  Hey everybody, happy Thanksgiving and good morning

  from the porch. So we are a little bit later
• 0:34
  because it's a slow day and the girls are already out.
• 0:38
  Everybody's running around. They have treats this morning.
• 0:41
  They're very excited about their breakfast because it's different
• 0:44
  than normal because it's Thanksgiving.
• 0:46
  So they're being spoiled a little bit and they're having
• 0:49
  all kinds of pasta and yummy stuff mixed into it.
• 0:54
  So they are thrilled and running around already.
• 0:56
  And I'm sitting here having a coffee, just hanging out and
• 1:01
  saying how grateful I am for all of you.
• 1:03
  I truly appreciate that I get to do this podcast every day and
• 1:08
  share my very peaceful world with you and mostly peaceful
• 1:12
  world. I mean, the farm is very
• 1:14
  peaceful unless, you know, we have all the the tragedies that
• 1:17
  happen. But it's just part of the
• 1:19
  tapestry. So I was messing around writing
• 1:24
  a poem and I thought that I would read you this poem today
• 1:27
  because I felt like this really captured the essence of
• 1:32
  everything that we teach here. So here we go, Beneath the soil
• 1:36
  so rich, so deep, lies seeds of dreams we long to keep.
• 1:41
  Each holds within a silent song, a hope to bloom where hearts
• 1:46
  belong. The winds may howl, the rains
• 1:48
  may sting, yet roots will stretch as season swings.
• 1:52
  For every trial the earth bestows nurtures strength in
• 1:56
  what we grow. In moments dark when lights seem
• 2:00
  rare, growth begins in how we care for tender shoots, both
• 2:05
  weak and small. Teach us grace to rise from
• 2:08
  falls. So tend the fields within your
• 2:11
  heart. Each choice, each thought a work
• 2:15
  of art. Let courage guide.

  Where rivers flow, we are the seeds and love we grow.
• 2:21
  So this may seem silly, but to me, this kind of captures the
• 2:26
  essence of everything that I want to teach and always do
• 2:32
  because I can't wait. I cannot wait to start planting
• 2:37
  seeds already, even though we're just starting to get cold.
• 2:40
  And I cannot wait to do the new planning and put it all out
• 2:43
  there because it just feels so good to do those things.
• 2:47
  And every time I put a seed into soil, something happens for me.
• 2:51
  It, it just, it's, I'm so grateful I get to watch that
• 2:55
  process and I get to feel that with all of you.

  And I'm hoping every day when I come to each of you in this

  podcast that I'm planting a seed that really can help you all
• 3:05
  grow in some way, shape or form or help you have a distinction
• 3:09
  or go in a certain direction. So when I see that that those
• 3:13
  little seeds or I hear from any of you where you send messages
• 3:16
  to the website or wherever, or when I'm talking to you, I just,
• 3:21
  I feel that that's, that's a touch point.

  It's just all about those touch points.

  And it's all because we want to plant that seed.

  We want to help that love grow. We want to help that skill grow

  because each one is a work of art.

  And I consistently want to make sure that I'm pouring in in a

  way that serves you all. So I hope you have the most
