  SPEAKER_00: Yes, we're gonna be talking about the energetics and what to focus on to quantum leap your business this year in 2024.

  SPEAKER_00: But first, I want to give you a little bit of backstory and we're gonna dive in.

  SPEAKER_00: But I noticed this morning, maybe everyone else knew this, but I noticed this morning that it is actually a leap year.

  SPEAKER_00: So as I'm recording this, it's February 27th.

  SPEAKER_00: I knew that there were 29 days this month.

  SPEAKER_00: And like how I knew like the 29th, but I didn't register in my head, like, oh, there aren't normally 29 days, and like it's a leap year, and there's an extra day in the month.

  SPEAKER_00: And the reason I think this is so significant is I I definitely feel that there has been a very much a rebirth energy.

  SPEAKER_00: I can see it not only with myself, but definitely with my clients who are being called forward, kind of going through a rebirth, really stepping into what they're here to do, their mission, what they want to do with their lives, how what businesses they want to have, what they want their work and career life to look like, the partners they want, kind of everything is really getting a massive up level.

  SPEAKER_00: And through this leap year, I was like, oh wow, like the last time we had a leap year was in 2020.

  SPEAKER_00: And when I think about, I don't know about you guys, when I think about 2020 and like what happened in February of 2020 versus now, it's like I've lived, I know it's like four years, which might sound like a long time, but to me, it is it's felt like lifetimes.

  SPEAKER_00: It feels like I've lived hundreds and and hundreds of years.

  SPEAKER_00: And you might think like that's because of everything that went down in like February of 2020 and March, like globally with the pandemic.

  SPEAKER_00: And while that happened, that's actually not what made it a big deal for me.

  SPEAKER_00: But I was thinking back to, you know, now it's like four years ago.

  SPEAKER_00: And the last two weeks of February of 2020 was the most insane like initiation into where I am now.

  SPEAKER_00: It's really where everything kind of started for me.

  SPEAKER_00: It was that month that I had just left my then fiance and and partner of like seven, eight years, where I had just finished my board exams from med school, was about to start my business, but had no idea, you know, how I was going to make income for myself, how I was going to provide for myself, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And especially at the standard of living that let's just say I was used to at the time, having, you know, living with someone else and being with someone else.

  SPEAKER_00: That was the time like I I just graduated.
• 3:50
  SPEAKER_00: So they're like, picture, you know, 111,000 student at not kind of knowing what to do.

  SPEAKER_00: It was like a big what I decided in like from February 14th, because that was actually unfortunately the day that um things ended with that person, and it was all for a reason.

  SPEAKER_00: It had to be that day because I literally couldn't do it anymore.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, I couldn't go forward, and and they were leaving to to go for work.

  SPEAKER_00: So if I didn't do it, I'd have to wait another week.

  SPEAKER_00: And let's just say my soul was it, my soul just couldn't.

  SPEAKER_00: So I had to finally decide that was it.
• 4:20
  SPEAKER_00: But I remember those last two weeks were huge, and I don't think it's any coincidence that the last two weeks have been massive for me.

  SPEAKER_00: Massive in my growth, massive in my evolution, massive in who I am, what I'm doing.

  SPEAKER_00: You probably have noticed the difference on my Instagram, you probably have noticed the direction that we're kind of evolving and moving into.

  SPEAKER_00: And it's no coincidence.

  SPEAKER_00: So I think there is something very special about leap years.

  SPEAKER_00: I think there's something very special about the last couple weeks of February.

  SPEAKER_00: And I know, like for my clients, they are going through rebirths, they're, you know, getting rid of friendships that aren't aligned, men that aren't aligned, putting up boundaries in their business, putting up personal power, like having money come in and pour in and flood in to support them.

  SPEAKER_00: And it's the most beautiful thing to watch.

  SPEAKER_00: And so I really think that I mean, hence why I also have play bigger.

  SPEAKER_00: And then the last two weeks, I'm like, oh, this is definitely why we've launched Play Bigger, and it's a massive turning point.

  SPEAKER_00: You'll have heard this basically at the end of the month, but in retrospect, you'll probably be like, oh, yeah, the last like week or a couple weeks have been really intense and a big kind of up level for me, andor very much like a feeling in your body, a feeling in your system that like you can't keep doing things the way you were, and that you like it's time for change.

  SPEAKER_00: You can no longer even settle for less.

  SPEAKER_00: Like it's just it's physically painful to your body and to your system.

  SPEAKER_00: And it's kind of what prompted me to hop on here and talk about really the energetics and what to focus on to quantum leap your business.

  SPEAKER_00: So, like, let's also quantum leap in the leap year.

  SPEAKER_00: And I also cannot imagine what we're going to do in the next four years because I know what's happened in the last four years.

  SPEAKER_00: And like, if you would have told me four years ago that, you know, I would have not only started my business, but gone from like 10 to 20 to 40, you know, K months to 70k months to a 40k day to a seven-figure business to helping clients all over the world and meeting the love of my life and having the most amazing relationships.

  SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of misconceptions out there about what energetics are, and that you know, quantum leaping is woo-woo and it's just trendy jargon that people use that doesn't actually mean anything.

  SPEAKER_00: Energetics run 80% of your business.

  SPEAKER_00: 80% of your business is your energetics.

  SPEAKER_00: Meaning, if you are not working with it, what we are missing out on 80% of the puzzle.

  SPEAKER_00: That's a large piece of the puzzle, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And so what happens is we collapse time when we play bigger for where we desire to be, not where we feel we are currently at, but there are actual steps, strategies, and embodiment of that.

  SPEAKER_00: What happens is people tend to jump from one strategy to the next without getting their energetics on board, and then that's when we get into, you know, I'm not there yet, quote unquote.

  SPEAKER_00: And so if your energetics are not on board, then you will feel like you are not getting the results that you desire.

  SPEAKER_00: So we know that energetics run 80% of the show.

  SPEAKER_00: Your nervous system runs 95% of it.

  SPEAKER_00: 95 of your 95% of your energetics are unconscious, are controlled by your nervous system of the 80%.

  SPEAKER_00: That other 5% is the conscious stuff.

  SPEAKER_00: And this conscious stuff is where you'll see people doing affirmations, you'll see people visualizing and doing all these things, but that's only 5%.

  SPEAKER_00: So often I see people hopping between strategies or going into lack and scarcity and it's not working, not because what they're doing is wrong or bad, but because they don't actually have the energetics to back it up.

  SPEAKER_00: And so what happens is this creates a frustration loop of wondering why you are quote unquote blocked.

  SPEAKER_00: You're not blocked, you're in resistance.

  SPEAKER_00: And then we try to work more, do more, or try the latest trending thing and hope it turns out.

  SPEAKER_00: When the solution is actually to master the energetics so that they do the heavy lifting, and then you optimize the strategy that actually works for you and where you want to go, that doesn't have you pushing or forcing.

  SPEAKER_00: So this is really about having the solid energetics with the strategy to match.

  SPEAKER_00: And so, like, I yes, growth that doesn't make sense and like quantum leaping, you know, it doesn't make sense how it happened.

  SPEAKER_00: It doesn't make sense like how you jump from there to there, but it actually really makes sense when you look at the energetics and the strategy to get there.

  SPEAKER_00: Do you ever notice how when you get dysregulated, you don't sit there and decide, oh, I'm going to get dysregulated now.

  SPEAKER_00: So having a nervous system that doesn't spiral, that doesn't get dysregulated, or that doesn't dip into lack and scarcity is what's going to allow you to grow your business with the energy of ease because you are just chill and neutral.

  SPEAKER_00: It is your ability of your nervous system to stay relaxed that allows you to grow, right?

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to have unwavering personal power, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Where you're not seeking external validation, where you don't like, oh, the algorithm's doing this, or people aren't buying, or I only have, you know, 10 views on this, or no one's clicking, or I don't have any DMs, right?

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to stay above lack and scarcity with money so you can actually receive more.

  SPEAKER_00: So you don't start telling stories around money.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to break through upper limits with money.

  SPEAKER_00: If you notice you've been making the same amount or you can't seem to get to the next level, nervous system allows you, or like regulating it allows you to break through an upper limit.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to not need to burn it all to the ground or take a sabbatical because your nervous system is exhausted.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to have an overflow of capacity.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to receive more people in your programs and your offers.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to live in solution frequency versus being stuck in the problem, right?

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to hold boundaries with ease and not people please.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to be solid in your pricing and who the hell you are.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you not to be reactive and instead operate from emotional intelligence.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to deal with other people's triggers and projections without taking it personally.

  SPEAKER_00: And like, and so much more, right?

  SPEAKER_00: These are just like, I don't know, 10 things off the top of my head.

  SPEAKER_00: So it allows you to make exponentially more money.

  SPEAKER_00: So if you're asking, like, is a regulated nervous system required in business?

  SPEAKER_00: It is probably it is the biggest thing that I know allows me to receive massive amounts of money.

  SPEAKER_00: Because where other people dip, where other people waver and other people wobble, and then you lose momentum, right?

  SPEAKER_00: We lose momentum when we're when we're not solid, when we plug out.

  SPEAKER_00: Your ability to stay solid then allows you to have that solid foundation.

  SPEAKER_00: It allows you to then collapse time and quantum leap.

  SPEAKER_00: So the energetics of this is really how you're interacting with money, the personal power that you have, how you respond to situations.

  SPEAKER_00: And I am all for having a very relaxed strategy.

  SPEAKER_00: Like we need an offer suite that supports our business, we need to have a strategy that makes sense.

  SPEAKER_00: You can have the perfect strategy, you can replicate the perfect strategy from someone else.

  SPEAKER_00: But if the energetics are not on board, that's gonna be leaky, and then you're not gonna get where you want to go.

  SPEAKER_00: I can't tell you how many times I've cleaned up the energetics and nervous system.

  SPEAKER_00: Yes, we make a uh, you know, a couple refinements to strategy and structure to make sure we're fully supported, right?

  SPEAKER_00: That masculine structure allows the feminine to relax, so it allows us to relax in our business.

  SPEAKER_00: But when you let your energetic frequency lead the way, that is when like the magic and miracles come in.

  SPEAKER_00: That is where collapsing time comes in.

  SPEAKER_00: And if you're in my world, chances are you are here to do big things and you're here to collapse time.

  SPEAKER_00: You're not interested in it taking 5,000 years, right?

  SPEAKER_00: You don't you don't want it to take five, or even like five years, right?

  SPEAKER_00: You don't want it to take five years to get to 10K months, you don't want it to take uh even five months for it to take to 10k months.

  SPEAKER_00: You're here for fast, but fast doesn't mean that it's not solid and sustainable.

  SPEAKER_00: Fast that it's not solid and sustainable comes from not having a solid nervous system, right?

  SPEAKER_00: Because your nervous system is what dictates what's safe, right?

  SPEAKER_00: And so if we can get your nervous system on board, if we can expand your nervous system, then whatever gets thrown at you, you can handle, and that's you can handle a lot more.

  SPEAKER_00: But the thing is, is people want to receive more money in their business, but they don't want to receive everything else that comes along with it.

  SPEAKER_00: Because you know what happens when you have a bigger business?

  SPEAKER_00: It's not like a more money, more problems thing, but like I'm not gonna call it a problem, but like more money, more things come up.

  SPEAKER_00: They don't become things because you're neutral, but yeah, you have to deal with things.

  SPEAKER_00: So, what I see is that people want, let's say the 20k months, but they don't actually have the personal power and they're not exercising the personal power of someone who's at 20k months.

  SPEAKER_00: So energetics is not, oh, what does she wear?

  SPEAKER_00: And like wear the shirt that she wears or do the hair that you know she has.

  SPEAKER_00: Because you can do that, but if you're not exercising your personal power, then it's not gonna work.

  SPEAKER_00: So, sure, do those things, but do them and operate as that person because that person needs to have perhaps better boundaries.

  SPEAKER_00: That person needs to be able to have confronting conversations, that person needs to be able to have the personal power and do the thing before the results are there, right?

  SPEAKER_00: That person is not being like, Well, I posted my offer yesterday, no one bought.

  SPEAKER_00: And then we have to build that momentum all over again before you can collapse time.

  SPEAKER_00: This is the largest reason why I've been able to quote unquote collapse time, quantum leap, whatever you want to call it in my business and continue to do so.
