- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to a meeting of the minds crafted from decades

- 0:24Speaker 2: you with us. And I'm just honored to be in
- 0:26Speaker 2: the company of greatness coming off his primetime appearance last night. Mr.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Primetime Mark Davis making it to Laura Ingram's show, hitting
- 0:35Speaker 2: it out of the park. And I'm just a lowly
- 0:39Speaker 2: little big mouth talk show host here at Eminem Extra
- 0:42Speaker 2: and the Mike Gallagher Show. Portions, of course, of M &
- 0:44Speaker 2: M Extra is sponsored by our title sponsor, Preborn, where

- 1:00Speaker 2: mmextra to support this wonderful, wonderful mission, this great organization. look,
- 1:07Speaker 2: people are telling me I need to keep you honest
- 1:10Speaker 2: because you're going to get a big head, all these
- 1:11Speaker 2: big TV appearances you're making.
- 1:13Speaker 3: I'm at risk.
- 1:14Speaker 2: You are. You are at risk. This is going to
- 1:16Speaker 2: go to your head. I mean, Laura Ingram, do you
- 1:18Speaker 2: know how many millions of people were hanging on to
- 1:20Speaker 2: your every word last night?
- 1:22Speaker 3: Think about it. I'm guessing a few. That's always nice
- 1:24Speaker 3: to do the primetime thing. I mean, it's funny. I mean, well,
- 1:27Speaker 3: I mean, let me ask. I mean, I'm nearly a
- 1:29Speaker 3: co-host on Will Kane these days. I think I'm in
- 1:31Speaker 3: there Thursday of this week. I know during the day,
- 1:35Speaker 3: It's never going to be as big an audience as
- 1:38Speaker 3: At Night. But doesn't The Five, which airs at 5
- 1:41Speaker 3: Eastern Time, hence the name, and then 4, 3, 2,
- 1:44Speaker 3: counting back through the time zones, isn't that their most
- 1:46Speaker 3: watched show?
- 1:48Speaker 1: It is.
- 1:48Speaker 2: It's their number one rated show. Which is funny because
- 1:52Speaker 2: I have now found myself tuning into The Five at 5.
- 1:56Speaker 2: like I used to tune into Tucker before Tucker was
- 2:00Speaker 2: summarily dismissed. He left the planet. And then he left
- 2:03Speaker 2: the universe. So anyway, great job last night. Of course,
- 2:05Speaker 2: Tallarico was fresh on Laura's mind and the missing 13 days.
- 2:11Speaker 2: So weird, Mark. So bizarre. And, you know, Larry O'Connor
- 2:15Speaker 2: just posted something on social media about how the New
- 2:18Speaker 2: York Times supposedly had time-stamped stories photography of where when
- 2:24Speaker 2: he was in his home yes sick with the flu
- 2:27Speaker 2: the campaign released it to the new york times but
- 2:30Speaker 2: to nobody right the can't that's exactly the campaign gave
- 2:34Speaker 2: it to the times larry o'connor said well look since
- 2:38Speaker 2: this uh this audio tape was supposedly ai generated does
- 2:43Speaker 2: anybody know if the photographs supplied by the campaign to
- 2:47Speaker 2: the times were ai generated how do you know How
- 2:51Speaker 2: do you have any idea? And Mark, here's the part,
- 2:53Speaker 2: and you and I talked briefly about this this morning.
- 2:55Speaker 2: I'm going to bring it up one more time, and
- 2:57Speaker 2: then we'll move on. I'm going to tell you something.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Any good reporter would uncover who the voice was on
- 3:07Speaker 2: the tape, who was the woman at this mental health facility,
- 3:15Speaker 2: is the tape AI or not, There would be some follow-up.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Have you noticed how the story has just evaporated? It's
- 3:22Speaker 2: just over.
- 3:23Speaker 3: It's a lack of natural curiosity. Because if the story
- 3:27Speaker 3: is real at the mental hospital, which it appears it
- 3:29Speaker 3: is not, then if it were real, there'd be great
- 3:32Speaker 3: curiosity to that. If it's not, if the thing was
- 3:35Speaker 3: just a colossal hoax, then I don't blame Nick Swordhorse
- 3:41Speaker 3: so much for going with it. That's just sort of
- 3:44Speaker 3: wishful thinking plus gullibility. But this guy, what's Ryan Amaker,
- 3:49Speaker 3: whatever his name is, he's the guy behind it who
- 3:51Speaker 3: is chortling about it and taunting people about it. If
- 3:55Speaker 3: this guy is a fraudster of the highest order... How
- 3:58Speaker 3: did that happen? I say if, I mean, I remain
- 4:01Speaker 3: open to absolutely anything on this crazy story, but how
- 4:04Speaker 3: did that happen? And what went into the production of
- 4:07Speaker 3: that little audio clip that ostensibly showed a mental hospital
- 4:12Speaker 3: revealing that James Tallarico had been there?
- 4:14Speaker 2: You're right.
- 4:15Speaker 3: There's a colossal lack of what would be ordinary curiosity.
- 4:18Speaker 2: But that's intentional. There's an intentional thing. It's not just
- 4:21Speaker 2: a lack of curiosity. It's, we don't want, we really
- 4:24Speaker 2: don't want to have a resolution to this story, because
- 4:28Speaker 2: at the end of the day, we're going to let
- 4:30Speaker 2: the story hang out there. It makes the Paxton side
- 4:35Speaker 2: look bad, I think. Because the takeaway is MAGA influencers
- 4:41Speaker 2: run with a debunked story. Well, who debunked it? I mean,
- 4:45Speaker 2: it hasn't been debunked. And contrary to you seem to
- 4:48Speaker 2: suggest that it has been.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Debunked means proven false. What it has been, it has
- 4:54Speaker 3: been proven weak, proven thin, proven unsubstantiated.
- 4:58Speaker 2: That doesn't make it false.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Correct. A lot of people, however, glommed onto it like
- 5:02Speaker 3: it was gospel. fueled by that same wishful thinking and
- 5:07Speaker 3: suspension of our usual radar to let the game come
- 5:10Speaker 3: to us.
- 5:12Speaker 2: By the way, a little housekeeping before we get started.
- 5:14Speaker 2: I'm very offended. So we're live on YouTube right now.
- 5:17Speaker 2: We have the chat room going. Yasmin wants to make
- 5:20Speaker 2: sure that everybody chatting away, make sure you like and subscribe.
- 5:25Speaker 2: And I'm trying to interact. So Yasmin says, Mike, be
- 5:29Speaker 2: more interactive since Mark isn't all that great at being
- 5:31Speaker 2: interactive with the texters. And I am. I'm pretty good.
- 5:34Speaker 2: You know me. I'm fixated. I have no life. I'm
- 5:37Speaker 2: a miserable, shallow little man. So I'm watching the comments
- 5:41Speaker 2: like a hawk. And I say, okay. Well, let me interact.
- 5:46Speaker 2: And I write on the chat room right now, okay, hi, everyone.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Here we go. How much should I bag on Mark
- 5:53Speaker 2: about his big TV hit with Laura Eden last night?
- 5:56Speaker 2: He was great, but I don't want to let it
- 5:58Speaker 2: go to his head. Should I be hard on him?
- 6:01Speaker 2: Do you know not a single person, not Grayson Kidd,
- 6:05Speaker 2: not J.A. Singleton, not Mad Mike, not just me and you,
- 6:09Speaker 2: not Ken in Columbia, Richard, nobody answered me. What am I,
- 6:13Speaker 2: what am I, chopped liver here?
- 6:15Speaker 3: Where does the lecture come from? If we're going to
- 6:17Speaker 3: interact with you, doggone it, you need to interact back.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Well, I'm not going to, I won't interact.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Are you just going.
- 6:22Speaker 2: To lie there? I will not interact. I will not interact. Jasmine,
- 6:25Speaker 2: I'm not talking to these people. They don't talk to me.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Well, you asked for it now.
- 6:30Speaker 2: I asked for a question. I said, should I give
- 6:33Speaker 2: you a hard time being a big TV star last
- 6:35Speaker 2: night on Fox News? Should I go hard on him
- 6:38Speaker 2: or not? And nobody even answers me.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Perhaps they thought it was a rhetorical question. I don't.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Rhetorical?
- 6:43Speaker 2: Should I be hard on him? How hard should I go?
- 6:46Speaker 2: How much should I bag on Mark Davis for being Mr.
- 6:48Speaker 2: TV superstar? And by the way, Mr. Smarty Pants, God
- 6:52Speaker 2: forbid you mention the podcast.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I know.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Here that comes again. Mike wanted me on the radio
- 6:57Speaker 3: this morning. He badgered me for not going full diva
- 7:00Speaker 3: and saying to Laura Ingram's producers, yeah, I'll be on
- 7:03Speaker 3: with you people. But only if I'm able to plug
- 7:06Speaker 3: the Eminem Extra podcast on Fox News.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Co-starring Mike Gallagher.
- 7:10Speaker 3: How do I shoehorn that in there naturally and organically?
- 7:14Speaker 2: Exactly. How does that even work? By the way, Yasmin
- 7:16Speaker 2: is going to have to get under the hood because
- 7:18Speaker 2: now I am getting comments. Nope, there's nothing in the chat.
- 7:22Speaker 2: So I chatted and I'm interacting, but nobody's seen my post.
- 7:26Speaker 2: It's from Eminem Mike. And I posted about five minutes ago.
- 7:30Speaker 2: And nobody's seeing it. So I don't know what's going on.
- 7:33Speaker 2: I'm in the live chat. I think I'm in the
- 7:35Speaker 2: live chat. Where's the live chat? I can't ask Mark.
- 7:38Speaker 2: You think Mark knows?
- 7:41Speaker 3: It's like asking a monkey to build a nuclear reactor.
- 7:45Speaker 2: The blind. I hit send. Oh, well, we'll figure it
- 7:48Speaker 2: all out. We're going to get there someday. Anyhow, what's up?
- 7:51Speaker 2: So here we are, Tallarico. And by the way, one
- 7:54Speaker 2: final footnote on Tallarico. Did you watch The Five yesterday
- 7:58Speaker 2: and see Jesse Waters battling it out with Jessica Tarloff?
- 8:02Speaker 3: I was in and out. That happens most of the time.
- 8:05Speaker 3: But what was it about specifically yesterday? Well, let me
- 8:08Speaker 3: play it for you, Yasmin. We'll hit the button. Why
- 8:10Speaker 3: just describe it when you have it in the first place?
- 8:13Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 8:13Speaker 3: At least he's alive. Where's Frico?
- 8:17Speaker 4: He was at Austin City Limits.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Where did he go?
- 8:19Speaker 1: Whoa, whoa, whoa.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Where was Frico for a week?
- 8:22Speaker 4: He had the flu and he had diabetes.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Oh, he has diabetes.
- 8:26Speaker 3: I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I didn't know he had diabetes.
- 8:29Speaker 3: So he had the flu and he had diabetes for
- 8:32Speaker 3: a week and he stayed bedridden?
- 8:33Speaker 1: What?
- 8:35Speaker 3: Okay. Is that what happened?
- 8:36Speaker 2: Honestly, the conspiracy theory is about it.
- 8:38Speaker 3: It's not a conspiracy theory.
- 8:39Speaker 2: It is a conspiracy theory. The guy took a week
- 8:41Speaker 2: off before the biggest election of his life.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Okay. Because he had the sniffles. No. I've had the flu.
- 8:48Speaker 2: That's a two-day.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Deal at most, right? Have you had diabetes and the flu?
- 8:52Speaker 2: I'm just saying it's dangerous.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Territory to get into it.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I can talk more about my medical history, and I'm
- 8:58Speaker 2: just saying the guy choked.
- 8:59Speaker 3: You're not just saying. It was the final stretch. He
- 9:01Speaker 3: choked like he could. Rico choked like a dog. I
- 9:04Speaker 3: just told that from Trump. He loves saying like a dog.
- 9:06Speaker 3: But he choked, Jessica.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Yeah, he choked.
- 9:09Speaker 3: You do seem nervous. A couple weeks ago, you were
- 9:12Speaker 3: acting like you guys were going to take the House
- 9:13Speaker 3: and the Senate. The vibe I'm getting from you, Jessica,
- 9:16Speaker 3: sounds nervous. Yeah. Doesn't sound confident. I know confidence, and
- 9:20Speaker 3: I know fake confidence.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Don't disagree with that.
- 9:26Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh. That was so awesome. I think I
- 9:28Speaker 3: was in the kitchen making a sandwich or something. And
- 9:31Speaker 3: here's the thing. If there is anything mildly problematic about
- 9:36Speaker 3: the stupid Ohio Medical Hospital story. It's that it distracts
- 9:39Speaker 3: from something that genuinely is objectively weird and bizarre and
- 9:43Speaker 3: still not well explained, and that is the nearly two
- 9:46Speaker 3: weeks of absence from the campaign trail. It simply makes
- 9:49Speaker 3: no sense. If he had shown up on day eight
- 9:51Speaker 3: or nine or ten, even if he's not camera ready,
- 9:54Speaker 3: looking miserable in bed, just leave somebody a voicemail that says, hey, Ben.
- 10:00Speaker 2: James.
- 10:00Speaker 3: I really feel terrible. I'm sorry. I'll be back out
- 10:03Speaker 3: there with you as soon as possible. But nothing, the
- 10:05Speaker 3: complete absence of anything is what gives rise to the
- 10:09Speaker 3: continuing curiosity about what happened and where he was.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Jesse mentioned his medical condition, was joking about that. I
- 10:17Speaker 2: want to get serious for just a moment, get very,
- 10:19Speaker 2: very personal because I've been struggling with something. You know,
- 10:24Speaker 2: you get– you're not a host that really on your
- 10:27Speaker 2: talk show gets too– I don't know. How personal do
- 10:30Speaker 2: you think you get about Lisa, Ethan, Regina, your family?
- 10:34Speaker 3: Pretty much. I mean, it's funny. It was easier to
- 10:37Speaker 3: do when the kids were kids and I had all
- 10:38Speaker 3: kinds of kid stories. But now that they're all being
- 10:41Speaker 3: grownups in the outside world. But as far as so
- 10:44Speaker 3: now that we're empty nesters and there's nothing better. I
- 10:47Speaker 3: talk about stuff Lisa and I do all the time,
- 10:50Speaker 3: mostly sort of where we've been, things we've discussed. But
- 10:53Speaker 3: I sense I know where you're going about sort of
- 10:56Speaker 3: things that are a little deeper, a little more revelatory.
- 10:58Speaker 3: And my answer is sometimes. But go ahead. Yeah.
- 11:02Speaker 2: And you're guarded. I mean, you and I have known
- 11:04Speaker 2: each other a long time. And I know there's some
- 11:05Speaker 2: things that are very personal that you don't know. Me,
- 11:08Speaker 2: I just kind of figure I'm going to blab everything.
- 11:10Speaker 2: When it happens, I think it, I say it. And
- 11:14Speaker 2: if it's something personal, and it's not a secret or
- 11:17Speaker 2: a mystery that I've had this medical thing, and you
- 11:19Speaker 2: and I both sort of pursued at our age what
- 11:25Speaker 2: cardiovascular disease looks like, and that's plaque in the old arteries.
- 11:29Speaker 2: And sure enough, they found a blockage, 52% for me
- 11:32Speaker 2: and the widow maker, the LAD, and You had a
- 11:35Speaker 2: little bit of plaque. You've got some plaque, but nothing serious.
- 11:40Speaker 2: And at 52%, I don't need a stent. And I'm
- 11:42Speaker 2: getting in today to see this top-notch cardiologist.
- 11:45Speaker 3: Ah, today's the day. Today's the day.
- 11:47Speaker 2: I see the wizard. I go to the Wizard of Oz.
- 11:49Speaker 2: He's the guy I wanted to get into a couple
- 11:51Speaker 2: weeks ago. He's supposed to be a world-renowned cardiologist. I've
- 11:55Speaker 2: got a bunch of questions for him. But here's the thing.
- 11:58Speaker 2: You know, if I mention it on the show, people say, oh,
- 12:01Speaker 2: here goes hypochondriac Mike. He's talking about his medical pro.
- 12:05Speaker 2: No one wants to hear. Well, this is pretty serious.
- 12:09Speaker 2: And I don't know how not to share at least
- 12:12Speaker 2: an update with the audience. And I'm going to have
- 12:15Speaker 2: to get some criticism because a lady from San Mateo, California,
- 12:19Speaker 2: who loves Eminem Extra, she adores you. She's a big
- 12:23Speaker 2: fan of ours. She said, Mike, we're family. And you're
- 12:27Speaker 2: going through something.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Of course. So I think I will.
- 12:30Speaker 2: I just don't want to— I' m not going to belabor it.
- 12:32Speaker 2: I'm not going to overdo it. But I'm going to
- 12:34Speaker 2: give you a little update. I'll tell you tomorrow how
- 12:37Speaker 2: the visit went today with the cardiologist. I mean, the
- 12:40Speaker 2: Repatha drug that they're—I've got a shot now in my belly.
- 12:43Speaker 2: That's a— I never— I didn't have that on my bingo card,
- 12:45Speaker 2: giving myself a shot. with a little pen here and
- 12:49Speaker 2: the statins that they're giving me. People are all upset
- 12:51Speaker 2: about statins because they're supposed to make you get Alzheimer's
- 12:54Speaker 2: and they're terrible. And then I've got the doctors telling
- 12:57Speaker 2: me no statin. Anyway, and I want to know if
- 12:59Speaker 2: I can't reduce the damn plaque. That's all I care about. Absolutely.
- 13:03Speaker 3: There are two values to this. Number one, the lady
- 13:05Speaker 3: from San Mateo is right. It is a family. It
- 13:09Speaker 3: is a personal relationship. This is, I mean, especially in
- 13:13Speaker 3: real time, but podcasts and radio are, Our spoken word
- 13:17Speaker 3: is people speaking in real time. And it is a
- 13:20Speaker 3: personal relationship that TV and print will never be able
- 13:23Speaker 3: to replicate. And then also experiences you have, I have,
- 13:26Speaker 3: whether it's health stuff, travel stuff, consumer stuff. It's word
- 13:31Speaker 3: of mouth. It's something– what's more fun to talk about
- 13:33Speaker 3: with people out there in the wild than things you're
- 13:35Speaker 3: going through, stuff you experience, things you do? It's a
- 13:38Speaker 3: general well of wisdom from, wow, I heard that some
- 13:41Speaker 3: guy did this. I heard another guy did that. And
- 13:44Speaker 3: we've somehow managed to cobble together some legacy of trust
- 13:47Speaker 3: over the years. It doesn't mean we're right on everything.
- 13:49Speaker 3: It doesn't mean everybody agrees with us. But there's value
- 13:51Speaker 3: in sharing these things just as I would appreciate people
- 13:54Speaker 3: sharing them with me. So everybody that doesn't like it,
- 13:57Speaker 3: you know, take a hike.
- 13:58Speaker 2: So be it. And that's okay. That's why there's chocolate
- 14:01Speaker 2: and vanilla ice cream. I don't mind the criticism. But
- 14:03Speaker 2: I'm going to give you at least an update and
- 14:05Speaker 2: I'll keep you posted. So today we'll just see how
- 14:08Speaker 2: things go with this hot shot doctor. Please do. And
- 14:11Speaker 2: I'll let you know. It was a day of our
- 14:15Speaker 2: Salem folks on TV because I saw Hewitt last night
- 14:18Speaker 2: as well on Fox talking about how bullish he is
- 14:22Speaker 2: on the Senate. And I did a little exercise this morning.
- 14:25Speaker 2: We're three weeks from today, 21 days away for the midterms.
- 14:30Speaker 2: For some reason, I didn't want to make my prediction
- 14:33Speaker 2: on the talk show. earlier today, but I'm going to
- 14:36Speaker 2: make the prediction on the podcast over what we think
- 14:39Speaker 2: is going to happen. And if I do it, you
- 14:42Speaker 2: do it. Oh, hell no.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Come on. No.
- 14:43Speaker 2: You don't want to make a prediction?
- 14:45Speaker 3: No. You don't want to make a prediction? I don't
- 14:48Speaker 3: think so. I don't know.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Why?
- 14:49Speaker 3: I mean, you know.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Why not?
- 14:51Speaker 3: It's not a game I play that often. Everybody's just
- 14:54Speaker 3: badgering me about a prediction on Paxton and Tallarico. I
- 14:58Speaker 3: am firmly– firmly convinced that he's going to win, that
- 15:03Speaker 3: Ken will win. Will it be by one? Will it
- 15:06Speaker 3: be by nine? I consider anything to be a possibility there.
- 15:11Speaker 3: It's such a weird X factor, swirling cauldron of things.
- 15:17Speaker 3: I had some really small notion that he's going to
- 15:21Speaker 3: win by four. I'd say so, but I don't. It
- 15:24Speaker 3: could be a nail-biter or double digits or anything in between.
- 15:32Speaker 2: But you are predicting that Ken Paxton's going to win.
- 15:35Speaker 3: I suppose I am, but words have meaning, and I
- 15:38Speaker 3: will obsess over the meaning of words. A prediction means
- 15:42Speaker 3: this is my.
- 15:44Speaker 3: Specific assertion that this will happen. Okay.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Right.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Sure. I am just this shy of that because I've
- 15:53Speaker 3: been around too long. I've seen too many weird things happen.
- 15:56Speaker 3: It was outright weird when Beto O'Rourke came within two
- 15:58Speaker 3: and a half points of Ted Cruz in 2018. I'm
- 16:01Speaker 3: not saying it's impossible. I'm saying it's highly implausible for
- 16:04Speaker 3: Talladega to win. It would be a wholesale change in
- 16:07Speaker 3: what Texas even is. So I guess we'll all find
- 16:11Speaker 3: out on the third. But the thing is that when
- 16:14Speaker 3: I take a look at this, there's an if attached
- 16:17Speaker 3: to it. My assertion of the Paxton victory is contingent
- 16:22Speaker 3: upon my state being what I think it is. I
- 16:25Speaker 3: hope it is. I pray it is. Do I know
- 16:28Speaker 3: it like I know my own name?
- 16:29Speaker 2: Nope.
- 16:30Speaker 3: So that's not a lack of– conviction or a lack
- 16:32Speaker 3: of confidence in, in my belief. It's just that said,
- 16:35Speaker 3: this is what I believe. Let's it's true. It's probably
- 16:37Speaker 3: a crazy over-analysis whole thing, but what about what you thought?
- 16:42Speaker 2: What about that? What about the house and the Senate?
- 16:45Speaker 3: I believe it is a distinct possibility. It is more
- 16:49Speaker 3: of a possibility than people think that we keep both
- 16:51Speaker 3: the house and the Senate. And I share Hughes bullishness
- 16:55Speaker 3: about the Senate in particular because of Tallarico because of
- 16:58Speaker 3: El Sayed and maybe boy, Pinch me if this happens.
- 17:02Speaker 3: Maybe Michelle Tafoya winning in Minnesota. I'm probably drinking way
- 17:06Speaker 3: too much Minnesota Kool-Aid on that. I would love to
- 17:08Speaker 3: think that Michelle Tafoya can win. I mean, she flat
- 17:11Speaker 3: out in an attempt to sort of earn more crossover votes.
- 17:13Speaker 3: She said, listen, I am a proud pro-choice Republican. Which,
- 17:18Speaker 3: I continue to love her. I mean, she's wrong on abortion,
- 17:21Speaker 3: but she's right on so many other things. I would
- 17:23Speaker 3: love it if she won. And you want to know why?
- 17:28Speaker 3: She's a Minnesota Republican.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Correct.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Which is like being a New England Republican. It's not
- 17:32Speaker 3: going to be like Ted Cruz. It's not going to
- 17:34Speaker 3: be like Tommy Tuberville in Alabama. I think her quote was,
- 17:38Speaker 3: when I agree with Trump, I'm going to be there
- 17:43Speaker 3: for Trump when he needs me. And when I can't
- 17:45Speaker 3: agree with him, I'm going to be there for the
- 17:47Speaker 3: people of Minnesota. That's not a bad quote.
- 17:49Speaker 2: That's a great quote.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Not a bad quote.
- 17:51Speaker 2: And this morning, Bill Mellugian reported over at Fox News
- 17:55Speaker 2: that they've changed. And, of course, I always get crazy
- 17:59Speaker 2: about the categories, about lean.
- 18:01Speaker 3: Leaning, definite.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Leaning, definite, whatever. For the first time ever, though, Fox
- 18:06Speaker 2: News is moving that race between Michelle Tafoya and Peggy
- 18:10Speaker 2: Flanagan from likely Democrat to just lean Democrat. That's right.
- 18:16Speaker 3: Dark blue to light blue.
- 18:18Speaker 2: The race is significantly tightening. A recent Minneapolis Star Tribune poll,
- 18:23Speaker 2: now they're far left. That's a rag if there ever
- 18:26Speaker 2: was one. They've got it at 47% Flanagan, 43% Tafoya.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Nine percent of voters are still undecided. You know, Republicans
- 18:35Speaker 2: haven't held a U.S. Senate seat in Minnesota, Mark, since 2009.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Norm Coleman. There you go. But let me share with
- 18:42Speaker 2: you who Peggy Flanagan is. We didn't do a lot
- 18:46Speaker 2: on this yesterday, and I asked you last night if
- 18:48Speaker 2: you'd spent much time on the Indigenous People Day crap.
- 18:52Speaker 2: And it is bull crap. I mean, from Kamala to
- 18:55Speaker 2: the rest of them. Christopher Columbus was an oppressor.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Casey Musgraves was in Austin last night. Big concert tour.
- 19:02Speaker 3: She dragged Tallarico on stage in Dallas. She had a
- 19:04Speaker 3: big old thing. F Columbus. I mean, it was just like, what?
- 19:08Speaker 3: It is not your dad's country music, just saying.
- 19:11Speaker 2: So anyway. Well, that's a country music star. And again,
- 19:13Speaker 2: I say this over and over, and I mean it.
- 19:15Speaker 2: They're crazy.
- 19:16Speaker 1: These are nuts.
- 19:17Speaker 2: These people are nuts. They're not just misguided. Now, you
- 19:20Speaker 2: listen to this, and you tell me if this doesn't
- 19:22Speaker 2: sound like a mental patient. You're overhearing a conversation between
- 19:26Speaker 2: Nurse Ratched and Tonto over there in the ward. Here's
- 19:31Speaker 2: Peggy Flanagan, the lieutenant governor of the state of Minnesota
- 19:35Speaker 2: and Michelle Tafoya's opponent in that U.S. Senate race there.
- 19:39Speaker 4: I wish the removal had been different, but I am
- 19:43Speaker 4: not sad that it's gone. Columbus Legacy was setting in motion.
- 19:50Speaker 4: generations of violence, rape, and genocide against indigenous people who
- 19:57Speaker 4: were already here when he arrived. We have this myth
- 20:02Speaker 4: of a man that Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492,
- 20:08Speaker 4: And now my daughter knows Columbus as the man who
- 20:11Speaker 4: got lost and hurt people.
- 20:15Speaker 2: The man, she's Lord. Good Lord. She's teaching her kid.
- 20:19Speaker 2: By the way, Columbus did sail the ocean blue in 1492.
- 20:23Speaker 2: You big dumb dumb. But she's teaching her daughter. He's
- 20:28Speaker 2: a guy who got lost and hurt people.
- 20:31Speaker 3: As if nobody was ever hurt. This arrival of the
- 20:36Speaker 3: evil white people from Europe on this continent is as
- 20:39Speaker 3: if everything on this continent was pristine and neighborly, as
- 20:43Speaker 3: if the tribes that were here, who have long and
- 20:46Speaker 3: proud histories, and I'm glad to celebrate those on any
- 20:49Speaker 3: other day, that they were savaging each other and chopping
- 20:52Speaker 3: each other's heads off and doing all kinds of raping
- 20:54Speaker 3: and robbing and marauding. This is what intertribal interaction was
- 20:58Speaker 3: like among the Lakota, among the Cherokee, among the everybody's.
- 21:02Speaker 3: I mean, we were just the biggest, baddest tribe when
- 21:05Speaker 3: we arrived. And guess what? Things happened.
- 21:08Speaker 2: We won, and we were the bigger one. And here's
- 21:12Speaker 2: the thing that, to me, I keep coming back to,
- 21:14Speaker 2: this fundamental question. Can crazy win on the ballot in
- 21:18Speaker 2: three weeks? And I don't think it can. I don't
- 21:20Speaker 2: think even Minnesotans are going to vote for crazy. There
- 21:23Speaker 2: is nothing crazy about life-saving efforts throughout the world like
- 21:26Speaker 2: Food for the Poor is all about. And one of
- 21:29Speaker 2: our great partners here at M & M Extra, you
- 21:31Speaker 2: and I have had a chance to go to Guatemala
- 21:34Speaker 2: together once. We watch kids line up for their meals.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Food for the Poor is just a beautiful, beautiful ministry.
- 21:39Speaker 2: They've been at this for 44 years, billions with a B,
- 21:45Speaker 2: 4.7 billion meals delivered. And right now, families are waiting,
- 21:49Speaker 2: and we can use your help. Every day without any
- 21:52Speaker 2: help is another day that kids are going to go hungry.
- 21:55Speaker 2: We're asking you to join us. Mark, the gift that
- 21:57Speaker 2: this audience can give will add hope and a future
- 22:01Speaker 2: to families who need it the most.
- 22:02Speaker 3: And as people are driving around or what they're doing,
- 22:04Speaker 3: they're watching or they've got the laptop open or listening
- 22:06Speaker 3: on Apple or Spotify or doing the YouTube live stream
- 22:09Speaker 3: and thinking, I've got $ 10 I can give to this.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Maybe you've got $ 100. Maybe you've got whatever you've got.
- 22:14Speaker 3: It's actually FFTP, as in food for the poor. FFTP
- 22:18Speaker 3: to 51555. It gives you the donation link. Click on
- 22:22Speaker 3: that and give us anything you can. And what you
- 22:24Speaker 3: will do is you'll be financing the kind of thing
- 22:26Speaker 3: that Mike and I saw. All these children in our
- 22:29Speaker 3: arms saw people fed who otherwise would have starved. It
- 22:32Speaker 3: really put it in front of us, and that made
- 22:33Speaker 3: us storytellers for them and advocates for them. So FFTP
- 22:38Speaker 3: to 51555. We are called to do these kinds of
- 22:41Speaker 3: things for the least among us here in our hemisphere,
- 22:44Speaker 3: Latin America, the Caribbean. FFTP to 51555.
- 22:49Speaker 2: And one of our great team members, Yasmin, who is
- 22:52Speaker 2: our video producer, and she and Eric work with us
- 22:54Speaker 2: on the podcast, and we are so grateful to both
- 22:56Speaker 2: of them for all the work they put into this podcast.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Of course, Yasmin reminding me to be sure you like
- 23:02Speaker 2: and subscribe. We're trying to do our best here to
- 23:05Speaker 2: get the numbers up on the M & M Extra podcast.
- 23:08Speaker 2: And Yasmin shared with me today that Muse has become
- 23:12Speaker 2: a game changer for her. She is now in the
- 23:16Speaker 2: AI world. She said it is organizing my emails. And
- 23:20Speaker 2: she's right. I mean, Muse will find. The other night,
- 23:24Speaker 2: I needed a receipt. I couldn't find a plane ticket
- 23:26Speaker 2: from about six months ago. I said, Muse, find that
- 23:30Speaker 2: deleted email from Delta for that flight I took to
- 23:34Speaker 2: wherever I went. Within about a minute, it found it
- 23:37Speaker 2: because AI is everywhere. But what happens if AI goes wrong?
- 23:41Speaker 2: That's the question that Craig W. Stanfill asked at Carbon Zero,
- 23:45Speaker 2: new techno thriller. He's an AI pioneer. And for weeks
- 23:49Speaker 2: and weeks, we promoted the book in advance. I love
- 23:52Speaker 2: this guy. He was in studio with me, and I
- 23:54Speaker 2: just had a blast hanging out with him. And now
- 23:57Speaker 2: the book is available on Amazon. Mark, you loved it.
- 24:00Speaker 2: I loved it. It's called Carbon Zero, a hypothetical scenario.
- 24:04Speaker 2: What if an AI engineer said, hey, go solve global
- 24:07Speaker 2: warming and things do not go well, Mark?
- 24:10Speaker 3: No, they do not. Things get positively apocalyptic. It's a
- 24:13Speaker 3: dystopian novel by his own admission. If you like those
- 24:16Speaker 3: kinds of things where plot lines just go off in
- 24:18Speaker 3: crazy directions and then you start to think, Could this happen?
- 24:22Speaker 3: First of all, AI, hello. That's just an instant rich,
- 24:27Speaker 3: deep well of possible plot lines. And then throw in
- 24:30Speaker 3: the whole climate change thing. Do we want to do
- 24:33Speaker 3: this with climate change or that with climate change? The
- 24:35Speaker 3: AI thing says... Hey, why don't you let me handle it?
- 24:38Speaker 3: Things do not go well at all, but it will
- 24:41Speaker 3: go well if you acquire this one wonderful, wonderful book.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Craig Stanfill and Carbon Zero. Enjoy it. I've said a
- 24:47Speaker 3: hundred times it has movie written all over it. So
- 24:49Speaker 3: get it while it's still in book form. Carbon Zero
- 24:52Speaker 3: by our friend Craig W. Stanfill on Amazon or wherever
- 24:54Speaker 3: fine books are sold.
- 24:56Speaker 2: And you're using AI more and more, right? Day to day?
- 24:59Speaker 2: Sure am.
- 24:59Speaker 3: I'm a grok guy in the Twitter world for the
- 25:01Speaker 3: most part. I have yet to enter the world of fraud,
- 25:11Speaker 3: and I don't know if there's anything really different about that.
- 25:14Speaker 3: I mean, how many AIs do you need? Lisa's a
- 25:16Speaker 3: massive fan of chat GPT for the Q & A
- 25:19Speaker 3: and also for graphic things. She makes cute little images
- 25:22Speaker 3: of her and a girlfriend drinking wine on a porch
- 25:25Speaker 3: in Hawaii, and she'll send it to somebody. Or we're
- 25:27Speaker 3: doing a couple's trip next year with some folks, and
- 25:30Speaker 3: so she fashioned a picture of the four of us.
- 25:33Speaker 3: you know, on a ski slope or something like that
- 25:35Speaker 3: and sent it to them or like a room, like
- 25:37Speaker 3: in a, if she's looking to redo a room, she'll
- 25:40Speaker 3: find some stuff on Amazon, this lamp, this rug, and
- 25:43Speaker 3: then take an existing picture of the room and then say,
- 25:46Speaker 3: put this stuff in that room and it'll just do it.
- 25:49Speaker 3: And it'll look absolutely seamless. So she's a chat GPT person,
- 25:53Speaker 3: but this muse thing. I've absolutely found myself stumbling across
- 25:57Speaker 3: this because what it does is it goes through my email,
- 26:01Speaker 3: which is just especially one particular, markdavishowatgmail.com, the one I
- 26:06Speaker 3: give to everybody. It is an ocean of junk and
- 26:11Speaker 3: stuff I don't care about. And I have to pick
- 26:14Speaker 3: and choose like needle in a haystack, finding things I'm
- 26:16Speaker 3: genuinely interested in. It finds them. It kind of knows
- 26:19Speaker 3: my taste. Here's a listener who did this or a
- 26:22Speaker 3: pitch on something you might be interested in on the show.
- 26:26Speaker 2: That's wild. Wild. And look at this medical journey I'm on.
- 26:30Speaker 2: I know more about cardiovascular disease than I ever thought
- 26:34Speaker 2: I would need to know in my life. And it's
- 26:36Speaker 2: all because of Muse, Chachi PT, Grok. Look, I know
- 26:41Speaker 2: the likelihood of me having a heart attack tonight. I mean,
- 26:44Speaker 2: it's got it down to like 8% to 10%. I
- 26:47Speaker 2: could have a heart attack because of the 52% blockage
- 26:49Speaker 2: I've got in the LAD. I mean, it goes through
- 26:52Speaker 2: what could happen, what I'm doing right, what I'm doing wrong.
- 26:55Speaker 2: It's got me helping me with my PhD with diet
- 26:59Speaker 2: and exercise. It's telling me how much I should exercise.
- 27:02Speaker 2: It's that good. And Yasmin said it. It reminded me
- 27:07Speaker 2: of Eric a few months ago. Eric Hansen came into
- 27:10Speaker 2: me months ago and said, oh, my gosh. Chat GPT.
- 27:15Speaker 2: I can't believe how good it is. Well, it's not
- 27:18Speaker 2: exactly brand new, but it's, but it's new for a
- 27:21Speaker 2: lot of us and it's relatively new for millions of people,
- 27:24Speaker 2: but it's, it's going to be this game. And I've
- 27:26Speaker 2: got friends. I had dinner over the weekend in New
- 27:28Speaker 2: York with friends of mine. They have banned it from
- 27:31Speaker 2: their house. They, and these are, these are two.
- 27:34Speaker 3: They don't want.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Because they don't want anything to do with it because
- 27:39Speaker 2: they think it's evil. They think it's going to destroy humanity.
- 27:43Speaker 2: They think it's going to take a turn for the worse.
- 27:44Speaker 2: They think bad faith actors are going to get involved
- 27:47Speaker 2: in it. And Mark, they're not, their fears are not unfounded.
- 27:50Speaker 3: They're not off base about that. But I think, I
- 27:53Speaker 3: would think the average grownup would be well served to
- 27:56Speaker 3: realize this is coming into our lives. There's nothing we
- 28:00Speaker 3: can do about that. But what we can do is
- 28:04Speaker 3: navigate it and curate it in ways that are useful
- 28:06Speaker 3: and helpful to You know, accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative.
- 28:10Speaker 3: As the old song lyric goes, I'm somehow managing to
- 28:13Speaker 3: do that. You're somehow managing to do that rather than
- 28:16Speaker 3: put up, you know, the big, you know, garlic.
- 28:19Speaker 2: I know. Well, they're both they're both actors. The husband
- 28:23Speaker 2: and wife are married and they're the little dramatic. So little, little,
- 28:27Speaker 2: little hyper dramatic. So there's that, you know, there is that.
- 28:30Speaker 2: But it's it is it's changing everything right now. And
- 28:35Speaker 2: we got to, as Jasmine puts it, mitigate the risks
- 28:38Speaker 2: of what that development looks like.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Can I give you a drama, a couple of White
- 28:41Speaker 3: House dramas real quick, just 60 seconds on each or whatever?
- 28:44Speaker 2: Please, please.
- 28:46Speaker 3: So did you get, first day, I'm not going to judge.
- 28:50Speaker 2: First day on the job, come on, don't judge. No, 100%
- 28:53Speaker 2: I'm not going to. Because they're going to bag on
- 28:55Speaker 2: her anyway.
- 28:56Speaker 3: It's already happening. Katie Zachariah, who is an attorney. And
- 29:01Speaker 3: it's like 40. I mean, the problem is Caroline Leavitt.
- 29:04Speaker 3: What is she, 25? And a little blonde girl from
- 29:08Speaker 3: New Hampshire. And she was fantastic.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh.
- 29:12Speaker 3: From the get go out of the gate. She was
- 29:14Speaker 3: just a pit bull with these jackals in the White
- 29:17Speaker 3: House press room. So Katie Zachariah comes out. It's like,
- 29:20Speaker 3: good morning. And it's a little valley girly. And it
- 29:23Speaker 3: was a little first day jitters. And listen, she's going
- 29:25Speaker 3: to be fine. She'll grow into this one hopes. But
- 29:30Speaker 3: it's one really, really.
- 29:33Speaker 2: A friend of mine halfway through the show today. She
- 29:35Speaker 2: did the press conference during my show and somebody who
- 29:38Speaker 2: I really like happens to be a good friend of mine.
- 29:40Speaker 2: texted and said, well, she's no Caroline Leavitt.
- 29:47Speaker 3: It's almost unfair. But let's give her some time.
- 29:51Speaker 2: And they're so mean about stuff like this. Look at
- 29:54Speaker 2: Michael Dell's wife. Did you see what they did to her?
- 29:59Speaker 2: And they just gave billions of dollars for these Trump accounts.
- 30:04Speaker 3: There you are. They're in league with the devil. And
- 30:07Speaker 3: so they are fair game.
- 30:08Speaker 2: So she, it's all I guess about, I will admit
- 30:11Speaker 2: when I saw it, she was like standing kind of awkwardly, right?
- 30:14Speaker 2: She was like leaning backwards at the waist. It was
- 30:17Speaker 2: a weird look. And then, you know, but I'm not,
- 30:20Speaker 2: you think I'm going to make fun of anybody's personal appearance? Me?
- 30:23Speaker 2: Good grief. But they were, they're mean. There's a, I
- 30:27Speaker 2: guess the cruelty is what it's all about, Mark.
- 30:30Speaker 3: The online world is such a cesspool. This is what–
- 30:35Speaker 3: the other White House drama is Kimberly Guilfoyle. Don't let
- 30:37Speaker 3: me forget what.
- 30:38Speaker 2: The heck happened there.
- 30:39Speaker 3: No, let's do it. I'll get to that in one second.
- 30:40Speaker 3: Let's not leave it undone. But the toxicity of the
- 30:44Speaker 3: online world may be why even I am peeling off
- 30:49Speaker 3: the online execution of Nidal Hasan. You predicted this morning–
- 30:53Speaker 3: or was it yesterday? That it's just not going to happen.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I think that's a sound prediction. Now I think I'm
- 30:58Speaker 3: at the point. where I probably don't want it to
- 31:01Speaker 3: happen online, not because it's not a good idea or
- 31:04Speaker 3: morally strongly based or there's strong arguments to be made,
- 31:08Speaker 3: but once it's a meme and once everybody's 14-year-old gets
- 31:11Speaker 3: it and once it's just out there in this fetid
- 31:13Speaker 3: universe that we have, the bad may outweigh the good.
- 31:17Speaker 3: So I'm probably going to grudgingly count myself among those
- 31:21Speaker 3: saying no. They had a good idea, but let's not
- 31:24Speaker 3: live stream it.
- 31:24Speaker 2: Well, I don't want to stick my neck out and
- 31:27Speaker 2: necessarily agree or disagree with you, but because I'm going
- 31:29Speaker 2: to I think it's going to be a moot point
- 31:31Speaker 2: based on what I'm reading. If I'm reading the tea leaves,
- 31:34Speaker 2: President Trump doesn't really have a stomach for it. He's
- 31:37Speaker 2: been asking people supposedly Axios reports that four different people
- 31:42Speaker 2: who he spoke with. said that he's not comfortable with it.
- 31:45Speaker 2: And if he doesn't like it, they're not going to
- 31:46Speaker 2: do it.
- 31:47Speaker 3: So, you know, it's weird. People are asking the question there.
- 31:49Speaker 3: And I think they asked Mike Johnson. I think did
- 31:51Speaker 3: Pete Hegseth himself say, I'm not going to watch it. Dude,
- 31:53Speaker 3: you're the secretary of war. This is your call. You
- 31:56Speaker 3: clearly have to watch it. If people, and listen, by
- 31:59Speaker 3: the way, I've said a hundred times, I'm totally watching it.
- 32:02Speaker 3: If it's there, darn right. A part of it is
- 32:03Speaker 3: what I do for a living. But a lot of
- 32:08Speaker 3: people are asking that question. Will you watch it? Will
- 32:10Speaker 3: you watch it? Are you going to watch it? And people,
- 32:12Speaker 3: I think, are afraid of if they say yes, of
- 32:14Speaker 3: looking like, you know, blunt, thirsty wires. So, OK, so
- 32:18Speaker 3: there's that. I think that idea, you know, although although
- 32:21Speaker 3: and good idea, bad idea. If you're a presidential advisor,
- 32:26Speaker 3: Mike turns Trump changes, Mike, should we live stream this thing?
- 32:29Speaker 3: You would say what?
- 32:31Speaker 2: I think it's important. I don't understand why we have
- 32:36Speaker 2: this skittishness about showing the consequences of such a heinous act.
- 32:41Speaker 2: And I truly believe it. I mean, there's no shortage.
- 32:44Speaker 2: If you're on social media, you see people dying every day.
- 32:47Speaker 2: There are sites that are devoted to terrible deaths that
- 32:51Speaker 2: people experience. In fact, including the one I'm going to
- 32:54Speaker 2: ask you about in a moment or two after we
- 32:55Speaker 2: talk about Kimberly Guilfoyle. About the guy at the Six
- 32:58Speaker 2: Flags roller coaster in Georgia this week. Oh, my gosh.
- 33:03Speaker 2: But we see that all the time. There are people
- 33:05Speaker 2: that get executed on social media. They show it. Look,
- 33:10Speaker 2: for years, we've all, as conservatives, we've all agreed, we
- 33:14Speaker 2: ought to bring back public executions. Be a great deterrent. Well,
- 33:18Speaker 2: it would be. There it is. Here's here's a president
- 33:20Speaker 2: who's willing to do it. And a war secretary said,
- 33:22Speaker 2: you know, everybody, everybody. Oh, no, we don't want to
- 33:26Speaker 2: do that.
- 33:26Speaker 3: I didn't mean it.
- 33:28Speaker 2: I know. I take it all back. And Trump me.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Here's the thing. Trump means it. He says he means it.
- 33:34Speaker 2: So the only.
- 33:35Speaker 3: Reason he would pull back on that is if he
- 33:37Speaker 3: feels like the optics have become a net negative, which
- 33:40Speaker 3: he may well, which they may have.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Well, but follow the bouncing ball. The other reason he
- 33:45Speaker 2: might go with it is because he doesn't want to
- 33:46Speaker 2: have Axios tell him that reportedly he's changing his mind.
- 33:50Speaker 2: He's going to say, oh, no, I'll stick it to
- 33:52Speaker 2: you guys. We're going to do it anyway. So, you know, look,
- 33:56Speaker 2: it's impossible to keep up. And then there's Kimberly Guilfoyle.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Go ahead.
- 34:00Speaker 2: I'll let you take the ball.
- 34:01Speaker 3: She was named ambassador to Greece. She was a– listen,
- 34:04Speaker 3: she was Gavin Newsom's wife, right? Was she married to
- 34:08Speaker 3: Gavin Newsom?
- 34:09Speaker 2: No. Yeah, I think she was.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Right. Right. Right.
- 34:13Speaker 3: So when he was mayor of San Francisco or.
- 34:15Speaker 2: That's right. He was the mayor. That's right. Yeah.
- 34:18Speaker 3: So and then she became she was in that left
- 34:21Speaker 3: hand seat on Fox News for a while on the
- 34:25Speaker 3: on the five. So speaking of the five. And she's
- 34:28Speaker 3: she is smart. She's lovely. There's a lot going on there.
- 34:31Speaker 3: That's great. I think she was she engaged to Don Jr.
- 34:34Speaker 3: for a while.
- 34:34Speaker 1: Right.
- 34:35Speaker 2: She was.
- 34:35Speaker 3: So we had that. And then I guess I guess
- 34:38Speaker 3: everybody's amicable in this. And she is named ambassador to Greece. OK, great. Fine.
- 34:45Speaker 3: One was during the confirmation process. Apparently, the story arose
- 34:50Speaker 3: and the story has arisen during the confirmation process that
- 34:53Speaker 3: she tried to hit up a Trump donor. to pay
- 34:56Speaker 3: off her American Express bill to the tune of $ 100, 000. Today,
- 34:58Speaker 3: a brand new press secretary, Katie Zacharias, has asked her
- 35:07Speaker 3: to resign.
- 35:08Speaker 2: And she accepted that. She has resigned.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Of course she did. Anybody ever ask to resign and
- 35:13Speaker 3: bows up and says no? Yeah, tell Trump to stick
- 35:17Speaker 3: it in his ear. I'm not doing it. Come get
- 35:18Speaker 3: me in Athens, you pukes.
- 35:20Speaker 2: She released a statement. She said, serving as the United
- 35:23Speaker 2: States ambassador to Greece has been the honor of a lifetime.
- 35:26Speaker 2: I will forever be grateful to President Donald J. Trump
- 35:29Speaker 2: and Secretary of State Marco Rubio for entrusting me with
- 35:32Speaker 2: the extraordinary privilege of representing the greatest country in the world.
- 35:38Speaker 2: For my first day as ambassador, I've worked tirelessly, blah, blah, blah.
- 35:42Speaker 2: She doesn't really. Oh, here she goes. I also want
- 35:45Speaker 2: to address the recent allegations against me. These allegations are false.
- 35:49Speaker 2: And I intend to vigorously defend my name, my reputation
- 35:53Speaker 2: and my integrity.
- 35:54Speaker 3: Well, my first question, if they're false, why step down?
- 35:57Speaker 3: If they're false, why do they ask her to step down?
- 35:59Speaker 2: That's exactly right. I've dedicated my professional life to fighting
- 36:02Speaker 2: for justice, standing up for what is right. I will
- 36:04Speaker 2: not allow false accusations to define my decades of public service.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Okay. All right.
- 36:11Speaker 2: All right. Go with that, I guess. Go with God.
- 36:13Speaker 3: I had not heard. What happened at Six Flags?
- 36:16Speaker 2: Well, hold on.
- 36:17Speaker 3: I kind of know, but what was it?
- 36:18Speaker 2: Well, let me share with you. We'll end on a
- 36:20Speaker 2: kind of a morbid note, but let me first give
- 36:22Speaker 2: you an optimistic reason to smile today, and that's relief factor.
- 36:26Speaker 2: When it comes to supplements, two things matter, that it
- 36:28Speaker 2: works and that you can trust it, rather than just

- 36:35Speaker 2: let our customers do it. At 65 years old, William
