- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello, that looks better, doesn't it?
- 0:02Speaker 1: Felix here, and welcome to this pre-market live stream the first Trump back in power live stream 2025, and a lot's happened and a lot of opportunities have just opened up, and a ton more are going to open up over the next couple of days.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I want to walk you through which ones are the best, which ones are the ones to watch out for.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I want to tell you what Wall Street's thinking and dreaming and if you have any questions, of course, put them in the chat here.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Michael, asking about Trump's removal of the EV mandate, I'll walk you through that.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I'll explain to you why.
- 0:39Speaker 1: That looks like a bad thing on the outset, but it's actually a glorious thing if you really think it through.
- 0:46Speaker 1: So I'm going to walk you through lots of that.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Monica is trying to make me blush.
- 0:52Speaker 1: So well done, monica.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Let me share my screen with you there.
- 0:57Speaker 1: And OK, here we go.
- 0:59Speaker 1: We've got a quote from Druckenmiller.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Druckenmiller, however, you want to pronounce that, depending on how Germanic you are Old hedge fund guy right, used to work for Soros the evil, but very, very good at managing money, one of the smartest money managers ever out there, and look what he says.
- 1:15Speaker 1: He says we've just gone from arguably the most anti-business administration to the opposite.
- 1:21Speaker 1: We do a lot of talking to CEOs and companies on the ground, and CEOs are somewhere between relieved and giddy Giddy, like Elon is giddy right now.
- 1:33Speaker 1: We're a believer in animal spirits.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Animal spirits is a Wall Street phrase for everything that's going to go to the moon, essentially, and he says even more than that, and we will look at individual stocks Tesla and Palantir and everything in just a second here.
- 1:47Speaker 1: But this is important I want you to understand a little bit the bigger picture so you actually understand what the individual stocks look like.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I've already outlined a couple that we're going to definitely look like.
- 1:58Speaker 1: And, kim, you are, of course, correct, love the sound of ka-ching, which is probably a phrase that is offensive to sound, isn't it?
- 2:07Speaker 1: I'm sure it is Ka-ching.
- 2:09Speaker 1: And so here we go.
- 2:11Speaker 1: Jock Miller says in my business, every change creates a change in stock prices.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Having this kind of radical change from one position to the other, blah, blah, blah, you've got deregulation, disruption.
- 2:21Speaker 1: There'll be a lot of change.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I wouldn't worry about the market, as in the market's going to do well.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I would focus on individual stocks, and I completely agree with the man.
- 2:32Speaker 1: I've been saying the very same thing for the last probably 18 months.
- 2:36Speaker 1: We have been, and continue to be, in a market where certain sectors and certain stocks do insanely well, like Palantir did.
- 2:43Speaker 1: What 300% last year?
- 2:45Speaker 1: Right, the rest of the market, 25% still very nice, but would you rather have 300% or 25%?
- 2:51Speaker 1: Seriously, put it in the chat.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Would you rather have 25%?
- 2:54Speaker 1: So, put 25% in the chat.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Would you rather have 300% up?
- 2:58Speaker 1: Put 300% up in the chat.
- 2:59Speaker 1: And, of course, I'm not promising you either returns before anybody calls the SEC, if that's still a thing, unless Trump's fired them all on DEI grounds.
- 3:13Speaker 1: But you know which way do you want to be?
- 3:15Speaker 1: Is 2025 the death of index funds?
- 3:18Speaker 1: Okay, some of you, most of you, want 300%.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Some of you want 500%.
- 3:23Speaker 1: 400, says Logan Exactly, why be greedy?
- 3:28Speaker 1: Right?
- 3:28Speaker 1: 9,999%?
- 3:31Speaker 1: I love you for that Brilliant.
- 3:32Speaker 1: So therefore you need to learn how to pick those stocks.
- 3:39Speaker 1: How did Druckenmiller learn it?
- 3:41Speaker 1: He had a guy who taught him.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I can guarantee you that he didn't wake up one morning and went I am now the messiah of stock picking.
- 3:48Speaker 1: That doesn't happen.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I mean, you can try, but it doesn't happen.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Maybe you have a really good direct line up there.
- 3:54Speaker 1: If you do drop me a message, but really, the only way to do it is to find somebody to learn from and, if you would like, I will be that person for you, because I was taught by bankers.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I have a bunch of mentors.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I probably spend $100,000 a month on mentors.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Does that sound crazy?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Probably sounds crazy, doesn't it?
- 4:16Speaker 1: Maybe it's just a little bit less, maybe it's 80, but something in that region, and it gives me tremendous insight and access to people.
- 4:24Speaker 1: And if you want that access and you want me to share with you exactly what I do and how I do it, then join me on friday morning at 10 am eastern time.
- 4:35Speaker 1: See the link over here felix, friends at all slash webinar that I'm posting, pointing out it's also down below in the description and you can join us and you can join quite a few other people who have already signed up for this, which I'm super excited about.
- 4:49Speaker 1: When I last checked, it was 3,855 of you, which is cool and totally blows our thousand people webinar size.
- 4:59Speaker 1: So I'm going to have to do something about that.
- 5:01Speaker 1: I don't worry, I'll fix it with Zoom to make sure you guys all have access to it, but I love that.
- 5:06Speaker 1: I think we'll probably up it to 5,000 seats.
- 5:09Speaker 1: So that gives us another 1,100, which will probably be gone by the end of this live stream.
- 5:13Speaker 1: So sign up phoenixfriendsorg slash webinar to make 2025 the bigliest year you could ever have thought of.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So let me walk you through.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Come up with our favorite stocks, and I've also got a couple of real kind of bangers saved for you that I think could potentially make us a lot of money.
- 5:34Speaker 1: But first let me cheer you up with the green and the green and the green Basically.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Look at this.
- 5:39Speaker 1: The stock market is already going.
- 5:41Speaker 1: We love the new administration.
- 5:44Speaker 1: They're a little bit nutty, but they like business.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Upgrade that subscription.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Um says trey, yes, I will.
- 5:55Speaker 1: I think I might actually have to message them.
- 5:56Speaker 1: There's a limit on it, I think, if it goes over 3000, but don't worry, we'll figure it out.
- 6:01Speaker 1: That's a problem for me to sort out.
- 6:03Speaker 1: So everything is up, except for Apple.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Why China sells keep tanking, which isn't really surprising.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I'm surprised they're not tanking everywhere in the world harder, to be honest with you.
- 6:13Speaker 1: But yeah, china, I think, is going to hurt Apple and potentially also Tesla down the road.
- 6:16Speaker 1: But let's talk about Tesla here for a moment.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Tesla down the road, but let's talk about Tesla here for a moment.
- 6:24Speaker 1: And Tesla is the second most popular stock in trade vision right now.
- 6:25Speaker 1: So far, tesla more popular than the S&P.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Pretty crazy stuff, and I tweeted it over the weekend.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Futures on Tesla were up something like 6%.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Pre-market.
- 6:36Speaker 1: We are looking yeah, all right, we're looking at 435.
- 6:41Speaker 1: We closed at 426.
- 6:43Speaker 1: So up $7, not massive, but still somewhat positive.
- 6:47Speaker 1: And just to give you a little bit of insight here on trade vision, you see the last two years, if you just bought and hodled Tesla, you'd be up 6%, right, if you followed that little trend indicator here, you'd be up 57%.
- 7:04Speaker 1: So it isn't just about stock picking, it's also about timing.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Oh, I just made it complicated, didn't I?
- 7:10Speaker 1: But it's way way easier than you think and I'll teach you the rules on Friday.
- 7:14Speaker 1: So come and join me Friday morning, 10 am, new York time Link is down below there and obviously get yourself a free trial to Trade Vision if you want to get access to some of this.
- 7:23Speaker 1: But to really understand Tesla, you need to understand what the Donald El Presidente just did.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And, by the way, I will make fun of this president just as I did of the last one.
- 7:33Speaker 1: This is never a political statement.
- 7:35Speaker 1: I just think they're put in place to entertain us.
- 7:38Speaker 1: So what's happening here with Tesla the EV?
- 7:41Speaker 1: What's going on here with my something weird going on with my mouse pad?
- 7:49Speaker 1: Here Everything is a bit cramped.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Anyway, the EV mandate is basically gone.
- 7:52Speaker 1: My writing doesn't usually look like that.
- 7:55Speaker 1: It sort of squashes it.
- 7:56Speaker 1: It's a goner.
- 7:57Speaker 1: The EV tax credit is going to be a goner.
- 7:59Speaker 1: And why would anybody think that was a good thing?
- 8:03Speaker 1: It makes Tesla's more expensive.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Does that guarantee it right?
- 8:09Speaker 1: So why is it a good thing?
- 8:14Speaker 1: Because Tesla is the only company out there that builds EVs, that is able to build EVs at a profit without Uncle Sam giving them a subsidy, and that means that every single Tesla competitor is now losing money selling electric vehicles.
- 8:33Speaker 1: So that creates a wonderful situation for Tesla where they're the only ones who really have a good business.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Everybody else has got a crummy business.
- 8:43Speaker 1: They're either going to lose a lot more and try to scale up to get to a point where they can make money on the cars, or they just give up on EVs altogether.
- 8:50Speaker 1: So Tesla has actually kneecapped the competition here, and it is one of the bonus paybacks, in a way, for Elon's support.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Now, trump did promise that before anyway, and I think what it's ultimately about is just, Americans don't like to be told what to drive, right?
- 9:07Speaker 1: I'm here in the Middle East.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Everyone's driving these great big GMC tanks I call them.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I mean, I've never seen cars that big.
- 9:15Speaker 1: I need a ladder to climb into the bloody thing, but it's very comfortable.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I can see the appeal.
- 9:19Speaker 1: It's very comfortable and you don't want to be told you can't have that anymore and you've got to go drive an electric vehicle.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I get it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: I get it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Why, like freedom, right?
- 9:27Speaker 1: So I think that's ultimately what it's about.
- 9:29Speaker 1: But it's a huge boost for Tesla and it's a little bit reverse psychology.
- 9:34Speaker 1: But if you understand that large companies actually do this kind of government regulation and encourage it to keep out the competition, so say, if you are, say, you're, microsoft, you want huge amounts of regulation out there that prevents small software companies from coming up, right.
- 9:54Speaker 1: So, yes, it costs you something, but if you have to hire another hundred lawyers to deal with the paperwork, it doesn't matter.
- 10:00Speaker 1: You've got plenty of money.
- 10:01Speaker 1: But the small guy can't.
- 10:02Speaker 1: And that's generally what happens when businesses get big.
- 10:05Speaker 1: They try to manipulate governments to move regulation into a way that damages everybody else.
- 10:12Speaker 1: So well done, elon.
- 10:13Speaker 1: You've picked a winner and I think it's going to be very, very good for Tesla.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Potentially, it might slow down sales for a little while, but you need to have a little bit longer vision here.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Tesla is the undoubted EV winner.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Here from this and Pat, if you honestly believe that elon nazi salute um, that is the biggest load of bullshit that mainstream media came out with.
- 10:43Speaker 1: The man was excited and pointed his arm up in the air.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Now, this exactly what that was, and he said something like you know from my heart.
- 10:51Speaker 1: You know, I thank you, um.
- 10:52Speaker 1: I also found this picture here, which I posted on Twitter.
- 10:55Speaker 1: There is a golden retriever doing a Hitler salute.
- 10:58Speaker 1: So I think we should probably ban golden retrievers, right?
- 11:01Speaker 1: No, it's honestly complete BS.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Did you see this one?
- 11:05Speaker 1: This is honestly the Telegraph, once one of the most respected newspapers in the United Kingdom, and they wrote Donald Trump's inauguration in 2017 and in 2025.
- 11:17Speaker 1: They did not mention that the inauguration was moved indoors.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Mainstream media you deserve to go bankrupt.
- 11:24Speaker 1: You deserve to go out of business.
- 11:26Speaker 1: It is absolutely ridiculous.
- 11:29Speaker 1: So here, but if you watch people like PBS and CNN, I honestly can't help you.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Do you see these pictures.
- 11:35Speaker 1: That is exactly what we're talking about here.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Do you think Obama is Hitler or Hillary or Kamala?
- 11:43Speaker 1: It's bollocks.
- 11:45Speaker 1: So don't spread that kind of nonsense.
- 11:47Speaker 1: If you do it with a sense of humor, of course do, but you know what I'm talking about, right?
- 11:51Speaker 1: Winston's now a Nazi.
- 12:03Speaker 1: He's far right now.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Winston's now far right.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Terrible stuff, right.
- 12:08Speaker 1: So what are we going to make money out of here?
- 12:10Speaker 1: And I think Tesla.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I think the story is completely intact.
- 12:15Speaker 1: The market is quite liking that Trump is floating 20, 25 percent tariffs on Mexico and Canada.
- 12:23Speaker 1: That's a little bit on the moderate side.
- 12:25Speaker 1: We have no announcements of tariffs yet on Europe or China or anywhere else in the world.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I think there will definitely be tariffs.
- 12:33Speaker 1: But the fact that he hasn't done it in his first half day in office some people are interpreting that as that he's going to backpedal on that.
- 12:40Speaker 1: I will.
- 12:43Speaker 1: I'm not so sure about that, because he was also asked yesterday.
- 12:45Speaker 1: You promised to end the war in Ukraine on day one and his answer was Donald Trump's answer was I've only had half a day in office.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Give me the other half.
- 12:55Speaker 1: So let's see what happens today.
- 12:57Speaker 1: There'll be a flurry more of announcements coming out today, and I'm sure that Bloomberg and all these people will actually report on that.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I still think we need to create a new news outlet, because Bloomberg hates the man and hates Elon, and therefore every piece of information they put out is now political nonsense rather than just facts, which is really all we want.
- 13:18Speaker 1: So far, the market is like okay, maybe it's a little bit more of a moderate than we thought.
- 13:24Speaker 1: I'm not so sure about that.
