- 1:17Speaker 3: into a TV show at Patriot TV, which is at patriot.tv,
- 1:22Speaker 3: or just go to rootforamerica.com, and at the top it
- 1:24Speaker 3: says watch Wayne on TV or watch Wayne's podcast or
- 1:27Speaker 3: listen to Wayne on the radio.
- 1:28Speaker 2: And it shows you all the ways you can tune in.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Many of you just simply listen on the radio, especially
- 1:34Speaker 3: here in Las Vegas. Especially here in Las Vegas. Pitar,
- 1:37Speaker 3: you're getting too loud for me, Pitar. That was heard
- 1:40Speaker 3: all over America. So here is a commentary that I
- 1:44Speaker 3: wrote this morning. And it is titled, and it's a
- 1:47Speaker 3: very important one, the most important one of my life.
- 1:50Speaker 3: I was banned, shadow banned, censored, and silenced by media.
- 1:54Speaker 3: social media and the US government and Stanford University for
- 1:58Speaker 3: telling the truth and trying to save lives. Today, I
- 2:02Speaker 3: filed a $ 100 million lawsuit against all of them.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I was the first.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Mainstream TV and radio host in America to warn my
- 2:09Speaker 3: viewers and listeners to run away from the COVID vaccine
- 2:13Speaker 3: like it was a hand grenade.
- 2:15Speaker 2: And then the un-American censorship started.
- 2:19Speaker 3: For the first day the vaccine was available, I told
- 2:22Speaker 3: my viewers, listeners and readers to exercise their right of
- 2:25Speaker 3: free will. I warned that I would never buy a
- 2:29Speaker 3: car in its first year of production. So why would
- 2:32Speaker 3: I want to become the first to take an experimental
- 2:35Speaker 3: for emergency use only vaccine when no one had any
- 2:38Speaker 3: idea what it does to you, right?
- 2:40Speaker 2: I warned that taking.
- 2:42Speaker 3: The experimental COVID jab was like volunteering to be a
- 2:47Speaker 3: crash test dummy.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Who would be dumb enough to agree to do that?
- 2:51Speaker 3: Well, obviously millions of Americans at the urging of government
- 2:55Speaker 3: and at the urging of their doctors and at the
- 2:56Speaker 3: urging of the media. At that point, this was just
- 2:58Speaker 3: my gut instinct and common sense opinion.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Then I saw the initial.
- 3:03Speaker 3: Data which the media refused to print or report. I
- 3:08Speaker 3: became the first mainstream TV and radio host in America
- 3:11Speaker 3: to warn about the disastrous results of the CDC's own
- 3:15Speaker 3: VAERS system, Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
- 3:20Speaker 2: This was the ultimate tell.
- 3:21Speaker 3: The government's own reporting system, which was considered the gold
- 3:25Speaker 3: standard by doctors for decades, was showing massive amounts of
- 3:30Speaker 3: injuries and deaths in the first months of the COVID vaccine.
- 3:34Speaker 2: More deaths than all the other vaccines in history.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Soon I became the first mainstream TV and radio host
- 3:41Speaker 3: to warn that the FDA and Big Pharma was desperately
- 3:45Speaker 3: trying to keep the COVID vaccine trial results sealed for
- 3:49Speaker 3: 75 years until all of us alive today would be
- 3:53Speaker 3: dead from old age.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Strange, right?
- 3:56Speaker 3: I asked at the time, who would be dumb enough
- 3:58Speaker 3: to ever buy a product from a company that wanted
- 4:01Speaker 3: the trials of their product sealed for 75 years? That
- 4:05Speaker 3: doesn't exactly give you a lot of confidence. And who
- 4:07Speaker 3: would rush to give that product to their children? And
- 4:11Speaker 3: then the data started rolling in. I reported on studies
- 4:14Speaker 3: from around the world showing all time record excess deaths,
- 4:18Speaker 3: heart attacks, myocarditis, strokes, blood clots, neurological injuries, immune system damage,
- 4:25Speaker 3: and the stunning explosion of stage four turbo cancer. All
- 4:29Speaker 3: of which appeared at the exact same time as the
- 4:33Speaker 3: COVID vaccine. And then I made two guesses that turned
- 4:36Speaker 3: out to be 100% true. I made an educated guess
- 4:40Speaker 3: that media around the USA and around the globe was
- 4:43Speaker 3: being bribed into silence by billions of.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Dollars of big pharma advertising.
- 4:48Speaker 3: If they questioned the COVID vaccine and big pharma pulled
- 4:51Speaker 3: their advertising, half the newsroom would lose their jobs. I
- 4:56Speaker 3: also made an educated guess that doctors across America were
- 4:58Speaker 3: making a fortune from fees and bonuses paid by big
- 5:02Speaker 3: pharma for pushing the COVID vaccine on their unsuspecting patients.
- 5:07Speaker 3: All of my educated guesses have since been proven correct
- 5:12Speaker 3: and true, raw truth, right? And at the very moment
- 5:15Speaker 3: I was reporting and warning about all of this, a
- 5:17Speaker 3: funny thing started happening to me. I was banned, shadow banned, censored,
- 5:21Speaker 3: and silenced by media and social media from around the globe.
- 5:26Speaker 3: Suddenly no one could hear my words. Suddenly my audience
- 5:29Speaker 3: stopped growing. Suddenly there were no comments or likes under
- 5:32Speaker 3: my social media posts when previously my posts reached millions.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Suddenly I was blackballed by the media. Suddenly my career
- 5:40Speaker 3: was going in reverse. Suddenly I was being demonized and
- 5:43Speaker 3: slandered as a conspiracy theorist and a spreader of misinformation.
- 5:48Speaker 2: All for the.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Sin of of simply speaking my opinion and reporting the
- 5:53Speaker 3: truth in order to save lives and keep my fans
- 5:56Speaker 3: healthy and alive. I turned out to be 100% correct,
- 6:00Speaker 3: but whether I was right or wrong isn't the issue.
- 6:04Speaker 2: The crux of the issue is what happened to.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Me was clearly a violation of my civil rights and
- 6:09Speaker 3: a violation of my right to free speech in America,
- 6:12Speaker 3: where free speech is guaranteed by the United States Constitution.
- 6:17Speaker 3: And of course, what's most telling is this only happened
- 6:19Speaker 3: to one side. No one ever silenced the people or
- 6:23Speaker 3: organizations who were the real spreaders of misinformation.
- 6:27Speaker 2: The government, CDC, WHO, NIH, FDA, AMA.
- 6:33Speaker 3: As an American Medical Association, doctors, the mainstream media and
- 6:37Speaker 3: social media. even though their censorship, misinformation, and cover-up of
- 6:42Speaker 3: facts got millions of people in America and around the
- 6:45Speaker 3: globe killed and injured and crippled and disabled, well, they
- 6:52Speaker 3: all made billions of dollars off the COVID vaccine. This
- 6:56Speaker 3: is called a massive conflict of interest, big enough to
- 7:01Speaker 3: sail a cruise ship through.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Oh, wow, when you talk as loud as me.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Ah.
- 7:08Speaker 2: You sometimes suddenly lose your voice. So this is all called.
- 7:14Speaker 3: A massive conflict of interest, big enough to sail a
- 7:17Speaker 3: cruise ship through.
- 7:19Speaker 2: So I've decided to fight. I am coming after the evildoers.
- 7:25Speaker 3: On Monday afternoon, yesterday, 10-27-25, my Los Angeles-based law firm,
- 7:33Speaker 3: Lurie & Associates, filed a $ 1 $ 100 million lawsuit against
- 7:39Speaker 3: Stanford University and the Stanford Board of Trustees who coordinated
- 7:44Speaker 3: a conspiracy with the government to censor me and many
- 7:49Speaker 3: others to prevent our opinions from being heard and the
- 7:52Speaker 3: social media companies who aided them. Why were they so
- 7:56Speaker 3: afraid of my opinions? Could it be because I was right?
- 8:00Speaker 3: Could it be because if the truth got out, their
- 8:03Speaker 3: jig was up? Here's the list of just some of
- 8:07Speaker 3: the major conspirators we have.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Sued for $ 100 million.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Stanford University, the Stanford Board of Trustees, Meta Platforms Incorporated
- 8:18Speaker 3: representing Facebook and Instagram, X Corporation representing X, formerly Twitter,
- 8:24Speaker 3: Google LLC representing Google and YouTube.
- 8:28Speaker 2: And TikTok Incorporated. For the moment, The U.S. government is
- 8:32Speaker 2: not included in my lawsuit.
- 8:34Speaker 3: But after analyzing discovery, because we're about to do discovery
- 8:39Speaker 3: with all these companies and demand all the documents they've got,
- 8:43Speaker 3: and after doing that discovery with all these conspirators, we
- 8:46Speaker 3: expect to find the specific government agencies and officials who ordered, coordinated, intimidated,
- 8:52Speaker 3: and paid, bribed for this criminal censorship. Once those names
- 8:58Speaker 3: are uncovered, they will be added to this lawsuit. My advice,
- 9:03Speaker 3: don't sleep soundly. We're coming after you and you will
- 9:06Speaker 3: pay dearly. This was an American tragedy. What the censorship
- 9:11Speaker 3: industrial complex did to me was un-American.
- 9:16Speaker 2: It's time to fight back.
- 9:18Speaker 3: It's time to make these organizations who conspire to silence
- 9:22Speaker 3: opposing opinions, ban the.
- 9:24Speaker 2: Truth and forbid debate, pay dearly.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Dearly, it's time to establish forevermore that free speech is
- 9:33Speaker 3: the ultimate American right that can never again be violated
- 9:37Speaker 3: for any reason.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I will fight the battle, but my hope is.
- 9:42Speaker 3: My courage in the face of tyranny will inspire millions.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Of others to follow suit.
- 9:48Speaker 3: So this shocking American tragedy will never happen again. So
- 9:54Speaker 3: there's my column that I wrote this morning. This lawsuit,
- 9:57Speaker 3: $ 100 million lawsuit, was literally financed. yesterday afternoon, Monday afternoon.
- 10:04Speaker 3: And all of these people are on the lawsuit, but
- 10:07Speaker 3: the lead plaintiffs are Stanford University and the Stanford Board
- 10:10Speaker 3: of Trustees because the U.S.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Government paid Stanford to censor and silence critics of the
- 10:17Speaker 2: COVID vaccine. So there's your story. Other big news stories
- 10:22Speaker 2: out there.
- 10:22Speaker 3: I'll go through them throughout the show, obviously. Coming up
- 10:24Speaker 3: in the next segment, we'll go through lots of them.
- 10:26Speaker 3: But Hurricane Melissa makes landfall in Jamaica as a monster.
- 10:30Speaker 3: Category 5 storm. Category 5 storm. Jamaica is about to
- 10:35Speaker 3: be obliterated. You know it's one of the most poor
- 10:38Speaker 3: island countries in the world. You know the people there
- 10:40Speaker 3: live in poorly made houses. God help Jamaica. Say a
- 10:44Speaker 3: prayer for the people of Jamaica. But unfortunately, you better
- 10:47Speaker 3: say a prayer for America first. Because I know liberals
- 10:49Speaker 3: are going to try and make this America's problem, as
- 10:51Speaker 3: I said yesterday.
- 10:53Speaker 2: They're either going to ask.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Us to be on the hook, the American taxpayer, for
- 10:58Speaker 3: tens of billions to rebuild Jamaica, or they're going to
- 11:00Speaker 3: ask us to relocate all the Jamaicans to America. Either way,
- 11:03Speaker 3: it will not be good. So let's make sure that
- 11:06Speaker 3: we pray for Jamaica, that everything's going to be okay,
- 11:09Speaker 3: and Jamaicans can stay in Jamaica. Let them make Jamaica
- 11:11Speaker 3: great again. without making America lousy again, a third world
- 11:15Speaker 3: crap hole again. And the other big news is Chuck
- 11:18Speaker 3: Schumer again blocks the GOP bid to reopen the government
- 11:21Speaker 3: as air traffic.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Controllers go unpaid. So Schumer blames Trump for the lack
- 11:27Speaker 2: of progress. The country disagrees.
- 11:29Speaker 3: CNN's Harry Enten says GOP's approval rating has skyrocketed during
- 11:34Speaker 3: the Schumer shutdown. I'm sure it helps that he achieved
- 11:37Speaker 3: peace in the Middle East and got the hostages released.
- 11:41Speaker 3: But the shutdown, everybody who isn't blind with clear eyes
- 11:45Speaker 3: can see it's the Democrats' fault.
- 11:46Speaker 2: We'll be right back. Wait on the roof.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Hi, this is Wayne Allyn Root for Augusta Precious Metals.
- 11:52Speaker 3: There's a new report out that Americans are outliving their retirement.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Savings, leaving them in a doomed position.

- 13:51Speaker 3: Hi, this is Wayne Allyn Root for VRA Vertical Research Advisory.
- 13:55Speaker 3: After 15 years on Wall Street at the highest levels
- 13:57Speaker 3: in 2003, Kip Herridge founded VRA, his global investment and
- 14:01Speaker 3: economic newsletter. Since then, his top performing recommendations have beaten
- 14:05Speaker 3: the market 86% of the time, 18 out of 21 years.
- 14:09Speaker 3: I followed Kip's newsletter investment recommendations every morning for more
- 14:13Speaker 3: than 20 years.
- 14:14Speaker 2: I'm a witness. He recommended gold at $ 350 an ounce,
- 14:16Speaker 2: Bitcoin at $ 2, 000. He's really that good.
- 14:20Speaker 3: From growth stocks to ETFs to precious metals and Bitcoin,
- 14:23Speaker 3: the VRA goes wherever the highest profits reside.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Let Kip prove it to you for free.

- 14:44Speaker 2: That's VRAinsider.com. All right, Wayne L.
- 15:05Speaker 3: Aruth, Aruth, Aruth, Aruth's on fire coming from Las Vegas.
- 15:08Speaker 3: I believe the only podcast, the only TV show, and
- 15:11Speaker 3: the only radio show in America, national, that comes from
- 15:14Speaker 3: Las Vegas, emanates from Las Vegas. Certainly the only mainstream
- 15:18Speaker 3: one and the largest one, Vegas Crossroads of America. I've
- 15:21Speaker 3: always said that about Las Vegas. It is a wonderful
- 15:24Speaker 3: place because it's the crossroads of America. Over 45 million
- 15:28Speaker 3: tourists every single year, plus one of the fastest-growing cities.
- 15:31Speaker 3: We have almost 3 million people in Clark County now.
- 15:34Speaker 3: So add 45 and 3, you've got 48 million people,
- 15:37Speaker 3: which gives you about 200 million opinions. So I get
- 15:40Speaker 3: them all here. I get a cross-section of what America's
- 15:44Speaker 3: thinking and what the world is thinking. We have so
- 15:46Speaker 3: many international tourists. Some of the big news stories, and
- 15:49Speaker 3: I'm Wayne Root, by the way. This is The War Zone.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I am your Secretary of War, and this is the
- 15:54Speaker 3: Mainstream Media. You get news stories here you don't get
- 15:57Speaker 3: in the Mainstream Media. Pete Hexeth announces 14 killed in
- 16:03Speaker 3: the new largest single attack on a narco-terrorist boat. Unlike
- 16:08Speaker 3: most of the nine strikes recorded thus far, these fresh
- 16:10Speaker 3: attacks were on the Pacific side of Latin America, not
- 16:14Speaker 3: directly off Venezuela's coast. So the attacks against several vessels
- 16:19Speaker 3: occurred Monday. At the direction of President Trump, the Department
- 16:24Speaker 3: of War, not the Department of Defense anymore, right? Department
- 16:27Speaker 3: of War carried out three lethal kinetic strikes on four
- 16:31Speaker 3: vehicles operating by designated terrorist organizations trafficking narcotics in the
- 16:37Speaker 3: Eastern Pacific. The four vessels were known by our intelligence
- 16:40Speaker 3: apparatus transitioning along known narco-trafficking routes and carrying narcotics. The
- 16:45Speaker 3: death toll was high compared with other attacks which stretched
- 16:48Speaker 3: back several weeks. A total of 14 narco terrorists were
- 16:53Speaker 3: killed during three strikes with one survivor.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I love it.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I mean, we are the most powerful nation in the
- 17:00Speaker 3: world with the most powerful military in the world. And
- 17:03Speaker 3: we never use it under Democrat presidents. We're a bunch
- 17:06Speaker 3: of pussy cats, and we don't use them under Democrat presidents.
- 17:10Speaker 3: That could be why I love this story. The Democrat
- 17:12Speaker 3: Party's brand is ruined. It's beyond repair. New report claims
- 17:17Speaker 3: the Democrat Party is only growing among white liberals while
- 17:21Speaker 3: losing everyone else. Blacks, Latinos, young people, everyone's laughing at
- 17:27Speaker 3: the Democrat Party. Their views are horrible. Their brand is
- 17:30Speaker 3: in the gutter. They've only experienced growth among white liberals.
- 17:34Speaker 3: That would mean Super educated, probably mostly super educated white women. Well,
- 17:39Speaker 3: alienating literally every other group. And part of the party's problem,
- 17:45Speaker 3: they said, in this study is they don't stand for
- 17:47Speaker 3: anything other than being anti-Trump. And when they do stand
- 17:50Speaker 3: for something, it's on the.
- 17:51Speaker 2: 20% end of an 80-20 issue.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Right?
- 17:55Speaker 3: Democrats have badly weakened their party with left-leaning radical ideas
- 17:58Speaker 3: and rhetoric.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Really, it's just hilarious. The group is called Welcome.
- 18:03Speaker 3: It consulted hundreds of thousands of voters over six months
- 18:07Speaker 3: for its broad findings, including that 70% of voters think.
- 18:11Speaker 2: The Democrat Party is out of touch. 70%.
- 18:13Speaker 3: Most voters, the group found, believe the party over-prioritizes issues
- 18:18Speaker 3: like protecting the rights of LGBTQ Americans, and fighting climate
- 18:23Speaker 3: change while not caring about securing the.
- 18:25Speaker 2: Border or lowering the rate of crime. There it is.
- 18:28Speaker 2: This is what my whole show's been about for 10 years.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Elected Democrats will receive copies of the report after its
- 18:34Speaker 3: Monday publication, followed by events to promote it in D.C.
- 18:37Speaker 2: And New York.
- 18:38Speaker 3: The report urges party members to abandon some of the
- 18:42Speaker 3: progressive language they use about race, abortion, and LGBTQ issues today.
- 18:48Speaker 3: that Democrats first began using after the 2012 election and
- 18:52Speaker 3: recommends the nomination of more candidates willing to vote with
- 18:55Speaker 3: the Republicans on conservative immigration and crime bills. The Democrat
- 18:59Speaker 3: Party had better listen for the good of our nation.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Former Illinois Representative Sherry Bustos, who ran the party's House
- 19:07Speaker 3: Campaign Committee, wrote in her endorsement of the report, So
- 19:11Speaker 3: Democrats live in an alternate reality. They don't realize no
- 19:14Speaker 3: one cares about transgender issues and transgender brainwashing in school.
- 19:20Speaker 3: And no one gives a crap, a flying flip about
- 19:23Speaker 3: climate change. And what they care about is crime and
- 19:27Speaker 3: the border and taxes and our economy.
- 19:30Speaker 2: That's it.
- 19:30Speaker 3: And perfect for this report is Mayor Pete Butthead, who's
- 19:34Speaker 3: got his head up his butt, leads the Democrat PAC
- 19:38Speaker 3: in the first New Hampshire presidential poll.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Can you believe this? Mayor Pete is leading the Democrats.
- 19:45Speaker 3: Speaking of overemphasizing gay issues and trans issues. it's the

- 21:58Speaker 3: The only thing I like on CNN besides Scott Jennings
- 22:01Speaker 3: is the CNN senior data reporter, Harry Enten. He said
- 22:04Speaker 3: on Tuesday the Republican Party's approval has skyrocketed.
- 22:08Speaker 2: During the government shutdown.
- 22:10Speaker 3: The approval rating for the Republican Party overall rose by
- 22:14Speaker 3: two points. It jumped by five points for Republicans in Congress.
- 22:19Speaker 3: The net approval for congressional Republicans soared by 12 points
- 22:22Speaker 3: among Republican voters and eight points among independents. Since the
- 22:26Speaker 3: shutdown began, what we're looking at with the Republican Party overall,
- 22:29Speaker 3: that brand is actually up. That's written the margin of
- 22:33Speaker 3: error that clearly hasn't dropped. Come over to the side
- 22:35Speaker 3: of the screen. Look at the net approval, he said,
- 22:37Speaker 3: for Republicans in Congress. It's up five points since pre-shutdown.
- 22:41Speaker 3: So what we're seeing here is the Republican brand in
- 22:43Speaker 3: Congress has actually improved compared to when we were pre-shutdown,
- 22:47Speaker 3: despite the fact that Republicans control Congress. Democrats are losing
- 22:51Speaker 3: badly on this one. Badly, the American public finally sees
- 22:55Speaker 3: the truth because Trump knows how to fight back and win.
- 22:59Speaker 3: Energized Health is the sponsor of this segment. This is
- 23:01Speaker 3: my guest segment. We've got our guest standing by. This
- 23:04Speaker 3: segment is sponsored by Energized Health. I joined their program
- 23:08Speaker 3: in November of 2020. It changed my life. It changed
- 23:10Speaker 3: my career. I lost 25 pounds of fat. I gained
- 23:13Speaker 3: 10 pounds of muscle in only 88 days to.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Start the program. That was five years ago. My life
- 23:18Speaker 2: has never been the same.
- 23:21Speaker 3: I gained energy. I gained intercellular hydration. I got in
- 23:23Speaker 3: the best shape of my life. I got the healthiest
- 23:25Speaker 3: of my life. And I gained four new TV shows
- 23:28Speaker 3: past the age of 61. I don't think anyone has
- 23:30Speaker 3: ever done that before in TV history. And I know
- 23:34Speaker 3: why it happened because the fat melted off my body
- 23:36Speaker 3: and melted off my face.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Show the pictures, boys.
- 23:39Speaker 3: I'm almost 64 years old. 64 years old. And I
- 23:43Speaker 3: look younger now than I did at age 50. That's
- 23:45Speaker 3: me at age 50.
- 23:46Speaker 2: 15 years ago.
- 23:49Speaker 3: And let's see me in the gym today in the
- 23:52Speaker 3: best shape of my life. And I'm telling you, it's
- 23:55Speaker 3: impossible to go from that to that over 15 years
- 23:59Speaker 3: of aging because Energize Health is my fountain of youth.
- 24:02Speaker 3: It reversed aged me. I'll be on this program for
- 24:04Speaker 3: life because it's simple, it's easy.
- 24:06Speaker 2: And it's healthy.
- 24:07Speaker 3: For decades, Energize Health has transformed the lives of thousands
- 24:10Speaker 3: of people using the breakthrough science of intercellular hydration. Now
- 24:15Speaker 3: here's your chance to be like Wayne. Energize Health can
- 24:17Speaker 3: do for you what it did for me. It can
- 24:19Speaker 3: change your life, can supercharge your health, and can reverse
- 24:22Speaker 3: age you just like it did for me. Right now,
- 24:24Speaker 3: Energize Health is offering my fans 40% off. It's the
- 24:28Speaker 3: Wayne Root 40% off action discount. 40% off. Just say
- 24:32Speaker 3: WAR for Wayne Allen Root or type in WAR. When
- 24:35Speaker 3: you get to the website, energizedhealth.com, promo code WAR, energizedhealth.com.
- 24:42Speaker 2: All right, no problem.
- 24:43Speaker 3: All right, well, it was the guest segment, but the
- 24:44Speaker 3: guest isn't here. We don't know what's going on, but
- 24:47Speaker 3: let's talk about the shutdown for a minute. The good
- 24:49Speaker 3: news is that Wayne Rue could talk for 18 hours
- 24:51Speaker 3: a day with no guests, so it really doesn't matter.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Speaker Johnson lays out four simple facts about the Democrat
- 24:58Speaker 3: government shutdown, and they're so simple. Number one, Democrat votes
- 25:03Speaker 3: are required to open the government. The Republicans are all
- 25:06Speaker 3: voting to open the government. Democrats aren't voting.
- 25:08Speaker 2: To open the government. Whose fault is it? Democrats.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Democrats have voted 13 times to keep the government closed,
- 25:13Speaker 3: including today. Number 13, Democrats refuse to fund the government
- 25:17Speaker 3: unless Congress restores their radical left-wing agenda. And number four,
- 25:22Speaker 3: Democrats admit to using pain as their leverage against and
- 25:25Speaker 3: boast that every day gets better for us. And they
- 25:28Speaker 3: had a senator on TV just yesterday who said that
- 25:30Speaker 3: exact thing.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Every day gets better for us.
- 25:33Speaker 3: We have leverage because everybody on food stamps is going
- 25:36Speaker 3: to be starving to death. And they think that's a
- 25:38Speaker 3: good thing. They think that's great.
- 25:40Speaker 2: Here it is. Democrat Senator Chris Coons. Good name, Chris.
- 25:45Speaker 3: Coons admits denying Americans their SNAP benefits, that's food stamps,
- 25:51Speaker 3: is unpleasant but worth it because it gives Democrats political leverage.
- 25:55Speaker 3: He admits that, but there is no leverage. What's really
- 25:58Speaker 3: happened is it's backfired. The government shutdown has awakened the
- 26:03Speaker 3: public about how many people are on food stamps, 42 million,
- 26:07Speaker 3: and a huge number of them, I won't say the majority,
- 26:10Speaker 3: but I think it's the majority, but let's just say,
- 26:13Speaker 3: quote me, a huge number of them are foreigners, illegal
- 26:17Speaker 3: aliens on food stamps. Our country is giving away all
- 26:21Speaker 3: our money to illegal aliens who broke into the country.
- 26:24Speaker 2: No, they're not harmless.
- 26:25Speaker 3: A lot of them are criminals and murderers and rapists.
- 26:28Speaker 3: And no, it's not a small amount of money. It's
- 26:30Speaker 3: all the money we've got that could be.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Fixing our inner cities. It's just insane. They could be
- 26:36Speaker 2: giving a raise to the military.
- 26:37Speaker 3: It's just insane spending money on illegals.
- 26:40Speaker 1: All right.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Robert Spencer is with us, director of Jihad Watch. He's
- 26:44Speaker 3: a Shulman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, author
- 26:46Speaker 3: of 32 books. I thought I was doing good. I'm
- 26:49Speaker 3: an author of 17 books. He's an author of 32 books.
- 26:52Speaker 3: His new book is Intifada on the Hudson, the Selling
- 26:55Speaker 3: of Zoran Mamdani.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Robert Spencer, welcome to the show. How are you? Hey,
- 26:59Speaker 2: great to be here. Thank you.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Very good.
- 27:01Speaker 3: So they're having a big rally in New York on
- 27:04Speaker 3: Sunday against Mamdani. And I live all the way here
- 27:07Speaker 3: in Las Vegas. They asked me to be a centerpiece
- 27:10Speaker 3: of that rally. So I said I would record a
- 27:13Speaker 3: speech and I did it today. So I was going
- 27:15Speaker 3: to let you know what I said and I was
- 27:17Speaker 3: going to get your reaction to it. First of all,
- 27:18Speaker 3: I said, you know, it's very sad. I live in
- 27:20Speaker 3: Las Vegas, but I'm an ex-New Yorker, born and raised 26.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Years in New York.
- 27:25Speaker 3: And I feel terrible because New York City is going
- 27:26Speaker 3: to be destroyed, absolutely destroyed.
- 27:28Speaker 2: But it's going to be the best thing that ever
- 27:30Speaker 2: happened to the Republican Party.
- 27:32Speaker 3: This guy is the poster boy of winning the midterms.
- 27:34Speaker 3: Republicans are going to use him as a whipping boy.
- 27:37Speaker 3: And we are going to win the midterms so big
- 27:39Speaker 3: when people see the absolute insane extreme. radicalness of the
- 27:44Speaker 3: Democrat Party and the views of this nut job, Zoran Mondami,
- 27:48Speaker 3: it's going to be a big win in the midterms
- 27:50Speaker 3: for us. So I feel bad for New York, and
- 27:52Speaker 3: I hope it doesn't happen, and I pray for the
- 27:54Speaker 3: people of New York, but unfortunately, it's almost absolutely going
- 27:57Speaker 3: to happen in Because I believe in betting odds and
- 28:00Speaker 3: the odds are always right. And no one thought Trump
- 28:02Speaker 3: was going to be Kamala was going to be dead
- 28:04Speaker 3: even on election night.
- 28:05Speaker 2: And I knew Trump would win by.
- 28:07Speaker 3: A landslide because if you go to Polly Market, it
- 28:09Speaker 3: was like 90 percent betting on Trump winning by a landslide.
- 28:13Speaker 3: So it came out that way right now at Polly Market.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Zoran Mamdami is a 90 percent favorite. to win the election.
- 28:20Speaker 3: Cuomo's at 8%. And, uh, and the other guy is
- 28:24Speaker 3: at 1%. The Republican, uh, with the, uh, with the
- 28:27Speaker 3: red beret is at 1% Curtis Lewa. So, I mean,
- 28:30Speaker 3: the betters believe it's a fate to complete. Mamdami is
- 28:34Speaker 3: going to win. And so it is what it is.
- 28:36Speaker 2: I'm a realist. It's bad for New York. It's going
- 28:39Speaker 2: to destroy New York.
- 28:40Speaker 3: It's great for the Republican party to win midterms.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Your response to what I just said.
- 28:45Speaker 4: Well, I appreciate your optimism. And I, uh, I think
- 28:50Speaker 4: you're absolutely right, except for one possibility, and that is
- 28:53Speaker 4: that what he's going to try to do after he
- 28:56Speaker 4: bankrupts New York City is blame Trump. And remember back
- 29:01Speaker 4: in the 70s when New York spent itself into bankruptcy
- 29:05Speaker 4: and the New York Daily News famous headline was Ford
- 29:09Speaker 4: to city, drop dead. Now, think about that for a second.
- 29:12Speaker 4: They didn't say, Lindsay to city dropped dead or Beam
- 29:16Speaker 4: to city dropped dead. The mayors who actually ran the
- 29:20Speaker 4: city into the ground, they blamed the president for not
- 29:23Speaker 4: wanting to bail them out. And it's going to be
- 29:25Speaker 4: the same thing now. It's just going to be another
- 29:28Speaker 4: leftist talking point that it's actually Trump who destroyed New York,
- 29:33Speaker 4: not Mamdani.
- 29:34Speaker 3: But the good news is, Robert, that the world has changed.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Trump's better at PR than Democrats are.
- 29:39Speaker 3: And there's never been a time where we've ever won
- 29:41Speaker 3: a shutdown, a government shutdown.
- 29:43Speaker 2: We're winning big. Ask Harry Enten on CNN.
- 29:46Speaker 3: Trump knows how to dominate the headlines and how to
- 29:49Speaker 3: get his point across. And he's pulling a really fairly
- 29:52Speaker 3: stupid and competent, cowardly Republican Party, same as always, across
- 29:57Speaker 3: the finish line. So we're actually doing okay this time.
- 30:00Speaker 3: All these numbers show Congress's ratings are up five points
- 30:04Speaker 3: during the shutdown, and Trump is up a couple of points.
- 30:07Speaker 2: During the shutdown.
- 30:08Speaker 3: So I don't think they'll ever succeed again. The media
- 30:11Speaker 3: is losing to Trump, so I don't think they can
- 30:13Speaker 3: pull that off. So I think people will see through
- 30:15Speaker 3: that one. That's the good news.
- 30:17Speaker 2: But let's talk about Mondami. So here's what I.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Said in my speech, right, for the rally on Sunday
- 30:23Speaker 3: in New York City. I said, if you look at
- 30:26Speaker 3: the numbers in the last five years, long before Mondami,
- 30:29Speaker 3: everybody's leaving New York, everyone's leaving California, and everyone's leaving Illinois.
- 30:33Speaker 3: And they're all going to Texas, Florida, and actually my state, Nevada,
- 30:37Speaker 3: but also South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona. They're all
- 30:41Speaker 3: leaving red states, running for their lives, and going to
- 30:43Speaker 3: blue states, to me, blue states, running for their lives,
- 30:46Speaker 3: going to red states. And they're taking tens of billions,
- 30:50Speaker 3: hundreds of billions of dollars with them.
- 30:52Speaker 2: So the blue states are all going broke.
- 30:54Speaker 3: So when Mandami wins, if he wins, assuming he wins
- 30:58Speaker 3: on next week, on next Tuesday, the exodus from New York.
- 31:02Speaker 2: Is going to be overwhelming.
- 31:04Speaker 3: And the people that are left who still have money
- 31:06Speaker 3: are all going to leave.
- 31:07Speaker 2: And the business owners are going to leave. And the
- 31:08Speaker 2: Jews are going to leave. And the Catholics are going
- 31:10Speaker 2: to leave. And New York City is going to be
- 31:12Speaker 2: in such bad financial shape, it will collapse very quickly.
- 31:17Speaker 2: I just want to, again, get your reaction to what
- 31:19Speaker 2: I said.
- 31:20Speaker 4: Oh, I think that's 100% right. That's exactly what he
- 31:24Speaker 4: is going to do. And I'll tell you something else,
- 31:27Speaker 4: that this is what he wants to happen, because he
- 31:31Speaker 4: is a chaos agent. He is somebody who holds to
- 31:34Speaker 4: not just one, but two radically anti-American ideologies. He is
- 31:39Speaker 4: a Marxist. He denies it, but I've got the receipts
- 31:41Speaker 4: in the book. He's very clearly a Marxist. And he
- 31:45Speaker 4: is a 12-year Shiite Muslim. That's the kind of Islam
- 31:48Speaker 4: where they chant death to America every Friday in the mosques.
- 31:52Speaker 4: And the Ayatollah Khamenei, because it's the official religion of
- 31:55Speaker 4: the Islamic Republic of Iran, has said, this is not
- 31:59Speaker 4: just a slogan. This is a policy. This is the
- 32:01Speaker 4: goal of our regime. So you can just imagine what
- 32:05Speaker 4: this man wants to do to New York. Both Marxism
- 32:09Speaker 4: and jihadist Islam want to destroy, want to create chaos
- 32:14Speaker 4: so that they can take advantage of it and impose
- 32:17Speaker 4: their own authoritarian agenda. And that's what he's going to
- 32:20Speaker 4: be working toward from day one as mayor of New York.
- 32:23Speaker 3: Well, he already said he's for global intifada. I mean,
- 32:25Speaker 3: that's domination by Muslims. And that, you know, behind that
- 32:29Speaker 3: little fun phrase is really kill all the Jews.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Right. I mean, that's what he wants to do. It's stunning.
- 32:36Speaker 2: I don't know if you know this, Robert. I'm a Jew.
- 32:38Speaker 3: So it's not exactly a pleasant thought to me that
- 32:41Speaker 3: someone wants to kill all the Jews and he's going
- 32:43Speaker 3: to be the mayor of New York City where I
- 32:45Speaker 3: come from. and it's the biggest Jewish population in the
- 32:48Speaker 3: world outside of Israel itself.
- 32:51Speaker 2: So how did this ever happen?
- 32:52Speaker 3: Let's talk about that when we get back. Stay with
- 32:54Speaker 3: us for another segment. Talk about it when we get back.
- 32:56Speaker 3: I think it's because New York City isn't the city
- 32:58Speaker 3: I grew up in. It's all foreigners now.
- 33:00Speaker 2: It's not Jews and Catholics.
- 33:02Speaker 3: I grew up with nothing but Jews and Catholics on
- 33:04Speaker 3: my neighborhood, and all of a sudden now it's a
- 33:06Speaker 3: bunch of foreigners, and they don't think like American-born citizens think.
- 33:11Speaker 3: But we'll see what Robert Spencer has to say. When
- 33:13Speaker 3: we get back, he's the director of Jihad Watch. He's
- 33:16Speaker 3: the author of 32 books. His new book is Intifada
- 33:19Speaker 3: on the Hudson, The Selling of Zoran Mamdani. We'll be
- 33:23Speaker 3: right back. Wayne Allyn Root, rootforamerica.com. Hi, I'm Wayne Allyn

- 33:34Speaker 2: Here's the raw truth.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 33:38Speaker 3: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 33:42Speaker 3: heard of, tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's
- 33:45Speaker 3: what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles,
- 33:48Speaker 3: and puts steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 33:51Speaker 2: Here's the danger.
- 33:52Speaker 3: China controls 80% of the world's supply and 90% of production.
- 33:56Speaker 3: If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy and
- 33:59Speaker 3: independence all hangs in the balance.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Here's the good news. We have the solution. Patriot Critical Minerals,
- 34:05Speaker 2: home to.
- 34:05Speaker 3: The most advanced tungsten deposit in the entire USA of
- 34:08Speaker 3: over 19 million tons. This is the kind of discovery
- 34:11Speaker 3: that can change the game enough to break China's stranglehold
- 34:14Speaker 3: on tungsten. There has never been a better moment to
- 34:17Speaker 3: invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical Minerals isn't just about mining.

- 36:56Speaker 3: show is based in Vegas, but of course it's national.
- 36:59Speaker 3: It always has been for 10 years now. Radio, TV, podcast,
- 37:02Speaker 3: all national. But I do it all from my TV
- 37:05Speaker 3: studio and radio studio here in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- 37:08Speaker 2: I love it here. Love it here.
- 37:10Speaker 3: By the way, just so you know, zero state income tax,
- 37:13Speaker 3: zero business tax, zero inheritance tax, zero capital gains tax,

- 37:20Speaker 3: United States of America.
- 37:22Speaker 2: And everyone can carry guns. You know what I call that? Heaven.
- 37:28Speaker 2: All right.
- 37:29Speaker 3: Robert Spencer is our guest coming back for part two.
- 37:31Speaker 3: I want to mention the sponsor of this segment because...
- 37:35Speaker 3: We get to do this for free and you get
- 37:37Speaker 3: to watch it for free because these guys signed the
- 37:39Speaker 3: front of the checks.
- 37:40Speaker 2: Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 37:44Speaker 3: The golden age of Trump prosperity is all about making
- 37:46Speaker 3: America the energy capital of the world.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Enter Lost Soldier Oil and Gas.
- 37:50Speaker 3: It took 40 years to piece together this 40,000 acre
- 37:54Speaker 3: giant gas discovery. It's estimated to contain up to 6
- 37:57Speaker 3: trillion cubic feet of gas, making it one of the
- 38:00Speaker 3: largest gas discoveries in the Rocky Mountain region ever. in
- 38:03Speaker 3: the last 30 years or more, with a management forecast
- 38:06Speaker 3: projecting the first 25 wells to produce 400 million cubic
- 38:10Speaker 3: feet per day of natural gas, and by 2035, targeted
- 38:16Speaker 3: production of over a billion cubic feet per day. The
- 38:19Speaker 3: surge in AI data centers is what's creating all this
- 38:23Speaker 3: soaring demand for energy, and this is how we power
- 38:27Speaker 3: the AI future of America with clean natural gas. It's
- 38:31Speaker 3: headed by oil and gas legend Mark Bruner, second generation.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Oil and gas legend, by the way. His dad was
- 38:37Speaker 2: a moneymaker legend.
- 38:40Speaker 3: And Mark Bruner's previous public companies delivered spectacular returns for investors.
- 38:45Speaker 3: At their peaks, Pinnacle Energy grew about 100 to 1.
- 38:48Speaker 3: So every dollar you put in, you got back 100.
- 38:50Speaker 3: If you put in You know, $ 1, you got back $ 100.
- 38:55Speaker 2: If you put in $ 10, you got back $ 1, 000.
- 38:56Speaker 3: If you put in $ 1, 000, you got back $ 10, 000. And
- 38:59Speaker 3: Ultra Petroleum soared from $ 0. 15 to $ 200 per share at
- 39:04Speaker 3: its peak.
- 39:06Speaker 2: This is in the 1990s.
- 39:08Speaker 3: A $ 10, 000 investment turned into $ 13 million over 10 years.
- 39:13Speaker 3: To learn more about Lost Soldier Oil & Gas, go
- 39:15Speaker 3: to lostsoldier.com and fill out the contact form.
- 39:17Speaker 2: They'll get right back to you. Lost Soldier. And I
- 39:21Speaker 2: am an investor. Simple as that. I am an investor.
- 39:24Speaker 2: Wayne Root is excited. I want, I hope that we
- 39:27Speaker 2: can repeat the same thing and turn $ 10, 000 into $ 30, 000.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Million, who knows, you know? But boy, would that be wonderful.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Robert Spencer's my guest, director of Jihad Watch, Shulman Fellow
- 39:37Speaker 3: at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, author of 32 books.
- 39:41Speaker 3: His new book is Intifada on the Hudson, The Selling
- 39:44Speaker 3: of Zoran Mondami.
- 39:46Speaker 2: So tell us about your book, Robert.
- 39:48Speaker 3: When you say the selling of Mondami, I assume it's
- 39:51Speaker 3: just like the selling of AOC. It's a bunch of
- 39:53Speaker 3: fraud and a bunch of lies and a bunch of propaganda.
- 39:56Speaker 2: How did they sell them?
- 39:58Speaker 4: Well, they sold them in exactly the same way as
- 40:00Speaker 4: they sold AOC. As a matter of fact, he and
- 40:04Speaker 4: AOC and Omar Fateh, who's about to be elected mayor
- 40:07Speaker 4: of Minneapolis, they are a new strategy that the left
- 40:12Speaker 4: is pursuing of candidates who are from immigrant backgrounds, non-white,
- 40:19Speaker 4: Muslim if they can get them. Omar Fateh is a Muslim.
- 40:23Speaker 4: Of course, Mamdani is. And they are trying to show
- 40:27Speaker 4: that they're so diverse and all that. But of course,
- 40:30Speaker 4: the only diversity that they don't value is diversity of thought.
- 40:33Speaker 4: All these people are socialist internationalists who want to see
- 40:36Speaker 4: the existing system brought down and a socialist authoritarian internationalist
- 40:40Speaker 4: regime put in its place. And we're going to see
- 40:43Speaker 4: more and more candidates like Mamdani and like these others.
- 40:47Speaker 2: Scary stuff.
- 40:48Speaker 3: You seem like a very intellectual guy, so let me
- 40:50Speaker 3: ask you this question. I always say to people, you know,
- 40:53Speaker 3: because I hear Mondami freely admits to being a socialist,
- 40:56Speaker 3: but he denies he's a communist.
- 40:58Speaker 2: And I don't really get the difference.
- 41:00Speaker 3: Because to me, if you look up the history of communism,
- 41:04Speaker 3: It's all nations that are socialist nations, and yet they've,
- 41:08Speaker 3: excuse me, communist nations, yet they've got a socialist economic system.
- 41:12Speaker 3: So socialism goes hand in hand with communism. It's basically
- 41:15Speaker 3: the same exact thing. I don't know why they're denying
- 41:18Speaker 3: they're communists.
- 41:18Speaker 2: What is the difference? Look up the Soviet Union.
- 41:21Speaker 3: It's a communist country, but they had a socialist economy.
- 41:23Speaker 3: Look up Cuba, communist country, but they have a socialist economy.
- 41:27Speaker 3: So how can you be a socialist but deny you're
- 41:29Speaker 3: a communist?
- 41:30Speaker 4: Well, in the first place, because he's a big liar.
- 41:33Speaker 4: and he knows that communism still has a bad reputation
- 41:37Speaker 4: in the United States, and socialism does not. And so
- 41:41Speaker 4: he figures he can call himself a socialist, and people
- 41:43Speaker 4: will say, oh, okay, that's like Denmark or Sweden, and
- 41:47Speaker 4: no problem there. And they don't realize that it's really
- 41:50Speaker 4: the gulags and the whole nine yards that he's talking about.
- 41:54Speaker 2: But he is.
- 41:55Speaker 4: He's very clearly a Marxist. I've got the receipts in
- 41:57Speaker 4: the book. He talks about seizing the means of production,
- 42:00Speaker 4: which means the government controls everything, and you just work
- 42:05Speaker 4: for them and do what they tell you. If that's
- 42:07Speaker 4: what New Yorkers want, they're going to vote for it
- 42:09Speaker 4: next Tuesday.
- 42:11Speaker 3: Well, you know, my buddy runs the Democracy Institute, and
- 42:14Speaker 3: I think they're the best pollsters out there, and he
- 42:15Speaker 3: just sent me his poll on Mondami yesterday, ma'am Donnie, yesterday,
- 42:20Speaker 3: and it shows that almost all New Yorkers overwhelmingly support
- 42:24Speaker 3: like socialism more than they like capitalism.
- 42:27Speaker 2: Can you believe how sad that is? It's insanity. Don't
- 42:31Speaker 2: they know that communism leads to everybody getting killed? But again,
- 42:34Speaker 2: they'll say socialism and communism are not the same thing.
- 42:37Speaker 3: It's so absurd. But New York's gonna sink. I'm telling you,
- 42:40Speaker 3: it's gonna sink into the Hudson.
- 42:41Speaker 2: It's gonna be the end of New York.
- 42:43Speaker 3: Hey, listen, we really appreciate you, Robert, and we'll have
- 42:46Speaker 3: you on again after the victory.
- 42:47Speaker 2: Let's have you on again and talk about it. Robert Spencer, his.
- 42:50Speaker 3: Book is called Intifada on the Hudson, the Selling of
- 42:54Speaker 3: Zoran Mamdani.
- 42:56Speaker 2: Robert, thank you for coming on.
- 42:58Speaker 4: Great to talk to you. Thank you.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Good man. Thank you. All right, we'll be right back.
