- 0:19Hello and welcome to episode 88 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:25Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:28I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:35Happy Thirsty Thursday, happy 1st day of August, but most
- 0:40importantly, guys, the long wait is over.
- 0:43NFL is back, baby. That's right.
- 0:45We have the Hall of Fame game here tonight.
- 0:47Anytime you get to the Hall of Fame game, guys, it's always a
- 0:49Seminole moment in the sports betting calendar because it
- 0:52means the dog days of summer are over fall not quite there, but
- 0:57it means that football season is back.
- 0:59So we for the first time on the all systems Gopod are able to
- 1:02talk NFL betting. My favorite sport overall to bet
- 1:06on. And yes, I do have a bet for you
- 1:08on the Hall of Fame game tonight.
- 1:09So we're going to talk about kind of First off, get our our
- 1:12brains thinking about betting a spread sport like football once
- 1:16again, thinking about spreads and totals.
- 1:19You know, ironically, I do have a money line bet tonight, but
- 1:21not as many money lines. But then also thinking about key
- 1:24numbers and really in particular how to bet the preseason,
- 1:27because when it gets to the preseason, I think there's one
- 1:30or two ways to go and I'll maybe I'll talk about it now or I'll
- 1:32wait when we get to the the game breakdown.
- 1:34But you got to pick a position. Either you're going to go all in
- 1:38and bet the preseason and you know, focus your attention on
- 1:41information based bets or you're not going to make a single
- 1:45preseason bet. I think you can't just pick and
- 1:47choose here or there. I think you either got to be
- 1:49dialed in completely or layoff and say I'm not going to bet
- 1:52until week one when it becomes the regular season.
- 1:55So I'm of the position of betting the pre season because I
- 1:58think there's a great opportunity here to make money
- 2:01and build our bankroll and get a little momentum going into week
- 2:04one of the regular season. And also if you talk to sharp
- 2:07bettors, they love betting pre season.
- 2:09Like you're going to hear from a lot of people on Twitter, your
- 2:11friends, your family who don't bet on sports.
- 2:14What a crazy degenerate you are. You're betting pre season.
- 2:17Are you crazy? No, we're not crazy.
- 2:20And how do we know we're not crazy?
- 2:21Because pro bettors love pre season because again, you can
- 2:24take advantage of information based bets.
- 2:26This is the only time of year where coaches are going to come
- 2:29out and rate pretty much just tell you what they're going to
- 2:32do. Oh, I'm going to, you know, sit
- 2:33most of my guys. Oh, they're going to play a
- 2:35series. Oh, it's going to be mostly
- 2:37younger guys tonight. Again, when it comes to regular
- 2:39season, they're not going to give away an inch any any
- 2:41secrets, nothing to, you know, kind of, you know, give the
- 2:44other team a leg up or let them know what they're doing pre
- 2:47season. The games don't matter, but we
- 2:49still have bets that matter that we can cash on.
- 2:51So that being said, I got a bet for you tonight, Houston Chicago
- 2:56Bears, a sharp data-driven bet, an information based bet.
- 2:59And also we're not going to give up on baseball, even though
- 3:01football is back in our lives. Still got three MLB bets for you
- 3:04today, guys, including a very short favorite as well as two
- 3:08dogs. So, so we can eke out a profit
- 3:11here on episode 88 of the All Systems Go Sports Betting pod
- 3:15powered by Rhythm. Now looking back to her last
- 3:17night, we achieved our goal. Remember what I said last night?
- 3:20I said, hey, we got 3 bets, can we get two out of three, go two
- 3:23and one eke out a profit? That's exactly what we did 2 and
- 3:261 + 0.77 units. We got the Red Sox.
- 3:30That was a heck of a sweat. Socks were up, then they were
- 3:33down, then they were tied. They got out of the very, very
- 3:36sweaty 10th inning able to walk it off on a Raphael Devers hit.
- 3:40Bottom of the 10th. So big win by the Sox.
- 3:43And then I love seeing a fade the trendy dog play come through
- 3:46with the fathers. Two nights in a row.
- 3:48The Padres came through for us. Remember, majority of bets
- 3:50they're on. And again, I get it.
- 3:52How do you not take Dodgers plus money?
- 3:54But here's the thing, when you're a data-driven better, you
- 3:57don't bet based on gut instinct, bias, favoritism.
- 3:59You bet on what the market is telling you.
- 4:01So even though the Dodgers were getting a majority of bets, we
- 4:04saw the line move to the Padres -120 to -130 so good winner
- 4:08there with the fathers. Ironically and surprise to me,
- 4:12LA Angels Colorado 2 to one game.
- 4:14Who would have thought? Two bad pitchers, 2 bad
- 4:16bullpens, decent offenses. I didn't expect that one to sail
- 4:20way under 2 to one. But that's OK cuz you make 3
- 4:23bets, you go two and one week doubt a profit.
- 4:25Getting about 3/4 of a unit last night.
- 4:27So let's see if we can keep it rolling into tonight.
- 4:30So I want to start off with the NFL.
- 4:33Of course we do have NFL back in our lives and I got a bet for
- 4:36you. So let's set the stage on this
- 4:37game. I'm going to tell you which
- 4:38direction I'm going. So a little background here.
- 4:41These are a couple teams that I believe in the dog days of the
- 4:43summer when we didn't really have much to talk about, we hit
- 4:45on a couple win totals. So I did have a play here or a
- 4:48couple plays ironically on both teams.
- 4:50Let's start with the Texans. By the way, tonight's game is
- 4:538:00 annual Hall of Fame game in Canton, OH.
- 4:57It's going to be pretty much every TV channel, ABCESPN, so no
- 5:01matter where you turn, you'll be able to watch this one.
- 5:03Anyway, little background. Then we'll talk about the bet
- 5:05for tonight. Texans 10 and seven.
- 5:07Last year they won the AFC S. They beat the Browns 4514 in the
- 5:11wild card round, got rolled by the Ravens 3410 in the
- 5:14divisional round. Their win total, which I'm on
- 5:16the over 9 1/2, we talked about this few, few weeks ago, but
- 5:20that 9 1/2 is juiced up over -140 great low bets, higher
- 5:25dollars bet, bet split. A lot of great offseason
- 5:27additions for the Texans. Of course, none of them are
- 5:30going to play tonight, no Stefan Diggs, no CJ Stroud, but that's
- 5:33what we're seeing across the market.
- 5:35Over 9 1/2, smart money with the Texans, Chicago Bears, 7:00 and
- 5:3810:00 last year. Obviously they make a bunch of
- 5:41big offseason editions. Caleb Williams, Roma Dunze, they
- 5:44got a bunch of free agents, Keenan Allen, they just signed
- 5:47DJ Moore to a big deal. Their win total for this year, 8
- 5:511/2 deuced up heavily to the over -165.
- 5:54I'm also on the over 8 1/2. Now in terms of tonight's game,
- 5:58this is where I think playing a information based game and
- 6:01looking at betting data is critically important.
- 6:04So the big story for tonight's game is a dog to fave line move.
- 6:08We open this game again, this. Remember this is a neutral site
- 6:11and they're not going to see a lot of starters.
- 6:13There going to be a ton of backups.
- 6:14More on that in a second. So no CJ Stroud, no Caleb
- 6:17Williams again, all the mate, you're not going to recognize a
- 6:19lot of names outside of maybe the quarterbacks here, which
- 6:22again, that's important. Important too.
- 6:24So we'll get to that in a second, but look, just throw the
- 6:27names away. What is the market doing for
- 6:29this game? Well, we open this game.
- 6:31Chicago Bears, a very short 1 1/2 point neutral site favorite.
- 6:35It is now flipped to Houston -2 So right off the bat, what's one
- 6:39thing I've taught you guys, hopefully at this point,
- 6:41listening to the all systems Gopod, it's that we love dog to
- 6:44fave line moves. Will every single dog to fave
- 6:46line move win? Of course not.
- 6:48But majority of the time they're going to come through for you.
- 6:50Why? Because it takes a lot of
- 6:52respect and money to basically flip the designation of who
- 6:55should be favored to win the game.
- 6:56So Chicago or let's focus Houston here.
- 6:59They went from plus 1 1/2 getting a point in half.
- 7:02It's now laying two points. So they went from a dog to a
- 7:04favorite that would match a sharp dog to fave line move in
- 7:08their direction. And if you guys remember
- 7:10yesterday we mentioned this game, I said, hey, I'm most
- 7:12likely going to be on Houston. I just want to see the late
- 7:14movement, you know, if this came back down to a pick or, you
- 7:17know, back down toward Chicago, it'd be a much more difficult
- 7:20handicap. But from yesterday to today,
- 7:23it's actually further smart money on Houston.
- 7:25Houston was -1 1/2 yesterday. Now they're -2 So this line is
- 7:30continuing to move further in favor of the Texans.
- 7:33And that's what we love seeing that game day steam.
- 7:35When limits are raised, bigger bets come in.
- 7:37So we have game day steam. We have dog to fave line move
- 7:40toward the Texans. Let's get to the bet splits
- 7:42here. 65% of bets, 74% of money money, money money on the
- 7:47Houston Texans. That is a good low bets, higher
- 7:50dollars bets split. Now you could say to yourself,
- 7:53Josh -2 at -110 juice, right? Take the spread.
- 7:57I go money lines, especially when it's a short spread,
- 8:00especially in pre season games. And I'll tell you why.
- 8:03Hopefully the Houston Texans win by you know, three or more That
- 8:06way you no matter what number you play at with them, you're
- 8:08going to win. But this game it's sloppy.
- 8:11There's a lot of backups. There's a lot of backup, you
- 8:13know, field goal kickers. So you tend to see some one
- 8:16point wins here and there. Maybe you missed an extra point.
- 8:20Maybe there's a crazy safety. Again, weird things happen in
- 8:23these games because you're getting a lot of backups playing
- 8:25who probably aren't going to play in the NFL this year.
- 8:28So if I in a weird like let's think of it this way, if I bet
- 8:32Houston -2 and they win by one, I could not sleep at night like
- 8:36I would, I would just beat myself up over that.
- 8:39And this is something that I used to do when I was very early
- 8:41on in betting. And then kind of a light went on
- 8:43and I said, hey, I'm always going to money line short
- 8:45favorites, so I'm going to go money line with Houston.
- 8:48That's my bet tonight. I'm on the Texans dog to fave
- 8:50line. Move on the money line at -135
- 8:53and I'll tell you another reason why historically money line
- 8:57chalk has been a really smart bet in this situation in the
- 9:00Hall of Fame game favorites the last 20 years.
- 9:03This is a very big sample size. They're 12 and five straight up
- 9:0771 percent, 18% ROI. Now you may be asking yourself,
- 9:11Josh, that's twenty year sample 12 and five only adds up to 17.
- 9:14What's up with those three years?
- 9:16Well, remember, one year was COVID, one year was the lockout,
- 9:19One year, if you remember, this is I forgot one.
- 9:21That was 20/11/2014. Whenever it was, the field
- 9:25conditions were terrible. So they they couldn't play the
- 9:27game because it was like basically playing on cement.
- 9:30So we've seen this edge toward favorites historically, which
- 9:33matches with Houston, matches the dog to fave line move toward
- 9:36Houston, good bet split toward Houston.
- 9:38And then here's where I think you want to kind of make
- 9:40information based bets looking at quarterback depth charts
- 9:44really, really important here because you're not going to get
- 9:47Caleb Williams, you're not going to see just Trout.
- 9:48So who's going to play tonight at quarterback?
- 9:50Well, let's start with the the Houston Texans.
- 9:54They're probably going to go with David Davis Mills.
- 9:57I remember he was a draft pick a few years ago, the Mac Jones
- 10:00year. Case Keenum, Tim Boyle.
- 10:03Now are any of these quarterbacks amazing?
- 10:05No, but they're veterans. They've been in the league a
- 10:06long time. Tim Boyle actually has some
- 10:09really good pre season stats. Case Keenum, long term veteran.
- 10:13On the opposite side, Chicago, Tyson Baigent, Brett Rippen and
- 10:17a rookie Austin Reed. So on the one hand, we have
- 10:20veterans who've been there done that, played a lot of pre season
- 10:22also battling for a position versus Chicago where you got
- 10:26basically younger rookies, not much experience or rookies and
- 10:29and younger players. So I'm going to also put the
- 10:32check mark in favor of Houston here in terms of getting you
- 10:36know more or we're putting out signal callers who have more
- 10:38experience and have been in this position before.
- 10:40I think that's another advantage.
- 10:41The quarterback depth chart for Houston tonight.
- 10:44Now in terms of the total, it definitely has fallen.
- 10:47It open at 33. It's down to 31.
- 10:50If you're make gun to my head and you're making me play it, I
- 10:53will lean under majority of bets like 60% are on the ovary at
- 10:56this total fell. But there isn't a huge, you
- 10:59know, edge historically like the under is 9:00 and 8:00 last 17
- 11:05Hall of Fame games. But I did see some buyback on
- 11:07the over. Like when I woke up this
- 11:09morning, that total of 33 was down to 30 1/2.
- 11:12Now it's back up to 31, and I see one book at 31 1/2.
- 11:16So if you're betting the under, now you're kind of getting the
- 11:18worst of it and you're going up against some buyback.
- 11:21So, you know, in a weird way, I would rather this total be down
- 11:24to like 29 1/2. I'd feel more comfortable
- 11:26betting the under because at least even though I'm not
- 11:28getting the best price, it's clear there's no buyback.
- 11:31I have seen some buyback with maybe some sharps taking that
- 11:34over 30 / 30 1/2 because again, it's now back up to 31, 31 1/2.
- 11:39So that's enough for me to lay off the total.
- 11:41I just want nothing to do with that total.
- 11:43That buyback scared me a little bit.
- 11:45So here's my first bet of the year guys.
- 11:47You're welcome to join me if you want.
- 11:49If you're like Josh, I enjoy listening to your pod, but
- 11:51you're crazy and I don't want to bet pre season.
- 11:53I respect you there too, but I'm going with the Texans to win
- 11:57this game on the money line at -135 keep on cruising.
- 12:03Now, let's talk about some Major League Baseball 'cause even
- 12:06again, I mentioned this, but even though football's back in
- 12:08our lives, can't give up on baseball, my first true love and
- 12:12the sport that I love grinding each day throughout the long
- 12:14season. SO3 bats for you.
- 12:16Let's start off with the first one, Baltimore Orioles and the
- 12:19Cleveland Guardians. Could this maybe be the AL
- 12:22Championship series? Who knows?
- 12:23Two really good teams. Baltimore comes in 65 and 44.
- 12:27They just took three or four against the Toronto Blue Jays.
- 12:31Cleveland Guardians 65 and 42. They just swept the two game
- 12:35series against Detroit. So pitching match up here for
- 12:38tonight. We have Trevor Rogers going for
- 12:41the Orioles. They just picked him up in a
- 12:42deadline deal from the Mariners. He's two and 94.5 through ERA.
- 12:46He'll be opposed by Ben Lively for Cleveland.
- 12:49He's nine and six with a 3.44 ERA.
- 12:51So what have you seen across the market here?
- 12:53Well, this is a very short number, but it reminds me kind
- 12:57of a little bit of the Red Sox game yesterday where it wasn't a
- 13:01huge move, but it moved slightly toward the contrarian side.
- 13:04So what I'm talking about is the Cleveland guardians.
- 13:06I'm going guardians here, guys, shop around this game open at
- 13:10basically a pick em. It was around -1 O 5 -, 110 both
- 13:13sides. We've seen the line move really
- 13:16only toward Cleveland. Cleveland's up to -110 -, 115 at
- 13:20some shops. So again, it's not a massive
- 13:22move, but the line is moving toward Cleveland and a really
- 13:26good bet split here because the the tickets are even.
- 13:28And again, this is a hard game to cap.
- 13:30You tell me like Baltimore, you tell me like Cleveland.
- 13:32I'm really not going to argue with you.
- 13:33In a vacuum, both teams are really good.
- 13:35It's basically a coin flip, but the bet splits are much better
- 13:38in favor of Cleveland. Cleveland's only getting 49% of
- 13:41bets but 66% of money. So half the tickets, 5050 line
- 13:46move low bets higher dollars, and the lines going toward the
- 13:51low bets higher dollars team, which is Cleveland.
- 13:53So I'm gonna go Cleveland here. Shop around.
- 13:55You can maybe still get Cleveland -110 they're as high
- 13:58as -115 I was able to get a -, 110.
- 14:01I'd love to see this thing get closer to -120 which would be a
- 14:04good sign that late movement is breaking toward the Guardians.
- 14:07Cleveland is 2 and one head to head against the OS Cleveland
- 14:10also has a rest first tired advantage because Cleveland was
- 14:13off yesterday and the Baltimore Orioles were at home and were
- 14:18against Toronto. So again, rest first tired,
- 14:20Cleveland off, Baltimore played. Now Baltimore has to travel.
- 14:23That's an advantage to Cleveland.
- 14:25Also, Cleveland as a favorite this year, they're 47 and 2169
- 14:30percent, 20% ROI. That's the best chalk team in
- 14:34baseball. And when they are playing a
- 14:36really good opponent, when they're favorite against the
- 14:38team with an above 500 record, they're 12 and 475%.
- 14:42I'm also going to bank on Cleveland's bullpen.
- 14:45Is Kimbrel still the closer for for Baltimore?
- 14:48If he is, hopefully that's a good thing because the Cleveland
- 14:51bullpen is really good. 2.47 ERA.
- 14:54The number one bullpen in baseball.
- 14:56Baltimore's more middle of the pack. 3.86 ERA.
- 14:59We add it all up here, guys. We have a 5050 split, but slight
- 15:04movement toward Cleveland. More money on Cleveland, rest
- 15:07advantage. Good situation in terms of a
- 15:09chalk play. Cleveland #1 chalk play in
- 15:11baseball. Oh, I forgot to add this.
- 15:13Ben Lively on the road. 3.99 ERA at home, 2.66 So hopefully it's
- 15:18an advantage toward Cleveland. And again, hopefully the bullpen
- 15:22locks it down. So I'm going with the guardians,
- 15:24guys, shop around. I got guardians -110 you might
- 15:27be looking closer to a -, 115 keep on cruising.
- 15:30Let's see if we can get a dog to bark.
- 15:32Let's go to Wrigley Field. Saint Louis Cardinals against
- 15:35the Chicago Cubs, big match up here in the National League
- 15:39Central. Cardinals come in 56 and 52.
- 15:42Cardinals just took two or three against Texas Cubs 52 and 58.
- 15:46They just dropped two of three against Cincinnati.
- 15:49So pitch match up here for tonight.
- 15:51We have couple good starters. Sonny Gray going for the
- 15:54Cardinals, the righty veteran 10 and six 3.79 ERA and shota and
- 15:59managa big pick up from Japan, lefty 8 and two 2.95 ERA.
- 16:05So what are you seeing across the market here?
- 16:07Well, Lions moving towards Saint Louis, I'm going to take the
- 16:10plus money. Hopefully you can still find
- 16:12plus money with the Cardinals because this game opens with the
- 16:15Chicago Cubs around a -, 120 home favorite.
- 16:18We've now seen the Cubs down to -115 -, 110.
- 16:22So again, similar to the Cleveland game, it's not a
- 16:24massive 1020 cents team move, but the line's going away from
- 16:28Chicago towards Saint Louis. And why is that important?
- 16:31Because the public is going with the Cubs and Inmanog at home.
- 16:34Currently 57% of bets are going with the Cubs.
- 16:37Yet again, this line is falling towards Saint Louis.
- 16:41So this tells me we have a reverse line move on Saint
- 16:43Louis. They're only getting 43% of
- 16:45bets, yet the line is moving in their favor.
- 16:48Also divisional dog, two teams from the same division.
- 16:51Typically you see that leveling of the of the playing field
- 16:54because of the built in familiarity.
- 16:56That also matched with Saint Louis.
- 16:58Saint Louis also head to head. They played nine games against
- 17:02each other. Cardinals are six and three head
- 17:04to head against Chicago. That's a good sign.
- 17:05And also I'm going to bank on Saint Louis's offense.
- 17:08The Cardinals offense is hitting 247 on the year versus only 234
- 17:14for the for the Cubs. Also last 10 games, Cubs only
- 17:18hitting 228 Cardinals hitting 246.
- 17:21So if you give me a you know, contrarian reverse line move
- 17:24divisional dog, you know, hopefully we get a good pitching
- 17:27performance from Gray. Hopefully the bats of Saint
- 17:29Louis come out to play tonight and they got a good head to head
- 17:32to advantage. That's a good enough play for me
- 17:35to take the Saint Louis Cardinals.
- 17:37So shop around guys. I was able to get the Cardinals
- 17:39at plus one O 2. Some shops are plus 100 minus
- 17:43one O 5. Try to get as close to even
- 17:46money as you can with the Saint Louis Cardinals.
- 17:48Last bite of the night. I can't believe I'm doing this,
- 17:51but I'm going to hold my nose and take the Colorado Rockies.
- 17:54A gross one, but it's sharp and I'm going to play it.
- 17:57Colorado Rockies at the LA Angels.
- 18:00This is the third game, the rubber match of the series, the
- 18:03Cardinals or sorry, the Angels won the opener 6:50.
- 18:07Remember, that's when we hit our over on last night.
- 18:09Colorado bounced back one, two to one.
- 18:11Rockies are 39 and 70, Angels 47 and 61.
- 18:16But what is the market done with this game?
- 18:18Well, first, let me give you the starters.
- 18:20Ryan Feltner one and ten 4.99 ERA.
- 18:24We're on him in a second. He may not be as bad as you
- 18:26think. Knock on wood versus Carson
- 18:29Fulmer, fellow righty. He's Owen 2 with a 3.77 ERA.
- 18:33What have we seen across the market here?
- 18:34Well, this game opened with the LA Angels around a -, 140 -,
- 18:39130. Any somewhere around there
- 18:42favorite at home. And we've actually seen this
- 18:44line go away from the Angels down toward Colorado.
- 18:47And why is that notable? Because the public is just
- 18:49saying I'm going to bet against Colorado, no questions asked.
- 18:52Two second handicap fade Colorado terrible record.
- 18:55However, even though you're only getting or flip it this way, 70%
- 18:59of bets on the Angels big public play tonight, yet the lines
- 19:02falling away from the angels. So if the, you know, three out
- 19:05of four bets nearly are on the angels, you know, why is this
- 19:08line dropping? You know, why are the odds
- 19:11makers making it a more appealing price, a cheaper price
- 19:14to take the angels if the public's already hammering them
- 19:16to begin with tells me we got smart money on Colorado with
- 19:19some good RLM. So Colorado open this thing, you
- 19:22know, getting or they getting like plus 120.
- 19:26Now they're down to around plus 110 even plus one O 5.
- 19:30Shop around. I was able to get a plus one O 7
- 19:32for the Colorado Rockies, but a good sharp reverse line move
- 19:35again, Colorado only getting 31% of bets, but the lines moving in
- 19:38their favor. Also dog high total total.
- 19:41This one is 9. So we always mentioned dog high
- 19:43total or favorite low total in this situation.
- 19:46Dog high total more expected runs scored, more variants, more
- 19:49upset opportunities. In terms of Feltner, I wanted to
- 19:52mention this. He's one in 10.
- 19:54You know, again, but he's on a terrible team.
- 19:56He's actually pitched pretty well in July, In the month of
- 19:59July, Ryan Feltner has a 2.51 ERA and five starts.
- 20:03He's only given up eight runs and 28.2 innings pitched.
- 20:07I'm also going to bank on the offense, hopefully of Colorado
- 20:09coming to play tonight. They're hitting 244 on the year.
- 20:13They've scored 463 runs. The Angels are only hitting 235
- 20:17with 437 runs scored. So it's gross.
- 20:21This is what I like to refer to as a hazmat play.
- 20:24It's so disgusting, so radioactive.
- 20:26You need a hazmat suit. But I'm going to take a shot.
- 20:28So hopefully the market is is right on this one and take
- 20:31Colorado. So shop around.
- 20:33I got the Rockies at plus one O 7.
- 20:36So Colorado and Saint Louis as dogs.
- 20:39Cleveland as a very short -110 -, 115 home favorite.
- 20:43Can we get the Texans and then two out of three of these
- 20:45baseball players. That is the goal for tonight.
- 20:49That about does it for episode 88 of the All Systems Go Sports
- 20:52Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 20:54Melissa is the part of the pod where I asked something of you.
- 20:57Could you please help me to grow this podcast?

- 24:14win the Texans here tonight. And as I always like to wrap up
- 24:17the pod, two things. One, whether I see you at the
- 24:20Borgata in Atlantic City, Twin River in Rhode Island, the Brook
- 24:24of New Hampshire, Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, down in Connecticut
- 24:27at the Encore in Boston, or Plain Ridge Park, Casino, R.E.M.
- 24:30Gym, Springfield, and my neck of the woods in Massachusetts.
- 24:32Massachusetts. Or of course, out in the desert
- 24:35where the true grinders get down, where Billy Walters sends
- 24:37his number runners, where the lowest use possible is found at
- 24:39the South Point. Or sweating sharp contrarian
- 24:42plays, jumping in the stadium swim pool out at Circo.
- 24:44Wherever it may be. You're gonna flash me couple
- 24:47good winning tickets from last night.
- 24:48Show me a Red Sox ticket. I was dripping with sweat.

- 25:04everyone. Have a fantastic night.
- 25:06Enjoy sweating football for the first time in forever since
- 25:09February. And I'll leave you with this.
- 25:11As always, stay sharp. Stay contrarian, bet against the
- 25:15public, place yourself on the side of the house.
- 25:17Always be with the smart money, never against it.
- 25:19Will smart money win every time? Of course not.
- 25:22No guarantees, except for arbitrage.
- 25:24Those are. Those are guaranteed profits,
- 25:26which Drew Shreel can help you with.
- 25:27But there's no guarantees in sports betting.
- 25:29There's no such thing as a lock. But here's the thing, if we stay
- 25:32consistent to the model, bet with our head and not our heart,
- 25:35against the public, with the house, with the pros, flat bet,
- 25:40avoid parlays, get closing line value.
- 25:42If we can do that, we're going to be successful sports bettors.
- 25:45So Hallelujah, football's back. Hope you guys have a fantastic
- 25:48Thursday night. And guess what, tomorrow's
- 25:51Friday, so I should have some UFC action for you.
