Mulligan’s Island Golf & Entertainment is getting a major overhaul as Golf Ranch, a tech-savvy driving range company, takes over the 64-acre spot after current owners close on September 20. Renovations will begin immediately and wrap up by spring 2027 — a long wait, but worth it. Expect a high-tech indoor-outdoor performance center with three private bays featuring advanced ball-tracking, plus upgraded food, drinks, mini-golf, pitch-and-putt, and batting cages.
