- 2:51to Believe in the Journey Podcast where I'm your host, Javita Harris, and
- 2:55we are slowly wrapping up Season one of Belief in the Journey Podcast along with
- 3:01my other podcast family members, the crew. So I want to start off
- 3:07by saying thank you guys for being here from the very beginning and tuning in
- 3:13and showing your love and support not only for me but for all of my
- 3:16family members of the crew y'all. I have no idea what happened, but
- 3:30we are having some technical difficulties. We were having this before we got started.
- 3:36I had my brother who was gonna be my guest tonight, but we
- 3:40are experiencing to technical difficulties. He's dealing with the storm and my lights over
- 3:47here are starting to flicker. So if we go out, just understand that
- 3:52we are just trying to do what we need to do while God is doing
- 3:57his work as well. So I cannot do anything without going to God first.
- 4:00So, Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for bringing us here tonight,
- 4:03as you do each and every time we come before you. Let the words
- 4:08of my mouth be connected to the ears that need to hear I am not
- 4:12sure where you want me to go tonight, but I'm going to be obedient
- 4:15to what you tell me to do. And your precious and holy name Jesus,
- 4:18I pray Amen. I'm going to bring up my mentor tonight, and
- 4:24I want to talk to miss Angela and let her know just how much I
- 4:30appreciate the push, you know, So come on up, queen. Yeah,
- 4:44I swear technology is not always as friendly as it needs to be,
- 4:50but this podcast has really brought me out of my shell in so many different
- 4:59ways. Because I am normally in the background pushing somebody else to be in
- 5:04the forefront. Because I not only am the small one of the group of
- 5:12any people I'm included with is because when you're only four eight, people tend
- 5:17to overlook you. They don't really see you as being noticeable. But just
- 5:26because I'm small and statue doesn't mean that I'm not going to be seen.
- 5:30But I've always been in the shadow of other people and never being in the
- 5:32front of what I needed to do. But being with Angela, she has
- 5:40pushed me outside of my comfort zone. From meeting her when I did the
- 5:45virtual monologue a Mask behind the Mask, and ever since then she has pushed
- 5:50me outside of my comfort zone to do things that I would not normally do.
- 5:57Even though I prayed and asked God to help me to step out side
- 6:00of my comfort zone, I did not know what that entail. I was
- 6:06just saying to help me step outside of my comfort zone and step into the
- 6:11person that He's created me to be. And so with that being said,
- 6:16I've done a lot of things that I did not know I was capable of
- 6:20doing, but other people saw the potential, and I've been able to grow
- 6:26in many, many different ways in many different areas. Twenty twenty, I
- 6:30wrote a book due to the push of my best friend, even though I
- 6:34was really stubborn about that as well. But she didn't let up. She
- 6:42pushed until I did it, and from there I've written three books. From
- 6:47there, I started a publishing business, and from there I've published an anthology
- 6:57book and I'm working on a second one or another client, and I'm working
- 7:02on to other books for myself. So it has been a journey. So
- 7:12hello, Hello, if it let me on, if it let me listen,
- 7:25I'm sweared. I know it's been. It's doing its own thing.
- 7:32It's doing its own thing. But you were gonna make it do what it
- 7:41do. But right now I want to take this time and this opportunity to
- 7:44tell you just how much I appreciate you, and I thank you for pushing
- 7:48me outside of my little space, in my little bubble, because I can
- 7:57easily hide behind myself, but you don't let me hide, you don't let
- 8:01me stay in the space where I'm comfortable, you know, and meeting you
- 8:07in twenty twenty when we did the virtual monologue together, and you have been
- 8:18pretty much consistent and persistent in making sure I stay on task of what you
- 8:26see for me, you know, So I want to make sure that I
- 8:30tell you thank you and how much I appreciate you for being the leader and
- 8:33being a big sister, being a source of support, being a source of
- 8:39encouragement and inspiration because there's so many things that I see by being in the
- 8:48space with you, and you're encouraged not only myself but everyone that you meet.
- 8:56And you're never selfish with what you give, and that's a blessing because
- 9:01not always people will look for what they can gain from helping without you know,
- 9:09saying I'm just helping you because I want to, and not looking for
- 9:13something in return, So thank you. Well, just well, I think
- 9:22I have to thank the people that I come in contact with, the people
- 9:28that allow me in their space, because you know, there are billions of
- 9:33people in this world, and you could have chose to occupy space with those
- 9:41billions of people in this world, but yet you chose to be in a
- 9:46space with me, in my circle and my realm. I thank God for
- 9:54that because I'm not always been in a place where I've been that person that
- 10:01cared about the next person. You know, you look at me about ten
- 10:07years ago, when I was in college, I had this attitude to where
- 10:16if it didn't benefit me, I didn't care, never about the next person.
- 10:22Seriously that that was the actage. That's true I had, But that
- 10:30allowed me to go through some things under why I have had these conversations with
- 10:39people. Even with my mom at thirteen and fourteen, I used to have
- 10:45these grown up conversations with her. I thought, you know, why am
- 10:50I having these conversations with her? But now I see why I was having
- 10:54these conversations with her because I lost my mom twelve days after my sixteenth birthday,
- 11:00and it's been my mom would have been seventy seven the fourth and like,
- 11:09now, I see why we had those conversations because those things that she
- 11:16instilled in me have been able to remind me and keep me in a place
- 11:24of humbleness, because sometime we'll get in a place to where we start to
- 11:31think that this is about us when it's right. So I'm thankful for my
- 11:37journey. I'm thankful for every person that has crossed my path. I'm thankful
- 11:46for just being able to lead by example. You know, oftentimes we say
- 11:50we want to be a leader, but are we willing to learn along this
- 11:58journey? That means be teachable, be willing to you know, take that
- 12:03critical take that you know you might can do it this way, or you
- 12:09might can do it. You know. Sometimes people don't. People are not
- 12:13coachable, that's true, willing to relearn some things that they learned in error,
- 12:20you know, right, Yeah, I think that sometimes in leadership,
- 12:26I think some people misunderstand the role of a leader because sometimes a leader has
- 12:31to step back and be a follower too, and sometimes they don't want to
- 12:37do that because they don't think that they can learn from the next person.
- 12:41And being a true leader is learning and knowing when to follow. And I
- 12:48haven't always been in situations and places where I felt like I was the leader
- 12:54in anything. But as I look back, like I have a new person
- 13:00that's been training with me over the last couple of weeks. And she told
- 13:05me the other day Friday, she was like, I intimidate her. And
- 13:09I asked her, I said, well, how do I intimidate you?
- 13:13She said, well, you know, when you're sitting away from me,
- 13:16I'm comfortable and I'm okay. But now that we're up close and I'm right
- 13:20beside you, and I'm watching you register seven people while I'm still over here
- 13:26working on one, it's intimidating. And I told her, I said,
- 13:30well, first off, don't focus on what I'm doing, I said,
- 13:33because you're doing an excellent job, I said, And you're doing everything that
- 13:37you're supposed to be doing. I said. So you are good at what
- 13:41you do because you've been trained. I said, So don't watch what I'm
- 13:46doing. Your speed will get up to par I said, But I've been
- 13:48doing this so long that it comes to second nature. I said, so
- 13:54don't be intimidated by me. But if it makes you feel any better,
- 13:58I will sit at the end so that you don't have to focus on what
- 14:01I'm doing. She was like, but you just you make it look so
- 14:05easy that it's intimidating. I said, well, baby, listen, don't
- 14:09be intimidated, because we're right here together and we're doing the same job.
- 14:13I said. It's just the fact that I've been doing it a little longer
- 14:16so i can multitask, I said. And plus I've been by myself,
- 14:20so I've had to I said. But you're good, girl, You are
- 14:24all right. It is no worries and there's no need to be intimidated because
- 14:28you got it. But you know, people, you know, I look
- 14:39at myself as being being a little direct in certain situations where people can't always
- 14:52handle that, because I think some people want you to sugarcoat certain things for
- 14:56them when it's a learning experience, and you can't always sugarcoat when it's a
- 15:01necessity. Especially working in healthcare, you can't sugar coat certain things because you
- 15:07got to follow certain protocols, so you gotta be very direct. But most
- 15:13people don't like that, and they don't understand that I'm not here to hold
- 15:18your hand. I'm here to make sure that you do the job and do
- 15:20it correctly, So you got to remove the feelings from it and be able
- 15:26to do what you're supposed to do right. And then we have to understand
- 15:31too that we all have our own speed, we all have our own niche,
- 15:35we all have that thing that we have that is it's for us.
- 15:41So of course you you and then you you've been that long with than her,
- 15:48So who you you've got, you've grasped it. She's still learning,
- 15:54and yeah, it'll come, like it's gonna come. And then when when
- 15:58she trained somebody, then she's gonna be able to experience the same thing that
- 16:03that that she experienced with you, because they gonna look at her and be
- 16:07like, because I can imagine everybody probably say that about their trainer, because
- 16:12yeah, they're trainer for a reason. Muh, because they have experienced this
- 16:19and they have the wisdom and the knowledge to transfer that to somebody else.
- 16:25And see, sometimes we don't, we don't grasp that, we don't grasp
- 16:30that along this journey and we miss out, like we look at what everybody
- 16:34else is doing on their entrepreneur journey. And you know, as an author,
- 16:41as a as a creative person, as a entrepreneur, you know a
- 16:48lot of us were doing the same thing, but we are all different.
- 16:53Yeah, we we don't all see things the same. We don't have the
- 16:57same perspective. I may look at something and it may look look yellow to
- 17:03me, and you may look at it and it may look orange, So
- 17:07you may see it differently. But we may have similar similar aspects or perspectives
- 17:15about it, but overall it still comes out different because we are not the
- 17:19same. None of us are the same. And when we grasp that,
- 17:23it's like we're able to work with other people. We're able to pour into
- 17:27other people, We're able to help other people with their talents. Because guess
- 17:32what, where everybody think that I may be this person that just got it
- 17:37going on or this person that just got it all together, there still may
- 17:41be areas where I'm weak and y'all can help me. And that's where I
- 17:48don't think we grasp the fact that when we say we have we're a part
- 17:52of this circle. You know, a circle, it is a bond that
- 17:56can never be broken. It's connected all the way around, it's we together.
- 18:03So guess what if everybody in the circle got a circle, then guess
- 18:07what all of these circles are connected around and guess what. As these circles
- 18:11connect around you got them connecting all the way around the circle, then guess
- 18:17what, it ripples out and guess what. If you are a great leader,
- 18:22then as those circles grow, then guess what, it all comes back
- 18:26to you. Because if you're a great leader, then people are not gonna
- 18:30forget that leader. People are not going to forget what you did for them
- 18:33and what they can pay on to the next person. That's why I try
- 18:38to pour into people the way I pour into it. That's why I try
- 18:42to make people understand that they are a purpose that they didn't get dropped out
- 18:48of the sky. And just as you know you see doing whatever I'm doing,
- 18:53you can do it too, because who am I? Right? Who
- 18:56am I? And I want you to do it? And if I can
- 19:00help you do it, I'm gonna help you do it. Guess what,
- 19:03Because guess what? If you do what I do, then I know you're
- 19:07gonna help somebody else, because that's what I always try to help somebody else.
- 19:11I never go to a platform without sharing it with somebody else, and
- 19:17that's what I tell people. So every time y'all see me sharing the fact
- 19:21that I've been featured in a magazine or featured in this and featured in that,
- 19:25you better better believe that I ain't being featured by myself. You better
- 19:30believe that somebody else gonna be featured right along with me. You may not
- 19:33see us advertising it together, because that's how we gotta do. Right in
- 19:37fact that we've done it, you know that that's how that mattered. If
- 19:42you do it for the next person, then it can continue, it can
- 19:45continue, and it can become a ripple effect. And if everything become a
- 19:48ripple effect, then we'll begin to see the change that we desired to see.
- 19:52That's how modeling exactly exactly. And that's one thing that I can honestly
- 19:56say, is that anything that I've learned and just being with you and before
- 20:03I even met you, anything that I've learned, I've always tried my best
- 20:07to share it with somebody else. Because I didn't know a lot about self
- 20:12publishing. I didn't know a lot, but I taught myself. But I've
- 20:17been able to teach what I know to other people as well, and I
- 20:22always tell them any new person that I come in contact with my publishing business,
- 20:26is that what I know I'm willing to share with you. It's not
- 20:30about the money for me, because if it was about the money, I'll
- 20:36never get it, you know, because the money is not what's gonna motivate
- 20:38me. The money will eventually come how it's supposed to, but that's not
- 20:42what motivates me to do what I do. I do it because what am
- 20:47I gonna do with this knowledge when I'm no longer here. If I've kept
- 20:49it in the whole entire time, nobody benefits from that, you know,
- 20:55nobody benefits from it staying within me. So anything that I know, I'm
- 20:59willing to share with the next person so that they can actually share it with
- 21:02somebody else, because I don't understand people who are selfish, are that looks
- 21:07to gain monetarily just to say that they did something without the actual care and
- 21:15concern that goes along with it, because yeah, you can get the money,
- 21:19but do you really care about the person that you're helping. No,
- 21:23I really care about them, and I want to ensure that they get the
- 21:26best of me, because I'm not gonna give them just the worst or just
- 21:30a little bit, just so that they can say that I can say that
- 21:33I did something for them that's just not I can't see how people do it.
- 21:38It bothers me when they do stuff like that, because it's like and
- 21:42then what also bothers me about that is in they want to try to throw
- 21:47God over in there. God ain't pleased with that foolishness at all. You
- 21:51can prosper right now, but in the end, it's gonna come back on
- 21:55you. You know, I just I don't know. I don't understan saying
- 22:00that every time everything that's done in the dark, I always come back.
- 22:07I mean, there's a scripture that that reminds us that you know, everything
- 22:10that you think you doing in secret shall be revealed. You know, you
- 22:14you think you getting away with it like and and and I thank God for
- 22:18confirmation because it was confirmed to me the other night right here alive on air.
- 22:22You know some things that I have been wrestling with, you know,
- 22:26wrestling with people, wrestling with you know, am I doing enough? Am
- 22:33I am? I? You know, just wrestling with a lot of stuff.
- 22:36And you know God is good because he'll send his angels, he said,
- 22:40his problem, send his word. He'll send what just what you need
- 22:45on time. And and he touched me and I'm just so pleased to be
- 22:51to be a part of the Cooper podcasts. I'm so I'm thankful for brother
- 22:56oh Over on the w b n N. This year coming up twenty twenty
- 23:00four, May twenty four, I will celebrate my fourth year on the network.
- 23:07I never thought I would I will be doing broadcasting. I never thought
- 23:11I would be doing a lot of the stuff that I do. You talking
- 23:15about a girl that really really stuttered. I had an attitude when it comes
- 23:19to talking because my teacher when I was in third grade, she scarred me
- 23:25because I used to read and talk really really fast, and after everything,
- 23:30she would always make me pause and I would get an attitude and I would
- 23:33do that. So when I started reading and we have to read out loud,
- 23:37and I would always like to read out loud, and I would do
- 23:41this. It was like always slacking my lips and like I just had an
- 23:45attitude, and like I never thought that I would be doing broadcasting. Never
- 23:53thought even you know, I've been on two syndicated radio stations. I've been
- 23:57a part of the wb IN for four years. And you know what Brother
- 24:02oh Usta always tell me. He said, Angela, you can do this.
- 24:06He said, you can do this. He said, you can do
- 24:07this, and I'm gonna have to get him over here on the network and
- 24:10really show him how much I appreciate him, because if it was not for
- 24:14him, we wouldn't be right here tonight on the Crew podcast doing just this.
- 24:19You know, I listened to him. I listened to the story of
- 24:23how he got into broadcasts and how somebody told me the same thing. And
- 24:29he will always tell me, and this brother will always tell me. I
- 24:32see you, I see you going in the Hall of Fame. I see
- 24:34you doing this. I see you doing this. But guess what, I
- 24:38didn't see it. But when I began to see it, when I begin
- 24:42to say, well, that could be me, because guess what I was
- 24:45between two Hall of famers. You had Jared Petito that came on on Tuesday
- 24:49before myself, and then you had Brother Honey that came on after me.
- 24:56This is people were in the Hall of Fame and been in the Hall of
- 24:57Fame since before, and I'm in between them. So guess what I had
- 25:02to show up. I had to show up. Because I didn't show up,
- 25:06they would show up around me and I didn't want that. So I
- 25:10had to show up. So I began to show up. I began to
- 25:14believe that I could be a Hall of Famer too. And this is as
- 25:18soon as I started believing it myself, guess what happened and started showing International
- 25:25Radio Hall of Fame this year a class of twenty twenty three. I never
- 25:33I'm talking about you, talking about cutry girl from Cleveland, South Carolina.
- 25:36People be like, where is that at? And then they always making jokes
- 25:38about leveland and calling it Neverland, Like no, it's in between Abbeville and
- 25:45Anderson, in between us it Atraville. Yeah like no. But anyway,
- 25:53I'm thankful because even my peers, my peers own the network, they thought
- 25:59enough for me to vote me host of the Year. I'm a Host of
- 26:03the year. Betweenty twenty three. I won that Anna Wydell Host of the
- 26:07Year award that was on the network and she passed away and brother old name
- 26:18of the award after her. And it represents someone with resilience because they said,
- 26:26that's what she did, and she was someone that spoke her truth.
- 26:30She was someone that if she believed in something, she stood on the end
- 26:34like that's me, Like I I didn't get the chance the opportunity. But
- 26:44yeah, yes, that's my and then I'm excited. I'm excited about season
- 26:49two for us, for y'all. Hopefully I'll get to stay behind the scenes
- 26:55a little more. Hopefully we will. Thank you Tanya for jumping on.
- 27:00Yes, you need to join the Crew podcast, join the family. We
- 27:03do have six spots available if you would like to be a part of the
- 27:10Crew Podcast. And we're gonna be doing some things different coming up this season.
- 27:15Everyone that joined this year, you're gonna have a founding hosts to work
- 27:19with you. You're gonna have someone that you will be assigned to to work
- 27:23with you and to be that support for you throughout the whole entire year,
- 27:29and then next year you get to do this same thing for somebody. It's
- 27:36always pouring into and the overthrow and pour into one cup and overflow into the
- 27:45next. That nobody's cup is ever in. But you know, this year
- 27:53has been truly, truly, it's been outstanding because to go from where I
- 28:04saw my I saw myself in the beginning, I was very, very timid
- 28:11and shy, did not want to talk to anybody, want to interview anybody,
- 28:18didn't want to do none of that. But number one, I was
- 28:19obedient to what God said to do. So I made the phone call and
- 28:23I asked you what was the podcast about. So when you told me what
- 28:29it was about, what you were looking for, I said, okay,
- 28:32I'll do it. But in the back of my mind, I'm like,
- 28:34I don't do public speaking. I don't do none of this. I just
- 28:40don't. But I've seen the growth within myself and even like tonight, my
- 28:47guess that I originally had did not confirm. And also I tried to get
- 28:52my brother but they're having a storm so didn't get to work that out.
- 28:57But you know, I would have just been like, Okay, you know
- 29:00what, we're not even going to do the show because nobody is available or
- 29:06anything like that. But I even, you know, did a quick little
- 29:11talk in the beginning. And I still sometimes want to just go hide in
- 29:17the back and just sit back there and let everybody else do everything. But
- 29:22I'm stepping more into who God has called me to be and not shine away
- 29:29from that. And I thank everybody from our crew family that has been very
- 29:36supportive and encouraging through everything, and you know, losing Mom in the midst
- 29:42of all of that, that was really tough, you know, but to
- 29:47stay strong and to still be able to do this, And this is one
- 29:51of the other things that keeps me motivated to do this because Mama loved the
- 29:55podcast. You know how much she loved the family, and she just knew
- 30:00she was part of it anyway, and you ain't have to tell her she
- 30:03was or she was. She was part of it, recards. So I
- 30:07want to make sure that I may continue to make her proud by doing what
- 30:14she enjoyed watching me do. Definitely was a part of the Crew. Yes,
- 30:22that was That was my purple lip friend. That was my purpose.
- 30:26I tell you, I enjoyed having her. She's always going to be a
- 30:32part of the Proof podcast. I'm definitely going to try to figure out a
- 30:37way to keep her memory alive. You know, she is an honorary host
- 30:42here. Yeah, it will always be an honorary host. That would be
- 30:48a memory that we're able to keep alive. And I am going to figure
- 30:52out a way that I can keep that alive. And I'm excited about twenty
- 31:00No. A lot of people slipped on the Crew podcast, but I want
- 31:03them to know that there are six amazing individuals. If I've watched them grow
- 31:11and if y'all tune in next Sunday, it's going to be our family show,
- 31:17so everybody's gonna have a chance to be on. And then we're all
- 31:19gonna come back on December the thirty first, which will be our last show,
- 31:26and it will be the last show of the year because it will Year's
- 31:30Eve. We're gonna be on same time, eight o'clock. That still give
- 31:33y'all plenty of time to bring in the new year. And we're not gonna
- 31:38stay on loan. We're gonna try to get on and off within thirty forty
- 31:42five minutes, so you still got time. If you go on somewhere,
- 31:45you still got time to get there and all that good stuff. But we're
- 31:49gonna close out the year with y'all because you are our family. We will
- 31:56not be right here where we are if it was not those that's forward us.
- 32:00For those that have been following us on Facebook, we finally reached over
- 32:07a thousand followers, so shout out to the podcast and I've been watching our
- 32:15our followship is up. At least we still being recognized as a rising creative
- 32:24a influencer, so we are doing what we are supposed to be doing so
- 32:30next year, I look forward season two for to uh, you know,
- 32:35just continue what we're doing and continue to build, continue to support each other,
- 32:39and continue to grow our individual brands, because wherever we go, we
- 32:45are always our brand, whether it's the Coup podcast or whether on the road
- 32:53doing these doing these red carpet events that we're gonna be doing in twenty four.
- 32:59So I'm telling you get ready to see the Crew podcast. We are
- 33:01more than just a on air live podcast. We're gonna be out live at
- 33:08these events. You're gonna be able to see us more out in the community
- 33:12because we are a community. We're a family, and part of the family
- 33:16is being out in the community. So now all the time you're gonna just
- 33:22in in virtually in the studio. Sometimes you're gonna see us coming to you
- 33:27guys live from the events that we are at. We're gonna be interviewing people
- 33:31on the red carpet. We're gonna be doing a lot of stuff in twenty
- 33:35twenty four. We have a book tour that's gonna be out along with the
- 33:44Chasing Your Dream book tour and expo. It's back, y'all is back,
- 33:49and Terita's gonna be hosted in Spartanburg. She's gonna be hosting event in Spartanburg.
- 33:53Patrece is gonna be hosting event down in Charleston, and I'm gonna be
- 33:58hosting event in Myrtle Beach. And we have some other ambassadors that's gonna be
- 34:01hosting in different locations out of the US. We have ten stops that we're
- 34:09gonna do in twenty twenty four. We are working on the detail. Each
- 34:15ambassador is kind of working on their area, and we're going to be sharing
- 34:19the details as we come along. So y'all stay tuned, stay connected,
- 34:22and make sure that you are connected to these different brands, because I'm telling
- 34:27you the podcast is we y'all. We are a mixture of everything. When
- 34:30I said of everything, you got your reader right here like she was the
- 34:37books you got her. If you need a book published, she can run
- 34:42you down a to z you you got over there. She's a book viewer.
- 34:47She does blocks. She anything I gotta do with books over there,
- 34:54she will help you with it. She even started right y'all. She's in
- 35:00a couple of anathologies with me. Y'all. I'm telling you, I push
- 35:02you outside your comfort on. So don't uh. I'm telling you, she's
- 35:15supportive and she always shows up. She's always so one, and she would
- 35:20do whatever it is she don't. I mean, I don't know what she
- 35:22can't do because I see all these flyers this she doing. I see all
- 35:28of the different connections that she's making. I see all of the different things.
- 35:32So where when we have all the personal consultation, me and her really
- 35:37don't have one. I'm not she could really help me out with some stuff.
- 35:42I tell you, I'm about to push out of her comfort zone.
- 35:45She's gonna be like, why are you doing this? But because I've been
- 35:50trying to push up for the last few years and she ain't been wanting to
- 35:52come out of So if you can push a little bit more, she might
- 36:00When I finished with her, she might have wish she might not have followed
- 36:04you over here. Okay, Look, I keept trying to tell her,
- 36:14you can't follow me everywhere I go. Now you follow me in certain places,
- 36:16they gonna get you in the space you ain't gonna be ready for you.
- 36:25But you know you gotta be Yeah, because there is no I guess
- 36:36you could say there is and that you got Alma, you got, you
- 36:42got minister Alma. She coming with inspirational next year, she's gonna be giving
- 36:46out the inspirational. And not to tell you she's truly been a warrior because
- 36:51yes, stroke, massive stroke two years ago, confined to a bed,
- 36:54Yet this lady still show up. She has not missed the show. She
- 37:00may not show up all of the shows, but she do share, She
- 37:04do catch you play, She do try to jump phone when I tell you,
- 37:08she showed up when she can, and I'm thankful for that. You
- 37:13know. She said she's gonna do better in twenty twenty four. I'm looking
- 37:15forward to that because I know it's gonna be amazing. And she's had her
- 37:21battles, her illness and all that, but you know, so we're looking
- 37:28forward to, you know how God is gonna continue to restore her and she'll
- 37:32be able to show up better, you know. And I'm just looking to
- 37:37who God is gonna bring to sit at the table with us and to be
- 37:40a part of what we've already established. Y'all established this, y'all, the
- 37:45founding six, the founding six, y'all established this, y'all. Y'all,
- 37:52y'all established the Crew podcast, because y'all are what the Crew podcasts have been
- 37:58established. People say y'all, people say y'all show up, people say y'all
- 38:01deliver these shows. People saw y'all sitting in front of the camera and interview
- 38:07these amazing people that y'all have had in the show. I've learned so much
- 38:12and I've sit back behind the scene my heart filled with joy because guess what,
- 38:16these are people that you know, connected with me and said, now,
- 38:21I'm gonna give it a chance. I'm gonna try. I'm gonna be
- 38:22a part of the Crew podcast. And the scene, y'all moving and grooving
- 38:27in your elements. It just does something to me, and I get excited.
- 38:31I get excited. It's the proud mama feeling I believe, you know,
- 38:36like, look at my babies. Look at my babies out there doing
- 38:40it, you know. But you know, like I said, that's what
- 38:44it is. And yeah, you know, look at my babies out there.
- 38:50But you know, I want to say that twenty twenty four is definitely
- 38:53going to be another year where God is definitely gonna show out and show out
- 38:59as he's done for twenty twenty three for us. But I cannot leave this
- 39:05show again without telling you just how much I am grateful that he connected our
- 39:12past, because had he not connected our pasts, who knows where I would
- 39:16have been and who knows what I would be doing. But I know that
- 39:20it was by God's design that we both met at the time we met,
- 39:25and we continue to have things that He keeps us connected with. And you
- 39:31know you had mentioned something earlier, and I just want to elaborate on that.
- 39:37You know, everybody has their things that they're good at. And you
- 39:42know, I was thinking the other day about a picture, and you know,
- 39:46people will say it's picture perfect, but the picture is never really perfect.
- 39:52It depends on the viewer. So it's the perspective of the viewer that
- 39:55makes the picture perfect. You know, we've had our flaws and everything that
- 40:00we've done from start to finish, but in some people's eyes, there's still
- 40:05a lot of imperfections. But when you look at us and we asked,
- 40:08you know, was this good or was that bad or whatever, we can
- 40:13say it was perfect because it was perfect for in the moment that we needed
- 40:15it to be. And if you look back, Yak, you can see
- 40:19where you could have done something better. But the picture is only perfect to
- 40:23the viewer. So if the viewer doesn't see that it's perfect, then this
- 40:28the viewer that's looking at it. So nothing is ever going to be perfect
- 40:34in the eyes of one person, but it's going to be perfect in the
- 40:38person who's viewing it. And we've perfected what we were supposed to perfect and
- 40:45we're getting better at each and everything. So just because my view may be
- 40:50a little flawed today doesn't mean that it won't be perfect tomorrow. But you
- 40:53know, I can't do anything without God, and He leads the path to
- 40:59everything that I do. And as always, I thank you, I love
- 41:02you, I adore you. I'm going to allow you to continue to push
- 41:07me outside of my comfort zone, even though sometimes I want to plant my
- 41:10feet and say no, I'm not gonna do it, but I know it
- 41:14ain't gonna work anyway, So there's no need in fighting that at all,
- 41:20because it's not gonna work. So I'm gonna close out with saying thank you.
- 41:27But you know I never close the show without saying stay out of God's
- 41:31business. The only thing that he requires you to do is to be obedient
- 41:35to what he's called you to do. So as always, I thank you
- 41:38guys for tuning in and prepare yourselves for the end of this year. But
- 41:45get ready because God is not finished with us, and He has so much
- 41:49more for us to do and bring to you in twenty twenty four. So
- 41:52do not sleep on the Crew podcast because if you do, you're gonna miss
- 41:57it. All right, Love you guys, have a good night. I
- 42:06don't think I
