, but it has now been reported that
- 21:33Speaker 2: the woman is a producer Ella Kenny. An onlooker said quote,
- 21:37Speaker 2: Harry turned up with a few of his mates, but
- 21:40Speaker 2: as soon as she got there, they were almost inseparable.
- 21:43Speaker 2: I love this for him. I want everybody to be happy.
- 21:46Speaker 2: We love love. This is a great thing. Obviously. If
- 21:50Speaker 2: this is like actually a relationship, amazing. If not, and
- 21:53Speaker 2: it's just fun, amazing as well. But good for Harry
- 21:55Speaker 2: Styles and for Ella Kenny. This I wish I did
- 21:58Speaker 2: not have to say out loud, but it is something
- 22:00Speaker 2: that I keep seeing everywhere and it has to do
- 22:02Speaker 2: with the TSA and traveling, and I feel like you
- 22:05Speaker 2: should know because it's summertime, swamp crotch can get you
- 22:09Speaker 2: flagged by the TSA.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Okay, not what I expected you to say that.
- 22:13Speaker 2: I wish I didn't have to say it out loud,
- 22:14Speaker 2: But people on Reddit have been sharing their stories about
- 22:16Speaker 2: how they've been stopped by TSA because of their swamp crotch.
- 22:20Speaker 2: As it turns out, excessive sweat anywhere on your body
- 22:24Speaker 2: can trick these machines, according to an expert who explained
- 22:28Speaker 2: it and said that it has to do with the
- 22:30Speaker 2: millimeter wave technology that bounces off of water, So something
- 22:35Speaker 2: to keep in mind if you're extra sweaty.
- 22:36Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 22:38Speaker 2: I didn't want to say it.
- 22:39Speaker 3: I don't see it anymore.
- 22:40Speaker 2: There we go. We're done with that one. And Yo
- 22:42Speaker 2: Gabba Gabba is coming to Music City this summer. So
- 22:45Speaker 2: the whole crew is going to be here Saturday, August
- 22:47Speaker 2: twenty third. They're going to be at the Pinnacle. Tickets
- 22:50Speaker 2: go on sale today. If you want to bring your
- 22:52Speaker 2: kids to it, make sure you get on their fast.
- 22:54Speaker 2: I'm sure it's going to sell out pretty fast. I mean,
- 22:56Speaker 2: it's Yo Gabba Gabba. Let's be real, Rickistanche and those
- 23:00Speaker 2: are the three things you need to know.
- 23:01Speaker 3: Thank you very much, Ricky. I can't I can't stop
- 23:04Speaker 3: thinking about this.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Okay, I'm sorry. Had you now.
- 23:07Speaker 1: You want a thousand dollars, We're still paying your bills.
- 23:10Speaker 1: The first chance of the day to get a thousand dollars,
- 23:13Speaker 1: you must here at the river, Ricky, Zach.
- 23:17Speaker 2: And are your college slash Friday trends when you were
- 23:21Speaker 2: in college. It's one O seven five the river. Over
- 23:24Speaker 2: the weekend, Zach had his birthday party and it was
- 23:27Speaker 2: frat themes.
- 23:27Speaker 7: It was I literally have never been to a frat
- 23:29Speaker 7: party a day in my life. And then I saw
- 23:31Speaker 7: one on TV and I was like, I want to
- 23:33Speaker 7: throw a frat party so bad.
- 23:35Speaker 2: And for someone who has never been to a frat party,
- 23:38Speaker 2: you did a great child.
- 23:39Speaker 8: I feel like I did pretty good.
- 23:40Speaker 7: We had jello shots, we had jungle juice, we had cornhole.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Had a we had a kegs were happening.
- 23:48Speaker 3: Awesome.
- 23:49Speaker 2: There were a lot of people there who had been
- 23:51Speaker 2: to frats too, so that kind of helped guide you.
- 23:54Speaker 8: They brought the vibe.
- 23:55Speaker 1: You had big like Greek letters spelling out Zach in
- 23:58Speaker 1: the front yard.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Thought of everything.
- 24:01Speaker 8: It was a lot, It was a lot of work.
- 24:02Speaker 2: It made me think about when I would go to
- 24:04Speaker 2: frat parties when I was in college and like what
- 24:07Speaker 2: that was like. And I went the complete opposite way
- 24:09Speaker 2: when it came to trends, So not trends of what
- 24:12Speaker 2: we would do, but what we would wear. We used
- 24:15Speaker 2: to dress to the nines as the girls going to
- 24:17Speaker 2: the frat parties. It's like, you dressed up to go
- 24:20Speaker 2: to the front parties, which is so dumb because all
- 24:22Speaker 2: of the guys just wore T shirts.
- 24:23Speaker 7: Yeah, I feel like I'm picturing you, like in a
- 24:26Speaker 7: really tight short like dress and high heels, like jeans.
- 24:29Speaker 2: At a cute top. Oh, that's always what it was,
- 24:32Speaker 2: was jeans and a cutes and a cute I had
- 24:33Speaker 2: some platforms and that was always the go to. But
- 24:36Speaker 2: we're talking makeup, hair, done everything. This time around, I
- 24:39Speaker 2: was like, no, I'm not doing that, absolutely not. I
- 24:42Speaker 2: dressed as a straight up dude and it was so comfy.
- 24:45Speaker 2: I just literally wanted to dress like what I think
- 24:47Speaker 2: a frat dude would dress like nowadays, and that's what
- 24:50Speaker 2: I did.
- 24:50Speaker 7: I feel like a lot of people dress as dudes,
- 24:52Speaker 7: Like all of the female's dresses like dudes going because
- 24:55Speaker 7: we all went through.
- 24:56Speaker 2: But I just told not doing it again.
- 24:59Speaker 3: You're right.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Yeah, a lot of women with like the double pop
- 25:01Speaker 1: collars and stuff like that. It was they were really
- 25:04Speaker 1: embracing the frat guy theme of it all.
- 25:06Speaker 7: You know who didn't Kevin Man. I didn't as Kevin
- 25:11Speaker 7: mana not frat bro.
- 25:13Speaker 3: I know, well I didn't.
- 25:14Speaker 1: I don't know for some reason or anything of that
- 25:16Speaker 1: element of it. I truly didn't even think about wearing
- 25:19Speaker 1: anything special. But I don't know that wasn't the only
- 25:23Speaker 1: one was I yep?
- 25:25Speaker 3: Oh no.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Even our boss had his pop callars when he came over.
- 25:30Speaker 3: I told Jonathan it looked like an undercover cop. He
- 25:32Speaker 3: wa way too old to be dressed.
- 25:35Speaker 2: Some that is amazing, Like you think back to all
- 25:38Speaker 2: the things that you did in college. We had slapped
- 25:40Speaker 2: the bag, I had to bring a bag of wine.
- 25:42Speaker 7: We did do that we could, and that was one
- 25:45Speaker 7: I wasn't familiar with.
- 25:46Speaker 3: I don't know, slapped the bag.
- 25:48Speaker 7: Yeah, even I I've never gone to a frat party,
- 25:51Speaker 7: and even I knew that. But I did find this
- 25:53Speaker 7: really cool thing on Amazon that was like a liquor shooter,
- 25:55Speaker 7: so it looks like a NERF gun, and but you
- 25:58Speaker 7: put it like shots in the back of.
- 25:59Speaker 8: It in people's map.
- 26:01Speaker 2: There was a lot happening.
- 26:02Speaker 8: It was insane.
- 26:03Speaker 3: I have a video of you doing that, Robin. Really
- 26:05Speaker 3: did it look like you blew a hole point.
- 26:07Speaker 2: We stole a shopping cart that we found in the alleyway.
- 26:10Speaker 2: We were in the shopping cart while I was in
- 26:13Speaker 2: the shopping car.
- 26:13Speaker 8: Were in the shopping car.
- 26:14Speaker 2: I was doing skate tricks in the shop car.
- 26:16Speaker 1: There were a pinatas with adult things, and I'm like,
- 26:19Speaker 1: it was really it was a good it was a
- 26:20Speaker 1: good part.
- 26:20Speaker 8: I'm glad that you guys had time.
- 26:22Speaker 2: I had the most fun.
- 26:23Speaker 8: I did a lot of.
- 26:24Speaker 7: Googling beforehand to make sure that I nailed the frat
- 26:26Speaker 7: party scene.
- 26:29Speaker 2: Ricky, Zach and Menno in the Daily Double Tap today
- 26:32Speaker 2: is an inspiration.
- 26:34Speaker 4: Uh.
- 26:34Speaker 3: This woman.
- 26:35Speaker 2: We have to play her on one of seven five
- 26:36Speaker 2: of the River because she has a lot to say.
- 26:38Speaker 2: She's eighty seven years old, She's of a lot of life,
- 26:41Speaker 2: and I feel like her message is just like a
- 26:43Speaker 2: really nice message to hear.
- 26:45Speaker 8: All right, let's hear it.
- 26:46Speaker 10: I'm eighty seven years old. I don't feel eighty seven.
- 26:49Speaker 10: I don't think eighty seven. The old age is supposed
- 26:52Speaker 10: to be is no longer. I feel like in think
- 26:55Speaker 10: like I'm still sixty, sometimes fifty and sometimes twenty two.
- 26:59Speaker 10: The most important thing you to get older.
- 27:02Speaker 2: You have to stay involved.
- 27:04Speaker 10: You have to use your brain interacting with other people,
- 27:08Speaker 10: which is one of the most important thing, which.
- 27:11Speaker 2: Has to do stuff.
- 27:12Speaker 6: Here.
- 27:13Speaker 8: Do I have things.
- 27:14Speaker 10: Along with you?
- 27:14Speaker 2: Of course I do so much.
- 27:17Speaker 10: Everybody's got stuff.
- 27:18Speaker 2: I'm lucky.
- 27:19Speaker 10: I get up every morning. I know who I am,
- 27:23Speaker 10: I know where I am, and I have a purpose.
- 27:26Speaker 3: Yes, a men and a men.
- 27:28Speaker 2: Isn't that so nice?
- 27:29Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 27:30Speaker 1: I mean that we all should strive to be all
- 27:33Speaker 1: the things you decaid.
- 27:33Speaker 8: I feel like every age that you are. That's a
- 27:36Speaker 8: really good thing to hear and remember.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Well, that's the daily double tap today. I want to
- 27:41Speaker 2: seven five the River.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Love that good find Ricky will post it if you
- 27:43Speaker 1: want to see it, share it. It's going up on
- 27:45Speaker 1: our Instagram stories at one oh seven five the River.
- 27:48Speaker 1: We always put the daily double tap up there.
- 27:50Speaker 4: One Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning
