- 1:42Speaker 2: Cover podcast.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Cover to Cover podcast. Come over, give it a listen.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Now, listen, we had an incident that happened about a
- 1:49Speaker 2: week and a half ago involving you. And I had
- 1:53Speaker 2: to share it with my people who many, we share
- 1:57Speaker 2: many audience members that love us both. Yeah. When I
- 2:01Speaker 2: started to talk about this story on Patreon and whatnot,
- 2:04Speaker 2: I started to see the comments. I panicked.
- 2:06Speaker 4: Okay.
- 2:06Speaker 2: And I felt I had to say, Stand down, Juicy Scoopers.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Stand down. Do not come after Chris Frangiolla.
- 2:13Speaker 3: I appreciate that.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Because Chris was on this show and very confidently told
- 2:21Speaker 2: us and me that I would love a movie called
- 2:26Speaker 2: Is This Thing On?
- 2:27Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Wait a minute.
- 2:29Speaker 4: All right.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I'm just, I'm going to say my piece and then
- 2:31Speaker 2: you're going to say your piece. Absolutely. So it's about standup.
- 2:34Speaker 2: It's about a guy going through a divorce. He's like,
- 2:36Speaker 2: it's very relatable. I think you'll like it. And I,
- 2:38Speaker 2: you know, I go, okay, fine. So then we're bored
- 2:42Speaker 2: one night and we turn on the TV and I go, oh,
- 2:46Speaker 2: this is that movie. Now it's free on streamers or whatever,
- 2:49Speaker 2: Netflix or whatever it was, um, that Chris said to watch.
- 2:54Speaker 2: So we start watching it and I'm like.
- 2:57Speaker 3: The text immediately.
- 2:59Speaker 2: No, I waited till the end. I waited till the end. Okay.
- 3:02Speaker 2: of watching it. And I just said, this isn't good.
- 3:06Speaker 2: And Drake was there, Drake witnessed your recommendation as many
- 3:10Speaker 2: juicy scoopers did. And he's, you sometimes get pissed at people.
- 3:15Speaker 2: You're like, why? This is, we will get into why
- 3:18Speaker 2: it's bad. Sorry, Will Arnett. It's not like you've had
- 3:20Speaker 2: me on smart list that I could give a shit.
- 3:21Speaker 2: It wasn't good. And so then I go, Drake, you
- 3:24Speaker 2: have to understand. I know Chris. Chris, this is what
- 3:28Speaker 2: I'm guessing.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Okay.
- 3:30Speaker 2: I am predicting that Chris was on the road for
- 3:34Speaker 2: a long, maybe three, four night weekend. He was by
- 3:38Speaker 2: himself and he was walking around with a big black coffee. Okay. Okay.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Not a Starbucks. 7-Eleven. Yeah.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:47Speaker 2: And he was like, maybe I'll just go see a movie.
- 3:50Speaker 2: And he goes to a movie alone at like 11 AM.
- 3:54Speaker 2: It's an 11 a.m. movie.
- 3:55Speaker 3: This is so dead on.
- 3:57Speaker 2: And he's like, this could be good. I just want
- 4:00Speaker 2: to get a cup of coffee, see a movie by myself. And,
- 4:04Speaker 2: you know, watching a movie about stand-up while you're doing stand-up,
- 4:09Speaker 2: maybe you're in a more emotional place, you're lonely, and
- 4:12Speaker 2: it tricks you into thinking, I think everyone would enjoy
- 4:17Speaker 2: this movie. Yeah. And you are wrong. Now explain yourself.
- 4:21Speaker 4: Okay.
- 4:21Speaker 5: You, uh, I was very excited to come here and
- 4:25Speaker 5: defend myself because a, you're 100% right. That was exactly
- 4:30Speaker 5: the scenario. I had been in a casino. I was
- 4:33Speaker 5: performing in a casino roar comedy club out there, uh,
- 4:37Speaker 5: on the East coast. And I was in the casino
- 4:40Speaker 5: for like three days, movie theater in the casino.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Everything was perfect.
- 4:43Speaker 5: 11 AM first show. Walked down from my room.
- 4:47Speaker 2: I cannot believe I was right about it at 11 a.m.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Everything was exactly dead on.
- 4:51Speaker 5: Coffee, you got it, nailed it. And then, of course,
- 4:54Speaker 5: I was excited because there was a stand-up element to
- 4:56Speaker 5: the movie.
- 4:56Speaker 3: This is great. Yeah, and then, of course, you know,
- 5:01Speaker 3: by yourself in a theater, you're watching. It hits you differently.
- 5:05Speaker 3: It hits you like plane movies hit you differently.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Exactly. Plane movies definitely hit you differently. I actually have
- 5:12Speaker 2: read that something about the evolution Yeah, elevation. Yeah. What's
- 5:17Speaker 2: the word? Evolution. Elevation. Whatever. Elevation. Yeah, elevation sometimes can
- 5:24Speaker 2: affect your moods. Also, when you're on a plane, you
- 5:27Speaker 2: kind of get emotional. You're like, when I land, is
- 5:30Speaker 2: my family going to be even alive? You think of
- 5:32Speaker 2: all these really bad things, at least I do. And
- 5:35Speaker 2: sometimes if you're in first class, you're maybe drinking a little,
- 5:38Speaker 2: and you're definitely less critical.
- 5:41Speaker 3: Of a movie.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Yeah. Absolutely.
- 5:43Speaker 2: The problem I have is I have extreme, which I
- 5:48Speaker 2: didn't even realize what this was until a couple of years, codependency.
- 5:52Speaker 2: When I bring someone to either watch something and I
- 5:55Speaker 2: think it's good and it's not good. And so I'm
- 6:00Speaker 2: worried about Drake not enjoying it or even if it's
- 6:05Speaker 2: just a half hour show that I'm like, have you seen?
- 6:07Speaker 2: And I just can tell the person's like, Maybe not
- 6:09Speaker 2: a comedian or they're just kind of like, what is this?
- 6:12Speaker 2: It bothers me.
- 6:13Speaker 3: I have it too.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Whatever that is. And this is why I now go
- 6:17Speaker 3: alone to everything. I do not.
- 6:20Speaker 5: I know I have weird quirks about certain concerts and
- 6:23Speaker 5: movies and I do not subject anyone else to my quirk.
- 6:26Speaker 5: I'm even, I'm even nervous about telling, you know, you
- 6:30Speaker 5: or somebody, but I don't believe that I said it was,
- 6:33Speaker 5: did I say you, it's a great movie?
- 6:35Speaker 2: I don't know if you said it was a great movie.
- 6:36Speaker 2: You said, I think he said, you, you said I
- 6:39Speaker 2: would like it, that I would like it, that I
- 6:41Speaker 2: would enjoy it. Yeah. And it was a complete opposite.
- 6:45Speaker 2: It like infuriated me.
- 6:47Speaker 5: And as you guys were texting me, you know, I
- 6:49Speaker 5: had forgotten about some of the details of it and
- 6:51Speaker 5: you guys were writing me more and more.
- 6:53Speaker 3: And I'm like, oh yeah, I did forget about that.
- 6:54Speaker 4: It was.
- 6:55Speaker 2: I mean, I went off, I wrote him like 30
- 6:58Speaker 2: messages because I was just like, what, what was wrong
- 7:00Speaker 2: with it? and i did talk about on my patreon
- 7:03Speaker 2: and people were like i i told my husband let's
- 7:06Speaker 2: watch it chris frangola said it was good and i
- 7:09Speaker 2: was like okay now you guys just please don't go
- 7:11Speaker 2: after did you get any messages.
- 7:13Speaker 5: Some people did write me they say i think heather
- 7:15Speaker 5: was wrong it was a good movie okay good good
- 7:17Speaker 5: i want to be wrong more than that than less
- 7:20Speaker 5: so there were some people said i did enjoy it
- 7:22Speaker 5: more than than heather did so we got that you.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Know this is what i think i think it's called is.
- 7:28Speaker 3: This thing on if you guys want to go check
- 7:29Speaker 3: it out yourself and.
- 7:30Speaker 2: This is the reason why when stand-ups get deals to
- 7:36Speaker 2: do shows about their lives, sitcoms, we always want to say, well,
- 7:42Speaker 2: my life is that I go on the road and
- 7:43Speaker 2: I'm a stand-up and, oh, this is how this crazy
- 7:46Speaker 2: bit happened, okay? What I have learned is when people,
- 7:52Speaker 2: people like to watch cooking shows because they like to
- 7:55Speaker 2: know how did you make that beef strobanoff, okay?
- 7:57Speaker 4: Uh-huh.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Nobody cares about how a joke was made. Nobody cares
- 8:03Speaker 2: except another comedian.
- 8:05Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Nobody cares. Nobody cares that someone stole your bit. Nobody cares.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Just make us laugh.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Right.
- 8:10Speaker 2: They, you know, if you cry, someone stole my bit.
- 8:13Speaker 2: They're like, you're a fucking rich comedian. You think I
- 8:15Speaker 2: give a shit? I didn't think the bit was good.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Like that's the comp. So the part of all. So.
- 8:20Speaker 2: But people that have never been stand-ups.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Like Bradley Cooper seems somewhat obsessed.
- 8:25Speaker 2: With stand-up comedies. Yes, people that are not stand-ups, but
- 8:27Speaker 2: they love comedy.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:29Speaker 2: It's like their dream to be a stand-up. So they
- 8:34Speaker 2: gravitate towards wanting to write a movie about stand-up. But
- 8:38Speaker 2: the circumstances of what happened in the movie are completely unrealistic,
- 8:42Speaker 2: which is Will Arnett is a finance bro. He's a
- 8:46Speaker 2: 50-year-old successful New York finance guy with a stay-at-home wife
- 8:51Speaker 2: and two kids. She says, I think our marriage is over.
- 8:56Speaker 2: And he's like, yeah, okay, no problem. He moves out
- 8:59Speaker 2: to an apartment where she can still live a stay-at-home life.
- 9:04Speaker 2: He buys her a beautiful car. He still is an
- 9:05Speaker 2: active dad. What scenario is this, by the way? Don't know.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Still great friends. Just two people after 30 years together, like,
- 9:16Speaker 2: you know what I was thinking? I think I'd like
- 9:19Speaker 2: to get divorced. I'm totally good with that.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 9:22Speaker 2: I don't feel fucked over. I don't feel cheated on.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Like let's just, and let me just keep you in
- 9:27Speaker 2: the beautiful house while I drive an hour to pick
- 9:29Speaker 2: up the kids for lunch. Then he stumbles in to
- 9:34Speaker 2: an open mic and just gets up there. And the
- 9:38Speaker 2: comedy seller.
- 9:39Speaker 5: By the way, which is a place, the hardest place,
- 9:41Speaker 5: top of the top. You got to be the best
- 9:42Speaker 5: of the best.
- 9:43Speaker 3: The best of the best comedy seller.
- 9:45Speaker 2: And it's always like, I could see how the director's
- 9:48Speaker 2: just like, oh, I love the banter of the comedians.
- 9:51Speaker 2: It was Bradley Cooper who was the director. I know.
- 9:53Speaker 2: And so it's like, and then he plays some weird,
- 9:56Speaker 2: like it reminds me of like, yeah, when someone's just like,
- 10:00Speaker 2: I want to play this crazy character that wears a wig.
- 10:03Speaker 2: And you're like, what? And then they just like create
- 10:05Speaker 2: a weird character. And you're like, what was this weird fantasy?
- 10:08Speaker 2: Like his character had nothing to do with the movie.
- 10:10Speaker 2: I'm like, if anything, his character who was like this
- 10:12Speaker 2: struggling actor should have been like kind of jealous of
- 10:15Speaker 2: his finance bro friend. And also that these eclectic, that
- 10:20Speaker 2: these people at all different walks of life, conservative finance
- 10:24Speaker 2: bro guy. a crazy actor, druggy guy, Bradley Cooper, and
- 10:30Speaker 2: then eccentric gay couple. The fact that the six of
- 10:33Speaker 2: these people for the last 30 years have gotten together
- 10:36Speaker 2: 10 times a year to hang out, no one's ever
- 10:39Speaker 2: made other friends that might be more into what they're
- 10:41Speaker 2: currently doing. Again, hate that element of a movie. We
- 10:45Speaker 2: go to the same lake every year. No, you don't. Yeah. No,
- 10:49Speaker 2: you don't.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Not in real life.
- 10:51Speaker 5: I feel like it's a plot line for a lot
- 10:52Speaker 5: of movies where a bunch of adults get a house together.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Yes.
- 10:56Speaker 3: I would ruin that movie in two minutes when people
- 10:58Speaker 3: would be like, and you stay in the upstairs room.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I'm like, no, I stay in a hotel and don't
- 11:02Speaker 3: deal with this bullshit.
- 11:03Speaker 5: Like, I'm not going to ask somebody if I can
- 11:05Speaker 5: have an apple or can I flush that toilet.
- 11:07Speaker 3: You know what I mean? Like, I'm not.
- 11:09Speaker 2: I've done it, and it was that Peter and I
- 11:12Speaker 2: didn't do enough housekeeping. It was my favorite story. We
- 11:16Speaker 2: didn't cook enough. The other people were up doing the breakfast,
- 11:19Speaker 2: doing the omelets. The next time I went out with
- 11:21Speaker 2: these people to a different place, I said, can we
- 11:23Speaker 2: please– work out my kitchen duty schedules because I cannot
- 11:28Speaker 2: have you guys talk shit about me that I didn't clean.
- 11:31Speaker 2: And then they said, oh, well, this place, we can
- 11:32Speaker 2: go to the country club or whatever and eat every day.
- 11:35Speaker 2: And I was like, okay, fine. But like, I, you know,
- 11:38Speaker 2: it just, it is a really hard thing. But of
- 11:40Speaker 2: course this couple, you know, like, everything's fine and and
- 11:44Speaker 2: then just the shots of him doing stand-up where it
- 11:46Speaker 2: was fucking up his nostril like why was the camera
- 11:49Speaker 2: that close like why did i have to count the
- 11:50Speaker 2: pores on his nose.
- 11:51Speaker 5: I think that you know bradley cooper was trying to
- 11:54Speaker 5: do artsy yeah and i was like it's this is
- 11:56Speaker 5: how intimate stand-up can be or something i don't know but.
- 12:00Speaker 2: I mean you tell me chris you're still out in the.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Streets well that's the reality of the.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Situation would would 35 year old up and coming millennial
- 12:12Speaker 2: type standups that are pretty good. Embrace a 50 year
- 12:16Speaker 2: old first time finance bro elitist in New York city,
- 12:21Speaker 2: trying to take stage time from them. Would they embrace
- 12:23Speaker 2: that person?
- 12:24Speaker 5: And the other thing was, which this is every standup
- 12:27Speaker 5: comedy movie, and there's quite a few of them strangely, but,
- 12:31Speaker 5: Every one of them, you watch the set and it's
- 12:33Speaker 5: supposed to be like a killer set, you know, in
- 12:35Speaker 5: the movie.
- 12:36Speaker 3: And you know, we all know.
- 12:38Speaker 5: The audience would have booed this guy off the stage.
- 12:41Speaker 5: Nobody's sitting there letting a guy work it out.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:43Speaker 3: You know, about some weird story about him and his wife.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:46Speaker 5: Like we you if you're not great. for every second
- 12:52Speaker 5: on stage, the audience will turn on you immediately.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Especially not knowing you. And then also just like, there's
- 12:59Speaker 2: always those elements of a standup movie. It's sadly depressing.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Just like, just like in, um, like there's always a part, like,
- 13:07Speaker 2: you know, like a stripper movie where there's an old
- 13:08Speaker 2: stripper who she's like, it's showtime. It's like way too
- 13:13Speaker 2: old to be like the stripper. And you're like, Oh God,
- 13:16Speaker 2: I don't want to become that.
- 13:17Speaker 3: I want to see that.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Element of the standup where the guy's like, you know
- 13:21Speaker 2: they're like waiting to go on and some guy has
- 13:23Speaker 2: like a crazy hat and he's got like a little
- 13:25Speaker 2: prop thing he's been doing the same act for 50
- 13:27Speaker 2: years and you're like as though punchline.
- 13:31Speaker 3: With oh with punchline is unwatchable that one.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Is sally field and it was kind of taking off
- 13:37Speaker 2: of like a a Joan Rivers or a Roseanne and
- 13:39Speaker 2: that the mom is the hilarious one and she does
- 13:42Speaker 2: this and the dad is like, John Goodman. Yeah, I
- 13:45Speaker 2: don't know if you can be gone every night when
- 13:47Speaker 2: we've got the little girls and then he sees how
- 13:48Speaker 2: funny she is and he's like, all right, we're going
- 13:50Speaker 2: to do it. And then they're like, you can, we
- 13:52Speaker 2: want you to come and do the tonight show. And
- 13:54Speaker 2: she's like, you know what? I'm just going to stay
- 13:55Speaker 2: in Philly. Yeah.
- 13:57Speaker 3: What?
- 14:00Speaker 2: There's just so many things about it that just infuriate me.
- 14:02Speaker 2: And then always there's the breaking point. We even saw it.
- 14:07Speaker 2: And the scene of where they don't know someone's in
- 14:09Speaker 2: the audience and they're ripping on them. We saw it
- 14:12Speaker 2: with Che Diaz, they stole, Bradley Cooper was watching and
- 14:18Speaker 2: just like that because Che Diaz got on stage and
- 14:21Speaker 2: made fun of Miranda and that she was a bad
- 14:24Speaker 2: lay as a non-binary person who was getting with a
- 14:31Speaker 2: fresh lesbian. She didn't know what she was doing. And
- 14:35Speaker 2: I'm like the same thing with this.
- 14:37Speaker 5: So I was just like- Your friends, if you have
- 14:42Speaker 5: any friends, they never come to your show. They come
- 14:45Speaker 5: to the first one that you ever did. We handed
- 14:47Speaker 5: out a flyer or something and then never to return,
- 14:50Speaker 5: which is a good thing.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Right. And so and that's but you got to do that.
- 14:54Speaker 2: You got to bring the people and then, you know,
- 14:57Speaker 2: and then hope that they like it. And. Yeah, but
- 15:02Speaker 2: all of a sudden that she also just stumbled in.
- 15:04Speaker 2: That she was like flirting with... Peyton Manning. Yeah, they
- 15:08Speaker 2: had to put him in it. And then he's like,
- 15:10Speaker 2: we're having fun. Let's get a drink. No one ever goes,
- 15:13Speaker 2: let's get a drink at an open mic comedy club
- 15:15Speaker 2: that we don't know that the people have ever been
- 15:17Speaker 2: in New York City when there's all these other cool
- 15:19Speaker 2: spots to go. You're not going to that just like
- 15:22Speaker 2: on a first date or whatever.
- 15:24Speaker 5: Well, also, I think this is probably a case of
- 15:28Speaker 5: Bradley Cooper at this point, big star.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:30Speaker 3: There's no, I think the yes, it's all yes men. Yes.
- 15:34Speaker 3: There's no, but nobody's saying no anymore. So that's why
- 15:36Speaker 3: you get that weird character. Oh, it's awesome. I love it.
- 15:39Speaker 3: The cowboy hat, everything about it. So funny.
- 15:42Speaker 5: And you know, once you start getting into that, yes,
- 15:44Speaker 5: people it's, I've seen, yes, people ruin so many careers.
- 15:48Speaker 5: Usually when you have like the one big hit, like
- 15:50Speaker 5: SARS born, the next one is all yes people. And
- 15:54Speaker 5: it's usually terrible.
- 15:56Speaker 2: This was literally like they were getting drunk one night
- 16:00Speaker 2: or smoking weed or whatever. And they're like, came up
- 16:03Speaker 2: with this movie idea. They're like, let's all work on
- 16:05Speaker 2: it together.
- 16:06Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:07Speaker 2: And we'll, you know, because we're famous stars, we'll shoot
- 16:10Speaker 2: it like real quick in New York City where we
- 16:13Speaker 2: want to be. We'll knock it out in three weeks
- 16:15Speaker 2: or whatever and make a lot of money. Everyone will
- 16:17Speaker 2: come see it. And you get to be like a
- 16:18Speaker 2: stand up and I get to be this other person.
- 16:21Speaker 2: And it's fine. I'll never get those two hours back.
- 16:24Speaker 2: But yeah. It's, uh, yeah. And then, and then the ending,
- 16:28Speaker 2: I don't care because I'm not, I'm not ruining the party.
- 16:31Speaker 3: No, it's not.
- 16:31Speaker 2: The ending, there's a, there's a kid, a scene where
- 16:34Speaker 2: the kids are in a band. Okay. And yeah, because
- 16:38Speaker 2: she's finally going back to work, which she's like a
- 16:42Speaker 2: coach for the Olympics team of a volleyball. And she
- 16:47Speaker 2: almost misses her kids major performance. Like if my kid
- 16:51Speaker 2: had a solo or something, uh, And I plan on going,
- 16:54Speaker 2: I wouldn't be late. Either I'd miss it altogether because
- 16:56Speaker 2: I was out of town. I wouldn't be late. She's
- 16:57Speaker 2: running and they're playing guitar, the two little boys. And
- 17:02Speaker 2: then there's these two other girls. I don't know whose
- 17:05Speaker 2: dad they were. I'm like, is that Northwest? Like you
- 17:08Speaker 2: fucking suck. Like why are these kids singing? They're so bad.
- 17:11Speaker 2: And I'm like, out of all the young like 12
- 17:14Speaker 2: year old kids that would have gotten a solo in
- 17:16Speaker 2: real life yeah that can kill it like so whatever
- 17:20Speaker 2: that was like some probably assistant directors kids and they're
- 17:23Speaker 2: lovely but I'm just saying we all saw through it
- 17:25Speaker 2: it was.
- 17:26Speaker 5: Awful all right well yeah go check it out well
- 17:30Speaker 5: now that we've said that my next recommendation yes is
- 17:34Speaker 5: a movie that you will certainly hate but I would
- 17:36Speaker 5: love for you to watch it I loved it.
- 17:39Speaker 3: Called Blue Moon Blue Moon.
- 17:41Speaker 5: Ethan Hawke Plays like this weird playwright. Takes place in
- 17:45Speaker 5: like one room in a bar in New York City.
- 17:48Speaker 3: You have to see. I want you just to watch
- 17:50Speaker 3: it just to.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Hate me even more. Is it available right now?
- 17:53Speaker 3: Available right now on all your streaming services. I watched
- 17:55Speaker 3: it on a plane. I watched it on a plane.
- 17:57Speaker 2: You gave me all the reasons why I shouldn't watch it.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Blue Moon.
- 18:00Speaker 3: Check it out.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Great movie.
- 18:02Speaker 4: All right.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Get ready to get your comments ready for Chris. If
- 18:07Speaker 2: you loved it or hated it. Yeah. Check it out.
- 18:10Speaker 2: Take your complaints. To his situation.
- 18:12Speaker 3: And if you guys would like to see the reality
- 18:14Speaker 3: of stand-up comedy, here's a couple of places you could.
- 18:17Speaker 5: See me live next week. April 15th, Wednesday night, I'll
- 18:22Speaker 5: be in Buffalo.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Buffalo, New York. I'll be at the Helium Comedy Club.
- 18:25Speaker 3: One night only. One show. Buffalo. Could you please buy
- 18:29Speaker 3: some tickets? I get the counts from my agents.
- 18:31Speaker 2: I'm like, really?
- 18:32Speaker 3: You're going to make me fly across the country for this?
- 18:34Speaker 3: So please.
- 18:35Speaker 5: Toronto, thank you. Toronto Comedy Bar in Toronto. There's only
- 18:39Speaker 5: like five tickets left. If you want to go get
- 18:41Speaker 5: those tickets, that's the next night. April 16th, Thursday.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Buffalo, make America great again and be as nice as
- 18:46Speaker 2: the Canadians that are buying the tickets. The Canadians bought
- 18:48Speaker 2: these tickets in a week. Don't you want to be
- 18:51Speaker 2: perceived as a nice... Do you want to be the
- 18:54Speaker 2: nicer Juicy Scooper person? Yes. Then the Canadians, come on.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 19:00Speaker 2: We have to be number one always.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Go on.
- 19:02Speaker 5: And then Friday night, April 17th, I'm at Rochester, New York.
- 19:06Speaker 5: This is always a tough sell for me. Comedy at
- 19:08Speaker 5: the Carlson. It's a Friday night, like the people ask.
- 19:12Speaker 3: I can't do weekdays.
- 19:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Friday night, Rochester. Here it is.
- 19:15Speaker 5: And then I'm back in Long Island in my hometown,
- 19:17Speaker 5: Long Island, May 1st and 2nd. I'm at Governor's Comedy Club, Belmore,
- 19:21Speaker 5: Long Island, called Brokerage Comedy Club, Governor's, May 1st and 2nd.
- 19:25Speaker 5: It's the Long Island show that everybody's been asking for
- 19:28Speaker 5: May 1st and 2nd. New York Comedy Club in Stanford,
- 19:30Speaker 5: Connecticut on April 30th.
- 19:32Speaker 2: And then to all the very lucky, lucky people that did,
- 19:36Speaker 2: as I said, and got the tickets right away for
- 19:40Speaker 2: the show May 9th, Netflix is a Joke in LA,
- 19:44Speaker 2: in which you'll be joining me.
- 19:45Speaker 3: I'm there.
- 19:46Speaker 2: And that is going to be a dream.
- 19:49Speaker 3: By the way.
- 19:50Speaker 2: That's going to be so fun. Sold out.
- 19:51Speaker 5: I've had so many people come up to me at
- 19:52Speaker 5: shows far away and tell me they're flying in for it.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Making a week, like an LA weekend.
- 19:58Speaker 2: I'm so incredibly honored and flattered since they had never
- 20:01Speaker 2: asked me to do anything before. Yeah. I loved that
- 20:04Speaker 2: the one time they did, we fucking killed it. So
- 20:06Speaker 2: thank you. Thank you. Thank you. The car is beautiful.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Where did you end up going for it? This exclusive
- 20:12Speaker 2: place that Dad has connections with. They have more cars
- 20:14Speaker 2: for more dealerships than like anywhere else. You have to
- 20:17Speaker 2: put me in touch. What's it called? It's Dune ADL.
- 20:21Speaker 4: Where?
- 20:22Speaker 2: Dune ADL. There's an accent on the E. Do you mean... Yes,
- 20:27Speaker 2: I got it on Dundale Cars.
- 20:29Speaker 4: Lift?
- 20:29Speaker 3: Please.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Are you going past Kimmage? Oh, Kimmage. No. Dundale Cars.
- 20:35Speaker 2: You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
- 20:38Speaker 4: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 20:41Speaker 4: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 20:44Speaker 4: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 20:48Speaker 4: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 20:54Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 20:57Speaker 2: filed against me.
- 20:58Speaker 3: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 21:00Speaker 3: what would you do if it was given back?
- 21:02Speaker 4: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 21:05Speaker 4: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 21:08Speaker 3: He said, I have a work dad.
- 21:09Speaker 4: I need a home dad.
- 21:10Speaker 2: What happens next?
- 21:11Speaker 3: When I came in, he started crying. Everybody in life
- 21:14Speaker 3: encounters hardships.
- 21:15Speaker 4: What defines them is not those hard moments that they
- 21:18Speaker 4: go through.
- 21:19Speaker 3: It's about what happens next.
- 21:21Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all. I realized how valuable
- 21:23Speaker 2: every day was. You're worth the work.
- 21:25Speaker 3: Listen, Dara, I'm not going to pull punches.
- 21:27Speaker 2: You can use your voice even if it shakes.
- 21:29Speaker 4: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 21:33Speaker 4: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 21:43Speaker 3: Okay.
- 21:44Speaker 2: Now I, I made Chris watch this and I know
- 21:46Speaker 2: many of your people are talking about it. It's a story,
- 21:49Speaker 2: you know, but he got a documentary and it's the
- 21:52Speaker 2: death and life of Lamar Odom. And it was about
- 21:56Speaker 2: hour and a half.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:57Speaker 2: So it's not multiple parts and it starts out cause
- 22:01Speaker 2: it's part of the sports thing. So it's really about
- 22:02Speaker 2: his sports and everything was really kind of interesting about
- 22:05Speaker 2: his life. And I mean, I just want to say
- 22:09Speaker 2: Khloe Kardashian, St. Khloe, patron Saint Of cheating, asshole, addict exes.
- 22:19Speaker 2: That is what she is going to be known as
- 22:22Speaker 2: when she gets sainted.
- 22:24Speaker 3: And also.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Which she will be, I believe.
- 22:26Speaker 5: I also feel like a saint for doing the documentary.
- 22:28Speaker 5: Like she could have been like, no, I'm done with
- 22:30Speaker 5: this chapter of my life.
- 22:31Speaker 2: I think that she did.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:33Speaker 2: Because she does still feel, she is still so sweet
- 22:37Speaker 2: that A, she wanted it. She knew she needed to
- 22:40Speaker 2: be a part of it for it to probably go.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Right.
- 22:42Speaker 2: She knows he needs the paycheck. But also I think
- 22:47Speaker 2: there were some false narratives that were perceived in the media,
- 22:51Speaker 2: which I'll get into, that didn't make her look like
- 22:53Speaker 2: a saint. And I think she wanted to clear those up.
- 22:56Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
- 22:56Speaker 2: Yeah. And so, you know, we get to where they
- 22:59Speaker 2: fall in love. And the story that we always, that
- 23:02Speaker 2: was it, is she went to this party. And he
- 23:05Speaker 2: saw her across the room.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Ron Artest, Metta World Peace.
- 23:08Speaker 4: Yes.
- 23:09Speaker 3: He's the one who had the party, which is all
- 23:10Speaker 3: cool to watch.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:12Speaker 3: But yeah, so he has a party and they hire
- 23:14Speaker 3: Khloe Kardashian.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Yeah, just to be co-hosted by Khloe Kardashian.
- 23:16Speaker 3: She gets five grand. 5,000 bucks, yeah.
- 23:18Speaker 2: She's like, okay, I'll go to this basketball thing. And
- 23:22Speaker 2: he immediately, you know, zooms in on her. And you
- 23:26Speaker 2: get from his ex-wife, who also was a part of
- 23:29Speaker 2: it and really quite classy and delightful.
- 23:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 23:32Speaker 2: And his kids. And he, you know, that he is
- 23:35Speaker 2: a charmer. He's a player. He, you know, he's not
- 23:38Speaker 2: just a catch because he's a famous basketball player, but like,
- 23:41Speaker 2: he just knows how to like love bomb. And so
- 23:45Speaker 2: I remember when I went out with Kris Jenner one
- 23:48Speaker 2: night for dinner and she's like, you're not going to
- 23:50Speaker 2: believe what's happening right now. Chloe is dating Lamar Odom.
- 23:55Speaker 2: I'm like, who's that? I had no idea.
- 23:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:58Speaker 2: This is, they'd only been dating like a week. And
- 24:01Speaker 2: she's like, you know, he's just so into her and
- 24:04Speaker 2: Lakers and all this stuff. So I look at my mom,
- 24:06Speaker 2: like this is, I'd already won a ring, all of
- 24:08Speaker 2: this before he met her. And then the thing happens,
- 24:12Speaker 2: we're going to get married. And the reason they were
- 24:15Speaker 2: going to get married was, She's like, we have to
- 24:17Speaker 2: get married on this date before he goes back to
- 24:21Speaker 2: like Laker training. And also this on this date, it's
- 24:23Speaker 2: his favorite number. And you, this was not in the,
- 24:27Speaker 2: in the doc, but this is just what I remember
- 24:28Speaker 2: from knowledge. And it was interesting because he played that
- 24:32Speaker 2: kind of shit with her throughout their relationship where he's like,
- 24:36Speaker 2: oh my God, I got high for three days because
- 24:39Speaker 2: it was the anniversary of my son's, my son who
- 24:41Speaker 2: died of SIDS. Oh my gosh, this is the same
- 24:45Speaker 2: time that my dad or my mother died. Like constantly.
- 24:49Speaker 2: So like she would just go, okay. So she really
- 24:52Speaker 2: did not even have a real boyfriend before meeting him.
- 24:56Speaker 2: And now I look back at the wedding and everything
- 24:59Speaker 2: and I'm like, oh, that's why Chris and the sisters
- 25:04Speaker 2: wore purple. Why they wore lavender? Because of the Lakers. Oh.
- 25:09Speaker 2: That's why that was that color.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Okay.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Chris immediately got a personalized license plate, Laker mom.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:15Speaker 2: Like didn't spell out the Lakers. Somehow she worked it
- 25:18Speaker 2: out that that was the personalized license plate that I remember,
- 25:21Speaker 2: like Laker mama. And I remember going on game and
- 25:26Speaker 2: all the other, the opposing time, they all had Chloe
- 25:29Speaker 2: faces for when he's playing to like- Make it like
- 25:33Speaker 2: he was so distracted by his mad love for her
- 25:35Speaker 2: that he couldn't play right if they put up her face.
- 25:38Speaker 2: It was such like a cute time. And now we
- 25:40Speaker 2: realize that cute time was so short.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:44Speaker 5: Well, it's wild to watch any documentary, of course, about
- 25:48Speaker 5: the Kardashians because there's been so many changes.
- 25:51Speaker 2: I mean, she really looks so different.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Just that and all of them.
- 25:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:55Speaker 5: You see Kim, you see, you know, Kourtney, and they're
- 25:58Speaker 5: all completely different people. And then of course you see
- 26:01Speaker 5: Bruce in several pictures and you're like, Oh yeah, I
- 26:06Speaker 5: forgot about that.
- 26:06Speaker 2: You can't talk about how much different, how different they
- 26:09Speaker 2: look like when you, when you think about the, the,
- 26:12Speaker 2: the patriarch of the family.
- 26:13Speaker 3: I know. And he was just like, Oh yeah, there's Bruce,
- 26:16Speaker 3: you know?
- 26:17Speaker 2: And I remember, you know, in the show and stuff, um,
- 26:20Speaker 2: there was this little thing does Bruce at the time,
- 26:23Speaker 2: walk Chloe down the aisle. And I don't know if
- 26:25Speaker 2: that was for the show or whatever, but then she
- 26:27Speaker 2: decides yes. And I remember he was like, you know,
- 26:31Speaker 2: he wants to live in a more, you know, he
- 26:34Speaker 2: doesn't want to spend so much on a house. And
- 26:36Speaker 2: he's like, I like this guy. I like this guy
- 26:38Speaker 2: that he's smart about money. And I'm like, and he
- 26:41Speaker 2: was snowing them all. He then reveals in this doc that,
- 26:46Speaker 2: he saw Chloe and was like, loved the fame that
- 26:50Speaker 2: the Lakers brought and was like, Ooh, I want that.
- 26:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:52Speaker 2: I want to elevate my life. I like the way
- 26:55Speaker 2: they live.
- 26:55Speaker 5: Several times throughout the, like, I wanted to be a list.
- 26:59Speaker 3: He says, am I a list now?
- 27:00Speaker 2: I got a documentary, but also it's like the, the
- 27:03Speaker 2: gift that Chris and all the girls have in like
- 27:07Speaker 2: being like, like homemakers. I mean, yes, they're rich, but the, she, they, Oh,
- 27:11Speaker 2: she was always like that even when they weren't rich.
- 27:14Speaker 2: And I remember when, um, Bruce at the time and
- 27:19Speaker 2: Caitlin and Chris broke up. Caitlin then said, you know,
- 27:25Speaker 2: she set me up in the house. She got her
- 27:26Speaker 2: team there. I walked in my new house in Malibu
- 27:29Speaker 2: or wherever he was staying. She was staying. And then
- 27:32Speaker 2: it was like the TV was remote. Like everything was done.
- 27:36Speaker 2: The furniture was done. Things were put away. There was
- 27:39Speaker 2: food in the fridge. Your cable is set up. Like
- 27:42Speaker 2: all the things that you're like, oh, what a nightmare.
- 27:44Speaker 2: Like she just knows how to do that. And So
- 27:47Speaker 2: then I love that Chloe was so honest about knowing
- 27:53Speaker 2: that he's out and cheating while they're filming. their chloe
- 27:57Speaker 2: lamar show.
- 27:59Speaker 5: Yeah i had forgotten they had that many shows like
- 28:01Speaker 5: courtney and chloe take miami yes there was a i
- 28:04Speaker 5: didn't realize there was that many spinoffs of that.
- 28:07Speaker 2: And that and that he wanted it like lamar wanted
- 28:10Speaker 2: it and then i do remember it all went to
- 28:13Speaker 2: shit not knowing what was really going behind the scenes
- 28:15Speaker 2: when he got traded to dallas dallas this is something
- 28:20Speaker 2: along with how a giant cruise ship is able to
- 28:23Speaker 2: sail and not sink to the ground. I still don't
- 28:25Speaker 2: understand how that is the case. I don't understand trading.
- 28:31Speaker 2: I don't understand how like you're doing a good job
- 28:34Speaker 2: and you're on the team. And then someone's like, Hey,
- 28:39Speaker 2: we'll give you this person. If you give us this person, don't,
- 28:43Speaker 2: I just don't understand it. I just don't get it.
- 28:45Speaker 2: Can you explain it to like a non-sports person how
- 28:48Speaker 2: that works?
- 28:50Speaker 5: Well, I mean, there's a million reasons that go into
- 28:52Speaker 5: why so much trade. Depending on the sport, it's different.
- 28:54Speaker 5: But in the case of Lamar Odom, I think there
- 28:57Speaker 5: was the fact that he was trouble. And I think
- 29:01Speaker 5: they probably knew that he.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Was doing drugs or something. So they wanted to get
- 29:04Speaker 2: rid of him. And then you're like, hey, instead of
- 29:07Speaker 2: just firing you, We put you on like, you know,
- 29:12Speaker 2: like a list where then another team can pick you up.
- 29:17Speaker 5: The GM will call and go, hey, do you need
- 29:19Speaker 5: this person or that person? And we got this person.
- 29:21Speaker 2: So even though you're like competing against these other teams,
- 29:25Speaker 2: you're still kind of helping them out because you're like,
- 29:28Speaker 2: I'll let you have my person. It's like the only
- 29:30Speaker 2: business there isn't like a non-compete clause.
- 29:34Speaker 3: There is some.
- 29:35Speaker 5: There are a lot of players that do a no-trade clause,
- 29:38Speaker 5: so they can't be traded.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 29:41Speaker 5: Yeah, so there is a no-trade clause in a lot
- 29:43Speaker 5: of contracts. However, do you remember Lamar Odom came from
- 29:47Speaker 5: when Shaquille O'Neal got traded because Shaquille and Kobe.
- 29:50Speaker 3: Didn't get along.
- 29:51Speaker 5: Shaquille went to the Miami Heat, and that's how Lamar
- 29:54Speaker 5: came to the Lakers to begin with in a trade.
- 29:57Speaker 2: So he goes to Dallas, and that's when– like I knew,
- 30:01Speaker 2: like I was close with them and it was like,
- 30:03Speaker 2: I knew things were not going well in Dallas and
- 30:06Speaker 2: it wasn't working out, but she was like, flying back
- 30:09Speaker 2: and trying to do Christmas Eve with the kids and
- 30:11Speaker 2: then going back to Dallas. Like she just was putting
- 30:15Speaker 2: him first, even though she knew he was doing drugs,
- 30:17Speaker 2: knew he was cheating. And then when they find out
- 30:20Speaker 2: he goes to big bear of all places to get
- 30:23Speaker 2: high with some chick who then calls Chris, finds his phone,
- 30:27Speaker 2: calls Chris, the other woman called him.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Yes.
- 30:29Speaker 2: Called Chris Jenner and Chloe and was like, I can't
- 30:34Speaker 2: take your man anymore. You need to pick him up.
- 30:36Speaker 2: He's freaking annoying. I don't want to be with him anymore.
- 30:39Speaker 3: And they went and got him.
- 30:41Speaker 2: They drove to Big Bear.
- 30:42Speaker 3: I know. First of all, it's like a hellish drive
- 30:45Speaker 3: into the mountains. And it's like three hours.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Like, why is he making... Again, if you're going to
- 30:51Speaker 2: fucking cheat and do all this shit, could you do
- 30:54Speaker 2: it in Encino? Like, why do I have to go
- 30:57Speaker 2: to Big Bear? Like, every single thing he did made
- 31:00Speaker 2: her life difficult. And then finally, I thought this part
- 31:05Speaker 2: was like really heartbreaking when they go, you got to have,
- 31:07Speaker 2: he's got to have an intervention. You're going to go in, Chloe,
- 31:10Speaker 2: and you're going to say, if you don't go to
- 31:14Speaker 2: this rehab, then I'll get a divorce. And he goes, okay, fine.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Let's get a divorce. And to me, that was just,
- 31:21Speaker 2: it was so sad because I really, I don't think
- 31:25Speaker 2: he loved her. I don't think he cared that much
- 31:27Speaker 2: about her. I think she was a disposable woman in
- 31:31Speaker 2: his life. That it wasn't like this, oh my God,
- 31:34Speaker 2: I'm pining for you for the rest of my life.
- 31:36Speaker 2: She was replaceable. And I just thought that must have really,
- 31:41Speaker 2: that must have fucked her up more than anything else.
- 31:43Speaker 2: Because she was putting up with all this stuff thinking
- 31:46Speaker 2: that she was the love of his life. And I
- 31:48Speaker 2: don't think she was. I don't think he's even capable
- 31:51Speaker 2: of loving anyone but himself. I think he's awful.
- 31:54Speaker 3: Yeah. Really, I kind of had a different. Okay.
- 31:57Speaker 5: When I finished it, I kind of felt bad for
- 31:59Speaker 5: the guy. I mean, I guess I never looked at
- 32:02Speaker 5: it in that way, but yeah, I felt bad for
- 32:04Speaker 5: the guy. I didn't realize his early life was as
- 32:08Speaker 5: bad as it was.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Well, let me tell you a few more things that
- 32:11Speaker 2: people don't also know that were the details of the thing.
- 32:14Speaker 2: So then he goes, so they're filed for divorce. It's
- 32:17Speaker 2: not done yet. And he goes on his binge. to
- 32:19Speaker 2: the bunny ranch and, you know, almost dies. They don't
- 32:22Speaker 2: know what to do with this giant body. They can't
- 32:24Speaker 2: get into the ambulance. And everybody's praying for Lamar. We
- 32:27Speaker 2: really think he's going to die. And I remember like
- 32:30Speaker 2: being involved in that and being like, oh my God,
- 32:31Speaker 2: this is so horrible. But I mean, she was divorcing him. Like,
- 32:34Speaker 2: this is crazy that they're all so like loving and
- 32:36Speaker 2: forgiving and like caring about his life. And then there
- 32:39Speaker 2: were stories that it was like, oh, Chloe's not letting
- 32:43Speaker 2: these other people see him. And so I think that's
- 32:45Speaker 2: part of the reason why she did the doc is
- 32:47Speaker 2: because she made it very clear, like, I realized there
- 32:50Speaker 2: were people coming in, like giving him drugs. Yeah. And
- 32:53Speaker 2: so she's like, I had to put my foot down.
- 32:56Speaker 2: And she did say, the dad said, don't resuscitate him.
- 33:00Speaker 2: I want to get the life insurance.
- 33:01Speaker 3: And then she took a pair of Nikes. That was
- 33:05Speaker 3: my favorite part, the picture of the dad. Now I
- 33:08Speaker 3: want to see a whole documentary on him.
- 33:09Speaker 2: He was a drug addict too.
- 33:12Speaker 3: Obviously by his outfit.
- 33:13Speaker 2: And so it was like, You know, and that was
- 33:15Speaker 2: another excuse. Well, my dad was a drug addict, so
- 33:17Speaker 2: I'm a drug addict, you know, like sins of the
- 33:19Speaker 2: father or whatever. And so then she's like, what do
- 33:21Speaker 2: you need? Nike's a hundred bucks in a hotel room.
- 33:23Speaker 3: Done.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Like just get the hell out. And then there were these,
- 33:26Speaker 2: you know, and there was this guy that like was
- 33:28Speaker 2: on the show that was clearly his buddy from home
- 33:32Speaker 2: that they would do drugs together.
- 33:33Speaker 3: His name was Pumpkin.
- 33:35Speaker 2: I don't know if it was Pumpkin or somebody or
- 33:37Speaker 2: it might have been another friend that I remember from
- 33:39Speaker 2: the show. They had this friend and he was supposed
- 33:41Speaker 2: to be running Lamar's merch. And there was a whole
- 33:45Speaker 2: storyline where like Chloe was like, you're not selling any t-shirts.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I'd like to live here and you party with him.
- 33:51Speaker 2: And like, this isn't working out. Like you show her
- 33:53Speaker 2: trying to put her foot down. Meanwhile, she would make
- 33:56Speaker 2: like homemade fried chicken and sweet potatoes and all his
- 33:59Speaker 2: favorite things. And, and, you know, he like would eat
- 34:03Speaker 2: all this candy and never been to a dentist. And
- 34:05Speaker 2: she was like, can we get Lamar to a dentist?
- 34:08Speaker 2: Like every little thing that she did, I was just like,
- 34:10Speaker 2: Oh my God. And so then She takes care of it,
- 34:13Speaker 2: is there for four months. They set, he gets better.
- 34:16Speaker 2: They then, she then furnishes him in a house where
- 34:19Speaker 2: they use their team because he's like seven feet tall.
- 34:23Speaker 2: Beds have to be specially made, couches, furniture. It's all
- 34:26Speaker 2: custom for him, which wasn't in the show, but I
- 34:28Speaker 2: remember that. And then she says, I go to visit,
- 34:32Speaker 2: see how he's doing. And once you know the smell
- 34:37Speaker 2: of crack, you don't forget it. And she smells the
- 34:39Speaker 2: smell of crack. Someone got him crack. And then he goes,
- 34:43Speaker 2: I mean, what kind of person gives me crack? Yeah.
- 34:46Speaker 2: He immediately blamed the hardworking drug dealer that, you know,
- 34:51Speaker 2: somehow managed to get through the gates of Calabasas to
- 34:53Speaker 2: give you the drugs. Like I just, and so then, um,
- 34:58Speaker 2: I just thought the end, he's done some interviews since.
- 35:00Speaker 2: And they're like, again, people are like, wow, that have
- 35:02Speaker 2: watched it.
- 35:03Speaker 3: Wow.
- 35:03Speaker 2: St. Chloe, like my God. And she really saved you.
- 35:07Speaker 2: And he's like, um, no, I think it was God. Yeah. No,
- 35:11Speaker 2: it really wasn't. God was inside of Chloe. Okay. And that's,
- 35:16Speaker 2: was your angel.
- 35:17Speaker 3: Okay.
- 35:17Speaker 2: The actual person that embodies that. It just pissed me off.
- 35:21Speaker 5: I feel sorry for, well, the subtitle guy when Lamar
- 35:25Speaker 5: wrote him talked, cause I had to turn on those.
- 35:27Speaker 5: I forgot how hard he was to understand. Remember people
- 35:30Speaker 5: used to joke about that on Kardashian.
- 35:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:31Speaker 2: We would say, how are we going to see a
- 35:33Speaker 2: whole show.
- 35:33Speaker 3: When he needs subtitles?
- 35:35Speaker 2: He mumbles.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 35:36Speaker 5: And then this time I was like, I don't even
- 35:38Speaker 5: know if the subtitle people can make out some of
- 35:39Speaker 5: those words that he was trying to say.
- 35:41Speaker 2: Something weird happened with my peacock when I watched the
- 35:44Speaker 2: Bravo and I don't know how to fix it, but
- 35:46Speaker 2: it's like, I have this weird narrator girl. So I'll
- 35:50Speaker 2: be watching like real housewives of Beverly Hills. And instead of,
- 35:53Speaker 2: It's subtitles plus someone reading the subtitles.
- 35:57Speaker 3: Oh, really? I think that's for blind people.
- 36:00Speaker 2: It's so weird. It'll be like, Kyle Richards' eyes widen.
- 36:06Speaker 2: And they'll show Kyle's eyes widening. And then you hear
- 36:09Speaker 2: Kyle talk.
- 36:10Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 36:10Speaker 2: That's crazy. And then you know how they show scenes
- 36:13Speaker 2: of Beverly Hills shopping, whatever. They'll be like, people shop
- 36:18Speaker 2: in Beverly Hills. A small dog pees. A pool is shown.
- 36:23Speaker 2: An airplane going oversight.
- 36:25Speaker 3: You're right.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Maybe I'm just watching for blind people.
- 36:29Speaker 3: You must have a blind people button.
- 36:31Speaker 2: Every time I turn it on, I'm like, oh, God.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Now I have to like. like I have to call
- 36:36Speaker 2: Drake and say, how do I turn that? And I
- 36:37Speaker 2: just listened to this weird voice.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Cause I'm like, Oh, that I didn't even know my
- 36:41Speaker 3: TV had such a thing.
- 36:42Speaker 2: Did you catch the very end of the Lamar part
- 36:45Speaker 2: where the, he's like, are we done? And then he goes,
- 36:47Speaker 2: let's go to Vegas and party. He said, I want
- 36:49Speaker 2: to get married and party. Yeah. So I'm like, this
- 36:52Speaker 2: is the guy who runs rehabs. I don't think he's sober.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 36:55Speaker 2: That's my opinion.
- 36:56Speaker 3: He lives near me. Cause I see him quite a bit.
- 37:00Speaker 5: And I'm here to tell you, uh, first of all,
- 37:03Speaker 5: His car doesn't look like he's straightened his life out.
- 37:06Speaker 5: He is in some real piece of shit like Pathfinder
- 37:10Speaker 5: or something.
- 37:11Speaker 3: An old one.
- 37:12Speaker 5: And we saw him in the morning at this coffee
- 37:15Speaker 5: place I go to. And I have my daughter with me.
- 37:16Speaker 5: And I told my daughter, like, let's play with the Lakers.
- 37:19Speaker 5: Then some guy comes in.
- 37:21Speaker 3: He goes, oh, Lamar.
- 37:22Speaker 5: He did not want to talk to anybody. He was
- 37:24Speaker 5: just like, yeah, bro, and got in the car and
- 37:26Speaker 5: took off. So I've seen him a bunch. So I'm signing, like,
- 37:29Speaker 5: contracts on the hood of a car in a 7-Eleven
- 37:31Speaker 5: parking lot. Listen, is he, I don't think he's on
- 37:34Speaker 5: the straight and narrow, whatever.
- 37:36Speaker 2: I also just think like for Chloe, like there was
- 37:38Speaker 2: this other time on Keeping Up recently, or now it's
- 37:42Speaker 2: just called the Kardashians, where she and her best friend
- 37:45Speaker 2: Malika go and meet. And that was, you know, I
- 37:48Speaker 2: guess this doc came after that, where she kind of
- 37:51Speaker 2: has a moment. And again, I think it was, she
- 37:53Speaker 2: was throwing him a bone. And I remember she one time,
- 37:56Speaker 2: she uses that like expression because I remember she was
- 37:58Speaker 2: dating that French Montana. And I go, are you into him?
- 38:01Speaker 2: She goes, no. but kim was like oh chloe throw
- 38:05Speaker 2: him a bone like she threw him a bone and
- 38:09Speaker 2: to so that he could get 10k for the shoot
- 38:11Speaker 2: or whatever it was and she could also like kind
- 38:14Speaker 2: of rip him a new asshole because she was like
- 38:16Speaker 2: brought up this whole thing like i furnished you in
- 38:19Speaker 2: a house i visited you every day and then some
- 38:21Speaker 2: people tried to act like i was trying to keep
- 38:23Speaker 2: your you know ex and your your teenage kids from
- 38:26Speaker 2: you which was never the case and um but yeah,
- 38:31Speaker 2: he didn't want any of them at the, at the wedding,
- 38:33Speaker 2: his family. He said, my family didn't come to the
- 38:35Speaker 2: wedding or no, the family said we weren't invited. You
- 38:38Speaker 2: know that I don't, there's no way that that was
- 38:41Speaker 2: not the Kardashians doing that. That was him. And they
- 38:43Speaker 2: planned the wedding in nine days at Irving Azoff's house. And,
- 38:47Speaker 2: and by the way, here we are, here's Peter at
- 38:50Speaker 2: the wedding. Oh yeah.
- 38:51Speaker 3: I saw that you guys in the background.
- 38:53Speaker 2: Here's Phil Jackson. Here's my hair. That's me.
- 38:56Speaker 3: Yeah. That's pretty good.
- 38:57Speaker 2: And, um, And I also just wanted to bring this.
- 39:00Speaker 2: This was also from the wedding.
- 39:03Speaker 3: With the purple. Zoom in on this.
- 39:06Speaker 2: This is the notepad of Chloe and Lamar. September 27th, 2009. Yes.
- 39:13Speaker 3: Put that on eBay. Especially after this documentary came out.
- 39:17Speaker 2: I think I saw the Unbreakable perfume somewhere too. That
- 39:21Speaker 2: was their unisex perfume.
- 39:24Speaker 3: What does that smell like?
- 39:25Speaker 2: Crack.
- 39:26Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Was the smell. That was the smell. In testing, in
- 39:32Speaker 2: going around and testing, you know, they're always like, when
- 39:34Speaker 2: you ever have someone do like a scent thing, you're like,
- 39:36Speaker 2: what are you attracted to? Or even when you get
- 39:38Speaker 2: a massage, they're like, do you want the lavender or
- 39:40Speaker 2: the vanilla? And so like, and then that somehow is
- 39:42Speaker 2: the smell that he was attracted to. And then they
- 39:45Speaker 2: realized after they made the perfume, they're like, Rarely smells
- 39:49Speaker 2: like burnt crack.
- 39:51Speaker 3: I also had a couple of weird reactions.
- 39:53Speaker 5: As a guy, as an old dad with a six-year-old daughter,
- 39:57Speaker 5: there were several times throughout this documentary where I heard,
- 40:00Speaker 5: and then he just stayed in the bathroom for three
- 40:02Speaker 5: days and didn't come out. Or he went to the
- 40:05Speaker 5: back house of a whore house and stayed there. Both
- 40:09Speaker 5: times I was like, God, that sounds amazing. I would
- 40:12Speaker 5: love to stay in the bathroom for three days with
- 40:15Speaker 5: the door shut and nobody bothering me.
- 40:17Speaker 2: I think that too. When someone's like, I couldn't get
- 40:18Speaker 2: out of bed for three days. I was like, oh
- 40:20Speaker 2: my God. There's only been a few times that I've
- 40:23Speaker 2: had like something like slightly medical or whatever, where I
- 40:26Speaker 2: would get like a painkiller. And I was like, oh
- 40:28Speaker 2: my God, I can't believe I'm this tired. I love
- 40:32Speaker 2: feeling this tired.
- 40:34Speaker 3: I love pain.
- 40:35Speaker 2: Sleeping i love taking a nap because in my normal
- 40:38Speaker 2: life i never nap me neither i am never feeling
- 40:42Speaker 2: overly tired ever and so the few times that i
- 40:45Speaker 2: felt overly tired i'm like this is heaven this is
- 40:48Speaker 2: like i get why people get.
- 40:50Speaker 3: Addicted anytime anytime even like trapped in the woods four
- 40:54Speaker 3: days i was trapped in the woods i'm like i'll
- 40:56Speaker 3: take it i'll take.
- 40:58Speaker 2: It oh my god um Okay. Uh, what do we think?
- 41:05Speaker 2: So Kanye came out and sold two nights at. So
- 41:10Speaker 2: if I stated made $ 33 million, people so excited to hear. Ding. Ding.
- 41:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Ding.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Ding.
- 41:21Speaker 2: Ding. Ding.
- 41:23Speaker 3: Ding. Good song.
- 41:25Speaker 2: Ding.
- 41:26Speaker 3: Right at you.
- 41:27Speaker 2: Right at you. I agree. I get wet. I get tingles.
- 41:31Speaker 2: I get it. Um, He's walking on this thing that
- 41:35Speaker 2: looks like a sphere, but obviously it's not really turning
- 41:38Speaker 2: around because he's not a fucking Cirque du Soleil acrobat.
- 41:41Speaker 2: So it's an illusion. It's an illusion that he's on
- 41:44Speaker 2: a normal stage, but it looks like he's spinning. North
- 41:47Speaker 2: comes out and she performs I'm Your Miss Bestie, Westie, whatever, good.
- 41:54Speaker 2: And everyone loved it. And then... the UK was like,
- 41:59Speaker 2: you know what? Like maybe the fact that he was selling,
- 42:02Speaker 2: you know, the Nazi signed t-shirts and things and all
- 42:07Speaker 2: the horrible anti-Semitic things he said, we actually don't want
- 42:12Speaker 2: him to come to the UK. And therefore the entire
- 42:15Speaker 2: wireless festival has been canceled that he was going to
- 42:18Speaker 2: perform in. Yeah. How would you feel if you were
- 42:20Speaker 2: one of the other people on that bill?
- 42:22Speaker 3: Right.
- 42:23Speaker 2: That would suck. I know. But I think it's great.
- 42:27Speaker 2: I think it's great. I think it's great that they
- 42:30Speaker 2: just said, no, we're not doing it. Like we're not
- 42:32Speaker 2: going to do it. This is just, I mean, a
- 42:36Speaker 2: lot of people, I mean, it's amazing how many men
- 42:39Speaker 2: can do awful things and everyone just forgives them from like,
- 42:41Speaker 2: you know, comedians to this, to whatever, like, let's just
- 42:45Speaker 2: forget it. Let's just keep going. You know, then other
- 42:48Speaker 2: people will, you know, that are women will say one
- 42:51Speaker 2: wrong thing and it's like, you're done forever. Banished, banished
- 42:55Speaker 2: to move to Ireland or something. Yeah. Like you, you
- 42:59Speaker 2: said something that was anti something that nothing to the
- 43:02Speaker 2: level of what he did. Um, he did do an apology.
- 43:06Speaker 5: How, how does he, is he now saying about the,
- 43:10Speaker 5: the Hitler stuff? Is he saying I was on medication?
- 43:14Speaker 2: He just says, I regret it. And it was like a,
- 43:18Speaker 2: an ad that he put in a paper and it
- 43:20Speaker 2: was just like a little thing that was like, I
- 43:22Speaker 2: was in a four month manic episode. Yeah. But I
- 43:26Speaker 2: feel like it wasn't just those four months. I feel
- 43:28Speaker 2: like he was saying shit like that like three years ago.
- 43:32Speaker 2: And then it just got to the peak when he
- 43:35Speaker 2: actually made the merch.
- 43:37Speaker 3: That he showed on a commercial like on the Super
- 43:39Speaker 3: Bowl or something. Didn't he show that shirt?
- 43:42Speaker 2: Maybe he paid for that. The thing that is so
- 43:45Speaker 2: awful is that in this world, and I am going
- 43:49Speaker 2: to get a little serious this moment. The Holocaust, never
- 43:54Speaker 2: forget is a reason because there was a fear that
- 43:57Speaker 2: one day a generation would forget. Right. And we're fucking there.
- 44:02Speaker 2: Like we're almost there. And so someone that's that powerful
- 44:06Speaker 2: and that influential and like the Picasso of our time,
- 44:08Speaker 2: as far as the Mozart art of our time, I
- 44:11Speaker 2: think we have to really be, take it seriously because
- 44:14Speaker 2: they can influence people to think that this didn't really
- 44:18Speaker 2: happen and that this isn't, and this could end, it
- 44:20Speaker 2: can happen again. Right. Because we're going to push this out,
- 44:24Speaker 2: this propaganda that got them there in the first place.
- 44:27Speaker 3: Now, why did SoFi take them? I mean, cause it's
- 44:31Speaker 3: how fucking Hollywood, they don't give a shit.
- 44:34Speaker 2: They don't give a shit. And they're just like, well,
- 44:36Speaker 2: he said he was sorry. He did an ad. He
- 44:37Speaker 2: wrote an ad and he said he was sorry, but
- 44:39Speaker 2: I just think it's something that is just beyond.
- 44:43Speaker 5: Like I just, I guess he went up at the
- 44:45Speaker 5: improv last night and the night before too.
- 44:47Speaker 3: No, he really did.
- 44:47Speaker 2: Wait, really?
- 44:48Speaker 3: Dean Cole, the comedian Dean Cole.
- 44:50Speaker 5: Brought him up on stage like last night or the
- 44:52Speaker 5: night before I saw pictures at the improv. So a
- 44:56Speaker 5: lot of comedians like really now we're bringing Kanye into the,
- 45:00Speaker 5: place so i just it's wild yeah.
- 45:03Speaker 2: And i think the only way that people just want
- 45:05Speaker 2: to go look i just don't even want to speak
- 45:07Speaker 2: on it or he's so powerful and who cares and
- 45:09Speaker 2: just but gosh i saw i saw those videos of
- 45:12Speaker 2: just you know people just loving it and going to
- 45:14Speaker 2: see him and okay i mean it just it goes
- 45:17Speaker 2: to show you that no one if you if you're
- 45:20Speaker 2: believe that you can't be canceled and you just keep
- 45:22Speaker 2: going most likely you won't be canceled unless you're like
- 45:25Speaker 2: behind bars and what he did is not a crime. Uh,
- 45:30Speaker 2: it's horrible, but like, I don't know. And just embarrassing
- 45:33Speaker 2: and awful. And I think he has to do a
- 45:36Speaker 2: lot more. Like, I think he has to really like
- 45:39Speaker 2: do an interview and just go, I'm just horror, but
- 45:42Speaker 2: maybe he's not. That's what I think. I don't, I
- 45:44Speaker 2: do think he still thinks that way.
- 45:46Speaker 3: Right.
- 45:47Speaker 2: But he has to sit with a doctor who has
- 45:49Speaker 2: to explain what his condition is. He also said he's autistic.
- 45:54Speaker 2: And I mean, let's not make it that that's a
- 45:57Speaker 2: condition of people who have autism because that's certainly not.
- 46:00Speaker 2: But like, whatever's wrong with it. I mean, clearly, yeah,
- 46:03Speaker 2: he has issues. but that was just such a weird
- 46:07Speaker 2: time and crazy. And then he's still with the Bianca.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Bianca Sensori.
- 46:11Speaker 2: Yeah. And she's still, you know, wearing some camel toe
- 46:15Speaker 2: and in outfits and, and the kids are around. And
- 46:18Speaker 2: I mean, I just hope it was worth it.
- 46:21Speaker 3: Anybody who went to the shows.
- 46:23Speaker 4: No.
- 46:24Speaker 2: No, I, I, no, I have no desire. I like,
- 46:27Speaker 2: you know, I would not want to support any of that.
- 46:30Speaker 2: I've always thought his clothes, everything was weird. I did
- 46:33Speaker 2: meet him many, many years ago when he was first
- 46:36Speaker 2: dating Kim. It was like at Chloe's, I mean at, uh,
- 46:39Speaker 2: Courtney's baby shower. And he was a smiley delight. I
- 46:43Speaker 2: met him once as well.
- 46:45Speaker 3: And he was a smiley delight to me too. Actually
- 46:48Speaker 3: overly friendly. Yeah.
- 46:50Speaker 5: We wrote on the MTV movie music awards and he
- 46:54Speaker 5: was like super nice.
- 46:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 46:56Speaker 3: That was like right after.
- 46:57Speaker 2: I'm sure that's what she fell in love with. I
- 46:59Speaker 2: don't think she, I don't think any of the family
- 47:02Speaker 2: saw that side of him until, but it were, it
- 47:06Speaker 2: was a classic thing where all of a sudden he
- 47:08Speaker 2: changes her clothes. Then everything in the house has to
- 47:11Speaker 2: be beige. Then North gets born. She can't wear anything pink.
- 47:15Speaker 2: We knew that like before buying gifts, it has to
- 47:17Speaker 2: be brown, black or beige. And she's a little girl.
- 47:21Speaker 2: I'm like, well, one day she might want to wear
- 47:23Speaker 2: a color. Now she's blue hair. Good for her. But like,
- 47:25Speaker 2: it was just, it was a slowly allowing that to happen.
- 47:28Speaker 2: And it's just kind of, thank God she got out.
- 47:32Speaker 2: But I mean, I just don't think there could be
- 47:34Speaker 2: a worse person to co-parent with. And I've said that
- 47:36Speaker 2: over and over than Kanye West. Like, how do you
- 47:39Speaker 2: even explain that? to your friends who are Jewish or
- 47:43Speaker 2: your manager or your agent or your neighbor or your
- 47:46Speaker 2: kid's parents' friends. Oh, we're going to go to Kanye's concert.
- 47:49Speaker 2: And they're like, um.
- 47:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but like, it's Saint's dad. He's going to get
- 47:56Speaker 2: his ticket.
- 47:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:59Speaker 2: And then what about the Jewish people that are just like,
- 48:01Speaker 2: I still like the songs and I don't care. Maybe
- 48:03Speaker 2: that's your prerogative.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Some people don't like that.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Listen, when I see the video of the ding, ding, ding,
- 48:08Speaker 2: I'm like, I'm going to listen to this song.
- 48:11Speaker 5: I mean, it is weird how we draw our lines,
- 48:13Speaker 5: you know? I mean, Michael Jackson is still Michael Jackson.
- 48:16Speaker 5: There's a movie coming out next week, you know?
- 48:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:18Speaker 3: But, you know, and I'm not saying that I'm just...
- 48:21Speaker 3: That's the thing.
- 48:22Speaker 2: You can go. You can go. You can go to...
- 48:25Speaker 2: see louis ck you can book louis ck you can
- 48:27Speaker 2: do you can go love a woody allen movie you
- 48:30Speaker 2: can you know i mean it it is what it
- 48:32Speaker 2: is but.
- 48:34Speaker 5: Right i try to uh yeah only see movies directed
- 48:38Speaker 5: by bradley cooper wait i hope nothing comes out about
- 48:42Speaker 5: him because i gotta see all his movies isn't.
- 48:45Speaker 2: It weird that he's like been dating gg hadid for
- 48:47Speaker 2: years a long time yeah i hear stories about that.
- 48:51Speaker 3: Oh you really Just there's always.
- 48:53Speaker 2: Been rumors about him maybe not being.
- 48:57Speaker 5: I've heard all those rumors too, but I hear that
- 48:58Speaker 5: about everybody.
- 48:59Speaker 2: But I also think, yeah, like who cares? Who knows?
- 49:01Speaker 2: I always just feel like a thing like that can't
- 49:03Speaker 2: go on that long if it's not real.
- 49:06Speaker 3: Eventually you see him somewhere, you know?
- 49:08Speaker 2: Yeah. So is the Pedro Pascal guy, is he like
- 49:11Speaker 2: 100% gay? What is that?
- 49:13Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 49:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:15Speaker 3: I saw those pictures too.
- 49:16Speaker 2: But like he wasn't gay and then it was just like,
- 49:17Speaker 2: here's my boyfriend, but he doesn't say it's his boyfriend.
- 49:19Speaker 3: I don't think he saw those people.
- 49:20Speaker 5: Where he knew what he was because he was not
- 49:22Speaker 5: that big a star where you followed his personal life.
- 49:24Speaker 2: Some people think he's a plant, an industry plant, because
- 49:26Speaker 2: he fell out of the sky out of nowhere and
- 49:28Speaker 2: it was just the biggest thing. But I'm like, but
- 49:30Speaker 2: that's also... Everybody falls out of the sky out of nowhere.
- 49:33Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. He was on Narcos and it was a
- 49:36Speaker 3: big hit.
- 49:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, that can happen. You get one big
- 49:38Speaker 2: show and then you do get... And timing is right
- 49:42Speaker 2: and you get the good team behind you and... You
- 49:44Speaker 2: get a few and you can pop.
- 49:46Speaker 3: How come it never happened?
- 49:46Speaker 2: I never understood it.
- 49:47Speaker 3: Never happened to us. I never had a good team
- 49:49Speaker 3: behind me.
- 49:50Speaker 2: I also don't understand an industry plant. That doesn't make
- 49:52Speaker 2: any sense. No. Because the industry is so broad. It's
- 49:56Speaker 2: not three people.
- 49:57Speaker 3: Right.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Like going, okay, the person this year is Sidney Sweeney.
- 50:01Speaker 2: It's just not that. So that I don't agree with.
- 50:05Speaker 5: By the way, I don't know if you've heard that.
- 50:06Speaker 5: I heard now people saying that Sidney Sweeney.
- 50:10Speaker 3: Is a man. Again? Yeah, this is the latest one.
- 50:15Speaker 3: She's a man, baby. I know.
- 50:18Speaker 5: I'm like, wait a minute of all the people. She
- 50:21Speaker 5: doesn't seem like she's got any manly features at all.
- 50:24Speaker 2: Absolutely not.
- 50:25Speaker 3: Yeah. So, all right. We're good on that one?
- 50:27Speaker 2: We're good on that one.
- 50:28Speaker 3: I hope so.
- 50:28Speaker 2: Speaking of this.
- 50:29Speaker 3: Oh, this will lead us perfectly into this.
- 50:31Speaker 2: This is, you know, this is from last week, but
- 50:33Speaker 2: I just had to get your take on it. Kristi Noem,
- 50:37Speaker 2: who has been fired for her job in in the
- 50:41Speaker 2: administration because I was like, what, what, what was it
- 50:47Speaker 2: really that fired her? And it was that she did
- 50:49Speaker 2: an ad campaign that put her face on Mount Rushmore
- 50:52Speaker 2: and it cost $ 230 million.
- 50:54Speaker 3: Yeah. She was riding a horse through the woods.
- 50:56Speaker 2: It was like a, how could a commercial, I mean,
- 50:58Speaker 2: how could you ever think that that wouldn't be found
- 51:01Speaker 2: out that a commercial cost $ 230 million?
- 51:03Speaker 5: Well, I think it was a series of commercials, but still,
- 51:07Speaker 5: I think that was like more than one, but not
- 51:09Speaker 5: that that matters.
- 51:10Speaker 2: Um, so then get this, give us the story. How
- 51:14Speaker 2: did they find out that the husband he's into wearing
- 51:17Speaker 2: like big breasts that like a drag queen would wear
- 51:20Speaker 2: like a rubber chest plate kind of thing?
- 51:22Speaker 3: Well, bit of a backstory.
- 51:25Speaker 2: Uh, you know, that used to be you.
- 51:28Speaker 5: I mean, thank God it's not, I don't have any,
- 51:30Speaker 5: cause you never know when they're going to come up,
- 51:31Speaker 5: you know, also, you know, God, I'd love to have
- 51:33Speaker 5: some big dits, you know?
- 51:34Speaker 3: It comes out of nowhere, probably. I don't have any
- 51:36Speaker 3: of those weird fetishes.
- 51:38Speaker 2: You know what? We never dressed you up as a
- 51:39Speaker 2: woman ever at Chelsea Lately.
- 51:41Speaker 3: No, I was the only one who didn't do the
- 51:43Speaker 3: woman ever.
- 51:44Speaker 2: They also say that they think that's an Illuminati thing. Oh, really?
- 51:48Speaker 2: That they make... stars dress up like women in a
- 51:51Speaker 2: skit or something. And that means that that's your way
- 51:54Speaker 2: of saying, all right, you got my asshole now. I'm really, yeah,
- 51:57Speaker 2: I'm completely, I believe in Satan. And yeah, that's all conspiracy.
- 52:02Speaker 2: Chill out people. I don't believe it.
- 52:03Speaker 3: Okay.
- 52:04Speaker 5: I mean, God, I, In my defense, or if this
- 52:07Speaker 5: gets me in the Illuminati, I don't know. We did
- 52:09Speaker 5: do several things where I was transitioning as Bruce Jenner into,
- 52:14Speaker 5: but before there was a real transition on Chelsea Lately,
- 52:17Speaker 5: we were doing me transitioning just for fun.
- 52:21Speaker 3: So it's close.
- 52:22Speaker 2: You know, in this world of conspiracy theories where people
- 52:25Speaker 2: would always go, you're crazy, that's crazy. And now we
- 52:27Speaker 2: realize a lot of things have proven to be true. Like,
- 52:31Speaker 2: oh my God, I can't, you know, and everyone told
- 52:32Speaker 2: you you're crazy. My mom would tell me, would ask
- 52:38Speaker 2: me right before Caitlyn transitioned, is Bruce Jenner transitioning, becoming
- 52:45Speaker 2: a woman? Because it was like in the Enquirer.
- 52:46Speaker 3: Right.
- 52:47Speaker 2: And I was like, no, mom, that is just stories.
- 52:50Speaker 2: That is just, you know, he's probably just getting like
- 52:53Speaker 2: some plastic surgery or something. He just probably has like
- 52:55Speaker 2: a vanity thing going on. And then my mom died.
- 53:00Speaker 2: And then I was like, do I take... The Vanity
- 53:04Speaker 2: Fair magazine. And show. Go to the grave. Yeah. She
- 53:08Speaker 2: needs to know. And be like, you were right. Yeah.
- 53:10Speaker 2: You were right. And I was like, crazy mother. Closure.
- 53:14Speaker 2: You crazy mother. And she was right.
- 53:17Speaker 3: She might need some closure on that. Take, you know,
- 53:19Speaker 3: whatever you need to take.
- 53:21Speaker 2: She knows. So. so basically husband of 34 years a
- 53:25Speaker 2: little bit.
- 53:25Speaker 5: Of backstory yes uh she was fine and then it
- 53:28Speaker 5: came out that she had you know slept with a
- 53:30Speaker 5: guy a guy she worked with cory lewin ludinowski okay
- 53:33Speaker 5: uh so there was that christy did yeah does he
- 53:36Speaker 5: know uh so but then she said we want privacy
- 53:40Speaker 5: where i'm staying with my husband and i guess people
- 53:44Speaker 5: started to dig for pictures or whatever and I mean,
- 53:47Speaker 5: it's not hard to find.
- 53:48Speaker 2: It sounds like a fetish website or something.
- 53:50Speaker 5: He's all over OnlyFans. He has a bunch of different
- 53:52Speaker 5: OnlyFans accounts with different women.
- 53:55Speaker 2: Oh, where he's paying for the OnlyFans. Where he's paying
- 53:56Speaker 2: the women.
- 53:57Speaker 3: Okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 53:57Speaker 2: He's not the boss.
- 53:58Speaker 5: And that's one of the women you see in this
- 54:00Speaker 5: picture here, that she's one of the women that he
- 54:01Speaker 5: paid for a lot of her stuff.
- 54:03Speaker 2: And she's got a big, big, her name's Bimbo Bride.
- 54:08Speaker 2: Boob request to make her his bimbo. Or maybe they're
- 54:10Speaker 2: just saying that on the California Post. Yeah, that's not
- 54:12Speaker 2: her name. But yeah, so she's some, you know, enormous
- 54:15Speaker 2: enhanced boobs.
- 54:15Speaker 3: And he paid for the bigger ones for her.
- 54:17Speaker 2: Oh, he bought her a boob job.
- 54:20Speaker 3: That's what it says.
- 54:21Speaker 2: Okay.
- 54:21Speaker 5: And then, of course, he has his, I guess when
- 54:23Speaker 5: you watch, this is what I'm gathering. He watches them,
- 54:30Speaker 5: you know, on OnlyFans or whatever, do I don't know what.
- 54:33Speaker 5: And then he goes, hang on while you, I'm going
- 54:36Speaker 5: to put on my big tits. So, because it seems
- 54:40Speaker 5: like he's not doing anything else.
- 54:42Speaker 2: No, no makeup, nothing.
- 54:43Speaker 3: He's only got like lipstick on or a wig.
- 54:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and he's still wearing like a guy t-shirt.
- 54:46Speaker 5: Yeah, over the big, I don't know if the big
- 54:48Speaker 5: tits are part of the t-shirt or they go on first,
- 54:51Speaker 5: then the t-shirt.
- 54:51Speaker 3: Goes over it. Because nipple placement is all fucked up.
- 54:54Speaker 3: I don't know if you've seen it. One is shooting left.
- 54:57Speaker 3: The other one is going rogue. They're all over the place.
- 55:00Speaker 3: He needs to work on that. Wow.
- 55:02Speaker 2: And so where are they now in their relationship? Are
- 55:05Speaker 2: they still going to try to work it out?
- 55:07Speaker 3: As far as I know. I mean.
- 55:09Speaker 2: And I assume they have kids. That's embarrassing.
- 55:11Speaker 3: That's the tough one. You know, the kids got to
- 55:13Speaker 3: see this, I guess. I think they're a little older,
- 55:16Speaker 3: which I don't know if that makes it better.
- 55:17Speaker 2: But it was a weird thing because I'm like, well,
- 55:19Speaker 2: you know, if anything.
- 55:21Speaker 3: He's not nursing is what I'm saying.
- 55:24Speaker 2: You know, there's two ways to look at it. It
- 55:26Speaker 2: can look like, you know, the first obvious way is,
- 55:28Speaker 2: you know, based on their political affiliation, many people felt
- 55:33Speaker 2: that they were very anti anything like this for others.
- 55:39Speaker 2: Yet he does it for himself. And the other part
- 55:42Speaker 2: is you should be like, well... Look, we really weren't
- 55:45Speaker 2: like that because I do it too. We're super open
- 55:49Speaker 2: to it. You should embrace us.
- 55:50Speaker 3: That could be an angle she should use. Yeah, look
- 55:53Speaker 3: at us. We're into it.
- 55:54Speaker 2: Yeah, we're super open to whatever thing, however one you
- 55:59Speaker 2: want to live behind closed doors. But nothing's behind closed
- 56:02Speaker 2: doors anymore because it all can be found online. I know. Like,
- 56:06Speaker 2: because you are talking to someone on OnlyFans, because you
- 56:08Speaker 2: are part of a fetish online group, because you are
- 56:10Speaker 2: sharing child porn, you know, through websites. Like, if you
- 56:15Speaker 2: just kept it behind doors, truly, then we wouldn't know.
- 56:18Speaker 3: But there is no behind. Yeah, like you said.
- 56:20Speaker 5: I always want to know, for a guy like this,
- 56:22Speaker 5: something that's really embarrassing like this. I just want to
- 56:25Speaker 5: know what the day is like after it breaks. Like,
- 56:28Speaker 5: the day these pictures came out and were all over
- 56:30Speaker 5: the place.
- 56:31Speaker 3: Like, what's the.
- 56:33Speaker 5: The trip to Starbucks. Yeah, because you're still out in
- 56:35Speaker 5: the public eye, you know? Like, what is that like?
- 56:39Speaker 5: The next couple of days, going to the friend's house,
- 56:43Speaker 5: you know, like, oh boy, been.
- 56:44Speaker 3: A rough one, huh, for you?
- 56:45Speaker 2: I mean, maybe it'll just be like, just like when
- 56:48Speaker 2: Caitlyn came out. Yeah. Where you're like, okay.
- 56:52Speaker 3: Right.
- 56:53Speaker 2: Maybe they are just like, okay.
- 56:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean.
- 56:56Speaker 2: You're, I mean, you're not hurting anyone.
- 56:58Speaker 3: No, not the worst thing in the world.
- 56:59Speaker 2: You bought this girl's boob job.
- 57:01Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 57:01Speaker 2: You're helping support single moms on only fans you're still
- 57:05Speaker 2: staying married right you're just part of a little weird club.
- 57:09Speaker 3: Is this an indication that the big boobs are back
- 57:12Speaker 3: because there was a while there if you remember the
- 57:14Speaker 3: big boobs were gone for a bit remember everybody was
- 57:17Speaker 3: uh looking.
- 57:19Speaker 2: I don't know smoking's back and super skinny and low
- 57:22Speaker 2: jeans are back so maybe 90 hard fake porno tits
- 57:26Speaker 2: are gonna come make.
- 57:27Speaker 3: A porno tits are coming back yeah yeah.
- 57:29Speaker 2: I bet you're right everything comes back in fashion all
- 57:32Speaker 2: right um This guy, his name is Dante. And he said,
- 57:36Speaker 2: I need a Hulu or Netflix to gather all of
- 57:40Speaker 2: the mental health experts and do a doc on COVID
- 57:44Speaker 2: and how some people, how I've always said, I think
- 57:47Speaker 2: it would be so I'm surprised there hasn't been one
- 57:50Speaker 2: out yet.
- 57:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 57:51Speaker 2: So I'm going to tell them how they should do it.
- 57:53Speaker 4: Okay.
- 57:53Speaker 2: We don't need to see the exact same photos and
- 57:56Speaker 2: drone photos over and over and over again of the
- 57:58Speaker 2: empty streets. No. Could I just say, I'm so done
- 58:01Speaker 2: with documentarians that are going to do a whole thing
- 58:05Speaker 2: on someone who went missing or died and they only
- 58:09Speaker 2: have three photos. I don't care if they're 60 and
- 58:11Speaker 2: weren't part of Facebook. Fucking find more than three photos.
- 58:14Speaker 2: Find more than three photos.
- 58:16Speaker 3: Okay.
- 58:17Speaker 2: No.
- 58:18Speaker 3: But there are some people who just don't have... Any photos?
- 58:20Speaker 2: No, I think it's a lazy editor. I think it's
- 58:22Speaker 2: a lazy editor and a lazy producer. Go find more photos. Literally,
- 58:29Speaker 2: it's the same face from the wedding over and over
- 58:33Speaker 2: and over again. There's got to have been somebody else
- 58:36Speaker 2: that took a photo of you at a party in
- 58:38Speaker 2: the last 15 years that we could use that for
- 58:39Speaker 2: the doc. We're putting a documentary together. So in this,
- 58:43Speaker 2: I don't need to see the empty streets. I don't
- 58:45Speaker 2: need to have them tell us what happened. We know.
- 58:48Speaker 2: Get that quick.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Okay.
- 58:49Speaker 2: What I'd like to see is I want to hear
- 58:52Speaker 2: stories about the COVID divorce, the COVID friendship breakup.
- 58:57Speaker 3: That could be a whole series.
- 58:58Speaker 2: The people that actually fell in love because they were
- 59:02Speaker 2: like barely dating and then decided to just like move
- 59:05Speaker 2: in together because they were already fucking and contaminated each other. Yeah.
- 59:10Speaker 2: i want to hear about the person who discovered that
- 59:13Speaker 2: their spouse was cheating because there was only one other
- 59:17Speaker 2: lady in the whole neighborhood that had covet and then
- 59:20Speaker 2: the husband came home with covet and the two dogs
- 59:22Speaker 2: knew each other because they were going on walks and
- 59:24Speaker 2: they were fucking i'd watch all these all of that I,
- 59:27Speaker 2: that's what I want. And then I want to know,
- 59:29Speaker 2: hear from the person that's forever changed from COVID, like socially,
- 59:34Speaker 2: they never go out. They don't care. They loved it.
- 59:38Speaker 2: They wanted it to come back. And then you can
- 59:40Speaker 2: maybe hear from someone that wished for some, for the
- 59:44Speaker 2: world to just shut down. And then it happened and
- 59:46Speaker 2: they felt guilty the rest of their life.
- 59:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 59:49Speaker 2: We all, I mean, it was fun for a couple
- 59:51Speaker 2: of weeks. Right before it happened, I said I was
- 59:57Speaker 2: not looking forward to all the stuff that was going
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: to happen at the end of eighth grade for my son.
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: It just was like stressing me out, the Disney trip,
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: the this, the that, the parties. And I just go, oh,
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: I wish I could just skip this whole next couple months.
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: And I said– God made it happen. When you have
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: that ability- You did it.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: Yeah. And then I went on stage and said, Jesus
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: loves me the most. And he flicked me to let
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: the world know maybe people shouldn't get multiple vaccines. Right.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: It's hard being a vessel.
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: It is.
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: A vessel- I understand. Speaking as a messenger of God
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: is hard. No, I think that's what I want to see.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: I don't need to see news of- What's his name?
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: Who was the guy, the doctor that was always pouchy?
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: I don't need to see that. I don't need to
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: see Gavin with a scratchy voice. I don't need to
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: see the new shit that we already lived through. Just
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: give me the juice.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: I'm with you.
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: It feels like a other lifetime. It seems like so
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: long ago all that went down.
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: It really did. COVID jokes were so... COVID jokes were
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: the best because it was the one thing. Remember, we're
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: all in this together. It was the one thing that
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: you could just Tell your COVID joke, no matter where, right?
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: Even if it was still going on or shortly after.
- 1:01:20Speaker 2: And the whole place would laugh. Yeah. There's been no
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: other thing like that in life. that was like that relatable.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: Why is the guy driving around alone in his car
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: with a mask on? Yeah.
- 1:01:31Speaker 3: Everybody ran that one into the ground.
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: God, I like it. I like it. It was easy.
- 1:01:37Speaker 5: I think that's when the world turned on celebrities too,
- 1:01:40Speaker 5: when they all tried to sing Imagine.
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: Oh my God. Imagine all the people. Yeah. Those people
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: that are part of that, once in a while, that'll
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: pop up in my feed. And I'm like, how much
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: of an asshole. You're in your beautiful California backyard. I
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: remember there were two, there were these funny twins and
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: they were doing a thing of how one was in
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: New York, these guys, and one was in California. And
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: they did a thing of like how different California. the
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: massive shutdown was yes both places were completely shut down
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: right as cities while texas were like having high school
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: football games by like march 28th right but like or
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: whatever but um but with this it was like we're
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: walking around in our neighborhoods he's swimming in a pool
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: like especially if you live in a nice neighborhood it
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: was like Not terrible. You could go and sit, you know,
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: and then have like wine parties across the street from
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: people and all that kind of stuff. And then the
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: New York person was just like stuck in their place.
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: Like why the brother's like doing laps and stuff.
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: What a nightmare. What a nightmare.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: That's what I want to see though.
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: Speaking of documentaries, if you're going to just pitch documentaries,
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: I was fascinated to go back to Lamar Odom.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: At the very end of that documentary, when I talk
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: about the whore houses and stuff.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: First of all, I thought that guy was great. The
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: guy who worked at the.
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: With the black rocker hair? Yeah, the black rocker hair.
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: That ran the whorehouses? Yeah.
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: That guy was pretty good.
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: And then when they just showed the other, like, there's
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: the bunny ranch, and then there's all these other ones,
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: these weird, just trailers in the middle of the desert.
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: There probably is one, but I need to see a
- 1:03:12Speaker 5: documentary on that.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: Well, I goes like, well, I loved, I loved that show.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: Those that with airplane Annie and all that, those girls
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: and HBO show where people would like bring their kid
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: to get laid for the first time and want and
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: be on TV and how they would sit around and
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: like be chosen and. how they would act like it
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: was like a good, like they were all like happy
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: hookers and stuff on the show. What I thought was
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: fun fact, you know, interesting, is the reason they're so
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: far out there is it's only legal in Nevada if
- 1:03:44Speaker 2: the town is under a certain amount of population, which
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: I'm thinking that's a horrible ratio. It should be the opposite. Yeah.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: So there's 7,000 people in the town, but there's five
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: horror houses? Like what the heck? I know.
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: And just trailers.
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: Like, that's wild.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: Trailers with, like, no air conditioning. And I'm just like, ugh.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: I know. And then I looked, just seeing the bed
- 1:04:08Speaker 3: that he was in, because it was in, like, a
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: museum now or something.
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: Yes, yes.
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: And just the bed was like some ugly bed. I'm like, oh,
- 1:04:14Speaker 3: everything about it seems like.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: And then how the guy, I think he's past that
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: general guy, the guy that owned the... Oh, the guy
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: who owned it. Yeah. How he went on the Today
- 1:04:22Speaker 2: Show and he was like, and don't forget to buy
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: my book, The Art of a Pimp.
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: And he's like, on the Today Show, they're trying to
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: get the scoop. And they're like, so tell us how
- 1:04:33Speaker 2: fucked up Lamar Odom was when he almost died at
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: your whorehouse or whatever. And then he's like, well... you know,
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: he still wants to come back. He's still welcome to
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: come back. We'd love to host him. We're going to
- 1:04:44Speaker 2: give him 50% off. Like I was just like, what?
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: Had a good time.
- 1:04:49Speaker 2: Oh my God. Okay.
- 1:04:52Speaker 3: Wait.
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: So Howard Stern, I just thought this was interesting. He
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: doesn't have bizarre rules for his staff. It was an ND.
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: So he has an executive assistant type that was assisting
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: both of them, but in their home in South Hampton,
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: where it's like 20,000 square feet. So anyway, she's suing,
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: saying that she was not treated right. And from what
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: I found, it sounded like she only worked there for
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: like a year and a half, and then they let
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: her go.
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: And she was making like $ 300, 000.
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: Yes, but they also made her work.
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: So that's not okay.
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, right. Okay.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: And then, of course, I read, like, it says it's
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: bizarre rules. And I was like, I read them.
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: And I'm like, nothing seemed that bizarre to me.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: The rules were at NDA.
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: You can't tell the restaurants they like to go to.
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: You can't talk about things like, well, it doesn't matter.
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: Oh, that was the stuff in the NDA? Yeah, it
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: was some of those things. So tell me what it was.
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: Go ahead.
- 1:05:45Speaker 5: You can't talk about the restaurants they like to go to.
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: You can't talk about where they vacation. I'm like, well,
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: that seems normal.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: Who would want to? You can't say that if you're,
- 1:05:54Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: I mean, you see an article like this and you're like,
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: this is why they're probably going to get rich people
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: are probably going to get the robots. Yeah. Because it's like,
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: even though that's scary as shit, but I'm like, I mean,
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: after a certain point, you're like, I mean, if you,
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: you know, Oh, she looked at me funny. My boss
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: looked at me funny. Oh, they, they said I had to,
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: you know, come in on a Tuesday. And I was like,
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: I'll come in when I want, like, what's wrong with you?
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Horrible people. Like, it just like so ridiculous. Yes. And
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: then it was that she had all these cats and
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: it made it sound like in the thing that there
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: was like 20,000 cats running around the house. And it
- 1:06:33Speaker 2: was like, no, they did have a fostering of cats.
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: She was like cat rescue, yeah.
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: But that was part of her, she managed the house.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: So it was like, oh, she's suing because she had
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: to manage the payroll. She had to manage the caterers coming. Well,
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: that was your job.
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, there was no part of like the
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: good old days where people accused Neal McCampbell of throwing
- 1:06:51Speaker 2: a phone at their head.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: That was when it was fun.
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: That was when it was fun. That was when you're like,
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: and then you're like, that sounds like you had a
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: mean boss. Staying in the Hamptons in a 20,000 square
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: foot house and, you know, tending to a kitten.
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: Doesn't sound like a hellish ordeal and making 300,000 a year. But,
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: you know, people have to make their money, I guess. And,
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: or maybe it's really true. How do you feel about
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: the astronauts? They said in your post wrote Artemis to
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: astronaut Christina Koch's thirst traps from space, set social media blaze,
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: drop your arm routine. So as she's floating around and
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: doing selfies with her hair in the air and the
- 1:07:33Speaker 2: earth from the, you know, she has some pretty good biceps.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: She's a workout girl. And so, you know, people are,
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: into it i feel like no one cares about this
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: story oh i mean i was into it okay so
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: cool i so i mean.
- 1:07:47Speaker 5: They've gone farther into space than anyone has ever gone
- 1:07:50Speaker 5: ever uh which.
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: Is farther than the girls farther than katie.
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: Perry katie perry went to like glendale you know um
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: yeah further than that.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Speaking of katie perry um Trudeau, her boyfriend's son.
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: Yeah, still going.
- 1:08:05Speaker 2: Former, he's not currently the.
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: No, no, no, Prime Minister, no.
- 1:08:09Speaker 2: And he, anyway, the son's, you know, he's doing some podcasts.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: Son just saying like, Katie's like a nice- He likes her. Yeah, sure. Okay.
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: Why not? Sure. And anyway, so they, it comes down
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: in San Diego. which would always be, my God, like
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: I would just be like, if I was an astronaut,
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: I'd be like, I'm so excited to spend the weekend
- 1:08:28Speaker 2: in San Diego. So they plop, they're going to come
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: plopping down in that little cute thing. Yeah. In Friday
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: in San Diego.
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: It's still the same as it was in the 70s?
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just a little pod.
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: Like the I Dreamy Genie thing, you know?
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: Remember the beginning of I Dream of Jeannie?
- 1:08:41Speaker 2: Yes. Actually, Dream of Jeannie's little thing kind of looks
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: like this.
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: Like these pink chairs and stuff.
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: I remember watching it as a kid and I was like,
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: her bottle looks so comfortable.
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: Me too. I wanted to live in the bottle.
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: I want that vibe, yeah.
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: But then I was like, I want to go to
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: the cocktail party. Like, why is he being such a dick?
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: Like, it was the same thing with I Love Lucy. Like,
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: why can't Lucy be in the show? Like, you have
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: a nightclub. You're performing every night. Let Lucy be in
- 1:09:09Speaker 2: the show, you asshole. Yeah. And then, like, same thing
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: with this one. It was like, I Dream of Jeannie.
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: She's all cute. And she's like, Master, can I go
- 1:09:15Speaker 2: to the thing? And he's like, no. I'm going to
- 1:09:17Speaker 2: the officer's dinner by myself.
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: Most sitcoms back then were just like, shut up, woman.
- 1:09:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: It was wild.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: Same with Bewitched. She wanted to go do fun things too.
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: And he was like, no, I'm going to the advertising
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: meeting by myself. Yeah. And the thing about Bewitched that
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: I said one day, hopefully in my lifetime, this will happen,
- 1:09:42Speaker 2: which it is not, was that she could get ready
- 1:09:45Speaker 2: like that. Remember she twitched her nose? And I'm like,
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: every time I'd have to like start getting ready from scratch,
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: I'm like, I wish I could just twitch my nose
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: and be completely dressed, hair, makeup done.
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: It was a good time.
- 1:09:57Speaker 2: Yeah. I've been doing this test recently with my phone.
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: Oh yeah. What's that?
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: Well, you know how you go, uh, you know, you're
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: talking about something and then you, you're like, Oh, I
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: need to get, uh, I want to get some patio furniture.
- 1:10:10Speaker 2: And you talk to your friend about patio furniture and
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: then you go to the bathroom and you check my phone.
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: It's all patio furniture.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: I believe it's gotten to the point where it's actually,
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: I just think about.
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: So I've been doing that and it's happening, right? It's happening.
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: I know. I'm not saying I'm like, I'm like, I'm like,
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: I'll think about it. I'm like, I kind of want
- 1:10:27Speaker 2: to see a story about this person. And I'll just
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: kind of go and I'll open my phone and it's
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: like the second one is it. And it's not the
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: biggest story. It's not the biggest thing.
- 1:10:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: And I won't say it. So I feel like the
- 1:10:43Speaker 2: next thing is I'm going to be able to twitch
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: my nose.
- 1:10:45Speaker 3: We're getting there.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: And turn into Sabrina. And Peter's going to be able
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: to take his gyrocopter into space. Yeah. And hopefully not return. Yeah.
- 1:10:59Speaker 3: I mean i wonder if you know because these guys
- 1:11:01Speaker 3: these astronauts there's three uh three americans and a canadian
- 1:11:04Speaker 3: in the of the four of them and they all
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: had to say goodbye to their families and stuff i
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: wonder if there's like one wife who'd be like oh
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: jesus can this guy just.
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: Yeah because remember the other people were gone for so
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: long yeah the two of them were yeah and i'm
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: always like are they like still are they friends are
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: they talking it was just like Or you're just like, no,
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: we're good.
- 1:11:23Speaker 5: You got to move on with your life. Like he
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: passed away when Helen Hunt, you know, she leaves. She
- 1:11:28Speaker 5: thinks Hanks is dead.
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: He comes back. She's married to Mr. Big. Chris Knoth. Remember? Craziness.
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: God. Yeah, I always wonder about that too. But I, again,
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: I've said it over and over. I never, ever want
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: to go to space. No?
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: No.
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: When Sandra Bullock's character was like floating around by herself.
- 1:11:49Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: And then she eventually did get to drop into the
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: pod or whatever. And her legs looked so good. But
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: I was just like, I just think how happy. I mean,
- 1:11:58Speaker 2: I get happy when I can see LAX. Yeah. And
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: I'm just like, oh, we're so close. I can't imagine
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: like being in space and then just being like, can we,
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: how far off are we? San Diego. Well, San Diego
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: is a beautiful place and I hope they have a fun,
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: cute weekend there.
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: I hope so too. Yeah.
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: They well, they went to, but then I'm not kidding.
- 1:12:22Speaker 5: There are literally like, you could see it all over
- 1:12:24Speaker 5: the internet. People are like, they're in Burbank.
- 1:12:26Speaker 3: It's fake. They're in front of the green screen.
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: I know now people are like, shut up.
- 1:12:29Speaker 3: And you know, there's just like, everything is, nothing's real anymore.
- 1:12:33Speaker 3: And maybe it's true. I don't know, but I thought
- 1:12:35Speaker 3: it was pretty cool.
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: I like some of the pictures. I think this is real.
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: Um, I, And the picture didn't look unique to me though. Well,
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: they're like, Oh, it's the backside of the moon. I'm like, okay,
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:12:49Speaker 3: Well, everyone wants to see like an alien or something like,
- 1:12:51Speaker 3: you know, that's what everyone wanted. You know, it's like, Oh,
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: this is boring. You want to see?
- 1:12:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: Oh, there was some other guy that just was doing
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: a podcast talking about, yeah, they're the aliens.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: We've talked to them or whatever.
- 1:13:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: I always think that the one really crazy story on the,
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: on the Tik TOK internet is when they thought like
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: aliens took over that, um, Mall in Miami. Look it up.
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: It is weird.
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: A mall in Miami? Like they took it over?
- 1:13:20Speaker 2: It's just, it's so bizarre.
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: So you're saying the only people going to malls now
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: are aliens? At least somebody's going. Where's the Jamba juice?
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it was like, I don't know though. It could
- 1:13:36Speaker 2: all be fake, but it was like all these, and
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: these people have talked about, and the same thing is,
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: remember the people that said, There were these giant, like, figures,
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: but they can, like, see through them. They're, like, eight
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: or nine feet tall, but they're not, like, solid beings.
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: It's more like a... And they said they saw, like,
- 1:13:53Speaker 2: in the backyard of the house in Las Vegas.
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: Yeah, well, those were... Yeah.
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: Yeah, but then what they say, too, is then... Something
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: that's on your phone. And I've heard this from people
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: not regarding alien stuff, where they film something that's very
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: highly sensitive to something the government doesn't want us to know.
- 1:14:14Speaker 2: And then they don't delete it, but it gets deleted.
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: Like a video. Really?
- 1:14:19Speaker 3: Like without their.
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: Like about certain people that were assassinated that some people
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: think are maybe not assassinated that way. People that had
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: filmed it, it's no longer on their phone.
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: Oh, man.
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: So i'm so i go let me see that yeah
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: yeah so let me go see that video that's been
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: dismissed i mean that's how crazy the world we live
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: in it's a movie we're living in a movie a
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: hundred percent so just enjoy it a.
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: Few weeks ago i think barack obama was on a
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: podcast and he goes oh yeah there's definitely aliens out there.
- 1:14:48Speaker 2: And he's on he's on like he's not on joe
- 1:14:50Speaker 2: rogan he's not on even michelle obama's he didn't even
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: save it for his wife's podcast he said it on
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: like timmy toms or something timmy toms in the sports
- 1:14:58Speaker 2: varieties like what.
- 1:15:00Speaker 5: I know and it just kind of went away i'm
- 1:15:02Speaker 5: like people though that's i feel like that's the biggest
- 1:15:04Speaker 5: story of all time but like yeah we got a
- 1:15:06Speaker 5: guy who's got big tits.
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: Over here yeah nobody does nobody cares they're like yeah
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: people might or may or may not be eating babies
- 1:15:14Speaker 2: and they're but you know and there may or may
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: not be aliens here so quick because so quick that's
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: why i'm like if you're in some shit like Like,
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: you know, I said this on the other day where
- 1:15:24Speaker 2: Blake Lively with, you know, everything that happened with her,
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: I'm like, if she would have just ignored some of
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: the shit she was reading online a year and a
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: half ago, like it was, she just, she thought the
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: whole world was like, give it six days.
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: Nobody cares.
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: I think it's literally down to six days and it's
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: like over with like Taylor, Frankie, Paul, that whole story.
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: She's in court today. They have mutual restraining orders against
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: each other. She's able to see the little boy supervise
- 1:15:51Speaker 2: visits for eight hours a week. It's going to work out.
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: They should stay the fuck away from each other. They
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: did it virtually. I was like, who cares about that
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: story anymore?
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: I mean, honestly, and you and I, we live in
- 1:16:03Speaker 3: this world. We look at this stuff.
- 1:16:05Speaker 5: People who don't, like they're not in like a world
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: of pop culture, they really don't care. Don't bring these
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: stories up to like my friends and catacombs.
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: Like, who's Frankie Taylor Paul? I'm like, oh, let me
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: tell you. Why would I know that?
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: I'm like, I don't know.
- 1:16:19Speaker 3: It's just the shit I know. I'm not proud of it.
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: It's just out there, yeah. Okay, the last one is
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: This water polo star, this was a store we talked about.
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: Yeah. Harvard Westlake.
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: It's a school down the street here. My wife went
- 1:16:34Speaker 5: there and a lot of people.
- 1:16:35Speaker 2: Very expensive. Co-ed, private, non-religious school. It's been around a
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: long time.
- 1:16:40Speaker 3: Yeah. It's a very exclusive private school here in Los Angeles.
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: $ 52, 000 and basically a year. And basically this young man
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: is suing the school. And I believe the guy that
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: he was his bully, his assaulter, everything. It was water polo.
- 1:16:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:16:57Speaker 2: You know, and I, as someone who had a son
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: play water polo, I mean, it is skimpy outfits. It
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: is very, very skimpy. And it's like, you're watching, you're
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: there and you're like, I don't even know if I
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: feel okay sitting here.
- 1:17:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: Like watching all these young bodies. Like it is. It's weird.
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: I mean, they should be able to do it. So
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: this guy, this kid is black, and they would say
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: racial things to him, but then they also digitally penetrated him.
- 1:17:31Speaker 2: So I guess with their fingers, they would go up
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: while he was taking a shower. I don't know what
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: they were doing. And this one guy in particular had
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: written text messages kind of admitting to it being like, Oh,
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: I'm sorry. And the lawsuit, of course you want to
- 1:17:44Speaker 2: sue the kid, but you also, they're suing the school.
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: They're saying the school didn't do enough. And I'm like,
- 1:17:51Speaker 2: you know, that's why you pay for a private school. Well,
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: so that you kid does not get harassed and bullied.
- 1:17:58Speaker 3: Like, are you fucking kidding me? People saying now, like,
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: could you imagine paying $ 52, 000 a year to still have
- 1:18:03Speaker 3: this stuff happen?
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I understand when you're, you know, that's why you're like,
- 1:18:08Speaker 2: I mean, I used to look at like public schools
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: when I was in high school and, and like there
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: was a movie called 1984 and it was like punkers.
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: And I was like, Michael J.
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: Fox. Yeah. It looked, it looked like a prison. Like,
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: so you were like, no, I can't send my daughter
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: to go to the prison.
- 1:18:24Speaker 3: And like, she's got to go on me with Morgan Freeman.
- 1:18:26Speaker 3: Remember that movie? Like there's the, The hallways were just
- 1:18:29Speaker 3: as fires burning.
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: In the hallways.
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: People fighting.
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: I'm like, God. And you wonder why people are like,
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: you know what? Maybe we could do homeschooling now with
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: the help of AI and computers. Maybe I don't need
- 1:18:40Speaker 2: my kid being digitally penetrated for $ 52, 000 a year. Like
- 1:18:43Speaker 2: I get it, but I hate that, that, that the
- 1:18:47Speaker 2: teachers just, and that's a problem. Like there's been stories where,
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: you know, these rich kids, their parents that like donate
- 1:18:55Speaker 2: so much. Yeah. What are you going to do when
- 1:18:57Speaker 2: there's a dispute between two kids? You're going to get
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: rid of the person that gives you an extra 500 grand.
- 1:19:02Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: Or the one that was like paying the normal amount
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: or maybe even on scholarships.
- 1:19:07Speaker 5: I mean, I kind of live in this world a
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: little bit, you know, I mean, my daughter goes to
- 1:19:10Speaker 5: one of the school that is the feeder school to
- 1:19:13Speaker 5: this school, more or less.
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: So the hope is that one day my daughter will
- 1:19:17Speaker 5: be digitally penetrated. I mean, I guess on in a
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: water polo game.
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: You know.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: Speaking of my old school, St. Mel's, they did a
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: thing on the Today Show with Bryan Cranston and Jenna-
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: Hager Bush.
- 1:19:32Speaker 3: Jenna Bush Hager.
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: Oh, Jenna Bush Hager, yeah. And it was like, are
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: you lying or not? Or something, some little game they
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: were playing. Yeah. And she was like, where did you
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: get your first Holy Communion or something like that? And
- 1:19:45Speaker 2: Bryan Cranston goes, oh, I was nine and it was St. Mel's.
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: And she starts laughing and she's like, obviously you're lying.
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: There's no school called St. Mel's. And he's like, no,
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: there is a St. Mel's in Woodland Hills. I don't
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: think he did it, but he just... He was telling
- 1:20:00Speaker 2: the lie and thought of the school because he grew
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: up in St. Woodland Hills or something like that. And yeah,
- 1:20:06Speaker 2: so it's just like, I don't know. That was my school, St. Melvin.
- 1:20:09Speaker 2: It does exist.
- 1:20:11Speaker 3: Still going.
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: Still going, but it was always such a weird name.
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: It does seem like it's a fake name, but there
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: is a St. Melvin. That's why.
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: But people would be like, St. Mel's smells. That's always
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: nice to harass people. But I don't know what's going
- 1:20:26Speaker 2: to happen to this kid. He had to move to Spain.
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: Well, the other kids moved to Spain.
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: The other kid moved to Spain, so he could still
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: do water polo and, I guess, be far away, many
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: seas away from this guy swimming up his asshole. Yeah.
- 1:20:40Speaker 5: I mean- Sports, I've never been, you know, I was
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: never into sports. I mean, I like sports, but I
- 1:20:45Speaker 5: was never good enough to be on like a team.
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: No.
- 1:20:47Speaker 5: I feel like all sports, there's some sort of weird,
- 1:20:51Speaker 5: you know, like, I don't know what you would call it.
- 1:20:54Speaker 5: I don't know if this is like rough, would be,
- 1:20:56Speaker 5: not that I'm not saying it's good or bad, you know, good,
- 1:20:59Speaker 5: but it's like a rough housing thing or something.
- 1:21:01Speaker 3: I don't know. It's weird.
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: It is weird.
- 1:21:04Speaker 5: I feel like there's a culture in sports that is
- 1:21:06Speaker 5: like that kind of vibe.
- 1:21:10Speaker 2: I think that the idea of putting your kid into
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: sports is good because it builds teamwork and working together,
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: but it also breeds like a really competitive person, but
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: it also leads to rape and murder. Yeah. It also
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: leads like, you know, like cheerleading. Remember the cheerleading mom
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: person where their daughter didn't make the squad or something.
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: So she like set out to like kill the other girl.
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: So there'd be a spot.
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:21:36Speaker 2: I remember I didn't make the cheerleading squad. And the
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: day I found out, I was just like devastated. And
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: my mom was so.
- 1:21:44Speaker 5: Why didn't you make, because you weren't a good cheerleader
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: or you didn't have the look or what was it?
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: I'll tell you exactly why.
- 1:21:50Speaker 3: You didn't have the moves?
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: I'll tell you exactly why.
- 1:21:52Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: So it was Crespi. So all the Louisville girls tried out.
- 1:21:55Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:21:56Speaker 2: And it was JV. We were all, only sophomores were
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: on the JV team. And then juniors and seniors were
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: on the senior varsity team. And- so many juniors were
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: coming back to be on the varsity. There was only
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: four spots.
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: But there was like nine of us trying out for
- 1:22:14Speaker 2: four spots.
- 1:22:15Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: And we had to try out in front of the guys. Oh,
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: the guys were voting for us. Yeah. The football, they
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: were like, yeah.
- 1:22:25Speaker 3: And that's very strange.
- 1:22:26Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: Cause I don't have a boyfriend. I, you know, I,
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: I was told I was beautiful by two people in
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: my life. My parents. Yeah. but apparently i wasn't no
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: let's not i've seen the photos anyway i had so.
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: On a scale from one to ten around that time
- 1:22:47Speaker 3: what are you.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: Uh i think i'm a solid 5.756.
- 1:22:52Speaker 5: No you're higher than that i've seen some of the
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: early pictures you're definitely higher i.
- 1:22:56Speaker 2: Don't know i i was okay yeah Anyway, I had
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: these chicken legs. This one guy told me, I used
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: to watch you cheer and I thought, how does she stand?
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: How can possibly those things work?
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: That's what he said.
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: And I was like, wow.
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: So I had a lot of issues with which kind
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: of socks I wanted to wear.
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: Now I, I just go, I don't care. And I'm
- 1:23:18Speaker 2: wearing the, like the kind that don't even show that
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: go just under your ankle. But I thought almost like
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: a leg warming type of would, would balance out my
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: tiny ankle.
- 1:23:28Speaker 3: Like a scrunch.
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: Like a scrunchie.
- 1:23:29Speaker 3: Hooters waitress.
- 1:23:31Speaker 2: Yes. And then they were like, well, you can't be
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: the only one wearing these weird socks, Heather.
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:23:35Speaker 2: We all have like, you know, sexy little normal size legs.
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: Okay. So then, I did the thing and I was
- 1:23:43Speaker 2: like so stressed. I hadn't eaten. I was so nervous
- 1:23:47Speaker 2: to do this dumb routine with my friend who was
- 1:23:50Speaker 2: the hottest Heather in all of the San Fernando Valley.
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: And then there was just me, the Heather McDonald one.
- 1:23:56Speaker 3: Do you know what's become of the hot Heather?
- 1:23:58Speaker 4: Oh, yeah.
- 1:23:59Speaker 2: I'm friends with her still.
- 1:23:59Speaker 3: Oh, really?
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: She's still hot.
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: Okay. That's good to hear.
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: So she still looks great. Okay. So anyway, so then-
- 1:24:06Speaker 2: We do the routine and I feel like we have
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: to like answer questions of like why we want to
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: be cheerleader with these guys. Yeah. I start to feel
- 1:24:16Speaker 2: like nauseous and I run and then they're like, oh,
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: she's an anorexic with those legs. But I just really
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: wasn't anorexic. I just felt like so scared and nervous.
- 1:24:23Speaker 2: I was going to throw up. So then that was
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: like on a Thursday and then we're going to find
- 1:24:29Speaker 2: out on Monday. So then Friday we go to a party.
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: We were always at people's parties. Everyone always had parties.
- 1:24:35Speaker 2: Parents were gone and we could always find a party
- 1:24:37Speaker 2: off of Wells. Okay. You just drove down Wells and saw,
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: you know, Trans Am's parked somewhere and you're like, let's go.
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: So then I was at this party and I see
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: the daughter of, who's triumphant cheerleading as well, whose mother
- 1:24:51Speaker 2: is the head of the whole cheerleading team. And I
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: see her and I'm like, hi, Penny. And she's like, like,
- 1:24:57Speaker 2: she just avoiding the eye contact. Oh, no. And I
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: was like, that's happened to me now a few more
- 1:25:01Speaker 2: times in life. And I detect it now. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:25:04Speaker 3: I know you're older and wiser. You're off.
- 1:25:07Speaker 2: And then that day we had to drive to the
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: school and see the list. And my friend went and
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: called me and she's like, you and I both didn't
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: make it. And I bawled crying. But then it was like,
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: you know, the first time I experienced it. you know,
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: life's rejection is God's protection. And my mom was like,
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: you're not good. Yeah. That was the first time she
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: was honest about my talent. She's like, you really should
- 1:25:27Speaker 2: be like singing and doing acting. And like, you can't
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: do that if you're on this squad. But also, so
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: four of the hotter people got it.
- 1:25:35Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: And then when the other people left, then they needed
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: people senior year. Then that same daughter came and said,
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: I really think you should try out because now we
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: could use you. Yeah. And I'm like, No.
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: Too late.
- 1:25:50Speaker 4: No.
- 1:25:51Speaker 3: You lost out on these legs.
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: I'm going to act and sing and do a, you know,
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: Night Mother. I'm going to do Music Man.
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: Yeah, right.
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: Pick a little, tuck a little, pick a little, tuck
- 1:26:03Speaker 2: a little, pick a little, tuck a little, pick a little. No,
- 1:26:05Speaker 2: not doing it.
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: Good for you.
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: Go.
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: Yeah. And that was the story. So, yeah, it was stressful.
- 1:26:11Speaker 3: Well, I made the football team.
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: You did?
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: In eighth grade, yeah.
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:26:15Speaker 3: Well, I think they took everybody.
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: And I made the team, which was, that was where
- 1:26:20Speaker 5: the embarrassment began for me.
- 1:26:22Speaker 3: Yeah. Because they had broken us up into two squads.
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:26:27Speaker 5: The people who played and the people who didn't play.
- 1:26:30Speaker 5: And I was on the people who didn't play squad.
- 1:26:33Speaker 5: And one day we were playing a game against the
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: other school whose losers, each other, the losers were playing
- 1:26:40Speaker 5: the losers.
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
- 1:26:41Speaker 5: And one of the dads of the good players came
- 1:26:45Speaker 5: to that game thinking it was a real game.
- 1:26:47Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:26:48Speaker 5: And I was standing on the sidelines. I don't think
- 1:26:50Speaker 5: I had pads. Like they had run out of pads
- 1:26:52Speaker 5: and they were like, well, he doesn't need pads. He's
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: never going to get in the game.
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: So I was just standing there like in a uniform,
- 1:26:59Speaker 3: but no pads underneath it.
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: You're basically just wearing today's Lululemons.
- 1:27:04Speaker 3: More or less. And then the father comes and the
- 1:27:08Speaker 3: other good players are there in regular clothes. They're not playing.
- 1:27:11Speaker 3: They're like, we're just coming to watch the loser game.
- 1:27:13Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:27:13Speaker 5: And the father comes walking up and he says, where's Tony,
- 1:27:16Speaker 5: my son? And one of the kids who's on the
- 1:27:18Speaker 5: good team, he goes.
- 1:27:20Speaker 3: This is, your son's not here. This game's for the losers.
- 1:27:24Speaker 5: And he pointed to me like these, as I was
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: the loser, like it's for these people.
- 1:27:31Speaker 3: Look at him.
- 1:27:32Speaker 5: He's so, look at his body. Like he's not an athlete.
- 1:27:36Speaker 5: And he, so I was the reference point of the loser.
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: And I was like, oh yeah, okay. So now I'd make,
- 1:27:43Speaker 5: so you're better off not making the team, I think.
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: My earliest memory is it was like kindergarten or first grade.
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: And you know how they would teach you how to
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: hold a pencil? I just did it my own way,
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: which was like this. And they brought someone into like,
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: observe the school.
- 1:27:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:27:57Speaker 2: And I was just writing my own with my own, like,
- 1:28:00Speaker 2: this is the way I, instead of writing like this.
- 1:28:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: I wrote like this. Okay. Okay. I just wrote like that.
- 1:28:05Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:28:05Speaker 2: And I was doing it. And this girl goes, look
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: at that. Look at how they, look at how she's
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: holding her, her, um, pencil. She must be retarded.
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: Oh no.
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: What's wrong with her?
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: And then I was like, okay. And then I was like, okay, mom,
- 1:28:21Speaker 2: I guess I have to learn how everyone else writes now.
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: Because I was like, so, You're bullied into doing it right. Exactly.
- 1:28:30Speaker 2: Chris, where can everyone see you again?
