- 2:27Speaker 4: those options are at rootforamerica.com. I spent a lot of
- 2:33Speaker 4: time in hour number one talking about this shutdown, this
- 2:38Speaker 4: government shutdown, how The real name should be the Democrats
- 2:42Speaker 4: free health care for illegal aliens government shutdown. And say
- 2:47Speaker 4: that every time you say the shutdown, say it's the
- 2:50Speaker 4: free health care for illegal aliens shutdown. There's a lot
- 2:54Speaker 4: of reasons why. And I'll go over some of those
- 2:56Speaker 4: that I didn't even get to in our number ones.
- 2:58Speaker 4: A lot of stories about how it really is about
- 3:01Speaker 4: free health care for illegals. But I want to mention
- 3:03Speaker 4: that Trump says the radical left shutdown misstep opens unprecedented
- 3:07Speaker 4: opportunity for mass firings of federal employees.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Democrats are pretty stupid. They've made a big mistake.
- 3:15Speaker 4: They left the door open, you know, for the for
- 3:17Speaker 4: the horse to run out and run away. They left
- 3:20Speaker 4: the door open at the stable. And what's going to
- 3:23Speaker 4: happen now is Trump, with them gone, has a right
- 3:26Speaker 4: to fire thousands and thousands of government employees.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Permanently, not temporarily, permanently. So it's a good thing. Here's
- 3:33Speaker 1: Trump mentioning today.
- 3:35Speaker 4: This has inadvertently given the Trump administration the greatest gift ever,
- 3:39Speaker 4: the ability to revive Doge-style efforts to cut waste and fraud.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Trump says, I have a meeting today with Russ Voigt,
- 3:46Speaker 4: he of Project 2025 fame, to determine which of the
- 3:49Speaker 4: many Democrat agencies, most of which are a political scam,
- 3:53Speaker 4: he recommends to be cut and whether or not those cuts.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Will be temporary or permanent.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I can't believe the radical left Democrats gave me this
- 4:00Speaker 4: unprecedented opportunity. He continued, they're not stupid people, so maybe
- 4:04Speaker 4: this is their way of wanting to quietly and quickly
- 4:08Speaker 4: make America great again.
- 4:09Speaker 1: President Donald J. Trump.
- 4:11Speaker 4: I wish he wouldn't brag about it, because if he
- 4:13Speaker 4: was quiet about it, then the Democrats wouldn't even realize
- 4:16Speaker 4: what was happening. You know what my biggest fear is?
- 4:19Speaker 4: Not that the shutdown will last longer. It's that it
- 4:23Speaker 4: will end quickly tomorrow, Friday. because the Jewish holiday ends
- 4:27Speaker 4: tonight at sundown. So as soon as it's over, they're
- 4:30Speaker 4: all going to come back tomorrow to Congress, and I'm
- 4:33Speaker 4: afraid that they're going to be in a panic and
- 4:35Speaker 4: they're going to end the shutdown.
- 4:36Speaker 1: I don't want to end the shutdown.
- 4:37Speaker 4: If this shutdown will allow us to fire literally hundreds
- 4:41Speaker 4: of thousands of government employees, certainly tens of thousands, and
- 4:45Speaker 4: close government agencies, I want this shutdown to last forever.
- 4:50Speaker 4: White House releases new memo exposing Democrats' demand for about
- 4:53Speaker 4: $ 200 billion in taxpayer-funded health care for illegal immigrants, all
- 4:57Speaker 4: while gutting reforms.
- 4:59Speaker 1: That protect American citizens.
- 5:01Speaker 4: So let's dig into it a little bit because, again,
- 5:04Speaker 4: if you watch the mainstream media, it's a lie. This
- 5:08Speaker 4: was not about illegal aliens getting free health care. So
- 5:11Speaker 4: here's the newest memorandum from the White House that blew
- 5:14Speaker 4: the lid off the Democrats' latest betrayal of the American people.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Buried inside the continuing resolution is a demand to repeal
- 5:22Speaker 4: President Trump's historic America First health care reforms, the very
- 5:25Speaker 4: safeguards that protect U.S. citizens from footing the bill for
- 5:29Speaker 4: illegal aliens medical care. According to the memo, if Democrats succeed,
- 5:33Speaker 4: taxpayers will be on the hook for nearly $ 200 billion
- 5:36Speaker 4: in health care benefits for illegal immigrants and non-citizens over
- 5:41Speaker 4: the next decade, almost enough to fund the entire children's
- 5:45Speaker 4: health insurance program for the same period. The Working Families
- 5:48Speaker 4: Tax Cut Act, signed into law by President Trump, was designed,
- 5:52Speaker 4: and that was also called the Big Beautiful Bill. Trump's
- 5:55Speaker 4: a brilliant guy, right? So everything with him is about branding.
- 5:58Speaker 4: So what would the average person remember? The Working Families
- 6:02Speaker 4: Tax Cut Act, otherwise known as the WFTCA?
- 6:06Speaker 1: No one remembers that. Or the Big Beautiful Bill. This
- 6:10Speaker 1: is the big, beautiful bill.
- 6:11Speaker 4: It's signed into law by Trump just a few months ago,
- 6:15Speaker 4: designed to end taxpayer subsidies for illegal immigrant health care
- 6:18Speaker 4: and redirect resources to the most vulnerable Americans. See if
- 6:23Speaker 4: I get the rest of this from the staple here.
- 6:25Speaker 4: I got a staple in the wrong spot.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Here we go. End Medicaid and Medicare funding for non-citizens.
- 6:32Speaker 4: Shut down the California loophole that allowed liberal states to
- 6:35Speaker 4: siphon your federal dollars for illegal alien health care. Block
- 6:39Speaker 4: emergency Medicaid expansions that reimbursed hospitals more for treating illegals
- 6:44Speaker 4: than for caring for American children and seniors. Repeal the
- 6:48Speaker 4: Obamacare special rule that gave subsidies to immigrants earning below
- 6:52Speaker 4: the poverty line while denying them to poor Americans.
- 6:56Speaker 1: The Democrat proposal would spend.
- 6:59Speaker 4: $ 193 billion over 10 years on health care for illegals,
- 7:02Speaker 4: repeal safeguards against fraud and abuse of federal programs, cancel
- 7:07Speaker 4: Trump's $ 50 billion rural health care investment, eliminate expanded health
- 7:11Speaker 4: savings accounts. eliminate expanded health savings accounts for 10 million Americans.
- 7:17Speaker 4: I want to open up a health savings account. I
- 7:19Speaker 4: was just going to do it. They would like to
- 7:21Speaker 4: eliminate that. Gut work requirements for able-bodied adults reviving failed
- 7:26Speaker 4: welfare policies.
- 7:28Speaker 1: So this is what it would cost taxpayers.
- 7:30Speaker 4: $ 91 billion for restoring Obamacare funding for non-citizens. $ 34 billion
- 7:36Speaker 4: for reopening California's Medicaid scam. $ 28 billion for emergency care
- 7:40Speaker 4: reimbursement for illegals. $ 27 billion for Obamacare special rule subsidies
- 7:45Speaker 4: for illegals. $ 6 billion Medicaid for illegals. $ 5 billion.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Medicare for illegals. Adding up to a total of $ 192.
- 7:51Speaker 3: 8 billion.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Billion with a B.
- 7:57Speaker 4: Democrats and their fake news allies want you to believe
- 8:00Speaker 4: it's all a lie that Democrats shut down the government
- 8:03Speaker 4: over free health care for illegals, except that's exactly what happened.
- 8:07Speaker 1: J.D. Vance said it's not something that we made up.
- 8:09Speaker 1: It's not a talking point.
- 8:10Speaker 4: It's in the text of the bill that they gave
- 8:12Speaker 4: us to reopen the government. As the White House makes
- 8:15Speaker 4: clear in a new memo, Democrats' unserious proposal takes extraordinary
- 8:20Speaker 4: efforts to accommodate illegal aliens while repealing reforms that help
- 8:24Speaker 4: strengthen health care for American citizens. So what else can
- 8:29Speaker 4: you say? I mean, Democrats love illegals, and that's what
- 8:33Speaker 4: this is all about.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Representative Maxine Waters, oh, she's one of our favorites here.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Without her, I don't think we'd be in business in
- 8:40Speaker 1: conservative talk. Thank you, Maxine. She's the most horrible human
- 8:44Speaker 1: being in the world, and we quote her all the time.
- 8:46Speaker 4: Congresswoman Maxine Waters admits Democrats forced government shutdown to get
- 8:50Speaker 4: healthcare for everybody, including illegal immigrants.
- 8:55Speaker 1: Right? That's the whole deal.
- 8:57Speaker 4: This is all about no money left for you because
- 8:59Speaker 4: all the money is going to illegals. Here's a Democrat
- 9:02Speaker 4: senator's attempt to gaslight Americans on illegal aliens and the
- 9:06Speaker 4: government shutdown blows up in her face when Fox News'
- 9:09Speaker 4: Lawrence Jones reveals a damning video clip.
- 9:12Speaker 3: So.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Let's see, who is the senator? Jeannie Shaheen of New.
- 9:18Speaker 4: Hampshire, Democrat of New Hampshire, appeared on Fox and Friends
- 9:22Speaker 4: to try and gaslight the audience into believing that Democrats
- 9:26Speaker 4: really don't want to give health care to illegals. She said,
- 9:29Speaker 4: I haven't heard anybody in my party saying illegal immigrants
- 9:31Speaker 4: should get access to health insurance markets. But Fox and
- 9:35Speaker 4: Friends co-host Lawrence Jones had an ace up his sleeve.
- 9:38Speaker 4: He had footage of Democrats saying the exact opposite. I'm
- 9:41Speaker 4: so glad you said that, Jones replied. Actually, I have
- 9:44Speaker 4: some tape of.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Your Democrat Party members saying this on the debate stage.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Footage that emerges from the June 2019 Democrat presidential primary debate,
- 9:54Speaker 4: where every single candidate on the stage raised their hand
- 9:59Speaker 4: when the moderator, Savannah Guthrie, asked if their health.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Care plans would cover illegal aliens.
- 10:07Speaker 4: I haven't heard anybody in my party say that. And
- 10:09Speaker 4: then it's every single one of your people running for
- 10:12Speaker 4: president said that. He says that's literally every member of
- 10:15Speaker 4: your party, from moderate to more progressive, that have said
- 10:18Speaker 4: illegals should get free health care.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Wow. They are such liars.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Democrats pretend they don't want Medicaid for millions of migrants.
- 10:30Speaker 1: But it's not true.
- 10:32Speaker 4: They want millions of migrants, illegals, to get free health care.
- 10:37Speaker 4: Here's another story about the wonderful illegals in our country.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Vast fraud of Somali migrants, starting with Ilhan Omar, finally
- 10:45Speaker 4: being exposed.
- 10:46Speaker 1: And this is in the New York Post today.
- 10:50Speaker 4: This week, federal officials made an astounding announcement. Nearly half
- 10:53Speaker 4: of all immigrants in greater Minneapolis were found to have
- 10:57Speaker 4: committed some form of immigration fraud.
- 10:59Speaker 1: It's no surprise to you and me. Everybody knows this.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Everyone knew this.
- 11:04Speaker 4: But now the facts are out. They're all frauds. The
- 11:07Speaker 4: frauds came in all kinds and shapes and sizes. Sham marriages,
- 11:11Speaker 4: fake death certificates.
- 11:12Speaker 1: And other bizarre schemes.
- 11:15Speaker 4: But the revelation was no great surprise to those of
- 11:17Speaker 4: us who followed the settlement of 100,000 Somali immigrants in Minnesota.
- 11:22Speaker 1: Over the past three decades. There's the deal, folks. Really,
- 11:26Speaker 1: really scary.

- 13:22Speaker 4: for Patriot Critical Minerals.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Here's the raw truth.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 13:28Speaker 4: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 13:31Speaker 4: heard of, tungsten.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Tungsten is the metal of strength.
- 13:34Speaker 4: It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
- 13:37Speaker 4: our missiles, and puts steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 13:40Speaker 1: Here's the danger.
- 13:41Speaker 4: China controls 80% of the world's supply and 90% of production.
- 13:45Speaker 4: If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy, and
- 13:48Speaker 4: independence all hangs in the balance.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 13:53Speaker 4: Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 13:56Speaker 4: in the entire USA of over 19 million tons. This
- 14:00Speaker 4: is the kind of discovery that can change the game
- 14:02Speaker 4: enough to break China's stranglehold on tungsten. There has never
- 14:05Speaker 4: been a better moment to invest in tungsten. Patriot Critical
- 14:08Speaker 4: Minerals isn't just about mining. It's about securing our freedom

- 15:40Speaker 4: All right, Wayne Allen Root, otherwise known as War, how
- 15:43Speaker 4: are you? Otherwise known as SOB, son of a butcher.
- 15:45Speaker 4: Otherwise known as The Root, The Root, The Root's on fire.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Welcome to the show. We're in hour number two of
- 15:52Speaker 1: my podcast today on Thursday. What is today, the 2nd
- 15:55Speaker 1: of October? Can you believe it, the 2nd of October?
- 15:58Speaker 4: When we got to July, my wife and I are
- 16:01Speaker 4: like two of the biggest Christmas lovers in the world. Yes,
- 16:03Speaker 4: I'm a Jew who loves Christmas. And we just, you know,
- 16:07Speaker 4: order so many expensive... decorations to put up for Christmas.
- 16:11Speaker 4: My house is going to be lit up like maybe
- 16:13Speaker 4: no other house in the entire Las Vegas for Christmas.
- 16:16Speaker 4: And we have gotten so many things since July. They've
- 16:19Speaker 4: got like July on QVC, whatever my wife shops on.
- 16:22Speaker 4: It's either HSN or QVC. She buys all these Christmas
- 16:25Speaker 4: decorations in July and August. She gets so excited that
- 16:29Speaker 4: Christmas is right around the corner. Well, now it's October 2nd.
- 16:32Speaker 4: So Halloween is right around the corner. And once you
- 16:35Speaker 4: pass Halloween, it's.
- 16:35Speaker 1: November 1st and you got Thanksgiving and then it's Christmas.
- 16:39Speaker 2: So we're there.
- 16:40Speaker 1: We're there. Can't wait. Can't wait. I love Christmas. I've
- 16:43Speaker 1: always loved Christmas. All right.
- 16:46Speaker 4: I was talking about the vast fraud of Somali migrants.
- 16:50Speaker 4: I was talking about illegal aliens being the centerpiece of
- 16:52Speaker 4: the Democrat Party.
- 16:54Speaker 1: And the reason that the government shut down.
- 16:56Speaker 4: But it's also about this vast fraud of Somali migrants,
- 17:00Speaker 4: starting with Ilhan Omar. There's 100,000 plus Somali migrants in Minnesota,
- 17:06Speaker 4: and so many of them have gotten.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Here through fraud.
- 17:09Speaker 4: As far back as 2008, the State Department temporarily suspended
- 17:13Speaker 4: one of the family reunification programs used by Somali immigrants
- 17:18Speaker 4: when DNA testing of the applicants found that 80% of
- 17:24Speaker 4: all its claimed family relationships were fake. 80%. Immigration fraud
- 17:31Speaker 4: in the Somali community is the norm. And when it
- 17:34Speaker 4: comes to bizarre schemes, Representative Ilhan Omar is the poster
- 17:39Speaker 4: gal she's accused of and has never denied marrying her
- 17:43Speaker 4: brother to get him legal papers. In 2016, following up
- 17:48Speaker 4: on a tip post on a local Somali discussion board,
- 17:52Speaker 4: we found that Omar, a first-time candidate for the Minnesota
- 17:55Speaker 4: State Legislature, had religiously married but not legally married Ahmad Hirsi,
- 18:01Speaker 4: the father of her children. However, records showed in 2009
- 18:05Speaker 4: she legally married Ahmad Nersed Elmi, a man identified as
- 18:10Speaker 4: her brother. Omar was still married to Elmi as she
- 18:13Speaker 4: campaigned for state office in 2016, although her website made
- 18:17Speaker 4: no mention of him and touted Hersey as her husband.
- 18:20Speaker 4: It appears that Omar married her brother for fraudulent purposes.
- 18:26Speaker 4: As if to put an exclamation point on the scam,
- 18:28Speaker 4: the Omar Elmi marriage license was executed by Wilessia Harris,
- 18:34Speaker 4: a Christian minister despite the couple's Muslim faith.
- 18:37Speaker 1: When I asked the Omar campaign about her marriages.
- 18:39Speaker 4: A criminal defense attorney responded with a message accusing me
- 18:42Speaker 4: of bigotry and failing to respond to my questions. This
- 18:46Speaker 4: has been her modus operandi ever since. So the guy
- 18:49Speaker 4: writing this is writing in the New York Post. I
- 18:52Speaker 4: don't know who wrote it. When I download these things,
- 18:55Speaker 4: very often the author's name does not come out. So
- 18:58Speaker 4: I don't know who wrote this. I just know that
- 19:01Speaker 4: what they're saying sounds so right. I mean, it's the
- 19:03Speaker 4: same thing with Obama. Anytime Wayne Root questioned Obama, and
- 19:07Speaker 4: I had a thousand things that I saw were a scam.
- 19:11Speaker 1: It's racism to question Obama. Oh, you're a racist. You're
- 19:14Speaker 1: doing it because he's black. Here's another one you could
- 19:17Speaker 1: question all day long. Mamdami. Mamdami.
- 19:21Speaker 4: This Zoran Mamdami, who's about to be the new mayor
- 19:24Speaker 4: of New York City, almost certainly he's going to win.
- 19:26Speaker 4: He's going to beat Andrew Cuomo. And this guy, this
- 19:29Speaker 4: is the editorial of the New York Post today. He
- 19:33Speaker 4: wants to discipline officers with the actual Civilian Complaint Review
- 19:40Speaker 4: Board program.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Is out there in New York City and they all
- 19:44Speaker 1: hate cops.
- 19:45Speaker 4: Everyone on the civilian review board hates cops and wants
- 19:48Speaker 4: to put them in jail and he wants to use
- 19:50Speaker 4: the framework of what they do to discipline cops. It
- 19:56Speaker 4: says anti-blue prejudice is hardwired into the board. Nearly half
- 20:00Speaker 4: its members are chosen by bitterly anti-police, city council, and
- 20:03Speaker 4: cop-hating public advocate juan williams the staff leans heavily left
- 20:08Speaker 4: and they incorporate anonymous tips into its files on officers
- 20:13Speaker 4: an open invitation for gangs and other criminal organizations to
- 20:17Speaker 4: smear cops who are too good at their job so
- 20:20Speaker 4: now you're gonna fire cops and discipline cops and suspend
- 20:23Speaker 4: cops because the bad guys put anonymous tips that.
- 20:27Speaker 1: The cop is bad this is what you're dealing with folks.

- 22:42Speaker 4: Patriot Critical Minerals is the sponsor of this segment. It's
- 22:45Speaker 4: our guest segment. We've got our guest standing by.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Here's the raw truth.
- 22:49Speaker 4: About Patriot Critical Minerals and the need for what they produce.
- 22:53Speaker 4: Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
- 22:56Speaker 4: itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
- 23:01Speaker 4: heard of, tungsten. Tungsten is the metal of strength. It's
- 23:05Speaker 4: what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives our missiles,
- 23:09Speaker 4: and puts steel behind every round of ammunition.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Here's the danger.
- 23:15Speaker 4: China controls 80% of the world's supply and 90% of
- 23:18Speaker 4: the production.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Bad news.
- 23:20Speaker 4: If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy, and
- 23:24Speaker 4: independence all hang in the balance.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Here's the good news. We have the solution.
- 23:28Speaker 4: Patriot Critical Minerals, home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
- 23:32Speaker 4: in the entire USA, a deposit with an historical resource
- 23:36Speaker 4: of over 19 million tons. This can change the game.
- 23:42Speaker 4: This can break China's stranglehold on Tungsten. There's never been
- 23:45Speaker 4: a better moment to invest in Tungsten. Patriot Critical Minerals
- 23:49Speaker 4: isn't just about mining. It's about securing our freedom and
- 23:52Speaker 4: protecting our homeland. To learn about investment opportunities with Patriot
- 23:56Speaker 4: Critical Minerals, go to patriotcritical.com.
- 23:59Speaker 1: That's patriotcritical.com. All right, Jim Pfaff is our guest. He's
- 24:06Speaker 1: the president of the Conservative Caucus.
- 24:08Speaker 4: The website is theconservativecaucus.org, theconservativecaucus.org.
- 24:14Speaker 1: Jim Pfaff, welcome to the Wayne Allred Show. How are you?
- 24:18Speaker 3: Doing well.
- 24:19Speaker 2: Good to see you, Wayne. Good to see you.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Yeah, government shutdown. Who's to blame?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Democrats. I mean, it's clearly Democrats. You know.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Republicans did— I worked on Capitol Hill for many years as
- 24:33Speaker 2: a chief of staff for a couple different members. The
- 24:35Speaker 2: Republican caucus in the House finally did something I have
- 24:40Speaker 2: been hoping for for many years, and that's pass a
- 24:43Speaker 2: clean continuing resolution when you get in these situations and
- 24:47Speaker 2: walk away. And they did. They left it to the
- 24:49Speaker 2: Senate to do this, and this is entirely Chuck Schumer's
- 24:54Speaker 2: shutdown because he refuses to allow the stopgap to happen
- 24:59Speaker 2: without any special partisan additions to it so that the
- 25:05Speaker 2: House can do the first thing, do something they will
- 25:08Speaker 2: have done for the first time since 1998, and that's
- 25:11Speaker 2: pass all 12 appropriations bills. We have been living under
- 25:15Speaker 2: these continuing resolutions and omnibuses that are always filled with
- 25:21Speaker 2: lobbyist-inspired pork, and they're usually written by just four people,
- 25:26Speaker 2: the House speaker and the minority leader in the House
- 25:29Speaker 2: and the Senate majority minority leaders. It's been a crazy
- 25:32Speaker 2: system we've lived under that's brought us to $ 37 trillion
- 25:35Speaker 2: in debt and rising, and that may change.
- 25:38Speaker 4: Jim, I'd argue that those guys don't write it either.
- 25:41Speaker 4: It's their staffs that write it.
- 25:42Speaker 1: They're lawyers.
- 25:43Speaker 4: And they're lobbyists that, you know, don't tell me that
- 25:46Speaker 4: majority House Speaker Johnson writes this stuff, sits there and
- 25:50Speaker 4: writes it himself. This is all staffers who are paid
- 25:53Speaker 4: by lobbyists. And that's why you get all this, you know,
- 25:56Speaker 4: this waste and this, you know, junk inside each one
- 26:00Speaker 4: of these bills. It doesn't help any American taxpayer, but
- 26:02Speaker 4: specifically helps one company.
- 26:04Speaker 1: You know, that's that's the very definition of this of
- 26:07Speaker 1: this stuff.
- 26:08Speaker 4: So but but let's talk about illegal aliens and free
- 26:12Speaker 4: health care, because that's really what this is about. Right.
- 26:15Speaker 1: I mean, in the end, I saw Trump's press release.
- 26:18Speaker 4: They the White House put out a really in-depth press
- 26:21Speaker 4: release that pinpointed every dollar that's in this bill that
- 26:25Speaker 4: Democrats want to be spent on free Medicaid money. for
- 26:30Speaker 4: illegal aliens. That's what it really comes down to. They're
- 26:32Speaker 4: trying to get it back in after the big, beautiful
- 26:35Speaker 4: bill took it out.
- 26:38Speaker 2: There's no doubt about it. The way that we are
- 26:41Speaker 2: funding various things through these bills, like this particular instance
- 26:46Speaker 2: where they want to bring back funding healthcare for illegal aliens,
- 26:50Speaker 2: is always something that we embark upon and that is
- 26:54Speaker 2: very difficult politically to bring back.
- 26:56Speaker 1: You get these arguments.
- 26:57Speaker 2: This is where having Donald Trump sitting in the White
- 27:00Speaker 2: House leading The charge on changing these things is very,
- 27:04Speaker 2: very useful. And it's the same thing with these Obamacare
- 27:09Speaker 2: increases that came in during COVID when state, federal and
- 27:15Speaker 2: local governments were shutting down businesses and they throw in
- 27:19Speaker 2: more money to try to help these people. And here
- 27:21Speaker 2: we are. now five years later and still paying this
- 27:26Speaker 2: stuff out. But the real issue for Chuck Schumer is
- 27:30Speaker 2: they want to fund illegals. They want to keep the
- 27:33Speaker 2: border open. They love the chaos that that causes. And
- 27:37Speaker 2: they also like the fact that when you keep these
- 27:40Speaker 2: illegals in the country, it allows them to have various
- 27:44Speaker 2: advantages on the election in the best case scenario. that
- 27:48Speaker 2: the Census Bureau keeps counting all these people so that
- 27:51Speaker 2: you can have more Democrat districts. But on the worst end,
- 27:54Speaker 2: there are, we know, illegals voting. We don't know the
- 27:57Speaker 2: extent of it. And the Department of Justice is trying
- 28:00Speaker 2: to figure that out with Harmeet Dhillon's work. But that
- 28:04Speaker 2: is something that they love to have. I mean, Democrats
- 28:07Speaker 2: can't keep power unless they rig the system somehow, whether
- 28:11Speaker 2: it's money coming out of Washington or giving certain people
- 28:15Speaker 2: advantages they don't deserve.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Look, I've argued for years.
- 28:18Speaker 4: I won a big debate at Freedom Fest in Las
- 28:20Speaker 4: Vegas three years ago.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Or maybe it was two years ago.
- 28:23Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 28:23Speaker 4: Whatever it was, it was two or three summers ago.
- 28:25Speaker 4: And it was me one-on-one with some liberal journalist. And
- 28:27Speaker 4: he was trying to argue that 2020 wasn't stolen. And
- 28:31Speaker 4: my biggest argument about 2020 was that millions of illegals voted.
- 28:35Speaker 1: And he said, you're out of your mind. And I said, really?
- 28:37Speaker 1: I'm out of my mind.
- 28:38Speaker 4: I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here we are in
- 28:41Speaker 4: Las Vegas. Every illegal gets a driver's license in Las Vegas.
- 28:45Speaker 4: And they even admit that they cannot tell the difference
- 28:48Speaker 4: between a driver's license for an illegal and American citizen.
- 28:52Speaker 4: And when you go get your driver's license at DMV,
- 28:55Speaker 4: anywhere in the state of Nevada, they automatically register you
- 28:58Speaker 4: to vote. So even though I'm very anti-illegal immigration, even
- 29:01Speaker 4: though I can't stand illegal aliens, even though I think
- 29:03Speaker 4: they're bankrupting the nation.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Even though I think they're causing all the crime, Jim.
- 29:07Speaker 4: I was willing to admit on that stage that if
- 29:10Speaker 4: I was an illegal and you gave me a driver's
- 29:13Speaker 4: license and you registered me to vote, of course I'd vote.
- 29:16Speaker 1: It's not even their fault. It's the idiot liberals fault.
- 29:19Speaker 1: They give them. They make it easy.
- 29:21Speaker 4: They give them this gift wrapped in a bow. If
- 29:25Speaker 4: you are registered to vote, why not vote? And if
- 29:28Speaker 4: you've got mail-in ballots, you never even have to risk
- 29:30Speaker 4: showing up and maybe you could get arrested by ICE.
- 29:33Speaker 1: You just mail it in.
- 29:34Speaker 4: So the entire Nevada, all the votes on the Democrat
- 29:38Speaker 4: side are illegal aliens.
- 29:39Speaker 1: So of course this is going on all over the country.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Well, and what's happened there in Nevada, there are two
- 29:45Speaker 2: major things that took place in 2020 that's continued since.
- 29:50Speaker 2: One is exactly what you're talking about. These voter rolls
- 29:53Speaker 2: are dirty and Democrats have been fighting and even Republican
- 29:58Speaker 2: and Democrat secretaries of state who take care of these lists.
- 30:03Speaker 2: They refuse to clean them. Every attempt to do so
- 30:06Speaker 2: has failed. Of course, that's changing now through the law.
- 30:09Speaker 2: But there's a second thing that happened. See, unsolicited mail ballots.
- 30:12Speaker 2: It's one thing to have absentee ballots that have an
- 30:14Speaker 2: affidavit you have to sign that are highly restrictive.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Right.
- 30:17Speaker 1: That's not what we have.
- 30:18Speaker 3: Right.
- 30:19Speaker 2: I mean, you kind of have to have that. I mean,
- 30:21Speaker 2: it should be a very small part of the system.
- 30:23Speaker 2: But these mail ballots are a very real problem because
- 30:26Speaker 2: it's a custody problem that is a huge issue. And,
- 30:30Speaker 2: you know, Nevada, as well as Pennsylvania and Georgia and Michigan.
- 30:35Speaker 4: And Wisconsin in 2020, they changed their election laws.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Without the legislature doing it. Article II, Section 1, Clause
- 30:43Speaker 2: 2 of the Constitution requires legislative action for determining how
- 30:48Speaker 2: electors are chosen. So that was a violation of the
- 30:50Speaker 2: Constitution that happened in 2020. Listen, it's hard to put
- 30:53Speaker 2: it all together and know precisely what happened, how many
- 30:56Speaker 2: votes were stolen, where that was. But the reality is
- 31:00Speaker 2: that what made that election so wrong is that every
- 31:04Speaker 2: rule necessary to maintain secure elections was violated. in precisely
- 31:10Speaker 2: the manner I described and even more things. We've got
- 31:12Speaker 2: to address this very quickly and get back to same
- 31:16Speaker 2: day elections with some paper ballot that can confirm what
- 31:19Speaker 2: happened and a custody process that gets away from unsolicited
- 31:24Speaker 2: mail ballots. We have to change this system entirely. And, and, and,
- 31:28Speaker 2: and again, it's a system that Democrats have been more
- 31:32Speaker 2: willing to take advantage of than Republicans and they have
- 31:35Speaker 2: gotten the advantage. But the American people, as we found
- 31:38Speaker 2: out last November, don't support this. They came out in droves,
- 31:41Speaker 2: even Democrats to vote for Donald Trump.
- 31:43Speaker 4: Right, but you're not even mentioning the fact that there's
- 31:46Speaker 4: no way for Republicans to take advantage of this, because
- 31:49Speaker 4: the way Democrats take advantage of it is they have
- 31:51Speaker 4: illegals voting and dead people voting, and they just sign
- 31:55Speaker 4: mail-in ballots.
- 31:56Speaker 1: I think they have literally factory ballots.
- 31:59Speaker 4: Manufacturing facilities where they stand there and they fill out
- 32:02Speaker 4: ballot after ballot after ballot. They're doing it in a
- 32:05Speaker 4: criminal action. So for us to compete with them, we'd
- 32:08Speaker 4: have to be criminals like them, and we're not. We
- 32:10Speaker 4: don't do things like that. We don't stuff ballot boxes.
- 32:13Speaker 4: So there's no way for us to compete on an
- 32:15Speaker 4: even playing field when it comes to mail-in ballots. I
- 32:18Speaker 4: also want to stress, and I don't even know if
- 32:20Speaker 4: you know this, you probably do, but I want to
- 32:21Speaker 4: stress how bad it is in Nevada.
- 32:24Speaker 1: It's like you don't ever have to ask for a
- 32:27Speaker 1: mail-in ballot. They just mail them out to every single
- 32:30Speaker 1: voter in the state.
- 32:31Speaker 4: So you walk into an apartment building in Las Vegas
- 32:34Speaker 4: and there's 2,000 of them all over the floor, just
- 32:37Speaker 4: thrown all over the floor. Anyone could pick them up,
- 32:39Speaker 4: fill them all out and send them in and they'd count.
- 32:41Speaker 4: And the next thing you know, they're stealing elections. I'm
- 32:43Speaker 4: telling you, they steal everything here in Nevada. It's so dirty.
- 32:46Speaker 4: The unions, the union, the culinary union in particular, the
- 32:49Speaker 4: illegal aliens, the dead people voting, the people.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Voting in multiple states. They leave Nevada.
- 32:55Speaker 4: They move, but they still vote Nevada, even though they
- 32:57Speaker 4: move to another state. It's really bad. So give me
- 33:01Speaker 4: your prediction in the closing minutes here.
- 33:03Speaker 1: How is this whole shutdown going to end? What's going
- 33:06Speaker 1: to happen? Who's going to capitulate?
- 33:09Speaker 2: Well, eventually Democrats will have to capitulate in some form.
- 33:13Speaker 2: It's going to take a couple weeks for them to
- 33:15Speaker 2: realize that they're losing this battle. What will happen that's
- 33:18Speaker 2: good is that Donald Trump, with the help of my
- 33:21Speaker 2: friend Russ Vogue, who I've known since I went to
- 33:24Speaker 2: Capitol Hill. He's going to do the cuts necessary. He
- 33:27Speaker 2: already is in certain programs. You're going to see employees
- 33:32Speaker 2: of the federal government not just furloughed, but let go.
- 33:35Speaker 2: You're also going to it's going to be a real
- 33:36Speaker 2: opportunity to get rid of these politically motivated NGO funded
- 33:41Speaker 2: programs that are useless and undermining our economy. election system
- 33:46Speaker 2: and our political system. And that's actually something that we're
- 33:50Speaker 2: going to win on no matter what the end result is.
- 33:52Speaker 1: It's a goldmine. It's a great opportunity of a lifetime.
- 33:54Speaker 1: I hope they stay out.
- 33:55Speaker 4: Jim Pfaff, President of the Conservative Caucus, theconservativecaucus.org.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Thank you, Jim. All right, a special treat for you.
- 34:06Speaker 4: I want to introduce you to a real hero of
- 34:09Speaker 4: the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Bruner, founder and
- 34:13Speaker 4: CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. In the United States,
- 34:16Speaker 4: Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA, Basin Centered Gas Accumulation.
- 34:23Speaker 4: This is code for a monster field where gas or
- 34:27Speaker 4: oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
- 34:29Speaker 4: production much easier. Mark, you're a legend in the oil
- 34:33Speaker 4: industry and the gas industry.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Tell us about your track record.
- 34:37Speaker 5: Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
- 34:40Speaker 5: father in the early 1950s started a company called Techstar.
- 34:43Speaker 5: It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When it sold
- 34:46Speaker 5: out to U.S.
- 34:47Speaker 3: Steel, it was the.
- 34:48Speaker 5: Largest independent in the world. Delhi Pipelines was the largest
- 34:52Speaker 5: gas distribution system in the United States. when it sold
- 34:55Speaker 5: out to U.S.
- 34:56Speaker 3: Steel.
- 34:57Speaker 5: I worked with him for four years. I've been in
- 34:58Speaker 5: the oil and gas business ever since. You would probably
- 35:01Speaker 5: know me better as the chairman of Ultra Petroleum. And
- 35:06Speaker 5: Ultra had a pretty good track record, which you're very
- 35:09Speaker 5: familiar with.
- 35:10Speaker 1: I think.
- 35:10Speaker 4: Well, I think a $ 10, 000 investor in Ultra turned it
- 35:14Speaker 4: into $ 13 million.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Is that correct? In the nine year run of your
- 35:18Speaker 1: publicly traded company?
- 35:20Speaker 5: Yeah, at the high, that's true.
- 35:22Speaker 4: $ 10, 000 turned into $ 13 million. That means $ 100, 000 turned into
- 35:25Speaker 4: $ 130 million.
- 35:26Speaker 1: That's an incredible track record.
- 35:28Speaker 4: Now tell me why this deal, Lost Soldier, this project
- 35:32Speaker 4: is so important. I hear about projects and deals all
- 35:36Speaker 4: the time. What makes this one special, Mark?
- 35:39Speaker 5: What's special about this is all the other basins in
- 35:41Speaker 5: the United States have been drilled. We've known for 50
- 35:44Speaker 5: years what they are. This one could not be drilled
- 35:47Speaker 5: because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
- 35:49Speaker 5: was reclamated three years ago, no one could drill it.
- 35:53Speaker 5: This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
- 35:56Speaker 5: billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point is
- 35:59Speaker 5: 85% empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
- 36:03Speaker 5: only operator in this field. And right now we can
- 36:07Speaker 5: see that we've got enough room for 500 horizontal wells
- 36:10Speaker 5: out here with what we've drilled so far. Very exciting.
- 36:14Speaker 5: It's the new basin in the United States. And as
- 36:17Speaker 5: far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
- 36:20Speaker 5: bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.
- 36:23Speaker 4: All right.
- 36:24Speaker 1: The website is lostsoldier.com. Pretty simple stuff, lostsoldier.com.
- 36:30Speaker 4: The project, 40,000 acres, took 40 years to piece together.
- 36:34Speaker 4: It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas, LLC.
- 36:37Speaker 1: That's the company, that's the project, but the website.
- 36:40Speaker 4: LostSoldier.com. If you're an accredited investor, Mark wants to hear
- 36:44Speaker 4: from you. If you want to hear more information, check

- 36:57Speaker 5: Thank you, Wayne.
- 36:58Speaker 2: Good to see you again. All right.

- 37:37Speaker 1: All you do is go to routeforamerica.com. Everything is there.
- 37:40Speaker 1: All the ways to connect are there.
- 37:42Speaker 4: But the major ways to watch me would be at thegatewaypundit.com
- 37:46Speaker 4: right at the top. every day from 6 to 8 p.m. Eastern, and,
- 37:49Speaker 4: of course, on Rumble every day. Type in Wayne Allyn
- 37:53Speaker 4: Root or Warzone at Rumble, and you.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Can watch me every day 6 to 8 p.m.
- 37:57Speaker 4: And, of course, Patriot TV, patriot.tv, every day 6 to
- 38:01Speaker 4: 8 p.m.
- 38:02Speaker 1: It's live every day during those time slots.
- 38:05Speaker 4: I was mentioning the fraud Somali immigration cases in Minneapolis. USCIC,
- 38:14Speaker 4: United States Citizenship And Immigration Services, working with U.S. Immigration
- 38:18Speaker 4: and Customs Enforcement and the FBI, has announced the results
- 38:21Speaker 4: of Operation Twin Shield, a large-scale fraud detection efforts conducted
- 38:25Speaker 4: across Minneapolis-St.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Paul.
- 38:28Speaker 1: None of this would happen, by the way, if a
- 38:29Speaker 1: Democrat was president.
- 38:31Speaker 4: Home to one of the largest Somali communities in the U.S.
- 38:33Speaker 4: And by the way, I don't think it's one of the,
- 38:35Speaker 4: I think it's the largest Somali.
- 38:36Speaker 1: Community in the U.S. And their congresswoman... is Ilhan Omar,
- 38:41Speaker 1: the fraud.
- 38:42Speaker 4: And they said officers carried out over 900 site visits
- 38:45Speaker 4: and interviews uncovering fraud, noncompliance, or security issues in.
- 38:51Speaker 1: 44% of all the cases they reviewed.
- 38:54Speaker 4: So you just have massive fraud in the illegal and
- 38:59Speaker 4: legal community of Somalia.
- 39:00Speaker 1: It's just really, really, really sad. Terrible, terrible thing. Speaking
- 39:04Speaker 1: of terrible thing, bombshell testimony. CDC data.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Proves COVID vaccines cause more harm than benefits.
- 39:14Speaker 1: A top expert has issued explosive testimony.
- 39:18Speaker 4: Warning that the CDC, Center for Disease Control, data shows
- 39:24Speaker 4: COVID mRNA shots cause far more harm to the public
- 39:27Speaker 4: health than any supposed benefit.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Dr.
- 39:29Speaker 4: Toby Rogers, PhD, provided the bombshell testimony during a Senate
- 39:34Speaker 4: hearing last month. Rogers, a fellow with the Brownstone Institute
- 39:39Speaker 4: and an independent journalist, explains the CDC's own research determined
- 39:45Speaker 4: that mRNA injections.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Have negative efficacy. Negative efficacy.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Yet the CDC and other health officials continue to push
- 39:57Speaker 4: the safe and effective narrative. Tell me how a vaccine
- 40:02Speaker 4: with negative efficacy is saving lives. Rogers demanded to cheers
- 40:06Speaker 4: and applause. Rogers' warning about mRNA injections is now gaining
- 40:10Speaker 4: renewed attention, but he has been called to testify about
- 40:13Speaker 4: the links between childhood vaccines and autism. As a researcher,
- 40:16Speaker 4: he spent nearly a decade studying the rise of autism.
- 40:19Speaker 4: He told senators that published evidence shows vaccines and environmental
- 40:25Speaker 4: toxins are the most likely culprits behind the epidemic now
- 40:29Speaker 4: affecting millions of American children.
- 40:31Speaker 1: He began researching autism in.
- 40:33Speaker 4: 2015 after his then partner's son was diagnosed. And he
- 40:38Speaker 4: said when he reviewed the CDC references, it revealed glaring contradictions.
- 40:42Speaker 4: I went to the CDC's web page on the cause
- 40:45Speaker 4: of autism. And to my surprise, I quickly discovered the
- 40:48Speaker 4: CDC's narrative did not add up. He also noted the
- 40:52Speaker 4: lack of urgency from the federal government, despite autism's cost
- 40:55Speaker 4: already reaching hundreds of billions of dollars.
- 40:58Speaker 1: In 2019, thesis passed peer review.
- 41:03Speaker 4: And became one of the most downloaded dissertations in the
- 41:06Speaker 4: history of the University of Sydney.
- 41:09Speaker 1: And he said, here are the facts.
- 41:10Speaker 4: He noted that 22 studies frequently cited by officials claim vaccines.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Don't cause autism. Don't.
- 41:17Speaker 4: However, none of those studies included an entirely unvaccinated control group.
- 41:23Speaker 1: So they're all, they're fraudulent studies is what they are.
- 41:27Speaker 4: So unfortunately, if you want to understand what's causing autism,
- 41:30Speaker 4: these studies are of no use anymore. By contrast, six
- 41:35Speaker 4: published studies that did use an unvaccinated control group found
- 41:40Speaker 4: an increased risk of autism among the vaccinated. He said
- 41:44Speaker 4: these studies have been systematically suppressed and ignored by the
- 41:47Speaker 4: mainstream media and the medical establishment. He also pointed to
- 41:50Speaker 4: additional research showing autism spikes following vaccination. One study from
- 41:56Speaker 4: 2018 revealed up to 88% of autism cases involve regression.
- 42:02Speaker 1: The issue caused children, in other words, they regress after
- 42:05Speaker 1: they get the shot.
- 42:07Speaker 4: The issue caused children to lose skills like speech and
- 42:10Speaker 4: eye contact after previously developing normally. This suggests an acute
- 42:15Speaker 4: toxic exposure triggered.
- 42:17Speaker 1: The development of autism.
- 42:19Speaker 4: We now have eyewitness testimony from thousands of parents that
- 42:22Speaker 4: the acute toxic exposure that preceded the regression was a
- 42:26Speaker 4: well baby vaccine appointment. Anyone with a brain, it's like
- 42:30Speaker 4: that old story, you know, don't believe your own eyes,
- 42:33Speaker 4: believe what I tell you. Every parent with a child
- 42:36Speaker 4: who has autism will tell you that it happened after
- 42:40Speaker 4: they got vaccinated, yet the entire establishment is in.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Denial about this.
- 42:45Speaker 4: All right, as we say goodnight, I want to mention
- 42:47Speaker 4: the sponsor of the show, Zichar Genesis Medicine.
- 42:50Speaker 1: Dan Montana, the CEO, has been a guest on my
- 42:52Speaker 1: show many times.
- 42:53Speaker 4: He's told us about his company's medical research study on
- 42:57Speaker 4: reversing type 2 diabetes. Dan believes his drug could reverse
- 43:01Speaker 4: type 2 diabetes. I know many of you have type
- 43:03Speaker 4: 2 diabetes or you know someone who suffers from.

- 43:27Speaker 4: his A1C went down.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Almost two points.
- 43:30Speaker 4: If you or a loved one is interested in this
- 43:31Speaker 4: medical research study to reverse type 2.
