- 0:45Speaker 3: and doing a dry brush within the first five minutes
- 0:48Speaker 3: of getting out of bed, so your alarm goes off.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Immediately put the Bible app on. Do you guys know
- 0:53Speaker 1: what a dry brush is?
- 0:55Speaker 3: Not?
- 0:55Speaker 1: Really, it's exactly what it sounds like.
- 0:57Speaker 3: It's it's a stiff brush that should run over your skin.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Your skin.
- 1:04Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, I've got I actually have one. You do
- 1:07Speaker 4: a dry brush not occasionally?
- 1:10Speaker 1: Really? Why?
- 1:12Speaker 2: Because it feels good for one thing.
- 1:14Speaker 4: Oh stimulates your It stimulates your you know, skin, and
- 1:19Speaker 4: it makes it just feels good.
- 1:20Speaker 1: So so far Bill is sharing part of a morning room.
- 1:23Speaker 4: It takes off well at that and the Bible app
- 1:26Speaker 4: of course, it takes off a lot all the dead skin.
- 1:30Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Crawford, who gained popularity in the eighties and nineties for
- 1:34Speaker 3: her modeling career as well as her workout videos, also
- 1:37Speaker 3: uses a gua shat on her face.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Do you know what that is?
- 1:41Speaker 3: No, it's like a little either plastic or metal, metal
- 1:47Speaker 3: or you are. It's supposed to help lymphatic draining. You
- 1:53Speaker 3: you drag it across your skin, like under your eyes
- 1:57Speaker 3: and on your on your jawl.
- 2:00Speaker 2: I've had that done tune. It's like kidney shaped.
- 2:02Speaker 4: It's like flat middle yeah and yeah, I think I
- 2:05Speaker 4: had a facial one time they did that.
- 2:07Speaker 1: She does that, but she does that every morning.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Then at six forty five, she sits on a beamer
- 2:14Speaker 3: mat intended to help with muscle recovery.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Uh huh, you know what that is?
- 2:18Speaker 4: Yeah, it's it's it has some sort of radio wave
- 2:22Speaker 4: kind of and you can adjust it to various levels
- 2:26Speaker 4: and it's supposed.
- 2:27Speaker 3: To and while she does that, she puts a red
- 2:30Speaker 3: light hat on, which is supposed to be good for
- 2:33Speaker 3: your hair, and a red light mask, so picture her mask.
- 2:39Speaker 1: I go on the mat, which.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Is I don't want no, no, I don't want to.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Then after she's done that, Yeah, this is every morning.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Yeah, well she's got the time.
- 2:50Speaker 3: She has a shot of apple cider vinegar and seven am.
- 2:55Speaker 2: I tried doing that for a while just to see
- 2:57Speaker 2: if it would make some Again.
- 2:59Speaker 1: You were more we're on board. Was Cindy Crawford's morning
- 3:02Speaker 1: routine than me?
- 3:03Speaker 2: Yeah? Probably?
- 3:04Speaker 3: So shot applesight of vinegar, and then a walk through
- 3:07Speaker 3: the grass for grounding, because you walking barefoot in the
- 3:11Speaker 3: grass is good for you.
- 3:14Speaker 2: And then she goes and grays.
- 3:18Speaker 1: And then she goes and gets in her jacuzzi.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Okay, I would if I had one.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Then she gets dressed for a workout and makes a
- 3:27Speaker 3: coffee with collagen powder in it, which sounds awful.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Then she checks her emails. Then she goes to the
- 3:36Speaker 1: gym and does uh.
- 3:38Speaker 2: The collagen powder doesn't taste like anything. No, so you
- 3:42Speaker 2: do that again. I has done a little bit of it.
- 3:47Speaker 1: I would think you'd look more like Cindy Crawford.
- 3:49Speaker 2: I think I'd a lot better than I do. He
- 3:52Speaker 2: does have the mold, he doesn't have the hole she goes.
- 3:57Speaker 2: I wish she.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Goes to the gym for stretching, pilates, jumping on a
- 4:05Speaker 3: trampoline and hanging.
- 4:08Speaker 4: Yeah, like you put those gravity boots and you can
- 4:14Speaker 4: you can hang your hang upside down for a little while.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Yeah, And then everybody else.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Comments that yeah on her posts where things like I
- 4:25Speaker 3: will never understand why someone who doesn't have to wake
- 4:27Speaker 3: up at six a m. And has nothing else to
- 4:30Speaker 3: do other than get beautified for the day.
- 4:33Speaker 1: That's why get up.
- 4:35Speaker 5: That's what the chat room was saying, is why can't
- 4:37Speaker 5: she just sleep in occasionally?
- 4:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know. I think there's I don't see
- 4:42Speaker 4: anything wrong with what she's doing.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Oh, I don't think if there's anything wrong with it,
- 4:46Speaker 3: it's just it's it's stunning to me that that's this
- 4:50Speaker 3: is what she does.
- 4:51Speaker 4: Every what she's she's got, she's got something that we
- 4:55Speaker 4: don't have.
- 4:56Speaker 2: That's called discipline.
- 4:58Speaker 3: That you're gonna say time and money, Well, there's that too,
- 5:01Speaker 3: We're going to.
- 5:02Speaker 5: Say, well, and Rob points out, I'm guessing she isn't
- 5:05Speaker 5: drinking or shilling nearly as much pepsi as she did
- 5:07Speaker 5: in the eighties.
- 5:10Speaker 3: She's not getting up in the morning and having a pepsi. No,
- 5:13Speaker 3: But do you have a morning routine like every day?
- 5:16Speaker 1: I do this exact, same.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Exact.
- 5:20Speaker 2: It's pretty close, pretty close.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Like what give me an example.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Well, just read Cindy Crawford again.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Well you have identified with some of these things.
- 5:32Speaker 4: No, I mean I get so in the mornings that
- 5:35Speaker 4: I don't shower. I make sure that I wash my
- 5:39Speaker 4: face with seed to fill so okay, and make sure
- 5:45Speaker 4: that I you know, my hands are wet from that,
- 5:48Speaker 4: and I run that through my hair so that just
- 5:51Speaker 4: gives my hair a little you know, refresher. And then
- 5:56Speaker 4: I brush my teeth, freshen up my deodorant, and use
- 6:04Speaker 4: an eye go you know, uh cream, I cream under
- 6:09Speaker 4: my eyes.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Oh you have product, Yeah, you do a little product.
- 6:14Speaker 4: And then the days I wash my hair, I use
- 6:17Speaker 4: a a styling gel.
- 6:21Speaker 2: In my hair.
- 6:22Speaker 1: So do you only shower.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Like every other day? It depends?
- 6:27Speaker 4: I mean, like this morning, I thought, you know, so,
- 6:30Speaker 4: so I didn't wash my hair this morning, but I
- 6:32Speaker 4: did hop into the shower for two minutes.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Carry What about you well, I walk every morning.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Oh, like on a treadmill. Oh, I didn't know you
- 6:44Speaker 1: did that.
- 6:44Speaker 5: Yeah, and uh, two containers of water to make sure I.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Get the What does that mean to containers the glasses? No,
- 6:59Speaker 2: like a water, I would have said glasses. How much.
- 7:02Speaker 2: What I'm trying to figure out is how much there
- 7:03Speaker 2: are ten ounces each?
- 7:07Speaker 4: Uh.
- 7:07Speaker 5: Then I got this exfoliating glove, oh, that I use
- 7:12Speaker 5: in the shower with my special face walk. I shower
- 7:17Speaker 5: every morning, building bills every other day. I shower every
- 7:20Speaker 5: morning and uh. Then then then that's when the product
- 7:25Speaker 5: comes in.
- 7:26Speaker 2: After I got out of the shower. You get the
- 7:28Speaker 2: puffy eye stuff.
- 7:30Speaker 5: Then there's a.
- 7:32Speaker 1: Crease stuff takes care of the crease. You've got two
- 7:35Speaker 1: eye things.
- 7:36Speaker 5: And then there's uh, there's a cream like moisturizing that's
- 7:43Speaker 5: three with suns.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Does it have sunscreen?
- 7:45Speaker 3: And no?
- 7:45Speaker 5: Then I then I do the sun way because there's
- 7:49Speaker 5: a sunscreen for my face. And then there's a sunscreen
- 7:52Speaker 5: a different one for my neck. Oh, the throat area.
- 7:56Speaker 1: You should do your hands too, well.
- 7:59Speaker 5: I do the hands with lotion every day. Yeah.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Oh, and by the way, I shower probably shower every day.
- 8:06Speaker 4: It just it alternates between morning and then like late afternoon.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I'll do it.
- 8:11Speaker 3: If I do a before bed shower, which I like sometimes,
- 8:15Speaker 3: then I won't. Then sometimes I'll skip the morning one, but.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Usually morning shower. But I only wash my hair twice
- 8:23Speaker 1: a week.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Twice a week.
- 8:25Speaker 1: There's a very set schedule for that.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I have to. I can't wait that long. I
- 8:30Speaker 2: have to like every other day. I have to watch.
- 8:32Speaker 5: Now I'm being told not to use the exfoliating glove
- 8:34Speaker 5: on my face.
- 8:35Speaker 2: It's too rough. I supposed to be using it all
- 8:38Speaker 2: over my body.
- 8:39Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that's See. I have an exfoliator that I
- 8:42Speaker 4: use on my body, but not on my face.
- 8:44Speaker 2: And let's see.
- 8:46Speaker 5: Ed Brass says, I find that steel wool has the
- 8:48Speaker 5: same effect.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Yeah, that's true, and much less expensive, or a really
- 8:53Speaker 4: fine grit sandpaper.
- 8:56Speaker 2: See.
- 8:57Speaker 1: I have an exfoliating face wash. Like it's actually that
- 9:00Speaker 1: stuff stuff in it.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Little salt.
- 9:03Speaker 1: No, it's like it's a it's a chemical one.
- 9:05Speaker 2: It's like a oh okay, it's not a salt. It's
- 9:08Speaker 2: not a salt scrub.
- 9:09Speaker 3: Those aren't good for your face. They're supposed to be.
- 9:12Speaker 3: You can use the acids on your face.
- 9:14Speaker 2: You can put acid on your face. Don't put any salt.
- 9:17Speaker 1: No, no, because it's too harsh.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Acid is fine.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Acid is good. Acid is good.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Well, you ought to try the the whatever what she
- 9:27Speaker 4: what does she call it? The scraping, thea the know
- 9:30Speaker 4: the skin? Oh, dry brushing, yeah, dry brushing. I just
- 9:33Speaker 4: feel I just think it feels great.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I have it stimulates the skin.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I have my coffee scrub in the shower that.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I do, but that's my my exploiating in there. Coffee scrub.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Yeah, it's coffee grounds and sugar and avocado oil.
- 9:54Speaker 2: You make it yourself.
- 9:55Speaker 3: No, No, my friend Sherry does it. I've I've brought
- 9:58Speaker 3: it in before I've given it.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I think that's right. And I thought I didn't know
- 10:03Speaker 2: what it was and I ate it.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Yeah, you could probably eat it.
