- 0:04Speaker 1: Nos angie, no digress, that's to you, all right.
- 0:10Speaker 2: So on Friday, we made the announcement. Gabe made the
- 0:14Speaker 2: announcement naturally that he is expecting his first child with
- 0:18Speaker 2: his wife, Corey.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Corey is his wife.
- 0:22Speaker 1: That's right, the best, the all time goat, the greatest
- 0:26Speaker 1: wife to ever walk the face of wife earth.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Agree, Agree wheartedly and so obviously very exciting news.
- 0:34Speaker 3: Your first kid together.
- 0:36Speaker 2: Yay. So we shared this on the show, and we
- 0:39Speaker 2: shared it to our social media pages, and I got
- 0:44Speaker 2: a flood of d MS from lots of people, people
- 0:51Speaker 2: that I don't know, listeners congratulating me.
- 0:56Speaker 3: That I was.
- 0:56Speaker 2: Expecting no baby, and so I just want to clarify,
- 1:01Speaker 2: because you know, sometimes people don't listen every day, they
- 1:03Speaker 2: don't know what our relationship is, Gabe. So I just
- 1:05Speaker 2: want to clarify. Gabe and I are not a couple.
- 1:08Speaker 2: He is happily married to Corey. I am not pregnant.
- 1:12Speaker 2: The baby that is coming into the lives of Big
- 1:14Speaker 2: ninety eight point seven is a baby that is created
- 1:18Speaker 2: by Gabe and his wife Corey. I am Sam's bun.
- 1:22Speaker 3: In the oven. I will never have another bun in
- 1:25Speaker 3: the oven ever.
- 1:26Speaker 2: The sectomy going strong with my boyfriend, like I'm never having.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Another baby, so I am not pregnant. Well, I was
- 1:33Speaker 1: really happy for you for a couple minutes on Friday.
- 1:36Speaker 1: I was thrilled. And there were a lot of very
- 1:38Speaker 1: nice comments. By the way, there were tons of people
- 1:40Speaker 1: who are very excited, very happy. But yeah, there was
- 1:42Speaker 1: something that we had shared, the thing the announcement. Yeah,
- 1:46Speaker 1: and my name is like on it. Yeah, it says
- 1:50Speaker 1: congrats to Gabe on this post, Angie hat and I
- 1:54Speaker 1: think it just goes to show a lot of people
- 1:55Speaker 1: out there not reading their Instagram stories.
- 1:59Speaker 4: But thank you for all the kind words.
- 2:01Speaker 1: There were a ton of awesome things said, very very
- 2:04Speaker 1: sweet reactions except one. There was one that Angie and
- 2:09Speaker 1: I had a well, I laughed at it. I thought
- 2:12Speaker 1: it was kind of well when you showed me, I
- 2:13Speaker 1: was dying of laughter.
- 2:14Speaker 2: And I've been monitoring this to see if it changes.
- 2:17Speaker 1: So you know, you go see like, oh, yeah, do
- 2:20Speaker 1: I know anyone who maybe liked this or hadn't known
- 2:22Speaker 1: or didn't see it or whatever. Yeah, you go to
- 2:24Speaker 1: the reactions on Facebook, and you know, there's a lot
- 2:28Speaker 1: of people who are very sweet with hearts and caring
- 2:30Speaker 1: and like and blah blah blah. At one point there
- 2:33Speaker 1: was a bunch of these positive reactions and one is
- 2:37Speaker 1: pseudo negative reaction. All right, this person, and I don't
- 2:41Speaker 1: need to call her out my name. I don't think,
- 2:43Speaker 1: yes I will.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Aida. Ida gave me. Aida gave me.
- 2:48Speaker 1: A crying reaction, like sad, like bummed, not happy, and
- 2:55Speaker 1: Angie and I had a good laugh at that.
- 2:57Speaker 4: I'm really sorry if you thought we.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Were gonna be something someday, but hey, I happened to
- 3:05Speaker 1: just be very very happy with my wife and our
- 3:08Speaker 1: first kid, you know, coming to the.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Okay, listen, I'm gonna defend Ida for one second because
- 3:14Speaker 2: maybe it was a mistake. So I'm looking at the
- 3:16Speaker 2: reaction buttons on Facebook right now, and in order from
- 3:20Speaker 2: left to right, it goes like heart, care, laugh, and
- 3:24Speaker 2: then there's wow, the sad emoji crying, and then angry.
- 3:30Speaker 3: So I don't imagine she meant to put angry. That
- 3:33Speaker 3: would be even weirder. But maybe she met wow. Maybe
- 3:37Speaker 3: she met like wow, you're gonna have a baby.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Yeah, well, i'd a double check to when I clicked.
- 3:49Speaker 5: Celebrating life's little victories. Victory.
- 3:52Speaker 6: Every morning we practice gratitude on big ninety eight points stuff.
- 3:56Speaker 1: If I could, I would keep this feeling in a
- 3:58Speaker 1: plastic job busted when it was someone's acting hard.
- 4:02Speaker 6: I just really needed to win, you know, sure your
- 4:04Speaker 6: little victories with us at seven oh one seven.
- 4:08Speaker 1: All right, first and foremost, we have to share this
- 4:10Speaker 1: little victory from Melissa. Melissa, I'm very very happy for you.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I'm very proud of you, she said, little victory. I
- 4:16Speaker 1: finally cleaned out my car. Oh wow, and I think
- 4:20Speaker 1: I found some fries from at least two presidents ago.
- 4:23Speaker 4: So way to go.
- 4:25Speaker 1: There is something about when you get things clean, whether
- 4:28Speaker 1: it's your house, your car, the bathroom, whatever the case
- 4:31Speaker 1: is fine, it feels so good.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Yeah, it really does. Angie.
- 4:35Speaker 1: Do you have a little victory from this weekend? I
- 4:37Speaker 1: know your Eagles sadly lost, but did you find some
- 4:41Speaker 1: joy in the weekend?
- 4:42Speaker 2: Nonetheless, Well, my Eagles are also my ex husband's team,
- 4:45Speaker 2: so really, whenever the Eagles lose, I'm not that upset
- 4:49Speaker 2: about it, because that means he's upset.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Oh, so it's a win win for you either way
- 4:54Speaker 4: either way.
- 4:55Speaker 3: No, I'm just kidding. I'm not that much of a monster,
- 4:57Speaker 3: but I will say this. There are few things in
- 4:59Speaker 3: life I like more than being right. I love when
- 5:04Speaker 3: I am right.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Ain't that's true? And it's so true.
- 5:09Speaker 2: And I said going into this football weekend that I
- 5:15Speaker 2: just knew the Bears were gonna win. And everybody kept
- 5:18Speaker 2: telling me, yeah, right, that's a long shot. They're underdogs,
- 5:21Speaker 2: but like, I don't think they're really gonna make it
- 5:23Speaker 2: past the Packers, YadA, YadA, YadA. And it did look
- 5:27Speaker 2: like it was not gonna go well for the Bears,
- 5:29Speaker 2: but then they pulled out the win, and I got
- 5:33Speaker 2: to say, I knew it.
- 5:35Speaker 3: I was right. I knew the Bears were gonna win.
- 5:39Speaker 3: I don't even care about the Bears like that. I
- 5:42Speaker 3: just knew that they were gonna win.
- 5:44Speaker 2: And I was correct. So that's my little victory. Well
- 5:47Speaker 2: being correct, I'm happy for you. That's wonderful news. My
- 5:50Speaker 2: little victory was actually this morning. So there are some
- 5:55Speaker 2: plows working on just moving snow out of certain places
- 5:59Speaker 2: so that and it inevitably does snow again, they have
- 6:02Speaker 2: a place to put this the new snow right well
- 6:05Speaker 2: on the way in here. I don't know if you
- 6:06Speaker 2: saw this, and I cannot remember the exact cross street
- 6:10Speaker 2: I want to say it was maybe thirty second, maybe
- 6:13Speaker 2: it was thirteenth, I can't exactly remember. But on twenty
- 6:16Speaker 2: fifth I was driving into work and there was a
- 6:19Speaker 2: portion of this light where the left lane was closed
- 6:25Speaker 2: for like, I don't know, twenty yards oka just because
- 6:28Speaker 2: there was a cone there. I think they had piled
- 6:30Speaker 2: some snow there, and you know, as you're kind of
- 6:33Speaker 2: driving in you don't always see that all the way down.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Whatever.
- 6:35Speaker 1: So I'm at this red light and there's this car
- 6:37Speaker 1: next to me and I'm like, well, I'm gonna have
- 6:39Speaker 1: to let them go and then I can move over
- 6:40Speaker 1: and get back into the left lane. Well, this nice
- 6:43Speaker 1: gentleman when the light was green, saw that there was
- 6:45Speaker 1: a cone there that was like, hey, you gotta not
- 6:47Speaker 1: drive here, and he waved me ahead to let me go.
- 6:51Speaker 1: So it was it was very sweet because I was
- 6:54Speaker 1: just gonna wait for him. I was like, well, it's
- 6:55Speaker 1: not his fault. I'm over here and right, you know,
- 6:58Speaker 1: And he waved me ahead and let me go ahead
- 7:00Speaker 1: of him, and it was just very very nice. A
- 7:02Speaker 1: great way to start off on Monday. Just some nice,
- 7:05Speaker 1: friendly pedestrians on the on the road.
- 7:08Speaker 3: What's the opposite of road rage.
- 7:10Speaker 2: I was trying to think that it's like road joy. Yeah,
- 7:13Speaker 2: it's great, that's so lovely. I love that for you.
- 7:18Speaker 1: The six to seven thing that kids were really obsessed
- 7:22Speaker 1: with in twenty twenty five, it was a major kid
- 7:25Speaker 1: led fad. It confused and annoyed adults with the nonsense
- 7:30Speaker 1: phrase in this hand gesture. It spread through schools, social
- 7:33Speaker 1: media businesses, disrupting classrooms, and it baffled grown ups. Now
- 7:39Speaker 1: experts actually dove into this on why it became experts.
- 7:44Speaker 3: I'm mad. I'm mad that there had to be experts
- 7:47Speaker 3: on the case.
- 7:47Speaker 4: Experts on six seven how do you get that job?
- 7:50Speaker 1: Experts say it's just part of a long tradition of
- 7:53Speaker 1: kids creating secret languages, games and phrases that assert independents
- 7:58Speaker 1: connect with peers and playfully frustrate adults. Is there a
- 8:04Speaker 1: fad that you are not a fan of? Is there
- 8:08Speaker 1: a fad that you are happy? Went away? Seven oh
- 8:12Speaker 1: one two eight zero one nine eight seven. See that
- 8:15Speaker 1: reminds me now I feel like just a kid, because
- 8:19Speaker 1: there are things I do all the time to just
- 8:21Speaker 1: playfully irritate Angie or playfully irritate my wife on.
- 8:25Speaker 4: A day to day basis. See, I did need some experts.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Well for me, I think this actually kid.
- 8:31Speaker 2: I want to say, it's been like ten years now
- 8:33Speaker 2: and I've been mad about it this whole time. I'm
- 8:36Speaker 2: so I'm so angry at cropped tops. Not ever, I
- 8:43Speaker 2: don't have a crop top body. Okay, Why do I go, Oh,
- 8:47Speaker 2: this hoodie looks cute and it's cropped. Why Why is
- 8:50Speaker 2: that shirt cropped? Why is everything cropped? I don't like it.
- 8:53Speaker 3: I'm not Winny the Pooh.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Okay, I a full length sweatshirt and I don't understand
- 9:01Speaker 2: why everything has to be cropped.
- 9:03Speaker 3: I hate it. I hate it.
- 9:05Speaker 4: So you're out with the crops, in with.
- 9:08Speaker 3: The full length.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Please, I need all of the fabric necessary to cover
- 9:13Speaker 2: this body. The other thing is, I'm so top heavy,
- 9:16Speaker 2: so when anything is cropped, these tatas pull it even higher,
- 9:20Speaker 2: so then it really looks like I'm trying to show
- 9:23Speaker 2: off what my mom pouch.
- 9:25Speaker 3: And nothing wrong with a mom pouch.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Okay, I'm very proud of what this belly did and
- 9:29Speaker 2: that it housed my two big headed children at different times.
- 9:33Speaker 3: I just I'm not trying.
- 9:35Speaker 2: To showcase it to the world, So please for the
- 9:38Speaker 2: love of God, make a full length hoodie.
- 9:42Speaker 3: I don't need a cropped one.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Okay there, do you feel better? Yes, that's like you
- 9:47Speaker 1: had to get that out of your system a little bit.
- 9:49Speaker 3: It was brilling inside for a decade.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Nicole, what fat are you? Glad? Went away?
- 9:55Speaker 5: Planking?
- 9:56Speaker 2: Everyone?
- 9:56Speaker 1: Just lying around on random objects like this is can
- 10:01Speaker 1: It wasn't? I love, Nicole? That is so true. This
- 10:05Speaker 1: is content, Dave, what fat are you glad?
- 10:09Speaker 4: Went away?
- 10:10Speaker 5: I'm glad Pokemon go isn't that big of a thing anymore.
- 10:13Speaker 2: My cousin used to run around chasing nothing and it
- 10:16Speaker 2: was super annoying.
- 10:18Speaker 3: No, it wasn't, Jos, But I think it's so true.
- 10:21Speaker 2: I think Pokemon Gush should come back. I think there
- 10:24Speaker 2: needs to be a resurgence.
- 10:25Speaker 3: That was so fun.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Did get people out and about and outside and touching grass? Yes?
- 10:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Being a hater man, this is am I the problem.
- 10:39Speaker 1: It's me the problem.
- 10:43Speaker 3: It's me.
- 10:44Speaker 5: We'll hear one side of the story and with your help.
- 10:48Speaker 6: Decide if it's right or if maybe you're the problem.
- 10:52Speaker 3: That's right, I am the problem.
- 10:54Speaker 5: On Big ninety eight point seven.
- 10:57Speaker 2: So this man chose to remain a a miss but
- 11:01Speaker 2: he is a college dude or a college man.
- 11:05Speaker 3: I don't want to judge, so this was this is
- 11:08Speaker 3: what he sent in. I gave an ange. Oh I
- 11:10Speaker 3: like being called ange. Hi gave an ange.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I'm a twenty year old guy in college and I've
- 11:15Speaker 2: been friends with this girl we'll call Jane for about
- 11:19Speaker 2: six months. We met through a college study group and
- 11:22Speaker 2: have always just been friends. About a month ago, she
- 11:25Speaker 2: invited me to a party and I met her sister,
- 11:27Speaker 2: who's a couple years older. We clicked right away and
- 11:30Speaker 2: exchanged numbers and started hanging out, and now we're officially dating.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Here's the thing I later found out.
- 11:38Speaker 3: Ooh, typos, sir? He put Miranda, he said. I later
- 11:43Speaker 3: found out Miranda.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Whoops, bro, you gotta double check your work has had
- 11:50Speaker 2: a crush on me, and I think I could have
- 11:53Speaker 2: guessed that if I really wanted to, But I never
- 11:55Speaker 2: felt more than friendship toward her. Now she's been cold
- 11:59Speaker 2: to both me and her sister. Our mutual friends seem
- 12:02Speaker 2: to think I crossed the line, but I don't see
- 12:04Speaker 2: how I did anything wrong, especially if she never told
- 12:06Speaker 2: me she was interested. Am I the problem? You're the
- 12:10Speaker 2: problem in that, sir? You need to double check your work.
- 12:12Speaker 5: But hmm, I like it.
- 12:15Speaker 4: He didn't mess that up. I like it. I think
- 12:17Speaker 4: that was on purpose.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Well, anonymous college man who is friends with Jane slash Miranda,
- 12:25Speaker 2: I think that you are not being forthcoming with all
- 12:30Speaker 2: the information because if your mutual friends are saying that
- 12:34Speaker 2: you crossed the line, that makes me think that you
- 12:39Speaker 2: were very aware that this girl had a crush on you,
- 12:43Speaker 2: that you probably fed into it with like flirting and such,
- 12:48Speaker 2: but then when you met the sister, you were like, ooh,
- 12:51Speaker 2: just kidding.
- 12:51Speaker 3: I like her better, and then went for it.
- 12:53Speaker 2: I think you're the problem, really, yeah, anonymous college man,
- 12:58Speaker 2: I don't think you are the problem.
- 13:00Speaker 1: All okay, all is fair in love and and I
- 13:04Speaker 1: guess love and lust. You can't help when someone has
- 13:09Speaker 1: a crush on you. You can't do anything about that. If
- 13:12Speaker 1: you instantly clicked with someone else, you are free to
- 13:16Speaker 1: do whatever you would like. Now not the greatest choice
- 13:20Speaker 1: that happened to be this poor girl's sister. I do
- 13:22Speaker 1: feel for her, yeah, but you know he can't help that.
- 13:26Speaker 1: He can't do anything about how she feels about him.
- 13:29Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I feel like there's always a choice you can make
- 13:32Speaker 2: in the very beginning, do I go for this or
- 13:36Speaker 2: do I not? And if you choose to go for it,
- 13:38Speaker 2: the consequence is that people are gonna think you're kind
- 13:40Speaker 2: of a jerk.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Yeah, his problem clearly was he didn't establish what this
- 13:44Speaker 1: was right off the bat with it turns out, Miranda, sorry, Miranda,
- 13:49Speaker 1: he should have established that a little bit quicker.
- 13:51Speaker 4: I think.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean because even him saying, I think I
- 13:54Speaker 2: could have guessed that if I really wanted to.
- 13:56Speaker 4: You, you knew what you were doing.
- 13:57Speaker 3: You knew what you were doing. What do you think?
- 13:59Speaker 2: Seven light one, nine eighty seven. We also have this
- 14:02Speaker 2: up on the Big ninety eight point seven Facebook page.
- 14:11Speaker 2: So we had a guy right into us who chose
- 14:13Speaker 2: to remain anonymous.
- 14:15Speaker 3: He's a college kid.
- 14:16Speaker 2: He made friends with this girl who will call Jane
- 14:20Speaker 2: friends for like six months.
- 14:22Speaker 3: They went to a party together.
- 14:23Speaker 2: He met Jane's sister and was like, ooh, she's the one.
- 14:26Speaker 3: They clicked.
- 14:27Speaker 2: They're officially dating now, but he needs to know if
- 14:30Speaker 2: he's the problem, because they're mutual friends that are saying, ooh, buddy,
- 14:35Speaker 2: you crossed a line.
- 14:37Speaker 1: And I'm a little bit surprised. This is kind of
- 14:39Speaker 1: split a little bit. Fifty to fifty. Mary on Facebook said,
- 14:43Speaker 1: you're not the problem. Six months of friendship and you
- 14:46Speaker 1: felt no other feelings towards her, But you're supposed to
- 14:49Speaker 1: magically have romantic feelings once her sister is introduced. If
- 14:53Speaker 1: the friend had said she likes you and you ignored
- 14:55Speaker 1: it then pursued the sister, that would be gross behavior.
- 14:58Speaker 1: You're fine, dude, have fun, And that's coming from Mary.
- 15:01Speaker 3: All right, Mary, all right.
- 15:03Speaker 1: There are some more individuals who kind of feel like Mary,
- 15:06Speaker 1: Like Elizabeth, she said, you're not the problem. You didn't
- 15:08Speaker 1: know about Miranda's crush. Even if you said, you could
- 15:11Speaker 1: have guessed. You can't control who you like. Go be happy.
- 15:15Speaker 1: And then this one is from Elizabeth. She said, honestly,
- 15:18Speaker 1: you did nothing wrong. Miranda had no right to expect
- 15:21Speaker 1: you to feel the same way.
- 15:23Speaker 2: I love that when he wrote into us, he had
- 15:25Speaker 2: a little typo. He said, Jane to keep anonymous, and
- 15:28Speaker 2: then later was like Miranda, and it's too late, so
- 15:31Speaker 2: now everybody knows it's Miranda. I feel like he's the problem.
- 15:36Speaker 2: I can't believe people are on his side.
- 15:38Speaker 4: There are some people who agree with you.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Yeah, oh really, okay, because I feel like he been
- 15:42Speaker 2: known that she was really into him, and he probably
- 15:46Speaker 2: fed into that. If your mutual friends are saying that
- 15:49Speaker 2: you crossed a line, I bet you were more flirty
- 15:53Speaker 2: and more on the edge of like maybe we will
- 15:56Speaker 2: be a thing.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Sure, then you weren't, and so I don't like that.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Maybe he is feeding his own ego a little bit. Yes,
- 16:02Speaker 1: that's what I think happened.
- 16:03Speaker 4: All right.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Well, this one's from Sarah, who does agree with you.
- 16:07Speaker 1: She says, kind of the problem dating your friend's sister
- 16:10Speaker 1: knowing she has a cross seems dot dot dot MESSI yes,
- 16:15Speaker 1: it does. It sounds what you're gonna go to Thanksgiving
- 16:17Speaker 1: next year. Oh god, what a nightmare. And then this
- 16:20Speaker 1: one is from Christine. She said, I get that you
- 16:24Speaker 1: like her, but it's still going to cause tension with Jane.
- 16:30Speaker 4: That's on you.
- 16:31Speaker 2: I will say this, I'm being a little bit of
- 16:34Speaker 2: a hypocrite because I dated a guy named Derek and
- 16:37Speaker 2: it didn't work out, and then not that long after
- 16:40Speaker 2: I dated his brother Dominic for two years.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Okay, okay, if you missed this last week, I was
- 16:53Speaker 1: finally able to share with you that I will be
- 16:55Speaker 1: having a kid with my wife Corey in July, or
- 17:00Speaker 1: at least maybe July.
- 17:01Speaker 4: That's kind of the tentative date.
- 17:02Speaker 1: It's very early, so it could be June, it could
- 17:05Speaker 1: be mid somewhere this summer.
- 17:06Speaker 2: I think either way, the baby's going to be a
- 17:09Speaker 2: cancer and we're the best ones.
- 17:11Speaker 3: I say you are.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Yeah, well, no, I'm just kidding.
- 17:17Speaker 4: No, that'd be perfectly fine.
- 17:19Speaker 1: So here on Big ninety eight point seven, we might
- 17:22Speaker 1: do something a little bit more with this as it
- 17:23Speaker 1: gets closer. But right off the bat, if you hang
- 17:27Speaker 1: out with Angie and I every single day, here are
- 17:29Speaker 1: some of the days, or for a couple minutes, Yeah,
- 17:33Speaker 1: what do you think it would be?
- 17:35Speaker 4: From what you know about me?
- 17:36Speaker 1: Here on Big ninety eight point seven on the radio,
- 17:39Speaker 1: I've been hanging out with you for a little over
- 17:41Speaker 1: a year. Right off the bat, what is your guess?
- 17:45Speaker 1: Because we will find out what it is if it's
- 17:48Speaker 1: a boy or a girl at the end of February
- 17:51Speaker 1: or twelve the end of February, Okay and.
- 17:54Speaker 3: A half taking bets is just throwing.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Out some early predictions, and I say that no, text
- 18:00Speaker 1: us what you think seven oh one two eight zero
- 18:02Speaker 1: one nine eight seven, or maybe.
- 18:03Speaker 4: You can just text me what you hope at that
- 18:06Speaker 4: same number.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And the reason I throw that out is I'm not
- 18:09Speaker 1: exactly sure if how I feel about this because it
- 18:12Speaker 1: is a compliment, but part of me is going, well,
- 18:15Speaker 1: what do you think i'd be a terrible boy?
- 18:17Speaker 5: Dad?
- 18:17Speaker 1: I've had a lot of people say, oh, you'd be
- 18:19Speaker 1: a great girl, dad. I bet it's a girl. You'd
- 18:21Speaker 1: be such a good girl dad. Well, it's like, well,
- 18:23Speaker 1: what does that mean? If I have, you know, Gabriel Junior,
- 18:27Speaker 1: what do you think he's not gonna learn how to
- 18:28Speaker 1: throw a football? I am an elite athlete, Okay, angie
- 18:32Speaker 1: middle Gabe Junior, he's gonna.
- 18:34Speaker 4: Go on to be playing for the Minnesota Vikes one day.
- 18:38Speaker 4: I think you're a girl dad, early predictions.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Throw him out there seven oh one two eight zero
- 18:46Speaker 1: one nine eight seven, and I'm gonna still take that
- 18:49Speaker 1: as a compliment for the rest of the day.
- 18:56Speaker 5: What the rock?
- 19:00Speaker 1: If I gave you fifty guesses, don't lie to me.
- 19:03Speaker 1: If you're riding in your car listening right now, what
- 19:05Speaker 1: food or food ingredient do you think can make you
- 19:10Speaker 1: smell sexier?
- 19:12Speaker 4: Right?
- 19:12Speaker 1: If you didn't know this about food, certain foods. They
- 19:15Speaker 1: can make you smell better, and they can make your
- 19:18Speaker 1: breath smell terrible.
- 19:20Speaker 4: There was this study the same time.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Yeah, at the same time, there was this study where
- 19:24Speaker 1: women were asked to sniff a bunch of men's worn
- 19:28Speaker 1: armpit pads, and they rated those who ate a lot
- 19:31Speaker 1: of this were the sexiest smelling people in the entire study.
- 19:38Speaker 5: That's a smell of desire, lady.
- 19:40Speaker 4: That's right.
- 19:42Speaker 2: I would have said something like pineapple or something, but
- 19:46Speaker 2: you said it makes your breath smell bad.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Yeah, makes your breath not great. And the answer is garlic.
- 19:52Speaker 1: All right, if you need a little extra pep in
- 19:54Speaker 1: your step today, bring some garlic to work and start housing.
- 19:58Speaker 4: Now, your breath's gonna stink. You'll keep the van pires away.
- 20:00Speaker 1: But supposedly, when garlic is like released out of your body,
- 20:04Speaker 1: your breath is probably bad. But it makes your sweat
- 20:07Speaker 1: supposedly smell sexy.
- 20:09Speaker 3: This is so interesting to me.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Yeah, And they did this study multiple times because they
- 20:15Speaker 1: were so shocked by the answer.
- 20:17Speaker 4: The first time it was waiting garlick.
- 20:20Speaker 1: Yes, let's run that back, And then they did it
- 20:22Speaker 1: a third time, all with the same result. Garlic making
- 20:26Speaker 1: you smell sexy, though, kissing someone who just ate garlic
- 20:30Speaker 1: maybe not your favorite thing. Seven seven oh one two
- 20:34Speaker 1: eight zero one nine eight seven. Is there a food that,
- 20:37Speaker 1: no matter how sexy it might make you smell, when
- 20:41Speaker 1: you kiss somebody who just ate it is gonna kind
- 20:44Speaker 1: of be foul. Let us know here this morning on
- 20:45Speaker 1: Big ninety eight point seven, do you have one, Angie?
- 20:48Speaker 6: Uh?
- 20:48Speaker 3: Hot dogs?
- 20:49Speaker 2: Please do not eat a hot dog and then try
- 20:52Speaker 2: to kiss me.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Absolutely not. That's like that and like deli meat like that.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Okay, So now if you're at a ball game or something,
- 21:01Speaker 1: you aren't doing a ton of smooching.
- 21:02Speaker 4: It sounds no.
- 21:03Speaker 3: Well wash it down with a beer. I'm down with that.
- 21:05Speaker 3: That's fine.
- 21:06Speaker 1: It's interesting you said a beer because Katie, she just
- 21:10Speaker 1: texted us she said alcohol in general, but beer not
- 21:16Speaker 1: great after someone has some of that and you do
- 21:18Speaker 1: a little bit of smoochin.
- 21:20Speaker 3: Oh, I disagree.
- 21:21Speaker 2: Wow, I'm disgusting, and I like to be kissed after
- 21:24Speaker 2: beer and after a cigarette.
- 21:27Speaker 3: I know it's horrible, I know, I know.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Well, there was a lot of people on Facebook who
- 21:32Speaker 1: said onions, which is a very common answer, but there's
- 21:35Speaker 1: a couple here. I didn't expect Barb said, blue cheese dressing. Oh,
- 21:40Speaker 1: that sounds accurate. It sounds totally correct. But I don't
- 21:43Speaker 1: know anyone who really eats blue cheese like that.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Well that's because never mind.
- 21:49Speaker 1: Mary, she said, euros unless the other person had them too.
- 21:53Speaker 1: Usually with euros there's like onions on them too.
- 21:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I feel like if you're eating the same thing, then
- 21:57Speaker 2: it's fine.
- 21:59Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 21:59Speaker 1: They can't say ech other too. If you add two
- 22:01Speaker 1: negatives you get a positive, exactly.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Well, Jeff had a great answer. He said, my girlfriend
- 22:07Speaker 1: at the time on this road trip hated that I
- 22:10Speaker 1: got a red Hot Tijuana Mama sausage and an Iris
- 22:14Speaker 1: cream Java Monster for breakfast. She said she'd never kiss
- 22:19Speaker 1: me again.
- 22:19Speaker 2: That is the worst combination I've heard of, because that's
- 22:22Speaker 2: like a Irish cream.
- 22:23Speaker 3: Like a milky something with a meat. Oh no, I.
- 22:32Speaker 6: Starting off the day with something good. This is Gabe's
- 22:36Speaker 6: good news on Big ninety eight point seven.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Taco John's reopened in Fargo on January fifth, and there
- 22:44Speaker 1: are these longtime fans named Trinity and Ella who were
- 22:48Speaker 1: among the first in line waiting for their favorite six
- 22:52Speaker 1: pack tacos and a pound of potato olays. The friends
- 22:57Speaker 1: had become the casadilla commuter here in the FM area
- 23:01Speaker 1: after the previous Fargo store closed in twenty twenty three.
- 23:05Speaker 1: They have traveled nearly one thousand miles to other locations
- 23:10Speaker 1: before to satisfy those TJ cravings. Now that is dedication
- 23:15Speaker 1: on a level. It's as dedicated as possible. Their dedication
- 23:19Speaker 1: earned them gifts from Taco John's headquarters, including tumblrs, hats,
- 23:24Speaker 1: gift cards. They're excited by the new Fargo location, of course,
- 23:28Speaker 1: and they went straight there after work to celebrate the reopening.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Despite having a store here in the FM area, the
- 23:34Speaker 1: friends say they're still gonna make the occasional road trip
- 23:38Speaker 1: just for fun in the love of Taco Johns.
- 23:41Speaker 4: I think that's kind of cool.
- 23:42Speaker 1: I'm sure obviously they post about this on social media
- 23:45Speaker 1: and whatever, in Taco John's actually reaching out to them, Yeah,
- 23:48Speaker 1: is so cool.
- 23:49Speaker 2: This is so feel good for a Monday, and I
- 23:51Speaker 2: love it.
- 23:52Speaker 1: The world is full of nice people. If you can't
- 23:54Speaker 1: find one, you gotta be
