Get ready to groove at the Montana Folk Festival, hitting Butte from July 10-12 with three days of free, non-stop music across four stages. Featuring 22 powerhouse acts—from Cajun and blues to Tunisian desert blues and Dale Watson’s honky-tonk—this festival is a community-driven celebration fueled by $300K in grants, local biz support, and YOU. Need to help? Volunteer for 4-hour shifts (free t-shirt + gratitude guaranteed) — they’re asking for 800-900 helpers. Extra shade tents are also being added for comfort.
