- 0:04Speaker 1: NFL Game de View is a production of the NFL
- 0:06Speaker 1: in partnership with iHeartRadio.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Everybody Welcome to Game Debut, present of by Mercedes Benz,
- 0:18Speaker 2: Patrick Claibond. Here with Greg Rosenthal and Cynthia Freeland. Week five,
- 0:22Speaker 2: The Lion's Share of It. We're gonna get you set
- 0:24Speaker 2: for it because there's a big difference sometimes between like
- 0:27Speaker 2: two and two and three and two. The season could
- 0:29Speaker 2: turn on some of these games, guys.
- 0:31Speaker 3: I mean this is I feel like now we kind
- 0:33Speaker 3: of know a little bit about who these teams are.
- 0:35Speaker 3: What are we looking at? Maybe maybe we just know
- 0:37Speaker 3: a little bit more right now, after this first month
- 0:39Speaker 3: of the season is over.
- 0:39Speaker 4: I don't know much according to the pit.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Yeah, here we'll show you exactly how much we know
- 0:44Speaker 2: thus far. We know that Cynthia Freeland is wearing that crown. Meanwhile,
- 0:48Speaker 2: I'm at five hundred. Greg is just about it. It's
- 0:51Speaker 2: Cynthia's world. We're just we're just living in.
- 0:53Speaker 3: I'm gonna be very honest with you. Until our producer
- 0:56Speaker 3: told me, I didn't know, I.
- 0:56Speaker 4: Don't I don't track anything.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I truly keep track.
- 0:59Speaker 5: Of mind, nothing like fake combo. I don't know it's true.
- 1:03Speaker 3: We're Freeland. She will tell you as she was beaten
- 1:05Speaker 3: into me as a child.
- 1:07Speaker 2: See this is Cynthia like bending the rim, hitting us
- 1:10Speaker 2: in our chest with her knee as.
- 1:12Speaker 6: The ball bounces off our heads. We'll jump right into it.
- 1:14Speaker 2: The Texans making a big splash off season last offseason
- 1:17Speaker 2: acquiring Pro Bowl receiver Stefon Diggs from the Bills. Spent
- 1:21Speaker 2: four seasons in Buffalo, catching over one hundred balls for
- 1:23Speaker 2: one thousand plus yards in every season the Bills traded Digs.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Folks on the outside, we're speculating about bad vibes. Maybe
- 1:31Speaker 2: one day somebody will provide specifics so what actually happened?
- 1:35Speaker 6: But for now he gets this chance at revenge.
- 1:37Speaker 2: The Bills and Texans squaring off in Houston, both teams
- 1:39Speaker 2: three and one. Do the Bills bounce back Cynthia after
- 1:42Speaker 2: they got throttled on the road Sunday night?
- 1:44Speaker 3: Unfortunately, I just that injury report is too full of
- 1:48Speaker 3: names for me, So I have Houston winning this game
- 1:50Speaker 3: by two points, twenty five to twenty three. In this matchup,
- 1:53Speaker 3: I want to give a little bit of love to
- 1:55Speaker 3: see j Stroud when he's not facing the blitz. I mean,
- 1:57Speaker 3: he has the most yards in the NFL on such passes,
- 2:01Speaker 3: and they usually come off an inbreaker from Nico Collins.
- 2:04Speaker 3: All of these things line up to deficiencies to the Bills.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Are things or tendencies of the Bills that they don't do.
- 2:08Speaker 3: They blitz at the lowest rate in the league, and
- 2:11Speaker 3: some of the people who are potentially not playing, that's
- 2:13Speaker 3: where those inbreaking routes would be caught. So it just
- 2:16Speaker 3: lines up that the pluses for CJ. Stroud and this
- 2:20Speaker 3: passing offense line up with the potential minuses for the
- 2:23Speaker 3: Bills in this matchup.
- 2:25Speaker 6: I agree. I'm gonna go ahead and give them one
- 2:26Speaker 6: more point.
- 2:27Speaker 2: I got twenty six twenty three looking at this game,
- 2:31Speaker 2: really because the Buffalo Bills are going up against this
- 2:34Speaker 2: Texans team that has a good defense. What about the
- 2:36Speaker 2: Texans and the defenses that they faced? If you're concerned
- 2:39Speaker 2: about CJ. Stroud this season, the Bills, I mean, excuse me,
- 2:43Speaker 2: the Bears, the Vikings as well. I don't know if
- 2:46Speaker 2: defensive wise, talent wise, Buffalo presents as many problems for
- 2:52Speaker 2: Houston as some of these other teams on their schedule. Meanwhile,
- 2:55Speaker 2: the Bills lose Von Miller for a group of games,
- 2:57Speaker 2: I started to get concerned about this Bills defense, as
- 2:59Speaker 2: is Cynthia, considering the volume of injuries they're dealing with.
- 3:02Speaker 2: I've got the Texans.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Here, Greg, Oh love this. We are starting off the
- 3:06Speaker 5: show feeling right. We're starting off with a big Bills
- 3:09Speaker 5: victory twenty seventh to twenty one. That means we're starting
- 3:12Speaker 5: off with a just Greg two and zero on just
- 3:16Speaker 5: Greg last week.
- 3:17Speaker 4: The Bills are gonna get it done.
- 3:18Speaker 5: Look, there were my Super Bowl team this year because
- 3:21Speaker 5: of Josh Allen, because of the pass protection that matches
- 3:23Speaker 5: up well against this Houston pass rush. This is the
- 3:27Speaker 5: best offensive line in the league. They are leading the
- 3:29Speaker 5: league in pass block win rate. Yes, I know they're
- 3:32Speaker 5: left tackle Dion Dawkins a little banged up.
- 3:35Speaker 4: The rest of the line is great.
- 3:36Speaker 5: We'll see if he suits up either way. I trust
- 3:38Speaker 5: Josh Allen back there. I'm on this team. I had
- 3:41Speaker 5: them losing last week to the Ravens, so I got
- 3:44Speaker 5: the vibe of what they do. And sometimes you got
- 3:46Speaker 5: to just look at the teams. When I watch these
- 3:47Speaker 5: two teams, I think the Bills are a better offense. Overall,
- 3:51Speaker 5: They're both good defenses. Here, the Texans good pass rushers
- 3:55Speaker 5: aren't getting home. They're not gonna get Josh Allen on
- 3:57Speaker 5: the I see a.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Lot of Dion Dawkins and those clips that we picked
- 3:59Speaker 3: for your okayro.
- 4:02Speaker 4: Might be on the field. It's good coaching the offensive line.
- 4:05Speaker 4: They get it done, all right.
- 4:06Speaker 2: We'll keep a track on Greg's vibe. Match with the
- 4:09Speaker 2: Buffalo Bills. We got two of the best quarterbacks in
- 4:11Speaker 2: the League of fun, and let's do some math on
- 4:13Speaker 2: this fun game. Will Stefan Diggs have over fifty five
- 4:16Speaker 2: receiving yards on a path to revenge? I don't know
- 4:18Speaker 2: if fifty five is revenge, but he's gonna give fifty fives.
- 4:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, if fifty five is number for revenge,
- 4:23Speaker 3: I sign up for that. I think he's going to
- 4:25Speaker 3: have more yards than that. In a lot of ways,
- 4:28Speaker 3: this comes down to the fact of where the routes
- 4:30Speaker 3: he's been running are and where are some of the
- 4:31Speaker 3: holes Again in the Bill's secondary happens to be some
- 4:34Speaker 3: of those Bills defensive numbers. Patrick, you brought it up.
- 4:37Speaker 3: They were against like something horrible happening with Miami something
- 4:41Speaker 3: not like they're just kind of a little misleading. It's
- 4:44Speaker 3: not to say that they aren't a good defense, but
- 4:46Speaker 3: they are more generous to the past than what we've seen.
- 4:48Speaker 2: All Right, we'll move on to the team that ended
- 4:50Speaker 2: the Bills perfect season last week, the Baltimore Ravens.
- 4:53Speaker 6: Dereck Henry playing a big.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Role in that thirty five to ten beat down of Buffalo,
- 4:57Speaker 2: the King going for one hundred and ninety nine yards,
- 4:59Speaker 2: including a franchise record eighty seven yard touchdown run. A
- 5:02Speaker 2: big win for Baltimore last week, got new picking against
- 5:05Speaker 2: the workout. They've won two straight games. They've now got
- 5:08Speaker 2: Burrow in the Bengals. Who do you see winning here, Cynthia.
- 5:11Speaker 3: I have Baltimore and it's because of that guy. Why
- 5:15Speaker 3: what are the trends we're seeing for Derrick Henry this year? Well,
- 5:17Speaker 3: this is the most generous teams have been with him
- 5:20Speaker 3: on yards before contact meeting, He's able to get a
- 5:23Speaker 3: full head of steam. He's almost running ten point three
- 5:25Speaker 3: miles per hour by the time he even crosses the
- 5:28Speaker 3: lineups troops. What number two? They're also giving him a
- 5:31Speaker 3: light box at the highest rate of his career. What
- 5:34Speaker 3: are people doing? But here's the thing, ultimately in this
- 5:37Speaker 3: one the Bengals defense is most efficient they're banged up.
- 5:40Speaker 3: Is Sheldon Rankan's gonna play? I don't know. They don't
- 5:43Speaker 3: have anyone that really stops the run, especially in the
- 5:45Speaker 3: middle of the field. So this one is just a
- 5:47Speaker 3: big mismatch in front of in favor of the run
- 5:50Speaker 3: game kind of both by the quarterback and by of
- 5:52Speaker 3: course Derrick Henry.
- 5:54Speaker 5: Yeah, I have the Ravens winning this game by quite
- 5:56Speaker 5: a bit, thirteen seven to twenty four, and I think
- 6:00Speaker 5: that's disrespectful. Look when the when the Bengals offense is
- 6:03Speaker 5: on the field, gonna be a nice matchup. When the
- 6:05Speaker 5: Ravens offense on the field, it's no match at all.
- 6:08Speaker 5: This Bengals defense is not playing well. They're disrespecting lou
- 6:11Speaker 5: Anarrumo's name like they're gonna make me forget how good.
- 6:14Speaker 4: They used to be.
- 6:15Speaker 5: They're missing tackles all over the place. You can't set
- 6:18Speaker 5: the edge against Chuba Hubbard and Miles Sanders. You think
- 6:22Speaker 5: you're gonna do it against Lamar Jackson and Derek Henry.
- 6:24Speaker 5: This is the worst matchup possible. This Bengals offense too,
- 6:29Speaker 5: like they haven't played a defense as good as the Ravens.
- 6:32Speaker 5: So I think they could struggle a little bit. But again,
- 6:34Speaker 5: you're watching the highlights of Cam Taylor Britt getting beat
- 6:37Speaker 5: over and over.
- 6:38Speaker 4: He's gotten bench.
- 6:39Speaker 5: The Ravens offense is pretty efficient in the passing game
- 6:42Speaker 5: so far this season.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Two.
- 6:43Speaker 5: I think it's a total mismatch. It's not gonna be close.
- 6:47Speaker 5: You know what we didn't see on that Act of
- 6:48Speaker 5: Mike segment. You didn't see any Bengals players going you're great,
- 6:51Speaker 5: You're great, because there's been no greatness for the Bengals.
- 6:54Speaker 4: It was the Ravens.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a tough situation for the Bengals this season.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Thirteen points feels like a lot from Greg the games
- 7:01Speaker 2: in Cincinnati.
- 7:02Speaker 6: I'm gonna say it's a two point Baltimore.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Ravens when but I think we can't feel good about
- 7:06Speaker 2: this Ravens defense, especially the pass rushers because, especially as
- 7:11Speaker 2: of late that game against the Bills and Josh Allen,
- 7:14Speaker 2: one of only three teams in the entire NFL right
- 7:17Speaker 2: now that has four players with ten or more pressures.
- 7:20Speaker 2: That means they're versatile. They hit you from plenty of
- 7:22Speaker 2: different places, and they can do so quickly. Look at
- 7:25Speaker 2: Adafe Oh wait getting to Josh Allen there on that
- 7:28Speaker 2: particular play. The Ravens are a team that I think
- 7:31Speaker 2: can win, and you guys are granted with a mimulert
- 7:34Speaker 2: a meme alert.
- 7:35Speaker 6: Many mean, what are words?
- 7:37Speaker 2: From London at nine to thirty am Eastern, exclusively on
- 7:40Speaker 2: NFL Network, Aaron Rodgers and the Jets taking them on
- 7:43Speaker 2: Justin Jefferson and the undefeated Vikings at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium
- 7:47Speaker 2: in London. Rise, shine and watch Jets versus Vikings NFL
- 7:51Speaker 2: Network streaming on NFL Plus.
- 7:52Speaker 6: Subscription is required for NFL Plus.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Let's jump right in to this big matchup at Tottenham
- 7:58Speaker 2: Hotspurs Stadium. The Vikings looking to remain undefeated, and I
- 8:01Speaker 2: believe that they will winning by the really fun score
- 8:05Speaker 2: of twenty one to fifteen. It feels a little conservative
- 8:09Speaker 2: because I look at these Sam Donald pockets that he
- 8:12Speaker 2: is slinging from.
- 8:13Speaker 6: And they look great.
- 8:15Speaker 2: The rates stats on terms of pressure show one thing,
- 8:18Speaker 2: but look at all the big plays the Minnesota Vikings
- 8:20Speaker 2: have made this season, Like, what do you notice?
- 8:23Speaker 4: It's just Surm, It's just.
- 8:24Speaker 6: Sam back there picking his spots.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Josh Oliver touchdowns one a performance from Jordan Addison. Last week,
- 8:31Speaker 2: the Jets defense had the team on its back against
- 8:34Speaker 2: the Broncos, and I'll paraface Justin Jefferson's my favorite. Justin
- 8:38Speaker 2: Jefferson quoted this season, with all due respect to the
- 8:41Speaker 2: Denver Broncos, this ain't the Denver Broncos.
- 8:43Speaker 6: Ew I got the Minnesota Vikings here.
- 8:46Speaker 5: I got the Minnesota Vikings as well in this game.
- 8:49Speaker 5: And yeah, I think Garrett Wilson, maybe he'll get going.
- 8:52Speaker 5: But you know who's really gonna make Sam Donald look good?
- 8:54Speaker 5: Aaron Jones. A lot of those yards Sam Donald is
- 8:57Speaker 5: getting is off these screen passes. Last year, the Vikings
- 9:00Speaker 5: were one of the least effective screen teams in the
- 9:03Speaker 5: entire NFL. Now they're the third best team in terms
- 9:07Speaker 5: of yards per catch on screens. And you know why
- 9:10Speaker 5: that is because they got one of the best screen
- 9:13Speaker 5: running backs in NFL history. Last year, the Packers were
- 9:16Speaker 5: one of the best screen teams because Aaron Jones was
- 9:18Speaker 5: getting it done. Look, it's getting blocked up really well.
- 9:21Speaker 5: It's called at the right times. I think Kevin O'Connell
- 9:24Speaker 5: has a really good feel of when to call these screens,
- 9:27Speaker 5: and Aaron Jones is one of the best running backs
- 9:30Speaker 5: in the league at doing everything. It's running, it's the
- 9:32Speaker 5: receiving game, it's blocking. He's tough, and I think this
- 9:35Speaker 5: Jets run defense and the screen defense is going to
- 9:39Speaker 5: just get washed out.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Oh meme it up, because I too have the Vikings
- 9:43Speaker 3: winning this game, but by two points, a little bit
- 9:47Speaker 3: close to here, twenty two to twenty. I want to
- 9:50Speaker 3: point out something that I feel like maybe you've got
- 9:52Speaker 3: a little confusing this week, and that's the fact that
- 9:54Speaker 3: you've never seen Brian Flores actually go up against an
- 9:57Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers quarterbacks team as the defensive coordinator or head coach. Right,
- 10:02Speaker 3: neither thing You've alays seen him as a lot coach.
- 10:04Speaker 3: That is the last time. So when you're looking at
- 10:06Speaker 3: the run game and how to stop it, we saw
- 10:08Speaker 3: the prescription last week from the Sean Payton from everything
- 10:12Speaker 3: that's going on with those Denver Broncos. They're the number
- 10:14Speaker 3: one blitzing team. This is the number two blitzing team.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Shutting down Breese Hall feels like it's the right thing
- 10:20Speaker 3: to do to shut down everything else that they want
- 10:22Speaker 3: to do. That was the key last week. I think
- 10:24Speaker 3: that will be a key again this week.
- 10:27Speaker 2: And if things go wrong for the Jets, then we
- 10:29Speaker 2: start looking at the team a whole lot differently.
- 10:32Speaker 6: Considering last week's loss.
- 10:34Speaker 2: The Saints have the Chiefs on Monday Night Football, Casey
- 10:37Speaker 2: just one of two remaining undefeated teams. They just put
- 10:40Speaker 2: Rashid Rice on ir Can they win without Rice?
- 10:44Speaker 3: Cynthia, Yeah, they can win it without Rice. Twenty five
- 10:47Speaker 3: to twenty one is my final score in this matchup.
- 10:50Speaker 3: I just want to talk about the tight ends in general,
- 10:52Speaker 3: not just that one who did have a much better game,
- 10:55Speaker 3: more fantasy points if that's what you're into. No Grey week,
- 10:58Speaker 3: but look, no Gray, he's there too, Okay, right, you're
- 11:01Speaker 3: going to have to figure out all the different ways
- 11:03Speaker 3: to survive without or she Rice. He was your number
- 11:05Speaker 3: one by far. So now you've got to look at
- 11:08Speaker 3: where are the vulnerable points in the Saints defense, and
- 11:10Speaker 3: it happens to be to the tight end position. They're
- 11:12Speaker 3: giving up lots of yards to that specific position where
- 11:15Speaker 3: those routes are run. So not only will it be
- 11:17Speaker 3: Travis Kelcey, but you've also got Noah Gray or whomever
- 11:20Speaker 3: else they're going to run in those slot like tight
- 11:23Speaker 3: end like places. So that to me, that is the
- 11:27Speaker 3: Saints defense is good, very good. This is an opportunity
- 11:30Speaker 3: for the Chiefs to kind of get back on track
- 11:32Speaker 3: and figure out what they're going to look like without
- 11:33Speaker 3: Rashi Rice for however long he's gone.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I second that, Cynthy. The Saints defense very good.
- 11:37Speaker 2: The problem for the Saints. The Chiefs defense is also
- 11:40Speaker 2: very good. So I've got Casey winning in a close one,
- 11:43Speaker 2: because that's apparently what they do now is win close games.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Four games this season they're four and oh every single
- 11:49Speaker 2: one of them within a score. The Saints are zero
- 11:51Speaker 2: to two in that category. And the very first person
- 11:54Speaker 2: that would tell you that would be one Alvin Kamara.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Shout out to Alvin Kamara. That's the entire point of
- 11:59Speaker 2: what I want to talk about here for this game.
- 12:01Speaker 2: He's number three in the league in Russian. He's got
- 12:03Speaker 2: morrisceptions than Jalen Waddle, Jayden Breed and Amari Cooper. Oh
- 12:07Speaker 2: and by the way, he's playing right now with broken ribs.
- 12:11Speaker 2: What just saying, Shout out to the dude, one of
- 12:14Speaker 2: the best during his era in the NFL.
- 12:17Speaker 5: So I like it when we're all aligned, we all
- 12:19Speaker 5: have the Saints covering. We clearly all believe in the
- 12:22Speaker 5: Saints that they're gonna cover this spread, but one of
- 12:24Speaker 5: us believes in them for real. The Saints are gonna
- 12:27Speaker 5: win this game. I got the guts. We're just going
- 12:30Speaker 5: just greg again. They wanted to do it, they didn't
- 12:33Speaker 5: do it, and they're gonna regret it because that Saint's
- 12:35Speaker 5: secondary is gonna be all over this Chief's wide receiver
- 12:39Speaker 5: group and their tight ends. I don't care that they're
- 12:41Speaker 5: giving up numbers to tight ends. They should be good
- 12:44Speaker 5: up the middle. Tyron Matthew hopefully back for this game.
- 12:47Speaker 5: I like Alante Taylor in the slot, Paulson Adebo. We
- 12:50Speaker 5: got Marshawn Laddimore healthy, and I think to beat the Chiefs,
- 12:54Speaker 5: you gotta have a great secondary because Patrick Mahomes just
- 12:57Speaker 5: neutralizes the pass rush and they'll probably protect him pretty well.
- 13:00Speaker 5: The Saints past russ isn't amazing, but they can cover,
- 13:03Speaker 5: They can stick to these wide receivers, and they can
- 13:06Speaker 5: force Patrick Mahomes into some bad decisions a lot of
- 13:09Speaker 5: interceptions this year. I think the Saints defense gets it done.
- 13:12Speaker 5: They go into arrowhead. I've never made this mistake before,
- 13:15Speaker 5: doubting the Chiefs.
- 13:16Speaker 6: Let's go a Saints road win at Arrowhead. It's a
- 13:20Speaker 6: fun pick.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Let's check out some player props from this game between
- 13:24Speaker 2: the Saints and the Chiefs. Derek Carr sitting at one
- 13:27Speaker 2: and a half passing touchdown, Patrick Mahomes at two thirty
- 13:30Speaker 2: one and a half, Alvin at over fifty three and
- 13:33Speaker 2: a half, Travis Kelce getting five and a half receptions,
- 13:36Speaker 2: and say, if you're worthy with she Rice out forty
- 13:41Speaker 2: and a half receiving yards. So let's do some math
- 13:43Speaker 2: on this one. Cynthia Well Mahomes throw for over two
- 13:45Speaker 2: hundred and thirty two and a half yards Monday in Arrowhead.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I do think he will. For a couple of reasons.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Number One, the Saints happen to be one of the
- 13:53Speaker 3: four teams that have scored on their opening drive in
- 13:55Speaker 3: every single game this season, and the Chiefs they have not.
- 13:59Speaker 3: What we've seen from the Chiefs is a bit of
- 14:00Speaker 3: a slower start, which would dictate more passing yards. This
- 14:03Speaker 3: is a low number, two hundred and thirty two point
- 14:05Speaker 3: but it's not like three hundred and thirty two point five.
- 14:08Speaker 3: It's two hundred and thirty two point five. So if
- 14:10Speaker 3: you're looking at that threshold, and figuring things out without Rashiver.
- 14:14Speaker 3: I mean, and by the way, that Davier Worthy one
- 14:15Speaker 3: forty point that could be one catch.
- 14:17Speaker 4: So what you're saying is the Chiefs are going to
- 14:18Speaker 4: be trailing a lot in this game.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I don't think that the game script.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Will be I see what you're saying.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Okay, okay, Passing numbers that league wide as folks are
- 14:27Speaker 2: kind of getting adjusted to that.
- 14:28Speaker 6: Moving on to the Dallas Cowboys.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Dak and the Boys got a much needed win last
- 14:33Speaker 2: week against the g Men.
- 14:34Speaker 6: Sunday night, we're getting a classic.
- 14:36Speaker 2: It's the Cowboys and the Steelers in Pittsburgh, Dak versus Fields.
- 14:39Speaker 6: I'm gonna kick us off here.
- 14:40Speaker 2: I like the Steelers by two points because I've seen
- 14:44Speaker 2: it at all.
- 14:44Speaker 6: Against this Cowboys defense.
- 14:46Speaker 2: It's dealing with injuries at both Edges has to chase
- 14:49Speaker 2: justin fields around. He's had rushing touchdowns in the past
- 14:51Speaker 2: few weeks. But here's the twenty twenty four fields. The
- 14:55Speaker 2: Steelers are a top twelve passing efficiency offense. Arthur Smith's
- 14:58Speaker 2: team is trying to get the rushing efficiency it catch
- 15:02Speaker 2: up to the passing efficiency, and better team to try
- 15:05Speaker 2: to do that against than the twenty twenty four Dallas
- 15:08Speaker 2: Cowboys run defense.
- 15:09Speaker 5: Greg, Yeah, I agree with you. I have the Steelers
- 15:11Speaker 5: winning this game. I think it's going to be very close.
- 15:13Speaker 5: It's twenty two to twenty one. Because everything is so
- 15:16Speaker 5: hard for the Cowboys right now. When you watch Dak Prescott,
- 15:19Speaker 5: his throws have to be absolutely perfect.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Now I'm going to show you the good.
- 15:23Speaker 5: Dak Prescott's a baller, but all these receivers are catching
- 15:27Speaker 5: passes in tight windows. He actually leads the league in
- 15:32Speaker 5: percentage of tight windows thrown into. They also are dead
- 15:36Speaker 5: last in the league in terms of average separation from
- 15:39Speaker 5: their wide receivers. So it feels like Mike McCarthy, he's
- 15:41Speaker 5: just sending his wide receivers out there, go get open.
- 15:44Speaker 4: I remember this back in Green Bay. It's close.
- 15:46Speaker 5: I'm threading the needle here where I'm picking the Steelers
- 15:49Speaker 5: to win, but the Cowboys to cover. It's a little
- 15:51Speaker 5: bit of a I'm not sure what's gonna happen, but
- 15:53Speaker 5: I trust the Steelers a little more.
- 15:55Speaker 3: I mean I trust the Steelers probably the most of
- 15:57Speaker 3: anyone here because I have the biggest difference between their score.
- 15:59Speaker 3: I have twenty four to twenty one in this matchup,
- 16:02Speaker 3: I do want to point out on the other side,
- 16:04Speaker 3: so poor CD Lamb, he's out here all by himself.
- 16:06Speaker 3: No Brandon Cooks in this matchup. Of course, there's Jake Ferguson.
- 16:09Speaker 3: If you're a fantasy player, you can use him too.
- 16:11Speaker 3: But ultimately, he has a streak of thirty seven games
- 16:14Speaker 3: with four or more receptions. That is the third longest
- 16:17Speaker 3: active streak since nineteen seventy. That forecast to absolutely continue
- 16:22Speaker 3: to talk about those tight window throws. You know why
- 16:24Speaker 3: they're turning into receptions, CD Lamb, Yeah, Dak Prescott, he's
- 16:27Speaker 3: got the best passer rating under pressure this year. You
- 16:30Speaker 3: know why guys like Ceedee Lamb catching it in really
- 16:33Speaker 3: really tough situations. So just a little love to ceed
- 16:36Speaker 3: Lamb in this one because he's gonna get a lot
- 16:37Speaker 3: of attention from the Steelers secondary, but he will also
- 16:40Speaker 3: get a lot of attention from Dak Prescott and.
- 16:42Speaker 6: We will get a lot of attention for Cowboys fans.
- 16:44Speaker 3: If this does not go right, we would deserve it.
- 16:47Speaker 4: Then, we would deserve it.
- 16:49Speaker 6: Yeah, we want it. Enjoying the games. Everybody stile to
- 16:52Speaker 6: the count after dropping two in.
- 16:53Speaker 2: A row, party and the Niners got back on track
- 16:56Speaker 2: last week. They've got Kyler in the high flying Cardinals
- 16:58Speaker 2: coming to town. A monster NFC West showdown. Who's gonna win?
- 17:02Speaker 2: We're gonna try to find out.
- 17:04Speaker 6: On game debut Thomas.
- 17:13Speaker 2: See is the Season presented by Caesars Sports book, brock
- 17:16Speaker 2: Perty was miked up. He said, George, as soon as
- 17:18Speaker 2: he threw that fall and got it.
- 17:20Speaker 6: That was a fun clip.
- 17:21Speaker 2: These are the first touchdown score odds according to Caesar Sports.
- 17:25Speaker 2: But they got Jordan Mason at the top at plus
- 17:26Speaker 2: three twenty five, then Debo James Connor, George Kittle, and
- 17:29Speaker 2: Brandon Au to round out that list.
- 17:32Speaker 6: Only one Cardinal there in the top five.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Big NFC West showdown between the Cardinals and the forty
- 17:39Speaker 2: nine Ers in Santa Clair. Both squads are currently looking
- 17:41Speaker 2: up at the Seahawks in the division. Who gets closer
- 17:44Speaker 2: to them this week?
- 17:45Speaker 5: The forty nine Ers will. But I think this game
- 17:47Speaker 5: is going to be close. I think the Cardinals cover here.
- 17:49Speaker 5: I have it twenty eight to twenty three. You got
- 17:51Speaker 5: to keep an eye on Fred Warner's status. They are
- 17:53Speaker 5: not the same defense in San Francisco. If Warner's out,
- 17:56Speaker 5: Kyler Murray could run all over the place. Let's get
- 17:59Speaker 5: back to getting Kyler Murray some rushing attempts. He's one
- 18:02Speaker 5: of the best scramblers in the league, like you see here,
- 18:05Speaker 5: also very effective on the design runs. Last week just
- 18:08Speaker 5: didn't seem comfortable. Washington did a good job containing him.
- 18:13Speaker 5: They basically ignored the running game. I think this running
- 18:16Speaker 5: game is still going to have a good season between
- 18:18Speaker 5: him and James Connor. I think the forty nine ers
- 18:21Speaker 5: could be vulnerable. They look great against the Patriots, but
- 18:24Speaker 5: it's not a great defensive line since they lost Javon Hargrave.
- 18:27Speaker 5: Division matchup, big game for the Cardinals at one in three.
- 18:30Speaker 5: Think it's closer than the number.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Wooh, I'm kind of like completely opposite you. I have
- 18:35Speaker 3: it being bigger than the number. I have San Francisco
- 18:37Speaker 3: winning thirty to twenty in this matchup. I want to
- 18:40Speaker 3: talk about brock Party for a second because I found
- 18:42Speaker 3: the stat to be really incredible. He leads the league
- 18:45Speaker 3: with nine point three air yards per attempt, passing yards
- 18:48Speaker 3: per attempt. Excuse me, he has eleven hundred and thirty
- 18:51Speaker 3: total yards that second in the league. But do you
- 18:53Speaker 3: know how many of them are coming off of yak.
- 18:55Speaker 3: It's the lowest percentage twenty six percent in the National
- 18:58Speaker 3: Football League. I was a little impressed with that because remember,
- 19:02Speaker 3: we've seen a lot of you know, we didn't know
- 19:04Speaker 3: Ard Mason would be starting this time, you know, a
- 19:06Speaker 3: month and a half ago, all of these different changes,
- 19:09Speaker 3: people being out. But look, it's been really fascinating. I
- 19:12Speaker 3: think it just gets better now as increased health. They've
- 19:14Speaker 3: got more Devo, we've got more Brandon Ayuk folding in
- 19:17Speaker 3: and not holding out or in or whatever wherever the
- 19:19Speaker 3: holdout was or in was. But ultimately, I think that
- 19:22Speaker 3: just makes this even bigger because this is a defense
- 19:25Speaker 3: that you can pass on, and this is an opportunity
- 19:27Speaker 3: for them to kind of really just start the momentum
- 19:30Speaker 3: because I think they've probably had not the September they
- 19:32Speaker 3: thought they were gonna have.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's going to slam dunk that party stat
- 19:35Speaker 2: because that was the criticism, like, oh all these passing
- 19:38Speaker 2: yards are yeah, they're not this year, So now what
- 19:40Speaker 2: are we going to say about Brock And now a
- 19:42Speaker 2: lot of those other pieces that are so valuable in
- 19:44Speaker 2: Santa Clara, they're back, including Deebo Samuel the very last
- 19:48Speaker 2: time the forty nine Ers played the Cardinals.
- 19:50Speaker 6: It was Week fifteen.
- 19:51Speaker 2: Last year, Deebo had two touchdowns. He had this fifty
- 19:54Speaker 2: three yarder last week. He looks back and good. I
- 19:57Speaker 2: think Brandon Ayuk and that explosion and burst is starting
- 19:59Speaker 2: to get a little bit better as well.
- 20:01Speaker 6: It feels like these.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Two teams are moving in different directtions right now. We'll
- 20:05Speaker 2: see if the Cardinals can get it back together, but
- 20:07Speaker 2: as of right now, we are all on San Francisco
- 20:10Speaker 2: that was seized the season presented by Caesar's Sportsbook. As
- 20:14Speaker 2: we look over to the Caesar Sportsbook gapp download the
- 20:17Speaker 2: Caesar Sportsbook gap and official sponsor of the NFL.
- 20:20Speaker 6: New users, place your first bet up to one thousand dollars.
- 20:22Speaker 6: If you lose, you'll get it back as a bonus bet.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Use promo code TV one thousand, must be twenty one
- 20:28Speaker 2: or older. Cecesars dot com backslash promos for full terms.
- 20:33Speaker 2: What about the highest over unders in Week five? According
- 20:37Speaker 2: to the dear friends at Caesars Sportsbook, the Cardinals and
- 20:39Speaker 2: the Niners are at number one, but right after that
- 20:42Speaker 2: the Ravens Bengals, and then there's the Packers at the
- 20:45Speaker 2: Rams two Really good teams. As we get too quick
- 20:49Speaker 2: picks here on Game Deviet that game is going to
- 20:52Speaker 2: be over across the street at SOFI Stadium, Vegas, expecting
- 20:55Speaker 2: this one to be high scoring.
- 20:56Speaker 6: Which team gets back on tracks.
- 20:58Speaker 3: And Grebay gets back on track here, continuing a trend
- 21:01Speaker 3: of Matt Lafleur somehow getting the best of Sean McVay.
- 21:03Speaker 3: Very interesting stuff here, But Jayden Reid is the really
- 21:06Speaker 3: big key to this one, being able to take advantage
- 21:08Speaker 3: of the fact that this banged up secondary or this
- 21:11Speaker 3: bang up total defense or total team I guess for
- 21:14Speaker 3: the Rams has been vulnerable to the deep pass. You
- 21:16Speaker 3: saw Kyler Murray have a perfect passer rating against them.
- 21:19Speaker 3: Jayden Reid feels that very nicely. And now Jordan Love
- 21:22Speaker 3: is kind of fully back. We saw him really get
- 21:24Speaker 3: back in the swing of things second half last week
- 21:26Speaker 3: against the Vikings. Jaden Reid big game here.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Yeah, Jayden Reid has gone off in every Jordan Love
- 21:32Speaker 2: star again sample sides.
- 21:34Speaker 6: That's too this season. But we're only in week five, folks.
- 21:37Speaker 6: Let's go to the Panthers and the Bears.
- 21:39Speaker 2: The Andy Dalton revenge tour against his former team continues.
- 21:42Speaker 6: However, I do think he comes up short here.
- 21:45Speaker 2: I've got Chicago winning this one nineteen to seventeen because
- 21:48Speaker 2: the Bears defense has been very, very good and the
- 21:51Speaker 2: offense can.
- 21:52Speaker 6: Apparently run the ball.
- 21:53Speaker 2: Now DeAndre Swifts had his best rushing game last week.
- 21:56Speaker 2: He really got involved in the passing game as well.
- 21:59Speaker 2: I do believe the Bears remain unbeaten in the Caleb
- 22:02Speaker 2: Williams era at home, and they gonna win over Andy
- 22:05Speaker 2: Dalton in company the Browns and commanders Jane Daniels as
- 22:08Speaker 2: Washington in first place in the East right now, I
- 22:11Speaker 2: don't think anybody saw that coming. Do they get their
- 22:13Speaker 2: four straight winger?
- 22:14Speaker 5: Absolutely, they win this game thirty to twenty because this
- 22:17Speaker 5: Brown's defense, it's not special anymore, and you gotta be
- 22:20Speaker 5: special if you want to stop Jaden Daniels. Look what
- 22:24Speaker 5: Cleveland has done on defense. It's like they're not top ten.
- 22:27Speaker 5: They're about average, I would say, adjusting for schedule, and
- 22:31Speaker 5: you think about all the different ways Washington's offense can
- 22:34Speaker 5: beat you. Now, Jayden is throwing so well to the
- 22:36Speaker 5: intermediate area of the field, so it's not all dinks
- 22:39Speaker 5: and dunks from ten to nineteen yards. Jayden Daniels has
- 22:42Speaker 5: been the most accurate and effective quarterback in the league.
- 22:46Speaker 4: And he doesn't have to throw a ton.
- 22:47Speaker 5: Each week, but when he does, he's seen a lot
- 22:50Speaker 5: of open receivers and he's hitting him right where you
- 22:52Speaker 5: need to. I don't think the Browns defense is that
- 22:54Speaker 5: group anymore that you look at that's just gonna absolutely
- 22:57Speaker 5: shut down a rookie. I think we'll take it back
- 22:59Speaker 5: a notch. We maybe don't go over forty this week.
- 23:02Speaker 5: We get to thirty, thirty to twenty.
- 23:04Speaker 3: You know whose defense you also need to think about
- 23:06Speaker 3: when in terms of passing vulnerability. Yeah, that would be
- 23:09Speaker 3: also be Washington. So Amari Cooper had a touchdown called
- 23:12Speaker 3: back last week. If you're a fantasy owner, play Amari Cooper,
- 23:15Speaker 3: You're fine. It won't get called back this time.
- 23:17Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 23:17Speaker 2: It's one of those things where you see the results
- 23:19Speaker 2: and how the touchdown didn't count and there was a drop.
- 23:22Speaker 2: But he's getting the opportunities as well. The trouble is,
- 23:25Speaker 2: I think Washington's defense got a lot better against the
- 23:27Speaker 2: Arizona Cardinals. We got to figure out was that the
- 23:29Speaker 2: Cardinals was at Washington.
- 23:31Speaker 5: Either way, we're not finding out this week because they're
- 23:33Speaker 5: playing the worst offense in the league in Cleveland.
- 23:35Speaker 2: I said it last week, not picking the Browns. Spoiler alert,
- 23:38Speaker 2: I'm not picking the Browns. Time for more or less
- 23:41Speaker 2: here on game debut was.
- 23:42Speaker 6: We got player props for the London game.
- 23:44Speaker 2: It's more or less We'll start with Aaron Rodgers more
- 23:47Speaker 2: or less greg than one and a half passing touchdowns
- 23:50Speaker 2: against the Viking.
- 23:51Speaker 4: Ooh, I'm going last.
- 23:53Speaker 5: Brian Flores is gonna bring the pain to Aaron Rodgers
- 23:57Speaker 5: at the hot totty Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. I think if
- 24:02Speaker 5: you're going to beat the Vikings offense, you're gonna have
- 24:04Speaker 5: to run the ball against him. All the different protections
- 24:07Speaker 5: that you have to set up to face this Vikings defense,
- 24:11Speaker 5: it's gonna make Aaron Rodgers and especially some of these
- 24:13Speaker 5: young offensive linemen's head spin.
- 24:16Speaker 4: So I'm giving him one touchdown.
- 24:18Speaker 5: Maybe they run in for another, but we're going under
- 24:21Speaker 5: one and a half touchdowns, all right, let's.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Go more or less Cynthia the two hundred and twenty
- 24:26Speaker 2: passing yards for one Sam Donald more.
- 24:28Speaker 3: I think that if you look at the tendencies, this
- 24:31Speaker 3: Jets defense plays a lot of man coverage. The seventh
- 24:34Speaker 3: highest rate in the league. You know how many touchdowns
- 24:36Speaker 3: Sam Donald has thrown against man coverage nine he leads
- 24:39Speaker 3: the NFL. Nine, also a ton of yards, mostly to
- 24:42Speaker 3: Justin Jefferson. While I do think that this defense is
- 24:45Speaker 3: a very good defense, it would really help if they
- 24:48Speaker 3: had an extra pass rusher I don't know, maybe one
- 24:49Speaker 3: that's potentially they traded for, but whatever in this game
- 24:53Speaker 3: that will help Sam Donald reach this number.
- 24:55Speaker 5: I don't even know if they're a great defense because
- 24:57Speaker 5: they've played the Titans, the Patriots, and the Broncos in
- 25:01Speaker 5: a row. Facing this offensive line, I'm with you, Sam
- 25:05Speaker 5: Donald gets a lot of time.
- 25:07Speaker 6: Time time to pick another one. In this game.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Will Breese Hall have over eighty four total yards from scrimmage?
- 25:14Speaker 6: And I think he actually will.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Despite how little I think of the Jets offense in
- 25:18Speaker 2: this matchup against Bryan four Oys's defense, I think one
- 25:21Speaker 2: place that you can get yards is Breese Hall, specifically
- 25:24Speaker 2: in the screen game, in the quick passing game. To
- 25:26Speaker 2: keep Aaron Rodgers safe, happy and healthy in his trip
- 25:29Speaker 2: to London, I think that means a lot of Breeze Hall.
- 25:32Speaker 2: It's also gonna mean a lot of his backup as well,
- 25:35Speaker 2: But I think Brees Hall gets that number of eighty
- 25:37Speaker 2: four and a half. But let's go over because Greg,
- 25:39Speaker 2: you discussed Aaron Jones earlier today on our show. Do
- 25:43Speaker 2: you think he goes over or under sixty two and
- 25:45Speaker 2: a half rushing yard?
- 25:46Speaker 6: Oh?
- 25:46Speaker 4: I definitely like the receiving, but I like the rushing too.
- 25:49Speaker 5: We're going over for my great fantasy pick up this season,
- 25:53Speaker 5: Aaron Jones. I knew he was ready for a big
- 25:56Speaker 5: workload behind one of the most underrated offensive lines in
- 25:59Speaker 5: the league. He's tough and look Will McDonald and you
- 26:03Speaker 5: watch some of this Jets offensive defensive line really was
- 26:06Speaker 5: getting washed out in the running game last week against Denver.
- 26:09Speaker 4: It's like Denver doesn't have a running game.
- 26:10Speaker 5: Week one, week two, Week three, Suddenly the running game
- 26:13Speaker 5: wakes up against the Jets, and I think Aaron Jones
- 26:16Speaker 5: keeps it going.
- 26:17Speaker 3: This is where I see the revenge for Sam Donald
- 26:19Speaker 3: actually factoring in because Aaron Jones will do more work
- 26:21Speaker 3: to make Sam Donald look even more perfect. So I
- 26:24Speaker 3: like that one as well.
- 26:25Speaker 6: All Right, we discussed Aaron Rodgers.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Let's talk about a guy we think is the best
- 26:29Speaker 2: player in this game. Justin Jefferson, will we have more
- 26:31Speaker 2: or less than five and a half receptions since there?
- 26:34Speaker 4: What?
- 26:35Speaker 3: Fuck more? What are we talking about here? I already
- 26:38Speaker 3: told you about those man stats. Do you know who
- 26:40Speaker 3: the only receiver in the entire National Football League to
- 26:42Speaker 3: have more than two hundred yards receiving yards against mancover geness?
- 26:45Speaker 3: Is it? Justin Jefferson is and he has two hundred
- 26:48Speaker 3: and three along with three touchdowns. I don't think any
- 26:51Speaker 3: tendency gets shifted here. I don't think they say, hey,
- 26:53Speaker 3: you know, let's be extra tricky and have Jordan Adison
- 26:55Speaker 3: do this. I'm not worried about Sauce Gardner. He lands
- 26:57Speaker 3: up only on one side eighty two percent of the
- 26:59Speaker 3: side on the left. If he lines up on the right,
- 27:01Speaker 3: I guess they could tangle. But even if they're tangling,
- 27:03Speaker 3: I don't care. I still think advantage JJ.
- 27:05Speaker 5: It's crazy because Justin Jefferson's stats this year aren't any
- 27:08Speaker 5: better than they've been in the past, are a little lower,
- 27:10Speaker 5: and yet I'm convinced he's the best player in the NFL.
- 27:12Speaker 5: It's like the quarterbacks are down right now. Justin Jefferson
- 27:15Speaker 5: is my number one.
- 27:16Speaker 2: All this Justin Jefferson talk may be motivating to the
- 27:19Speaker 2: guy on the other side, and that's Garrett Wilson. I
- 27:22Speaker 2: will answer the question if he's gonna have oh more
- 27:24Speaker 2: or less than fifty three receiving yards, and because the
- 27:27Speaker 2: jumper is fifty three, I'm going I'm going more strictly
- 27:32Speaker 2: because that's not a lot of yards. And Garrett Wilson,
- 27:35Speaker 2: despite the fact that I know it's frustrating, You've been
- 27:37Speaker 2: tracking the Jets, you're wondering, you're watching body language, you're
- 27:40Speaker 2: doing all the weird stuff that people do when a
- 27:42Speaker 2: team in New York isn't necessarily going going doing the
- 27:45Speaker 2: way you want him to. But yeah, fifty three yards,
- 27:47Speaker 2: it feels like a saint.
- 27:48Speaker 5: I mean, he did kind of throw his play caller
- 27:50Speaker 5: under the bus publicly too, So that's not just ready
- 27:53Speaker 5: into things.
- 27:53Speaker 3: But it's also a defense that's given up the most
- 27:55Speaker 3: yards passing yards per game, so.
- 27:57Speaker 5: Because it's because teams are always just throwing against them
- 27:59Speaker 5: all the time. But good point, good point, I'm just
- 28:01Speaker 5: saying it's going over.
- 28:02Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 28:02Speaker 3: That just seems like what do you do in New York? Jesture,
- 28:05Speaker 3: like we're like mob ties, Like I'm losing here.
- 28:09Speaker 6: I'm losing here there it is.
- 28:11Speaker 5: I feel like Kristin Wig and that skip from SNN.
- 28:17Speaker 2: We got the Colts and the Jags down in Duvall
- 28:19Speaker 2: at zero to four. It's really now or never for
- 28:21Speaker 2: Jacksonville to turn things around. Do they start things moving
- 28:24Speaker 2: in the right direction?
- 28:25Speaker 6: Sunday?
- 28:26Speaker 5: I say they get their first win the Jaguars twenty
- 28:28Speaker 5: seven to twenty three. Maybe this is wishful thinking. I'm
- 28:30Speaker 5: going to cover the Jaguars next week. I want them
- 28:33Speaker 5: to get a win. But look, the Colts don't go
- 28:35Speaker 5: to Jacksonville and ever get a win. The last time
- 28:38Speaker 5: it happened was twenty fourteen. Yes, Blake Bortles was playing
- 28:43Speaker 5: for the Jaguars. Back then, Chad Henny was involved in
- 28:46Speaker 5: this game and got benched very quickly. Andrew Luck was
- 28:50Speaker 5: the quarterback. And you might say, oh, this is this
- 28:52Speaker 5: doesn't really matter. Hey, it's a division matchup that helps,
- 28:55Speaker 5: you know, equalize things. And last year with these two
- 28:58Speaker 5: same coaching staffs, Shane Steichen in his first year was
- 29:01Speaker 5: a nice year for the Colts.
- 29:02Speaker 4: They got swept by the Jaguars.
- 29:04Speaker 5: So there's some recent history too that indicates it's a
- 29:07Speaker 5: good matchup. And I think if you squint hard, you
- 29:09Speaker 5: saw the Jaguars improved last week in Houston. Meanwhile, Jonathan
- 29:13Speaker 5: Taylor's banged up. That is bad news. He is the
- 29:15Speaker 5: most important Indianapolis cole. Don't think he's gonna.
- 29:18Speaker 4: Play in this game.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Yeah, Anthony Richardson was twelve years old the last time
- 29:22Speaker 2: the Colts gotta win in Jacko.
- 29:24Speaker 6: I agree with Greg.
- 29:26Speaker 2: I do have a two point win for Jacksonville because
- 29:28Speaker 2: the vast majority of the Jags returning targets from twenty
- 29:32Speaker 2: twenty three live in Evan Ingram as well as Christian Kirk.
- 29:35Speaker 2: This is going to be the first time since Week
- 29:38Speaker 2: one that they've been on the field at the same time.
- 29:40Speaker 2: For Jacksonville, the target share combined last year was thirty
- 29:44Speaker 2: seven percent.
- 29:44Speaker 6: And that's with Calvin Ridley. I know things have been bad.
- 29:47Speaker 2: Trev's been taking a bunch of shots deep down the field.
- 29:50Speaker 2: You know what helps in that because they haven't been
- 29:52Speaker 2: connecting on those throwing the ball close to the line
- 29:54Speaker 2: of scrimmage to your tight end who got over one
- 29:56Speaker 2: hundred and forty targets last year.
- 29:58Speaker 6: I think the Jags have hope. Keep hope alive, guys.
- 30:02Speaker 3: I think the Jags have hoped too, but I don't
- 30:03Speaker 3: have him winning escape. Now I will say there's a
- 30:05Speaker 3: little asterisk here right now I have the Colts winning
- 30:07Speaker 3: this one by one point. Oh it's a prime number.
- 30:10Speaker 3: Hold on before we get into this andss okay, we
- 30:13Speaker 3: need to talk about the prime numbers. Firs.
- 30:14Speaker 4: Let's do that.
- 30:15Speaker 5: That's when you pick a game that all on your own,
- 30:18Speaker 5: like just crag is.
- 30:19Speaker 3: When you do a stray bond. Is when Patrick jues
- 30:21Speaker 3: and look, we're it's in good ship. That's fun, right, No.
- 30:26Speaker 4: That is amazing. You went four and oh on the
- 30:28Speaker 4: prime numbers.
- 30:29Speaker 5: I think you can look at it a different way
- 30:30Speaker 5: when Patrick and I agree trouble is near.
- 30:34Speaker 4: So good job, good.
- 30:35Speaker 6: Job the Patriots against the Jets' warding.
- 30:37Speaker 3: High five me for a second.
- 30:39Speaker 4: Sure, let's go, let's go.
- 30:40Speaker 5: I hit two Jess Greig's last week's I'm happy about that.
- 30:43Speaker 6: Okay, okay, so.
- 30:44Speaker 3: All right back to this. You're looking at a picture
- 30:46Speaker 3: of one Joe Flatterer is Yeah, I don't think he
- 30:49Speaker 3: was twelve. The last time the Colts won in Jackson.
- 30:52Speaker 4: Was winning the Super Bowl. Yeah.
- 30:53Speaker 3: I think he was probably like thirty seven or something.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I'm not sure how old he was, but ultimately here,
- 30:58Speaker 3: I think that this says something. The difference in this
- 31:00Speaker 3: team if Jonathan Taylor and if Joe Flacco is the
- 31:03Speaker 3: quarterback makes it a completely different opportunity against this very
- 31:07Speaker 3: vulnerable Jags defense. So I'm watching this injury report. I'm
- 31:11Speaker 3: waiting to see, like, look, I think the thing I
- 31:13Speaker 3: like the most of this game is like a Brian
- 31:15Speaker 3: Thomas junior touchdown. But other than that, I think that
- 31:18Speaker 3: it could easily be the Colts depending on who the start.
- 31:20Speaker 3: And by the way, even if Anthony Richardson starts, it
- 31:22Speaker 3: could still be a Joe Flacco game, because that's what
- 31:24Speaker 3: we saw last week as well.
- 31:26Speaker 5: I like Anthony Richardson, and I have to, you know, admit,
- 31:29Speaker 5: I feel worse about our pick taking the Jaguars if
- 31:32Speaker 5: Joe Flacco starts, Like, I trust that the Colts more
- 31:35Speaker 5: with Joe FLACKO, I'm.
- 31:37Speaker 6: Gonna I'm not gonna go that far.
- 31:38Speaker 2: The Jugs need to get a win because they're about
- 31:41Speaker 2: to hop on a plane and.
- 31:42Speaker 6: Go all the way across the Atlantic Ocean. Next week.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Trevor Lawrence and the Jags play Caleb Williams and the
- 31:47Speaker 2: Bears in London, a matchup of number one overall picks.
- 31:51Speaker 6: They're squaring off at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium.
- 31:53Speaker 2: Doug Peterson squad will stay in London for the Week
- 31:56Speaker 2: seven game against the Patriots. You'll be able to catch
- 31:58Speaker 2: both games right here on the NFL Network as well
- 32:01Speaker 2: as NFL Plus. Let's churn through some more these games
- 32:04Speaker 2: in our quick picks. The Giants and the Seahawks up Atloomenfield.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Seattle fell to the Lions on Monday night. Greg does
- 32:10Speaker 2: Gino's squad bounce back?
- 32:11Speaker 4: They absolutely do.
- 32:12Speaker 5: I have it closer than the number Seattle winning twenty
- 32:15Speaker 5: four to twenty. But Gino gets it done throwing the
- 32:18Speaker 5: ball to DK Metcalf, who is having a fantastic season.
- 32:22Speaker 5: This Giant secondary just doesn't have anyone that can physically
- 32:25Speaker 5: match up with DK Metcalf.
- 32:27Speaker 4: You want to know why that is?
- 32:28Speaker 5: Because there's no one on earth that can physically match
- 32:31Speaker 5: up with DK Metcalf. So I love that Gino Smith
- 32:34Speaker 5: is not afraid to fit the ball into tight windows.
- 32:37Speaker 5: He is making sure to get his number one receiver
- 32:40Speaker 5: involved each and every week.
- 32:41Speaker 3: He has had three games over one hundred yards. I
- 32:44Speaker 3: feel like we just don't even talk. This is a
- 32:45Speaker 3: really good team. We're still talking.
- 32:48Speaker 4: We're gonna be four and one. I'm gonna talk about him.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Yeah, we're gonna keep it. We're definitely gonna talk about
- 32:52Speaker 2: him on this show. Let's go to the Raiders and
- 32:53Speaker 2: the Broncos. Sean Payton's squad just one two straight on
- 32:57Speaker 2: the road Las Vegas, dealing with the DeVante Adams trade saga.
- 33:00Speaker 6: Who wins here?
- 33:02Speaker 3: Yeah, I've done for winning this game. Twenty sixteen. We
- 33:05Speaker 3: want to talk about Zach Allen, a fellow b C alone.
- 33:07Speaker 3: We're going all over the place. We went Brian Flores
- 33:09Speaker 3: now we're going with him. But ultimately at the defensive
- 33:12Speaker 3: tackle position, he's twelve pressures. He's like really leading the
- 33:15Speaker 3: way here, intur what are you laughing at?
- 33:19Speaker 6: Jump to Broncos scoring thirty.
- 33:21Speaker 4: Oh yeah, okay, we're having fun.
- 33:24Speaker 5: We're running the ball. This Raiders team, it's collapsing. I
- 33:28Speaker 5: don't feel good about this.
- 33:29Speaker 3: Right because this is this show and we and you
- 33:31Speaker 3: can even hear me under all this time. Just take
- 33:34Speaker 3: Alexander Madison in whatever fantasy that's That's my other tip.
- 33:37Speaker 3: On the other side, I think there's a little chaos
- 33:39Speaker 3: and Raider view.
- 33:40Speaker 5: I'm like, did I really write that down? Or is
- 33:42Speaker 5: this a typo? And they like transposed it from another game?
- 33:45Speaker 5: Who couldn't even tell why?
- 33:47Speaker 3: That doesn't matter anymore.
- 33:48Speaker 6: The Broncos are going to light the scoreboard up. Let's
- 33:50Speaker 6: go to another teleing over a game where you're.
- 33:52Speaker 2: Going to see a bucket, bucket loads of points. The
- 33:54Speaker 2: Dolphins and the Patriots Snoopuntley against Jakobe Bressett. I've got
- 33:58Speaker 2: the Fins just squeaking by here fourteen to thirteen because
- 34:02Speaker 2: the Dolphins made more than a mistake last week against
- 34:05Speaker 2: the Tennessee Titans. I do think the Snoop era Fins
- 34:08Speaker 2: play a little bit better and get a win on
- 34:11Speaker 2: the road because things have just not been going well
- 34:14Speaker 2: for either of these teams. But I see a little
- 34:16Speaker 2: bit hope, and I see a talent advantage going in
- 34:19Speaker 2: favor of Miami.
- 34:20Speaker 6: I do think that talent plays off.
- 34:22Speaker 5: Yeah, the Patriots have so many injuries on defense. They
- 34:24Speaker 5: could be missing multiple safeties. They're missing Juwan Bentley, they
- 34:27Speaker 5: have defensive linemen missing, and then they lose their center,
- 34:30Speaker 5: David Andrews, their captain, the most important guy on a unit.
- 34:33Speaker 4: That's just besieged.
- 34:35Speaker 5: This is the lowest moment maybe of the last twenty
- 34:38Speaker 5: years for the Patriots that they are getting memed alert
- 34:41Speaker 5: against this Snoop Huntley Dolphins team has been the worst
- 34:43Speaker 5: team in the NFL the last couple of weeks, and
- 34:45Speaker 5: still we can't take the Patriots.
- 34:47Speaker 3: I really cry so hard for you as a Patriots fan,
- 34:49Speaker 3: except for you got a bunch of Super Bowls that
- 34:50Speaker 3: you've actually witnessed, so it's gonna be okay.
- 34:53Speaker 2: The Shining the Tears Tears Trophy with the Tears when
- 34:56Speaker 2: we come back here and.
- 34:57Speaker 6: Some of our favorite bets of the week.
- 34:59Speaker 2: You don't want to miss it because I've been on fire.
- 35:02Speaker 2: Who kind of It's a game Deview presented by Mercedes Bits.
- 35:14Speaker 6: It's time for write this down here on game day.
- 35:17Speaker 2: Do you as we get to our predictions for Week five, Greg,
- 35:21Speaker 2: what do you see taking place that the people need
- 35:23Speaker 2: to take note of.
- 35:23Speaker 5: Well, it's gonna be in Cincinnati, and usually I try
- 35:26Speaker 5: not to be overconfidence. Sports are unpredictable, except this week
- 35:30Speaker 5: in the Ravens and the Bengals game.
- 35:33Speaker 4: This is my pick of the year. Ravens over the.
- 35:35Speaker 5: Bengals, they're gonna cover those two and a half points.
- 35:37Speaker 5: And you know what, Lamar Jackson is also gonna have
- 35:40Speaker 5: over fifty five rushing yards. But it's especially about the game.
- 35:43Speaker 5: This Bengals defense cannot hold up against Lamar in this
- 35:47Speaker 5: rushing attack. You ever listen, like on Sunday mornings to
- 35:50Speaker 5: those those weirdo like radio shows where they're just like,
- 35:53Speaker 5: I guarantee.
- 35:54Speaker 4: This is gonna happen.
- 35:54Speaker 5: I'm not gonna go that far, but I feel great
- 35:57Speaker 5: about this Ravens game. I will have egg on my
- 35:59Speaker 5: face and if I'm wrong, it won't matter because I'm
- 36:02Speaker 5: not here next week.
- 36:02Speaker 4: I'll be in London.
- 36:04Speaker 6: Well we're going to miss.
- 36:05Speaker 3: That was a massive flex on us. I won't be here.
- 36:08Speaker 3: They're sending me over to a couple of the important things.
- 36:12Speaker 3: All right, So mine we already talked about it. Ceed Lamb,
- 36:14Speaker 3: he's going to have at least six and a half receptions,
- 36:17Speaker 3: which means he's going to have at least seven receptions.
- 36:19Speaker 3: I already told you about the fact that he has
- 36:21Speaker 3: his streak going of more than four and thirty seven games.
- 36:24Speaker 3: But also they don't have anyone else, so it may
- 36:26Speaker 3: take a lot of tries but between he and his
- 36:29Speaker 3: tight end, you're going to have a really big output
- 36:32Speaker 3: from CD Lamb. And by the way, in this game,
- 36:33Speaker 3: also you know that TJ. Watt is half a sack
- 36:36Speaker 3: away from having one hundred sacks. This is this one
- 36:38Speaker 3: hundred and ninth game. So I would actually put those
- 36:41Speaker 3: two things together and write both of them down.
- 36:43Speaker 5: I love that over under CD Lamb targets in this game,
- 36:46Speaker 5: I'm going fifteen, Like it's just all see Lamb all
- 36:49Speaker 5: the time.
- 36:49Speaker 3: Fifteen conservative, Yeah.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Because like where else are they going to go?
- 36:54Speaker 2: We got no Brandon Cooks And this one might write
- 36:56Speaker 2: this down is going to be Javonte Lou Because there's
- 36:58Speaker 2: a lot of conversations about what's what's hard to do
- 37:01Speaker 2: in sports, and people say hitting a baseball is the
- 37:03Speaker 2: hardest thing to do. I think the hardest thing to
- 37:05Speaker 2: do is run for seventy seven yards when your offense
- 37:07Speaker 2: passes for sixty yards and has negative seven passing yards
- 37:11Speaker 2: in the first half, which Avonti Williams did against the
- 37:13Speaker 2: Jets was incredible to me, and over fifty two yards
- 37:16Speaker 2: feels like a reprieve for Javonte Williams. But the number
- 37:19Speaker 2: I'm wondering is Greg and the pints in London while
- 37:23Speaker 2: we're in missing Greg formation here.
- 37:24Speaker 5: Greg, well, you haven't hung out with me enough. I
- 37:27Speaker 5: guess because it's like over under half of pint. I
- 37:30Speaker 5: would say, we need to get you a bum bag.
- 37:33Speaker 5: Do not call it the thing Americans call it. You
- 37:34Speaker 5: cannot do that there.
- 37:35Speaker 4: That is wrong.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Nope, fanny packs, you can't call it in your own.
- 37:40Speaker 6: No right, say travels to Greg. We'll see you next week.
