- 1:12Speaker 4: and that all we're asking to do. We're panhandled a
- 1:14Speaker 4: little bit, but go ahead and give us that little
- 1:16Speaker 4: button click. You don't even have to put the bell
- 1:18Speaker 4: on if you don't want to, but if you could
- 1:19Speaker 4: do that for us, it'll make our lives a whole

- 1:29Speaker 4: see how it feels.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Dude.
- 1:31Speaker 4: Another think you can touch and know how it feels
- 1:32Speaker 4: immediately is the Chevy Silverado presented by We're presented by
- 1:36Speaker 4: your good friends of Chevy. There's a reason why I've
- 1:37Speaker 4: never known a tear talk on best pickup trucks, and
- 1:40Speaker 4: that's because Bust with the Boys. At Bust with the Boys,
- 1:43Speaker 4: there's only one truck, and that is the Chevy Silverado.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Why is that, I don't know. Maybe it's the eight
- 1:47Speaker 4: cameras on the truck with fourteen different views. Maybe it's
- 1:50Speaker 4: that when you're driving with your family to and from
- 1:53Speaker 4: school or on holidays, are going on road trips, you
- 1:56Speaker 4: feel safe knowing that the Chevy Silverado is taking care
- 1:58Speaker 4: of you. Silverado brings the grit, the legendary grit pair
- 2:02Speaker 4: with a modern truck tech inside and out. We love
- 2:06Speaker 4: the bold blackout look of the new Silverado HD Trail
- 2:10Speaker 4: Boss there's a reason Chevy is America's most awarded brand

- 2:33Speaker 4: other brands and the JD Power twenty twenty two through
- 2:36Speaker 4: twenty twenty four US initial quality studies. Visitjdpower dot com
- 2:40Speaker 4: forwards lash Awards for more details. Awards based on twenty
- 2:44Speaker 4: twenty two through twenty twenty four models. Lot a mouthful there, lot.
- 2:47Speaker 5: Of mouthful, and I was on my phone because I
- 2:49Speaker 5: was searching some data. We talked about the painhandling, just
- 2:52Speaker 5: having a good reminder at the top of the episode
- 2:54Speaker 5: for people to subscribe, and why it's important, which I'm
- 2:57Speaker 5: sure we'll hit on in our in our meeting tomorrow
- 2:59Speaker 5: when kind of de briefing the last week. Sam Marrill's
- 3:02Speaker 5: episode is sitting at like sixty something thousand of views,
- 3:06Speaker 5: fifty million the subscribers we added last week three hundred
- 3:10Speaker 5: and seventy two. Now for perspective two weeks ago, Rich Eisen,
- 3:15Speaker 5: that episode's at like one hundred and fifty thousand, that
- 3:17Speaker 5: is currently sitting at two hundred and sixty one new subscribers.
- 3:20Speaker 5: So just the simple call to action, and maybe it's
- 3:23Speaker 5: it's just reminding the boys, like, hey, just make sure
- 3:25Speaker 5: you're subscribed to the episode. It does help. So the panhandling,
- 3:30Speaker 5: just the request, I think I think helps a little bit.
- 3:32Speaker 5: What we got JP back. JP's back from his honeymoon.
- 3:39Speaker 5: The man, oh, he got the ring.
- 3:41Speaker 4: He's seen the field, hit a full body cramp this morning,
- 3:44Speaker 4: He's seen the.
- 3:45Speaker 5: Field as clear as he ever has. I think, in
- 3:48Speaker 5: my JP would be a fair assessment.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Fair assessment. Everything that everybody is thinking is true.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Yes, that's at all. Let's go JP.
- 3:56Speaker 5: Should we should we hit on? Should we touch on? Recap?
- 3:59Speaker 5: The wedding? Guy? Know, when we were at the wedding,
- 4:00Speaker 5: You're like, hey, try to hold off for a week
- 4:01Speaker 5: so we can talk about when I get back, I
- 4:04Speaker 5: get some wedding shenanigans. I know, we just had Georgia
- 4:08Speaker 5: Tech Florida State. We could talk about our first bets
- 4:10Speaker 5: of the season. We got big Week one of college
- 4:12Speaker 5: football coming up. Our gambling show is not coming out
- 4:16Speaker 5: this week. It's coming out next week, the first week
- 4:18Speaker 5: of NFL. We're doing a gambling show called The Locker Room. Sadly,
- 4:23Speaker 5: and I know the comments are going to go off
- 4:25Speaker 5: about this bet. The bus is not happening this year,
- 4:28Speaker 5: s and P five hundred is not happening this year.
- 4:30Speaker 5: We're basically taking a show and just talking football, bets, gambling.
- 4:33Speaker 5: You got NFL, you got college That will its first
- 4:36Speaker 5: episode will be next Thursday, and it is called the
- 4:40Speaker 5: Locker Room. So again, subscribe wherever you get your pods
- 4:43Speaker 5: that will be in the timeline.
- 4:45Speaker 4: We will be doing that.
- 4:46Speaker 5: So where should we start, fellas, Let's.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Start a JP's wedding. I want to talk about that, okay,
- 4:51Speaker 4: I want to talk about your experience, JP. How was it?
- 4:54Speaker 4: How'd you feel? Man?
- 4:56Speaker 1: So on the rehearsal dinner day was pretty stressful. The
- 4:59Speaker 1: caterers got the like two three hours late.
- 5:02Speaker 5: How was your old man?
- 5:03Speaker 1: He was hot? Y'all saw him. He he was He
- 5:07Speaker 1: was holding it together for the people for the most part.
- 5:09Speaker 1: But I think he found himself by by himself for
- 5:12Speaker 1: a little while where he got to let off some
- 5:14Speaker 1: steam to a few people.
- 5:15Speaker 5: If a dog was by him, it would have been
- 5:17Speaker 5: bad to be.
- 5:17Speaker 1: The dog exactly shout out Kai. But once the food,
- 5:23Speaker 1: once we sat down, did the speeches, had the food.
- 5:26Speaker 1: The food was incredible. My parents did an awesome job.
- 5:28Speaker 1: My mom, she has three boys. We've never the biggest
- 5:32Speaker 1: party we've thrown is probably one of my birthday parties
- 5:34Speaker 1: at the pool and the biggest coordinating is like getting
- 5:37Speaker 1: enough popsicles in pizza and pizza and so they did
- 5:42Speaker 1: a great job. They were stressed out. I cannot say
- 5:45Speaker 1: thank you enough to my parents. And then the pool
- 5:47Speaker 1: party after y'all two people, three people on here got
- 5:51Speaker 1: to experience a pool party and that was that was peak.
- 5:55Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all talked about.
- 5:56Speaker 5: It, but we talked about it a little bit.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Yeah up, yeah, yeah.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I mean it's just like if if you're wondering, like
- 6:04Speaker 1: who I am? Like that to me, man, it was.
- 6:07Speaker 1: It was awesome. Yeah.
- 6:09Speaker 5: The relays, the contest the boys in the beginning because
- 6:13Speaker 5: I didn't get in the water first because I saw
- 6:14Speaker 5: some of your friends that were playing physical fighting, just
- 6:17Speaker 5: over the volleyball and they're like, well wall, you know,
- 6:20Speaker 5: get out of Yeah, it's a little too rough for
- 6:21Speaker 5: me out there right now. I gotta warm up a
- 6:23Speaker 5: little bit. Then the storm came and even though everybody scattered,
- 6:27Speaker 5: like the moment the storm was happening, like just that
- 6:29Speaker 5: little short video where your boy catches.
- 6:31Speaker 1: The right I think Evan caught it. I don't know.
- 6:34Speaker 5: You see the the wind happening so hard that you
- 6:36Speaker 5: kind of see the water moving.
- 6:39Speaker 1: It was a dream, dude, it was a dream. And yeah,
- 6:41Speaker 1: your five second video captured like the perfect essence of it.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I wish we had the video of the relays smoked
- 6:46Speaker 1: well twice, but Jack and I we came away with
- 6:50Speaker 1: the dub and one of them, my brother.
- 6:52Speaker 4: Came away with dub.
- 6:53Speaker 1: And the second one you were on team with my brother.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Yeah, the second.
- 6:57Speaker 5: One, when he first came in, we took him on
- 6:59Speaker 5: our team.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Yeah, will fall started in that one.
- 7:01Speaker 5: Okay, fall start.
- 7:03Speaker 1: You went before? Yeah, you went before the What I
- 7:06Speaker 1: was what I was.
- 7:08Speaker 5: Trying to do is Timey hitting the water on Gough smart,
- 7:13Speaker 5: you know what I mean?
- 7:13Speaker 4: Yeah, that's using the rle serie advantage. It's a smart move.
- 7:16Speaker 5: Yeah, and what the the rumors are? Here was the
- 7:20Speaker 5: phrase used if JP even beat me, It was that
- 7:23Speaker 5: was a photo.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Finish after you got a head start.
- 7:27Speaker 5: From Aquaman himself, the guy who claims that he's the
- 7:30Speaker 5: fastest swimmer of all time.
- 7:31Speaker 1: That's not true. Jack is faster than me.
- 7:35Speaker 5: Yeah, you guys never did race. There's part of me
- 7:39Speaker 5: that thinks, like, maybe you don't want to know who
- 7:41Speaker 5: would win.
- 7:42Speaker 1: I have said Jacket is faster than me.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Second before you said that, I was trying to get
- 7:47Speaker 4: something going.
- 7:48Speaker 5: It's not about that, it's not about the thread time.
- 7:51Speaker 5: I do feel like, you know, we found out. I
- 7:53Speaker 5: got to find out like how competent I was like
- 7:56Speaker 5: swimming against Like I mean you you had some swimmers there.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Yeah, he did, Tyler, Joe, Alan Jack, my brother. He
- 8:05Speaker 1: made the final one.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Of the four.
- 8:06Speaker 5: That's like, hey, let's just do a one race, good on, good,
- 8:10Speaker 5: down and back. With just fifty meters. Jack was holding
- 8:13Speaker 5: his own until probably the last fifteen meters.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:15Speaker 5: And I will say from the camp barstool stuff, it's
- 8:17Speaker 5: like I I was about to catch a full body
- 8:20Speaker 5: cramper I was in. I could not get comfortable because
- 8:24Speaker 5: my quads are so on fire, and I will say,
- 8:26Speaker 5: just to clear the air. I was laying on the table.
- 8:29Speaker 5: Garrett Can attests to this, and I was being very
- 8:32Speaker 5: serious too, because I was hurting, like my oh, my arms,
- 8:36Speaker 5: my tricess, my back and my quads more than anything.
- 8:39Speaker 5: And I was like, hey, I just want to take back.
- 8:41Speaker 5: I said some things about Michael Phelps a couple of
- 8:43Speaker 5: weeks ago, and I'll be honest, I found out a
- 8:46Speaker 5: little bit more about the swimming, the swimming physicality.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Of it all, best full body work.
- 8:51Speaker 4: To see Will in that position.
- 8:53Speaker 5: I was hurting.
- 8:55Speaker 4: You had a full week of like going through stuff.
- 8:57Speaker 4: You have the toe the first day and the next
- 8:59Speaker 4: day it was.
- 8:59Speaker 5: The toes getting a little better. Yeah, but do you
- 9:03Speaker 5: want to see it?
- 9:03Speaker 4: Yeah? I do, because Will jam this till we were
- 9:06Speaker 4: playing softball White.
- 9:07Speaker 5: Sox daya bro it.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Oh it's got a lot better. Yeah, maybe just a jam.
- 9:12Speaker 5: Then I was putting the I was putting in the
- 9:13Speaker 5: old little foot spot that I got at home. Yeah,
- 9:17Speaker 5: thrown some ice every now and then there, trying to
- 9:20Speaker 5: just move it.
- 9:21Speaker 4: The thing that surprised me the most about this toe
- 9:22Speaker 4: is that it didn't bother you sleeping at night because
- 9:25Speaker 4: toe pain. Yeah, and the blood float of toes.
- 9:28Speaker 1: And your heart beat.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Yes, yea, he didn't have it, but yeah, it really was.
- 9:32Speaker 5: It was kind of fun sleeping in those bunks. It
- 9:34Speaker 5: was I was comfortable. I don't know about you. I
- 9:36Speaker 5: know you're a big cat, You're a big guy.
- 9:38Speaker 4: I was so tired at the end of each day
- 9:39Speaker 4: that it was. It was fine, but like, it was
- 9:42Speaker 4: the first weekend that actually, like my back was hurting
- 9:45Speaker 4: all weekend. Yeah, my knee was swollen all week in.
- 9:47Speaker 4: My back was swoll a weekend. I was like, that
- 9:48Speaker 4: was a good time.
- 9:49Speaker 5: But Taylor almost slept like twelve hours one night.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, that's the first day I like went And
- 9:54Speaker 4: just the problem was I got too hot when we
- 9:56Speaker 4: were fishing, and I was like, so I was, let
- 9:58Speaker 4: me go look at my phone for a little bit.
- 10:00Speaker 4: Phone and I was like, I'm not getting up. I
- 10:02Speaker 4: got up to brush my teeth and then I went
- 10:05Speaker 4: to bed. That was it, man, I was I was cooked,
- 10:09Speaker 4: absolutely cozy. K Bartol was it absolute blast. Let's talk
- 10:12Speaker 4: about after the wedding.
- 10:16Speaker 5: Winners and losers of the wedding, because I got a
- 10:19Speaker 5: couple for JP losers, I.
- 10:21Speaker 4: Got a loser.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Let's hear him.
- 10:22Speaker 4: I got a loser too, what's your loser. I don't
- 10:27Speaker 4: know the lady. She was wearing a whitish dress, like
- 10:30Speaker 4: a pearl colored dress, and she had a little purse
- 10:33Speaker 4: with her. That's really all the I got for a
- 10:35Speaker 4: blonde haired lady wearing white. Yes, but I love the
- 10:41Speaker 4: idea of open seating. However, it was a little bit
- 10:45Speaker 4: of a chaot ideal me Will Charro went and got
- 10:48Speaker 4: our food and there was a table and I sit
- 10:52Speaker 4: down and the lady in the dress is like, you're
- 10:54Speaker 4: sitting in my seat. I was like, oh, I'm sorry.
- 10:55Speaker 4: And then I walked over to the other side of
- 10:57Speaker 4: where Charle was and there was her purse right there,
- 11:00Speaker 4: and I noticed it was the Purst letter because she
- 11:01Speaker 4: was holding it. Later and so I noticed that she
- 11:03Speaker 4: was taking a couple of seats, and then you ended
- 11:05Speaker 4: up getting up and they moved into your seats. So
- 11:08Speaker 4: I ended up just walking away. That's really my only
- 11:11Speaker 4: loser of the wedding. That's my loser of the wedding
- 11:13Speaker 4: is being.
- 11:13Speaker 5: I love how you identified a person, because my loser
- 11:15Speaker 5: is going to be the open seating concept, the standing
- 11:18Speaker 5: the I think A winner is the buffet phenomena huge,
- 11:22Speaker 5: incredible food.
- 11:23Speaker 4: The things were unbelievable, flinters out there just trying to
- 11:27Speaker 4: get food everywhere.
- 11:28Speaker 1: I got, like, I got like a little plate. But
- 11:29Speaker 1: I saw photos of the spread after Oh my god.
- 11:32Speaker 5: Ohoh, even my wedding when I didn't get to have
- 11:35Speaker 5: like the appetires that were going around because we had
- 11:37Speaker 5: to go take photos and everything and they were all
- 11:39Speaker 5: kind of gone. When I was back, I was like, fuck, man,
- 11:41Speaker 5: I feel you on that.
- 11:42Speaker 4: The sushi God, hey, yeah she was good too. And
- 11:49Speaker 4: then you had so much the ch and the eel
- 11:53Speaker 4: sauce in tubes, which is great because that's a great
- 11:56Speaker 4: little thing that you always get someone the sushi, and
- 11:58Speaker 4: you wish there was a little bit more of you
- 11:59Speaker 4: feel kind of weird asking for those things.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Yeah, you could drench that shit, no problem. It was
- 12:03Speaker 1: so good.
- 12:04Speaker 5: Another a winner, the uh, the priest, the pastor, Yes,
- 12:08Speaker 5: rust David job storytelling that.
- 12:11Speaker 4: Pissed me off, but it was really good. He did
- 12:13Speaker 4: a really good job.
- 12:14Speaker 5: The camaraderie at the toward the end of the night,
- 12:17Speaker 5: like when you got to kind of you know, you
- 12:18Speaker 5: were saying hi to everybody, but you get to enjoy
- 12:20Speaker 5: your moments with the boys. You guys are having a
- 12:22Speaker 5: great time throwing you up the ale. Oh that's a winner.
- 12:26Speaker 5: But my loser was the open seating because a couple
- 12:29Speaker 5: of reasons. One the one Taylor mentioned like if you're
- 12:33Speaker 5: if you don't know a lot of people, like I
- 12:35Speaker 5: knew our crew, and I'm sure other people from other
- 12:38Speaker 5: parts of your life are like kind of trying to
- 12:40Speaker 5: figure it out who's who and everything else. But when
- 12:42Speaker 5: you don't know where to go, it's almost better to
- 12:44Speaker 5: be told, hey, this is where you're sitting, this is
- 12:45Speaker 5: where you're going, because then it kind of takes the
- 12:47Speaker 5: pressure off of a situation where it's like there wasn't
- 12:50Speaker 5: a whole lot of tables. You had a few standing tables,
- 12:52Speaker 5: so you're trying to figure out, man, how can I
- 12:53Speaker 5: sit down and eat all this? Because it was good grub,
- 12:55Speaker 5: Like every different station.
- 12:56Speaker 4: You' getting multiple plays too, so the whole standard had
- 12:58Speaker 4: like three.
- 12:59Speaker 5: Different buffets going on. It was great.
- 13:01Speaker 4: It was all the time, Trivia, Gregg's, crab cakes.
- 13:03Speaker 5: And It's And another reason it was a loser is
- 13:08Speaker 5: because I could not hear Sidon's dad giving the speech,
- 13:10Speaker 5: and I was low key getting a little fired up
- 13:13Speaker 5: because the back half, if you're sitting down at your table,
- 13:16Speaker 5: you kind of know when somebody's talking and everybody's quiet
- 13:18Speaker 5: and watching, but nobody really knew that it was speech
- 13:20Speaker 5: time and you couldn't get that. You couldn't hear anything
- 13:23Speaker 5: because the back half of the room they were like
- 13:24Speaker 5: partying in Mingland.
- 13:25Speaker 1: And every for sure.
- 13:26Speaker 5: So that was the only thing that was the only
- 13:28Speaker 5: loser that I was really bummed.
- 13:29Speaker 4: If we're not identifying individuals, I have one more loser
- 13:32Speaker 4: of the wedding, and I don't want to feel like
- 13:33Speaker 4: piling on wedding. It was a great wedding. It was
- 13:38Speaker 4: a It was a great wedding. But because I knew
- 13:41Speaker 4: how excited you were for your walkout song, I was
- 13:45Speaker 4: bummed out for you. There wasn't that people. There wasn't
- 13:49Speaker 4: like one individual like the party planner going hey, everybody,
- 13:51Speaker 4: they're gonna they're walking in. Everybody stand over here, because
- 13:55Speaker 4: I didn't really know you were walking into because the
- 13:57Speaker 4: one was I knew is I saw you, like, hey,
- 13:59Speaker 4: we're about to walk out. So I walked over and
- 14:02Speaker 4: it was like our little crew and then maybe like
- 14:04Speaker 4: you know, fifteen twenty other people. But the rest of
- 14:07Speaker 4: the way the room was set up was like L
- 14:09Speaker 4: shaped and that on the other side there was like
- 14:12Speaker 4: more than half the party grabbing drinks and getting their
- 14:14Speaker 4: food going to where the walkout didn't get the love
- 14:17Speaker 4: it should have gotten, right, didn't go very long either.
- 14:19Speaker 4: He didn't go keep it going. So you guys walked out.
- 14:25Speaker 4: You guys walked out, and then I went to grab
- 14:26Speaker 4: more food, came back and the dad was in the
- 14:29Speaker 4: middle of the speech. I was like, damn, I want
- 14:32Speaker 4: to hear these things.
- 14:32Speaker 1: It's also an issue with a bigger wedding. I think
- 14:35Speaker 1: there was like three p fifty there.
- 14:37Speaker 5: Fun wedding winter. The people. Yeah, people at the wedding,
- 14:41Speaker 5: like all your friends, the parents, everybody was awesome. Bro, Yeah,
- 14:46Speaker 5: got to be wonder boy.
- 14:47Speaker 6: He was.
- 14:48Speaker 4: He was great with this great Yeah, welldude, so awesome
- 14:54Speaker 4: to meet you when he's like this, Yeah, just a
- 14:56Speaker 4: gracious cat man, truly nice post.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Yeah, like when he because his brother texted me like
- 15:03Speaker 1: on Wednesday, because I was helping one of my other
- 15:05Speaker 1: friends who's in the UFC that was there. I was
- 15:08Speaker 1: trying to coordinate a practice session for them too, and
- 15:11Speaker 1: then his brother hit me up like, Hey, what's the
- 15:14Speaker 1: details for Saturday? Because back when we were in Miami,
- 15:17Speaker 1: I went to go see them and I was like
- 15:19Speaker 1: just kind of messing around a little bit, like Hey,
- 15:20Speaker 1: y'all need to come to the wedding, like it will
- 15:22Speaker 1: be awesome. And then his brother hits me up in
- 15:24Speaker 1: that same text. He I was like, Hey, what's the
- 15:26Speaker 1: details for Saturday. We want to come by, but we
- 15:28Speaker 1: don't want to like you know, take food away from
- 15:31Speaker 1: whatever since we're not like on the official list. I
- 15:33Speaker 1: was like, oh, a snap, like they're really coming. So
- 15:36Speaker 1: the Thompsons are the best man. And without the Thompson's,
- 15:38Speaker 1: like I wouldn't have got a lot of opportunities I
- 15:40Speaker 1: got in Florida because they opened up their gym to me.
- 15:43Speaker 1: So I was able to shoot some stuff with Steven,
- 15:46Speaker 1: and then I was able to go back down to
- 15:47Speaker 1: Florida and tell these other gyms like, hey tell them
- 15:50Speaker 1: like Mike's Jim, Hey, I've done stuff with wonder Boy.
- 15:54Speaker 1: So like you know, I had some like legitimates to
- 15:56Speaker 1: me and so like even it was so such a
- 15:59Speaker 1: small act from them, but truly change like the trajectory
- 16:02Speaker 1: of my life.
- 16:03Speaker 4: Probably, yeah, because then you end up in Nashville.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Hey, which brings me to one more loser of the wedding.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Michael Chandler. Ooh, Michael Chandlers had the invite, had the invite.
- 16:16Speaker 4: We talked about it didn't go bad. Look for Mike,
- 16:20Speaker 4: stand up guy, great individual, amazing family. Didn't go to
- 16:25Speaker 4: the wedding. I told him to say, Hey, I'm driving
- 16:27Speaker 4: there and back same day. I'll drive you. No, man,
- 16:30Speaker 4: I got it. Stuff.
- 16:31Speaker 1: I do need to defend the seating for there. There
- 16:34Speaker 1: could have been more tables, but I'm a huge I
- 16:38Speaker 1: hate sit down dinners. That's what I heard, because I
- 16:41Speaker 1: think they killed the vibe. I think you lose. We
- 16:45Speaker 1: had a really good crew at the wedding, so it
- 16:47Speaker 1: probably wouldn't have. But almost every wedding I've been to
- 16:50Speaker 1: that sit down there's like a good twenty five to
- 16:53Speaker 1: thirty percent that don't get up and like get to
- 16:56Speaker 1: the dance floor and the energy just falls off quick.
- 16:59Speaker 4: Right.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Don't disagree with you, but I think the people that you.
- 17:02Speaker 4: Had there for sure, you would have never had.
- 17:04Speaker 5: To worry about because you got people who are just
- 17:06Speaker 5: so excited, they're fun so the dance floor. Would have
- 17:10Speaker 5: never because I heard I was like, that was one
- 17:12Speaker 5: of JP's calls. Yeah, it's probably the only one that
- 17:16Speaker 5: if you had this year before the before the wedding.
- 17:19Speaker 1: I wouldn't I wouldn't have listened to you at all
- 17:21Speaker 1: because I feel good about it, sitting liked it. I
- 17:24Speaker 1: went there was more tables.
- 17:28Speaker 4: Again, you wouldn't do that.
- 17:31Speaker 1: There could have been more tables for people.
- 17:33Speaker 4: Could be more tables, but it's all good. Like a
- 17:36Speaker 4: random move.
- 17:37Speaker 7: At this last wedding that we went to, they had
- 17:40Speaker 7: to sit down, and usually it really is like people
- 17:44Speaker 7: just kind of trickle onto the dance floor. You don't
- 17:45Speaker 7: get too much action. They were like, hey, everybody, get
- 17:49Speaker 7: up from your your dinner. We're doing a group photo.
- 17:52Speaker 7: Everybody at the wedding. Brought them onto the dance floor,
- 17:55Speaker 7: took the photo and then it was turned down for
- 17:57Speaker 7: what and like shut down.
- 18:00Speaker 4: That great idea? Sure didn't you get a last minute invite?
- 18:05Speaker 7: I got a very friendly invite from JP because I
- 18:08Speaker 7: was at I was at a day party at Mitch's
- 18:12Speaker 7: house and to save the date was on the fridge
- 18:15Speaker 7: and I sent it to JP and I said, dude,
- 18:17Speaker 7: I can't wait. I'm excited to come. And it was
- 18:20Speaker 7: a complete joke and he sent a really friendly text
- 18:22Speaker 7: message back and it was like, hey, Bro, but seriously,
- 18:25Speaker 7: if you and Jill want to come through. So I
- 18:27Speaker 7: appreciate you saying that, but I would never put the
- 18:30Speaker 7: pressure on the guy like that. But I should have
- 18:33Speaker 7: showed up. I should have showed up. That's the look
- 18:36Speaker 7: I'm getting right now.
- 18:37Speaker 4: I think I think your thought process was in the
- 18:40Speaker 4: best intention for JP. Yeah, but obviously Slug's a good vibe.
- 18:44Speaker 5: This big slug. You had had a great time. Yeah,
- 18:47Speaker 5: and you heard the whole thing with wonder Boy like
- 18:49Speaker 5: he still came through.
- 18:52Speaker 4: That's true.
- 18:53Speaker 5: I did hear that.
- 18:54Speaker 7: But wonder Boy brings an energy that I could never
- 18:56Speaker 7: that could never match.
- 18:57Speaker 4: It's a calmness.
- 18:58Speaker 5: Yeah, it was a fun way bro in Greenville a
- 19:01Speaker 5: winner Greenville, Greensville, suuter Alna massive winner.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Yes, you'll see what I'm standing on the table for it.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Each week a.
- 19:09Speaker 5: Six four even, just driving in a little downtown area
- 19:12Speaker 5: before we went anywhere, It's like, yo, we're gonna have
- 19:13Speaker 5: a solid little time here. There was stuff to do,
- 19:15Speaker 5: the street market that was going on in the morning. Uh,
- 19:18Speaker 5: the spots to eat. I'm talking Yelp Haven, Bro.
- 19:22Speaker 1: What's crazy is like Yelp Haven. In even middle school,
- 19:26Speaker 1: there was a curfew downtown so like if you were
- 19:28Speaker 1: under eighteen, you had to be home like by nine
- 19:31Speaker 1: because it was dangerous. And the developers that built the city,
- 19:34Speaker 1: like they crushed.
- 19:36Speaker 4: Oh yeah, man, that's what is it? Falls Park? Yeah,
- 19:39Speaker 4: great little spot.
- 19:41Speaker 1: It was fun, man, glad everybody had a good time.
- 19:43Speaker 1: I will say another loser.
- 19:46Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, no, I'm just I was trying to
- 19:48Speaker 5: figure out before I say it, if it's going to
- 19:50Speaker 5: be like an emotional thing, like if I'm reacting to it,
- 19:53Speaker 5: I don't think I will experience another welcome party the
- 19:56Speaker 5: way you had your welcome party. There's nobody that's gonna
- 19:59Speaker 5: go out of the b like that and do a
- 20:00Speaker 5: pool party and you're almost curious if it's going to
- 20:03Speaker 5: hit or not.
- 20:04Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what I mean. And it was so
- 20:06Speaker 1: good because the people that like didn't bring their swimsuits. Uh,
- 20:10Speaker 1: A ton of them came up to me. They were like, man, like,
- 20:12Speaker 1: I can't believe I didn't didn't bring my swimsuit. Like
- 20:16Speaker 1: it raining was. They were like it raining literally felt
- 20:19Speaker 1: like God was just like laughing at me, like, look
- 20:22Speaker 1: at you, dumb in your little suit collared shirt. Not
- 20:25Speaker 1: in the pool right now.
- 20:26Speaker 5: Yeah, your dad tried coming out there and saying, hey,
- 20:29Speaker 5: lighting might be here in like fifteen minutes, so we're
- 20:30Speaker 5: gonna have to get out.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Obviously it didn't happen. We said we'll die.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Before we get out.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, no.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Man. It truly was like the greatest weekend ever, best
- 20:41Speaker 1: weekend of my life. The honeymoon was awesome. Like I
- 20:45Speaker 1: was just so thankful everybody that showed up. It was
- 20:47Speaker 1: so cool to see everybody from all different walks of
- 20:49Speaker 1: life and it was special.
- 20:52Speaker 4: So how was it seeing sitting walk hear those church doors?
- 20:55Speaker 1: Also? I was crying, like, oh sun, bro, it was
- 21:00Speaker 1: It was bad, man?
- 21:01Speaker 5: What hapened?
- 21:02Speaker 4: You just you know?
- 21:04Speaker 5: So you just immediately look at JP because you can
- 21:06Speaker 5: already see that he's emotional kind of before it even starts.
- 21:10Speaker 4: Moving back and forth. I was like, oh not the shoulders, bro.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Well, it was my my friend, my friend Michael, because
- 21:20Speaker 1: he was one of the last ones to walk down.
- 21:23Speaker 1: And I've known Michael since I was like three, maybe
- 21:26Speaker 1: even two, and like Michael has been through a lot
- 21:29Speaker 1: of things and so like we've just I don't know,
- 21:33Speaker 1: seeing him come down kind of like sparked it. I
- 21:37Speaker 1: was already emotional, but I was just like man because
- 21:40Speaker 1: I was in his wedding. He's the one whose photo
- 21:42Speaker 1: I dressed up as the bride for his first look,
- 21:45Speaker 1: and so like seeing him and just somebody that I've
- 21:47Speaker 1: known since I was two or three years old, and
- 21:49Speaker 1: we just like have experience of a lot of things together,
- 21:52Speaker 1: mainly him going through a lot of hardships. Uh, it
- 21:56Speaker 1: was just like, oh, Man, like I have photos with
- 21:59Speaker 1: him from kindergarten situation, now I have photos of him
- 22:01Speaker 1: at my wedding and sitting wrote me the nicest letter
- 22:04Speaker 1: of all time, and like another little gift from before that.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I was just like, god, dagn So.
- 22:09Speaker 4: At what point during it were you like, all right,
- 22:11Speaker 4: this is gonna be horror than I thought.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Emotionally, probably like fifteen minutes before I went out there late. Well,
- 22:18Speaker 1: she sent me the letter, and there's like this song
- 22:21Speaker 1: from a movie. The movie is called ten Years. It's
- 22:23Speaker 1: a great little like fun watch. The cast is crazy
- 22:26Speaker 1: Oscar Isaac Channing, Tatum, Anthony Mackie, Chris Pratt, and it's
- 22:31Speaker 1: like a high school ten year reunion and there's this
- 22:33Speaker 1: song in it called never Had, and it's basically Oscar
- 22:36Speaker 1: Isaac singing to the girl like she was the best
- 22:39Speaker 1: thing he never had, and because they had like a
- 22:41Speaker 1: little fling. And so Sitton rewrote some of the lyrics
- 22:44Speaker 1: and had our friend Hannah Klein sing it, and she
- 22:48Speaker 1: sent me the song and it was like so sweet
- 22:52Speaker 1: and just like means a lot and sitting. I love
- 22:54Speaker 1: that song anyways, and so I'm listening to the song
- 22:57Speaker 1: and I'm just like, I mean, I was a mess
- 23:00Speaker 1: in the morning and then I like it that feeling
- 23:03Speaker 1: sort of subsided as we the day got ready, and
- 23:06Speaker 1: then like I was like, I listened to the song
- 23:08Speaker 1: one more time, and I was like I should not
- 23:09Speaker 1: I have done this, but you the mental Yeah, it's
- 23:12Speaker 1: just sweet. I mean, like sitting our best friends for
- 23:14Speaker 1: a long time, so it's just like it's just cool.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I think like her and I have a really special relationship.
- 23:22Speaker 4: That's awesome. Yeah, I love I love to another Winner
- 23:25Speaker 4: of the Wedding the phone that you pick up.
- 23:29Speaker 1: And I can't wait. We haven't listened to it, doc,
- 23:32Speaker 1: I can't wait.
- 23:33Speaker 4: I did it and then once it was like, please
- 23:35Speaker 4: leave a message. I was like, oh fuck. I was like,
- 23:39Speaker 4: what happened. So there's obviously you know the book you
- 23:41Speaker 4: can write like notes. It's like pictures and you can
- 23:43Speaker 4: write notes. And but on the next to it there
- 23:46Speaker 4: was a phone, like an old school phone that you
- 23:48Speaker 4: pick up and it would ring and then it would
- 23:50Speaker 4: say please even message for the bride and groom.
- 23:52Speaker 2: After the beef.
- 23:53Speaker 4: So now they have all these messages from people from
- 23:55Speaker 4: the wedding. Damn. It's idea. It was a great idea.
- 24:05Speaker 2: I was like, I'm back.
- 24:06Speaker 4: I'm so guys, but I love you. It's like an
- 24:10Speaker 4: old lady behind me.
- 24:11Speaker 8: She's like, I'm like, hold on one second.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Get off my heart. Small break from the wedding part.
- 24:20Speaker 4: People are probably sitting here watching this episode, wondering what's
- 24:23Speaker 4: changed in the bus.
- 24:24Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah yeah, because we get into with Will left.
- 24:28Speaker 5: But we got some new chairs.
- 24:29Speaker 4: New chairs, and so will we.
- 24:31Speaker 5: Little upgrade, little upgrade, little upgrade.
- 24:34Speaker 4: This was talked about on Thursday, and I get to
- 24:36Speaker 4: the bus today and here like I pulled the trigger.
- 24:38Speaker 4: We're doing it. It's like, all right, fuck it, And
- 24:40Speaker 4: I think I personally like it.
- 24:42Speaker 5: Do you like the round table as well.
- 24:44Speaker 4: Yes, because there's just more room. And I love the swivel.
- 24:47Speaker 5: Yeah, having the swivel is I think it helps with
- 24:50Speaker 5: the guests who because then he can face us a
- 24:52Speaker 5: little bit more like also in the back you.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Can kind of swivel and look back.
- 24:55Speaker 5: Yeah, we'll have to figure out if there's like a
- 24:57Speaker 5: fourth at some point, but that usually, like you were saying,
- 25:00Speaker 5: when we were when we were like talking through last
- 25:02Speaker 5: week at the restoration hardware that came, but that's like
- 25:06Speaker 5: few and far in between.
- 25:08Speaker 4: Yeah, having multiple game and.
- 25:09Speaker 5: Once we tried it, it's like, yeah, let's just rock
- 25:10Speaker 5: with this. As long as they felt comfortable.
- 25:12Speaker 4: It's good to pull the trigger on things and see
- 25:14Speaker 4: how it works. Yeah, I'm personally a fan of it.

- 26:22Speaker 4: Let's get back to the episode.
- 26:23Speaker 5: You guys know that I hate bringing up like anything
- 26:28Speaker 5: that could be a little too that could create drama,
- 26:31Speaker 5: you know, But I do feel like we have to
- 26:33Speaker 5: just throw just put it out there, just reporting. This
- 26:36Speaker 5: isn't me wanting to cause anything whatsoever. Did you feel
- 26:41Speaker 5: any type of way about Taylor is supposed to be
- 26:43Speaker 5: driving and then he left that night again.
- 26:46Speaker 4: And I do want to say this too. If you
- 26:48Speaker 4: do feel some type of way, I completely understand.
- 26:51Speaker 1: I don't. I don't hold grudges, so like I haven't
- 26:54Speaker 1: carried it with me once, you know, once the wedding
- 26:56Speaker 1: day was over, but I was. I was taken aback.
- 27:00Speaker 4: Yeah, when you came and.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Broke the news to me, because I also heard the
- 27:03Speaker 1: wedding planners came and spoke to you and then they
- 27:05Speaker 1: locked it in with you. Yeah, So I think it
- 27:09Speaker 1: was the fact that was locked in, and I was excited.
- 27:12Speaker 1: I told people. I was like, man, I'm stoked. Like Taylor,
- 27:15Speaker 1: he's taking us off. The photos are going to be hilarious,
- 27:19Speaker 1: Like he.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Would have to officiate. Yeah, yeah, I would have probably
- 27:22Speaker 4: done just as good as a job.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Well I guess, like, how do we know you would
- 27:25Speaker 1: have shown you wouldn't have No, Yeah.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I get that. Here was My whole thing was is
- 27:31Speaker 4: I was traveling a lot. The lot the two days
- 27:33Speaker 4: before that. I get back and I drove that day
- 27:36Speaker 4: and my head Taylor had been gone. Her flight was
- 27:39Speaker 4: like bumped around a lot because there was like weather
- 27:41Speaker 4: in Toronto, so she was pushed and so I was
- 27:45Speaker 4: going to be able to see him the weekend before,
- 27:47Speaker 4: but ended up I had to leave and then they
- 27:49Speaker 4: were getting back. They didn't get back until we were
- 27:51Speaker 4: actually in Wisconsin for camp barstools. So but at the
- 27:57Speaker 4: time I thought they were getting back in town at
- 27:59Speaker 4: like nine am, ten am. So I was selfishly thinking
- 28:04Speaker 4: to myself, man, like, will it's not drinking. I would
- 28:08Speaker 4: love to get back on the road and just be
- 28:11Speaker 4: a home so I can my family and see them.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Was it been like a week or something like that.
- 28:15Speaker 4: And then you know, Karme is a bitch because I
- 28:18Speaker 4: ended up leaving. I get a call from Tanna at
- 28:20Speaker 4: like three in the morning. I've been like two hours.
- 28:23Speaker 4: She was like, our flight got canceled. So you know,
- 28:27Speaker 4: if you do it all over again, I would have
- 28:28Speaker 4: absolutely done it. But I was. I wasn't necessarily being
- 28:31Speaker 4: as present minded for you as I should have been.
- 28:33Speaker 4: I should have stayed and just powered through that drive
- 28:36Speaker 4: late at night.
- 28:37Speaker 1: I appreciate you making the trip from Arizona to Greenville.
- 28:40Speaker 4: I appreciate that, and I should I should drove. I'll
- 28:43Speaker 4: make it up to you. I'll figure out a way
- 28:45Speaker 4: to make up.
- 28:45Speaker 1: You got me one of the best wedding gifts ever.
- 28:48Speaker 4: But you see, so two weeks ago you were like,
- 28:52Speaker 4: this is the best gift, and I was like, bro,
- 28:53Speaker 4: I'm telling you there's someone's gonna come out of nowhere.
- 28:56Speaker 4: Someone's gonna come out of nowhere. And at the wedding,
- 28:58Speaker 4: I was like, hey, is it still staying. You're like, unfortunately, no,
- 29:02Speaker 4: shout out Grammy, shout out, shout out Grammy. But it
- 29:06Speaker 4: was a good gift. Yeah, a gift you could have
- 29:07Speaker 4: been on.
- 29:08Speaker 5: I have one for him coming.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Yeah, say it was my birthday gift. You'll get that.
- 29:12Speaker 4: That's your five year wedding anniversary. You guys still be like,
- 29:15Speaker 4: here's a wedding gift that's.
- 29:16Speaker 5: Still sitting in the truck I had. I had that
- 29:17Speaker 5: for your birthday.
- 29:18Speaker 4: The truckle outside right now. Yeah, don't give it to
- 29:20Speaker 4: me until you give.
- 29:21Speaker 5: You how many run on and get it right now? No?
- 29:22Speaker 4: No, no, no, no, no, I'll we'll exchange gifts on September fifth. Okay,
- 29:29Speaker 4: I'm just looking at I can go grab it. No,
- 29:32Speaker 4: I don't want to love it. You're gonna love it.
- 29:34Speaker 4: Grab it, you're gonna love it, love it. I always
- 29:37Speaker 4: feel uncomfortable receiving gifts in front of people. So get
- 29:40Speaker 4: it all right, this is let's go.
- 29:46Speaker 1: What do you think it would be? Originally I feel
- 29:49Speaker 1: like it was going to be a book.
- 29:50Speaker 4: Probably will be. It'll probably be The Daily Dad, which
- 29:53Speaker 4: he thinks I don't read, but I've sent him multiple
- 29:55Speaker 4: photos of me reading it. Also, Michigan favored by twenty
- 29:58Speaker 4: one and a half against Fresno State. Take that run
- 30:01Speaker 4: with it. Set the tone. Tennessee's favored by thirty nine
- 30:08Speaker 4: and a half. Yeah, well, I can't feel time, can't
- 30:15Speaker 4: feel time. Battle of the State wrapping is incredible. It's
- 30:19Speaker 4: a dish of some sort. Just open it up.
- 30:24Speaker 5: Hearts pound check.
- 30:25Speaker 1: For one million dollars.
- 30:28Speaker 2: That would be something.
- 30:44Speaker 4: That's a good gift. Yeah, that's a good gift. Don't
- 30:48Speaker 4: show her body. The best revenge is massive success. Frank Sinatrak,
- 30:56Speaker 4: put your keys on.
- 30:57Speaker 5: Yeah, lost in the past. That is nice for my life.
- 31:01Speaker 4: Hey, that's a great gift. That's a great gift, dude,
- 31:04Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 31:06Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 31:06Speaker 4: Best gift ever ever, It's ever I've never received the gift.
- 31:12Speaker 4: Best gift you've ever received.
- 31:13Speaker 5: On August twenty sixth until twenty twenty four, Yes, no doubt,
- 31:16Speaker 5: it's all I needed. Make sure you take that home
- 31:22Speaker 5: and I expect you put that, expect you to send
- 31:24Speaker 5: me a photo of it being used.
- 31:27Speaker 4: Okay, So there's there's some.
- 31:30Speaker 5: Here's why, okay, because then I know you'll start utilizing it.
- 31:34Speaker 5: It won't be a gift that just like I'm not
- 31:36Speaker 5: a gift, but it won't be a thing that's just
- 31:37Speaker 5: like throwing the side, because that will benefit your life.
- 31:40Speaker 5: As men, we do a bad job of leaving stuff
- 31:42Speaker 5: in our pockets that were chilling. I'll remember where I
- 31:45Speaker 5: put this. Then you're looking everywhere for me and you
- 31:47Speaker 5: never find it. Just the spot that you come in
- 31:50Speaker 5: at every day. Have it setting somewhere so that you
- 31:53Speaker 5: can put your stuff on it and you just stick
- 31:55Speaker 5: to it and it'll change your life.
- 31:56Speaker 1: And it's not like you can just buy those anywhere.
- 31:58Speaker 5: You can't get no. Yeah, this is like as you
- 32:01Speaker 5: were as you were saying, that's like, what that's a
- 32:03Speaker 5: top three quote of yours.
- 32:04Speaker 4: I know, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's an awesome quote.
- 32:07Speaker 4: I have that Neon sign in my recovery room.
- 32:09Speaker 5: I saw it. I was like, Taylor birthday, this is
- 32:12Speaker 5: gonna be birthday.
- 32:17Speaker 1: It's a great gift.
- 32:17Speaker 4: And as like I always thought to myself, like, where
- 32:19Speaker 4: am I gonna put this key? I don't have like
- 32:20Speaker 4: a a table stand by my door.
- 32:23Speaker 5: I'm trying to work through your as well.
- 32:25Speaker 4: As you were saying that, I was like, oh yeah,
- 32:26Speaker 4: I'm gonna put that in my bathroom because at night,
- 32:29Speaker 4: I have this little shelf I put my wallet, my
- 32:31Speaker 4: keys and everything on. Now I'm just gonna put that
- 32:33Speaker 4: in there.
- 32:34Speaker 5: I think it's so funny that it's like, the bathroom
- 32:37Speaker 5: is a spot where you're back, I'll put my wall keys.
- 32:38Speaker 4: But it makes sense. Yeah, because he's got my stuff boom. Yeah,
- 32:43Speaker 4: it's about it making it there when I get home.
- 32:46Speaker 5: That's why I need the photo.
- 32:47Speaker 4: Now we'll cut. We'll cut this part. We'll cut this
- 32:49Speaker 4: part right here, Mitch, so makes you cut this part.
- 32:51Speaker 4: I don't leave my keys in my vehicle. Yeah, I
- 32:55Speaker 4: don't even you do. Yeah, I had my truck right
- 32:58Speaker 4: now the same.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:00Speaker 4: But when I get home, yeah, I just I just leave.
- 33:04Speaker 5: I've gotten better bringing my keys in and putting them
- 33:07Speaker 5: on the thing. But I'm I was the same way.
- 33:09Speaker 4: Yeah. Even my car got stolen twice and I still
- 33:14Speaker 4: get my car back. That's keys. Yeah. Yeah, as you
- 33:21Speaker 4: were driving my gift. I did just lightly put out
- 33:24Speaker 4: there that Michigan's favored by twenty one and a half
- 33:26Speaker 4: and they should take.
- 33:26Speaker 5: That bet twenty one and a half against too on
- 33:29Speaker 5: President State. Let me scroll through since we yeah, since
- 33:31Speaker 5: we don't have the gambling show this week, it's probably
- 33:35Speaker 5: let people know where heads are at.
- 33:38Speaker 4: A wild parlay out there, A wild parlay by the
- 33:41Speaker 4: by the slug.
- 33:42Speaker 7: Presented by the Slugs.
- 33:43Speaker 4: Now, let's let's start with this game first. Let's we'll
- 33:45Speaker 4: do We'll just start with this.
- 33:47Speaker 7: We'll start with this.
- 33:47Speaker 4: We are traveling to Texas. A and M for Texas
- 33:49Speaker 4: and M versus Notre Dame. A and M is favored
- 33:51Speaker 4: by three points.
- 33:53Speaker 5: There's a twisted ttail gate happening from three to six
- 33:56Speaker 5: pm that the boys will be at. So come look
- 33:58Speaker 5: us up outside of Kyle Field right, just to let
- 34:00Speaker 5: you guys know about.
- 34:03Speaker 4: I think I'm going A and M. Are you really?
- 34:05Speaker 5: A and M's favored by three But there's just something
- 34:08Speaker 5: in the air that makes me think like maybe they'll
- 34:12Speaker 5: be tough this year because they have some insane recruiting classes.
- 34:16Speaker 5: Obviously they have a new staff. They're gonna come out
- 34:19Speaker 5: fired up, especially cayle Field, Like that place is one
- 34:23Speaker 5: of the loudest places in collegefora I heard.
- 34:25Speaker 4: I actually, I can't wait to hear.
- 34:26Speaker 5: You're gonna love it.
- 34:27Speaker 4: Man.
- 34:27Speaker 5: We got you know, we got ref screwed us over
- 34:30Speaker 5: in our game at cayle Field.
- 34:31Speaker 4: And that's legit, that's legit. Sherman had a couple of
- 34:36Speaker 4: good points about Notre Dame. I like you to say
- 34:39Speaker 4: those before I make my pick. Okay, do you want
- 34:43Speaker 4: to tee it up for you? Yeah? Okay. Sherman does
- 34:46Speaker 4: not like Notre Dame. He's not a fan of it
- 34:48Speaker 4: at all. But these got receipts behind It's not just
- 34:50Speaker 4: because oh I don't like their colors. Like me personally
- 34:53Speaker 4: growing up, I was never a fan of Notre Dame
- 34:54Speaker 4: just because of I just wells as a kid. As
- 34:58Speaker 4: a kid when you look at schools, Oh, that school
- 35:00Speaker 4: is cool to me for X, Y and Z, like
- 35:02Speaker 4: when we were in high school, Like Oregon is cool.
- 35:04Speaker 4: Look at all the uniforms they have this, you know,
- 35:06Speaker 4: Alabama was cool because they're winning all the time. When
- 35:08Speaker 4: I look at Notre Dame, I never really had that
- 35:10Speaker 4: like fire of like oh sick, yeah, I love them. Yeah,
- 35:14Speaker 4: you look at Notre Dame and I thought, like college football. Yeah, okay, so.
- 35:18Speaker 7: Sure, okay, So growing up as a I grew up
- 35:21Speaker 7: in Fort Worth, Texas. My entire family, they're all horned frogs.
- 35:24Speaker 7: I was grown up a huge fan of TCU. We
- 35:28Speaker 7: would have these teams like the Rose Bowl team that
- 35:31Speaker 7: beat JJ Watts Wisconsin team. Great TCU teams come through.
- 35:36Speaker 7: They don't get the BCS bid, they don't get to
- 35:38Speaker 7: go to the ship. But these Notre Dame suspect Notre
- 35:41Speaker 7: Dame teams every single time in the media. They're the
- 35:44Speaker 7: media darlings. They're always making the big games. They're over
- 35:48Speaker 7: in every single New Year six BCS and CFP game
- 35:52Speaker 7: they are over and I believe it's like over six.
- 35:56Speaker 7: And that's what drives me crazy is looking at if
- 36:00Speaker 7: you look at their schedule this year, this A and
- 36:03Speaker 7: M game is it?
- 36:06Speaker 1: It is?
- 36:06Speaker 7: Really it like week one. If they beat A and M.
- 36:09Speaker 7: I would not be surprised if they went undefeated. They
- 36:13Speaker 7: play nobody, they don't have to play in the conference championship,
- 36:18Speaker 7: which is a huge loss for like Georgia. That Georgia
- 36:21Speaker 7: team that didn't get to play in the CFP last year.
- 36:24Speaker 7: Would you have won your Michigan Wolverine's lineup against that
- 36:27Speaker 7: Georgia team last year? You wouldn't feel comfortable about it.
- 36:30Speaker 7: But you wouldn't feel comfortable about it.
- 36:32Speaker 4: Yeah, but you don't feel that when you're when you're
- 36:34Speaker 4: in the dance, brother, every team's good.
- 36:36Speaker 7: Well, would Notre Dame scare you in the dance or
- 36:39Speaker 7: would you go, thank god we get to play Notre Dame.
- 36:43Speaker 4: I think the team I was able to support last year,
- 36:45Speaker 4: I would be like, thank god I have this team,
- 36:47Speaker 4: Oh for sure.
- 36:49Speaker 5: But you would rather you either see a draw of
- 36:51Speaker 5: Notre Dame than Bama.
- 36:52Speaker 4: I think at the point, yes, I think at the
- 36:54Speaker 4: point we were with the SEC. Now he's kind of
- 36:57Speaker 4: been like de crowned. Thank you. It's like at that point,
- 37:02Speaker 4: it's like, yo, Alabama, Georgia. You look at any of
- 37:04Speaker 4: those teams, you're like, oh fuck, that's a big bad wolf.
- 37:06Speaker 4: Now it's like that's just the second best conference.
- 37:09Speaker 7: They've also been outscored by like forty seven combined points
- 37:13Speaker 7: in their CFP games, Like they just don't perform.
- 37:16Speaker 4: So you're saying Notre Dame for fraudulent score.
- 37:18Speaker 7: I just think they're fraudulent, and I think I think
- 37:20Speaker 7: they'll probably get the win this weekend, and I think
- 37:23Speaker 7: they'll probably go undefeated for the rest of the season.
- 37:25Speaker 7: It really drives me nuts.
- 37:26Speaker 5: So you're taking Notre Dame and you're gonna go money.
- 37:29Speaker 7: I would take Notre Dame.
- 37:30Speaker 4: With the new.
- 37:32Speaker 7: Texas A and M is really hard to beat at
- 37:34Speaker 7: Kyle Field, but with their new coach, a lot of
- 37:37Speaker 7: things moving around, I haven't seen anything promising from quarterback
- 37:42Speaker 7: play from A and M in a while. I would
- 37:44Speaker 7: take Notre Dame. They have a really good transfer quarterback.
- 37:47Speaker 7: I don't remember his name. Yeah, dude was solid before
- 37:52Speaker 7: he got hurt at Duke. He was so solid. If
- 37:55Speaker 7: he's playing like he did at Duke, they get out
- 37:57Speaker 7: there with.
- 37:57Speaker 5: The w see. I think I think you take the
- 38:00Speaker 5: minus three with A and M. But what I will
- 38:03Speaker 5: be doing I'll be using my heart because I know Shane.
- 38:07Speaker 4: He will be there, he will be in attendance this weekend.
- 38:09Speaker 5: I can't just sit there and ride against I can't
- 38:12Speaker 5: sit there and write against my guy. I'll be going
- 38:13Speaker 5: Notre Dame money line on the DraftKings app. But I
- 38:17Speaker 5: do think A and M minus three is a that's
- 38:22Speaker 5: the play.
- 38:23Speaker 4: Would be the play Are you wearing Notre Dame stuff too?
- 38:26Speaker 5: Not? Can't do that? A and M's allowing us to
- 38:29Speaker 5: come and be on the sideline like I wouldn't.
- 38:32Speaker 4: I wouldn't do that. Yeah, yeah, it's either neutral colors
- 38:34Speaker 4: or A.
- 38:35Speaker 5: Yeah, you have to for sure have to.
- 38:39Speaker 4: But that's kind of my thought.
- 38:41Speaker 7: I love that thought.
- 38:42Speaker 5: Where are you going?
- 38:44Speaker 4: It's hard because I really thought watching f SU forsus
- 38:49Speaker 4: Georgia Tech, I was like, FU is gonna wipe the floor,
- 38:51Speaker 4: but not realizing that new season, new people, getting the
- 38:55Speaker 4: rust off and all that, I think the edge is
- 38:58Speaker 4: gonna go to the home team in this situation. I
- 39:01Speaker 4: think there's a lot more pressure. Like listen to Utah
- 39:04Speaker 4: Notre Dame. This is their one big game this year,
- 39:06Speaker 4: and even if they lose this game, they could win
- 39:08Speaker 4: out the rest of their games and still make the
- 39:10Speaker 4: College Football Playoff, like you like to say, because ND
- 39:12Speaker 4: gets that like college football privilege. So and A and
- 39:18Speaker 4: M is twenty. They're on the outside looking at know
- 39:20Speaker 4: that every they're gonna have to work their way into
- 39:22Speaker 4: the top twelve. So I'm gonna take A and M.
- 39:25Speaker 4: I'm gonna I'm gonna have to take A and M boys.
- 39:34Speaker 8: I don't have too much information backing. I don't follow
- 39:37Speaker 8: A and M and note M too well. But I
- 39:40Speaker 8: am curious outside of the gambling perspective to see the
- 39:44Speaker 8: yell leaders in person. And I'm not gonna say anything
- 39:47Speaker 8: nasty because A and M has been gracious enough to
- 39:50Speaker 8: host us. But I'm interested to see this cult mentality
- 39:55Speaker 8: that they have building at A and M. I think
- 39:56Speaker 8: that's gonna be fun. But if I had to pick
- 39:59Speaker 8: a winner, I've heard that Kyle Field is extremely loud
- 40:03Speaker 8: being the first game of the season, shaking the rust
- 40:05Speaker 8: off everything. I think they can get a good homed
- 40:08Speaker 8: up so and I'd like to see A and M
- 40:09Speaker 8: win for the sake of our experience. So I think
- 40:13Speaker 8: I'll be not rooting for A and M, but rooting
- 40:15Speaker 8: for a good environment, which usually ends with a home
- 40:19Speaker 8: team win. So hopefully it's the Aggies.
- 40:21Speaker 4: But good thought process to have. That's a good thought process.
- 40:24Speaker 8: We see with the yell leaders still in question always that's.
- 40:27Speaker 4: All right, yeah, it's okay, well sorry, and then there's
- 40:30Speaker 4: nothing wrong with asking questions curiosity.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I'm most excited to see the dog they got Ah
- 40:36Speaker 1: they got a yeah, like a border Collie shell tea
- 40:39Speaker 1: maybe or reverly can't wait to meet you. Seen a
- 40:45Speaker 1: lot of great things about you. With that being said,
- 40:50Speaker 1: I did grow up Catholic, so I do have to
- 40:54Speaker 1: have to rock with with Notre Dame. And I get
- 40:57Speaker 1: I didn't know Shane was going to be there, so
- 40:58Speaker 1: I'll be rocking. I'll be on the ship train. I'm
- 41:00Speaker 1: also on the shame train with the game calls. Will
- 41:02Speaker 1: also win this week. Yeah, I'm going Notre Dame all right.
- 41:07Speaker 5: I like Georgia minus thirteen and a half over Clemson. Yes,
- 41:11Speaker 5: I think Georgia will wipe the floor with.
- 41:13Speaker 1: Them in Atlanta.
- 41:15Speaker 5: And I always feel like, especially the last few years.
- 41:17Speaker 5: It doesn't jp correct me if I'm wrong, but they
- 41:20Speaker 5: Clemson doesn't usually start off that well or they have
- 41:23Speaker 5: in years in recent years.
- 41:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean they never have any hard games in
- 41:27Speaker 1: the beginning.
- 41:28Speaker 5: So I like Georgia minus thirteen and a half then
- 41:31Speaker 5: bet and Clemson has kind of falling apart too.
- 41:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 41:35Speaker 1: Really, the marriage between Dabbo and I think the current
- 41:37Speaker 1: college football because he doesn't like the portal, he doesn't
- 41:41Speaker 1: like an il. Obviously, they're paying guys but he like
- 41:44Speaker 1: is out there, like we don't need to go to
- 41:46Speaker 1: the portal, like our recruiting classes are portal. Like you
- 41:49Speaker 1: weren't good enough to come here in the first place.
- 41:52Speaker 1: Yeah you guys, Yeah, both like guys.
- 41:57Speaker 4: You like Georgia, Yeahgia. I think Georgia's a tough ball
- 42:01Speaker 4: club this year. Oh yeah, every day.
- 42:06Speaker 5: That's a team that's one that's won like thirty something
- 42:08Speaker 5: and one in the last few years.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Yes, this is this is more of a hope than anything.
- 42:14Speaker 4: But I hope Colorado covers against North Dakota State, their
- 42:18Speaker 4: favorite at nine and a half.
- 42:19Speaker 5: That is a game, I'm telling you. And it's not
- 42:22Speaker 5: because Colorado is going into Nebraska the next week. I
- 42:25Speaker 5: just think you cannot sleep on North Dakota State, like
- 42:28Speaker 5: they're like a legacy team in the D one double
- 42:31Speaker 5: a world.
- 42:31Speaker 4: Yeah, and I really just think about us in our experience.
- 42:36Speaker 4: If Nebraska and Colorado are both undefeated, Michigan and Texas
- 42:39Speaker 4: both undefeated, going to those two schools next week, it's
- 42:42Speaker 4: just gonna make it more fun.
- 42:43Speaker 6: Now.
- 42:43Speaker 4: Yeah, if Colorado lays an egg against North d Coota,
- 42:46Speaker 4: it's like, well, fuck man, Like not really, I.
- 42:48Speaker 5: Don't want them to be pissed off going into Lincoln.
- 42:51Speaker 4: Yeah, but I think that just the storylines play up
- 42:54Speaker 4: more like good. I'm with you, a solid rivalry.
- 42:58Speaker 5: Colorado can win, But I'm taking in the nine and
- 43:00Speaker 5: a half with North Dakota State. Dude, I don't know.
- 43:03Speaker 5: I those teams. It's like they usually have a you know,
- 43:07Speaker 5: non conference game that's just like their super Bowl. And
- 43:10Speaker 5: I'm telling you they're gonna be a well coached team.
- 43:13Speaker 7: Montana State this last weekend. Yeah, they came to play.
- 43:18Speaker 7: I do have that five leg parlay dial h.
- 43:21Speaker 4: Yeah, let's let's hear that.
- 43:21Speaker 5: Hang on, let me go one more. Miami minus two
- 43:24Speaker 5: and a half at Florida. I like Miami. I think
- 43:27Speaker 5: Miami can win the ACC this year, and I think
- 43:29Speaker 5: Miami can be in the College Football playoff. Man, I'm
- 43:33Speaker 5: kind of wanting to buy Virginia Tech two. But Miami
- 43:37Speaker 5: minus two and a half at Florida. I also like
- 43:39Speaker 5: LSU minus.
- 43:42Speaker 4: Four and a half at USC. I like Lsu. I
- 43:46Speaker 4: went those are my picks.
- 43:47Speaker 7: I went the opposite direction as you on both votech
- 43:50Speaker 7: and Miami. I got Florida money line, West Virginia money line,
- 43:58Speaker 7: Vanderbilt money line.
- 44:00Speaker 5: Who's Vandy plan Tech?
- 44:03Speaker 4: Oh?
- 44:05Speaker 7: I got TCU to cover in Oklahoma State to cover.
- 44:11Speaker 7: That's my parlay.
- 44:13Speaker 5: Money lines plus four.
- 44:17Speaker 7: Oh, they're they're high. The odds are high. We're looking
- 44:19Speaker 7: at plus fourteen thousand.
- 44:24Speaker 4: There ain't no way Vandy's beat Virginia Tech. I hope
- 44:27Speaker 4: you're wrong because I took bader Belt money line.
- 44:31Speaker 5: Come on, I like I like North Dakota State with
- 44:34Speaker 5: the points. I like again Heart Notre Dame money line.
- 44:39Speaker 5: I like l s U a USC covering, and I
- 44:43Speaker 5: like Miami covering at Florida, and I like Georgia covering
- 44:47Speaker 5: at home against Clemson.
- 44:49Speaker 4: Those are mine.
- 44:50Speaker 6: I like Georgia.
- 44:51Speaker 7: I don't think Georgia is just gonna cover.
- 44:54Speaker 5: And you want a futures bet, we already know that.
- 44:57Speaker 5: I'm I'm all about this. But the over under from
- 44:59Speaker 5: the brsca's win total seven and.
- 45:01Speaker 4: A half.
- 45:03Speaker 5: Over and a half this weekend, we we're not gonna
- 45:07Speaker 5: touch that. If there's anything I've learned, it's just not
- 45:10Speaker 5: bet on Nebraska games, because if I bet the cover
- 45:13Speaker 5: there and you know, Nebraska wins, I'm like gonna be
- 45:16Speaker 5: bummed if they don't cover. You know what I mean,
- 45:18Speaker 5: I don't.
- 45:18Speaker 4: Like being in that massive line too.
- 45:20Speaker 5: I'll probably take the money line just in the parlay
- 45:22Speaker 5: or something.
- 45:23Speaker 4: In these early games where like good teams are playing
- 45:26Speaker 4: really bad teams, like Ohio States favored by fifty and
- 45:29Speaker 4: a half versus Akron. I think you get to a
- 45:32Speaker 4: point where you're pulling your starters at halftime and it
- 45:36Speaker 4: doesn't get to a fifty point deficit. So I would
- 45:38Speaker 4: take Akron in that.
- 45:39Speaker 5: But imagine even the second Imagine the third team Alabama
- 45:42Speaker 5: against Alabama. Yeah, oh hot, imagine third team Oha State
- 45:47Speaker 5: playing against Akron. They're covering that. If it was eighteen
- 45:51Speaker 5: and a half.
- 45:52Speaker 4: South Carolina's fair by twenty and a half. It's old dominion.
- 45:56Speaker 5: South Carolina could be scrappy this year.
- 45:58Speaker 4: Now, one team that I like that has a that
- 46:00Speaker 4: has a big number attached to them is Tennessee. There
- 46:05Speaker 4: thirty eight and a half, and the remember the argument
- 46:07Speaker 4: last year when Jack and I were going toes on
- 46:09Speaker 4: Michigan and Tennessee, and like, good teams always covered, Tennessee
- 46:12Speaker 4: always happened to cover these types of games. So I
- 46:14Speaker 4: would leading Tennessee and they go and a half. Yeah,
- 46:17Speaker 4: they got a lot of firepower. Everyone everyone saying that kids,
- 46:20Speaker 4: the the truth could be stollic by Jack right now. Yeah,
- 46:27Speaker 4: he's got.
- 46:27Speaker 5: All you know, it's game week.
- 46:29Speaker 4: It's game week.
- 46:30Speaker 5: He's got to reel it in slow Burn.
- 46:33Speaker 4: And well, I don't know, I want to talk about it.
- 46:36Speaker 2: What we're doing today?
- 46:38Speaker 4: Oh, we're going to Tennessee today. Yeah, we're driving to
- 46:41Speaker 4: Tennessee today.
- 46:42Speaker 2: Not to give the full details, but yeah.
- 46:44Speaker 5: We're going a little sneak peek. We got a white
- 46:47Speaker 5: whale joining us for an interview next week. Can we
- 46:49Speaker 5: give one hint white whale.
- 46:52Speaker 4: I'm gonna give massive hint, massive bore it is he's
- 47:01Speaker 4: an officer of the law. Yeah, we can get that.
- 47:05Speaker 4: If that's too that's too much.
- 47:09Speaker 8: Are we gonna post about it later today, like where
- 47:11Speaker 8: it would even matter? Or are we gonna save that?
- 47:15Speaker 4: That's true, let's go. He doesn't do a lot of
- 47:23Speaker 4: interviews either. I know. Hey, he text us over his
- 47:25Speaker 4: foot bump.
- 47:26Speaker 5: He did text us with the with the PM at
- 47:28Speaker 5: the end, he like thanked us for coming on the
- 47:32Speaker 5: Manning cast.
- 47:32Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 47:33Speaker 5: Oh, and I think he sent us the photo at
- 47:35Speaker 5: the end of the year where he's like Eli did
- 47:38Speaker 5: most of the drawings. I don't remember that he said
- 47:41Speaker 5: something like that and then it was PM.
- 47:43Speaker 4: But it's gonna be awesome. One thing I want to
- 47:45Speaker 4: know about you ever heard you heard the story McAfee
- 47:48Speaker 4: tell us about Roulette Team. I want to know if
- 47:50Speaker 4: that's true. I think it is right.
- 47:53Speaker 5: I mean, you've got a story that they tell I
- 47:56Speaker 5: think that they've told often.
- 47:58Speaker 4: Has he told him?
- 47:59Speaker 5: He was on the they were on the Magnet Show
- 48:01Speaker 5: talking about him.
- 48:02Speaker 4: Well, there it is. I guess I got my answer. Oh,
- 48:08Speaker 4: we got speaking up. We got to be impacking for Knoxville.
- 48:10Speaker 5: Yeah, we got to get in the Will Evis. People
- 48:12Speaker 5: are here for Will Levis. Let's dive into Will Evis.
- 48:14Speaker 5: This he was an incredible guest. It's an awesome interview.
- 48:17Speaker 6: Uh.
- 48:18Speaker 4: We of course obviously talk about Mayo, what else? And Yeah,
- 48:23Speaker 4: that's a great show. Yeah, you're guys gonna enjoy it.
- 48:25Speaker 4: We literally just did it five minutes ago. If you've
- 48:28Speaker 4: lasted this long and you're not subscribed, had just pressed
- 48:31Speaker 4: the button, Yeah, just pressed the button. And Gambling Show
- 48:33Speaker 4: the Locker Room.
- 48:34Speaker 5: We'll be debuting next Thursday, So that's where a lot

- 49:16Speaker 4: in the episode with Will Levis. Let's pro move.
- 49:20Speaker 5: All right.
- 49:21Speaker 4: As we were sitting on the bus, Will Levis our guests,
- 49:23Speaker 4: who should give a rid of the blaster? Right now?
- 49:26Speaker 4: Give a I will say this.
- 49:30Speaker 5: We've been asking him for years.
- 49:31Speaker 4: First Titans quarterback? Really, first Titans quarterback on the bus? Yeah,
- 49:37Speaker 4: you're right, isn't that crazy? I was thinking about that
- 49:40Speaker 4: and Marcus has always said, yeah, come on, but then
- 49:42Speaker 4: something always comes up. Yeah, So the first Tennessee Titans
- 49:46Speaker 4: quarterback to ever step on it, Let's give him one more.
- 49:49Speaker 4: Let's give him one more. But you're asking as we're
- 49:53Speaker 4: getting on, what's changed in the bus, and literally up
- 49:56Speaker 4: until you stiff on this bus. Not a whole lot.
- 49:58Speaker 4: Maybe a couple of these pictures back here. But these
- 50:01Speaker 4: chairs chairs are new new. Will and I went, Will be.
- 50:05Speaker 5: Scared about this?
- 50:05Speaker 4: Mike, Yeah, well, comp and I we went to restoration hardware.
- 50:10Speaker 4: What was it Thursday? Yeah, Tuesday days one of those days,
- 50:14Speaker 4: and we were talking about doing chairs all that. We're
- 50:16Speaker 4: talking to a lady who was very nice, talking about
- 50:18Speaker 4: a discount. We almost got there. We kind of got there,
- 50:20Speaker 4: and then all of a sudden, Hey, Wyon, don't you
- 50:22Speaker 4: sleep on it. I get here to day and was like, hey,
- 50:23Speaker 4: I'm pulling the trigger. Now I'm on the bus and
- 50:26Speaker 4: we're learning this for the first time.
- 50:28Speaker 2: There we go going from seventy dollars Amazon chairs to
- 50:30Speaker 2: some some rh ones.
- 50:31Speaker 5: Yeah, these are nice, he's about u. No, these are
- 50:34Speaker 5: like five hund though.
- 50:36Speaker 4: Are they really?
- 50:37Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 50:40Speaker 4: Contract to your contract a little bit, yeah, illrustration hard
- 50:44Speaker 4: that's a different ball. That's yeah, game changer. It's a
- 50:48Speaker 4: game changer.
- 50:49Speaker 5: We're getting a few though, we're for the gambling show.
- 50:53Speaker 4: Yeah, that'll be a nice little deal. Yeah, the locker room. Huh, dude,
- 50:56Speaker 4: let's talk about first year you're with Rabel, second year
- 51:00Speaker 4: here with Callahan. It just seems like in these couple
- 51:03Speaker 4: of preseason games I've seen, it's the first time since
- 51:06Speaker 4: I've been in the Tennessee Titans world that I can't
- 51:09Speaker 4: guess what you guys are doing next. Does it feel
- 51:11Speaker 4: nice to have some variety in your playbook?
- 51:13Speaker 2: I mean, I love their offense we had last year
- 51:15Speaker 2: and rabes it will always play a huge role in
- 51:16Speaker 2: my development as a player. And Calli's coming in and
- 51:19Speaker 2: doing a great job with the identity he wants to
- 51:21Speaker 2: establish with what we got going on, and I love it.
- 51:24Speaker 2: I mean, it's I think it suits my traits and
- 51:27Speaker 2: it does a good job of focusing on the talent
- 51:30Speaker 2: that we have across the board and distributing it evenly.
- 51:32Speaker 2: So the additions we made in the offseason were awesome,
- 51:36Speaker 2: and Cali has just done a great job of pulling
- 51:38Speaker 2: everything you can out of the playbook to let guys
- 51:40Speaker 2: go out and make plays and do them fast and easily.
- 51:43Speaker 2: I feel like the biggest thing has just been completions
- 51:46Speaker 2: have been out there, and then We've just been able
- 51:48Speaker 2: to take them and move on, and the shots come,
- 51:51Speaker 2: and we understand that as we take more of those
- 51:53Speaker 2: completions that are a little quicker and easier than those
- 51:56Speaker 2: shots will come. And all the other stuff with every
- 51:59Speaker 2: single different run scheme we've put on tape already in
- 52:02Speaker 2: the first three games of the preseason and our screen
- 52:05Speaker 2: game and everything else, it's just a very complimentary offense
- 52:09Speaker 2: and I uh, I'm excited to see kind of how
- 52:11Speaker 2: it's going to evolve throughout the year.
- 52:12Speaker 5: As a quarterback, what do you feel like you've learned?
- 52:14Speaker 5: What are a couple of tidbits you feel like you've
- 52:16Speaker 5: learned the most, because obviously Cally he comes from Cincinnati,
- 52:18Speaker 5: He's worked with somebody like Burrow, and then when Burrow
- 52:21Speaker 5: went down last year was what was his name, Jacob Browning?
- 52:25Speaker 4: He ends up he ends up bawling as well.
- 52:27Speaker 5: But you got you talk about the variety of offensive
- 52:29Speaker 5: and everything else, Like, what's something What are a couple
- 52:31Speaker 5: of tidbits like in the film room that you feel
- 52:33Speaker 5: like you've picked up on that you've learned from Cali.
- 52:36Speaker 2: I think just playing within the system and really understanding
- 52:39Speaker 2: the intent of the play that is putting that he's
- 52:42Speaker 2: putting out there, And like I said, I just feel
- 52:44Speaker 2: like the concepts that were majoring in are a little
- 52:48Speaker 2: different actually than the concepts that I've typically majored in
- 52:50Speaker 2: the in the straight drop back pass game and my
- 52:53Speaker 2: previous offenses. And at first, it's like just kind of
- 52:56Speaker 2: weird because you're not even throwing a lot of those balls.
- 52:58Speaker 2: You haven't read routes or concepts that way. But after
- 53:01Speaker 2: doing it the first few times like it, it becomes
- 53:03Speaker 2: more natural and you start to learn the intents of
- 53:05Speaker 2: the plays and why and when the intent isn't there
- 53:09Speaker 2: and why it's not there, and then what your next
- 53:11Speaker 2: option is. Like it's just been coming really naturally, and
- 53:14Speaker 2: I really liked how it's developed. And then physically too,
- 53:17Speaker 2: I can't remember the last time I had a quarterback
- 53:18Speaker 2: coach that helped me from the mechanics and just like
- 53:22Speaker 2: physical throwing standpoint, he just kind of threw some suggestions
- 53:25Speaker 2: out there with what he saw from me from the
- 53:27Speaker 2: beginning of spring to the end of spring. And I'm
- 53:30Speaker 2: always gonna take anything any of my coaches says with
- 53:32Speaker 2: an open mind. And I implemented a couple of things
- 53:35Speaker 2: into my game on one of which I really kind
- 53:39Speaker 2: of did stick with and that's been helping me a lot.
- 53:41Speaker 2: So that's been cool, Like playing with my bass, playing
- 53:44Speaker 2: with my mechanics, talking to a guy who's seen so
- 53:46Speaker 2: many quarterbacks and worked so many to understand the different
- 53:49Speaker 2: things that go into the position. That's cool to hear
- 53:51Speaker 2: from a head coach talk about the I want.
- 53:54Speaker 4: To talk what the hogs, dude, because obviously count Brian
- 53:56Speaker 4: Kin comes in, he brings his dad, and just watch
- 54:00Speaker 4: in these couple of preseason games, it seems like the
- 54:03Speaker 4: offensive line is playing with a whole lot of confidence. Obviously,
- 54:04Speaker 4: you pay your center fifty million dollars. You take a
- 54:06Speaker 4: guy JC Latham in the first round, h Scronsky, who
- 54:11Speaker 4: was a first runner eleventh overall last year. But then
- 54:13Speaker 4: Dylan Raiden's who is going to a fourth year. I
- 54:16Speaker 4: think this is his fourth year and he's kind of
- 54:18Speaker 4: been jumping in was he a tackle? Is a guard?
- 54:20Speaker 4: And now he's like cemented himself as a starter, Like
- 54:24Speaker 4: are these these boys seem like they've really putting it together?
- 54:26Speaker 4: Have you seen a dramatic drump from your rookie year
- 54:29Speaker 4: to now?
- 54:30Speaker 2: There there's been a big jump in confidence, and I
- 54:33Speaker 2: think just work ethic too, Like Bill has been on
- 54:35Speaker 2: those guys to really make sure they're coming out there
- 54:38Speaker 2: with you know, their their head on swivel and really
- 54:40Speaker 2: know o Bill Kelley. Oh yeah, no doubt he's He's
- 54:44Speaker 2: just been such a pleasure in the building. And I
- 54:47Speaker 2: think it's it's a tone that he's set from day
- 54:49Speaker 2: one that that they have ran along right with him
- 54:53Speaker 2: and every day after practice, the extra indie work, the
- 54:56Speaker 2: constant you know, the meetings and the terminology and I
- 55:01Speaker 2: guess physical like body positioning and hand placement stuff that
- 55:08Speaker 2: he talks about with these guys that the attention to
- 55:10Speaker 2: detail is something that like I've never heard before in
- 55:12Speaker 2: that position. So it's really cool to to hear and
- 55:16Speaker 2: to see these guys work to implement them when we
- 55:18Speaker 2: get out there in practice and obviously in the game.
- 55:20Speaker 2: So far, I've done a really good job. So I
- 55:22Speaker 2: felt comfortable back there. I feel like I have the
- 55:23Speaker 2: time I need. You mentioned Dylan him stepping up for uh,
- 55:27Speaker 2: you know Sadiq, something we didn't necessarily uh expect, and
- 55:30Speaker 2: and that was just a crazy situation and we're wishing
- 55:33Speaker 2: them the best and but Dylan has just taken that opportunity, uh,
- 55:36Speaker 2: head on, and it's done really good job with it.
- 55:38Speaker 2: So all those guys, you know, everyone that's competing up there,
- 55:41Speaker 2: even even our backups, have been really impressed with how
- 55:44Speaker 2: they've been able to work with with Bill and you
- 55:46Speaker 2: know the mentality that Bil was established with that room.
- 55:49Speaker 4: How go ahead? Did you have something I wanted?
- 55:52Speaker 5: If it was a different topic.
- 55:55Speaker 4: I was gonna see that talk about the level of
- 55:57Speaker 4: protection last year when you when you started obviously game
- 56:00Speaker 4: against Atlanta was unbelievable. Then after that a lot of
- 56:03Speaker 4: people it was like a SIV a little bit through
- 56:04Speaker 4: the offensive line. No disrespect to them, but just statistically
- 56:07Speaker 4: it was what it was. You took a lot of shots.
- 56:09Speaker 4: How did that then affect your confidence at all last
- 56:11Speaker 4: year and then seeing the kind of difference this year
- 56:13Speaker 4: so far?
- 56:14Speaker 2: Uh yeah, I know. It's not like you take a
- 56:17Speaker 2: couple of hits and you start playing the game differently.
- 56:20Speaker 2: You can't really think of it that way. It's more
- 56:21Speaker 2: of a reaction thing, and you can't go into a
- 56:25Speaker 2: drop back pass without the confidence that you have the
- 56:27Speaker 2: time to make the read that you that you need to.
- 56:30Speaker 2: So it's not like I was like going into anything differently,
- 56:33Speaker 2: but I do feel like I'm more confident, and it's
- 56:35Speaker 2: just a testament to how they've worked and the development
- 56:38Speaker 2: that they've made throughout the offseason and just the good
- 56:42Speaker 2: football they've put on tape throughout camp, and it's been
- 56:45Speaker 2: really big. And I've just been trying to do my
- 56:46Speaker 2: best to instill even more confidence in them, and Bill's
- 56:49Speaker 2: continuing to push them as hard as you can, and
- 56:52Speaker 2: I know that they're nowhere near where they want to
- 56:54Speaker 2: be yet, and I know as well as no one
- 56:55Speaker 2: else is on the offense as well. So just looking
- 56:58Speaker 2: forward to keep getting better and pushing these guys for
- 57:01Speaker 2: when the real deal comes in a couple of weeks.
- 57:03Speaker 5: So, dude, as a as a rookie, what was it
- 57:05Speaker 5: like for you ultimately taking over the rule of the
- 57:08Speaker 5: starting quarterback Tannehill? He was down, he was injured. You
- 57:10Speaker 5: come in, you play well. The job is basically yours
- 57:12Speaker 5: when he comes back. Like, walk us through that, walk
- 57:16Speaker 5: us through those couple weeks, because that's always like, I mean,
- 57:18Speaker 5: we've all been in the locker room when a position
- 57:21Speaker 5: change happens or somebody takes over a starting spot, you're
- 57:24Speaker 5: kind of wondering how you know the starter's feeling, like.
- 57:26Speaker 4: You just know what it is.
- 57:28Speaker 5: Ultimately, you have to suppress your emotion because we sacrifice
- 57:32Speaker 5: for the team, so you have to put your own
- 57:34Speaker 5: personal agenda aside to ultimately, Like I'm sure Ryan was
- 57:37Speaker 5: a good teammate, even though probably internally he might not
- 57:39Speaker 5: have wanted to be. But for you in your spot
- 57:42Speaker 5: being a rookie and that moment happening, what was that
- 57:45Speaker 5: like for you in that moment?
- 57:46Speaker 2: It's tough because you know, every quarterback I feel like
- 57:50Speaker 2: they obviously want to be that guy so bad no
- 57:54Speaker 2: matter what your position you're in, Like one quarterback play
- 57:57Speaker 2: is like, it's such a tough position to be at
- 58:00Speaker 2: a backup quarterback just because like you know, unless you know,
- 58:03Speaker 2: borrowing an injury or something crazy happening, you're probably not
- 58:06Speaker 2: getting me get a shot on that Sunday. So it's
- 58:08Speaker 2: doing everything you can with your actions throughout the week
- 58:10Speaker 2: and and whatever other role that you're put in to
- 58:13Speaker 2: to be a leader in the other ways. But it's
- 58:16Speaker 2: it's it's you're never gonna get to that same kind
- 58:18Speaker 2: of level or exposure that the starter is that you're
- 58:24Speaker 2: going to be able to you know, touch and affect
- 58:27Speaker 2: the people that you might want to if you're a backup.
- 58:30Speaker 2: So to be kind of thrown into that role like
- 58:33Speaker 2: suddenly halfway through the year and not having that off
- 58:36Speaker 2: season of like knowing you're the guy to kind of just.
- 58:40Speaker 5: Put your kind of like fingerprints.
- 58:43Speaker 2: Exactly to mesh with the rest of the locker room,
- 58:46Speaker 2: you know, I didn't really have that, And being a
- 58:47Speaker 2: rookie too, it's uh, it just it was it was
- 58:50Speaker 2: a lot more difficult, but uh it made me. It
- 58:54Speaker 2: didn't really give me an excuse to not be the
- 58:55Speaker 2: leader that I wanted to, but it just gave me
- 58:57Speaker 2: time to warm up to that and to use that year,
- 59:03Speaker 2: that second half of that season to understand kind of
- 59:07Speaker 2: what I feel like leadership should look like at the
- 59:09Speaker 2: quarterback position, more looking from outside in and just getting
- 59:14Speaker 2: more comfortable growing in that role. And that was my
- 59:16Speaker 2: biggest kind of goal for this offseason too, was to
- 59:20Speaker 2: continue developing in that and to roll into this season
- 59:23Speaker 2: with a better identity as a quarterback, as a leader,
- 59:26Speaker 2: as a person, as a teammate. And that's really what
- 59:31Speaker 2: I was focused on. But the beginning of that process
- 59:33Speaker 2: was really really hard because you're, you know, stepping in
- 59:35Speaker 2: for a guy that has won a whole lot of
- 59:37Speaker 2: games for this organization, will go down as one of
- 59:39Speaker 2: the best quarterbacks this organizations ever had. And it's tough
- 59:43Speaker 2: to just kind of flip the switch and be like,
- 59:44Speaker 2: all right, now it's your turn. And you can't just
- 59:47Speaker 2: try to pick off where Ryan left off and do
- 59:50Speaker 2: the same things that he was doing. You have to
- 59:51Speaker 2: kind of find your own flair and find your own
- 59:53Speaker 2: way of doing things. So that process was difficult, but
- 59:57Speaker 2: it was a lot of fun at the same time.
- 59:58Speaker 2: And I got to thank Artie too for how he
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: handled that process. Because anytime any guys loses a position
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: like that, there's two ways you can go with it.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: You can kind of not give the guy any attention,
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: or you can be the best team that you can be.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: And that's that's what Ryan did, and he helped me
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: immensely throughout that whole process, So I got to thank
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: him for that.
- 1:00:16Speaker 4: That's awesome. You say that because in the beginning, when
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: you first get drafted at thirty three, Tannehill has that
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: press conference that was kind of going around It's like, oh,
- 1:00:23Speaker 4: it's not my job to essentially help you take Tannehill's job,
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: which is which is true, which is true, but it
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: kind of starts the narrative right that everybody wants to
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: do in the media cycle of like, oh, Tannehill's not
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: helping Will. Now there's a little bit of a rival
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: be going on there instead of like a you know,
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: older vet comes is here, young guy comes in help
- 1:00:41Speaker 4: him up as much as possible. Was there a transition
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: or was he helpful from the beginning where he was
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: kind of fighting it and then all of a sudden
- 1:00:48Speaker 4: you become a starting job He's like, I can do
- 1:00:50Speaker 4: whatever I can to help you. Or was it pretty
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: good from the start to finish.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: I think what he meant by that was just like
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: I'm not gonna you know, groom this guy to be
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: the starting quarterback, but he's still going to. I mean,
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: he didn't say it, but he still answered anything I
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: ever had to ask him. He wasn't going to go
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: out of his way to do those things. But he
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: was always open and you know, very communicative with what
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: he was seeing, you know, how he saw things and
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: how it could help me. And he was he was
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: never you know, he didn't avoid that at all ever.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: So now he from day one. He was a great
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: teammate and treated everybody and me and everybody in the
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: quarterback room the right way. So yeah, nothing really else
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: we said.
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: There going back to draft night, how'd you feel? What
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: was your emotion like, like ultimately falling to thirty three.
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: I know it was like there's a range of where
- 1:01:41Speaker 5: Will Levice could go, but ultimately falling to thirty three
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: your emotion when you did get drafted juiced me up.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: But I'm sure there was a lot on your mind
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: up until that point.
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: No doubt.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it was.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: It was a lot long process, you know, going through
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: that whole year, throughout my whole senior season, in kind
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: of hearing the things I was hearing from the people
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: that I trusted about, you know, potential for the draft
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: and stayed and stayed steady in that first round kind
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: of grade the entire year. And it was cool to
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: to to see that and hear those things, and you know,
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: despite the stressful season that I had not the greatest
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: way that I wanted to end my college career, but
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: still based on what I'd heard, had a really good
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: shot there at going and first round, first half of
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: the first round even, Yeah, pretty cool to.
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: What conversations are you having with teams too, like to
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: where you're even in cement you even more in the
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: thinking I don't know exactly where I'm going to go,
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: but it seems like I could go.
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: In the first half the dayble one exactly the top
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: thirty visits, I was taking the interviews that I was
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: having with these teams. You know, some teams at the
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: end of the first round were kind of like not
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: even telling me, like, you know, I'm not probably not
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: going to be there when we're there anyways, so like,
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: you know, nice to meet you, but yeah, so it would.
- 1:02:55Speaker 4: Be a great feeling when they said that tea, Yeah,
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: I was like, you probably won't be there, but they're
- 1:02:58Speaker 4: looking at your career and you're like, might not be there?
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: Actually no, I mean, but we got there, and you know,
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: I was already I got my nice suit on. I
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: rented I think a like one hundred thousand dollars Paddock
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: to send it back next day, sent it back, didn't
- 1:03:16Speaker 2: even get seen with itally, It's a smart move.
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: Smart move.
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: Gosh what I was happening that day we were on
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: the red carpet in Kansas City. I got I got
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: everyone at the draft on the red carpet that did
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: this interview got a hundred inch television from a brand
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: that I won't say, you know, no free shows, smart smart,
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: but you know, every they're expecting everyone in the draft
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: to have first round money, to be able to have
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: a nice big house to put this hundred inch TV in, right,
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: you know, get a nice big wall. I Meanwhile, I'm
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: over here, you know, second round money in my one
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: bedroom apartment taking up the entire time.
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: That might be even better. Actually, it might be even better.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: There's mom and dad y that was that was on though.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: That was really cool. And then just sitting there in
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: that room, we knew that if it got past uh
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: really the Titans first round pick, it might be a
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: long night and instead of uh and if someone didn't
- 1:04:13Speaker 2: trade up for me towards the end of that first round.
- 1:04:15Speaker 2: So you were kind of just waiting on that, waiting
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: on that, like waiting on maybe a phone call. And
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: I think I picked twenty nine. Get a phone call
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: from somebody. It was a prank call from somebody.
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: You got a prank calls somebody you knew.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: Yeah, no random number, my god, So I still have
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: the numbers saved. I'll find them someday.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: Your wheels out for vengeance.
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: Yeah, it was a conversation. No, they just they just
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: like did you seturd? And like hung up?
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: Yeah, they laughed.
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:04:46Speaker 4: God, And at twenty nine you got it. You're sitting there,
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: think how the fun again.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: I literally got off the phone. I said, let's go guys.
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: Really. Yeah, you didn't say for the last three picks?
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: No, no, no, I think it was in between thirty and
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: thirty one. Maybe not twenty n yeah, because there's only
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: thirty one picks.
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: Dude, what is the feeling like? What is the feeling
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: like when the Titans one goes by? So you and
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: your pants are sitting there and you're like, it's probably
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: gonna be a long night. But now you're getting to
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: the twenties and more and more cameras are coming towards now.
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: It essentially goes from hey, yeah the pick is in. Oh,
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: this is who it's picked. Now let's go to Will
- 1:05:21Speaker 4: Levis and see what his facial expression is doing, which is, buddy,
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: that's got to be.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: What else do you know? I mean, we did a
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: good job. He just kept it.
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: I don't know how you are, that's your Mom right there. Yeah,
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: I'm sure you're like, Mom, Please, for the love of God,
- 1:05:34Speaker 4: you're making it straight. Just look, just please, just stare
- 1:05:41Speaker 4: into the distance.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: There was one point where we were playing cards. I
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: brought cards. They didn't want to film that. I don't
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: know why, but it was like, it's like playing, just
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: messing around.
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: And so you at thirty you're like, I'm getting I'm
- 1:05:56Speaker 4: getting the hell out of here.
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: I think it was just as the last pick was
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: coming in, but in between the thirty thirty first I
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: think that's when the call came and we're like, yeah,
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: let's let's pack the show up and go back to
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: the hotel. I think there was a rack of shake
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: Shacks Burgers waiting for us celebratory four and then went

- 1:07:27Speaker 5: In your own selfish brain, feel like oki doch you
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: the most to where? Maybe you were excited to potentially
- 1:07:32Speaker 5: go there, and you felt like you were getting kind
- 1:07:34Speaker 5: of the best vibe of going there, and they didn't
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: end up getting you to where. Maybe it's like you know,
- 1:07:39Speaker 5: you can't wait to get it back one day.
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: Maybe it could be the Titans. Well the Titans, yeah, yeah,
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: but it's like, yo, y'all could have picked me out one.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: You're in your first round pick at eleven? What are
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: y'all doing?
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: Yeah, that's I mean, that's true.
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: I'm sure there was a piece of you. At first.
- 1:07:53Speaker 4: There was like fuck the Titans.
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: And every day and try to show them that I
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: should have been their first round pick.
- 1:07:58Speaker 4: Yeah, but against every day like you son up a bitch.
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: Hey, they made a good pick with him. I love Pete,
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: but now I'm not gonna give anybody any you know.
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: But there were definitely just few teams. I think the
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: ones that I thought I had a good shot at
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: going to there was actually murmurs. I think a lot
- 1:08:16Speaker 2: of people were putting bets on me to go first overall,
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: not a lot, but like some because like someone on
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: Reddit had leaked that I had told like a family
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: member or something that Carolina was going to pick me
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: number one. Overall, that didn't happen. I told my family
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: the opposite. I said that they were not gonna pick me.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: They pretty much told me it was like a formality
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: to invite.
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: Me in Yeah for real now, but just like checking
- 1:08:37Speaker 5: a box so they can throw them off the sin.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: I mean, it was just the vibe I got. But
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: no I knew, I knew, I confident I wasn't going there.
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: You know, I wasn't feeling great about Houston, but Indy.
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: I felt good about Atlanta, I felt decent about I
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: don't know, like Vegas. There was a few few other teams,
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: but Tennessee and Indy were the two that I felt
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: were really vibling with me most.
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: But so it's Andy you like to play against.
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: I mean, I want to beat any anybody in a division,
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: especially but Andy.
- 1:09:09Speaker 4: Yeah, really staying and by the way, you're phenomenal at
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: the politically correct media, like you've been well trained, no doubt,
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: But we all know it's Indy Cults. Anthony Richardson getches
- 1:09:20Speaker 4: his shoulder. Will was like, I'm kidding, dude.
- 1:09:26Speaker 5: You had an interesting journey in college too, Like you
- 1:09:29Speaker 5: were with Penn State for what three or eight years?
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: Yeah, two and a half years. Really, I got my
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: undergrad there and then I was in the right in
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: the middle of the There's a lot of big changes
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: in the college landscape during my college career because you
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: had to be a graduate to be immediately eligible before
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: the transfer portal, and then when I transferred, that was
- 1:09:47Speaker 2: right when they established the transfer portal, so I didn't
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: really have to be a graduate. But that's what I
- 1:09:51Speaker 2: was like on track for because I wanted to be
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: able to play right away. So transferred to UH Kentucky
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: and then had two seasons there and caught it for
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: the last year of NIL too, So just a lot
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: of weird changes. But yeah, three years of Penn State
- 1:10:08Speaker 2: too at Kentucky.
- 1:10:11Speaker 5: Why why transferred to Kentucky? Why Kentucky over the others
- 1:10:14Speaker 5: that I'm sure.
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: I just, I mean all I wasn't getting the opportunities
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: I wanted to do at the quarterback position. Like I said,
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: only one plays and the guy who was starting for me,
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: Sean who I'm really close with, he's with Green Bay now.
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: He was only one year above me. So it's one
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: of those things like I was looking at it from
- 1:10:32Speaker 2: you know, most guys who go on to you know,
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: get selected in the draft and have a good professional
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: career start for more than one year in college and
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: just to get that experience, I thought it was going
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: to be important for me. So getting my undergrad and
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: get into Kentucky and starting for two years. There was
- 1:10:48Speaker 2: the plan from the jump, and you know, things worked
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: out pretty well.
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: Did Was there ever, like a was there quarterback competitions
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: going on at Penn.
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: State a little bit? Yeah? After my freshman year, my
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: freshman year spring training we did or spring ball, we
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: had a little bit of a competition and I just
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: came out, just just got edged out. So Sewan ended
- 1:11:11Speaker 2: up getting the job. And then I was putting the
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: kind of a wildcat third down goal line quarterback situation
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: spot and I just really wasn't getting the opportunities to
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: throw the ball that I wanted to and needed to.
- 1:11:22Speaker 5: So would you get told by the coaching staff that
- 1:11:25Speaker 5: your opportunities would come and happen, and then when it
- 1:11:27Speaker 5: wouldn't happen, it almost frustrates you more. That would almost
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: buy into like, hey, I think I'm gonna take off
- 1:11:33Speaker 5: after this year, not in like a selfish way, but
- 1:11:35Speaker 5: just in the way that every competitor wants. Like, you
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: know how you have certain conversations with coaches at times
- 1:11:40Speaker 5: where you feel like, hey, in this maybe we're up
- 1:11:43Speaker 5: in the second half and I'll get in there more
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: or maybe you'll get whether it's garbage time whatever, but hey,
- 1:11:48Speaker 5: we're going to rotate you in. We're looking at doing
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: the plan this way this week, and usually most of
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: the time it doesn't go that way. Were those things
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: playing into your situation at all?
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: There wasn't.
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: Just Sean was the guy.
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: It never really changed from that, and you were like, hey,
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: I gotta kind of think about my own future.
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: Yeah. I just kind of saw the write and I
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: feel like I wasn't. I just wasn't getting the opportunities.
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: As much as they tried to kind of involve me
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: and give me different opportunities to even throw the ball
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: a little bit. It was mostly just stuff that I
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: knew at the end of the day, it wasn't going
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: to get me prepared and give me the experience I
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: needed to to play quarterback at the NFL level. So
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: I mean, I loved it. It made me a better
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: football player in general. Like I think, you know, the
- 1:12:27Speaker 2: stuff I did in the run game there and what
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: we were doing with the different quarterbacks and what have you.
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: It was a lot of fun. But I wasn't. For one,
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: I wasn't good enough in the drop back passing game.
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: They didn't trust me that way, so I understand why
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: they didn't play me. But I needed that experience to
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: get better. So that's what I was really looking for,
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: and Kentucky gave me that opportunity. So I ended up,
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: you know, getting the reps that I needed to to
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: develop as that you know, more pure passer and really
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: benefited me.
- 1:12:54Speaker 4: Did you ever doubt yourself? Because it sounds like when
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: you're going through the transfer portal, you're like, I need
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: an opportunity to show I need to go to the
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: NFL and do X Y and Z. Was there ever
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: a point at Penn State where like, maybe I just
- 1:13:05Speaker 4: can't do it? No, you ever doubt yourself at all?
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: I always had, you know, pretty solid confidence in myself
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: and my ability. I just I knew that if I
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: had the opportunities to get the experience that I that
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: I needed, then you know, it'd be hard to stop me.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: So I was. I was excited for that and to
- 1:13:22Speaker 2: get the chance to do that at Kentucky was fun
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: and just do I. I had the attributes, I just
- 1:13:27Speaker 2: didn't have the opportunity to put them on display yet,
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: and I was glad I did.
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: That photo reminds me of Miami Jack. You didn't mess
- 1:13:41Speaker 5: with Will Levis at first. Right the photo you get
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: the photo of him jumping over to Tennessee, and it
- 1:13:48Speaker 5: was kind of making me think. I was like, wait
- 1:13:50Speaker 5: a minute, Jack was kind of before the draft happened.
- 1:13:53Speaker 8: Well, I'm Jack, nice to meet you.
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: Tell him what happened?
- 1:13:57Speaker 8: All right, So when you were not in the first round,
- 1:14:01Speaker 8: I put out a tweet and it was like, when
- 1:14:03Speaker 8: you don't select Will in the first round, it's some
- 1:14:05Speaker 8: like dumb dancing gift. And it was nothing against you.
- 1:14:08Speaker 8: It was purely for the value play the second round.
- 1:14:10Speaker 8: When we got you out.
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: Before that week bust and you're like, I hope you
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: don't get me.
- 1:14:14Speaker 8: Well, I'm a Tennessee guy. I'm a Tennessee fan. So
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: you know, previous season there was it was fun to
- 1:14:19Speaker 8: go back and forth. So you have a rival quarterback
- 1:14:22Speaker 8: coming into Tennessee, and you know you want to have
- 1:14:24Speaker 8: as much fun with it as possible. But when you
- 1:14:26Speaker 8: got selected the second round, and then when you had
- 1:14:28Speaker 8: your first breakout game with the Titans, when you and
- 1:14:30Speaker 8: d Hop had those like Matt what was it three
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: TD something like that, I did my due diligence and
- 1:14:36Speaker 8: in the parking lot. Afterwards, I said I was wrong.
- 1:14:38Speaker 8: I was wrong, and I said, I'm fully on the
- 1:14:41Speaker 8: Levis train, and I want him to be as successful
- 1:14:44Speaker 8: as he can, whether it's with the Titans or somebody else.
- 1:14:46Speaker 8: So I'm I'm fucking stoked. I've been seeing your praises
- 1:14:49Speaker 8: around town.
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: I know you're going to be a dog out there.
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: So but but it takes a man to admit when
- 1:14:54Speaker 8: he was wrong.
- 1:14:54Speaker 4: April April twenty seven, twenty twenty three, Anthony Richard Greater
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: sign Will Levis.
- 1:15:02Speaker 8: Wait, Jack McPherson, are you or hen even remember?
- 1:15:07Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:15:07Speaker 8: I don't even remember that, but that obviously again I
- 1:15:12Speaker 8: was wrong. Pull the video of me, of me showing
- 1:15:15Speaker 8: where is the video?
- 1:15:17Speaker 4: Uh? Pov the Titans passed on Will Levis?
- 1:15:21Speaker 8: Dude, Yes, and I was wrong.
- 1:15:24Speaker 4: Dude, we're feeling a Super Bowl contending team this time.
- 1:15:29Speaker 8: And then and then who was it?
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: Freezing cold? Takes?
- 1:15:32Speaker 6: Uh?
- 1:15:33Speaker 8: The Twitter account, they just repost anybody who's fucked up
- 1:15:36Speaker 8: when you got drafted immediately, I was in Florida on
- 1:15:39Speaker 8: a bachelor trip and I started getting notification, notification, notification,
- 1:15:44Speaker 8: you'd been drafted, and I'm just I'm catching a lot
- 1:15:47Speaker 8: of heat everywhere, and I was like, this is fine.
- 1:15:49Speaker 8: We want somebody who wants the job, and I'm here
- 1:15:51Speaker 8: to motivate him. That's my goal. And then then when
- 1:15:55Speaker 8: he came in, him and d Hob had that game,
- 1:15:57Speaker 8: it was it was a great first showing and.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: I couldn't be happy.
- 1:16:00Speaker 8: I have a eight. I have a I have a
- 1:16:03Speaker 8: number eight Titans Jersey. I have a number eight Titans Jersey.
- 1:16:07Speaker 8: So Mac, I mean that's my name though, but it's
- 1:16:11Speaker 8: still you.
- 1:16:12Speaker 5: Know, another part just to go out listen, this is
- 1:16:15Speaker 5: what you want.
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: You want one of the day ones, the guys who
- 1:16:18Speaker 4: grew up Titan fans to be pissed off, not turned
- 1:16:22Speaker 4: around one eight and being like this is our savior.
- 1:16:25Speaker 5: He's also that much more heels on the ground because
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: he's such a diehard Tennessee fan that basically any kind
- 1:16:30Speaker 5: of quarterback in ESSEC he almost wants them to fail.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: Did that year I was.
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: I didn't bring that, bring that that would all connected it?
- 1:16:43Speaker 4: Huh that would all connected it?
- 1:16:45Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:16:45Speaker 8: I really am, I I will. I'm a massive levels fan.
- 1:16:49Speaker 8: Now I'm really happier on the bus. And it takes
- 1:16:52Speaker 8: a man to admit when he's wrong, and so I
- 1:16:53Speaker 8: do apologize to you. I looked at the show notes
- 1:17:01Speaker 8: and I was like, all right, they don't have my
- 1:17:02Speaker 8: name on there, but I know are gonna sneak it
- 1:17:06Speaker 8: in at some point.
- 1:17:07Speaker 5: I really not until that Tennessee pick. I was like,
- 1:17:09Speaker 5: that's right. Jack didn't like you. Hey, I lovething I
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: didn't like.
- 1:17:15Speaker 4: Hated. Yeah, you hated knowing Will for the short time.
- 1:17:23Speaker 4: Will is like he's you're computing all this more more
- 1:17:26Speaker 4: of a chip on my shoulder. Good good.
- 1:17:28Speaker 5: I just know that it takes a man.
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: Takes a man, right, Will, Right, Will, It takes a man.
- 1:17:34Speaker 8: And I'll be wearing my eight jersey every every home game.
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: I'll be in there.
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: Never let him.
- 1:17:43Speaker 4: That would be hilarious.
- 1:17:45Speaker 5: If there's just a photo, a mug shot at you,
- 1:17:47Speaker 5: you can't get in Titans games, you'd be wrecked.
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: That would that would hurt.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: That would hurt me.
- 1:17:54Speaker 8: But you know, if that's what means bringing Super Bowl
- 1:17:56Speaker 8: to Nashville, I'd be willing to do that for the
- 1:17:58Speaker 8: city of Nashville.
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: What a good transition do How were you received when
- 1:18:02Speaker 4: you first got to Tennessee. How do you like were
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: people excited about it?
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: It was definitely like half and half. I'd say, yeah,
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: there were definitely people that were very excited, and there
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: were definitely people, you know, like you were stuck college
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: roots regards, stuck in their college roots. No, but I
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: knew that it was gonna take some convincing for for
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: some Tennessee fans. So I still got a lot to prove,
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: and but just trying to keep doing the right things
- 1:18:27Speaker 2: to turn those people's opinions around, you know, right.
- 1:18:30Speaker 4: And so your camp goes by, we don't, we don't
- 1:18:33Speaker 4: hear a whole lot a couple couple of weeks ago.
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: By now, all of a sudden, the Tennessee Titans are
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: wearing the Houston Oiler uniforms for the first time. Tannehills
- 1:18:40Speaker 4: got an ankle, He's got a little anky issue. He's
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: not being able to put the uniform on. It's your
- 1:18:44Speaker 4: first time going out. What was it like going on
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: Nissan Stadium for the first time?
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: So sick? I mean, first of all, I've been waiting
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: to wear baby blue, light blue my entire life. Just
- 1:18:52Speaker 2: like the cool Swaggy is coolest.
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: The coolest uniforms, Those are the coolest uniforms in all
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: the NFL.
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: Exactly, and and to be able to start my NFL
- 1:19:00Speaker 2: career in those you know, they gave me a little
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: confidence boost. That was cool for sure. But it was
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: fun and it was a pretty serendipitous situation.
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: Oh Google, Yeah, Google, serendipitous.
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: No, like just with you know, we're not getting hurt.
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: And then we had to buy the next week, so
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: I really had two weeks to prepare for this first
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: game of mine. So that was that was nice, And
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: uh just was also coming back from a little bit
- 1:19:26Speaker 2: of an injury from training camp, and it was perfectly
- 1:19:29Speaker 2: kind of timed up with where I was finally feeling
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: even just that week, like healthy enough to play and
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: confident enough to go out there and do my thing. So, uh,
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: it worked out really well. And I just feel like
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: everything came together that game and all the stuff we
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: dialed up were there. I was seeing things clearly, you know,
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: Hop was doing his thing and pulling everything down and
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: finding his way to the end zone a few times,
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: and uh, it was crazy. It was also like one
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: of those things too, where as well as it felt
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: like it was going on offense and how everything was clicking,
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: we were it was still at one score game, like
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: by the end of the game. And that was my
- 1:20:01Speaker 2: first like, oh shit, this is the NFL, Like every
- 1:20:04Speaker 2: game is going to come down to the wire. We're
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: gonna have to pull this out and just but just
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: what a great way to you know, get your career
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: off started and gave me a lot of confidence to
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: finish that year.
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: It was fucking awesome. It seemed like the Hop was
- 1:20:16Speaker 4: in your ear all week. But like, yo, just throwing,
- 1:20:19Speaker 4: which is that's the receiver you want? You want your
- 1:20:21Speaker 4: receivers to be like that?
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I want my receivers to be you know, dickheads
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: about wanting the ball.
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: You wanted me to be selfish, yes, like, hey, throw
- 1:20:30Speaker 4: me the ball. Get frustrated when they're not getting the
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: ball in the first three plays of the game.
- 1:20:33Speaker 5: My boy Colet McCoy, who was the backup Arizona who
- 1:20:37Speaker 5: played some games last year a couple of years ago.
- 1:20:39Speaker 5: But when, oh whenever d Hop was on the Cardinals.
- 1:20:42Speaker 5: But he'd say he'd come to the sideline the ob
- 1:20:44Speaker 5: back bro, just throw me the ball. And sometimes he
- 1:20:47Speaker 5: said he would just make up a route on the
- 1:20:48Speaker 5: fly and he would just throw it to him because
- 1:20:51Speaker 5: he'd just be like, yeah, hey, just trust me, like,
- 1:20:54Speaker 5: just throw me the ball, Like, don't worry about what
- 1:20:56Speaker 5: they keep calling, Like, just throw me the ball.
- 1:20:59Speaker 4: Don't worry about keep calling. Yeah, yeah, you had d
- 1:21:03Speaker 4: up and now you've got I mean, Ridley got two backs,
- 1:21:06Speaker 4: Pollard and Spears like you a chig. You have so
- 1:21:09Speaker 4: many guys, so many tools, Like do you feel like
- 1:21:13Speaker 4: you've got everything you need?
- 1:21:14Speaker 2: Yeah, And it's gonna be gonna be tough because a
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: lot of guys are you know, deserve the ball and
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: they are gonna want the ball. So yeah, beyond me
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: to uh, you know, just trust what I see and
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: play within the offense. But we have a you know,
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: a lot of fun players at our fingertips, and uh,
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: you know, the backs are gonna be a lot of
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: fun to play with and getting them in different formations,
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: getting an empty two backs in the game. They're both
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: incredible catching the ball out of the backfield. They both
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: do some amazing things. Crazy thing trying to jump over
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: that guy yesterday, That was that was crazy. Antonio Brown
- 1:21:42Speaker 2: someone Yet Antonio Brown someone yesterday.
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: Kicked him in the head.
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, it was great. He fell from like nine
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: and a half feet up. But I just that fired
- 1:21:50Speaker 2: me up, because you know, not a lot of guys
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: even think about that stuff like that. He was back
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: in his home state. He was a leguice up.
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: Yeah, leonidasing somebody just said kicking them in the face. Yes,
- 1:22:01Speaker 4: but dude, Miami game. Yeah, putting your right shoulder into
- 1:22:04Speaker 4: somebody and everyone's getting hyped up into you. I know,
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: Bravolvers like, listen, brother, don't ever do.
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: No that hurt.
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: I mean when I'm see jailing next all time that
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: you know, I probably got the shorter end of the
- 1:22:15Speaker 2: stick on that one. But no, that was cool and
- 1:22:19Speaker 2: that was a big play and a big game and
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: probably our most fun win last year for sure.
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: It has to be. Man, what a comeback.

- 1:23:10Speaker 5: dot Com, use code Boys. Back to the episode when
- 1:23:13Speaker 5: you talk about leadership, like what are things that you
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: can do? Like you talked about all the weapons you have,
- 1:23:17Speaker 5: like keeping guys in it. Maybe they're not guys who
- 1:23:20Speaker 5: really get down on themselves, but you know that the
- 1:23:22Speaker 5: ball is gonna have to get spread around. Our guys
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: feed off. Maybe touching the ball early in the game
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: touch them all more. Maybe they don't mind to fall back.
- 1:23:29Speaker 5: But like, what do you do, Like what are you
- 1:23:31Speaker 5: conscious of when being a leader in those situations when
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: you have that many weapons?
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, I think it's just conscious of what
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: you just said. It's conscious of how guys tick and
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: how guys need to be motivated and if guys do
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: need to have that boost of confidence or moment to
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: kind of get them going in a game or in
- 1:23:49Speaker 2: practice or something. So it's it's there isn't a uniform
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: way of leadership throughout the time. I feel like it's
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: just a way of understanding people more so than and
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: having a strategy with how you you go you go
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: about it. But it's it's a tough job. It's probably
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: a harder job than the quarterback poisition itself. The leadership
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: job I'm saying, and I'm still growing in it. I'm
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: getting getting better as the as the days go on.
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: I think I wanted to go into camp and like
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: I feel like it's like one of those things to
- 1:24:17Speaker 2: where you got to earn it with your actions, Like
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: you got to earn how you play on the field.
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: Like you can't just go out there and start talking.
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: At least some guys feel like they can. But I
- 1:24:25Speaker 2: feel like I have to kind of prove it with
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: my actions before I can back it up with how
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: I talk or how I act in that way. So
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: camp was great because you know, being able to get
- 1:24:33Speaker 2: some good reps in camp and to you know, ingratiate
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: myself with the guys and to just or ingrain myself
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: with the guys and and and show them that I
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: am our guy and the leader for this team and
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: that that's just a great few weeks of progress for
- 1:24:46Speaker 2: me to just keep, you know, climbing in that role.
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: How do you differentiate being the leader you want to
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: be and not forcing it as opposed letting.
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: It come to you exactly? You got it's got to
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: be natural, Like you can't you can't just decide like, hey,
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: I'm gonna be the RARA guy today and I'm gonna
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: get guys fired up. And you got to make sure
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: that you're true to how you feel and and kind
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: of what you want to get out of it. And
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: there's there's it's not to say that you can't change.
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: I think that that's that's a big misconception. Like guys
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: think that they're this type of teammate and they have
- 1:25:17Speaker 2: their their whole life and they've just stayed that way
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: because they might be afraid to walk in the next
- 1:25:21Speaker 2: day and people to be like, wait, that's not who
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: you are, you know, But it's not bad to consciously
- 1:25:26Speaker 2: kind of try to change the way you are for
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: the betterment of yourself and the team. And I feel
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: like i've I've I've done a few things and tweaked
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: the kind of ways that I've I've just interacted with
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: people and then just been around the building and it's
- 1:25:37Speaker 2: helped me for the better. So I was stuck in
- 1:25:40Speaker 2: that for a long time too, Like I didn't want
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: to be inauthentic. I didn't want to be the guy
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: that I'm not. But I realized it wasn't that. It's
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: more so, I have, you know, this vision for who
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: I want to be. What do I need to change
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: and improve in my life and my actions and in
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: my values to get me to that position. And when
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: I got over the the fear of being inauthentic in
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: that pursuit, then it, you know, improved me a lot.
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: I love that, dude. Do you uh?
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: Do you listen to Brady a lot when he's on
- 1:26:11Speaker 5: whether he's doing interviews, because as you we're talking about leadership,
- 1:26:14Speaker 5: there was something really fascinating that when he was breaking
- 1:26:16Speaker 5: it down, it made like talking about like knowing guys.
- 1:26:19Speaker 5: He was talking like, if you're the ex receiver, if
- 1:26:21Speaker 5: you're like one of the top receivers, but most of
- 1:26:23Speaker 5: the time you're running out of the huddle every time
- 1:26:26Speaker 5: out usually outside the numbers. Your route treats cutting half.
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: Like these guys who got to do that play in
- 1:26:31Speaker 5: and play out and sometimes they're not touching the ball early,
- 1:26:33Speaker 5: and he would talk about how he communicate, like, hey,
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: we'll get you going, because he's just aware of the
- 1:26:37Speaker 5: fact that, you know, even though they have this diva
- 1:26:40Speaker 5: perception by everybody else, He's like, you got to understand
- 1:26:42Speaker 5: these guys coming to the huddle, they run out, they
- 1:26:44Speaker 5: run outside the numbers, everything's everything is like halfway.
- 1:26:47Speaker 4: Cut off for them by themselves.
- 1:26:49Speaker 5: Yeah, they're by themselves. They're going as hard as possible,
- 1:26:52Speaker 5: and then the one one or two times they don't,
- 1:26:54Speaker 5: they get kind of like, you know, they get that stigma.
- 1:26:56Speaker 5: But he's like just understanding that, even knowing how to
- 1:26:59Speaker 5: try to communicate with those guys throughout the game if
- 1:27:02Speaker 5: they're not touching the ball earlier, knowing you got to
- 1:27:04Speaker 5: get into them quick just to like keep them involved.
- 1:27:06Speaker 5: I always thought that that was real, real fascinating, And
- 1:27:09Speaker 5: I forget the question that I initially asked because now
- 1:27:11Speaker 5: I'm thinking about to Brady and oh yeah, yeah, you
- 1:27:14Speaker 5: like yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. When you see him, yeah,
- 1:27:17Speaker 5: when you see him, yeah, I guess having interviews or
- 1:27:20Speaker 5: is he somebody who like gravitate towards Yeah.
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: I mean, that's that's the guy I've looked up through
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: my entire life and obviously being from where I'm from
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: and being a Patriots fan and Boston sports fan, like
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: that was my idol, like growing up, like that's who
- 1:27:31Speaker 2: I wanted to be, the winner that I wanted to be.
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: So yeah, anytime I can listen to him and speak
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: on whatever you can about, you know, the position or leadership,
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: it's definitely something that I pay attention to.
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: I forget that you're a Boston guy. Stooly Stooy big
- 1:27:46Speaker 5: ten big Stooley, grew.
- 1:27:47Speaker 4: Up on it.
- 1:27:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I was telling them I was kind of that
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: first generation of like Instagram. I think I was like
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: more Facebook first, but I think I got Instagram in
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: like seventh grade or something and it was my buddy.
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: He was like, yo, yo, you gotta follow this page
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: Barstool Sports. He was like probably the one of my
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: first follows after like just like my best friends and stuff.
- 1:28:09Speaker 2: It was like Barstool Sports, ESPN Sports Center.
- 1:28:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:28:13Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's just funny. We were talking about that
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: before and now, look at.
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: Who's your favorite barstool personality.
- 1:28:21Speaker 4: It was I'm a big cat guy.
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: I love I love big cats.
- 1:28:25Speaker 4: So you're anti no, no, no, I love.
- 1:28:27Speaker 2: I was gonna say Dave because I think I knew
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: Dave first, but I was I was peing part of
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: my takee guy. I listened to them for years, so
- 1:28:34Speaker 2: I'm still a big fan of the show. But they're
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: They're great and Dave's great. I've met Dave a couple
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: of times. They are Big Cat a couple of times
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: as well. They came to Lexington for the Reader's Cup
- 1:28:47Speaker 2: a couple of years ago. Oh yeah, yeah, we were
- 1:28:49Speaker 2: hanging out afterwards at some bar, so that was cool.
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: We were we were in New York for the draft
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: and Big Cat was talking about you, saying you were
- 1:28:57Speaker 4: a Stuley guy. He was singing your praises a little bit.
- 1:29:00Speaker 4: He was about it. So you got a fan on
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: the other side as well.
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: Awesome.
- 1:29:03Speaker 4: Yeah, do you have no should we go?
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: Mayo? Should we go? I also want to You seem
- 1:29:12Speaker 5: like you come from a family of athletes. Your old
- 1:29:15Speaker 5: man played, Your mom was an All American soccer player?
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: Is was she?
- 1:29:19Speaker 5: Is she where you get your genetics?
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: Yeah? I think she had a freaking six back until
- 1:29:25Speaker 2: she had her fourth kids, So yeah, she is a
- 1:29:28Speaker 2: beast and she was the you know tom Boy did
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: it all kid and as a kid growing up and
- 1:29:35Speaker 2: played baseball until high school I think, and then found
- 1:29:38Speaker 2: soccer as your sport and ended up going to Yale.
- 1:29:40Speaker 2: Was all American there and yeah, just a just a grinder,
- 1:29:45Speaker 2: and both her and my dad were big athletes. My
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: dad played D three football at Dennison University in Ohio.
- 1:29:51Speaker 4: Your uncle played, yeah.
- 1:29:53Speaker 2: Yale running back, and my and then there my mom
- 1:29:55Speaker 2: and his dad. My mom and my uncle's dad was
- 1:30:02Speaker 2: a coach at Yale for twenty five years.
- 1:30:03Speaker 5: So I did read like Yale. I think I read
- 1:30:06Speaker 5: Cornell somewhere. It makes sense with the what was the
- 1:30:09Speaker 5: word he said earlier, super superfluous superfluous? Yeah, polus.
- 1:30:13Speaker 4: I don't believe that was the word. That was not
- 1:30:15Speaker 4: the word that was not the workous Yeah, superfolous.
- 1:30:21Speaker 5: Yeah. But a lot of a lot of academic I'm sure,
- 1:30:24Speaker 5: a lot of expectation in the household grown up.
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: Yeah, a lot. I don't think it was more like
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: expectations more so than it was.
- 1:30:30Speaker 6: Uh.
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: I think me and my sisters realized that there were
- 1:30:33Speaker 2: just a lot of you know, impressive, like established people
- 1:30:37Speaker 2: around us, and we wanted to do our best to
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: just live up to our family's name. And I think
- 1:30:41Speaker 2: our our our parents told us that from a young age,
- 1:30:46Speaker 2: more so from a respect standpoint, not a performance standpoint.
- 1:30:49Speaker 2: Just everything that we do is going to reflect our
- 1:30:51Speaker 2: family's name for the rest of our lives. And we
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: took that very seriously. And all of us just went
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: hard hard a ship and everything that we did. And
- 1:30:58Speaker 2: and me and all my sisters are you know, I
- 1:31:00Speaker 2: think we're all proud of the spot we put ourselves in.
- 1:31:03Speaker 2: And the youngest one is gonna be a junior in
- 1:31:06Speaker 2: high school and she just she's gonna start getting us
- 1:31:08Speaker 2: getting some offers to play lacrosse in college. So she'll
- 1:31:11Speaker 2: be the last one. But they did a heck of
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: a job with us as kids growing up to you know,
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: put us in the position to succeed.
- 1:31:18Speaker 5: That's awesome. So all athletes, your sisters.
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: H the one h the oldest one is not anymore.
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: She was an excellent athlete. The middle one just graduated
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: from Central Connecticut, she played lacrosse there, just moved here.
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: Actually she's going to school at Belmont for grad school.
- 1:31:32Speaker 2: And the youngest is still in high school. But she's
- 1:31:34Speaker 2: probably the best athlete.
- 1:31:35Speaker 4: Of all of us.
- 1:31:36Speaker 2: She's beast.
- 1:31:39Speaker 4: Where is the family located now?
- 1:31:40Speaker 2: Are they Connecticut?
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: Connecticut?
- 1:31:42Speaker 2: Connecticut got you?
- 1:31:43Speaker 4: And then when everyone's out of the house, do you
- 1:31:45Speaker 4: think your parents are going to move from Connecticut?
- 1:31:47Speaker 2: They've been talking about it. They've been talking, not not
- 1:31:49Speaker 2: Nashville specifically, but just like getting somewhere further down south.
- 1:31:52Speaker 2: But last time I talked to them, they said no,
- 1:31:55Speaker 2: they're liking the New England living.
- 1:31:56Speaker 4: So when it's all said and done for you, you're
- 1:31:58Speaker 4: thinking back up to the northeast.
- 1:31:59Speaker 2: I don't, No. I think I definitely have like a
- 1:32:01Speaker 2: dream vacation spot up there, like whether you know I'm
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: Nantucket or like Martha's Vineyard or something like that, And
- 1:32:08Speaker 2: I think that would be a really cool second contracting
- 1:32:12Speaker 2: right next to Portois. Yeah, yeah, but I don't know.
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: My mind's not quite there yet. Yeah, there's definitely some
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: some really nice Yeah, always.
- 1:32:23Speaker 4: Fun to dream. Always for of dream and also pros
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: and cons of not going in the first round. There's
- 1:32:27Speaker 4: no fifth year options. Did somebody give you that conversations
- 1:32:31Speaker 4: and that's a huge win. So now after next year,
- 1:32:34Speaker 4: it's like voice, you put it pay the fuck up?
- 1:32:37Speaker 4: You know, you know, you know you know what I'm saying, right,
- 1:32:40Speaker 4: You're gonna do it right. Yeah, so the numbers gotta
- 1:32:43Speaker 4: be there. The first time I ever heard about you,
- 1:32:46Speaker 4: you were at the SEC Media Days and you took
- 1:32:51Speaker 4: a cup of coffee and some man, some mayday's a
- 1:32:53Speaker 4: cup of coffee. What what are we doing?
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: Okay, I'll give it. I'll give the whole rundown.
- 1:32:57Speaker 4: So give me the rundown on that, because I know
- 1:32:59Speaker 4: we got a fragrance out now that is literally sold out.
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: You can't even get your hands on it.
- 1:33:02Speaker 2: Yep.
- 1:33:03Speaker 4: And you've really taken this thing and put it to
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: the moon. But it started with a cup of coffee
- 1:33:07Speaker 4: and some mayonnaise.
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it was. It was wild. In college, I was
- 1:33:11Speaker 2: pretty active on social media, like just you know, posting
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: you know bs that I thought was funny on TikTok whatever.
- 1:33:17Speaker 2: If I thought it was funny, it was going up
- 1:33:18Speaker 2: and I thought other people might get some laughs at it.
- 1:33:20Speaker 2: Two and uh and yeah. I was making a little
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: cash on it too. It was helping on the little
- 1:33:24Speaker 2: on the marketing deal with nil and stuff being there,
- 1:33:27Speaker 2: I was grounding my ass off, fell as. I didn't
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: have no collective to get get handed any money I made.
- 1:33:32Speaker 2: I didn't really make much, but i'd work for what
- 1:33:34Speaker 2: I made in college, and I'm proud of it.
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: But uh, it was.
- 1:33:37Speaker 2: It was a breakfast I was at and we got
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: our coffees and there was no cream or sugar on
- 1:33:42Speaker 2: the table, just a bottle of mayo. And some of
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: the person I was just like, hey, you should you
- 1:33:47Speaker 2: should post a video of you drinking it or something
- 1:33:49Speaker 2: and that must be how they drink their coffee down
- 1:33:51Speaker 2: here or something like that, and I was like, you
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: know what, I will, And so I poured the mayo in,
- 1:33:55Speaker 2: stirred it up to made a little, super little video
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: and you know, it was funny. People liked it, and
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: then it got re picked up when I went to
- 1:34:04Speaker 2: SEC media day and they asked me to do it again,
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: and then that kind of sparked it again, and then
- 1:34:08Speaker 2: it kind of picked up some more steam during the
- 1:34:10Speaker 2: draft when everyone's trying to find all the dirt and
- 1:34:12Speaker 2: ship to pick up a lot of people like who's
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: going to draft this freaking idiots stuff. Yeah, So that
- 1:34:20Speaker 2: was a weird process because I was like trying to
- 1:34:23Speaker 2: convince people that I'm not this psychopath weird with with
- 1:34:27Speaker 2: a weird sense of humor.
- 1:34:28Speaker 5: They want you to be the face of the franchise.
- 1:34:31Speaker 2: Yeah, So dealing with that, and I really like at
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: first was like, I don't want this to be a
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: part of my personality, you know, I want to be
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: known for the person that I am, not like this
- 1:34:39Speaker 2: silly antics that I might pull on camera. And it
- 1:34:44Speaker 2: didn't take long to kind of shift that thought process
- 1:34:48Speaker 2: when I talked to the Hellman's marketing team and they're like, no,
- 1:34:51Speaker 2: I think there's something here, like you should lean into this,
- 1:34:54Speaker 2: like we could do a really funny campaign. It was,
- 1:34:58Speaker 2: you know, authentic in terms of I actually do really
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: like man, it's in the specifically humans, which was a
- 1:35:03Speaker 2: staple in my family's fridge, my entire life. So talking
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: to them and and and it just made me realize like, hey, like, no,
- 1:35:11Speaker 2: this is this is funny. We can make this even
- 1:35:13Speaker 2: more funny and and you know, at the same time,
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: I'm gonna get a pretty sweet deal out of it too.
- 1:35:17Speaker 2: So we did a couple of things last year. They
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: extended me for a couple more years and we did
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: this crazy Hey you crushed the commercial, the lone commercial.
- 1:35:28Speaker 4: Yeah, how long were you on set doing that?
- 1:35:31Speaker 5: Bullshit over and over and over and over.
- 1:35:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: This was at the Titans practice. It was the longest
- 1:35:38Speaker 2: day of my summer. Actually. I did the live pro
- 1:35:43Speaker 2: am at the Grove here in Nashville, which is an
- 1:35:45Speaker 2: awesome weekend, and then I did a radio show for
- 1:35:49Speaker 2: an hour, and then I did that shoot from four
- 1:35:51Speaker 2: to midnight for to midnight. It was It was a
- 1:35:55Speaker 2: long day and I'm pumped with how it came out.
- 1:35:58Speaker 2: And there should be something else come not soon with them,
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: which will should be fun. I'm excited to want to
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: show people.
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: You want to break it?
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: Here you can see a sneak peak. You can see
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: a sneak peak.
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: I'll show you one still shot from it that will
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: kill you guys.
- 1:36:13Speaker 4: Sneak peak. Are we getting I still shot? It sounds
- 1:36:15Speaker 4: like something coming out soon. Yeah, when does the back by?
- 1:36:22Speaker 2: I think it comes out tomorrow.
- 1:36:24Speaker 4: Then you can you can talk about it because this
- 1:36:26Speaker 4: comes out tomorrow.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: He excuse me, I'm.
- 1:36:33Speaker 4: Gonna be a big Bean fan. Is that real? Give limber?
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: He's strong? Look at him? That comes out? So that
- 1:36:48Speaker 4: photo comes out tomorrow.
- 1:36:49Speaker 2: It's a video. That's just a still shot from the video.
- 1:36:52Speaker 4: But are you able to are you able to say
- 1:36:54Speaker 4: that this.
- 1:36:55Speaker 2: This helms hes helmets.
- 1:36:59Speaker 4: Yeah, it's amazing. The lake thing is so funny, he said.
- 1:37:05Speaker 4: Those old school old spice commercials.
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: Yeah, you remind me of that. This that's what this
- 1:37:09Speaker 2: whole campaign reminds me of, like kind of the old
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: school old spice because it's so tongue in cheek, like.
- 1:37:14Speaker 4: Yeah, the old spice commercials were awesome. Yeah, they're unbelievable.
- 1:37:19Speaker 4: Is it so they're the biggest player as far as
- 1:37:20Speaker 4: your marketing goes? Is there anybody else you have your
- 1:37:22Speaker 4: eyes on that You're like, I love to be sponsored by.
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: M I've been saying it ever since, and I think
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: the day and I all became a thing. I tweeted
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: at Levi's jeans. I was like, let's do something here. So,
- 1:37:34Speaker 2: I mean, it's been thrown out there. I'll keep I'll
- 1:37:36Speaker 2: keep poking them, but we'll get there eventually, I think.
- 1:37:39Speaker 4: But let's talk about true classic. Dude, have you put before?
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: I haven't.
- 1:37:43Speaker 5: Actually, I'll tell you what your arms would look fantastic.
- 1:37:47Speaker 4: Brother, You've already got the physique going on, but you
- 1:37:49Speaker 4: put a true classic T shirt on and their jeans unstoppable. Yeah,
- 1:37:53Speaker 4: you wouldn't be able to the ladies would seriously be
- 1:37:56Speaker 4: jumping at you. There's I gotta go back up to
- 1:37:58Speaker 4: my one bedroom apartment with one hundred and screen TV.
- 1:38:01Speaker 4: We'll give your.
- 1:38:01Speaker 5: True Classic and then you can you can think about it.
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: Levi's is good, but it's not the seventies anymore. It's
- 1:38:07Speaker 4: not you know, it's time to move on.
- 1:38:10Speaker 5: I feel like we're confident enough to put our reputation
- 1:38:13Speaker 5: on the line for True Classic. I think you'll love it.
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I would think you.
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:38:18Speaker 2: I'm very specific with my jeens, like even with Levi's, Like,
- 1:38:21Speaker 2: I think you'd take a special cut for me to
- 1:38:23Speaker 2: be like, all right, let's do this the.
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: Right So we need it, that's all we need it.
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: We need because there I think True Classic came on
- 1:38:29Speaker 4: with us and I got these long legs. Yeah, and
- 1:38:33Speaker 4: so they didn't even make thirty six length. They ended
- 1:38:35Speaker 4: up making the thirty six length for me. And it's
- 1:38:36Speaker 4: the best fitting gene I've ever had in my life. Yeah,
- 1:38:39Speaker 4: it's it's phenomenal. Yeah. Should we go shout out for
- 1:38:42Speaker 4: shout out? Should we get into some.
- 1:38:44Speaker 2: How do you ask that question? And then how am
- 1:38:47Speaker 2: I special say something without there being a free shout out,
- 1:38:49Speaker 2: you know.
- 1:38:50Speaker 4: Yeah, but.
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: Like man.
- 1:38:54Speaker 4: In the ground, Yeah yeah, but he's helping him trying
- 1:38:57Speaker 4: to get in the right right. Yeah, because there's no
- 1:38:59Speaker 4: shout outs. But if you want something, this is where
- 1:39:01Speaker 4: you asked it. This is where you want something.

- 1:41:25Speaker 4: cutting the heat and the leaves falling on the ground,
- 1:41:28Speaker 4: and thirty one days of fright is just right around
- 1:41:31Speaker 4: the corner. I'm fired up. This weekend, my kids and

- 1:41:41Speaker 4: what she's gonna put in there, what she's gonna be
- 1:41:43Speaker 4: for Halloween and stuff like that, And it just fires
- 1:41:45Speaker 4: me up that you can truly brainwash your children ladies
- 1:41:47Speaker 4: and gentlemen, and you give them an idea and enough
- 1:41:50Speaker 4: times they're gonna take it into the round with it. Both.
- 1:41:52Speaker 4: My kids are so fired up. That's Halloween a couple

- 1:42:01Speaker 4: I feel like a very proud parent. So my shadow
- 1:42:03Speaker 4: goes to its Ootober.
- 1:42:06Speaker 2: That is great that they're more than a month away
- 1:42:08Speaker 2: and they're already talking about.
- 1:42:09Speaker 4: Yeah they're fired up. Yeah, yeah, yeah, we start decorating.
- 1:42:11Speaker 4: September is the season.
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: Look going off this going up the spirit of true
- 1:42:17Speaker 5: classic and looking over at will Leves's arms. But when
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: you just wear that right shirt that just shows off
- 1:42:22Speaker 5: the old trophy case you got on each side.
- 1:42:25Speaker 4: Yeah and lightening yeah yeah, So.
- 1:42:28Speaker 5: That's my shoutout. No free shot out is when that

- 1:42:36Speaker 5: just keep it a being.
- 1:42:37Speaker 4: With the boys.
- 1:42:39Speaker 5: How often do you check out your arms?
- 1:42:43Speaker 2: I feel like it's it's intory during lifts, it's mandatory,
- 1:42:47Speaker 2: like at the end if you're trying to get your
- 1:42:49Speaker 2: bids buys and tries in like you gotta give yourself
- 1:42:51Speaker 2: a little you know, yeah, we're good. Yeah, but no,
- 1:42:55Speaker 2: I'm I wouldn't say it's like a I mean, you're you're,
- 1:42:59Speaker 2: you're just your game.
- 1:43:00Speaker 5: Photos gotta make you horny when you see those arms.
- 1:43:03Speaker 2: I don't know, it's I'm I got to thank my mom,
- 1:43:07Speaker 2: I think for giving me the I don't know, vascularness.
- 1:43:11Speaker 2: I don't know, but my body's always just been like
- 1:43:13Speaker 2: a little just nothing.
- 1:43:15Speaker 4: Like sit on the bus making a dude feel comfortable
- 1:43:17Speaker 4: about how good he looks, you know, was like, I
- 1:43:19Speaker 4: don't know how to answer this question. Buddy, you check
- 1:43:22Speaker 4: him out all the time. It's all good at that dude,
- 1:43:24Speaker 4: Are you kidding me? That's a quarterback, not a linebacker. Yeah,
- 1:43:27Speaker 4: I feel proud about that.
- 1:43:29Speaker 5: I would kill one of my producers for your body,
- 1:43:31Speaker 5: like I would stab them with the nine inch blade.
- 1:43:33Speaker 2: I think you would say, though, like you.
- 1:43:36Speaker 5: Can roast you over a fire, put an apple in
- 1:43:41Speaker 5: your mouth, slug a big slug, just slowly let that damn.
- 1:43:47Speaker 2: So yeah, I remember like that one, like I posted
- 1:43:51Speaker 2: like I think my progress from pre draft. I was like,
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: this is just how my body the one to the
- 1:43:56Speaker 2: left there, like how my body progressed.
- 1:43:58Speaker 4: Like the second row, second row, and like I.
- 1:44:00Speaker 2: Pushed that sounds like that's like good ship. You know,
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: like I worked hard to like improve my body, like
- 1:44:05Speaker 2: it's not that's not uncommon, like especially with athletes or
- 1:44:08Speaker 2: people like tracking stuff like that. And then I you know,
- 1:44:12Speaker 2: that was put out there and I just got dogs.
- 1:44:15Speaker 4: Yeah, dude, the fat are gonna hate on that. Listen,
- 1:44:17Speaker 4: you got to be proud of that.
- 1:44:19Speaker 1: I am.
- 1:44:19Speaker 4: You got proud of that for sure.
- 1:44:21Speaker 2: I worked hard and I's.
- 1:44:22Speaker 4: Got back that would compete with Compton.
- 1:44:24Speaker 5: Yeah, it does look good.
- 1:44:26Speaker 1: One.
- 1:44:26Speaker 5: You're trying to tell me you're just on creating.
- 1:44:28Speaker 4: Hmm.
- 1:44:30Speaker 2: I've never I've never taken anything creating and I think
- 1:44:34Speaker 2: the only other stuffs that I took were collagen, yeah,
- 1:44:37Speaker 2: creating collagen and college protein. Yeah.
- 1:44:42Speaker 4: I mean that top right photo. Brother, you throw a
- 1:44:44Speaker 4: tan on that exactly competing.
- 1:44:46Speaker 2: I was in California's still looking like that.
- 1:44:48Speaker 4: That's crazy the leg I love.
- 1:44:52Speaker 5: I was just looking at his photo. Look at that.
- 1:44:55Speaker 4: Look at the good for you man, good for you.
- 1:44:57Speaker 4: Watch give us your shot out. Shout out, shoutout yourself.
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: I was gonna say, shout out, no free shout out.
- 1:45:05Speaker 2: You said, I'm a quarterback, not a linebacker, but I'm
- 1:45:07Speaker 2: gonna shout out that boy forty four on Georgia Tech.
- 1:45:10Speaker 2: Shout out neck rolls. Yeah, shut out.
- 1:45:15Speaker 4: He was playing his ass off.
- 1:45:16Speaker 2: Shoutout neck rolls and the old linebacker no neck Look,
- 1:45:20Speaker 2: you know that just it brought a tear to my eye.
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: It was like, we are so back. College football is back,
- 1:45:24Speaker 2: and it is a dying breed, but there are still
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: some left, apparently at the Georgia Tech Zoo.
- 1:45:29Speaker 5: So they were like that player was like the first
- 1:45:31Speaker 5: one they showed too in the first series. You're just like, oh,
- 1:45:33Speaker 5: who is forty four about that?
- 1:45:36Speaker 2: It's like you had to custom make his jersey, right,
- 1:45:40Speaker 2: I mean it was the.
- 1:45:41Speaker 4: Biggest traps of all.
- 1:45:43Speaker 5: Hey, Georgia Tech was scrappiness, scrap scrapping.
- 1:45:46Speaker 4: They got a dub. Yeah, okay, it's a number a
- 1:45:49Speaker 4: top ten ranked college football team. Yeah, lost both my bets.
- 1:45:53Speaker 2: You already know he's had like four acs on each side.
- 1:45:56Speaker 4: Yeah, guy's not gonna just throw show what a dog dude,
- 1:46:02Speaker 4: Georgia Tech team to be in the team.
- 1:46:05Speaker 5: Two, maybe Florida State a bunch of frauds fraud.
- 1:46:11Speaker 2: I didn't even watch most of the game.
- 1:46:12Speaker 1: I don't know you.
- 1:46:13Speaker 4: Saw the result. And you have a top ten team
- 1:46:15Speaker 4: losing to Georgia Tech, stuff that stuff, and they played
- 1:46:17Speaker 4: in the call. They didn't get in the college fotballlayoff
- 1:46:19Speaker 4: last year, go to play against Georgia who should have
- 1:46:21Speaker 4: been the college fall playoff, and get donkeys stopped. And
- 1:46:24Speaker 4: now it's like, Okay, we're a top ten team.
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: We we should be in the.
- 1:46:27Speaker 4: Playoffs this year. And they go and do something like that.
- 1:46:29Speaker 4: That's tough. Georgia Tech's nice, though, Georgia text nice, but
- 1:46:32Speaker 4: it's all the antics. Florida State that they're like suing
- 1:46:34Speaker 4: the NCAA.
- 1:46:34Speaker 5: R all mad. They got a few like they got
- 1:46:38Speaker 5: they got like holl ree.
- 1:46:39Speaker 4: I was just on their defense a talented roster and
- 1:46:42Speaker 4: then that was like, my god, the team ar man gotcha.
- 1:46:47Speaker 4: They went nine times out of ten shouting out is
- 1:46:50Speaker 4: probably the top five in this bus. Yeah from the
- 1:46:54Speaker 4: hip to like that was incredible and he's he's kept
- 1:46:58Speaker 4: us in check with the no free shoutouts.
- 1:47:00Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, accountability. You like that out of your starting QB.
- 1:47:04Speaker 4: One need that out of your starting q one gotta
- 1:47:06Speaker 4: have it. Yeah good, any boys got shouts in the back.
- 1:47:12Speaker 8: Shout out the Titans first undefeated preseason since two thousand
- 1:47:15Speaker 8: and three.
- 1:47:19Speaker 5: So shut up, shut up men who can admit that
- 1:47:22Speaker 5: they're wrong.
- 1:47:24Speaker 4: Yeah, real man, it takes a real man. Man, it
- 1:47:27Speaker 4: takes a real man.
- 1:47:28Speaker 1: Shout out to Honeymoons not anymore. The best part was
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: the sea turtle, So also shout out to sea turtles. Zero.
- 1:47:40Speaker 1: Shout out to the people that make our oceans dirty,
- 1:47:43Speaker 1: because I don't know why you would mess with these
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: beautiful creatures. We went on a little sea turtle excursion
- 1:47:49Speaker 1: and probably like it was a it was a baby
- 1:47:51Speaker 1: sea turtle and he comes swimming up like the six
- 1:47:55Speaker 1: inches to my face. The instructor, dude, Danny. Shout out Danny.
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: He was awesome. He was like, do not move, Like
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: if you touch it, I'll get fired, Like you could
- 1:48:04Speaker 1: go to jail. I'm just like sitting there underwater like
- 1:48:07Speaker 1: this sick that I don't have a GoPro on me,
- 1:48:10Speaker 1: and it's just getting closer and closer. And it was
- 1:48:12Speaker 1: one of like the coolest most like wholesome, almost spiritual experiences.
- 1:48:18Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: So it was cool. Yeah, it was crushed, bro crushing
- 1:48:21Speaker 1: Uguay and me in the ocean.
- 1:48:26Speaker 2: I hit the Nashville Zoo last week for the first time.
- 1:48:29Speaker 2: I'd like an hour an hour to spare. Were like
- 1:48:33Speaker 2: kind of in the area and we saw the billboard.
- 1:48:37Speaker 4: He's just threw off. Let's go, Let's go.
- 1:48:38Speaker 2: I was so disappointed though, because they're they're advertising that
- 1:48:43Speaker 2: red panda everywhere. Pump pumped it. I'm a big red
- 1:48:46Speaker 2: fan Panta fan speaking of masche Fu. Come on, bro Panda,
- 1:48:52Speaker 2: He's not He wasn't there.
- 1:48:54Speaker 1: Broke.
- 1:48:56Speaker 5: That red panda they have on all the billboards.
- 1:48:58Speaker 2: Yeah, all the billboards all over time, Like, come guys
- 1:49:00Speaker 2: in Nashville Zoo. No, it wasn't there that exhibit.
- 1:49:06Speaker 4: Did you ask anybody? Did you ask a person saying
- 1:49:08Speaker 4: popcorn in the corner, like, what's where's the red Panda?
- 1:49:10Speaker 2: I couldn't find like someone reliable enough to ask a
- 1:49:12Speaker 2: questions too. We just went back to the lizard exhibit,
- 1:49:14Speaker 2: which was pretty cool.
- 1:49:15Speaker 4: But have you seen Red Panda the movie? Yeah? I
- 1:49:19Speaker 4: don't think I have.
- 1:49:20Speaker 2: I think about the Bowl girl, do.
- 1:49:22Speaker 4: You guys know what I'm talking about?
- 1:49:23Speaker 2: Yeah, the halftime performer who does the the unicycle and
- 1:49:28Speaker 2: She's kicked. Her name is Red Panda too. That's what
- 1:49:31Speaker 2: I was thinking.
- 1:49:32Speaker 1: The Disney movie, the Disney movie he's talking about going red.
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: Oh there is a Disney movie with the solid movie.
- 1:49:41Speaker 2: I haven't seen that.
- 1:49:42Speaker 4: What was the for Shot movies were telling Will He's
- 1:49:46Speaker 4: got to get on how to Train Your Dragon? Yeah?
- 1:49:47Speaker 4: How have you popped that on for yet? The Bourns
- 1:49:51Speaker 4: the Bourne movies? Yeah? Did you We're talk about Disney movies?
- 1:49:55Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:49:55Speaker 5: I thought we were saying movies that I gotta get on.
- 1:49:57Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, okay, I guess so that you are then,
- 1:50:00Speaker 4: uh white fifties one? Yeah, but he said it's he said,
- 1:50:06Speaker 4: no nice guy?
- 1:50:06Speaker 5: I saw nice guys?
- 1:50:07Speaker 4: Would you think of nice guys?
- 1:50:08Speaker 5: I was right next to you, was Great's tell you
- 1:50:11Speaker 5: watching the plane?
- 1:50:12Speaker 4: You watch it on the plane?
- 1:50:13Speaker 2: Which one was that?
- 1:50:14Speaker 4: No nice guys? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, yeah, in the middle
- 1:50:21Speaker 4: of your honor right now?
- 1:50:22Speaker 5: Just finished the first season nor I think so people
- 1:50:30Speaker 5: people have been talking about it.
- 1:50:31Speaker 4: I'm phenomenal. If you like Ryan Reynolds, are gonna like
- 1:50:34Speaker 4: that movie.
- 1:50:34Speaker 5: Do you watch House of Dragon our Game of Thrones?
- 1:50:36Speaker 2: I do, Actually, I think I finished three of the
- 1:50:40Speaker 2: last season of House to Dragons so far I got
- 1:50:42Speaker 2: to catch up.
- 1:50:42Speaker 4: But you so, what were you at in House of Dragons?
- 1:50:45Speaker 2: The last thing I saw was the the twins, the
- 1:50:50Speaker 2: one that pretended to be the other to go try
- 1:50:52Speaker 2: to kill.
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, got speak more vaguely, speak more vaguely. You're
- 1:50:59Speaker 4: gonna be oh disappointed in the finale. God, don't say sorry.
- 1:51:03Speaker 4: I'm sorry. I'm sorry so disappointed. It just goes to
- 1:51:08Speaker 4: show you gotta binge watch shows instead of staying the day.
- 1:51:12Speaker 2: I just watched one hundred foot Wave. Have you seen
- 1:51:16Speaker 2: that documentary?
- 1:51:17Speaker 6: No?
- 1:51:17Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, our coaches were talking about and then
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: I threw it through that on Insane.
- 1:51:23Speaker 4: What's it about?
- 1:51:25Speaker 2: Yeah, the biggest waves in the world and Portugal that
- 1:51:28Speaker 2: surfing surfing? It ridiculous.
- 1:51:31Speaker 4: Didn't Edelman just do a podcast with one of the
- 1:51:34Speaker 4: guys that did this. I think he.
- 1:51:39Speaker 2: Was one of the interviews in this Yes, Yeah, Yeah.
- 1:51:40Speaker 4: Games with names name shout out the boy. Yeah, dude,
- 1:51:43Speaker 4: that is a fucking crazy thing. Why was that Maui
- 1:51:47Speaker 4: In twenty fifteen during like Jaws, when they had that
- 1:51:50Speaker 4: big swell come in and we were on the small
- 1:51:52Speaker 4: little boat watching these dudes get towed in and hit
- 1:51:55Speaker 4: the like what hit those waves? It was insane and
- 1:51:59Speaker 4: pretentially the boat guys like driving the boats like he
- 1:52:01Speaker 4: if these guys fall, they could basically just die. That's
- 1:52:04Speaker 4: how big and terrifying these waves are.
- 1:52:06Speaker 1: Would you laugh about during jows?
- 1:52:09Speaker 4: Yeah, jaws is what the area is called.
- 1:52:11Speaker 1: Got you got you? Oh that's my bad. That's my
- 1:52:15Speaker 1: bad during Jaws. That's bad.
- 1:52:17Speaker 4: That's all good, bro, that's how I see you trying
- 1:52:19Speaker 4: to catch me. We're looking at it.
- 1:52:21Speaker 5: You seem presumed innocent. Great, that's a great show too.
- 1:52:25Speaker 5: Check that one out. You can binge that.
- 1:52:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I need to watch that show. I have a
- 1:52:29Speaker 4: hard time with shows, man, I have movies better than shows.
- 1:52:32Speaker 4: I think shows you show literally eight seasons, I know.
- 1:52:36Speaker 4: And that's where really in the middle of it, I
- 1:52:39Speaker 4: was like, Man, this is why I can't watch shows
- 1:52:41Speaker 4: because my add I'll literally.
- 1:52:42Speaker 1: Just take it.
- 1:52:43Speaker 4: I can't stop watching it.
- 1:52:44Speaker 5: But you just argued for binging shows.
- 1:52:46Speaker 4: I know, if you're going to watch the show being
- 1:52:48Speaker 4: of show instead of staying up to date with the show.
- 1:52:50Speaker 5: Ye, you're like, but how are you personally with your
- 1:52:53Speaker 5: two philosophy is going to be able to enjoy a show.
- 1:52:55Speaker 5: If you're like my ad d, I can't just wait
- 1:52:57Speaker 5: for all the.
- 1:52:58Speaker 4: Seasons essentially sit there and be like I got month
- 1:53:00Speaker 4: and then in the middle lose my life to a
- 1:53:02Speaker 4: show for and then in the middle of it you're like,
- 1:53:03Speaker 4: see that's what you got to binge it, man, so
- 1:53:05Speaker 4: you don't have to stay up to date on it.
- 1:53:07Speaker 4: The the binging part was because of if you're in
- 1:53:10Speaker 4: season two, is the season two of Pounds of Dragons? No,
- 1:53:13Speaker 4: season three just finished? Okay, so season three of House
- 1:53:15Speaker 4: Dragons finish season just let's say this thing goes six seasons.
- 1:53:20Speaker 4: If you finished the finale of season three, but you
- 1:53:22Speaker 4: can go watch season four, episode one, then that finale
- 1:53:26Speaker 4: is not as bad as you thought. It's just like, oh,
- 1:53:28Speaker 4: I can't wait to see what's next. Yeah, you don't
- 1:53:30Speaker 4: have a year two years I heard is the next
- 1:53:32Speaker 4: production for this for the.
- 1:53:36Speaker 5: Before you start watching and then you're up to date.
- 1:53:38Speaker 5: It's tough conversation toil end of a finale. I know.
- 1:53:43Speaker 4: I think when season four is going to come out
- 1:53:46Speaker 4: is when I'll probably start watching House and Dragons because
- 1:53:48Speaker 4: I still haven't even seen Uh, thank you crazy, I know,
- 1:53:54Speaker 4: I know, it's just too many storylines, and it's I
- 1:53:57Speaker 4: don't know, man, I always fall back on the things
- 1:53:59Speaker 4: I know, like Scrubs.
- 1:54:01Speaker 5: I'm gonna watch it just easy watches if you don't
- 1:54:03Speaker 5: want to keep.
- 1:54:04Speaker 4: Up the door, just in time. It's just I love
- 1:54:06Speaker 4: that show. Any heartbreak I ever had, will any sort
- 1:54:09Speaker 4: of adversity I ever had Scrubs. Yes, the first show
- 1:54:12Speaker 4: to come on. But yeah, I heard this show is amazing,
- 1:54:14Speaker 4: and that just goes. If you're gonna watch a show,
- 1:54:16Speaker 4: you should wait a couple of seasons, be out of
- 1:54:19Speaker 4: the conversations a little bit, and then you binge it
- 1:54:20Speaker 4: and you're like, oh shit, whatever, man, Yeah, let'sheit some
- 1:54:25Speaker 4: tear talk.
- 1:54:25Speaker 5: Oh we got a good tier talk for you.
- 1:54:27Speaker 4: Do you know tear talk?
- 1:54:29Speaker 5: All right, tiar talk for those that don't know who
- 1:54:31Speaker 5: might be joining in, mister and missus Levis who were
- 1:54:33Speaker 5: probably tuned in tier talk. We're gonna tear a system here,
- 1:54:37Speaker 5: three all the way up to one. In that order,
- 1:54:39Speaker 5: you give a little description of why you like your
- 1:54:42Speaker 5: tier three, your Tier two, your Tier one. You can
- 1:54:44Speaker 5: also have an honorable mention if they just missed the cut.
- 1:54:48Speaker 5: The tier talk today will be Mayo Combinations Mayo combinations.
- 1:54:55Speaker 5: All right, So whether it's the way you like to
- 1:54:58Speaker 5: use Mayo the most, be our tier talk.
- 1:55:01Speaker 4: Okay, Taylor, a draft, it's yeah, no, it's not a draft.
- 1:55:06Speaker 4: You're gonna start your three. So I don't know a
- 1:55:10Speaker 4: whole lot about Mayo. No disrespect to your game, will.
- 1:55:14Speaker 5: If you don't know Mayo, it's just disrespectful.
- 1:55:17Speaker 4: Here's a Mayo guy. So I didn't I when this,
- 1:55:20Speaker 4: when this teer talk was presented to me, I kind
- 1:55:21Speaker 4: of I jumped around a little bit. But my Tier
- 1:55:24Speaker 4: three and it's gonna take me back to bourbon steak
- 1:55:26Speaker 4: a little bit. Or you go to those kind of
- 1:55:28Speaker 4: fancy restaurants and they got the fries come out and
- 1:55:31Speaker 4: it's not your basic souce, but they bring on an
- 1:55:33Speaker 4: aoli on you, specifically the garlic aoli. Anybody who's watching
- 1:55:37Speaker 4: the show for a long time. Boy loves to fight
- 1:55:39Speaker 4: bad with a lot of garlic. And so Tier three
- 1:55:43Speaker 4: is going to go to garlic aoli, which is a
- 1:55:45Speaker 4: combination with Mayo.
- 1:55:46Speaker 2: Have you tried to have like a flank steak or
- 1:55:50Speaker 2: something like that with a garlic aoli? That was like
- 1:55:52Speaker 2: our family, one of our staples as a family, like
- 1:55:54Speaker 2: my mom would it would be like our little fancy
- 1:55:56Speaker 2: like addition to the steak we have for that night. Yeah,
- 1:56:01Speaker 2: which really good.
- 1:56:02Speaker 4: You bring up a good point when you go to
- 1:56:03Speaker 4: a steakhouse and it's like a faux pa to ask
- 1:56:06Speaker 4: for a sauce. Exactly, it's like that's dead. That's got
- 1:56:09Speaker 4: to be completely dead, Like what are all the sauce
- 1:56:10Speaker 4: you have? Okay, everything but the blue cheese. Bring it
- 1:56:12Speaker 4: to me and I want to dip and I want
- 1:56:14Speaker 4: to try to take out all the sauces with this
- 1:56:16Speaker 4: one steak and figure it out. So that's my Tier three.
- 1:56:19Speaker 4: My Tier two is a nostalgia Tier two for me,
- 1:56:22Speaker 4: and that is Chipotle Mayo. I think Chipotle mayo is fantastic.
- 1:56:28Speaker 4: You go to Subway as a child and you get
- 1:56:31Speaker 4: this sweet onion chicken TARAOKEI I would get the sweet
- 1:56:33Speaker 4: onion chicken tariokee sauce, and then I would add the
- 1:56:35Speaker 4: Chipotle mayo, which is added a little extra ump to it,
- 1:56:39Speaker 4: making one of the best sandwiches of my childhood. And
- 1:56:42Speaker 4: then I went a little rogue on my tier one.
- 1:56:44Speaker 4: I went a little rogue. I find it when you
- 1:56:47Speaker 4: combine mayonnaise with sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill weed, dried parsley,
- 1:56:53Speaker 4: dried chives, onion powder, garlic powder, fine sea salt, and
- 1:56:58Speaker 4: finally crack pepper. You mix it all together, what do
- 1:57:01Speaker 4: you get Ranch? You get ranch. So my Tier one
- 1:57:04Speaker 4: of mayo combination is gonna go to Ranch. Ranch.
- 1:57:08Speaker 2: It's a great list.
- 1:57:10Speaker 4: It's a great list that is mine.
- 1:57:13Speaker 2: And what you brought the attention to a lot of
- 1:57:16Speaker 2: people here today is very important, which is Mayo is
- 1:57:20Speaker 2: the base and used in so many other great sauces
- 1:57:24Speaker 2: and dips that people always say they love even though
- 1:57:27Speaker 2: they say they might hate mayonnaise one, which is just
- 1:57:30Speaker 2: a sigma I've been trying to crush the last couple
- 1:57:32Speaker 2: of years. So I'm just I'm starting.
- 1:57:34Speaker 4: We're doing your work out here.
- 1:57:35Speaker 5: We're doing the front lines in this podcast.
- 1:57:37Speaker 1: Will back you?
- 1:57:40Speaker 4: We uh? Now? In after Tier talk, whoever went, we
- 1:57:43Speaker 4: go around the room and we give one word. Will
- 1:57:45Speaker 4: We'll start with you.
- 1:57:46Speaker 6: Tasty, saucy, yummy, veteran, solid.
- 1:57:58Speaker 1: Good, hall of fame hyphenated.
- 1:58:04Speaker 4: That would way better than I expect it, that way
- 1:58:07Speaker 4: better than I expected.
- 1:58:10Speaker 5: My Tier three and it shares with yours, but just
- 1:58:13Speaker 5: aoli in general, I feel like anytime you're you're going
- 1:58:17Speaker 5: through a menu and you see aoli in the description
- 1:58:19Speaker 5: for whatever reason, you might not even know if you
- 1:58:21Speaker 5: like aoli, but it sounds nice, it sounds interesting, it
- 1:58:24Speaker 5: sounds unique. But any type of aoli where you're mixing mayo,
- 1:58:27Speaker 5: I think is a listen. I love fucking mayonnaise. I
- 1:58:32Speaker 5: love mayonnaise. Did you guys read Patty Mayonnaise is where
- 1:58:35Speaker 5: the love started?
- 1:58:37Speaker 6: Uh?
- 1:58:38Speaker 5: My tier too, that's got My Tier two is mixing
- 1:58:44Speaker 5: mayo with ketchup. Anytime I have fries. Obviously, if you're
- 1:58:48Speaker 5: at your Bourbons or your nice steak houses where they
- 1:58:50Speaker 5: have an aoli to come out with it, that is great.
- 1:58:52Speaker 5: But anytime I have fries, I want mayo, I want Ketchup.
- 1:58:58Speaker 5: I would say, two parts Mayo, one part Ketchup.
- 1:59:04Speaker 4: I think that's right, two parts mayo one park.
- 1:59:06Speaker 5: Do you know in Europe? I think it's European, but
- 1:59:09Speaker 5: they bring out both ketchup and Mayo together the little glass.
- 1:59:14Speaker 5: I think America needs to adopt that. I think we
- 1:59:16Speaker 5: need to take it on basically everywhere we go. My
- 1:59:19Speaker 5: Tier one simply put sandwiches, any sandwich, any sandwich, I can.
- 1:59:28Speaker 5: I can have mayo on the sandwich that's already on there,
- 1:59:31Speaker 5: but I want extra mayo that I can squeeze onto
- 1:59:33Speaker 5: the sandwich. That's how horny I get for mayo. I'm
- 1:59:36Speaker 5: telling you. I'm telling you that's my tiar talk. Hey, listen, helmets.
- 1:59:48Speaker 2: Wholesome, horny.
- 1:59:50Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what I wanted to hear.
- 1:59:54Speaker 1: Overload cream two times.
- 2:00:02Speaker 6: All right, Patty.
- 2:00:07Speaker 4: Iconic, that's a good little gotta feel tough.
- 2:00:14Speaker 2: I well, I mean you took a couple of mine.
- 2:00:19Speaker 2: I think the early route safe and sandwiches in general,
- 2:00:24Speaker 2: I've always been a believer there's really no American sub
- 2:00:27Speaker 2: that can go without Mayo. I'm gonna go number three.
- 2:00:32Speaker 2: I'm gonna stick to my New England roots. Even though
- 2:00:34Speaker 2: I am a hot lobster roll guy, but nice cold
- 2:00:37Speaker 2: lobster roll he's always made and tossed with some mayo.
- 2:00:41Speaker 2: People forget that. You know, all your like kind of
- 2:00:44Speaker 2: you know, chicken salads, all tho kind of suads. I'm
- 2:00:45Speaker 2: gonna do lobster salad. I'm gonna go a lobster roll,
- 2:00:48Speaker 2: uh tossed in mayo on a bun with some lettuce.
- 2:00:51Speaker 2: Then all that's kind of hit. Number two, I'm going
- 2:00:56Speaker 2: Buffalo Chicken dip. I'm going Buffalo chicken dip. You know
- 2:01:00Speaker 2: there's always a big base of mayo that is included
- 2:01:03Speaker 2: in a Buffalo chicken dip.
- 2:01:04Speaker 1: That is your.
- 2:01:05Speaker 2: Sunday Saturday, you know, amazing dip appetizer. That's a staple
- 2:01:10Speaker 2: at any kind of tailgate. You gotta have that. And
- 2:01:14Speaker 2: a number one. I'm gonna say a burger. I think
- 2:01:17Speaker 2: my classic best burger, like all American burger that you
- 2:01:20Speaker 2: know you can't go wrong with, is a bacon cheeseburger
- 2:01:23Speaker 2: with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and onion. If you like onion.
- 2:01:26Speaker 2: Sometimes onions I do too, but sometimes yes, sometimes no,
- 2:01:30Speaker 2: But I feel like.
- 2:01:32Speaker 4: That is raw.
- 2:01:34Speaker 2: That is the burger. You know. I grew up on
- 2:01:36Speaker 2: my mom's. My mom's pregnant Craving was a Wendy's bacon eater,
- 2:01:40Speaker 2: and I would go into the drive through with her
- 2:01:42Speaker 2: as an eight year old and smack probably four or
- 2:01:45Speaker 2: five Junior bac and cheeseburgers. And that's that's that is
- 2:01:48Speaker 2: the junior bac and cheeseburger recipe. And that's how I've
- 2:01:51Speaker 2: made my burgers and ordered them whenever I can my
- 2:01:53Speaker 2: entire life. So that's my list.
- 2:01:57Speaker 4: Great job, great job.
- 2:02:00Speaker 5: I would take the bacon off the burger. I'm more
- 2:02:02Speaker 5: of a purist, but you're so right about even the burger. Okay, sorry, sorry,
- 2:02:08Speaker 5: I love you.
- 2:02:14Speaker 4: We're oh uh fantastic, Eli serendipitous.
- 2:02:22Speaker 2: Wow.
- 2:02:24Speaker 8: Hyphenated my qb.
- 2:02:27Speaker 1: Oh G malt rushmore wow, good tears of all of
- 2:02:36Speaker 1: busting talks.
- 2:02:39Speaker 5: That's emotional.
- 2:02:41Speaker 4: That's emotional. But let him feel it. Let let him
- 2:02:44Speaker 4: feel all the emotions flow down onions.
- 2:02:52Speaker 5: That's a good question, though, raw grilled.
- 2:02:54Speaker 2: I like both. There's a place for both. There's a
- 2:02:56Speaker 2: place for both.
- 2:02:57Speaker 4: Raw.
- 2:02:57Speaker 5: I think raw horrible place for raw.
- 2:03:00Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Raw is the move more texture, it's better.
- 2:03:05Speaker 5: And I love how you went with the colder lobster
- 2:03:08Speaker 5: role because a lot of people like the warm one
- 2:03:11Speaker 5: with the butter and everything else. But I'm always second
- 2:03:13Speaker 5: guessing that pick because Mayo is on the fucking colder one.
- 2:03:17Speaker 2: But I would say I do prefer the hot.
- 2:03:19Speaker 4: I didn't know you loved Mayo like this. I knew
- 2:03:21Speaker 4: you liked Mayo, but man, seeing this as wild.
- 2:03:24Speaker 5: Yeah, Mayo's my favorite condiment, all right, Male's my favorite
- 2:03:27Speaker 5: condiment even when we were at what was it Joey's Oyster?
- 2:03:30Speaker 5: Oh yeah, the cold one lobster, roll fire God, great
- 2:03:36Speaker 5: tear talk, great tier, great tear talk. Will you've been phenomenal?
- 2:03:40Speaker 5: Do we have any I know? We got to get
- 2:03:42Speaker 5: my man out of ten? You got what time is it?
- 2:03:44Speaker 2: Right now?
- 2:03:44Speaker 4: We got a question, twisted question? But what is uh?
- 2:03:46Speaker 4: What time is it? Five minutes? Or what you got? Okay?
- 2:03:50Speaker 2: Yep?
- 2:03:50Speaker 4: Twisted Tea is refreshing, hard eyed team made with real
- 2:03:52Speaker 4: brew tea and five percent alcohol. Full of flavor and
- 2:03:54Speaker 4: very refreshing. Twisted tea goes down smooth. There's no carbonation
- 2:03:57Speaker 4: that makes it easy to drink all day long. Twisted
- 2:03:59Speaker 4: Tea fuels on and celebrates extreme fandom on game day.
- 2:04:02Speaker 4: It's a perfect alcohol slashed beverage for game day. Whether
- 2:04:05Speaker 4: you're tail getting the parking lot, watching at a bar,
- 2:04:07Speaker 4: or watching with friends at home. Twisted t is here
- 2:04:09Speaker 4: to turn up your game day. Keep a twisted grab
- 2:04:11Speaker 4: a refreshing twist the tea today. The twisted question comes
- 2:04:14Speaker 4: from Mitch and the question is.
- 2:04:16Speaker 2: You wake up in year twenty seventy four, what is
- 2:04:19Speaker 2: the first thing that you google? You only have like
- 2:04:22Speaker 2: one googleable thing? What's the thing that you.
- 2:04:24Speaker 4: Go one googleable thing? And this is, in my opinion, emotional,
- 2:04:30Speaker 4: maybe the best twisted question we've ever had.
- 2:04:34Speaker 2: This is tough. Yeah I want to I'm gonna go
- 2:04:36Speaker 2: through my thought process here. I'm thinking first timething in family,
- 2:04:40Speaker 2: you know, like who's still around for my family? Like
- 2:04:43Speaker 2: who can I find? You know whatever. I'm thinking sports
- 2:04:49Speaker 2: like recent champions I'm thinking like you know, if my
- 2:04:51Speaker 2: you know, Kentucky they won a national championship whatever, like Titans,
- 2:04:55Speaker 2: like super Bowl, like we get a super Bowl. And
- 2:04:58Speaker 2: then I'm thinking financially, I'm thinking my stock portfolio and
- 2:05:02Speaker 2: looking at you know, what the what the S and
- 2:05:05Speaker 2: P is looking like? So looks like, yeah, I'm going to.
- 2:05:10Speaker 5: Go twenty seventy four. So the people that have died
- 2:05:13Speaker 5: have died, Like we're just frozen and we wake up
- 2:05:15Speaker 5: and you get Google.
- 2:05:16Speaker 4: Yeah we were Austin Powers, we go in the crowd chamber,
- 2:05:19Speaker 4: we wake up.
- 2:05:20Speaker 7: Yeah, that's a good wrinkle in it. I fifty years
- 2:05:22Speaker 7: where Will was going with it that like you're going
- 2:05:25Speaker 7: to go back, like you're not going to stay?
- 2:05:27Speaker 1: Oh is that for?
- 2:05:28Speaker 2: Yeah? Are we going to go back.
- 2:05:30Speaker 7: I think you're going to go back in time. That's
- 2:05:31Speaker 7: why you only have one Google searchtch so you.
- 2:05:33Speaker 2: Can use that information to your advantage when you come back.
- 2:05:37Speaker 4: Okay, okay, done. I would Google so it's today, it's
- 2:05:45Speaker 4: August what twenty sixth I would look up. So I'm
- 2:05:49Speaker 4: going I'm getting at Google. I'm coming back. I would
- 2:05:53Speaker 4: google what were the lottery numbers for whatever? August thirty first,
- 2:05:59Speaker 4: twenty four Done? Send me back. I'm going to get
- 2:06:03Speaker 4: a ticket. Probably not, I'll tell you what.
- 2:06:08Speaker 5: Even that idea makes your stock one that much that
- 2:06:12Speaker 5: much nicer. One you understand the few ticker symbols that
- 2:06:14Speaker 5: you're like, I'm right, I'm going literally all in on
- 2:06:16Speaker 5: these mothers.
- 2:06:17Speaker 4: Yeah, Fortune five hundred companies right now.
- 2:06:19Speaker 5: But honestly, I just don't think I could not just
- 2:06:22Speaker 5: sit at the laptop and just type in Nebraska corner
- 2:06:26Speaker 5: Huskers National championships in football, and then you see twenty
- 2:06:31Speaker 5: twenty five in there.
- 2:06:32Speaker 4: Bro, what if you saw nothing twenty twenty six like
- 2:06:35Speaker 4: you were just three in a row. That's like that's
- 2:06:38Speaker 4: basically say, like when and then I get to come
- 2:06:39Speaker 4: back on.
- 2:06:40Speaker 2: But you're gonna fuck it all up you're gonna change
- 2:06:42Speaker 2: the whole.
- 2:06:43Speaker 4: Yeah, but fly.
- 2:06:46Speaker 2: No, hey ya.
- 2:06:47Speaker 5: I'd be so sick because then I'd be trying to
- 2:06:48Speaker 5: tell you guys what I saw and they'd be like,
- 2:06:50Speaker 5: he's insanely delusional. We gotta get him to a hospital,
- 2:06:53Speaker 5: and then it would happen.
- 2:06:54Speaker 4: But what if you if you google that and it
- 2:06:56Speaker 4: said Nebraska corn Huskers National championships and you said the
- 2:06:59Speaker 4: last one is nineteen nine seven, then you come back
- 2:07:02Speaker 4: and you're like, we're gonna be great this year with
- 2:07:04Speaker 4: the night. It's like, you know, that's not true. Yeah,
- 2:07:08Speaker 4: that's that's like googling Like that's like, that's like googling roo,
- 2:07:12Speaker 4: like go putting her name in there and then you
- 2:07:15Speaker 4: could find out if she's alive or not, or what
- 2:07:16Speaker 4: she's doing with her life. Then you go back and
- 2:07:18Speaker 4: you essentially know what she's doing. It's maybe something you
- 2:07:21Speaker 4: don't want to know. I think I do want to know, though,
- 2:07:24Speaker 4: you would want to know when you die that type
- 2:07:25Speaker 4: of situation.
- 2:07:28Speaker 5: Yeah, I kind of want to know when I'm dying.
- 2:07:30Speaker 4: That's very I don't know, brave or I don't know
- 2:07:33Speaker 4: if that's brave courageous. Yeah, that's courageous. Of you, I wouldn't.
- 2:07:40Speaker 5: Just let me know.
- 2:07:40Speaker 2: Man.
- 2:07:42Speaker 4: Now, that's so I'm googling the lottery tickets for the upcoming.
- 2:07:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the right answer. I think I will stick
- 2:07:48Speaker 2: with my thought process and do the same thing with
- 2:07:51Speaker 2: the stock stocks and just look up Yeah, who Finance,
- 2:07:55Speaker 2: get the S and P five hundred. Few stocks I've
- 2:07:57Speaker 2: never heard of that probably aren't businesses that even exist
- 2:08:00Speaker 2: yet that I know when they do exist, they're going
- 2:08:01Speaker 2: to pop off.
- 2:08:02Speaker 10: So just google performing companies in the last Yeah, that's
- 2:08:10Speaker 10: decade in the last year.
- 2:08:17Speaker 5: Biggest misconception of Will levis.
- 2:08:20Speaker 2: The biggest misconception of of Will levis I don't know.
- 2:08:26Speaker 2: I think I just wish more people got an opportunity
- 2:08:28Speaker 2: to just meet me in person, get to know like
- 2:08:30Speaker 2: kind of who I am as a dude. I'm not
- 2:08:34Speaker 2: outside of photo that I think a lot of people
- 2:08:37Speaker 2: think I might be with, you know, like that commerc
- 2:08:41Speaker 2: the crazy commercial. But this was an awesome piece that
- 2:08:44Speaker 2: they put together. They did one for and one for me.
- 2:08:48Speaker 2: But I think that gave a good look and so
- 2:08:50Speaker 2: kind of what my day to day is looking life
- 2:08:52Speaker 2: right now. But yeah, I don't know, I don't really
- 2:08:55Speaker 2: know what the public perception of his of me per se,
- 2:08:58Speaker 2: So just to help keep doing the right things to
- 2:09:00Speaker 2: show people who I am.
- 2:09:02Speaker 5: The good thing is like you've spoke about it, and
- 2:09:04Speaker 5: now you can almost lean into the to the weirdo stuff,
- 2:09:07Speaker 5: Like everybody who knows.
- 2:09:08Speaker 4: You knows you.
- 2:09:09Speaker 5: Now you leave the world you know, now you just
- 2:09:12Speaker 5: start leaning into the bullshit.
- 2:09:15Speaker 4: In my opinion, no, no, I think that's a great
- 2:09:17Speaker 4: way because the people that will just follow you online
- 2:09:19Speaker 4: will never that will never know You're like, who cares
- 2:09:21Speaker 4: that their opinion is. So you can be as goofy
- 2:09:23Speaker 4: and as weird as you want, play into it, and
- 2:09:26Speaker 4: then everyone else is like the right people know. People
- 2:09:28Speaker 4: are like, yo, Will's a weirdo. It's like no, man,
- 2:09:30Speaker 4: if you knew them.
- 2:09:31Speaker 5: Exactly, it's like, you will really weird like that. You're like, no,
