- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
- 0:06Speaker 1: where we left off with Bill Clinton and his transcript
- 0:10Speaker 1: with Congress. Jack Emmer asking the questions once again. Mr. President,
- 0:17Speaker 1: before we left off, I asked you to characterize your
- 0:20Speaker 1: relationship with Mr. Epstein. I asked you if you considered
- 0:23Speaker 1: him to be a friend. You said you did not.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Is that right? Answer. I said we were friendly and
- 0:28Speaker 1: we had cordial relations. But I didn't know him well
- 0:30Speaker 1: enough because we had almost no contact beyond what I described. Emmer.
- 0:36Speaker 1: At this time, I'd like to introduce what will be
- 0:38Speaker 1: marked as Majority Exhibit 13. And this is Bates' Marked
- 0:42Speaker 1: House Oversight 000126. And while it's being passed out, this
- 0:48Speaker 1: is a letter from a book of letters which was compiled.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Clinton jumps in. Yeah, it's his 50th birthday. Jack Emmer.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's 50th birthday. Somebody else pipes in. Wait for
- 1:01Speaker 1: the questions. Jack Emmer. Mr. President, do you recognize this letter? Answer.
- 1:07Speaker 1: I do. Question. And for the record, does this appear
- 1:10Speaker 1: to be your handwriting and signature? Answer. It is. Question.
- 1:14Speaker 1: And why did you write the letter? Answer. Why did I?
- 1:17Speaker 1: Because I was requested to contribute a nice letter for
- 1:20Speaker 1: his birthday book. Question. And who asked you to write
- 1:23Speaker 1: the letter? Answer. I have no idea. I don't remember. Question.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Would Ms. Maxwell have asked you? Answer, I don't know.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I think someone on my staff asked me. Question, now,
- 1:35Speaker 1: there is a word that our committee has not been
- 1:37Speaker 1: able to identify, and our defense, the Wall Street Journal,
- 1:41Speaker 1: has not been able to identify. Can you please read
- 1:45Speaker 1: the letter for the record? Bill Clinton, yeah. It's reassuring,
- 1:49Speaker 1: isn't it, to have lasted so long, across all the
- 1:52Speaker 1: years of learning and knowing, adventures and errors, and still...
- 1:56Speaker 1: To have your childlike curiosity, the drive that make a difference,
- 2:00Speaker 1: and the solace of friends. Not a bad letter. Emmer,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and because we haven't been able to identify that word
- 2:07Speaker 1: until now. Which word is that that you couldn't identify?
- 2:11Speaker 1: One of Clinton lawyers asks. Bill Clinton, solace? Emmer, no, no, errors.
- 2:17Speaker 1: But for the record, you aren't referring to errors in
- 2:21Speaker 1: judgment that Mr. Epstein had related to his inappropriate activities
- 2:24Speaker 1: involving young girls? Bill Clinton, absolutely not. I knew nothing
- 2:28Speaker 1: about that. Question, did you ever see the birthday book
- 2:32Speaker 1: compiled together? Answer, I don't think so. Question, and you mentioned, previously,
- 2:37Speaker 1: you were friendly with Mr. Epstein. Did you typically send
- 2:40Speaker 1: birthday wishes to individuals that you didn't consider to be friends? Answer, no.
- 2:46Speaker 1: I send out literally hundreds and hundreds of birthday letters
- 2:48Speaker 1: every year to people that have been my friends. But
- 2:52Speaker 1: if somebody's doing a special... I've sent birthday letters of
- 2:55Speaker 1: congratulation to people I've met two or three times for
- 2:59Speaker 1: their 70th birthday and their 80th birthday, their 50th wedding anniversary.
- 3:03Speaker 1: I do it, and I found, I've told you, I
- 3:06Speaker 1: thought Epstein was interesting and curious, so I wrote a
- 3:09Speaker 1: letter that I thought reflected that. Question, can you elaborate
- 3:13Speaker 1: on what made him interesting and curious? Answer, no more
- 3:18Speaker 1: than I've already said. Question, at this time, I'd like
- 3:21Speaker 1: to introduce... what'll be marked as Majority Exhibit 14. And
- 3:25Speaker 1: while it's being handed out, this is an article published
- 3:28Speaker 1: by the New York Times on August 5th, 2025, entitled,
- 3:32Speaker 1: A Look Inside Epstein's Manhattan Lair. And once you receive
- 3:36Speaker 1: the article, I will direct your attention to page 10.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, where is that? His lawyer? No, they haven't
- 3:43Speaker 1: brought it yet. It's coming around. Jack Emmer, and we're
- 3:48Speaker 1: specifically looking at the framed photo on a wooden table alongside...
- 3:51Speaker 1: multiple other framed photos. And we're focusing on the photo
- 3:55Speaker 1: in the middle, which appears to have a golden frame.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, where is that? His lawyer points it out.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, yeah, okay, I see it. Question. Mr. President,
- 4:06Speaker 1: do you recognize yourself in the photo? Answer, I do. Question.
- 4:10Speaker 1: And it appears that the man on the right of
- 4:12Speaker 1: the photo is Jeffrey Epstein. Is that correct? Answer, I
- 4:15Speaker 1: think so. Question. Have you seen this photograph before today? Answer,
- 4:20Speaker 1: only in this picture. Question, and for the record, what's
- 4:23Speaker 1: happening in this photo? Answer, he's smiling at me. He
- 4:27Speaker 1: looks like he's talking to me. Question, this is one
- 4:30Speaker 1: of the friendly interactions that you were describing earlier? Answer, yes. Question,
- 4:35Speaker 1: and can you describe the circumstances surrounding the photo? His
- 4:40Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. Are you asking if he recalls? Bill
- 4:43Speaker 1: Clinton cuts his lawyer off. I do not. I have
- 4:45Speaker 1: no idea. I see Richard Branson in the back and
- 4:48Speaker 1: other people. Question, okay, that's fine. Answer, but I don't
- 4:52Speaker 1: remember anything about it. Question, and you appear to be
- 4:55Speaker 1: comfortable with Mr. Epstein in this photo. Would you disagree
- 4:58Speaker 1: with that characterization? His lawyer jumps in again. So are
- 5:03Speaker 1: you creating a characterization? He's already responded to your question
- 5:07Speaker 1: about the picture. Bill Clinton, I'm comfortable. I'm comfortable here.
- 5:11Speaker 1: I'm not happy, but I'm comfortable. And my conscience is
- 5:14Speaker 1: clear if that helps. Question, Mr. President, we have about
- 5:18Speaker 1: five minutes remaining in the majority's first hour. So I
- 5:21Speaker 1: just want to ask you some questions related to the
- 5:23Speaker 1: crimes committed by Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell. Did you
- 5:26Speaker 1: ever witness Mr. Epstein sexually abuse or assault young women
- 5:30Speaker 1: or girls? Answer, no. Question, did you ever witness Mr.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Epstein receive massages from young women or girls? Answer, not
- 5:38Speaker 1: that I recall. Question, did Mr. Epstein ever discuss sexual
- 5:42Speaker 1: acts of any kind with you? Answer, no. Question, Did
- 5:46Speaker 1: you ever have any sexual contact with young women or
- 5:49Speaker 1: girls in the presence of Epstein or Maxwell? Answer, no. Question,
- 5:54Speaker 1: did you ever have sexual contact with any young woman
- 5:57Speaker 1: or girl introduced to you by Epstein or Maxwell? Answer, no. Question, Mr. President,
- 6:03Speaker 1: with the benefit of hindsight, were there things you witnessed
- 6:06Speaker 1: that could have suggested that Epstein was trafficking and sexually
- 6:10Speaker 1: abusing young women and girls? Answer, I don't believe so.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Jack Emmer, we'll go off the record. And now they're
- 6:17Speaker 1: back on the record. And now we have Redacted doing
- 6:20Speaker 1: the questioning for the minority. My name is Redacted, and
- 6:24Speaker 1: I'll be doing most of the questioning for the minority today. First,
- 6:27Speaker 1: I want to thank you for your long and distinguished
- 6:29Speaker 1: service to this country. I also want to thank you
- 6:33Speaker 1: for your time today. We appreciate it. Before we get
- 6:36Speaker 1: to questions, I'd like to take a few minutes and
- 6:38Speaker 1: highlight some context that we think is relevant for today's conversation.
- 6:44Speaker 1: President Trump had a long-standing personal relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 6:48Speaker 1: That's not a secret. It's well documented, and I think
- 6:51Speaker 1: the public and everyone in Congress understands that at this point.
- 6:55Speaker 1: President Trump does not like talking about his long-standing personal
- 6:58Speaker 1: relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. I think we've all seen that
- 7:02Speaker 1: as well. On November 12th of last year, Oversight Committee
- 7:06Speaker 1: Democrats released emails that were obtained from the estate of
- 7:09Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. In one email from 2011, Epstein said to
- 7:14Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell that President Trump was, quote, that dog that
- 7:17Speaker 1: hasn't barked, and that an unnamed victim, quote, spent hours
- 7:21Speaker 1: at my house with him. In another email from 2019,
- 7:25Speaker 1: Epstein wrote that, quote, of course he's referring to President Trump,
- 7:30Speaker 1: and that he knew about the girls as he asked
- 7:32Speaker 1: Ghislaine to stop. I'd like to enter, as Minority Exhibit A,
- 7:36Speaker 1: Oversight Democrats press release from November 12, 2025, titled, Oversight
- 7:43Speaker 1: Committee releases Jeffrey Epstein email correspondence raising questions about White
- 7:47Speaker 1: House cover-up of Epstein files, and that includes both the
- 7:51Speaker 1: emails that I had mentioned. There was a fair amount
- 7:54Speaker 1: of public attention on those emails, and two days later,
- 7:57Speaker 1: President Trump asked the Department of Justice to investigate Epstein's
- 8:01Speaker 1: relationship with yourself, Larry Summers, Reid Hoffman, and JPMorgan Chase.
- 8:06Speaker 1: You are, of course, a former Democratic President of the
- 8:09Speaker 1: United States, notably President Trump, did not include any Republicans
- 8:13Speaker 1: in his demands. Later that day, Attorney General Pam Bondi
- 8:17Speaker 1: posted on social media that the U.S. Attorney for Southern
- 8:20Speaker 1: District of New York would comply with President Trump's directive
- 8:24Speaker 1: and take the lead on the investigation. I would like
- 8:28Speaker 1: to enter as Minority Exhibit B. Attorney General Bondi's post
- 8:32Speaker 1: on X, which also includes President Trump's post on Truth Social.
- 8:36Speaker 1: It's well understood that you had a personal relationship with Mr. Epstein,
- 8:40Speaker 1: and we'll talk about that later today. but the events
- 8:43Speaker 1: I just described color our perspective on the conversation. It
- 8:47Speaker 1: appears as if you and other Democratic figures have been
- 8:50Speaker 1: targeted by President Trump in an attempt to distract the
- 8:53Speaker 1: American people from his own long-standing relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 8:58Speaker 1: And if that were true, it would not be the
- 9:00Speaker 1: first time President Trump has targeted his political enemies under
- 9:04Speaker 1: the guise of law enforcement. This deposition is occurring in
- 9:08Speaker 1: the context of unprecedented weaponization and of the Department of
- 9:12Speaker 1: Justice by Donald Trump. You may have a perspective on
- 9:15Speaker 1: this of your own, so before we get started, I
- 9:17Speaker 1: just want to give you the opportunity to share any
- 9:19Speaker 1: thoughts you might have on that subject. As if we
- 9:22Speaker 1: need that. The whole preamble. Save that shit. Nobody cares
- 9:25Speaker 1: about your whataboutism. Golly. Bill Clinton, I think I'll let
- 9:30Speaker 1: you ask me some questions, and maybe at the end
- 9:32Speaker 1: I'll say something. Question? That sounds fine, thank you. I'd
- 9:37Speaker 1: like to start our conversation with a few foundational questions.
- 9:40Speaker 1: so we can just set the record straight from the
- 9:42Speaker 1: very beginning. With respect to your relationship with Mr. Epstein,
- 9:46Speaker 1: did you ever at any point during your interaction with
- 9:49Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein know about the sexual abuse that he was
- 9:52Speaker 1: committing against minors and young women? Answer, no. Question, with
- 9:58Speaker 1: respect to your relationship with Mr. Epstein, with Ghislaine Maxwell,
- 10:01Speaker 1: did you ever at any point during your interaction with
- 10:04Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell know about the sexual abuse that she committed
- 10:07Speaker 1: and facilitated against minors and young women? Answer, no. Question,
- 10:13Speaker 1: have you ever at any point visited Jeffrey Epstein's former
- 10:16Speaker 1: estate on Little St. James Island in the U.S. Virgin Islands?
- 10:19Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no. Question, in February of last year, Attorney
- 10:24Speaker 1: General Pam Bondi said on Fox News that you traveled
- 10:27Speaker 1: on Mr. Epstein's plane, quote, because it supposedly had a
- 10:30Speaker 1: bed in there where Jeffrey Epstein had young girls. I'll
- 10:34Speaker 1: ask you, did you fly on Mr. Epstein's plane because
- 10:37Speaker 1: it had a bed where Jeffrey Epstein had young girls?
- 10:40Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no. Question, are there Any other accusations that
- 10:44Speaker 1: have been made against you with respect to Mr. Epstein
- 10:46Speaker 1: that you'd like to address before we get started with
- 10:49Speaker 1: some chronological questions? Well, that's weird. Nobody else was asked
- 10:53Speaker 1: that question. Nobody else was given that chance to do that.
- 10:57Speaker 1: But I guess Bill Clinton's special, right? He's one of ours.
- 11:00Speaker 1: He's on our team. Clinton, well, I think you pretty
- 11:05Speaker 1: much well covered it. Thank you. Question, thank you. I'll
- 11:08Speaker 1: ask you a series of chronological questions. I'd like to
- 11:11Speaker 1: try to create one clear chronological record. Some of that
- 11:15Speaker 1: might be repetitive from what you've already talked about. I'll
- 11:18Speaker 1: try to keep that to a minimum. All these questions
- 11:21Speaker 1: are from a long time ago. If you don't recall
- 11:23Speaker 1: anything about what I'm asking, just let me know. Starting
- 11:26Speaker 1: with the events before and during your presidency, the earliest
- 11:29Speaker 1: known link that we're aware of between yourself and Mr.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Epstein is that he made a pair of campaign contributions
- 11:36Speaker 1: to you in 92. There was 1,000 contribution to your
- 11:40Speaker 1: presidential election committee in January of 92 and another 1,000
- 11:44Speaker 1: in June to the Clinton-Gore General Election Compliance Fund. I
- 11:49Speaker 1: imagine a lot of folks donate $ 1, 000 to your campaign.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Do you have any specific recollection or knowledge of those
- 11:56Speaker 1: particular contributions? Bill Clinton, no. I think this is the
- 12:00Speaker 1: first time that I've ever known that. All right, folks,
- 12:02Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up right here. And in the
- 12:04Speaker 1: next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick
- 12:06Speaker 1: up where we left off. All the information that goes
- 12:10Speaker 1: with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 12:14Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 12:17Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
- 12:20Speaker 1: with the Bill Clinton transcript from his trip to Congress.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you. We have a series
- 12:27Speaker 1: of questions from some of the members in the minority,
- 12:30Speaker 1: and so I'll be calling them up as we go through.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Thank you. I just want to also again thank you
- 12:35Speaker 1: for being here and answering all the questions. We appreciate that,
- 12:38Speaker 1: and you, for your service. Just two clarifying questions. One
- 12:42Speaker 1: was asked during the Republican hour, and I just want
- 12:44Speaker 1: to have you reiterate it for the record. Either during
- 12:47Speaker 1: or after your presidency, were you ever made aware of
- 12:50Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein having any kind of relationship, directly or indirectly,
- 12:54Speaker 1: with a foreign intelligence agency or a service? I ask
- 12:58Speaker 1: because we've received a lot of interest and communication about
- 13:01Speaker 1: that topic, and so I want to give you a
- 13:02Speaker 1: chance to answer that again if there is anything else.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no, I wasn't. And I understood why now
- 13:10Speaker 1: when you showed me the passport, but I wasn't. I
- 13:12Speaker 1: didn't know anything about that. Question, thank you. And then second,
- 13:16Speaker 1: of course, this deposition also sets a pretty new precedent.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I think which is something that we've been discussed and
- 13:22Speaker 1: folks across the country are discussing as well. We're thankful
- 13:26Speaker 1: that you're here. We believe in the minority that President
- 13:28Speaker 1: Trump should also answer this committee's questions. He's someone that
- 13:33Speaker 1: is mentioned almost more than any other person beside Glenn
- 13:36Speaker 1: Maxwell in the Epstein documents. So to get more information
- 13:40Speaker 1: for this investigation, was wondering if you would also agree
- 13:43Speaker 1: that President Trump should answer questions to this committee. Bill Clinton,
- 13:48Speaker 1: that's for you to decide. But he did know him well,
- 13:51Speaker 1: and I once had a brief discussion with him about it. Question,
- 13:56Speaker 1: thank you, and thanks for that answer. With that, I'm
- 13:58Speaker 1: going to go to Mr. Walkinshaw, and we'll go down
- 14:01Speaker 1: a series of questions. Clinton, I hate this, because I
- 14:05Speaker 1: don't believe I should inject anything, but I do not
- 14:08Speaker 1: want to leave the impression, but since there was no
- 14:10Speaker 1: follow-up question, the President never, and this is 20-something years ago,
- 14:15Speaker 1: never said anything to me to make me think he
- 14:17Speaker 1: was involved in anything unprofitable with regard to Epstein either.
- 14:21Speaker 1: He just didn't. He just said we were friends, and
- 14:23Speaker 1: then we had a falling out over a land deal,
- 14:25Speaker 1: property deal, that's all. Question, thank you. Could I ask
- 14:29Speaker 1: very briefly, Mr. President, if you recall- What were the
- 14:32Speaker 1: circumstances of that conversation? Or at least let's start with
- 14:36Speaker 1: when did that conversation occur? Bill Clinton, it was on
- 14:40Speaker 1: his golf course. There was a couple of years there
- 14:42Speaker 1: when Joe Torre, who had been the manager of the
- 14:44Speaker 1: Yankees and was a friend, had a tournament, a charitable
- 14:49Speaker 1: golf tournament called appropriately for this investigation, the Safe at
- 14:53Speaker 1: Home Foundation. It was designed to combat domestic violence of
- 14:57Speaker 1: which Joe Torre had been a victim as a child.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I wanted to support it. Donald Trump gave him the
- 15:02Speaker 1: golf course in New York to have the tournament, and
- 15:05Speaker 1: I played in it a couple times. The day I
- 15:08Speaker 1: was there, Donald Trump would come out and play a
- 15:10Speaker 1: few holes with us. He somehow knew I had flown
- 15:13Speaker 1: on Jeffrey Epstein's aircraft, and he said, we had some
- 15:15Speaker 1: great times together over the years, but we fell out
- 15:18Speaker 1: because of a real estate deal. He said, I'm sorry
- 15:21Speaker 1: it happened. That's all. Question, do you recall whether President
- 15:24Speaker 1: Trump was the first one to affirmatively bring up the
- 15:27Speaker 1: subject of Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, no, but I'd be shocked
- 15:31Speaker 1: if he did, or if I did, I just don't
- 15:33Speaker 1: do that. Question, do you recall whether President Trump elaborated
- 15:38Speaker 1: at all on the great times that he had with
- 15:40Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein? Answer, no, no, not at the time. I
- 15:44Speaker 1: didn't put any sexual spin on it. Question, and as
- 15:47Speaker 1: far as you recall, President Trump characterized the nature of
- 15:51Speaker 1: the ending of their friendship as being solely due to
- 15:53Speaker 1: the real estate bidding. Answer, that's what he said. Question,
- 15:56Speaker 1: thank you. Answer, but I didn't think much about it
- 16:00Speaker 1: at the time. And it was two minutes, and then
- 16:02Speaker 1: we were gone. Question, as far as you recall, have
- 16:05Speaker 1: you had any other conversation with President Trump related to
- 16:08Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell? Answer, no. Question, and your
- 16:13Speaker 1: best recollection, if you have one, of the year that
- 16:15Speaker 1: this conversation occurred? Bill Clinton, 2002, 2003? Thank you, Mr. President.
- 16:23Speaker 1: Good afternoon. I just want to focus again on Ghislaine Maxwell. First,
- 16:26Speaker 1: I'll ask you just to reiterate... Did you ever at
- 16:29Speaker 1: any point during your interaction with Ms. Maxwell know about
- 16:32Speaker 1: the sexual abuse she committed and facilitated against minors and women?
- 16:37Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, no. Question. When did you learn that she
- 16:41Speaker 1: engaged in crimes against girls and young women? Answer. When
- 16:44Speaker 1: the first evidence came out. When was it? 2019? Question. Okay.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Have you ever engaged in sexual activity with a person
- 16:52Speaker 1: introduced to you by Glenn Maxwell? Answer. No. Question. No.
- 16:56Speaker 1: You're aware that she was convicted of crimes, as we discussed,
- 16:59Speaker 1: and you're aware that she's currently incarcerated as a result
- 17:02Speaker 1: of her federal conviction? Answer yes. Question. Maxwell received a
- 17:07Speaker 1: 20-year sentence for her crimes. Are you aware that she
- 17:10Speaker 1: has repeatedly called on President Trump to grant her clemency,
- 17:13Speaker 1: and that she said that you and President Trump are
- 17:15Speaker 1: not guilty of any wrongdoing with respect to Epstein? Answer.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I know that now, yes. Question. In your opinion, does
- 17:24Speaker 1: she deserve or should be granted clemency by President Trump? Answer,
- 17:28Speaker 1: I don't think I should comment on that. I don't
- 17:30Speaker 1: know anything about President Trump other than what I've already
- 17:33Speaker 1: told you. I thought that was a mistake to pardon
- 17:36Speaker 1: everybody in the January 6th case. I think that the
- 17:39Speaker 1: thing was really hard for me when it came out
- 17:41Speaker 1: because we had been friendly with Ghislaine. I was sad,
- 17:44Speaker 1: but it was terrible what she did. And she had
- 17:47Speaker 1: to be punished. Somebody beside me should make a decision
- 17:51Speaker 1: on what they did. So she got 20 years and
- 17:53Speaker 1: there it is. You know what's so wild about this?
- 17:56Speaker 1: He's lying. Because everybody knew what Ghislaine Maxwell was all
- 18:00Speaker 1: the way back in the day. And he still chose
- 18:03Speaker 1: to hang out with her. But because he's on people's team,
- 18:06Speaker 1: it's okay, right? Fucking disgusting. Question. Okay, Mr. President. On
- 18:11Speaker 1: July 24th, 2025, the Deputy Attorney General and President Trump's
- 18:16Speaker 1: former personal attorney, Todd Blanch, conducted a closed-door interview of Ms.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Maxwell and at her then low security prison on August 1st, 2025.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Just a few days after that interview, she was transferred
- 18:27Speaker 1: to a low security prison where she's afforded a list
- 18:30Speaker 1: of amenities, personalized meals, playtime with puppies, a transfer that
- 18:35Speaker 1: I think most Americans agree is inconsistent with a very
- 18:39Speaker 1: serious crime she was convicted of. Do you have any
- 18:42Speaker 1: opinion on her transfer to that lower security prison and
- 18:45Speaker 1: the amenities she's been granted? Did it seem strange to
- 18:48Speaker 1: you when you learned of that? Answer, I think you're
- 18:51Speaker 1: in a better position to find out what happened than
- 18:53Speaker 1: I am. You notice how cautious he is around the
- 18:56Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell topic? I wonder why. Question, okay, when you
- 19:00Speaker 1: were president of the U.S., was it common for your
- 19:03Speaker 1: deputy attorney general to directly conduct interviews of witnesses and
- 19:07Speaker 1: or federal inmates? Question, was it? You were there. Answer,
- 19:12Speaker 1: you have to testify what you know, what you recall.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Do you recall? Yeah, he's asking, did you ever send
- 19:17Speaker 1: a deputy attorney general, Bill Clinton, To the best of
- 19:20Speaker 1: my knowledge, I did not do that. Question. All right.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Thank you, Mr. President. Bill Clinton. May I ask a question?
- 19:27Speaker 1: Representative Foster, are you still the youngest person in Congress?
- 19:31Speaker 1: Representative Foster. Yes, I am, Mr. President. Bill Clinton. Lucky you. Foster.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Hopefully that changes. If you're the youngest for too long,
- 19:40Speaker 1: it's not good. Oh, give me a break. Who cares?
- 19:44Speaker 1: What the fuck does this have to do with Epstein?
- 19:50Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, come time, believe me, I was for most
- 19:52Speaker 1: of my life the youngest person doing whatever I was doing.
- 19:55Speaker 1: And one day I woke up, I was the oldest
- 19:57Speaker 1: man in every room. And I couldn't tell you for
- 20:00Speaker 1: the rest of the life of me how I got
- 20:02Speaker 1: from one place to the other. Time will take care
- 20:04Speaker 1: of it. Enjoy it while it lasts. Oh, how cute.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Isn't that great? Question, thank you, thank you. It's a
- 20:11Speaker 1: blessing to be the oldest person in the room as well. Mr. President,
- 20:14Speaker 1: I just wanted to circle back to the conversation you
- 20:16Speaker 1: had with Jeffrey Epstein on the golf course, or with, sorry,
- 20:20Speaker 1: Donald Trump on the golf course in New York. President
- 20:23Speaker 1: Trump has said publicly multiple times that his falling out
- 20:26Speaker 1: with Epstein was a result of him hiring away workers
- 20:29Speaker 1: from Mar-a-Lago and his crimes. He said that's why he
- 20:33Speaker 1: kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago. I have two questions about this.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Did President Trump specifically characterize the result of this land
- 20:41Speaker 1: dispute that had as a falling out specifically to the
- 20:44Speaker 1: best of your gets cut off by Clinton? Yeah, he
- 20:47Speaker 1: said both wanted the same piece of land. He didn't
- 20:49Speaker 1: say what it was. And that's all I remember. Question.
- 20:53Speaker 1: And he said it was a falling out as a
- 20:55Speaker 1: result of that. Answer. Yeah. Said it strained the relationship. Question.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Do you know when this conversation happened? Answer. When the
- 21:02Speaker 1: conversation I had with him happened? Answer. Uh-huh. Question. Or
- 21:06Speaker 1: excuse me. Answer. Well, it had to be in 2002
- 21:09Speaker 1: or 2003, I think. Question, 2002, 2003. All right, thank you.
- 21:15Speaker 1: During any of your interactions with Jeffrey Epstein or Glenn Maxwell,
- 21:19Speaker 1: did either of them ever mention or discuss their relationship
- 21:22Speaker 1: or connections with Howard Lutnick? Answer, no. Question, how about
- 21:26Speaker 1: their relationship or connection with Alex Acosta? Answer, no. Question, okay,
- 21:32Speaker 1: thank you. Those are my questions. Now it's Melanie Stansberry
- 21:36Speaker 1: doing the questioning. Good morning, Mr. President. Answer, good morning. Question,
- 21:40Speaker 1: I'm Melanie Stansberry. I represent New Mexico's first congressional district,
- 21:46Speaker 1: and it's an honor to have you and your counsel here.
- 21:48Speaker 1: This is a very important investigation, and we obviously have
- 21:51Speaker 1: a lot of questions. For me personally, this case is
- 21:54Speaker 1: all about justice for the victims, and I really appreciate
- 21:58Speaker 1: in your opening statement, your statement about nobody being above
- 22:01Speaker 1: the law, including a president. And I think it's important
- 22:04Speaker 1: that we're setting the precedent for Congress establishing oversight and
- 22:07Speaker 1: subpoena power over a president. And I believe Donald Trump
- 22:11Speaker 1: should and ultimately will be in front of this body.
- 22:16Speaker 1: I also appreciate what you said about women and girls
- 22:19Speaker 1: who were abused by Jeffrey Epstein deserving justice and healing.
- 22:23Speaker 1: And that's where I'd like to focus my questions. In particular,
- 22:26Speaker 1: I want to focus on three survivors who have shared
- 22:28Speaker 1: their stories that involve you. I want to begin with
- 22:31Speaker 1: Maria Farmer. Do you know who Maria Farmer is? Maria
- 22:35Speaker 1: Farmer was employed by Jeffrey Epstein and abused by him
- 22:38Speaker 1: for a number of years. And she first reported her
- 22:41Speaker 1: abuse to the New York PD and FBI in 1996.
- 22:44Speaker 1: She states she has personal knowledge that you visited Jeffrey
- 22:48Speaker 1: Epstein's house three to four times while you were the
- 22:51Speaker 1: sitting president between 95 and 96. She says she knows
- 22:55Speaker 1: this based on photographs that Ghislaine Maxwell showed to her,
- 22:58Speaker 1: as well as discussions with the staff. So, let me
- 23:01Speaker 1: ask you, Mr. President, did you visit Jeffrey Epstein's house
- 23:05Speaker 1: while you were president? Answer, I don't remember doing that.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I don't believe I did. Question, how do you explain
- 23:11Speaker 1: the discrepancy? Objection, Clinton's lawyer calls, calls for him to speculate. Answer,
- 23:20Speaker 1: I can't speculate, but I can tell you is I
- 23:22Speaker 1: don't remember being there. Question, okay, moving on to Virginia Roberts.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Are you familiar with her? Answer, uh-huh. Question, As has
- 23:31Speaker 1: already been established, she stated in numerous sworn statements, including
- 23:34Speaker 1: a sworn deposition, in the deposition in the Maxwell trial,
- 23:38Speaker 1: that she saw you on the island with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 23:41Speaker 1: In fact, this morning, her family shared her diary with me,
- 23:44Speaker 1: and in it is a quote wherein she writes, quote,
- 23:47Speaker 1: Bill Clinton met two times island with two girls, CTGM
- 23:51Speaker 1: and JE. What's your reaction to that? Bill Clinton, it's
- 23:55Speaker 1: not true. Oh yeah, just like Monica Lewinsky wasn't true, huh?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Another person calling Virginia a liar. That's nice. Question. Do
- 24:05Speaker 1: you have any dates associated with that? Were there dates
- 24:08Speaker 1: on the diary? His lawyer asks. Question by Stansberry. I
- 24:13Speaker 1: don't have that information, but we'll be happy to share
- 24:16Speaker 1: it with you. Answer by his lawyer. It would be
- 24:20Speaker 1: terrific because I think there are also records that would
- 24:23Speaker 1: reflect where else he would have been. So thanks. Clinton.
- 24:26Speaker 1: Did she say that in her book? Question by Stansberry.
- 24:30Speaker 1: This is from her personal diary that her family shared
- 24:32Speaker 1: with us. Clinton. Yeah, but the book came out more recently.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Did she say that in the book? Stansberry. I'm just
- 24:39Speaker 1: reading you the entry from her diary that her family
- 24:41Speaker 1: shared with me. Clinton. I think she ultimately reached a
- 24:44Speaker 1: different conclusion. Although I had no contact with her. No,
- 24:48Speaker 1: she did not. Wow. And just to be clear, Virginia
- 24:52Speaker 1: never said that Bill Clinton did anything untowards. In fact,
- 24:56Speaker 1: she said he was a gentleman. And I believe her.
- 24:59Speaker 1: I also believe her that he was on the island. Question, okay, well,
- 25:04Speaker 1: I just want to make sure that it's on the record.
- 25:07Speaker 1: That is Virginia's statement. Did you ever fly in a
- 25:09Speaker 1: helicopter with Ghislaine, Bill Clinton, ever, anywhere? I have no idea. Question, okay, well,
- 25:16Speaker 1: at least one of the survivors claims that you flew
- 25:19Speaker 1: in a helicopter with Ghislaine Maxwell to the island. Question,
- 25:22Speaker 1: did you ever? His lawyer asks, Bill Clinton, then I
- 25:25Speaker 1: did not do that. I've never been to that island. Question, okay,
- 25:29Speaker 1: the third person I want to talk about briefly is
- 25:31Speaker 1: Shantae Davies. I know we've already mentioned her here today.
- 25:35Speaker 1: I know you already mentioned that she was listed as
- 25:38Speaker 1: a flight attendant on the trip to South Africa in
- 25:41Speaker 1: 2002 that you took with Jeffrey Epstein. Are you aware
- 25:44Speaker 1: that Shantae Davies is a survivor who claimed she was
- 25:47Speaker 1: abused for three years, including during that time period? Bill Clinton,
- 25:51Speaker 1: I am now. Question, are you aware that Jeffrey Epstein
- 25:54Speaker 1: recruited his victims through calling them masseuses? Bill Clinton, no. Question,
- 26:00Speaker 1: you're not aware that Jeffrey... She gets cut off by Clinton,
- 26:03Speaker 1: but it doesn't surprise me. But I didn't know that. No. Question,
- 26:07Speaker 1: knowing that Jeffrey Epstein recruited hundreds of minors as masseuses
- 26:11Speaker 1: to massage him, and knowing that his victims, who was
- 26:13Speaker 1: a survivor of three years of his sexual abuse as
- 26:17Speaker 1: a masseuse, was on the plane, does that make you
- 26:19Speaker 1: think about the massage you received from her differently? The
- 26:23Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. Can I just interrupt? You're saying knowing.
- 26:26Speaker 1: You know that. He was saying that he was unaware...
- 26:28Speaker 1: that that's how Mr. Epstein was recruiting his individuals. Stansberry,
- 26:33Speaker 1: I'm asking if today. The lawyer jumps in, thank you.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, have you seen the picture? Stansberry, I have
- 26:39Speaker 1: a copy of it. Yes, right here. Question while I'm
- 26:42Speaker 1: sitting up in the... Gets cut off by Stansberry. I'm
- 26:45Speaker 1: just asking, if now that you know that Jeffrey Epstein
- 26:48Speaker 1: recruited girls as masseuses, does that reframe the photograph in
- 26:52Speaker 1: knowing that there were girls on the plane that were
- 26:54Speaker 1: being abused? His lawyer objects. It states facts, not in
- 26:58Speaker 1: the record. You can ask this witness what he thinks
- 27:01Speaker 1: or remembers or remembers or anything that happened, but I
- 27:04Speaker 1: don't think it's right to ask him to speculate. Clinton,
- 27:08Speaker 1: she wants to know if I feel bad about it, yes.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Representative Stansbury, I'm not. Clinton cuts her off, don't you? Question,
- 27:16Speaker 1: what I'm trying to get at is that there's a
- 27:19Speaker 1: culture that surrounded Jeffrey Epstein in which rich and powerful
- 27:21Speaker 1: people saw young women that were survivors who were being
- 27:25Speaker 1: abused and didn't say anything and didn't do anything. His
- 27:29Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. So was your question, gets cut off
- 27:31Speaker 1: by Stansberry. Part of what I'm trying to do is
- 27:34Speaker 1: ask you, we know there was a survivor that was
- 27:37Speaker 1: on that plane. You've stated you didn't know she was
- 27:39Speaker 1: a survivor. I understand that. But I'm asking, now that
- 27:43Speaker 1: you're aware that Epstein was recruiting survivors as masseuses, does
- 27:47Speaker 1: this make you rethink what you saw as you were
- 27:49Speaker 1: traveling and interacting with him? The lawyer jumps in. Okay,
- 27:53Speaker 1: so he has already spoken to. Bill Clinton cuts the
- 27:56Speaker 1: lawyer off. No, but I... Lawyer jumps back in. Wait
- 28:00Speaker 1: a minute, wait a minute. I want to make sure
- 28:01Speaker 1: that you're clearly answering her question. He's already stated that
- 28:05Speaker 1: what he saw, what he knows. And so what you're
- 28:08Speaker 1: now asking him, given what you've now shared with him,
- 28:11Speaker 1: does he think any differently about what he saw? Stansbury, yeah. Question,
- 28:16Speaker 1: and what he knew? Thank you. Stansbury, yeah, thank you. Clinton,
- 28:20Speaker 1: I wish Shantae would have told me. I liked her,
- 28:22Speaker 1: but I didn't think it was anything unusual. And I
- 28:25Speaker 1: can tell you how many airplanes I've been on, where
- 28:27Speaker 1: rich people asked me to go, and they had someone
- 28:29Speaker 1: offering a massage. All these boats that you go on,
- 28:32Speaker 1: and all that, they all do it. Usually I don't
- 28:35Speaker 1: do that. I'm not into this. Stansberry, well that certainly
- 28:38Speaker 1: raises some other questions about people offering free massages and boats, etc.
- 28:43Speaker 1: But I do want to enter a couple of exhibits
- 28:45Speaker 1: into the record. I know council is prepared to pass
- 28:48Speaker 1: them out. While that's occurring, we're going to introduce this exhibit.
- 28:52Speaker 1: What is it? Exhibit 1 or Exhibit I. It'll be
- 28:55Speaker 1: Minority Exhibit I, which is an FBI PowerPoint that was
- 28:59Speaker 1: included in the files that was released as part of
- 29:02Speaker 1: the Epstein Files Transparency Act. I would like to introduce
- 29:05Speaker 1: this exhibit, which is Exhibit J, which is an internal
- 29:08Speaker 1: correspondence email between the FBI. Though I'm short on time,
- 29:13Speaker 1: what I'll describe in both these exhibits is that your
- 29:16Speaker 1: name appears in FBI tip sheets as having attended parties
- 29:19Speaker 1: in Jeffrey Epstein's presence in which sexual activities were occurring.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Did you ever attend a party of any kind or
- 29:26Speaker 1: any event with Jeffrey Epstein in which sexual activities were occurring?
- 29:30Speaker 1: Answer no. Question. Okay, and then finally, there will be
- 29:35Speaker 1: many millions of people that watch this deposition. What would
- 29:38Speaker 1: you like to say to the survivors directly? Clinton, that
- 29:42Speaker 1: I hope this will produce a sense of finality, and
- 29:44Speaker 1: I don't think that'll happen until the government starts holding
- 29:47Speaker 1: onto all these records. I think that the records should
- 29:50Speaker 1: be released, and I think that we need to come
- 29:52Speaker 1: up with strategies to help people who can't get over
- 29:55Speaker 1: this get better. And the most important thing we do,
- 29:58Speaker 1: I think, besides treat the victims, is increase the guardrails
- 30:01Speaker 1: that will set off alarm systems and stop other people
- 30:04Speaker 1: from doing the same thing that Epstein did. Stansbury, thank
- 30:08Speaker 1: you very much, Mr. President. Bill Clinton, thank you. All right, folks,
- 30:14Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up right here. And in the
- 30:16Speaker 1: next episode dealing with the topic, we'll pick up where
- 30:18Speaker 1: we left off. All the information that goes with this
- 30:21Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
- 30:25Speaker 1: and welcome to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In
- 30:29Speaker 1: this episode, we're getting right back to Bill Clinton and
- 30:32Speaker 1: his transcript from his conversation with Congress. We had additional
- 30:38Speaker 1: members join us in the interim. Could that member just
- 30:41Speaker 1: identify themselves? Answer, absolutely. Hello, Mr. President. My name's Nick Langworthy.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I'm representing New York's 23rd Congressional District, Buffalo suburbs at
- 30:53Speaker 1: rural southern tier. Thank you for being here today. Question
- 30:59Speaker 1: by a lawyer. Could we just, for the record, do
- 31:01Speaker 1: a time check? Answer. We've got about five minutes left
- 31:05Speaker 1: in this round. That's right. Answer. Thank you so much.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. I think it's fine. Congressman. How are you? Question.
- 31:16Speaker 1: Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you for being here. and
- 31:18Speaker 1: for your time today. Thank you for your service. As
- 31:21Speaker 1: you know, in the files that were released, there were
- 31:23Speaker 1: several photos, included you. And we have an exhibit here
- 31:27Speaker 1: that's just one of the photos, Exhibit K, Minority Exhibit K.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Bill Clinton, yep. Question? Well, half that passed around. What
- 31:36Speaker 1: we're trying to get at is some context for the
- 31:39Speaker 1: public on whether you remember this photo and any details
- 31:42Speaker 1: you may be able to provide us about it. Do
- 31:45Speaker 1: you recall the details of this photo? or recall the
- 31:47Speaker 1: photo being taken? Answer, no, I don't think I ever
- 31:51Speaker 1: knew that photo was taken. Question, okay, for those of
- 31:55Speaker 1: us who can't see it, it's a photo of you
- 31:57Speaker 1: in a hot tub. There's a person next to you here.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Do you remember where it was taken? As with whom? Answer,
- 32:03Speaker 1: I do. Question, where was it taken? Answer, I'm almost
- 32:07Speaker 1: sure that this was taken. I think there's an adjacent photograph,
- 32:10Speaker 1: which you probably have, that if people thought they would
- 32:13Speaker 1: feel that someone was trying to con them, showing them
- 32:15Speaker 1: this picture. But anyway, this picture was taken in Brunei.
- 32:19Speaker 1: We flew one night on the trip to Asia. That
- 32:22Speaker 1: last very long leg. Question. OK, you said we. Who's
- 32:27Speaker 1: that including? Clinton. Well, my tell team that was working
- 32:32Speaker 1: on the AIDS issue. Mr. Epstein was there and Miss Maxwell.
- 32:35Speaker 1: But anyway, we got to the end of the end
- 32:37Speaker 1: of the flight was Brunei. It's a tiny place, but
- 32:40Speaker 1: a very wealthy one. The Sultan of Brunei was a
- 32:43Speaker 1: man that I had gotten to know well in my
- 32:46Speaker 1: eight years as president. His involvement with the International Matters
- 32:50Speaker 1: was basically to join Asian Pacific Economic Leaders Conference, which
- 32:54Speaker 1: I started and which he attended. He was very proud
- 32:57Speaker 1: of that. And his time came to host it. You
- 33:01Speaker 1: do these things in rotation. It came either at the
- 33:04Speaker 1: very end of my term or maybe the next year. Anyway,
- 33:08Speaker 1: when he knew I was coming and he said he
- 33:10Speaker 1: wanted to help with my AIDS initiative, and he invited
- 33:13Speaker 1: me to stay there. He said, but I want you
- 33:15Speaker 1: to stay at this hotel, and I hope that you'll
- 33:18Speaker 1: use our pool. So I did, and then I got
- 33:20Speaker 1: out and went to bed exhausted. Question, just for the record,
- 33:24Speaker 1: there's another picture that also shows this as part of
- 33:27Speaker 1: a larger pool area. Do you all have that so
- 33:29Speaker 1: he can refresh his recollection with respect to that? Clinton,
- 33:33Speaker 1: we should have it. It's quite enlightening. Then there's some
- 33:36Speaker 1: back and forth about the picture. Question, thanks. I just
- 33:41Speaker 1: wanted to make sure that he knew the content. Clinton's lawyer,
- 33:45Speaker 1: were there other people in the pool or hot tub
- 33:47Speaker 1: with you as well? Clinton, I don't think there was
- 33:49Speaker 1: anybody in the hot tub. I then forgotten that there
- 33:52Speaker 1: was anybody in the hot tub, but it was big. Question,
- 33:57Speaker 1: he's asking you about the pool area. Clinton, inaudible. It
- 34:01Speaker 1: appears in this photo there's a girl over here. There's someone.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Clinton jumps in. Yeah, I don't know who that is. Question,
- 34:08Speaker 1: but he's also asking, in the pool area, were there
- 34:11Speaker 1: other individuals? Answer, yeah, I don't know who that is. Question, okay,
- 34:17Speaker 1: so you don't know. Answer, no. And then, there were
- 34:20Speaker 1: other people in the pool. Question, so do you remember?
- 34:23Speaker 1: Were they under 18? Would you know? Answer, no. Question,
- 34:26Speaker 1: were they part of your traveling party? He's asking you.
- 34:29Speaker 1: His lawyer jumps in. Answer by Clinton, yeah, they were.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I think everybody that was part of our party. It
- 34:36Speaker 1: was late at night, or late-ish. And I also believe
- 34:39Speaker 1: that there was secret service agent there at the other
- 34:42Speaker 1: end of the pool. Question, okay. And was this in public? Answer, no.
- 34:47Speaker 1: It was a hotel room. And he wanted us to
- 34:50Speaker 1: stay there. And the hole, the water, this big pool
- 34:52Speaker 1: was on the same floor. And there were several suites.
- 34:56Speaker 1: So we went out. I swam around. I sat in
- 34:58Speaker 1: the hot tub for five minutes or whatever it was.
- 35:01Speaker 1: And I got up and went to bed. Question, and
- 35:03Speaker 1: then I have to ask you this. Did you engage
- 35:06Speaker 1: in any sexual activity with this person? Answer, no. Question, okay,
- 35:10Speaker 1: thank you, okay. Question, and that ends this round, and
- 35:14Speaker 1: we can go off record. They go off, and now
- 35:17Speaker 1: they're back. Jack Emmer, all right, we'll go back on
- 35:20Speaker 1: the record. Thank you for that. I appreciate it. Clinton's lawyers.
- 35:25Speaker 1: And we'll start with inaudible. Question now from an unnamed speaker. Wonderful. Hello, Mr. President.
- 35:34Speaker 1: How are you? Bill Clinton, fine. Question, good, thank you
- 35:37Speaker 1: so much for being with us today. Clinton, excuse me
- 35:41Speaker 1: for being hoarse. Question, oh, you're fine, Mr. President. Mr. President,
- 35:46Speaker 1: I want to make my questions as quick and as
- 35:48Speaker 1: painless as possible so we can move on with the
- 35:51Speaker 1: day and hopefully not keep you here for too long.
- 35:54Speaker 1: First question I have for you, Mr. President, have you
- 35:57Speaker 1: ever lied in a deposition? Clinton, no. Question, have you
- 36:01Speaker 1: ever lied while under oath? Clinton, no. Question, thank you.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Were you personally aware that Jeffrey Epstein visited the White
- 36:07Speaker 1: House 17 times during your presidency? Answer, at the time
- 36:11Speaker 1: it happened. Question, yes. Answer, no, not at the time
- 36:14Speaker 1: it happened. I was not. Question, so Jeffrey Epstein never
- 36:18Speaker 1: asked to meet you personally in the White House while
- 36:20Speaker 1: you were president during those 17 visits? Answer, not to
- 36:23Speaker 1: my knowledge. Question, would you know who he was meeting with? Answer, no.
- 36:28Speaker 1: I didn't know he was coming. Question, is that standard
- 36:31Speaker 1: protocol for the president? Not to know of someone who
- 36:34Speaker 1: is visiting the White House 17 times? Clinton's lawyer jumps in.
- 36:38Speaker 1: So wait, excuse me, just to be clear. The White
- 36:41Speaker 1: House office, which has 1,600 employees? You're speaking of the
- 36:44Speaker 1: White House office, yeah? Answer, yes. Question, okay. Bill Clinton, no.
- 36:49Speaker 1: I think that most presidents don't have a clue who's
- 36:52Speaker 1: coming in every day, unless it's somebody of personal interest
- 36:54Speaker 1: to the president. Question, yes. And you did have a
- 36:58Speaker 1: familiar relationship with Epstein, is that correct? Answer, no. I
- 37:01Speaker 1: wasn't aware I'd ever met Epstein when I was president.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Question while you were president. We're trying to establish if
- 37:08Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was a foreign or potentially even a domestic
- 37:11Speaker 1: asset of some kind. Do you have any reason to
- 37:13Speaker 1: believe that he was trying to seek access to classified material,
- 37:17Speaker 1: intelligence reports, or sensitive government information? Answer. No, I knew
- 37:23Speaker 1: nothing about this story until it came up. I was
- 37:26Speaker 1: glad to see that the picture of gets cut off. Yes.
- 37:30Speaker 1: And Mr. President, Sorry to interrupt you, Mr. President, since
- 37:33Speaker 1: knowing Jeffrey Epstein and knowing that he had visited the
- 37:36Speaker 1: White House, were there any conversations from your associates, any
- 37:40Speaker 1: White House staff, or anyone familiar with the meetings that
- 37:42Speaker 1: said he was seeking detailed information about government relationships? His
- 37:47Speaker 1: lawyer jumps in. Does that question relate to back in
- 37:50Speaker 1: the day or now? What's the time of the question?
- 37:54Speaker 1: Question I'm asking since you have been aware any time since.
- 37:58Speaker 1: After you were aware that Jeffrey Epstein visited the White
- 38:01Speaker 1: House 17 times. Has there been any conversation with anyone?
- 38:06Speaker 1: That you were aware that Jeffrey Epstein was seeking sensitive
- 38:09Speaker 1: government information? Lawyer jumps in. She's asking to the best
- 38:14Speaker 1: of your recollection. Clinton, to the best of my knowledge, no. Question,
- 38:19Speaker 1: yes sir, thank you. And moving on. At any time,
- 38:22Speaker 1: while you were traveling on any aircraft, owned, leased, or
- 38:25Speaker 1: otherwise affiliated, With Jeffrey Epstein, did you engage in sexual
- 38:29Speaker 1: relations or sexual activity with anyone other than your wife? Answer, no. Question,
- 38:35Speaker 1: during any such flight, did you witness or have knowledge
- 38:38Speaker 1: of any other individual engaging in sexual activities with female passengers? Answer, no. Question,
- 38:45Speaker 1: in 2002, you participated in a 10-day multi-country trip to
- 38:49Speaker 1: Africa while traveling on a Boeing 727 owned by Mr. Epstein.
- 38:53Speaker 1: The trip was organized by Glenn Maxwell. Do you recall
- 38:56Speaker 1: this trip, Mr. President? Answer, I recall the trip, but
- 39:00Speaker 1: I don't know that it was organized by Glenn Maxwell. Speaker, yes, sir. Question,
- 39:04Speaker 1: I believe we were going to places that I needed
- 39:07Speaker 1: to go for my work in Africa. Question, yes, sir.
- 39:10Speaker 1: Internal FBI records describe the aircraft as having a section
- 39:13Speaker 1: with couches adjacent to, with a sliding glass door leading
- 39:17Speaker 1: to another compartment. There was a bed. Are you familiar
- 39:20Speaker 1: with the layout of this aircraft that you traveled on? answer,
- 39:24Speaker 1: I'm familiar with the fact that there was a bench
- 39:26Speaker 1: to turn into a bed at the end of the
- 39:28Speaker 1: passenger seats. The fact that he's playing coy here is hilarious,
- 39:32Speaker 1: considering he had a favorite seat on the plane. Question,
- 39:36Speaker 1: and no other bed you were familiar with? Did you
- 39:39Speaker 1: ever go into any other part of the aircraft with
- 39:42Speaker 1: a bed that you perhaps lied on or utilized? Answer,
- 39:45Speaker 1: I'm familiar with the bench. It turned into a bed.
- 39:48Speaker 1: I don't believe I ever went into the back section. Question,
- 39:52Speaker 1: and at any time while traveling on such aircraft, do
- 39:55Speaker 1: you remember utilizing either the bench that laid? I'll keep
- 39:58Speaker 1: it as one option for now. Do you remember utilizing
- 40:01Speaker 1: the bench as a bed? Was it laid down as
- 40:03Speaker 1: a bed? Answer, if you remember, his lawyer says. Clinton,
- 40:07Speaker 1: I don't remember, but that doesn't mean I didn't. I'm
- 40:10Speaker 1: familiar with the note. Question, yes, sir. FBI internal records
- 40:14Speaker 1: relay testimony from Dr. Greg Bledsoe, who participated on the
- 40:18Speaker 1: 2002 Africa trip. Did Dr. Bledsoe describe multiple millionaires? Dr.
- 40:23Speaker 1: Bledsoe does describe multiple millionaires and billionaires on the plane.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Do you remember any of the names of those individuals,
- 40:30Speaker 1: potentially even the actor Kevin Spacey? Clinton, yeah, Kevin was
- 40:34Speaker 1: on the plane. Question, he also describes multiple young women
- 40:38Speaker 1: were present on the flights and that Maxwell appeared to
- 40:41Speaker 1: be in a position over the girls on the plane
- 40:44Speaker 1: and was directing the girls. Can you describe the purpose
- 40:47Speaker 1: of these women participating in this multi-country trip? His lawyer
- 40:52Speaker 1: jumps in, objection to the form of the question. No
- 40:56Speaker 1: objection to you asking the president what he saw, observed,
- 40:59Speaker 1: and heard, but he can't possibly speak to what Maxwell,
- 41:01Speaker 1: what was in her mind. Question, did you witness Mr. President, Ms. Maxwell,
- 41:06Speaker 1: appearing to be in the position over the other girls
- 41:09Speaker 1: on the plane and possibly directing the girls? Answer, well,
- 41:13Speaker 1: I thought that she was Epstein's top aide. and that
- 41:15Speaker 1: she was basically in charge of what happened. Question, what
- 41:18Speaker 1: did happen, Mr. President? Answer, I don't know. I've already
- 41:22Speaker 1: told you this. I'll tell it again. I never saw
- 41:24Speaker 1: anybody do anything wrong. I thought that they were flight attendants. Question,
- 41:29Speaker 1: do flight attendants typically wear tank tops and jeans? Answer,
- 41:33Speaker 1: they don't all wear uniforms on private planes. Question, yes, sir.
- 41:36Speaker 1: Most are dressed probably pretty business class. His lawyer jumps in,
- 41:42Speaker 1: so his testimony was, with respect to private aircrafts, people
- 41:46Speaker 1: are not wearing uniforms. Question, Dr. Bledsoe described in Audible
- 41:52Speaker 1: one of the girls serving as a masseuse. At any point,
- 41:54Speaker 1: did you or other male passengers receive a massage from
- 41:58Speaker 1: this young woman or any other young woman as described
- 42:01Speaker 1: as a masseuse? Answer, well, I've seen the picture that
- 42:05Speaker 1: shows that in an airport waiting area, one of them
- 42:09Speaker 1: was massaging my neck. That's all I've seen. Question, have
- 42:12Speaker 1: you received more than one massage from these trips with Mr.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Epstein and young girls that were present? Clinton, I don't
- 42:19Speaker 1: recall them, but the problem I remember from that trip
- 42:23Speaker 1: was that my neck had spasmed and I was in
- 42:25Speaker 1: and so they offered to help me and I let
- 42:27Speaker 1: them help. Question, she asked whether or not you recalled
- 42:31Speaker 1: any other massage. Bill Clinton, no, I do not. All right, folks,
- 42:35Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up right here. And in the
